Starting point is 00:00:00 The following podcast is a clean, affordable. And I want to say affordable again because it's very affordable, but it delivers results. There's so many brands that we see at the drugstore that are affordable, but they're not actually result-driven. And this one is. So Versed formulates to the highest standards in the world. They use safe, effective ingredients at skin-changing levels. So think like retinol and vitamin C, but at a fraction of the cost of high-end skincare. I also did my due diligence with this brand when I wanted to talk about it. And I found out it's cruelty-free, vegan, dermatologist-tested, and sensitive skin-friendly. They're also all about sustainability, so they have recycled materials. And they're very serious about keeping their packaging minimal.
Starting point is 00:01:01 It's chic. You want it out on your vanity. It's pretty. And like I said, most importantly, they have results. Two things that I really like by them that I keep going back to is the Versed Lip Oil. It comes in a pink tube. It's so nice. I feel like it helps with my lip wrinkles and I like it after I apply my skincare. I'll just put it on. So at night, I'll put it on. And then in the morning when I'm doing skincare, brush my brows up, I'll put it on. And then the other thing I like is the Retinol Body Lotion. I think this is so unique and major. And of course, we have a code for you. Visit versedskin.com slash skinny and use code skinny10 at checkout for 10% off your purchase. That's V-E-R-S-E-D skin.com slash skinny. Use code skinny10. She's a lifestyle blogger extraordinaire. Fantastic.
Starting point is 00:01:47 And he's a serial entrepreneur. A very smart cookie. And now Lauren Everts and Michael Bostic are bringing you along for the ride. Get ready for some major realness. Welcome to the skinny confidential him and her. I felt like a caged animal because he was always gone. And in this moment where he felt like he was losing control, I couldn't get rid of him. He had to regain the control. And so I was suffocating because I knew all of these things that I wasn't going to share with him. I had to like really be a strong woman in this moment and bite my tongue and just stick to the game plan. It was mental hell.
Starting point is 00:02:34 Lala Kent is back. And I got to say, Michael, she is one of my favorite guests. We have fun with Lala on the mic, a natural on the mic. She just knows how to be in audio format. You know what I mean? She just gets it. We were talking after we did the show with her. I'm like, you can come back anytime, Lala, which you can honestly, because there's some people that come on the show and you can just have this organic conversation and go on and on and on. And the last time she was on the show, she was obviously with her previous partner. And now everybody that's been following her life and
Starting point is 00:03:01 everything on Vanderpump realizes that that has completely changed. And so we dive into all of that, but I just love to talk to Lala. She's fun to talk to on the mic. We go into so many different subjects. She knows how to riff. She knows how to give it to you. She knows how to get it back. It's just, it's just great. She is a pro. We also went on her podcast, give them Lala. So you guys have to go listen to part two of this interview after this one. And if you want to go back for nostalgia purposes and listen to the podcast that we did with her, with her ex, that's an interesting conversation when you hear now what's transpired. Lala Kent is an entrepreneur, actress, singer, podcaster, TV personality, and mom. She was born and raised in Salt Lake City.
Starting point is 00:03:38 Lala decided to make her way to Los Angeles at the age of 23, where she landed her spot on Lisa Vanderpump's hit show, Vanderpump Rules. Lala made her entrance with a bold attitude, expressing herself not only through music and scripts, but for female empowerment. Her song Boy ranked number one on iTunes, and her beauty line, Give Them Lala Beauty, exceeded expectations in the cosmetic world. She is crushing it. She has Give Them Lala Baby, Give Them Lala Beauty, and Give Them Lala Skin. And she just wrapped filming season 10 of Vanderpump Rules. I have massive respect for her. I really like her as a friend too. She's cool as fuck. She's honest. She's not censored. And she definitely is an oversharer. And in this episode, she tells us all the things. Make sure you go listen to her podcast after. And on that note, Lala Kent, welcome back to the Skinny Confidential Him and Her Show.
Starting point is 00:04:29 This is the Skinny Confidential Him and Her. All right. Well, we were just like shooting the shit offline. I think I heard something about squirting somewhere, but I'm going to try to keep it focused here. What is the trick to squirting? I think it's me being sober because I've never, I used to watch porn that had squirting in it.
Starting point is 00:04:47 And I'm like these filthy bitches. And then all of a sudden I like bring this guy home thinking it's going to be just like a one night stand. I hadn't slept with anybody in a really long time. And all of a sudden it was just like all of these things were happening. And it was not a one night stand, obviously, because when it's like that
Starting point is 00:05:06 it's like you just keep coming back taylor did you hear that taylor you heard it here first if you are on a date and you can get a girl to squirt and taylor only has about 30 seconds for that to happen then it will be more than a second date and they just came out that whole study there was like a whole thing where they use blue ink to, to figure out if it was P or not. And it turns out that it's like kind of is, but kind of isn't. So it's still,
Starting point is 00:05:30 maybe it's inconclusive, but it's not P. No, it's not P because I Googled it. I was like, I need to know what just happened. They did a whole study on this recently. They put ink into five women and then they had them squirt.
Starting point is 00:05:41 And then where the fuck did you read the reports online? Yeah. But I remember doing the podcast with you a while ago and you're full of like just weird information yeah yeah i don't know how useful that is but look at this it came in handy here i owe you an apology by the way kind of because last time you came on the show we had this whole thing your ex was on we talked and we're on this group chain and listen lauren and i aren't really on like group chains with a lot of people that we, that we podcast. No, we literally don't give our number to anyone.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Yeah. Wow. No one. I don't give my number to anyone. We've done 500 episodes. I can only keep track of seven friends in my head, you know? So Yeah. I can't, so we were like, okay, we like really liked this couple. We had this great time. We're going to Miami. It's gonna be fun. And I'm sitting there on the group thing and everything's fun. And then the news blows up and I'm watching, I like okay like is this like a stunt is this something real is this and it turns obviously very real for you but i was in the group and i'm like do i do i ask them
Starting point is 00:06:33 if we're still going to miami or or like i was like what are you doing well because i didn't know who to text i'm like do i text him like three blind mice like what do i text her because i don't have good social etiquette, I guess. But did you slide in the group chat? Yeah, you might have. And I think I, you were like exiting the conversation. Then I was like, oh, fuck. Because I think,
Starting point is 00:06:51 I was like, I didn't say, I wanted to say, and Lauren said completely inappropriate, I wanted to say, does this mean Miami's off? Yeah. It was obviously it was. But then Lauren's like,
Starting point is 00:06:59 no, that's really not good. And I was like, well, I got to break the ice and I don't know how to do it. And so then I think I just said, hey, everybody, hope you guys are like, I hope everybody's okay and well. I think I said something like that, which is like not really my style, but that's
Starting point is 00:07:09 what I did. Did anyone reply? Because I think I left the group. He replied like, like, hey, great. Hope you're well. And then you left. I'm like, oh, I fucked it up. It's okay. He probably thought it was a good opportunity to like, like he's on the group chat. He could utilize that to get back in. Totally. Because I was pumped that we were all going to go party in Miami. opportunity to like like he's on the group chat he could utilize that to totally because i was pumped that we were all gonna go party in miami and then obviously well i'm sure he was pumped because that's where he did most of his dirty work he loves miami like he was creeping all the time in miami wait i want to go back for a second i told you off air that he had me completely fooled when he came in here i was like he i told i told him on air i totally get why she's in love with you remember
Starting point is 00:07:45 i said that yeah people were crying it was a heartfelt moment he was crying did i have ocean already oh yeah so he already had a girl he was in a relationship already with a girl the proximity to when you found out this information to when you were on the podcast was very close that's why i think it was like jarring because I was like, it was just on here crying. Because literally, maybe a month went by or two. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:08:12 We're still on the group chat about Miami. And so then it was like, we just saw that version of you guys. And then it was like the other version was like Beverly Hills Hotel, great hotel choice, by the way. And then I was like, you know, running around like, what the fuck is happening?
