Hello everyone. Welcome back to Daily Brightness. As you can see, my bestie is back. This makes me
very happy. I know you guys have all been asking where she is. She's here. She's fine. We're fine.
but it's so lovely to have you back best it how are you how have you been it's good to be back
I feel like I've forgotten how to speak on a podcast so it's nice to get back into it but um yeah no
start with your name your age where you come from my name is rachel daily and 34 years old than
i come from marigate yeah it's been a tough old ride I've obviously needed some time off away from
everything that I obviously don't want to discuss and go into details as to why but yeah like you said
I think everyone just sometimes needs a mental switch off.
And it's been a rough ride, but I'm here, I'm back.
I am training again.
I am absolutely exhausted.
I'm in basically a mini preseason mode right now.
So for me, I've not been injured ever.
So for being out, like I've only ever missed a game over like concussion or suspension.
It's never been like a long period of time.
So, yeah, trying to like, you know, doing 150s and 300 when you've been out for three months is quiet.
tough on the body to say the least. Literally
Saturday I got veisted, I got home and just fell
asleep to the whole afternoon. I'm
hurting in muscles and places I didn't
exist. Jesus, no intro. My feet.
You know, like the soles of your feet, like your
archers? Oh my God. I'm getting
walking, just calling up the stairs, honestly.
But I'm back,
I'm good, I'm ready to go.
Honestly, I think just
Ben mentioned it actually on the last episode
and he was to say that how proud
he is of us both because
we practice what we preach
and I said on the last step that we all need a break sometimes.
And also, I think another important point is we also, as players,
I think sometimes the outside world expect us to disclose everything
and let you in on every part of our lives,
but we don't actually need to.
And I think that's something that needs to be respected from the outside looking in.
Sometimes, I don't know, I feel a sense of pressure that I have to say everything
or explain where I am or what I've been doing or why I've had a break.
And yeah, I think we've both been in that space.
I mean, we both know each other inside and out.
But I am really proud of you as well just for taking a break and you needed it.
And like you said, injury is very, very tough.
And it can be really lonely at times.
And I think returning is also hard.
I find it hard coming back into a team environment when I've been out.
Obviously, there was days like, you know why.
But there was days where I wasn't even in the training ground.
So I like missed a lot of, you know, like the team banner
and just being around the girls in and around the change room.
So coming back in was that a bit like, oh, a bit overwhelming
because you've been like isolated for so long
and then you just come back and it's like, right, straight back into it.
But it's nice.
The girls have been amazing and the club are super supportive.
And yeah, I'm just, I'm glad to be back now.
I feel like I needed to like, you know, hit the ground running
and I've definitely done that, hit the ground and run.
So we'll see.
Jesus, you have to do it.
straight back into 300s after that length of time off.
I think I would actually die.
Literally, I can't keep my eyes open when I get out.
No.
Honestly.
I'm so tired all the time.
Well, it's nice to see you with your boots back on.
How are you anyway?
I'm good best it.
Yeah, injury is long and hard and it's annoying and there's good days and hard days.
And yeah, I think my biggest thing at the minute is feeling like a huge disconnect to the team.
I think that's the hardest thing.
I feel really disconnected.
But yeah, just honestly grafting away day by day
and just remembering to take care of my head as much as my body.
But I've got a question, I've been dying to ask.
Have you been doing any DIY?
I have.
I'm going to talk about it a bit on the gadget part,
but my extension is nearly done.
So I'm just waiting for the plaster to dry.
And we're looking at it right now, waiting for the plaster to dry.
I'll afford it late tomorrow.
Sofers arriving.
So it's all coming together now.
I mean, yeah, I'll tell you what I did
because it's part of my gadget one,
but I'll save it for that.
Okay, don't tell us too much too soon,
but yeah, we can't wait.
I know the fans are just as eager as I am.
But shall we get into some footy?
Yeah, let's do it.
So, F-A cup,
this is probably one of my favourite competitions
to play in.
Obviously, good not to be involved at the minute,
but the FA Cup is so special.
I don't think people understand.
For me, it's the best trophy that you can lift.
and getting that opportunity to play at Wembley is like insane.
I think as well it's like it's so old English traditional football, isn't it?
Like, wait.
Down and out.
Bless you.
I told you, I've just woke up with a cold.
I don't know where it's come from.
