I hope everybody has some amazing weekend plans. I personally don't. Which excites me. But I feel like there's a lot

for us to do this weekend. Like a lot of options to pull from. Yeah, I'm being in beach. I'm just, I'm over. overwhelmed at the possibilities. And that's what's so exciting about a Friday. Like, who knows, maybe I'll do nothing. And then on Sunday I'll be like, I wasted the weekend.

But right now in this moment, I have potential. It's true. Did you watch any more L last night? No. You didn't? I really wanted to hear more of your thoughts. I finished it. I'm not compelled to do it.

I don't even know if I'm going to pick it back up. Oh, I just want to know more of your thoughts. Like, if you could, like, I want you just watch a few more episodes just to like really decide that you don't want to watch it. I am going to watch five-star weekend. before. Well, then you're going to miss the momentum and, like, I'll be over it by then. But I finished last night.

And it's just so good. Of course, I hated how it ended. Of course, I did. But, you know, it's never too late to, like, undo what was done. You would actually like the last episodes because I'm going back to Bel Air. She does for a time. Like, it's a bit of a spoiler, but, like, it's fine. It's not really, like, a plot-driven show.

It's more about vibes. Oh, yeah. So there is, like, a lot of Bel-air. Like, she goes back to school. and like there's a lot of like California but you know what like I it's of course she like miss Seattle in what fucking world but like I I miss Seattle for her too oh my god corny as hell and she they said it's so good it's like you have to go like where the friction is like she's already conquered LA like this is boring to her as she said like it's very expected like it's not

challenging and like in Seattle she was tapping into like new reservoirs of herself and really growing but she can't stay there for that long because the L that we know is like a Bel Air girl. Well, she does go to... UCLA. CULA. So she goes back to California, but I think she, like, acquires a lot of this depth through the challenges

that she has to go through in Seattle. And I know... It's funny that, like, Seattle is, like, the hard place. Like, it's Afghanistan, you know? Like, Seattle. Yeah. She had to move to Seattle.

And that's why people are like, while the Seattle bashing this week, you guys, like, we didn't start it. The show Elle did. Yeah. The show L like... If she had moved to, like, Miami, it wouldn't be a...

Pitted Seattle against the rest of the world. They just did that. Absolutely. And of course, like, she goes back to Bel Air because she's a little bit, like, run out of town, out of Seattle. And I just want to say everyone in Seattle is disgusting for not having her back. Like, what she did, I could understand was, like, a little bit awkward. But if you just, like, asked a couple questions about the timeline, like, she could be forgiven. And what she had done previous to that in terms of, like, earning her stars in Seattle, like,

she literally saved the whole fucking town, like, you disgusting bastards. And that no one had her back. Like, they're not worthy of her friends. So like Dustin, fuck you. Liz, seriously? After Donna, seriously? And then Miles. Like, of course, I expect more for Miles.

Of course. I expect more for miles. However, like, I think he was feeling like insecure because it's like, I think he can't believe that she likes him. So when she found out, he found out she had like said these things about Seattle. I think it was like he was just so hurt. Not so much like. Not from taking it personally.

Like I think less like I'm mad at you and more like, oh my gosh. Like, did you ever, do you even like me? No. I just feel like I've now seen the whole series. No, and it's like, I'm not going to not spoil it because I know you're not going to finish it. And I just need to talk about my true thoughts. So, yeah, the way that it ended, like, I ship Ellen Miles. I ship Ellen Dustin's friendship.

I do. Like, I think he's a good friend. And he's a nice guy. He's really grown on me. But, like, Elle and Miles, like, I just need him to profess his love to her. I need to know everything he thinks about her because he really loves her. Oh, my gosh. And, like, Shannon?

Who the fuck is Shannon? Do you ever meet Shannon? Remind me. She's like the nice girl Who's friends with Kimberly? I don't know if you ever met her. Who's Kimberly? The mean girl.

Oh, no, I didn't mean a nice senior. She gave her a basket. No. No, I have no idea what you're talking about. I was watching Braxton Berrios. You know he's on the Giants now. One of my favorite things is like the social media of NFL teams. I know it's just like a bunch of swirlies who run those accounts.

And they did this like very high quality video where they sat out of the players and gave him a bag of makeup. I was like, tell us what this does. And of course, like none of them knew what it was. Except for Braxton. They did choose some like harder stuff. It wasn't like a lipstick. It was like a heatless curler satin thing for your head. Like more.

He knew every single one. I couldn't believe he knew the heatless car. And it's not like he said like you put it in your hair. He's like the heatless curler. Wow. They also, of course, they had like, eyeshadow pouts. They always cracking me up, pedicure like those things you put between your toes.

He's a good boyfriend. He's a good boyfriend. It was a good moment for him. Like the video, the comments were lighting up for him. Yeah, he's supportive. He pays attention to his girlfriend's on a good team. Work. Jackson Claude Dart was there.

He didn't know a lot of them. Okay. That's also attractive. Yeah, right. It's attractive to no and not know. You know? Yeah. I forgot that he got traded to the giants.

That's like, I just feel like that whole thing was unnecessary. Which part? Then breaking up. Like, what are you doing? Well, it would be unnecessary if they were, like, back together.

