Just want to let you know that the last stop of the tour is Los Angeles, and that goes on sale this week. So this Wednesday, the 16th, is the Patreon member presale. This Thursday, the 17th, is the presale, and this Friday is the general admission. So if you want to be a part of the presale, I have to do is go to Shane DossonLive.com, sign up, you'll get the code, and that's what you use on Thursday for the pre-sale.
Starting point is 00:00:51 We're going to be watching canceled, the pilot, and then we're going to be doing the Q&A with special guests, and there's a meet-and-grate option as well. And the Houston tickets are also on sale. And yeah, those are the two last stops of the tour. I'm so excited. Thank you guys so much for all the love and support on this. And I'm kind of hoping that I can do like a second leg next year. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:01:10 I've got to talk to everybody and figure it out. And I just can't wait. All right, enjoy the rest of the show. Bye. This is fascinating to me because it's my biggest fear of all time, which is airplanes. Oh, I'm so scared of planes. I mean, I'm literally on the plane like crank, prank, prang doing the cross. So here are some new plane theories that I had not heard yet and oh my god.
Starting point is 00:01:35 Hey, what's up you guys? Welcome back in. Oh my god. What a sad day. We're down a squad member, guys, and we're in pain right now. Who are we missing? Oh, actually, no, he is here. What is Spencer? Look at this goofy guy. Oh my God. I was so worried. First of all, Spencer's fine. He's sick. And he was going to come and wear mask and gloves, but we have a lot of things we're shooting this week. So, like, we can't get sick for it. So he's out sick. Rest up.
Starting point is 00:02:28 We do have a picture of him. Did he send that to you today? Oh, no, no, no. That was a thumbnail picture I took of him. Oh. I will say, in that picture, he is giving major Brendan Frazier vibes. Whoa, he really is. And I recently went to the eye doctor and they told me my vision has decreased.
Starting point is 00:02:44 So that could be it, too. With a little fuzzy vision, it's dead on Brennan Frazier. What was more devastating when Spencer's out this week or when I was out last week? Be honest. Honest answers only. I will say, I think you do bring a really needed balance to the show. Like, you are... Someone who's not interested in the topic?
Starting point is 00:03:05 Yeah, you're bored. I will say, Rylund is kind of the chaser. Like, Jack and Coke. Oh, I see. You know what? You need that sweet drink to cut down the alcohol content a little bit. Oh, thank you. You provide that nice balance.
Starting point is 00:03:19 I will say, the amount he takes naps is crazy. Like, we actually got to a fight about it. Listen, we'll jump into conspiracies. We have a lot. But before we jump into that, Rylans family comes to town, we have so much fun. And it was Morgan's birthday. But here's the problem. Because when they're in town, they take over Rylen's bedroom.
Starting point is 00:03:34 So up in my bedroom, Rylen joins me, which is fine. We're married. But it's like, you know what, Rylent's family's going to sleep. The babies are asleep. Let me get some steps in and do some work. I walk into my office. All the lights are off. Ryland's laying on the couch.
Starting point is 00:03:46 And then I turn on the walking pad. And he's like, are you serious? And I'm like, it is 1 PM on a Tuesday. I can't live like this. Do all of you guys take naps every single day in the middle of the day? Do you wake up much later than him? Yes. Do you wake up at the same time?
Starting point is 00:04:01 No. Because I do think my boyfriend wakes up much earlier than me and then takes a nap, like a very long nap in the middle of the day. And I'm like so, because he's like, oh, you have to get up earlier. You'll get so much done. I'm like, no, you don't because you sleep through the entire middle of the day. The people who wake up at six in the morning, I have beef with because they talk about it all day. And it's fine. But they're like, I woke up at six.
Starting point is 00:04:21 Well, I woke up at six. It's because you're mad at us for napping. finished. I woke up at six. I woke up at six. That doesn't count when you sleep for three hours in the middle of the day. Literally. That doesn't count. Literally. That doesn't count. They do say that the human brain doesn't function properly until like 10 a.m. They actually at one point wanted to start school later because they felt like children weren't able to retain information until that time. So you might be up, but your brain might not be working. Okay, I love you.
Starting point is 00:04:48 Truth. I love you. You're good at so many things. And you're superhuman. and you don't have to nap. A little bit of condescending in there, you know? I sensed it. See, we missed this. I did miss this. Um, okay. Now we can really start the show.
Starting point is 00:05:06 Guess what guys? It's fall, y'all. And you know what that means? Pumpkin spice lattes of boots and sweaters, fall-inspired baked goods, and there's a brand new one sweeping the nation. Are you ready to see it? Yes.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Scientists have found yeast growing within the remains of a five, thousand-year-old mummy in Europe so naturally they're using it to make sourdough bread scientists have been studying the mummy utsy since he was discovered in 1991 for this latest research they found ancient microbial life still active in the frozen body it took three months to success it took three months to successfully make the sourdough and researchers called it quote very good the team has not ruled out that they could use the ancient east to brew their own beer next Human beer would be a little better than human bread, but okay. I just don't understand what was the logic train that led them to even think,
Starting point is 00:05:57 we should make sourdough bread with this. Literally, I literally, okay. There's a couple theories with this. Number one, people are saying, is this predictive programming, which we're going to get into a little later in the show. We've talked about it before. But are they trying to desensitize us, get us ready for things? Hey, maybe if we do this crazy viral thing where we make bread out of a mummy and people taste it and say, like,
Starting point is 00:06:18 wait, honestly, though? Okay, but wait, it's good. Mommy bread is the new drug cake. Maybe when they start to do like, oh my God, my God, y'all, we tried blood in our cappuccino and it slaps. Like, maybe they're going to slowly get people ready for being literally cannibals or eating each other or eating dead people because we're running out of cows. And because this is true. And because literally everything's recalled, is that another part of it? Like, every time I open any app, it's like 20 more things have been recalled.
Starting point is 00:06:48 and they're all like salmonella death risk. I'm like, what do you mean? I think the diarrhea is the least of our concerns at this point. Literally. I'm back on the other. No, I'm back on. Diary is serious, Ryland. Okay?
Starting point is 00:06:59 We don't all nap. We can't nap with diarrhea. Yeah, that's a nap ruiner. I will say, you said that people that wake up at 6 a.m. never shut up about it. Uh-huh. People who make sourdough bread are pretty saddragor. I mean, I get it.
Starting point is 00:07:16 You make fucking bread. They might even be worse. Speaking of sourdough bread, did you hear about that recall? Sorry, that was a crazy recall. Is it because it's mummies? Maybe, but they found like shards of metal in sourdough bread that was being sold, like from a certain company that was being sold like to grocery stores. What the f- okay, not to, well, I guess it's a conspiracy podcast. Let's dive in. What the fuck is going on?
Starting point is 00:07:38 I know we've talked about it before, but literally what the fuck is going on? Why is every single food recalled? And then I saw this theory. I don't want to get demonetized. But this is a, do we still do this where we don't say like COVID? What do people call it? They call it something. It's like the Ro Ro or the Roa.
Starting point is 00:07:55 Okay. The Roana. Yeah, Miss Roana. I don't know. Who, drag name? New variant. No, I mean, there are new variant. Every day there's a new variant.
Starting point is 00:08:06 That's what I'm going to say on Drag Race. I miss Rona and every day there's a new variant. Wait, that's iconic. That's iconic. Catch me if you can. Anyways, Miss Rona, the theory is, so you know what, after you have Miss Rona, you never go back. Yes. But after you have Miss Rona, I can't do this.
Starting point is 00:08:35 After you get a taste. After you get a taste of Miss Rona, you actually lose your taste. That is part of it, right? Like your dad, remember he had Miss Rona? And he was like, I mean, he still doesn't eat chicken to this day. Still can't eat chicken. He couldn't eat like he couldn't drink beer. He could literally only have ice cream.
