Starting point is 00:00:00 We interrupt this program. Previously, critics had brailed against the duo as crude, dumb, ugly, thoughtless, sexist, self-destructive, and foolish. They are not part of the legitimate business world. What they do is they celebrate underachievement. And all candor, I would tell you it's outrageous, Phil. And if I could find some way constitutionally to do away with it, I would. Oh, you beautiful dummies. Dummy dumb bugs.
Starting point is 00:00:41 Dummy dot cakes. Oh, dummy dot cakes. I'm trying the viral dummy dot cakes. Oh, it's delicious. ASMR, ASMR. That was him putting the sprinkles on. ASMR. That thing came and went real quick.
Starting point is 00:01:01 It was like, that's the fastest anything's ever been viral. I think it's so fine. No one even knows what I'm talking about. I think it's because it was, it even. Stupid. It was the stupidest thing. Even like Jen whatever's were like, oh, it's cake with sprinkles.
Starting point is 00:01:19 Or even just everything they were trying to do. I saw people trying to do wings. Dot cake wings? No, get out of it. But yeah, I was like, oh, yeah, it's, it's birthday cake. Like there were people in lines to get the viral dot cake, which was just like a cup with cake in it, whole layer of sprinkles.
Starting point is 00:01:39 Like, we were poor growing up, but, like, yo, I had sprinkles on my business. Yeah, I mean, that wasn't that crazy. It's not like a Dubai chocolate. We were like, ooh, it's mysterious. These were sprinkles. Yeah. Yeah. They were just the round sprinkles instead of, like, the oval sprinkles, you know?
Starting point is 00:01:57 Yep. Sorry. It came and went so fast. I don't even think people know what we're talking about. They might not. It was for like a half. an hour, everybody had to get the viral dot cake
Starting point is 00:02:10 like two weeks ago. Yep, every bakery had to make... They had a version of it. It was like a little... Every influencer had to go get one of them, like a video about it. Like a pint of cake. Right? Yeah. Like a cup of cake with a layer of sprinkles. Well, just a
Starting point is 00:02:26 ass ton of sprinkles. Oh my god. I'm with me. You're going to get a viral bungee. A little don't sprinkles. Uh-huh. And a little dot one. once again. The little dots, not like the long ice cream.
Starting point is 00:02:40 Yeah, right? Come with me, and we get a cake with sprinkles. In my cake. Oh, my God. Oh, everybody. Lucky's down near the city says there was people in line for the naked cake where it's a cake that's just missing half the frosting.
Starting point is 00:02:59 It was an absurd trend a few years ago. Yo, if you can figure out a way to hustle somebody, then, I mean, You got to find a stupid thing that people give money for. Is that it like... I gotta find a way to make money on this. It's just too good. It's too good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:15 Like, what if, um, we don't frost half of it and we just... We'll call a Nick a cake. Here's a brownie with a pickle on it. Done. Brickle. The viral brickle is here. Oh. Or the prowny?
Starting point is 00:03:29 Powny? Oh, I like the brickle or the prowny. The brickle. Pet and patting, don't steal it. I like that. And it's not, doesn't sound good. I kind of, but I can get a week of money out of that, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:42 It's a brownie or like a pickle, not even a spear. Like we put like the, like the nickels, pickle nickels on it. Oh, I was, I was. The brickle nickels. You know? I was thinking. A lot of spear? No, I can't stop hearing that.
Starting point is 00:03:56 Brickle nickels. Brickle nickel. Brickle nickel. Yeah. Like, yeah, I was thinking like two spears maybe or like. It's too much pickle, I think. But do you got to have like, like. Like a bite of pickle for each bite of brown. That's why I think a nickel, the pickle,
Starting point is 00:04:10 nickels might be better. So just doting it. You could do a relish, but I don't want a relish on a pickle. No, no, no, no, no, no. Why is relish so unappealing to me when it's just chopped up pickles? Oh, I thought I had something else. So that didn't have, like, oh, is there more stuff in it? Like a vinegar or something in there.
Starting point is 00:04:26 I don't really know. Pickle nickel is Nicholas's a nickname in high school, as a matter of fact. You know that? Mm-hmm. Because it doesn't stuck out like a nickel. Mm-hmm. Come with me. And I get the new brickle pingle.
Starting point is 00:04:37 Guys, look at that same pile of piggle. Or I'm a brownie. Or what have I made like a tubular brownie with the pickle spear in the middle? Are you picturing? Wow, that would look like a poop. Yes, it would. It would look exactly like a turd. I like maybe just a square brownie, like a rectangle,
Starting point is 00:04:57 thinner rectangle brownie with one, like spear on it. And then all the influencers are go, Oh my God. I'm really dangling. Because you could change the frosting to not have it be like brownie chocolate frosting. Wait, frosting? I don't even think about frosting. No, my whole time has got frosting on it.
Starting point is 00:05:23 And then you put the pickle because it holds it in. Do we add like pickle flavoring to the frosting maybe? I don't know if I want pickle flavor to the frosting. but I don't, I'm saying you could change the frosting if need be. I don't know what though, because chocolate ain't bad. Lucky says Josh are either really high or coming up with something that's going to be brilliant. Why not? A little bit of both.
Starting point is 00:05:43 No, I think it was a joke. It was a joke, but now I think I'm on to something. But I think it's actually a something that people would eat, knowing what people are eating now. And in my head, knowing what that I, you know, as someone, you know, likes, I like the taste of pickles. Yeah, Jennifer said, what if you did like a corn dog type thing with the? The brownie. Jennifer, think that through. It's going to look like a poop from a butt.
Starting point is 00:06:05 Yeah. A brownie. A poop from a butt. In a corn dog shape is poop from a butt. But a rectangle. Right. Brownie with not salted caramel frosting. Somebody's thought of this, right?
Starting point is 00:06:20 Pickle brownie. But chocolate would work. And then I just think people would buy it at like, you know, thinking of like the taste of Syracuse that people didn't know about my Kool-Aid pickle. Yeah, there's a couple of people who have, like, pickles in brownies. You won't regret this combo from like years ago. But I'm saying I'm going to make the next viral thing. No, I think, yeah, I've never, I've never seen a pickle on a brownie.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Much like most of my career, I'm just going to be ahead of the curve on this. And then someone's going to make it, make a billion dollars, and I'll be sitting here. Yep, you'll see it at the dope and we'll be watching it going, oh. We'll see it at the fair. Yeah. It's going to be a guy with a booth at the fair. He's just like swimming in money and he can't keep money. and he can't keep money in his pockets.
Starting point is 00:07:02 It's flying out everywhere. Master, your phone and monies come unstowed. It's going out the window. He's like, I've got so much money. Let it go. Let it go. I've got so much. I don't do it at all.
Starting point is 00:07:13 I came up with a brilliant brownie pickle idea. Oh. And you and I with our tattered jeans in a bowl. Sir. Sir, may have a tappens. A little wet place. Anyways, lots going on. It is a whiskey Wednesday.
Starting point is 00:07:30 seven o'clock. I'll do a little sippy sip. I've got so many tickets to give away today tomorrow on Friday. So Can I have some? I mean if you want some. I've got endless Firefest weekend passes which are like hundreds of dollars. Wow, what do people have to do for those? Oh, just
Starting point is 00:07:47 oh sorry. Go to my spot. That's my bad. What? That, uh, you have to find. Oh. You hit something? The bridge troll. You hit something. And answer his rich.
Starting point is 00:08:01 Those three. You get something in the city. No, I didn't think of what I wanted to do. I've hit something in the city. Go! I'm more met like Twitch call. No, I was going to make a stupid joke, but then I'm like, wait a minute. Then if you do that, then somebody goes out and tries to do a thing and they get hurt, then you're going to get in trouble.
Starting point is 00:08:15 So I was quiet because I was stopping my intrusive thoughts. I'm coming out of my mouth. Gotcha. So I don't get somebody injured. I hit sued. I hit a barrel in Onondaga Lake. There's a sack of coins somewhere on the parkway. I've also got tickets to the truck shop.
Starting point is 00:08:31 coming up Friday and Saturday, Oswego Speedway. So keep listening. I heard that's going to be, and not like the tool, but the term ratchet. It's going to be a good way, right? And people want it to be, yes. Oh, dude, it's supposed to be. In a good way, it belongs in Oswego County. Yep, in the dirt.
Starting point is 00:08:53 In the dirt, at the Speedway with the burnout, then the trucks, the bikini contest. This is what my people crave at the Oswego Speedway. I can just see them right now. Hands on trucks. Uh-huh. Well, I'll give that a look. All the people up in Oswega County who don't want to come to the big city, New York State Fairgrounds for the nationals.
Starting point is 00:09:16 It's too bougie. All the way down to the city. I'm talking to my fellas with work boots with their tight jeans. Talking to my fellas wearing a high-vis t-shirt right now. Got a Zinn in, ready to go. That's what the show is for. Lots to get. on the ground. Little Whiskey Wednesday show tonight, 7 p.m.
Starting point is 00:09:35 That'll be just fine. It'll be just fine. Well, they released the body cam footage of your boy Tony Romo getting a second. It's not a Dewee. It's an OWI operating while intoxicated. I didn't want to blow on the breathalyzer, Jim. What was that from? It's just that's him. Just talking to Jim, Nancy.
