let's do this season four episode one three two one we're going all right guys we just got done
watching the episodes one and two of season four
for a Game of Thrones.

Also, thank you to prep for helping you edit down these highlights.
We super appreciate you.
All right, we're going to get into the questions.
Jaden Rhodes, after the events of season three,
do you all like the way season four starts out?
It's my personal favorite season of the show
and can't wait for the reactions of this season.
Definitely been throwing.
for some curveballs so far. I was not expecting that with Joffrey. Holy shit. So I'm very happy,
but also I'm really scared, especially with Tyrion. And now that Circe and all the people who just
are surrounded by Joffrey and are close to him think it's him, I'm really also worried for Shea as
well. So we shall see what unfolds there. I'm also loving the introduction as well with
O'Baron with Pedro Pascal's character.
It's such a fascinating backstory just with his family and the dynamic between him and the
Lannisters and the hatred he feels towards them.
So I hope that in time he at least sees that Tyrion, depending on what happens in the
situation, of course, I hope that he sees that Tyrion is not really like them in any way
shape, form.
He's a very honorable man.
So curious to see where that goes as well.
but very interesting
introduction so far
I like the intensity he's bringing
that Pedro always brings to the role
as well as there's a bit of tragedy
to just his family's backstory,
but he's just a welcoming
presence so far
in the first two episodes.
Wild to see what has become of
Theon Grayjoy or Rieck as they now call him.
He is literally but a shadow of himself
and then Brand too
how as a war, as a warg,
how he's able to
to, and I get the temptation too of wanting to be in the wolf and all that, especially without the use of his legs and how he can literally feed and all that.
So there's just so many different things.
But I think one of my favorite things as well is the interactions and the relationship dynamic between the hound and aria.
And that is just such the most unlikeliest of relationships in terms of like a mentorship that she gets from him especially.
But I think it also works too because if you're going to get, if you're seeking vengeance,
who better to go to get mentorship right from the hound so that was one of the most satisfying
scenes too to watch aria get the needle back and the way she used uh that awful piece of crap
soldiers lines back at him uh to get when she got needle back and then literally did the same thing to him
so many different things i'm loving seasons four season four so far but what about you yeah it's going
great i mean we're coming off the red wedding uh we're really diving in there especially you know
when Jamie, Jamie is now back and he's with Searcy.
So we're getting a lot of, you know, inner dynamics,
especially when he goes up to Sir Loris and he's like,
you're not going to marry her.
Sir Laris is like, neither will you.
And we kind of find out that Breanne loves Jamie,
sort of, unbeknownst to her.
I started a little bit of drama with Searcy saying that he saved her rather than her saving him.
I mean, and just to put a cap on all of it,
Joffrey is now dead.
And of course, they're going to blame Tyrion.
I mean, if there's no other way, I think, of course, it makes sense why season four would be your favorite, Jaden.
I don't remember any of this.
It's just weird because it's a later season.
To start out this way, there's no better way.
So I'm totally with you.
All right.
The HDHD.
ADHD overlord.
The ADHD overlord.
Thank you, Tara.
All right.
Another king down.
So who do you got now that basically every.
Every king other than Stanis that started at the end of season one is now six feet under.
So who do you got now?
What are they asking?
Who do we got to be king or to be the taken out?
What's the question?
What are you reading the question as Tara?
Oh, they're just saying like every king other than Stanis is now dead starting since season one.
I think he's just making a statement.
Like, how do you feel about that?
Oh, well, this is my hat. This is the happiest I've ever been for a king being down. I just wasn't expecting it to happen this quickly, honestly, but I'm very happy. It's funny the last two episodes. And I probably said it many times. I just don't always remember what I say in other reactions. But what I've been saying this, as you guys know, probably said it already a million times in the last two episodes is I can't wait for Joffrey to eventually die. I just didn't expect it.
to happen so quickly and like this.
So it seems like the guy who gave the necklace to Sonsa.
He said, if you don't want to die right now, come with me.
