the only thing to do is to lob it in. So you have to throw it really far and tall. And the less room you have to like move that way, the better. So Kat was like encouraging the court side fans to just like come a little closer. Oh, Interesting.

Well, we talked about that yesterday as well, just like the behavior. Because no one, like I feel like I keep equating this to the Eros tour just in terms of like its impact on culture and ticket sales. And people were not acting like this at the ERIS tour. Like people really need to calm down.

I, I think in terms of like, the dash for tickets. It's similar to the ERIS tour. I think that's where... But it's like cultural impact on a gender? Uh, no. I think this is similar.

No, I think also like the way that the city that the event is taking place in, like becomes, you know, like Taylorland and all the mayors are getting involved. And the local businesses are thriving. Like everyone is like the dot cakes are blue and orange. Walking around, everyone is wearing blue and orange. Like it reminds me of the Erestoran in the sense of like it became Swiftville.

I think that happens in cities. They made it honorary. No, this is crazier. It's crazier. It wasn't even happening in San Antonio. This is crazier only because it's happening to the biggest, greatest city in the country, so it's happening on a bigger, greater level. But I think this is what people in Philadelphia experience and...

No, it's different. Chicago. No, it's bigger and better, but it's similar. I think they were doing dot cakes or the trendy equivalent when the Eagles won. No, I'm telling you, it's like different. Okay. But maybe it's because I'm here. Like I'm really experiencing it firsthand. Yeah. Well, I'm so thrilled that things are really picking up steam. And I'm so excited for me because this means for sure Kylie's going to the next game. Timothy will not be going to a game without her

ever again. She's a good luck time for sure, even though Kylie doesn't do away games. Like that's why this will be tested in their relationship. And she has a plane. She can do an away game. The Knicks are in a good spot because the next game, like they don't have to win. If they do, they're NBA champions, which is just very excited. exciting. It's not a home game, even though they kind of do better on the road. So best case they win, worst case they lose and then come back and win at home, which is even better. I'm kind of like rooting for that, but I know fans will be so devastated if they win, if they lose the next game. Like, yeah, if they lose the next game, it's just like, it's delaying the inevitable, I think. Yeah, but it would be

so parjian iconic for them to win at MSG. Yeah, I'm actually afraid. Are you rooting against them for the next game? So I have a lot of conflicting feelings. Part of me wants them to win at the next game. Like get it over with, I actually am afraid of what could happen in the city if they do win here. Like, people are really being nutty. And if they do win, if there is another game, like, I am going. And I'm going to have, like, I don't know how I'm going to get out of there.

Like, I'm scared of having to leave. Like, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. I was already a little afraid when we were leaving the first time. But I think the ruckus doesn't start to like, you know, an hour or two later once all the normal. People go home to their families and jobs. So I'm a little afraid of like the damage and like the what will happen. Yeah.

Yeah. New York's not really had like a big moment like that. Like we always make fun of other cities for like going so ham and being like criminals when it happens to them. But it's like it hasn't really happened here. So that's what Ben and I were saying. It's like, I'm always talking about those domestic terrorists in Philly. Right. And Ben's like that's happening here.

But those are not Nix fans that does not represent our city. That does not represent our team. I'm like, well, that's what the people in Philly say too. Maybe they're so. Maybe they are right. Either we're both wrong or we're both right. Yeah. Oh, I want to shout out.

I'm obsessed with my hokas. Like, I love wearing my hokas. And I'm at a place now where I have to like keep replacing them because they just get so dirty. I love a white sneaker. I love a cracker. I love a white sneaker. And I threw them in the wash. One of my friends from Mahjong told me just throw them in the wash like with some like stain

remover spray like spray them and I don't know why I never thought to put my shoes in the wash. Oh, I put my shoes in the wash. Look how fucking white my shoes are. I'm actually wearing Rothies that are advertised as shoes that you put in the wash. So I know that there are machine washable shoes. Yeah, and that's Rothies. But yeah, I put a lot of, I put the kid shoes in the wash. We just like wash shoes.

Yeah, it was just a little scary because Ben went out, oh, to dinner with Jesse Solomon last night. So I was home alone. No, no, no. Let me just tell you. I put my sneakers. I have to take it back to you. Just wait. I put my shoes in the wash.