Starting point is 00:09:56 And he didn't want to blow on the breathalyzer. I refuse, Jim. I refuse, Jim. Thanks. Officers tells him, so they pulled them over. This was on July 23rd. So about a week ago. I cut my car a little bit into the left and then quick back to the right.
Starting point is 00:10:11 He said he was on his way to meet his grandma and grandpa. Yeah. When he was pulled over. Always after. Newly released body cam footage shows Tony Romo. They got to work in their Dallas Cowboys, Tony Rombo. Got to bring them down a little bit. Gotta bring them down.
Starting point is 00:10:28 That's all he played for. The officer returns to Roan Most car. asks him to step out of his Jeep to perform some field sobriety tests. Nah, bra. But Romo repeatedly asks whether he can call his lawyer before finally exiting the vehicle. The officer tells him no and orders him to get out. Romo eventually complies and the officer tells him he's being detained pending an OWI investigation. They then show footage of him at the police station doing field sobriety tests.
Starting point is 00:10:56 Why would the officer say no, you can't talk to your lawyer? Probably just you can't make a call. Not right now. Later. Not the time to make a phone call. Here's a little bit of the audio. Should have made a phone call before. The golf course.
Starting point is 00:11:10 And I'm going to meet Grab my Grandpa. I'll take a driver's license from you. You got it. How many drinks have you had? As of right now, we're on a leveled ground. We're on a bridge. I want to convey you somewhere that's going to be an even surface, free of debris. Yes, I agree.
Starting point is 00:11:27 So we don't get it. Turn around for me. All right. That's him getting coughed. Court record show he was also cited for refusing to take an intoxication test after his arrest, putting his driving privileges in jeopardy. Yeah, I don't want to do that, Jim. Oh, I'm not going to do that, Jim.
Starting point is 00:11:42 He's requested a hearing to challenge the citation. But do I see that he tested, did he, do we know if he was drunk? I mean, oh, I didn't even, I didn't even look into it. He says he's had trouble bending over during his field sobriety test due to back surgeries. Well, yeah. cops performed poorly during the field sobriety exercises and arrested him on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Later, he claimed to have one Corona beer.
Starting point is 00:12:11 Later, you don't claim to have anything. No, you never had anything. Even if the corona is in your cup holder, you didn't have anything. The arrest came after Romo competed in the Wisconsin Amateur Championship. He later withdrew from separate golf tournaments. So this doesn't affect his life or career anyway, does it? I don't. Never does for...
Starting point is 00:12:28 Never seems to. Rich people like this. It's obviously going to ruin the tour. It's going to totally ruin the tour. Oh, great. Now it's going to ruin the tour. No. Cody made a quick joke earlier, which is a good point.
Starting point is 00:12:38 It's too late to call the lawyer. Call a cab earlier. Yeah, you probably should have done that when you're... If you're looking to make a phone call. Just earlier, I'm like, hey. I'm going to call someone to come pick me up. I've had a couple beers. This would be stupid because...
Starting point is 00:12:51 Yeah. I have everything in the world and my life is great. Yeah. Maybe I'll just throw that away by drinking and driving. I don't see this affecting. No. I mean, he's got another month until he's got to call a game. So it'll blow over by then.
Starting point is 00:13:06 So by then, I mean, unless, you know, they throw the book ahead of him or something and you want to make an example or like, no, this is, you're a citizen and this is a little down. And he has to like go to jail for a couple weeks or something. Ink has a good point. I didn't see that in the report. Apparently during the Dewee test, he did throw an intercept. Well, he wanted, he was trying. He's like, I'm throwing a touchdown pass. And they're like, oh, awesome.
Starting point is 00:13:31 And he did it. And they happen to throw to somebody out. Right somebody else. Right. The Empire Truck Show takes over the Oswega Speedway. Is that here? The truck's here. Coming up Friday and Saturday, Empire Truckshow.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Hello? Hello? They're just past. You're so good. Mikey Winslow over there. Empiretruckshow.com for all the information. If you want to go, I'll give you free passes. right to your email.
Starting point is 00:13:57 All you got to do is text the word truck. Truck. And your email, the word truck and your email address to 315, 365, 164, 1009. And I'll pick some random people throughout the week. Address. Drug address. I did it. Truck and your email address to the K Rock Text Line.
Starting point is 00:14:18 I'll pick some random people throughout the rest of the week and you'll get tickets emailed right to you. I applied right there. It was funny because, uh, Lucky said in chat here after we did the Tony Romo story, Tony Romo, I don't, I don't know what's going to happen to him, but I'm sure he'll get a fine. He'll get a fine. It'll all blow over. We'll move on to something else.
Starting point is 00:14:38 He said, Lucky and Chad said, growing up in the South, I remember riding in a truck with my uncle drinking a beer. And it was completely normal. How that was never allowed, I'll never understand it. Oh, lucky, that we were a different time. Yeah. And there's a news clip to show you that, that I was. Everything is, everything is exactly the same.
Starting point is 00:15:00 I think it was, I'm just a little too young. So I don't remember anybody. In the 1970s, you'd have a road soda. I was too young for that. Yeah, but I wasn't there yet. There's other states where as long as you're not the driver, you can have, which I guess, how would you prove that? If you get pulled over, no, no, I'm not drinking my passengers drink.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Oh, yeah. I'm not drinking my passengers drink. That's his one Corona beer. No, this was in the 1980s. Wow. When they started instituting DWI laws. Oh, wait, hold on, I got a plant on my screen. That's Joe's plant from yesterday.
Starting point is 00:15:32 Let me refresh. Oh, that's not your plant. No, my plant. It's good. I'm hoping. Mine's going a little better. I selfishly am, I wasted a couple dollars. I put it in my bathroom and I steamed the bathroom.
Starting point is 00:15:48 Yeah. And let it like sit in the humidity. I did it like twice. It was in there for like an hour and a half, two hours. It looks like it did. All right, good. So. Yeah, good.
Starting point is 00:15:56 This was a clip from the 1980s going around about drinking and driving. Any attempt to restrict drinking and driving. He's in the car. Yeah. Downright un-democratic. It's kind of getting common. It's when a fellow can't put in a hard day's work, put in 11, 12 hours a day, and then getting your truck and the lease around one or two beers.
Starting point is 00:16:14 They're making love. Now, do you hear what he said? It's getting a little communist. They both say the word communist. Guys, that one has been used for 70 years. I don't think anybody needs. knows what it really means. They don't know what communism is. I don't think communism is not drinking your truck. I'll go back. I want people to be educated and you are being worked by your government so
Starting point is 00:16:38 much. The attempt to restrict drinking and driving here is viewed by some as downright un-democratic. It's kind of getting common. It's when a fella can't put in a hard day's work, put in 11, 12 hours a day, and then getting your truck and the lease around one or two beers. They're making it laws where you can't drink when you want to. You have to wear a seatbelt when you're driving. Baby's in the front seat. Pretty soon we're going to become this country. Right there.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Babies in the front seat. This woman is mad that she has to wear a seatbelt. The gentleman is upset that he can't work 12 hours and then get a couple beers in his car. So he's a little sleep deprived and he also needs a quick beverage. But he's got them damn hippie sideburns. But we're going to become a
Starting point is 00:17:22 communist country. That's That has, guys, please, I'm just, we can really do this if we just use our brains. First of all, the word communism has been thrown at us for 70 years. No one's using it correctly, okay? Until now. It's just, it's another red scare. So forget about that. Until now.
Starting point is 00:17:47 At least you socialist, that's closer to the threat. We're not, we are a capitalistic country. but will always be a capitalistic country because people like money. Well, uh, and it has nothing to do with drinking. That, I'm sorry, we don't use that term because that one doesn't scare the dumb ones. Exactly, Nick. We are a pusified generation. It has to wear seatbelts and I can't drink in my car.
Starting point is 00:18:10 I mean. And I can't drink in my car? I mean. Communist nation. I'll do what I want. I'll do what I want. Oh, boy. Oh, boy.
Starting point is 00:18:21 I just want everybody just to. But I don't know, just spend a second educating yourself. I like the lady in it. I think that's my favorite part. And she's in the, got the baby in the front seat with one of those. My grandma used to have one of those seats. Old school.
Starting point is 00:18:34 Do you remember those seats? Probably not. No, no, that was still. In my grandma's garage growing up. She had one of those car seats. And for those of you that weren't watching and just listening, it was one of those car seats where it was like, I don't even know if it had straps.
Starting point is 00:18:48 You would just had a bar around the baby. And you would just sit in the front seat. Yeah. In the front seat. Yeah. There were no airbags. There were no airbags? That lady was pissed that you had to put a seatbelt on.
Starting point is 00:19:01 You think there's a seatbelt on that baby? No. Oh, well, like, yes, the same one that the lady's using. Strap the baby in. So the little baby's going to fly right out. So that Lincoln Continental hits a ditch. That baby is just free flying around the cabin of that car. Now, the earliest car I remember was my grandmas.
