And Morgan Geeky this season has 22 goals in 33 games at the time of this recording, 35 points. He is on a 52 goal pace right now. And for somebody who put up a career high last year of 33 goals and before that, his career high was 17 goals and bounced around a few different organizations. He played games for the Chicago Wolves in the 2020-2021 season. It is unbelievable what he's doing this year. And this just might be a guy who's given a solid opportunity on a top line there in Boston next to Posh Chinok and Lindholm and just excelling in this role. and he might have just always had it in him and just needed this opportunity. Last year, I kind of looked at those 33 goals

as somebody's got to score on these bad teams. Sure. They don't lose every game with no goals on the boards. Like any basketball game, somebody's going to score. Any hockey game, somebody's going to put up the goals. On a bad team, you put up 33. But now on a competitive Bruins team that looks like it could make the playoffs this year,

he's doing it except double that with the 50-goal pace. It's unbelievable. I want to shout out Morgan Geeky because he needs more love. currently second in the league in goal scoring. Unbelievable. I love that. I'm going to pick one that is very down the center for me,

but this is a guy that I've been watching ever since Philadelphia tried to bury him. Cutter Gauthier. This is a guy who the Flyers made a bad trade and then went on the evening news across all networks in Philadelphia and said, this person bad. This person bad.

And we're getting Jamie Drysdale. Now, nothing against Jamie Drysdale, but Cutter Gauthier took his career in his own hands and said, I don't want to play for John Tortorella. I've seen how this guy operates. It's not going to work for me. I need to go. And it got to the point where he said,

well, I'm just not going to report. Now, what the Flyers should have done is said, okay, don't report. But we're retaining your rights. Right. And what would have happened if they had just waited a year is they would have fired Tortorella,

who basically fired himself while we were in San Jose, right? And Cutter Gauthier would be a Philadelphia Flyer right now playing for one of the NHL's most beloved coaches, Rick Tockett. Instead, he is playing and flourishing in Anaheim on a team that is flourishing and blossoming. And obviously, I mentioned I love Leo Carlson, what he's done. Cutter Goche is a big part of what Leo Carlson's done. And what I love here, look at these stats. OK, so he's 27th in league scoring right now. Right. He's like 21, 32, sorry, 34 points in 32 games, 16 of them are goals. But the key stat for me, gentlemen, is the fact that of his points, 27 of the 34 at even strength, meaning he's not feasting on the power play. He's not he's not just waiting for his opportunities. He making it happen. and the goals are coming and the fact is his shooting percentage is actually a little low

for a sniper for somebody that shoots well he's at a 13.2 percent right now with less than 18 minutes a night if he gets it up into the 14 or 15 percent in the next few years this guy's going to be a 40 goal scorer and adam's right because right now at the time we're recording this cutter go chase sits third in the entire nhl in shots on goal now wow wow wow the entire nh uh now let me I believe Cutter Gauthier would be the Flyers' top-scoring player by over 10 points this season. Trevor Zegers, I think, has got 24 as of this recording. Cutter Gauthier has 34.

So I just want to say I think Cutter Gauthier has taken his critics. He's been like, okay, that's fine. And believe me, it ain't easy to have the entire city of Philadelphia hate you.
