Is the technology such that it's going to go up? Is it going to come down? Do you think it's going to be just sort of an extrapolation to where it is right now?
Well, I think there's a lot of smart people wrestling with that right now.

Have we been on the podcast yet after one of our games?
I don't think we have, have we?
No.
Oh, no.
You might not see me on Monday or you might not see Billy.
Who knows?
So I'm not going on the podcast with a lot.
So I just wanted to clear up that.
When Rachel steps on that pitch, she,
It's the enemy.
Hello, everyone.
Welcome back to Daily Brightness.
We've got an interesting one.
This is the first time we are coming on the pod
after a Daily Brightness Darby.
But first, all the good stuff,
our usual checkings.
Rach, how are you?
How's life?
Tired.
Really tired today.
but I've been really busy today
like I've literally not stopped
but don't you think that's what days off are though
it's like the only day you get to do stuff
yeah I just said that I literally
don't get a day off anymore no
probably my own fault though I just like
cram everything in but I'm just like after training
on a normal day you can't you ask
do anything can you?
No you just rest and then your day off you
like you feel bad if you're not not doing a million things
I'm literally going to be yawning my way through there
that's all right you keep drinking your cup of tea
how are you yeah I'm good thank you
like you said a little bit tired
been rushing around everywhere today
but yeah good
really good good family checkings
it's been a nice day
and was lovely to see you of course
always nice to see you
it is I do you know what I love
I love it when we play because
everyone gets such good content of us
like the little hug before the game
or like the catch-up after
also Chelsea's post was cute wasn't it
they did that last time
that was really nice I really appreciated that actually
yeah I like that shout out to your
social team
that was cute
but also why does it
look like
I'm literally
about to plant a kiss
on you?
Well,
you know what
happened on the last
episode?
But it was really
cute,
like really cute
bits before and after
and it's,
it's funny
because we're always
dead serious
but we still,
it's nice to have a check in
the tunnel's like
a good time
to have a check in
and when you mates are in the tunnel
like you always just say hot
like it's not
it's like that
like last bit of
normalness
relaxing before you actually
go out, isn't it?
But as soon as you
walk up I was like
Oh, resty.
I think I like said some about your hair
because I feel like your hair's really blonde.
Yeah, I've had it different this time.
Just gone a little bit blonder
because I've just, I've been putting it off and putting it off.
You know what?
I'm like, I have to be in mood to get my hair done.
If I'm not in the mood, I'm not getting it done.
But yeah, it was really nice to see you, obviously.
Not nice to see you win, but...
And to see Little Orson after the game, see the fam.
Oh, that was cute, wasn't it?
For anyone that doesn't know, he was,
Rachel was like, um, awesome, this is anti-Rachel.
his best friend
and then
on three for the camera
he went
besties
so cute
he's grown so much
he's grown so much
I can't believe it
it came back to mine
afterwards and I was just like
you're literally like
a little proper
little human now
like yeah
like a proper little boy
and everyone's like
yeah but they've always
been a little boy
yeah it's like a proper little boy
yeah it's like a proper one now
it's so cute
I was so glad he came
and you got to see him
which is nice
I know bless him
he was so cute
and it's good to see your brother
as well
yeah I know it's been a long time
I've not seen him for a long, long time.
So lovely to check in, really nice to check in.
I love that.
I love us.
I love us.
Oh, my neck hurts.
I think you've done something to me.
It weren't me.
And you know it weren't me that pushed you into the goalpost either.
No, I know it weren't.
But also, who was it?
Why you pushed me into a goalpost?
I don't know, but I came to check on you and I was tapped on your leg.
I went, you're okay, best in.
And then I was like, oh shit, what if she thinks it was me that did it?
No, I knew it weren't you.
But I was like, well, I was like, well,
Why have you just thrown me into a post?
And the ref went, oh, you're offside.
I went, I'm not bothered if we're offside.
You know, just push one into goal post.
I could see you.
I could see you saying it to her when you were sipping on your lucrez.
I thought it were your head.
So did our doctor, because he come running on.
He went, it's not your head, is it?
And I was like, no, it's my knee.
But also, what about when I ran back on the pitch who we nearly scored?
Bestie!
I said to referee, any chance.
Do you know the fourth was apologising on the side?
She literally was on the side.
She was on the side.
