Starting point is 00:00:09 It's Jackson, Claude and neighbor show the fast five things you need to know. We'll start your day off, swirly. It's the toast. I sound amazing. Welcome back to The Toast and happy Monday after a big Zeesen, Pesach. I'm starving. Hey, Jax, how you darn? I'm Dern good.
Starting point is 00:00:35 I'm back at home. We're back in our home studios. Frames have pride of place once again. It's exciting to be home. And I feel like we're simpatico again. Because are you wearing boys lie as well, Boisley? No. No, no, I'm not.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Oh. No, I'm wearing something you could like literally never get access to or afford. I'm wearing the gap. So watch your mouth. I thought you were wearing Boisley. You know, my days with Boys Lie are numbered because Harry's like learning how to spell and read and I can't have him reading like Boys Lie. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:01:05 Now we have to get like women are beautiful. Men are wonderful. Where's that brand? What are the boy mama's doing? I can't walk around. clothes all day that say boys lie boys lie boys lie as a boy mama yeah you definitely can that just sends a bad message and this are the things like nobody talks about the trials and tribulations of being a mom who gets free clothes from boys lie I know I know and it's funny because you know how they have the
Starting point is 00:01:27 angels on boys lie so whenever I'm wearing it like harry said the other day he's like you wear a lot of angels my perceptive king and did he say anything about how much he misses his coaches we're so close to be like B-O-Y-S-L-I- Yeah what does that spell? Boysly. Boys tell the truth. How about boys? And boys are wonderful. Boys are honest with their mamas and always tell them the truth. Where's that brand? We need to start it.
Starting point is 00:01:55 Today's Monday. We haven't done an episode since Wednesday. And I just want to say I'm so grateful to everybody involved in West Mandela, West Mandibol for not. I thought there was going to be like so much breaking news that we wouldn't be able to talk about. Nothing has happened, which I'm so grateful for. We needed a beat because I'm glad to like have a lot to talk about today. It's also so funny how this name has become West Mandeval. And there's no bit of like Scandival was Scandal Sandoval.
Starting point is 00:02:21 But now it's only the Sandoval part. There's no scandal. No, Oval, like is scandal. I know, but it's actually just Tom Sandoval. So do we have any stories about Scamandival? The story is all of the updates, all the bits and bobs. I have some information. Nothing brand new, but I heard from.
Starting point is 00:02:41 an extremely legit source. And my sources have been, I just want to say. You guys questioned my first source. Like, my sources have been slaying. And I heard the version of events. I would literally expect your sources to be slaying, considering you're like five feet away from... Yeah, from Stardom.
Starting point is 00:02:59 From West Manderval. Yeah, it's true, it's true. And also, I think a lot has come out sort of piecing together with the timeline of events and we can sort of get an idea of like what's been going on. Yeah, I will say a lot of the version. of events that are being spoken about on like drama channels and stuff is like pretty
Starting point is 00:03:15 accurate. What I have heard which I believe to be the truth, I've seen people reiterating similar versions of it. Yeah, that me as well based on what you told me. So I think we can speak with some authority as to what's been going on. Definitely. And what else has been going on is that
Starting point is 00:03:31 we had Passover over the weekend and we haven't had bread since Wednesday and like I'm in hell. I did not realize. Maybe there was an era of my life where like cutting out all these different things would have been easier. but like I'm very much in like my carb era. And I didn't realize how all my meals have like something chameitsy in it, you know? But you're still having rice, right?
Starting point is 00:03:50 No. Oh, you're not? No, some years like in the middle, I give up and do rice. Because if you're from like the Middle East, if you're Spartic, Persian. And you are Moroccan. My Moroccan family. Yeah, they have rice. And so once you have rice, like Pesachach is not hard.
Starting point is 00:04:03 The Ashkenas, like the Eastern European Jews, like the white or toned Jews, we don't do any of it. So it's like it's actually so hard. I've actually like, I can't. talk to Sphartic people. You don't know true struggle. Yeah. Like they, I saw this Moroccan woman like making her sater and she's like five rice dishes. I'm like that's not a sater.
Starting point is 00:04:21 That's a Friday night. Yeah. Oh my God. Speaking of Friday night. What happened? Is it the craziest thing over the weekend. Oh, Ben's birthday. Yes.
Starting point is 00:04:29 So it's so rare that you like make a plan and you actually follow through run it. And so when we were driving home from the Hamptons this summer, we were listening, boys that girls came on. And Ben was like, we should go to a concert. He looked it up. He's like, always doing it know anything. things like that and we never go. And it happened to have been on his birthday. And so we made this plan that we were like get a big group, get like a big limo or a party bus and go. Lo and behold,
Starting point is 00:04:49 we did it on Friday. Like good on us for actually following through on a plan. I feel like that's sort of major. And yeah, we just, it was, it's a weird time of year. A lot of people are out of town for Pesach and Easter. So whoever was in town, we invited like everyone and this rag tag bunch, you know, people from all walks of life. Ben's friends, my friend, college, summer, whatever. It looks like the usual. It was. And we all loaded up on a party bus. which was literally the best part of the night. We like listen to emo music. You love a party bus.
Starting point is 00:05:16 You guys, you don't need to like do anything. You just need to get on a party bus. And just drive around. When I was at the concert, and I was obviously having a blast, but a part of me was like, I wish we never got off the party bus. I miss the bus.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Oh my God. And the funniest thing happened on the bus. So Joey Camasta was there. And it's so funny because like I know Joey through like podcasting. But I forget that he has this like huge platform. Every week he's on Jersey Shore. So. we were waiting for like a couple of people
Starting point is 00:05:44 to get on the bus, you know, the late people, even though I told them not to be late. And so I'm texting the driver like, just we need three more people. He was so nice, like waiting outside. Help. And so. So I'm texting him like five minutes and he goes,
Starting point is 00:06:03 so he texted me. I'm in the back of the bus. He goes, is that Joey, a.k. Snooki's best friend from Jersey Shore? And I'm like, yep. He's like, yo. he lost mad weight. Do you tell him, Joey? He said that?
