It's Jackson, Claude and every show the fast five things you need to know.
We'll start your day off, swirly.
It's the toast.
I sound amazing.
Welcome back to The Toast and happy Thursday, but it's not just a regular Thursday.
It is a celebration and extravagaganza for the Nicolandria Truthers.
That's right.
Welcome to the Boots on the Ground podcast, the people who have been saying what needs to be said for almost a year now.
You know how much shit we took for it?
And just to turn out, we were right.
We often are, do you think they intentionally waited to put out the statement until the toast was up?
No, I don't actually.
I feel like they might have.
It doesn't hurt to wait an extra hour.
It doesn't hurt to get the breaking scoop, like to have talked about it yesterday.
I'm obsessed too.
And just because like they broke up, like a couple, real couples can break up.
And it doesn't necessarily mean that like they were never a real couple just because they broke up.
But if I were on like Team Nickelandria, this is exactly when I would.
breakup. Like right after the season of Love Island airs, everyone's talking about the new couples.
Like Trinity and Bryce. We can sort of like slowly fade, quietly fade, but there will be nothing
quiet about this. We're going to try not to talk about it too much, although I'm quite literally
busting at the motherfuckin seems to talk about it. It is, of course, our lead story. And also like
the rumors that are coming along with it. So before we dive into talk about just a subject that's
like near and dear to our hearts, how are you? I am good. We've had a morning. We're
actually vlogging today. So if you want to like see you. We also vlogged last night. We're like such
We're such vloggers. We love vlogging. You know, I love
vlogging. Like, in another
life. I don't really have, like, the arm strains
for vlogging. It's just so much, like...
Yeah, it's a lot of that. I'm also
a little shy to, like, vlog in public,
and I think the vlogs suffer because of it.
Yeah, I'm not. Like, fuck that shit.
When I went to the general store, like, I could have
logged from the store. You didn't?
Well, no, I had the idea after, so it, like,
started in my car. But, um, no, that's, like,
something that I have to work on is if I want to be, if I want to be taken
seriously as a vlogger. Absolutely. And I just
feel that we're at a place.
Like if everyone in the world was like always acting proper, like, yeah, I'd be embarrassed
to be filming myself in public.
People pee in public.
Like, I can film myself.
Yeah.
It's not a big deal.
Yeah, it's true.
And then last night, we filmed an amazing vlog that's going live today.
And when Jackie and I say that, like, we are doing things on the internet that no other
creators, podcasters, Patreoners are doing, this is what we mean when we say that.
Like, we had a live mahjong tournament.
Like, who is doing that but us, me, Jackie and Ben?
And the fourth player was you.
It was so innovative.
It was you, dear reader.
It will be up later today.
If you're into Majong, like, you'll really appreciate sort of, like, the talent and who wins.
But if you're not into Majong, like, we don't spend too much time talking about the tiles.
I'm not teaching you.
We're not teaching you.
Like, it's more entertaining.
But if you know the game, you'll know what we're doing.
So it was really fun.
And we got to play Maj, even though I hate playing Maj before bed.
I completely agree.
I run through lines flower, flower, flower, flower, in my head as I'm sleeping.
And last night, I literally had.
to do a bunch of stuff on my phone to, like, get it out of my brain.
I watched two episodes of Madman after Mahjong because I'm afraid of, like, having
Mahjong dreams.
It's like when Ben and I used to vacation and, like, we were obsessed with playing
Blackjack, we would go to all these hotels out of casinos.
We'd be up all night playing mahjong.
I mean, excuse me, I wish, playing Blackjack.
And then I would be in bed being like 10, three, seven.
Like fucking crazy.
No, no, I hate having mahjong dreams.
Usually whatever I do that day, like, in some way, like comes up in my dreams.
But it's different every day.
So it's fine.
But the maj dreams are not my favorite.
So even though I like.
playing at night. It's not something I'm going to make a habit of. I'm just wondering if I look
different to anyone today. Because you have two new pieces of jewelry. Yes, I do want to close the
circle. We talked a lot about what Ben got me for Mother's Day. And while it was really beautiful,
it needed some work. I finally got it yesterday from the jeweler. It is, I don't know if I told
you guys what it actually was. It was a ruby diamond bracelet. It was like half ruby, half diamond.
I just needed like a new setting, a new clasp, and like a couple of new stones. And I finally got it.
Margo and her mom are jewelers and they made it for me.
It is so sick.
It's in a bezel setting.
I don't know if you can see.
It's my favorite piece of jewelry.
And then for my birthday to match, my sister.
Me, this one.
You have a lot of sisters, clarify?
A ruby diamond ring.
Yeah, that's right.
And I'm wearing it today.
I thought it was too small, so I left it in the box.
I was going to go exchange it.
Then I was like, let me try it on.
It fits like a glove.
Yeah.
It's so cute.
