The following podcast is a Dear Media production.
She's a lifestyle blogger extraordinaire.
Fantastic.
And he's a serial entrepreneur.
A very smart cookie.
And now Lauren Everts and Michael Bostic are bringing you along for the ride.
Get ready for some major realness.
Welcome to The Skinny Confidential, him and her.
We did a lot of research in clinic and we did a lot of clinical trials and studies to where we said,
okay, we're going to put these frequency compositions together and let's let our customers test them.
So you take all the scientific studies, put them in there, and then you do in-clinic trials,
you do things like that, and finally you get down to, okay, it's these.
Like these are the main ones and it's these. These are the
main ones. And that's how we put together the compositions. And every composition is different,
obviously. One thing about me that I am so passionate about spreading everywhere is
frequencies. I came across frequencies, God, I want to say like five years ago,
and they really changed my life. And not only have they
changed my life, they changed Michael's life. And I think like added so much to my kid's life. So
I talk about them all the time. I talk about them on the podcast to friends.
And if you don't know what a frequency is, we're going to get into it in this episode.
So what I wanted to do in this episode is I wanted to talk to frequency experts.
So I had been using this app called Soak Technologies, and I connected with them,
and I decided to have them on the podcast. And basically, this episode is going to show you guys all of the amazing things that frequencies can do. So what I've noticed, especially,
not only do I play them at night, sometimes I play them
while I'm working, I play them in the car, and they just get you in a really healthy state of
mind. So we sat down with the founders of Soak, Henry Pennex and Laura Widley. And we just asked
them every single question about how to use frequencies to improve your sleep, mental
clarity, your focus, all the things.
I am obsessed with learning about this.
I think it's so interesting.
I think you guys are going to love this.
And this is something that anyone who is listening
can apply to their own life.
I liked it so much that we actually added
a soak frequency to this episode.
So as you're listening to the episode,
you will be able to absorb the benefit
of the frequency, even though you don't actually hear it. So we laid the podcast with a track of
frequencies. It's really cool. I think everyone is going to be obsessed with frequencies after
this if you're already not. On that note, let's talk to the founders of Soak Technologies.
This is the skinny confidential, him and her.
How come it took me 35 years to even know about frequencies?
I didn't, am I the only one out there?
Am I the only guy that didn't know about frequencies?
I feel like it took me until I was 35 to even know that these existed.
Yeah.
And interestingly enough, frequencies have been around since time because everything
emits a frequency, but it's only been lately that all the supercomputing
and everything like that has caught up. Quantum computing has caught up and been able to actually
condense these and offer them to humans for specific outcomes. Okay. So it's, they're,
they're just here now where the delivery, the delivery method is such that you can get your specific outcome.
But they've always been here, but now we can get them.
Frequencies have always existed.
It's an ancient thing, but with modern technologies.
Okay.
So for my first question then, for people that are listening that were like me and are like,
what in the heck is a frequency?
High level, how would you describe it?
So a frequency is an actual specific megahertz.
A frequency can be one specific number, like 432 hertz is a very popular frequency.
So it's an actual megahertz.
So what's happening is the frequency is oscillating.
So it's an energetic oscillation that's making it oscillate at a certain frequency.
So when our frequencies are out of balance, our energy is actually oscillating.
Not good. It's chaotic. And so frequencies make our cells oscillate at a certain tone or megahertz.
So that's one thing that we have done so much research on from our clinic is what megahertz affect what body functions. Yes. And so that's how we developed our frequency compositions is saying okay the heart
has a certain frequency the skin has a certain frequency your stress can can make you have a
certain frequency and so our frequency compositions are megahertz that are basically if you've heard
a sympathetic resonance you can have a tuning fork that you hit it and it vibrates at a certain
frequency and then another tuning fork that has not been hit, you put them together and then this one
starts resonating at the same as this one. And so it's sympathetic resonance. So our body and
our energy bodies do the same thing with the world around us. And so the frequencies from soak,
they encourage your cells to oscillate at that certain frequency. So if you have that chaotic
vibration going on,
your whole system calms down. And so it's a wave. It's a waveform. And so everything is a frequency.
How are you guys just sitting around one day, you're on your porch saying, I know,
let's get into frequencies. Yeah. So growing out of a clinic about eight, nine years ago, we had different modalities. We had MDs, we had technicians, we had nurse practitioners, and they started
getting really, really good results with a more holistic approach to specific outcomes that the
body would need. So if you came in and you were showing symptoms of anxiety or whatever depression,
we would start to feel out which
frequencies would actually counteract that to make that oscillation more true in your body.
And when we started getting better outcomes than other things like IV therapy, different things we
would do in the clinic, she actually came to me and said, this is a great idea. I'm more on the
business side. She's more on the clinic side. But she said, can't we get this out to people like all over the world and how could we do it?
And that's kind of how it started. So we took something that was very successful in clinic
and was able to get the same clinical efficacy through your phone.
But how did you guys know to use it in clinic to begin with? And are you guys actually doctors
in clinic? What's the context before?
Like, how did you even know to use that? More med scientist than anything that, yeah.
For sure. Well, so the backstory, long story short, I had a friend that was a naturopathic
doctor and I was just super interested in what she did. And she used frequency medicine in
different forms. There's tinctures, there's sound, there's all kinds of different ways you can use
frequency medicine. And so I got into that. Me and her basically went into business
together and I had him kind of helping me with the business part. And I'm not a practitioner,
which I actually love that fact because I come into what I do very, I'm non-biased. I'm a user,
I'm a customer. And so anytime I make any decisions, it's from the user's perspective
and the customer's perspective. And it's not like you have to do it this way because this
was my training sort of thing. And so she used frequency therapy. And so when I kind of got into
that with her, I was like, oh, this is incredible. Like, why isn't the world using this? Because it
doesn't have to go through your digestive tract. There's so many amazing benefits, and it's non-invasive to the body,
and it works so well, and it's a lot less expensive than natural medicine,
which is not covered by insurance.