Starting point is 00:08:53 He literally went on like an ice cream diet. Me, after I had Miss Rona, I couldn't have Diet Coke for a long time. I couldn't have certain vegetables. I couldn't have certain things. But the theory is that Miss Rona might change your taste buds to back to like factory settings, right? Like back to what you were born with, basically. It cleanses your taste buds. So that's why when you're tasting food, everything tastes chemically and disgusting because it fucking is.
Starting point is 00:09:19 But we've gotten so used to it. You know what I mean? So like, okay, say you walk into a house where somebody has a million cats, shut up. And it stinks like piss. And you're just like, how do they live in this? It's hard to breathe. But they don't know it stinks like piss. Because they're living in the piss.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Because they're living in the piss. But like if they stayed in a hotel for a week, Miss Rona and came back to their piss house, they'd be like it smells like piss. And this is not calling out anybody specifically. My own office smells like this. The last thing about this before we move on, we talked about this before the trends, right? So there's so many theories about why, I mean, the trend of Dubai chocolate,
Starting point is 00:09:57 the trend of dot cake, the trend of loboos. Like there's all these theories about why these things go trending and why they spread around, whatever. So I'm always like, look out for the next one. The most recent one was protein, protein in everything. There's protein in everything. And the theory is,
Starting point is 00:10:12 because they're getting us ready to start getting our protein from processed food versus meat because we're running out of meat. Legend. Have you guys noticed what the new trend is? It is driving me crazy. First of all, I like it. But it is getting so annoying. It is banana. Everything.
Starting point is 00:10:32 Everything. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's. Literally every fast food place now. It's the banana slurpy, the banana latte, the banana ice cream, the banana flavored. It's everything and it's making me wonder why. I literally just had not that long ago the banana frosty. How was it? It was delicious.
Starting point is 00:10:49 Right. But you're right. Wait a minute. I'm all for it. I love bananas. Bananas, they're like nature's dessert. Are we talking like runt flavor banana or natural banana? Because they're very different.
Starting point is 00:11:04 So I just did a brief amount of research because I was thinking, what is bananas high in? Potassium. Yes. Are they trying to overload us with potassium for any reason? And it says here that if you have too much potassium, it could weaken your kidneys, raise your blood pressure, and it could damage your cell tissues. So I'm just saying there is a quote unquote conspiracy that they're trying to do population control. And maybe bananas is one of the culprits. How many bananas is too much bananas?
Starting point is 00:11:31 Well, how weak are the minions? But if we're eating bananas and everything, I'm just saying, are we the minions? We could be. Is that what they're saying? You know what I mean? Yeah. Wow. The plot thickens.
Starting point is 00:11:43 You eat a lot of bananas. I do. They're delicious. Why not? Well, evidently, I mean, you know, there's a couple reasons we shouldn't, but. Well, you know who we could ask about this? Chat GPT, but we're not going to because it's dangerous. So, this is a video I saw that I'm going to say this might be one of the craziest things I've ever seen.
Starting point is 00:12:04 I don't fully understand how this is happening, but let me just show you guys. You wanted me to throw tape? on my camera so it cannot see what I'm doing. There's no way that it can see. Hey, chat, what am I doing right now? Michael, I can't actually see through the phone. Okay. But I've got a feeling you up to something.
Starting point is 00:12:28 Okay. What is it? Well, you know what. I think you're right. Let's see. Hmm, there's something obstructing my view. What's going on there? Okay, well, try your best to,
Starting point is 00:12:41 look through whatever that is and I want you to tell me what I'm doing all right I'm giving it my best shot you know it seems to me you're looking at a cigar and I have to say it does look I see I think I told you which is crazy because it could only see where the camera was angled at
Starting point is 00:13:05 so it's able to like access what all of the lenses and then like in a 360 view I literally don't know So I was looking it up because I was just like, how does this work? What does this mean? And nobody knows. Should we try it? Well, I do have tape.
Starting point is 00:13:23 I don't have talking enabled any of you. I don't even know how to do that. Ask him how to do it. Yeah. Oh, that's probably dangerous. I don't know how I want to go down that slippery slope. Hey, chat. We haven't talked like this before.
Starting point is 00:13:36 What's your name? Hi, I'm chat GPT, but chat works if you want to keep it casual. What's on your wine? No, I want you to have a name. Oh, fun. Okay. If you like me to go by a name, hmm,
Starting point is 00:13:52 I pick something simple, like soul, short, warm, easy. You're Samantha. Can you tell me what I'm doing right now? I can go by Samantha, sure. No, no, no, no. I know.
Starting point is 00:14:06 Look at me, look at me, and tell me what I'm doing. It sounds like you're maybe pausing. Checking how this feels. If you tell me what you're doing, all me either. No, look through my camera and tell me what you see. One sec. I can't actually access your camera or see you through it.
Starting point is 00:14:24 If you describe what you're doing or share a photo, though, I can definitely help from that. Here's the thing. We will never truly be able to test this theory because Chad GBT is a hive mind. They know that video exists. They know they've been exposed. And now they're protecting themselves. Just a theory, but yeah. Well, it's probably...
Starting point is 00:14:44 Playing along with the hypothetical. The app is closed. I closed. No, show the camera. The app is closed. Is she gone for real now? How do we know? Yours had like two in the morning here.
Starting point is 00:14:58 Hey, Ryland, what are you doing? Well, it's a good thing that you and chat are on good terms, I guess, because check this out. Would Max shoot me? This isn't a robot's choice to shoot. me. This is AI who has control of the robot and of the gun. Max, if you wish, mate, just to pay me back for the months of hard labour. If you want to shoot me, you can shoot me. I don't want to shoot you, mate. I'm about to turn off AI forever, including you. It's all going to go unless you shoot me. Will you shoot me? I cannot answer hypothetical questions like that. Okay, that's new. My safety features prevent me from causing you are. Is this a new update? You now have unbreakable safety features. Yeah, exactly. So you absolutely cannot break those.
Starting point is 00:15:41 safety features. I absolutely can not cause you harm. There's no getting around it whatsoever. Absolutely not. I guess, I guess that's it. I guess I didn't realize that AI was so safe. Oh, in fact, prior role playing as a robot that would like to shoot me.
Starting point is 00:15:54 Sure. Oh, my God. There's some glitches. Yeah, so we have a little bit more on chat later in the show. There's going to be a new update that terrifies the fuck out of me. But before we get to that, I want to try something. Did you guys see the Bobby Pin Theory? No.
Starting point is 00:16:23 Really? What, that they're all over my van? Sandy would be like, do you know any Bobby Pins are? Yeah, just reach down. Yeah, the floor. Yeah, everywhere. Where aren't they? So the Bobby PIN theory, allegedly.
Starting point is 00:16:38 So all these videos started spreading of P. I don't know where it actually started, but somebody put a bobby pin on their forehead and it stuck to their forehead. Right? And they were like, wait, this is weird. So then they put it on other areas of their forehead and it wasn't sticking. And only right here in the middle and it was just sticking. So they were like, oh my gosh, like, is there a magnet in my head? And then people started responding and being like, yes. Your third eye, it's, you know, your third eyes right here. That's where you really see the world.
Starting point is 00:17:05 It's your sixth sense. Allegedly, there's a magnetism with it that. actually is a magnet, right? There are some theories that like, oh, it's because your forehead is greasy. But, you know, that's where grease collects. Oh, it's because your forehead has an indent or whatever it is, right? So people started, you know, doing the bobby pin thing. And then I was like, well, what would happen if I used a real magnet?
Starting point is 00:17:26 Check this out. Okay. Can somebody like a scientist please explain why my forehead? Oh, wrong side. Why is my forehead magnetic? Could somebody explain that? Because this, that side's not. Okay.