I'm joking today, saying I'm going to have to pull a sickie tomorrow
because I know I've got a 300 and I've actually got a cold now.
That's calmer, isn't it?
No, you're actually ill.
Yeah, but I actually, I think the FA Cup is.
It's such a special, like, tournament,
I think because of its deep-rooted history,
but your game today was a good one.
Literally, I mean, it was bitter, like, as I was watching it,
because I was coming back from training and whatnot.
But what about the goal from Burman?
That is like a true strikers finish, that, honestly.
Honestly.
It left her foot and I was like...
The game itself was, like, a proper FA Cup game.
She, honestly, I must say,
I've got to give a shout out to Vila
because she went from not really being involved,
being in the stands and then obviously we've had a numerous amount of injuries
and then she got us, came on us, so then she got her starting position.
And honestly, I think over the previous couple months, I think she's been one of our best players.
I think that's just a true reflection of like patience and hard work and, you know,
like it's not easy to get into a Chelsea team at the best of time.
So she's coming and taking her opportunity.
And I mean, she's been really good for you, I agree.
but that goal was a hell of a finish.
She has.
That was incredible.
So shout out to my little Vila.
I'm really proud of her.
I think, like he said, just perseverance
and just being patient
and being able to play centre back, left back,
just doing whatever Sonia needed to do, basically.
And then that finished today,
I was like, oh my God.
But honestly, the game itself, I think,
was a perfect FA Cup game.
Honestly, for me, it could have gone either way.
I think Tottenham had a really good game.
I think they had some huge chances
that they didn't take.
I've heard really good things.
I was, you know, catching up with Micah.
It was nice to see her,
but obviously she couldn't play because she's on loan.
And she was just, like, loving life.
She just said it's like, she loves it.
It's so good, like coaching and stuff like that.
And I think even that side of it,
see the team might go out alone and like just grow into their own.
Just keep developing really.
Like she's young.
She needs to be niche.
She needs to play.
And she's been outstanding for Tottenham.
But yeah, I think they're a top, top team.
And honestly, like I said, the game, it could have gone either way.
I said watching the game, I was like, it can be one of the games, whoever takes the chances.
Because it will literally like ping pong.
They're like, they attack, we attack, they attack.
And they were on top for like, big of the chunks of the game as well.
And then we'd get a chance.
And yeah, it was a really, really good game.
But thank God, Vela came on and absolutely rocketed that into the roof of the net.
So Chelsea are through to another semi-final?
We're through.
Talking of other good goals, Madison Haley's golf, Brighton yesterday was the joke.
Did you see it?
Ridiculous.
Honestly, I was like, I was like, she's...
Brighton was so good, you know.
Brighton are so strange to me, like, and I feel like this has been quite a few years of this.
It's like they are amazing and like you think they're going to have such a high finish.
And then they dip off a little bit.
Like, you don't know what you're going to get with them, I think.
I think they're very unpredictable.
But yeah.
Yeah, they did really well yesterday.
I thought they were on top from minute one.
I think it was really, really slow starter from Arsenal.
But Brian, you know, they did what they set out to do
and it was a great win for them.
Yeah, massive.
I completely agree.
I think they're too inconsistent.
And I think when they're good, they're really good.
They've got a lot of attacking threats.
I think it's so good for them having Frambach on the pitch.
She makes them tick.
But they had so many chances.
Kankovic, long-range shot.
I was thinking, oh, my God.
Like, they were, I think they took advantage of a tired Arsenal team.
Yeah, I mean, obviously coming up the back of your game,
it's difficult to do.
and yeah I mean
I thought Brighton
a top draw yesterday
so I think they completely
deserve to win that game
yeah and I'm not taking it away
from Brighton
I think whether you're tired or not
I thought Brighton were outstanding
and fully deserve the win
but
it's the magic of the FA Cup
that's what happens
yeah and then talking about
the magic of the FA Cup
chart and Liverpool
because an 18 year old
scores an extra time
like that's the FA Cup
in it that's like what dreams
crazy
but I actually watched that game
had well part of it
and Charlton are doing really well
in the championship
so it was quite an interesting watch
but I was a bit surprised though
I didn't I didn't think
it'd have taken Liverpool that long
to they had a few chances
but I think
I thought they'd have yeah
yeah but again like coming back
from an ACL injury
18 years old
scoring the winner in extra time
in the FA Cup
take you to the semi-finals
I love shit like that
like that's what the magic
of the FA Cup
100%
that's like they'll see
it now is written in the stars to go on and,
do you know what I mean?