Starting point is 00:06:15 Of course, Joey was freaking out. But Joey's used to it. Like, Joey? No, about the weight lost part. Of course. Joey is so skinny. Really? Yeah, he looks really good. He said he's on a lethal dose. It was just so funny.
Starting point is 00:06:29 And it was such a good. The concert was so good. So, like, the first half of the concert, they opened it with like a song that everybody knew. And I think everybody on the bus was, like, surprised at like the two or three bangers that they knew. Because they were like, oh, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:06:39 I'm just here for a good time. Meanwhile, me and Ben are like, you know, singing every word. The first half was like new music. So it was very much like time to get merch and drinks, you know? And then Margo was looking up the set list and there was like a second act. And the second act, which was like all the hits. If Margo's not looking up the set list, she's not Margo.
Starting point is 00:06:57 One thing about Margo is she has a premium subscription to that website, setlist. com. Like she's obsessed with it. And I will say sometimes it's like a vibe killer. It's like, can we just be in the moment? But in the middle when they were playing all this new music, I'm like, Sachi, what is going on? And she was like, this is like the first act with new music. And that was grateful that she had her premium subscription because I was like kind of in hell.
Starting point is 00:07:17 And then the second half was so good. And the funny thing is that like I think of boys like girls as like this emo mosh. I put on the partyful invitation like dress in emo garb. I had black lipstick on. And when I put on my TikTok, people were like so funny, turning. Boys like girls does not require like black lipstick. I'm like, you don't. I'm like, you're wrong.
Starting point is 00:07:34 You're wrong. When we got there, I felt so stupid. It was just a concert. Like it was just normal. It was like millennials. Like it was not this emo. I guess it was like going to like the fray concert. They're not like that emo.
Starting point is 00:07:44 It's not like going to panic at the disco. And I felt so stupid. And Ben was and like the funny thing was I thought it was so emo. And you know those emo concerts? They really mosh. Yeah, they much. It's a GA concert. So I said, let's stay in the back because I don't want to get involved in the mosh.
Starting point is 00:07:59 Ben was like really trying to mosh with his friends. And then we're just like normal people around us. And I literally had to apologize. I'm like, I'm so sorry. Ben was like pushing people. I'm like, Ben, it's not a, this is not. You guys were like, we don't want a mosh. We hope they're washing.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Meanwhile, Ben is like shoving little girls in the back. I'm like, Ben, you have to stop. Oh, my God. So we were like, we were a little unclear on like the vibe. That's fine. You could have been having a theme night though, like a bachelorette that went to a concert and I made it punk night. And then Ben, you know, Ben has to just do the most.
Starting point is 00:08:27 So afterwards we went to Marquis because James Kennedy, I got there at like 1130. James Kennedy didn't go until 1. You know my ass left at 1145. I was like, I can't be like waiting around. until one. That's how the party goes, Glon. Yeah, so the younger folks stayed and they said it was a blast, but just
Starting point is 00:08:44 to be clear, I actually did not see James Kennedy. Did he play Top Man, you're a bad man, she said. I don't know why I wasn't there, but I hope so. I'll have to ask that she. And then on Saturday night I did something even crazier. Which is? I watched the Lamar Odom documentary,
Starting point is 00:09:01 the life and death of Lamar Odom. Chilling. The life and death, wow. Should be deaths. So they had like three, actually like five people telling the story. Lamar. Chloe. Yeah. Lamar's ex-wife and her children, their children. The guy who was running the Love Ranch or the Bunny Ranch, whatever it's called, yeah, who like found Lamar. Mm-hmm. And Lamar's aunt, who was really just like adding a lot of color. I enjoyed her
Starting point is 00:09:30 presence. It was. And remember Lamar's best friend from Chloe and Lamarton? He passed away. Of course, Jamie. They didn't really, they showed one clip of him. and I wanted Chloe to talk about it more. It could have been five hours long. Because you could have delved into the marriage. And I forget, like, Lamar was that guy. Just by himself, like from basketball, he was best friends with Kobe.
Starting point is 00:09:54 And, you know, a lot of this wouldn't have even happened if Shaq wasn't traded to Miami. It's Shaq's fault. No, no. Shaq and Kobe were like beefing on the Lakers. And it was like not working out there. These two amazing players and they couldn't work together.
Starting point is 00:10:09 So the organization at the Lakers had to make a decision and they chose Kobe and they traded Shaq to Miami for like these two randos. Lamar. So it's Jack's fault. Yeah. That's crazy to think that like if they just get along like Chloe and Lamar might have never gotten married.
Starting point is 00:10:26 No, 100% because it was just there were so many parts of it that were so heartbreaking. Like Lamar, I think part of the reason he like something like a big trauma of his that he and I think the beginning of the end, for his former life. Like he was married to this, you know, girl he knew from growing up.
Starting point is 00:10:42 They had three kids and one of them died of SIDS. I heard that. Like, and he just couldn't cope. He like never saw his wife again. He was flying back to L.A. And she was like, I'm not going back to L.A. Like, this is where she's from, Queens. They were like there for a funeral or something.
Starting point is 00:10:58 And she was like, I'm not going back. And he was like, I'm going back. And they like never spoke again. And so I think he has a really fractured relationship with his kids. I do think that it's getting better. and then the Chloe of it all. Like we don't even know the half of Chloe's involvement in his. And, you know, there was like some beef because the wife was like, you know, we weren't
Starting point is 00:11:16 allowed to see Lamar. There was like a guy standing outside the hospital room when he was recovering in Vegas, you know, making, or in Cedar Sinai, making people sign NDAs and not letting anyone in. And Chloe was like, yeah, at first it was a free-for-all. Then there were drug dealers coming, stealing stuff because Lamar owed them money. So, yeah, we cracked down a little bit. And I guess everybody had to sign an NDA, which is very Christian. Jenner. I didn't fault Chloe for a single choice she made during that time.