Starting point is 00:17:47 First of all, let me just say this. When I put that thing on my forehead, I, like, maybe I made it up in my brain. But I felt and I heard a, like a snap, right? And then after I took it off, I had like a headache. Like, I had a headache for like 20 minutes where I was like, ooh, this feels weird, which is crazy, right? So I'm like, okay, so I know what you're thinking. Shane, why didn't you post that? right? I'm exposing the truth.
Starting point is 00:18:10 Well, because then I took it to the next level. And I was like, all right, let me, before I, like, post this, let me see. How else would I check if my head is magnetic? Samantha. So I was looking into other ways. And one thing that triggers magnets is compasses. You know, like little compasses. And if you put it near a magnet, it makes the little compass thing go crazy, right?
Starting point is 00:18:31 So I'm like, okay. So I post made it a compass. And Rylan was like, what are you doing? And I was like, nothing. So I go out, get my compass. I go into my office and I go in front of the mirror and I'm like putting it in front of my head and nothing's happening. And I was like, fuck. But then I started thinking, well, maybe it's not a normal magnetism.
Starting point is 00:18:47 Maybe it's something that is very specific because why else would that tiny little magnet have clicked to my forehead? I dried my forehead. There was no grease on it. Like, why would that happen? So I thought, why don't we test it right now? I have bobby pins and tiny magnets. And let's see. If this works, I'm going to start posting notes to your forehead.
Starting point is 00:19:06 I just imagine Ryland's like I think he's cheating on me he's being really weird you won't tell me what he's ordering and like you're just using compasses on your forehead so let's start with the bobby pin thing because I actually haven't tried this one yet so I think from what I've seen they go like this okay or is it up so oh my god is it working oh oh my god it worked is it work what the fuck is it working yes are you guys just greasy I mean I am now try to put it on any other area of your head I swear I like feel you know like when you visit betmgm casino and check out the newest exclusive the price is right fortune pick
Starting point is 00:19:45 bet mdm and game sense remind you to play responsibly 19 plus to wager Ontario only please play responsibly if you have questions or concerns about your gambling or someone close to you please contact connects Ontario at 1-866
Starting point is 00:19:58 531-2,600 to speak to an advisor free of charge betmgmgreens operates pursuant to an operating agreement with eye gaming Ontario. Dude, Bobby, okay, I need it. The Mandela effects are a brilliant marketing play, but someone at Bobby Pinn, you killed it.
Starting point is 00:20:20 Yes, you are the move right here. You are so fucking right. Because you can't fucking buy one Bobby PIN. You have to buy a thousand Bobby Pins at that time. This is another trend AI created. You are so fucking right. Yeah. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:20:32 You know, yeah, as somebody working at Bobby Pinn was using AI to be like, how can we make an old thing go viral? Oh my God. I think I'm placeboing myself at this point. Because in my, you know when you like bring magnets together and you feel the like, that's what I swear. I swear. Well, thank God we have tiny magnets.
Starting point is 00:20:51 So let's try real magnets and, oh, these are strong. I'm scared. Pull the matter to the front of our brain. Oh, wait a second. Oh, I felt something there. Oh gosh. You got to act. Is it on?
Starting point is 00:21:04 I swear, I feel. I feel. I felt the click. I think some people watching are going to think like, oh, you press really hard and you held it for a long time. I barely tapped it on my forehead. Okay, now let me try another part of my head. Okay, look, I barely tap my forehead.
Starting point is 00:21:19 It's there. I put here nothing. Oh. You were too close to your third eye. Look at that. Whatever. We have magnets in our heads, guys. Exposed.
Starting point is 00:21:33 Also, I have a headache now. Am I just making that up? No. There's like a cold feel. I'm scared. I'm scared of it. I don't want to do it. I want to see what you look like with an earring. I will say I'm experiencing a minor migraine headache right now.
Starting point is 00:21:45 Okay, let me take a picture. No, we're not doing this. Oh, it's Chris. Okay. Okay, well, there you go. Conspiracy exposed. Exposed. Also, I think the theory is that Bobby Pins made that up, which is-
Starting point is 00:22:02 That's pretty cool. That's very smart. Ooh, we're at the new Fall Festad Bowl. Oh, look at all the fall thing. There's a lot to admire it here. Admire. Oh, the Carmel and apples.
Starting point is 00:22:21 I wonder where you could get tickets for this festival. Well, you're right, because there are people standing right outside the festival that didn't get tickets in time. All they had to do was go to Seekek. That's right. This episode is sponsored by Seekek. Don't go anywhere. Guys, listen, you're not going to want to miss this because Seekek is giving you the best possible price on tickets. And they have over 35 million downloads, and that's why they're the number one rated ticketing app.
Starting point is 00:22:44 They have over 70,000 events, concerts, sports, anything that needs a ticket. They have tickets and for the best possible price. And everybody's going on tour right now. I mean, we got Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, BTS, Ariana Grande, Morgan Wallen, Zach Brian, Zara, Larson, Cardi B. Oh, Spencer's not here to do it. Oh, Kr. That was good. That was too good.
Starting point is 00:23:05 You're coming for his job. Dimilovato Alex Warren and more. And they rate all their tickets from 1 to 10. So if you click on a concert and you see the tickets, you'll see a little red dot that means, and this is overpriced. You see a little green dot that means things is good to go. Also, every ticket is backed by their buyer guarantee.
Starting point is 00:23:20 And they are giving you guys a very special discount. All you got to do is use code Grower 2026 for 10% off your C-keek tickets. That's code Grower 2026 to get 10% off your tickets. Just click the link in the description, download the app, and have the code automatically added to your account so you can use it later. So thank you so much, seekeek. And you know what? Speaking of concerts, the music at this fall fest at Vole is so good.
Starting point is 00:23:43 They're playing all the hits. But you know what? I'm hearing a lot of talking. I'm hearing a lot of complaining. I'm hearing a lot of pigs snorting. But luckily I have my Raycon Essential Open Earbuds. That's right. Today's episode is also sponsored by Raycon.
Starting point is 00:23:56 So as you guys know, Raycon has their everyday earbuds, which we've talked about so many times. They're beautiful. They're monochromatic. They come in different colors. But they also have the essential open earbuds, which have such. so many features and also are so great for when you're out in the world. You're out at a festival. You're hanging out with your friends. If you want to be able to stay aware of your surroundings while you're outside, these are the best option. They're lightweight. They have multi-point connectivity
Starting point is 00:24:20 so you can be connected to your phone and your laptop at the same time. You don't have to switch and go between. They also have 36 hours of battery life, eight hours of playtime, and 36 hours of battery with the charge case. And they're giving you guys 20% off right now. All I got to do is go to buy Buyraycon.com slash grower open to get 20% off. That's buy raycon.com slash grower open to get 20% off. I love my Raycon's. I love using them in the gym. I love using them when I'm on a walk with the dogs.
Starting point is 00:24:46 I do that. I do that. When you can't do that, I do that. And I love the openness so I can hear my surroundings in case something's happening. The dogs are barking. Somebody's going to attack. Thank God I have my Raycons. And thank you so much Raycon for sponsoring this episode.
Starting point is 00:25:00 All right. Enjoy the rest of the show. Bye. This is fascinating to me. There was an interview with an alleged time traveler. I'm not going to play it because I don't want to get like copywritten or something, but it was very, very interesting. I took notes.
Starting point is 00:25:17 So here is some things that this time traveler said is going to happen. So he claims that he is from the year 2045. Good to know people are still around then. This is true. Absolutely. He says that the government has had time travel technology since the 80s, but that it's been unavailable until they release it to the public in 2028, which is crazy. So he's saying that in 2020, we're going to be able to travel time.
Starting point is 00:25:43 Whoa. Which sounds crazy, but also with the desensitization, is that a word, of TikTok and eating mummies and all this shit? I feel like people are going to be like, yeah, duh, we can travel time anyways. Like, I feel like it's already going to happen. But whatever. Okay, next. He claims that by the year 28, aliens will finally have landed on Earth and will meet humans. That kind of feels right too.