And so that was why I was like, oh, we have to get this in an app.
And so we started doing it in clinic more and more, and it was just so great.
It worked so well for people and people of all ages.
And so that's when I started kind of barking at him.
I'm like, we got to put, we got to make this digital.
Where did frequencies like originate?
Well, some of the earliest writings that I found and studied was the Egyptian.
So the pyramids actually had frequency rooms in them.
And that's where they, if somebody was sick, they would take them in the room.
So it was built to actually have a certain vibration and like a vortex when you walk into the room.
And so they would place people in these rooms for, I don't know how long, maybe 30 minutes, maybe an hour, and it would heal their ailments.
And so that was one of the earlier historical things that we can read about, but I think it's way before that, I'm sure, that people would build actual rooms that had certain energy vortexes in them, and that is frequencies.
And so now we have the benefit of having technology be able to deliver those same frequency sounds through an app.
Again, for people that are maybe not as familiar, the way that I got turned on to frequencies in the first place,
one, Lauren started playing frequencies, was it 528?
Was that the one you started playing?
In our house when we would go to sleep, right?
And to calm down. But then I also, people like Andrew Huberman have talked about using 40 hertz when you need to focus and study or when you're working intensely.
And I started just listening to the, you know, I'd go to playlists and find it, but scientifically speaking, how do these frequencies kind of change the way we think,
or how do they put us into a relaxation? Like what, what is it actually physically or,
you know, doing to our, to our brains? I kind of liken this to a, a square tire.
So when you're, when you're depressed, when you have anxiety, when you're not focused,
ADD, ADHD, things like that, it's like you're, you're, you have this square tire and you're depressed, when you have anxiety, when you're not focused, ADD, ADHD, things like that.
It's like you have this square tire and you're clunking along and something's just not right.
You're not maximized. You're not optimized. And when you start listening to these frequencies,
and remember, these are frequency compositions. So we may have 528 in our composition. We may
have 432. It may start out with the first four or five frequencies and build to 15 or 20 as you're listening to this 20 minute track, all designed to hit the symptoms
that you've come to us for. So we want to make sure that we're not leaving anything out. And
because they're adaptive in nature, you've heard of adaptogenics. They will give you your body what
it needs and you can't have too much or too few so in this composition that's
where she became so successful is it would hit like if you came in for depression there's three
or four different areas of the body that need to be touched and and looked at to to to find out why
that actually occurred in your in your body so we can we put all those together. And when it hits that particular note, it, it,
it makes that square tire round and you actually feel it. And the, the thing she used about
sympathetic resonance in the tuning fork, we play you a frequency that's unrelenting. It can't
change, but your frequencies can because you've got mind, will, and emotions. So if you're listening
to this, you're that other tuning fork, that's going to change. Huh? So like last mind, will, and emotions. So if you're listening to this, you're that other
tuning fork that's going to change. So like last night I have PMS, I'm tired, I don't feel good,
and I put on your anti-anxiety one. That frequency knew that I didn't feel good is what you're
saying. Right. Well, you came to it first and said, I may be anxious. So we've got 30 frequencies and we do female hormone support. We've got depression. We've got anxiety. You pick
which one you want. Yeah. PM. There's actually a PMS frequency. I should have put that one.
It was good though. Cause I was having a little bit of anxiety. So that frequency knew how to
tune to what I was feeling. If you presented the problems of being anxious,
you would pick the anti-anxiety and listen to it.
And one of the 10, 15, 20 frequencies
that are in that composition
would have found exactly what was off in you
and balance that tire out.
And how do you know which frequency?
And again, some of my questions may sound ignorant
because I'm stumbling into this new world.
No, no, no, it's fine.
How do you know which number frequency makes sense for whatever ailment or issue that you're
going through? Yeah, that's a great question. So a lot of it is tons and tons of research.
There is all of the research out there, a book this thick. Roel Reif was one of the people who
actually put this on paper and was like, hey, this is this frequency.
This organ is associated with this frequency.
And so there's all that information that we had to take.
And then I took it to our practitioners and I said, we need to make specific frequencies for the most common ailments like PMS.
That's why we have a PMS sport because that's like every woman and anxiety, stress, depression.
We have a sexual frequency for men and male and female. And so we did a lot of research in clinic and we did a lot
of clinical trials and studies to where we said, okay, we're going to put these frequency compositions
together and let's let our customers test them. And so we got a lot of feedback. I mean, this was
like three, four years of feedback before we actually launched the app. That's why when we have our 30 frequencies, we were like, these are amazing.
Yeah, it's kind of like a funnel. So you take all the scientific studies, put them in there,
and then you do in-clinic trials, you do things like that. And finally you get down to, okay,
it's these, like these are the main ones. And that's how we put together the compositions.
And every composition is different, obviously.
Do you find that more people are open and more intuitive to this because if you asked me when i learned about a frequency you're not gonna believe what i would say i would say when
i was born i i like i don't know why i don't know why i say that but i knew what a frequency was i
can't remember how i even found out about it, but I almost didn't
know how to explain it. I feel like it was an intuitive thing in my body. And I see the same
thing in my daughter. There's something intuitive about the frequency. Do I sound crazy?
No. Yes. That's totally correct.
Is it something we're like born with?
I think, yes, for sure we are. But I think a lot of times we're not educated, for one, about frequencies where it is really
so common and like foundational for our world.
But I think another thing is, you know, when people are very sensitive energetically, that's
when that's probably how you are just very sensitive to the things around you.
So you can tell that, you know, maybe when you get in an argument that is a frequency in the
emotion that is rising in you when you have that argument it is the frequency
and it is your energetic it's your energy body changing and you actually
tangibly feel that chemical emotion but it all starts with that energetic change
which is frequency and so we so I can back any conversation,
I can back anything back to, it's a frequency thing,
it's an energy thing, which comes from a mind thing.
