Starting point is 00:00:57 Welcome to the show. What's up, everybody? This is Russell Brunson, and I'm doing something crazy today. And this is not going to be for everybody, but for two of you guys, or gals, or whoever wants to do this, this is going to be something that I think can change your business and can change your life. So I figured, where do I promote this? Where do I talk about it?
Starting point is 00:01:15 And honestly, the only people I really want to work with are those who are subscribers of the podcast, who are listening in, who are following me day by day, hopefully learning from me, that kind of stuff. My opinion has always been that the podcast listeners are our highest quality clients, usually in my inner circle and in my hiring and coaching programs. The people who are coming in are also, lo and behold, happy people who listen to podcasts, which is a lesson for all of you guys. Having a podcast is powerful. Your highest quality clients will be the ones who listen in and who are plugging into you every day while they're working out or they're driving or whatever the thing might be. So, okay. So this is the deal. I had a big epiphany and what I realized is like, if you can follow me on Facebook or Instagram, maybe I've
Starting point is 00:01:55 been talking about a lot about the fact that I'm back, I'm going hardcore. I'm publishing every day. I've been live on Facebook like every single day this week so far. I'm gonna keep doing that for the next couple of years and just getting re-fired up, re-excited. And I've been live on facebook like every single day this week so far i'm gonna keep doing that for the next you know a couple years and just getting up getting re just re-fired up excited and i've been looking at the last decade of click funnels and i realized that like i look at different front-end offers we created and the people that attracted and what's fascinating to me is like the people who i like who i remember who i recognize we talk about who tell the stories about inside of our community lo and behold were most of the people that came in during like the traffic or student during the expert secrets era like when I launched the expert secrets book. And
Starting point is 00:02:28 during that time, I was talking about finding your voice and building a movement and like building future based cause and like all the things related to, to that, right. What's interesting is like, whatever bait you put into the world, that's the type of fish you catch, right. So I was putting out this, this bait, like, talking about we're going to help people to find their calling and step into what they're supposed to do and change the world and stuff like that. And, and that's, people came in and I look at like most of our big success stories, they came in during that window and during that window, there's some things I had people do. I told everybody, I'm like, you have to do, you have to write a webinar, right? I mean,
Starting point is 00:02:59 half the expert seekers book is just crafting the webinar, right? Like how do you create your new opportunity? Uh, what's your origin story? What's the frameworks you're building? And then how do you present the frameworks? How do you do it correctly? Like, how do you tell stories, break false beliefs? How do you do the kind of like bridges? Like, how do you do the stack and the close? Like all the different things, right? And it's crazy because from that, what would happen is people would come, they'd read the book, a lot of them joined in a circle during that time, and they'd come to an event and we'd talk about expert seekers stuff. And they'd go back home and they'd write a webinar and they'd come back and they would pitch it and they'd have either it would work or it wouldn't work.
Starting point is 00:03:28 And they'd come back and then we'd go back and forth. And it was like this fascinating process back and forth and back and forth in the mastermind groups watching these guys execute on creating a webinar. What's fascinating is that some people use the webinar presentation for webinars. Other people use the webinar inside of a challenge, right? Because challenge is great, but all challenges is a whole bunch of really cool things. And the challenge structure follows the perfect webinar structure. But there's one presentation in the challenge, the most important one, the one where you actually ask for money.
Starting point is 00:03:57 And if you look at that presentation, it is the perfect webinar. Same thing in a live event. Like you look at Funnel Hacking Live. Funnel Hacking Live is structured in a very certain way for sales, but then there's one presentation. It's the one that everything, like it's the cornerstone of the entire thing. If it works, the event makes money.
Starting point is 00:04:12 If it doesn't work, the event doesn't make money. It's the most important. It's the one presentation where you're actually selling your product, right? Funnel Hacking Live, I do four days of serving and then there's 90 minutes where I actually sell. And if I do that 90 minutes correctly, you know, we're looking at eight figure close, right?
Starting point is 00:04:24 If I do incorrectly, it could be zero. You know, it's the most important part. When I launched ClickFunnels, I told everyone the way I launched it is I did a webinar. It's funny in the expert secrets. I told everyone do a webinar every single week for a year. And if you do that, you'll be financially free forever. And now I'm an overachiever. So I wasn't, I didn't do my webinar once a week when we launched ClickFunnels. I was doing it five or six times a week. Some days, in fact, my record, I think twice I did it, three times in a day. A lot of times I did it twice in a day, but usually it was a couple times a week, three or four times a week. I just came in, I was doing webinars, webinars, webinars, selling, selling, selling.