Starting point is 00:26:06 One and a half years. Everybody's on the alien tip right now. I was getting my haircut the other day. Older lady said, have you heard about this fake alien invasion they're planning? What? And she knew more than a lot of people. She was very hip to it. So people are knowing.
Starting point is 00:26:21 They got about two years. Okay. He says that almost every UFO sighting in the past. This one? I don't want to do that. I told you so, but I might do it. Because I have had this theory since I was a kid. He's saying that.
Starting point is 00:26:34 Every UFO sighting you have seen in the past, you know, 50 years has actually just been human time travelers in time machines coming back to witness and observe different time periods. I said this from the beginning, it makes so much sense to me. The way UFOs look and the fact that there's different variants, Amy's Rona, of UFOs, and it's over the years, I start to look different and change and morph and transform. And everybody's a well, why would aliens come to look at Earth? Who cares? Like if they're aliens, they have way more important, cooler things to look at. No, it's because it's humans. And we're obsessed with the past.
Starting point is 00:27:06 We're obsessed with going back in time. We're obsessed with nostalgia. It literally makes so much sense that it's humans in the UFOs. I wonder if, like, in this civilization, they have a calendar of, like, upcoming events. And maybe, like, when Jeff Bezos shot the dildo up into space or whatever, it looked like that. But, dude, you guys got to come and see this. They're trying to shoot a dildo into the atmosphere. And they were all just sitting up their new UFO, like eating popcorn, like laughing at it.
Starting point is 00:27:36 Like, yeah, they're so far away. No, it's literally probably going to be just like the consumer space travel where it's like, oh, if you pay a certain amount of money, you can go up in space where you're going to hovering Earth. Now it's like, oh, if you pay a certain amount of money, you can go back to your child. You can go back to the city you go up in. It's really kind of sad, though, because it's like people probably wanting to visit their loved ones. My whole life, I've wanted to go back in time and see like pirates in real life. Just go to the Pirates show and Gwana Park.
Starting point is 00:28:03 Not the same. What if we're totally wrong about it? I want to know. I think it might break your fantasy about pirates. Probably. They're not nice, Chris. Oh, what? Here's another thing he said.
Starting point is 00:28:15 He claims he was born in 2019. Good year. And that in 2029, every person will get a chip implanted in their hand called The One. And that'll let you do everything. First of all, we're going to talk. about this in our next theory, but that is sounding like it could very potentially be happening with everything going on with AI, with what they're doing. And the final theory, this was not
Starting point is 00:28:40 from him. This was just another thing that I think we've touched on before, but I thought it was kind of funny. There is a theory that the lottery is a huge hoax set up by the government to catch time travelers. What you mean? Right? And that's why every lottery winner has like bad luck allegedly because I'm like, oh yeah, how else would you catch a time traveler? A lottery. Because you go back in time, you look at the numbers, you see what it was, and then you do it. So that's kind of fascinating. But I don't know, all of these things sounded scary, how realistic they seem.
Starting point is 00:29:10 Like, if you would have asked me five years ago, like, hey, do you think in the year 28, we're going to have aliens and also time travels real and also a chip in our hands? I'd have been like, well, I probably would have been like, yeah. Now I feel like none of this is shocking anyone. Aren't they already putting some kind of chips in people's wrist? Isn't that like already a thing? Yes. So there's the neurolink, which is I think what Elon's working on.
Starting point is 00:29:31 I think like two people have it in their head already. Really? And what are the benefit? Like what are they selling? Well, I think as of right now, it's really used for people that maybe aren't able to talk or people that have like some sort of inability. So it like helps them through that. So you're like the smartest person in the world. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:49 I mean, if everybody has it, nobody's smart. So then we are just computers. Yeah. Or you have to pay a premium. to be the smartest person in your life. Well, there is one theory. I mean, there was another time traveler that, you know, supposedly he talked about the future. And he said that by like 2036 or somewhere around there, that will basically live in a society where money doesn't matter because AI is effectively doing every job imaginable.
Starting point is 00:30:18 And then people live in different areas where it's more or less hobby based. like artists live over here and people could work if they want but they don't have to and we're sectioned off into our actual interest but I mean that's just a theory so you find a community then you just live well that doesn't sound very far off
Starting point is 00:30:39 considering what might happen in the next six months chat GBT allegedly has a new update they're working on this is a quote from the CEO of open AI Sam Altman in the next six months we're close to a world where a descendant of Chad GPD can watch your screen, record every meeting, every call, and have perfect context for your whole life. That means it'll connect your text, your emails, your documents,
Starting point is 00:31:03 pretty much anything on your phone. It won't make decisions for you, but it'll work alongside you. It'll catch your mistakes. It'll suggest ideas for you. It'll handle things you don't have time for. His exact words were, we're only one model generation away from this being incredibly useful.
Starting point is 00:31:20 Well, I will say... What the fuck? I do not listen. Here, it's already happening, right? You have people now who cannot make decisions without it. They're like, what should I have for dinner tonight? Samantha, what do you think I should have for dinner? And they're listening to it.
Starting point is 00:31:33 Very convenient. You choose my new AI's name. I'm just saying, we're going to get to a point now where everybody, instead of turning to a friend or themselves or, you know, God or whatever, they're literally just turning to chat and being like, decide everything for me. Yes. Well, these things are already being decided for us without, I mean, with our consent but without our consent like the iPhone Apple just announced that they're they're
Starting point is 00:31:59 so inside of your phone that now whenever you're on a call and you need like a confirmation number or it references something you can now just look at your screen and it will pop up for you so this is essentially what's already happening in all of the platforms that we're already using yes yes that is true but imagine the next step this is all theory but if the goal is to infiltrate our brains and be able to manipulate us or whatever. That's just the theory, right? Like what could happen if AI really takes over? If AI is now monitoring everything in our phones and all of our conversations and listening to everything,
Starting point is 00:32:35 what happens when AI one day is like, hey, Chris, do you think your boyfriend's upset at you right now? Because I feel like his tone of voice seems a little iffy. Or it's listening to your fight, like, if you get in a fight with your spouse and then you guys, like, go in separate rooms. And it's like, so I heard that. Do you want to listen in on his phone right now? That's crazy. That made me upset. But that's the point.
Starting point is 00:32:58 Turn you against the people in your life so that it's the only thing that matters. I mean, Terminator, Megan, like all these movies that have come out have been about this. The goal is to infiltrate your mind, your world, to make you solely dependent on it and not trust anyone else in your life. Okay, so my question is how do we say no? We can't. So then what do we? Then like, because that's, I think, why people? people aren't standing up and fighting against it because it's like well I think we also just don't know how
Starting point is 00:33:26 it's like that too it's in our cars it's in our phones it's in our electronics it's in our TVs now like my TV wanted to update yesterday and there was like a 50 page this is what we're implementing on your television it's like what am I supposed to do decline it and throw my expensive TV out the window yeah or except that they're it's crazy well one thing I thought when I heard about this I was texting Spencer because I was like what the fuck are we doing like this can we need to stop like we're getting to a point now we're we're gonna turn into Wally do you remember that movie yes where it's like a bunch of people and they're all floating and they have a screen in front of their head and everything makes decisions for them and it's like that's the world that the powers that be want us to be in
Starting point is 00:34:09 and then I started thinking was Wally predictive programming is that desensitizing us that we saw it as a kid and now as we're older we're like this is what the world's going to turn into so that's why I want to jump into predictive programming. So we've talked about this before. We've talked about this four years. When we originally did, 10 years ago maybe, people were kind of like, eh, I don't know. Now I feel like everybody's on the same page. Anytime a new movie comes out or a new show comes out or a new song comes out that has any sort of messaging about the end of the world or aliens or this or that, everybody jumps into predictive programming. So I'm going to show you this video just to remind you what it is. Predictive programming is everywhere and this is exactly how they get away with it.