And so I think, just being aware from a young age
is just you're more sensitive.
And some people are just very turned off to their emotions,
which is energy and that whole thing.
So I think everybody's just different,
but some
people are so sensitive. I do notice, and we talked about this off air, that there was a shift
in the frequency of the world during the pandemic. The frequency to me felt obviously like really
contentious and angry and lonely. And I feel like the people that I saw that really sort of like made it through positively
had almost like a different dimension of frequency.
And I think it like opened up people's eyes to what's out there if they were closed off
to the intuitive area of the frequency.
Does that make sense?
Yes, 100%.
Have you guys noticed that the app did better after the pandemic because of that?
1000%.
That's when we got our first and second contract with US Air Force.
I mean, there's very smart minds out there saying, along with, you can search this up,
but along with a lot of really deep thinkers and world leaders that are saying frequencies
will be the 21st century medicine.
You know, it's funny.
I feel...
We'll look back and see how archaic this was
of taking these pills and do it.
And I'm not against that.
Like if you need it, great.
I'm not hating on anybody, you know, fantastic.
But why wouldn't you take something that's non-invasive
and immediately accessible to you?
Yeah, I mean, I think what's happened,
technology has moved so fast over the last 200 years or so
that we've gotten so far away from what's natural.
And so a lot of people that
were closed off and I've been one of those people, I think what happens is you just get so disconnected
from what your human nature is. Does that make sense? Right. Yeah. And so like now I grew up
that way. I mean, you got 30 some odd years of not knowing about it. And like you said,
you just stepped into it. Yeah. And now after having so many of these conversations and seeing
people that have had results like this on the podcast and talking to people that have gotten closer to maybe how we
evolved, now it's kind of undeniable to me, right? And I'll go to bed now and I'll put the frequencies
on and it immediately shifts the energy of the household. But I was just unaware of all this
stuff for so long. And I think a lot of listeners that are like,
what the hell are these people talking about?
I think they just have to be open to thinking like,
oh, these things have been here
for thousands and thousands of years
and people have utilized them,
but maybe we've just forgotten.
Does that make sense?
Anyone who is listening to this right now
that feels like, what are they talking about?
I don't understand.
I would encourage them to go put one on and see how you
feel inside. You will feel it. You feel it in your gut immediately. You feel it in your gut.
And I know this because my husband was a little bit blocked off, but once it cracked the egg open,
you now totally get it and you're on board every single night. Yeah. No, I mean, like I said,
I can't, even when we travel, we'll put them on and just like have them in the background. And
when I fly now, I use them when I can. And it's, it's funny because it's almost like, like I said,
it's this thing that maybe you didn't know about or forgot about, but as soon as it's reintroduced
to you and you see how you feel, it's primal. It's kind of like, I don't want to live without it now.
Well, yeah. And, and think about when you're a baby and you've, you read all these studies about how,
if you, if you play classical music while you're pregnant and all this stuff, like this is so
calming to the baby, what do you think it's calming? Because that's a frequency. That sound
is a frequency and you, so that's the primal nature of it. Now you bring it all the way today
with quantum computing that can actually measure energy field. So, you know, before, well, well, you've got bad energy. What does that mean? You know,
like, like, what does that, but when you walk in a room, certain people can walk in a room and
change that room because they've got a certain energy. Right. So recently I read an article and,
and I, I don't know where to quote this from, but I, I know it's out there. It was, we see so much
information every day, but there's actually skiff. They call them SCIFs. And that's something that's a military term. You go in this enclosed capsule like thing, this room, and there can be no frequencies in there ever. Like you can't get any type of frequency in there they put like eight people in there and they could measure from the outside using quantum computing exactly what those people were feeling inside the
skiff with nothing else they could say that person's feeling depression that person's kind
of high energy that person's being very anxious right now and and it would hit it a hundred percent
so we could measure what's the energy field now? We can measure it's like six, maybe eight feet, but if you're a really big personality, it's bigger.
Is that weird that like, when you say that, like, I feel like, I feel like that's what we do for a
living is measure the, the, the energetic frequency of the guest. Right. Yeah. Measure and match.
It's why we refuse to do this. Not in person. Yeah. It's like a frequency. Measure and match. Measure and match, right. It's why we refuse to do this not in person.
Yeah.
It's like a frequency.
Which I love that.
It's like a frequency dance.
I love that.
It's not the same thing.
We've done a few where we've had some guests that insist on it, especially during the pandemic.
And I'm not going to say which ones.
People have to dig for it.
But go back and you will see the frequency is not quite as high as it typically is.
That's one reason we were so excited to do this is because we've done a lot of podcasts,
but the chemistry is so different.
It's so much better when you're in person
and it is a frequency thing.
I think this type of thing,
sitting down, speaking to someone,
looking in your eyes,
this is a primal thing, right?
You kind of need to feed off the person's energy.
We've gotten, again, like you
use all these, it's also, and listen, some of the team didn't like this, but I was like, we got to
also get back in the office and be around each other at times because you need, I think you need
that interaction. And it's also why during the pandemic, I think we were so charged up because
you remove all of that and you put everybody behind screens. You know, it's lonely.
Talk to us about the US Air Force. You mentioned that.
How does the U.S. Air Force reach out to you?
And what does it look like implementing your technologies with them?
So we went through two phases with them.
Phase one was, can this even be a thing for the Air Force?
And the Air Force specifically reached out to us.
We went through this entire program.
And so we studied for about a year.
And is this, could this really be for you? And the answer was yes. After the study,
the answer was yes. Then we went for a phase two, they call it, which was a much larger contract,
a lot more things involved. And they said, okay, you've done it. Now you need a customer
in somewhere in the military department of defense, DOD, which our customer now is the Pentagon. And we said, okay,
now that we can use it, now that we can use it. Yeah.
