We interrupt this program.
Previously, critics had brailed against the duo as crude, dumb, ugly, thoughtless, sexist, self-destructive, and foolish.
They are not part of the legitimate business world.
What they do is they celebrate underachievement.
And all candor, I would tell you it's outrageous, Phil.
And if I could find somewhere constitutionally to do away with it, I would.
What it is.
Yeah, it's Tuesday is what it is.
As a matter of fact,
Yo, what day it be?
It is 714, 2026 Tuesday.
Yeah, but what even day is it?
What even day is it?
It's going to be probably the hottest February,
not February,
hottest July 14th we've ever had.
Yeah, it's going to be warm.
As they expect us to break some records today,
we were on the national news last night.
Love when that happens.
Right, and they're like, yo, watch out.
I was watching my homie David Muir.
and they've got a meteorologist, but not really.
They don't do a weather segment, but there's like the quick hit of Lady in Studio goes,
hies the blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Syracuse expected to have their hottest day of blah, blah, blah.
That makes my odds calls.
Uh-huh.
And I go, I don't like when we make national news.
No.
No, luckily today, there's a day I could be mostly inside the entire day if I want to.
Very nice.
So I'm not too worried.
Yeah, it's going to be a stuffy one.
out there and make sure you're drinking your liquids.
Yep.
Get hydrated.
Absolutely.
Keep hydrated, man.
You should have started yesterday.
You should.
You can start now.
You should have started yesterday.
Get your sippy sips in.
See, Coco's showing you how to get your sippy sips in.
Ah.
And when it's just this hot, I'm just always thirsty.
Mm-hmm.
So it helps be able to drink my flavor-enhanced water.
You'll be sweating it out.
How is everyone's Monday good?
Yes.
What do we got going?
Oh, man, we got a jam pack show today.
So let's see.
What are you got running down?
Big thick, meaty show.
Big thick meaty show.
Extra chunky show today.
Ooh, extra chunky.
I'm not going to screw up the timing.
I'm going to get it right.
So at top of the hour, 7 o'clock, we will do the five-finger death punch contest.
All you got to do is jump in our Twitch chat.
Pick one of the five-finger death punch songs.
And that registers you to win some tickets.
Okay.
Gotcha.
Because I'm doing that at the top of the hour.
Right after that, we'll do a high strain.
Which is half creepy, half silly.
Okay.
Because I found some old footage.
It's really funny based on this thing.
Okay, okay.
We'll do that.
But that might come closer to 8 o'clock today because we've got Paul coming in for brush fest over at the Syracuse National.
So things are kind of moving around a little bit today.
Top comb.
Top what?
Top comb?
He said brush.
Oh, yeah.
Top comb.
Yeah.
Top comb.
No.
I thought it was going to be artwork they were showing off, but no, it's not.
It's actually an array of brushes and combs.
Mustash combs.
Horse brushes.
Horse brushes.
Eyebrow combs.
Little things, like make you look like a walrus.
Well, the big, yep, those make some mustache waxes.
Yep.
There's a beaded curtain you go behind pubic combs.
Oh, wow.
You've got a hit.
18 and over crowd.
Multi-variety of the pubic cones.
Cubis.
So, uh, very busy.
Very, very busy.
Where do you find us?
Well, all the places, Twitch.tv.
Slash the show.
We're in there.
Everybody's chatting up a storm already.
Nice to see you this morning.
A lot of scoops in today's show, trickish point out.
A lot of scoops.
Big scoops.
You're going to need a full bag.
It's going to be hot.
Going to be steamy today.
Yeah.
If you can get indoors, get indoors.
Check on your neighbors.
Check on your pets.
Hot chicks going to be stanky.
Hot chicks are going to be stanky for our cocoa.
He's going to like that.
They're going to be real sweaty out there.
Oh, yeah.
But no joke.
Don't forget.
Check the water.
Make sure your animals are hydrated as well.
If you're hot, they're hot.
Okay, watch their little paws on the concrete.
It's going to be nasty today.
My stupid dog doesn't understand.
Pause on concrete.
No.
He just sees ball.
It keeps going to ball.
We say, Fred, get off the concrete.
Hang?
Hey, my boy.
Hang.
I posted a video of watching a photo of him last night.
Because I doped him up a little bit.
I gave him one of the half of those little weed gummies.
The weed treats.
Because we have a guest staying over and he doesn't, he's no chill.
No.
When someone different in the house.
Oh, it's hilarious.
There's no chill when someone different in the house.
He doesn't know what to do.
It's the best day he's ever had that.
He's like, do you want to see all my toys?
I'll show you all my toys.
Why are we inside?
We should go outside.
Come on.
These nerds never want to go outside.
We should go outside.
Come here.
I got a ball.
You want to see a ball?
What are we doing?
Why are we even in here?
What are we even in here?
Why are we even in here?
I want to show you.
I got a ton of stuff I want to show you outside.
Why are we even in here?
You know what I'm saying?
I get over the door.
He's like, you got to help me, but I'm telling you,
I got a lot of fun stuff going on out there.
There's a dead crow out there.
I did.
I got him nice and doped up last night.
He was very chill.
Is it having a relax?
Having a relax.
Kickback.
Stayed cool and comfortable.
So keep your pets cool and cozy today.
I'm reading this article on
people are debating what's the worst TV show ever made.
Collider.com has the article.
Oh, man.
I mean, I guess I have not seen every show to know what the worst shows are,
but I remember a couple of these.
All right, me, I'll have to go off of that list because now I'm blanking on like worst TV shows.
Well, no, I got, I got.
What one?
Do you have one?
Yeah.
Jersey Shore sticks out immediately.
Jersey Shore is a bad show to you?
Yeah.
Yeah.
None of these are, I don't think any of these are reality shows.
Oh, the whole thing should be.
Like number 10 is the idol.
I guess the weekend at a TV show for a minute.
Oh, is it a...
I don't know.
It just says,
The Weekend is known for his crazy music videos,
but his attempt at long-form storytelling wasn't a hit
with critics or his fans.
I don't know what that was.
I don't know what that was.
It was a drama series?
Do you remember 1990s cop rock?
Do you remember that?
No.
It was very brief.
It makes all these lists.
of like the stupidest shows.
Somebody had the idea
to make a musical law and order essentially,
where it was...
Did you look up, cop rock?
Yeah, I thought it was Fred Savage.
No.
It is not.
It was exactly a cop show.
Okay.
But also a musical.
Which, honestly, as a guy who loves both of those things,
I'd watch that now.
I've never seen it, but that sounds...
Dude, it was so corny.
If you were then to 20 years later,
or whatever, to come out with worst shows,
that I can definitely see why it'd be on there.
You can watch clips of it online.
It's terrible.
I don't like when people just burst into song for no reason.
As a guy who loves musicals,
at least when I'm watching a musical,
I know there's going to be songs here.
Coprock was doing that thing where it's like,
we're sitting around having a serious conversation.
And then jazz.
And they bust out.
It's like, ah, this isn't it.
We're trying.
We're trying.
Exactly.
Dude, cop rock.
We're trying.
We're going to solve the god.
Viva Loughlin, a musical mystery drama based around the opening of a casino.
Two episodes in 2007.
That one I do not remember.
Oh, no.
No idea if that is.
This one apparently is still on the air, and I've never heard of it.
Okay.
Number seven on the worst TV shows of all time.
All's Fair.
All.
Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts.
Nisi Nash bats.
I love Nisianash.
Oh my God, this does look like you're terrible.
Sarah Paulson and Glenn Close?
Anything with Kim Kardashian.
It's terrible.
It's terrible.
She has zero tail.
I take everything else aside, all the videos, everything, blah, blah, blah.
She is not an actress.
Not an actress.
Not at all.
She's an attractive person and that's it.
She's barely not.
Yeah.
With how her personality is.
It changes.
Yeah, I don't like anything with Kim Kardashian.
I don't like anything.
with any of this. No. That one Kardashian
sister's doing meta-glasses ads now.
Right? They tried for a while.
She was in, wasn't she one of those like the American horror
stories as well? Kim Kardashian.
Maybe. Or it's like, no.
I don't want to see you as an actor. You're not
an actor. Sorry.
Yeah. That's
going to be studied in the history books forever.