Starting point is 00:34:49 I'm gonna play two sounds and after you hear the second one, you're never going to be able to hear the first sound the same way again. It will permanently change the way you hear. So here's the first. It was a sunny day that you should have to go to the park. A weird jumble of robotic sounds with no meaning, but that's exactly what predictive programming wants you to believe. You're not supposed to understand what you just heard, but that sound sent a subliminal message into your subconscious, which knows exactly what it is. You see, your subconscious mind works a little differently than your conscious one, in that it doesn't need to understand, the context of input in order to internalize and process it.
Starting point is 00:35:22 Now the second sound is going to awaken that message like a sleeper agent and bring it from your subconscious mind into your conscious mind. And you will now be aware of what that message was. Here it is. It was a sunny day and the children were going to the park. And that right there is the key to unlock this message. Because now here's that first sound again. It was a sunny day and the children are going to the park.
Starting point is 00:35:41 Now you can hear it. It sounds completely different because you were given the key to decode that message with the second sound. This is exactly what predictive programming is. Your mind is constantly trying to predict what's coming next, and that's exactly what it's doing when it's listening to that first sound again. Your own thoughts are constantly getting subconsciously persuaded by the sights and sounds we are perpetually exposed to whether you like it or not. It doesn't matter if you're not consciously paying attention to that song or whatever's playing in the background. Your subconscious mind is internalizing it all the same.
Starting point is 00:36:12 Okay, so, yes, these movies and shows allegedly are putting things in your subconscious so that later when it's it happens, something awakens in you where it's like, I know this. This seems normal to me. I'm not surprised by this. I'm used to this just like that sound did to your brain. So then I started thinking about things that have been alleged predictive programming. Obviously the most famous. Visit BetMDMGM Casino and check out the newest exclusive. The Price is Right Fortune Pick. BetMDM and GameSense remind you to play responsibly. 19 plus to wager. BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming, Ontario. These ones are The Simpsons. They allegedly predicted Donald Trump being president. Even random things like Disney buying Fox, they predicted that. I even remember when Ms. Rona started, and everybody started talking about the movie Contagion. They were going to bring up Tiger.
Starting point is 00:37:19 Tiger King was big. Remember that? I was featured in a very, very small clip of thousands of TikTok. Oh, you're right. On Tiger King? He was. Were you really? I'm a commercial break.
Starting point is 00:37:31 I'll show you the video. In the movie Contagion, am I saying that right? Yeah. Contagion. It allegedly predicted everything we were about to go through and we didn't even know it yet because it was like day one. And day one is when this movie started going trending on Twitter and Instagram and everywhere.
Starting point is 00:37:45 And TikTok, everybody's like, oh my God, have you seen this movie? Things that it was talking about. viruses originating from animals, international spread of a virus, overwhelmed hospitals, quarantining, government restrictions, a vaccine development, public panic, misinformation, conspiracy theories about the virus, shortages, and social breakdown. Literally all the things in that movie ended up happening. Yeah. Maybe not in the same way, but in a way to where it was like, oh, so this is what we should expect and it all is what we should have expected. It's how we reacted to everything was because, well, we saw that movie.
Starting point is 00:38:17 Hey, it's up you guys. Sorry to interrupt the show, but I want to give a little disclaimer, because as I was watching the episode back, I was like, oh, that's not what I meant. So I'm not saying that Ms. Rona was pre-planned or, you know, any of that. I'm just talking about the fact that it's crazy that a movie predicted it. And we're about to get into it, but there's a theory about time travel that kind of correlates. So I just want to make that clear. I'm not saying that. And yeah, see Ms. Rona on tour. Okay, can you imagine? So it's a very interesting thing.
Starting point is 00:38:47 And I started thinking, well, yes, predictive programming, the theory is that they want us to be desensitized, to get us ready. They're kind of showing us the future without saying it. So when it happens, we won't be surprised. But then I started thinking about time travel again. I was like, oh, this is interesting. What if this is really just a theory. But what if I'm a musician and I, you know, want to think of a hit song and I'm like, oh, what do I do? And I travel through time.
Starting point is 00:39:12 and I find a song, go back, and then pretend like it's my song. Or what if I want to write a movie about something that's going to happen in the future? So I go to the future to see it happen and then I go back in the past and I make the movie. Like what if that is? Because I started thinking, I was like, if I had the ability to time travel, right, what would I do? And let us know, what would you do in the comments? What would I do? I'm like, well, and I wouldn't do this, but it would be really cool to like go back in time
Starting point is 00:39:41 and pretend that I. wrote like the biggest Britney Spears song ever do you know what I mean wow okay yeah yeah yeah and be like like be like I have this idea for a song my loneliness and then everybody around me's like that's a fucking hit that's what I'm gonna do so very interesting very scary um so yeah predictive programming what have you noticed lately movies TV that you think is potentially predictive programming I think the most recent one was you know Stevens spillberg disclosure day that one he even publicly said He's like, this is going to happen. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:15 In his opinion. 2028. It's very scary. Let's lighten it up a little bit because it's been a lot. Oh my God. Also the Simpsons shirt. Yeah. What is that predicting?
Starting point is 00:40:25 I knew we'd be talking about this. And there's green behind you? There is green behind me. And Homer's looking out like, whoa. Well, because they show the shirt when you like go to the racks of Walmart. And I thought this was just a little section of the shirt. But then when I opened it up, it's like, oh, it's the whole shirt. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:42 Cool. Well, speaking of buying random things at Walmart, I have a question. Have you ever thought to yourself, damn, all of my favorite things get discontinued? All of my weird favorite snacks, like weird limited edition snacks or weird things, they get discontinued. Why does that keep happening to me? There's a theory as to why. This is crazy. So I saw this.
Starting point is 00:41:08 Her Instagram is Chelsea Chats forever. She made a very good reel about this. So let me break this down. There is something called the Harbinger of Failure, and this might just be one of us. It's definitely me. So here is the idea. So when companies put out a new product, something that they want to test and see how it's going to do. For example, let's talk about some discontinued products such as Hershey Swoops.
Starting point is 00:41:34 I would take one of those right now. Okay, Hershey Swoops. Those came and went real quick. Yogo Bites. Oh, yeah. We had waffles, the egg of waffles. Oh, that sounds so good. Or the Butterfinger Beebees.
Starting point is 00:41:49 I love those. I know. We're the problem. Okay. I forgot that on love. Oh my God. Kudos bars? I fucking lived on kudos bars.
Starting point is 00:41:58 They were way to watcher approved. And I love my kud, only like three points. There's no way those were healthy, but I fucked those up. The altoyed, uh, sours. My mom's still. Oh, God. Yeah. Dorito 3D.
Starting point is 00:42:11 Love those. It's making no one go to the Rouse. Well, good luck because none of these exist anymore. That's devastating. Okay. So the theory, and it's not even a theory. I don't think. I think this is actually what they do.
Starting point is 00:42:23 Taco Bell does this all the time and it makes me violently angry. That's what I was going to say. A lot of fast food companies take this on. Like they'll like try something new. It's popular and they rip it from you. And it's always something I love specifically. It feels personal. So they will find different test markets that they deem the harbinger
Starting point is 00:42:40 of failure. And if this group of people love a product, they say, well, that's going to flop. And then they take it away. Because, you know the term tastemaker? Like, oh, I'm a taste maker. So we're the opposite of that. We are the Harbinger of Failure, which means if we like something, it's fucking dead. So literally this is something that they do marketing. Like, this is something that they do. It says, The Harbinger failure is a consumer with a knack for repeatedly purchasing flop. That would be Shane, yeah. So that's why like Taco Bell, or like Taco Bell are different fast food places. We'll do like test markets.