Starting point is 00:08:21 Yeah, it's very strange. And I said this, it was very strange and i i said this it was very fresh and i was doing not skinny but not fat with amanda and she was asking me questions and i felt like it was a trauma response where i don't remember really anything about the relationship like nothing it's so strange like i i deleted any trace of him, like in my phone, there's no pictures, no videos, but I'll see photos of myself like in that bed with ocean. And it's like, it's so weird because I see where I am, but I don't remember that place. That's called disassociation. Have you talked to the therapist about this? That's what that's called. It's called you're disassociating
Starting point is 00:09:01 from it. I haven't spoken to a therapist at all. Yeah. I'm not going to tell you what you should do. No, I definitely need to. Listen, I'm not like I haven't done a ton of therapy work, so I can't say that. But what you just described is disassociation. And what does that mean? It means you're I'm probably going to flub this, but you're dissociating from the trauma because it's too painful for you to even let your brain go there. Right. Well, yeah. I mean, when you sleep next to someone who you feel extremely safe with, you would put your life, like I would have done anything and everything for that person, right? And then you realize that you've been sleeping next to someone where you could not have been any more unsafe, that does something to your mind, your spirit. It just, my guard is up. And I don't
Starting point is 00:09:52 want to say that I'm wounded because I don't feel like I'm wounded. I feel like I'm more aware. I listen to people differently than I used to. I feel like everything is a red flag. So maybe I, maybe I am like, what's a funny red flag that you're like, oh my God, this is absurd, but I love it. Even if someone like a guy the other night, I had met him maybe twice ever. And then we'd been texting and he told me that he really liked me. And I'm like, love bomber, love bomber. Hey, that's what I'm saying. That's what the narcissist people.
Starting point is 00:10:19 That's what the narcissist do. They love bomb. Yes. We just did the whole thing. I'm sure it was just like letting me know like hey, like I'm vibing with you Like I like you two times a little much that guy sounds a little thirsty. Michael's really no michaels really but that's me michael I'm, like why would you say that? How do you know you like me? You know nothing about me. I'd be if that was one of my buddies. I'd be like, whoa. Whoa, whoa guy
Starting point is 00:10:38 Love bomber. Yeah, when you are in the position that you're in now and you look back on your relationship and you go back, back, back, back, back to when you first met, what is the first Lala red flag? Like when you really dissect it now from this perspective, I'm not talking about when you were in it. I'm talking about looking at it now. Probably never going to his home is a huge red flag. Like we were always traveling or going to a hotel.
Starting point is 00:11:07 And it's like, why can't I go to your house? He was married, which I found out after I left him because Amber and I are very close now, his ex-wife. And she, we put the pieces of the puzzle together and she was like, oh my gosh. So there was a timeline. There was a timeline that we put together. And she said, it's so crazy because he was cheating on me with you and he was cheating on you with me i was like that is so and he was probably cheating on both of us
Starting point is 00:11:31 with because he wasn't telling you he was married so he was cheating on your relationship as well well i thought we were fully i mean he gave me a ring he came to utah and met my family like and for me if you're doing that you're in a relationship and you're not married. However, this is just who he is. I mean, he proposed to another girl in Utah while he was still married to Amber. There's a pattern here. What happened when he was young with his parents? I don't know. You don't know any context of it? No. That's interesting. You know, I was looking back and I'm like, I don't really even know him at all. I know all of the things that he does.
Starting point is 00:12:09 Like he makes a lot of movies and he likes to fly private and he is best friends with Mark Wahlberg. But I don't ever remember a time where we sat down and really where I really understood who he was. That's interesting because to me, when I talk to you, you seem like you have so much depth and like you want to get to know the whole onion. So that's, it's almost like he must have like manipulated you in a way to not ask questions about that. You know, I was almost so exhausted in the relationship that when he would say like, yes, it's a red flag that he was gone all the time. But it was almost like when he was gone, I could finally feel peace. So it was like I looked forward to him being gone.
Starting point is 00:12:49 And now bird's eye view is like there's so many red flags. But when you're in it, unless you've been through it, you can't comprehend it. There's so much breaking down of the soul and the mind and just you as a person that by the time you get out of it, you look at yourself and go, how the fuck did this happen to me? And who even am I? I think that's a part of the trauma is that you're probably so hard on yourself, even though you had Stockholm syndrome, literally you've been brainwashed, right? But you're probably so hard on like, how could I have done that? But you don't know it when you're in it.
Starting point is 00:13:25 So you almost can't beat yourself up. No. And you know what? I look at it and I think this is what keeps me sane is knowing that my daughter was supposed to be here no matter what. So if there was any reason for why this happened to me, it's that my little girl was supposed to be on this planet and she's going to be a force. And I truly believe that. So I think that's what makes it easy for me to lay down on the pillow and go to sleep at night. You wouldn't have met her or have her without that relationship. So like, it gives you some solace and saying like, okay, like it wasn't all for nothing, right? It wasn't like the trauma wasn't all just trauma for no reason. No. And actually, if you were to say to me, you would have to do this all over again
Starting point is 00:14:06 to have Ocean here, or you could say that none of this happened to you and Ocean won't be here, but you can go live your life. I would do it all over again because she's just without that relationship. Ocean would not be the baby she is obviously. right? You can't go have another Zaza or Townes with... You never know. Let's keep the fear. Keep the fear. But they wouldn't be that same little human. And there's nothing better than Ocean. My kid's the funnest kid you'll ever be around besides your guys's, obviously. They need to have a play date. They do. My kid's just cool and fun. And I always want to be around her. And she's just a good
Starting point is 00:14:43 energy. So I would redo all of it again. How do you think that the Lala who was not sober would have handled what happened to you because you did handle like just like what's what I know of what's going on like you handled it with elegance and grace well what I think is also Lauren and I have talked about like from an outside perspective I think it's very impressive how at least from the outside how strong you've been it was like you were like no boundary by the way that's exactly how i like it was like you took the cheese and you fucking took it to the butcher and fucking smack the cheese some people stay and they they like can't they can't exit right they just like they stay in it and they stay in the chaos. And it seems, it sounds like you've just kind of been like, nope, boundary done, like over.
