Starting point is 00:00:00 We interrupt this program. Previously, critics had brailed against the duo as crude, dumb, ugly, thoughtless, sexist, self-destructive, and foolish. They are not part of the legitimate business world. What they do is they celebrate underachievement. And all candor, I would tell you it's outrageous, Phil. And if I could find somewhere constitutionally to do away with it, I would. Let me, Dum, Dumkins. Hey, happy final day of summer.
Starting point is 00:00:52 This is it, last day of summer. Happy fall, y'all. Happy fall, y'all. In this house, we celebrate fall, y'all. It's Troctober for once that labor day's over, it's Troctober. It's going to be a... Till Thanksgiving. What were they saying on the news, like a chilly, rainy week this week, or nice?
Starting point is 00:01:13 Yeah, it's supposed to be really nice. So that's good for that because I don't know the hope I have in my old farmer's almanac. Because it hasn't been right really so far. But this fall is supposed to be a little chilly. And then this winter is supposed to be rough. No. But that's been wrong for like a year. It's been very, what's the word, disheartening?
Starting point is 00:01:37 The TikTok people, like the TikTok meteorologists I follow, say that weather's going to be pretty rough down south. this El Nino or whatever. El Nino. And I guess they're supposed to have a Rob Willer down there. That stands for the Nino. Yeah, I've heard that too.
Starting point is 00:01:56 Hopefully that's, uh... Well, don't worry, there won't be hurricane. You're welcome. You're welcome. On an Ileg Lake Parkway closed all week. Yeah, what are they doing? Bridge repairs. Like the...
Starting point is 00:02:07 The legend? It must be. That's what's blocked off. What do they got to do? I just imagine... I just imagine trying to like, do rivets to it. And it won't go through it. And it bounces off and it just develops eyes in the mouth and those arms and goes,
Starting point is 00:02:21 Ha ha ha ha ha. What kind of repairs does the Onondaga Lake Bridgney? Pune ones. That's the legend. Yeah. It fixes you. You don't fix it. Steel ramp.
Starting point is 00:02:35 Oh. How is everyone's weekend? Good? Yes. Yes. Yeah. We were very busy. boys. We'll tell you about our Friday.
Starting point is 00:02:47 Yeah. Excursion down to Willie Wonka's weed paradise, essentially. Yeah, I was going to say it was, uh, you don't remember it. So much. Where, what time is it? So much drugs.
Starting point is 00:02:59 Sorry, we had, it's, the weekend happened already? It happened. Yeah, it happened. Friday happened. How many of those days? I don't think, uh, Cody's been sober since Friday. I, well, I've gone on a little bit of an edible. Just, just because there were samples and they kept giving up. samples and I just kept letting it rip on weekend it felt good. Started about what time do we get in there?
Starting point is 00:03:23 Like noon, noon on, I want to say. A little before noon on Friday and you'd walk around to the booth. We'll walk you all through it. I brought a whole show and tell thing for you. But you'd walk around the booths and they'd be like, these samples are dosed and these are not dosed and I'd be like,
Starting point is 00:03:36 I don't have the non-dose and Cody's like, give me the dose one. Yeah, what's the dose one? And then you go to the next booth and they're like, this candy is dosed? This is not. I go, just give me the regular candy. Coet is, ah, how that dose one. And then we get it. We get about an hour and a half into it, and he's just standing there in the middle of the convention.
Starting point is 00:03:50 And he goes, I think I'm a little high. And I go, I think, I would expect you to be, bud. That was awesome. I would expect you to be. So. It was just great. I know a lot of people that's not their jam. It's not.
Starting point is 00:04:01 Do a bunch of edibles and say in the big crowded room. It does. No, I cannot be high around people. But I loved it. I, uh, I can't, I don't know how to rest with the fact that people served jail time, considerable jail time. Yeah. 10 years ago For what we did on Friday
Starting point is 00:04:21 Right For what we just did on Friday People lost 10 to 15 years 20 years of their lives Yeah Now what you say we'll talk about But my brain Still can't wrap around
Starting point is 00:04:32 Just How free it is All of it And then just the outside part Yeah That just when you look around It's like oh just Outside New York City
Starting point is 00:04:42 There's random New York City things Right there around you As you do all of this There were cops making sure people didn't break in to the weed thing. Making sure we were okay. Are you guys all right? Ten years ago, it was all, everyone was going to jail. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:56 For what we did on Friday. Nice. We got Dan on YouTube says I was at louder than life this weekend. I sit at the airport right now. Who was on that show? Everyone. Everybody was? Everybody.
Starting point is 00:05:06 I saw a couple. Did Marcus play that with Chad Gray this weekend? Oh, did he? I don't know. He was at a festival. I saw him post somewhere. I saw knocked loose doing a ton of stuff. Oh, is that where Badger was?
Starting point is 00:05:18 Is Wu-Tang there? Was that it? Maybe, yeah. Big festival weekend. I saw a lot of our friends were maybe at that show. I don't know. Because if not, then I saw something different. Ahoy, hoi, ho, everybody.
Starting point is 00:05:28 Happy Monday. Thank you for joining us. Chemical romance. Yeah, then that was... Yeah, Marcus played after my chemical romance. You posted. Danny Elfman. Who...
Starting point is 00:05:39 Is it just the one guy from The Prodigy then? I don't know who does for the Prodigy. because the prodigy hair guy, Keith. Prodigy was a group he just sang in Prodigy. He's part of it. He's part of it.
Starting point is 00:05:56 Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Wow, there's so many. Oh, the Mars Volta. I love the Mars Volta. Interesting. Yeah, not Knotclus was on there. That's cool, man.
Starting point is 00:06:06 I mean. So that explains all the videos I was seeing. Holy cow. Tool was there? Is this for real, though? What? Like, because I mean... Yeah, that lineup was crazy.
Starting point is 00:06:13 I mean, rise against Mars Volta, Massanon, pretty reckless, Coheed, Bill Murray, the U's, Taking Back Sunday, Kill Switch, Anthrax, Anthrax, Under oath, suicidal tendencies. Where was that Atlanta? Where was it?
Starting point is 00:06:27 Where was it? Where does it say? Where is it? Dan and YouTube. Kentucky. Kentucky Hard Mill. Kentucky. Come on now.
Starting point is 00:06:39 Kentucky. Data remember, Papa Roach, sublime. How are so many bands? It's not one show. Circa survive. Ice 9 kills. I don't know how they afford that.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Unreal. I don't know how they afford that. What was a ticket? A million dollars per person? Holy cow. That president ban? What a lineup. Sleep theory, war.
Starting point is 00:06:59 The president? President's one of those bands where you don't know who they are. Is that one of those things? Yeah. He covers his face. Yeah. I mean, I could literally keep going. Chelsea Grin.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Currants. There's so many. There's a band called Sylvie. Yeah, there's a band called Silly Goose. There is. So, a good weekend, down to Louisville, Dan, and YouTube. Wow. Apparently, Jeff Hardy out there, just doing a thing.
Starting point is 00:07:22 Jeff Hardy or Hardy? Nope, Jeff Hardy. Okay. All right. They'll get a new superstar. Jeff Hardy. He has about $400 for the four days. Which is kind of worth it.
Starting point is 00:07:33 Mailing and the Suns of Disaster? Dude, hell yeah. Is he doing stuff again? Our theme song. What a lineup, man. That's awesome. I didn't see you ever do any. anything again.
Starting point is 00:07:44 If I could tolerate being around people, that would be fun. That would be fun. I just... If I could be in like a pope-like box and air condition and beverages. Josie Scott's alive. Oh, his version of saliva. By the way, I could keep scrolling. There's still so many more to go.
Starting point is 00:07:57 I know. I know. Yeah, there's just... It's so many. I can't people that much. Four days or however long... Four days. I can't know.
Starting point is 00:08:05 I can't do four days of concert. And it's probably from 11 to 11. So it's just... Too much. Like my... Too much. A K Rockathon was my maximum output. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:17 And I got to be backstage for that. No, do that with a billion other bands at times a thousand for four straight days. I don't think I can handle it. I would like to go and do like some when they have those, like some of those serious rock stations go there and like, we're live from louder than life hanging out with the guys. Yeah, those are fun. Like that seems neat. That's old school radio stuff.
Starting point is 00:08:37 Yeah, but. We're like the bands that come over and talk to you or whatever, but then I don't really know what's going on with music anymore. But to be like a poor... Dan paid $1,000 for the VIP instead of it was well worth it. Hell yeah, that's awesome. If you got the money for it, man, you go do your thing.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Could you imagine how grumpy? Like that starts on a Thursday or whatever. Like, can't imagine how grumpy a Chuckie love would be today. I can't imagine. I would want to be around him. Oh, my goodness. Day three, Chuck E. He was running a stage.
Starting point is 00:09:04 Oh, my God. I see him after two days of taste of Syracuse. I can't imagine. Third day you get on his bad side on an accident. Oh, man. And Jojo is back from Red Rocks. We saw Jojo out there, Red Rocks. You all live in your lives.