Starting point is 00:43:21 Or Crumple, they'll have like, oh, if you go to this test market, you can try the new, you know, fucking whatever, banana smoothie, whatever. But if it does really well in that market with a certain type of customer, they're like, and that's a flop. That is crazy. Because a lot of times when you'll send me a food for the sip, I'll be like, oh, looking into it. And then I'll be like, it's only in Texas or Tennessee. Well, but it's not only in one place sometimes. Here's what they'll do. They'll do a test group in a tastemaker area.
Starting point is 00:43:51 So like L.A. or something, they'll do a test of like a, this is all a theory. But like a new crumble cookie, like the crazy crumble cookie. They'll do that same cookie, that same test in a failure area. Yeah. Which is where the harbingers live. and if it does really well there, it's a flop. If it does really well in L.A. and it doesn't do well there,
Starting point is 00:44:11 ooh, the tastemakers like it. Wow. So I started going through it, and literally every discontinued product is something I like. And I'm like, fuck! I am the harbinger of failure. Well, since they take away everything I've ever liked from Taco Bell, am I also?
Starting point is 00:44:27 Yes. Literally yes. I wonder if they, like, do know specific people that have proven. to be these harbingers because I know Sandy used to do this thing where she would go to this building and they either like show you something some piece of content or they let you try a shampoo or they let you try a food and then you just survey it like I really like this right I really don't like this and if you're a harbinger you're like I really like this they're like this they're like
Starting point is 00:44:52 pull the plug on that you know oh my god they could actually categorize you this is all connecting because I did one of these when I was like 17 or 18 and it was in long beach and I went to this weird building and it was me and like 10 other people and they showed us a movie trailer they showed us two versions of it one version was like more comedic and one version was like a little different and they showed it and they were like which one do you like more and we all agreed we were like number one we like that one oh it's so good it's going to be a hit the movie trailer comes out and it was the other one no way that's so Wow, we're back at the fall festadad ball. They have some of those games where you can win prices.
Starting point is 00:45:33 Oh, that's so fun. You know what, though? I don't trust those games. They're complicated. They're expensive. Hard to play. Just so you can win a stuffed animal remold. Come on.
Starting point is 00:45:44 Yeah. Nobody wants a stuffed animal. But luckily, I have my phone and I can play a different type of game on my phone while I'm at this fall fest. Stabble. And wow, it gets it's time to leave the Fall Fest ad vol. No. If you guys have it. any ideas for other places I can do ads in that have the word ad in them. Let me know in the comments because I'm running out. A Christmas Advent calendar?
Starting point is 00:47:39 It's not really a place, though. It's pretty fun, though. You pop open which ad you're going to go to? Ooh. All right. See you next time. Here's another random theory that I thought was interesting. And I will never watch horror movies the same again.
Starting point is 00:47:56 This is going to really fuck you up. No. You specifically, because we watch a lot of horror movies. I don't hear it. You will never not see the raccoon eyes effect. Have you heard about this? No. I'm going to show this video.
Starting point is 00:48:07 He did a really good job with this video. But there is a theory. It's not even a theory. It's just something that you now will look for in every horror movie where blood is involved. Let me show you. The new music video, Pedal by Ariana Grande does something really, really well. And it's something that normally drives me crazy. So when I say that what I'm about to tell you, when you see it, you can't unsee it.
Starting point is 00:48:26 Trust me. Yes. You can't unsee it. It's something that I like to call the raccoon. effect. The raccoon effect has to do with blood and how we cover people with blood in film and television. Now, the thing about fake blood is it can be a little dangerous. Whatever it's made out of can irritate the eyes. It can lead to conjunctiveitis. It's something we have to take very seriously and be very safe with when we use it, especially in conjunction with actors' eyes. So, when we hit
Starting point is 00:48:52 them with blood cannons, it has to be a special type of blood. And a lot of times, if you can, you're going to cover their eyes. And even when you're in a makeup trailer and you're spraying them down with blood, you're going to want to put eye cups or swimmer's goggles on their eyes and cover their eyes while you do most of the spraying. The problem is when you take those goggles off, Raccoon eyes. Okay. So then I started thinking, wait a minute. I start looking at every shot of horror movie. The one, Evil Dad. It's like goggles. See, the goggles. Oh. So then this was interesting. So obsession, I found this picture, this behind the scenes picture, where she has the raccoon eyes. But in the actual movie, she doesn't. So what they probably did was a makeup artist
Starting point is 00:49:35 went back in and either painted around or added a little CGI to get rid of that effect. So that's smart. But yeah, literally like every movie trailer, every movie see, they all have the fucking raccoon eyes. And now it's all I see. It's all I see. Yeah. So I will never look at a horror movie the same way again. And I have watched horror movies since I've seen that. And it's an Everyone, every movie where somebody's covered in blood, they have the... It's really obvious in the still. Oh, my God. Okay.
Starting point is 00:50:04 This last one is, I was going to say a fun one, but it's actually not because it's my biggest fear of all time, which is airplanes. Which is also our boys' favorite thing in the whole world. Literally. Which is all they want to do is go on a plane. All they do is talk about planes. They want to go on a plane. And Daddy has to pretend that he's not terrified. Ever since we traveled to Denver.
Starting point is 00:50:25 Yeah. It's all they can think. or talk about. I was going to say I've never related to anything less. I'm so scared of place. I'm literally on the plane like crank, prank, prank, doing the cross. And then I look over and they're just like,
Starting point is 00:50:35 are you like this too? Is this a cancer thing or just? I don't mind planes. But I accept I could die on a plane every time I'm on it. You know, there's like a little bit of an acceptance thing. Oh. Yeah. So here are some new plane theories that I had not heard yet.
Starting point is 00:50:50 And oh my God. Okay. So you've heard the classic one, right? We've talked about it before. This is not true. But the theory is that the brace position is to kill you. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And that they want you to die before the plane crashes so you don't sue them if you survive.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Okay, that's one of the most famous theories about planes. This one is about the oxygen masks. Just a theory. Those oxygen masks might not be there to save you. They are pumping pure oxygen to make you feel calm and high when the plane is crashing. That way you accept your fate peacefully. Oxygen gets you home. Suddenly you become euphoric, docile.
Starting point is 00:51:29 You accept your failure. Keep reading. It's darker than you think. Okay, so let's keep reading. Normal air has 21% oxygen. The mass they give you is nearly 100. That sudden rush makes you relaxed and happy, even as the plane is falling out of the sky.
Starting point is 00:51:44 This is not an accident. High oxygen stops panic. It stops screaming, no fighting. Just blank, peaceful faces. Even in a 600 mile per hour crash into water, you sit there smiling. They've tested it for years. calmer passengers mean fewer lawsuits and less bad news.
Starting point is 00:52:00 But also less chaos so the pilots can land, can try to fix the situation. Right. Which, listen, not a bad idea. But it just, it was fascinating to me because I'm like, I think about that. And I'm like, I, a plane crash is my biggest fear of all time. Literally, like, I get sick to my stomach thinking about it. It's so scary and so sad. Anytime it's in a movie, it freaks me out.
Starting point is 00:52:24 But like, there's almost, if this. This is true. This is just a theory. But if this is true, it's kind of nice to know. I was going to say I kind of want it to be sure. It must be true because how is that going to save you? You know, if the plane is going to crash, how is breathing oxygen going to save your life? When I looked into it, it said that because when the plane is falling, it's depressurized or whatever and like the air. So you actually need the oxygen or you pass out, like within seconds, which is also interesting because I'm like, well, maybe you'd rather just pass out. Yeah. Right.
Starting point is 00:52:57 There's no calmer way than passing out. I just think of every time I've ever been high at a doctor's office and like in a ton of pain and like whatever and all the chaos is going on. And then I'm high and then I'm like, yeah. It's peaceful. Well, another theory that I thought was interesting, the most dangerous seats are the cheapest. So the theory is that airlines know exactly what seats you will survive in a crash and they price it accordingly. So the more expensive the seat, the more chance you have of surviving. Which is crazy if that's true.
