We gotta package this thing in the right way.
We're going to Korea, it's $5000 for me, for you, let's just say theoretically.
Expenses out, there's 10 grand in yield, we split that 50-50, 5 grand for you, 5 grand
for me.
That's a case that you can make to your wife.
That's exactly what I'm trying to do.
It's 5G's, I get 5G's out of it, I get to go to Korea for a week and I get to meet an
Olympian and then go medalist from Korea that's you can that's how it's got to be
packaged all right three two one go hello everyone welcome back to the
Shintaro Higashi show with Peter Yu we're gonna talk about judo events but first
and foremost thank you to our loyal sponsors Hakuin.ai. If you have business, you have
churn, go to Hakuin.ai. What were the other ones again Peter? We thank our
Patreons. Joe, Levan, Drew is one of them now. And you can also become our, so Drew, Jason, Levan,
are very loyal supporters.
And you can be our Patreon, just go to patreon.com
and support our work.
Thank you very much.
Shintaro Higashi, HigashiB work. Yep. Thank you very much. shintaro higashi.com or higashibrand.com
All those things. Yes. Thank you very much. Definitely try to sponsor us. We want to keep
this thing going as long as possible and as Peter's value in the open market as a guy with a PhD in AI
goes up and he gets hired by these companies he's much more likely to leave so we
want to do our best to keep him because I have no technological skills whatsoever
so if Peter leaves man you guys are this podcast gonna be hurting so please
support us and then pay for Peter to stay or at least give him a reason to
tell his wife this is something I should be doing.
No, seriously, that's like the number one thing, right?
We need Peter to be like, hey, honey, listen, the Shintaro Higashi show with Peter Yu, like
it makes no money, but look, we have these sponsors and it's getting somewhere.
And at least if he could show growth to his wife, he could promise like hey listen maybe in 13 years you know 8,000
episodes later maybe we'll bring 10 grand a month something something you
know so there we go and she's a tough boss so we stop yeah we better bring a
good good business case yeah and you got out her right Peter that's the thing that's not gonna be easy yeah well yeah she's
she's amazing she's supportive you know you know she sees that we're not at
least losing money on this you know that's true that's true do you does she
listen to the podcast she does not I figured so she's seen some videos you
know I think now that we're kind of
branching out maybe I should be more open to it and oh just like a side note
before we get to the main event I know people are talking about some Hanpan TV
beef yeah but you know that I feel like you know there's something coming we're
gonna we're gonna make some oh did they respond
they did yeah wow okay so i let's talk about that let's talk about that i mean
i think yeah they'll first of all there's no like
no there's no real beef beef it's all good fun we love each other yeah exactly
we're judo family you know we're both influencers in so many ways
yeah yeah and then uh so in so many ways you know yeah and then
so I messaged them on Instagram and they were so nice to me and then so
we're trying to see like what we can do there yeah I give us ideas leave some
comments you know I was thinking like all right we're gonna go do this from
Dory challenge with these guys you know yeah and then I was thinking about like
my mom just broke her back you You know she slipped on ice right?
Yeah, so she broke her back, and then you know my
Fiancee wants to get married and have kids
And then so like all right four months from now like where we're gonna be you know what I mean
And then it's like my mom has a broken back. Maybe this lady's pregnant, and it's like oh guys
I gotta go to Korea. It's like oh you have a seminar. How much is it gonna bring in?
I'm like well. No, there's no seminar.
Is it the IJF tour?
It's like, no, well, you know,
these guys challenged me on the internet.
I gotta go do rendori with this guy.
That's what, I mean, but that's the thing.
I think there is a good story.
Like even for my wife, you know,
I could tell that, hey, we are collaborating
with Olympians, they're big in Korea your wife will
definitely say no to that why not because then they will hey we'll get out
we got a package is no we got a package this thing in the right way we have to
book three seminars over there so at least there's a minimum we deaf we
definitely have to book yeah yeah so if we have three seminars I'll give you a
break off you could be my okay I'll give you a break off. You could be my okay. I'll give you a UK fee, you know, it'll be a nice little sweat
It's a it's a translator. Okay, so, you know, we'll split it then right?
