I think people right now, because they're so informed, are beginning to realize it's not enough to just know that this is a time in history to know how.
We have never, in all the things studies we've done, we've never seen people be able to change their brainways as quickly and as efficiently as this particular group.
The scale is off the chart.
80% of our participants had a more than 90% change in their brain for the better in four days
to create more heart coherence so that you can self-regulate your emotional state
independent of what's going on in your outer environment. And so we've kind of narrowed it down to a
formula. So the evidence that we're seeing in our scientific measurements sits on this side.
And it's objective. It's not just subjective. You're saying, oh, I feel better at
at the end of the event, no, well, we have science to prove that it's not just in your mind,
it's in your brain, it's not just in your mind, it's in your body, right? And then there's this
other arena that's starting to unfold that is, that's actually surprising me on a daily basis. And I'm
so changed because of it, because in our week-long events, we're witnessing,
you know, miracles of biblical proportion. And I'm talking about blind people seeing, deaf people hearing,
tumor shrinking.
MS.
Huge changes.
People with crutches and walkers
are walking without them.
I mean, we're seeing very significant changes
taking place.
For the people that this is making a lot of sense to,
but they're still stuck in the daily routine
and logically this all makes sense,
how do you get people to like make that first step
where they can maybe have that one day or that one hour
where they're like, wow, I actually just took everything
Dr. Joe said and I see a little bit of evidence.
Maybe I can now take the next step and the next step.
Yeah.
If you can't think greater than how you feel, we've studied the brain scans of people who are
thinking in a meditation within some disturbing emotion.
And 100% of the time they make their brain worse.
They are driving it further into higher beta brainwave patterns because, first of all,
the arousal of the stress hormones is causing you to become overly analytical and analysis
isn't going to do it.
Even the insight from analysis isn't going to change it.
And then secondly, the emotion is a record of the past.
So you're thinking in the past, the solution is getting beyond it.
So breaking that cycle is short in the refractory period of those emotional reactions is the gift, right?
And I don't care that you react.
The question is, how long are you going to react, right?
That's the fundamental question.
We have seen dramatic, and I mean dramatic changes in people's health instantaneously,
because it's not matter that emits a field when you study the science.
It's the field that creates matter.
Okay.
You change the field, you're going to change matter.
And that just takes a change in belief because most people think they need to change the matter.
They need to change the tumor.
It's not your job to change the tumor.
That's matter to matter.
You have to change the pattern or the information in the field.
I think the best way to say it is if you're not defined by a vision of the future, you're left with the memories of the past.
And people literally believe in their past more than they believe in their future.
That's why they talk about their past.
more than they talk about their future.
People romance their past,
they're more in love with their past,
than they are in love with the future.
And people who actually create amazing things in their life
just were more in love with their future,
and they kept it alive in their mind every day
and they're like feeding a plant or a garden.
They're tending to that future every single day,
and the delight that comes within,
and the excitement that comes with it,
and the emotions that come with it,
caused them to literally change their brain and body over time
to begin to look like the future has already happened.
Now, think about that.
If there's evidence in your brain and body by thought alone,
evidence that looks like you've already experienced your future,
what does that mean?
It's already happened.
So relax because it's going to find you
and it's going to come in a way that you least expect.
That's the beauty behind this.
If you could predict it, it's nothing new.
It's got to surprise you.
The brain learns by mistakes.
and surprises. So why not be surprised by an unknown coincidence or opportunity or synchronicity?
And the moment you notice what you did inside of you that produced that effect outside of you,
you're going to pay attention to what you did and you're going to do it again and you're going to
believe less that you are the victim of your life. You know, someone or something is controlling
your feelings and thoughts. So all of a sudden, realizing your feelings and thoughts begin to
create an outcome in your life. I think that experience then causes a human being to feel empowered.
to believe in themselves more. And I think when we believe in ourselves, I think we believe
in possibility. And when we believe in possibilities, I think we really believe in ourselves.
And in getting people to that point to realize that nobody's excluded from this. You
can't tell me any longer that you're too old to do this. We have brain scans of people in their
80s that will blow your mind and they can be one.
You can always focus on a future of yours. By doing that, you can start healing yourself in all ways.