As the weird of family. The Kardashians.
Yeah. And we just got that
whole family to do everything for a long time.
It's still happening.
And it all started because the mom.
release the daughter's sex date.
Yeah, it's weird.
Super healthy.
It's weird.
And because the dad made a lot of money defending O.J. Simpson.
Who killed people.
Anyways, I digress.
Worst shows of all time.
2012's, Fred the show.
The show.
Super annoying.
Yeah, this is the worst.
Super annoying Fred Figglehorn
was one of the early breakout YouTube stars.
went on to some fame in Nickelodeon and had two movies and this show.
Wow.
I don't remember any Fred Figglehorn.
My kids would have been too young to be on YouTube then.
Yeah, no, I don't know.
I just, that name threw me for a loop.
I was not expecting that to follow Fred.
1956 to 1964, the show was called Queen for a Day.
Oh.
Fifth Worst.
Oh, Fred Figglehorn from, I, Carly, I do know Fred Figglehorn then.
Sounded like it lasted for a while then.
It was a game show where women shared their personal and emotional hardships.
Oh, boy.
A winner was chosen based on audience applause to receive a life-changing prize.
So you're telling me, women had to go on camera, share about how bad their life is,
and then there'll be a second place, meaning one person gets a prize.
Yeah.
But the rest of these women, your life aren't pitiful enough for us to give you a prize.
Thanks for sharing.
Right?
What the hell?
That sounds awful.
Holy cow, yeah, that's, and then they got to go home.
Yeah, oh, no, I went on TV and shared all the worst parts of my life.
How much I hate cooking and everything for you?
No, and I didn't win.
I got second place.
What kind of lifetime supply of rice or no?
Yeah, exactly.
Jerry Springer Show made the list.
I disagree.
I disagree.
That was pretty bad.
It was bad, yes.
But it served a purpose.
I hated those shows.
You did?
Yeah.
Or people would just.
argue on stage?
It made me uncomfortable.
I don't like conflict, so I get that.
It's just, I didn't like the, you're like, down, just the battling back and forth and the, the fans.
And what was stage and what wasn't and all, we're going to fight every single episode now, because every...
And depending on when you'd see it, you know, I was still young enough to be like, what is this?
Yeah, you'd be home sick and you're like, why are they mad?
Yeah, why are they, why is the Ku Klux Klan on the stage?
What do you mean that he had sex with your sister and now with your, you're, you're, you're,
You're both pregnant and we're going to find out today.
Yeah.
What?
This seems like a personal revelation.
I don't think this should be on TV.
I don't think I should be seeing your paternity results.
This should be in an office with the bride's closed.
Yeah, right?
This should be somewhere way more private.
I don't think I should know this.
I'm seven.
It should, the conversation shouldn't start.
Welcome back, folks.
We got a big one for you today as opposed to.
Guys, why don't you come on in, close it on?
Yeah.
I don't think I should be hearing your paternity results.
I shouldn't be involved in this.
I'm nine.
Number three, I actually had a slight tie to.
In 2007, when I was still in the city doing comedy,
a bunch of comedians got booked to do the show,
Cavemen, remember that?
Nick Kroll and Eric Andre and the circle that I was in
all got tied into the Cavemen show in 2007.
It was a weird time.
If you don't remember Cavemen, Geico.
Man, there's Nick Krull's caveman.
Gaito had a commercial where it said,
so easy a caveman can do it.
Then they played on how cavemen were offended by that.
And they dressed all these people up like cavemen.
And in 2006, 2007, the comedy writers and comedians I knew,
I knew like 10 people that worked on cavemen.
Did they ever tell you to, hey, be ready?
You might have to be a caveman.
No, I was never going to get to be a caveman.
You might have to be a caveman.
I wasn't advanced in the war.
enough, but I knew of the people working on it.
And even me, like, I was excited for them because it's like, they make a lot of money on TV.
But I'm like, this is not a good show.
Yeah, this is, this is terrible.
And it was.
It was terrible.
It was terrible.
It was a funny concept because if you, did you ever watch it at all?
Yeah, I kind of remember it.
It was like cavemen living in modern times.
And they're like trying to flirt and all these things.
But it was just weird.
It was just weird.
It was just weird.
Number two, ugly, the, uh, the, uh,
Worst TV shows of all time.
Ugly Ducklings were Sarah, remember, okay.
Remember the show The Swan?
2004 is the Swan.
Yes.
Where they'd get it, quote unquote, ugly woman,
give them plastic surgery, fitness training, counseling,
and then reveal them on stage.
Remember that?
Oh.
It was not our shiningest moment as a society.
Yeah.
Not our shiningest moment.
Yeah.
I also pick on that arrow when we have.
Remember the woman who was like on American Idol and she could sing really good?
Susan.
Oh, yeah, yes, yes.
Yeah, Susan Boyle.
Susan Boyle.
And we as a society we're all like, an ugly person has talent?
That cannot be.
It was not our shining moment.
No.
Wait a minute.
Hold on.
That unattractive person has a talent of some kind.
I refuse to believe it.
What's the thing?
I'm being Ashton Couthered, aren't I?
I don't feel like.
like this is reality.
And then finally, we're show of all time.
I never saw an episode, but I've heard a million things about it.
And that is my mother the car from 1965 to 1966 where a dead guy's mother comes back
as a car, speaks to him through the radio.
Yep.
Starring Jerry Van Dyke, who then went on to be on coach.
Everyone's favorite, everyone's favorite show.
That's hilarious.
But can you imagine back then just probably how easy that show?
was to me? Well, like you always say, it was
the first of the shows. They're like, yeah,
the mom died and now it's a freaking car.
No, it's car. Anything went.
Everything was okay. The horse
talk. Horse talks. Yeah,
the dog? Yeah. The dog
when something's going on, the dog barks
at Timmy and then Timmy knows. Smartest dog
in history universe. Shut up. Put it on TV.
Jordan Walker made MLB
history last night becoming the first
St. Louis Cardinal to win
the home run derby.
I didn't know that. I thought it. It's
assumed Albert Poole's would have wanted at least once or twice, but no, he did not.
Hometown boy, Kyle Schwarber looked on and as he thought he was going to win it with 11 homers,
but...
One more to tie, two to win.
Walker can up end as one of the longest shots on the board with a home run right here.
Killed it.
That was so cool.
You said Kyle's face was just, like, stunned.
No, because he was...
He had probably, I think it was eight, and he was down, like, the way they had it was, you had a certain amount of swings.
He had eight home runs, and he had like one swing left.
And he just kept waiting until that ball was absolutely perfect because there was no clock.
They said, take as long as you want.
The new format, if you don't know, we just learned about it yesterday in our home run derby is.
You get, what, 15 swings.
It was like 20 or 15.
Whatever it was.
It was.
It's not a timer anymore.
It swings.
So you can watch,
you can wait for your pitch.
And that's what Walker did, man.
He just stood there.
You wait for your pitch.
And then the bonus is if you get a home run on your last pitch,
you keep hitting until you run out of home runs.
And he kept hitting until he won it.
Uh-huh.
It was so cool.
And it was,
as much as I hate Philly,
it was funny to watch them boo everybody else and everything everybody else did all night
long other than Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwerber.
Yeah, Katie and Chad says F the Phillies too.
We don't like the Phillies? No, nobody likes the Phillies?
No, nobody. Uh, and then
when Walker
was up, they would boo even
harder as he would get an out
you know what I mean, type deal,
and then he just kept hitting home runs, and then
they got quieter. He needed another home run.
A little more stunned.
Another home run. Because it's all Phillies fans
there, probably right? Now he's at 11,
and he's tied it. And then he just hit
that last one. And then he
exploded.
Yeah.
That any heat.
Because he was,
again,
that was the calmest
I've ever seen
any player do the
home run derby my entire life.
And Jordan Walker is that huge guy?
Six.
Six to 50.
That's the big boys.
A lot of meat.
That's a lot of meat.
Steffey and chat says
I liked this format so much better.
I think I do too.
It was fun.
It was,
um,
wanted to get over it.
10, 30.
Whoa.
What time to start?
Eight.
Oh, okay.
Eight.
