For instance, a parent who loves their child may worry about the child's
Starting point is 00:00:34 health, or someone with a successful business may fear that something will go wrong. But if your child is healthy and your business is thriving, there's no need to worry. It's important not to overlook the present moment because it holds the key to your strength. While some people face tough situations, many of you listening to this aren't in such dire straits. Consider this. Do you have a hobby? No matter what it is, haven't you noticed that you perform better when you're fully focused and calm? Whether you're skilled or not, being focused, motivated, and believing in yourself leads to better performance. It's true, right? Your state of mind doesn't just impact your hobby. It affects your entire life. Think about it. When you win, it's because you expected
Starting point is 00:01:18 to win in the first place. And when you lose, it's the same scenario. Changing your expectations can lead to winning in every situation. So if you don't learn to control your mind and life, if you don't discover how to shift your identity intentionally, nothing in your life will change. First off, there are three types of stress that can affect how we feel physically. There's physical stress from accidents or injuries,
Starting point is 00:01:43 chemical stress from things like toxins or pollution, an emotional stress that often comes from personal challenges and tough experiences. These stressors mess with the natural balance in our bodies, knocking it out of sync. Normally, our body tries to get back to this balanced state through its autonomic nervous system. But if we keep throwing it off balance, the new off-kilter state becomes the norm, and that's when sickness can set in. Dealing with physical injuries usually just need some rest. For chemical imbalances, we might need medications or supplements to get things
Starting point is 00:02:15 back in order. But emotional stress, which a lot of people dealing with health issues face, is a bit trickier. It's tied to negative feelings like anger, hatred, fear, and anxiety. If these emotions stick around for too long, they can kickstart illnesses. What's really interesting is that our body can't tell the difference between emotions from real life situations and those we create in our thoughts. It reacts the same way, thinking it's always under some kind of threat. This ongoing stress triggered by our thoughts eventually leads to physical sickness. So yeah, our thoughts can actually make us sick. Now here's the flip side. If thoughts can make us sick, can they also make us well? Absolutely. But to make that happen, we need to be careful where we focus our attention and
Starting point is 00:03:04 energy. Where we put our focus is where our energy goes. We have to learn to control and change the thoughts that have trained our bodies to respond negatively. This is what they call the mind-body connection. The tricky part is that people can get hooked on their own negative thoughts and feelings. These thoughts start to define who they are. Even if these thoughts are uncomfortable or hurtful, people go back to them because they link the burst of energy these thoughts give them with their problems or life situations. Changing this means breaking an addiction, dealing with cravings and the body's urge to stick to the familiar, even if it's not good for them.
Starting point is 00:03:43 In simple terms, our beliefs are just thoughts we've repeated so much that they become automatic or hidden. To change, we need to be aware of these hidden thoughts, examine them, and not let them slip by unnoticed. It's like putting our body in rehab because it's been on a harmful path for too long. Our body, which basically becomes our mind, resist change because it sees the new as a threat to what it knows.
Starting point is 00:04:11 Now shifting gears to physical health, balancing our body involves mixing things up, like doing different exercises such as interval training, yoga, Pilates, sprints, running, or lifting weights. The key is to balance strength, flexibility, and endurance. Whatever method you choose, it's important to push a bit beyond your comfort zone not to hurt yourself, but with a clear goal, find meaning in what you're doing, getting the most out of of it. This approach works best when you fully dive into it, facing any pain or limits directly. Keep track of your progress, aiming to get better. Taking care of your body's chemistry is crucial too. Consider a blood test to understand your chemical balance. If you have symptoms, it might
Starting point is 00:04:57 mean changing some things. It doesn't mean those things are bad for everyone. They just might not be right for your balance now. Take nutrients and vitamins with a purpose. knowing why you're doing it. The meaning behind your actions makes a bigger impact. But even with good physical and chemical care, if you don't deal with the emotional side, you might still feel unwell. You can do everything right physically and chemically.
Starting point is 00:05:22 But if you're living in fear, it weakens your body. Your reaction to the world and your thoughts keeps draining your energy. So focusing on the body and chemicals is good. But if you're still bossy, judgmental, and driven by fear, Those efforts might not work as you hope. To get back in balance, you need to deal with how you feel. This means breaking free from always feeling bad and thinking negative things. It's important to switch to feeling better emotions.
