Hey, it's Bill Simmons.
I wanted to tell you about the newest podcast from the Ringer podcast network.
It is called The Rewatchables.
And it is born out of a ton of arguments in the office about movies that we love.
That's even spilled into my podcast in Channel 33.
Chris Ryan have done some sports movie Hall fames that we decided to put in this feed.
We did a giant long deep dive on heat in December 2015.
That's kind of the genesis of what this podcast is.
But basically, it's movies that we love.
movies that we can't stop watching.
Movies that we jump in halfway through and we're like,
ah, watch one scene and then you end up watching the rest of it.
Movies that you've turned on after you've seen them too many times
because this scene bothered you or that character bothered you
and then they suck you back in anyway,
we're going to cover all the greats.
The first one's a few good men.
We're going to talk about Silence of the Lambs.
We're going to talk about Anchorman.
You name it.
If it's on AMC and TNT and Cinemax and HBO all the time,
There's a good chance that it's going to be on this feed.
We're concentrating on movies 1990 and after.
We are going to have this podcast hosted by a slew of ringer people.
Not two, not three, not four.
You might hear as many as 12, 14 hosts.
I'm going to happen to be one of them.
I'm going to be involved in a couple.
I am involved in the inaugural podcast.
