Ring the bell.
So you're notified of all this stuff
we are dropping.
So what we will do
is get into our questions
that you guys send us
because that's what we do. We go over
them and it feeds into
our review so um keep sending the questions watch and watch this with us and uh yeah let's um let's start
let's get to it jaden rose the black of black water is one of the best battles of all
time it's pretty cool besides all the amazing action almost every character gets a moment to do
something good and bad my question
is do y'all also feel the same about the big battle or do you all have a battle that might
stick out more thank you jaden for the question we appreciate you so much the battle of helms
deep is my favorite battle of all time from the lord of the rings of two towers which roxy and
terra have reacted to go check out those reactions they're fantastic i just think that's the greatest
battle ever and there's lots of shades of the battle of helms deep while also this is doing its own
thing. I'm not saying this is a carbon copy of any way. No, there's just things about it that remind
me in a good, positive way. But what I love about this battle is you can really get the sense
of geography. It's not confusing. Like, what is happening? There's so many people I'm so lost
from the cinematography to the amounts of extras and all that. Like, it's epic, it's dramatic,
it's story-driven. It's my favorite kind of action kind of set piece. And,
And also too, because you're so invested, not only in the storyline, but the characters like Tyrion, for instance, you don't want anything bad to happen.
And when he actually does get hit across the face, there are sliced across the face, like, I've never seen the show, obviously, so I don't know.
I would assume he's, he wasn't dead there, but still, like, when he goes into a deadpan and he's got blood just searing out of his face like that, you know, that really had me in a worry there.
so to get that kind of elicit reaction out of me because I'm so frightened for a character
like those are my again those are my favorite type of set pieces for action and and when you get
the rug literally pulled from under you with that with the ending there with Tywin coming it really did
look like the end was near and I didn't know that was Tywin and all of them so I thought that was
just such a perfect way to cap the the end battle there so I thought it was a it was definitely up
there in action sequences and I can certain, say for certain that that's not me being
recency bias. It was great. What about you? Yeah, I loved it. To subvert our expectations when
we see the empty ship, I was like, it has to be a ploy, but what is the ploy actually for?
Really, real smart, a lot of fun. But also, once when we see that actual battle and it
blowing up. We're like, yay, we're going to, maybe we're actually going to win this. And then we're
like, holy shite, we're all going to die. And then it comes back to Tywin, saving us. It's a nice
little roller coaster ride when it comes to battle. But this is what Game of Thrones knows how to
do. They know how to film battle. They know how to obviously write it, R.R. Martin. But I loved it.
The only other thing, I mean, I've seen so many movies and I'm not, like, in my memory, I'm like, I'm not going to pull out anything, probably very righteous right now, but I do know Gladiator has really good battles.
Like, that is such a good film with dope-ass battles that I love.
And it also reminds me of Game of Thrones-ish.
And there's also Rome, if you guys haven't seen Roan on HBO, they do have good battles, like, later.
My dad was obsessed with that show.
It's a great show, great show.
One of the most expensive shows they ever made.
But yes, I do agree with you, though, Jaden.
One of the best battles of all time.
I think that it was really great.
Yeah, the stunts, the makeup, the choreography, the hand-to-hand.
It was really well done.
You can tell this probably took a very, very long time to film.
And also, too, I love seeing Tyrion as a strategist, what he did with The Devil
breath is that was a dragon's breath sorry with the dragon's breath how he the used it as a decoy
and then did the explosion like we i'm assuming davos might be dead but don't know it's still
ambiguous because he didn't see the body you just saw him you know get blown up so we could be dead
but it's going to be fascinating to see in season three if that's for sure the case but i know i made
the the funny comment before we move on to the next question i'm like we got a lot of storylines to
wrap up here like no we got more seasons so it doesn't have to fully be wrapped up
they're just setting you up for the next season so yeah so what was your favorite part of the
of both of these episodes it's got to be the dragons with denaris like finally doing the thing
and yielding to her not wouldn't say command but you just helping their mom in need when they
when she needed them at the at her time of need rather in a very dangerous situation i thought
it was freaking epic worth the wait and they're finally coming into their own
because I know like during most of the season
they wouldn't even eat the food that she was asking them
as she's nurturing them
and I just thought it was so worth the weight
and then finding out that that man
literally backstabed her and was just a little
a piece of crap this whole time
so I thought that that was my
there were so many different storylines I was obsessed with
I loved everything
of course anything Tyrion but I would say that one
was my favorite what about you?