We'll set the proceeds that way at least it's like, all right, honey. We're going to Korea
It's five thousand dollars for me for you. Let's just say theoretically, right? Let's just say the theoretical amount three or four seminars
Right, that's to say the theoretical amount three or four seminars
Expenses out there's ten grand in yield we split that fifty fifty five grand free five grand for me
That's a case that you can make to your wife. That's exactly what five G's I get five G's out of it I get to go to Korea for a week and I get to meet an Olympian and then you know go medalist from Korea
That's you can that's how it's got to be packaged
Yeah, what I'm saying is I'll go there before, like one week prior, we do all the businesses.
She flies in a week later, I pick her up from the airport, show her the...
I'm gonna be gone by then.
I'm scared of your wife.
She's saying, you should come to the airport with us.
I don't know about that.
I'll show her the check and then be like hey
and we can enjoy our vacation. That's the plan it's gotta be the plan. Yeah anyway so that's
what's been cooking we'll keep you guys updated. We love the Cho brothers they're amazing they're
so kind to me to us. They're calling you senpai. No relation to the Cho brothers on beef the netflix tv show
Cho bros what were they Cho bros and oh they were the Cho's oh yeah that's a good good uh call
callback shout out yeah anyway judo events so you've been organizing a lot of judo events
at your dojo that's what prompted you somewhat Yeah, so you know you look at like what makes these guys motivated and there's usually students,
any gym.
Yeah.
There's competitions, social events at the dojo whether it's like you know whatever potlucks,
social community building things and you know everything in between really and
I was actually just kind of asking around all the dojos and things like this and what I could do better for my gym
Because you know a lot of the times I get sort of autopilot
You know yeah, and I was kind of thinking about ways to keep everybody engaged especially the black belts
Mmm, the black belts okay. Yeah Yeah because the black belts are the most likely
gym. Yeah because they're the most likely to be like man I could beat 90% of the guys in the gym.
I would love to work out with Jack Yanezka at the gym down you know across the bridge or I could
oh Colton Brown's teaching at his gym in New Jersey. There's all these different guys that
they could want to work out with potentially that I can't always get to my gym because Colton has his own gym. Jack has
an Olympic training thing happening right now. So it's like for me to get those guys
to my gym, I can't do it on a day to day basis. So that's one of the ideas to get someone...
So you're talking about someone high caliber guests well yeah so that's a I
want to do like high caliber guests let's all congregate at this gym
Wednesday once a month maybe next month we'll do all open man at this guy's gym
and we'll take a field trip judo field trips is the thing that I'm trying to
talk about right now Oh judo field trip yeah okay I mean not just limited to that obviously you know and there's like
group dinners and all these different things but I'm not in that social place
to kind of lead that anymore you know I'm 40 a lot of the students are younger
I have a family I can't be bothered with that anymore you know what I mean?
you were the last sort of generation that got the experience. Yeah that
was like back then the events
were like this like a binary events like people around the area will come on
Friday after practice and then we'll go out for dinner after and yeah different
times you know when the sensei's like all right guys we're gonna go out to
dinner all right who's gonna play beer pong at Jake's Delevingne tonight you
going you going I got word you're coming.
Like those days are long gone you know I learned my lesson from those days you know.
Yeah now but now you're trying to basically organize more formal like recurring events
for the gyms around the area. Yeah so open mat at my gym once a month and then maybe
not attend some random open mat
But like the New York athletic club has a workout on Wednesdays that aren't very well attended right now
So coordinating with Colton say hey Colton bring your guys. I'll bring my guys will meet at the New York athletic club
We'll get all the New York athletic club core members there on that night. So we have a 45 50 person workout
And I like not bring your best guys, just killers.
It's not like a team competitive thing.
You know, tell me who you're bringing and Colton was like, I'm bringing these four girls
that are on my team that are very good.
Great.
You know, two of my girls that are on the mat consistently right now, they're not high
level but it'll be good for them to get exposure to those girls.
And then they can kind of form their own little sort of a thing.
