Stranger Things Full Reaction Watch Along: / thereelrejects Gift Someone (Or Yourself) A Stranger Things RR Tee! https://shorturl.at/hekk2 STRANGER THINGS 5, Epis...ode 1 & 2 REACTION: • STRANGER THINGS SEASON 5 Episode 1 & 2 REA... The FINAL SEASON Continues as Greg & John continue their Stranger Things 5 Reaction, Recap, Commentary, Analysis, Breakdown, & Spoiler Review! The Hawkins Saga continues as we dive into the terrifying third chapter of the final season, where the cracks worsen, the visions intensify, and Vecna’s true plan edges closer to the surface. In Episode 3 ("The Turnbow Trap"), Hawkins continues its horrifying transformation as the rifts expand like living wounds, corrupting the real world with the creeping rot of the Upside Down. Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) pushes herself to reconnect with her powers, only to confront visions of a mutated, more intelligent Vecna — one who’s no longer hiding but evolving. Will (Noah Schnapp) becomes increasingly overwhelmed by his psychic link, experiencing vivid flashes of new creatures, new landscapes, and a sinister design that seems to predict the future. Meanwhile, Mike, Dustin, and Lucas attempt to decode strange radio signals tied to the dimensional ruptures, uncovering a pattern that suggests the Upside Down may be trying to communicate. Hopper and Joyce discover chilling evidence that the rifts are no longer passive tears — they’re growing, adapting, and possibly alive. Nancy and Jonathan interview a traumatised survivor whose encounter with a new Upside Down predator reveals that Vecna’s influence has changed the rules of the game entirely. Greg & John break down Episode 3’s biggest shocks: the nightmarish cold open revealing a monstrous new creature, Eleven’s emotional and unnerving mindscape battle, Will’s escalating visions, the boys uncovering a “reverse frequency,” Hopper and Joyce’s terrifying discovery beneath the town, and the chilling final reveal — a mutated form of Vecna’s hive-mind that signals the beginning of a full-scale invasion. They explore how Episode 3 deepens the mythology, pushes the emotional stakes to new heights, and sets the stage for the darkest chapter of the Stranger Things saga. I'm ready. I'm ready.
No profits for Superman here.
Let's go, baby.
That's crazy.
That's a trip.
She's right out here.
I know everyone else is watching episode four already.
Let's talk about it.
Let's talk about it because we have things to say, comment on, give opinions.
Opinions.
Opinions.
Opinion.
Opinion.
John.
Yes.
We think Prepper at this moment in time.
Thank you.
These highlights so we could have a Thanksgiving.
Thank you, Prepper.
They don't celebrate Thanksgiving.
They don't have thanks for anything.
No, they're the most ungrateful editors you'll ever mean.
Yeah.
They do his complaint.
They do his bitch about editing.
I gave you all I had.
I did.
They're never friendly or pleasant or nuts.
Stop your bitching and get back to that computer.
Give me my edit.
Give me my rough cut.
my final now we love you guys thank you we're thankful for you on this uniquely
american holiday yes um okay well now we had some i you know honestly this is going by so fast
i know i know we had opinions about the last episode but you know this is all one big blur to me
already it is this is really fun i mean like these have like we said kind of started
out feeling more like a season for part two than like distinctly a new first for five but uh you know
as all of that has been ramping up you know i've been very engaged and this was definitely like a
thrilling you know relatively intense time and we're about that point in the season too where
they're about to reveal to us uh kind of i i would imagine the kind of the major shit that is about
to hit the major fan and inform you know acts two and three of the season
so this was just a fun physical episode everyone's like a bit tense with each other a bit snippy but uh you know continuing on actually that's not true there were some very nice tender moments as well along with the moments of tension so continuing on the you know the line this season has toad so far of good acting uh yeah like you said kind of addressing who maybe hasn't gotten to interact or or pay off certain emotional plot lines and then yeah watching that
enact a plan is very satisfying how are you feeling in this moment i'm feeling good i feel like it's
getting better that as it's going um i really like the position they put will in to be
someone who's getting a lot more of his independence is able to actually lead a room
instead of just being a puppet or a bystander he's someone who's commanding a sense of authority like
He's finding a sense of empowerment with this, quote-unquote, curse that's been dealt his way.
