Hello everyone and welcome to Daily Brightness.
We are back in business.
Rach, how are you?
Anything to update us on?
Not really.
Everything's pretty much the same.
Being with the dogs, being at training.
What about you?
We do have like a standard life, don't we?
A strict schedule.
Eat, sleep, breathe football and work.
walking the dogs.
Yeah, pretty much same.
Only new thing is I've got
my tattoo finished at the top
so leg piece is coming along
nicely.
But that's about it.
I'm just so glad preseason
is over with.
Good riddins to your.
Welcome to the new season.
Another one in the books.
Another one in the books.
The body survived.
The joints are good.
So with the new season,
kicking off this week,
thought it was an ideal opportunity
to have a little WSL preview.
Millie, you kick off
the season with Chelsea on Friday night
against City.
Feels like the only team you played against last year.
So how are you feeling
about your upcoming season?
Like, how have you felt in preseason games?
Yeah, it's been really good.
I think we've had some really good games.
I think we've been challenged in different ways.
And yeah, it's been a really interesting preseason.
A lot of new players coming in.
So getting them settled and different challenges
with different opponents.
But, yeah, like you said, City, the first game,
I thought it was ironic since then we played them.
four times in a row last year.
So it seems like yesterday when we played them last.
But I think an amazing game to kick off the season,
Friday night, under the lights at the bridge,
against the top team.
And yeah, it's kind of starting at the deep end, I guess,
because, you know, obviously they're going to be a team
that are looking to compete and, you know,
they'll want some silverware this year just like any other team.
So I think definitely one that we've got to be aware of.
But everyone's, yeah, raring to go.
It's been a long pre-season.
So how do you like make sure, you know, the motivation
and your standards remain so high at Chelsea
because you just keep winning every year?
Like what is like the messaging in preseason?
So like, is it just continue where we left off?
We want to do better than what we did last year,
which I know some people have like,
but you won the treble.
Obviously we didn't win the Champions League.
And I don't think we shy away from saying that we're here to win everything,
anything that we compete for we want to win.
I think it's part and parcel
have been a Chelsea player
and kind of the DNA at the club
it's to have that mentality
but I think for us it's just to always be better
and I've, you know,
having been at the club 11 years now,
I've never felt any season
where I'm like, oh, it's dropped off a little bit
I don't really feel challenged,
don't really feel like I'm pushing myself
or do you know what I mean?
I've never felt like it's gone stale
I feel like it's like that itch
where you've got to win,
you've got to win, you've got to win
and it's like if you don't
I mean, I'd be the biggest sore loser ever.
But it's kind of like installed in us now to want to win,
whether it's training, games, and obviously for us,
we want to go and do even better this season.
So, yeah, we want to do the travel again,
but we want the Champions League on top of that.
And we want to, you know, have the best performances
and be the team that everyone's looking at.
And naturally everyone wants to win silverware.
But, yeah, it's kind of like that annoying little thing in your head now
where you're like win, win, win, win, do whatever it takes.
And just keep adding to the legacy, I think that's the biggest thing for me.
Yeah, I think it's obviously added pressure every year
because you just are so successful.
Like, that's obviously the DNA and the club and the culture that you have.
But I think especially you being captain, it's probably added pressure as well for you,
like keeping those standards high, making sure everyone's on top of the game.
But talk us through your new faces.
How are they settling in?
Ellie Carpenter.
They've been amazing, you know,
it's like they've been here for ages
and I always say that is we're always so blessed
with the people that we sign
because ultimately you sign the person
before the player
and they're all amazing characters
I think they all had some as
I was really impressed with Liv
at the Euros, I thought she was class
and a really exciting signing for us
and gives, you know,
great competition in there with hand
so I think that's needed as well
and I think she's, yeah, like I said,
she's coming and just got straight in
like Ellie's the same she's so bubbly like just super energetic like really really good
character to have within the group and we've got so many different personalities now we've
got like players that are quiet and you have to like bring them out the shell a little bit
and then you've got you know players that Ellie that have just come in and are really bubbly
and just like really refreshing and just like mixed it up a little bit and obviously class on the
pitch like I've never seen someone get up and down the pitch as fast as her like she'll literally
be defending the box and then she's rap isn't she?
Mate, pre-season games, I'm watching, I'm like,
how have you just got from there to there?
Like, you've just made a clearance,
and then she's literally up the other end crossing the ball.
I remember playing against her in America,
and I was just like, how are you so quick?