Usually they're like,
sometimes it's 11.30
pushing midnight because,
you know,
you get however long on that clock and yeah no i i think i like this okay cool it was fun and you want
you want a couple bucks off this you said very nice i put it on uh jordan walker very nice i saw a couple
you made some cash how do you make a name as the city's most compelling compact crossover well
the lexx ux started with a refined suspension tuned for the streets then added a palette of distinctive
vibrant exterior colors and kept it going with an available 12.3 inch touchscreen using our
intuitive Lexus interface. The Lexus U.X engineered to fit in, designed to stand out.
See Burdick Lexus and Cicero.
Sim Chains. Good morning. Yeah. Grandpa, me, was in chat complaining about music and where it is
right now. And I can't imagine telling Lane Staley or Kurt Cobain back in the 90s.
Are you TikToking twice a day, guys?
We need to feed the alga.
Yeah.
Need to feed the algorithm, guys.
No.
Have you seen your Spotify plays?
Like, it's just, everything's so manufactured.
Doing reels.
Doing lines.
Kurt Cobain, are you doing reels?
No?
Real big lines?
You're just doing heroin.
Okay, well, can you actually, how do we monetize that, Kurt?
Because there are a way that we can use that?
I show people the dirtiest places I do it.
For monetization.
Set up a camera in the bathroom.
Mm-hmm.
Can we do a collab with Shannon Houn of Blind Mellon and you do a heroin collab?
Can we do that?
You guys try each other's hair.
You guys try each other's and then you rate it?
This is not funny because...
And then you eat hot wings?
Can we do that?
It's not funny because heroin is terrible, but they do the thing where they wrap arms around each other.
Oh, yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Like little drinks.
Kurt, do you want to do hot ones next week, Kurt?
Kurt.
Exactly.
Kurt, you want to eat wings?
I was complaining that the music industry is just.
just so fabricated now.
Everything is like,
everything is like a math problem almost.
Got you booked for comedians in the car with coffee,
but Jerry Seinfeld?
Is that okay?
I listen to a lot of old Nirvana stuff
just because I'm a 40-year Nirvana nerd.
Not 40.
I guess 89, so whatever that is.
Somebody else do the math.
Pretty damn close enough, bud.
And I was listening to an old, like,
just the Nirvana subreddit and stuff.
people will just post random songs.
Yeah.
And it was like Nirvana plays dive for the last time in like 93 or whatever.
Oh, God, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And it's literally Kurt Cobain on stage going, hey, do I need to play dive?
Okay.
And then they tune their instruments.
They're like, doon, down, down, down, down.
And I'm listening to this.
I'm like, this would never happen now.
No, no.
That's hilarious.
What you only do?
Oh, okay.
He's like on stage going, do you, do you want me to play dive?
Okay.
And then they literally spent 30 seconds tuning their instruments.
I wonder if I can find, hold on a second.
That's funny.
You see a lot of stuff like that with them, like that one where they didn't like how the, their fans treated the opener.
Yeah.
So they came out and just.
Got all angry.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I like that.
Like, I listen to this.
I'm like, nobody in the world would let this happen now.
They'd be like, yeah, here we go.
Nirvana performed Dive for the last time,
Halloween 1993,
if they swear I'll dump it,
I don't think he does.
Hey, let's play Dive.
Like, you hear this crowd.
Now they're going to tune.
That's funny.
Because they probably weren't going to play that.
Yeah, but like this would not,
like everything is so timed out now
to click tracks and the light show and the fireworks and all.
That's what I mean. I can't even imagine someone off stage being like, why are they tuning to
like what? Why are they doing this? What are they doing? This is gone. No, you can't.
It's like spontaneous. They want to do a thing. You can add a song in places, but like,
rarely. At the end, maybe. Yeah. 93, this is post, nevermind. This is Halloween, nevermind.
He's dressed as Barney on stage. Was he all messed up during this era? Yeah, he was messed up for a lot.
Yeah.
So they finally get to it.
Now they're in the tuning.
And listen how sloppy this sounds.
In a good way.
I love Nirvana.
They're my favorite band.
It's just so unpolished.
It's not music anymore.
No, you just can't go by the seed of your pants.
No.
Well, Kurt, that's going to affect the light show.
And then we did this.
It's like, oh, my God.
Anyways, grandpa's yelling at clouds again.
Hey, damn kids in their music.
Because I got to stay on time.
Here's what we're going to do.
You're going to jump in Twitch.
dot TV slash the show.
Yeah, word.
We're going to roll in the top of the hour.
I got Volbeat.
And then after we get through commercials,
we're going to play a five-finger
death punch song.
Which song?
Oh, well, I've got two.
I have no idea.
Going head to head, and you guys are going to vote.
Do you want to put up the poll for me here?
Pole.
Pol.
Kurt, is there a way that we can make a reel of you tuning
before dive?
Kurt.
Can we do a collab with the?
Can we do a collab?
Anyways.
So I want the poll to be.
I don't know.
long you can make a poll for?
Does it say?
Um,
10 minutes.
All right, so do it,
do a...
It's 5, 10 minute one right now.
Yeah, I can't make my own.
Here's your choices.
Okay.
You're going to choose one of these five finger death punch songs in our chat right now.
Yep.
Just by typing,
you're going to be registered to win.
Darkness settles in,
or eye of the storm.
Darkness settles in or eye of the storm.
Okay?
Okay.
Darkness settles in or eye of the storm.
Cody's going to post that poll.
Tell me one.
Go ahead right now.
Start it.
So we started that.
Start poll.
You're going to vote.
Now also, just by typing, and I'm going to make sure this is working too, so everybody can have their chance.
Yo, work?
Listen, every day this week, 7 a.m.
We're giving away tickets to five-finger death punch over at the amphitheater.
What does that mean for you?
All you got to do is jump at our Twitch chat, twitch.
Twitch.tv.
The show.
And boom.
And boom.
And you could be a little.
a winner.
We know what songs are playing.
We know what songs are to play.
It's going to be Eye of the Storm.
That's the song you chose.
That one.
But now we've got to pick a winner, Cody.
All right?
All right.
Let's pick our wiener.
We had our winner yesterday.
Got it.
And now we will pick this wiener.
I already picked my wienel.
In five, four, three, two, one.
Metal Lover!
Congratulations.
Metal Lover.
That a da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.
Boom.
You did it.
You won a pair tickets to five-finger death punch.
We'll get your information on the K-Rock text line.
You did it.
Congratulations.
Love you.
Because your name is metal lover, I got a feeling you're going to love this show.
Yeah, sounds like it might be perfect.
Give me your info on the K-Rock text line, 315, 364, 1009.
Rigged.
Absolutely rigged.
Rigs it can be.
Syracuse Nationals Week.
The NAPA Auto Part Syracuse Nationals kicks off Thursday.
just a couple of days over the great New York State Fairgrounds taking over all of the fairgrounds.
And in one building, the Expo Center, you can check out the charity Brush Fest.
Paul's back from Brush Fest.
Hey, how are you? How's everybody?
I love the Brush Fest.
Like we always say every year you come in, the art is spectacular.
So cool.
But it all goes to a good cost.
So talk about some of the money we've raised and where it goes.
Oh, it goes to Ronald McDonald's House and it stays right here in central New York.
Does not leave the area.
Last year, they raised over 94.
thousand dollars. Ninety-four thousand dollars in three days. That's crazy. That still gives
me chills when I hear that number. It's unbelievable. Was it the biggest year ever last year?
Well, yeah. As far as when I took it over, yeah. It's absolutely the biggest year.
I'm trying to, I'm trying to will us into existence.
100 grand. 100 grand this year. Let's do it. 100 grand. Let's do it. It's do 100 grand. It's
200 grand. It's good nothing. Let's get a hundred thousand dollars raise for the Ronald
House charities to CNI. Yeah. That'd be wonderful. So the way this works is,
unbelievable. I mean, these just aren't schlubs. These are some of the best artists,
pinstrippers anywhere, right? Yeah, no, we do. We get, there's the pinstripe legends,
and there's only like 30 of them. There's a new one inducted every year,
and we're going to have Gary Jensen. He'll be here this year. He's one of the pinstripe
legends. Wow. Absolutely. I can't emphasize enough how cool it is,
because they were doing, you know, pinstriping at Cavalcated Cars. And I just stand there
and watch these guys and gals with their free hands.
