The following podcast is a dear media production.
I feel like so many people make it out.
Like marriage is really hard and it is for some people.
I've been really lucky with Dylan.
It's been easy and it's made my life easy.
I feel like I've been like the best version of myself and he's like this part of my brain that's like, you can do it.
You can't do it.
When naturally I'd be like, no, I can't do it.
He's that voice for me, which is cool.
The qualities that I used to hide from people because I thought they weren't cool, Dylan thinks are so beautiful.
Yeah, it makes you feel comfortable.
it with just who you are because I feel like our whole lives were taught like if you're not doing
this that's not cool you're not going to get a date that's not true I can actually be an idiot and
him be like that was the funniest thing I've ever heard of my life and he's cracking up and laughing
at me so it's really nice the pressures from people I never thought that I would have pressures
from people that I don't know on my relationship I don't know when you post something online it kind
makes it real and it makes it even more of an issue even though I do share some of the things I've
gone through and stuff but a lot of things you have to keep to yourself I like that
that whenever I can go on socials, it is kind of funny and silly and, like, creative and cute
and aesthetic sometimes and sometimes not perfect and stuff. But I like that I can channel that
and then I can like face other stuff like on my own without all the noise.
Lemon drops, I want to introduce to you Hannah Godwin. If you're not familiar with who she is,
she quickly gained national attention on The Bachelor and she quickly became a fan favorite.
has since then found her person actually on Bachelor in Paradise and has really built a name for
herself in the content space. I followed her for quite some time and she is just like one of the
cutest humans alive. And it was really fun to get to talk with her about her life and her
relationship and just where that all is at because I have, as you guys know, I have quite a few
friends that have been through the Bachelor franchise and it's always so interesting to me just
their experience and what the public puts on these normal humans, the pressure that we put on
these people to do the right thing, even though we're watching an edited reality show.
So it was really fun to get to just learn more about Hannah and her husband, Dylan, how she and
they as a couple have really navigated life in the spotlight, what they share, what they don't share,
how they determine that, and how she really approaches social media, because I
As we all know, social media is just full of comparison.
So we talked all about how to set boundaries with it and really how to balance those thoughts of comparison,
which we all know are inevitable these days with social media.
She opens up about her mental health and what she does to prioritize it and what she does when
she finds herself feeling in a funk what she does to get out of it.
She also is a part of an exciting new show, which I'm excited about because it's a little bit of a
spinoff to one of my favorite shows to watch. And she shows a little bit about that with us.
And I'm excited for you guys to hear Hannah and her story and a fun little girl chat. Well, Hannah,
welcome to the squeeze. I'm so excited. I know. I'm excited to actually get to like sit and talk
because we haven't actually like done that. Like we followed each other on social media for so long.
I know. And I feel like I know you. But I'm like, I really don't know if we've been at the same event
before or at least got
at least gotten to hang out. So today's
the day. I know. And you're going to know
a lot about me at the end of this. I'm so excited.
I'm so excited. I love it. Okay.
So we start each episode off with this jar.
It's a game called citrus got real if you want to
pull a little piece of paper
out of there. In the lemon?
I know. I wish. We've had
I want to like get a good one.
I know. Like not obvious.
I really try hard to like fold them to like place them on top
so you don't have to dig and then it just
ends up. I kind of like to dig, you know. All right. Should I go for it? Yeah.
Okay. If you're a household appliance, which one are you? Oh. Oh, oh, hold on.
Does that also like, this is a dumb question. Is that, does like a toaster or a blender also count as an appliance or is it like a fridge or a dishwasher?
Oh, I fully went anything. Oh, okay. Any plug in something. Okay, great. No, let's do that.
We'll do that.
Yeah.
No.
I want it to be like a deep answer, but it might not be that deep.
I was going to say, yeah, no.
I was just going to say like my neutral.
Yeah.
I would you.
Because I've been making like protein chicks because I've been trying to like eat protein.
I think that's valid.
There's nothing fun about that.
Or like maybe like a or maybe like the ninja like slushy machine because I've been having a sweet tooth.
Oh.
Oh, that's good.
Yeah.
That's good.
Okay.
Yeah.
One of those.
I.
I think I would.
Maybe maybe I feel like I have to say refrigerator.
I love hot sauce and I have like a full collection of like hot sauces.
Like almost every single one.
I actually went by a booth leaving stagecoach the other night and they were giving out free
Bulldoch ramen like hot sauce.
And I literally carried like five out like in the next morning.
Everybody's like Hannah, you did not let go of the hot sauce.
So I was like, yeah, I know.
It's in my fridge now.
I can't wait to try it.
Oh my gosh.
I would say a refrigerator. Wait, what are your favorite hot sauces?
I think Tabasco complements everything perfectly. Okay.
But it depends on the mood. Like I do really like the Taco Bell hot sauce. Like I do it on
breakfast tacos all the time. Yeah. Chalula obviously is like. Yeah, Chalula, I think is my favorite.
Are you a Chalula? I'm a Chalula and then I think, I'm trying to think which one Taylor loves.
Taylor loves, what is it, Cloud? It's Brooklyn Beckham's hot sauce. I'm liking on
name. You know, I haven't tried it? What does it taste like? Oh, wait. Is it so good?
Alex, we have to, I have to give you one when you leave. I have so. I have extra.
Do you actually. Guys, that means I would have added six hot sauces to my collection within like 24
hours. No, genuinely. Genuinely. No, I genuinely can't wait. It's Taylor's, it's favorite.
He puts it on everything. Ooh, is it a thicker sauce or is like a thin, like, it's a little,
it's a little, I think it's a little thicker than a Tabasco, but it's not like thick.
I can't wait.
Wait, this is so exciting.
I'm just unboxed it, so that's literally perfect timing.
No, that's so good.
Wow.
So a refrigerator.
Yeah, I love that for you.
Yeah.
And you're probably like organized in there or?
No.
Okay.
So we have like an outdoor fridge.
Yeah, no.
No, maybe that's part of like my story of being a refrigerator is like the outside
looks really neat.
Yeah.
And then the inside is like chaos, leftovers.
like just all over the place.
Like you wouldn't know who lived in my house.
It's not all organic.
Some of it's random.
Some of it's...
It's a balance.
It's a balance, you know.
Everything life is about.
It's our best.
It's a balance.
Remind me, when did you get married?
In August of 2023.
Okay.
When did you guys get married?
November of 22.
Oh, before us.
Okay.
So we're like a year.
Beautiful wedding, by the way.
Oh my gosh.
Same as you.
How has married?
life been. Do you like it? Does it feel any different? Because I feel like when people asked me,
I'm like, it doesn't really, for me, it felt different when we got engaged. That was like, to me,
I think to both of us probably was like, okay, like we're married now when we got engaged. So when we
got actually married, it didn't really feel different. But I think what feels different is not, it wasn't
like the week I got home. I'm like, ooh, we're like husband and wife. Like, it felt the exact same
because we lived together and owned two houses before, like, together.