You get little moments like that.
They're unforgettable.
We need to see a second gear from Liverpool against Brighton
if they want to go to the final because...
Yeah.
Yeah, I think Brighton, if they play like they did...
100%.
Yesterday.
Is this the first time that either of them had made the final?
Is Liverpool made the final?
Correct me if I'm wrong,
but I do believe this is Brighton's opportunity
of making history.
I don't think they've ever made a final,
which for them is incredible.
And like you said, they've found their flow.
and I think pulling off a performance like that
against a top top team will give them nothing but confidence
and Liverpool's last time, sorry, a final was early 90s
so even in the times that we've been playing,
neither of them have been in a final.
So that's a huge opportunity for them,
but also I think it's brilliant for the women's game
to see new teams making the final.
Absolutely agree.
I think it's something different.
So it's going to be exciting, but I agree.
I think Liverpool have definitely got to step it up
if they want to get that place in the final against Brighton
because they are, with what I've seen, they're looking very, very strong.
And then obviously it will be Chelsea v. Man City or Birmingham.
Probably Chelsea Man City, since it always is that game somewhere along the lines.
Shot.
It's always Chelsea City in the semi-final, always.
So let's see if we can see Birmingham do it.
You never know.
You know an upset.
Talking of upsets, over to your boys, Leeds.
Absolutely smashing it out.
No.
I was beside myself yesterday, right?
Comfortably, 2-0-0.
Comfortably.
10 minutes to go 2-2, I was like, why?
Why?
How have you done that?
So for me, I was like, we're going to lose this game.
Like, you've chucked two goals away in the last 10 minutes we're going to lose,
and it's typical leads.
I'm like, no, get us to Wembley.
But then penalties, and I was like, oh, I was nervous for pens.
I can't lie, but it's a good way to watch them go through.
So that'll be exciting against Chelsea as well.
I know.
Oh, who will I be cheering for?
Leeds.
I'm about having my lead shirt on.
Kidding.
I'm kidding.
I need a half and half shirt, me.
Half Leads, half Chelsea, both very close to my heart.
But there was more upset because Arsenal men got knocked out as well, didn't they?
They did.
Magic of the Cup all round.
You're right.
Right, we're going to take a quick break.
We will be back very soon.
Hello and welcome back to the second part of Daily Brightness.
With the international break at beginning, surprise call-up for Eric and Meg Pard.
We thought it'd be nice to talk a little bit about her and call-ups and debuts.
So I'm not going to like, and I think because of my age, and I'm probably old enough to be her mother,
I didn't really know anything about her.
So I had to give a little bit of research because, you know, when you see the squads come out and I was like,
Parkinson, I was thinking of this about Pattinson.
Yeah.
I was like, surely not.
So I obviously had to do a bit of research.
I spoke to some of the girls at Villa as well who have played with her.
And I think she sounds like a really, really bright talent.
But I think it's such a rare one.
for Serena's to do something like that.
So I think that was probably the biggest shock.
But, yeah, I mean, I'm all four younger players coming through
and getting their opportunity.
And, you know, hopefully she gets some experience
and being around the older lot, the senior players
and what it's like to be on camp.
And, yeah, I think it's going to be a nice,
I hope to see her player.
I think she's, by all accounts, a very good little player.
Yeah, I would definitely agree.
I'm definitely not going to sit here and say,
I knew everything about her because I didn't.
But I think from what I've heard,
She's a very young, bright, energetic player.
And I think that's also what we need in the squad.
I think to keep developing, keep going to the next level.
I think these sorts of things need to happen,
and they shouldn't be such a shock.
And I think, like you said,
the biggest shock is that Serena's brought someone new in at such a young age,
because it is a little bit rare.
It doesn't seem like we've done that for so long.
And I think we've also had the same group for so many years
that it does come as a surprise.
but I do think we are getting to that stage where change is happening,
the team's evolving, like youngsters need to be in that squad.
And if they've got the talent and they're ready for it,
I do believe that they need to come into the squad
and things like that need to happen more because, listen,
we all have to stop playing at some point and, you know,
the kids are coming through thick and fast.
And, yeah, I think a little revamp.
I don't think it hurts the team.
I think if anything, it develops a squad.
And it pushes people on.