Starting point is 00:11:43 The whole thing is so crazy. Like there were so many crazy parts of it. I think a lot of people are saying it was kind of a bad look for Lamar overall. Yeah, I'm sure. No, sorry, the documentary. Yeah, I'm sure. No, his current. Oh, I mean, how could he be like so rehabilitated? We saw him on Kardashians last season. Like, he's not. Yeah, but do you remember when we were saying how like it was such a weird thing? Like, Chloe was being like kind of. weird towards him. She wasn't weird enough. Like, she doesn't,
Starting point is 00:12:14 Chris Jenner going to a motel in the middle of the night to pick up, cracked out Lamar Odom because some hooker just called a lady in his phone. Didn't like ask for money or anything. Insane. Yeah. Yeah. Chris Jenner is such a real one. She should have been in the documentary.
Starting point is 00:12:28 It was fucking crazy. How did she physically get him out of there? Oh, that was the other thing. Lamar's size. Yeah. played a really big role in his recovery. In like, they couldn't get him. The couple of prostitutes at the love buddy ranch
Starting point is 00:12:43 and then the guy who was like working the office, they had to like push him off the bed onto the floor. He weighs three. And he was also at like a very bad place in his life. He was not physically fit. So he weighed about 300 pounds. They couldn't get him onto a stretcher of the ambulance. Like all these different things.
Starting point is 00:12:56 His recovery was very challenging because he was so big. Yeah. It's such a crazy documentary. It's such a crazy story. And I know I was alive for it, but I still feel like I don't even remember how crazy it was. No, I remember it, but I just, we didn't, weren't privy to like all of the details at the time. You know, the fact that he was, Chloe was nursing him back to life and he had drug dealers
Starting point is 00:13:14 coming in the hospital. No, no one told us that. The fact that like finally six months after he had to learn to walk again, learn to talk again, she rents him a house in Hidden Hills, full staff, full everything. She comes in to check on him and she said, I smelled crack the second I walked in and once you smell crack, it's the most disgusting smell you've ever smelled. He's doing crack. She threw him out And she said that was last time she saw him. Yeah. So no, we didn't know that until recently. No.
Starting point is 00:13:37 So, no. Insane. And Lamar feels very lost. He was like, I survived the craziest thing, obviously for a purpose. And I don't know what my purpose is. Yeah. So it was sort of like inconclusive. Okay.
Starting point is 00:13:50 TBD. Yeah. I highly recommend it. TBD on my birthday buddy. Speaking of my birthday buddy, I did something crazy last night. Crack. Crazier. Meth.
Starting point is 00:14:02 I caught up on that real house times about you. And Erica Jane, it's your birthday buddy. It's my birthday buddy. Wait, I didn't even talk about my, I forgot to put it in the stories, but we have to talk about Masked Singer. Why? Picasso. You just talk about that?
Starting point is 00:14:17 No, it happened after we went off the air. Don't add in the stories. It could just be a pre-passed side banner. Pugaso came runner up. He didn't even win Mass Singer. It was Philip Phillips confirmed. Obviously. The winner was Galaxy Girl Ashley Simpson.
Starting point is 00:14:37 Oh, did the final episode air? Yes. Oh, I missed that whole thing. Yes, it's all over. Ashley Simpson beat Philip Phillips. How? Honestly, it's a slay on Ashley Simpson's part. Agreed.
Starting point is 00:14:49 Agreed. Like, Phillip is one of the most talented vocalists of our time. Like Ashley Simpson's great too. I think she just had a little bit more stage presence, like with her outfit and stuff. Yeah, yeah, and she could like move and stuff. She was wearing leggings. It was kind of unfair. Let me ask you something.
Starting point is 00:15:01 when you went up in the battle against Puttaso. Yeah, so that's what's crazy. Like I was literally standing in front of Philip Phillips. Right. And you lost that battle. And that was sort of like your turning, like your 13 threes in. Yeah, I was pissed as hell. If you had known in that moment that it was Philip Phillips,
Starting point is 00:15:18 would you have felt like a little differently, a little softer? Yes. I had no idea who it was. And then even when the episode premiered, it was like pretty much confirmed that it was Cordover Street. Or Anthony Ramos. No, it was never Anthony Ramos. It was.
Starting point is 00:15:33 I thought it was for sure Cordova Street and I was like, I feel like maybe I could have beaten Cordova Street. Like I was just like, now that it's Philip Phillips, he wasn't fucking American Idol. Like I was never going to beat him. So yeah, I'm softer. So like if you had known in that moment,
Starting point is 00:15:46 if you lost it and someone said to you, like it's Philip Phillips, you were never going to meet him. It did amazing. Like, would that have changed things? No. Okay. Wow.
Starting point is 00:15:56 What a fun ride. Can you do Messinger again? Because I don't know how I'm going to live without these stories. it kind of feels like Fox needs to cast you. Like I'm going to text the girl. I was super fit. I'm going to text the girl. Like you kind of have to cast my sister.
Starting point is 00:16:13 The problem is, well, first of all, if you had a hard time, like living in Los Angeles with a kid, like I have three. What am I going to do? You just sort of have to do it. Like in addition to all the logistical issues that like you had an issue with that would only be worse for me.
Starting point is 00:16:28 I have a bad voice. Oh, please. That's clearly not a barrier for entry. Most of the people on that show have bad voices. I get. Yeah, I guess. But I just like, I don't know. I guess I wouldn't go very far.
Starting point is 00:16:39 But I don't think I would want to. I'm sorry. If you couldn't, I could never. I don't know. It just kind of feels like you have to. I know because I'm the biggest fan of the show now. Yeah. So it's great success with that.
Starting point is 00:16:52 But like, I mean, I could. No, no. I could. I couldn't possibly. I couldn't possibly. You know, it's all. also really exciting about today's show. What? So I had to drive, like for reasons I really don't want to get into. Oh, low-key sleigh, Mama. Yeah. I circled a block for about 20 minutes looking for
Starting point is 00:17:11 someplace to park. There wasn't a garage. So I quite literally left it in the middle of the street. Like, if I leave this studio and my car is where I left it, even with a ticket, I will be floored. And I have, have you ever gotten towed? No. Me neither. I feel like there's quite literally not one thing more inconvenient in the entire world than getting your car towed. Agreed. I also can sense you've been hanging out with satchy because you keep saying quite literally. That's what she says. Well, I have been hanging out with satchy and quite literally we had the best time.