So like that's good for judo community as whole I'm gonna bring them now right
yeah it's like these kinds of little events you know what I mean yeah so any
it sounds pretty simple simple on the outside yeah but any challenges though
like that would you any learning any learning points that you encounter I
mean the New York Athletic Club because of the gate pass and the restrictions and all this stuff I'm a
member over there I was an athletic member before as an athlete you know now
I'm not but then you gotta get all these guys sort of on a list and then if they
say yes they have to go and coordinating with all the gyms and things like that
you know that's always kind of a thing so like so that's a athletic I guess I
like finding the venue is a lot,
it could be a challenge. Yeah, but you know what, everyone should be open, you know, like it's like,
oh, I run classes every day, Tuesday is not so well attended, you know what, I'm going to do a
little bit of a judo event, I'm going to host one, right? And all the dojos do like a little field
trip, you know, and the challenges are are if you don't have backup instructors, you
can't do it because you've got to shut down your gym. So it's only kind of limited to
sort of the bigger end gyms who have secondary instructors, you know, the third guy, fourth
guy, this and that, you know what I mean? So even like Eugene's my number two guy at
my gym, you know this, but it's like Eugene, I'm gonna freakin you want to go. Yes Right, which means all right, you gotta get a third level. Yeah, Mateo
Can you run classes on this Wednesday and then you know, I'm gonna take most of the guys gonna be like class, right?
So things like that, you know some contingency plans and this stuff. Okay. Yeah
Yeah, that's kind of what I was kind of thinking about and then that led me to alright
We're gonna go to this competition. That's gonna be sort of a team event that's all prepared
for that you know we already do these kinds of things naturally but this
field trip idea is sort of like my new thing that I want to do and I've already
identified a couple of gyms in my neighborhood to have a good vibe
oh that's I'm a lot that what do you mean by the good vibe teachers are fun
they care they're friendly
You're not gonna walk into a gym with a bunch of goons that are like
Pwoh! You know, this and that
I don't like any of that kind of stuff
You know what I mean? It has to be a friendly, productive, safe environment
So I'm gonna try to little by little do that for my guys
Judo field trip
I see. Would you go like BJJ gyms yeah
probably you know yeah most of my guys aren't BJJ guys though you know what I
mean right right right but there are guys who are BJJ and you know what
that's might get a little bit because there's another separation of like all
these judo guys came to the jujitsu gym oh there's some yeah you know and it's
very difficult to throw someone gently.
Especially they're resisting hard.
The first person that slams that jujitsu guy, they go down to the ground and then they get
on board and then he holds on for too long.
It could be a little bit of a disaster there.
So it would have to be more judo, judo, jujitsu, jujitsu. Yeah. Yeah. They, everyone has to have a good understanding of each other.
Yeah. Yeah. I see good vibes.
You almost try to develop like sister schools, you know, or like those kinds of
things like, Hey man, you know, on Saturdays, I know you have open math.
So the gym can sort of send guys there certain days for open math and support
each other's open mats and then it becomes like a New York New Jersey judo community
as opposed to like my dojo is just running his own thing
you know? and your gym has to be ready to support something like this too
like right now my intermediates are great
we have a very very intermediate group
but those intermediate guys aren't intermediate
aren't intermediate yeah aren't
in a meal you know what I'm talking about they're like high level level wise
okay yeah like if you walk into the room and you're like wow everyone's like
middle tier bells there's not a lot of brown and black belts in here you know
yeah that's the issue right now but our green blue purple belts are
freaking tough not tough like just skilled. So if you look at them, they don't look like savages.
They're not like jacked up in shape animal. None of those guys are like that.
So if you came into the room, you're like green, blue, purple,
you will 100% underestimate everybody in the room.
You're pointing at me? Like I want?
Because you're a black belt, you know, pretty high level black belt.
And you've been through our system
So you're walking and be like wow what this is a very there's a lot of people in here. But it's an intermediate room
That's what you I guess I guess when I was there wasn't we were pretty black belt heavy, I guess
Yeah, I mean think about we had to razzle girl
It's you me and then you know all these guests Salama
girl it's you me and then you know all these guests Salama Artani was there it's like we had like 10 black belts on a given Friday that were all national
level guys any one of those guys could have placed at nationals and they did
they did yeah they did we had a year where it was like we're like Andy
Artani won nationals Vadim would come all these guys was like a great great
high-level training room let me tell you something, those guys will be my intermediates now.
Yeah.
But it'll be close.
Yeah.
It'll be close.
You know, it's just crazy.
If I, I want to visit you guys, I better train before.
By the way, one of our purple belts is moving to Detroit.
Oh yeah.
