Let's get this going.
That sounds like a plan.
Three, two, one.
Click.
All right, guys.
I'm just making sure.
All right.
let's start off with questions here from jave rushed in like who is your favorite new character introduced so far so favorite new character in the last two episodes or are we just favorite new character in the last couple episodes if we're going in the last two yeah i don't know if there was any super new characters yeah because if we're just going new characters in the last like three four five episodes or whatnot i would say sam i just like yeah i think that's probably good yeah i think because he's a character who has literally been
thrust into a situation that he had no control over.
He's a character that is looked down upon.
I love an underdog story so much.
Yeah.
I feel like my whole life is an underdog story as well.
So it's something I can resonate with.
And I think there's something inspiring and motivational about seeing someone who you would
never expect to come out on top.
And I'm hoping that for Sam because he's so endearing.
He's so compassionate.
He's such a wonderful human being.
Yeah.
And to see him being picked on, which also I can resonate because I was.
physically and mentally abused
and bullied when I was in
middle school. So also seeing that, and
like I really want him to do well. And so, like,
I would say favorite new character is Sam.
He's definitely one of my favorites, but my favorite character
is still by far Tyrion.
Yeah, yeah. Tyrion's
a good one. A good one.
I would say, I guess
if you're just saying for now, like
he was, we at least just
get to meet him, Tywin, which was a great
scene of him like carving
the moose or whatever during that whole
scene. I thought that that was great direction.
It was definitely gross,
but it was awesome.
Because I always think in a scene you need,
there's something has to be happening,
not just two people standing there talking, right?
And Ty when he's a great actor.
So I really liked seeing him,
meeting him, even though I don't like the Lannisters at all.
But I do like seeing Tyrion
with his dad and giving him like
witty banter back and forth because he knows that his dad thinks he's the lowest of the lowest
of the Lannisters, except Tyrion really has more of the brain cells, let's face it.
I think too, yeah, sorry, sorry, go ahead, continue.
I'm good, go ahead.
I was just going to say, I think you, just from the little bits we've seen already from
Taiwan, which of so far masterful performance, I love that actor.
I forgot his last name, Charles, something I think.
But anyways, point being, I think from the little bits of.
interaction we've seen from him in the little perspective we've gotten into his brain yeah we can see
why the lannisters are the way they are and why they're so up you know what i mean because they get a lot
of that it comes from the environment that they grew up in and seeing this man who is so ambitious
and wants to like have so much in power in in the lannister name i'm like okay i see why the children
or now adults are the way they are but you know it it definitely some of it rubbed off
Ontario, but again, he is a lot more of a soft-hearted individual than Jamie and
Searcy and Joffrey and all that.
So, but I think also too, because he gained this sort of resentment that his dad
looked down upon him so much and didn't view him in such high esteem per se as, as Jamie
and Searcy rather, you know what I mean?
So that's why all that Lannister juice of ambition and greed and being a piece of shit
didn't fully rub all the way off on Tyrion.
Yeah, we'll have to see if he does have to go fight.
I am going to fully assume that his dad does not care and will make Tyrion ride into war,
not caring whether he lives or dies.
We'll have to see.
I'm agreed.
It's just, it's not, it's spooky stuff over there.
What I could do.
All right.
The next one is from Tara.
Great name.
It's the same name.
What a great name.
All right, from Tara.
Hi, Tara and Andrew.
Hello, Tara.
In order to survive the political landscape of King's landing, people need to be strategic, deceitful, willing to lie and betray.
Ned Stark is an honorable man.
If you were his advisor, what would you have advised him to do once he learned about Circe, Jamie,
and that Jamie was the father of her children?
Do you think he was naive to confront Circe with the truth?
By the way, you both have questioned previous Q&As, how I pronounce my name.
It's pronounced Tara, after the East Indian goddess.
But people always pronounce it like yours.
Tara.
I don't mind at all because I'm in great company.
You are, this is the best company everywhere.
Hello, Tara.
You have posed some great things here.
And also, like, what would we have advised to Ned Stark when he found out this crazy-ass
bit of news. I would have posted it on social media because then they would have no plausible
deniability. I think that would have been the smart choice, but since we are in medieval times
here and we don't have social media, I don't know. This is so hard because again, the problem
is, as you mentioned here, everyone has to be strategic, deceitful, willing to lie, and betray.
And it's like a chess piece game. It's got to be 20 moves ahead of everyone else. And it seems
like Ned is one of the very few
honorable people who does not crave power
and wish, like he actually cares about the
people, doesn't crave his own intentions
to rule and that sort of thing.
So,
and he also cares
about his friend Robert Barathean very much
so as well as the people. So
I don't know what I would have
advised because I would have first said this.
We have to be very careful with our
move here because
whatever we say
or do next could cost us our lives.
So let's
think of a plan that puts us in a place where we figure out who we know to trust.
So it does not cost us their lives.
I still don't know what that move is because we can't trust anyone really other than
themselves.
So I don't know what to do.
Yeah.