And that's why I'm being a sample size.
And it matches your bracelet.
I'm obsessed with my root.
I didn't realize when you have a child that's like named after a stone.
A gem stone.
So obviously my next child is going to be named the diamond.
I just didn't know that it was like a part of the journey.
Highly recommend precious gemstones for inspiration.
Well, there are beautiful gem names.
Of course.
Jade.
Pearl.
Topal.
Gemma.
Opalite.
Opal.
Opal is a name, right?
She is so lost.
I think that's a name.
Yeah, like there's a ton of inspiration.
Pear.
Crystal.
And you could go pear cut.
Parquette.
Lariat.
Love.
Yeah. Asher.
Asher? What's that?
It's like a shape. It is? Yeah.
Asher. I think so.
Emerald.
Legasi.
One fine day in Emerald LaGhese City.
One of my favorite places to visit.
Emeraldagasy City.
So yeah, just kind of like drip in.
Very beautiful.
As far as catching up with ourselves and you, dear reader, we had a part of
day yesterday. Did we not? Oh, I went to lunch with a friend. Yeah. Well, our friend Margo, who made the
bracelet and then Jackie got the bracelet. And then gave it to me at lunch to give to Claudia.
Actually, it is very full circle. We had like a very pargy lunch. I had the Caesar salad, which is
very brave considering the lettuce outbreak. So true. Oh, and let's talk for a minute about the lettuce
outbreak. Because I think a lot of people were sort of looking to us when the FDA sort of pointed
the finger at Taylor Farms for the lettuce outbreak. Apparently they are the lettuce supplier to Taco Bell
and Taco Bell's lettuce was the issue.
Contaminated and then they just pinned it on Taylor Farms.
And obviously like a defamatory claim.
Yeah.
True.
Huge deal.
And I did feel like as a face of the company like a little bit responsible.
And I didn't say anything obviously because it's not my fucking problem nor my place.
And we haven't done ads in a while.
So like we were doing ads when it wasn't contaminated.
Right.
So like we didn't do, we didn't sell these bags.
Right.
Right.
And we don't promote Taco Bell.
We promote Taylor Farms top salad kits.
But I just want you to do.
to know, like, when that was true for a moment, which it turned out not to be true.
Wait, so Taylor Farms has been cleared.
And I just want to say, I never doubted them for a second.
But when it was Taylor Farms, nobody suffered more than us.
I had Taylor Farms salad kit in the fridge that I had to throw away.
I was so excited for my Mexican street corn fiesta salad on top of me.
I would actually argue that the people who suffered more than us were like the people who got diarrhea.
No, but like when it was Taylor Farms, like who's affected, we were affected.
And I just never doubted them.
But it was in Taylor Farms. They never figured out what it was, did they?
Like they pins it on Taylor Farms and they said, never mind.
They still haven't figured out what it was and that's just not going to fly.
I know.
I just feel like it's going to be one of those things that, like, quietly goes down and we'll never find out like what truly happened.
No, but like now Taylor Farms like need some good PR.
They actually should have us do ads where we let everyone know that it wasn't Taylor Farms.
Yeah.
And they didn't contract us to do that, but as like a good brand partner, I'm going to use this moment to let you guys know.
Taylor Farms has been marked safe.
from the diarrhea outbreak.
Yeah, so have I.
So have I, even though I had a Caesar salad yesterday,
which I wasn't going to order because of the romaine,
but then the person next to me ordered it,
and I was like, that's what I want.
I actually think that most of the restaurants in the Hamptons,
because we are like in farmland, do source local,
so you are safe.
You would hope.
And then I had a tuna crudo.
And then we were having so much fun,
I got a cappuccino and biscot.
And we continued cappuccino.
In the middle of the day?
I love a non-fat cappuccino.
And you know what?
That's what I needed with some caffeine in the middle of the day.
Like, it's a long day.
You're a mama.
My one net sprette is not cutting in it anymore.
So today I'm on my second coffee.
Wow.
Shake, shake, shake.
Shake, shake.
So, yeah, I was inspired by my cappuccine yesterday.
What did I do?
Because obviously, like, I wasn't invited to lunch.
She was very much invited and she very much declined.
Yeah, I was going to go, but then, like, things just got crazy.
And when you came back and we're talking about how much fun you had, like,
and you came back with my bracelet, I did sort of wish that I went.
But, like, it's fine.
It's fine.
What did I do?
We did I do.
We did a little, like, shock.
walking around. Don't worry. I didn't buy anything. I don't know. You bought a Loonen water this
morning. I did. So I did have to take out a mortgage for that. You guys, this water, I just want to say
we are not involved. Every influencer is an investor. We are not involved. We're just sort of
spectators. And we had to see what the hype was about. I got one once too. Yeah. And I held
onto the bottle like for a month. They kept refilling with like my electrolytes. Like it's like a big
expensive bottle. I don't know what makes it. Demon Copperhead of waters. I don't know what makes it
They had it at Dear Media, IRL because I think Michael Bostic is an investor.