Ben loved him. Like he came back and he was just like, what a nice guy. They had an amazing dinner. You know, Ben, of course, like, it was like a date. Ben drove him home. I'm like, why did you get home so late? He's like, I had to drive downtown even further to drop him off. I was like, oh, okay, taking out your girlfriend, like dropping her off at home.

Ben said he was just like such a cool, normal guy. and they have some mutual friends. Like he's a Jewish kid who went to University of Miami. They actually have quite a few mutual friends. Yes. Ben was like asking him, you know,

very inspired by his music career and just like the journey in general. Ben was like, Ben, it wasn't like a tea filled sesh, you know? Yeah. I didn't feel like Jesse was wanting a teafeltsh

like I feel like he just needs a brother. A friend. Yeah. And like normally in those situations I send Ben in with like a list of demands. With like things I want to find out, questions to ask. But this time I was just like,

be a shoulder. Be a friend. And they had a great meal. You know, those two kings went to the corner store, trendy little kings. And I think they had a great time. I hope they'll go out again. And Miss Margot was spotted with Jesse Solomon

at the Knicks watch party. Yeah, Margo went to a watch party. Jesse Solomon was there. And she sent us a picture. I was like, oh, so you're dating. And the next morning we were like, well, what happened? She was like, we just took a picture. And then like went on with our respective groups.

And we were like, okay. I wish I never asked. Yeah. Like in my mind, when I saw the picture, it's like they went home to. It's like we've finally connected. Everyone says we should be together. We finally met.

And now we are. It's probably like how Kelsey Ballerini and Craig Conover feel when they see each other. But no, it was just like very much a photo op. Well, we do have so much to discuss today because I do want to talk about like the things that I saw from like my perspective of the game. And then also Love Island. Love Island. I miss like the last 10 minutes. But last night was a filler episode.

They literally told us it was a filler episode because of the app crashing. I think tonight was the scheduled recoupling episode, but because they had to delay the voting and everything, it's now tonight. I was fine with it. I liked last night's episode. Yeah, it was fine. I think they got to know, like, people's personalities and, like,

just see their conversations and their connections. And, like, it was fine. It really didn't bother me. We'll do a TV recap, so I don't want to get too much into it, but it was kind of the first night. I was sort of, like, getting annoyed with Anaya. She's, like, too, like, much of a yes woman, like, Melanie, she's like, she's like,

a good friend will tell you you're being crazy. a good friend, we'll say, well, no. She's just, and she was one who was like, I'm going to go up there. And I was like, okay, go. No, Melanie is like a yes person. Melanie's ruining an I-SQ score because their friendship makes her look bad. No, but also that that's the person that you're close to. I'm judging you.

100%. I did want Melanie to go upstairs. Yeah, I respect Casey, like trying to keep the order in the house. But like this is a show. And like when the people, when crazy people do crazy things, like that's the best part. Let them. Let them theory, you know. Yeah.

And like here's Ben who's just like so normal. His parents are still married. Okay. Like it's insane. The two could not have had genuinely, even though they're both like chubby Jews from New York, they could not have had more different upbringings. And so, yeah, the hardest thing in Ben's child was the Knicks. That they kept losing.

Ah. I mean, yeah, it's giving, you were never homeless. It's giving out of touch. You were never homeless. Speaking of Rory, and you said earlier that you could go for a cracker. Has anyone been eating more crackers since Rory? I have been. She's made them, like, she reminded me, like, how delicious a cracker is.

Like how a real, and when she, explain like it calms her it like helps it with nausea like it's so true and i'm very stabilizing a cracker they are stabilizing and i've been craving crackers more since she resurfaced that i have not been eating more crackers but i'm a hundred percent open to the idea of it let's talk about crackers in terms of brands like obviously a ritz cracker is supreme it is good but it's it's very rich i agree it's and it's really not one you can just grab a cracker and be stabilized. It's like a whole journey because you have to have a sleeve. I really love a saltine. I love a saltine. It really, they are medicinal. So when I was pregnant, yes, they are fully medicinal. They have medicinal properties. Even when you're