Starting point is 00:09:17 Good for you. Good for you as we get closer to the end of days. But no, we're having a good time. You all got to go enjoy your concerts over the weekend. Coco and I were at our weed show. Look at us. Good us. Living the lives, guys.
Starting point is 00:09:32 Living the lives. Well, a Florida man. I didn't know this was a felony. He's facing domestic dispute charges after he began farting in bed. I guess I'm going to jail Excuse me Anthony Gordon 32 Was arrested for allegedly
Starting point is 00:09:48 Now this is This is where it gets not funny He aggressively strangled his girlfriend When she asked him to stop passing gas Okay Dude you're kind of a dick about that Yeah Yeah
Starting point is 00:10:01 She spit on him A fight broke out essentially But it was all triggered By him farting in bed Now Farting in bed That's the funny part. Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:12 You know, the domestic violence, never funny to put your hands on a woman. No. Or a man in that case. Gordon is charged with domestic battery, strangulation, third degree felony, and so on. Could face up to five years in prison. Yeah, he sounds like a scumbag. I just didn't know if the farting was chargeable. Yeah, like what?
Starting point is 00:10:28 Like, what's the, like, oh, he will, oh, wow, in that case. Like, scale one to ten, how bad did it stink? Yeah, right now. I think they were ten. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Sir, hands behind your back. Yeah, the, if the, if the, if the, if the, if the, it's, it's, it's, it's, If the assault can be tied to the gas, then I'm in a little bit of trouble here in this room, but otherwise.
Starting point is 00:10:45 It'd probably have to grossly like, I don't know, be like right. I don't know. I don't know. Hold on. Just bet, no, no, what? I was going to ask Cody AIA about how, like, how can you, is it chargeable offense to fart on somebody? Ask them. Is it any state, it's a chargeable offense? Go ahead. In any state, is it a chargeable offense to fart on somebody? Oh, it's a lot of internet searching. Intentionally farting on someone can be a chargeable offense in most places.
Starting point is 00:11:18 Typically under assault, battery, or harassment laws. These laws cover any unwanted physical contact. Credit. Even if it involves airborne gas. For legal advice, consult a professional. Oh, I thought it was going to say, flatulence, flatulence, statute. There's no specific flatulence. Okay.
Starting point is 00:11:36 I can't even say that. Flatulential statute. Flatulence, statute. Say that. 10 times fast. We'll ask Joe Stanley next time he's in here. A battery could be assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, or contempt. But why most farts aren't prosecuted is that it's just, it's hard to prove.
Starting point is 00:11:55 Your Honor, this is my first flatulent offense. Please. You're on. My client is still. But if, you know, you jump up and like in someone's face and there's a cop around, maybe they could do something. But I would imagine the cop is going to be completely really confused. Like, I guess I got to arrest some, you for that?
Starting point is 00:12:16 It's a matter of like, if I jumped up and there's a cop right there and I just put my butt holes as close as I could to your eye and just farted, you'd have to probably get really mad. And then the cop would be like, all right, all right. And then we laugh. And then we laugh. Because he doesn't want to do that paperwork. Although being in jail, just sitting in the jail cell for a little bit.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Why are you here? Yeah, fart in Cody's face. I'll take a cool million. buyout. You give me a million dollars you'll never hear from me again. I mean, I make balls and I'm good at my job. These guys are here I suck. You're okay. Here's $76 million. We're talking about Cody's FSU Seminoles who were up on Alabama. 216, I want to say.
Starting point is 00:13:01 They were beating Alabama. But it wasn't even just that they were up a little bit. They were, they looked really good. And then just. And then they fell apart a little bit. And that night, Cody wanted the coaches just had on a platter. You want him fired. Just don't come back on the plane with us. What's his name?
Starting point is 00:13:17 Mike Norvalus. Mike Norvalis will be paid $51 million to not do his job. Right? Mm-hmm. And some of these guys, they get fired to get better jobs. Right. You got fired. Well, it's all right.
Starting point is 00:13:33 Don't give us a better job because you got the potential. They were up 21 to 6 on Alabama and then blew it all away. And Katie's right. If I get fired, I get put on a list and can never get a teaching job again. Coaches get fired. Get millions to get another job that day they do. It's unreal. It's amazing.
Starting point is 00:13:48 To be a foot of coach. At least, if they did better than I thought they would, to be honest with you. So I guess let's go back to Thursday night. Yeah, you fell to pit. Yeah. And that was rough. Yeah. People are already calling for France.
Starting point is 00:14:05 Well, Angelia, this town's already over him. That didn't take long. He ain't the guy. But you've been saying since game one, he's the guy. There's just something when you watch him play, there's just, like when you watch Kyle McCord out there when he was here, there was something like you felt while he was on the field. And Jelley, it's almost like the exact opposite.
Starting point is 00:14:29 There's no presence. I don't know. I don't know really anything about sports. But I would assume when. And it's third and eight trying to run it up the gut every time is not the play to call. That's mid-90s high school football. You got to run up the middle, run up the middle, run up the middle. What are you doing?
Starting point is 00:14:53 Because that sets you up for later times. You run up the middle, run up the middle, punt, run up the middle, punt, run up the middle, punt. Because later you run up the middle, run up the middle, pass. Touchdown. And that's, I don't think that's Fran's mentality, but that's the way it felt when you're like, well, you just said, third and eight, stop running up the middle. running up the middle. Because their running game is pretty decent when it's working with the rest of the offense.
Starting point is 00:15:16 And I can hear all the sports nerds out there being like, Josh, you don't know anything. Well, it didn't work. Yeah, no, you don't know. I know it didn't work. Yeah. But also, you're going to trust Angelie to throw the ball because he throws pretty much picks. Yeah, I don't, I just don't like his presence. So I don't know what your answer is.
Starting point is 00:15:33 And it's funny, you know, coming from a little guy. He doesn't have the arm power. You know, I'm not an ex quarterback. I don't think he has the arm power to make the throws that the plays call for. Like the wide receivers run these, they have like route trees, if you will. They learn the route trees. Sure. I feel like it's different skill sets where they're still running plays that Cal McCord would be able to make.
Starting point is 00:15:59 He could make these throws. And I don't know if Angelie can. And I don't know the kid's name behind them, but I don't know if those are the answers. That's just what's fun about sports talk. I was just going to ask that. I don't know because I thought it might be NC State, but I don't think so. Syracuse football will play Yukon. Okay, so.
Starting point is 00:16:18 No, on the third. They're not going to buy a week this week. Okay, so the chance to get things right and then come back and go to Yukon, get a victory, hopefully. Is Yukon any beatable team? Yes, but Syracuse does that thing where they lose. They'll go to somebody like that and somehow it'll be seven to three in the third quarter and all the sudden they score again. and now they're losing 14 to 3. And a crazy college football game-ending blunder.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Never my life. I've never seen this. It's one of the biggest blunders in college football history. NC State is up by three points against Vanderbilt. With six seconds left in the game. Yeah. Even though they were back on their own four-yard line, they had two choices.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Run out the clock or just get tackled in the end zone, take the safety, and still win by a point. Yeah. Yeah. You got to do the thing. You can't just kneel it? Why couldn't he kneel it? Don't know.
Starting point is 00:17:13 You should have. Just kneel the ball. Or just what you do is you turn, you toss it, height, you turn, you run for one second, you turn and you hook that son of a bitch out of the stadium and you take the two points and now they have like three seconds to, you know, try to do anything. And they wouldn't, but not what the dude did. C.J. Bailey has six seconds to burn here. Bailey.
Starting point is 00:17:36 Bailey is tackled with a ball. The ball cape. What a wild win for Vanderbilt. It just sounds so cool to have a college football team that wins games. Right. Listen to that crowd. It would be so fun to win some games. Right.
Starting point is 00:18:03 No. Not, not, not, not us. Not us. Nick dropped his hot pocket when that happened. It's just the way he, because he panicked. You could tell he went to, like, Neil. And then I don't know if it just messed him up because he was in the end zone. And a little brain fart, because he was like, oh, I can't kneel it.
Starting point is 00:18:20 But that's, you take the two points. Yeah. You give them the two points to not give up the six points. But he like did like a, oh, and then stood up a little. Sounds like they were in Vanderbilt when that happened. Yeah, it popped right out. I know, Nick. College football teams that win.
Starting point is 00:18:36 They are out there. I don't know what that feels like, but they are out there. No, it's one of those where the transfer portal is, till all that, since the old, I'm going to keep saying it until they fix all that. It's not going to happen up here. It's not going to be much different. I was laughing. I was laughing at Cody's Florida State Seminoles as they went to the 28-year-old kicker, Cody.
Starting point is 00:18:59 We like him. Oh. 28-year-old kicker on FSU. Yeah, but sometimes you get a 20-year-old kicker. Well, he ain't even that old. As over the weekend, a 48-year-old father of three named Justin Buzzard made his college. The Buzzard? Is that, do you know who he is?