But I think it's been, like, over the course of, like, the last three years of being married,
there's been so many moments of, like, oh, like, this is my husband, like, he's my family kind of thing.
And that's been really cool.
First, I mean, I guess when we're engaged, we kind of feel like that.
But there's just been, like, things that happen, whether it's with my mom or just, like, I don't know,
all these different things in life and paths.
That's when I'm like, oh, that's what marriage is.
It's like, it's family.
Like, he's got my back and I've got his back.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's so special.
One of my girlfriends is getting married and I was just at her bridal shower and I was like,
I can't actually, especially now like being pregnant, I feel like I'm so like introspective of like myself and life and just everything.
And I was just telling her like marriage is truly like when you find your person and they're your best friend and you are family and you do like you are one.
Like it's truly like it's the coolest thing.
Like I can't even.
And I feel like it's.
It gets even cooler as time goes on because Taylor and I, we've been together for like eight and a half years.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, we've been together for a long time.
So, like, as it's really cool to like see like just as we grow and change and like go through different life circumstances, it's like, it gets like better in a weird way.
Yeah, it does.
It does.
But so many people make it seem like, sorry, I just like looked at the camera.
That's fine.
So so many people think that.
You are more than welcome to talk to the camera.
I have you if you feel called.
It's just where my eyes went when I left over.
I feel like so many people make it out.
Like, this definitely exists 100%.
But that like marriage is like really hard and things like that.
And it is for some people in dynamics.
I've been really lucky with Dylan.
Like it's been easy and it's made my life easy.
And I don't know if I've made his life easier.
But he's definitely made my life easier, which is great.
Um, that's sweet. But it's cool. I feel like I've been like the best version of myself and I, I don't know.
It's he's like this part of my brain that's like you can do it. You can do it. When naturally I'd be like,
no, I can't do it. He's that voice for me, which is cool. Yeah. No, I feel like when people say how
hard it is like they're and versus when like you just said easy like it's, it's when people say marriage is
easy. It's not like a we don't ever fight. There's never a conflict. We don't ever go to. But it's, it's just
I feel like when you are on the same level of like communication or you really just want
the best for your partner, I feel like that makes going through trials easier.
Like when Taylor and I fight, I'm like, you explained that.
Like I want when we argue, like, I know when he's upset with me, like he wants, like,
I want him to feel hurt and seen.
And like I know when like I'm upset with him, he wants, he wants me to not be upset.
Yeah.
And he wants like to fix whatever it is.
like talk through it. I love how you explain that because I've never heard it like that.
But I fully agree. And it's like you, at the end, you want it to work out, like whatever argument.
And I also know what Dylan's thinking. Like I know how he's operating. I'm like, okay, maybe if I
change the way I do this or say this, then it will kind of like, I don't know. Yeah. It's very interesting.
Yeah. No, it's fun. Do you feel like because you both have your relationship basically started on
reality television. Do you think because you both were in the public eye before you were together
and then being together and then now, do you feel like it's made it kind of easier? Or did it like,
I'm just curious like you're the effect of that. I feel like I've talked with people about that
before because I do think it is a crazy social experiment in a way like the Bachelor itself.
Like it's like, is this going to work and stuff like that? I,
I feel like we've been good at just separating it and like separating it from our relationship.
And like when we go home and at nighttime like we turn off our phone like a lot of our friends are still like our childhood friends.
And it's just like pretty chill. And I have my job. He has his job and my job is mainly in social. Dillon's has another fully different job. I mean, yes, he does stuff in social. Yeah. But I think that that's made it easy too where we're not just like both trying to like film content all day and stuff like that. Like I have my route. He has his.
He's an office he goes to every day and it's like felt relatively normal.
But there is like an interesting part of it like the pressures from people.
Like I never thought that I would have like pressures from people that I don't know on my relationship of like when we're getting married when we want to have kids.
Like I would have never thought that like I'm from Alabama.
Like I didn't have an audience or anything like that.
Yeah.
So that part's a little weird.
but I don't feel like the pressure like gets to me necessarily.
Yeah, which is good.
I'm curious how because you said like your job is being on the internet and social media.
Like how have you learned to balance that?
Because kind of what you said before, like people's perception of you versus like who you are.
Like how do you balance that?
I think in my 30s now, I have had a easier time figuring out like what my why kind of.
is but in my 20s like you know going very extreme from like sitting on my couch in alabama
to like going on national television my life changing overnight meeting my husband i feel like
i don't know i feel like overnight i just was doing things because it fit with my brand but
not with me as a human kind of because i didn't even know who i was like i went and saw like this
kick. Like years ago. And she was like, Hannah, like, you haven't caught up. And I just, it resonated
with me, I guess, because I, she was like, you're still on your couch in Alabama. Like,
you haven't gotten up from there. And I was like, you are so right because I feel like I'm still
viewing the world how I did whenever I was in middle school or like early high school and
stuff. Like, I wasn't super seen and in a scene or popular or anything like that.
So I feel like overnight once you like get this platform and all of a sudden people are interested because oh, she's like the blonde girl on this and like model.
Like that wasn't a part of my like experience growing up.
So I was just like trying to fit in in that way kind of too as I don't know.
It's like I never really knew where I fit in like before I didn't fit in.
And then once I got to the space, I was like, wait, I don't think people actually care about me.
I don't know.
They just want to be associated with me.
And I was having like this mind thing.
But I think that was my 20s and I feel like 30s.
I've really been like connecting with like my why.
Like I like to do art.
Okay.
I like to do things.
And I'm not Hannah who's on her couch in Alabama anymore, but I look up to her a lot, like the younger version of myself.
And I do still like think that Hannah on her couch and Alabama is the coolest version of me that will ever exist.
But I'm always like, what would little Hannah do?
Like what would little hand do?
But I'm not little Hannah anymore.
And I think learning that has been really nice.
I'm like, my pregnancy hormones are literally like making me cry.
Jesus.
That was so sweet.
I don't know.
That was so honest.
No, that was so good.
What?
No, that felt so, like, pure and honest.
And I think it's so true.
And I think a lot of people forget that, especially when we watch shows like The Bachelor
and any reality show, we're pulling people, like, people are pulled from their couch from
their normal lives that don't have anything to do with industry or social media or any of that stuff now.
I guess there's people on like social media and doing stuff before they go on these shows.
But like when you did it, like there was, it was like a total switch.
And we forget that people aren't used to it.
I feel like we forget the expectation I feel like that is put on reality TV personnel as is just a really weird like standard.
I think people look at people like they're unicorns.
Yeah.
And it's like once you realize people are just regular people.
like a few more people know them.
Like, yeah.
I don't know.
It's, it's, it's, because that's just how it is, you know.