Honestly, she literally, like, shifts up that pitch.
Like, I've never seen anything like it,
and, like, a fantastic player to have.
And then, obviously, we've got Mara as well.
Great prospect and, like, attacking ability.
And everyone's just brought something different,
which has been so, so nice.
yeah it's been lovely to have new faces
getting to know new people
that is kind of the beauty of football
I don't know if you agree but so many people come and go
it's sad when people leave but then
meeting new people learning about them
the background new stories
like it's kind of nice
yeah I like it as well but
massive first game Friday night
we'll all be watching
and then
it's followed by the Daily Brightness
podcast Darby
Chelsea Villa
Come on, Villa.
Up the Villa.
Up the Chels.
I think it's one of my favourite games, you know.
Yeah, I bet it was.
Last time, and you sat on my head.
All I was thinking is Millie do not laugh, Sonia's going to kill you.
She's going to think you're messing around and not taking it seriously.
And I'm like, no, like, anyone that knows us knows we go in.
But this is what makes me laugh, right?
When we play each other, all the fans think like, if you score, remember that game,
and I refer to it every time when you scored,
and everyone was like, I saw Millie smile.
She smiled.
She definitely smiled when Rachel scored.
And I was like, no, I didn't.
I didn't, like, just because it's against my best mate, like,
I don't want you to score and I don't want you to win.
But it just makes me giggle.
I love standing side by side in the tunnel, though.
I think that's...
I was like a special moment last year, wasn't it?
Like, I think it happened twice, didn't it?
Home and away.
Yeah, it was really, really nice.
And it's just like a surreal, like, almost like full circle moment.
It's like, we started...
Yeah.
It started from the bottom now, we're here.
We've literally got a picture as well.
Someone's got a picture of us shaking hands, like, doing the coin toss.
I love it.
It's one of my favourite pictures.
But how's your preseason been?
How are you feeling?
Yeah, good.
It's gone really well, actually.
I think, obviously, it's hard, isn't it,
when new faces are coming in?
And, like, adjusting to having them in,
but also they're coming at different times.
So obviously, depending on how far they get into your roses
when they come back.
But, yeah, everyone that's come in has added so much,
so much to the team on and off the pitch.
And it's a...
Nexy!
Little Dexy!
She's back from a walk.
But yeah, I think everyone's added something different.
Like, we lost a lot of good players and really good people last year.
So replacing them was going to be hard.
And like you say, you never replace them.
But they've come in and brought their energy.
And it's really added to us both on and off the pitch.
So it's exciting for sure.
Have you set yourself any targets?
Obviously, I know strikers like to set goals and stuff like that.
But what are your targets for this season?
Beat Chelsea.
No, I don't know.
score a hat-trick against Chelsea.
No, I'm joking.
I think, look, I think we obviously last year
ended this, it was a very turbulent year,
like not shining away from the fact that it wasn't a great year,
but the last five games of the season,
I'm hoping set us up into good stead
to come into this season.
And, you know, I think just building off the back of last season
will be massive for us.
We've, again, we've started new players.
We've held on to a lot of good players and good people.
So, you know, obviously our manager is still here.
So she's, it's been nice to think to have her in from preseason
because obviously she came in January.
Yeah.
So the continuity of that was nice.
Familiar face, familiar information.
But yeah, I think we're all really excited now.
I think the same as you.
She's just, thank God, preseason's over.
Thank God.
How's our little Ellie robot?
We've got to give her a mention.
Our little gem.
Yeah, she's led, obviously really, really tough few years for her.
Yeah.
And I don't think people will fully understand
until you've, like, properly heard a story.
I sat with her, we went for a team meal the other night
and I sat next one and she just sort of just laid it all out
like what happened and what she's been through
and credit to her the fact she's come back
and can do what she's doing and play amazingly well.
You know, she's one of the nicest people ever
and it's great to have her back into a place that she's loving football again
and I think just for her is to just get back to that
and like knowing that her health is okay
and yeah, she's lucky enough to sit next to me
in the changing rooms every year.