Starting point is 00:19:17 Oh, but the buzzards swore or swoops again. He is a defensive lineman. Oh, my God. Where? San Jose City College. Oh, that is awesome. He dreamed of playing back in the day. And when he lived in Washington,
Starting point is 00:19:30 injuries kept him from ever seeing the field. There was an opening on the field, and Justin put a lot of work in to get into shape. Man's older than me. I feel good. I mean, I'm sore all the time. I haven't hit anyone in a football game in 30 years, so that felt good to do.
Starting point is 00:19:46 I mean, I'm just sprinting all the time, so my hamstrings are on fire. A lot of guys call me Mr. Buzzard. Yeah. Yeah. You're Mr. Buzzard. Sir. A lot of the kids call me. Sir.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Mr. Buzzard. Sir. Excuse me, sir. I'm on the team. He does their homework for him. Excuse me, Dad. I'm not your dad. I'm not your dad.
Starting point is 00:20:10 Did you make me lunch? I'm not your dad. I'm not your dad. I'm not your dad. Oh, sorry. Can you give him a ride to practice? I'm not your dad. Mr. Buzzard.
Starting point is 00:20:19 They get into his car to go home. All right. Could you get something to eat? Could you get food? I'm not your dad. I'm not your dad. But yes, yeah, but I'm also older. He might be older than a lot of their dads too.
Starting point is 00:20:28 Oh, that's great. Mm-hmm. Mr. Buzzard. Congratulations, Mr. Buzzard. The carcass of a 48-year-old man. 48-year-old man. If they played a game yet, because I'm not like the first game they play, it seems just going to get tossed.
Starting point is 00:20:41 This was the one. No, I can't open the link right now, but he made his college football day. Does it say like... I can't cook the link. You can look up. Mr. Buzzard. Mr. Buzzard, it's like a funny British show. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:53 Mr. Buzzard plays footy. Mr. Buzzard takes the field. Good boy's beer. Any other college football stuff from the weekend? Not that I can think of, right? No, it's just really good games for college football. Yep. So we're in it.
Starting point is 00:21:08 We got Monday night. We'll talk NFL as well later on this morning. Yeah. But again, Bill's played Thursday. I had nothing to watch yesterday. It was wild. Cowboys beat the commanders. and Giants play tonight.
Starting point is 00:21:18 So, yeah, if you only watch, like, local stuff, then you had to watch the Jets. Somehow, though, the Jets, right? Did they pull that? Oh, no, they lost in overtime yet. Oh, that sounds like the Jets. They jetted. We'll talk NFL later on this morning.
Starting point is 00:21:31 Happy last day of summer, technically. I do. People were going to show up and start throwing chairs through the windows. I think everyone's moved on to fall mentally. I know I have. Yeah, that's it. There's going to be a couple. There's going to be the days we're,
Starting point is 00:21:46 It'll still be nice and warm. There'll be a few that slap us around in the 80s. I bet there'll be one or two. I'm on my fall BS. This weekend we're doing our fall family fun stuff. It's fall time. We'll hit up an orchard somewhere. I need to wear a sweatshirt when I'm outside from a little campfire.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Right. I wore pants yesterday. Kansas is 95 days till Christmas. Cowboys Zuba. I had still pants. I had sweatpants on too for a little bit. Yeah, just felt nice. As let's tell you about our Friday adventures.
Starting point is 00:22:15 Friends, we talked about. I'm telling you. Where is it going? Everything. So I don't, please don't break into my house and try to steal my weed. I'll just give it to you if you feel that need. Just share.
Starting point is 00:22:31 There's no need. Because I do have a lot right now and I don't want to have a target on myself. But we got a lot of samples. Yeah. It was awesome. We deserve it. We went down to Rubbery Buyers Club on Friday. It's, I believe,
Starting point is 00:22:46 I think it's the biggest, like, from what I understood, the biggest cannabis convention in the state for all the legal growers, all the legal buyers, all of that stuff. It's that kind of thing. We head down, take Cody into the city. He gets to drive through Chinatown. He gets to see lower Manhattan this time. Yeah, I took, I got to just edit them all.
Starting point is 00:23:08 I took so many pictures of buildings like a tourist. Yeah, good. There was a bunch of cool, yeah, good. Things that I've never, ever seen ever in. my entire life. You got to go through Chinatown. I showed you I used to work down off Canal Street and Tribeca right there. We drove through there. There's some cool spots there. The universe on the way home refused to let Cody go through a tunnel. I was mentally prepared, but every time that it went. It was weird how the universe was on your side. Dude, so we're in, we're in Lower
Starting point is 00:23:40 Manhattan. And I want to take the Holland Tunnel out of Manhattan. Our buddy Jason was driving. So we I was in the passenger seat. So we're like, what's head towards the Holland Tunnel. We're getting towards the Holland Tunnel on Canal Street. Kind of takes you up the Holland Tunnel. Entrance, we miss the entrance. This thing gets cut off. Then the thing reroutes itself.
Starting point is 00:24:01 And we're like, all right, I guess we're going to go through the Lincoln Tunnel, which is up near Midtown. We're driving up. I think it's like 42nd Street. You got to get on the Lincoln Tunnel. Yeah. Blocked off. I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:24:13 So two times, I wanted to go through a tunnel. Boom. So it was just west side highway to the GWB, and we got over the bridge again. But it's just two tunnels avoided. I loved it. The view down that whole stretch was so cool that I didn't mind. I know driving is a little different. But let's talk about the event itself. That's hilarious. We park, we get the truck parked and we go into, again, this is going to be a lobster too buttery steak too juicy story. Yeah, but that's. It was. What it was.
Starting point is 00:24:46 It was crazy. We get our passes and we walk in to just Willy Wonka's Wonderland of weed. Yes, it really was what I kind of thought it would be because it was what I hoped it would be because I told you I kept building it up. And my head's so big all week that I was nervous that it was going to disappoint. Oh, it does not disappoint. Not only was it exactly what I thought it was going to be, it was more. It was magical. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:18 So I guess not exactly. And we went in and they hand you, they hand you like the convention bag. Yeah. But Cody and I brought backpacks as well. Yep. And wasn't enough. Wasn't enough.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Wasn't enough. As, I'm not exaggerating. And maybe Twitch viewers and YouTube viewers, I'll show you the photo of my hall. Cody had the exact same amount. And I do want you to jump in Twitch on YouTube because I want to show you some cool.
Starting point is 00:25:45 things we brought back that exist, like, they're going to be new in the market. Yeah. And we just went, booth to booth. Hey, what do you guys have? We got these new chocolates. You want to try them? And like I said earlier in the show, they're like, those are the dozed ones. These are the non-dosed ones.
Starting point is 00:26:01 And I would take non-dose and Cody would take the dose. Because they want you to sample their products and to buy. Bulk buy their things. Yeah. They're like, this is what we have for sale, blah, blah, blah. They are, depending on what. what, you know, line of work you're in, car salesmen. They're all, it's all salespeople.
Starting point is 00:26:20 But not, they're not slimy. Every person that was doing all that, they were all very nice. A lot of slimy, a lot of slimy dispensary owners. Yeah, those, that was. I can't express how many, astonishing. Scummy dispensary owners are in this state. Just, yeah, just rude.
Starting point is 00:26:34 Just stereotypical rude. Think that they are owed. Hey, get me away. What is this? They got their chains on. A couple of them had dogs with them for some reason. Yeah, it was a lot. They thought they were characters.
Starting point is 00:26:47 I'm just like, what are you, dude? Jesus. In their own world. We saw new drinks. We saw new candies. We saw, I'm going to show you guys in chat here. There's a coffee creamer, a little bottle of coffee creamer that's dosed. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:04 So you're going to be able to buy. It was literally if you went to like a taste of Syracuse and each place wanted you to give them their business. so bad that they, every one of them had a bunch of free samples and some merch and stuff like that to give you. And they all had their, their pitches and their products. We saw all of our friends, Steve from Real Life Botanicals and his crew was down there. Yeah, that was fun. That was fun. Saw the whole heirloom crew was down there.
Starting point is 00:27:34 Yep. Who else do we know? Oh, we saw Cat from Stizzy. We know Cat from Stizzy. Which was great to see people's faces that, you know, we who have been in the, technically in the industry for the second that it became legal. Yeah. Like, oh, you guys, like, that's great.
Starting point is 00:27:51 You deserve to be here. Of course we're here. Yes, we do. We're finding the best products in New York State. Yep. Saw a lot of new friends. And there's just going to be a lot. I'm telling you, there's going to be a lot of great products in the New York market.
Starting point is 00:28:04 Extremely excited. There already is. Because it's now that it's gone through different waves I've seen in the few years. Especially doing Cocoa Pops where I've seen every single process. product. Yeah. It's gone from, all right, now just mass produce everything you can get out so we can get everything out into the market.
Starting point is 00:28:23 Yeah. So now people are tailoring back. All right. We don't need to have 80 different things here. This, there's like the new, I've showed you before that they have the pouches that you guys like. If you like your Zin pouches. Yep.