You get into classified, unclassified,
different clearances and things like that. But we finally, we got that.
And now they're saying, okay, it works. We know that it's going to be great.
We're going to train pilots for mission readiness.
There's a lot of stuff going on in the world. I mean, I obviously can't get way into that
at all. People need help. Like everybody needs help. It's not just the person in the fighter jet,
it's their family that's worrying about the person in the fighter jet. So it's that frequency,
it's that energy, it's that, can you calm them down? Can you make them less anxious? Can you
make them less depressed? And that's the beauty of our program because it can go anywhere.
So is that what the military is hoping this program will accomplish is that you will help them
be less stressed, be more calm?
It's specifically our goal is to make pilots ready for mission readiness. So that means
if you get a phone call tonight and says in 24 hours, you got
to ship out and you're going to go on a mission that's going to take you out for three or four
days. And when you're on your way to that mission, you're going to fly for eight to 10 hours and you
may have two or three hours to rest. So when you're resting, what kind of sleep are you going to get?
So our, our frequency for sleeping is our number one played frequency right now.
So they would listen to that to get nice REM sleep and
get their body repaired and healed and then take off again. And when they're going, you know,
when they take off again, they can listen to the high energy, high vibrations to ramp up the cells
to go in to do the mission. Interesting. Ramp up the cells. Talk to us about that and the science
behind ramping up the cells. So it's the square tire, round tire. It's your little wonky,
you've been on the field for 18 hours, 20 hours,
you're wore out.
You feel it when you guys have been traveling a long way,
especially internationally,
and you're just not there.
That's a cellular breakdown.
So when you listen to certain frequencies
that counteract that,
it'll start ramping them back up
and pouring a little gas on the fire and it makes things much better. I think that it's also important to talk
about how not all frequencies are created equal. Like you don't want to just go on Spotify and
search something. And maybe you guys could talk to us a little bit about, we don't know what people
are putting in them. How are soak frequencies created when you guys talked about kind of
taking you through different ones? How do you guys think about creating them?
Yeah. Well, I'll kind of go back to the example of music. So in earlier, you were talking about
how do people know what this is or what the heck is a frequency? And so we always say,
it's like music, like you're listening to heavy metal versus classical. It evokes a response in you.
That is a frequency, and it's just the most tangible way for us to explain what a frequency is.
And so different types of music, you listen to workout music right before you go work out
because it ramps up the cell, exactly like our energy high vibrations music.
And so that is something that we all understand.
I actually don't think lauren does she puts on
spanish guitar because i'm low frequency it is a little bit because i'm we're gonna get to that
i'm gonna tell that story i don't want to listen to gangster rap when i'm lifting weights we'll
get to that i need my frequency to be lowered to spanish guitar maybe we could settle on rock
this is the wrong two people okay listen, we have guitar behind all of our frequencies,
Have you ever tried to deadlift 200 pounds
with Spanish guitar?
No, no, no.
Like, I'm not going to be listening to like,
some of the stuff that people listen to in the gym.
It's like, I don't want techno music.
That's, the frequency is off with that.
But maybe like rock or something?
Anyways, go ahead.
That's the perfect example though,
if you have to have a certain noise
to make you do your objective. And so that is how we thought about when we created the frequencies
is what's our outcome, what's our objective. So, you know, PMS, we talked about earlier,
you know, specifically you have certain things going on. You're moody, you're depressed,
you're cramping, your physical body is hurting. You have all of these symptoms going on. And so when we create the frequencies, we're writing
down our objective first. Our objective is to alleviate these certain symptoms. Okay, so
how can we do that? We have to take these maybe hundred frequencies and we whittle them down to,
we're going to take care of absolutely anything
and everything that might help with all of these symptoms. Because again, the frequencies are only,
they're only doing what, your body's only taking what you need. And so because they are frequencies,
because your cells are oscillating at a certain frequency and our frequencies are unrelenting,
if your body doesn't need it, it's not going to do anything at all.
You're just going to hear it.
But if your body needs it, that's the cells, the oscillating cells that are kind of out of whack.
They're going to start slowly oscillating at that same frequency.
And at that moment, which usually takes a couple minutes when you're listening, it's
that moment where you take a big, deep breath.
It's almost like you're really hot and you took a big drink of water and that feeling of like refreshing that's what you feel like when you
listen to the frequencies which you guys know because you listen to them so it's your cells
basically aligning and you can feel that in your physical body so even pain support you can feel
the pain working out like you can actually with our dual audio now you can play the frequency
behind your tunes so you could actually have a frequency program
behind the tune, the turbo track.
That's our favorite feature.
Yes, yes, and there's more.
And podcasts, people can be listening to this podcast
right now and listening to a frequency.
So can we have the podcast with the frequency?
You can have this playing right now behind it
and you can add this when your podcast airs
as a test or whatever,
but you can have it playing in the background. And because your cells are so sensitive,
it's kind of like that dog whistle. Like you may not be able to hear it all, but it's going to
affect your cells. So it's a, it's a huge thing. So when you go into workout, you can, you can
pump that up behind the music, whatever music you're listening to. Same with meditation. So
one of the foremost meditation guys in the world, Dr. Michael Beckwith,
I don't know if you guys know him, but he's, he's like super,
super big in that field.
He used our stuff for almost a year before he would put his name behind it.
He did like the secret and the law of attraction, stuff like that.
Real cool guy. But he said, Henry, do you realize what you guys have here?
Like this is, this is changing people. And so when you see
that, that he's the world's foremost meditator, and now he's got a huge gathering place on Beverly
Hills and called Agape. And, and every time he speaks there, he does a meditation and he plays
our frequencies behind his meditation because it'll turbocharge it. Like our frequencies are passive.
They're not active.
You don't have to sit there and listen.