No, I just feel like the world was more cohesive in a better place, like when they were married. It was this stable thing. I actually feel like as much as we thought it would be like this decent. stabilizing thing. Oh, nothing. Nobody moved. Sort of like nobody moved. That's interesting.

I feel destabilized. You do? Yeah. Because it like, it washed over me when I was watching this video. I was like, can I enjoy this? I love. Who, like, who do you go within the divorce? If you had to choose.

Oh, you've left the industry behind. I've hung up my hat. High lash curler. Yeah, no, I'm not modeling anymore. I feel like this for the best. I don't like, I don't enjoy it. I wasn't jobing my love. Like, any time that we had, like, modeling.

But one thing you should know about us is that we job our love. We love our jobs and we job our love. Absolutely. And I had to. to stop modeling because it just wasn't like bringing me joy. I feel like a lot of girls in the industry face that. Yeah. So I'm like focusing on other elements of like my business.

And in your career. I've pivoted from modeling. Yeah. I feel that. I'm still very much like in the industry booking gigs and stuff. But just know I'm like not happy about it. Do you ever think like you'll leave the modeling world? Absolutely.

Yeah. When I meet my like tech founder boyfriend, my Evan Spiegel. Like that's the best way to graduate from the modeling industry. like the Miranda Kerr model. Yeah. A lot of Jasmine Toops. I mean, they all sort of do. Yes.

There comes a time where it's time to find your, like, founder. And it's not just tech. You can be with a rock star. Oh, I mean, Jasmine Toops' husband is like a diplomat. Like, I don't know what he does. You could do a rock star too, like Bahadi and Lily Aldridge. Lily Aldridge, Adam Levine. Yeah.

There are a lot of different paths, but definitely marrying well is the best way to graduate from the modeling industry, in my opinion. Yeah. So that's what's next for you. Yeah. Marrying well. Well, absolutely. So those are some of our dreams and aspirations.

I was like, oh, my God, MJ died and Jackie. Jackie thought I was talking about Mercedes Javi from Shaz of Sunset. Well, she's, like, my first top of mine, MJ. She actually is mine, too. And I just, like, I didn't think that's what you meant, but I couldn't think of the second N-J yet. Like, if I had another- The first MJ is actually Michael.

Jackson, but he's already dead. And that's not my MJ. Like my MJ is Mercedes Javid. My MJ is also Mercedes Javid, who I'm happy to report is alive and well. We wishing her the best, truly. But I just thought that was funny. Yeah.

Yeah. Well, I guess we'll get into the stories. Because there's like low key drama about it too. Since you want to get into the stories. It seems like you want to get in the stories. Anything else we want to talk about? Hmm. Oh my gosh.

We're doing something crazy at the house. I don't even, I think you know what we're doing. Building butterflies? Yeah. We have caterpillars growing at the house. I know. You know it's like an animal rights activist.

Why, it's going to be beautiful. It is going to be beautiful. But like the fact that you can just like buy a caterpillar, like, that's not so weird. It's a worm. I guess. Yeah. And they're like cocooning in the living room right now. They're cocooning in the dining room and they have reached cocoon status.

So you put them in that netted thing. Now we transfer them into the netted thing. There they will become butterflies and they can fly in there and then we will let them go. Yeah, that's cool. Do you think they'll come back? I don't know. Maybe they'll hang around the backyard. Do you think they've enjoyed, like, spending time at our house?

I think so. Like, we're so funny. Oh, man, they're probably cracking up all day long. And, like, cocooning, I imagine. Oh, my God, she thought Mercedes-Dotty died. I imagine cocooning can be lonesome and boring. No, I imagine cocooning is a dream. And you need entertainment, like when you're cocooning.

I've actually got a couple of his products. And like in another life. No, if someone wrote that book today, like if a friend wrote that book and gave it to me, I'd be like you should go back to work. Of course. The books that are popular, like you know the one,

Yeah, a little orange. And then it started to smell.

and turns out like we are getting the smoke from the Ontario wildfires. The air quality is so bad. Like obviously things are worse for the people in Ontario and I don't want to complain. And like north of here between here and Ontario. But so crazy. This happens like every now and then. It happens every summer like once a summer. One afternoon like there's a cloudy.

But for it to be going on almost four or five days is so crazy. And up until today everyone's insisted the AQI, the air quality index has been totally fine. You could be outside. It just like it smells like a fire. But like it's not harmful. But today the AQI is very high. It's so spooky. not to be like complaining because I know there's like animals probably dying and maybe even people,

but like I can't go outside, I can't swim. Like it's my summer break. Yeah. I hope everyone's okay. Wildfires stay the craziest thing. Yeah, they really do. And then Jackie was saying the other day that people who start wildfires because like obviously some of them are manmade and some of them are.

So I was looking into it between 85 and 90% of wildfires are manmade. Arson. Not arson. Oh. Some, a lot are accidental. Of course. Of course. You know, you left your camp ground going.

Your hair iron on. So I take back what I said due to those people. No, it's like... What percentage of wildfires are arson? So in the U.S., intentional ignition typically makes up about 10 to 15%. That's like still a lot. A lot. 85 to 90 is like debris burning, unintended campfires.