Starting point is 00:28:39 What, like the drinks, the drinks that are going to be available and are available are going to knock your socks off. I like the little changes that are happening within the industry of how it's getting away from some wordage that might be to people like me, you know, Sativa and Indica and hybrids and all that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I get all that and everything. But to someone that doesn't care. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:05 They're more of daytime. Yeah, a lot of these brands are just going to. Nighttime. Morning. Here's sleep. Here's energy. Yes. happy.
Starting point is 00:29:14 Very, very easy to understand because it's not just, it's what we talked about for a long time. I'm going to do weed drugs. Yeah, you already got the stoners. You got me. You don't need to convince me in all sorts or whatever. You got to convince the people that are going, oh, marijuana. I mean, I don't know. Like we've been saying for years, it's the guys or gals who are like, you know,
Starting point is 00:29:36 I'll have a couple of beers at night or I'll have a glass of wine at night. Well, why don't you come try this drink and you feel a little better the next day? Or why don't you come try this edible? and you feel better the next day. Yep. And what's awesome is that it's easy to help those people now because it's not just like when I first smoked, it was, here's a big fat Dutch.
Starting point is 00:29:55 Yeah. Blaze up, bro. Now it's here's a nice, calm. Still a lane for that. Morning gummy. Many people down there had blondes and they had all the other stuff. But I'm going to show you some mints that are available. I'll show you some drinks that are available.
Starting point is 00:30:11 It's more about just, you know, you know, management of whatever, anxiety, pain, sleepiness, just whatever. Yeah. Instead of always just, let's get as high as we can. It was overwhelming. That's still there. It was so many. It was packed.
Starting point is 00:30:27 Yes. And then they're like, hey, there's an outside part. That's what made me, I've been thinking about it all weekend that like, we got, we got to go back. There's so much more now that we know that we need to do. Well, they do it twice a year. They do one in the city and they do one in Hudson Valley. We'll go to the. the Hudson Valley one as well.
Starting point is 00:30:44 Because if they allowed for, like, re-entry, it'd be a little different. And then we could, like, come back, smoke or whatever, relax, get some food, hang out, or whatever. Because once you have all that stuff, it's like, well, no, I don't want to eat a cheeseburger now. I have 50 bags of... This is not responsible. I did not eat all day.
Starting point is 00:31:06 I didn't. We left at seven. That was not true. What do you eat? Tons of we... Tons of addibles. Yeah, yeah. No, but we left at seven.
Starting point is 00:31:14 I don't like eating early in the morning. No, I didn't want to. By the time we're leaving, I realized, oh, my God, I had not eaten a meal today. Well, I wanted to, once we got outside, it was just too hot. I was too hot. It was too hot on Friday. Halfway through that, I was like, oh, I'm not hungry anymore, so I wasn't worried. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:32 I mean, now, just if you could, they had a place to like, all right, yep, you can go back and come back in through here. And the lines were really long for the food and stuff. Yeah. It was a busy, busy day. It was a work day. Learning about the brands. I think that that is already outgrown that place. Oh, it was too pat.
Starting point is 00:31:48 It was too packed. It needs to put it in perspective for here. It's a place that probably when it started, having it in the center of progress building was perfectly fine. Now it needs to go to the Expo Center. Yeah, because they couldn't keep that room cool. Everybody was sweating their balls up. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:06 It was really cool. It's not like a thing that's open to the public. You either got to be in the industry. Yes. Or pay a lot of money. I think to get into it, but we saw a lot of people that we knew. No, it was, it was great. And I'm glad I won.
Starting point is 00:32:18 I didn't get strong-armed into going at all. You did not get strong. It was perfect. But no, that was. Twitch.tv slash the show or the show. Dot fm. Jump in there right now. I want to show you a couple really cool products that are new on the market that you
Starting point is 00:32:30 probably see popping up on a cocoa puff. We're going to bring back lunch buds and just do it ourselves. So we'll start doing lunch buds content again to show you guys all this stuff. There's just so much. Your new favorite food is out. Hmm. What? It's available.
Starting point is 00:32:45 What will be my new favorite food? Now, it's part of 15 different varieties that are on the shelves. But the new one is hot honey spam. Like, hello. Well, no, I was waiting for more. No, hot honey flavored spam. Just. Pitten grocery stores is a permanent flavor to bring a sweet and spicy twist to the classic canned meats.
Starting point is 00:33:12 Not even on anything. thing just oh yeah just a can and they rolled it around you don't know what you're missing but they said a big hunk of spam and he just rolled it around in a levada hot honey and then jammed it into that gross can now one thing i didn't think about as the press release announcing this talks about spam breakfast sandwiches people love spam and i could get down with a spam breakfast sandwich? Didn't you What?
Starting point is 00:33:42 Oh no, you just just made it Right? When we did it in here? No, that spam. I was thinking if you didn't you make a breakfast sandwich or something? No, I just like it on bread, but I'll, I'm thinking now I've been really into pininis this last two weeks. Yeah, I'm sure that wouldn't be bad.
Starting point is 00:33:58 If you don't mind spam, you could do a pinini. I could F with a spam panini, I think. Because what have you been just doing like meat sandwiches? Turkey, panini. have been. Dude, yesterday. That does not good. Just switch out the turkey for a little spam.
Starting point is 00:34:13 I'm embarrassed to even admit this. But yesterday, get out the Panini maker because your boy was on schedule for his noontime paninis. Now, my move, I'm checking my. Times it. Oh, sounds like. Quarter after 12. Sounds like it's panini time.
Starting point is 00:34:28 So I get out the panini press. Now my usual move is I lay out four slices of bread, butter the backs, combine. Basically, I make two paninis, right? Okay. So I'll have two full turkey paninis. But then yesterday I'm like, we need an appetizer grilled cheese.
Starting point is 00:34:48 So I made a grilled cheese appetizer to eat while I cooked my two main paninis. So you had six pieces of bread? Yeah. I had three full sandwiches. You remember that when in any point for the next two hours, I'm going, oh my God. As he destroys this room.
Starting point is 00:35:05 Nah. It's just congealing in my heart. I can feel it. I can feel the fats in my heart. Just a little side saddle. No, a starter sandwich. A starter grilled cheese. Oh, sorry, sorry, a starter.
Starting point is 00:35:17 I love a grilled cheese. I love it. But full size. Yeah. But what? Was it a question? No, I did not use mayo. I still can't do that.
Starting point is 00:35:27 I still can't do that. No. So you just needed something to kind of hold onto and eat while you would make and then wait for the full. I didn't want three full paninis. The word pinini sounds dumb now. I wanted two with turkey. Yeah. And one just started grilled cheese.
Starting point is 00:35:43 Yeah, just cheese, duh. Guys, that's your boy. Here's the different flavors of spam you can get. Now, I didn't know this. I didn't know there was so many options. What? What are you laughing at? I like Susan.
Starting point is 00:35:57 Susan, the chance says, did your mind say no to the grilled cheese at any time? No, no, no, no, no. No. Got to build up the belly base. Ace gets it. Ace gets it. Good to know. Um, Korean barbecue spam.
Starting point is 00:36:09 Oh. I don't know how to pronounce this, so I apologize. Gaushu Shang? Yeah. Gaushu Jang flavored? I, no. Just no. Japanese barbecue spam.
Starting point is 00:36:19 I keep waiting for you to say stuff after. Bacon spam. Huh. Is it? So it tastes like... Well, you're a psychopath that'll eat turkey bacon, so I would imagine. Turkey bacon. Sean's coming in with a pillow.
Starting point is 00:36:31 I guess he's sleeping in the building now, Sean, right there. Oh, all right. Uh, oven roasted turkey. turkey spam. Now see, none of these are making any sense. Because you don't like spam. You don't like processed meats. But they're just taking a little bit of turkey and dumping it in the vat.
Starting point is 00:36:45 I think it's just the flavoring. I don't think it's even, I think you're getting spam. It's just flavored. Scort some turkey flavor in there. Hickory smoke spam. Ooh, hickory smoke spam. Terriaki spam. Okay.
Starting point is 00:36:57 And jalapeno. Yeah, so they're just... I didn't know we were messing with so many spam flavors right now. Yeah, that's an unnecessary. need for shelf space. All those spam cans? All those spam? How am I going to put six
Starting point is 00:37:13 varieties of spam? Yeah, but I kind of want to see who's buying it. Like, I want to just wait in that aisle and be like, okay, sir, why are you buying that? I like spam. I want to know those people. I mean, you like spam? I do, but I've never bought a can. No? I've just, it's always been acquired
Starting point is 00:37:29 in some way. It's just always there. I've never gone down the aisle and purchased spam. I don't even, where is it? Like the tuna fish? Maybe it would make sense. With the little like weird fish where they put a bunch of fish into the cans and all that stuff. The aisle nobody should be in. Those little gross mini sausages.
Starting point is 00:37:46 Yeah, yeah. The Vienna sausages, but the mini ones. Or the sardines in the cans. That would Frank used to get the sardines? That, um, canned meats. Really oysters. He liked, too. Those little, there's little canned oysters.
