Starting point is 00:00:00 We have to hit the reset button and create a true culture of preparedness, starting at a very young age and filtering all the way up. What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, almighty God. I know not what course others may take. As for me, give me liberty, or give me death. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Starting point is 00:01:33 Welcome in, PBN family. Welcome in. Five days till Christmas, what are we doing? under attack for its Christian beliefs as of late, merely for not forcing another nation to cease fire in a war where it is surrounded by enemies, and the same enemies who are now threatening to shut down shipping, threatening to shut down oil shipments. Have you any idea what's happening in the oceans? Have you any idea?
Starting point is 00:02:12 I don't want to go down that path right now because I need to talk about Jesus' wisdom. I need to talk about Mark 10 45 for even the Son of Man did not come to be served but but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Starting point is 00:02:31 You have to understand that service, this is for all of you out there, and I know there are many this time of year who suffer greatly. Suffer greatly with... You suffer what Sad Guru calls, you suffer success.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Because even if it's tough out there, it's still America 2023, right? It's one thing to suffer failure, it's another thing to suffer success. I'm telling you right now, I don't know if I want to use the Hellraiser analogy or not, but it works.
Starting point is 00:03:16 It really works. It works so well. It's just weird to use it in a show where I'm probably going to talk a lot about Jesus. But you know what? The reason 1045, Mark 1045 rings so true to me is because I know, you know, it doesn't take a lot to understand the limits of excess, right? Like it doesn't take a lot. Like let's say you woke
Starting point is 00:03:43 up tomorrow with a million dollars in your bank account and had no debts and that million dollars was for you to do whatever you wanted. And you said, you know what? And maybe I know this from cooking in fine restaurants. Maybe that's how I know this. And you said, you know what? We're going to eat whatever we want for a week. We're going to eat out every night of the week and so on and so forth. for a week. We're going to eat out every night of the week and so on and so forth.
Starting point is 00:04:12 You would find that there is not enough wine and not enough food and not enough flavor to ever reach the levels that you think are possible. You know, once you're full, you're full. Once you're drunk, you're drunk. Once your stomach hurts from the excess, that's it. Now you have pain. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve. Now in that, in the washing of feet, in all those things that Jesus did, you might think to yourself, you know, how would he act that way? Why would he act that way?
Starting point is 00:04:55 Is it because he was, you know, trying to lead by example? Is it because we suffer because we do not serve? We suffer so much because we don't serve anything but ourselves. That's the reality. Because the quickest way to depression, the quickest way to suicide, is to make your number one goal in life you. My number one goal in life is me, my pleasure, my satisfaction, this, that, and the other thing. When I try to live a day like that, I have to work out. When I live a day like that, I've had like mornings and afternoons lately. This week, this one week of the year for me is when I start to understand just how much discipline goes into my life for the rest of the year fundamentally. Because this kind of week, I'll tell you what I did.
Starting point is 00:06:05 All right? Let me tell you a thing. I woke up, one of my writing clients, incredible guy, sent me a beautiful gift basket for my service for the year. Three bottles of wine, great olives, great figs, you know, beautiful. Amazing dude, by the way. But anyway, in there was some of these delicious Belgian puff pastry. Sweets. That I would never eat before 12. Ever. I never would do that. Maybe on vacation. Maybe.
Starting point is 00:06:44 But this week of Christmas, man, I in you know i go in and as i get older and the more disciplined i have been throughout the year the quicker i run up to the upper limits of how much i can serve myself how much i can satisfy myself you know what i mean and i'm sipping coffee and i'm eating these crisps and I'm like, oh, these things are so good. And then before long, I'm just like, all right, now I need to balance all this out. This indulgence has to be balanced out now by pain and suffering. And, you know, if you want to avoid the pain and suffering or if you want to tap something that runs as deep as pain and suffering. Then you can do that with service.
Starting point is 00:07:30 You can do that by serving others. You can do that by writing letters to people you love. You can do that by calling people. Don't tell them you're going to call them. Hey, I'll call you Saturday. Is that cool? Can you talk to the wife and see if that's cool? If I call, we talk like 30 minutes.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Can we talk for 30 minutes? Just pick up the phone and call. Hey, man, how you doing? You know what else is cool that people never do anymore is just to tell people things that you love about them. To help people with things you know they're struggling with. To just call up and ask people, hey, you need help today? Whatever.