Starting point is 00:19:21 and I don't remember if it had seat belts. I know that in the back, I'm almost positive it didn't, because I just remember scampering around. There was no radio. It was that, yeah, it was old. By choice or it was so old that had no radio? It was that old. I can't remember what it was.
Starting point is 00:19:38 Oh my God. But it was some black, old, old whatever. And it was just. And this isn't that far. Like this, I'm not talking about the 1920s here, guys. No. In the 1990s, me and my buddy Jason would get in the back of his dad's pickup truck.
Starting point is 00:19:55 Oh, that was the best. And it had a cab on it, thank God, but we didn't have any fascinating. And we would drive from Phoenix, New York, to the Adirondacks for hours and hours just laying down in the back of a truck bed. Yes, I know they did it before us and whatever, but that was our generation's thing. That's what we all did. Truck beds. I don't even remember having any of the cabs. It was just, you're holding on.
Starting point is 00:20:21 But it was just the most fun thing ever. And it just never occurred to us. Like, I wasn't like, huh? No. I don't think, like, my stupid preteen brain was never like, I wonder if I should just be free climbing in the back of this truck bed as we drive for four and a half hours to the Adirondacks. Right?
Starting point is 00:20:38 Yeah. But it was the best thing. So I was the best thing? Could you get stretch out? Or are you on you? Cop, lay down. You get that bang from, oh, hey, hey, cop coming up. Lay down.
Starting point is 00:20:49 Put your heads down. Amy and Chat says, honestly, I don't know how I'm still here. My dad put a bucket seat in the bed of his truck with no seatbelts. Hell yeah. And we drive around with us while he was drinking. It's wild what people thought was final back then. You're going to be fine. You found that.
Starting point is 00:21:07 What's the big deal? And they're back then. Uh-huh. To play old guy, there wasn't 10 billion cars ripping around all these city roads We were driving around our town, our neighborhoods. Like, you can talk to people not even that long ago. Like, people of our generation whose dads were clearly drunks. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:30 And they'd be like, yeah, my dad would put the car in the ditch. And then the cops would just say, all right, get it home, Tom. Oh, you know many stories my dad would tell me about? Because his dad was the Manoa sheriff, so he would get away with everything. And he needed to go to jail for a while, but I don't think he ever ever did. He had no consequences, yeah. But he had so many of like, yeah, we were drunk down by the river. railroad tracks and we were racing, blah, blah, and I blew up my engine, it was stuck on the train,
Starting point is 00:21:54 and the cop had to come and go, Frank, get your ass home, and he would tow us home. Yep. How about going to? You got to go jail. You've learned, have some consequences for your actions. Yeah. Maybe it would have done him good, you know? Thank you, Tisha, 57 months up.
Starting point is 00:22:14 We appreciate you for that. It was a different time, and it wasn't that long ago. No. that in the 1980s, these people on that news report were pissed off, they have to wear seatbelts. There's people now that don't wear seatbelts. No. People now that don't wear helmets. I don't wear helmet.
Starting point is 00:22:31 On a bike? You don't? Oh, well, no. I know. I'm saying, but like motorcycles or dirt bike riders and stuff. Maybe I'm just a footy-dudy. I'd have to. I think your brain's already broken off.
Starting point is 00:22:42 Well, I'm going to say, I'm one brain smack away from only seeing things. black and white. Average Joe said, what's the difference between a beer in the car and smoking pot in the car? See people smoking in the car lately. I don't love either. I don't love either. You ain't a poster. I'd like everybody to be sober on the roads.
Starting point is 00:23:01 You are driving a several thousand pound missile. I don't want you to hurt yourself or others. Get to your destination and then get a little high. Or, I mean, just thank you, go, stay 58 months and sub. Don't do it, just, let me just stop at this red light. All right, let me hit my bowl now. Yeah. Just wait till you.
Starting point is 00:23:20 80 people looking at you. I know. Nobody wants to smell that. Nobody wants to see it. That's no, honestly, even as someone that smokes a bunch, I hate that.
Starting point is 00:23:28 When you're, you see a lot of it. And it just blows into your car. Now you smell and you're like, oh good. It's like when you run over a skunk. Everyone wants to run over the skunk that's already in the road.
Starting point is 00:23:39 Love it. Ghost Dave rode from Syracuse to Florida and the bed of a truck. Damn. And see what I'm saying? It wasn't even that long ago. That's, we can't even,
Starting point is 00:23:48 that's the winner. I was going to say, No, but being that. No one's ever. I mean, he can't. Like, as dangerous as that was, Dave, and as stupid as that was, as somebody who loves road trips. That's probably the most fun.
Starting point is 00:24:00 I would love that. You saw everything. If there was a way for me to just be in the open air enjoying the highway, I love driving and I love road trips. You could just strap me in in the back of a, like one of those roller coaster seats and I could just sit in the back and just enjoy the sights, you know? I mean. That I'd be done with.
Starting point is 00:24:19 Anyways, different times, friends. Different times. Different times. Come join your boy 7 p.m. Twitch.tv slash the show or the show. Dot FM. We got all the links at the show. Dot FM.
Starting point is 00:24:29 You had the strong one last week, right? What was last week? You did two. Didn't, right? It's all a blur now. You tried something, and then you did the one that you wanted or something, right? Oh, man, now I'm spacing out.
Starting point is 00:24:44 You asked me if I wanted it, and I said, no, thank you. No, last week was. the celebration because my oldest got their license. Oh, oh, okay. So last week I drank that, that Japanese whiskey that was like a $130 bottle, the boys that Spatchcock gave me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:57 But I said you would not like that because it's so strong. No, I remember when it was here. I don't know if we opened it or smelled it or. It's been, not that I'm trying to give away. I don't like talking about my kids too much on the air because it's their life, not mine. But the oldest has been living, living a life with this license. Nice.
Starting point is 00:25:15 Driving their brother to basketball practice yesterday. and honestly, clutch for me. Yeah. For me. That's all for you. Wife and I are on the couch. Youngest has to go to basketball camp yesterday. We go, why don't you bring them?
Starting point is 00:25:29 Yeah. I'm not getting out of my recliner. Why don't you bring them, dude? Yep. Okay. That works out well. Yesterday. Yesterday.
Starting point is 00:25:38 Sitting in my office at home. I'm doing some work at home. And I get my alert, you know, my cameras go off, and then I get an alert that so-and-so has left home. I go, what? So I got to my wife, I go, where did they go? My wife goes, uh, she knew, okay. No, she knew, I go, where do they go?
Starting point is 00:25:58 Because that sounds funny. They wanted to go get a sliced pizza, burn hair. They were like, what was keys? My wife goes, they wanted to go get a slice pizza burned hair. I go, what? Yep. They come back, I go, well, look at you. Just driving to get a slice of pizza whatever you want now, I guess.
Starting point is 00:26:11 But nothing, oh, but nothing didn't bring any back for you. That makes it. Kind of aft up. Next time, you can play. That same card and go, oh, I thought we were using my gas? No, go, oh, oh, oh. Using my gas and I can't get a cookie witch? I thought we were getting our own pizza.
Starting point is 00:26:26 I'm sorry, I didn't get you pizza. I, based on previous results. Yeah. Thought we were getting on. Oh, my God, bro. You know what you just told me? I've got a card I can play now. Whenever I come home with food and they started to complain, I'm like, I don't know,
Starting point is 00:26:42 you went and got a slice of pizza. Oh, I'm sorry. Oh, I'm sorry. I mean, we're all independent around here, I guess. Is there a cookie witch in the freezer that I'm not aware of that you brought me home? I recently remember seeing you get into my vehicle, use my gas to go get a slice of pizza, come back. What's that small? Oh, delicious pepperoni?
Starting point is 00:27:02 And I ain't got no pizza, so I guess we're just independent now. Oh, what's that, delicious chicken, bacon, ranch? We're entities operating on our own. Exactly, text line. Pretty communist that you didn't bring back a slice of pizza. Real nice. Pretty communist. Real.
Starting point is 00:27:16 Comey like. Listen. If you're eating breakfast, just pause for a little bit. Uh-oh. Because this is a gross story. There's apparently an epidemic of gross things happening at concerts. I can't confirm any of these. But last week, there was a story about the local guy
Starting point is 00:27:34 that got allegedly peed on at a Morgan Wallen concert. Yeah. I don't know if it was... I'm hearing reports that somebody got allegedly peed on at the five-finger death punch concert. I don't know what's going on. Last night. I allegedly in my own apartment. Spent $200 to get Pete on it.
Starting point is 00:27:52 Cody was just minding his own business. Crazy. And he gave a lady $200 at what? Went on the internet. And then knock on the door. This is new to me. I've been going to concerts for 30 years. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:06 And I've never heard of so much human waste. No. And now I'm reading this article. And again, this is, again, if you're eating breakfast, Shilver is, I don't know the band. devil skin, I'd probably like them, but during a devil skin concert last week, a middle-aged attendee allegedly shook a log from their trousers into the mosh pit. Excuse me?