It's unbelievable talent, Paul.
Yeah, yeah.
It takes more than a day to figure that out.
So how does it work?
How does the auction work throughout the day?
All right, so Thursday we're going to have the first auction.
It'll be at 2 o'clock.
Okay.
You'll just have, you know, show up at the Expo Center.
All you've got to do is raise your hand once we start the bidding.
And all the money goes directly to Ronald McDonald's House.
You pay with your credit card, your debit card,
your cash, whatever you want, firstborn, whatever you want to do.
And these auctions are things that the artists have kind of done themselves,
whether it's like a panel or like sometimes tumblers, a bunch of random stuff.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
We do panels, all of our panels and everything like that.
House of Color is our corporate sponsor.
We paint all the panels.
We paint bowling pins.
We paint skateboard decks, everything like that,
and metal flake, everything.
And then the artists, they come up, they choose anything.
you know, that we have for striping.
They come up, they stripe it, they do whatever, they letter it, they make signs,
whatever the heck they want to do.
And then it gets donated right there on the spot from the artist to the Syracuse,
Ronald McDonald House.
And then we auction it off, you know.
And there'll be two, four, five auctions this year.
Wow, yeah.
So Thursday, 2 o'clock, Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.,
all the auctions are right there in the Expo Center.
Yep.
And if you want to bring something to be pinstripe, that's another angle, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
If anybody wants to get their car pinstriped, lettered, anything at all, we have mobility scooters.
Yeah, I've seen a lot of that.
It's hilarious.
Anything at all.
We have an area in the Expo building where we could bring the cars, trucks, motorcycles in.
We could do it right then and there.
If you have something that you're like a purse or a pair of shoes or a toolbox or anything you want,
Bring it up.
See what any one of us will pinstripe and do whatever you want.
Letter it, anything, boom, you'll get it right.
You know, and it's all done.
House of color, the corporate sponsor, all these artists volunteer their time for this cause.
They do.
Yeah.
They actually fly here, drive here, whatever, on their own dime.
The Randolph House is where we're all staying.
Cool.
They give us a discount on the rate.
They pay, the artists pay for the.
their own stay. Ronald McDonald's House feeds us. That's a huge bill right there. Yeah, that helps.
Yeah. Sure, but I mean, there's 65 artists that are coming here this weekend. Yeah.
It's a fascinating. I just love watching them do their art, but if you want some art, this is the place to get it done because it all goes towards a good cause.
Go to Syracuse Nationals.com for the schedule of the auctions, all the information. It's right inside the
Expo Center. You cannot miss the big House of Color logo. You'll see all these artists working.
Paul, raise 100,000 this year.
We're going to do it.
Go get it.
Thank you very much.
Thank you, Paul.
We'll come back.
If you want to go to the Syracuse Nationals, text Nationals to 315-364-109.
Oh, seeing all of your texts.
Where's High Strangeness?
It's a busy, it's Nationals week.
I got to get a lot of my interviews in, so.
Keep your pants on.
Keep your pants on, Bob.
Damn-on.
Ah, yes, on Tuesdays.
we get into your high,
strangeness,
the unexplained,
haunted,
hauntings,
UFOs.
And today,
cryptozoology.
Cryptids.
Like big tall giraffes?
Yes.
Now,
I guess I don't got to do it.
I was going to do the story
of the big tall giraffe.
That haunts a New England community.
Kind of.
So,
all right,
this is in two parts.
And if you're going to get real high,
the creepy part,
you'll want to be high for both elements
of this.
this high strangeness.
Okay.
Because the first part is the creepy part where I'm going to tell you the story of the
Gloucester sea serpent.
Gloucester,
Okay.
Okay.
I'm ready.
Off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts.
Yep.
That'll be the cryptozoology part.
But then, Cody, I found an old news reel from it looks like at least early 80s, maybe
late 70s.
Of these people from Gloucester, Massachusetts who claim they're,
were attacked by the Gloucester Sea Serpent.
Oh, boy.
And it's so funny in an unintentional way.
Okay?
Oh, no.
So let's do the creepy part first.
And you can hear the story thanks to Mr. Creepasta on YouTube.
This is the story of the Gloucester Sea Serpent.
All right.
The legend began gaining widespread attention in 1817 near Gloucester, Massachusetts, after
multiple witnesses reported seeing a massive serpent-like creature swimming just offshore.
And unlike many cryptid stories, these sightings happened in broad daylight.
Witnesses described a creature between 60 and 100 feet long, moving through the water with a series of humps rising above the surface.
Some claimed it had dark green or black scales.
Others described a long neck lifted from the ocean like a snake.
One report came from several fishermen who claimed the creature swam close enough for them to clearly see its head, rising above the waves, before disappearing beneath the surface again.
As more sightings spread across coastal towns, news reports throughout New England began covering the story.
At one point, so many people claimed to have seen the creature that scientific organizations reportedly attempted to investigate the sightings themselves.
But no explanation was ever confirmed.
Over time, theories about the Gloucester Sea Serpent began to spread.
Some believe witnesses had simply misidentified whales, giant eels, or unusual wave patterns in rough water.
Others thought something unknown may have been living off the Atlantic coast for generations.
Because whatever people claimed to see near Gloucester, it rarely stayed visible for long.
Just enough movement in the water to make people stop and stare.
All right.
So, the Gloucester Sea Serpent.
Could it be a whale?
Yeah, sure.
Could it be a big snake?
Sure.
Like hundreds of years ago, though, I don't doubt people seeing some crazy-ish because it was probably the last of some of those things dying.
off. You know what I mean?
That has lived in the ocean for hundreds
of years. But now
Cody. Now this
Now we're going to go to Channel 12 news.
Oh boy. Do I have
the year? Hold on a second.
This is in Rhode Island near where the
Gloucester sea serpent could also be.
All right.
I
Glausta. Prepare yourself
for the
I guess
unintentional hilarity that is this news clip.
Okay.
As people in this video, they don't say Gloucester Sea Serpent directly,
but people believe what they're reporting is the Gloucester Sea Serpent.
Okay.
Okay.
Their voices are hilarious.
Okay.
The accents are hilarious.
Oh, no.
They're like, da.
Twitch.tv slash the show or the show.fm.
This is a woman, and I don't want to discount her fear because she's legitimately feared unless she's the best actress ever.
Okay.
She's legitimately scared of something that attacked her out in the water.
But also, I'm giving you all permission to laugh at this because it is unintentionally hilarious.
Hold on a second.
Hold on.
I'm playing it in the background, too.
My apologies.
I'm a professional.
Sorry.
Sorry.
Sorry.
I'm a professional here.
I forgive you.
I forgive you.
This has been a summer of frightening animals in Rhode Island, a piranha and comitry, an alligator in Lincoln,
and now an unknown scary creature in Portsmouth.
Whatever it was was so big and so scary,
a Fall River couple thought they were going to die.
It's a story you'll see only here on eyewitness news.
The couple spoke exclusively with our Sean Daly.
Sean joins us now with their amazing ordeal.
We haven't heard of anything quite like this around here before.
Imagine swimming mindlessly in the late afternoon sun
when all of a sudden out of nowhere a huge,
horrifying creature roughly 15 feet long rocks your world.
So if you're just tuning in, this is the Gloucester Sea Serpent.
I told you the tale of the Gloucester Sea Serpent.
This is an unrelated news story where believers think that this woman
encountered the Gloucester Sea Serpent
and her man saved her life.
I've never seen this footage before. Here you go.
Tuesday afternoon here at Teddy's Beach in Portsman.
What happened gives new meaning to this danger sign.
your sign.
Watch me.
He's got a heater.
Yes.
For those you're just listening,
this woman is crying in the arms of a man
who's got an unlit heater in his mouth.
He's got an unleit cigarette.
It just, dude,
this clip gives,
this clip gives so much.
He's got a hot, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
This is still hard for her, isn't it?
Yeah, she went to a consular
to talk to a council
this morning and night.
It was low tide.
and Rachel Carney was out beyond the danger sign, floating on her back, relaxing, when big troubles dropped.
I turned around, I heard a hissing, a hissing sound.
So I stopped.