I did really like it when
Brie took down those three men
Just by herself
In front of Jamie
And you could tell he was like
He looked obviously he's very impressed
But he also looked slightly turned on
Like he was smiling at her
Which I thought was really funny
And totally fits
With with you
With Jamie Lannister's character
I also think that
You know
The scene was Circe
And Sansa
when they're down below
and they're having the conversation
and she's trying to get her drunk.
There's a lot of really great light writing there.
And a lot of stuff happened here, you know,
with we're not,
we're assuming that she's just going to have to marry this prick Joffrey.
And then Marjorie comes in after the battle
and you're like, what so much has changed?
Like what in the world is going on?
And the fact that, you know, Littlefinger said he could,
help her get home. That's a plus. The hound already said he would take her home.
Yeah. So I do have hope for her. Marjorie is obviously a sexy girl. So maybe she will be able to control Joffrey more than Sansa would be able to. Good luck. We'll have to see about that. And honestly, I just feel really right now very bad for Tyrion because he, he, he,
really was in a good spot and now he's very much not he's going he's back to being the forgotten man
right which is really not good for us but at least he's got someone that loves him so i appreciate that
but that speech he gave when everyone's morale was down when they were abandoned by the king he's not
really the king he's a coward and a sniveling little weasel but when they were abandoned by joffrey and
and morale was totally done they were like we're we're done for him to give that type of speech it
shows you it doesn't matter the size of the man but the man itself and the way he was able
to lift their spirits with that speech i was like i'm i don't want to fight but like after hearing
i'm like give me a sword let me go into bow with tyrian hell yeah i was so empowering i'm i
freaking love him it's not just the quick wit it's the ingenuity of the man i love him so much
peter dinklage is amazing he could realize you know in that moment people can see even if they're
they're just soldiers or lowly people, as they might call them there, that they have a brain and
realize that Joffrey's a real A-hole and they probably don't want to fight for him, especially
with him running away. So his speech was really to adhere to their morals, their heart, like,
they're going to kill your family and your home. So it's like, fuck off to the king. It's like,
let's fight for what's yours. Yeah. All right.
next question
fellow reject
Greg from an alternate timeline
is here to let you know
that we have launched

i'm wearing it right now reject things thanks alex for coming up with it and thanks andrew for snagging my size
and course we have our classic ones up there as well we have a ton to peruse through anyone you buy is
an amazing way to support everyone here who works in front and behind the camera you can scan this barcode right here
on screen if you're interested to go to the link in the description box and pin comment if you end up not
buying one that's a okay i'm just glad they exist so now
I can be wearing them. Let's get back to the video, people.
From Mad Love, thank you, Mad Love for being a royal reject, and for asking us a question.
We appreciate you so much. What are your thoughts on how Circe was behaving specifically towards Sansa down in the Crips and the fact that she was going to poison to...
Sorry if I mispronounce his name, Tomen, Taman, because she believed that they were going to lose. Do you want us to go first on this?