It will backfire in some way.
It has to back.
It has to.
Will, will, will back buyer in a way.
Will.
Will.
Will.
Will.
Will.
Will.
Will will back.
The fire will buyer.
The fire will buyer away.
But getting some of those scenes with them is really nice.
Yeah.
It seems like they're doing a lot of, they're going out of their way to have a lot of these, like, full circle conversations.
Even with 11 and hop.
I call them hop because we're friends.
That's what people always say when they say only the first name of a celebrity in videos.
You know, I call our mill because we're friends.
And when I talk like this, I say that, welcome to NPR.
So, national public radio.
They have, like, even bringing up the whole thing with the whole thing.
the compromise you know in season two they were she was gated in and a lot of this seems to be
finding against like because there's kind of a similar setup with them where they have military
hunting her and she has to be kept on the the down low but instead of being contained to a cabin
now they get to be out in the field together and watch their skills come together those
was a pretty cool action scene
behind the wall.
Yeah.
Behind the turnbow billboard.
Interesting.
It's all kind of the turnbows
are important people.
Yeah.
Like, I thought in this episode
they would get the turnbows
and then tap back into hop,
but not so.
Not so.
Not so.
Yeah, the interrogation scene was good.
Yeah.
And, you know,
Jonathan,
not Jonathan and Nancy.
I don't know.
I feel like they're going to break up.
I don't really see it anymore.
Do you?
I don't really see it.
I feel like they've,
they weren't together like at all last season.
And then they're getting together now
when I don't really feel their chemistry.
Weird,
because they're together in real life
and they had such strong chemistry
in the first couple of seasons.
And this idea of like proposing
to solve their relationship,
I just don't feel it.
Yeah, I feel like she winds up
with neither of them at the end.
She becomes a strong, independent woman
who don't need no man.
Or we're very progressive
and she ends up with both in them.
Yes, she ends up with both of them.
I shipped them on the fact they're they're all in just one big polycule with also robin and robin's girlfriend yeah yeah
Nancy and and Mike
I feel like they'd be a little bit more emotional about this
it's a little hysterical like it is their kid's sister
yeah who's being kidnapped and sometimes I forget until I'm reminded like oh yeah it is their sister
yeah just like a lingering it'd be a little bit of
Joison them.
Yeah, your emotions would be jangling in a different way because, yeah, that's not only a member of your family, but also particularly vulnerable member of your family.
Yeah, it's more of like a straightforward mission for them.
Yeah.
And I'm missing, I kind of, I'm missing that.
I feel like it should be there.
I get what you're saying.
It should be there that there's like an extra.
I feel like if you lend into it, lean into it, it would create even more urgency to the situation.
Yeah.
I think it would strengthen it.
Yeah.
Yeah, and it's like I really like what they're doing with Mike in general this season, as we've touched upon.
And I like Nancy, too, although Nancy this season has mostly just been like, I'm to the point, and I'm badass, and I know how to get shit done, and I'm good at shooting.
Yeah.
I mean, they did have her, and she and Robin, they did a little sneaky, investigative thing.
And four, they did.
But, yeah, I mean, so far, I don't really feel that much chemistry.
in regard to her and Jonathan
and it feels like she's kind of annoyed
about the whole thing
so I don't know
I'm fascinated by that
because it seems like they had a lot
to put into that story
and now it just doesn't feel like
a story that is very
even when they nod to it now
it doesn't feel very much like
a thing they're really inspired
to go after
and I hope to be proven wrong about that
but you know
Steve and him heating this up
I feel like we'll only kind of
wind up with her being like
I could, I don't know, I need to find my own way.
But, uh, we still got several more episodes to go through that.
And this is only the first three.
Part of the feeling, like, it's all still really good television.
Part of the feeling that I'm getting, though, is a bit of that behind the scenes vibe of we got to wrap up a lot.
But it's also the final season.
So we got to go bigger with our mission and, and go kind of crazier with the stuff we're doing.