Starting point is 00:15:29 That's what it was. And it was such a complex leaving. It was like the picture surfaced. I was on the phone that night trying to put my ducks in a row and get the game plan. And, you know, I was stuck. He was saying, if you leave the house with Ocean, I'm calling the police. He would check in on me at random times during the day.
Starting point is 00:15:51 He would send people to check in on me. My goal was make this person feel like you're sticking around and make him feel like everything's gonna be good. And the second you have a window of time to leave, that's what we're doing. He decided to go to Miami. And the second I knew that window of time to leave, that's what we're doing. He decided to go to Miami. And the second I knew that he was on the plane, I had two minivans that I had rented pull up
Starting point is 00:16:13 and I got as much as I possibly could, which was mostly just clothing and like maybe a couple tables. And I was gone. So you had like, you guys had the fight and then he still went to Miami? We had the fight. I was in the house for, I want to say, maybe two weeks. I had to pretend like all was gone. So you had like, you guys had the fight and then he still went to Miami? We had the fight. I was in the house
Starting point is 00:16:26 for I want to say maybe two weeks. I had to pretend like all was good. And the fight was about Nashville. The fight was about Nashville and then messages were coming in
Starting point is 00:16:35 and I was showing him like, are you fucking kidding me? And he's like, it's just sexting. It's just sexting. And then I knew it's time to bite my tongue.
Starting point is 00:16:42 He's not going to know a single thing. You got to put on a brave face. You got to call him babe. I just got to work through this. Just like stay on the other side of the house. And the whole time I was just waiting. You guys have similarities.
Starting point is 00:16:56 I'd be scared. We actually are so similar with this. This is like she sounds like how I would be. Yeah, no. I had to. I did what I had, no. I had to. Are you like a crocodile? I did what I had to do. I went into full, we're sinking or swimming in this moment. All right?
Starting point is 00:17:11 This is the moment that any time the reason you got sober, like we were leading up to this moment your whole fucking life. Anytime your mom told you to be financially independent, to never need someone, this is what it's all for. So you better choose what you're going to do right now. And I was unsafe. My child was unsafe. The dust needed to settle and I couldn't do it in the home. And because he wouldn't allow me to take a breather without threatening cops, I did what I had to do, what any mother would have done. I would have done the same thing. thing. And I think, like I said, the way you handled it was a class
Starting point is 00:17:50 act. I also think there is a way to show people a mirror of themselves. And I think that you walking into the Beverly Hills Hotel with that iconic palm tree prints, like the way you're walking is just like goodbye. Like you're done. You're disgusting. And you were just like, that's it. Absolutely. Was that like a plan or was that just off the cuff? Like you thought of it as you're doing it? I just, I was listening to the same songs over and over again. Sorry by Beyonce. The song by Whitney Houston. It's not right, but it's okay. And then Kesha's prank.
Starting point is 00:18:33 Did you rub your toothbrush in your asshole or his toothbrush in your asshole before you left? You know what? I'm so proud of this. I was like, I'm going to leave this situation with my head held high. I washed the g wagon i parked it he's inside you the gucci slides that everyone would talk about during whatever season
Starting point is 00:18:53 he was like that he like i mean not everything but things that like i just like the gucci slides where everyone was like he tried to take her gucci slides and they were like a big storyline. I left those. So you didn't take a shit on his bed like Amber Heard? No, I didn't do that. No. When you left and you were at the Beverly Hills Hotel, what did that look like behind closed doors? What did people not see? Are you hysterical crying? Are you empowered? Are you like, fuck him? What are your friends saying? Is your cast supportive? What was the energy?
Starting point is 00:19:32 I only shared with my mom and my husband, Logan, even my cast. It was like my game plan and where I'm going. I was tunnel vision. It was protection. I didn't know if my phone was being looked at. I took all of my electronics, put them at my assistant's house. I logged off of every TV. It was like we were on lockdown. And I think I cried a lot, but I pulled it together. I felt like a caged animal because he was always gone. And in this moment where he felt like he was losing control, I couldn't get rid of him. He was showing up at the hotel.
Starting point is 00:20:05 I want to see my daughter. And it's like I it just he had to regain the control. And so I was suffocating because I knew all of these things that I wasn't going to share with him because I knew that I had to like really be a strong woman in this moment and and bite my tongue and just stick to the game plan was the hardest moment of it was the longest two weeks of my entire life and to describe it as torture it was mental hell for me it must have also been though cathartic and liberating at the same time or no you know it was when i left the house and he was texting me just like a normal day and he was in Florida and I wasn't responding. And then when I started getting the flood of messages where he had sent someone to the house and he knew that I had left, it was an elephant off of my chest.
Starting point is 00:21:00 I was like, I'm done. Like I'm free. When you talk about it right now, is it like trauma or is it like, ah, when I talk about it, it does take me back to that moment where my heart, like my heart is definitely speeding up thinking because I mean, you could offer me billions upon billions of dollars to go. You could tell me my brands will take off. You'll be this, that, and the other, but you have to live in that house. And I start having PTSD where I'm like, do not take me back there. Don't take me back there. I don't want to ever be near that house. People that he still talks to, like, I don't want any part of it. It was so nice to just be postpartum with the new baby in my pajamas, my loungewear all day. I like didn't even want to wear underwear. I just wanted to wear loungewear and a really comfortable bra. And a lot of that perfect combination was by Tommy John. They sent me this big, huge package of all their loungewear
Starting point is 00:22:06 and bralettes, and they were comfy. It's perfect if you just don't want like tags poking out and things restricting you. I always say to Zaza and Michael, I'm like, don't go to sleep wearing these super tight pajamas because it's bad for your lymphatic system. Tommy John has you covered because everything is loose. It's comfortable. You can move in it. And honestly, I went to their site and they have fanatics. Like people are giving rave reviews. I even saw one that says this bra is so comfortable you can sleep in it. And that's true. I have slept in their bras postpartum. I sleep in them now. And I just feel like loungewear is it. I really, really like to go hard when it comes to work. Like I'll work my face off, but then I like to go home and just let
Starting point is 00:22:50 everything hang out. So if you're like me and you just want comfortable loungewear that you can lay around and watch Real Housewives, sleep in, all the things you have to check out Tommy John's. They actually guarantee, they say the best pair you'll ever wear or it's free. And I know that you guys like specifics and the one bra that I really like is called Second Skin. It does feel like second skin. I got it in black and nude. Those are the colors that I usually go to for a bra. And this bra is just seriously so freaking comfortable. Anyway, we have a code for you. You're going to go to TommyJohn.com slash skinny right now. You get 25% off lounge and sleepwear. That's 25% off lounge and sleepwear at TommyJohn.com slash skinny. TommyJohn.com
Starting point is 00:23:39 slash skinny. See site for details. It is extremely rare that Lauren and I get sick. We have the immune systems of machines. I don't even know what to say. I mean, we don't get sick, right? We just never really do. Sometimes we get sick. No, not really. And obviously we do a lot of things and talk about a lot of those things that we do on this show to keep ahead of getting sick. But the other day we got sick. Maybe some of you that have been listening for a while, you heard it in my voice. I couldn't believe it. It was like this thing almost took me out for the count. I went on this bachelor party to Vegas and brought back. Who knows what I brought back? That was out of control.
