Hey guys Justin Colby from the science of flipping here at my biggest number one lender for all of our flips this is Mr. Josh Deck at Lending Home we're in their office here in San Francisco on Union Square what's going on man? Nothing too much glad for you to stop by we really appreciate your first time in the office. Yes. Well should probably give you a tour. let's do it because I actually stopped he didn't even know I was coming so I ruined his day we're gonna make this quick but I wanted to show you guys the biggest and best lender in fix and flip business their office right here in Union Square in San Francisco follow us for sure take it away you guys got a

bunch of conference rooms obviously yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah. This is where all the board work goes down. This is where they probably underwrite our deals. They probably have a mastermind of people trying to figure out how much money they can lend us at any given time. Yeah, we do staff meetings all the time in here. Making sure everybody's on the same page, making sure loans are getting processed. We're doing several a day, so just got to make sure everything's buttoned up.

Yeah. You got to get a shot of these. These are some of our homes right here that they lent on. 40th, Butler, Coolidge, 34th. We're representing for Lending Home. And this is the gig. Look at how big and expansive this is. Real business, guys. They lend how big and expansive this is. This is a real business, guys.