It's very interesting.
I think a lot of my friends even feel like that, like not even being able to like, like,
like my friends at home and everything.
Like, yeah.
I just think being an adult, I used to always idolize, like, not idealized,
but I was just like, that's such a, like, I don't know who that is.
Even like being a mom or something.
Like in my head, I put these like levels and chapters and expectations on things.
I get, not even, like, I don't even know how to explain that.
Maybe I'm expressing it wrong.
But like I always like put these expectations.
I'm like, oh, I'll never be able to like really feel present in that.
And I think where I felt present was when I was just at home and I'll in Alabama like doing my thing.
Maybe I just have more time to reflect than I do now.
Yeah.
But even like being a mom, I'm like, oh my gosh, like am I going to feel like I am?
Or am I just going to be Hannah from Alabama on our couch who's now experiencing this?
I don't know.
I don't know if that sounds crazy.
I know.
I always, no, I wonder.
It makes me think about like when.
when I was turning like 19, 20, 21,
and my like friends and family
that were older in their mid to late 20s,
like I viewed them as such adults.
And now being 29, I'm like,
I'm not an adult.
I'm about to have a check.
Like, you know, like I don't feel like an adult.
So like, does that just care?
Is that just how like I view my parents?
Like, they're in their 50s.
I'm like, is that like, am I viewing them as an adult?
And then when I get to 50,
I'm going to have that same feeling I do now.
It's like, I think so.
Like, I mean, if I ever gonna feel like a fairy that just fairy dust and it's like,
now you're gonna feel like that.
I don't know, maybe you just get used to it.
I think what mine is, is it was so extreme.
It was like that age of like, you know, 21 or whatever.
And I'm like, I know who I am.
And then overnight, like, I didn't know who, like,
it just wasn't what my, I thought my life was going to be.
Yeah.
And so maybe that's why I really like idolize.
that moment and feeling because after that it was just like just get used to it you're like say yes
to this do this do this like yeah you know so maybe that's what it is i feel like there's also probably
like such a simplicity because i feel like i look back on like simpler times but i feel like there
probably was like such a simplicity of your life living in alabama not being in this entertainment world
like there's probably a form of that and stillness that you can like look back on it
reflect on what you love about that too.
Because I know that's something that I think about all the time.
Let's talk about as we were talking about social media.
How has your relationship been with it?
Do you feel like you've had to set boundaries with it over time?
Because I know when you were coming off the show, that was really, I feel like, when social
media was kind of like picking up.
Yeah.
Okay.
I used to definitely be, I don't want to say more active, but more like I wanted to
prove to people that I wasn't just like Hannah who doesn't say anything on The Bachelor.
Like I really wanted to prove and show that I do have a personality that I do like to
chit chat that I have thoughts like whatever. And I feel like sometimes when I was overdoing
with all of that, I don't know. It would just make me kind of anxious. So then I pause doing it.
And no, I feel like I have pretty good boundaries with it. Like, I mean,
People are always going to say stuff online.
Luckily, I have kind of separated all of that and kind of created a community where they kind of know who I am.
Yeah.
But I don't know.
I'm like, I'm pretty just like authentically myself, I think, online.
Like, so there's not much to hide.
Yeah.
Which is good.
Not even hide, but it's not like I'm like leaning into like, yeah.
This is my content and this all I do.
And then anything else is going to be like an error.
It's like I kind of just hang out.
and do my thing and it's pretty consistent with who I am, which is good. Yeah. Do you feel like that
was scary for you to authentically be yourself with the internet just because of what we were
talking about with people's perception of you? And I guess having this new platform too. Yeah.
I mean, at first, like it was like, I mean, of course scary. Like being like, oh my gosh,
like this many people viewed my story, like just being perceived in general.
Like I was like, that's so scary.
Like that's never happened to me before like crazy.
But no, I just, I don't know.
I feel like I have to separate it.
If you, you know, I feel like I have a lot of friends in the industry who overthink
everything they put online and stuff like that, which is totally valid because it's who you
are and stuff.
Sure.
But I feel like I've been able to kind of separate it.
Like I do my thing on my phone.
And then if people are saying something or whatever, like, I feel like I'm just like, whatever.
I can kind of like make that smaller in my head.
And it's not a whole thing.
So, I don't know.
I get off my phone.
We do phone jail at dinner all the time.
Like I'm not like obsessing over it all the time, which is good.
And Dylan's really helped me with that, I think, a lot because he really just like is himself.
Like he's, that's it.
Like very consistent with who he is, no matter who he meets, whether it's.
my dad's best friends at a bar in Alabama or if he's with my cousins or if he's with,
you know, people in L.A., whatever, he's absolutely always 100% himself. And I don't know,
I just always like love to channel my inner Dillon, which is great because he's kind of unfazed
by the whole status thing or difference. Like he's just himself, which is really cool.
I love that. I love found jail. Do you do that like every night or when?
when you need like one-on-one time.
One-on-one, like at dinners, we're like, okay, let's phone jail it.
Yeah.
But I think at night it's kind of more of like an unspoken.
I mean, we'll definitely be like we're scrolling while something's on TV.
But at some point, like if we're like really chatting, it's like we set the phones down and essentially jail.
Yeah.
I love phone jail too.
Yeah.
I'm a big phone jail person.
And even at dinners, I know some people are like, or I saw a TikTok, they're like,
I hate when people do this.
And I'm curious your thoughts.
But I like it.
I love when people put their phones in and then everybody asks like a question around the table.
It's like I personally love doing that.
Yeah.
I know some people are like, that's my biggest nightmare.
But I love doing it.
Oh, no, I love, I love doing.
We have a friend and he's very much like the prompter of the group.
And he'll, yeah, he'll just get everyone going on a thought or whatever it is.
And I feel like that's fun.
But also I understand if people like that would be your worst nightmare.
I think I would actually, I don't know now.
I'm pretty chatting now, but I think, like, if I didn't know the group of people, actually,
I feel like if I didn't know the group of people, I honestly would probably be more willing to do that
because then that gives, like, free conversation, like, instead of awkwardness.
It's a great filler, you know, or if it's somebody's birthday and it's like, everybody's say,
like, a funny memory or something.
Like, I'm usually down for that, but it has to be the, it's the right group in the right time.
You can't force it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I'm, I'm like randomly the person in my friend group that is the most quiet, which is funny because I like have a job where I taught. I don't know like what happened. I'm an only child and I was like. Me too. Are you really? Yeah. Love that for us. But I like, I don't know if you've had the same thing. But I feel like when I was growing up, I was like I danced and I was just always like wanting to perform. And I wasn't ever like the obnoxiously loud one, but I was always like chatty and like wanting to do something.
And talk with people and in a group setting I was wanting to talk.
And now, like, my running joke with my friend group is that I'm mute.
Like, I just don't speak with our friends.