I looked beside me, and all I seen was a face come up with these big teeth.
And I just remember the face being shaped like a basketball, and the face went in.
I kind of sucked in, and then I squared off.
Then it had all white, and it kept swimming around me.
It rubbed up against my leg.
So I just stopped, and I could pretend it like I wasn't moving.
That's when it rubbed up, went down, kept going around me.
It rubbed up against your leg.
Up against my leg.
It touched you.
It touched me.
That's how I knew it was scary.
Scarily.
Because I felt the scales.
Oh, scaly.
It sounded like she said.
Scaly.
That's when she knew it was scared.
No, it was scared.
Scaly.
That's when I felt the scare.
That's when I was scaly.
That's what I felt the scare.
Okay.
So I started swimming away.
Oh, Danny, help me.
Something's chasing me.
Johnny!
Rachel Carney's fiance, Dennis Vats Cancelos, had been fishing with a buddy on these rocks.
Danny.
He raced into the water.
It's going to get a...
I grabbed the body ass.
I grabbed her right.
And I grabbed her like that.
And I whipped her in.
We're over the head.
I just...
I said, he grabbed her.
He grabbed her by his.
Grabbed her by his.
Sorry.
We rear range.
Go back.
Go on Annie.
Fishing with a buddy on these rocks, he raced into the water.
It's going to get her.
I grabbed the body ass far rear red.
Go rear red.
Grabbed it like that and I whipped her in.
We're all right ahead.
He threw her.
I said, I whipped her in.
I said, Rachel, just swim.
Don't turn around no matter what you hear, right?
Now I stood there and the things going like around me and stuff, all right?
And I can see how big it is and stuff, and it's gigantic.
Okay, it has scales on it and stuff.
Now, all of a sudden, for me to you away, this big head comes up.
Honestly, I've noticed nothing like this before my life.
It's like a football.
It's like this big, okay?
It comes up and it's got these fangs.
Like my fingers, right, the first, this many in the bottom,
and about two or three at the top plus layers inside, okay?
Oh, layers.
Layers.
Layers.
Like, blackish on the top a little bit,
and it's got a couple of scales that you can see and stuff,
and you can see the white stopping under its neck.
And it shoots water out of its nose, right?
And out of its mouth, it goes like this to me.
It goes,
spit the water out of me.
Now I think it's going to kill me, you know what I mean?
The group thinks the creature was attracted to blood
from a nasty injury to Joey Malo's leg.
So now you're going to be Joey.
Now you're going to be Joey.
Now you're going to be Joey.
All right.
So there's Rachel.
Rachel Dorney.
Rachel, Rachel
Guys, you got to stay with me.
Rachel was out
swimming past the danger zone.
Floating on a back.
Floating on a back.
I was just floating on my dick.
She seinted it.
She seinted it. It came up, scared of it, had fanged,
had the size of a basketball.
They're very locked in on the basketball headside.
Yeah, yeah.
Now, her boyfriend, Donnie,
grabbed her by the ass and whipped her up on the beach.
Donnie grabbed and did her.
I'm sorry, this is the news.
The rear end.
And I whipped her.
I said, I whipped her and I says,
don't turns around.
Don't just swim, Rachel.
No matter what you here.
Don't.
Is he what I would have had to kill it with my bareheads to protect her?
Just going with her.
I stands there.
So now their theory is the reason the gloucester sea serpent.
Go ahead.
Yes.
Questions?
I have questions.
I just, yeah, I like how as soon as it's it.
She saw the thing.
She's like,
it must be like a bear.
He's dead in the water.
She played dead.
That'll stop the sea serpent from eating her, right?
So the theory is the reason they think the gloucester sea serpent.
Never in my life did I think this was going to happen.
Never.
They believed the gloucester sea serpent came to that part of the water.
Don't be drinking when I tell you this.
All right, please put your drop down.
Okay, okay.
Because their buddy Joey has an open wound.
He has a leg wound.
And when everybody knows when you have an open wound, you go into the water, you go into the bay.
And you clean it right there, early swimming and having a good time.
All right.
So here's Joey talking about his open wound.
In the water, as he is right now, cleaning his leg.
Joey, how much blood was there?
I blood for an hour and a half.
And it just wouldn't stop.
He bled for an hour and a half.
Hour and a half.
He sought no medical attention.
I'm fine.
He just splashed around in the water.
The beach will clean it up.
The fish poop will make it fine.
Everybody in this clip is dead now, right?
They've got to be.
No, that.
Not ever going to salt water again.
Oh, it's hard for a shot water.
I thought I was dead that day.
Honestly, I didn't think he was going to make it in time to get me.
I just thought I was dead.
I thought it was dead.
As first I thought it was an eel, okay? Because it was, when it was rolling first, right?
It would roll and you could see the white and stuff. But when it got to chase her, it was going like this.
You know what I mean? Like they go a little bit like this? Like a hump sort of. It sounds like a barracuda summer like that, all right?
It's barracuda summer.
You're still in the moment right now, two days later. You're still in this moment, are you? I have flipped over this. I have flipped over this. I've seen, I went to bed. I've been going to
on a bed with things grabbing me wrapping around my neck,
twirking, fighting underground and everything.
Still a mystery, what the creature was.
State environmental agents checked out the scene today
and found nothing.
So the best guess comes from marine experts we checked with.
They figure it may have been some sort of a tropical fish
that migrated here with a warm golf current.
The liars.
The liars.
I saw it.
I seen it.
It had the head of a basketball, the white neck, fangs, layers of them.
them. Honestly, that makes sense. I don't know.
Saltwater. Yeah, it was probably something that came from
some weird thing from the ocean. Because once they start to like die
and all that, they don't know where they go and everything.
For those of you asking. But man, that was
great. I will post the news clip on our Facebook page so you can watch it.
What did he do
that he bled for an hour and a half?
I don't know. All I know is that Joey had an open wound and he bled
for an hour and a half in the water. And he just
stood there in the water
bleeding?
Just going,
Slade.
Isn't that what you would do?
Just bluish.
For like a second.
And for those you're not watching,
the wound was considerable.
It was like the size of a baseball,
as long as we're going to keep relating sports items to this event.
I couldn't tell if it was a,
that was a tattoo on the bag of his wound.
That was the wound.
And he was splashing salt water in it.
Ew.
Everybody involved in that story.
Can no longer be with.
us. They've all died of some horrific
something. They all three
have erectile dysfunction.
There's your story. Today's high strangeness.
What the hell? The gloucester sea serpent
bud.
Somebody pee on my wound, quick.
Pea on my calf, quick. Good morning. Happy.
July 14th, which apparently
is the first ever, Spongebob
Day.
Hi, radio listeners. This is
SpongeBob Square Pants.
It says.
It declares July 14th.
SpongeBob date.
What's your secret?
A little radio in your head?
We come here every morning.
It's our favorite pastime.
Okay, here we go.
Here we go.
The best thing ever!
It's the best.
Syracuse's most talented?
By far.
Most the funniest guy from ever from East Syracuse.
Most successful award winning.
Mm-hmm.
Tom County, voice of SpongeBob coming out of East Syracuse.
I just never...
I never did SpongeBob.
Kid, get into it.
My kids never really watched it.
It wasn't our bag.
But we did go to the SpongeBob musical on Broadway and loved it.
It was fantastic.
I tried to watch numerous SpongeBob's just didn't do it for me.
Now, what does that mean?
I don't know.
All I know is they, is somewhere in the series, July 14th is mentioned as SpongeBob's birthday.
Oh, okay.
So Nickelodeon is making today the first ever SpongeBob Day.
Gotcha.
Gotcha.
So congratulations.
Just SpongeBob.
How old would he be? Ask Cody A.
How old is SpongeBob?
Like, it's probably going to tell you...
How old is SpongeBob?
It's probably going to tell you in the series of a certain age.
This, uh, but if it follows everything, so this makes him 39 years old as of...
Jesus.
Today.
You old ass SpongeBob is 39?
According to his in-universe driver's license from the episode Sleepy Time, Spongebob's birthday is July 14th, 1986, which makes him 39 years old.
39 years old. That is too old to be.
wearing underpants walking around Sponge Bob.
Well, there's square pants, I guess.
Yeah.