So there seems to be a kind of.
a bit of an imbalance in the way how some of this is being executed personally like i just
watched all the seasons and then i'm coming into this so i'm a little bit more hyper aware
of when i'm feeling like an imbalance happening you know it's not even like a direct because
each season felt different than the others and that's that's fine and i'm still like kind of wondering
like what is this what is the distinct voice about this season every season had a distinct voice
or like a distinct
I think that really
outside of this being the final season
there's something here where I'm like
there's something like
I haven't found like quite defined yet
I feel like every season
you kind of found that special new tone
pretty much right away
and here or three episodes in
and it just seems to be about like
completing stuff you know
and there's there's a bit of
and they'll take breaks to be like
now we're going to have humor here we got to have humor here
we got to have a conversation
here. And like, I like all that stuff. I like all that stuff. I think they should do all those things. There's nothing here they've done that I'm like, don't do that. Yeah. There's, there's something about the overall execution that is, it is. It just kind of comes and goes for me. Sometimes I'm like, great. And other times I'm like, I don't know what's wrong here. Like, sometimes I can't even quite pinpoint it. And then other times you get like a super intense scene with a demigort. Yeah. I'm like, wow, this is fucking super intense. And I feel like that's what it's mostly excelling.
is that stuff
like the action scene
like the best parts to me
were the action scene
the interrogation scene
in that guy's mine
yeah
and the demigorgan scene
yeah
and the other stuff
good
but somehow
kind of
I don't know
do you guys
get me on
I'm totally
viving off here
I don't know
I don't know if you
at all
get where I'm going
with this
I don't know
I don't know if just me
being a little bit
particular
I mean it depends
there's some stuff
like I do
agree that this season compared to the rest of them doesn't have as strong of like a fresh set of i
it doesn't have as much new iconography and like new stuff to market as like this is the new
form that you know the upside down will take and offer up this is the new thing that is captivating
everyone in hawkins this is the new place that's arrived in town or the new person and i get why and
i don't begrudge them necessarily going for that tone of we got our lot to wrap up and we're
kind of basking in the toll that this has taken over time I suppose I think a lot of the best moments
you know are kind of we have that weariness of all that we have been through but uh but yeah it is
curious because a lot's happening but Hawkins feels a little funny because I'm not sure what like
there are soldiers around and stuff Murray keeps having to sneak in it out they're all there
they're just guarding that one spot I guess so because it's like they're able to like drive
through all these yards and shit like that.
They're able to pull off this operation at the
turnbow house and all that.
It doesn't seem that day.
But when I got there in office at Murray, it's like,
I just, I came in here, snucked something the most dangerous thing.
I'm like, I don't feel that dangerous.
In Hawkins, generally, it's weird.
It goes back and forth between like when there are people around
and it feels like people are around, then it feels really normal.
And then when there aren't people around, it feels like no one's really around.
And you kind of do whatever you want.
So, so yeah, I mean, there are some, there are some things that are
living up to the expectation for me of like, you know, the pomp and circumstance that
final season has, but there are also, yeah, other things that I'm like, I'm really enjoying
so many of the parts of this and I'm still kind of squinting and trying to, like, adjust the
lens to see what the true shape and the true kind of, I don't know, motifs of season five
will be. Yeah. It's not quite as clear other than we got to do these operations that are very
engaging and fun and nicely laid out and well edited and all that stuff. Yeah. And I, and I
think there's a lot happening but for some reason okay you know what it is there's some reason
i don't really get an overall sense of like the the big stakes at hand yeah because i kind of
don't like there's i don't really feel like a big stakes right now that's it they're they're
really executing it like it's all huge and it technically is huge like there's the
gates are open upside down's open vectna's on the loose again you know there's some reason i just don't
i don't know why it's it's not as uh it's not hitting as like heavy in the stakes department
outside of like the immediacy of a scene when they're like encountering the demigorg whereas like
if you look at the last couple seasons you like the mind fliers building and you feel that that that
danger and like oh my god billy's infected and what you're going to do like there's a constant tension
around all this or four you know like what is this thing that's like killing people and twisting
their bodies yeah how do we stop you know like it's it's real and this is this mission is just we got
stop beckna i think that's a kind of a plain and simple way we got to stop vectna that's that's i think
a big part of it is there's not really a whole lot to like tease your brain and like mr wats it
seemed like that could be but at the moment it doesn't seem like there's much mystery left there
unless they're doing some kind of weird thing where like they have vekna as we
know him the dark oozy guy maybe uh linda hamilton has that body of vienna maybe this is like
the light side of vekna or some weird thing like that i don't really expect for that but yeah it's like
there's not really a central mystery right now and the stakes so far like we all remember vekna from
season four and the fact that he was revealed as like kind of the central villain of all this
stuff and we still got to get him we still got to find out where he's at and and what his next
step of the plan is but yeah there's not really a lot to like tease your brain into me
you wonder other than wondering how are they going to get through this yeah like i like the mystery
of what they ended off here with with sadie sink that was a that was a huge surprise like that was
the last thing i expected yeah because yeah when they showed her at the end of last season when
eleven went into her mind it was just blank yeah but she's still alive so somehow she's become
some type of just kind of changes the world you know like her soul is wandering here yeah
like caught in a purgatory and that purgatory
is this upside down
plane. Well, and
yeah. I have no fucking idea
honestly, but that's like what it seems like.
