Starting point is 00:00:05 You all loved this topic last time that I did it. So my team asked the internet for more unhinged side hustles, and they gave us seven. Okay, I'm not 100% sure all of these are thriving or on the reliable side hustle list. But you never know. I mean, you know, we always know, like, yes, you can drive for Uber and do grocery delivery. but like what are the out-of-the-box ideas?

Starting point is 00:00:35 The things that you're like, what? That actually, I don't know, could pay great. And you're like, let's just think out of the box. So here they are. So unhinged. Number one, outsourced breakup texts slash calls. Yes. This is something, y'all, again, I don't know if it's legitimate,

Starting point is 00:00:53 but we are seeing it around the TikToks because people are choosing to outsource their breakups. And I don't know if you're doing this, you know, Maybe you had a friend do this when you were in high school, and you're like, that is calling me back to my time. Like, give me back to 2003, where I had to call Brad and break up for Ashley, right? Like, that is real. And people in today's world, they may not want to do it. And so the side hustle, it's happening.

Starting point is 00:01:21 Number two, corporate PowerPoint makeovers. So listen, a lot of the sales bros out there, they have quality presentations with their color schemes. You know, they're kind of stuck in 2010. So they need a little can of a queen. to spruce things up, and that could be you. But truly, people are hiring other people to help spoof up their presentations for work, and it might be worth it. It may look way more appealing and give you way more credibility if you do it. So if you're looking for that side hustle, I think they're out there. Number three, dating profile ghost writer. So you get paid to write

Starting point is 00:01:54 funny bios, clever prompts. You know, a lot of dating coaches have been doing a version of this for years. So if you're someone, you're good with words, you like love, and you're like, I think I can, I think I can make you a little bit more attractive with the words on the dating profile. That could be your side hustle. Number four, trash can service. So this is people that truly hire other people to roll their trash cans from the curb all the way back to their homes. And this really can come in handy with elderly people or if you're an Airbnb owner or just wealthy people who travel a lot. You know, they're like, I don't have time to do all this. So people will pay people to move their trash can from the curb up to the house. It's almost like a dog walker, but quicker

You know what needs to all go in the trash, though, is your personal information that is floating around online, which is why I love and use delete me. Number six, yard sign retrieval service. So you could drive around and remove political signs, realtor signs, other advertisement

Starting point is 00:04:33 signs that are in your yard. And people do this on behalf of HOA companies and landlords and campaigns. So if you want to drive around and collect some signs, get out of people's yard, you can get paid for it. And last but not least, event breakdown service. So this one is some manual labor, but it pays. So think about after graduations or weddings, you tear down the tables, the tents, the chairs, and if, again, you are broke and you're a muscular college student, like, this is the option. Like, this is great.

Starting point is 00:05:05 So many companies, rental companies will hire the takedown service. And then if that's you and you're good at that, you can make some money doing that. All right. These side hustles, I mean, funny. Again, out of the box. But when it comes to creating more income, that is so important on your financial journey. you're getting out of debt, you're trying to save for an emergency fund for a short period of time doing some extra work and making some income can be the world of difference.