If you want to live, rather.
So I'm assuming he's had something to do with it, but we shall see.
But yeah.
And I'm curious who they're going to, who's going to be the king now.
Is it the hand becomes the king?
Is it Taiwan?
Although he was the one always in control anyways.
But we'll see.
What are you the guy?
Yeah, I don't know. I get you that it's like, oh, snap. So we really just do have Stannis left with like the Red Lady.
Taiwan has obviously always been way in control. It's great that Joffrey's dead. I'm just sad that the Tyrells won't have had more time to actually change the way King's landing is just in general because Margie was very, she was, she had some power over Joffrey. You know, she understood how to control him, how to control him, how to.
manipulate them, which I really, really enjoyed, even though Circe could tell that that's what she was doing.
I didn't care. Marjorie's going to get a decent amount of way with Joffrey and now she doesn't.
You know, obviously, very glad he's dead.
I'm very curious, though, how this is going to unfold where it's like, I don't know who would be king now, you know?
And it's sad because Marjorie put in all this freaking work with such a monster.
and now he's dead, which means now she's no longer queen.
So I would freaking hate that.
I think it's tragic, dude.
For sure.
And that happened too with Renley as well, right?
Where she was queen with Renley and then he died.
And she's this poor girl.
She can't be queen for very long.
Surrounded by death, eh?
Yes.
Okay, so Curtis Ockerman.
Christmas has come early to Westrose or late depending upon when you can
can get this out. What I love most about the purple wedding is the editing.
Purple wedding.
Cutting back and forth between potential suspects while the pigeons flew.
I've watched as many times and still can't see the reveal.
So Taryn Andrew, who had the great pleasure and killing King Joffrey, the Illgold.
I is so many suspects. He's such a wonderful person who would want to do this.
Well, I think we can rule out Taiwan and Circe. I can say that with certainty.
There's no way Tyrion had anything to do with it. He's not that dumb to do that.
I can say Lord Veris would...
I doubt he would do that.
Reject Nation, thanks so much for tuning into this video
because today's episode is brought to you by prize picks.
I first learned about prize picks,
via through the misses,
because she's super into fantasy sports,
and honestly, kind of makes sense or sponsor in real rejects,
because what we do here is always been about experiences.
Not just watching something, but feeling it.
Being locked in, being present.
Just to be clear, this isn't about pressure or chasing winds.
It's about choice, engagement, and adding a little extra fun to something you were already watching.
I get it.
Trying something new can be intimidating, whether that's starting a new routine or jumping into sports for the first time.
But in life and on prize picks, it always feels good to be right.
Price picks fantasy sports down to its simplest form.
Trust your instincts.
No drafts, no season-long commitments, no-no.
You just pick more or less on player projections.
And suddenly every game hits a little harder.

They've added early payouts.
So if your player gets hot, you can cash out before the game even ends.
You can choose flex play for flexibility or power play for bigger payouts.

That's Code Rejects to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup price
picks.
Good to be right.
I mean, I really, I don't, I don't have the first clue.
And I know you probably are not going to, unless you really don't remember it.
No, I'll take it guess because I don't remember.
I don't remember that he died.
I don't remember a lot.
I think it might be the guy from Dorn, he could be seeking his vengeance via his sister.
Right.
Could be him.
You know, I believe that probably the Joker, like the King's Clown, helped it in some way.
But it obviously wasn't put on by Sonsa.
So you think it was Pedro Pascal, though, right?
Yeah, that's what I was saying.
The guy from Dore and Pedro Pascal.
And also could also be, you know, Lady Tyrell, I don't think she would risk it that much because she wants Marjorie to make it to the top.
So I'm really not sure who it could have been.
I mean, to me, I forgot he died.
And the whole time I was like, wait, who killed him?
Who killed him?
And I'm still like, who the fuck killed him?
So I don't know, man.
I don't know, but we'll find out.
All right.
last question. Jay rushed and what up
Jay? Question. Who is your favorite
reaction to death at the wedding there?
