Is it the matcha, or am I this energized from scoring three Sephora holiday gift sets?
Definitely the sets.
Full size and minis bundled together, what a steal.
And that packaging, so cute, it practically wraps itself.
And I know I should be giving them away, but I'm keeping the summer Fridays and rare beauty by Selena Gomez.
I don't blame you.
The best holiday beauty sets are only at Sephora.

And just before we're gone, in store, online at Sephora.com.
And just before we get into it, we have got one special question based off the last episode.
It is from Emma.
and it is, what is the grow up?
What's the story behind Grow Up, Rach?
Right, listen, I'm not, I'm not telling the story yet.
We're not ready yet, okay?
There's only been a few days since we last week by it.
But no, we will come out of that story eventually,
but it's not the time.
It's not the time of the place, just bear with us, okay?
Sorry, Emma Love, we'll come back to you.
All right, Rach, kick us off what you got for us.
Next question is from Hannah.
What is your favourite England tournament you have been to together?
It's obviously a simple answer.
The Euros.
2020 in England.
England.
There's nothing better.
You can't compete.
If you've watched our podcast, you'll know why we love that one.
Can you stop sniffling?
Sorry, I can't.
I can't.
Blow your nose.
No, I'm not because that means getting up to get tissue.
No, but the Eurozone is.
If you know what, grow up, that's bit.
If you know us, you know how much that tournament meant to us on and off the pitch.
Like, just the best, weren't it?
Best.
It was.
It was the best.
But, you know, I've loved every tournament with you.
Like, I have.
Yeah, because equally the World Cup was amazing, wasn't it?
Yeah, even the Olympics was incredible.
It just, it was different.
It was.
My favourite moment was sitting before the final and been like, oh my God,
Besty and years to come on, we've got children.
We're going to look back and be like, your mum's both playing in that final.
No, I'm not being funny, Bessie.
can't say the Olympics was incredible. We had the worst time ever. Let's be
real. It was the worst time. Let's be real. It was awful. We, we, we had a great time.
Millie and Rachel together had the best time in Tokyo. As a whole, it was awful. But I look
back. You know when, you know when people get like the Olympics,
you're tattooed on them yet and like, I went to get one of my tattoos, the last tattoo I said.
The last tattoo I got,
they was like,
why don't you get the Olympics room?
I was like,
no.
I can't,
because I can't even act
like I was really there.
Like, it was just so,
it wasn't a great time, was it?
It wasn't.
We had a great time.
We had a great time.
Anyway, moving on.
I just started football at 16.
Can I get some advice, please?
Just enjoy it.
Like, enjoy it, man.
It's the best,
best bit of advice we could give.
Like, if you don't enjoy it, don't do it.
What was that?
Enjoy it?
it, man.
Enjoy it, man, yeah.
No, but enjoy it, do you know what I mean?
Like, if you're not enjoying it, what's the point?
I've always stood by it.
A happy player is the best player and you've got to be enjoying what you do.
I stand by that rule.
So, yeah, just soak it all up.
You're at that age where you're developing and, you know,
learning new things about football on and off the pitch.
So just make sure in the best environment.
And, yeah, just live your best life with it.
It's a short career, so make the most of any opportunity that you get.
Right, you don't really watch.
men's football, but what is your favourite kit of all time, men's or women's?
What I would say is the, what year was it, the England kit with a little poppy, little
pop a bun.
It was reversible?
Yeah, best kit ever.
Yeah.
I never took it off.
That was a great kit.
I never took it off.
Internationally, I would say that was the best kit.
Yeah.
100%.
But my favourite ever kit was a Leeds kit.
It was, actually, I've got it now, like the new one.
Yeah.
This season's a way kit.
It's blue and yellow, obviously.
But they made it in like, I think it's like 2,000,
2002, whatever.
I don't know what year it was, but it was all, like, Royal Blue.
And it had, like, sponsored by Strongbow, the sider.
Sick.
Yellow Strongbow.
Sick.
But they made, like, a bit of a remake of it this year.