day so she's reunited with a familiar Yorkshireman so but yeah she's she's class i love
i've not got a bad word to say about ellie at all and just really happy for her she's literally
the best human yeah i'm just really happy for her to be back and healthy and enjoying her life
and that's what it's all about isn't it so yeah definitely really happy to have her back in england
and you know as a teammate again oh i'm buzzing for her just before we go on to speaking about
your first game which is brighton i think just
that in itself is a strong message for everyone on the outside that not everything is rosy and sunshine
and although our poker faces might be amazing at times people go through shit on a daily
basis and we still get all we still train we still put our bodies through hell and yeah i think
it's just it just highlights yet again that we are humans and we do go through rough patches
and you know to for it to be able to come out the other end and and be back playing now and like
said finding a love again for the sport
I think is amazing
but I think there's such a strong message there
for everyone to be aware of
again because I think it's becoming
more and more like when the pressure is coming higher
you've got your personal things, your health
I think you know
players are starting to experience
more and more and maybe been a little bit more
open about it so
but anyway buzzing for a so so happy
Brighton first game
how's the team? Yeah I think
obviously Brighton's never an easy game
we ended with them
my last game of last season
so starting with them
and start of this one
is always exciting
the first game
obviously it's away
not at home
so you always want to be
at home on your
first game of the season
but no I think
Brighton right side
lost a few players
but gained a few players
have obviously got
Michelle
IG Man back in there
on loan which is
great for them
no it's definitely
going to be a tough game
but I think everyone's just
ready and wearing to go now
you know it's like
it's like the anticipation
of the season starting
getting over the line of preseason
getting rid of all
the running and actually just concentrating on what we want to do.
So, yeah, no, look, I think every game this season is going to be a difficult one.
But, yeah, I think everyone's just, like, absolutely buzzing to get going now.
I think it's going to be a super competitive season because so many teams have, like, there's a lot of change.
There's been a lot of movement, like, new players coming in, players changing teams.
I think it, I love it when that happens because it makes it, it makes it interesting.
The teams that you played last year are not the same.
Like, it's completely different.
Well, I think that's exactly, like, what it's going to think.
felt like with London City going on to them.
I think obviously they are the new kids on the block
and they've made some big, big signings this summer
and they're obviously, yeah, statement signings.
They're sending messages to the rest of the league
that they're not to be messed with and, you know, they're not...
I've seen Aslani, did you see a quote earlier?
She was...
I can't remember the question that she got asked,
but it was just like the ambition, basically,
and it was to not be a mid-table team.
Like, they'll see a successful season as being top four.
So I think, like you said,
along with the statement signings, the mentality of that team is not just to come up
and compete, but it's to be a top four, which I love, I love that.
Like, I rate it so much.
And I think when you're coming up, that's what you have to do.
You have to not just come up and survive.
It's to compete and challenge and setting the ambitions that high is, I don't
see anything wrong with that.
I agree.
I like that mentality, but also do you think it puts a bit of a pressure target on their back?
Like, it's hard to come up.
100%
No matter how many signings
you've made this summer
no matter what you've done
like coming up from the lower league
is not easy
and it's been proven in the last few years
like most teams
we've got to make sure
all those signings play well together
that's another thing
sign they've got to jail
they've got 11 new arrivals this summer
first time in the in the WSL
like top fly
yeah that's a difficult thing
to deal with like a lot of different personalities
a lot of new faces
a lot of you know
think about the players that were there last year
they've got a whole new
team, literally.
It's not easy, but, you know, I think they have, I like the statements that they're sending
out.
I like that they're positive and, you know, they do want to, you know, they do want to finish
on the top four.
And I think that's, that's a great mentality to have.
But I do think that it's a tough old league.
It's a big challenge coming up.
Yeah.
And also, what I was just going to say is, on the flip side, we're talking about, like, top
international, like, a salon is, like, a top international, like, player.
So it's hard for them not.
to have that ambition, like, it's hard for them not to be like, we want to be top four
because their level is like, that's their mentality, isn't it? It's, it's in their DNA.
Do you know what I mean? They're used to play in there, like, so it's, it's a hard one.
So I'm sure they'll, they've got, well, I mean, they've got a lot of experience, you know,
they've got the likes of Katie Zellum, Alana Kennedy, Nikita Paris, Slarnet. So I think they do
have that international experience as well to maybe manage that expectation. And yeah, I mean,
I'd love to see him come and do well
because I think they'd be the first team to come up
and not just survive in the league
but actually.
So I mean, we'll see, we'll see
but it is a very, very tough league.
So like you said, big statements
but we want big mentality.
That's what we want.
Now before we go to a short break
while we've been on the topic of transfers
and building up to the new season,
you might remember that last week
we spoke about the famous soccer donna
the social media accounts.
That's brilliant on all the transfers,
never seen to get it wrong.
news and statistics around the women's game.
I need to know who this is.