Starting point is 00:17:45 Right. Does she say that? She does. It's a satchism. I'd be talking like a young person today. Speaking of satchell. No. No.
Starting point is 00:17:56 Not speaking of satchel. Quite literally, not speaking of satchel. I got a DM from Satchel Maloney, and I didn't open it. I'm like, I hate our jobs. Like, why can't we just talk about Satchel Maloney in peace? I don't know. I don't know why we can't. He obviously wants to come on the pod.
Starting point is 00:18:14 Like, no, like I can't. No, don't ruin the mystery. Guys, if I ever talk about you on the podcast, unless you're like Taylor Swift, like, please don't reach out. Yeah. Or Philip Phillips. No, like even then, like don't reach out. No, even then it was like bad at first, but now Phil Circle.
Starting point is 00:18:30 He's so a part of toast lore. That's my king right there. I like, I just love him. I can't believe he didn't win. It's like disgusting. It is. I bet he was best. Well,
Starting point is 00:18:43 congrats to Ashley Simpson. Jessica showed up for the reveal. Oh, yes, she did. You're a birthday buddy of yours. It's kind of the theme of today's episode. Birthday buddies. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:56 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So let's get into the story, shall be? because people are literally only tuning in because they discovered us on Wednesday, and now they're like, what are you two... Why are these girls talking about Philip?
Starting point is 00:19:07 What are you freaks talking about? We're here for West Mandibal. Okay, okay, okay, okay. Okay, we'll put it in the time stamps. You could skip. Without further, a do-da-do-do. Here are the fast five stories that you do need to know.
Starting point is 00:19:19 And the past five stories that you do need to know are brought to you by Yaso. We want to talk about something we all experience. You know, trying a better for you, frozen dessert and just feeling, well, a little underwhelmed.

They took everything that you love about classic frozen treats and made it with creamy frozen Greek yogurt, so you're getting rich, creamy, satisfying taste, but with a more balanced nutritional profile. Starting point is 00:19:51 We've been especially loving their new product, which is the spoonables coming in five flavors, chocolate chip cookie dough, cookies and cream, fudge brownie, mint chocolate chip, and coffee chocolate chip. They are all so good. I love the cookies and cream. Each one has around 400 calories and 19 grams of protein per container, which makes it feel a lot more substantial and satisfying. Yaso also has so many other amazing options. They've got bars, the chocolate crunch bars, the sandwiches, the popables. And oh, I love those poppables.

You know, I think they are available in Tirtlandia. Okay, first story, West Mandeval updates. A couple things, couple things. First. First, First, Amanda Batula was seen embracing her ex Kyle Cook in New York City after the news of the romance. So we had our first spotting. She was taking the dogs for a walk.
Starting point is 00:25:35 Kyle was there. Kyle's actually been like pretty. How do you feel like? Active. But I also feel like he's handling it. He's being like very empathetic towards Amanda, I think, which is very, very, I think he's coming off. Well, I mean, people are living for like Kyle and Carl's a mess and Lindsay. Yeah, that was so funny.
Starting point is 00:25:54 Like, so, so like Kyle, yes, I agree. He was spotted by a photographer and they interviewed him really briefly. And he was basically like, obviously this is so crazy and like I'm hurt, but like I'm really worried about Amanda. I think like Amanda really does struggle with depression. She talked about it a lot on Summerhouse last couple of years. And this is just like kind of a bad thing for someone who's depressed to go through. No, even like a happy person would really struggle with the whole world hating you. And so he, you know, reiterated that he's just kind of worried about her.
Starting point is 00:26:23 He's been speaking to her. And obviously he's technically a victim in this. Sure. So if anyone has a right to be like so, so mad and not feel bad for it's him and he's not taking that route. And he said Carl's a mess. And it was just like this offhanded remark that was so fucking funny. Carl's a mess. Like, why would Carl care?
Starting point is 00:26:38 Like it's literally so funny. And then that led to like a Uber Eats commercial with Lindsay and Carl. And they were ordering all the things that Carl needs because he's a mess like chocolate, lover boy, tissues, like very funny. Good on Uber Eats. And lover boy also put out merch, Carl's a mess. Yes. Some of the proceeds are being donated to a charity, but the rest, I mean, not all. They very briefly talked about it on Giggly Squad because they were like, we would never
Starting point is 00:27:04 monetize off of our friends, like trauma. And a lot of people think that might have been like a dig at the people now, like, doing brand deals. I actually don't think it was. I think they are actually, this is their actual sister. So yeah, them doing a commercial like would be weird. But I don't think that they were coming for the Uber Eats thing. I don't think so either.
Starting point is 00:27:24 I also didn't see Uber Eats. stuff till like after the episode. I felt like more what they were trying to say is like we're not going to be doing like a tea filled episode. We're not going to be spilling the beans like, you know, making the most of this moment. Like I think they addressed the situation and how they felt about it, but they're not about to like make their bones off of what happened because that's their friend. So I didn't feel like that was shade towards anyone.
Starting point is 00:27:48 Yeah, I think they made it clear that their like feet were firmly planted on Team Sierra. I don't think anybody thought otherwise. And I think people were also kind of tuning in to hear Hannah because this whole thing, even though she's not on the show, like has been very vindicating for her. I see a lot of people like resurfacing clips from her season. And it was actually like they were so much meaner to her than I even remember. Like I remember a couple of the core fights like just because he talks to you like that doesn't mean he can talk to me like that. But like I think at least I would have been tuning in for that too. And so she spoke very briefly just being like, you know, remember everything you see on TV.
Starting point is 00:28:21 I think kind of season. And I think she said this before. It was like very heavily edited. And so a lot of the things that she was accused of like she actually didn't even do. So it's just like, you know, she's sleeping well tonight. It's so weird to watch everything now, like through this lens of like, because this whole time Amanda's always been like the cool girl. She's always been married.