I think that even though Joffrey is just we can't stand him, what I think I might have done
is said to keep the book, invite Joffrey over, see if you can.
like break up the
Lannister family by showing
Joffrey that his mom
and who he thinks is his
uncle is actually his dad
maybe that would piss him off
enough to be like
mom you lied to me and cause this big
rift inside the Lannisters
I guess we would see
it would definitely get also
Jamie Lannister
possibly back home
and off of the battlefield if they send word to him that the word is out that he's been juicing his
sister which i guess once it's out it's out but um i think that's my one that's my one little
plan because i feel like he'd go he might go running back to be like this is a lie i don't know
we'll see i mean i don't think that's going to happen at all but that's my that is what i would do
That's the only thing I could think of to be like, how do you break up the Lannisters, show Joffrey, and maybe he'll get mad at mom, and everything will blow up.
I mean, yeah, it's not a bad plan.
It's a risky one, but it's not a bad one.
Friends, family, I wasn't raised what you would call financially literate.
At the young age, we did lose her house.
I have what you might call money trauma, I guess.
So when it came to running a business here, I take that very serious.
and I know how to run this business, but when it comes to investing outside of that,
I've always felt scared.
And that's why Acorns has been absolutely amazing.

We'll just go to acorns.
Thank you, and Acorns for being part of my financial wellness life.
All right, Jaden Rhodes.
The writing is amazing on the show, the line when you play the Game of Thrones, you win or you die.
I always stuck with me since I heard it.
I'm curious if there's a line that you all have heard yet that's stuck with us so far.
If there's a debt, a Lannister always pays it back.
Lannister always pays his debts.
Lannister always pays back his debts.
That one, definitely.
There was a line here I just, I just reiterated, and I'm already forgetting.
I'm pulling a terror.
I'm just kidding.
God, what was the line?
I just reiterated it, too, like about 10, 15, 20 minutes ago.
It was such a great line that Tyrion had just said in the woods, and I loved it.
I can't remember.
That he just said in the woods.
Just said it in the woods.
I loved it so much.
too.
Oh, I'm going to have to
rewashed this.
Oh, he said,
if someone else takes me captive,
don't worry,
I'll pay more.
I like living.
That's the one.
That's the one.
I love that line.
That's one of my favorite lines in the show.
Yeah.
That was great.
It was good.
It was great.
Like, Tyrion has really all of the best lines.
He does.
He really does.
Yeah.
He has all the best ones.
Because really, like,
all of the main quotes,
besides that,
one like in the game of thrones you win or you or you die which is great but that's that's seriously
so nobody else really has any lines that i think really stick with you at least not in these last
two episodes that i can think of besides like he's saying which i like that where he's like well if you're
thinking about betraying me and they want money he's like don't worry i'll beat it because i like living
yeah yeah i get it i get that's a great one yeah i like you know who's again i can't think of any
lines like off the top of my head i really like serio the the dance teacher you know oh yes he's
great yeah he's very noble he's honorable yeah he's awesome and the fact that he was fighting him
with a wooden sword and kicking ass that was freaking awesome yeah and he had no fear with a wooden
freaking sword that was cool i mean that's another cool quote of like what do we say to the death lord
and it's like not today not today right that was a good one which was a nice
saying that, you know, Aria, she's running away, saying not today, not today.
And we still don't know.
Our assumption is he's dead.
I, you know, like he's no more.
He had, yeah, a little piece of wood.
But who knows, man, he's a good fighter.
I'm hoping he survived.
Yeah, they've left it definitely ambiguous the last episode and a half since when that
happened.
So one can be so hopeful, but I did not look good for sure.
And then we still got to catch up with Aria at some point.
but yeah no this is definitely again what this show does such and i'm just going to continue to keep
mentioning it until the show gives me a reason not to it's truly an ensemble piece obviously you got
your main plot you got you all these subplots characters you know finding ways to you know level
up and get up on the chess piece or whatnot but or just build up uh character growth wise whatever
this show just does such a good job of giving every character uh you know their uh uh you know they're uh
They're time to shine in the light.
And, you know, to really build them up as well, to get to know them, you know, and also explore that character.
And at the same point, not lose a narrative focus and still, like, keep you invested in these characters and invested in the storyline while also getting frustrated because you are so invested.
So I think what I'm basically trying to articulate is I, so far at least through, are we 10 episodes of now?
Or how many are you in, right?
this is eight oh eight sorry i'm so i was like because i'm so invent i didn't even know what number
we were on but the point being is the show just does such a good job of at least for me so far through
eight episodes i am personally for the most part i'm not lost i'm so like it's so easy to follow
with all the characters the storylines and i just think they do such a great job because again
with a character a show of this many characters this many subplots going on simultaneously for them
to be able to circumvent and have everything, you know, meet in the middle.
It's really tough to do, and it's impressive that they're able to do it so seamlessly, so
beautifully, so organically.
And the dialogue is so damn smooth and sharp.
The acting is so amazing.
The direction, the sets, everything is so good.
And also, the best part about this, even with characters you hate and don't agree with,
the main thing is you understand perspective.