Starting point is 00:28:34 I'm always, and I got to be careful what I say because it's bodily functions on the radio, but I don't even know, I don't even know what our FCC does now, so. Shook a log? Shook a lot, but I have IBS. I have ulcerative colitis. I'm pretty loose with things down there. Yeah. I'm still shocked when you see people just squat in a grocery store and go.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Yes. Or like, get by the dumpster and go real quick. I don't think I could ever do that. No, I mean, yeah, people got to go. But yeah, we see it here all the time where I'm like, let me just right out in the open. Just go? Just dump on the ground. And then.
Starting point is 00:29:09 Cody's trying to pee his pants on this show. He couldn't do it. I can't. His brain shut it off. No. Brain was like, no. What are you nuts? down your breakfast for three minutes.
Starting point is 00:29:16 The incident occurred. That was it? Oh, no, no, no. It gets way worse. It gets way worse. Oh. Oh, boy. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:29:25 All right. The attendee allegedly shook a log from their trousers. That's in quotes, because that's what's used in the article. Pulled a T. Swift. Now, then the aftermath happens. One witness described that. that the feces hit the mosh pit
Starting point is 00:29:49 but no one knew it so people began moshing on the log I got an immediate headache grinding it up smushing it up sliding on it on an accident like a banana peel it became covered on people's feet shoes people's legs
Starting point is 00:30:06 how big is this turd I mean when you start grinding it into the mud I guess I knew bad turd One of the band members described it as, quote, a scene from a B-grade horror movie, noting that once the crowd figured it out, they parted like Moses parting the Brown Sea. Hilarious. Hilarious. The show reportedly resumed.
Starting point is 00:30:31 Police identified the culprit, and we are, I don't know what charges will be filed, but. How do you identify? 30 people going, dude, this guy. But I would have been immediately. This guy. I wouldn't, like the second, say you're in front of me at a concert. Yeah. I don't know you.
Starting point is 00:30:50 Yeah. And I'm watching and you shake a turd out of your pant leg. Yeah. I'm immediately going to somebody. You see it happen? Immediate, yes. Immediately. I'm going.
Starting point is 00:31:02 Yeah, I'm running. I'm getting out of there. Yes. I'm going to like an Eric. No, no, no. Oh, yeah, yeah. And like, hey. Hey, dude.
Starting point is 00:31:10 He just took a dump. Yeah. And then watch Eric pick the guy up and huck you out of the building. Just by the back of his collar, dragging him through his own excrement. Because how long did they wait before they were like, it's that guy that did it? I don't know. I wasn't there. Thank God.
Starting point is 00:31:26 Yeah, right. I don't know what text line just said at the Shania Twain concert a few years ago. A girl sitting behind my group, urinated in her chair, and it went all over the concrete steps. This is what I'm telling you guys. People love to pretend like the hip-hop shows or the scary ones. Yeah. They are not! No.
Starting point is 00:31:47 The weirdest, craziest, most violent stuff happens at country. Country shows. Country. I got peed on at Morgan Wallin. Well, I ain't here to blame the victim, but why are you going to Morgan Waller? I mean, that's kind of what I would expect at a Morgan Wallen show. It says it on the ticket. You may be peed on.
Starting point is 00:32:06 I'm joking. Obviously, no one deserves that. No, no. Disgusting and gross people. It's awful. It's awful. Especially. And somebody's related to these people.
Starting point is 00:32:14 Yeah. You got to get your family members in check. Especially when there's porta-potties for these things all over. Like that's someone's brother, cousin, husband, sister. You got to hit him with a newspaper. Yep. Smack them in the head. Knock it off.
Starting point is 00:32:29 Yep. What are you doing? We're evolved humans. Because I want to know the mindset of that guy of like, why did you, like, do you have a drug? They're all drunk. Do you have a tummy issue? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:32:42 And you just pooped? Well, I want to hear him be like. I want you to tell you. You're right. I want to hear him be like. Yeah. Yeah. Well.
Starting point is 00:32:48 Explain to the audience why you did that. My stomach kind of hurts a little. I had a poop. I don't care. I'm a little guy. You couldn't get to a bathroom? And I'm drunk. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Well, not a reason. But now I heard it from your mouth. Now you're banned for life. Zippy on chat. Was that a Tim McGraw show at Dary and Lake once. Girl was walking, stopped, squatted peed in front of us. and then walked away. I, well, I've seen that at it.
Starting point is 00:33:14 I've seen girls pee at so many of these things. A lot of concerts just because the bathroom line is so long. Yeah, or just, again, the drunkenness. Yeah. You know, depending on the rain of the concert, if you will. Yeah. Yeah, people get, people be whiling out, all right? They be wild.
Starting point is 00:33:32 People be wild. People be wild out. This Friday and Saturday up at the Swigga Speedway. It's the Empire Truck Show. We've got burnout nationals up there doing all kinds of burnouts. They've got $5,000 in cash prizes they're giving away. Two different burnout competitions. You can take part in them if you want to do burnouts, of course.
Starting point is 00:33:52 Plus so many great trucks to look at lifted trucks, bag trucks, semis. Ones with four wheels. Four wheels. Six wheels. Eight wheels. So many wheels. Ones that go forward, backward. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:34:05 Up, down, left, right, side to side. You can make turns with them, bro. truck show.com. If you want to go, I've got your hookup all week long. Yo. Text your email address and the word truck to the K-Rock text sign. 315, 364-101. I'll reply to people at random if you're my winner.
Starting point is 00:34:26 They better have some all-black Dodgers. I can't confirm if they'll be all-block Doddram. That'd be a real big get. Oh, that'd be a real big get. All-black Doddram, bro. So I'm not a coffee drinker. Cody, not so much really anymore. I don't see a lot of you drinking coffee.
Starting point is 00:34:39 Here and there, it depends. But, you know, not as much. My wife's discovered like matcha tea. She likes matcha tea from down the time now. I don't know what that is. What is that? The green stuff. Yeah, she likes random, like...
Starting point is 00:34:53 Kind of tastes like grass a little bit, but I like it. I like it when you put the flavors in there. Well, the new trend is coffee slushies. I've had one of those before. And it's people who are making them at home. The way it works is you make coffee as usual, and then you let the coffee cool down and then you take the coffee
Starting point is 00:35:12 and you pour it into like a Ziploc bag Yeah seal it and put it in your freezer Oh Seems like a lot of work Now I don't once that freezes You take the freezer bag out Smash it up Or put it in your cup
Starting point is 00:35:27 Or you just go to Dunkin And get a culata? Real fast. Right? Isn't it? Yeah, isn't that just a frozen coffee Everywhere? Now they're saying You can do it now at home I think there's a, I think they already have ones where you can do it at home. I guess if you want to save money.
Starting point is 00:35:42 Yeah. And not necessarily have to do that. Is that a frape? Ooh, frape. The process is simple, but it does seem like a headache to prepare. It's also pretty messy if you got to pull in. Like, the photo I'm looking at right here, it's literally a cup with chunks of ice. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:58 Coffee ice, basically. And then they're pouring their toppings over the top of it. I forget who had it, but some gas station a while back, I had, like, the, you know, like red, blue, and then a coffee flavor. In the sloshing machines? Yeah, it was awesome. You liked that? Yeah, I don't remember who and what, though, but, yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:19 Yeah, I don't care about coffee. I don't really, I mean, honestly, whenever I go to a coffee spot, I end up just getting, like, the milkshake thing, whatever that. Yeah, you would like some of the sweeter ones, just because they just taste like caramel or chocolate or whatever, and you can't even taste coffee. I always see those people posting their coffee orders where it's like 10 pumps of this, 20 pumps of this. Those are also like 10 bucks. Yeah, they get a lot of or more.
Starting point is 00:36:46 Yeah, they look delicious though. At that point, at that point, I'll just go get a fancy ice cream or something. That's kind of what you're drinking. Yeah, let's just go get ice cream instead. Kelly says nothing better than a good cup of iced coffee in the morning about to make one now. Can bring me some ice cream. And you can have your ice coffee. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:06 Debtline says. they use an ice cube tray to make their coffee slushy. So I guess you could pour... I used to do that. Like make coffee cubes? I used to do that with my like leftover coffee. I wouldn't dump it out. I would just pour it into ice cube trays.
Starting point is 00:37:18 And then you'd make like frozen coffee later or whatever. So that was good. Yeah, that don't sound so bad. I like the smell of coffee, not necessarily the taste. Yeah. Or the immediate, uh, bowel things that happen. Katie says your goal for turning 45 should be to try coffee.
Starting point is 00:37:36 I've tried it, haven't I? We could go to one of those places and get you one that you'd actually like. Like, in college, I got those glassed Starbucks drinks. We could get you something that tastes like that now but coffee. That's basically all they are. I should just try like a black coffee? No? No?
Starting point is 00:37:51 No. No, no, no, no, no. You've seen what I got to do. Like, I don't need another addiction. I got enough. I don't want to become a coffee addict, too. No, it's just something to add in everyone's not. Like how you do the five hours?
Starting point is 00:38:04 Yeah. Coffee's probably. be less caffeine than those. Yeah, it is. Why would I want less caffeine? Well, I mean, it's just a little picky up. You had that, and then later in the day, you get yourself one of those. Exactly, Nicholas is right.