Well, yeah, it raises, I guess, the question
of like, okay, is this how, is
this version of the Creole house in the upside
down or is this some kind of other
astral plane or
is this the upside down, but also
there's a different
kind of supernatural astral
element, like, you know, if she's outside of her body
and she exists in the upside down,
that is interesting at least
but but yeah it's a it's a
question I guess of like is that her
immortal soul just kind of rattling around
the yeah the astral plane
I wonder if like Vec is I wonder if that's
all in Vecna's mind
that they put them in because
as we've seen in the previous season you can like go into
the minds and then even 11 was
going to that one guy's mind
and they like the whole showdown
in season four was all in
Max's mind
the entire big finale he was all
happening there
so if all that's happening there
perhaps we're all in Vecna's mind
and maybe that's what's on the other side of the wall
maybe Vecna built that wall so that way
people don't go into that side of the mind
could be I mean there's got to be
I guess because Vecna's
captured according to 11
yeah and I'm like is that
the wall that Holly sees is that just the
reverse side of the big gooey wall
that Ellen you know
homier look at Hopper looking at
know or is that something else
and they're not related actually
yeah like is this yeah is this
Vecna's mind palace is this
part of me started to wonder and I don't really
expected just given the circumstances
part of me is like what if this version of Vecna
really does want to like create some kind of weird
wonderland I don't know
I'm starting to come up with things in my mind
to like make the mysteries
more mysterious
sort of yeah it's weird there's so much
good in the season so far and I guess that
those would be like I think the major things
that so far haven't come together for me yet is like i love the radio station but that's
pretty much just been a first episode kind of thing uh you know there are gadgets for the car
pretty cool but yeah like the motie the strong iconography of the season and like a central
mystery of some kind or things that i wish we're here that aren't but there's a lot of good work
regardless yeah yeah i'm i'm i bet it'll still go off with a with a nice bang here yeah because yeah
I mean, like, my ranking for the seasons prior to this for pretty,
they were pretty quick for me.
It was one, two, four, three, three at the bottom of it.
And to me, it's like, oh, is, well, shit.
Like, three went down and then to go into four, which really went up.
I'm like, oh, yeah, then we should go into five with, like, right away.
But, you know, remember three episodes in,
most of them don't take the time to talk.
I'm going to judge the whole thing by that season.
But I don't know.
You get, like, the Duffer brothers to write and direct the first two.
And then you have a different writer.
You got Frank Darabond.
You know, sometimes it's worth taking time to just review a singular episode.
And the direction was really lovely.
Yeah, I thought he brought something different.
Yeah, it was cool to see.
And, I mean, you know, working in a world that he is certainly part of authoring the original version of the 80s.
So to have him here is really cool.
Yeah, for sure.
For sure.
Anything else you want to highlight?
Just still missing Argyll, you know.
Yeah.