sick with a cold, like you have some with soup, like it has a medicinal property. Yeah, it's like taking a zoffron, actually, a premium saltine. But you know what I'm really into that I don't see getting enough love. I do know they're really popular and like people always buy them for their Charcucci boards, but I don't see them getting enough, like, social media hype and, like, in the culture is a club cracker. Oh, I like a club cracker. It's kind of a blend of that savory ritz with the classic salty saltine. Yeah, I bought a box of, like, gourmet assorted crackers, like, two weeks ago at the

gourmet shop, and I've just been sort of, like, going through them. And I don't know that I would have bought it, if not for Alicia, honestly. And they've really been a value ad in my life. And everybody loves the cackar. The kids love a cracker. I don't love the gourmet crackers. I happen to think that like the lowbrow mass American like supermarket brands do it better. You would have liked what I bought or like a water cracker.

I hate those. I didn't say that. You would have liked what I bought. I know you. Gourmet cracker. I don't know. Like the, I'll send you a picture. You would have liked it.

I like a cracker that's just like a little bit more buttery that like borders on like a biscuit. You know? These had notes of butter. They did. Well, it depends which one you picked up. But they did. notes of butter. Yeah, I like butter.

You would have liked them. I know you. I know Kogi. One episode behind on Rory, they just announced the trailer, the reunion with a trailer. It's two parts. I think for a first time franchise, getting like a two-part reunion is kind of a sleigh. Yeah. I need to catch up.

I will do that. I also started a book. And it's like, it's such an endeavor to start a book these days that it's like kind of annoyed at the book that I started. I don't know where I found it. I think I saw it on the New York Times bestseller list. It's called London Falling. It had like a really, you have. What did you hear about it?

Like I saw the cover. I don't know. Sorry, I didn't hear it. I've seen it is what I meant to say. But like where do you even think that you've seen it? Like book talk maybe? Yeah. The subheader I thought was really good. A mysterious death in a gilded city and a family search for truth. Chilling. But it's like, I'm going to finish it because I'm like 30% and it's like pretty dense.

It's just, it's not swirly. Oh. N-S. I don't read books these days. I actually don't engage in any sort of media or hobby or even person that doesn't have like insane swirletude. Yeah, I understand that. And even when I'm like venturing out of swirly waters, usually there's a swirl to be found.

Like if I'm reading historical fiction, swirley edition. But this is just like crime in history and it's just like dense and there's not a swirley in sight. I'm painting the town's swirl. Like I only exist in my like world of swirl. Yeah. No, no, no. Like you know how Stasi has a show on Hulu called House of Stasi?

Yeah. Ours is House of Swirl. It's World of Swirled. World of Swirl. I like that. Swirl meets world. Swirlwind. What about Swirl meets world?

I like it. It's like Earl meets world. Yeah. Oh, let me tell you about some niche drama that like you will love. Because we were just talking about how like there's really randomly a pop culture podcast like from the New York Times that like is like like it's kind of like I feel it encroaching like I feel like it's everywhere now we said it's a music podcast that's once a week well it's not a music podcast because one of the hosts is like kind of in drama I guess he was

tapped just because like they're like sort of industry plants they get like tapped for stuff it's like a pop culture podcast hosted by two older gentlemen like okay um there was a panel uh featuring all the stars of the pit which was like a big deal of the show has like a really big fan base and it was like this huge event and I guess like one of the hosts, one of the hosts of popcast was the host of the panel and like, I don't know if he was drunk or something, but he was like kind of acting insane and inappropriate and like no while actually like had to fire back at some of the questions. Like I saw a bunch of clips. It was deeply uncomfortable and like the stars are on the stage. Like actually rolling their eyes. How do you not send me those clips? I'm at a place in my life

where like I physically cannot download and send. And a lot of the times, a lot of the shit I want to send you when I go to the effort to download it. Like the person has that set. off every video on TikTok is actually not downloadable. That I know. That I know. And it's becoming increasingly more difficult to like remain in contact with you when you have this hard line. I'm being honest. It is a hard line. But I'll just say you don't have to DNS me everything. But like when our peers are flopping, you better fucking send you that. Okay. That's me to see information. I, and the thing is I send you so much garbage on Instagram. Because it's so fucking easy.