She went, wave of her.
her on, waver on, so she waved her where I thought,
I'm in here. Honestly, I said,
I looked over at night and I went, Rachel weren't there when I passed
that ball, when that left my foot, she weren't there.
So I was like, unless I'm blind or something
and they were like, no, no, she just,
the ref waved her on and then even the ref was like,
oh, sorry, miscommunication there, and I was like,
ref, that's bang out of line, mate.
Can you imagine if you'd have gone on and scored?
I'd have loved it.
Could you imagine what people would have been saying,
you've passed it to me?
Oh, God, that'd have been another one.
Fix, fix, fix. Millie's fixing.
Shut up. I'm not.
Anyway, let's talk about the game yesterday, shall we?
Yeah, how fun.
Tough game, bestie.
Woohoo.
Do you know what?
I'm really proud of us because I thought we played really well.
You did play really well and you created a lot of chance as well.
It was just that final, final bit.
And for us, I think first off was really, really difficult.
Like, we just lacked a little bit of, like, intensity and, like, struggled to, like, get past the press a little bit and, like, get that final thing.
Like, it was, it was really, really hard.
I said this to everyone before, though, like, playing against shoes,
it's always a hard game.
We've never, ever had an easy game against shoes.
Yeah, because it was 1-0 at Vela part last time, like last minute the game.
Last minute, it's never been easy and it's always so transitional.
Like, it's so like bang, bang, bang, bang, bang.
We'll beat you one time.
But, no, I genuinely was like, I was really proud.
And I think, do you know what?
It's like a sound, like, coming out at half time and you make three subs.
Like, if we forced you to make three subs at half time, like, we're doing something, right.
Do you know what I mean?
Yeah.
But, yeah, just disappointed, I think.
because I don't think 3-1 truly reflects the game.
It was actually a really, like, a really good game.
Like, it was really, like, intense and...
Yeah, I enjoyed the game, actually.
Probably exciting.
I mean, I hope it was exciting for people to watch,
but it weren't just...
Yeah, I don't think it was all one-sided by no means.
I think it...
I hope it was a good game for the fans to watch,
but obviously, I know you're disappointed,
but I'm buzzing, we got another win.
But I think, again, another example of how hard it is going to be this season
and how hard each game is going to be.
We've seen that with the other results as well.
Did you think I was going to be in the nine or not?
Yeah, I thought you'd have maybe gone a little bit similar to last year
where you was like the pin-up, someone was stretching the back line
and then you would have been like the pocket one.
I didn't expect you to be in the 10.
But I think that's shaped really suits us.
Yeah, I think we do, I'm really proud of us.
I thought we did really well yesterday.
Obviously, like I said, it's disappointing to lose,
but to lose 3-1 when wouldn't really say it was a 3-1 game
and then concede two set pieces, which is even more frustrating.
you know, there is a lot of positives.
And if you look at the chances you've created,
like any other day you put them in the back of the net,
it's a complete different situation.
Coming forward, I put our time yesterday.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
We were like, just kept doing square balls and giving it to you.
But I think it was overall, I think, you know,
it was a really good game and I think it's,
although it's a loss for you guys,
it is still a positive performance.
And you play like that against anyone else
and put your chances away.
different game, three points to you guys and we're going on with a loss.
But, yeah, it was, I just love seeing you.
I love, I love that walkout.
I love the tunnel.
Like, it's so special.
Yeah, like, we were just chatting.
And the walk out as if, like, there wasn't fans there or there wasn't, we were, it was just me and you.
And then, yeah, when we walk out to, like, shake hands with the ref, I just have
a little grin on my face.
I'm like, oh, best it.
I know.
And the refs kept telling me, I just spoke to you.
And I was like, Rachel, you far side or we far side.
You was like, you far side.
And then the rest was like, we're going to go to the, we're going to, we're going to stay
and they're going to go there.
I said, no, no, no, I've spoke to Rach.
We're going to the far side.
You're all staying there.
She was like, oh, change a plan, change plan and said, we've got it under cover, don't we've got it under control.
She said something.
She was giggling.
Yeah, she was laughing because we were like better because she was like, and obviously
you too.
I can't remember what she said, but she was obviously laughing knowing we were best friends.
Yeah, I can't remember her wording, but it was funny.
Yeah, it was made me laugh.
That was cute.