But we got Erica this time.
a mention of our god not even a man he doesn't exist not a projection of that mention of arga oh my god
that whole erika scene we got erika like stuff like that makes me go with they got to learn the
whole truth yeah this family has to learn the truth or else erika is going to be in jail criminal
for life juvie man yeah this is the 80s in the Midwest this isn't going to go else man they're
gonna prosecute her she's straight up um you know uh what's the roofie then yeah this is bad she drugged this
family it's not good this is bad news bears yeah don't worry she'll be fine and uh i mean i like
the scenes of murray and i'm not murray i will and robin bonding and you know well and robin will and
joyce you know yeah gay stuff yeah man get that gay bullkeye going that gay talk going
who will likes his hair i'm gay you're gay let's talk about being gay gays are cool
gayer thing
gay in real life isn't he
that Noah guy
is he? Noah Schnapp. I believe he is
oh well see there we go
we didn't even realize that we were casting
you know
no the show made him gay
representationally
Noah became gay because of the show
it's the big it's a big Hollywood media
liberal agenda
seeping through my stranger thing
making the kids gay I hope but only just one kid I hope he gets a kiss man I hope he
gets to have at least one with Argyle our guy bring our by Argyle back for how old is
Argyle though that might not be good I don't take it I don't know I'm pretty sure he's an adult
in real life there's no guy but yeah I know if there's but it would be really cool if um
I was get a kiss let will have a kiss let will kiss Mike let him have a manly kiss
all right guys well how mad are you at us particularly me for having opinions
you should stop watching see you for the next one speaking just got to be honest to see you for
the next episode all right gang for our royalist rejects you know what time it is every month
we like to shout out some of our most royalist most superest sexiest rejects and this month
I mean, at least here in the States, it's time for Thanksgiving.
So I figured we could have a nice little Thanksgiving Day parade slash potluck with all of our closest patrons.
Folks who have been supporting us day in and day out, asking the questions that you see here on the channel.
Various other names you might have heard of shout it out before.
Well, hey, it's good because you know what.
I agree.
You are going to read off the first person who's coming into our Thanksgiving Day parade who's here.
Oh, my God.
It's freaking Tavia Shields.
Definitely is Tavia Shields.
She's like, she's riding a gravy boat power by a mashed potato steam.
Hell, yeah.
Yeah, you know, you boil up those potatoes.
You get that steam going.
I like to see it.
And who's that afterwards is Tara Mack, Terry Mack dressed as a disco pilgrim with like a disco, like a mirror ball hat and an LED buckle.
Classic.
Classic.
Well, here comes Joe, who's balancing on a giant cranberry jelly cube.
Oh, cool, not in the shape of a can, in the shape of a cube today.
It's Avant Thanksgiving.
And speaking of, Janus B-C-P-H-T is giving vitamin pie shots to everyone.
It's like, you know, it's like a little cup with a little pie crust on top, but it's got vitamins inside and, like, you know, a little pecan flavor.
It's good.
That's fucking disgusting.
Well, we got Tyra up here, who is a human confetti cannon.
Ask me how.
I'll tell you later.
Oh, who stick around after the video.
And hey, Julian Aldino, thank you for joining the parade marching band leader, Julian
Audino, I should say.
What's the band?
It's the funky turkeys.
Okay.
Remember, yeah, because we like turkey and we like to get funky here at the channel, so why not?
the toe, it's the toe funkies.
Oh my gosh. Well, things can get a little bit more funky this way because we got Druid here,
who is summoning corn spirits to less the stuffing.
It's kind of racist.
X, yes.
Yeah, he's a cultural appropriation, but it's fine.
You know, the whole holiday is problematic.
But, yeah, you know, to wipe our minds away from that idea, Christopher LaPlante is here,
piloting an inflatable UFO float, you know, because we got flows, we got balloons.
And, you know, we like to think that Thanksgiving resonates throughout the galaxy.
Oh, sweet.
Well, we got Alan Smithy, who's been, he's directing the parade behind the scenes.
Yes, he's insisting it's an envant car.
Of course, yeah.
We've got to reinvent the Thanksgiving wheel.
And who could be more of an avant-garde player than Bray, who is on stilts, juggling.
We get this, not juggling pins or balls, yams.
Like whole dishes filled with cooked yams.
Gross.
Yeah.
I love it.
I love it.
I want a Thanksgiving you.
Rambique,
the third is here,
and he's wearing a tuxedo made entirely of dinner rolls.
Yeah, we got there.
I mean,
when we make a dinner roll at the Humphrey House for Thanksgiving,
so I buy it.
Laverre Hawkins.
Hawkins Lab Stranger Thing.
What is here?
She's Levere Hawkins is dressed as Vecna.
is tap dancing with a squad of synchronized pumpkins, like in season two,
the, like, spooky pumpkins.