Starting point is 00:08:05 There's no end to service. I don't know how many of you. We're going to talk about your 2024 plan. We're going to talk about what is your plan. I'm going to try to spur in you a thought process that is going to get you to realize that you better have some plans because this year is going to be the crazy. I don't even think 2020 is going to hold a candle to what we're going to see this year. I think that people
Starting point is 00:08:31 think 2020 was the bottom. And they're like, this is as bad as shit could ever get. 2024. Listen. In Colorado. I don't know if it'll stay this way, but in Colorado, they took the president, the former president, off the ballot. Can you wrap your head around that for a minute?
Starting point is 00:09:00 They took a guy who half the nation voted for four years ago and took him off the ballot completely and the people behind that were the people that months ago were like we got to protect democracy here i don't know what's going on but i know this much we better protect democracy in. I don't know what's going on, but I know this much. We better protect democracy in the United States. We're going to get to that stuff. We're going to talk about spurring in you the desire to really sit down and write some things out. I had a conversation with the Instagram following today, and they really put some things into perspective for me. And I started to think, you know,
Starting point is 00:09:53 there are some things that we could do as a group here. There are some plans that we can do. There are some courses that we need to do together to prepare you for, you know, because it's not just, it's simultaneously being in a world war, while being in a civil war, do you know what I'm saying, like, when you sit around, we're being invaded, PBN family, from the southern border, like, like, never before, Like never before. And in the streets, we have like a mini civil war.
Starting point is 00:10:30 Cultural civil war. Whatever. I don't feel like... In 2024, I'm going to try to dumb it down as simply as possible. In other words, civil war. Right? I don't want to go into a civil war show. Civil War. Right? I don't want to go into a Civil War show. But simultaneously in a world war.
Starting point is 00:10:53 Simultaneously. Excuse me. Understanding that. Understanding that. We got to smack Iran around. For a while here. We probably have to smack North Korea around a little bit too. And that's just, you know,
Starting point is 00:11:08 that's just part of the deal right now. So, I don't know what you do with that information other than look at it and say to yourself, you know, we better do something. And when I say we, I mean your family. I mean, we better get some sort of plan in place. All that said, pull away from all this stuff having to do with planning for a moment,
Starting point is 00:11:39 because I want to explain that as well as being prepared to go into 2024, you also need to have sort of a guiding light right and i do think that service is that guiding light it's service to your family it's service you know you like a woman serves her family that is one of those things that young women really struggle with like i don't want to be responsible for feeding and caring for the people I love. You know what I mean? It's weird. Like, they extracted the femininity out of women. I don't know what they did with it. You know what I mean? But this isn't about men and women. This is about service in general. And the importance of serving others is that that is an effort that doesn't end.
Starting point is 00:12:28 The service of oneself is ugly and perverse, and you reach your limits pretty quick. You're not as robust in enjoying the indulgences of life as you might think. But the service of others, man, that's limitless. as you might think. But the service of others, man, that's limitless. It's largely like suffering and pain. Limitless. Now, I'm a fan of Clive Barker because what many of you don't get when you listen to me
Starting point is 00:13:04 is that I go through all the doors. Now, I don't know. It's this reason probably greater than any other reason that I have struggled with God, that I have struggled with Jesus for so long. Because if I see a door, I go through it. There's very few doors I don't go into in this life.
Starting point is 00:13:30 And it's the reason that I can talk solo for an hour, two hours a week, sometimes three hours a week. You walk through the Clive Barker door, man,
Starting point is 00:13:44 you better hold on to your horses Because he's a sick dude He's a sick and perverse individual, man Writer And he created a story called The Hellbound Heart And The Hellbound Heart is It's the sickest way to explain exactly what I'm explaining to you about
Starting point is 00:14:08 service that's really what the hell bound heart is all about it's a story um garden girl what's going on she says it's crazy they keep showing the border here in Texas people from all over the world are crossing there she says it's crazy.

For years I've heard people say that this is by design to allow the enemies in. You know, more directly than indirectly. Now I'm starting to think that, I just don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:55 I mean, if you were one of our many enemies, why wouldn't you be sending soldiers straight up through the south corridor of the nation right now? You know? What are they going to do? They're going to, how will we ever get armed in America? They don't have to come across the border with guns. Death, PBN family. I mean, unfortunately, unless there's a,
Starting point is 00:15:24 I don't know what intervention there could be. But unfortunately, how do you get out of the war that you're in now? How do you get out of the world wars? How do you get the Muslims off, your radical Muslims off your back? How do you get the radical Muslims dug out of your nation?