Starting point is 00:24:14 I was like, the kids didn't get sick either, which was so crazy. It was just Michael and I, we were so sick. So what we did, and this is the move, keep it in your medicine cabinet just in case. We used Beekeeper's Naturals Nighttime Cough Syrup. The elderberry is so good. I don't think I'll, I can never go back to another cough syrup now. Blanket statement, never, ever in my life. I'll never go back to any kind of weird generic chemical formula. I think I got sick because I stopped taking the propolis spray. I take that stuff religiously every time I fly. And this time I forgot to bring it on the flight and boom, got sick. So I think combo propolis spray. I take that stuff religiously every time I fly. And this time I forgot to bring it on the flight and boom, got sick. So I think combo propolis spray. And then if you do happen to get sick, the cough syrup and you're good to go. The ingredients in this are legit. It's like

Starting point is 00:25:42 what would you tell them to do? I would tell them, it sounds so simple, but to run quickly and know that you do have the strength. Sorry, I'm getting choked up. It's okay. I mean, it's a lot. It's a lot what you've been through. And I think as a single mother, now I have a daughter that's a similar age from you. I cannot even imagine. I cannot even imagine. I said, I said even to Michael the other day, I'm like, I don't know how single mothers do this. It's so much work there.
Starting point is 00:26:12 They possess a certain strength that that is hard to describe because you you have one of two options and that is roll over and die. And your child is not caring whether you're in a tough spot or not, like they still need you or you become a savage. And that's what I chose to do. And I know you drink or you drink. And I wouldn't recommend that because that's not productive. I mean, had I not been sober through this, the outcome would have been very different. I would have been in the fetal position, not knowing how to manage my thoughts, the game plan. I mean, we didn't skip a beat.
Starting point is 00:26:55 Your mom seems like she was someone who's like a key player to you. She seems like she's a very important woman. She's the star of the entire show. My mother came out to LA with a suitcase for three days thinking she was coming out to remedy the situation. And I had to tell her, I don't think you understand what's going on right now. I'm preparing to leave this man. And you have to move out here. She never went home.
Starting point is 00:27:22 She's still here? She had her clothes mailed to her. Is she still here? Yes. She never went home. She's still here. She had her clothes mailed to her. Is she still here? Yes. She watches Ocean. You're very lucky. Beyond. I realized that that is not a right. That is a luxury. I mean, that's very, very cool. Yeah. She sounds like an incredible woman. She is. That's why even though, yes, I consider myself a single parent parent i have such a fantastic support system behind me that it's hard for me to even say like yeah i'm a single mom because i do feel like so many people rallied behind me when they didn't need to the people that rallied behind me they didn't owe me anything a lot of your cast rallied behind you everybody yeah it seems like they all like said we're not the chicks the chicks were like
Starting point is 00:28:06 done the guys flounder the guys flounder but that's okay i've learned that i don't really need men in my life like you better be a strong just be a lesbian well i think i could only do that when i was drinking yeah you, like everybody has a moral compass and like when, I think the reason so many people rallied around you and also for men, like when you see
Starting point is 00:28:29 that kind of like, that scummy behavior. So like even when he was reaching out to me, I'm like, I can't really like give you advice because I don't condone
Starting point is 00:28:38 or respect anything about you now. No, say what you said. I don't remember exactly what I said. He asked if you had cheated on me. Well, he was. He what you said. I don't remember exactly what I said. He asked if you had cheated on me. Well, he was.
Starting point is 00:28:47 He asked you that? Well, like, what would you do in this situation? And I was like, well, I don't want to like be on my high horse or like be self-righteous,
Starting point is 00:28:54 but I would never be in this situation. Right. Like, you just wouldn't. He did say that. I love it. And I wouldn't, like, there's not a world
Starting point is 00:29:00 where I would do something like that to someone that I love. You know what I mean? And so, like, I was like, I don't have the advice because, like, I don't agree with any of this
Starting point is 00:29:07 and I wouldn't do any of this. Michael always says, if you're going to do something like this to the love of your life in quotes, what are you going to do to your business partner? No, listen, I'm not like one of those. I'm not like a, not a guy. Like I have a lot of great guy friends, but my whole thing is if I'm surrounding myself with men in my life and whether they're with a girlfriend or they're with whoever they're with and they're behaving that way, I'm like, listen, man, like I can hang out with you. I mean, there's a degree, right? Like if they're like, you're fucking around on a girlfriend or like you can hook up with some chick, like, I don't agree with it. I don't think you're the worst person that happens. People are, you know, they step
Starting point is 00:29:40 out on both girls and guys do this. There's levels to how far you can take it. But my whole thing is like, if I see you doing that, like, don't you, there's no world where I can ever then take you seriously in business or in our friendship. I can never trust you. I can never do a deal with you.
Starting point is 00:29:54 I can never do it because like, if you will do that to somebody that you're laying in bed with, like what the fuck are you going to do to me? 100%. So it's like, I'm not passing judgment, like do it. It's just knowing that like you've created this scenario now with me where like we can
Starting point is 00:30:05 never take it farther than a surface level friendship or acquaintance. Like, and I can definitely never do business with you. No, you can't. I mean, you read the LA times. I mean, $25 million. No, but that's the world we live in. Hollywood is, is a strange place. And I never thought it was until I dealt with what I just dealt with.