But yeah, I do like that moment.
Obviously, like, I don't think I'll ever take moments like that for granted,
like being up there with my best friend.
No.
Being captains, like both leading our sides is something that obviously we both take
so much pride in and like, yeah, it's really nice.
It's like, I can't even describe it.
Like I said last time, it's like a full circle moment, but it's just like that extra
bit of pride that you've got and it's just like, I'm leading my team, you're leading
your team, game on.
I think you're just proud for each other as well, like this part of me.
That's always, always proud, like, for you and of you and knowing, I think,
when you know what someone's gone through
and what they've pushed through
and everything that they've overcome
and everything that they deserve,
I think when you see them get that moment as well
it's like, it's different
because no one really knows the struggles
unless you actually know that person.
Yeah.
So it's really nice to see.
I'm the same though,
like seeing you walk out as a captain
that it's just still gets me every time
it's just mad to think that like we would see.
And it's so funny because I just look at us
like Mill and Rach, like,
yeah, but then I'm like,
we were just two young girls
like trying to break into an England team,
like, didn't have a clue what to do.
Faffing around and...
Captains of our teams, yeah, it's a really nice feeling,
but...
It is. It's really good.
Obviously, really good for Sam to come on and score a hundredth goal.
I think, as soon as that ball dropped in the box,
I thought 100% that's going to be Sam for it.
Like, he's going to fall to there, I know it.
But, no, as it's hard as it is to lose
and not take the three points as,
if you think about it as a footballer's perspective
and a personal level,
like to see what, I mean obviously I've not seen what she's gone through as close as you have
but to be out for that long, what was it, 634 days or something?
634 days. I didn't realise how long it was.
And then to come back and, yeah, it must be a nice feeling for her and all of you guys as well.
Yeah, I mean, one, what a player to have back.
But again, seeing what someone's gone through and you're just about to come back
and then you have a set back and you're just about to come back and then there's all this pressure
building up outside, like when Sam back, when Sam back, when Sam back, fans are like,
we want a back, we want a back.
And it's like building, building, building.
And then, you know, even still like, people will say, oh, it was like a scrappy goal,
but you still have to put it in the back of the net.
She still has to make herself available.
Yeah, but who, like no one, no one's going to look back and go, oh, Sam, what was your
100th goal for Chelsea like?
No, exactly.
And to do it on your return.
And also, I don't think she, I don't think she gives a, like what her goal was like.
No, exactly.
It's in the back of the net.
She's got that feeling back and that's the hardest part.
Like, you know, like getting that first goal as well, there's always going to be difficult.
But, yeah, I said to her after the game, I was like, so good to see you back
and obviously congratulations on scoring.
So just think when you know, I think obviously I've probably known a bit more about her journey
through you and how close you guys are.
But yeah, I think just as a personal level, like you care about people, do you know what I mean?
You do.
It is weird that you do have this connect.
We all have this connection, like when someone's been out injured in the league.
you do have that, like, weirdly, we all have a connection
whether we know each other or not.
And then when you see people come back,
you get like a, like a, it's like a little bit of joy.
Like you're like, oh, I'm really happy to see that person back
because you don't see him as a player, you see him as a person
and you just know they've gone through.
No, and you know what, like, what a phenomenal player as well?
Like, it's exciting for the league to have someone like her back.
100%.
You even see a movement when she's back on,
but even been on the pitch, I think, what, 15 minutes?
Like, not every sub comes on and scores,
let alone after 634.
days off like it's a real boost for us on a personal level but I think just as an individual like
if I went through what she'd gone through I'd be so proud of myself for like overcoming everything
and still being able to like come back to this level and then come on and score like a hundred
goals Jesus like it's ridiculous so yeah shah sk I think it's been amazing like everything
she's she's done and overcome is yeah incredible and hopefully it's a frightening moment for all the
defenders out there because
SK's back.
I'm sure it will be.
But yeah, moving on to the,
let's do a little WSL round up.
Yeah, what did you think to the results?
I mean, I like came in after the game
and I like, you know, you just sit there
like pissing about my phone and I saw
Man United result and I was like, what,
a 5-1?
You did say this though with London City.
I know.
We did say it's a bold statement
and it's a lot easier said than done
to be like, we want to compete
we want to do this, but getting a hell of a lot of new players,
you have to click together, you have to gel, you have to bond, it has to work.