Starting point is 00:38:17 I have a big bag of crushed ice coffee, then I poop in the mosh pit later. Exactly. I shake out a log. Yeah, shake a log. Puka, Bella, I'm sure you've noticed some changes. How are you talking to? I'm just practicing for when I have to tell the dogs about the twins. You know, because they'll be fine in the spacious third row seat.
Starting point is 00:38:35 But the twins. Can sleep peacefully thanks to the rear manual sunshade. And what about the... Extra cargo space for strollers and dog beds? I guess you're right. Can we go to the hospital now? The contractions are getting closer. The three-row Lexus TX.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Because everyone should feel like the center of the universe. See Bertic Lexus and Cicero. He ain't skinning no cukes. He ain't gonna skin that cute raw. Kri-King the Kook. What? He goes out of that. Cucumber? What?
Starting point is 00:39:01 You don't peel it? Skin it, yeah. You don't ever peel cucumbers? No. I like them. I like him like them like that. You're not obviously watching. Chop them.
Starting point is 00:39:09 Chop them. You don't peel them. You're not watching the video stream. Twitch and YouTube type in the show. The show. Dot FM for all those links. Cody is raw dog and a kuk right now. Ralphie brings us.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Ralphie brings us cucumbers from his garden. And you know they ain't got that spora, whatever it's called. Yep. And got that spora. No pooped here. So we're raw dog and these kukes in here. And I love them.
Starting point is 00:39:28 And he eats it with a skin on. I prefer to have a skinless cucumber slice. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. But I did eat one yesterday. just like a candy bar. I love a cucumber.
Starting point is 00:39:37 I like the crunch. I like nature's crunch. I mean, it's kind of, it's basically a pickle that ain't been pickles. So it's like a pickle that's biting back, bro. Bro, it's like a pre-pickle, dude. You're just eating a pre-pickle. Dude, you blew my mind. But like, think about it.
Starting point is 00:39:53 You're eating a pre-pickle. Yeah. That's a deli pickle that hasn't been pickled. Oh, we got pickles. Pickles, pickle stuff in there and just plop one in there and see if it turns it into a pickle. Like, is it that, is that a dumb question? Like, does that all I got to do is put that in some brine or whatever, leave it? Usually they're different.
Starting point is 00:40:09 They have pickle cucumbers. Oh, okay. I mean, you get those, and then you just put it into the brine. You have to probably make a brine or get one from somewhere. How does the brine penetrate the outer layer? I think it just soaks it up. Mm-hmm. Just that you have to leave it in there for a while.
Starting point is 00:40:26 Oh, Sarah says it's a process. Oh, it's a process. Yeah. Scoot says I'm going to the supermarket tomorrow to load up on cucumbers. I eat them as a snack all the time. I love a cucumber, man. There you go. I love a cucumber.
Starting point is 00:40:37 Cuk life. Cuc life dog. Cuc life dog. Well, for those of you that don't care about your cukes and you want to eat some chicken wings, it is also National Chicken Wing Day. That does sound better. Believe me, if I had a thing of chicken wings over there, I'd probably have no one. Showgirl Fuzz pointed out in chat that she will need the day to celebrate in private and will not be going into work today. If you're a boss and you're going to try to not let your people.
Starting point is 00:41:05 have the day. It is a religious day. You cannot require me to come to work today. You're itching for a lawsuit, my friend. Itching. I've got to take the day. My family and I will be celebrating in private. We will be in public. And in public. In a public. Case anybody sees yel. So there are some chicken wing day deals today. Mayor of Buffalo in 1977 declared July 29th National Chicken Wing
Starting point is 00:41:33 Day to celebrate thousands of power. of chicken wings that are consumed by buffaloonians. And now all over the world. Thank you, Sarah, for that 12-month sob and Twitch. Appreciate you. So, Buffalo Wild Wings, they got you covered today. Okay, what do we got? What do we got?
Starting point is 00:41:49 Free order of six wings, bone-in or bone-less? Your mother's like it, bone-in. Too bad. Your daddy's boneless. With a $15 minimum purchase. Nah, I would do that deal, and I'll tell you why, because that's what I'm going to get anyways. I know. I just, when they do these things, I like when it's just, hey, it's a national day, and we make an ass ton of money off this stuff anyway.
Starting point is 00:42:11 So we're going to make you go through steps. Because I always get that burger. They got a good burger. I like a B-Dubs burger. They do. They got a good burger. I always get a burger and then a side of six boneless. When their food is good, it's really good. Mm-hmm. Right. I like it.
Starting point is 00:42:29 Although, Butler of Wild Wings, I didn't bring this up, and I'm glad I have it now. You sent me this. Me? Because they've also just begun offering their popping ranch packets. Yeah. Yeah. Can you explain what this is? It looks like it's...
Starting point is 00:42:43 The little ad I saw was people taking their chicken wing and sprinkling what looked to be... You know those packets? You're going to make your own ranch dip. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. They looked like that and they were sprinkling it on there and then it was going like pop rocks. It looks like ranch pop rocks. It is a savory ranch popping... candy that delivers a bright burst of ranch flavor with a crunchy, crackling twist.
Starting point is 00:43:09 Got to tell Joel or Chris to get over there and get it so we can have you try it on Friday. I want to see you try some. Raw dog style. Yeah, like Katie, ew, but also I'm curious. It's a weird thing to put on a chicken wing. If I'm envisioning a B-dub, boneless wing, and then I sprinkle a little pop rocks, a little ranch pop rocks on it, It might be surprisingly good. Might be interesting.
Starting point is 00:43:35 Like that's a cool... Like Joe just said, I'm unsure. I'm... Unsure about that. Undecided. Because I can see how that... Like, could be neat. On paper, it sounds gross.
Starting point is 00:43:51 But in practice, it might not be gross. Oh, Poppin Ranch. Anyways, back to some more deals. Pizza Hut's got a Bogo deal for today. Chicken Wing name. I don't know any more Wing Streets. and that's the only real good. When you buy one, any size menu priced order of boneless or traditional wings,
Starting point is 00:44:07 you can get another of equal or lesser value for free today. Okay, that's not bad. Wingstop, which we are, we've had in the Mohawk Valley for a minute. Now we've got one over by you. It's here now. We have two by you? I think they're opening another one. I don't know if it's open yet.
Starting point is 00:44:20 You just got one. Yeah, there is at least a one. Five free wings with any qualifying purchase of $10 or more. Wingstop is also expanding its national chicken wing. day celebration into an entire week. So you got all week to win daily prizes from Live Nation and Wingstop. You can enter through their website or their app.
Starting point is 00:44:39 For example, oh, it's already Wednesday. Monday, they gave away $500 ticket master gift card. I didn't win. Tuesday, they won a concert package for two. Today they're giving away tickets for a year. A $3,000 ticket master gift card. Wow.
Starting point is 00:44:55 So it's a $3,000 gift card. So it's either tickets for a year or one Taylor Swift tickets. Yeah, until you max out on TV. Swift. Or a singular Taylor Swift ticket. Yep. Comes to the lock of her hair. They've also got festival packages,
Starting point is 00:45:07 between ticket master, blah, blah, blah, goes on and on and not. Okay. What else do we got? Dave and Busters is offering boneless wings starting at 50 cents each today. All right, that's a deal.
Starting point is 00:45:18 It's a deal. I know it's not a deal like you so you're at the deal. Rigged. Plus they've got new sauces, a deal pickle rub, a cherry bomb sauce and a Buster's signature sauce.
Starting point is 00:45:29 I have a Cody's signature sauce. Hooters has a dine-in option, which I would be doing. Ten wings for just $7.29. That's actually a deal. There's less than a dollar a wing. That's a pretty good deal. And I'm just thinking of like that hot Hooters wing that you take a bite off of and it like pulls everything off it.
Starting point is 00:45:51 And it's steaming in your mouth and you can't chew it. I love Hooters'ers' wings. Yep. Red Robin today. Yum. Has teamed with the Kelsey Brothers and Garage beer. They didn't got no wing. Limited edition Jason Kelsey
Starting point is 00:46:06 T-shirt that comes to the Red Robin Gift card for free wings, I guess. Okay. You go to this website. So you've got to go through some steps, I guess. Okay. Nobody, we don't have anything else around here. No.
Starting point is 00:46:17 Pluckers wing bar, I wish we did. I wonder if any local places are doing anything. Oh, the pilot travel centers. We got those. You can get five jumbo wings using the pilot at for just $5 today. Yeah. So if you're out on them roads
Starting point is 00:46:32 and you want some pilot travel. Travel Center. Are you on some flying, or was it? Pilot. Pilot? You want some pilot wings. Where's our truck drivers? Do you, do, does pilot have good wings?
Starting point is 00:46:43 Hey. I got good showers. Tell you what. Tell you what? You might not know, but pilots got good wings. Keep my be-hole clean in them showers. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:46:54 All right, though. Cool. A lot of good stuff. And then what was the place Angie got us? Not that they have a deal, but those were good chicken wings. Oh, I already forgot the name. Midway? Was that it?
Starting point is 00:47:02 Midway Market? Was that what it is it? They were so good. What was that, Andy? Those were good wings, man. Those were good wings. There's got to be places. Yeah, Midway Market.