Starting point is 00:05:51 Imagine someone always mad or upset. They might blame a past event for their feelings. But once they see that these emotions are harmful and like an addiction, they can choose to change. It's like going from sitting on the sidelines to actively being in the game of life, deciding to feel different emotions. Doing this takes effort and practice. You can train yourself to feel thankful, for example. By helping others and being grateful, you can change how you feel.
Starting point is 00:06:18 When you're in a thankful state, your mind accepts thoughts that match that feeling, and your body makes chemicals that help you grow and repair. It's about knowing why you're doing this and giving meaning to the task. Also, think about this. Lots of health problems come from emotional issues. When you see a doctor, many cases are influenced by emotions that have stuck around for a long time.
Starting point is 00:06:41 Even if you complain about physical pain, it often comes from deep emotions and a bunch of bad choices. In short, you can do everything right for your body and chemicals, but if you don't deal with how you feel, you might still end up not feeling well. Your emotions play a big role in how healthy you are. When you change how you feel by shifting your emotions to match your goals, you open the door to good. things happening that show you're in charge of your life, not just a victim of it. For people seeking healing, it's super important to work on the feelings that tie them to the past. It can be tough because until recently there weren't many proven ways to teach people how to do this. People usually want to avoid their feelings turning to things like movies, shopping, or eating out
Starting point is 00:07:24 to escape pain. But those emotions come back eventually. When you hit a point where nothing external can make you feel better, it's a big moment. You stop relying on, on the usual distractions and realize the only way to feel better is inside yourself. At this point, you're not stuck in your old habits, and that realization can be unsettling. You start questioning what you do, think, and choose. Feeling disconnected from your old self might make you feel down or like you're going through a midlife crisis. But it's really your soul saying you can't go back to the past.
Starting point is 00:07:58 You can't predict everything anymore. So you have to accept change, even if it feels weird, but don't be safe. scared of this transition. It shows you're ready for a big change. Instead of using outside things to hide your feelings, you see the need to change from the inside. You start looking at how you react to different situations like dealing with co-workers, money stuff, or the news. You're not just looking for a quick fix. You're serious about making real changes. People have shared stories about being diagnosed with long-term health issues and getting better through meditation and better emotional states. But some find that after meditating, they spend the next few hours feeling scared and
Starting point is 00:08:36 frustrated. This happens when they go back to their old ways of thinking and feeling without realizing it. That's why it's crucial to practice being in these better emotional states with your eyes open, to make this change part of your everyday life. Walking meditations are a big part of what we do. They teach you to stay calm, even when things get tough. You have to get really good at it so you can keep that calm feeling, even in hard situations. It's not enough to meditate with your eyes closed. You also have to do it with your eyes open. The idea is to look at how you react to different things like your ex, money issues, or bad news. You realize there has to be a better way to react, one that doesn't make you weaker. You practice these new ways, basically rewiring your brain
Starting point is 00:09:22 to make them your automatic responses. If you keep doing this over and over, your brain sees it as normal and it becomes a habit. By doing this regularly, you're changing your inside script. You're making a new version of yourself that matches the person you want to be. Thoughts that always go together become your new reality and your brain can't tell them apart from real experiences. Feeling the emotions connected to the future you want before it happens is the key to really believing in it. On the flip side, holding onto emotions tied to your past keeps you stuck there, keeping the same biology, thoughts, choices, and experiences. Basically, how you feel really affects your body, brain, chemicals, hormones, and genes. Changing your emotions is the starting point for making lasting
Starting point is 00:10:09 changes in your life. Use ideas from quantum physics, neuroscience, and other sciences to make solid models. These models help people learn new things, see things in a new way, and have fresh thoughts. Guide them to make different choices, take new actions, and have unique experiences that lead to new emotions. Through this process, their bodies can go through big changes in just seven days, even more than we expected at first. Even if you haven't done much meditation, not even week-long events, or regular practice, you can still see big changes in your body pretty quickly. And it's not just for a few people. It happens to a lot of folks together. This kind of big shift in everyone's biology is rare and doesn't happen often. To make this change happen, you have to change your
Starting point is 00:10:56 thoughts, make different choices, do new things, and feel different emotions. This process is super important for getting better. The emotions that usually keep us stuck in our lower, more basic feelings are things like anger, aggression, fear, anxiety, suffering, pain, guilt, and shame. These emotions are basically moving energies. Over time, they should turn into wisdom, as the emotions lose their strong feelings and become wisdom. When this happens, you're ready for new experiences, but it's crucial to let go of old emotional baggage to move forward. By embracing feelings like gratitude, love, kindness, care, appreciation, creativity, and inspiration. You can balance your heart and create a big change in how you think.