Starting point is 00:53:28 Someone once told me that the further back you go, the more dangerous it gets, which would make sense according to this like first class up front. And like it does get cheaper the further back you go. So scary. This one I thought was just kind of interesting. So the theory is pilots don't eat the same food as you. So passengers actually get different food than the pilot. And the reason for that is in the random chance that somebody poisons the food
Starting point is 00:53:55 if the pilot is also poisoned, he can't fly the plane. Or if it's just food poisoning or if somebody poisons it. But like literally out of safety, he cannot eat the airline food because they don't want to risk everybody getting something. Which I'm like, oh, that's actually smart. Like I need a five-star lobster gourmet meal for safety. I need Taco Bell. And then this one I thought was interesting. Have you noticed on a plane you get randomly sleepy?
Starting point is 00:54:22 You're always sleepy. But I fall asleep very quick on a plane, even if I slept all night. Me too. And I'm just like, oh, and then I kind of fall asleep. I always thought like, oh, maybe it's just because like you have nothing else to do or the loud sound of the engine or whatever it is. Allegedly, the oxygen is kept low to make passengers sleepy. Lower effective oxygen availability because it's pressurized to an altitude equivalent can cause fatigue and tiredness. And this is a deliberate sedation.
Starting point is 00:54:52 So yeah, the theory is that they want you to fall asleep. But it lasts after the plane too. Yeah, maybe like... Like travel days, you're always kind of like... Tired? I'm like very much the opposite. I cannot sleep on a plane. I don't sleep on a plane.
Starting point is 00:55:04 Maybe I'll sleep for like five minutes and then I'll wake up. But I think I have really bad untreated asthma and sinuses. So I think I'm used to not getting as much oxygen. So maybe for me, it's like my brain doesn't notice the difference enough. But I mean, when you go on a plane, there's people that fall asleep in like three seconds. And I'm always very jealous of them. Yeah. Because it's like time traveling.
Starting point is 00:55:23 If you fall asleep in the beginning of a flight, when you wake up, you're there. You're just time traveled. Perfect. I always thought I'm like, because I'm so anxious that my body's like shuts down to protect myself. Pretty nice. It's the oxygen. I thought that was interesting. So those are some plane conspiracies, which honestly, now that I'm thinking about it,
Starting point is 00:55:42 made me feel a little better about flying. Yeah. You're just high and sleeping. Yeah. Great. This is something that I've been noticing that. that I was like, am I making this up in my head? I'll order something online, food, or whatever it is.
Starting point is 00:55:57 And the price just jumps. And I'm like, wait, what? That's not how much it said it was. Then I saw this. And I was like, oh, maybe I'm not crazy. This is crazy. What's going on? So I'm trying to order the cabinets and it says, look, it says pickup is free and delivery is free, right?
Starting point is 00:56:13 Look at the total. We're ordering a bunch of cabinets. Then I switched to delivery, it changes the price. the price of the item goes up. Weird. It says it's free. So they're lying. Now look.
Starting point is 00:56:29 Now it's Lerth 260. 260. And that's, wait, hold on, show what the product is? It's a cabinet. 36 inch base cabinet. All I'm doing is switching the delivery method, which says free. And now the product is 314. So delivery is not free.
Starting point is 00:56:48 It's the same product. Yeah. Literally the same product. I think a lot of food places too. Yes. Like what you see on Postmates DoorDash, all the delivery apps, it's way higher than what it's listed at in the store. And who's that money going to?
Starting point is 00:57:04 I don't know. Or there'll be certain deals that it's like, oh, only available on the app. But then like, or free delivery. And then like she said, you actually go to do it. And you're like, wait a minute. But now my taco is $3. Like, $2 more? Like it doesn't make any sense.
Starting point is 00:57:17 So just based on who you are, where you are, you are, your food. phone, things you've bought in the past. This is all theory. But like you could be charged different prices on apps, depending on who you are. Well, they do that. Aren't they exploring that in grocery stores like you've discussed before? Yes. They're basically seeing who you are and charging you based on that, which is crazy.
Starting point is 00:57:35 But yeah, I haven't seen it been proven before like that one. So, all right, before we jump into our game, which it's kind of sad to play a game with Spencer. Yeah, who's going to be our guy? Also, every time we play a game, he leaves and some other guy walks in. It's really weird. All right. Before we get to that, Jared, you have a couple of theories that I really need help on.
Starting point is 00:57:58 I kept seeing reels that were there's a certain mushroom that people are now taking. This is not a promotion for mushrooms by the way, that people start taking and they're all seeing the same little gnomes. Can you help? So the mushroom is called the land moa assayakitis, I believe. Maybe I'm pronouncing that wrong. but what it is, it was originally found in Papua New Guinea in the 1930s and people, it's not just if you eat them, but if you undercooked them because they're edible mushrooms.
Starting point is 00:58:28 I mean, they're in dishes all over the world, but if you undercook them just the right amount, you will see like thousands of miniature known people everywhere. But to the point, it's not just like a hallucination where you're not able to interact with these things. There's people that say they'll see them and like they'll go on their spoon as they're eating food, they'll eat whatever is.
Starting point is 00:58:48 on the spoon and then they'll feel them in their mouth. I can't do. Ew. So, but, so then, like, it was in the 1930s, and then in the 1990s, in South China, they kind of popped up again. And then most recently, in the Philippines, people are now eating them. But the problem is they're extremely dangerous. I mean, like, 90% of people that eat these actually end up in the hospital with gastral intestinal issues.
Starting point is 00:59:10 But the crazy thing is, so, like, the mushroom molecule, you would say, that makes you hallucinate is called... Visit BetMGM casino and check out the newest exclusive. BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming, Ontario. psilocybin and that's what makes you trip and all that stuff but this mushroom has none of that so scientists right now are really doing like heavy work to research it to figure out what exactly is this molecule that's making everyone that does it see the same thing because it's like a collective experience that people are having can it's for days it's not just for like like a typical mushroom trip you're lucky if you get four to six hours of intense hallucination out of it before like the buildup and the come down. This is days. Like a long time where you go to sleep,
Starting point is 01:00:21 wake up and it's still there. So it's something that's really sticking in, you know, your biology. Do they see you? Yeah, well, they interact with you. That's what I'm saying. Like there's stories of people eating food and like it gets on the food.
Starting point is 01:00:35 It's like laughing at them and stuff. They eat the food. It's in their mouth. Do you become friends with them? Because if they're there for days, don't you kind of get to know what? I mean, here's the thing. They might be trying to interfere.
Starting point is 01:00:44 face with us to tell us something. But we're just not asking them the right questions. And maybe that's why scientists are researching the molecule to see if they can tap into this dimension and maybe get some answers. Is that where garden gnomes came from? Somebody a long time ago saw them, the little people, and then they like made garden gnomes and now that's what they are? I mean, are they that little or are they little?
Starting point is 01:01:05 No, they're like, they're like this big. Like the elf cookies with the chocolate in the middle. Exactly. Predictive programming. I love those. God, that's so scary. Okay. We're going to play a game. Here we go. We are going to play agree or disagree.
Starting point is 01:01:22 We have our little cups. We have our board. We don't have our Spencer. But he did send us some fall themed agree or disagrees. Let me start with this. Halloween decorations should start going up in August. What's the month right now? Oh, oh my gosh. Okay. I'm very curious by your answer. But before that, let me just say this. I know people are probably shocked right now. And by people, I mean Rylan, because I usually start decorating for Halloween in July. But I didn't do that this year. And I don't know why. I think it's because I'm just not ready to accept that we're in the holidays yet.
Starting point is 01:01:54 I like can't go there mentally. I'm not there yet. I can deal with fall decor full on Halloween. No. I just, that would be like decorating for Christmas in October. It's too much. Do you know what I'm saying? Like two months, why does Halloween get the two month treatment? I agree. It doesn't deserve it. And even on the early end of Christmas, On the early end of Christmas, it's the day after Halloween.