Really?
So I instantly bought that.
But, yeah, I'd say that one.
And the other one I had as a kid, I was a chef Wednesday fan as a kid.
I had that, um, I got a vintage one, actually.
Someone sent me it.
And I was absolutely, I was fucking buzzing.
I can't believe they sent in me.
It had the lollipops on the front.
Chubby Chubba Chub.
Yeah, Chubber Chub.
It had that massive logo on the front.
And it was just like,
standing blue and I loved it.
Best, like, I love vintage, like, kits like that.
But I'd say those two, but the England one,
they're reversible with the popper column.
100% the best one.
Sick.
How do you cope with the horrible weather this time of year?
I was going to read that.
Well, Mr. Zach, I actually...
Wrap up.
Wrap up and get out in it.
Actually, let me tell you a little story, Zach.
This morning, I thought,
the heavens have closed
I'll quickly pop out
with my three little gremlins
as I got out
the heavens opened
I got absolutely saturated
I weren't dying
the raindrops were not poisonous
I weren't melting
I know some people think I'm a witch
but I'm not
I just I don't
I really like winter
I don't need to cope with it
because I like it
I love it cold
I love when it's freezing
the only weather I don't like
is wind that is it
I hate the wind
wind's horrible
just ruins everything
especially in football
I'm driving
driving in the wind's off
I agree
I like
like okay listen
my heating's on
but I've still got this coat
on because I'm just like
I don't know
like I love putting a coat
yeah
my favourite outfit
like if I was to put
any outfit together
I would have a coat on
100% big puffer coat
I'd love a little
I like scarf
but football
I'm a bit of a melt
I'm not
you can just deal with it
like I have long sleeve shirts
on but do you know what
I really struggle with milk
you've known this about me
my feet
a poor bunions
freeze
yeah
When they get cold, it's like, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't even kick the ball.
I can't, I can't, it's so painful.
So I put like, what I do is I have a hair dryer in my bag.
Really?
Yeah, hair dry my boots before I go, like, no, I do, my toes are, you know what it's like, my toes hurt.
Yeah, she does struggle.
They actually hurt.
She's actually got a medical condition with her feet.
So I have to like blow my boots really, really hot and then put them on and then two minutes later, they're cold in, but then I'm adrenaline.
I don't need, good question.
need to cope Zach's show. Wrap up. Wrap up and get on me it. When do you put your Christmas
tree up and what are your favourite Christmas decorations? First of December, all my decorations
are up first of December and I don't take them down till the second week of jam. I love
celebrating Christmas. Like, I love it. I don't know. Like, part of me doesn't really like it.
What? Right? But then, like, part of me really like, I don't know. I've got a big, like,
theory about Christmas. One, it's all for kids. But two, I just, I don't know. I think there's just
such a big hype, but like I love. No, it's not all for kids. No, it's not. Wait, hear me out. My
build up to Christmas, I love. Yeah, agreed. But the actual Christmas day, I'm just like,
oh, it could be another day. No, I love it. I love, there's nothing better than giving presents.
I don't want any presents. I just... Giving. Giving presents is amazing. But equally, I've spent a lot
of time away. So, I'm not really hard just been able to, like, do, like, it's like,
oh, yeah, you open on your gift on FaceTime. Like, no, like, I love Christmas and the concept of
Christmas and I know when there's kids around it's the best thing in the world and I still
do love it right but for me my number one favorite is the lead into Christmas like as soon as
you can put heart Christmas channels on on the radio get me going love it oh I have Christmas
songs on yeah I have that that Christmas essential probably about two weeks though come on
oh I could play them now I absolutely I could play them now much favorite Christmas song um oh
I love that Mariah Carey one.
A baby, I'm all that.
But then,
last Christmas,
I gave you my heart.
But the very day.
That's my favourite.
Should we start doing karaoke on the podcast?
Anyone?
We should.
We should.
We should.
Well, that's my favourite.
Yeah, I like last Christmas.
And another thing, I love mince pies.