Starting point is 00:38:00 Or that jar of the whole chicken. Remember the whole chicken? Yes. And then he'd awful. Just. Yep. Don't think that should be in a can. No, you can't fit whole chickens in a can. All right, I'll do a spam pinini and I'll report back, okay?
Starting point is 00:38:12 All right, go ahead. I'll let you know. You're going to have to. I'll let you know. Puka, Bella, I'm sure you've noticed some changes. How are you talking to? I'm just practicing for when I have to tell the dogs about the twins. You know, because they'll be fine in the spacious third row seat. But the twins. Can sleep peacefully thanks to the rear manual sunshade.
Starting point is 00:38:28 And what about the... Extra cargo space for strollers and dog beds? I guess you're right. Can we go to the hospital now? The contractions are. getting closer. The three-row Lexus TX, because everyone should feel like the center of the universe. See Burtick Lexus and Cicero.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Is that Mark Tremani? What are there? I've seen you. What are you doing there? Oh, my little guitar. On my left hand. What are you at the do-de-de-de-de-de. Hoi-ho, everybody.
Starting point is 00:38:58 Happy Monday. September 21st, the final day of summer. Ow. This is K. Rock. Of course, we are the show. The Show. FM. You want to get all of our links, live streams, and podcasts.
Starting point is 00:39:09 Boom, right there. But more importantly, Cody, it is a very important day today. What? As we are kicking off. What is that? Fat bear we... Yeah. Big fat, thick-ass bear ass.
Starting point is 00:39:26 100 bears will be narrowed down. Or they have. Finalists were narrowed down for more than 100 bears. They kill the other bears. They have to. They got to put them down. Yep. And I never know how to say this Kotmi National Park.
Starting point is 00:39:39 Katami National Park. It is the annual online showdown that turns Alaska's bulkiest brown bears into internet celebrities. For its 12th edition, Cody Let's Meet the Bears. Ooh, they're doing families this year. Yeah, there's some families, a new family category. So jump in Twitter head to the showdown at FM if you want to see the bears. As first, we've got Bear 132, a large adult female. identified by the inverted V shape.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Little ball, yes. On her forehead. That's how you know. She's forging with her three clubs. First identified in 2009. Bear 284, recognized by her prominent shoulder hump, grizzled brown fur, and blonde-tipped ears. So they're getting fat even with babies, right?
Starting point is 00:40:30 Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. They're eating salmons. Bear 901 has become one of Brooks River's most recognizable female bears. Her ability to build substantial fat Helps her endure winter and successfully raise cubs Bear 806 recognized by her blonde, tipped ears and grizzled brown fur Bear 909, the daughter of 409 bead nose and sister of 910
Starting point is 00:40:59 These two are huge, bro. So a good lineage. Holy cow. Brobath brought both heartbreak and resistance. as she navigated the loss of her litter this year. So a little bit of a sad story behind that one, but it's good to know about the competitors in the backgrounds. Oh, my.
Starting point is 00:41:18 428 is a former, and you can see on your screen, former champion. It is a spot behind the blonde ears and grizzled coat, raised with some access to Brooks Falls, best fishing spots. I can't even fathom the next two. Now, Bear one. 331.
Starting point is 00:41:36 Oh, my God. That's a big fat bear. Oh my God. For those you're just listening, his name's marshmallow. Where do you see that? On the Fat Bear Week. Oh, you're looking.
Starting point is 00:41:46 It has a nickname. The numbers have a nickname? Yeah. Bear 130 recognized. This is the first one. This one's marshmallow. Grown from an adventurous young sub-adult into a maturing adult at Brooks River.
Starting point is 00:41:57 She enters her prime years and she is reaching the age when female bears often raise their first cubs. Wow. That's a big fat bear. Oh, my goodness. 9-10. No name enough for this one.
Starting point is 00:42:07 daughter of former fat bear week champion 409 B-nose. Oh, really? Has a dark coat and strong family ties. Yeah, these two are the two biggest bears I think I've ever seen. 32 named Chunk became one of Kotmi's biggest bears after seeing and being identified in 2007. A 2005 jaw injury likely came from a bear fight. Remember that one that was still getting big and fat even though had that jaw injury? Backpack earned his nickname by riding on his mother and four.
Starting point is 00:42:37 Fat Bear Week champion, Holly, while crossing the river. Fat bear. 151 once sought out playmates. The easygoing young bear has become a very different bear in adulthood. Oh my God. Look at 141 Buckley. That's a big fat bear. Oh, boy.
Starting point is 00:42:54 He learned to navigate competition and seize opportunity as a young bear at Brooks River. That's a big fat bear. Bear 610 is unusually small and alone when first identified, but her early independence remains a mystery. Bear 620 Had her early years In an uncommon family group And Bear 694
Starting point is 00:43:15 Testing out the waters Gully Bear 903 is believed to be the son Of former Fat Bear Week champion Grazer And who he learned the rewards and risks Of Brook Falls at an early age A lot of family bears
Starting point is 00:43:29 A lot of lineage in Family Bear Fat Bear Week week A lot of family bears So what do you see? The voting has started Are you on the actual Fat Bear Week site? Yes, yep. It starts tomorrow, it looks like, and it goes to the 29th. So pick your favorites. Get your big fat bear going.
Starting point is 00:43:44 They're going to be fattening up. And then they what? They climb into their hibernation. Yeah, they just find a big hole on the ground. Get on in there. All right, well, climb in there. Take a nap. Yeah, a lot of netbo bears, Kelly.
Starting point is 00:43:56 I agree. Right. Interesting. A lot of netbo bears, but they've earned it. They put on their own pounds. I'm rooting marshmallow. Do you like marshmallow? Yep.
Starting point is 00:44:04 That's the big fat one you saw? 131. Okay. Yep, 131 versus 9-10. Pick your favorites. I think the match up. Pick your favorites. We'll, of course, do our Fat Bear Week rankings later on in the show.
Starting point is 00:44:15 Well, yes, we'll fill out our brackets. After dark. There he is. Lenny Kravitz. Oh, apparently. Where is he? I live in a universe where I didn't think Lenny Kravitz was still as big of a deal as he is. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:34 Because Barbie just announced Lenny Kravitz Barbie. Like a doll? A doll. Okay. I don't... Maybe I live in an alternate universe. Lenny Kravitz has two songs, right? He has that one and then he has the slower one.
Starting point is 00:44:50 It's like there's a couple. There's the one that sounds similar to that one and then there's the other one. But he's... They're all very similar. It's just he's kind of banked off of those for this whole time very successfully. And every year, almost every week, there's new Lenny Kravitz news. He was just in a show I watch. He's going to be in GTA 6 for some reason.
Starting point is 00:45:12 But doing old Lenny Kravitz stuff. Yeah! It's not like he's dropping bangers. No, it's the same Lenny Kravitz from the 1900s. Yeah. That just permeates into the 2020s now. And he's never had like a down year. He never changed his look.
Starting point is 00:45:29 Nope, he's just, I'm going to. He's still gorgeous. He's cut his hell. He keeps working out where there's leather pants, lets his dong out every once in a while for him to see. Part of the Barbie signature Kenbasseters collection. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:41 Kravitz follows LeBron James. LeBron James? As being the second main in history to have a Barbie doll created after him. So there's been Lenny Kravitz and LeBron James. Let me see.
Starting point is 00:45:55 I want to see. Here is on my screen right now. What? Twitch.tv slash the show or the show. com. Quote, the clothes the doll is wearing are replications of the clothes that I've been wearing on tour.
Starting point is 00:46:08 We've got it down to the details, the boots, the jeans, blah, blah, blah. He goes on and on. Is his hair that long now? I guess he just, he hasn't aged. He has the same gimmick for 40 years. He's handsome Lenny Kravitz. Oh my God. What?
Starting point is 00:46:23 Guess how much it is it? Just probably the cheapest place of Walmart. $70. Yeah. For Lenny Kravitz doll. He won his last Grammy in 2002, according to jealousy, which still seems more current than I don't know. You know?
Starting point is 00:46:37 Melfire's right. When you look like that, you don't need new music. No, that's what I mean. That's what he's been able to do this whole time, is just bank off all that and just keep playing little things. Like, you know, he'll just go on like the Today Show, play his couple hits, have his, the people go nuts for him, and then he pieces out and his Lennie Kravitz.
Starting point is 00:46:57 I respect the hell out of the guy's hustle because he's just always been Lennie Kravitz. Yep. And it's like when in 2026, you're the Mattel company and you're like, Like, who, what man could we honor with a Barbie? There's only one word that comes to mind. It's Lenny. Cravats. Cravitz.
Starting point is 00:47:15 You got put cravets in there. It's cravets or nothing. Good for him, man. Hey, hey, guess what? It's cravits or butts or busts? Cravitz or bust. So good for Lenny Kravitz, making a long time career off of two songs. I think it's more of his look than his songs.
Starting point is 00:47:31 I mean, he's fine. It just works. Songs are fine. And he doesn't, I think, what also helps, He doesn't try to, like, go bigger and beyond. And, you know what I mean? Like, he stays in his lane. Yeah, there was never a Lenny Kravitz country album.