Starting point is 00:30:25 And I realized they're everywhere. It's politics. It's scary. Yeah. We were talking. I think Hollywood is an amazing place if you recognize that there are certain characters here that don't have a strong moral compass, just like anywhere else. But maybe the indulgences are amplified a little bit more over here,
Starting point is 00:30:47 which is why it's like, I always tell people like, if you can come to this city with a briefcase mentality and use it what it's meant for, which is like- As a tool. As a tool, building a career,
Starting point is 00:30:55 building a business, networking with the right people, all these things. And also have your own accomplishments. Sure. But in like live- Without lily padding to everyone. You make it in this city by your accolades,
Starting point is 00:31:03 not by who you know. And a lot of people get that confused. They all get it confused. What's impressive to me in the city is people who have accomplished something, not trying to network to get to the top. Yeah, it's part of the reason we left, right? It's like, I think there's a lot of amazing things here,
Starting point is 00:31:19 but I also want to get to a place that has a little bit more... a little bit more salt of the earth like not so caught up in the like who do you know conversation i've heard you say about utah that you think i think you said this on not skinny not fat like you you crave that energy i do every time i go back i realize it's a little slow for me and i'm not a fast-paced person like I love my bed But I like knowing that there's life outside if I wanted to participate in it and my life is here But there's so many moments where I go. I just need
Starting point is 00:31:56 Utah for a moment to to make me feel like a normal person to make me believe in humanity again because out here you can, you can feel defeated very quickly and lose faith in humanity like that. When you could start to think that, I mean, again, like I think there's amazing places and amazing people in this city, but you can start to kind of like feel like you live in this bubble that is LA and you start to forget that the rest of the world is out there and that there's other people that live different ways. And so I think like, like I said, it's, if you can come here and there's a purpose to be here, whether it's a career or whatever, and like building a family or meeting the right people. But if you like get stuck in this world
Starting point is 00:32:37 and think that this is the only thing that exists, you're fucked. You're fucked. Yeah. Especially if you start to believe your own hype in this city, it's like, oh my God, I know so, so, and so. Like who gives a shit? I would recommend anyone who is moving or living in the city to read a bunch of old Hollywood autobiographies. Because if you read that, you can see the trajectory of someone who stays in the city and lets the people run them. And it's like, you look at Marilyn Monroe.
Starting point is 00:33:00 I just read Robert Evans book. I mean, there's a lot of these people that lived here and let this city just suck them like a prune. Right. You obviously are using it in the right way with Vanderpump. I mean, like that show is iconic. What did Lisa Vanderpump say when she picked up the phone and called you after all of this is going on? I'm sure she had incredible advice. She did. And she, you know, it's very different when you, he was very good at what he did. Right. So even she at first was like, I just don't believe it. I just don't believe it. I was like, I can't drink the Kool-Aid. I drank the Kool-Aid. Right. Well, we all did. So like, don't beat yourself up. It was like heaven's gate. We were all drinking the Kool-Aid. 100%. He's phenomenal at what he does.
Starting point is 00:33:46 And so when it really was exposed, you know, I enjoy people who don't give me advice when I'm not asking for it. Because with this, it's so broad that if you try to give me advice, it's like, but you don't know the full story. So just don't do it. Because I have to maneuver this with the tools I've been given and the information that's coming at me daily. Things that I can share, can't share. There's a lot that goes into
Starting point is 00:34:16 it. And it's not just a straight line. It's intense. So she may have had great advice, but I appreciated her during that moment for keeping that to herself. What do you think, and this got me a little mad, about when you're sharing your situation, your experience, and other reality stars chime in that you should be doing this
Starting point is 00:34:43 and you should be doing that when they have no idea about what's going on. You know, what's amazing about what's happened in my life is that it's taught me to not give a shit about the outside world, right? So many people said, you know, that had to have been so hard going through this publicly. And I was like, I wouldn't even know what the public was saying. I was so tunnel vision and I'm so tunnel vision now that anybody who wants to voice what they would do it just makes it makes my job very easy the bridge is burned you now don't have the luxury of ever communicating with me ever again and by the way I know who you're talking about. And she apologized to me. Good.
Starting point is 00:35:26 And my psychic said she would. Good. What? And my psychic told me to keep her over here. So that's what I did. I think no one can put themselves in your shoes with what you're going through. This is a very unique situation. It's very unique.
Starting point is 00:35:39 But again, it has allowed me to cut people out very quickly. Your book, you wrote about how you were badly bullied at school. Do you think that like cutthroat mentality comes from you having to put up with all this bullying in high school that you're just like done with it? Yeah, of course. I mean, I've been having to use my mouth as like a weapon. What are you bullied for?
Starting point is 00:36:08 You know, it was jealous. And I hate that. You're not going to say it. I'll say it. I don't know why. You guys have similarities. I just think I think I rubbed people the wrong way. Let me ask you this.
Starting point is 00:36:18 Is it like older other girls that maybe don't look the same that are mad? Is that what it was? You know, I want I don't know that I can... Because it was usually cheerleaders that would bully me and I was like a theater geek, you know? But I was the theater geek who wanted her boobs out and was banging the football team.
Starting point is 00:36:36 So, you know? So I'm spot on in my analysis of it was probably the older cheerleader girls mad that you're banging the football guys that they're trying to get attention from. Maybe. But I wasn't banging the football team at the age of six. So I don't know why I would be bullied.
Starting point is 00:36:52 But I was constantly either defending people that were being bullied. And my tongue has always been sharp. I like it. I like it too. You know where you stand. That's it though. Can I tell you? I do not like being around people where I don't know what I'm going to get.
Starting point is 00:37:06 No, I like that. Like, I feel like it's nice to have someone that calls you out and someone that, like, I don't want someone that's going to be like, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. No, me neither. But that's why me and Katie Maloney are like super thick. Yeah, she's amazing. She seems like she's been an amazing friend. Where are you getting in trouble with it?
Starting point is 00:37:22 Because I used to have like a hair trigger temper too. It's like it serves you to a point and then all of a sudden you realize maybe it's not when it just becomes the standard reaction and it's like too much every time. Right? Right. Do you know what I'm saying here? Yeah. Like where it's like you're used to defending yourself so much as like a mechanism, but
Starting point is 00:37:36 then like when it becomes the default before other people take it there and you don't even realize you're doing it. Right? Can I tell you something with that though? Sure. you're doing it right can i tell you something with that though sure i feel like i was the way i was because my home life with my ex i was constantly waking up and having to put my my boxing gloves on it was constantly having to be in fight mode and it's like if i have to be a fighter at home when i'm supposed to be safe me going out into the real world of course i'm, I'm going to be a fighter. You say one wrong thing and I'm coming for you.
Starting point is 00:38:08 That's exactly what I'm saying. It's really, really bad for your cortisol to be in fight or flight at your house where you're supposed to be detoxing and resting. It's really, really not good for your nervous system. It's not good for your brain. It's like people are coming to you and they're like a six or a seven in anger, but you're already at a 10. I'm already at a 10. Yeah. So it's like there, there, there's a mismatch because they may think like, Hey, we're gonna have a little confrontation. You're like, no, I'm already taken it to the level. We're going to 10 because I've been at six or seven at home today. So we're, we're reaching a hundred now because it makes for
Starting point is 00:38:40 good TV. It makes for a great TV. But since this all happened, I've, and who knows? I mean, I could have personality or, you know, quick with the tongue dysmorphia. But this season, I did feel like I gave people a chance when they said something I didn't like. Explain what you mean, because this is how I'm taking it, and this is how I'm going to react. So, like, explain yourself. You're very articulate, too. And I think that the way you look, you wouldn't assume that you're articulate.