Starting point is 00:11:41 When energy gets to your heart, it sends a message to your brain that it's okay to be creative, and you can move away from just surviving. This message makes your heart and brain work together, creating a creative and elevated state. This state includes resonances and harmonics in your brain waves, leading to a feeling of ecstasy, which is different from fear, anger, or pain. In this super-aware state, people talk about feeling complete, connected, aware, and full of love. They don't care as much about having stuff or achieving things outside because they already feel like they're living the life they want.
Starting point is 00:12:18 They know they don't have to wait for things outside to change. The change starts inside. For those who think their problems are too big because of past tough times, it's important to know that many folks who faced really hard times have successfully gone through this change. The key is to stop telling the story of your suffering and open up to a new story. Everyone can go through this shift, no matter how old, how healthy, or what they've been through. It's about saying goodbye to the old you and welcoming a new way of being. The process involves meditating every day, focusing on strengthening your beliefs instead of just healing. By regularly feeling the emotions connected to the future you want and telling your
Starting point is 00:12:58 genes about it, you make your belief in change stronger. This unlearning process, which is 95% of our mental and behavioral habits, needs steady effort to make lasting changes. No one is too old, too young, too sick, or too stuck in the past to start this journey of discovering themselves and changing. The scientific proof and lots of stories show how much potential each of us has for change. By changing how we see things, making different choices, and embracing new feelings, we can unlock our unlimited potential and make amazing things happen in our lives. It's truly mind-blowing when you see what's been going on. We've seen many cases where people with all kinds of health issues, like vision problems,
Starting point is 00:13:42 hearing loss, and even trouble speaking, go through incredible transformations. It's not rare. It's happening everywhere around us. Lately, we've seen someone who couldn't talk before, and now they're not only talking, but living a happy life. We've also seen folks with conditions like Parkinson's disease, breast cancer on both sides, spinal cord injuries and other health challenges make big changes after just one or a few sessions of healing.
Starting point is 00:14:11 It's really interesting. What's even more intriguing is that these folks aren't getting touched or having medical procedures. Instead, they're going through a change. in the information in the field. It's important to know that it's not stuff that makes the field. It's the field that shapes stuff. So if you can change the info in this field,
Starting point is 00:14:30 can you change the hologram we see as our 3D reality? That's exactly what we're teaching and seeing happen. Things like tumors can be seen as tricks, and they are basically created by the info in the field. Change that info, and you might change what happens with the stuff itself. Now, this might sound a bit tricky, heart of what we talk about in these seven days. It's all about understanding the quantum field, how it reacts not just to what we want, but more importantly, to who we are turning into.
Starting point is 00:15:02 You brought up a key point, the power of love and healing vibes. When we fill our hearts with love, thanks, and harmony between our brain and heart, we put out a healing energy that can affect others, even if they're not actively involved. It's about making a connection. in vibrations, a resonance between us and the person we want to help in their healing journey. This connection can be really strong, even if they're not aware of it. I can say for sure that my beliefs about what's possible have changed a lot in the last few years. I've seen incredible recoveries and changes that challenge what we usually think. For example, there was a young guy with muscular dystrophy who had been in a wheelchair for 12 years.
Starting point is 00:15:47 In regular medicine, there's no cure for such a condition. but through our work, he not only got up from that wheelchair but started walking again. Stories like these have expanded my understanding of what humans can do, but it's important to realize that starting such a journey needs a specific way of thinking. When someone gets a diagnosis of a long-term or serious illness and sees that regular treatments aren't doing what's expected, they come to a crossroads. Some might accept things as they are, while others want to find different ways. Those who look for alternatives and start to heal often change from wanting to heal just themselves to wanting to heal others.