You can't tell me you're too sick to do this work.
I've seen super sick people with 50 brain tumors turn their life around.
They have no brain tumors, 50 brain tumors.
Okay, sure.
You can't tell me that you had a turbulent past and you can't do this work.
I've seen people that had the most abusive past that are the happiest people in the world.
You can't even tell me that you've never meditated before because many times the people who have never meditated have the most profound experience because they're not expecting anything.
You can't tell me you're too much.
overweight, you're too underweight. You can't tell me any of it. You can't tell me you're the
two this or two this or two that. I've seen it all shapes, all sizes, all colors, all ages.
The stronger the emotion that we feel from some external event in our life, the more altered
we feel inside of us as a result of that condition outside of us, the more we pay attention
to the cause, and the brain narrows its focus on whatever it is that's sitting there,
and it freezes an image and it takes a snapshot.
And that's called the memory.
So the higher the emotional quotient,
the more fear, the more pain, the more shock,
the more anger, whatever it is,
the more we pay attention to the cause.
And so then we create long-term memories that way.
Now, the challenge is that every time we think about that trauma,
we're producing the same chemistry in the brain and body as if it was happening again.
So some people after an event like that are literally re-experiencing it 100 times in one day.
And this is a crazy thing because what it does is it activates the survival gene.
And when you're in survival, what you want to do is make sure that that doesn't happen again.
So what you start to do unconsciously is you start to begin to forecast what you'll do if it happens again, right?
And you start selecting a worst case scenario in your mind.
And then you think, well, what if this happens?
What if that happens?
And you start to even make it even more, you get more creative, right?
And every time you do that, you start experiencing it.
the emotion of that future based on the pain of your past, the fear of your past, the anxiety
of your past, the depression of your past. And so the person's conditioning their brain and body
into the past, and in the same time, they're literally bracing themselves for the worst-case
scenario in their life, because in survival, if you prepare for the worst, there's better chances
of survival. And you could have 10 really great things go on in your life, and you can have one
bad thing and you keep focusing on that one bad thing because you got to be prepared for it happening
again. So people unconsciously then spend their whole life looking around the corner waiting for it
to occur and they're on guard. Now that's not a conscious process. Common in PTSD from soldiers,
they're constantly looking for the roadside bombs and highly elevated and it's very subconscious.
What they're doing is when you're in that brainwave state, you're sweeping your environment
to determine if there's anything out of order.
And you're doing that because the brain is on such an aroused state.
In survival and stress, the brain is in a very alert state.
And the brainwave patterns are high beta.
You're super aroused.
You're super alert because you're vigilant about one thing out of pattern
that looks unusual or unrecognizable.
And the moment you see that, it's that thought that opens the door
to the conditioning that you've been creating all along.
Remember, this is not a conscious process.
It's no different than bringing a bell and watching a dog salivate.
The stimulus is also causing an automatic, autonomic, physiological, chemical change that's
taking place in the person's body.
And that person, literally, from biological standpoint, is back in that event.
And they're going to behave in almost the same way that they did then because they're trapped
in survival, right?
Right.
And like you said, that's a snapshot.
A lot of people never ended up talking about that event because there's a shameful process there.
So it literally stays there.
You're frozen.
You've stopped from that point forward.
You've stopped evolving.
What we're saying is that if you can't overcome that emotion, then you can't create anything new because that emotion is keeping you tacked to the past, right?
So then...
Your whole future is written, then it's just...
It's done.
It's done.
You're in a box, right?
You're in a box.
So what we know, according to functional scans, is that talking about it helps to diminish some of the emotions, but it doesn't really change the brain or body that much.
You can talk about it.
You can have some insights, but until you begin to make fundamental changes, you're not going to go anywhere.
that for me, it's never about the event.
The event is incidental.
It's about the emotion.
So then when you start lowering the volume to that emotion,
and you teach a person how to get beyond the analytical mind,
enter the operating system where those subconscious programs exist,
change their brainwaves, and begin to make significant changes,
when they start making those subconscious changes,
they're less reactionary.
You teach them how to find the present moment.
you teach them over time the tedium of returning back to the present moment and managing their attention,
managing their energy, and you are literally training an animal that has really poor manners.