And they all know that.
And I've like, you listen.
Yeah, I'm just, yeah, I'm just like, I don't listen or talk.
No, I listen.
I'm not like on my phone.
I'm just like, I'm just really, I'm like taking my friends in as like, I don't know, my,
my friends are funny.
They're going to hear this to be like, you think I'm funny.
But my friends are funny.
So I feel like I just like I'm sitting.
in listening and I'll like I'll chime in they we have like I'm mute and when I like speak up they're
like oh like girl take we say girl tay and boy te they're like girl tay's talking like we have to listen
like everyone like perks up it's like oh okay like I don't know what it is but I've like had such a
switch where I'm like right now like the ones who are like mute I think at least and you might
be like no this is so wrong I definitely when you speak people listen but I feel like you
always give really good advice because you're like studying.
like hearing this, I feel like those people usually have the best advice.
Well, thank you.
I'll take it.
I'll take it.
But I've had my friends have had to, well, luckily my close friends know that, but I've
definitely met people before and they've been like, is she upset?
Like, why is she quiet?
And then my other friends would be like, oh, no, she's just, she's happy.
She's just quiet.
It's like this weird, it's like a weird parallel of like resting bitch face.
Like it's like a weird.
Yeah.
Like my side.
Like I don't look mad when I'm silent.
I'm like listening and laughing and, you know, still engaged.
But it's like a weird.
It's like, is she?
Like, she's not really.
talking like is she actually like wanting to be here? I thought you're a great talker though. Okay.
I mean, yeah, in this setting, I'm having to like, I don't know. If it's this, I think it's,
I think this is what it is. If it's this, like if we weren't recording right now, we were like out for
lunch or whatever, the conference, like I would be talking. Yeah. I wouldn't be quiet. When there's
more than like five people, that's when I just go quiet, especially when there's loud people.
I'm like, no, like I won't talk. You're like, let them do their thing. Yeah. Like I'm here for
the show. Yeah. Like, I want to be in the audience. I don't want to be on stage. Yeah. So I don't know
if that's like a, if that makes me like an extrovert inverted introvert or like something.
Wait, extroverted introvert. Extraverted introvert? Are you sure? I don't know. Maybe. You know,
I've decided. I'm like, I'm so all over the place. Like how I'm a refrigerator. I,
it's not consistent. Like, and I've tried to figure out what my patterns are. I have a general idea. But like,
it kind of just depends on the people I'm around.
Like, I grew up being really painfully shy.
Like, I would like stare at people.
Like, and my mom was like, Anna, like, say something.
And I'm like, no thing.
Like, what's going on?
And then I get in the car.
I'm like, mommy.
So, so.
And do they think blah, blah, blah.
And I like had so much to say.
And she's like, she's like, I promise she talks guys.
Like, she's just like.
Yeah.
She's doing her thing right now.
but now I'm like not like that but then Dylan told me before he was like yeah I think you're
kind of more shy I was like really I feel like I'm really not and I'm like actually I have no clue and
I don't think everybody falls into a perfect category with all of it like the whole introverted thing yeah
I'm like I'm both it depends on the day this episode is sponsored by zoc doc I used to be so bad at
actually making doctors appointments I think about it tell myself I'd call tomorrow and then two months
would go by and I'd realize I never did it. And when I finally did call half the time the doctor wasn't even
in network or the next available appointment was weeks away. And by then, I just lost the motivation
entirely. It becomes this whole thing where the process of finding and booking a doctor is so
annoying that you just keep putting it off until something actually forces your hand. And as we can all
agree, that is not a good way to take care of yourself. But Zoc Doc has completely changed that for me.
lets you search and compare high quality in network doctors.
So you're not just crossing your fingers and hoping the one you pick takes your insurance.
You can actually see real patient reviews and detailed doctor profiles before you book,
which when you're trying to find someone you're going to trust with something this important,
makes a huge difference.
I felt like I was actually making an informed choice rather than just going off of a random Google search.
And the booking is so easy.
You see actual appointment openings in real time.
and you just click book.
Appointments happen fast, too,
usually within 24 to 72 hours,
and it's completely free to use.
When you're pregnant or dealing with any health situation
that suddenly feels urgent,
the last thing you need
is the process of finding a doctor to be the hard part.
Zoc Doc takes that stress completely off the table.
Your health matters and taking care of yourself
shouldn't be complicated.

Something I've been thinking about lately is how much time I used to spend getting ready
relative to how my skin actually looked when I was done.
A lot of steps, a lot of products,
and it still felt like I was just layering stuff on top of my skin
rather than actually making it look better.
And Jones Road Beauty is the line that made me rethink all of that.
The Miracle Bomb is the one I can't stop talking about.
It's a highlighter, bronzer, blush, and lip tint all in one product.
And you just put it on with your fingers.
It makes your skin look glowy and alive and like you're having a good skin day.
Not like you're wearing a ton of makeup.
It's replaced so many steps in my routine and I genuinely look forward to using it every morning
because it's so fast and the result is so good.
It has definitely earned its permanent spot every day.
What I love about Jones Road Beauty as a brand is that every formula is actually
good for your skin. It's nourishing your skin while it's on not clogging it or sitting heavy on top of it.
It's clean beauty that actually performs. And they just launched a mascara, which I'm excited about
because now I can do my entire face with products I genuinely trust from one brand. The five-minute
face just got even easier. Modern day makeup that's clean, strategic, and multifunctional for
effortless routines. For a limited time, our listeners are getting a free full-size mascara on their first
when they use code squeeze at checkout.

Something I think about a lot lately is just how much has changed for women when it comes to
healthcare access.
And one of the biggest ones is something I'm so genuinely excited about.
O'Pill is the first over-the-counter daily birth control pill.
No prescription, no doctor's appointments, no health insurance required.
You just walk into the store, pick it up, or order it online, just like you would anything else.
That is genuinely such a big deal.
So many women have spent years dealing with insurance red tape or long waits to get an appointment
or just not having a doctor they felt comfortable talking to about this stuff.
O pill removes all of those barriers completely.
And before anyone wonders, this is not some new, unproven thing.
This is a pill that has been prescribed by doctors for over 30 years.
It's backed by more than 50 years of science. It's fully FDA approved and it's safe and effective.
The only thing that's changed is that now you don't need a middle step to get it.
It's also really easy to use. You take one pill at the same time every day. It starts working
after 48 hours and you can start or stop it at any point. You can find it at most major retailers
in store and online. So it's genuinely available wherever is most convenient for you.
And honestly, what I love most is that it just puts the decision back in women's hands.
You don't have to wait for a referral or hope your insurance covers it or plan around your doctor's availability.
When you're ready, you can just go get it.
That kind of independence over your own health care is something I think every woman deserves.
An opal is making it real.
Preventing pregnancy is as easy as opal.
Read all label information uses directed.