It's so easy. Yeah. No, honestly, considering how much we send each other on Instagram, if I also had TikTok, like we would never get off our phones of sending each other's stuff. It sounds like a dream. We're talking all day. It's good that we have this hard line, but you do need to go the extra mile for when the peers are flopping. That's it.

I still need to see the devil wears Prado too. When's the next Nick game? Saturday. And Ben's not going? No. Even if the Nick's secure championship. Yeah, I asked him. Like I said we could go.

It would just be like difficult because we would go like as a family. But I wouldn't really feel comfortable bringing Rubel to the game. So it's like then like me and Ruby are in San Antonio like randomly. It doesn't make sense. Could Ben just go by himself? I told him that he could. I think he feels good about the fact that he went to one away game, one home game, and they won both of them. You know, he went to two insane games.

The first game was the first game ever. And then the fourth game was the historic game. Like, seriously quit while you're ahead. Yeah. But if they're back at the garden, you'll go to that. acceptance speech. So last night was the Songwriters Hall of Fame 2026 induction ceremony took place at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. And Taylor Swift was of course honored and she gave a 21 minute acceptance speech. Additionally, she left the house three times this week. I just think that's crazy. It's a busy week. You know, it always when it rains it pours. It always rides up being busy before your wedding. And good thing you're looking so fabulous that you want to go to everything. And she also's probably like stacking stuff. She's probably going to be MIA for a little bit like that sort of honeymoon phase.

So she's probably getting all of her work obligations out of the way. Yeah, but this just happened like she doesn't control the ceremony. It happened to be in New York after the nickname. She probably could control the ceremony, honestly. Archilish. She probably could. Somer paid tribute to her with the performance of her songs Cardigan and Dear John. The two were also taking pictures together on the red carpet. I wasn't really familiar with Somber's game

vocally. Like obviously I know his songs and they're really growing on me. I kind of really, Taylor's maybe really like him. I think I've definitely like discarded him in my mind as just like Gen Z. Sloth. Have you listened to 12 to 12 yet? Is that I don't want to talk down on your lover. I don't want to be a home wrecker. And did you see Kelly Clarkson covered it? No, and that's not 12 to 12. Yeah. For a while, people thought like Olivia Rodriguez, there's like a lot of emphasis on who she surrounds herself with and who she sort of approves.

And I like that she just chose this like sort of like random guy because it's like it means nothing. Like I think she just likes him. They're friends. Yeah. She's not the next Taylor Swift. No, but she always is like lifting up other artists.

And some of them wind up being really like her junior. But even when they're not her junior, like there's always, she's always supporting everyone around her who's like doing good music. Yes, yes, yes. But choosing somber, like, doesn't send a message. Do you know what I mean?

As, like, his next turn. Like, it's a big deal when she sort of crowns, like a young pop swirly with songwriting abilities because it very much feels like a passing the torch, in a sense. But this was like a very non-threatening choice. And he did so good. Yeah, he really did. So she talked about her family and how she's so grateful for them

moving to Nashville so she could fulfill her dream. She said it was easy to choose songwriting over everything else in my life. but it couldn't have been easy for my parents and my brother to just pick up and move our entire family from Pennsylvania to relocate to Nashville so that I could hone my craft in the songwriting capital of the world. She said, even though words are supposed to kind of be my thing, I'll never be able to express my gratitude for you guys for doing that for me. You're the reason I'm here tonight. It's kind of crazy that she gave the 20 minute speech. I've seen like a bunch of clips like I have not watched the whole thing in full and I will.

But I feel like a speech like about her career. This is such a, you know, like, an intimate. Yeah, yeah. And Travis was there. They did not walk the carpet together, which, like, is annoying. But he, like, flew in from minicamp to be there. So maybe, like, he got there late. Her parents were also there, and they were, like, hugging,

divorced King and Queen, hugging, like, while Taylor was talking about them. Get back together. She quoted John Dutton, like, she obviously watches Yellowstone, which I think I would have guessed that, yeah, that, yeah, she watches Yellowstone. Travis definitely loves it. She said two things that I love.