Starting point is 00:04:58 It's interesting that I'm coming back to really focusing on doubling down and tripling and quadrupling and 100x in ClickFunnels. I'm like, what's the most important thing I could possibly be doing? Right now I'm doing all sorts of stuff. I'm doing CEO stuff and I'm doing live trainings and podcasts and blah, blah, blah. It all comes down to what's the most important thing I could possibly be doing. And it's doing my presentation, my webinar pitch once a week, minimum. It's crazy. And then what's really crazy is I just got a message from Garrett J. White. I'm going to play it for you guys.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Hopefully he won't mind. But I've been telling him for seven or eight years since Expert Shakers came out, do a webinar every single week. If you do, it's going to change your business. So actually, I'm going to insert that clip from Garrett here right now. Garrett, if you're listening to this, forgive me. But it's just too good. It fits too much.
Starting point is 00:05:39 And this came yesterday. I literally sent me this yesterday. Didn't ask for it. Didn't even know he was doing it. But he basically is doing the model. Insert Garrett audio now. Oh, man. I want to send you an audio and tell you thank you.
Starting point is 00:05:55 I'm having one of those student moments. Here's a student moment. Are you ready? It's the moment when you have your coach, aka mentor or leader, telling you to do something for years. And of course, you don't do it. You're like, ah, you know, I'm not going to do it. I don't need to f***ing do it. Blah, blah, blah. I've heard you talk about doing a paid traffic perfect webinar every week for a year you did it 60 or 70 times
Starting point is 00:06:27 perfected the pitch and off of that webinar that pitch you built 100 million dollar empire which I am 17 paid webinars in live in 2024 with our current offer and we are liquidating and profitable and making money and I'm sitting your head in this moment I'm getting prepped for another one tomorrow and I'm watching your webinar content again and I'm just sitting here going dude what kind of idiot way to talk and yet my students do the exact same thing so So your frames work. They're incredible. And I don't see how anyone could think about automating a webinar without doing this at least 30 to 40 to 50 times. And I know my content in and out. Every week we're like twisting, adjusting, and tweaking frames.
Starting point is 00:07:19 It's no wonder your presentations are so solid. So you see like it's the process and it
Starting point is 00:10:31 was like the core fundamental thing. Like I looked at ClickFunnels growth, like that's when we're from like 30,000 members to 80,000 was like in that window of expert secrets. Then we transitioned to traffic secrets and you know, all that other stuff. But that window is like where we grew the most. It's because we were tracking people who had a message. And so you're going to notice over the next little bit, um, I'm redoubling down on that. In fact, um, I'm working on a new version of the coaching program, like a pre version. We have the linchpin, which is amazing, but like a pre version, um, and call it fountainhead. Cause if you look at like, what is the fountainhead of, you know, like if you think about water, like water's in the water table under the water, right? Or under the ground,
Starting point is 00:11:07 but there's a spot where it comes up out of the ground and it's the fountainhead where the stream begins, right? And then the stream goes down and it makes the grass and the trees and everything grow from that. The fountainhead is like the beginning. It's the foundation. It's like the most important thing where you take all this raw water and material and push it into the world, right? And in my mind, it's like the most important part of your business is the presentation, right? It's understanding how to craft it correctly, and it's understanding how to craft your offer correctly. It's fascinating. I've had a chance to critique thousands of webinars,
Starting point is 00:11:40 and there's core things people always mistake, right? Number one is they don't do their offer correctly. Even they think they are. Like, I've read your book, Russell. I'm, I made it a new opportunity. I'm like, Nope, that's an improvement offer. Like number one is like, if you really want, um, a presentation that's going to change the world and like grow in scales, like the offer has got to be correct. And you have to create an actual new opportunity. In fact, we're just finishing a huge book with Dan Kennedy called selling opportunity, which is all about this. And this is the piece that everybody's missing. Even people come to me, Russell, I sold my new opportunity.
Starting point is 00:12:08 I'm like, no, you didn't. You did an improvement offer 100%. And they can't see it. So number one is really figuring that out. And after that, it's like, now how do we create this presentation that will destroy the false beliefs of the people that aren't going to buy your product and then rebuild it with the right beliefs. So they will not only buy your product, but then you'll have the ability to actually move them, coach them, change their life, and then all this stuff.