Starting point is 00:39:08 So when you talk, the person's not expecting it. Well, thank you for saying that. I mean, she is very articulate. Yeah, no, well, listen, you can't be as quick-witted as you are without having something going on up there. I mean that as a compliment, right?
Starting point is 00:39:23 Like people that can spit that quick off the tongue. Like the brain is obviously working fast. I think the problem is like you said, sometimes your energy is like maybe you're just meeting them at a different level, right? Right. And then you're like, well, shit. And so now like maybe analyzing a little bit and saying, okay, let me make sure I understood you. And then if I understood you right, then I'm still coming out of 10.
Starting point is 00:39:39 Then I'm coming, right. I can bring it down if you didn't say it the way I thought you were saying it. This season I'm like were saying it. Also gives people a chance to backtrack. Totally. This season I'm like almost scared for. This season is absolutely fantastic. And I hope that anyone who fell off because I realized like going into season eight, people fell off.
Starting point is 00:39:56 Season nine. I love it. Well, thank you. I'm glad you stuck around. And then season nine, we had a huge shift with the cast and we lost more people. I hope that those people come back to watch because it's going, like, I'm excited. Just like as a viewer.
Starting point is 00:40:12 What's like the dynamic of this that we're in for? Oh, you guys are in, it's weird. It's so weird. And without like saying too much, I mean, I was proud of James this season. He's obviously, he's like me. He's still James Kennedy. You can't change who he is.
Starting point is 00:40:30 You can't fix his DNA. He's the best reality TV I've ever seen. He's the best. But we're not like 23, 24 where we can cheat and bang each other's friends and bounce back from it. We are grown. So there's a lot of things that I don't see friends and bounce back from it. Like we are grown. So there's a lot of things that I don't see anybody really coming back from. Where it's just like, it's the year of burning the bridge.
Starting point is 00:40:53 Chris Medina, my psychic medium, who I'm obsessed with, who, by the way, called everything that was happening in my life. Everything. We did.
Starting point is 00:41:02 I told you that this was going to happen. We had a podcast, me and Chris, and he was tiptoeing, told me, I need to talk to you immediately, privately. So I call him when I get home. And he said, something's going to happen in October. I don't know what. Something is going on. And you, your November is going to look very different for you and then i just want you to be prepared because i think the world is about to come crashing down and what'd you say and i was just like this is so bad for your nervous system i know i keep saying this i know but the dick is
Starting point is 00:41:38 helping the nervous system i'm i hope the dick is coming out of your goddamn throat. I hope the dick is so big and thick and juicy. I hope it's the thickest piece of dick that you've ever seen. No, I'm like fine. I can like go out and be with men. I mean, I know this sounds so mean. I wasn't super attracted to my ex. I was attracted to him making me feel safe and all of the things that you really look for in a life partner, right?
Starting point is 00:42:05 Sex fades looks fade. But like you just want someone to feel safe with build a family with who's loyal. And when that was all gone, it's like, well, this makes it really easy to leave. So now I'm like being able to like touch people who I want to be touching and I want them to touch me. And I'm just really excited about everything. What is your type? You better be talking about me like this, Lauren. You have a great dick. I can't marry a
Starting point is 00:42:30 Michael. Pull that clip. Just pull just that part. No, you're hot Michael. Thank you. He's going to go on and on about this. He's going to look in the mirror and touch his hair and say, Lala says I was hot. But you definitely married up. You're hot, but you definitely married up.
Starting point is 00:42:45 Oh my god! Get that on tape, Taylor. What I would hate to see here is if I married down. That would be way worse. I take that as a compliment too. Totally. Alright, we've talked so much about getting your hormones tested on
Starting point is 00:43:04 this podcast, and you guys have reached out asking me how to do it. And I have the cure, the hack of a lifetime for you. Everlywell. They have at-home lab tests. This is going to give you the knowledge and support that you need to become healthier. My whole thing is like knowledge is power. You don't want to be guessing if you need more omegas. It's a digital healthcare situation designed just for you, and it's all affordable. So they have over 30 at-home lab tests. I personally tried the women's health test and the food sensitivity test. And then you take your sample and you basically have this prepaid shipping label and you mail your test back. And then you get physician reviewed results sent straight to your phone in just days. It's honestly amazing. And like I said, to know what's going on, then you can add vitamins, add supplements, talk to a doctor. You can figure out your hormone situation.

But what is on your resume when it comes to a guy like loyalty i'm gonna say is number one okay well are we deep diving into what i want in a partner just what i'm into right now we can do both we'll do both do both resumes okay so like tall i'm thinking around like six two to six three or taller not quite like six eight that's a little tall unless you're built like Superman then fuck yes must have tattoos he has to think I'm funny
Starting point is 00:49:28 because before like guys that I used to date before I got into a relationship I felt like I censored myself because I was like how will my they have to get your personality you have to get my personality and you have to laugh at what I say because I think I'm pretty fucking funny yeah you don't laugh at what I say but
Starting point is 00:49:44 I laugh at what you say all the time he laughs at what you say no I think I'm pretty fucking funny. Yeah. You don't laugh at what I say, but I laugh at what you say all the time. He laughs at what you say. No, when I watch you on TV, I laugh at what you say all the time. I just, I don't know if like when you're telling me your life's falling apart that I should laugh in your face. But he doesn't make the hype. Go on. No, that's okay. Yeah. And I have to think they're funny, obviously.
Starting point is 00:50:00 And I just want someone who's like loyal that I can lay in bed with and like take my makeup off. Because here's my other thing is I'm down to fuck. Right. But then I need to know that you're cool with like me getting in the shower and taking this face off. And if I'm fighting a blemish, like I'm putting something on it. So what are these guys that expect us to like be in full glam all the time?
Starting point is 00:50:22 I haven't had that experience with any boyfriend I've ever had. See, I take my makeup off with. It's deal with it. Like I don't know who the hell is that? Yeah, you're like, oh, it is who the hell is that? But like I'm not like it's not my job to like look 10 out of 10 all the time. Like I'm gonna like lay in bed and look like Schmeagle from
Starting point is 00:50:40 the Rings. Like sorry, but I feel like since I'm older now, it's, it's very crazy now with the men that I'm dealing with, because whatever's happening, they're digging. And you have to remember the last time I was like in the dating world, number one, I was drinking. Number two, I was a little insecure. I was like 20 young, young twenties., I am 32. I feel extremely confident in my body, everything that's happening. I'm a mother.