Starting point is 00:47:10 Those were good wings. Those were banging. It was a different kind of chicken. Like, it wasn't a fried chicken, but it wasn't a saucy chicken. It was something in between. I've had wings like they deep fried. They do the wings, but then they give you cups of sauce. And they're like, sauce them yourself.
Starting point is 00:47:26 Mm-hmm. You saw some. I like it. Midway Express. Well, that was really good. You're making me want that winging. It's chigowing day Gotta sign over some
Starting point is 00:47:37 Legalities first I can't have chicken wings Well And we're gonna have to do a small Just a soft credit check Oh they gotta do a credit check To make sure you can afford Because
Starting point is 00:47:47 It's we're just we're struggling here With these chiggering prices See market price Um so I will admit to something That might make me seem A little less cool As a guy who's probably
Starting point is 00:48:01 I'm probably the coolest guy you know And that limbo bar is so low already, but... I'm a wiki cool. Okay. He's a basically a super freak. So, in 2025, according to Edmonds... Fitzgerald?
Starting point is 00:48:17 No, they report on car sales. Cars are... We saw a 21% increase in minivan sales. And who's to think? My generation. The millennials. Well, it's easier. And I will tell you right now,
Starting point is 00:48:35 I've never owned a minivan, but I love a minivan. My Dodge journey kind of looked like a minivan. Pretty close. And it was the best vehicle I ever owned. I will be driving a minivan. It was amazing. All next week. I'd get one again in a heartbeat.
Starting point is 00:48:49 My kids go, Dad, would you run for vacation? And I go a minivan. It's convenient. Dude, it's so spacious. They're bigger inside than you think. Tons of room in the back for our luggage. You're not driving a, or not an SUV, a camper around. I love it when it's like the two seats and then the two seats
Starting point is 00:49:08 And then the full seat in the back Right, and you're good I love a minivan man So millennials are bringing back the minivan as it would seem That they're becoming cool again Maybe not cool, but I don't think they look as lame as they used to Yeah, because it's now like that Like nobody cares anymore
Starting point is 00:49:26 Like you're in a minivan that's so lame Like they introduced two kids and they all they play 80,000 sports apiece Yeah Like whatever you do Like there was an era where it was like, no, no, we got SUVs with a third row now because it was people who were like, I don't want to move it. Because minivans in the 80s and 90s looked stupid. Like the Dodge Caravan looked silly and stupid. Yes, a lot of them were silly or they were a minivan.
Starting point is 00:49:52 Yeah. Like you knew it was a minivan. And it just had a bad, like a, a. Yes. Clicious. Connotation. Yes. Whatever.
Starting point is 00:50:01 They didn't come off cool. But no, yeah. But they look cool. now. They're fine now. That Chrysler, Pacifica looks cool. Toyota Sienna looks cool. I drove by a guy driving a brand new Honda minivan. Look dope. Well, the Toyota Sienna is the crown jewel. As it's so popular, it's only about spending 18 days on a dealer's lot before it's sold. Damn. I drove the Toyota Sienna last summer vacation. That last one? Okay. Well, that's all you know then. Drove it to the Grand Canyon, brother. I love it. It's so spacious. There's so much room for
Starting point is 00:50:33 Activities. Parents are saying the sliding doors make loading kids easier. Yeah. Plus, they're about four grand cheaper than comparable three row SUVs. Yeah, I was going to say, that's the other thing with getting those as opposed to a big-ass SUV. It's just cheaper and less on gas, all that stuff. Plus these minivans now, my cousin Jay's got one that's got like TVs in it. Yeah, they're little, little buses. They're tiny little travel buses and they're so fun. And they're comfortable. And I feel a little bit safer than about to be run off the road by the, you know, 4 foot 10, 80 pound person driving the 30,000 pound giant black SUV that they can barely see over the steering wheel.
Starting point is 00:51:21 Oh my God. But they just going to get in your lane because they put the turn signal on. So that means they're getting over regardless. I can't see you. This might give me some slack, but I say this all the time. White women love a giant SUV. That's what I mean. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:33 They've got their baseball cap on, husbands at work all day, and you see them ripping down $690 and the biggest Chevy suburban. 80, 85. They're barely to see you over the steering wheel. It's the tiniest little white woman you ever seen, but she's got to drive a physical bus. And the turn signal means I'm getting over. It's not, I need to get over.
Starting point is 00:51:50 Is there any way I can, please? It's no, this is to let you know I'm getting over. Well, how else am I going to get Jimithy and Declan to their soccer practice now? I'm going to pick them up from Catholic school and take them to Catholic. Like sport. And then I've got to go to my day at his mom. And then I got to take them to Catholic after school. I need to drive a $110,000 Jeep wagon here.
Starting point is 00:52:13 No, I'm going, I'm a minivan dog. And then they got to go to Bible study tonight. I got that minivan dog in me, bro. I do. I love it. I love it. And they do. They love the biggest SUV you can find on the lot.
Starting point is 00:52:28 Yeah. If they got money, they're getting those gigantic Cadillac SUV. So so big their weaners are. Oh, very big. They're very successful. They made, well, everyone is very successful. You've made so much money. You were better than all of us.
Starting point is 00:52:41 Yes. In your gigantic SUV. It's okay. You already in the wagon's parking lot. That's all right. Back in studio for another year, we got Ryan from the Iron and Honor ride. Good morning, Ryan. Morning, Josh.
Starting point is 00:52:51 So the Iron and Honor ride. First of all, beautiful motorcycle like a ride, starting off in Casanovia. But it's to benefit Sarah's guest house. So I guess let's talk about Sarah's guest house. what their cause is and what they do here in our community. Sure. So they're not-for-profit right here in Syracuse. Very similar to the Ronald McDonald House without the national ad campaigns,
Starting point is 00:53:11 no celebrity endorsements. They provide comfort, care, transportation, lodging, and meals for anyone receiving medical services or a family member of somebody who's receiving medical services in Central New York. Okay. They ask for a $25 a day donation. No one has turned away. It's really a wonderful organization. And this is the ride to honor this.
Starting point is 00:53:32 How many years have you done the Iron and Honor ride? This is our second year. Yeah, you were here last year talking about this. I still have the shirt from last year, Cody. And it's a beautiful ride because it kicks off out at Myers Creek. So talk about the event, what we're going to see coming up on Sunday. Yeah, it's a fantastic event, not just for riders, but for the community at large. For non-riders, it's $15 for registration.
Starting point is 00:53:56 All the money that's raised, whether it's through registration, if you get on the website at Iron and Honor Ride.com. There's swag on there like trucker hats, shirts, hoodies, all of the money that we raise. 100% of the proceeds go to benefit Sarah's guesthouse. The ride itself is a 92 scenic mile ride starting at Myers Creek in Casanovia. It ends back at Myers Creek. The event really kicks off for people who are not going to join the ride around 1 o'clock.
Starting point is 00:54:24 They get a smoked pulled pork sandwich with their registration. Mac and cheese, veggie crudit tape, Parker, house roll and a buy one, get one free drink wristband for anything on tap for the entire day. Dang. For just 15 bucks? Do you get that? For 15 bucks. Wow.
Starting point is 00:54:38 There's going to be some nationally recognized tattoo artists there doing some tattoos to help benefit the cause as well. A fantastic silent auction with some really cool stuff. Yeah, tell me about some of the silent auction items. Sure. So we've got some gift certificates for massages. We've got some gift certificates for tattoo artists locally. We've got a fly rod and reel set up from Cortland Lion Company.
Starting point is 00:54:59 Wow. Some tickets to the symphony, restaurants. It's really cool stuff. That's awesome. So the ride is going to kick off. So if you are riding, what is the price on that and can bikers still register their bikes? Absolutely. Yep.
Starting point is 00:55:11 You can go right on our website to register. You can also register Day of at the event. Oh, good. For riders, it's $25. For passengers, it's 20. And again, for general attendees, it's 15. Okay, cool. And that's going to start a little earlier.
Starting point is 00:55:27 So in registrations, 930 to 1030. 1045, you'll have your safety briefing. 11 o'clock, kickstands up, and you're going to ride meet back at Casanovia, around what, what do you think? 1.30, 2 o'clock? Should be about, yeah, between 1 and 1.30. Okay, cool.
Starting point is 00:55:45 Yep. And then we'll have some remarks from Sarah's guesthouse right before we do the 50-50 drawing, and then the silent auction at 3 o'clock. This is an absolutely great event. It is a motorcycle ride coming up this Sunday. Honor and Iron Charity event and ride hosted by the Widow Sons
Starting point is 00:56:01 Three Pillars Chapter in support of Sarah's guest house. Their mission is to provide lodging, transportation, meals, and comfort to patients and families receiving medical care throughout central New York. So if you want to ride, you got to get there a little earlier. Registration starts at 9.30. You want to just come and watch about 1 o'clock show up and
Starting point is 00:56:16 see the bikes come kind of back in and start eating some food, right? Absolutely. Yep, there's live music. It's going to be a great time. Come hang out, bring your friends, bring your family. If you've got a bike, come out and join us. Come on a ride. It's going to be Rain or shine. It's going to be a great day for a ride.