And I love your face.
You're giving me energy right now.
The world needs it so bad.
And the thing is, is like, this is my thing.
People, right now we use it
for the whole nine hours we're asleep.
And like Michael and I have associated it with sleep,
but it's not just for sleep.
It's meditation.
We're going to put the high energy frequency behind this entire podcast.
It's also like, I feel like Dear Media needs to talk to you guys like off air because
I think that you guys should put the frequencies behind podcasts and people can pick.
I'm telling you, I think that the world needs this so bad because let me give you an example.
When Michael and I broke up and we were he was 13 years old you did not break up come on you guys have always been
together she just wouldn't leave you alone she was bugging you i'm gonna call you out
we broke up i went on to explore other things when he was young. And Michael had at this young age,
the most anger I've ever seen in our entire life.
Michael's like, isn't, I don't,
I wouldn't call you an angry person,
but there was, there was angst.
I was 13 years old.
I was going through a lot.
Oh, your hormones were raging.
Your testosterone was going.
What were you listening to?
Well, I still do.
What were you listening to?
No, it's funny.
No, you don't.
You still don't as much.
Oh no, I do.
What were you listening to?
I listened to a lot of heavy metal.
Okay. So he's listening because that was matching his cells of that.
Right. Yeah.
You do now listen. I'm just going to call you. Listen to more Diana.
No, but listen. But no, no, no.
He's really transpiring.
Michael, no.
I would say, Lorna.
Your frequency's changed. I'm married now.
Your frequency is what you listen to most frequently.
Your frequency is coming in a little hot on me.
You're changing the frequency of this room right now, Lauren.
You might need to tone your frequency down.
I have a wide range of frequencies that I've enjoyed,
may not unbeknownst to me.
I like heavy metal at the same time.
Sometimes I like classical.
I like to kind of switch it up. Sometimes I like Japanese Zen garden. I like to move throughout, but I like to
take the in the moment and match the moment to the, that's why I don't like Spanish guitar when
I'm trying to lift heavy weights. Okay. Let me ask you this on this note, how do both of you use
soak frequencies throughout the week? Like what, like how are you using it and implementing it into your day-to-day lives? Like give us some examples for people like, okay,
they're thinking about trying it. For me, I've got like this big four foot monitor,
this curve monitor and my laptop here. I've got no less than 30 windows open all the time on it.
Like there's a deal here. There's a deal in this country. There's a deal with the U S air force.
And, and when I started listening to the focus
frequency, I could go into that window and finish that without these three things pulling me off of
it. And before I couldn't hardly do that because I've, you know, I probably got a little ADD
myself. I'm very curious. And this would link to that and that would link to that. And then before
long, I'm ordering a car from Amazon. It's like, where did that come from?
But it sharpened my focus immensely.
That's probably one of my favorites.
I love the creative frequencies.
I love the sleep well frequencies.
And before I came in here, I used the high vibe frequency.
So I felt like I was in the moment
before I was in the moment.
Like it just hit my cells. So that's how I use it the moment. Like it just, it just hit myself. So
that's how I use it. Yeah. Yeah. I use it different every day, depending on my mood.
In the mornings when I wake up, I have my little routine where I drink my lemon water and I do my
stretches because I think stretching is really important. And I listen to my frequency. I always
try to make a point too, and this is a good point, whoever's going to try this, to drink a big glass
of water while you're listening to the frequencies and make it like a thing. Even if you're driving, no matter
what you're doing, drink the water because our body is water and our cells, you know, the frequencies
are energy and they're electricity. And so our cells are electricity and they're powered by that.
So if you're hydrated, I think they work better. I think you feel better and you feel them more when you're really hydrated. So that's just
like a habit that I do is just drink water while I'm listening. But I'll listen to the energy high
vibes in the morning or something like that. When I meditate, I actually like to listen to
the wealth and prosperity or the success frequency because it's like I don't have something physically
going on in my body. So I don't need something specific like that. I'm like okay this day is gonna be successful and that's what I'm
meditating on or whatever so that's what I'll listen to and then you know at
night the sleep well frequency and we have a two-year-old two-and-a-half year
old and so a lot of times I'll turn on the anti-anxiety like if there's like a
fit being thrown or even when I'm cooking dinner and he's going around you
know crazy in the kitchen I'll turn on Alexa because you can listen to it through your Alexa device.
And it just, it like calms the whole house down.
So we use it just however we need to during the day.
There's a lot to choose from.
I will tell you that you are 100% right about it calming the house down.
When my kids, it's bath time and they get like a second high.
I'm like, they're like how the
fuck are you like what is going on they say we're gonna see how hard we can make it i literally look
at him and say turn on frequencies like and it does there's something that immediately it just
mellows everyone out calms them down it calms them down but i do think it's also important to not
just walk people through how you use them on
a day-to-day basis, but moments. One note I want to say on that for kids, a lot of parents use
like sound devices, like white noise. We got rid of those and only use the frequencies when they
sleep. But I think it's, in my opinion, better than the other stuff. Of course. You're giving
them more. There's more substance to the noise that they're hearing versus the white noise.
You can do both now with our dual audio because you can actually play the frequency behind the white noise because some people, especially adults, are almost addicted to the white noise.
Like they've got to hear that fan at night.
You can actually play the frequency behind that and it works.
We had a general come down and visit us in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and he said, I want to meet the people that got me off Ambien.
He was the first person at ground zero at 9-11.
And he said, I've seen some things that I can't unsee.
And he went into a lot of stories.
And he said, the last 30 days,
I went cold turkey off Ambien,
which you're not even supposed to do.
I'm not suggesting anybody do this.