Yeah, went back to the dance in season two.
Definitely.
Well, Melissa Taylor is here, and they can't say she, we don't know.
They're passing out gratitude coupons with Thanksgiving,
which are redeemable for high fives.
Yeah, so, yeah, oh, that's good.
Okay, okay, so you give the coupon and then a high five happens.
That is what I said.
It's not a coupon, so you don't have to express gratitude.
Okay, you understand what I'm saying.
God, we've got stragglers, handsome, ransom coming through on a float made mirrors, that's right, reflecting everything back at us to be thankful for and to be horrified about.
And, hey, Scott Schley, thanks for showing up and narrating the parade in the style of David Attenborough, you know, observe the wild turkey float as it wafts down the boulevard.
You know?
That's hilarious.
It's an ASMR feed you can listen to also.
I haven't laughed that hard in a while.
DeAndre's here.
And he is, he's, you know, DJ from the top of a, of a giant pumpkin pie.
He turned it into a plate.
That's the, yeah, the decks.
It's pretty sweet and you can eat it after.
It's pretty cool.
Yeah, it doesn't sound like much, but it is delicious.
And speaking of delicious, Dan Victoria is competing in a great parade gobble off,
eating as many turkey necks as possible in 10 minutes time.
A lot of sick people that day.
Disgust.
Fly Panam here
floating above the parade
in a balloon shaped like
giant pie crows
there's only so many things you do
There's a lot of pie, a lot turkey
Morgan Cobb
Not going for the corn joke
Morgan Cobb though
Dressed as a cranberry
In
In crisis
Oh shit
Yeah like wow
Cranberry doesn't know what shape to go into
It doesn't know whether it's natural
Or fill of preservatives
You should have just dressed as corn
Morgan Cobb?
That would have made this joke a lot easier.
It's a good win.
They are conducting a gravy symphony orchestra.
Hell yeah.
Caldrons are spewing gravy and synchronized patterns.
We love to see it.
Yeah.
We love to see Heather Petrullo as well, riding aflo powered by pumpkin spice fumes.
Just like the runoff, the dregs from every pumpkin spice latte in the valley powering.
this float.
Well, Mace Blair is embodying
their Mace Windu because they're sword fighting
with inflatable drumsticks.
Hey, a little turkey.
Du-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D-D Boing-Ey-D-D-D Boing
bouncing through the crowd on an inner tube
that is shaped like a green bean.
Yeah, because, you know, green bean casserole.
We found another dish.
Well, check this out.
We found another one, too, because Danny Rivera's here.
Oh.
And they're wearing the world's largest.
Macaroni necklace.
Hell yeah, dude.
Yeah, it's all cheesy and smelly and old.
We love an old macaroni.
Like my marriage.
Oh, boy.
James Collins, speaking of a marriage,
James Collins is reporting live as the parade's stuffing correspondent,
and that's a marriage of this shoutout into a full-on news broadcast.
Holy shit, Joe.
Well, Cediah Simms, back.
back at it, and they're leading the, you know, mashed potato flash mob.
That's a mash mob.
I'm killing it today.
You are.
Yeah.
These are really good ideas.
Shannon Darbon is, get this, Shannon Darbon shows up wearing a pilgrim hat.
But the pilgrim hat has, like, a little top on it that goes up and down because what's coming out of it?
It's popcorn.
Oh, sweet.
I love that.
I just had popcorn for filming.
I love popcorn.
It'll overflow, and you can do it every few minutes.
minutes or so.
Portable popcorn.
Raccoon Zizier's here.
Uh-huh.
And they're marching inside a bubble that's
labeled extra crispy.
We love a crispy.
The way I like my turkey.
100% fry that shit.
Rebecca Rose coming in next
on a flying acorn
that is
showering the parade
in even tinier acorns
because this whole thing has been
sponsored by
the big acorn.
You thought I was going to say acorns, but no, no, acorns.com slash regi.
Elaine DeLollis is performing an interpretive dance of turkey and the straw, the classic standard, you know.
It's the national anthem of Thanksgiving.
Everyone more turned on.
Robert Pail is here, and they're riding a turkey motorcycle.
We call it a, very cool.
Call it a gobble cycle.
Ah.
Yeah, turn out, gobble, gobble, gobble.