Well, we've actually been in touch with Sokodona over the last few days
and they sent us a message explaining how it all works
and they even have a question of their own for us.
Hi, Millie. Hi, Rachel. This is Laura from Socadona.
Hope you guys are doing well. So Soccer Donner is a subsidiary of
Transfer Market who are focusing on men's football.
And about 15 years ago, they decided they won the launch a page
dedicated to women's football. Transfer market has always been focusing on deals and
rumors and statistics so naturally as a subsidiary we would take that over because
it's basically one company. 15 years ago when Socorona was created the reception
wasn't really good because the interest wasn't there yet. We've seen a spike in
interest around 2017. That's when people started to engage with us and follow us more.
we want to create a visibility that the sport deserves and we want to give the sport,
the players, the clubs, the media attention they deserve.
And my question for you guys is how do players feel like when there's a rumor circulating
on social media while there are still talks with the new club?
So when they realize people have found out about their move, how do players feel about that?
it depends where the rumour comes from
like obviously there's a lot of talk
there's a lot of discussions around it
a lot with rumours everywhere flying about
but I think the reliability of the source
is the most important thing
which obviously
soccer not Donna
has always seemed to pull through
with a lot of very accurate
rumours and transfers
so I'd love to know the start
of how many correct
and how many wrong
because I don't think I've seen many
that have been wrong
equally I'd love to know how they know
how yeah sorry
I know that's something that we'll never find out
but no I think it's good though
I think it does create that sort of visibility
that she was talking about
like it's nice to see it sometimes
because although sometimes I'm a bit wary of like
the money
you know it'll be like Millie Bright worth
and you're like how have you worked that out
where have you got that from
I know I get a bit anxious
that I'm going to see my name up there
but no I think it's I think it's quite excited
I think it's quite exciting seeing the things that they produce
because it just gets, it's just interesting.
It's interesting information.
It gets people talking.
It makes the women's football.
Creates conversation for sure.
Yeah, exactly.
100%.
Keep doing your stuff.
Soccer donna.
What I would say as well is one thing that I really love in the women's game
is when it says like a player and then it's like the move
and instead of it being like worth or moving, it's like a little pregnant emoji.
Yeah, a little push chair.
I love it.
I'm like, oh, where's she going?
No, she's breast.
I love it. No, she's just pregnant. I absolutely love it. I just think like it's such like a change in like mentality that that is such a normal thing now in the women's game. And like, I don't know. It just makes me smile when I see it. I'm like, oh, I love that. That's so sweet. I was just thinking about that. And that's funny. But yeah, thank you for that input. Soccer Donna. We appreciate you and keep up all the good work.
But if you could just let us know where you actually get your info from, that would be great. Thank you.
And why your name's not Donna.
Change your name.
Right, well, that's it for the first half.
We will be back in a moment.

Welcome back to the rest of football Daily Brightness.
We've been chatting about all things
to be a cell in the first half,
but for the second half,
we're going to answer one of the listeners, Agony and emails.
Do you want to read it, Mill?
Here we go, yes.
Hey, Millie and Rach, I watched your last episode
and something you said about loneliness
as a footballer really struck a chord with me.
I know it's a difficult world,
but I'm a nurse in the NHS and often feel the same way.
My shifts are so out of sync with friends I went to uni with
and I find myself spending a lot of time alone on the sofa
feeling cut off.
Oh, that hurts my heart.
Come round to mine.
Yeah, come and have a cup of darling.
I'd love to make more friends, but it feels so much harder as an adult.
My days are often just work, home, sleep, repeat
and sometimes I can go days without a proper conversation.
That's made my social anxiety worse
and living in a rural part of England doesn't help either.
Do you have any advice on making friends as an adult
or even just some wise words on dealing with that sense of isolation?
Social media makes it look like everyone else
has these full buzzing lives with their friends and family
but I don't think that's always the reality agreed.
I really admire your friendship and the way you show up for each other.
Your podcast honestly feels like a lifeline at times
like having a group of friends in the room with me.
Oh my God, my heart.
Same. What the hell?
Thank you so much for that and please keep it going.
Best wishes, Chloe.
I've actually got goosebumps everywhere on my body.
Well, first of all, Chloe,
thank you so much for sending that in
because I'm sure that wasn't easy.
Second of all,
it isn't easy to make friends in this world as an adult
when you work a full-time job.
Absolutely not.
It's so difficult.
Like, we live in a world where we have our teammates,
we have, you know,
they're almost your home away from her,
they become your family.