Yeah. Put me in touch with them. Yeah purple belts is moving to Detroit. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah
Put me in touch with them. Yeah, I
Suggested this to him. I was like what he was like, I'm looking for dojos to train at and you know
He's been to a lot of other dojos before outside of mine and then
You know the vibes aren't right. Yeah
You know how it aren't right. Yeah, it's very different here. You know how it was to you
Yeah, I went through the went to all the different gyms and you're like, ah, it's very difficult for me to find
So what I suggested to him was like listen, don't just sign a friendly gym
Connect with Peter and just go whatever gym that he goes to so he's like I'm gonna go to open mat on Tuesdays here Friday here. Just follow him there
So he's like I'm gonna go to open mat on Tuesdays here Friday here. Just follow him there
You'll at least have one guy in the room that you can work out with the culture for your training is gonna match
You know, he's not gonna stop mid-rendorian, you know give you tips that may or may not be useful for you
He'll just want to be happy to have a workout partner to have like a body in the room And then when you two are together and then you say hey girl it's we're coming get your guys in the room now you had
two good bodies to that room if girl it says okay I'm gonna get four of my best
guys around your weight in that room that day you have a six person workout
and that sets the tone of the room period right and it doesn't have to be
just a girl it's his gym it could be anywhere right shows in your know, or you know, if he goes to show you one night you go with him
You guaranteed a good training partner. I
Think that's a very good way. Yeah, if you guys want to know if you guys are moving to a new area
And then find a chip I went the other way and then you know, try to jump. Yeah
Shop for gyms but
it's a little tough yeah yeah so there's no reason why Carlos should be shopping
around for gyms because you did it for the last three years yeah I did yeah I
did yeah and then did you you have a long-term membership at any of them now
I train with girl it's girl right now you do yeah so you know go there yeah not
the not the gyms I shopped around I I mean, I yeah, it was, I was never able to like find Oh, yeah, you know, the judo scene is not as big here in Michigan, but girl, it's just like holding it down. And then there's some the program's good.
because it's associated with the college here. And also they do that thing,
you described the judo events kind of thing.
So on days we don't have practices,
like we only have practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays,
and sometimes on Saturdays,
but Fridays they will drive out to another city,
to another gym where they have Friday practices.
That's the way to go really.
And yeah, then these people, the students that go to that
another gym are dedicated people. They compete, you know, they want to get better. So they are good partners.
Yeah. You know, so. You know, that's something to be said about that, right? Like
we don't, we practice Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturdays are main judo days.
And then we have a 630 beginner
730 advanced a lot of guys come at 6 because the kids class ends at 6 so they come at 6 start drilling they do
637 37 30 to 9
So they do like three hours and a lot of these guys after class we have about 15 guys that stay after and do throws
My gosh, that's a bow. Yeah, and then some dedication. I got sick of waiting around for them
So I was like, all right, you guys have the keys
I'm out and then I have the ring out on my phone so I could see what they're doing in there, you know
Yeah, cuz sometimes I'm like I get the notification like wow, there's still movement in the gym
I'll look at it and be like it's like 11 o'clock
They're doing throws or whatever. Wow. Yeah, okay, and I'll always check. I'm like, I'm hoping there's no orgy going on in the mats
Yeah, I always check right and they're working out at like 1040 and there's the guys that came into the gym at like 6
Yeah, you know what I mean?
That's a long time. It's a long time, but Tuesdays and Thursdays they want to train, you know what I mean? So it's a long time, it's a long time.
But Tuesdays and Thursdays they want to train, you know?
I want to go to this gym, I want to go to that gym.
God bless you, go do it. I don't care.
But sometimes it's just kind of not feasible
and then a lot of gyms are not wanting to do that.
Because they're afraid like, oh I don't want them to steal my students or whatever it is.
How do we deal with mat fee you know a lot of these guys are already paying my gym
membership to double up on another membership it's cost too much you know
yeah so reaching out to the gym owners say hey listen if I send ten guys on
Tuesday or Thursday night can you reduce the mat fee like a collective mat fee
you know your mat fees $40 I mean we're in New York so it's like your mat fees
$40 can you give us like a half discount like can you make it $20 a person if I send five guys ten guys?
Whatever it is, you know, so the guy still makes a mathy. He's happy, you know, yeah, and then it doesn't cost that much for us
We don't have practice on Tuesday Thursdays anyway, and that's kind of a good relationship between the couple of gyms
You know, that's what I kind of want to set up, you know, and I've been talking to Anthony from
ITC the couple of gybs you know that's what i kind of want to set up you know and i've been talking to anthony from uh itc because they're one train stop not one train stop one train line yeah oh actually two it's there in the store and it's nqr right and you are but it's close enough to where
if you have access to the red line in the city you can yeah and qr up there so it's not crazy
you know what i mean yeah so like something like You know, you should do you could do you have like a sort of an affiliate sort of a gym
Yeah, yeah, and then make a habit out of it and we ran a couple of these events and it was very successful
You know, yeah and people were everyone was happy their gym was happy our gym was happy
You know, we have two black belts at ITC now who were full timers at KBI,
but now it's just closer for them.