But what I will say is, they've had a tough run so far.
Arsenal, their Man United, like, two of the best sides in the league to start off the next time.
It's not going to be easy, is it?
But I just thought it's a bit of a statement win for Man United, that 5-1,
that's a ruthless performance from them.
Well, how many goals now in two games?
It's mad.
Happy for Jess Park as well.
Oh, so happy when that way.
A little footwork as well, it's great ball.
Really happy for Jess.
I think it just goes to show as well
when you take that leap of faith
and you take that decision to move out or something,
maybe outside your comfort zone a little bit
and do what's best for you.
She's now flying and thriving in a new environment
and getting the minutes and, yeah, it's really nice to see
because she deserves it as well.
She's such a good player and it's such a lovely person.
She works so hard.
It's nice to see her doing well.
And oh my God, did you see that pills?
score from Tottenham.
Yeah, what the hell?
Whoa.
I wasn't expecting her to hit that from when I saw the highlight.
And I was like, oh, all right, fair enough.
Finish.
Wasn't expecting that at all.
Yeah, fair play to you love.
Fair play to you love.
I think we're going to be seeing more and more of this season.
I think it's going to be so excited this year.
So excited.
Yeah, let's expose all the centerbacks.
Arsenal, West Ham, 5.1.
I was a bit surprised by that because I thought, going to West Ham,
obviously never easy.
No.
But I feel like
they've always
been Arsenal's
bogey team.
Like every time
I've watched Arsenal
there,
I've always thought
Arsenal struggled.
They did start well
though.
I watched the start of it.
It's,
but again,
it's that thing
where you don't take
your chances
against big teams.
They've always got
a,
there's always like
a 60% chance
that they're going to score.
All right.
Cool.
Especially with a team
of Arsenal.
That's just from salt
in the wounds,
your little whang-
Hey.
No,
I'm saying with a team
of Arsenal's talent and capability
it is.
You've got to finish.
Do you know what I mean?
If you're on top,
like West Ham were on top
and they were getting chances
but it was just that final product
like just weren't there.
And when you're on top,
you have to punish top teams.
Like it's the way you beat them.
That's how you beat top teams.
And I'm always, oh, you know what?
I'm like, I'm always happy when the Lessia scores
but her goal was up there.
Oh my God.
Didn't even look at the goal.
I was like that's a Lessee or Russo.
Proper rocket that.
Touched.
I'll finish.
I love it when.
A celebration was cute.
as well, do you know why she did it?
I just watched a video this morning of why she did it.
I didn't see a celebration.
A celebration, she did an arrow.
And it's for the, I just watched a video, it's for the mini gooners.
And she was like, some of the minis were asking her to, like, make up a new celebration.
So she did it for them.
Oh, that's cute.
I love stuff like that.
I love it when it's like, yeah, that's what she said.
She went, it's for the mini gooners.
That's really cute.
Really, really cute.
And city game.
I watched that game, right?
And I thought, like, obviously, we played Brighton the week before.
And I think Brighton are good me.
Like, they play nice football.
Really nice football.
But obviously, Fran came off at half time.
Is she injured?
I don't know.
I think it was a bat because I remember seeing on the get...
I talk of backs.
You know, I can't get up.
Oh.
I think it was a bat.
But yeah, that's a big blow, isn't it?
When you lose someone of Franz Calibre at half time.
Yeah.
Fran's goal was...
I thought she took that really well.
Yeah.
Good bit of play, actually.
But, yeah, again, City.
ruthless in their chances.
Tight game though.
I think there's, apart from really London City,
like all the others have not really, well, in the West Ham one,
they're not really high scoring games, everything's close.
I do think the quality's gotten better.
Was really shocked by the Liverpool score though.
I just don't understand.
I need to like see the game.
But it's good.
Emily Van Eggman back in the WSL again,
like getting on the score.
She's a good player.
I really like playing with her at West Ham.
She'll then give a lot of experience as well.
Yeah, then one of our little ones from Villa
is assigned for them from Rangers this year.
She got one of the match yesterday, so happy to see that.
But yeah, I probably need to, well, I'm sure we'll be seeing the game this week
because we've got Liverpool on the weekend.
Yeah.
Yeah, interesting on that one.
Yeah, I think they're in a bit of a tricky patch.