No, but that's a...
Okay, boomer, Bob.
I don't know if age...
Nearly 40.
Age matters down where you're like...
Bikini bottom?
Yeah, your boss is a crab and...
Mm-hmm.
Your best friend's a starfish.
And then the squirrel has to wear a helmet
because she isn't supposed to be underground.
Yeah.
Underwater, I mean.
Which is very weird.
Mm-hmm.
A squirrel's like, I'm going to have down there.
I'm going to get down there real quick.
I'm going on.
Lots of sports actions today, Cody.
As you got France, Spain.
Yep.
Three o'clock today.
I'm taping it.
Well, whatever that's called nowadays.
So I'll watch it tonight.
That'll be my nightly viewing.
Oh, what about the All-Star game at 8 o'clock?
You don't care about the All-Star game?
I do the littlest bit, but I'm more concerned about that, France and Spain.
I don't think I'm going to make it the whole day.
Here are your starting lineups.
The American League has Mike Trout, Jordan Alvarez, Shea Langalears.
Correct me if I say anything's wrong.
Junior Caminero, Bobby Witt Jr., Cody Bellinger, Ben Rice, Riley Green, and Ernie Clement.
National League have Kyle Schwarber, Juan Soto, Freddie Freeman, C.J. Abrams, Max Muncie.
Ozzie Albys, Brandon Marsh, Andy Pages, and Drake Baldwin.
Two Braves, two Braves on the stars. I like that. I like that.
Did they do anything special for the All-Star game? Do they just...
No.
It's a couple of All-Stars out there.
It's just the best versus the best.
Mm-hmm.
It's great.
I just,
there's so many things.
Like,
I didn't,
I didn't watch raw.
Yeah.
Oh yeah,
you're way backed up.
That game will be on.
You got busy cotton candy activities this week,
so you're busy.
Well,
I mean,
after today,
because today's the actual,
a little mini event thing.
So I just won't,
I won't,
from like three to,
you know,
eight.
The time I get home
to be 7.
It's probably the,
you know,
won't be able to watch things.
Also,
the third season of,
I don't,
I didn't watch quarterback on Netflix.
The debuts today.
This year they're following Washington Commanders QB, Jaden Daniels.
I didn't watch them about that.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers, QB Baker Mayfield,
and Cam Ward on the Tennessee Titans as well as Joe Flacco.
What is quarterback?
I don't know.
I assume it's like some of those shows out you would watch on ESPN
where they just kind of like follow a guy.
Kind of like hard knocks, but not as like hard knocks.
Yeah, just with like one player.
Because some of those are cool when they follow people around for the season
or like the rookie show.
where they do all that.
But I'm not in football.
You know, I'm not in football mode either.
Yeah, that's, I mean, we're still trying to enjoy my summertime.
I don't say, we're right in the middle of the summer.
I'm trying to enjoy my summertime.
The Napa Auto Part Syracuse Nationals are coming up Thursday.
Just a couple of days away, opening up on Thursday.
I'm seeing a lot of them already.
Rock cars?
Yeah, they're in town.
Like Badger was saying, they get here, campers were loading in yesterday.
When I was, and I was doing a whole, because, you know, we both make great characters in our heads.
Mm-hmm.
I saw a guy yesterday
He had it forever
And he had his card
You can see all this national stickers
In my head
He was all right well
Monday
We can take her out
Make sure things to work
Maybe get an outside wash
Pick up a couple things
Mm-hmm
Tuesday
Give a full wash
Inspect
Make sure everything's good
Fix anything we ever fix
Wednesday
Load in day
Picnic day too
Don't forget
They get that picnic they get to go to
Oh all the participants
Picnic
Well we do picnic
We do picnic
And we'll get the load in.
Go to the picnic.
Come back.
Finish the loader.
Yeah.
Wednesday night.
Mind you, everything that you're saying they've done before 8 a.m.
It's done before 8 o'clock in the morning.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
They're up at 4.30.
Well, because I was going to say, and then, actual loading time.
Waiting for the car wash to open.
Thursday, 4 a.m.
Syracuse Nationals.com for tickets and information.
By the way, our Crazy Daisy showstoppers are going to be right inside gate one.
Go see that.
It's sick.
Things bitching.
It's sick.
Yeah, it's legit.
Um, I'm not sad to read this, but there has been a 55% decline in social media usage.
Okay.
And I get it because I think it was the shiny new toy for a little bit.
We all liked it.
I rode the entire social media wave.
Yeah.
I've been a nerd for a real long time, a computer nerd for a real long time.
Yep.
And I was there since the beginning.
And it kind of starts with.
chat rooms and we're all being social and then it goes to instant messenger then we're doing
like live journals and making our own little things but like you can comment on the live journals
and then my space shows up and then we're kind of like now we're oh there's like a competition
who's in your top eight i get to customize a little bit and then facebook shows up and all hell breaks
and all hell breaks loose and facebook in the beginning was like you and i have said before it's your
college friends, maybe your high school
buddy, you're going to see what they're up to. For the while
it was only
college. Yeah. You could only
have, if you had a college
whatever address. You had to have. Dot edu.
Yep. Then you could join and that was it.
Because I remember then when they opened it to like
high school
students or whatever the hell it was. I was like, no, okay,
this is going to ruin it. Yeah. Little did we know.
And then Facebook comes along
and then Twitter and you got all these variation.
of different things and then Vine
and it just became exhausting
I think for a lot of people
You're like what do I got to do I got to have another account somewhere else
Everything was okay find the new silly little niche
That everybody is going to watch
Okay Vine eight second clips
Bumerangs in four seconds and it whips around
Now the reels of those three seconds
You know like all that stuff where it was like
It's all the same that's all the same thing
Yeah, I think that, I mean, I guess I don't know what my kids do on social media.
I mean, I should know better, but they just do a lot of Snapchat.
That's their thing.
Yeah.
They send each other snaps.
Yeah, kids are all about the Snapchat.
It's not really a lot of public posts.
No, it's all just stupid pictures of themselves.
To each other or whatever.
Look, look, I'm a monkey in this one.
And now we don't really have any, like, useful social media, which sucks, because I need to use social media to promote this show and different brands that we
partner with.
No, I think it's starting to like filter out the ones, you know, that are.
Like there's, like the algorithm is just a curse.
Like going back to what I was saying earlier about Kurt Cobain having a post on TikTok.
It's like.
Right.
Can you imagine that?
This is nothing natural about it.
And then you see these poor creators that have to chase the algorithm and then, oh, no, you can't type out.
Don't type the hard gun because then it'll get blocked.
Or you can't type.
Don't type.
Don't type.
Don't type.
Don't type.
Don't type weed.
You're going to get blocked.
Oh, you get a shadow band.
Don't take all these stupid rules.
You got to, I got to say pew, pew, I'm an adult.
I'm not saying a pew, pew, pew.
It's so weird.
It's stupid and it's all like, it's all nonsense.
What's any of it matter?
No.
What is that?
At the end of day, what doesn't any of it matter?
And then the people who own the companies, like, I get, I am on Facebook because
obviously the businesses we run and the programming we run.
Yes.
My algorithm is just force-fed stuff I definitely don't follow.
No.
Like stuff that I don't.
Don't rock with.
And it just sense to me.
I've been trying to, I've been clicking X on so many things,
especially Facebook for forever,
where it's like,
why would you think that I'm going to interact with this?
Yeah.
It's almost like Zuck's rage bait and he knows what he's doing.
It is exactly that.
Why do you think Syracuse.com will post the same story about ICE 50 times
or the Casanovia school board guys?
As long as they can get clicks.
Because they know people are going to get angry and they're going to fight.
and then they just fight, fight, fight, fight, fight, and that's what drives.
And I think people are sick of fighting.
I think it's been, since the pandemic kicks off, we all just been fighting, and I think people
are tired of fighting.
I mean, there's people that have always loved fighting on social media.
I'm not one of them.
I think people are just done with it.
And I hope we get back into real world scenarios and getting together.
Yeah, no, it's just again, that's the dumbest people we grew up with.
Yeah.
They're the last hanger on.
Spouting off.
like they're the smartest people that have ever lived where it's like, no, we all know you. We know you.