I think every position there needs to be competition
and I don't think anyone should have,
anyone should just, no role is given.
No, I agree.
I think, like, we need to see the youth
and it's exciting when you can see the youth come in
and they get minutes.
Like, you know, I think there's no better opportunity
than now as well to, to feed, drip feed them into the squad.
And, you know, I think her story's really cool as well.
Like, born in Singapore, she plays in Portugal,
started for her first team at 15.
Like, yeah, cool story, man.
Like, I live for stuff like this.
So I hope she has a great camp and, you know,
she'll be made to feel really welcome and all the girls will look after her.
So, yeah, I hope she has a good camp and gets the experience that she wants from the first time
and goes on to have an amazing England career.
Yeah, we're rooting for you.
So hopefully it's a good one.
And like you said, she gets some minutes and some experience.
And, yeah, I think if anything, it's just going to be a massive positive.
But honestly, if we could give you any little bit of advice, enjoy yourself.
So cup every single moment because it is the best years of.
of your life.
But talking of call-ups,
I think we should tell the fans a little bit about ours.
Yeah.
I can't even remember mine.
So hold me on.
I know, yeah, seriously.
I was in America, actually.
I was at uni and it was to complete shock,
like completely out of the blue.
But I don't like remember like where I was or like,
I think it was an email back then, weren't it?
Yeah.
And had a couple of camps and then I was out for a little bit.
I remember getting a first of it.
phone call.
And then I got a phone call of Phil for my first camp of Phil.
I was on standby for the She Believes and then I got called in.
So that's probably the most recent one.
Like that's the one I remember more than the one with Mark.
Yeah.
What did you, because obviously when I was with 23s, you know, like sometimes you get called
in to do like a couple training sessions.
I remember I got called in and there were one of the player.
I can't think of it were.
And we went over to training.
Obviously 23s had training.
And then they'd be like, oh, Millie, such and such.
like your training at first team today.
I remember I had a couple, literally a couple sessions like that,
and then Mark rang me.
And all I remember was I was at the stables.
And it was just me.
And I was like, at first I was like,
who's this number?
Like, what the hell?
I don't remember, like, what I said or how I reacted?
Because I don't think I really took it in.
I was just like, what is going off?
This is not.
This weren't in my plan.
I weren't meant to, like, so many people had said you'd never make it at England
because I started late.
I only came in at 19s for a little bit and then straight to 23s.
so I had like a little bit of a different journey.
So I was like, this is not meant to happen.
This was not in Millie's script at all.
So then when it hit me, I was like, what the fuck?
What's going on?
But yeah, then I was just, yeah, it was just honestly amazing.
And that's when Millie and Rach became bestive.
Well, yeah, because obviously I was in all of Mark's squads up until the Euros
and then I didn't get picked for the Euros.
And then I thought, I don't, I think that's over now.
Like, I think that I don't think I'll get call back in again.
and then obviously that was the summer
and then I think by
the Christmas
Mo had rang me
and I was going with them
with the 23s
so that's kind of like
always a weird space
isn't it
when you've been with the seniors
and then you go down
to the 23s
I think that was the way round
yeah
and then Phil
I think I joined him
with some of the first team sessions
that was in Lamanga
and then
Phil had called me
off standby for that
and his first camp
which was she believes
and then yeah
made some memories
there didn't we best day
the rest of the rest of
history. Yeah, I was top goal scorer
for own goals because kept getting ballwax
at me. Memory's all right.
Oh, never going to move that one down.
That session went, I just remember
no, I know.
Lamanga, those freaking stairs
every time to meal. Oh my
God. So annoying.
They were awful.
And the hill on the way back from training.
And that session we did, when we had that
3015 test in snow when it was snowing
randomly in Lamanga. We were like, what the hell?
3015, I hate that.
I prefer that over 1K time trial.
Oh, God.
No, but it's over so fast that.
I know, but I just don't like any testing, to be honest, best in.
No, me either. I can't stand it.

When Westcham first took flight in 1996,
the vibes were a bit different.
People thought denim on denim was peak fashion,
inline skates were everywhere,
and two out of three women rocked, the Rachel.
While those things stayed in the 90s,
one thing that hasn't is that fuzzy feeling you get
when WestJet welcomes you on board.
Here's to Westjetting since 96.
Travel back in time with us
and actually travel with us
at westjet.com slash 30 years.
Right, moving on.