But again, that's what happens when you make changes, new manager, you know,
lost a couple of players.
Change is hard.
like it doesn't always go well
like it couldn't go either way
like it really really can
which is wow
because they did well last year
that's what I mean
to go yeah they did
I think even last year
they took points off big teams
and they they weren't
I think they were what
mid table maybe
but I think
to start yeah
they'll definitely be looking
for a bounce back
but I mean it's still early on
in it we're only on week two
it's going to be interesting
Bester
very very interesting
But again, I think good to see, yeah, growth of the game
and more competitiveness, you know, top to bottom within the league.
So, right then, let's go on a break now.
BRB, seeing a bit.
They got Willa.
They got my daughter.
I need to find her.

Welcome back
everybody
here's to the
second part.
Obviously we
had such a
lovely
agony ant letter
last week
that had a
great response.
So we've got another one for you this week.
I don't know why people think that me and Millie are just like relationship experts, right?
But we will give it a go.
We will give you our best shot.
Okay.
So this is dilemma number one we've got here.
Hey, Millie and Rach.
I've been dating this guy for a few months and it's going really well and we've recently made it official.
Congratulations to you guys.
Congrats.
The only problem is he's allergic to cats and I have a cat.
I told him from the start that she's a non-negotiable
and he said it would be okay
but recently his symptoms have been getting worse
whenever he stays at mine
should I carry on a relationship
or call it quits before it gets more serious
and we start thinking about living together
what if he makes me choose between him and my cat
this is from a confused cat mama
I don't know what I find is so funny sorry
that's a really really sticky situation to be in but I would not think it is
well you'd say get rid at cat when you
I'm a bit savage on this and not because I'm a dog lover but what I'm going to say
is I'm going to be I'm going to put this very very bluntly because I'm going to be
I'm going to give everyone a reality check cats don't live as long as humans
yeah but Millie right not being funny okay you've got this if this is your soulmate
Rachel imagine meeting your soulmate right yeah but okay right
Okay, put it this way.
Then what are you going to do?
Well, what about if you have a child, right?
You've got, not even a child, your dogs, right?
You meet someone and they say, they're allergic.
What did you do?
You're not getting, if you ever told me, you're getting, no, no, no, no, ah, ah.
If you ever, ever told me, you were getting rid of your dogs for somebody you've just met,
I would literally not speak to you again.
I would shut them in a different room.
I would start putting boundaries in place, and if that doesn't work,
then you're going to have to come to the crossroads of what do I do?
like keep them off the bed
like do you know what I mean
stuff like that
you know what I say
they were here first
so you're not my soul mate
no they're not your soul mate
if they're not willing
just take a tablet
get an injection
get an allergy pill
all right
maybe saying get rid of the cat
was a bit savage
I think like
I'm a dog lover
exactly like
you wouldn't give up your dogs
for someone you've just met
no but I would put boundaries in place
I would I would make sure
I'd keep them off the sofa
I'd limit the amount of, like, contact that they could potentially have.
But I also would suggest you get an injection, an allergy injection or an allergy pill.
Yeah, like, you can make, you can make compromises, but he also needs to make compromises.
Because I just think, yeah, you've made a commitment to that.
But how old is the cat?
I would love to know how old the cat is.
If the cat's, like, really, really, really, really old.
Yeah, but he might still only be on his first life.
He's got nine.
Hang in there.
The thing is, right, I just think, right, if I've made, if I've made the decision to get
a dog that I absolutely love
or a cat that I absolutely love
I've made a conscious choice to know
however long they're with me
they're getting all the love in the world
they were there first
so I'm not saying end the relationship
but I agree with you
you need to put measures into place that
compromise compromise
but so does he also
what's he saying
why did he say that he's
okay with it and then he's
all of a sudden got worse symptom
is he lying to getting her out
Are you lying or what?
No, I think what she's saying is he was saying it's not a problem.
Like he's prepared to suffer a little bit for the relationship.
However, obviously...
Well, that's good then.
I like him.
So obviously taking a turn and he's having severe reactions.
Oh dear.
I can't leave.
Me and Rachel Daly as Satie are giving advice.
Relationship advice.
But I think the moral of the story is here.
Compromise.
Compromise.
you don't need to end the relationship
and you don't need to get rid of your cat
and also why can't you go and stay it is?