This episode is sponsored by Honest.
And honestly, this one feels really.
personal to me right now because as someone who is expecting, I've been doing so much research
on baby products lately. The amount of label reading and ingredient checking and general
overthinking I've been doing when it comes to what I'm going to use on my baby skin is a whole new
thing. And I feel like that's just what you do when you care because the decisions feel so important.
That's exactly why I've been so drawn to honest. They make baby essentials made for life's
most delicate skin. And the whole brand is built around this idea that
parents deserve to feel genuinely confident in what they're using on their little ones.
Honest holds every product to their highest standard, the honest standard, thoughtfully choosing
the ingredients they put in and the ones they leave out.
Their baby products are also hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested.
And that combination, knowing someone else that has already done the work and held it to
real standard genuinely gives me so much peace of mind as a first time parent still figuring
all of this out.
As a parent, you want to feel like someone has your back.
when it comes to this stuff. And Honest genuinely does. I think what really sets Honest apart for me
is that it doesn't feel fear-based or overwhelming. A lot of the conversation around baby products
can feel really anxiety-inducing, like you're constantly worried about making the wrong choice.
And Honest just flips that. It's less about what to avoid and more about feeling good about
what you're choosing. That shift in mindset has honestly made me feel so much more calm going
into this whole new chapter. Knowing there's a brand I can lean on that has already done the vetting
for me. Shop honest on Amazon, Walmart, and Target. How have you learned to kind of navigate what
you decide to post on the internet and what you decide to keep to yourself? Is it fairly simple?
I kind of feel like it would be just also because of like how you've described Dylan being
like in your just in everyday life. I always am like how do so many of these like TikTokers and
stuff share every moment of their day? Like that.
is impressive, but also just like not something I would be able to do.
Like a lot of the stuff, I don't know, when you post something online, it kind of makes it real.
Yes.
And it makes it even more of an issue, even though I do share some of the things I've gone through and stuff.
But a lot of things you have to keep to yourself, or at least I like to.
Like, I don't know.
I think it's just productive for me to like deal with my things kind of like behind closed doors and with my people and like my circle.
and like my circle and stuff,
just so I can be like the best version of myself.
And I will say, luckily, I think my brand sounds so weird.
Yeah, my online presence, I guess, is like keeping things happy and light and stuff.
And I think that is a big version of myself.
And I like that whenever I can go on socials, it is kind of funny and silly and like creative
and cute and aesthetic sometimes and sometimes not perfect and stuff.
but I like that I can channel that and then I can like face other stuff like on my own and stuff,
which was good without all the noise for sure.
Yeah.
No, I'm, I feel the same way.
That was like obviously I had to announce that I'm pregnant, especially because this is what I do.
And I was going to post it anyways.
But like with our wedding, we, we didn't post any wedding planning stuff because I was really wanting to like keep it.
private. We literally just got engaged. Then a year later, we were like, hey, we're married.
Like, that was it. And that was, I love that. We did that. But also, there was, like, a part of me that
wished, like, I would have, like, shared more about it. So I wanted to, with pregnancy, I wanted to,
like, talk about it and be able to share. But I think I'm still and will until I give birth and even
after, like, just navigating what exactly I do want to share, especially this, because I
it's like so per like it's just different it's personal and different and I'm like trying to
sort that it's also I like it just uncharted like how do you deal with it luckily I have like a lot
of friends who everyone's pregnant right now I don't know what's in the air um so it's been nice for me to
be able to talk to my friends that are on social media and the ones that aren't and just to see
what other people have like shared and posted as well as kind of like me figuring it out but
it's scary even just like opening up regards to not even being pregnant if there's whatever you
have going on in life your mental health loss of a family member change a job whatever it is like
it definitely is still vulnerable yeah place to be because that's like on there forever yeah yeah 100
I mean even the wedding point like I had fun making like content about it but I will say like
sometimes I feel like some people lose track of the point of a wedding.
And I've even had friends that are like about to get married.
They're like, they're like, oh my gosh, I'm on Pinterest and on TikTok and everybody's saying,
this is out, this is in, blah, blah, blah.
Like, I think, like, it must have been such a cool space to get married like 30 years ago,
50 years ago, like 70 years ago, just because it was truly.
just like a beautiful moment and you just felt like, you know, an enhanced version of yourself
and like got to like feel special about it. It wasn't about the photos. It wasn't about the content.
Like so many people like compare themselves with wedding culture. And I feel like a big part of my
story or at least. And I was shocked that my wedding is kind of something that people will talk
about often to me. Like, oh gosh, love your wedding. I'm like, thanks. It's great. But I wasn't even
like a super traditional type of, it just kind of happened.
I don't know.
No, I don't, like, I think it is so chic.
There was this couple.
I don't remember who, but they got married and then they didn't tell anybody and
they're like on social media.
I thought it was so chic when they just got married, didn't tell anybody, and they're
like one year of marriage.
And I was like, I respect that.
Like, I love it.
I love when people just do their own thing for weddings these days and stuff just because
it is like a, it does come, I don't know, get to the point where you're like, are you doing that
because you want to? Are you doing it because it's going to get more likes? Like really. And like,
that's the sad space that like sometimes wedding culture leans into. Yeah. But I don't know,
I love that you didn't do much like wedding content leading up. I think it's cool. Yeah.
What does prioritizing your mental health look like for you? I would probably say like prioritizing
my mental health is being at home, being with Dylan, being with my mom. I think a lot of my, like,
day to day and just life, like, we travel a lot, which I'm so lucky and honored to do, of course.
But I've got to have downtime. Like, I, for sure. I, and everybody does, but like, I need it. Otherwise,
I don't even know what I'm doing. I'm not even enjoying all of it because I'm like, I love slowness.
I love having slow mornings.
I love, like, cleaning my space and, like, listening to my music that I listen to.
I love watching my little, like, kind of weird TLC shows that I watch.
Like, I love, like, I don't know, just kind of, like, reconnecting with who Hannah is and things like that.
But my mom actually lives down the street from me in San Diego.
I moved to all.
It was, like, my biggest goal.
Nothing else matters at this point.
Like, I'm, like, so, like, blessed to be able to figure that out and everything.
But I go to B's house, we call her B.
I go to B's house down the street.
And she makes me a salad, but she really is, like, that side of my brain that's, like,
it's all soul conversations.
Like, none of it is talking about work really ever.
It's always just, like, well, how does that make you feel and things like that?
And I've been really lucky to, like, have that type of person.
And she's that person for, like, my first.
friends. Like my friends are like, well, is be home. Like I need to talk to her. And it's just like
the best. She's such a gem. And yeah. So I'm very lucky to have like a bee in my life because
that, I don't know. It's just she keeps me me. Yeah. Which is very important. Yeah. Yeah. What are your
what are your favorite parts of your routine? You were kind of touch about like talking about like morning
routines and stuff. What are your what is your routine consist of or what are you? Are you,
your favorite parts of morning or night routine?