Gobble.
Yeah.
That would be very, very full.
fun bike to listen to you. He had a real to gobbles. Real gobbles. And speaking of real gobbles,
Cyrus Sulkha, I would gobble you up because you're floating by as the philosophical pumpkin,
the great pumpkin, you know, and you're, you're thinking to yourself, you know, and you're asking
us to consider what is the true nature of gratitude. Oh, sweet. Is this the most sincere pumpkin
pad? Oh, my God. This parade's never going to end. Ever. Because Aaron's here. Oh, good. And he's dressed as
a sentient gravy ladle
on a mission. Why not? Why not? And speaking of
missions, Dylan Jaggers here on a mission to rock out
on a sweet potato. There's a float made of sweet potato
shaped like a guitar. There we go. I like that a lot. Shaped like a guitar float.
Jackson Ryan, they're bringing
prio-technic explosions made out of
cranberries.
Yeah. Again, there are only so many foods.
Ambrosia explosions. What do you want from us? Flying Scotsman, Save Us. Flying Scotsman 4072
is piloting the great gobble Zeppelin is a big blimp that has like a little turkey, you know, a waddle on the front.
That's sexy. It's great.
Luke Schnorrhs, of course, in the parade. He's riding an afloat that's shaped like his own face made out of mashed potatoes.
yeah okay fine we tied it back in
I was gonna say it was just your face
how selfish it's nothing
Anthony Donato is passing out turkey
scented cologne samples which actually
smell better than you yeah a lot better than you think
would you look at that it is
Sander Rogers next coming out
with a cloak like a you know cape
made of autumn leaves that's right
we love an autumn vibe here
people skip autumn on the way to Christmas
but not you and you know
it's a good like take on Dr. Strach
You know what I mean?
Adrian, he's performing spoken word about leftovers and rebirth and the true American history.
Absolutely.
Of how Thanksgiving came to be.
He's reading Howard Zinn.
And then after that, we got Whitney Hampson.
And Whitney is juggling inflatable corns.
You know, the multicolored ones that you get like at a pumpkin pad.
They call it Indian corn.
I don't know if that's a sensitive name.
But, you know, it's that beautiful colored corn.
Corns juggleds.
Yes.
The band.
corn with the K and the backwards are
sensitive now.
Stardis and Mattis is here. Uh-huh.
And they have a glittering
cosmic turkey queen
of the parade. Oh, you need a
Grand Marshal, absolutely. And we got
Matthew Arms coming in as
well, carrying the ceremonial
stuffing torch. Finally,
but waiting for that this whole time. Stuffing,
sculpted to look like fire. It's actually a really
beautiful effect. I'm a listener. Kevin Meek,
they're lost somewhere between
the floats. Just viving. Yeah, Kevin
We'll catch up with you.
We know you're good.
And then Zen science meditating on a levitating cranberry.
Say that five times fast.
Maybe you can find Kevin Meek.
That's funny because Landon Miller's here and they're riding, you know, a surfboard of gravy.
Yeah.
Through the streets.
Yeah, we actually have one of those like, you know, theme park Wade pools where you can surf on it.
And that's what he's doing.
Kayla, the king is also right on toe, right behind the surf with a yam chariot.
expect nothing less
and with a you know
big giant you know turkey fork
wheels so we can do a ben hurry
and that is an arousal
Chase Wagner they're here playing
an electric kazoo

that giant turkey
shaped bubble gum bubbles
and this brown gum
to look like, you know, turkey feather.
I've lost the narrative. Why do we like turkey so?
I don't know, man.
Brian Perry.
He's selling black market pies
from a trench coat.
Freak.
Freaky guy.
But this is the best pie.
Juan Longoria is dressed as a giant
wishbone and if you can break him in half
he will grant your way. Well, Cliff Rodriguez
is here and he's about making me jump off
a cliff with this float
that shaped like
you know, Mount
Stuffing Lord.
I see what you did there.
Yeah, it's cool.
He's made of stuffing, I assume.
Cool.
And Lorenzo Baxter, of course,
tap dancing across the river of gravy
that is pouring down Mount Stuffing Moore
after Nicholas Cage finds the treasure.
Well, Marco Tunstale is here,
and they're juggling, flaming,
drumsticks, real ones.