Starting point is 00:28:40 So it's just like not threatening. And it's if she's like not. Not anyone. I just want to say I don't agree. No, I, no, that's how it felt. Now it's like, of course you can be married and threatening. And if you're touching your man, you're holding Craig's thigh. under the table like what the fuck are you doing and now all of this stuff is starting to come to
Starting point is 00:28:57 light but I felt like she got a pass for so many years because she was married and she is this season so flirty with Ben and she went skinny dipping with Ben and like that's weird but like oh she's married you're crazy for even thinking that and now she's sort of like a hippie like right now watching it all back like knowing that she's capable of like doing something like this in this way because I think also when we talk about like the the thing that she's done it's like dating West I think there is a world in which she could have dated him and it come off better than the way that she went about it and we'll find out how Sierra found out about it. Yes, of course. If you take, like she just got divorced at the end of the day, like Wes and Sierra dated for about six months, two years ago. Like,
Starting point is 00:29:33 it's not like she could have never went after him, period. Right. If she had waited and done it right, like maybe they wouldn't be friends anymore, but it wouldn't be this world ending scandal. Agreed. But so now watching everything in hindsight, like, oh, Maybe she is overly flirty and that isn't appropriate. And just because she's married, like, that doesn't mean that she's not like a woman. It's not even the flirty thing that's like to me so weird. I think like she's actually just like a mean girl. And I feel like we talked about it with Lexi.
Starting point is 00:30:07 And that was like a microcosm. Just like a very small example. I think she's sort of always been accused of like really not being friendly to the new girls. And that's definitely true. And I think with Lexi, like I would love to hear from Lexi because I think that a lot of the girls, like Amanda specifically being like, yes, he's my brother.
Starting point is 00:30:22 Like, I think that that is a pattern of hers, like not being like a girl's girl, even though that's sort of been like her brand. Trademark, yeah. Yeah. But she was not cool to Lexi. She was not cool to Jules.
Starting point is 00:30:33 She was not cool to Hannah. So it definitely is a pattern. Yeah, but I just feel like she got away with so much. No one was really looking at her. Yeah, definitely. Because she was married, because everything with Kyle.
Starting point is 00:30:43 And she was always the victim in the Kyle situation. Yes. Then no one ever said anything like cross about her. So now. watching everything back and it's like it was literally on TV she's at a dinner in the summer house and she's holding Craig's hand and now all this stuff is starting to resurface with Craig. Did you see that? No.
Starting point is 00:31:02 Oh, that like she was over with Craig like overly flirt like holding his hand at dinner. Like there's a snap or an Instagram story where it looks like she's like kissing his face. I don't think anything happened between them. Some people are taking it back far. But you know that sort of girl who's overly flirty with your man and that's your best friend And it's like, it's not like she's making moves on him, but like, keep your hands to yourself. What's wrong with you? It's so inappropriate, but no one was ever looking at her.
Starting point is 00:31:27 And I don't know. Now I can't like to remember like what I heard from like primary sources versus like secondary drama channels. But like someone was saying that Paige said that she noticed it with Craig. I don't know if Paige said that herself and that she started like back away with Amanda from Amanda like because of that. Wow. Oh my, that's actually really crazy. And there are scenes from the show. There's one in particular where her and Craig are sitting next to each other at the dinner table and they're like hands their arms are intertwined. I need my TikTok algorithm to show me that. Amanda and Craig. Amanda and Craig.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Amanda and Craig touching under the table, Summerhouse. And so the version of events that's going on around the timeline is actually pretty accurate. Because there was this rumor about like a video, something. So what I have heard is very similar to what people are saying, which is that like Sierra sort of figured it out based on a couple of things, like a gut. Like does that sort of womanly wild? find my friends. Amanda being in West's neighborhood a lot and then stopping sharing her location, which is just a telltale sign. And then Sierra I heard was reached out to by like a follower, fan of the show, being like, you know, I live in their neighborhood
Starting point is 00:32:34 and I have a video. Like she can see West's apartment. And so she was like, send it to me. Sierra said that. And the girl was like, no, I can. It's graphic. And I think the girl is like a lawyer is what I heard. So like she knows like actually sending content
Starting point is 00:32:47 like that is illegal. So Sierra met up. with her because she was like, I just, I know it's true. Like, I have a feeling. And watched the video. I guess it was somebody in their neighborhood. They were like making out on a couch, like straddling, just what I heard. And all alleged, allege.
Starting point is 00:33:00 I'm like scared. And somebody who, like, lives in the neighborhood can see through their windows. And that's what Sierra watched. And then the rumors started to, she did not hear from Amanda. Like, separately. That's awful. That's, like, really fucked up and crazy that you're not, like, you don't have privacy in your own home.
Starting point is 00:33:15 I completely agree. That's terrible. I guess this person must know that, like, I don't know whose apartment it was. that like Amanda Patula lives in my neighborhood or something like that. Yeah, yeah. So she didn't say anything. And then the rumors started to come out.
Starting point is 00:33:29 And Amanda waited like a decently long time. And at this point, Sierra knows. She's seen the video. I think she waited like a day or two to be like, oh, by the way, like Wes and I are just friends. And Sierra was like, well, you know, friends can hook up. Like, that's possible. And Amanda says like, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:33:45 And Sierra says, like, just she's like, have you guys talk to? up. She knows that they have and she's giving Amanda a chance to like be honest. And Amanda said no. And that was like one of the last times they ever spoke about like again. Damn. Like so that's really the worst way to handle it. Do it in secrecy. Right. So of all the ways it could have gotten. Yeah. Getting caught. Yeah. Because I do think like say West and Amanda discovered that they have feelings for another romantic feelings that they want to pursue. Like I think there's a way that they could have gone about it where it wouldn't be like this and it wouldn't be.