Starting point is 00:56:31 Iron and honor ride.com. Ryan, thanks so much, man. Have a great event on Sunday. Thank you. And as we've told you here on the show on K Rock, you can get a dewee on a riding lawnmower. Tony Romower talking to you, bud. Jim, I don't want to talk about that.
Starting point is 00:56:45 Jim, I'm not interested in talking about my past discretions. Jim, I don't know what you're talking about. This is out in Iowa where a woman was arrested Friday. Uh-oh. After witnesses reported her driving her Huskvarna lawnmower, while peeling intoxicated. You don't want to get more beer. How intoxicated you got to be to look drunk on a lawn mower?
Starting point is 00:57:05 Like, you're probably like... Like you've got to be slumping over, right? A little like swaying around a little maybe. Like a car I get it is kind of weaving in and out. But if I'm on a lawnmower, I'm just kind of blub, blah, blah, bouncing up and down. You're waving if you're weaving along the side of the row or a little. Jojo's right. If it's got a motor, you can get a dewee.
Starting point is 00:57:24 Michelle Hudson, age 36, was stopped about a mile from. her home. I was picturing like a grandma. I know, right, me too. No, this is lady just parties. Okay. Officers noted slurred speech, poor balance, and bloodshot eyes. I got that right now. That's me every day. It's because of an alleges for both of the law.
Starting point is 00:57:42 Exactly, Lucifer. What's next? Seapelt on LaMore sounds like communism. I knew it. Here comes coming. I get her told you that one. Her breath test placed her under the legal limit for booze. You shouldn't have taken that, Jim. But police believed she was impaired by drugs.
Starting point is 00:57:59 Oh. Well, I can't get a little high and mow my lawn and then drive a mile from my house. I can't. Then I can't take it on the highway? She was charged with operating under the influence and driving while barred. Baird? What does that mean? Both aggravated misdemeanors.
Starting point is 00:58:14 Now, she does have some priors, meth possession assaults, various other offenses. So she's been making the bad choices for a while. Yeah, she, yeah. No, listen. It used to be a free country, Canada. Used to be. I can't get a old. little high and rocked my law more around
Starting point is 00:58:29 what are we even doing here? What are we even doing? What's the point? What's the point? Thanks, Mom Donnie. What? I like those videos where they're disappointed. They're going to Disney. I would be. I would be. Like the ones where they're excited, they think they're going to Aunt Bababa's house. I'm like, we're actually not, we're going to Disney. Yeah, that would be me. If my wife's like kids.
Starting point is 00:58:54 The backfires are funny. We're going to Disney. I'd go, oh. Well, you guys have fun. Does anybody else wants to go with you? I don't really. No, now that I know the separate whatever, now I'm a little interested at least. Jojo, what's your command? You have a command.
Starting point is 00:59:09 I don't know what it is, though. Is it Disney maybe? What is it? Universal is different, right? Yeah, I'd like to see Universal. I thought they were all, like, not to always use enchanted force, I thought like Universal was like the dry rides.
Starting point is 00:59:22 No, it's like a whole different thing. It's not even Disney related. Yeah. It's a whole different company. I thought I didn't. I never even really paid attention to the fact. that it's different companies. Shout out to Jojo.
Starting point is 00:59:32 Book Your Enchanted Adventure by Jojo if you want to go to Disney. Yeah, she knows all the things about Disney. I do not want to go to Disney, but you guys can't. I went once, brought the kids. That's enough for me. But during that song there,
Starting point is 00:59:44 I guess I got it. I don't keep secrets from Cody, but I've kept a pretty long secret here for almost two months. I already forgot. I know you would, but I knew you. 30 seconds. I know you would.
Starting point is 00:59:57 If you're not watching in Twitch.tv slash the show or just on the show.fm. Cody's had a thing for a couple of months where he'll put googly eyes on things in the studio. He'll tape googly eyes
Starting point is 01:00:07 that he finds to things. Yep. And now he's added that to Plato. He's been doing a lot of Plato puppetry in here. Again, you're missing a whole... I found a little thing of Play-O. You're missing a whole second show.
Starting point is 01:00:19 So he's got googly eyes on like a Plato snake and he keeps making different Play-D snakes. It's a good, like, ADD compressor? I don't know. It just is satisier. Or when you're like, I got to be jittery,
Starting point is 01:00:33 I bust out this Play-Doh, and I do a little Play-Doh, and all of a sudden I'm like, all right, you know, toddler asses calm down for a minute. Cody, how many googly eyes do you put? Googly eyes on the bird, Googley eyes on your Coke, Uncle music. I found those. Once I found, they didn't do the thing I wanted, it depressed me, so I threw them out.
Starting point is 01:00:51 What was the thing you wanted? They're the peel so I could pull them on the world. And I didn't have it. So I only put them on some. On June 8th, on June 8th, a package is delivered here for Cody. For me? And I intercepted it.
Starting point is 01:01:07 Because I knew what it was. Because I didn't know what was going to have. It's candy. Jojo sent you a gift over a month and a half ago. And I intercepted it. Oh, I kind of remember there was. Yeah. She sent a package.
Starting point is 01:01:24 And I hid it from you. Because I don't know where this goes from here, but at this point, you son of it. At this point, let's let the world burn. Oh, boy. This was the package
Starting point is 01:01:34 Jojo mailed you back in June that I intercepted and hid from you because I don't know what happens now. I don't know what happens now, guys. For those you just listening, it's so many. It's a box of the adhesive
Starting point is 01:01:50 googly eyes that he wanted so bad. Look at him. He's frantically opening it. I get it open. I don't want to break it. And I don't know what happens now. I'm going to get in trouble. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:01:58 happens now. I didn't know when I wanted to give this to you if I ever wanted to give it to you because this place is going to be covered in Googly eyes. Everything in your life is going to be covered in Googly eyes. So Jojo, my apologies for keeping those from him for so long.
Starting point is 01:02:16 But at this point I think we just burn it all to the ground, right? Googly eye everything up. They're all different sizes. There's so many. There's a peeling adhesive ones that you want. That's your girl, Jojo. She did that for you. I was opposed to it. I was nervous. And now we wait.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Now we wait and see what happens. You might be driving around Central New York seeing googly eyes on your favorite landmarks. Remember that Columbus statue everyone fights about might have googly eyes on? For the longest time that they were just K-Rock stickers on every single thing. Now there's just going to be googly eyes on everything. For those of you just listening,
Starting point is 01:02:49 he's currently adhering them to his eyelids. I can't get this one off. So he will have the googly eyes on his eyes. Oh, what a day. I don't know, guys. How much longer? Can I go outside? I don't know. Well, we got to talk to our friends from McGuire here in a minute.
Starting point is 01:03:05 Do they want to keep the googly eyes on while Blake and Ed come in here from the beach? I'll put them back on once I can see them. All right. That is great. I want everyone to know. Jojo did this. Jojo and chat did this. This one's not her.
Starting point is 01:03:20 I had wanted nothing to do with this. This is the best. That's why I hit him for so long. Good idea. Whiskey Wednesday. night seven o'clock on twitch.ttv.tv slash the show or the show.com. That's where all the links are. It's super easy. I even got no one thing about no computers. I ain't even got no computer. I think our internet just went down. As a matter of fact, because now I can't open any of my
Starting point is 01:03:47 stories I was about to open. Oh, is it back now? Okay. Good. Man's okay. We good? Are we back? Can you see us? Are we here? Are we live? So yes, tonight's seven o'clock on Twitch and the show.com. Come get a drink. We'll your boy, a little sippy sip, siap. Last whiskey Wednesday for a while. So come enjoy one tonight. So I don't know what this means, but according to a new report,
Starting point is 01:04:10 Gen Z is trying to enhance their workplace culture with something called microjoys. And I think that's what you're doing right now with Googly eyes. I think that's what you're doing right now. It's kind of like how we live our life anyway. Just finding microjoys. A little quick little... You're miserable being in this room with me.
Starting point is 01:04:27 You hate me. You don't like this. so you're finding a little something to bring you joy during this hellscape. And that's your googly eyes. Oh, no. See, it's different. I like it in here. But then this just also gives me an added thing to... They asked 500 young adults, mini dopamine hits, exactly.
Starting point is 01:04:46 Yeah, I thought I mean. Yeah, yeah. Like, I'm already happy anyway, but this is like quick little, like, little booze. It's like a little silly cigarette. You got a little silly cigarette over there. Yeah. It's like a little mini happy, a little happy bong rip of happiness. Yeah, a little silly cigarette.
Starting point is 01:04:58 Don't mean it. Yep. Yeah, they ask 500 young adults between 18 and 25. What are these microjoys you're finding? Small moments that make the workday more enjoyable, productive, and sustainable. The work day. I mean, we're at work right now.
Starting point is 01:05:15 This is our work day. Well, I was going to immediately say, finding the multitude of berry patches I've come across the last few weeks. Well, that's your little mini dopamine cigarette. Yeah. Oh, there's so many berry patches out there. Uh-huh. Yep.