Yeah, good idea.
I also think, though,
getting rid of the cat would be my last resort.
I think that's nasty.
Last resort, but also, how old is the cat?
I'm not saying get rid of it,
but you can hang in like,
if it's really, really, really old, then...
What?
You thought I meant put the cat down, didn't you?
You bitch.
That's not what I'm saying.
Right.
Good dilemma, good dilemma to bring to us, but hopefully our solutions are helping.
I don't why people think we're good at this.
I think endline, we don't really know.
We've not really got, don't take our advice and think it's like golden, like, fairy dust and it's going to work.
Because honestly, no, because we're just trying to, we're just, we're just winging our way through this life.
But I would say compromise.
Can you potentially say it is to minimize contact time with the cat?
Secondly, as he took a tablet
or had an allergy injection
because I know they have them
because my sister has him
but I would say
don't get rid of the cat
but also don't get rid of him
but get rid of him
before you get rid of the cat
okay thank you
next day limit
welcome back to Daily Bright's
Relationship Advice show
that is all for the relationship advice
from us for the week
but seriously I hope it does work out
yeah me too
don't get rid of the cat
anyway moving on to
gratitude obviously we always say
one thing we're grateful for. So Millie, hit me. What is yours? What are you grateful for today?
Do you know what? I'm really, really grateful for FaceTime because it is the way I connect with my
nephews. It's the way I connect with my mom, my dad. Like, I see my family. And I had the best little
phone call with Albi and my mom today. And he was so cute. And he was just saying, like, love you.
Drive safe, Auntie Miller, be safe. Like, it was just so, so cute. And,
Yeah, I just think those little things can be taken for granted.
And I know we all moan like, oh, we hate technology, do-da-da-da, go back to the old ways.
But without that, I would be so disconnected to my family.
And, God, I don't even know if my nephews would know who I am or what I look like.
So, yeah, a face-time a day keeps the pain away.
Nice, I like that.
Really nice.
I agree, actually.
Mine would be, like, my family, because I think sometimes, like, my brother just,
randomly, the day before the game
was like, I'm coming to your game.
Like me, Annabella and Austin
coming to the game.
And I was like, it just like gave me
a bit of a lift that I didn't know I needed.
Like, I was just like, oh, how amazing.
Like, running up to him after the game
and like seeing him at his little face.
And yeah, it's just, it's priceless.
It's a hard week for you though.
Exactly.
I think it's been a really difficult week for me this week.
So, you know, to have that support system,
like have my brother there on a tough week
was really nice
and then to have my little nephew
I just love him so much
and he's just seeing him grow
and he's so cute
yeah he's just so sweet
it's the same thing as you
and she's like I love you Auntie Rachel
and it just like takes every bit of pain
you've ever had away
which is really funny
because I'm sat here
and I just realized that
he was playing in my office yesterday
and left his little shirt
and look how cute
oh look at him
so I need to give that a good wash
because it seems to be chocolate
all over it
Not like Orson
I know
Blessing
But yeah
Same sort of thing this week
I think it's a bit of a
heartfelt one this week
Wasn't it?
It is
It is
I know it's been a tough week
for you
And again
Just to carry yourself
The way that you have
And
But I think
Sometimes we need
Little pickups
More than ever
And we don't actually
Think we do
And we think we're fine
And we think we're coping
And we're dealing well
And then
That one little thing
Comes along
And you're like
Holy shit
I am struggling a little bit
And
Yeah
I think me and you are very similar in the respect
that we don't, we struggle letting people in
and letting people help and we just crack on with life
and yeah, yeah, we're good, we're good,
like just let me deal with it kind of thing,
but we're not actually dealing with it.
And then all of a sudden it hits you and you're like,
shit. Yeah, absolutely.
What do we do?
Fricking Niagara Falls down my face, like,
randomly as well.
Like, I have random outbursts of like emotion
and I just cry my eyes out.
I think it gets worse as I get older.
Oh, yeah, I don't know what this 30s is about,
but it's awful.
It's horrendous.
I can't say to my mom, I am, I'm, I'm,
menopause early
I said that the other day
I was like
I think I'm in going through
menopause
I said my emotions
are completely out of check
when I should be happy
I feel sad
when I should be sad
I feel happy
and I'm like
what the fuck
weirdos
but that is it
for daily brightness