The body's been just conditioned to be like a feral animal that's in survival,
but when you start working with it and you keep settling it down,
you're breaking that conditioning response and you're telling it it's no longer the mind of anger,
that you're the mind.
And this is Goliath, this is where every time you start doing that,
in the beginning it takes a lot of effort and a lot of energy.
But if you keep practicing, we have so many brain scans
to show so many people healing from anxiety and depression,
you can't be anxious if you're in the present moment.
You can't be depressed if you're in the present moment.
You're in the present moment.
You're not thinking about the future of the past,
and you start managing that world,
then the body that's holding onto that emotion.
When it finally gets trained,
like a training an animal to sit,
If you're working with it sooner or later, if you keep telling it and training it to sit,
sooner or later it's going to acquiesce. Sooner or later, it's going to surrender to another mind.
And when that happens, boom, there's this liberation of energy.
If you're feeling the emotion of that future before it happens, truly feeling it,
you wouldn't be looking for it.
You would only be looking for it when you felt separate from it.
So can you maintain that state?
Because the only way you're going to believe in that future is you have to feel the emotion
associated with it. The moment you feel the lack and the separation, you're going to believe in the
past. Can you teach your body emotionally what that future self feels like before it happens?
That means you can't wait for your wealth to feel abundance. You can't wait for your success
to feel empowered. You can't wait for the mystical moment to feel awe and wonder. That's the old
model of reality of cause and effect, waiting for something out there to change, take away our lack
or emptiness or separation from having it.
And we discovered that if you can teach your body emotionally,
what that future will feel like before it happens,
you will no longer be looking for it.
That's when the magic starts to happen in your life.
That new personality all of a sudden starts to create a new personal reality.
And the synchronicities, the coincidences, the opportunities,
the serendiprities are showing up in your life.
to prove to you that you are the creator of your life.
Thoughts are the vocabulary of the brain.
Feelings are the vocabulary of your body.
How you think and how you feel creates your state of being.
So then if you wake up in the morning and you come back to your senses with a clean slate
and you say, I don't feel anything, and you say,
well, let me start thinking about all the problems in my life.
Well, all those problems are connected to different people
or different objects of things at different times and places.
The moment you remember your problems,
the memory is a record of the past.
You're thinking in the past.
Every one of those problems has an emotion associated with them.
So all of a sudden you start feeling unhappy,
you start feeling bitter, you start feeling frustrated.
So now your body's in the past.
So then most people then create a state of being
that's connected to their past.
And if they're in the familiar past,
then they are going to crave the predictable future
and they're going to fall back into routine.
The thought that you keep thinking over and over again
becomes a belief.
and nerve cells that fire together, wire together.
So the more nerve cells fire, the more they develop long-term relationships,
and the more hardwired they become, the more hardwired they become, the more automatic they are.
The more automatic they are, the more unconscious they become.
So the process of change really requires becoming conscious of your unconscious thoughts,
which means just because you have that thought, it doesn't necessarily mean it's the truth.
If you have that thought and you accept it, you believe it, you surrender,
to it without analyzing it, that thought will lead to the same choice, which will lead to the same
behavior, which will create the same experience, which then will produce the same emotion.
The same emotions then drive our very same thoughts.
First of all, every time we have a thought, we make a chemical.
And if you have an unlimited thought, you will feel unlimited.
And if you have a self-depreciating thought, you'll feel unworthy.
And your brain instantaneously fires circuits that signal another part of the brain to release
peptides or chemical messengers that signal hormonal centers. And when we get that arousal from the
thought that we think, those thoughts sometimes weaken. The response weakens the physical body.
So it turns out that the emotions that are created from the thoughts are the signaling mechanisms
of the body. Thoughts are the language of the brain and feelings are the language of the body.
and how we think and how we feel creates our state of being.
It's so easy in a matter of seconds to react to someone or something,
to respond to some stray thought,
and in a matter of seconds, default back to those subconscious and unconscious programs
because that emotion is driving you to behave as if you're in the past.
It's automatic, right?
So it's seamless.
The default system causes us to lose our connection to the vision of the future,
our belief in the future.
And it happens so fast that we forget of that future, right?
So self-regulation is the ability to regulate your, or control your internal state of how you're thinking and feeling.