Starting point is 00:16:27 They really want to share the gift of healing with people they care about. This change in thinking opens up new possibilities. Can we affect and heal others with our thoughts, love, and heart harmony, even if they're not actively taking part or reacting to the process? The answer seems to be a strong yes. As we look into this more, we create models to understand and practice. People have gotten out of wheelchairs, got back their sight, and had diseases go away through this process. Also, we've looked into distant healing, where people come together feeling harmonious and focus on helping someone in need, even if they're far away. The results have been amazing, often as good as or better than medicines.
Starting point is 00:17:08 So in short, we're figuring out that the power of thoughts, intentions, and love has a big impact on our own healing and helping others heal. It's a journey that challenges what we usually believe and opens up new possibilities of what people can do and how we're all connected. Imagine this. Everything around you, including yourself, is like a fascinating dance of tiny particles, atoms and molecules. These super small bits are always moving, each with its own rhythm and frequency, like a big orchestra where every atom has its unique note. Now let's talk about the cool idea of the law of vibration. It says that the whole universe is pretty much a symphony of vibrations. each sending out energy at its own special frequency. Now let's see how this connects to making your deepest wishes come true. Your thoughts, feelings, and intentions aren't just random ideas.
Starting point is 00:17:59 They're real forms of energy, each with its own special vibration. Picture them like radio signals going out into the universe. These signals match up with energies in the universe, kind of like tuning in to your favorite radio station. When your thoughts and feelings match up with what you want to make happen, something really special goes on. You create a connection, a strong link with the law of attraction. This law, a big rule, says that similar energies naturally come together.
Starting point is 00:18:30 Now here's where it gets interesting. How can you use your own vibes to make your wishes come true? It all starts with super clear intentions. Don't go for wishes that are unclear or fuzzy. The universe likes it best when you ask for things in a detailed way. Instead of saying, I want a better job, say something like, I want a job that makes me happy, lets me show my creative side and gives me a good income. Details are like your helpers. Picture the specifics, the colors, textures, sounds, and even the feelings connected to what
Starting point is 00:19:05 you want. The universe really likes details. Also, mix your intention with feelings from your heart. How would reaching this goal make you feel? Whether it's happiness, excitement, peace, or freedom, put those feelings into your intention, keep your mind on your intention. Don't let yourself start thinking about doubts or focusing on what you don't want. Your thoughts act like tuning forks, matching the vibes you send out. Writing down your intention is a strong move. It makes your commitment solid and gives you a clear point to look back on.
Starting point is 00:19:37 Write it like it's happening right now, sparking a feeling that it's happening at this moment. Close your eyes and picture your intention as if it's real. Imagine all your senses, what you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch connected to what you want. Believing is like the base of what you're doing. If any doubts come up, notice them and then turn your focus back to your intention. Keep expecting that what you want is on the way. Make affirmations that support your intention and say them every day. Focus on what you want instead of worrying about exactly how it will happen.
Starting point is 00:20:10 The universe has lots of ways for your wishes to come true, often in ways you might not understand right away. Having a clear intention doesn't mean you just wait around. It means being open to inspired actions that match up with your goal. These actions, guided by your gut feeling, often bring you closer to what you want. Gratitude is like the king of good feelings, buzzing with positive energy. When you're feeling grateful, your energy lines up with good stuff and positive vibes. Instead of thinking about what you don't have, gratitude helps you focus on the good things you already have, asking the universe for even more goodness.
Starting point is 00:20:49 When times are tough, gratitude works like a magic lens, changing how you see things and showing you solutions you might not have noticed. By sending out thankful vibes, you bring in situations and chances that match up with your good energy, and the more you show gratitude, the more you find reasons to be thankful, keeping this cycle of good vibes going and speeding up your dreams coming true. Gratitude is like your daily routine, a way to stay focused on the now, making other manifesting tricks, like imagining things and saying positive things, even stronger. Let your heart stay open, let gratitude lead your way. It brightens up your days and nights, shining a light on the cool stuff you have now and the awesome
Starting point is 00:21:31 things you're asking for in your life. Gratitude is like your secret handshake with the universe, inviting it to shower you with blessings that are even better than you can imagine. Patience is like your trusty friend, and trust is like your guiding light on this journey of making things happen. Every step you take to make your wishes come true is a step you take with the universe. Let go of worrying about how things will happen and enjoy the unfolding magic. Picture your success and feel it deep inside you because it's already real in the world of possibilities. Every move you make, inspired and guided by your gut feeling,