First up, we've got Inspector Gadget.
Do you have a gadget for us?
You did mention something with your DIY.
Yeah, but do you know what I wish I did have?
I actually need to look at this
because I bet there's one out of there.
An electric potato peeler or something like that.
Right, I was slicing potatoes yesterday.
Look at me thinking.
So sore.
Slice a whole chunk of skin off my finger.
So I'm actually going to look on to see if I can get one of them.
I can't stand peeling potatoes.
It's slices.
One slip in you.
But yeah, my mum came around for a roach yesterday and I was peeling potatoes and I'm like, why?
Why have I sliced my finger open on the last bloody potato?
Anyway, yes, let's talk about our gadgets.
Right.
But do you actually have a gadget?
Yeah, so basically it's not really a gadget, but this goes back to my DIY.
So we've built our media wall and it looks sick.
I showed you a picture, didn't I?
Yeah, you sent me a picture actually like, oh my God.
It looks sick, so I'm so
guessed about that, but the fire
has got, like, a remote and all, like, all different
flames and, like, all different heat settings
and all, oh, I just love it.
I play with it all the time, Sarah's like,
it's boiling in it out.
My God.
Might have got fire on again.
So that's the, it's not really a gadget,
but that's the closest thing I've got to on recently,
but hopefully next week I'll be coming on,
and Tony, I've got an electric potato peeler.
Well, but looks of it, looks like you've got a big enough water bottle there.
I know.
Waterball is on.
1.8 litres.
Oh, it's built some.
Sick.
Is there anything that you want?
Yeah, there is actually.
I want a remote control for lights, so you don't have to get out of bed constantly.
Yeah, you can get them, but I think it's quite expensive.
I want to be in bed and just to have a little...
Do you know what else I want?
I want in my extension, speakers built into the wall.
You know, when you're outside in the garden, I'm going to party and put speakers on in the wall.
Yeah.
Like, I don't want to have to faff about charging my charger and charging my speaker and
Where's the speaker gone?
Where's up you?
No battery.
Oh.
God's sake.
Anyway.
Yeah, I hear you.
I hear you.
I just want easy life.
That's what I want.
Easy life.
Same.
Right.
We'll come back to you next week with more gadgets.
We will actually have some.
I'm going to do a little bit of shopping actually.
I might go on TikTok shop.
See what's available.
Yeah, they've got good ones.
See what's available.
Surely they've got an electric potato peeler.
I'm going to find you on best day.
I'll send you at link.
Right.
and delete, my absolute favourite, oh God, I've missed you so much doing these.
I've started a notes, bestie. I've got loads.
I should do that, really, because I forget them.
I think about it in my time, I'm like, oh yeah, that's good for block and delete.
And then it gets to it. I'm like, what am I'm annoyed about?
No, do it on your notes. I've started doing it.
I've started writing my gratitude and block and delete on my notes.
But let's start with the audience first.
This is from Claire.
When the supermarket moves everything around and you have to relearn where baked beans live,
I agree. I completely agree Claire.
I agree, Claire. I agree. I don't like when things change
and I hate that about big supermarkets.
It's quite annoying.
You go in for a little 15 minute shop and it turns into 50 minutes
because you don't know where anything soddy lives anymore.
Well, I had this problem today, right?
We're having a barbecue. We're having a barbecue and I went to Sainsbury's
and I got all the stuff for the barbecue. I can't find the cold slough.
Why?
Couldn't find it, so I couldn't get any.
Jess has said the feeling when you walk into a room and instantly forget why.
oh, you're speaking my language, Jess,
because not only that, but forgetting what you're going to say.
Like, I have literally, like, I've walked into rooms recently.
I'm just like, oh yeah, I did a come in here, don't know.
And yeah, I was going to say something completely forgot.
And then it annoys the life out of me when I forgot on what I was going to say.
So I agree.
I can't bear that.
I hate that.
That is the biggest annoyance ever when you're like, you go say something you got.
Like, how's it just gone?
And then it'll come back to three.
days later when it's irrelevant.
It's our brain's best it.
It's a ADHD brain.
It's what we work like, unfortunately.
Minds me off the clock.
I tell you that.
I can remember the most useless bit of information
that I'm never, ever going to need,
but I can remember it.
See, I can't even do that.
I feel like as I'm getting older,
my ability to retain information is really difficult.
Honestly, I'm losing the plot.