If you're sitting down and you start thinking about some future, worst-case scenario that you're
conjuring up in your mind and you begin to feel the emotion of that event your body doesn't know
the difference between the event that's taking place in your world, outer world, and what you're
creating by emotion or thought alone. Constantly, reaffirming their emotional states. So when it comes
time to give up that emotion, they can say, I really want to do it, but really the body
is stronger than the mind because it's been conditioned that way. So the servant now has become
the master. People say to me, well, I can't predict my future. I'm in the unknown and I always say
the best way to predict your future is the created, not from the known, but from the unknown.
What thoughts do you want to fire and wire in your brain? What behaviors do you want to demonstrate
in one day? The act of rehearsing the mentally, closing your eyes and rehearsing the action,
the act of rehearsing mentally in your mind, who you want to be, the act of just closing your
and mentally rehearsing that scene literally causes the brain to look like you already did it.
Keep doing it over and over again, the hardware becomes more automatic like a software program.
You naturally get your behaviors to match your intentions because you installed the circuitry.
Practice feeling the elevated emotion.
If you feel that emotion and you say, when I feel this emotion, I can believe in that future,
then let me just keep remembering to feel this way in every part of my day.
And this is not about positive thinking.
This is about conditioning my body emotionally into the future.
So if I maintain this modified state of mind and body my entire day,
should there be some evidence in my life as a result of my change in state of being,
a synchronicity, a coincidence.
And if there is, then I'm going to do it again.
And I think that's how we start stepping into that future.
The act of closing your eyes and rehearsing what you're going to do
begins to install the neurological hardware in your brain to look like you already did it.
Now the brain is no longer a record of the past.
Now it's a map to the future.
And if you keep installing that hardware, the hardware will become a software program,
which means you'll just start acting like a happy person.
Why?
There's no magic there.
You install the circuitry.
So that's more important than the news.
It's more important than answering any email or any text.
it's more important than talking about your past or some dinner.
If you can begin to just think about how you're going to do it differently,
that's the building process neurologically already.
So now you have to get conscious in order to do that.
And it takes some time.
It means you've got to shut your cell phone off.
You've got to close your door.
You've got to take a break from everything out there and begin to practice.
If you said, how am I going to be in my Zoom calls today?
how am I going to be in traffic today? How am I going to be with my ex, my coworkers? And you started
thinking about and rehearsing how you were going to act in certain situations. The brain actually
doesn't know the difference between the real life experience and what you're imagining.
The research on mental rehearsal shows that the brain will look like in time that it's already
had the experience and it's vacant of the experience. Now, keep firing and wiring those circuits
and you're going to begin to behave that way. So now you're installing circuitry now,
to use in your life to get your behaviors to match your intentions. You said, how would it feel to feel
worthy of love? How would it feel to be grateful for life? How would it feel to be worthy of abundance?
And you said, I'm going to teach my body emotionally what this feels like before the manifestation
of the event. You're not waiting for your life to change to feel worthy. You're actually
changing your life by becoming worthy. You're generating abundance. You're generating love.
you're creating an elevated emotion.
Stay in that feeling and you'll behave differently.
Stay in that feeling and you'll make different choices.
Stay in that feeling and you'll have different experiences.
Nobody changes until they change their energy.
And when you change your energy, you change your life.
Don't expect anything in your life to change
if your environment is controlling your feelings and thoughts.
And if your environment is controlling how you feel and think.
And I say to you, Aubrey, why are you so upset today?
Oh, well, this person is upsetting me.
What you're really saying is that person is controlling your feelings and your thoughts.
And that means you're a victim to your environment.
Well, turn that around and you start realizing your feelings and thoughts, create your environment.
And you start seeing the effects of you at cause.
You're going to react less to the people in your life because you're going to understand that you'll be back to the victim consciousness.
And when you start seeing that you're creating outcomes in your life,
you're going to believe more that you're the creator of your life
and less the victim of your life.
And to change is to be greater than your body,
to be greater than your environment,
and to be greater than time.
Making that choice to change your state of being
with a clear intention and elevated emotion
actually changes your state to believe in that future more than you believe in your past.
Keep it up.
Keep doing it.
