Starting point is 00:00:24 One Hey there I'm Taye Loutner joined by my husband and co-host Taylor Lautner. Mental health has always been a big part of my life. I grew up watching friends and family members struggle in ways that at the time I didn't quite understand. I then worked as a COVID nurse during the height of the pandemic, which left me with some severe mental health struggles.
Starting point is 00:00:54 Since leaving the hospital, I knew I needed to do something to help those struggling as well. So I created Lemons by Tay and the Lemons Foundation, a non-profit organization with the same mission as this podcast to build a community that supports and encourages those struggling with their mental health and providing a place to share resources along the way. Each week, Tay and I will welcome well-known guests and industry experts to further the conversation on mental wellness. We talk a lot about the squeeze or the juice of your mental health, what you struggle with, the moment you knew it was time to ask for help, and what it was that gave you this strength. You'll hear the tips, tricks, tools, and resources people.
Starting point is 00:01:37 use to get them through the day and how you can go about applying them to your own life. We can't wait to learn more about ourselves through this journey and we are truly so honored to have you along for the ride. When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at the squeeze, we talk about it. This podcast has been brought to you by Podcast Nation.