Starting point is 00:15:41 How do you get the lunatics in the streets attacking Christmas trees dug out of your nation? How do you get the lunatics in the streets attacking Christmas trees dug out of your nation? You know, how do you get these infestations dug out? I just keep coming back to death. I just keep coming back to, we're on the cusp of some dying. We're on the cusp of some dying that's going to be done. And I don't know if it's going to start in 2024,
Starting point is 00:16:13 but I just don't understand how you infiltrate a nation so completely. And if that nation stands to protect itself, the only way anything like that happens is death, right? World War, the only way something like that ends is death. And I'm telling you right now, I'm really struggling. I'm really struggling lately to see a peaceful way out of all of this. I'm really struggling lately to see a peaceful way out of all of this. I hope, well, I know there are much smarter people than me out there.
Starting point is 00:16:54 I just hope that they get the mic and can make the change and can make things happen. But The Hellbound Heart is a wild book, man. And it centers around one core idea. And it's that pain is so deeper, so much deeper, so much richer than pleasure. We have a pleasure-seeking character in the beginning of the story who seeks out the lament configuration. Well, he's approached. And this incredible box is supposed to open up, you know, his greatest pleasures and fantasies.
Starting point is 00:17:44 And, you know, for those who've never seen the movie, it's a portal to hell, essentially, it's a portal to hell where he meets these creatures called the Cenobites, and the Cenobites explain to him, particularly one, Pinhead, explains to him that, look, man, you're chasing the wrong dog, you're chasing the wrong thing, Frank, what you're after is not pleasure, my friend, because pleasure is limited. What you're after is pain. Because pain, oh, I was going to quote the movie. Because, you know, it's deeper. It's a much deeper and terrible and horrible experience.
Starting point is 00:18:21 And the Cenobites, you know, teach you through torture, essentially, how to enjoy all the intricacies and delicacies of pain. Now, you know, that's an extreme thing. That's the thing that I watched growing up. And I don't know, you know, it was just one of those things. You shackled onto this thing because it scared you, right? And then as I got older, and I had kids, and got married, not in that order, and saw these, you know, started doing things in life, I could easily draw the parallel between Pinhead's focus on pain over pleasure to Jesus's focus on service over pleasure. And you need something. And the whole giant takeaway here this holiday season that I'm trying to articulate for 20 minutes is you must serve something greater than you. You will serve something greater than you. And if you somehow program yourself to believe that you're only here for your own pleasure,
Starting point is 00:19:35 then you'll be on pills and then you might be hanging from a necktie one day. You know, you'll probably spend your days in overindulgence, and you'll spend your evenings protesting for ceasefire in Gaza, and then you'll suicide yourself. Because there's not enough in a life like that, don't you get it? There's not enough in a weird person. You know, people people this is another thing i say a lot and people are weird about it right but it just is what it is people are weird when they don't get married do you know what i mean like it's not all but a lot like a lot or the weirdest people that you run into usually are people who live alone or unmarried, right? And when I say weird, I mean problematic.
Starting point is 00:20:27 I mean like you followed that guy around because he parked in your parking spot and then you had to have a talking to him. You know, those kind of people. They're bored to death. You know what I mean? Men particularly. I'm not a big fan of hanging out with guys who aren't married and are like 40 50 never been
Starting point is 00:20:48 a guy who's 40 50 never been married never lived with anybody but himself is such a weird creature man why they so weird they're so weird because they wake up and they're like, what do I got to do for me today? And that's it. That's the full extent. I don't think we're supposed to come up like that. I don't think we're supposed to be formed like that. What do I want to do today? What do I want to do tomorrow?
Starting point is 00:21:22 What do I want to eat today? You know what I mean? It makes a weird kind of person. All right, PBN family. Appreciate you hanging with me on that. Starting point is 00:25:53 It's tough. It's tough. So knowing what we know about the world, I can't help but have to ask you guys, what are you thinking? What are you thinking about in terms of your plans for 2024? What are you planning to do if and when things get bananas all over the country? Or maybe just in your part of the country.
Starting point is 00:26:30 Or what are you planning to do should the war take a turn that is just too damn serious? Houthi rebels vow to attack U.S. warships if Red Sea conflict escalates. What's happening right now in the Red Sea, what's happening right now in the Straits
Starting point is 00:26:51 is as big a news as there could ever be. You know? It's big news from every angle is what it feels like anymore. This shipping battle, these unsafe seas, are the biggest story in the world. Why?
Starting point is 00:27:18 Why are the unsafe seas the biggest story in the whole world? sees the biggest story in the whole world. And it's too long a conversation and too American a conversation to be had in a nation like ours right now. But I'm going to have it with you because you're smart. I'm going to have it with you because you understand, because you... I don't know where I'd be without you, if you want my honest take. I mean, really, I don't know where I'd be without you. I haven't the slightest idea where I'd be without you. So I thank you for that. Truly.