Starting point is 00:51:10 I don't need anyone to put my name on the map. I don't need anybody to provide me with things financially. You got your fake boobs. I got my fake boobs. Right? I got the new ear. I'm feeling my... Oh yeah, the new ear. What the fuck happened to the ear? I got it pinned back. It was like a big ear. I forgot about the new ear. What the fuck happened to the ear? I got it pinned back. It was like a big ear.
Starting point is 00:51:27 It wasn't a big ear. It just like wanted to be a part of everything. Okay. All right. I forgot about the ear. The ear is everything. The ear is amazing. Were people giving you shit about an ear?
Starting point is 00:51:36 No. No, I mean. If you're going to tell me people were giving me shit about the ear. No one gave me shit about the ear. Okay. It was all in my own head. I don't fix things for other people. I fix things if they bug me.
Starting point is 00:51:49 And so that's just what I need. Show me your ears right now. Let me see yours. I'm really sorry to everyone. I have the best ears ever. You do and they're cute. Mine are still kind of on the larger side. Your ears are good. But my ears,
Starting point is 00:52:03 they're a little wizard, but it's okay. They're really small. No, but they're tiny and tucked. Sorry, guys. I do have good ears. You do. I would pierce the fuck out of them, too, if I were you. Should I pierce them more?
Starting point is 00:52:13 You don't got a lot of room to do piercings. Yeah, I don't have a lot of room. I think they're good the way they are. Okay. Maybe we need to inspect my ears later. There's a lot to think about, I guess. Wait, so you've got the ear, you've got the boobs, you've got the job, you've got the money, you've got the kid.
Starting point is 00:52:27 You don't really need them for anything. I don't need them for anything. That's amazing. It feels so good. That's liberation. But you know what? That does limit your options a little bit because a lot of guys aren't secure enough today to go like that.
Starting point is 00:52:38 That's the problem. I feel like someone like a Kristen Cavallari is so in your position. Like she's having this moment where she's thriving. Yeah. And I would imagine, and we've interviewed her after her divorce, that it's hard to find a man that can take on someone who's so powerful. No, it's hard to find a man that doesn't need to feel needed. Or they're intimidated.
Starting point is 00:52:59 I feel like the type of man that I go for actually like digs that part. Well, that's good. Which then makes me nervous because I'm like, do they dig this? And then if I'm wanting to communicate in a way that's a little bit deeper, they're going to be like, no, no, no. I like the vibe of you like not needing anything and
Starting point is 00:53:17 no attachment. We had this conversation. This is the advice here. And I know you don't love advice. The advice is you can give me advice are free to evolve and change. And anyone who has a problem with it can unsubscribe from your show. I love that. This is my thing. If I say today that I like chocolate and tomorrow I say that I hate chocolate, I don't care. People on the podcast want to like call you out. If you say something, I am an evolved person.
Starting point is 00:53:47 I'm going to change what I said two years ago. I fucking hope I'm different. I know. How weird is that? People are like, well, season four, you said this. I'm like, whoa. First of all, thanks for tuning in for so many years. I'm like, I don't even remember I said that.
Starting point is 00:54:06 No, I'm a different person every single day because I'm experiencing new things every day that are changing the way that I think about life. You're reading, you're watching, you're seeing, you're listening. If you're not changing and changing your opinion, how fucking boring. If I have the same opinion that I had at 16, shoot me. Well, by the way, this is a problem that I have with a few people on the show. Is there the same as they were back in the day? There's no evolution. So when they try to come to me and offer me advice, it's like, I don't want anything that you have because there's been no change in your
Starting point is 00:54:40 world. Yeah. What's that quote? This is like such a cliche quote what i think will smith said it like it's like if you're not if you're not changing and evolving like it's hard to like go back with that person it's it feels like it's almost like a melancholy feeling you feel like it's the old you no i know that's why any of these dudes that used to throw good dick at me like back in the day i'm like i can't like
Starting point is 00:55:05 i know it was good back then but you're taking me to a place where like i'm not that person anymore throw good dick at you what does that mean like exactly like they're like like look at my penis suck it or they're like want to date you in a relationship yeah i want to know exactly what that means i talk weird i love how you talk what's the wikipedia version i'm gonna show you what that is later tonight no you've thrown enough i've had enough you've. What's the Wikipedia version? I'm going to show you what that is later tonight. No, you've thrown enough. I've had enough. You've thrown enough good dick. The other night after Carbone, I mean, I was already stuffed from Carbone and you stuffed the fuck.
Starting point is 00:55:32 He's like, eat this sausage now. Yum. I have had enough sausage on this pasta. You know what though? I'm good. We got to be careful because these kids are getting a little too tight together. Okay. Wait, are you guys done?
Starting point is 00:55:42 We'll save that for my podcast. I like want to ask you so many questions. I don't know.'t know i don't know i have to like not if i have anything to do with it you make really cute babies thank you but oh it's so much work no one talks about how much work it is it's not not i actually don't think having the kid is so much work like like the after part it's right pregnancy that's so much work really we're doing your podcast we're taking too much of your time right now. No, you're fine. So, as a viewer, what can everyone expect? What can we get excited for? Can you give us a little tease?
Starting point is 00:56:12 Give us a little happy. Okay. I love this. Where's your mind going at tonight, Lauren? You're going to see the boy who I first had sex with since my relationship. Do you say on the show that you had sex with him? I think cameras were fully there. Not like during the act, but like, yeah, they were for sure there. And why do you get over this guy and move on to other dick?
Starting point is 00:56:36 Well, I didn't. Oh. He's still throwing good dick. You know what? I like that. Keep him on like a Rolodex too. Like have a couple different ones. This is a big stock move for this guy this guy's stock is going straight up he's gonna get on this show he's just been praised on this podcast so good i'm thinking like i wanted to share it with
Starting point is 00:56:55 the world i'm like you're you're not like this is not like a jealous i want him to myself kind of relationship no of course i don't want to hear about him throwing good dick at other chicks, but I'm like, it's so good that like, spread the love, you know? Do a porn. Let's see it. Prove it. Prove it.
Starting point is 00:57:10 No, no one wants that. What else can we expect from this season? You can expect a lot of shady behavior. You can expect, which I, from people who you
Starting point is 00:57:19 would not expect. I'm going to guess. It's because sometimes this is a total guess okay there are certain women that give off a scent to men okay that's like i want to fuck you even though you're married lovely or in a relationship or maybe it's because people that show is like painted that character as like the innocent character and maybe it's not as innocent as show has like painted that character as like the innocent character. And maybe it's not as innocent as you painted it.