He went cold turkey off Ambien. And he said, I only listen to the Soak sleep well frequencies
and I've slept like a baby for eight hours every night. He came to Tulsa, Oklahoma with some of
his crew to meet our crew to see how we did this. Sleep's a huge topic on this podcast. And we always
tell people like, that's where you start if you want to kind of fix anything. Huge. And I think
this is a great resource for people that are trying to get their sleep under control. I won't
sleep without it. Yeah. I won't sleep without. I mean, I just won't. It's like I take my mouth
shut every night. I have my magnesium water. We have red light in our room. And one of the other
things we do is we put on the frequencies. I think it's non-negotiable at this point. And it
also becomes a habit stack.
It's like you say, you associate it with drinking your water. But I do want to talk about moments
in life. Both my babies were born into frequencies. So that's what we picked for both of them to come
into the world. So you can also, what I think is cool, especially about what you guys are doing,
is you can like brand moments with the frequencies. So then you
associate the frequency later with that moment. So like for instance, you could take your sleep one
and maybe, you know, you do something really special with that sleep one. Maybe you're
sleeping under the stars and then you, you keep playing that in other scenarios and you go back
to that memory. That's kind of what we did with the burst. I also think you could play it
when someone's having a tantrum.
You can play it if you have someone in your house
who has a lot of energy that's visiting,
like a guest.
We've had a guest that's like bouncing off the walls
and I'm like, let me turn this down.
You can kind of manipulate with the frequencies.
You can use it if you're having a fight with your spouse.
Yeah, exactly. We've proven that that works. Unless unless they say don't turn that on in front of me no you're totally right
but you know i lauren you said something before and i can't get this off my mind when you said
we should talk off air about playing frequencies behind certain podcasts we were invited to ohai
california and there's somebody there that's
bought like 90 some odd acres, beautiful area. We went and visited the person and for now it's
confidential, but they're creating a large studio there. And it's among the streams, the hills.
This is a beautiful area. We were staying at Ojai Valley, just right next to it. And we toured this
place and she said, I've got this goal.
I've got this vision. We're building these studios. There's going to be these nice little
running creeks and very well-known musicians are going to come there and record their next
album. And she wants to play frequency behind each one of those, because it's going to be a song and an album with purpose.
So the same way I see the podcast is you've got such a great reach. There's almost, and I'm not
just my thing at all, use what you want, but just generally, you've almost got a responsibility for
your reach. And if you can play something or do something that helps people beyond just listening,
I mean, there's a frequency
in what you say, but if you take that a level deeper and you add something to that, you're
moving communities. This is like a movement. It's not just a thing or an event. And yes,
it works on both, but it's like a movement. You're affecting society in a big way.
I also think that there's probably people out there
who have subliminally used frequencies
that are negative in a negative way.
Have you guys, sometimes I'll watch something
and I'll literally be like,
the frequency of this is so off the news.
There's something with the news where I'm like,
I go over to my father-in-law's house
and I don't want it on
around my kids. It's just, it's off. And I almost feel like there's a subliminal frequency that we
can't see. Yes. No, you're a thousand percent right. There's, there's a message behind the
message. And before, depending on what station you listen to, and I won't get into politics,
but depending on what you listen to, everybody's got their own slant and it's, and unless it's negative, it's not news. So they come at you with this negative frequency
that changes the frequency in your home. And if you let that in, shame on you.
Yeah. We got rid of a few years ago, like even before the pandemic, we got rid of cable in the
house and we got rid of the news. And we talked about it. People said, Oh, how are you going to
be informed? And how are you going to be like,
well, some things maybe you don't want to be informed about. You can find out what,
there's plenty of ways to find out what's going on in the world, but to be bombarded constantly
by that all the time, you're like you said, you're inviting that energy to the house.
I also don't want that as the background to my child's childhood. I don't want them to associate
the news with their childhood. It's like, get that shit out of my ether.. I don't want them to associate the news with their childhood.
It's like,
get that shit
out of my ether.
Yep.
And I don't,
like,
if people are going to
call me uninformed,
go for it.
I don't want my kids
to hear the news
and be like,
oh,
that's dad in mom's house.
Like,
I just don't.
I mean,
two weeks ago,
I got some kind of cold,
right?
Don't worry,
I'm not.
Oh my God,
we gotta talk about the cold.
This is a different frequency.
And it sucks.
We do have a cold and flu frequency, just so attribute it to you know kids in school season change all
that right right but then to by accident actually today this morning i was on my phone i accidentally
opened the news app like new variants of coronavirus and i was like i just don't need to
be bombarded maybe i had that variant maybe i didn't but the point is like i, is like, I think people like, you, you kind of look, you find what
you're looking for.
And if you're looking all the time at all this bad stuff, you know, like for me, I was
like, oh, I had a cold.
Like it's gone.
My body erratic.
Moving forward.
But I think some people get so derailed by that stuff because they're constantly looking
at bad stuff.
You find what you're looking for, but worse, sometimes things find you that you're not
looking for.
That's the point I'm trying to make.
And then you're like, whoa. And you really attract, you attract what you are.
And so you resonate at a certain frequency. So you're going to attract everything like that
frequency. So that's why it's so important to take the moments, you know, and be in that moment and
be present in that moment. And when you are, and when you are intentional and conscious of your
frequency and making sure your frequency is of a higher vibration, because that is all of the fruits of the spirit, the joy, the peace, the patience, the love, the kindness.
Those are all very high frequency feelings.
And so that is the things and the moments and the situations that you attract to you. and so if you're just conscious about that I mean I'm telling you you will see these things come
into your life that are like oh that that was actually really good and that was unexpected
versus the opposite of when you're always down down down you're going to experience those same
vibratory situations in all different forms every day so you have to change your thinking I think
if you want to see where your thinking is in this moment, a really good way to do it is to open your For You page up on Instagram.
So good.
I think everyone should do this.
I'm constantly monitoring my For You page.
And I know that I'm in a good place when I see meditation, mindset,
how to be better, how to be the best version.
You can see what vibration you're vibrating at.