Starting point is 00:27:56 From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for, if nothing else, however many of you out there listen to what I have to say and make some change in your life, you have given me meaning. You have given me the ability to serve you. So I'll tell you why it's the most important thing that's happening in the world today. What I'm going to say is going to be straightforward. Some of it might be ugly. After World War II, the United States had an opportunity to take over the world fundamentally.
Starting point is 00:28:42 Right? We had people everywhere. We had people all over. We had bases all over, right? We could have done all kinds of things post-World War II. Now, it's true. It likely would have failed. Our effort to take over the world, not that we would ever do it, would likely have failed. Our effort to maybe occupy Germany, right, or areas in Japan would have failed, right? It's not something you can sustain unless you build a whole state over there and start populating. Unless, you know, like you come up through the southern border of a nation and they welcome you and give you welfare and let you stay in their children's schools like idiots.
Starting point is 00:29:26 welfare and let you stay in their children's schools like idiots. And then and then once you become an actual burden, they cry and kick you out of the state like they're doing in Chicago and New York. We're sanctuary cities. We're not like those racist Republicans, those racist bastards down there in Texas who have the majority of the illegal immigrants, by the way. Not those racist Republicans. And the moment the illegals made their way up in any number that was large enough to become a problem, the incredible and idolatrous, I mean, these are the people that you riot for. These are the people that you tip statues over for. Your incredible Democrat leadership in the cities across America. The moment their feet got held to the fire, they rescinded sanctuary city status.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Adams in New York. No, no more. No, we are not a sanctuary city. Oh, my goodness. And now the same same act from the doofus in Chicago. Oh, I can't. Now they complain, and like you said, Texas border towns have, yeah, Texas has been, the racist Republicans in Texas
Starting point is 00:30:36 have been caring for illegal immigrants longer than anybody, more of them than anybody. And the moment that they said Hey we can't do it anymore What did the idiots say? The idiots said the same thing Oh that's just me If there were white people then it wouldn't be such an issue
Starting point is 00:30:56 What a Texas Come on man Every time the Texans try to figure something out They shoot it down it's god's wild so back to the seas america had the opportunity maybe if only for temporary point of time to exact all that power take over the world to some degree not with success for any sustainable amount of time. And they weren't stupid enough to do it. But they did make a commitment after World War II, and the commitment was the commitment
Starting point is 00:31:32 that made the world that you lived in, maybe the world that we still live in. And that commitment was, we will create safety in the high seas. Okay? The idea that you could ship things all across the world, and you would put things on a boat and ship them to a place, and lo and behold, they'd wind up at that place, was not the state of affairs in the world. It was not the state of affairs out on the high seas.
Starting point is 00:32:08 There were pirates, right? There were people out there who would see ships with cargo and goods and say, oh, no, no, no, no, that's ours. Right? And America put a fleet of ships and men on the water that would create the world that we live in today, that would obliterate the pirates. And I know when you say pirates, you know,
Starting point is 00:32:36 depending on the part of the world, that's who made up the ranks of these people who would show up and try to steal the ships and the ships' goods and kill the crew and all that good stuff. And we did. We made the seas peaceful for the shipping and traversal of the seas without concern in most places most of the time. And it's pretty amazing when you think about it. We committed to protecting 75% of a planet.
Starting point is 00:33:10 75% of the surface area of the planet is water. We committed to, we're going to keep all that safe. China, you want to ship stuff to the Americas, do it. North America, South America, you want to ship stuff to Europe, do it. Right? North America, South America, you want to ship stuff to Europe, do it. Whatever. Wherever you go, we're going to make sure that it's safe. And if it ain't safe, and if we have trouble, then we're going to send Marines. Then we're going to send Navy.
Starting point is 00:33:39 And those people who are making it trouble, well, it's not going to be fun for them. So the reason this story is such a big deal is because America is once again standing. America is once again being called to the stage, right? Militarily speaking, we're being called to the stage yet again. And the world is wondering, what will America do? What will happen in the Red Sea? How far will the Houthi rebels be allowed to go? They've already shot an ICBM up into space.
Starting point is 00:34:21 It was taken out by the space satellite rocket of Israel. How far will Iran be allowed to go? Because you see, if these straits, the Strait of Hormuz is disrupted and the shipping is disrupted in and out of that strait, the whole world will suffer. It's not like, ah, those Americans and Jews are getting what they deserve, finally. The whole world will suffer
Starting point is 00:34:50 and they'll look to the United States and go, I thought you guys said, I thought you guys said you were going to keep this water safe. They're not safe. And then the French will have to send like seven of their eight ships to try and help out.