Let's see.
I, well, I was really fancy this morning and I had bone broth, but I, I mean, I know.
I was like, no, I really was like, what the past two mornings.
But that's only if I, like, buy it and have it in my fridge, which isn't every single
week because we're traveling every other week.
So there's that.
I, um, I love, like, putting, uh, what is it, like the ambiance things on the TV.
It always looks like we're like at a lake or in the fall time.
Like you hear like the fire because we're in San Diego.
Like it's there's there's no leaves really falling there.
Yeah.
But I love like some type of ambiance or it like looks like we're at the lake or something like that.
And it has like soft music.
I like having a clean space.
And I say clean.
It's like probably pretty chaotic.
Like in my fridge is like really a mess.
But like I can't sit around with like random pieces of clothes all over the place and stuff.
before bed. Like, at least I can get it and toss into my closet and close the door. Yeah. Like,
it doesn't need to be perfectly, perfectly cleaned. Yeah. But it needs to, like, at least look
together a little bit. Um, and yeah, I think I'm pretty simple other than that. Like, yeah,
my routine is like probably pretty boring for some people. Like, I don't need a whole lot of stuff.
Honestly, I just need a alone time. And that's good. Yeah. Do you think you're,
I'm curious about this because I recently kind of learned this.
Do you have you always needed a long time?
Basically, I feel like I learned over the past like 10-ish years that I need a loan time because of being an only child.
And like that's how I process things.
It's very important that I have a lone time.
And you feel like that too being an only child.
Dylan doesn't feel super intrusive in my environment, thankfully.
Like that would be really horrible.
Yeah.
But even with Dylan, like when he goes and he like watches a show or at he goes and plays Xbox or something random.
I feel like even how my brain works in that moment being alone is even different when he's there.
I don't know how to explain it.
I do really well like on a brand trip or something.
Like whenever I'm in the like my hotel room alone for a second, like and I can take a beat.
like my brain I think just tells me like it's safe to like think through stuff and process and then
I'm recharge good to go I don't need that long either to recharge like my battery like give me like
a couple hours or like even like a good I could and I'm I wonder if you're the same but during
like a busy like event or something like that if I have 10 minutes to go take a beat and like really
just take a sec then I'm good to go like go in the bathroom take a sec look in the mirror be like
okay, this is what we're doing, here's how I'm feeling, check in.
Yeah.
Then I'm usually pretty good to go.
But I wonder if people with siblings need that as much.
Yeah.
I know.
I wonder.
I've been trying to learn that because I definitely, I need time to process things by myself.
And even like I feel the same.
Like Taylor doesn't feel intrusive in my space.
But I definitely need like, I have to go in the other room.
Like if he's like I have to just like separate.
even if we're not talking, like, I have to, like, be alone in a space or even just, like,
go to Target and have a long time by myself in my brain.
And I do the little, like, 10, 20 minutes.
I'll literally take, like, if it's a busy day and I'm doing a lot, I'll lay in bed and
take, like, a, it's not even really, like, a 15 minute nap, but it's literally, like,
I'll lay there and just close my eyes.
Yeah, and I just, like, rest.
And then I'm like, okay, I'm good.
Like, that's, like, what, like, I'm, like, recharged after that.
Yeah.
That's definitely something that is big for me.
me. Yeah. I was actually telling Dylan this the other day. I was like, yeah, I like kind of accidentally
stayed up to like 1.30, like, whatever. I was like, but it was kind of nice. Like, I feel like nobody's
bothering me. Nobody's trying to talk to me. Like Dylan had just gone to sleep or whatever,
but I was like able to just like sit and be and do my thing. And there's something about early
morning or early night, me being alone. Like, it's so therapeutic for me. And I am obsessed with
And you know, town to recommend staying up really late and feeling exhausted the next day.
Yeah.
No, I agree.
My mornings are Taylor.
Taylor stays up later than me, especially now because I'm like, tired.
Yeah.
I'm like, nine comes by and I'm like, is it too early to get in bed yet?
Yeah.
But I'm the one that does like the whole morning routine with the dogs and everything.
And I love it because it's just, I put like my, the jazz music on the TV and I just like am in my own little quiet space.
It's so good.
What helps you feel most confident on a day-to-day basis?
You know, I've seen that person going around New York and they're like,
what makes you confident?
And every single time I'm like, I have no clue what I would really say.
So now I'm being asked that.
It's happening.
Allow multiple answers.
Okay.
Let's see where it goes.
You can't pick one.
I think I would start with Little Hannah, I think makes me the most confident because
it makes me feel.
she makes me feel grounded, like the younger version of myself, just confident, sure with what I'm doing,
even with making decisions and, like, hanging around different circles and oras and stuff like that.
I'm like, what would be cool, like, or what would be, like, the best big sister to her?
Or so it's probably like some psychological thing.
But I'm like, what would prove her right?
Like, what would she be proud of, kind of?
And I feel like that helps me with decisions and like if there's something big that happens
or something, I don't know, whatever.
It's like my gut check is usually like stemming from younger version of myself, I think.
So maybe the younger version of myself who didn't think that she could do it makes me the most confident now what I'm doing.
Yeah, I love that.
Oh, that's sweet.
What makes you the most confident?
Oh, you sneaky.
Um, that's a good question.
I think in some, like, weird, annoying answer, probably Taylor.
I almost said Dylan too.
Yeah.
I think there's, I definitely think that, um, he, I always say, I wasn't really, I was so weird
because I feel like there was a level of confidence I have had my whole life in the sense
of performing and being on stage and I never got nervous to like go on stage.
And like, that was always, I always felt confident in.
that. But in, like, confidence in myself in everyday life, I've lacked a lot of my life. And I feel
like when Taylor and I started dating was the first time I really had confidence as an individual,
which I always thought was, like, kind of weird that I was now, like, finding, like, individualism
in myself, like, with a partner. And I had never had that before, but I definitely think that also just because
I am obviously like obsessed with Taylor.
But I also just like respect him so much like when it comes to business stuff.
And he has so much wisdom and he's lived so much life.
I really just like respect what he has to say.
So when he does like tell me he's proud of me or he like thinks I'm doing something that's important or whatever it is.
Like I feel like that definitely just like makes me like feel confident.
Or if I get in the car going somewhere and have makeup on or whatever.
And he's like, you look so pretty.
I'm like, oh, okay.
That's great.
Like little things like that.
Well, and I.