Ooh.
Um,
um, geez. My favorite
one, I don't know.
I think maybe Tyrion's just because he was so in shock,
but also I felt bad for him too because
he was being blamed again for something
he had nothing to do with. Like look
what happened to him with the battle and
was at the ending of season two. He was
the hero there and he got, and
he was not recognized for what he did.
And he had nothing to do with his death and he's being blamed here.
This poor guy, you can't get a win ever.
And even when something bad happens, it's his fault.
Everything is always this man's fault.
It's awful.
He always gets a short end of the stick.
I just meant favorite reaction like from an actress's perspective.
He always is, freaking Peter Dinklage is so freaking good.
But I just think everyone there that was on set was just did an incredible job of being so natural and not being
actors, you know, in terms of like, I'm not buying the believability right here as these actors are
trying to sell that this, uh, that Joffrey has died right here. They were all very natural in their
performance right there and in their reactions. Lina Headley did a great job, C. Oh, he says a wonderful
job. Very realistic. I mean, we spent a lot of time with her in like, oh, uh, in this specific
when he wants he dies, we spend the, the most heartfelt part of time with her and seeing job.
Dying.
So I would say it's that.
I also, just to sort of recap before we get out of here, I also am just, I don't know if
Shea actually did leave, even though they're saying they saw her leave.
I'm a little like, I don't want her to die, but I'm also the whole thing made me just very,
very sad that he really had to lie to her, yell at her, be mean to her to get her to leave
because she loved him so much.
It's when you really think about it,
Tery and Lanisher will maybe never be loved like he was via Shea.
And that's just a really sad, sad thing to think about, honestly.
For sure.
And I'm very intrigued to see where Aria and the Hound go.
Now that Aria has needleback,
I feel like maybe the hound will see that she has killed people, right?
That was her second kid.
She took that sword and then got needle that she may be ready for to get back into training, which, you know, she was fighting for back in season one.
She always was like, don't treat me like a lady.
I want to do some killing.
So I'm very excited to see if she does actually do some training with the hound.
That would be great.
I'm not sure.
Again, like I said, I'm not going to ever make predictions on anything that I remember.
So overall, I think that this season started out with a bang.
I'm very, very excited.
I'm also excited to still see Jamie Lannister do his training by the sea,
his secret training for his left hand because I feel like they may surprise us
that he may come out of this better than ever.
And yeah, I don't know how it's going to go between him and Cersie.
But now that Cercy's in so much pain and, you know,
Jamie's obviously very jealous that she might have had to marry Sir Laura,
Loras, I don't know if that's going to happen.
Anyway, there's just so much drama wrapped in every part of this show that you just get excited
every time for the next episode.
So I'm stoked on it.
Do you have any last things?
I agree with you.
Who knows what the hell's going to happen after what just happened with Joffrey when it
comes to Sir Loris and when it comes to Circe?
We don't know, man.
But also at the same point, I do agree with you.
I'm curious to see where we go with Jamie when it comes to his.
training with the left hand because we know he's a very resilient character and he's got that
fortitude so i'm i'm very anxious to see just him training with his left hand and now that people
had the most utter respect for him as a warrior he's the king slayer right and now that they're going to be
seeing him almost like to the level that people view with tyrian uh being the imp right now being
with a one-handed uh person so it's it's going to be curious to see that he has to win everyone's
respect back now and that training. And I like that hero's journey and that rooting for the underdog,
if you will. But a lot of crazy shit went down. Can't wait to see what happens. So yeah, excited.
And also, too, I'm excited to see how with De Nera. I know we didn't spend a ton of time in these
two episodes with De Nairis, but also see that is there the possibility that she's not able to
tame the dragons now that they're getting bigger and stronger and all that. So I'm very anxious to
see how that. The resolve is with that as well.
But so much stuff is happening.
We shall see.
We love you guys for joining us.
Leave a like, leave a comment.
Be cool, kind.
Nice.
See you on the next one.