Starting point is 00:12:35 And so that's the goal because then again, I think every funnel, everything you're doing, that presentation is the core. It's the key. It's the most important thing. Again, if you're doing, like that presentation is the core. It's the key. It's the most important thing, right? Um, again, like if you're doing a webinar, it's a webinar. If you're doing a challenge, it's the pitch where you do the actual presentation. If you do a three day event, it's the pitch. If you're doing, uh, you know, Jamie Cross was selling e-commerce soap. Like she'd made a five minute version of the perfect webinar. Like, and that blew up her business into multiple two comic club awards, right? Like mastering and understanding the offer and the pitch is the key.
Starting point is 00:13:08 It's the most important thing. So anyway, we're going to be launching a brand new coaching program specifically around this to get this, like becoming the thing that everyone's focusing on. I'm excited for that, but it's not ready yet. And so, uh, as I'm building this out, um, I had an idea. Uh, in fact, the idea was stemmed. I was hanging out with Richmond Din a little while ago and he was talking about how he trains his clients to do one-on-one challenges where basically instead of having a challenge with a hundred, a thousand people, it's like they're one-on-one. And it was just really fascinating. I was like, I want to do that. I want to do a one-on-one challenge with a couple people. And by a couple, I mean two. This is my plan. And so I'm sending this out to the podcast.
Starting point is 00:13:45 We're going to get, you know, I don't even know how many we get. Less than 250,000 people will listen to this podcast episode. So of the 250,000, I'm not looking for all you guys. I'm looking for two. Two of you guys who basically want to do a one-on-one challenge with me where I'm going to take you over five days.
Starting point is 00:13:58 It's not a day, but it's not like five days in a row. It'll be five days over probably a month. We'll jump on for an hour and we will work one-on-one for me to help you. Day number one will be about creating your actual new opportunity, not improvement offer. Day number two is like crafting the stories and the framework. We'll go through this five-day challenge. At the end of the challenge, your webinar will be done. You'll have a chance to go and do it and crush it and kill it with it. So that's the game plan.
Starting point is 00:14:23 Now, obviously of 250,000 people who listen to this, two of you guys could do it as like, how do I, how do I do this? And so I'm going to price it ridiculously expensive. Kind of what I mean by that is, um, to do the challenges and cost a hundred thousand dollars for one-on-one five day challenge with me. Okay. It's five hours, one-on-one. Uh, I don't do one-on-one coaching or consulting. You know, when I've done that in the past, the least I've ever done it for is 100 grand a day. Anyway, so this is gonna be 100 grand and you get five one-on-one sessions with me
Starting point is 00:14:50 where we're literally working together to craft your perfect offer and your perfect presentation. I said it's kind of expensive, kind of, because yes, up front it's expensive, but the goal with it is literally to give you guys a presentation that now you can use to give your presentation every single week for the next year, two years, five years, whatever it is, you know, and get it better and better.
Starting point is 00:15:10 Like, if you look at ClickFunnels, like, we just passed a billion dollars in sales. And how did we do it? It all came on the back of one presentation, the FunnelX presentation. You've probably seen it a hundred times, right? And it works, and it converts, and it's continuing to convert. And it's going to, you know, like, it that's off of one presentation. Like Garrett White right now, he's scaling his thing with one presentation. If you're doing live events, if you're doing challenges or anything like this, one presentation will change everything for you if you do it
Starting point is 00:15:36 correctly, right? So we're going to fine tune it. We're going to master this. It's like me wrapping my head around it for a month, like helping you to correctly execute on it. And that's the game plan. So it's a five day challenge, one-on. Um, again, it's expensive kind of, but the reality is like for the right person, having the perfect webinar correctly, like you should make a hundred grand from the first webinar, first time you do it. Right. And after that, it's all pure profit. And I'm not going to take any royalties or anything else. Um, everything else you guys get to keep from the back end of it. So it's just kind of a one-time fun thing. So I really think about that. And then my plan, it's my evil motivation, is at the end of the $100,000 challenge is obviously at the end of the challenge,
Starting point is 00:16:16 I pitch something. So I'm going to pitch something. Now, the reason why I do this is because Eileen Wilder has a $250,000 a day that she charges. And I'm always jealous. I don't have some of that. And then Myron Golden's got a $350,000 a day that she charges. And I'm always jealous I don't have some of that. And then Myron Golden's got a $350,000 a day that he charges. And so at the end of the five days, I'm going to pitch you guys something. I don't know the price yet. It'll be ridiculously expensive because I don't really want to do it. And I'm hoping of the two people, only one of you guys say yes. So that's kind of the game plan.