Go ahead, take it.
so I think what was happening
when Circe was the way she was behaving
first of all she was definitely
had some liquid courage when she was talking
although I don't think she's ever afraid to speak
especially in front of Sansa
and I think this point too
she realized there's a good possibility
we're going to die so I'm just letting it all out
at this point anyways
and I also feel like too
she sees a lot of similarities
between her and Sansa as well
and I think she's in a life
of she feels a lot of kind of I don't know remorse is the right word but she's very ambiguous and
she hates what has that she was promised a life like she had to be given to someone like
robert barathean and she wanted so much more in this life like yeah she's a queen and that's
great and nice but she was like she didn't choose this life this life was chosen for her and
she doesn't feel freedom in that and she's saying to sansa you're a prisoner just like me
and now we're all about to die
and like she was just being very
honest and open
I guess is what I would say
as manipulative as she always is
that was the
communication I interpreted from that scene
and then when it comes to the scene
with tomm and however you say his name
as much as I dislike her
and the performance is always incredible
from the actor she's great
but as much as we despise the character
I actually thought like as a mom
to a son, knowing that people are coming in there to violate and destroy and annihilate you
and your child, that was actually very tragic. As much as I would like to see her get her come
up and probably in like a prison cell or something and just the son to be raised by someone who's
not awful and evil like her. Of course, I would never want that to happen to him, but I felt
that was trap because Stannis is now ruled by the light God, is it within him or whatever.
That was probably not going to happen. He was not going to have mercy on either.
of them so i felt that was actually very tragic more so on tomenside tomenside or if you say it
i thought that was actually really sad and tragic the way she was displaying her mama her mama
abilities there and just being in protective mode i'm like actually really feel something here and
i'm supposed to hate this character i was having perspective i think that's great writing what about you
so i think this stuff with tom and that's the kind choice for her it's like when you give um people who
are near in war or near nuclear testing sites they all you have cyanide because it's the kinder
choice right astronauts too you have the choice to go okay let's uh let's just go to sleep now because
that is the better choice than the alternative yeah um and i think i already hit this earlier by
saying that that was one of my favorite scenes a few scenes when they cut to circe and sansa
down there i think that you know what she does a good job of
is plaguing bitter and resentful, which the more drunk she got, she was very much,
uh, she was more open about showing that side, like that bitterness towards Sonsa of going like,
yeah, cool, you'll be queen. Like, cheers to that. You're in the same position as me. While it's like
rolling her eyes and being very obvious that she's not happy about it. Like she's obviously not
happy there um and i think she's she has no um reason to make santa feel better and fake it to be like
you'll be fine which is why she i think when she asked like oh i'm sure that you'll be delighted like
if if i die or if like king joffrey dies something like that and sanz had to go like no and she was
like listen don't don't fee me any lines here so i think um for santa to actually see through her
and for surce to give her that side of her by basically saying like we get what this is like you're a stark
i'm a lannister that there's always going to be an underlying like tension here um i thought it was
a very good scene i like i would say too to your point she was very bitter and she had a lot of animosity
it seems for like her father i would say too
Yeah, yeah, for sure.
All right, Jay Rushden.
First congrats on the Dodger winning.
Let's go Dodgers.
The epic battle, two Emmys first sound.
In the official summary, it reads,
Aria, Gendry, and Pye Flea there.
Question, what pie would you eat for Game of Thrones?
Tara, it's Gendry.
It's not Gendry.
I can hear the comments right now coming through our ears.
Too bad.
Get over it, people.
What pie would you eat
For Game of Thrones
Is this like a pie from the show?
I'm also very surprised right now
By going back to like that
Epic Battle won for sound
Which I do agree
It was everything in here is epic sound
But I'm also like
What about the other stuff?
Everything was great
Meaning like cinematography
The acting
Set design
Costume design
design.
But I do, I'm glad that they did get, I'm sure they probably cleaned up with the Emmys.
It may be not just the sound.
But I like that you mentioned that, Jay.
I know which person won it for that sound.
It was the guy doing the drums.
He won it.
He deserved it, Tara.
I, like, give him full credit.
If we're, are we talking about just regular pies for Game of the Rooms, right?
I guess.
Okay.
I'm just always going to go with pumpkin pie.