If you go on that page and there's a bunch of
negative news and there's shit about coronavirus and there's all this shit that's being fed to you
right there's something that you're giving off that like you said laura is attracting that back
to you that's right these algorithms are good at delivering to you what it thinks you want don't
worry michaels is all chihuahuas because we follow 300 chihuahua accounts
to keep him in line.
Chihuahuas listening to heavy metal, right?
Yeah, exactly.
No, but you know, I mean,
I think we all can,
like Lauren and I talk about this all the time.
We want to be able to walk into a room
and raise the frequency of that room
and make people feel better
and not take the energy out,
but give energy, right?
And I think we all know we have people, everyone has someone in their life that that person walks into the room and they suck
the energy out and it makes you feel bad. Yeah. Well, coming in here and I don't mean to interrupt
you, but coming in here and I'm just saying this, but this is, this is like, it's light,
it's bright. And when we came in here, I felt so comfortable. Like I felt like you were on my team already.
We are.
And hopefully you felt the same about us.
But great energy.
But you feel that.
And when you walk into it, but you've got the choice.
If you feed your body and your cells and your mind,
what you think about, you bring about,
mindsets manifest, all that.
It sounds cliche, but it's so true
that when you focus on those things,
that's what you bring into a conversation. You get somebody saying, well, my business is not doing very well. And I really
can't seem to get to that next level in life. Who are you hanging around? Like, what are you
feeding your system? What are you feeding your, your cells and your soul in a cellular, in a
cellular way? What are you doing? Give me five minutes with somebody like that and I'll change
it. No, it's, it's important. Like for for a little bit of like kind of like behind the scenes in media.
I'm in the media business, right?
Like doing this.
Right.
And I never was before, but I'm protecting myself.
I do very few interviews with traditional media outlets.
And every time I talk about this, someone from that space writes me a DM and gets angry.
Sure.
But the reason I choose not to,
and I get asked all the time from certain reporters,
like, will you come on this?
Or will you do an interview here?
Most of the time, those questions are tailored
to kind of find some kind of fault
or some kind of negative angle
so that they can write a story
that people will pay attention to.
The fact is, media is in a sad state of affairs
where they only really get attention
if, to your point,
there's some kind of negative tone or conversation. cares about good news anymore they right they want to hear
the bad stuff and so i most of the time i don't participate and don't speak to a lot of people
because that's what that's what they're looking for that's the only way that the story is feeding
that engine and you don't want to do that because that's not what you stand for yeah no no and i
just don't and i understand like i empathize with people in that space because like nobody's reading
or listening to a lot of these platforms anymore because, one, a lot of people don't trust it.
But two, it's so negative all the time.
But that's also the game that they're all in now, which is the only way to break through is they kind of have to do that in order to, like, cut through the noise.
That's why you see a lot of these tabloids and kind of like the gossip.
It's always something bad.
It's never like, hey, let me talk about the mom that did something great for the community
or the dad
it's all just
bad shit all the time
well that's what
I was talking about
there's a responsibility
in your reach
and that can be
something good
or something bad
and you choose
yeah we don't do
a lot of
it would be very easy
to garner a lot
of attention
on a platform like this
by bringing somebody on
that is politically charged
left or right diving super deep into that the audience would double or triple we would get way
more visibility right but i don't want to play that game and neither does lauren because it's
just putting bad frequency out into the community yeah it's not into people's household and into
the atmosphere in general yeah that's right do you know what he says to me sometimes when we get in
a fight now what he goes I don't know what this
frequency that you're giving me. I love it!
I'm like, you bitch, you learned about
frequencies one year ago. I've
been doing frequencies in the womb. I knew
the womb is frequencies.
You didn't even know about that.
I knew in the womb. That sounds very
similar to him. I'm like, do not use
my words
against me. It's out of control on the frequency
i think i think that people are going to look back in 30 40 50 years maybe sooner and they're
going to talk about people that put good or bad frequencies into whatever you're going to be able
to look back and say oh that was a bad, that was a bad frequency. That was a good frequency.
And it sounds woo woo maybe right now, but I believe that will happen.
You'll be able to look back and be like, these kind of messages were bad.
These ones were positive.
The question is, is like, are you trying to help or you're trying to harm?
Yeah, I would like to ask you guys both a couple of specific questions and you could
both answer as a him and her perspective.
Okay.
Which frequency
are you recommending to someone who has depression? Definitely the depression relief.
Yeah. Depression relief. I mean, obviously. But still, it depends because why are you depressed?
Because I think people probably when they think about it hard enough, they can figure out what
it is. So, you know, because we come out of a clinic, I have a different
perspective on depression and anxiety and those type of things. It could be a gut issue. It could
be that you got in a fight with a spouse or a parent or something and that just spiraled you.
It could be a lot of things. Or you're not sleeping right. It could be because you're
dehydrated like severely, you know, and so there's a lot of different things. That's why we have
these compositions, but the depression support might work, but maybe if your stomach hurts all the
time, maybe try to listen to the digestive support along with the depression support.
So it's like really listen to your body and, and try to remember what, what have I been doing the
last month to make me get to this point right here? Did I have a big fight that you then forget,
forgot about because
you try to suppress it? But then a month later, you're like chronically depressed, you know, so
really try to figure out what's going on with your life to get you to that point. And then layer the
frequencies. Do, you know, do one in the morning and try a different one in the afternoon and a
different one in the evening and get really specific. But also, you know, meditate and
try to get into that space where you're visualizing yourself without that issue, you know,
because part of our app is also mindful intentions, which are just positive affirmations. And so
that is such a huge part. And from my perspective, it's such a huge part in changing your frequency
is changing your mind. And so the depression, it's not just listen to the depression
frequency. It's let's take a little bit deeper dive and let's try to get our mind out of that
space. I think you're right, too. And like with the depression one, you could also listen to the
high vibration one. Exactly. You're also going to need one for sleep because you're sleeping.
