Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey, what's up? I'm Ryan Russillo, and I'm the host of the Ryan Russillo podcast for Spotify and the Ringer Podcast Network. I've been at ESPN prior to this for about a decade and a half. I've been doing this about 20 years, and I like to think I'm the most straightforward, trying to keep it as real as possible host that there is in sports today. I'm going to tell you exactly how I feel. I'm going to try to find the truth for it, and if I screw up, I'm also going to call myself out from time to time. So we know that we do a lot of NBA, a lot of NFL. Let's pay the bills. Also some college football. I've been lucky enough to travel all over the country.
Starting point is 00:00:29 I've been to almost every major stadium over the years doing stuff for game day. And we also take slight detours every now and then. Having authors on, people that are in movies, also actors. Not many actresses so far, but that's okay. We're working on it. But anything that I think you'll find is interesting off of something I read or an interview I saw, because I think that stuff's a lot of fun to do as well. We have a great guest lineup all the time.
Starting point is 00:00:52 Chris Long's joined me, Bill Simmons, Mike Vick, Trent Dilfer, Albert Brewer, Bruce Feldman, when you're into the college and the news breaking with the NFL. And then the thing that everybody seems to like, which has gone incredibly well, is the life advice at the end. So take it from somebody that knows some of the mistakes you're going to have to go through as a younger guy. We're taking life advice at the end of every single podcast. So I'm releasing three shows a week, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Follow the Ryan Russillo podcast on Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts.