Oh.
Oh my God.
The food at Christmas is another level.
Banging.
That left over.
With a Christmas dinner in a sandwich.
Oh my God.
Do you like Christmas pudding?
No, I don't like Christmas pudding.
I don't, but do you like Christmas cake?
No, I don't like Christmas cake.
See, love Christmas cake.
Oh, all the icing.
Give me the Christmas cake.
Just give me custard.
Don't get a started Christmas.
Can't wait for the podcast Christmas special.
Oh, poor thing.
I'm going to get my Christmas jumper and everything.
I might come as the Grinch.
Guys, that is it for the first part of the questions.
We have got some absolute crackers in the second part.
We'll be back very soon.
Did you lock the front door?
Check.
Close the garage door?
Yep.
Installed window sensors, smoke sensors, and HD cameras with night vision?
No.
And you set up credit card transaction alerts, a secure VPN for a private connection,
and continuous monitoring for our personal info on the dark web?
Uh, I'm looking into it.

Welcome back everyone to the second part of our Q&A
Millie hit us off with your next question
What makes a good pub a good pub?
Now you're talking, isn't you?
I know the sound of that.
Guinness.
It's a pub, a good pub.
Go on.
Do you know what?
Let's see.
Are you pouring it or not?
Yeah, this is how you make, this is how you pour it.
Let's see then.
You know this?
This is how you're supposed to pour it.
Yes.
People are going to judge me.
Listen and that's how.
But watch it.
ASMR.
That is so satisfying.
But watch it in a minute.
Anyway, I could have a lot of answers to this question, right?
And my number one thing is community.
Yeah.
Agreed.
because you could have it in the best location
you could have the best beers on draft
you could have the best wine selection
you could have the best interior
but don't matter does it
if I got to people
don't matter
because a pub
take a pub back
strip it all the way back
a pub is a community
and it's where people go to have joy
it's where people to go to converse
it's where people go to shoot the shit
I bet you've got the same memories as me
when you were a kid
and you used to go to a pub
with your dad
oh my God yeah
every Friday night
me and my dad
we'd go down to Navi
that were our favourite pub like Navi
we had so many pubs so many pubs and then I just remember like being on his shoulders
way back and we popped at Chinese shop and I'd get chicken and sweet corn soup and one of
those little takeaway cups and then I'd have ducking orange sauce I remember it clear as day
like it was yesterday some of my best memories like my sisters used to come I'd earn a fiver
collect all glasses in I'd get a fiverer I grew up in a pub basically literally my dad my dad worked
there when he was a kid I worked there like everyone in the family just like work is there right
Like I grew up and my dog, my pub was called the dog.
And they're always family run, aren't they?
It's always, always family run.
But like, what I love is that you can go, I could go into that pub to this day, right?
Even if I was different owners, like from when I work there, there could be like three different owners, right?
Yeah.
But the shepherd's dog is the shepherd's dog and you're always getting the locals, right?
So they've, whoever started that pub, they've generated that community feel.
So everyone in that community knows that they can go there and they can feel a part of a community.
and you can literally, I know for a fact
I can go there tomorrow
and I could sit on any given table
and anyone would talk to me.
I do think there's a lot of pubs
that don't have that anymore.
I can't show you my goodness
because I didn't do it very much.
This is how you're pouring,
this is what you need to do.
I was trying to focus on you and pouring,
so the head's a bit too big.
But I agree.
It's not bad. It's got a good top on it.
Cheers to that.
Cheers.
I can't cheers anything but my little stick, man.