That's my favorite.
but maybe
what is it a pecan pie
I would go with that as well
that's a pretty good pie
I would go with either pumpkin
or pumpkin or pecan
I like those too
okay I mean
key lime pie is always good
cherry pie
depending upon the mood
if Marie Callender still existed
which I think there's not a lot
that still do they have a very good strawberry
pie I will say that
um yeah so i don't know because you said aria gendry and pie flee there and i'm like i don't know
what that means jay um i think pie is the the bigger guy the heavier said guy
oh that's hodore who carries brand no no no no no with aria and gendry he's is the the kid
who was making fun of aria at first he's the bigger heavyset guy oh yeah i thought oh oh okay
But still, my main thing was
You're basically just pulling pie from the name, Jay, right?
Because when you said pie flea, you're asking about the characters.
And now I'm like, oh, but you just want to know what pie we like.
Got it.
But you do like pumpkin pie, though, right, Miss Halloween?
Pumpkin pie is great, but you already picked that.
Oh, you're like, I don't want to pick the same thing as you.
No, I don't.
I don't want to.
I don't.
um so yeah anyhow oh okay got that's how i figured it was yep okay i'm with you now um
so okay so what are your i guess uh yeah overall thoughts i thought season two was incredible
i had no idea where the show was going to go after the falling of ned stark and i think
this show is just as epic and season two is season one just with theon gray joy rob stark
how he's had to
become a king in his own right
for Winterfell and his people
and then what has had to happen with his wife.
There's just so many different
Tyrion with the hand
having to survive the Game of Thrones as well.
That has been so much fun to watch.
Joffrey is the biggest piece of crap of all time
watching Stannis with the light god within him.
There's just so many different things.
A lot going on.
And then DeNaris with the dragons,
of course, in Jora,
I can't wait to see them juice it at some point.
There's, as Terra just said,
there's so much going on.
And I'm, like, so invested in all these storylines.
I don't know how they're able to balance everything.
But I love giving praise when you are able to do stuff like that and truly call it an ensemble.
It's fantastic to watch.
It's so immersive.
It's so epic.
I can truly say this show through two seasons is epic and deserves every bit of praise of saying that word.
What about you?
Yep, I would agree.
Also, I am very curious as to what Rob.
marrying his girl will do, especially with Walter Frey.
Walter Frey has so many daughters and he also has the bridge in which we need to get back home.
So that's going to be a big issue if we don't die out here.
Does he have a lot of forces?
Does he have a lot of men on like battle-wise?
Walter Frey does have, does have an army.
Like, I don't know how many, but he definitely has people who can fight for him.
That complicates things.
So, no, we're going to have to see.
I'm like, I don't know what's going to happen there.
But also, I'm excited to see DeNaris back with her dragons, and they take the fake gold that they're finding to get a ship, which is a lot of fun with Jora.
I am excited to see because they're basically showing us
maybe where she belongs.
I don't know why they showed us the wall.
I get that the wall went out
and then she had the vision of a husband and kid
that she lost, right?
But they did show us her with the Iron Throne.
And I thought that that was cool.
So I'm wondering if that ship is just going to go straight
to Castorley Rock.
How is that going to go?
I do like seeing her back with her.
dragons and um it was quite an emotional moment you know with john snow killing the the half
um it's just it's emotional but it was a good setup right he he only wants what's best for
john snow and actually believes in him yep as much as the audience our point of view believes in
him because we've seen what he's been through but also how well he is at being a fighter
versus the other characters in the story
have no freaking clue, but we do, right?
So it gives us a good insight
where we're like, well, when are we actually
going to see him let it loose?
Can't wait.
Fortunately, we saw a little bit of it here
with one of his own men,
but hopefully we'll see what happens
when he like really lets it go.
Can I just tell you one interaction
at some point I have to see
and you're going to be like that,
I don't know if it might be a dull interaction,
but I don't care.
I need to see,
or don't call her lady,
Brienne and The Hound.
I want to see them interact with each other.
Oh, yeah.
That would be fun.
That would be so interesting.
I find them both so fascinating,
these two characters.
It would be great if they were the exact same height.
We'll see.
Yeah, that would be a lot of fun.
Anyway, this show is great.
It's amazing.
Watch season three with us.
Leave us all the questions,
all the comments.
Don't forget to leave a lot.