You're really stupid. We all know you. You're dumb. Because you, just because you inherited your dad's car
dealership and that suddenly make you brilliant. No. You were born on third base, but.
Yeah, I was saying, mommy and daddy handing you things doesn't make you smart. Mm-hmm. Well, more than half of people
say they are posting much less than they did five years ago as the social media decline is becoming
very noticeable. Many are being more selective about what they share.
Plus, all these YouTube accounts that built big success,
they're slowly declining now.
Yes. Like people are watching less and less of that stuff.
And because you have to be creative.
Yeah. Like there's so many of these influencers and reels and all this and everything.
You see that these people just aren't creative. I'm not saying we're the funniest,
whatever, but we do things with a purpose.
We are the funniest.
By the way, that's just not...
Well, I mean, yeah, we are, but no.
Which is watching some of these people that are supposedly influencers post stuff,
and it's like, how did you, how did you get that?
One thing, and maybe I'm just not in those algorithms.
Boring person I've ever seen.
But the most boring people we've ever seen,
they always result to like prank channels or prank TikToks,
which are just all so stupid and you're like,
why would you, you're at the grocery store,
throwing toilet paper at a stranger?
Like, what is this? You know?
No, I can't. And there's a way, again, that Zuck Shadow Bans.
Yeah, Matt, they're at the end of it.
Promote what I do, but...
You got all these tech, uh, all these tech overlords decide on what we pose when we post.
Yeah. No. I don't know.
Because again, it's what we do. We have to post on there because it keeps what,
you know, people interested and let them know that we are still doing what we do.
We're here. We're hanging out. We're still doing our things. But, uh, you know, we do our best to find
our avenues. Often imitated.
Shout out to the Kia dealership that's got us on
in the service area right now. What up, Kia.
Hello, Kia. I like your car.
Do you still have the hamsters to drive?
Kia.
Kia, do you have the driving hamsters?
Big sick hamsters.
Pearl Jam, alive.
You should stay alive today by being hydrated,
taking shade breaks.
Yeah.
I'm feeling for, listen, I'm an indoor kid.
You guys know that.
I am very soft.
I feel nothing but sympathy for those you working outdoors today,
those you up on roofs today.
Please be careful.
I ain't good with my hands unless it's your mother's.
Oh, because again, we know we like the energy and you got to have your monsters,
but oh man, today just so much water.
Try a little water.
Try a little water. Try something like. Maybe even a gatorade.
Try a gatorade.
Something with electrolytes. You're going to be sweating a lot of things out.
You just don't want that headache.
Not only headache.
Not only headache.
You don't want to get home after a long day today and then your muscles start to cramp up
because you got those dehydrated muscles.
or no electrolytes.
Yep.
Be careful, please.
Careful out there today.
Stay cool.
Take your breaks.
Check on your pets.
Check on your elderly neighbors.
Maybe have a bowl of mac and cheese.
Happy National Mac and Cheese Day, Cody.
Now, I know that you prefer shells, right?
Yeah, I like those.
Because no tunnel pos.
I like the shells for most varieties.
But every once in a while,
I can do the old school,
you know, craft mac and cheese.
I love some craft mac and cheese today.
As a matter of facts.
But not now.
Not today.
Not today.
Too hot to eat, man.
So, surprisingly, I'm going to do a bunch of mac and cheese facts here.
Okay.
America's favorite mac and cheese noodles?
Mac and cheese facts.
Go.
Power.
What do you think America's favorite mac and cheese noodles are, bud?
Because it ain't going to be tunnel pasta.
Is it like, what's the, is it bow tie?
No.
No?
What?
Spirles.
Spirles.
Spirals.
Dude, a spiral craft.
They're right.
They're right.
It holds more cheese.
It's really good.
Hold more of that cheesy juice or whatever it is.
The cheese the cheesy juice?
I do like that.
I do like cheesy juice.
Oh, man.
Do you drink the cheesy juice after?
I've been known to.
I've been known to get down a little shotsky of the cheesy juice at the end.
That's why our heart speeds so fast.
That's why I'll be dead very soon.
Dr. Dr. Drink the cheese milk.
Processed meats and cheese milk.
Oh, the cheese milk.
Yeah, I think that's the sleeper for any pasta situation is a spiral.
Say you got a red sauce and you're just making a dish of pasta.
Spirals got so much sauce on them, dude.
They really do hold well.
They hold well.
I'm an agreement with you there.
Favorite cheese is going to be cheddar.
Yeah, obviously.
I was going to say just a chatter.
But coming up right behind it, a Monterey Jack, a Hubbardi.
Okay.
A moonster or a Gouda.
Wow.
Yeah.
Yeah.
People with their mac and cheeses do have quite the variety of them.
Let me give you guys a little secret for mac and cheese for making mac and cheese at home.
Something I learned.
Thanks to Showgirl Fuzz in our chat.
You know it adds, I don't know how it does it, but it adds a really good layer to it.
Like half a teaspoon of mustard or half a teaspoon of like a spicy mustard.
Yeah.
I don't know why.
It unlocks flavors.
Yeah, you put that in there, dude.
Mmm.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
I do like if I have a mac and cheese, I do like a crumbull.
top.
You do?
I do like a crumbly top
if I want to have a mac of cheese.
Yeah, that's the oldest.
I had my...
The druthers.
Your druthers.
The oldest likes a baked mac and cheese that way.
Yeah.
Where it's like you've got the noodles and then you put some crackers on top or something
in the oven for a little bit.
Yep.
Cousin J, I better have some mac and cheese at your party Sunday.
I like a good crunch.
I look a good crunch.
Goldfish crackers or a cheese it on top, dude.
Right.
Yep.
Yep.
Most popular spices for your mac and cheese.
A pepper.
Yeah, salt pepper.
Paprika.
But like I said, making the list, a mustard or like a spicy mustard,
it does something to the flavor.
You'll like it.
They're saying, what's your favorite meat for a mac and cheese?
I don't dabble in the meaty mac and cheese.
No, I don't like, I don't like a buffalo chicken mac and cheese and all that.
I know a lot of people do.
If I'm at a food truck, you know what?
The one rule I would make, if I see somebody is selling brisket mac and cheese.
You like that?
No.
I'm in.
I mean, I'm in on some brisket mack and cheese.
I just don't like mac and cheese enough.
No?
To then be like, and then let me put some chopped up.
Little rick and manganin.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, top ranking was pork, so like.
Pulled pork.
Yeah, or like a bacon.
Maybe like a bacon, mac and cheese.
Oh, yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Sometimes that's not too bad.
I don't hate that.
But, yeah, even then, I don't think you.
Katie said growing up, we had mac and cheese for dinner with a side of chocolate chip
muffins.
Katie, sometimes I think that our parents were just doing their best.
That's what you had.
Like, my mother would come up with meals and you'd be like,
here's chicken noodles, some chocolate milk, and then I,
I don't know.
It's what we had.
It's just what we had.
Or are they assumed they had more?
Like, I do that all the time.
Or I'm like, oh, I already have that at home.
And you get home and you don't.
And that's the main ingredient.
Yeah.
They were just doing their best.
And I think we're all still just doing our best.
Yep.
When it comes to dairy, whole milk is the most popular.
Oven.
Oven baked is the most popular way to make the mac and cheese.
The sauce, people like a lot of sauce.
I like a little light sauce.
I like a good tasty sauce.
It's got to, if it's going to be mac and cheese, I want it to be mac and cheese.
I do not want.
So I'm visualizing a mac and cheese in my head that I do not want.
You know when you do you pick it up and there's just a bunch of like loose noodles that fall?
Yeah.
And you're like, you're dry.
I see what you're saying.
You like it to have a glue.
Yeah.
You like it to sit together like Joey's wound.
You want to be nice.
I want it to be thick and oozing like Joey's leg wounds.
It's just like Joey's leg wound.
Exactly.
That's what I want to have the taste of.
Oh, look at all of our broke-ass dinners growing up.
Ben said my mom would order a $4 sheet pizza on Friday
and try to get it to stretch for four days.
Yeah, go get a slice of pizza.
Go have some pizza.
That's all we got.
That's all we got.
Jojo, quick dinner was hot dogs and boxed mac and cheese.
Made it all the time.
My mom made it.