But I agree, what makes a good pub
a good pub one a pint of Guinness and two
the people all for the people
what do you hope your lives will be like
in 10 years
ooh
that's not where do you see yourself from five years from now
fucking I don't know where I see myself tomorrow
let alone five years
in a pub
me and Rachel
oh my God we've got the daily brightness pub
we should have a pop-up pub
we should have a pop-up pub
hey don't get started because when we get an idea
we make it happen
do you know what I actually don't think
like I don't want to answer
that question
because I think
I don't want to think
I don't want to think
my life
has been planned
yeah
our lives have been planned
like everything's been planned
everything's a structure
I want
I want freedom
that's what I want
freedom
freedom
last thing is
yeah
like I don't
don't plan it for me
like let me just
honestly I just want a good life
I want to be happy
healthy family
you can have a few
non-negotiables
that you like
want to stick in
but like
nah I want freedom
not planning it
I'm not
doing it. I'm not doing it. I'm not doing it.
Oh, you like this. B&M or Home Bargings or Range.
Right, that's, right, that's nasty. That's nasty. You can't make us decide that.
We like them. Because, because. Do them in order. We won't pick one. We'll do them in order.
I'll just tell you, like where I live, B&M and the range right next to each other, yeah?
I never understand that either. Why are they side by side?
But one's here, like the two of them are there and then home bargains is like all the way over the
there, right? So you've got to do like a round robin. But each of them sells things that the other
one doesn't, in my opinion. So I'll go to each for different things. But I think... Mine's the
range. I'm not going to lie. Mine's the range. I think it's the range. The range does it all.
And I've been seen that they've got the Christmas decorations out already and I've already
picked my cloth theme for this year. It's green. No, but I'll be honest. I don't like that.
I don't like the overkill of Christmas yet. Like, because I think for me... Oh, they couldn't be
any overkill for me, bestie. But I think for me, Halloween's.
not even been yet.
So once that's over, I'm like, start Christmas.
But I walked in literally like two weeks ago, I'm like,
it's only just turned October.
I know, but I am excited because I love going to the range
and just, oh, my trolley's full.
Every time I go, getting, getting, getting, getting.
No, I love the range.
Don't give her, I love the range.
Like, half of my house is the range.
Yeah, I think it's the range.
I think that's the question, that's the answer.
But I tell you what I do like,
poo bags from home bargains,
because, right, I don't know your take on this.
I've got eco poo bags
Just like you know
Yeah
I like the feel of them
It's like the co-op bags
So smooth
Oh my God
Yeah they're lovely
Very therapeutic
Same right
But when they're in that little pouch
Yeah
It's easy yeah
But I always run out of the pouch
And I'm just like
Oh yeah I've got bags
Because they're on the pouch
Well I get there
And I'm like no I haven't
I'm like oh
I can't pick it up
So I get really annoyed
So all of mine now
I're like shoved in the pocket
Every coat you've got
In my house
Ship bags in
Has poo bags right
So I like the ones from home baggage
because they're not on a roll
so you can just pull three out, four out, put me in your pocket
straight in.
Rather than doing this, hey.
Dexter's done the poo.
Yeah, no.
Get one out of pocket, scoop it up, off you go.
I have a sucker, I've got a little dog walking bag
and I've got my treats
clipped onto my strap.
Do you say it treats on a dog war?
Yeah, and then...
Oh, I don't.
Because I'm like the treat lady in the village
and they all come up to me and they love me for it.
and then in my bag
I have...
I'm...
I'm...
A bird lady
in home alone.
Yeah.
And then
in the side of my
little dog bag
there's a little
like pocket
where you put your poo bags
on a roll
and then they stick out
the side
and I just pull it out
and I...
Yeah, but I'd forget the bag.
Yeah but I don't
because I find that very...
I like that
that's my little thing
what I...
Yeah but see I just put
sometimes I like a long coat
sometimes like a short coat
sometimes I don't like a coat
sometimes I don't like a coat
I've got to like
get them all ready.
Yeah but see I just put
I put my bag on
I just put my bag on
I just put my bag on best in
But I'd be like
Where's my bag?
No, it's hung on my little dog hook
Where the harness is
So I cannot forget it
But I'm not like that
I don't come in
And put my bag on a hook
I go
Dogs off the lead
Oh, heating off
Yeah
Food's off
Yeah
I just you know me
I'm a bit of a
Well, you know that's not me
Right guys
That is it for today's episode
Of our questions
We will be back next week