Starting point is 00:47:45 He knows what Lenny knows what he's good. He never tried a hip-hop album. Nope, he knows what he's good at. He's like, I'm going to play this guitar. I'm going to take my shirt off. Yep, I wear these leather pants. I got a nose ring and abs. And I got these dreads.
Starting point is 00:47:57 I don't need anything else. I'm going to stay just like this. He's kept it tight for 40 years, essentially. Yep, he understood it. He understood that I. M. Lenny Kravitz. Why do I got to be anybody else? There is not a person under the age of 35 that buys a Lenny Kravitz, Kendall, right?
Starting point is 00:48:15 Like, it's people like Malfire in their 40s going to buy them. I mean, like, oh, I want Lenny Kravitz doll. They want to have a little shirtless Lenny Kravitz on their work desk. Yeah. Oh, yeah, I can't imagine that the kids are going to be clamoring for the Lenny Kravitz doll to play with. No. They don't even know who Lenny Kravitz is. With Barbie and Skipper.
Starting point is 00:48:33 Yeah. It's going to be women in their 40s, yeah. Oh, I wanted the Barbie that was pregnant. Was the Barbie or Skipper that was pregnant? Oh, I don't remember. Was it like a teen pregnancy? Yeah, just had a little hole in the pop a little baby out of her. Right, Gobble?
Starting point is 00:48:46 He's still making bank without getting all kinds of celebrity drama in there. That's what I mean. Like, he's not. Like, I think his only scandal was like he divorced Lisa Bonnet, right? Right, yeah. And I was still back in the turn of the century. And it was just like, was it anything crazy or it was just like, this isn't working. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:02 Our relationship is not long for this world. He's just kept it. He's kept a steady. Cook. Kravitz out. Lenny Kravitz, or there's a lot of artists that get hot and then cool right off. Lenny Kravitz has been a slow, saucy simmer for 40 years. He's been something saucy in a pan.
Starting point is 00:49:18 He's been something saucy. Not sure what, but it's a nice chicken dish. Just saucy in a pan. You're right. It's just you lit a nice small fire. Yeah. And just let the embers keep things warm. Like we just played, are you going to go my way?
Starting point is 00:49:32 Nobody turns that off. They're like, yeah, that's the background song. But yeah, I was going to say, I don't think anyone's even also seeking it out either. You know what I mean? Lenny Kravitz? No one's like, you know what I could go for? Little Kravitz. Put on that Lenny Kravitz CD.
Starting point is 00:49:46 Hey, you're in a new Kravitz? I have not heard the new Kravitz. Hold on. He's got more than you think. I know. Because there's that, there's the one that sounds like are you going to go my way. And then there's the slow one. American woman.
Starting point is 00:50:01 Nah, American woman was not his, but yeah. I mean, this is a banger. but like this isn't his. Yeah, this isn't his song? Oh, I assumed I've heard this. It didn't over till it's over? Oh, I thought I heard this beat for a... Oh, no, this is one I was thinking.
Starting point is 00:50:16 Never mind, never, no, never. American woman is what I was thinking of. But you know what I mean? That's not him. 1991 he released this. Yeah. 1991. Yeah, that's good. Sounds like something from now.
Starting point is 00:50:29 If you put this out right now, it would be like, oh yeah, this came out today. You'd be fine. with it. Good for Lanny. Yeah, he just, he got, he found his lane. Stays in it. Malfire panty dropper, she's calling it. He's just good to go.
Starting point is 00:50:49 He's like, ah, I'm just right here, we're fine right here. See, look it. Yeah. But I'm still many crevents and time. Here's his other song. That one. And you're just like, I'm not going to turn it off, I guess. Oh, there, there are cool.
Starting point is 00:51:10 Yeah, it's excellent. Troubro-O-Bryon says, rumor has it. He's packing that heat. No rumor. No, you can see it. You can do it. Yeah, his pants ripped and his weaner just flopped out. He squatted his leather pants split and a giant tube of bologna came out.
Starting point is 00:51:23 Because it was different times. That was back when I had the picture of everybody slipped like that in my locker here. I had a bunch of male weeners just in my locker. And then the classic. T-so. Cover. So he's got enough to come out and play a state fair show or whatever he does. I don't even know his tour.
Starting point is 00:51:46 I don't know. Does he still do this and come out and does. He just said that something about being on tour, Lenny Kravitz. Lenny Kravitz. He got to go do something with a nose ring or something. Yeah, he was on. Yeah, it was all summer. He was out all summer.
Starting point is 00:52:05 He was out all summer. Oh, my God. was that. You can see him this week at the Great Lawn at Central Park of the Global Citizen Festival. You're not in the city. There you go. Handbone's right. You know what's weird about Lenny Kravitz? I have no idea when his breakout was. It's like he's just always been there.
Starting point is 00:52:20 He always has. He always has. He's been here since the beginning. And he always will. Like if you ask, when did Lenny Kravitz become popular? He's always been popular. Right? He's just always been. Right, if you're like 2000 something? Yeah. 1991? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:38 Late 90s? Yeah. Yeah. 2020? Yeah. It'd be like one of those things in the shining where like it goes to a photo of everybody at the Overlook Hotel. And there's Lenny Kravitz in the front. And he's just always been there. He's got him playing at Woodstock.
Starting point is 00:52:54 He's back there backing up Jimmy Hendricks or something. Lenny's just always been here. What do you mean? What do you mean? He's high strangeness. Lenny Kravitz. He's always been here. Time traveler Lenny Kravitz. I did not see the 12-second UFC knockout.
Starting point is 00:53:09 Gable Stevenson? He was going to be a wrestler? He was going to be a wrestler. He thought he was going to be. He wasn't no good, though. Wow. Remember he thought he was going to be on the bills? I don't remember him very much.
Starting point is 00:53:23 Yeah, no, nobody does. No. I mean, he won't be anymore either. It's one of those where I think he just couldn't find his path. He keeps trying things, and none of these are it for him. Okay. I'm sure we'll see him next in that stupid slap. I almost swore.
Starting point is 00:53:37 That's slapping BS. Yeah. It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Floating in chat, but a dollar 122 on that knockout. Nice. Nice. He was in development for like four years, sucked ass. They kept trying to push him.
Starting point is 00:53:49 A bunch of bad allegations too. That handbone says, well, good. You got what is coming to him then. Speaking of people who are terrible people, I did not know that currently, I guess we're like two or three episodes into this, this O.J. Simpson documentary. all telling me about in chat? I haven't started.
Starting point is 00:54:07 I didn't know it was even... It's on Discovery ID, it looks like. Oh, okay. And HBO Max. Oh, if you want to just go watch it on HBO Max, but they're running it. On ID? This, for some reason, it reminds me of like a 30 for 30,
Starting point is 00:54:20 and I'll watch every one of those on ESPN. I do too, even though I know nothing about the teams or the sports. Yep, it doesn't matter. How did Miami rebuild? I'll watch two hours of this. Oh, I hated that. The 2001, my... Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:33 After they were known as like, all the thugs or whatever, and that new coach came in and they were getting their ass beat. Yep. And they were good. It's a great. That was a great 30. I hate it, but that was the best college team ever. The you.
Starting point is 00:54:46 With Ken Dorsey and all. Yeah. Because in the 90s, it was all like, you know, two live crew and stuff. Remember all that? I loved, I grew up in the best era for football, I think. Well, a bunch of us. Just watching that as like a Florida State fan, watching the battles and like the cowboys and, you know, the people that got behind. all those teams. Oh my God, those are the best documentaries because of stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:55:09 Yeah, down in Florida. There was a lot going on during that era. Oh, it was the best. No wonder you're a Florida State fan. Oh, there's always so many random things going on and scandals and controversies and Dion. I mean, so many awesome players. Oh, I love all that stuff. Do you think they go to Dion now for the coaching gig? I don't, I don't know. They talk about him a lot during that because of the Florida State robbery and all that. Yeah, he keeps being very adamant that he's, he likes where he's at, but it's also his alma mater and a chance to turn. He goes there, turns that around. He, I mean,
Starting point is 00:55:38 he already is a godlike figure down there. It's over. He can't, he could do no wrong. Yeah. So, I would, if, because none of these guys give a goddamn about money. The way they just, Jimbo, Jimbo Fisher and Texas A&M,
Starting point is 00:55:53 here's $76 million, go away. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, Mike Nervaels gets fired. Here's $50 million, go away. Again, I will take a million dollars to go away. You'll never hear from me again. It's crazy to think that you suck at your job. Here's $50 million. Uh-huh. Okay. So apparently this is running because anybody watched it. It's on those two places I told you.
Starting point is 00:56:15 It's a, it's a documentary about his hidden camera show or prank show called Juiced. I didn't know this existed. And I love watching stuff that's got him because he's so. Clueless? That and it's, he's like an enigma. Yeah. crazy. Just watching him, you look like at any point, he's just going to snap.