The first was that like, and I felt like she was saying that like songwriting is easy for her. And it's not that like she doesn't work hard at it, but it's like a very easy thing for her to work hard at because like when you love something so much. Like it's not a big deal to work hard. She's jobing her love. Exactly.

And lobbing her job. Yeah. And then the John Dutton quote was like when you really have something like when you create something so valuable like it's sort of a, what the fuck was the quote? Like people are going to come and steal it. Like that's all the, Like it's just how human nature works.

Like anything worth having is like worth stealing. Yeah. And what is she saying that in reference to. I took it as like reference to like her not owning her masters until recently. But she had said like your self worth, your integrity, your art. I took it as, you know, this very like scuporchetta. Yeah. He said it's the one constant in life son.

You build something worth having. Somebody's going to try to take it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She said, John Dutman was talking about a ranch, but I'm using this quote to refer to yourself, worth your peace of mind and your singular vision as a creator.

Yeah, the speech was really good. It was really well written. Like she talked about how, like, she literally had to learn how to do everything in this industry. Like nobody teaches you how to do, you know, how to protect yourself, how to operate within this, like, crazy, how to be famous. But she never had to learn how to song write.

Like, nobody taught her. She just, like, it's so instinctual to her. And she, like, really, really loves and respects her parents for, like, not just sort of chalking it up to, like, a teenager phase, but like seeing in her what she, you know, sometimes like you see something when you're a teenager and it's like, yeah, sure. But her parents like really listen to her and like really believed her. And like literally rooted up their whole lives. Like her dad had a job. Like, and just moved. It actually is so crazy. It is so crazy. To like you have to like,

you have to like, wacky 12 year old. But you have to just have like complete faith in your child that they are exceptional. Well, they also have to be good. Yeah. I think a lot of times like people can't be objective about their kids. It's like, well, it's great that your kid is passionate, but they are not good. Yeah, but I think when the time comes to quit your job and move the family, you get objective. You're like, let's hear that song. Let's hear that song you wrote. No, but I think there are like a lot of crazy stage moms who do quit their jobs and like move to LA. When their kids sucks.

Yeah, but I feel like it's less of a belief in the child and like more. It's a delusion. It's a delusion. It's about them. And like projecting. She looked great. Maybe she's in like speech writing mode. She's been writing a lot of speeches.

Oh, vows. Vows. Yeah. Speaches. This is the third outfit this week that I loved. And one thing about Taylor is she has a very loyal. It's one of her greatest attributes, her loyalty. But unfortunately, she's loyal to the stylist who stinks.

I don't even know his name. He just stinks. I think his name is Joseph. She's so hit or miss. Like really, genuinely, 50-50. So for her to leave the house three times this week, and I loved what she wore to that toy story event. The yellow was so perfection.

Like, actually looked like she finally got a new stylist. The Nix game outfit was perfect, so cute. I love the Fishtel braid, girly and fun and sporty and playful. I feel like that. I feel like the next outfit she did herself. I feel like when she goes out with her friend, she doesn't use a stylist.

No, I think she definitely does. You think she's the most famous person in the world. Yeah, I think that they knew they were going to wear these t-shirts. So they said, like, make me an outfit with a t-shirt. Oh, I really don't think so. I don't know. I feel like there's certain.

Maybe it's because she was friends with Blake Lively, and that's like Blake Lively's thing. It's like not having a stylist. I feel like she, like, wants to get dressed herself. Big occasion. sure, but like to go to a baseball game or basketball game. But the thing is, nowhere she goes is like just a basketball game. No, I know.

But for her, it still is. And it's like, okay, we'll have these big moments, but also like I can clothe myself. But I don't know. I don't think so. I just feel like she's not someone who like can't put a pair of pants on. Some people actually can't put a pair of pants on. Agreed.

They need their pajamas styled for them. Oh, and if I was famous, like I'm that person. Really? Not only do I really not have. You are famous. And I don't, you don't even use a stylist. No, at that level, if I was at that level, I don't go anywhere. But like, when you have a big, like, most people at your level, by the way, most people at your level have a stylist.

I don't know, most people at my level go places. Like, I don't need a style for my podcast. My leggings will suffice. Most people at our level would have a stylist for the podcast. And that's why their practice wouldn't be successful as ours. Right. We're so real. We're just real regular girls.