That's a big explosion in the field that's important.
It's a change in energy.
And nobody changes until they change their energy.
And when they change their energy, they change their life.
So when you stop using your enemy to reaffirm your addiction to hatred,
when you stop using your best friend to reaffirm your addiction to suffering,
when you stop using your Facebook to reaffirm your addiction to insecurity,
when you stop that whole process and you start going inward
and you're no longer relying on those outer things to create,
those emotions, and you start creating those inner emotional states, you start changing your energy.
Now, whatever is no longer a vibrational match between you, that past, present, and reality,
is going to fall away. They're just going to spiral out because you're no longer putting your
attention on them. In other words, the stronger the emotion you feel with some problem in your
life, the more you give it your attention, where you place your attention is where you place your energy.
You're giving you power away. So now you're going to combine a clear intention with an elevated
motion, the thought being electrical charge, the feeling being the magnetic charge. You begin to
open your heart. It begins to produce that broad field. You lay the thought of a new future into there.
Now you're changing your energy. When they begin to synchronize coherently, your brain and heart,
you've got a strong Wi-Fi signal because now you're putting out a very laser coherent
signal when there's a synchronization between your energy and that potential that exists in the
future, but it really exists in the present moment because that's where they exist in the quantum.
Now you start to see synchronicities in your life because you're synchronized to a future.
And they come as, you know, opportunities.
Wow, that was kind of cool.
And those are breadcrumbs from the field like, keep going.
Keep going, you're on to something.
Yeah.
So the problem is that people, they do it, and then they get up and then they react in traffic or they get frustrated.
They start feeling the emotions of their past.
And you know what happens?
They just disconnected from the energy of their future, and they're back to the energy of the past.
Don't expect.
Anything to change in your life.
In fact, expect more of reasons to be frustrated.
But if you catch yourself,
you take a breath to get back at the brain and heart coherence,
you tune back in, well, you're not going to go unconscious.
That's a victory.
Like I said, that's a victory.
So then the key then is to be able to keep synchronizing
to the point where it begins to become familiar.
And the word meditation means to become familiar with.
Now you're in a new familiar state of being,
and people say,
I'm really not doing anything.
You know, of course, you're doing the work.
You're becoming familiar with a new set of thoughts,
new set of intentions and new set of emotions.
Your heart's opening more.
Your immune system's up regulating.
Your genes are upregulating.
Your brain and heart are more coherence.
Your energy field is bigger.
You feel connected more.
All these things that, you know, you're changing programs.
You start seeing those things taking place in your life.
You're going to want to do this, right?
It's not going to be effort.
We also know that with the moment they start opening their heart,
and we've measured this thousands and thousands of times.
When they have a coherent brain and a coherent heart,
they're changing their whole electromagnetic field.
And we start every meditation with an elevated emotion.
And as our students begin to create those elevated emotions of their future,
we're measuring what it does to their heart.
And it turns out their heart all of a sudden becomes very coherent.
You can sustain and maintain a modified state of mind and body your entire day and keep your energy up.
Get ready because something unusual is going to happen in your life.
It's the law.
And I know it from experience it and I've witnessed it too many times.
And it will come in a way that you least expect.
Why?
Because if you can expect it, it's nothing new.
If you can predict it, it's more the same.
It's got to be a surprise.
It's got to rock your world.
It's got to catch you off.
garden and it has to leave no doubt what you did inside of you produce some effects outside of you.
When you begin to feel a heart-centered emotion, what you're doing is you're falling in love with
your life. So your body is your unconscious mind. It does not know the difference between an
experience that creates an emotion and an emotion that you're creating by thought alone.
Your body is believing it's living in that future reality in the present moment. Now think about
this. The latest research on genes says,
the environment signals the gene.
Well, the end product of an experience in the environment is called an emotion.
So when you begin to embrace the emotion ahead of the actual experience,
you're signaling the gene ahead of the environment.
And now you're beginning to instruct and select new genes that make new proteins.
And proteins are responsible for the structure and function of your body.
So you're literally becoming your dream.
You're literally becoming it.
The only way that we actually really believe in a future
is when we feel the emotion of that future.
It's really hard to believe in a future
when you're feeling the emotion of the past.
