Starting point is 00:00:00 A person who advocates and practices preparedness. One ready for any event that would disrupt their daily routine. That is a prepper. would disrupt their daily routine. That is a prepper. Hello everyone out there in internet radio land. This is Dave Jones, the NBC guy. How are you doing on this Wednesday?
Starting point is 00:00:36 Wednesday. Boy, there's something to be said for hurricanes. They give you such great weather after they go through. Huh? We've had nothing but beautiful, beautiful days and cool nights, good sleeping weather. They say that it's going to be an early fall this year, so we'll see. I mean, what can you do about the weather? Nothing. So you just, just kind of prep on. Sorry I didn't do any daily audio caches or interviews this weekend at the family reunion, but it was nice. It was really, really nice. Great weather and it's, you know, next to God's love family is the the best blessing you could have
Starting point is 00:01:28 so it's it's always good when we get together like that so PBN family I wanted to talk about fasting yes and I have the fasting expert here in the car. She's going to chime in if I get anything wrong. She's waving her hand. Boy, this is great. She's on mute. Like I have a remote control and can mute her. Anyway, fasting is, I don't know why they call it fasting when it goes so slow. These are the jokes, people.
Starting point is 00:02:09 So if you're going to participate in this challenge, you should weigh yourself before you start. And then weigh yourself after the fast is over. So you know, you know, what happened to your body. Also, during the fast, you got to stay hydrated. And there's this, what do you call it? Snake water. And it's a potassium and sodium. I will give you the recipe later. Okay. She'll give us the recipe later. And this is a drink that you drink and it keeps you hydrated. You know. And then record what happens to your body. Like, you know, how did you feel the first 24 hours? And then the second 24 hours?
Starting point is 00:03:00 And the third 24 hours? What was your sleep pattern like? Did you sleep better or worse? You know, just look at the changes and learn what it's like when you start the beginning stages of starvation. Like I said, it's, we used to do fasting about once a quarter. This is when I was retired. Now that I'm working again, we do it maybe twice a year. So it's, but we would,
Starting point is 00:03:41 we would do it and it would reset our metabolism and we would reap the benefits long after the fast was over. So it's really a good thing and I think that's why it's mentioned so many times in the Bible that you should do this to get your body back to what it's supposed to be, your metabolic clock, so to speak. Okay, PBN family, I just wanted to point out the obvious assault on the First Amendment. You know, and Trump's talk to Elon Musk and how they're making speech legal or illegal. And they have to do this to stop the spread of an idea. And, you know, what was it, Hugo said, nothing's more powerful than an idea whose time has come.
Starting point is 00:04:49 And whose time has come is to take back our government. They're not going to pull these same shenanigans. They're not going to. But my worry is the vice president will not certify the vote. She will claim that Trump is illegitimate and the United States will be in chaos. I mean, just total chaos. But before that happens, they have to clamp down on everybody. And our government is, yeah, a good start would be 50%. 50% of the people need to be, the government should never be the largest business in your country.
Starting point is 00:05:46 Okay? I'm pretty sure, someone Google this, but the federal government is the largest employer in the United States, and that should not be. I mean, when this government first started, George Washington had more people working on his plantation than worked in the entire government of the United States. And you have to say, what happened?
Starting point is 00:06:19 What happened? Government produces nothing but more government. So if you want to suck down an economy, if you want to bankrupt a country, you just keep growing government because they don't produce anything. And have you ever heard of a country ever taxing its way to prosperity? ever taxing its way to prosperity? No, it just doesn't happen. So PBN family, this is the call to action. Call to action.
Starting point is 00:06:55 Vote early and vote often. No, everybody needs to vote. Holy crap. You don't have the right to complain if you don't vote. Yeah. So get out there and vote. Holy crap. You don't have the right to complain if you don't vote. Yeah. So get out there and vote. Vote like your life depends on it because it surely may. Okay. I'm going to end this here and see if I can upload it. Oh, hey. How about the archives? It came from the archives. Two Man Tim. How about the archives? It came from the archives. Two-Man Tim, it came from the archives.
Starting point is 00:07:29 I'm telling you, he don't get enough love on this network. And Justin Carroll don't get enough love. It was a great episode. I remember listening to that one. Okay, take care, PBN family, and stay tuned to PBN.