Starting point is 00:35:08 So this is why this is a big deal. This is why this is such an insane story. Because our president and the leadership in our military should have no qualms whatsoever about unleashing the military. That's what the military does. If it doesn't do that anymore, then it's not a military. You get that? We're never going to have a military. We're never going to have a bomb.
Starting point is 00:35:36 We're never going to have a weapon that only kills bad guys. That's all. That's all you need to understand about warfare that's it oh there's one more thing you have to understand about warfare if we can conduct it violently and swiftly and thoroughly i guarantee you there'll be less casualties of innocence than if we draw it out for 10, 20, 30, my whole lifetime we've been fighting radicalized Muslims, by the way. The whole time I've been alive, my whole life on the planet has been a battle against radicalized Muslims from one degree or another. Literally. I was born in 1986. I don't know when that stuff started. Right. But I can tell you, we've been fighting
Starting point is 00:36:27 this problem forever. And, you know, it's our unwillingness to do what needs to be done that keeps us coming back. Oh, we go to Iraq. Oh, we go to Afghanistan. Oh, we'll go see what's happening in Iran now. They're all in the country anyway. So what do you plan to do in 2024? What can you do in 2024? What are your capabilities and limitations, says Dave Jones, the NBC guy, right? You need to protect your family. Are you where you need to be for this?
Starting point is 00:37:11 Over and over again, I tell people, that's the question. Before anything else, that's the question. Before any other question, answer that question. Are you where you need to be or not? If you're not where you need to be, in other words, where is your home at and is it in a place where you are capable of surviving a world war and a civil war? If the answer is no, then it's time to move.
Starting point is 00:37:42 Do you have people around you who will be of use in a world war and a civil war? If the answer is no, then step number one in 2024 has to be to move. You have to go to a place that is safe. You don't want to be dodging bullets in the second half of 2024. dodging bullets in the second half of 2024. What's going to happen if they start knocking Donald Trump off the ballots all over the country? You see, we've seen the socialist liberation movement and the Antifa and Black Lives Matter
Starting point is 00:38:20 and the pro-Palestinian sympathizers all gather together to walk around and tell, to walk around the beautifully paved roads and across the astoundingly engineered bridges of the United States in their... I exclaim how bad a place it is they live. What a monstrous nation they have inherited. And they must change it for the sake of the world.
Starting point is 00:38:57 And they'll do it with the help of the pro-Palestinians. How can we remake this world? said the girl with blue hair. The other girl in the headscarf said, first we must carve you up into little bits and pieces and chuck you off this bridge. Communications. Pace communications. Primary alternate contingency emergency How you gonna get a hold of your people
Starting point is 00:39:28 The moment things go too far It's one thing to have an armory Oh I got an armory I got a thermal imaging scope On my weapon I can see them They can't see me imaging scope on my weapon. I can see them. They can't see me.
Starting point is 00:39:52 That's all good and sweet. What if you can't get to your wife? What if you can't get to your kids? What if you can't communicate with them? What are you going to do with that pair of night vision goggles? What are you going to do with that plate carrier now? Right? So you've got to establish these things.
Starting point is 00:40:25 You've got to establish your capability in terms of reaching out and touching the people you love in chaos. High level, top three things that if you haven't done yet, you need to do in 2024. Need to be part of your plan in 2024. I can't make your plans for you. You know what I'm saying? Like I can't do that. There's no way I can do that. I can point you towards resources. Do You know what I'm saying? Like, I can't do that. There's no way I can do that.

I'll tell you the problems in the world can all be pointed at our flag. Go look at it. It's hilarious. It looks like my six-year-old son drew it, first of all. And I don't have a six-year-old, but when he was six, he drew about as well as this flag was put together. I'm talking about the emblem in the middle of it.
Starting point is 00:46:09 What's gotten everybody so upset. PBN Family, you know, there's a meteorite that is about to hit the house. And behind it is an asteroid that's about to blow up the entire planet. And the doofuses in the streets of America today are so focused on the little meteor that they can't even see the asteroid. And you have to plan for both. You have to plan for the useful idiots in the streets of America. The useful idiots who will do whatever Twitter and TikTok tell them to do. We should be
Starting point is 00:46:54 mad today and here's why. We should make signs and here's why. Order your flags. What flag am I ordering this week? Is it Ukraine or is it Palestine? What flag should I order? Do the Houthi rebels have a flag? I need a flag. I need a flag to carry around tonight while I protest for peace, while I burn for peace.
Starting point is 00:47:23 It's all real. What's your plan for 24 24 i don't have the answer i want you to think about it what's your plan for 24 talk to me what do we i mean part of my plan i'll tell you i'll tell you part of my plan. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