I agree. I was thinking about saying Dylan, I was like, but are you going to, no, I love that. You end up saying Taylor. That's so sweet. Like I, I, I guess the qualities that I used to, like, kind of hide from people because I thought they weren't cool. Dylan thinks are so beautiful. And so, like, it's his favorite, actual favorite qualities of me are like when I'm, like, dancing and, like, being so weird, like, quirky, goofy, like, whatever. Like, these are, I'm so myself with him, which is so nice. But, yeah, it makes you for.
confident with just who you are because I feel like our whole lives were taught like if you're
not doing this like then like that's not cool you're not going to get a date like blah blah
and then it's like oh that's not true like I can actually be an idiot and him be like that was the
funniest thing I've ever heard my life and he's cracking up and laughing at me so yeah it's really nice
having having partners is fun marriage is fun we love we love our men sitting up a home gym
always seemed like one of those things people talk about but never actually do well
You get excited, you buy something, and then three months later, it's a really expensive coat rack.
The intention is there, but the follow-through never quite matches it.
And I think a lot of that comes down to the equipment itself not being worth showing up for.
If it's not actually good, you're just not going to use it.
Tonal is a strength training system that mounts right on the wall of your home.
So there's zero excuse.
No driving anywhere, no waiting for equipment, nothing.
It basically gives you the convenience of a full gym and the guidance of a person.
personal trainer anytime, all in one system. What I love most about the tonal, though, is the coaching
piece. It gives you real-time coaching cues to help dial in your form while you lift, so you're
not second-guessing whether you're doing something right or wrong. I feel like that's the thing
that's always held me back before. Like, am I doing things correctly? Am I going to hurt myself?
But with Tonal, it just corrects you in the moment, which honestly takes so much of the anxiety out
of lifting. And then it does a quick assessment and sets the optimal weight for every move.
then adjust in tiny one pound increments as you get stronger.
So you're always being challenged but never thrown in the deep end.
I also love there's so much variety and you can do strength one day,
arrow hit session another day, then yoga or mobility work when your body needs to slow down.
Some days I want to lift, some days I genuinely want a slow flow.
And it's nice having all of that in one place instead of needing five different apps or memberships.

One of the things nobody really warrants you about with kids is how much mental energy goes
into feeding them.
And it doesn't stop.
It starts with figuring out formula or pure raise and then becomes finger foods and then
becomes actual meals and snacks that they'll actually eat.
It's a lot.
And Little Spoon takes the whole weight off.
Little Spoon is one place to try.

When I tell you how excited I am about Lily Lemon dropping their fall collection,
I was genuinely counting down and now it's here. I have pieces in hand and I have thoughts.
One of the pieces I have is the featherweight 900 downfill quilted jacket and I need to talk about it because it does not feel real.
When I picked it up for the first time, I genuinely was like, wait, is there even anything in here?
It's 900 fill power down and somehow it weighs almost nothing.
It's water resistant. It packs into its own little stuff sack and when you put it on, it feels like,
like someone wrapped you in something warm without any of the bulk. You know how most puffer jackets
feel like you're wearing a sleeping bag? This is not that. This is Lulu Lemon figuring out how to make
warmth feel luxurious. And that's really the story of this whole fall collection. They always get the
performance piece right, the fabrics, the movement, the fit, but this season they genuinely
up to their game on style. There's an elevated quality to everything and the jacket is the
perfect example of that. It's hip length with elastic cuffs, has hand pockets with a hidden phone
sleeve, and it just looks intentional. You'd wear this running errands and people would ask you where it's
from. It's that kind of piece. I've tried a lot of quote unquote packable jackets over the years,
and so many of them trade warmth for weight, and you feel that trade when it's cold. This one doesn't
compromise. It's the fall jacket I've been looking for, and I'm not being dramatic when I say it's going to be
in consonant rotation. New styles for Lulu Lemon's fall collection are here. Popular colors go fast,
so be on the lookout for those drops. And if something doesn't work for you, free returns always.
That's Lululemon.com. Lululemon.com. Okay, let's talk about squid game. I'm very excited to talk about
this because the Squid Game Challenge show is one of Taylor and I's favorite shows to watch because
it's just, I feel like we also, we love it because it's so unprecedented.
predictable in a way. Like, it's the least produced reality game show. I feel like as like we're
watching it. So we love it. But had you before signing on to do this, how do you watch the regular one?
Yeah, I'd watch the non-scripted. I hadn't seen the scripted one, but I'm like such a like game show
reality fan. So it made sense and I don't really watch a lot of scripted stuff. Yeah.
But yeah, this one was a little different than the other ones.
So I didn't really know what to expect than the other like challenge ones.
Yeah.
Were you excited, nervous?
Like what like being, stepping back into like reality TV.
Like the this specific like Squid Game Challenge show alone.
Like were you what were your thoughts going into that?
Honestly, so I, when I got off of Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise, I was like, I need to just catch up and like, was down to like kind of lean in the whole like influencer realm.
I created an app and was leaning in business and like I really liked that.
And I like that I had control over who I am, my narrative, like brand everything.
So, yeah, going on another show is really scary, you know.
I did think, like, a game show would be interesting, but it would have to be the right one.
And I will say this, the turnaround timeline for when I got the opportunity in filming, it was
so fast, like genuinely so insanely fast, that it kind of just forced me to go for it. There's been
a few other opportunities and just things in my life where I say yes to something and then all
of a sudden I'm like anxious or I'm like maybe this isn't a good fit. Like my gut's telling me,
no, blah, blah, blah. I don't have time to do that for this. I fully went for it and we'll have to
see how it goes because I agree this game show in particular isn't produced like other ones
and stuff it's most of it's by chance yeah like right place at the right time you know and it's like
a reflection on society and however you think kind of works anyways and so I was like maybe
I'll go lucky girl syndrome so yeah what are like some of the similarities and differences
between the regular challenge show and this VIP one.
It's honestly pretty similar.
Like, it's not, like, a fully different show or anything.
It's just, like, introducing some quote-unquote VIPs to play in, like, a different type of way, kind of.
Yeah.
No, that's good.
That's good.
What can people expect to see from you?
I think people are going to see a really different side of me.
And, I mean, Squid Game alone, like, it puts people in interesting.
scenarios and
and it is a game.
Like it's not like, oh, hopefully I get this rose at the end of, you know, the Bachelor and
things like that.
It's like a for real game.
And I think I learned a lot about myself in it and who I am and in so many different ways.
But I think it's going to be really entertaining.
I'm not just saying that I think it's going to be very entertaining.
I'm really excited to watch it.
I think I am too
I am yeah
no you will be
I know I'm curious to see how
like watching yourself back on
TV now but yeah I think
I don't know if I can watch myself though
like even if I don't watch it
Did you watch it?
Like we would have
we would have it on like
each week
Yeah
and we would have people over
But it was like we're all having wine
And it's like hanging out
But like I never went back and watched it
Like I don't
Yeah
watching yourself back's really weird.
Do you have a hard time watching yourself back on podcasts and stuff or no?
I mean, yeah, I edit them and then I don't really watch them back.
Well, also it's something that I have control over and I'm like, I'm doing.