Starting point is 00:56:39 I think he does. Unfortunately, it kills people when he does. That's what I mean, because now, once you know that he has the capability of doing that, nah, he did it. Whatever. But at this point, he made this after he was acquitted of those murders. And he was making jokes about it.
Starting point is 00:56:54 Yeah, because it's a prank show, and one of it that you'll see. It opens up with him trying to sell the white Bronco. He says it has great escapeability. And then he laughed with a lady. You just got juiced. Who was producing this?
Starting point is 00:57:10 It'll be in the documentary, I'm sure. It's the people that, yeah. That someone was like, you know what? Would really slap an O.J. Simpson prank show. That's what the people want. I think it was that era of, remember every single person had a reality show? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:25 It was like, here's, I'm going to miss a billion. It was Eugene Simmons. We'll follow him around in all these models. And Ozzie. And this. We're going to have punked as a prank show. And we're going to have this show. And Wild Boys are in the, all that stuff. Yeah, it was the era of, we're not, it was like my least favorite TV era where all the writers couldn't do anything because they didn't need to write anything.
Starting point is 00:57:47 They weren't allowed to. They were just going to do reality TV. This was their way of writing something probably. This is out. I guess you're a few episodes in. If you want to watch it, this is just a quick trailer. It starts with him joking about the four Bronco. He's in Vegas.
Starting point is 00:58:02 I have a famous car here. Yeah. It's the Bronco. The Bronco is one of the major symbols of his wife's murder. This one to Zee's goldfish. He's joking about it. You know I made this car famous. There's no way anybody with half a brain cell thought a show about O.J. Simpson, pranking people would be a good idea.
Starting point is 00:58:21 You've been juiced. It's been in a vault for 20 years. Oh, my God. You tell that. You've been juiced. You've been juiced. Trial of the century. He's a fallen star.
Starting point is 00:58:32 Let's do our own version of punked. That guy's vulnerable. He's back. How dare you have this double alleged murderer out there pulling, wacky, hitting camera pranks? Did nobody stop to think, maybe this is wrong? It has a scapeability. It's so f***ed out. The prank show was at front to get OJ's confession.
Starting point is 00:58:57 You get a few cocktails in this guy and he becomes a chatty-cathy. start talking about the case. We shouldn't talk about this on camera, but holy shit. You motherfuck, be prepared. Obviously. Roll camera. I told exactly who did it. Could this be the last piece of the puzzle?
Starting point is 00:59:15 OJ had his girlfriend on set. Didn't you want to hear what he admitted to me in the hotel room that name? No matter where you stand. Burger! Stopping the juice! Did he do it? Do you really think it's that simple? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:30 Turn the camera off. Who is this? OJ unseen. Exploitation of Evil An ID documentary event September 7th on ID So I guess there's episodes out I think stuff like that doesn't help
Starting point is 00:59:41 I mean I know he's doing it for the show Do you really think it's that simple? Yes Yeah I do He did or did he not kill somebody And I'm of the Norm MacDonald style Yes he did He got enraged because his ex-wife
Starting point is 00:59:52 was banging a dude And he went and he stabbed them to death Yeah that's kind of probably what happened And got away with it It's wild The guy The clips that we were watching during the chat, he's like in a car
Starting point is 01:00:04 and he's getting hammered and just starts talking about the case and he's like, yeah, they were investigated, it's like, what? I don't know exactly who did it. Who? Who? Is he in the car with us right now? Yeah, juice is, I know exactly did it in the car. Can raise your hand if you did it. Anybody?
Starting point is 01:00:22 Beelanch, I have so. Yeah, let's get some merch and some so many stizzy goodies that I will take from you, Beelanch. I don't. You don't have enough? Oh, poor baby. boy. Guys, right now you can save money
Starting point is 01:00:36 and these are going to sell out quick so get in there now because these aren't going to last. Your Salt City deal. Oh, what do we got? Half off to Frightmare Farms guys. You know how much we love Frightmare farms. You know that we might be up at Frightmare farms. But right now
Starting point is 01:00:52 $20 Oh, let me take a peek at that. Get you all three attractions at Frightmare farms, including the haunted estate, twisted labyrinth and terror Towers, nestled in the backwoods of Central New York, Fridmare Farms, haunted screen park is a premier immersive Halloween experience. Guys, I love Frightmare Farms.
Starting point is 01:01:13 You're going to love it, too. It's just so much fun. I love the vibe they're going with. I can't wait to talk Nicole about it. She's coming in this week? I think she's coming in the week that we're there, maybe. I don't know. Y'allard.
Starting point is 01:01:23 She's a busy, busy lady. Busy gal. And bye, if you're going to go, should I tell them what day we're going to be there? Should I let them know now? Yeah, let them know the day we're going to be. scaring up people's. I'm not going to tell you where we're going to be.
Starting point is 01:01:36 No, no, no, no, no. Probably not the hayride, but probably somewhere inside. We've been on the hayride a couple years, so we'll see. I want to be somewhere inside maybe this year and really scare people. Yeah, I mean, I really like the hayride. I like being outside. It allows for a lot of freedom. It just doesn't allow for...
Starting point is 01:01:51 Close-up scares. I like better close-up scares. Yeah, I like the inside scares. I was remembering last year, my ankle was recovering, and I had to hobble slowly. It was not very scary. No, and I liked it, but again, the only thing that worked was because of the loud shock factor for me last year. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:09 And it just didn't. So I'm going to see if we can get back indoors somewhere this year and really scare the hell out of you. All right, I'll tell you when. I fell out of a tree. And Cody was climbing trees. That was two years ago I fell out of a tree. Saturday, October 3rd, your boys will be at Frightmare Farms. That way you can plan.
Starting point is 01:02:23 Plan for it. That'll be the nights. Frightmare farms is an annual tradition for those wishing to scream. So we'll get in a colon here. She can tell you all the goodies. They're opening in September this year. I'm saying you never know when we will show up. Yeah, we could be there.
Starting point is 01:02:38 I mean. Oh, we scare. I might just be there all the time. They open up at the end of this month. Head to their website, see all their rundown, get ready. Just cream. All right. You made me pee a little bit.
Starting point is 01:02:51 I don't like this headline because it's not really what is going on, where it says, young adults don't understand cashback at the store. I don't think it's young adults. I think it's this one. woman who was not very smart. Oh. She didn't know that was her money. She just thought that the grocery store was being nice.
Starting point is 01:03:10 Yeah, I don't know. Who raised you? That you didn't know that. That's unfortunate because it reminds me of that. Remember the one that was buying like iTunes or what was that? Remember, there was somebody, another lady that didn't realize it was her money that she was making purchases with. Oh. I guess you got to help your kids with financial literacy because then they grow up.
Starting point is 01:03:31 to be adults who think that the grocery store's just giving them free money. Like that's not even something you should have to teach your kid. I know. That should be something that they kind of just know from, you know, learning as a growing up. Okay. She said she went on TikTok to claim she was being scammed. Oh yeah, yep. Because when she asked for cash back from the clerk at the grocery store, they took it out of her bank account.
Starting point is 01:03:59 She said it wasn't even a one-time moment. She said every time she did this, it would come out of her bank account. Oh, no. I think she thought they were like coupons, maybe. We were like, hey, you've saved $10. Would you like cash back? Right. No.
Starting point is 01:04:15 Yep. Here's the clip. Every single week with my groceries, when it asks me if I want cash back, I always say yes. And I get my $50 back. So every week, I look up on the little screen and see how much money I saved from all my coupons. And usually it's about, like, $50 to $60. So I always press $50 when it asks if I want the cash back.
Starting point is 01:04:36 So PSA, if you did not know this, when you ask for cashback, it is not giving you the cash back of the money that you saved from your order, like from the store. It is taking it straight out of your checking account. Baby girl. Coupons have no cash value, hon. It says it right on the coupon. Yeah, I guess that's just...
Starting point is 01:04:55 This coupon has no cash value. Apparently is something that she needed to be taught. I mean, I didn't think so, but... For common sense, people. I don't know. I don't know because I... Oh, baby girl. Because I feel bad.
Starting point is 01:05:10 I feel bad too, but it's also like, where did our education system fall apart? Do you have a spouse? Do you have a loved one that? Your parents, you're just, I don't even know where I would, like, where am I directing my anger? I guess maybe we should just use our voice as a megaphone to say, hey. Bless her heart. Anybody out there listening? to us who might think that that's
Starting point is 01:05:33 your coupon money coming back to you? Yeah. It's your money, hon. No. That's like, it's like you're using an ATM, okay? Yep. No, uh, Apple pay. What, you saw a woman who thought Apple Pay was free?
Starting point is 01:05:47 That's, I don't know, in my brain I'm trying to remember that she thought it was Apple paying from all the time she did points or whatever. Oh, okay. We talked about it here. I remember that. It's one of those where it's just, I think a lot of people aren't, being taught
Starting point is 01:06:03 common sense stuff like that. They're out there in the world. They're being coddled probably by mommy and daddy for forever. Now they're in the big boy world. That's all your job is, as a parent, is to raise little tiny adults. You just got to get them ready to flee the nests.