Starting point is 00:34:19 so terrible. In the trailer for the remainder of the season, it looks like there is more like romantic storylines between West and Sierra, which makes this whole thing even worse. Because a lot of people are like, well, it was a couple of months relationship from two years ago, but no, it seems like the summer it like still is an entanglement. I also heard
Starting point is 00:34:35 that like a couple weeks ago that Sierra and West had hooked up. Oh, that would be bad. That's just what I heard. Like from God knows where. I need Andy Cohen to lock the fuck in. You know what I mean? in. Yeah, I know he really does
Starting point is 00:34:51 thrive in moments like this. I do think sometimes he like really phones it in with his job. Like, but like Scandival, I think there are moments you know, Luann's DUI, there are moments when he locks in. And I'm hoping like I need him to be fully researched. I need him to do it all. He definitely is. They're going to be filming the reunion soon, which is
Starting point is 00:35:09 crazy timing. It's also crazy because even with Scandival, I feel like before the reunion was aired and before they aired, yeah, before they aired the reunion, we heard from like a lot of people they went on a podcast. we have heard from nobody. Yeah. Everyone's being like very hush-hush.
Starting point is 00:35:23 They're like saving it. Yeah. Which is very smart. But I remember with Scandaval, like it was like Lala and Sheena and they had said like Ariana gave them their blessing to like go with ham with it. And one, like I don't think that Sierra's like really like that. I think like much more. I don't think so either.
Starting point is 00:35:39 But two, if you think about it like people from Summerhouse don't really have a lot of podcasts. Like, um, like on Van der Pamp rules every single person has a podcast. Yeah. like breathing. But on Summerhouse, it's just, I mean, Giggily squad. But that's not Summerhouse anymore. Right. And now Carl.
Starting point is 00:35:55 But he's a mess. So who knows if he definitely has like episodes like coming out that are, you know, it's not pop culture. It's like sit down. It's not topical. It's interview. I don't think we're going to be getting like a Sierra and call her daddy moment. No, I don't think so either.
Starting point is 00:36:11 I don't think I don't think that's really like who she is. Correct. So also. rumor is that Rihanna is playing matchmaker for Sierra and setting her up with Michael B. Jordan. Okay, so Dumois was like, basically Rihanna's really upset. Rihanna unfollowed Amanda and has been like in.
Starting point is 00:36:31 Rihanna's a mess. We know, literally, I know that we, like we know that confirmed that she unfollowed, but the rumor is that she messaged Sierra and it's like trying to set her up with quote an A-list actor and every, who just won an award. That's what Zuma said.
Starting point is 00:36:44 It's Michael B Jordan. But can I just say, like why couldn't Rihanna set Sierra? up with Michael B. Jordan like two weeks ago. Like, why does she have to have her heartbroken and her friendship ruin, like, to get a little... Because it's not Rihanna's job. Like, you know what I mean? But I don't know.
Starting point is 00:36:58 I just feel like she should have been set up. And she's doing everything in her power to make it right. She could have set her up with Michael B. Jordan anytime. I need Michael B. Jordan to lock the fuck in and go on a date with her, like a very public date. I don't care if they don't even talk. Okay. Of course. Also, um, Jesse Solomon is turning a,
Starting point is 00:37:18 to the Tom Schwartz of the situation. That's so funny that you said that. I thought the same thing. It's like, what did he know? When? Right. He's just like this silly goofy dude. He keeps posting his fucking song.
Starting point is 00:37:29 I think I'll start. Jackie, Jackie, I could not stop singing it all weekend. I think I'll stop. It's such a bad song and he's such a loser. I kind of love it. I need to know. People are like really convinced that he knew something. He's definitely Tom Schwartz of this situation.
Starting point is 00:37:47 He is. It's just so. funny. And he keeps responding to comments like Team Sierra. Like, okay, duh. Yeah, but so you're going to stop being friends with Wes? No. West was also spotted getting on a plane and then like some meeting at a pool.
Starting point is 00:37:59 And I wouldn't have respect for that either. That's like your best friend. Yeah. I need this reunion like injected into my veins. Like there's not enough. Yeah. You know, like I need more. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:13 So that's the latest. It's just, it's just crazy. It's really crazy. Are you ready? I think I'll stop. Wait, I just want to say, so we don't forget, title, Rihanna's a mess. Are you ready for our next story? It's always sad to move on.
Starting point is 00:38:32 It is. Like, I don't care about anything else. I know, but we did once care about this next subject, which I do feel bad for them. They're doing anything to the day in the headlines, The Secret Lives and Mormon Wives. Oh, dear. The Secret Lives and Mormon Wives. But she doesn't want to film. Jackie.
Starting point is 00:38:47 But she's not filming. Jesse Draper was spotted out with Marciano on a date It says on a date but who knows what they were actually doing Maybe they're doing business together But probably on a date I think also like for the buzz Like I do feel like they're being overshadowed by West Mandeval But I think that that's like an okay thing
Starting point is 00:39:09 They don't always need to be like the number one story It was getting a little scary out there Like let us take a beat I also need to officially hand in my recognition as like a blind defender of Jesse Draper because I cannot defend this type of behavior. First of all, that guy's such a bad guy. He's such a loser and he's not handsome.
Starting point is 00:39:28 So like even for clicks, like to ever be in the same room as him again is like a diabolically bad choice. Yeah, like this guy almost ruined your life and told a lie that could have ruined your life and made you look like a liar. And like, I don't understand how you could ever really, like you could forgive and move past
Starting point is 00:39:45 so you don't have to hold a grudge, but like to let someone in again to sit down with them face to face. Even like pretend like you're dating. Like that just that's a, that's not a good look. No, and now it's got me thinking like maybe Demi was, you know,
Starting point is 00:39:57 onto something. Which is what? I don't know. But like this is such nutty ass behavior. Yeah. I don't know. I really hate this. I feel like she's like like play like put like
Starting point is 00:40:11 like almost like scripting a story here. Like she, you know what I mean? Like I don't think her feelings are really. involved with Marciano. I feel like she's just like, she's, you know, but to even in the storyline along, but like that's not a good move for your character in this story. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:30 Yeah. Also, Dakota's going to be edited out of Vanderpum Villa after the domestic violence investigation involving Taylor Frankie Paul. So he will not be a part of the upcoming season of Vanderpump Villa. As we know from Secret Lives that all the dad talk went to. They took this big trip. Vanderpum Villa. Dakota, I think, was a central story because he hooked up with someone and he's actually going to be edited out of the season. And so I actually find that episode or two. Yeah, I actually don't find that helpful because I think that it would add a lot of color to their story, you know, because we're always seeing it like everything that's far has been like Taylor's,
Starting point is 00:41:12 you know, poor behavior. And I think that we'd really see an ugly side of him at that where he was like hugging up with a girl in the bathroom and then calling Taylor and telling him. her about it, you know? Like, so I feel like almost in a way they're kind of protecting him. Yeah, but okay, let me ask you this. Like last week, Unwell announced that he's going to be part of their games and we didn't like that either, but that's already filmed too.