Regular and regular. Also, I like what I'm seeing. what I'm seeing from the style direction. I'm seeing a trend in the three looks she wore this week of, no, not the Nix game. The songwriters. Oh, yeah, the Jesse, the Jesse red carpet. Oh, that dress was fab. Yeah, and it's like, oh, sorry, so she's slayed four dresses, four looks.

She's loving a strapless. I think it's signaling her wedding look. Well, the second yellow dress, which I think was the best fitting, like, that should be her wedding silhouette. It was divine. It's giving, like, what she changes in. to further reception. Love that. Comfier, sexier.

I think a lot of people are also, like, looking deep into the designer. She wore Javonshay last night. She wore Oscar, the yellow dress was Oscar Delarenta. I don't know who made the mini denim-ish dress. I don't think it means anything.

Like, she'll wear what she wants and just because she's going to wear like, you know, Dior for the wedding or whatever, doesn't mean she's going to be wearing like Dior all week long. She's not one of those, like, but she does have longstanding relationships with like Stella McCartney. I could see like her doing a Stella McCartney

wedding dress. I don't know if she does bridal, but like I think I think I don't know she doesn't have like a brand that's like she's obviously wearing that she works with everyone she works with everyone oh she did work very closely with Versace on Erestor outfits ooh a Versaqi was it no it was Versacee there were a couple of designers I think also Oscar De Laurenta who did a bunch of Eres tour like a lot of high profile like Couture designers worked with her first. Right, so she has her pick.

She's not like stuck with anyone. May the best dress win. But I love, I really have loved to see her like putting out looks. Like I really don't have a ton of notes on. Yeah. You know, it's nice. It's very, it's a relief. Mm-hmm.

Our next story. Selina Gomez is addressing the rumors after Nick's game backlash that she started herself. So. Literally. Like there's nothing like cleaning up your own mess. It's addressing the rumors that she put out herself. So she posted, you know, about like clowning on like bandwagon Knicks fans. And then people automatically assume that she's talking about Taylor,

which I don't know why people automatically assume that because there's a ton of bandwagon Nix fans. And Taylor's actually like been to Nix games before. I think more she's talking about Hame. So I don't think that she was talking about Taylor as a bandwagon fan. But I think she was more so saying like there's all this hoopla for the Knicks now, Celebrity, Taylor, everyone's going. And it's like, well, where was this energy?

before this week. I think that there has always been a lot of, like, good celebrity energy around the Nix. Yeah, I don't know why. There's a lot of discourse now that's, like, everyone's being a fake Nick fan. I feel like that's so not true. The thing is, and nobody really wants to acknowledge us, but, like, a lot of, I would argue, most famous people are from New York. Like, it is this beacon of, like, art, culture, literacy.

And, yeah, they may be live in L.A. now. But, like, a lot of people's roots are here. And New York is also, like, a very transient city. Like, people live here for, like, a decade. And they are New Yorkers. and maybe they're from Louisiana, but like people just like have ties here. So I don't think it's like that weird that everyone.

Yeah, if everyone randomly became like Oklahoma City fans, I would say, okay, maybe that's weird. I can't imagine so many people across the country having ties to Oklahoma City. Yeah, I don't think that the celebrities are being like phony in their fandom. That's like not what I'm feeling. I feel like other people who I see like on my feed are being like a little like phony, you know, band.

But like, okay, be a bandwagon fan. Name them. You know. Name them. You know who. I don't. You know who. Name them.

I would absolutely never say that. But it's like being a bandwagon fan is not a crime. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Like even if I'm a celebrity with no ties to the Knicks, but like there's a box and they're like, do you want to come? Like how much fun to go to the NBA championship? So yeah, you'll wear a hat or a shirt of the, like, of the team of whose arena you're at. Like, I don't think there's anything weird about it.

that's what we were talking about this yesterday on the show is like people gate keeping nicks fandom it's like okay when you get a life we know who the ogs are like who the people who have been waiting for this moment for decades like we know who those are and everyone else like can be a fan like it's fine especially yeah if they've ever lived in new york if they're from new york if they work in new york if they work in new york like it's really some people also just like idolize new york it's like this dreamy sort of like fantastical city yeah that yeah we're easy to root for sorry and we get we don't have a lot of moments like this, so it makes it even more exciting. Like it's no wonder, no offense, like no one's rooting for the Spurs unless you're from San Antonio

because this is just sort of, it feels like, I'm sorry to the Spurs, it's not your time. And it just feels like this romantic story. And it has to have this story book ending. It does. Yes, it does. And so Selena is a Spurs fan. Yeah, she's from San Antonio. She's a documented Spurs fan.