Starting point is 01:06:21 Yep. And that's part of it, telling them that the cash back option is not free money from your coupons. And along those same lines, this interests me as someone has seen how grocery stores lose their effing mind if you're a cashier and your register is two cents short or over.
Starting point is 01:06:40 Literally, I've seen people fired for having money, extra money in their till. I've seen it. Wow. Yep. It's unreal. Jeff mentioned it. How is that working with no pennies? He got three cents back in the gas team because they don't have pennies anymore.
Starting point is 01:06:56 They keep, a lot of places have signs. Well, I've just seen people be like, because it happened to me, like, here. Here's a nickel. I don't know. I don't think they know what to do. No, it's like screwing up people's stuff, maybe not by a lot. But I've seen signs where it's like it's a whole chart, which makes it more confusing where it's like, if it comes to this, we will round up to this.
Starting point is 01:07:14 If it comes to this, I'm like, just tell me what I owe you. But that's also because, yeah, it's where it's like, yeah, I mean, you give me a nickel. Okay, cool. I just got an extra two cents or whatever it is. I don't want you stealing from me either. Yeah, like, no. It's not my fault. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:29 This system is messed up. Two cents. You don't get to keep my two cents. Yeah, which again, it's not a ton, but that starts to add up. Yeah, you don't just keep it because, well, in this system that we're deciding on the... Major corporation gets to keep my two cents. Yeah, on the fly here. Yeah, very weird. I don't know what they're doing.
Starting point is 01:07:44 Brianna said that the pea chop still has pennies, but they'd have to round up or down. So crazy. Manager at P&C said where I worked, if your drawer had more money than it's supposed to, it's a telltale sign the cashier stealing and trying to cover it up. Really? Right. Yeah, no. Really?
Starting point is 01:07:59 It's insane. The things that I've seen, people that are a quarter over. They don't know. I don't know. It's just a quarter. And they get written up or written up. Sorry, I can't count. Yeah, my bad.
Starting point is 01:08:18 Ahoy, hoi, everybody. Let's talk. NFL. And we got some games yesterday. I didn't watch any of them because I follow the bills and they got it out of the way on Thursday. And there you go. Thanks for that. B.S.
Starting point is 01:08:32 Buffalo. Real nice. Bangle's over the Texans, 20 to 6. Yeah, a little boring-ass game. I thought that was going to be the game of the week. Why? I don't know. Just two good teams, good offense, good defense.
Starting point is 01:08:42 Mm-hmm. It was just boring. Packers over the Jets, 2017. Yeah, the Jets were, the Packers look terrible. They got lucky. They looked terrible. The Jets look good? I don't know what they're doing.
Starting point is 01:08:53 No. No. No. But, I mean, they looked better than the Packers, weirdly. Saints over the Rockers. Ravens 2417. Probably a surprise of the week so far would be this Saints upset.
Starting point is 01:09:06 Eagles over the Titans. I know I got a Eagles fans here. They scored a touchdown with only like three or four seconds left. They got lucky. They almost went down to Tennessee and lost. Single digit showdown between the Vikings and the Bears. Nine to three was your final. Yeah, the rain ruined that.
Starting point is 01:09:22 What happened? Did it get rained out? No, it was just pouring rain. They didn't do anything. The Bears after scoring 59 points. in that week one. Yeah. Score three.
Starting point is 01:09:31 And Caleb Williams heard his quad or his butt, one of the two. He just running and then he just went down to the ground. So that's a. Browns over the bucks, 2319. Yeah, I mean, that could be the upset of the week as well between the two, either that or the Saints one. But the Browns will probably have the number one overall pick if it's not for the Falcons or the Dolphins.
Starting point is 01:09:52 Patriots over the Steelers, 20 to 3. What happened to the Steelers? They're falling apart. Aaron Rogers. Yeah. I sent you that one of the guys. laid out. Yeah, I loved it.
Starting point is 01:10:00 Hold on a second. What was the... He just got wrecked. The thing you sent me, at one point, it was... Oh, after that, because he fumbled. Fourth and 43. Yep, when he took an awesome sack, the ball went flying backwards. Fourth and 43, dude.
Starting point is 01:10:19 Panthers killed the Falcons, 34 to 3. They look bad. The Falcons look really bad. Like really bad. Who's their quarterback? It was Cooper Rush, who saw, And then they brought in this other guy that I've never even heard of, and he sucked.
Starting point is 01:10:32 His first pass was a pick. Oh, my God. Yeah, it was not good. Raiders over the Chargers. You were looking forward to that game. I was all high on the Chargers. Now they're just looking like garbage. Very weird.
Starting point is 01:10:43 Procos over the Jags, 20 to 13. Another good game. That was a good game. Your Cowboys beat Debt's Commanders, 3720, but what am I seeing about the QB? Jade and Daniels, he dislocated his elbow. Oh, that's right. It was a little gross, too.
Starting point is 01:10:58 stepped on his foot and I think he like, because of that, he stumbled and put his hand like on the ground and you could because what it looked like was everybody thought, because right when it happened, when he got his foot stepped down, I thought it was his foot. And it caused Tom Brady to go, oh,ish, live on TV, which was hilarious to hear Tom Brady swear. You should be able to say swears on TV at this point. No, it's stupid. It's so dumb. It's so dumb.
Starting point is 01:11:21 But it turned out it was because he saw his elbow pop out of place. Cowboys going all the way. He heard of her first. Listen, I'm wearing. He's wearing the shirt. My Super Bowl champions five-time. He's got a spot right there. Super Bowl champions because after this year, it'll be null and void.
Starting point is 01:11:36 They'll be six times. That'll be a false t-shirt. Let me ask you just a quick question. Let me ask everyone, and you included. How about them, Kyle? How about them, Cowboys? Dolphins continue to suck, 49ers, 35 Dolphins 13. It's going to be Browns, Dolphins, Falcons, battling out for that top spot.
Starting point is 01:11:56 It's the Arch Manning Bowl. Oh, nice. Seahawks killed the Cardinals, too. The Cardinals only getting 7, 31-7. They didn't look good. Not good at all. And then how was this Chief Colts game? Phenomenal time last night.
Starting point is 01:12:08 Yeah, it was great. You see... They're not a little late. I'm a little like, eh. Yeah, right. You see Patrick Mahomes catching shade because he was chugging a bottle before. People are like, what is?
Starting point is 01:12:18 Is he drinking wine? Right, what is there? No. Yeah, it's probably pickle juice or something to help them hydrate. They're just, if they're, it's not Gatorade. Was it hot in Kansas City? Because they're in that heat dome, I think, right? I think so, yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:33 Yeah. Because if it's not Gatorade, they have to rip the label off or do whatever. Gotcha. But it might have been hot because in Tennessee it was hot. The field got to where, where to just go. They had guys pouring water on the cleats because they were melting because they were the mold fitted ones. Yeah. It's molded ones, 157 degrees on the field.
Starting point is 01:12:49 Jesus. That explains why he was chugging that. Yeah, because it looks like. In Tennessee. Oh, sorry. But that's why. in that same area. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:57 They're like a heat dome. Yeah. It looked like a little airport bottle of wine or airport bottle of booze. Yeah, no, they have pickle shots. Little pickle shots. They sell them at different stores, depending on where you go. And then tonight, Giants at Rams. Who do you like in that game?
Starting point is 01:13:11 Honestly, I could see the giant shocking Rams who are, I think the Rams are reeling because that Puka Nakua is hurt. I don't know if he's playing tonight. You got Miles Garrett's not coming back. God knows when. Aaron Donald is going to play for him, though. But I don't know if they're shaking. I'll shocked.
Starting point is 01:13:26 But I think, again, like I said, going into this week, with the Cowboys, they lose to Washington. Then there's some signs of panic. If not, it was just week one jitters. If the Rams beat the Giants, nobody's going to be, yeah, but week one, do you see them? It's so bad they were. So we'll see. But the Giants, this is a chance.
Starting point is 01:13:47 It's your Monday night football action. We will play that game. To prove everyone. For your gaming stream, coming up at the top of the hour, presented by Ryan Phelps Auto Sales. You are buying from Ryan. It is Giants at Rams for your gaming stream driven by Ryan Phelps Auto Sales. I am the Giants. Cody is the Rams. I have not beat him at Madden yet, I don't think. You didn't? Do I beat your college? Not having a great run is what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:14:13 Yeah, you always undersell yourself. But 79 overall. When it comes to stuff like this, I understand that in real life, the Giants are or probably favored it a bunch of stuff. But when it comes to Madden's stuff. Yeah. So we'll see. Safe money's on Cody, as always. But hey, maybe it's time for an upset.
Starting point is 01:14:32 Maybe I'm feeling locked in. No, don't do an upset. Radio side, we hand you to the 90s at 9 of music video that came out 30 years ago yesterday. I bet Khan didn't even know that when he scheduled this song. He probably wasn't even born. He was a little baby. It's the wees. Al Scorcho.
Starting point is 01:14:47 K Rock.