So first story, Chris Jenner announces the death of her mother, Mary Jo MJ Shannon at the age of 91. So Chris posted yesterday a photo of MJ saying, today we said goodbye to my beautiful,

Mommy MJ. She wrote a very long caption. That's very beautiful. I'm going to read most of it. She said there are no words that could ever capture what she has meant to me or the heart of having to say goodbye. My mom was the heart of our family. She taught me everything that truly matters. To love your family fiercely, to be kind, to show up for the people you love, and to never take a single moment together for granted. She taught us that family is everything. She showed us how to love unconditionally and how to find joy in little moments. She showed me how to face life challenges with resilience and faith. Mom, thank you for every sacrifice you made, every piece of wisdom you shared, and every moment you loved us so completely.

I will miss our daily talks, your smile, your laughter. Our hearts are broken, but we find comfort knowing that love like yours never truly leaves us. This caption is really beautiful, and I want to read it because we read a lot of junk on this show, but these are like really great life lessons in here, and she obviously did an amazing job of being a mother and a grandmother. And they love and respect her so much. And the legacy that she's left is literally, unbelievably insane. So if we can get any pearls of wisdom from this woman,

we should read them. It's also like, if you're a Kardashian fan, like, MJ's been around for a while. And we've sort of like known, she's like had health issues. They talk about it a lot. She's like just sort of like frail little woman. She's much older.

So we've sort of like known this day was coming. But it almost like never came. Like she really, Chris took amazing care of her. And I just know Chris is like devastated. Chris is like very existential. Like whenever the girls are like having a good time, she'll start crying.

And like, once you become a mom, you like understand exactly why. And I remember once when she was like, they were like, why are you crying? She was like, well, because you're all going to be doing this. And like one day I'm not going to be here. And it was just like very upsetting to hear her. So she's definitely like very emotional about like time and age. And I just know she's devastated.

Like I feel so sad for her. I feel so sad for her too. And Chris is, oh, 70 now, right? She just did her. And she had her kids really young. And it's seven double zero birthday. Right. Oh, right.

But so she's lived 70 years with her mother. Like. Which is such a blessing. Such a blessing. Some people don't get that. But then to now. not is so sad. There was also like a little weirdness with Kim's Instagram.

She's been like at the lake with Lewis Hamilton, like posting videos of them kissing and him with her kids and like nobody cares. Like I'm telling you like this couple's just like not impactful in any real way. And Kim posted at like noon that like a carousel of Lewis and water skiing, lake life. It was a carousel of their week at the lake. And then two hours later Chris posted that MJ had passed away. So it was like, well Kim like. like when when that story went up like MJ had probably passed away and Kim probably already knew it like the timing was really strange now we know Kim like pre-scheduals her Instagrams and it's like a whole thing her flow but it's like are we still doing that in this day and age so she then updated her caption because people were commenting like this is weird like didn't your grandmother just pass away and she updated her caption just to address like oh this was scheduled like obviously like we're and then Lewis Hamilton posted a carousel from the lake too with a caption like hold your loved ones

near and dear. Like, I just think it's weird. Why can't they let the lake content go? I don't know. Or post it in a month. Like, yeah. It's like they had to get the lake content up. But people, I'm telling you, like, we don't care.

Yeah. You can skip it. Yeah. It's, it's strange. And I feel like all the things that people say about Kim that I really don't believe. Like, it's just like a little self-indulged and like, I don't know. I don't want to like judge. Like, I think, you know, no one's hurting more than them.

Chris and them, like, these people commenting, why did you post the lake? like they don't care about MJ more than Kim does. No, of course not. They're not more devastated than Kim is. But like I also find it weird to be like scheduling personal content. Do you know what I mean? Like I know businesses schedule and if you have a launch or whatnot. You're an ad.

Or it's like we're not going to post from the lake because we'll wait till we go home or whatever. But like the idea that it's like all these like personal photos are in a scheduling tool. Not that scheduling tools aren't like that ubiquitous. That like she runs her personal account with a scheduling tool. Yeah. And also like I know at the time like Instagram was all about like flow and how free you post but I don't know it just seems ever since they like started to copy tic-tac like it's more of like a free-for-all it's it's less curated it's less and so I didn't realize she was still doing that yeah I just feel like it's not a great look that she uses a schedule tool to post her personal content when her whole brand is like social media authenticity and like sharing everything that runs her account like I feel like the way I think of her account is like nobody else would have the password you know right she really like it's hers and it is but a scheduling tool just sort of like takes a little bit of the mystery of

But Chris never took her stepdad's name. No. And then I feel like Chris got married young to Robert. So she was never particularly attached to her maiden name. And I think it's okay that we don't know it. I think so too. And I think she wants us to know her as Chris Jenner or Chris Kardashian. Yeah.

I love that she still goes by Chris Kardashian. Yeah. Or there was that episode where she. She was like, I think I should go back to Kardashian. I actually agree. Only because things with Caitlin, like, were so bad. But I guess she's, like, as much of a Kardashian as she has a Jenner. It's like an ex-husband.