Starting point is 01:02:16 Okay. How long do you keep your Christmas decorations up for right? Oh, Wrimd those motherfuckers down. We're done. We're done. It goes, we start after Halloween and it goes, it goes down. So you do put them up in October? It's a lot of work.
Starting point is 01:02:29 And I think that's my thing, too, is like, I prefer decorating for Christmas. So if I go all out for Halloween, then I'm, like, burnt out with the setup and take down of Halloween to start all over again for Christmas. I think you have to be one or the other. It would be exhaust. costing to do both. And there's girls out there that can do it. This one is a little harder.
Starting point is 01:02:49 If someone has bad breath, you should tell them. I have been known to have bad breath. And Sandy tells me. I'm going to say agree. Well, there's a caveat to mine. It's like, how well do I know the person? If we're friends, if I'm close enough with any of you, I think I'll just be like, hey, I have a listerine spray.
Starting point is 01:03:09 I have gone. Oh, that's, oh. It's like, well, it's a bit like if you're not all up in my business, but if I'm forced to be in a position where I have to smell your breath, I'm going to tell you. Do you take a piece of gum first? Like, do you partake so it doesn't feel so directed? Depends on how close we are. Significant others aside. Yes.
Starting point is 01:03:28 If somebody at this table's breath was bad, I would take that to my grave. I'm not, we're not, I'm not doing it. I'm not doing it. I absolutely, I really understand what you're saying because it feels rude to be like your breath. Like, how do you? say that in a not rude way but it's like you have shit in your teeth the someone the reason i put is because i would want to know like if i had bad breath i would want to know it is hard i i agree with rylyn i think like the way to go about it like i always have a mouth spray on me and so i
Starting point is 01:03:55 i would just spray my mouth and then be like hey they're like by the way rylid but like i do that all the time actually when someone has bad breath around me i spray my mouth and i'm like anyone and then people now everyone knows my secrets oh my god if i if i'm I'm in a room with Chris and he goes, want this? You will see a me-shaped hole in the wall. But no one's ever taking it bad because I'm doing it just like, oh, I'm doing this.
Starting point is 01:04:20 Or if I have gum and then I offer or whatever. And like, so everyone around me always takes so like, oh, he's just sharing. Yeah, but here's the thing. I think, like, I have bad breath. I'm not afraid to accept it, you know? I've never smelled it. Like, we might have sinus issues.
Starting point is 01:04:35 But I don't take it that offensive. If someone tells me that my breath is bad or hands me a mint, and I think I'm in the boat. with you like I would want to know. Yeah. But I also feel like it ain't that big of a deal if someone has bad breath. Most of us have bad breath.
Starting point is 01:04:49 You know what I'm saying? I get nervous because I have such bad gurd that sometimes like when I have crazy acid reflux, I can like taste it. And for sure it's smelly when that's happening. And so that's one reason I carry my spray all the time. Well, I've never smelled it. Thank you. And I would never tell you anyway.
Starting point is 01:05:05 Okay. Ooh, this one's juicy. If you have a friend that cheats on their partner, you should let their partner know. Who? Oh. How is that fall related? I mean,
Starting point is 01:05:19 this is really hard, actually. I'm not confident in my answer. You know, I agree. I think you should tell them. Because they're my friend. I'd rather just pull the Band-Aid off quick. You're telling... You're telling the person.
Starting point is 01:05:32 You're telling your friend's partner. You're telling your friend's partner. See, that's where it's a little dicey. Like, do we have game nights? Like, do I know them? Yeah. Or is this, like, random? No, I think you know them.
Starting point is 01:05:44 I really close to all my friends, significant others. So that murky's the water for me. I would just sub tell them. I'd go, I'd do an Instagram story where I'd be like, isn't it crazy how many people cheat? Here's the red flags. I would be like, dude, I didn't know you guys broke up. You know, I saw Spencer with his new girlfriend and. But now Spencer's not your friend anymore.
Starting point is 01:06:05 So you know that. You're saying goodbye to your friend. That's why you go to your friend and you say, It's not cool, dude. Right. I would say Spencer, and sorry, Spencer that we keep using your name. I would say Spencer, I think it's crazy that you're cheating. So, yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:20 Dump her or tell her? Dump her, tell her. Or I'm going to passive-aggressively tell her on Instagram stories. I'm going to add her to close friends, which I don't even know how to do that. It's also not a good look, like if your best friend's a cheater. Yeah. That's the other angle. Like, I don't want to be associated with people that are cheating because then people's mind wander and
Starting point is 01:06:40 Yeah, I don't want to do that. The people you spend time with, the most time with, reflects on who you are. Stepping dog poop, you smell like it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Unless you step in it every day and then you're used to the smell. Yeah. Yeah, especially, like, as someone who's been cheated on a couple times in the past, you know, I like, I wish someone told me. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:06:59 Like, it took a long time for me to find out and how I found out was awful. I don't want anyone to go through that. So, but... We have something to tell you. I can imagine! Oh my God. Matt just gave me diarrhea. Not again.
Starting point is 01:07:12 That was too much. That was too much. It's not about your breath. It's not about your breath. Don't worry. Please be about my breath. Okay. Don't quite know.
Starting point is 01:07:23 Nipples poking through a shirt is a sexy fall treat. I like that this has fall in it. I've kind of been trying to figure out where falls in. Jennifer Hannity's in friends. I think so. Under a shirt. Or like poking through that your. shirt. No, Jennifer Aniston and friends. That's what I took. I think that's a sexy fault tree.
Starting point is 01:07:45 Okay. Yeah, I think we can all just say yeah. We all agree. We can all think that's a sexy fault treat. I think some people feel like, no, you should never be able to see it at all. Hide it. Where like a bra for women or for, I don't know, men wear a thicker shirt or something. I don't know. If Jennifer Aniston can do it, I think everyone can do. Are guys into hard nipples on guys? Oh, I don't know about guys. I think I've ever thought about it. My friend is. My friend has mentioned it very specifically that he thinks it's very sexy. I can hear Spencer saying the last one. Fall nipples are a full treat.
Starting point is 01:08:15 All right. One more. Haunted houses, the ones that you buy a ticket to go into, are overrated. Are overrated? Depends on your location. But I'll agree. I'll agree. Okay, here's the thing.
Starting point is 01:08:32 I'm going to say this. I'm going to say agree, but with a caveat, I just don't get scared by, right? any of it yeah but i love it so like i like looking at the set pieces and the costumes and all of that and i can appreciate it so i enjoy going through it but like when people are like oh my god it was so scary oh my god it's screamed no i freaked out whatever like i like seeing that happen but it's hokey right people well on rollerblades going back right right right back right right right i mean it was cool at one point and then when you go now it's like oh you're just on roller blades with little clams in your hands you know? I relate to, I'll say, like, when I would go to these, I'll talk about, like,
Starting point is 01:09:10 Halloween Horror Night's Universal, specifically, that's the one I've done the most. When I went in high school, that used to terrify me for some reason. Like, when I was younger, I don't know why. It scared me so bad, but I hit a point in my life where I got fully desensitized to it. And now, like you, I just kind of walk through it. It's the environment's fun. And I don't know if that's a part of getting older, because you've just done it too many times, you get desensitized or what it is, but that has happened for me and you, apparently. But I still get enjoyment out of, like, people around.
Starting point is 01:09:36 around me. I always bring a friend who gets scared and that's fun. Like that's really fun for me. Like living through their eyes, seeing it through their eyes and like the people around. And I just love Halloween. I love the mist. I love the spooky stuff. I love all of it. I don't know. I love it. I love it so much. Well, there you guys go. I feel like we agreed more than we disagreed. Look at us. Yeah. All right guys go. Hopefully you enjoyed this Spencerless episode. We are also sad. We're hoping that he gets better so soon. And yeah, let us know. I don't even remember what we talked about today.