Starting point is 00:41:33 But we didn't. I think he could have been edited out of that. Like, that doesn't, like, I don't think that plays into their storyline at all. Okay. Okay. Um, I just like, I have personally stopped caring about these people. Do you know what I mean? But actually the Unwell thing filmed a couple months ago, like sort of more recent to
Starting point is 00:41:49 whenever like things started really going south for Taylor and Dakota. Maybe. Yeah, but like there will be. The show is all about the game, right? It's not about their lives. I don't know. He's probably hooking up with someone. Scary.
Starting point is 00:42:01 Is he ever not? That's what's so crazy because the craziest part of the whole Taylor and Dakota thing is that Dakota is like a certifiable hugo. Like he is not even cute. Oh, you think he's ugly? Yes, like with a capital you. I've never noticed. And it's so crazy when like ugly people get under the skin of beautiful women.
Starting point is 00:42:18 I don't think he's ugly? No, no. I actually think, do you remember the website, uglypeople.com? Like, I can't see people anymore. You know, I just see who they are. Me too. But I'm trying to just. Maybe I'm seeing his insides on.
Starting point is 00:42:31 No, but I do believe he's ugly. I remember when he first came onto the show, Taylor is so pretty and she's got like a perfect body. And it's just like, they don't make girls like that, you know? And I'm like, who is this like literal hobo she picked up on the side of the road? I remember thinking like he's so ugly. Oh, that's so funny. I don't think he's ugly.
Starting point is 00:42:46 And I just think that's like an unspoken part of this whole thing, like how an ugly man. like did all that. He's not in good shape. Like he's ugly. He's got fake teeth. Do you know what he mean? No.
Starting point is 00:42:58 And his insides are truly, truly ugly. See, I don't know what he looks like, but I feel like. Jackie, let me tell you he's ugly. I feel like he's not ugly. I see him for what he truly is, which is ugly. That is so funny.
Starting point is 00:43:13 Do you say- Sound up in the comments. Is Dakota Mortensen ugly? Oh funny funny stuff Do you think West is handsome Like do you feel the same way about West Like how is all these girls Tripping over West?
Starting point is 00:43:28 I'm so glad you brought that up West is also a certifiably ugly person Completely objectively But West has a few things that Dakota does not possess Like West has an amazing personality Clearly Dakota is no conversationalist West has a lot of confidence
Starting point is 00:43:45 He carries himself in his clothes, how he walks, how he talks. And that's attractive to women. There are things that make you attractive outside of looks. He's got like a cool job, you know? Dakota, there is nothing even remotely attractive about him. He doesn't talk cool. He doesn't walk cool. Like, there's nothing cool or attractive about him.
Starting point is 00:44:03 West has a lot of things about his looks and his vibe that make up for the fact that I think he's just like, if we're just talking like looks, like I was looking at his face like in a doctor's office. You know, I would say that's not a hot, attractive person. What's so crazy is that when Jesse and Wes came into the house, like two or three summers ago, if you had told us... It's like this hot guy and his little friend. If you had told us this one is going to be the one to destroy the house. And Jesse, like, can't get arrested. He's in love with everybody and nobody's in love with him and he's six feet tall.
Starting point is 00:44:32 Like, that's what's so funny. It's not even about looks. Like, it's about so many things like how you carry yourself. You know what? I think I'll stop. Be in me. Literally safe. Are you ready for...
Starting point is 00:44:47 Jesse Solomon started following me on Instagram. Oh my gosh. Do you have anything you want to say to him? Guess I'll start falling in love. He doesn't even want to fall in love. Like, seriously. It's so true because you have a perfectly good option right in front of you with Lexi.
Starting point is 00:45:04 He's so full of shit. Agreed. I hate liars. Liar! And Jesse is not ugly. Jesse is actually, by all definitions, handsome. I actually think his personality and his vibe and how he carries himself makes him uglier. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:20 He's the opposite of West. But when he came into the house, like he was like tall. The hot one. Yeah. Yeah. But now he's just like goofy. Just like a joke. I'm being mean.
Starting point is 00:45:31 I'm sorry. Are you ready for our next story? Switching gears. One number? Three. Yeah. Haley Seinfeld has welcomed her first baby with husband, Josh Allen. literally and she did it in the most us way ever patreon.com slash haley steinfeld her sub-stack titled special

By the way, I did a whole scene. I could recite it. She was like a local girl jealous of the influencer in her town and killed her. I know. And I set up like another influencer. I was like catfishing. And I was like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:46:53 I really like it when I get like choked and slapped and like this girl got like because I, no, I didn't do it by the way. I didn't even get the part like. But she is from Pensacola. But it was all because I'm jealous. She's from Pensacola. That's not much bigger than Maysville. I couldn't like master the accent at all. Like I'm not an accent person. Starting point is 00:51:54 So in a ruling issue on Thursday, Judge Lewis Lyman, throughout 10 of the 13 claims against live in her lawsuit, including claims of harassment, defamation, and conspiracy. He allowed three claims to proceed to a trial, including claims of breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting in retaliation. So this was actually a win for Blake lively. I know it doesn't sound like that, and everyone's going to be like, Claudia,
Starting point is 00:52:17 you're a delusional Blake lively stand. But she released a statement about it too. The whole thing they were trying to prove with, like, stealing the movie, was can you sue for sexual harassment if, like, you're the boss, right? And, like, so she was not, so they ultimately decided that she was like a contractor, and that's why her claims were thrown out. Although the judge did say she did supply sufficient evidence.