But I think for me,
it is so important to have friends,
outside of work because you need an escape.
Like when I first moved to where I live now,
my first priority was I want to go to the local pub.
Like I want to like just meet new people just because I found it hard
and I know you'll do the same, Millie.
Like trusting people's intentions when you're in the limelight
or you're in the spotlight.
Yeah, like why do you want to know me?
That's exactly my point.
I go, what do you want from me?
What do you want from me?
And I've had to like really let my go.
down in order to let to let people in because you're the same as me like it's really hard
to trust people it's really hard to let them in it's really hard to understand their intentions
but as difficult as it was like i went to the pub and had coax like i went to the pub and had a
like do you know what i mean like i didn't go to get hammered like i'm an athlete and that was
often socialized times where people would frown upon me being in the pub and i'm like you know what
no like i grew up in an environment where it was very pub culture related and that's how you made
friends and that's where some of my best friends have come from. And it wasn't easy. Like,
when I got home from training, I was like, oh, I just want to sit on this over. But you do
become a part of, like, isolation. And it's so easy to fall into that trap. Creature of habit.
I lived, obviously, away from home for a long time. And I had a couple of friends outside of
football. And I was like, it was the best thing for me. But I just couldn't, sometimes I'd just
be like, well, I've got nobody here. Like, I've not got my people here. And it's so hard. Like, I know
the worst case scenario, I could drive to London to come and see you, like if I needed you,
do you know what I mean? So what I would say is put yourself out there a little bit as difficult
as it may be with these shifts and your patterns and stuff like that, but we can tell you about
Tinder. It's not just for people to fall in love, it's the people to be able to find a friend
and find new people in your area. And yeah, I think that's, yeah, I mean, you can speak on that
mill but I that's my take on that I think it's really difficult to put yourself out there and be
vulnerable and meet new people but sometimes a little hello in a pub you know sparks of a conversation
and you know they're probably in your pub because they live in your area but why is it when you get
older like don't you feel as you've got older like you my social anxiety has gotten worse like
I'm when I'm in crowded spaces I'm like oh my god oh my god my god get me out get me out get me out
like I don't know why but as a kid I was like yeah
like I'd be so like I'd bring everyone together
whereas now you get older and I'm like
the comfort of your own space and like just
I do think you can get in a habit as well as just
I got in that and I reflected on last year
and I was like holy shit what have I done with my life
in that year other than play football
and I know we're professional athletes
we have to sacrifice a lot but
life is bigger than football
life is bigger than anything so everyone deserves to live
it you just have to make sure
live it in the right way at times, but I do think I was a creature of a habit of just coming
home and sitting on the sofa and I'd be like, oh, I'm too tired and then I wouldn't make
effort and I wouldn't, and your point, Rach, that's one thing I've learnt this summer and, like,
probably going through, like, where my head was at. I was like, fuck, I don't have any friends
outside of football, like, and that's another thing with football is people come and go so often,
you almost have to, like, let people go a little bit and, like, yes, you're good friends
you will always be friends with, but some of my friends, when we all,
finished, they're all going to be all over the world. Like, I can't just pop around for a cup of tea
or so you almost feel like you're losing those people, like you lose your friends when
signings, like leave. Like they are family. Like we spend every day together. You build strong
connections. And if they move to a different team, you have to like let go of that. But I would
say that's one thing I learned. And I was like, I'm going to make a circle of friends outside
of football so that on my days off, I can go to do something completely off script, completely
nothing to do with football and I feel like now I've got that I'm like I've got like a way
better life balance but to your point Rach it does take effort like you you do have to to put
that in and it's just finding your way of doing it clow with your work shifts my sister's
a nurse so I understand that the schedule and the shifts of an absolute ballache and not the
easiest but popping down to your local coffee shop or and I think you've done the first step by
being vulnerable enough and opening yourself up
and sending the message into us
and us being able to voice it, I think you've already
taken a huge step in
that journey to get yourself
out of that isolation, but it is
tough, and as an adult, I agree, it's
way, way harder, way harder, but
yeah, I think just put yourself out there, whether it's coffee,
going for a war, like, don't be ashamed to do things
on your own as well, like sometimes
like stepping into something a little bit
uncomfortable, you never know who you're going to, who are you
going to meet, who you're going to bump into.
Like, someone else will be doing the exact same as you,
looking for the exact same thing.
And thank you for sending that in,
because like Millie said, it is obviously difficult to speak about it.