Yeah, that's a good one.
Yeah, that's, we had to do what we had to do,
kid cuisines and the alike.
Yeah, and Beelanch, you have no idea the rage.
It brings me the,
that not only do we as adults have to figure out what's for dinner every day,
which is enough of an issue as is.
It's my least favorite thing.
But then you throw children into the mix.
I've literally said the phrase, and I don't care if CPS comes at this point,
where I've literally said the phrase,
I hate that I got to feed you guys every day.
Yeah.
Because every day I got to go through this song and dance to what you like,
what you don't like.
You're vegetarian.
You don't want to eat this.
Today.
Yeah, I hate that I got to feed you guys every day.
Again, I don't always like my kids.
I always love my kids, but I don't always like them.
I'm just not, I don't know what it is.
I hate coming up every day.
Every day you got to come up with something.
I'm like you said, all of a sudden, they hate it.
You think that you found something, bud.
Frikin turkey.
And they never have a reasonable answer.
They never have a reasonable answer.
Because you can't be like, no, you're not going to gaslight me.
No.
You absolutely would eat this.
Yeah.
So now tell me why you think it is mid now.
You said the phrase, Thanksgiving is my favorite meal.
So we started making turkey tenderloins and mashed potatoes.
And it was your favorite.
You couldn't get enough of it.
And then one day, I don't want that.
I always, when I saw stuff like that, it would be because a friend said something.
Some random friend went.
No, I just think they're at the.
Oh, you're like turkey?
Turkey's mid.
And that ruins kids.
So now, no, turkey's mid.
Every single day.
It's a back and full.
Evan said turkey's mid.
Exactly, Katie.
You find a snack they like, so you buy a bulk pack of said snack.
And they don't like that snack anymore.
Or a girl said that.
Turkey is mid.
No, sorry, turkey's mid now.
That's what we would do.
Texark, cousin Jay and chat, I asked my oldest to name three things I could make at home and she couldn't.
She still gets mad when we say nothing in the house.
I will tell these kids.
Youngest comes down the stairs.
I've never slapped my kids, but this is the closest I came to it.
He hits me all the time.
I hit you all the time, but I've never hit my birth children.
This is the closest I came.
When he comes downstairs and saying something, and he goes,
Well, it's not like you've made a meal in two weeks.
I kick him right out of my house.
Brother.
Get out.
Brother?
I'm going to have to punch you.
My brother in Christ.
Sorry, but I'm going to have to punch you now.
So for like three days after that, anytime I cooked, I made a big deal about it.
Like, wow.
See, he gets to eat.
Who would have guessed?
That's when I would then not cook at all.
Be like, yeah, go ahead.
That's what it is actually like if I don't cook what's the matter.
And then it's the standoff.
Then it's the standoff where the all of this is like, can you make me a cassidia?
And I go, you know how to make your own casadias, make your own casadias?
I don't want to.
And then they'll go back upstairs.
I'm like, you're going to starve yourself.
Yep.
Over this, over this standoff now where you don't want to make your own cassidia.
I can say this because I'm not apparent.
so I'm sure in the instance I would be completely on the opposite.
But that's what I feel like as a parent, I would be like,
this is an easy one for me to win.
I just don't have to make a damn cassadilla right now.
I do the standoff.
Have fun not eating a cassidilla.
I didn't want one.
But then, because the oldest, and here I go, this is my, I'm in counseling right now.
That's what I'm saying.
If I don't cook for them, then it's like, oh, okay, and they'll go away.
And then you start worrying because it's your case.
You're not eating.
Not only that.
The oldest keeps the tally of everything that's going on in my life forever,
because they're exactly like me.
So then I'll get, well, yesterday you cooked for da-da-da, but how come you won't cook for me?
You will cook for, I'm like, everything's equal.
Everything works out.
Well, that's again.
I cook for him because I cooked for you the day before.
And it's, yeah, but dude, we'll see that again, where I would be, guess what?
Here's a nice, nice life lesson for you.
Everything that someone gets, you don't get.
I couldn't do this because I'm not this savage of a parent,
but I saw a video of a woman who said,
her parents would make dinner.
So say it's pork chops and beans.
And you're like, I don't want pork chops and beans.
Your next morning for breakfast was pork chops and beans.
Oh, see that now.
Still don't want it for lunch, pork chops and beans.
Your next meal up was always what they made.
And until you ate that, you didn't advance of the next meal.
Oh, see, no, like that, I never had to worry about what that was.
No, thank you.
Lady Malk, Cody makes chicken slop, chopped up,
chicken, maybe some macutators gravy.
Mm-hmm.
That's always pretty good.
Mm-hmm.
Well, nope, that's one of the ones.
You just got to be like, I didn't want it.
Thanks.
You wanted a cassidia.
You could have made a cassidia.
Well, I don't want her now.
You made one for her soso yesterday.
Well, guess what?
There's people out there ripping around in Lamborghinis and living in giant mansions.
Yeah.
I don't get one of them just because they have one.
Right?
I would like a boat, wouldn't you?
I love a jet ski.
This life is more than just to read through.
Thank you.
Chili peppers.
I saw a funny video of Flea.
He didn't, long story short,
he didn't have his monitor in, it fell out,
so he couldn't hear him, saw him play bass,
and him just flipping out at the poor stage guy,
and like a two-year-old sprinting at him
with his middle fingers.
Yeah.
It's a bad video.
And then the guy had to be like,
you're in, your monitor is out.
Even Anthony Keatis of all people.
He's like, dude, your thing is out of your ear.
You're being a bitch.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like, dude, you...
Apologize.
You sprint.
Yeah.
In between songs, I would be like, that was really embarrassing.
I'm sorry.
You guys had to see me sprint across the stage at a stagehand while giving him the fingers.
And I've had to do that in my career.
I'm like, hey, man, listen, sorry, I kind of flew off the handle there.
You got to apologize.
You got to say, yo, that was my bad.
Yo, my bad.
I shouldn't have treated you that way.
I shouldn't act it that way.
You know, they don't.
They don't.
Well, Allstate has released their annual study of the best and worst drivers
in the country and anybody
who is listening to us in the state of New York right now
will not be surprised
that the worst drivers in the country come out of
Pennsylvania?
Nope, close.
A lot of people do either Pennsylvania or Massachusetts.
I'm going to say, because I haven't been that way.
I've never experienced those people, only the Pennsylvania.
Massachusetts.
The joke I always make is I'm impressed that they can get your photo
for your Massachusetts license with your head so far up your ass.
You're the worst.
The worst drivers on the road.
I have heard that a lot.
And you think you're great.
Yep.
They're whipping in and out.
They're just, they're going too fast.
They're driving crazy.
A good amount of the cities in Massachusetts are the worst drivers.
Makes sense.
Massachusetts has Boston,
Wachthastaf, Springfield.
The top five worst cities, three of them are Massachusetts.
Well, because they all try to drive.
You see even here in just Syracuse.
This is in New York City.
Relax, dude.
Chill out.
You don't need to triple park.
You don't need to go 100.
Mm-hmm.
Even when people are going like 70 and a 50, you still got to ride their ass around here.
And then whip around them.
Right?
It's very similar to here.
Worcester Brown's Wusta?
Wusta.
We're not going to go there is all I know.
We're not going to drive there at all.
Best drivers.
Places where there's nothing really going on.
Yeah, I was going to say like a Brownsville, Texas.
I was going to say flat.
Fort Collins, Colorado, and Boise, Idaho.
I mean, there's some, Boise's a city, so.
But you got a nice, open lanes.
Anywhere in Montana?
Yeah.
There's just nothing.
Good news.
New York State.
We didn't make best or worst.
We're right in the middle.
We're right in the middle?
We're right in the middle.
That sounds about right.
There's good drivers and there's bad drivers.
Yeah, you get ones that skew all the numbers, but it's overall not the worst here.
Because again, anytime, cross over to Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania is horrible to drive in.
Who I never realized that they had so many earthquakes every day all day
to make their roads all just cracked and falling apart.
They're falling apart.
They're falling apart and they're always under construction.
All.
What?
Which ones?
All.
Heads I'm France, tails I'm Spain.
Holy balls.
That doesn't count.
Esone Italian!
Heads.