I've lost it.
What do you mean?
Losing it.
Mine's gone.
It's gone, mum.
If found, please return.
What is your blog and delete for this week?
What is getting rid of?
Right.
I've got two things, right?
One is...
Yeah.
Dom's.
Hate them.
Why do we get them?
Like, why am I so, so...
Why can't I tie my shoelaces in the morning?
Hate it.
Like, my session was three days ago.
Why can't I still can't feel my fucking muscles?
What's happened?
Best it. Best it. It's because we're getting old.
I know. Well, I don't like it, so I want to block and delete Dom.
And they're said, come on here. It's quite sad, but I want to block and delete how far away my mum lives from me
because she came over yesterday and as soon as she left, I was like, oh, she lived so far away.
Like, I wish she was closer so I could see her mom.
Oh, don't say that. I'll cry.
Yeah, it was sad.
I miss home life so much. I miss being able to just, like, pop in, have a cup of tea.
That's exactly what it is.
and it's like I, like, my mum comes over and it's like, it's probably an hour too far to like consistently come down, you know.
And we had such a nice time, like, talked about non-s, even nonsense stuff, but it was just like it was with my mum and Jim and it was just really nice.
Yeah, just chit-chat.
Yeah, and she ended up going home and then I ended up FaceTime for like an hour and half.
So it was like, it was, yeah, I just, I wish it was a bit closer.
But anyway, what's yours?
Right, mine, I've got quite a few and I've just been having a look at which one.
wants best to do, but
technology not working.
Like, for example, TV remote.
And then why, I'm sorry, but it shouldn't be
failing this day and age when you've got AI
and all this other shit going off.
Like, it should work.
It should be perfect.
But why do we do this?
This is the remote, right?
This pens are remote.
When the remote do work, why do we go like this TV like us?
I do that.
It's like, just shut batteries about.
Be all right.
Why do we take it back off and wriggle up mattress
As if it's going to be working
And then we're like, fucking work
Honestly
Why we should do stuff like that in the podcast
Like what stupid things Brits do
Let's do that
Let's actually add that
We're going to add another section in guys
To anyone listening
So we've got Inspector Gadget, Block and Delete
Gratitude and now we're having typical Brits
It's so funny
Because as soon as you said that
Like pointing at the telly
I literally, I'm like,
not working.
And then you get even closer to TV
like it's going to work finding that red dot like that.
Press the button harder.
Yeah, you literally go fucking work.
Right, I agree with that.
That's a good one.
That was bang on.
We've definitely got to bring that typical Brits.
Yeah, or Brits abroad.
They're the best ones, love them.
You just change.
You go into a completely different person.
Don't you think you just get to,
resort and you'll go English, English, English, English, English. You can just tell. You can tell
an English person abroad 100 fucking percent immediately. I'm like, yeah, English, English. Oh, can I go
and have a conversation with them? Easy pease it. So funny. Right, what are you grateful for this
week? I am grateful. I don't know, it's been a bit of a rough patch lately, bestie. Do you know what?
I'm grateful for my family. Family and friends, I think they forever get me through any shit
moment and yeah it's been a bit rough lately i must admit and yeah they just they just get me through
they keep giving me a reason to smile i love that no matter how bad things get they keep making me
smile so it's just the simple things for me i'm an easy pleaser super simple like say i don't need
big flash fancy things like just family being there and friends being there and yeah i think
putting a smile on my face when times are hard i think that's yeah that's the best thing anyone could
never do for me. That's exactly the same as mine for this week. I know I say this a lot and you
say it a lot and it's obviously a recurring theme but I think when times are hard like I've
obviously gone through a really tough time in my life recently and the people and they know
who they are who have supported me through that on days when arguably couldn't even get out
bed I am beyond grateful for them because it's been I feel like when you when you go through
like a trauma or something sad or a hard time in your life those people really step up
and like it's black and white then
there's no grey area
there you people so I'm beyond grateful
for them and they know who they are
and if you're questioning it
then it's probably not you.
Clicks for that vesti
if there's any doubt in your mind
it's not you darling to sit down
sure up and move on
no I'm kidding
we love you to bits though
I love you to bits
I'm super grateful to have you back on the pod
I feel like I'm myself again
I know I've needed
this this literally has been my
definitely
therapy.
Yeah.
I always say that,
but I've had a giggle
today, so this has been good.