But, and thank you for your kind words about the podcast.
I'm glad that gives you a bit of, yeah, escape.
We ain't going nowhere.
So we're part of you.
So we're with you, Chloe.
Keep, keep listening.
And thank you for all of your support.
And I hope.
If anyone's listening to this and anyone knows Chloe,
go and bloody speak to her because she sounds like a gorgeous human.
and being. Yeah, and thank you for
all you do for the NHS, like, amazing
work. Massive, massive shout out to you for that.
But yeah, let us know
how you get on, and if you need anything else,
we're always here. Daily Brancis is not
going anywhere. We are stuck together.
On that note, let's go
into our gratitude.
My first one, actually,
just off the cuff, is that message from Chloe.
Because I think it's just
a reminder that by not knowing
anyone like by not having a connection and us being like we're strangers to chloe like she's
a stranger to us yet what she said has like made our day and that's definitely made me smile and
if we can help her you don't necessarily need to know each other and have a connection to
help one another so i just think it's just a lesson in life that little things go a long way
and make a big big difference and hopefully we've made her feel a little bit less lonely but
yeah my first one i'm grateful for that i'm grateful for kind words we're always looking for
new friends are we bestie always always anyone's welcome just don't be too serious yeah i agree with
you i'm not going to say that one as mine because you have but i could echo what you just said i think
it's really nice and it's a nice reminder that what we're doing is helping other people i think that's
massive for both of both you and i yeah um let's go a little bit lighter my first thing i'm grateful
for is this look at this thing oh best i've got one in green oh my god it is the
best thing ever
but this was like
a fibre from Aldi
honestly
do you know what
the best thing is
not having to
refill it
every 30 seconds
because it's massive
yeah exactly
and it's just
cold all the time
and I'm just
making me drink
so much
and yeah
so I'm grateful
for my
gorgeous lilac
perfect
I'm gonna do two
I'm grateful for
the feeling
of fresh bedding
I know you'll like that one
oh my god
best it
I had mine on last night
oh
I've just changed my bedding
I can't
Wait to get in bed.
Please tell me your eye on your bedding after you've washed it.
It depends if it's been hung on something heated or if it's not then, yeah.
Oh my God.
Like, if it's super crinkled, then no, but I don't make it a habit.
You know why?
Because it drives me insane, because I know then I'll get in a place where I'm like,
I've got to iron, it, got to iron, got to iron.
When you buy a new bedding, because I've got a thing about,
I keep getting new bedding, but like I need, like, I've just told myself now,
stop it.
Stop it.
But it's get, it gets better than more you wash it as well, doesn't it?
Yeah.
It's like softer and then iron it
And then it's just like
Oh God
Alright do you have winter bedding and summer bedding
Because I do and my winter bedding's back out
It's fluffy, it's thick
No, I can't have thick bedding
I have the aircon on and fan on every night
Like I can't have anything hot
I'd rather a freezing cold room
And then fluffy bedding
I'd rather just be freezing all the time
But no best day
But yeah I agree
I agree
Fresh bedding damn
That's a great one
I'm gonna do two more
One is tea and biscuits, right?
What biscuits, though?
At the minute, chocolate malted milks.
Don't say rich tea, because they're the worst biscuits in the world.
Don't even get me started.
Sarah came home to the day, I said,
I want chocolate malted milks and plain malted milks.
She came home, she said, oh, there was no plain one,
so I got your rich tea.
I was like, no, cancelled, she's cancelled.
She was like, rich tea?
It's like cardboard.
I was like, do you know, they're just like one dunkers?
Can't they have a night in a tea.
And they jump to the bottom every time.
But how nice is tea and biscuits?
Like a coming from trading room.
I'm just like, oh, put the kettle on.
Get a nice cup of tea and biscuits.
Talk of the devil.
My last thing I'm grateful for this week is
all of the people that do our podcast
because with our Wi-Fi's and with our struggles
and with our ridiculous schedules,
there is always a lot of change from us from our side
and they're so adaptable
and they just make life a lot easier for us.
us so shout out to them.
And that's my third.
Love that.
Oh, a lot of love on today's pod.
I love.
I know. Feeling of love, love it.
Yeah, we love.
We love, we love, don't we?
We love love, love.
We love, love.
We love.
We love, love, love every cup of tea
and your fresh bed in.
Ooh, shim-shim-eer.
But guys, that is it.
That is the end of the pod for today.
Thank you so much to all that I've subscribed.
If you haven't, I'm going to say it again.