And I guess they like the culture there better.
I don't know, but they just jump ship over there
and I'm okay with it.
You know what I mean?
My guys now can go there and they're like,
oh yeah, KBI, we did eight years there,
we did seven years there.
Shintaro was an asshole.
Whatever, right? But it's good that we could still have that connection, you know?
Because it's not a zero-sum game, it's a synergetic relationship.
Like Clapper's over there now full-time. Yeah.
I haven't seen Clapper in like two years. Oh.
You know? Yeah.
He did have to drive like an hour to get to KBI.
Yeah, coming from Brooklyn all the way through traffic,
get the KBI, get home.
Dude, it was like, leave at 4.30,
get home at 11.30 kind of a thing.
Your night is shot.
But for him to get off work, go home, chill,
let the traffic die out a little bit,
drive off the ITC within 30 minutes, train,
go home in 30 minutes
You know he saves three hours three times a week
And I should tell I
Think I did mention to mention that to my brother too. He he lives in Astoria, but I don't know Yeah, man. Yeah, he should definitely go. Yeah now the clapper is there too. He moved to Astoria
He's always lived there. I thought he was more deeper in place.
No, no, it's like closer to Long Island City than Astoria. They've David H. Judo I feel like so. I know.
He's uh
He's more of a like an individual sport kind of guy. He loves rock climbing. He loves golf right now.
That's his face. Yeah, I don't want to push it
You know, you know, you know how you know, I could be like paternalistic with it. Yeah. Yeah, you're pretty bad with that
And I've been trying to be you know, I let him do his thing, you know, yeah if you let him Peter will big dog you
No
big dog you know what big dog you yeah so judo events you know I've seen gyms do like hey once a month we're doing a potluck we're doing a little bit of a
get-together it's community building event you know I'm a little bit beyond
that you know I think if that's good that's good you should have that but I
think more the more beneficial thing is
what you described more like regular training events. Like, you know, it's like, yeah, I get it,
like, it's nice to hang out with people socially. But at the end of the day, I think it's easier for
people to mingle in the context of judo, because that's how you met. Yes 100% because when you go
to a judo event you're gonna talk about judo and if there is no judo what do you
do for work bro? Yeah exactly. Whatever you know but it's gonna be a good thing
hopefully no one gets injured the more I do this kind of a thing and you know I'm
kind of excited about it and it gives our black belts a better chance to be a
little bit more exposed to the broader community and there's black belts in the gym that don't want to compete
Do we have a bra? You know Lollos?
Not Lollos. Yeah, right. Yeah, so he's another one. He's a brown ball. He's awesome, you know
But I want to get him a little bit more exposure, but you know, he has a kid. He's a baby
So, you know leaving on a Saturday
Yeah, not even get hurt but but like leaving on a Saturday to
go to a tournament all day, you know, when his wife is, you know, at home and stuff,
that's a little bit out of the question to a lot of these guys.
You know what I mean?
You work all week, morning to night, and you go to the dojo, you come home at 10pm, it's
like, all right, honey, Saturday and Sunday, I'm out.
You just can't do it at a certain age
No, but I gotta go compete at a local judo tournament Yeah, you want to come you're gonna be sitting around all day in a stuffy gym. No way
No people it's not a good product from the majority of the people. Yeah, but hey, you know
I'm going to judo on Wednesdays instead of going to KBI. We're gonna take a field trip to this gym
It's not gonna affect you at all
I'm just gonna get the exposure to a bunch of other black belts that I you know and
they'll know me I know all the black belts right so it's like yeah it's not
like they're walking in blind to a dojo with a bunch of killer black belts and
they're just gonna get murdered yeah they'll know me so it's like I could
talk to each and every one of those guys and they listen I don't kill my guy
please yeah this guy's been doing judo for two years you know yeah don't right
and my guys aren't gonna do tiny tochi, they're not gonna suplex you, they all have great etiquette,
they're not assholes, don't be assholes back.
And then people are like, got it! So it's like,
they're coming into this thing a little bit more protected.
Yeah.
You know, so these Judo events are like, sort of my new baby.