Starting point is 01:05:27 But it works snacks out there? They take short breaks to make their workday more enjoyable. 75% of them said those breaks helped them perform better at work. I do that. I mean, that's, I think, I think, I think 90% of the day here is the break. And then there's the 10% of the actual work that happens out there. The other 90 is getting store bucks and dunking and figuring out what's the lunch. There's a breakfast.
Starting point is 01:05:50 There's a lunch. Then there's a snack after lunch. We got to play with the dog for a little while. Once we talk about, we got to spend about 40 minutes going to get lunch. Then we go get lunch. We'll go get lunch, now we got lunch. Then after launch, now we got to kind of, you know, rabble out. Play with the dog again.
Starting point is 01:06:03 We got to put the dog again. They intentionally work microjoys into their day, stuff like stepping outside for fresh air, chatting with cool coworkers, enjoying a snack like their favorite beverage. So you mean things that people and jobs have done for the history of time? Yeah. This isn't a new thing. No. Little dope mean hits, little silly cigarettes, little brain breaks.
Starting point is 01:06:25 I just do jazz cigarette. That's what I do. I take a little bit. Yeah. I mean, I guess, you know, a bunch of you can't do this, but we can just smoke weed at our jobs, I guess, if we want. Yeah, it's usually I, after the show, I take a little break. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:39 And then after, after I get this started, added in a little bit, I'll be like, you know, it's going to make this funnier while we keep doing this. It's going to back up in. It helps the promos a lot, because I think all the stuff we say is hilarious. You do work enhancing drugs. Yeah, I do. It's a performance-enhancing drug. For sure it is.
Starting point is 01:07:01 Yeah, it is. Agreed. Yeah, Katie. Gen Z is the Christopher Columbus generation, discovering things that have always existed. What I like to know my job is take a little break and get a drink of water. It's the very, it's like they're discovering something that's been the office staple since offices, the water cooler. Yeah. Or stepping outside for fresh air?
Starting point is 01:07:21 Yeah. Or talking to a cool coworker. You didn't even imagine that? I'm almost 45 years old. That's something I've done my whole life. We're having a little snack. Oh, my God. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:07:31 A little treat. A little treat. A little silly cigarette for your brain at your work day. I like that. A little silly cigarette. Lee Baldwin's here. Good morning, Lee. Good morning, guys.
Starting point is 01:07:41 Dollar Investment Club.com. You sign up, you pay a bill to yourself. Put away some money. Get in the market. You'll be happy you did. 100 bucks a month. $200 bucks a month. Whatever you can afford.
Starting point is 01:07:51 Telling it's worth it. Get in and invest and save for the future. Cody and I can do it. You can do it. It's not that hard. Find that money. If I can manage. Find that money.
Starting point is 01:08:01 It's actually the easy part, but it's the hardest. Once you do it, it's pretty easy, right? So it's like, you know. For those of you that have not listened to our segments with Lee Baldwin in a while, let me take you back to the very beginning. Where the easy step is this. Cody had to make a journal. Figure out what he was spending money on.
Starting point is 01:08:19 It's true. It's painful to do that. I do it myself. I check my accounts all the time. Huge help. And you just start writing down what you're buying. and why am I buying it? You're like, well, why am I spending that much money on cranberry juice in his case?
Starting point is 01:08:31 But even if it's fast food, even if you're like... It was different than having to just check your accounts because you look at it and you're like, oh, yeah, there it is. But when you have to write it down? You're like, why am I spending $20 a Taco Bell every day or why am I doing this? It's like, oh. Because then we take that money that we're thrown away. You put it back into the market.
Starting point is 01:08:50 And all you see, I mean, yesterday I saw clothes, NASDAQ was way up, S&P was way up yesterday. that's not, there's no numbers that you can't be a part of. You can be a part of that. Right. So get in there, Lee. Right. That's what we say. That's what we say. So find that money and get in the game. You'll be happy you did. What are we talking about today, Lee Baldwin? Just talking about we have an FOMC meeting today. Would you just call me? Excuse me, Lee, Baldwin?
Starting point is 01:09:11 I call them that all the time. Do I need to dub that? I know. I know. Do you know. What is that? That's the Fed Open Market Committee, so they're going to be talking about interest rates today. Okay. The odds are favoring no change today, so it may not be. an event, but it looks like it might be a quarter percent increase by the end of the year. So keep your eyes on the interest rates.
Starting point is 01:09:32 They do affect the markets. Okay. I think that's the opposite of what the man in the Oval Office wanted. I think he wanted them to come down. A hundred percent. And he put somebody in there who we hoped they would come down. 100 percent. But the Fed is an independent board.
Starting point is 01:09:45 Right. And he has no control over that. No. And the same person that put him in there is also caused a disruption in oil prices. Oh, yeah. Which creates inflation, which makes rates go higher, and he's going to have to deal with that. Okay. So it's a non-event.
Starting point is 01:10:00 It's basically what you're saying. I think it will be a non-event. It will be about what he says. And you bring up a good point. Will he begin in his writings and what he says diverge from what another big orange guy says he should do, right? He wanted him to do, yeah. So I don't know what happens, man. We're kind of at a stalemate with all this oil price stuff.
Starting point is 01:10:21 But it seems like the market is adjusting maybe. I don't know what to say, or they're not reacting in a way I thought they would. Right. And oil was below $80 a barrel up until this morning. Yeah. So I think the market, it's a much stronger economy than maybe people thought. And so there's some momentum. And even though the tech stocks are kind of rolling over, which so we've been relatively flat for the last two months.
Starting point is 01:10:46 But stocks like Ford was up big yesterday, right? AT&T was up big less. So now you're getting some participants. maybe more throughout the market, which is a good sign. And I saw that Google's taking some hits, but they're not panicking about it. I don't know what that was. I mean, Google had a great report in my estimation, but some of these companies got priced for perfection.
Starting point is 01:11:09 And one example, another example besides Google, would be Corning Glass. Sure. I mean, that went from maybe $80 to share and just went up because of data centers being constructed, got to $258 a share in June. Now, we're only at the end of July, and I think now it's trading like $130. So sometimes stocks can get ahead of themselves. Okay. And that's where we were talking offline about fear and greed, right?
Starting point is 01:11:40 So you have this, there's two levels of fear, right? You have fear of missing out, so you have to get in, and then maybe you pay up for something. And then there's a fear of like, what do I do now? like this is right in my face. And so, and that's something that I think, you know, we talk numbers all the time. But there's a lot of psychology that goes on in investing and doing your financial plan and things like that. Well, Corning is a great example of what you just said. Like if you don't, if you don't dig a little deeper, you don't think.
Starting point is 01:12:09 You're like Corning Glass, why would Corning Glass have anything to do with data centers? It's fiber optics, fiber optic data cables and all these things. So it's all these business opportunities you talk about. But finding the layers of that business. Yeah, maybe people aren't buying glassware, but they're buying a lot of fiber optic cable. So wire up these towns, communities, and these data centers. Right.
Starting point is 01:12:29 And last quarter, they did a $6 billion deal with Facebook, or META, which is going to report earnings tonight. So that got everybody all hepped up. And then you see it locally with Micron. You know, they've sold out all their chips for this year, probably all for next year. Good. But they can get out of whack because now your price for performance.
Starting point is 01:12:50 So Corning had a great quarter, 17% increase in earnings, I believe, and, you know, kind of in line. But if you're priced for perfection, you know. Well, we saw it with the Tesla call, right? 100%. The earnings that were not great. And then it's kind of been a slide since then. It's been a pretty big slide, right? And same, well, we haven't seen the earnings yet from SpaceX, but, you know, same kind of trajectory.
Starting point is 01:13:15 So, yeah, there's a lot of psychology that goes along with it. So what we try to do is get people in the game. Yeah. Let us try to manage that risk because full disclosure, we owned a corning glass. And we did sell some of it for people or portions of it. So because you want to manage that position. And so, but yeah, that first step get in the game is so important. And you never know when somebody gets tied up because we see now that the Paramount merger and all of that.
Starting point is 01:13:46 That's being held up by the courts. And that could be a year or more. Right. And I saw something where it's like every, I'm way above my skis now, but like every quarter that this merger doesn't happen, they're out like $600 million or some crazy thing. Right. And it starts ratcheting up, right? Yeah, it starts to ratchet up. So it kind of just come to a stop at any minute. Right.
Starting point is 01:14:05 So diversify, Cody. That's what you do. You got diversify. You get into pig bellies. You get into orange futures. Oh, pig games. Big bellies. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:12 Pork bellies, pig bellies. Yeah, that's what it is. All the bellies, yeah. All right, Lee. Well, listen, dollar investment club.com. not joking, it is great. It is a great program to be a part of. If we can afford it, you can probably afford it, and just start with that painful move. Right. And down what you're buying. You might not think. You're like, oh, it's just a $5 coffee. Well, that $5 coffee becomes
Starting point is 01:14:30 a $50 a week deal times four weeks. Yep. You got $200 or spending on coffee. And you really literally have to write it down. Yes, you do. It makes a difference. It's painful, but you do it. You literally have to write it down. Yep. And we all do it. And you'll be happy that you do, because when you're in the dollar investment club, personally speaking, and you break a tooth, and maybe you need a quick $2,000 to fix your tooth, you can take it out of that account.