Starting point is 00:52:37 So I know it doesn't sound like it, but this actually was a win for Blake lively. She released a statement being like, I'm like... I'm thrilled that I put together a 13-piece lawsuit and 10 of it was thrown in the garbage. That's the one I wanted. Yeah, because it's the one you got. That's the one I really wanted things.
Starting point is 00:52:52 And it's crazy that this thing hasn't even started. I know. Next March. Next March? Yeah, isn't it next year? I don't know. Or is it this March? Or is it now?
Starting point is 00:53:04 Wait, I think it was, wait, I mean it was this March. And that was like, this was the first thing coming down. And it's exactly what she wanted 10. Right. All the time and money she spent with lawyers putting together 13. She wants to be spending, by the way. She wanted 10 in the garbage. They must be spending millions on legal.
Starting point is 00:53:25 Like, I can only imagine. Thank God that they are so rich. Thank God 10 were thrown in the garbage. And Justin is. being backed by like a billionaire so like because it's his studio that that's the defendant it's way fair it's not even him specifically it's the studio
Starting point is 00:53:39 yeah what a waste of money for them both to be ended up like to ruin each other super hated no and like yeah like no one's coming out on top here no no but I'm so happy for her that 10 we're thrown away and that sucks for him
Starting point is 00:53:54 yeah it sucks for him are you ready for for the final story I am like if it's not about West Vandival I don't really care I know you won't really care, but I do think it might inspire like an emotional reaction. Okay, let's get emo. Kylie Kelsey is big mad. She has a fiery response to questions about Taylor and Travis's wedding. So Kylie Kelsey did her podcast and posted a clip about her response to people who are asking her about details about Travis and Taylor's wedding.
Starting point is 00:54:23 She said, to literally everybody, I know it usually comes from a good place, not always, but quit asking me about, quit asking me and my mother-in-law about upcoming nuptials. Nobody's fucking telling you anything. I don't have any details. She repeated that she had no details multiple times. She said, I have none. Stop fucking asking me. Stop fucking asking my mother-in-law. Fucking being creeps in the fucking airport. Ew. Here's the thing. Even if I did have any information, I'm not fucking telling you. That's private information between family. A and B, see your way out. Kylie Kelsey is always yelling at the people who listen to her podcast. It's actually funny. In this one, she's like adjusting TMZ. about the airport.
Starting point is 00:55:06 She's always yelling. Yeah. I want to say that like, I really don't, you know. Like I have, I always feel like Kylie Kelsey's like yelling at invisible people on her podcast. She's like, stop telling women's C-sections aren't real birth. It's like, bitch, nobody fucking sounds like. And like the only person who would say that is such a big loser you know.
Starting point is 00:55:32 Is no one who's actually given a platform in like polite society. Like that's not something that needs to be debunked. bunked in a real way. She's always going on these rants and the comments are like, yes, sister. And it's like, these aren't real things that are happening. And if they are, they're like so obviously not serious. Yeah. So it's like, yeah, I'm sure she gets paparazzied and it's like, even in the Chloe and Lamar documentary, like, when there was like rumors that Lamar was like addicted to crack, like, when he was like a functioning member of society and the Lakers, um, you would see these cameras and it was like, Chloe, is Lamar addicted to crack? Chris is Lamar addicted to crack? And then like when he was actually like in the hospital, we're coming from a overdose the most vile questions right like Chloe is the market to die from crack like just insane like and so obviously it's terrible it's just a part of like the just ask you about like a wedding it's really not that not that big of a deal she's always arguing like very obvious truths yes and with like invisible people like like like you know selling it as like a hard truth that we all and selling it as like an empowering moment no and selling it as like an empowering moment no
Starting point is 00:56:38 and like a controversial hot take. Yeah. That's separate from like this. Her whole thing is not going to lie. Not going to lie. Stop asking me about it's like girl, no one thinks you're going to tell us. It's just part of being a celebrity. It's like everyone just excited for the wedding.
Starting point is 00:56:52 Like it's not even like the crack. Yeah, there are certain questions in the airport that are thrown to celebrities that are so inappropriate. But like we're all just like excited for the wedding. And we know you're not going to tell us anything. We don't expect you to say it's seven o'clock on Saturday. Here are the coordinates of the longitude and latitude. okay it's just fun yeah what do you think Taylor thinks about this clip
Starting point is 00:57:13 I could see Taylor loving it and just being like yeah that's my sister-in-law defending me defending our family defending Donna like for I know that like I know that Kylie I know that Kylie before Taylor and Travis was like a really beloved member of her community here yeah um but you know she has this huge podcast because now like the family has become so famous because largely in part due to Taylor. Other things too. So like she just like refuses to sort of like get on board with that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:52 And it's like annoying. So just stop talking about it, you know? She always claims like she hates it. And every time she talks about it, it's another headline. But she hates headlines. Yeah, no, we really only talk about what she's saying when she's talking about Taylor. But she doesn't want us to talk about her talking about Taylor. And so she should just not talk about it because that is always going to be a headline.
Starting point is 00:58:09 But I do feel like a lot of people tune into the podcast. hear glimpses of that. They do it to New Heights, too. No, they do it to New Heights. I don't think they do it to her podcast. I really don't because, like, that's the antithesis of her. Who she is, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:21 And, like, we know we're getting nothing. Yeah, so I don't think that's, like, what her fans are looking for, honestly. Maybe they are looking for her to, like, tell off TMZ, though. Maybe they like that. Yeah. They probably like that. I just feel like that's just, like, a tale is oldest time, like, such an old trope. And this is not a hill worth dying on.
Starting point is 00:58:35 They're not asking you, like, you know, the color of Jason's pubs. they're talking about like a fun famous wedding that you happen to be at the center of like it's really not a big deal like yeah but I would you know what I would say you know what I would need to you know what I would say you need to calm down
Starting point is 00:58:51 oh my please no you're being too loud no please don't say that I am dying to know if my car is outside like I just know it's not okay well we can wrap it up those were the fast-type stories you needed to know them we'll get back on track this week with your toasters tomorrow I apologize to everyone like I can't