Starting point is 00:57:48 I just think there's some, there's women sometimes, and there's men probably too that do this too, that they give off an energy that's like. No, listen, here's the thing. When it comes to cheating, when it comes to this, you know if you're giving off or receiving energy. You know, like people, Lauren asked me, like who's people coming up to you? coming up to me people don't come up to me because i don't give off the energy the energy totally there's an energy and there's a there's an energy that both men women whatever you want to call yourself give off when you want that when you want that kind of vibe or when you totally you're absolutely right that's why i think everybody knows what i'm talking about everybody knows the energy there's certain people they look at you a certain way. Bend over a little deeper. The asshole is a little higher in front of the husband or wife.
Starting point is 00:58:27 Yes. I don't know. It's a vibe. It's almost like a black widow. Someone who wants to fuck the husband. I believe it is a conscious act. Of course it is. I'll speak from the male's perspective.
Starting point is 00:58:44 You don't just blindly go hit on any random person because men want to feel like you're going to get some reciprocation. You can tell the people that are going to reciprocate and people who aren't. No, I absolutely agree with you. Yeah, it's true. And I'm excited to finally have a season where I have been so raw and open and honest. And you'll see Lisa questioning me about a lot of things. And I just, I'm pretty obsessed with myself this season.
Starting point is 00:59:11 I'm obsessed with this moment in time for you. We'll see how the edit goes. But like, this is a good, this is like a moment for you. It's a moment. Yeah. Your daughter's going to look back on this and be like, go mom. You know what? So many people say like, your daughter's going to see this.
Starting point is 00:59:23 And it's like, okay, she may see it. Not when she's too young, but when she does, I hope she reads my book. I hope she watches Vanderpump because she's going to know that she is in a safe place because she's going to fuck up in her life. Well, also she, I think for, for me reading your stuff, like it's empowering for women to be able to take their life. Like I would want my daughter to see all of this. I do want her to. Let me ask you this. Would you want your daughter in the relationship that you were in? Absolutely not. So you just gave her the tools to never have to deal with that. See, you get it. I don't understand this. Like, oh, like let's protect you. This happened in your life. Like I feel like as society, we're so like brush it under the rug.
Starting point is 01:00:05 It happened to you. So instead of like stifling it, not talking about it, you're, I think you're opening the floodgates for this not to be such a taboo conversation. It can't be. And by the way, my ex chose the playing field, right? He went out in public and he has a daughter. And so correct. Like you did this, You picked the playing field. You can't be upset that I'm winning the game. Yeah, he did. And listen, like I said, when he came on the show, he was very easy to like right away. Absolutely.
Starting point is 01:00:35 Charming. I was just trusting your opinion. Well, you know, that's a struggle for me now. I'm like, I don't even trust myself. That's why I got the PI. My sister has been sober for nine years. And when she was first dating, I told her, I'm like, I don't even trust myself. That's why I got the PI. My sister has been sober for nine years. And when she was first dating, I told her, I was like, your picker's off. And I think that's something that they say in AA.
Starting point is 01:00:51 Like sometimes when you get sober, like your picker is not what it would be. Because you fell in love with when you were drinking. Yes. So I don't know if your picker would be the same if you were dead sober. If I were dead sober, that man would have gotten nothing from me. That should be a relief, though. And like, you should be happy about your sobriety with that, I bet. Oh, I'm thrilled about it.
Starting point is 01:01:12 It's the proudest thing I've ever done in my whole life. How long have you been sober? Well, it's one day at a time, Lolo. But we're approaching four years on October 27th. I saw something where you were working with like this incredible organization. Yeah, the Brent Shapiro Foundation. I was asked by Robert and Linnell Shapiro to accept the award this year. And it was such an honor.
Starting point is 01:01:33 I've never met. I've never seen a foundation who does what they do, which is incentivizes these kids in their most impressionable years. You know, you stay sober and you could get your college paid for it's so hard to stay sober even like when you're pregnant it's hard it's not talked about enough it is very hard and it's a huge accomplishment and you should be very proud thank you for saying that i appreciate it yeah i watch my sister i'm like it's incredible it needs to be spoken about more because it's not it's not like your life is over if you don't drink people on Tik TOK are talking about sober curious a lot more. I noticed. I love that. That makes me so happy because I, I still go and have
Starting point is 01:02:14 like, I have a fucking heyday. I have the best time of my whole life. And I wake up the next morning and I don't regret anything. I don't have the guilt. I squirt now. That's fucking awesome. You didn't. You heard it here first. She didn't squirt until she got sober. That's going to be the headline of this. The press is going to pick it up.
Starting point is 01:02:32 Lollicant comes on and she squirts all over the skinny confidential. That's another thing that shouldn't be taboo. Like we can't talk about squirting. Like it's just like you guys can talk about ejaculating everywhere. I know. Spreading the seed and doing that whole thing. Yeah, spreading your gross seed and like all the other shit you guys talk about ejaculating everywhere. I know. Spreading the seed. Spreading your gross seed. I haven't conquered the art of shutting the fuck up yet.
Starting point is 01:02:51 You know. None of us at this table have. I like that. I love when a beautiful girl is so real. Like an oversharer. Like a Chrissy Teigen. It's attractive to me. I kind of find it hot too.
Starting point is 01:03:04 Yeah. It's hot too. Yeah. Yeah. It's, it's breaking barriers. Totally. I would have no clue what to do with some meager mouse. I would have no idea what to do. I need,
Starting point is 01:03:12 I need the banter. After this, I'm going to squirt you across to your media. Let's, let's, let's TikTok. HR's in the other side of the world. A boomerang.

All right. If you are looking for affordable skincare that delivers, you got to check out Versed. I've been talking about Versed for the last two years on this podcast. I'm a huge fan of their lip oil, but they also have other things that I'm obsessed with. They have an instant resurfacing mask. They also have a retinol body lotion. And this brand is basically clean, affordable. And I want to say affordable again because it's very affordable, but it delivers results. There's so many brands that
Starting point is 01:04:54 we see at the drugstore that are affordable, but they're not actually result driven. And this one is. So Versed formulates to the highest standards in the world. They use safe, effective ingredients at skin changing levels. So think like retinol and vitamin C, but at a fraction of the cost of high-end skincare. I also did my due diligence with this brand when I wanted to talk about it. And I found out it's cruelty-free, vegan, dermatologist tested, and sensitive skin friendly. They're also all about sustainability. So they have recycled materials and they're very serious about keeping their packaging minimal It's chic you want it out on your vanity. It's pretty and like I said Most importantly they have results two things that I really like by them that I keep going back to
Starting point is 01:05:37 Is the first lip oil it comes in a pink tube. It's so nice I feel like it helps with my lip wrinkles and I like it after I apply my skincare. I'll just put it on. So at night I'll put it on and then in the morning when I'm doing skincare, brush my brows up, I'll put it on. And then the other thing I like is the retinol body lotion. I think this is so unique and major. And of course we have a code for you. Visit versedskin.com slash skinny and use code skinny10 at checkout for 10% off your purchase. That's V-E-R-S-E-D skin.com slash skinny. Use code skinny10.