Starting point is 00:16:40 And then what we'll do is you'll actually fly to Boise. And it'll be cool because what will happen is all the chance to continue to craft a webinar. And then like literally I will stand on stage and I will present your webinar and you'll have a recording of me pitching it. And then you're going to have a chance to pitch it. I'll critique you and work on that. And that'll be the first half of the day. The second half of the day then is helping you craft out your challenge, your three-day event, all the other places that you would use this presentation because it's a tool. It's a hammer. It's the most important hammer you have in the in the box but how do you
Starting point is 00:17:07 like how do you implement it into a challenge into a live event all kind of stuff so that's gonna be planned i don't know what do you guys think that'd be fun so i don't know this could be done but i want to do it because i want to like i want to re like i want to reteach these things one-on-one with people hand holding them as i'm building this new curriculum and coaching program stuff like that um i'd also um request, request that I'm able to record this process. So, you know, people in the future who do join the coaching program can actually watch this and see, cause I think, um, seeing me hands on developing this, uh, with you for your specific company will help them to be able to, to model it in theirs as well. It'd be really cool. So yeah. So for 250,000, hopefully
Starting point is 00:17:42 you got a couple ideas just on how to do a webinar and get you re-motivated to do it. I'm not gonna do anything. Um, I'm just gonna pick two people of the 20 or 30 who respond and we're going to rock and roll and we're gonna do this and it'll be fun. Or maybe, I don't know. It's good. I'm excited to try it out. So, um, that's kind of the game plan. Starting point is 00:22:13 For the right person, this is something that will change your business forever. Again, one webinar properly executed will grow your company and your business faster than anything else. And so my job is to help you to craft and create that perfect webinar. And I can tell you success stories that people would help do this for. And I could basically who's who's of the ClickFunnels royalty. They all, I helped them create a webinar. That was it. So I look at Caitlin Pullen for the lady boss.
Starting point is 00:22:42 Helped her create a webinar. I look at Annie Grace of this the lady boss, helped her create a webinar. I look at Annie Grace of, you know, The Naked Mind and, you know, the number one person in fighting the alcohol addiction industry. What did we do? Wrote a webinar. Boom, she launched it. She wrote a webinar. She launched it like a week before she had her baby.
Starting point is 00:22:56 And then it was just running evergreen for the last like five years since then. Like never really did it because it was so perfect the first time. Now, I'm not going to recommend that. We're going to go back and we're going to do it over and over and over again until you perfected it like Garrett did and like I did. But yeah, it's amazing. Like Stacey and Paul Martino, you know, the number one people in the marriage industry and relationship industry. What do they do? Boom. We create a webinar and their business is off. And they use that webinar for on the front end at their live events. They
Starting point is 00:23:19 use the presentation, like they use it every single place, like, and it just continues to work. And the coolest thing is after you have the skillset and we've gone through this process you can then go back and listen to recordings and do another one like i'll have a new offer i want to create i have a high ticket offer i have a low ticket offer like yeah that's the key and i want to stress why this is so important just one more thing obviously i'm a big believer but i look at click funnels i think we are the biggest business in our in our in this space right and people always ask me russell how many sales people you have working at click funnels and i always have to like halfway smile and i'm like um there's only one like what like yeah it's just me like what all these other companies have like 80 people on sales team or
Starting point is 00:23:52 100 people on sales floor and all stuff like yeah no i just have a webinar like it's better than 80 employees 80 so i love sales people but like they're also like you know and they would all admit this they're they're a little more needy they're high maintenance they're hard they're like because they're great at what they do and they make a lot of money. And it's like, that's great. But man, it's a lot of stress and headaches. So I just, it's just me. We literally, we tried a little while ago to start rebuilding the sales team and we
Starting point is 00:24:12 just shut it down. And you're like, you know what? I'm just going to webinar. That way I keep all the money. I don't have to worry about all these other things. You know, we do our three day events and people are like, you know, who, who's the sales team at the end of your three day events that go in like in process money? I'm like, it's just the webinar. And we send them in order form. Our certification program is $10,000.
Starting point is 00:24:28 People are like, well, $10,000, you have to get someone to call, right? I'm like, not if you do the webinar, right? Um, we have a, I have a webinar. I sell a $10,000 certification program. And, uh, in the last, I think 18 months or something like that, we've sold seven or 800 people, uh, from webinar, no phone calls needed. Boom. There you go. So it's like, you know, we use this to selling supplements. I've done it for high ticket supplements. I've done this for, for low ticket supplements, like we've done for e-commerce, like just, it just works. So I think it's the most important thing I could do for you.