So then she posted on her Instagram story saying, woke up and was sent so many texts. I would never insult my friends, nor was it an insult. The comment was a reaction to the first slide on the page. Second, I bet my friends on the game, the friends in the text chain I posted. I lost but was poking at my opponents, my friends. Believe it or not, I do have other friends in my life, but quickly forget that most assume otherwise. Also, it's a basketball game.

So Selena has always been this sort of like Thorne and Taylor side. Like, I think that it's like, sort of like an inconvenience. at this point. I don't think Taylor sees it that way. Yeah. I think Taylor's like blind to some of her like friends. Selena. And she has a couple of other woey friends.

Yeah. And she's just blind to it. Well, which is kind of a good quality. Like she loves her friends like just very wholeheartedly and blindly. And that's what you want in a friend. And she's like, like, she is sort of like the straight one on the podcast and she just like lets him run wild. It's genuinely funny.

I was cracking up. I kind of love Todd. Todd Chrisley. I mean, who is Todd? Like, hilarious. The Crisleys are a bit of a blind spot for me. I never, like, watch their show. Well, I did actually.

Like, way before, they became much more famous, like, as they got arrested and then pardoned by Trump. and now they all podcast. Savannah has her own podcast. The parents have a podcast. I saw the other two siblings have one. I don't think they talk to the brother. But I think they like raised the brother's child. I don't know. There was like a lot of drama. They're very interesting.

But if they are like wanting more, then they probably feel like left behind. I think that like Layla feels left behind. Yeah, because she's pursuing modeling.

I think Macy is content. Me too. I think she has like Shalom Bai, like the show hasn't ruined her life yet. And she sees that like maybe some of the other girls who like want more and desire more and like leave Utah a lot. It does sort of have a negative impact. And so I think she takes,

you know, being not the most famous one in the group, but being like very middle. I would say middle top. And like she wrote her book. And so she's, shared like she has her passion projects but it doesn't take her too far from home and far from family and I think it's I hope she's content I think Michaela too yeah and I think Michaela also has like a lot

I think he just feels that like she really doesn't like him. I mean, she is always, maybe there are other conversations, but she's always just saying how they're not a good couple. And she doesn't feel like they're as good as everybody else. And it's like, that's annoying to hear all the time. You're making it like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Now, I will agree with her that he's not like leading with like romance and making her feel like they're in a like a romantic couple because it does feel very friendship.

But I do think there's still the potential for more. And he is very committed to her. He doesn't step out. He doesn't talk to other people. Maybe nobody wants to talk to him. But I don't know. He seems like he means what he says. So like she just sort of has to trust him that they will get there.

But I could see for her why that's frustrating. she would feel like, wait, I'm in this relationship that's not a relationship, but to constantly bring it up instead of doing something about it. Instead, one, either be more affectionate with him or two, talk to other people. Yeah. So he hasn't talked to Katie yet, but he like made all the arrangements. He's doing it all right. But it's sort of like this futile effort. Like, Kada is obsessed with Zach. And Kada sort of famously turned him away when the three of them were in bed together the first time at Paradise Cove. So I was shocked. I didn't realize what he was going to say. I'm like, what is he like, what is he like, gearing up for it. I was like, wait, what? Like, that's your best friend's girlfriend. When Melanie was in the glam room, like so upset that Sincere kissed both bombshells. And literally Jen is right behind her. I don't know if she knew Jen was behind her, but she was like, I mean, he kissed both of them. Like, she's literally right behind you. She can hear you. When at the challenge she kissed both of them?