Uh-huh.
For drum.
Made out of cranberries and turkey.
Yes.
Riley Peters.
is here dressed as a pumpkin spice latte
with sentience and also
made out of mashed potatoes, cranberries,
gravy, and turkey and stuffing it.
Well, simply faded.
They're disappearing
and reappearing with new pies every time.
Where are they all coming from?
Who knows? Who knows?
This is a timely, wimmy party we got here.
SJ94 is riding afloat powered
by pure holiday denial
because we got to have the other side
represented here. So it's like a totally
drab, float, it's all gray
and, uh, you know, it
just mostly depicts this, the current city as it
is. Well, Chris Wammoth is here
not contributing money to our live
streams because he's doing with no financial problems at the moment.
Not thankful for that, Chris.
Nope. Well, you know, it's okay, because
Philip J. Smith Jr. is here as
a pair, as an influencer
live streaming the event, but like
as if a pay, as like a pilgrim,
you know, if they had a phone back
in, you know, whenever the
Plymouth Rock days were, you know, then they
could you vlog this, that's kind of what Phillips
doing. I love it, John. I love it. I love the things
you say. Lauren Cardinal, coming
in next. Leader
of our
gobble guardians, I will call
them the elite squad.
The guards, the parade,
and keeps track
of the sacred stuffing.
Let's go with that.
Marjorie is here, and they're
dressed as a 20-foot-tall turkey
therapist.
You've seen that. Chicken Run 3.
Yeah, I want to.
not. Turkey's got a lot of trauma
this time of year. Jen Smith, speaking of which
to ease that trauma
is handing out, thankful for you
hugs. He's
given out free hugs and just
expressing gratitude amidst those hugs.
Eric Horsman is here
slicing off the tattoo a real
rejects and throwing it out to a random
crowd member. Oh no! Yeah.
And he's also got a turkey
leg and it's got the tattoo on it as well.
Michael B.,
Michael B, sending some love, Michael B has been going through a rough time.
So we're thankful for you in general, but Michael B is also bringing us a little bit of joy
because he's delect, uh, Michael B is, uh, he's got a flock of turkeys.
He's deranged into like a synchronized dance.
I'm glad you got that out of your system.
I needed to.
Ronson S.G. is here. They are, they're the head of preyed security.
We need that.
And, uh, they got a gravy guns.
Good, good.
Yeah.
You, Tyler Hague, thanks for coming, buddy.
Tyler Higg, dressed as a sentient fork, seeking the true meaning.
Am I really want to stab another piece of meat?
I don't know.
Well, Mikhail Linden's here.
Good.
He's Swedish.
He's bringing Swedish meatballs.
He's bringing Swedish meatballs.
He stops at IKEA.
That's all you got to know.
Yeah, that's all right.
We're good.
What else is the story?
Thank you, Mikhail.
David Gandy as well, one of our longest serving patrons.
strutting down the parade route in just a sash that says Mr. Cranberry Couture 2025.
Oh my gosh, so sexy.
What a look.
Well, Dealia Chamberlain is here, and they're riding a float made out of purring kittens,
and they're wearing pilgrim hats.
You know, that's the most comforting float to be on.
Yeah, yeah, those cats are really humble.
I just want to jump into that float and cuddle.
And then Niraj Krishnan bringing up the rear and is actually narrating the end credits to the parade.
So, like, literally just in the streets shouting out all the people who made it possible, all the
drivers and technicians, the people who installed the little flowers and shit, all of the thousands
of pie bakers and mashed potato mashers and cranberry saucers, the turkeys, all that shit.
And Raj is here to let you know about it.
And we're appreciative of all of you.
We're thankful for you guys, because in all honesty, your support means a ton.
You guys, so many of you have been here for a really, really long time.
Some of you are new as of this month, but either way, our patron has become over these years a really lovely place with a lot of really lovely people.
And we appreciate you guys coming back here, everybody, for this weirdness.
But I hope you all are having a nice holiday season if you're in the States.
Otherwise, just hope you're having a nice later part of the year.
If you're anywhere else in the world.
And we'll catch you next month for something holiday.
Some Christmas, Santa Konaquanzaki.
Something, something.
We'll do something.
We love you.
Be well.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you.