You don't have to agree with everything,
but you need to understand perspective.
That is my main thing with characters.
I don't like or don't agree with.
If I can understand perspective,
it's like, okay, I get why this character is doing what they're doing,
even if I'm not on board with it.
I think that's great writing to me.
And, yeah, I'm just so impressed.
Like, even, for instance, when it comes to,
I'm so obsessed right now with the storyline, too.
I'm obsessed with all the storylines, to be honest,
but like even with DeNaris and Drogo like that is really fascinating like just to see like
how their relationship has really evolved and also how she's like seeing the side of him like
even though she's really grown fondness for him but she's also seeing a different side to him like
yeah she wants to rule the kingdom and all especially after they tried to take her out but even
before that she wanted to rule the kingdom but also too seeing what he is doing now to children and to
women like she's definitely seeing a darker side to him and i know he was already doing this in the
past but now that she is more evolved herself you know she i'm i'm sure she has a more of a sinister
take possibly on what this means for their relationship in the future so we'll see what happens
but i'm just digging this show and there's so many things about this show that i'm obsessed with
i love jor just so many different things about this show i'm just so obsessed with uh yeah i was
to say thank God she's pregnant because um for a calisi she's obviously going to be a fiery queen i
i think now that she stepped into yes i am a calisi we've seen her grow and grow and grow but um you know
it's funny to hear him go yeah that's my son growing inside of her giving her that fire and you're
like well she was always that fiery you have no idea how she grew up with faceris um and
she's looking at these women being basically tortured as she was,
even from her frickin' brother.
And I'm glad she saves them.
I can see her getting like fiercer and fiercer day by day,
which is exciting to see,
especially because she does have called Drogo.
Like he's got her back,
but he's also very powerful.
And thankfully,
we're learning now that because she's pregnant,
along with her standing.
up to him, he's going to go with kind of what she wants, which is a plus. So we'll kind of see how
much she's able to sway the story or sway him into what they want. I mean, he's already
very much on her side about wanting to get the throne now after hearing, you know, how she was
almost murdered. So he's all fired up, but also, so is she. So we'll see. I think that's an
interesting storyline.
I'm also, I really want to see where it goes with Tyrion if he does send him into battle
or if he's like, no.
And I also, I know that at the end there, it wasn't Sir Alistair, it's the other guy who
I'm forgetting his name at the wall tells him he's like, I'm sure they'll be treated
gently to John Snow in regards to his sisters.
um and we just end on that like look with that scene and it's like i don't know if that's gonna be
enough to keep john snow here at the wall but i also know that he's so honorable that he wouldn't
break his word he already has sworn his oath to the wall so at this point i i don't know because
he's lost his uncle and now he's like well my family's there they might i'll be dying like we
have no idea we don't know um and now that like catlin has shown up with rob it's just there's
going to be there's a lot that's going on especially with santa asking for mercy about her dad and i
don't trust joffrey or surcy to actually give him mercy and or will they be angry at her request
right right and is it beneficial that benjj i mean i know he's missing right but they haven't found
a body yet which i don't know we'll see what happens
I hope he's okay, but I doubt he is.
Yeah, I don't know.
We shall see what happens with that.
But yeah, I mean, we know what the penalty is for desertion when it comes to John Snow.
And I get it.
It's probably very hard.
But, you know, right now he did make an oath.
And this is his current family, you know, inside of this wall and what he has to protect
and stick to the oath.
So I get it.
It's got to be extremely difficult knowing that he knows this is not true when it comes to
his father being a traitor.
And also that his sisters are at risk right now.
now being at the Capitol and also too that the rest of his family is in peril as well so I can only
imagine the anxiety he is feeling by just staying put but he again made a note so but I'm just so
I'm just to see as I mentioned one time I think during the reaction what everyone is going to do
when they realize all these white walkers are out there at some point so that's going to be an
interesting thing that unfolds whenever it does unfold because like we're all battling within
And each other like to get a certain place, you know, you know, in terms of the Game of Thrones,
in terms of getting power.
But it's like there's something that could just wipe you out entirely.
So we got to put her differences aside once we figure that out and beat the truth right here.
Yeah.
Once we do, because as of now, it's the wall.
They're the only ones that actually know because they've had evidence of it showing up.
I'm glad that the main guy was there with John Snow so that he.
could see what the F was happening and that John Snow saved the day so hopefully he won't be
hung like Sir Alistair wants him to be um hopefully he'll be saved we'll see um credible
episode though I'm I'm obsessed with this show like so much I know I was like so sad when we
finished Stranger Things but like this was a nice thing to just jump right into like and get
me obsessed with something different and it's totally different of course than Stranger Things but
I'm just I'm loving every second of this and I know it's only going to get crazier and more
wackadoo and I I'm here for it I'm so happy to be watching this finally yeah it's good stuff
I'm I'm excited too I'm just still glad that I don't remember anything so it's like a fresh
brand new watch for me so make sure guys that you're leaving a like comment obviously subscribe
do all the right things tell us how cool we are no spoils in the comment section we love you
bunches. See on the next one.