So you're filmed for so long on these shows that you don't know, like what.
I'm sure there's like an anticipatory thing that is like feeling that's there.
Does boy Taylor is he able to watch himself on?
Yeah, I think for movies stuff.
He would say yes, for a while.
It was kind of hard for him to like watch the Twilight franchise back.
But I think that's just he outgrew whatever like weird thing that was.
And we the past, I think it was probably a couple years into a stating he got over that and just like was confident and.
comfortable and himself and everything that he's done.
He's like, let me put on my favorite movie right now.
I know.
No, every fall we watch it.
No, that's like,
because that's like a comfort movie for me.
Like I read the books I watched.
Like I love the movie.
So that's like very comforting for me.
And he enjoys them now too.
I wonder if it's tricker to watch yourself back as like an actor because you're like
obviously having to act and showcase that.
Yeah.
Or if it's tricker to watch yourself on like a dating show or something where
you're like your real self and like falling in love.
And then you're like, oh, my God.
Like, why do I say that?
And I wonder which one's like tricker because being an actor too, you're like, I want to show my, you know, skills and stuff.
So I don't know.
Yeah.
I think being actor depends like what you're watching because Taylor will watch like he did this movie called Ridiculous Six, which is a like Adam Sandler movie.
And he plays this like hillbilly person who has like the sickest.
accent and is missing a tooth and he like it's a comedy obviously it's out of
Taylor but it is like Taylor I didn't my when I my guy friends found out that Taylor and I
started dating and they like would look him up and he was like oh my gosh he's a little Pete
ridiculous six like he's iconic and just like he it's so not you should watch it's literally
insane like the movie so it's so good it's insane but Taylor will watch that and he's like so
proud of that, but it's like funny. So I feel like, and I feel like with the Twilight franchise,
I think it took him a little bit to like get over like people like guys would be like it's so like
cheesy. So I think like he like in that regard, I think it kind of took him some time to get over.
But he's like kind of proud of everything he's done. But yeah, I think it's because it's not like
himself. Like I definitely think there's a level of if you are on a show and you're, you don't get a
rose or you do something like something dumb or.
embarrassing, whatever it is.
Like, there is definitely because it is yourself.
Which is why this fall will be very interesting.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So we'll see if I tune in.
It's going to be great.
It's going to be great.
Let me know how it goes.
Maybe you can watch and then you can let me know.
I'll report back.
Taylor will definitely give detailed.
Taylor's actually going to be like, you need to ask Hannah about this.
He's like when we watch traders, he's like, call it our friends of like, so many
of our friends have done it.
And he, like, who was last season?
Mark, Ballas was on last season.
He, I would go up to bed and him and Mark would be face timing.
And Mark would be like,
explain it. Like Taylor just loves, he loves game. So he like loves to know all the details.
You guys should go on one. I know. We've talked, we've talked about one. We've talked about doing that
before. But I love it. That would be fun. That would be fun. Well, I, yeah, once it's out,
can't wait to share all the thoughts. I can't wait. I can't wait. It's super fun. Okay. Lemon 7.
Seven. Seven questions. Hit me with your best shot. Okay. Number one, movie or song title that best
describe as your mental health today.
Sleeping Beauty. I slept last night, finally. That is such a good answer. No one said that before.
And that was my favorite princess movie actually growing up, which I feel like isn't a lot of
people's maybe, but I always loved Sleeping Beauty. Aurora, like my queen. Original. I love that
for you. Number two is how open are you with people in life when struggling? I can't hold it in.
If you could only follow three social media accounts, what would they be? Lucho. Do you know who Lucho is?
I'm so bad with names of people.
Okay.
So he's a photographer and, and, and, oh gosh, I'm so bad at pronouncing Andrea Ozzy.
His stories get me through my day.
He's like a little walking reality show.
He's so funny.
And, yeah, so I'm obsessed with him.
He's my king.
And then there's this girl, her name is Ali, I believe, and she does snack plates on TikTok.
I love to see what she's having like on her snack plate.
And they're always, it's like, oh, that sounds good.
One pretzel.
But then like, but then there's these like beautiful tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
Like it's a snack plate.
And people get really mad because they're like, that's a full meal.
And she's like, no, it's my snack.
Like it's like, so she tries like one bite of like all these different things.
But I just, it ends up being this massive plate of like beautiful food.
So I always love watching her.
And then I don't know, like Alex Earl.
I always see what she's up to.
and I love watching her live a crazy life on my couch.
That's true.
That's honest.
I need to look up a snack plate one because that sounds really yummy,
especially for me right now.
What is your favorite form of self-care?
Massage.
For sure.
Period.
Number five is what is the most misunderstood thing about you?
I'm not exactly sure,
but I think something that has come up a few times,
like face-to-face conversations,
like people are like, wait, you're actually funny.
Like, I didn't know that.
And I'm like, okay, like, I'm not like that funny, but like, I like a little he.
Like, I don't know.
So, um, probably that.
I don't know, but I'm silly.
She's actually funny, everyone.
I'm actually, like, so funny.
She is hilarious.
Um, number six is who's had the most positive impact on your mental health?
It's my mom in Telen.
Yeah.
I had a feeling you were going to have to choose.
Okay.
Last question is, if you could go back to one moment in your life, what moment would that be?
And what would you say to yourself?
there was this time okay I was like in ninth grade it was like homecoming and I booked like a
hobachi room for like our whole homecoming group I didn't have a date totally fine and I booked it
for everybody and I went to the bathroom and I went back to the halbachi room and everybody was
had sat down and I think this these two people like were added onto our group and it was me my like
best friend Megan, we went to the bathroom. We came back. So they had filled up the whole room
and there were no seeds left. And so everybody, like our whole group enjoyed homecoming there. And
then we had to go sit like in the back like with like a random family, which now I'd be like
whatever. Like that's fun anyways. But during like ninth grade, like I already felt so like not cool
and everything that had like that night I like went home and I was like trying to be so
chill all day, like, you know, good attitude. My mom was like, I got home and she was like,
how was it? I was like, it was great, blah, blah, went to my room, bald, cried because I was just
like so embarrassed. Like the whole day. I was just like, wow, I don't have a date. Like,
nobody wants us in the photos. Like, I didn't even get to sit with my group at dinner that I made
the reservation for, like, the whole thing. But I think I would go back and just tell her, like,
it's all going to be good. Plus, Megan ended up being one of my bridesmaids anyways in my wedding.
So we got to girly pop it up. But.
That would probably be, that was like a big thing for me. And I kind of like end up looking back at
that a lot. And I'm like, wow, gosh, like I would have loved to just be like, don't worry,
you're fine. Yeah. I love that. That's so sweet. Thanks for coming and chatting.
Thank you so much for everything. This is so fun. So fun. And we have to hang out soon.
I know. I know. We need to. We're going to make a plan.