I think how I like to use it, too, is if I have to be using my hands like I'll make the bed to a high vibration
one or I'll clean the kitchen like you don't you can use them sort of like as that habit stack yes
what I'm obsessed with and I didn't know about and I've learned through this podcast is that you can
play a podcast like this and listen to them at the same time. I didn't realize that. And what I think is so genius about what you guys have done is you've layered the compositions.
Right.
Talk to us about that.
Yeah.
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, one thing I wanted to say about the dual audio, this is one thing from the very
beginning we all wanted as a team to do.
I'm mom.
I have three children.
We own our own businesses.
I mean, busy, busy as everybody probably is. And I'm all. I have three children. We own our own businesses. I mean, busy, busy as everybody
probably is. And I'm all about efficiency. So I'm like, okay, so I want to get up and I want
to exercise. I have curly hair naturally. And so then I have to take a shower and straighten my
hair, which takes another hour. I want to meditate. I want to do all these things before I even go to
work. I'm like, that's four hours before I even get to work. That's silly. And so I'm like, when
we talking about the frequencies, I'm like, we have to be efficient. So I'm like, when we started the clinic and started figuring
out, hey, this really works. And then it's passive. So you can do it while you're doing
something else. I'm like, this is it. And so that was just a comment that I love the dual audio
feature because I'm like, this has just got to be efficient. You know, we don't have to sit there
for two hours and meditate quietly without doing anything else to get that benefit of raising your vibration and frequency because that's what you're trying to do in the
first place when you say dual audio do you mean that i could be in the car listening to a podcast
with the soak app too so you do you download the soak app and then you put plate and then that
does basically background exactly whatever i'm gonna do exactly everyone between that i know
that's what i'm saying exactly it's stuck in my mind when you said that.
So you first go to the Soak app.
I didn't realize that that was a thing.
I thought you, I'm just playing it through the app so I can pad it.
Yeah, exactly.
So you go to the app and you push.
And then just go to whatever audio, other audio selection you want.
If it's music, heavy metal, Spanish guitars, whatever, or a podcast.
And you're there.
You're getting a frequency treatment
while it's not disrupting any other part of your life.
And it's working in concert
with what you do every day anyway.
Interesting.
Yes.
That is so cool.
Efficiency.
You're welcome every mother out there.
That's amazing.
I did, when I was in front of a couple of generals
just about a month ago,
I said, look how you can stack this.
And it's kind of a known, unknown thing that a lot of the fighter pilots, sometimes they'll go in and play ACDC or whatever.
So I thought I would be cool and play one of the focus frequencies.
And then I stacked it with shoot to thrill, play to kill ACDC.
And he was, yeah, that's good.
And all the other guys are going, yeah, we love that.
Like we would totally do that.
I also would think that frequencies
would be so amazing for people
with post-traumatic stress.
Oh yes, for sure.
Like essential.
Anyone who's out there
who is dealing with post-traumatic stress,
definitely I would check that out.
They're bringing up working with vets too
in that vein with the military.
One thing cool about that PTSD specifically
is there's usually there's
usually a trigger and that that makes because a lot of PTSD um people who have it they can go
about their normal life and you might not even know it but then something might trigger them
and then they have to go you know take a moment but the frequency is you turn on an anti-anxiety
frequency and it's within just a couple minutes that it calms your system so it's really effective
at really quick way to calm yourself to where you can at least like think straight or get home or
drive or do what you need to do and it's just it's initially very calming to the system so your whole
body just relaxes you guys ran into dr josh axe on the way out here and one of the things we were
talking about with him on the show right before we interviewed you is, you know,
sometime in the medical space before you jump to something like a frequency or a supplement or an exercise, if people are so quick to prescribe a sleep medication or anti-anxiety,
like I love this kind of stuff because this is a very cost-effective way to do something that
is not as drastic, but may eliminate the need to have to do some of those.
Listen, there's a place for medication, right?
Right.
Yeah, 100%.
But these are things maybe you can do in the interim. If you want to fix your sleep,
maybe don't take the Ambien, try this first.
Yeah.
Right.
Or don't take the anti-anxiety medicine. Listen, some people need it.
Yeah.
Try this first. I like stuff like that where it's like, hey, there's things you can do
in the interim before you jump to something that could be life altering. It's up to you and it's for you. Like you,
you can test it out on your body. And if you really listen, like Lauren, I feel like you're
very intuitive and you're in touch with your feelings, your emotions, your like what's going
on on the inside. And when you lean into that, your body will tell you, and I know that sounds
weird, but your body will absolutely tell
you what's going on. And as you make those adjustments, maybe you're coming off Ambien
and you're listening to more of the sleep well frequency and it starts to work and you want to
wean yourself off or you want to use them both. Like there's no right or wrong answer. That's a
general answer because everybody's different. And however you lean into that's going
to be what you get out of it. I have to recommend this to every single person who's listening. I
would start just if you're going to start with one of Soak's frequencies, the sleep one, because I
think that one is just like no brainer. We all sleep. And I think that what you will realize
is exactly what Henry said. Your body will immediately tell you. It's one of those
things. You just can't explain it. You turn it on. And I think that what I've realized from this
conversation is sound is a sense, obviously, and it's so underrated and it's not talked about
enough. Yeah. Sound is important. Yes. And extremely powerful. It's extremely powerful.
So make sure you're listening to the right sounds. That's right.
Do we have a code for the audience? You do. Skinny. Okay. So they just download the Soak app and then use code skinny. And what is the... They would go to Soak.com slash skinny. And it's S-O-A-A-K.com
slash skinny. And then enter the code skinny at checkout. We're giving away free 30 days of using
it. Don't take our word for it. You go use it, make it a part of
your life. If you like it, keep using it. If not, stop. Nothing to lose. We'll link it in the show