In the glamour. No, remember they both got pulled for a chat and he kissed Jen and... Sincere kiss Jen? Mm-hmm. I think. I think she was saying... Or was it Gabriel? I think she was saying he kissed soul twice.

No, no. Who kissed both? Both. Gabriel. Yeah. Okay, so they're in the glam room, and Melanie's like, I can't believe he kiss both of them. Like, them, it's talking, like, so dismissive. Like, it was basically, like, I can't believe, you know, he kissed it. Like, and Jen was right behind her.

Yeah, no, she's really, really, really. Immature. And it's like, I don't need all, like, the fake girls' girls'isms. Hate that. But to, like, just not like the new bombshells because they're new and you feel threatened is just really ugly when they're coming in and, like, it's a hard situation to walk into. Also, there's a lot of discourse online because people have found videos of Melanie from a couple years ago. And she used to be a plus size model.

Her family's speaking out. Like there's a bunch of stories about it. Like they're talking about like the Ozempic allegations. I'm pretty sure. Cracking up. Okay. I did see that she was a former plus size model and I do think a lot of her behavior. Once you've been like fat, you're, I assume like for a great portion of your adult life.

And then you get skinny. you kind of like don't know how to act. I think that to say that like the attention you get when you're fat and skinny from romantic partners is the same. It's just a lie. Like it's different. So I think maybe she doesn't really know how to handle some of the attention that she gets. And yeah, she does act like a preschooler. And I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that maybe a lot of the attention she's getting romantically like is new for her and she doesn't know how to handle it.

Yeah. Or people are saying that like she acts insecure and it stems from Munchius Plus size, which I just think is like not a, good argument. Thing to say? Yeah. It's not a good thing to say. And like it's just, that's not necessarily true.

I like how it's like we're looking back in people's history. We're looking for tweets. Did you say a slur? Melody was fat. Like it's insane. No, but actually, and also, she, like, her transformation is amazing. She looks insane.

She, I mean, she's so beautiful. She's one of the most beautiful girls when she got there. But, like, to know that she's been on this journey, I find it very inspiring. I'm very inspired. Very relatable, too. I'm very insightful. I'm very inspired by her.

And they're just like captioning and making it about themselves in some way. I think it's so good that they're not doing this. Like, he literally just saved the game. Yeah. The whole game. He's so chill. Someone was like, how does it feel? He was like, I mean, everyone thought it was pretty cool. I also thought it was cool. Like, he's so nonchalant about the whole thing.

In the same vein, my winning of the week goes to the group of young men who destroyed a taxi cab in New York City while celebrating the next win. I saw the cab driver. There was a girl, too. Yeah, and they were like taking off belt and like whipping the car. And there was a girl. I thought that was really embarrassing for her like trying to impress the guys. Oh my God, she definitely drinks beer. Such low brow, like disgusting behavior. First of all, that's someone's personal property,

like a cab driver who's now responsible because like you're an animal. It bothered me so much. I saw the cab driver. He just looked like so upset and defeated. And like the cops couldn't even do anything to like usher his car out. I think that people like that

are some of the lowest IQ individuals. I think that they actually don't deserve to live in the same. Like, we are civilized. I don't know what you do. It really upset me. I can't believe there was a girl there that changes everything.

Yeah. That poor cab driver, like, that's just someone's dad. That's someone's husband. Like, seriously, just wanted to go to work. And you now, like... His livelihood is, like, taken from him. And, like, is there a go-fund me? Like, how is he paying for the cab?

Like, it really bothered me. Yeah, it's really upsetting. Also, the person who threw an egg at Wendy. Big, yeah, that makes us look so bad, you guys. And yet, Wembe is the villain. Like, he is this sort of dirty player, but, like, now we're worse than that. Whemey's a villain, it's a game.

Okay, Selena. Also, it's a basketball game. He's not the actual, like, he's the villain of the game. Of the game. Correct. So. He's also still somebody's son. Yeah, to throw an egg is really classless,

disgusting behavior. It is. And I feel like, I don't know what could be done. Like literally the NYPD is deploying all their officers. They have barricades up. But like, I don't know. I don't really feel like the players should have to like do a pap walk just getting off the bus into their hotel. You know what I mean? Like pull up into the garage. Like do something.