You know, I'm like, alright, this could be really good.
You know, and I'm speaking from my selfish angle too it's
like oh I could you know make more video content at some of these things yeah
I mean more your more your rondo rondo videos yeah and you know I did run door
last night for the first time in a couple of months like oh yeah so boy was
I rusty dude really rusty you better get on it that you got you got a little
target on your back now so I gotta get on it that you got you got a little target on your back now
So I gotta get on it and you know yesterday
It's because the hot hot guys was like come to Korea to do run door with me
I was like all right. I got I got a brush up and I took all the 66 kilo guys in the room
By one I was like I'm doing that you're up Carlos. You're up all the 66 guys took him
They're not you so you they're not men's waist
though they're not you know that's you know I thought it's pretty funny you
know people will kind of take it in the wrong way I said it half as a joke yeah
it's it was funny like to me it was funny how people took your 66 yeah I'm
66 oh I know there was a comment it It's another side. I think you said like
One of the comments on YouTube on the YouTube. It was like oh wow
Shintaro making fun of the 60 kilo guys when
Peter is sitting across from him. Yeah, I'm like I'll have you guys know guys. I am a full 75 kilo now I'm a man. You're essentially 81. You're essentially 81. Exactly. I'm a man. I'm not I'm on the 70s
So yeah, I was trying to do that yesterday
73 and below was all the guys I was going with yeah, so the big guys sensei can I go can you like now?
Get away from me
They don't play a little differently you got to play a little differently yeah, they're fast they're quick
You know I'm gonna be respectful amount of sprawl on them on them or you know Harai Maki Komi or I'm not gonna do any of that
stuff you know. It'll be good it'll be a good showing hopefully we get a bunch of
seminars over there we could make it you know yeah worthwhile of a trip to
coordinate and do or we may not even need to book any privates if some of our
listeners can sponsor that trip
maybe join us for the trip and that would be good yeah could you imagine we
sold slots right you come on this trip yeah watch me fight an Olympic bronze
medalist why outweigh by 60 pounds but guarantee you he's not 66 right now of
course I guess I'm guessing he's probably about my weight, like 75.
Yeah there's no way a 66 kilo, because if you're fighting a 66 internationally, you
had to cut, you had to have cut.
So you now all of a sudden you take that cutting weight, add it on, and then you take it and
then say okay there's a rebound like in between off seasons and then you have to add some weight to that I bet you he's like
a buck 70 minimums oh minimum I'm thinking like maybe you could take him
might be up to and I've been on a diet I've been on a diet yeah and I'm about
to break 200 pounds I'm about to break 200 pounds out you can see my cheekbones right so essentially me and this guy is the same weight 20 pounds that's yeah
the same size essentially yeah makes it even cooler it'll be more exciting yeah maybe I'll
I'll be the bookmaker and I'll get some wagers going.
That'd be good. Imagine we sell spots for that. It's like, alright guys, you know.
We have five slots to come to Korea with us.
Peter will take us to all the best Korean restaurants over there.
Yeah, I'll be the guide, you know, and we can go, you know, different cities there,
like go to different judo gyms to kind of like judo events
and yeah we'll be the american goons or something i could just like imagine like
you put up all this stuff we're hanging out eating korean barbecue doing judo laughing with all these
dudes you know making content and your wife's at work working like a dog and looking at her instagram
be like this freaking guy but I have to say oh honey
I'm making money here you know that's why we need sponsors for the show yeah
exactly so comment down below if you guys want to sponsor because if you're
wondering and if you're listening we make no money on this show no money it's
a huge waste of time when it comes from a work standpoint.
Yeah, exactly.
I was just talking to you before this episode.
Yeah.
What did you do?
I was like, bro.
I just talked to the guy from JP Morgan.
I'm applying all these jobs.
I'm wrapping up my PhD.
I'm doing all this.
I'm doing all that.
But we're doing this in the middle of the day.
Middle of the day, you know?
Yeah. I've literally 40 minutes of actually doing any sort of real work after this before I have to go pick up my kid and my day's done.
I know you had like a long ass like one and a half hour meeting just before this.
a huge list of stuff but yeah please sponsor us because you know.
keep us going. keep us going. Marcelo Garcia might be on the podcast too soon.
Yeah, we'll keep you guys posted on that. Yeah.
Alright, sounds good. Alright, anything else?
Nope, that's it. Thank you very much for listening everyone.