And when I tell you, I brought like four home.
Yeah.
It's like, what is with this water?
I don't know.
But then when you spend so much money on it, you're like, well, I have to finish it.
Of course.
And I gave you some in your glass.
Yeah, look, you guys.
Look at my meaning in glassed water.
But no one will know because I have this glass.
No, but I'm going to make sure she drinks every last sip.
George Glass.
I never really like got into the Brady Bunch.
Obviously, it's before our time.
But like, what do you think we loved the Brady Bunch?
I think I'll go.
For a walk outside now, the sun is out calling my name.
You hear me now, I just can't stay inside all day.
I gotta get out, give me summer.
I don't even know where this is coming from.
I've never seen the episode of the moon.
Sunshine Day.
Everybody seems so happy and gay.
Wait, I literally don't know where I know this from.
And I've never seen the Brady Bunch ever in my life.
Here's a story of a lovely lady.
Of course, who was zining on two pieces.
Of my bread.
What's the,
when we were in camp, we would say,
here's a story of a lettuce and tomato
that we're sitting on two pieces of my bread.
That's probably like your other camp thing.
Because I don't know that.
Okay.
Your other camp.
You went to one camp that I didn't go to.
So that's probably where you learned that.
But you know Brady Bunch.
And of course, sure, Jan.
Sure, Jan.
And what about Marsha was such funny.
My nose.
Marsha, Marsha, Marsha.
No, I know, I know.
I know, like, classic stuff.
We watched it so much.
We did?
When we were little, we did.
I don't remember that.
That's so sad.
Cindy?
The little one?
The little one.
Yeah, I guess.
And the mom, Carol?
Yeah, I guess in a sense.
In a sense, I know the Brady Bunch, but like, I don't have any memories of
ever watching it.
Like, what channel was it on?
That I don't know.
And at that time, it was like reruns.
Like, we're very young.
Yeah, I think we watched it on, like, tape.
On tape.
Yeah.
That's how big of fans we were.
That's just not true.
I don't remember any of that.
Yeah.
Can look it's Thursday.
The week has flown.
It has.
It started slow, but it picked up.
Yeah.
And then Olandre broke up with Nickelandria.
Yeah.
And they should have done it on a Friday.
No, I think that, I don't think they wanted to sweep this on.
This whole relationship, like, has been to catapult them to fame.
And it was successful.
And a breakup is big news.
It's lots of headlines.
It's lots of Google SEO.
I don't know how other people are feeling about it.
And I've always said, like, she should,
free herself from Nicolandria, then she could, I don't know, find a boyfriend and be single and
like find actual love and like, but now that we're, you know, auditing Nicolandria because they've
broken up, it's not.
Are you a believer?
No, no.
It's not making her look good.
I've seen like a lot of tweets that are like, you left Love Island with like no man and
no friends and like everyone else's friends.
You know what?
Let's just dive in.
Okay, let's dive in.
Because I have a lot to say and I don't want to spoil it.
Do we feel adequately caught up?
I feel like we are.
Well, I don't want to be accused of, like, shielding my personal life because I take those comments and allegations, like, extremely seriously.
So let me just think.
We had an amazing dinner.
Ben made stir fry coupled with the things.
Ben made, like, a Chinese buffet.
Yeah, he did.
He did his, like, deconstructed egg roll.
He did, like, um, like noodles and eating.
Peanut noodles.
Chicken rocks.
Like, my belly was hurting afterwards.
I ate so much.
I had to, like, sit down on the couch and recline.
Our stomachs were full and our smiles were wide.
So that's really all the catching up.
Plus we did film two vlogs since you last saw us.
Correct.
So like everything else is in the vlogs.
So the next time you think of accusing us, try being an influence of our day.
Try it.
Without further a do-da-do-do, it is time for the fast-fide stories that youda-do need to know.
And the fast-frived stories that you need to know are brought to you by Truvia, alulose, placebo, and monk fruit.
Oh, you mean my favorite sweetener.
Yes, I do mean your favorite sweetener.
With the familiar taste and performance of sugar, it makes cutting back feel easy rather than restrictive.
It swaps in at a one-to-one ratio with sugar, so you just,
use it competently in your favorite recipes but no adjustments needed. So if you're looking for a sugar
alternative, you're trying to cut back, we highly recommend this trivia alulose product. First of all,
we're big trivia fans. Jackie did turn me onto it like when I was pregnant with Ruby, and I never
went back. They blend alulose with stevia sweetener and monk fruit sweetener. This sweetener delivers
a mellow, well-rounded sweetness without that sharp aftertaste. It's an adaptable sweetener
that works just as well in drinks and baked goods as it does for sauces and savory meals. I think a lot
of times people are a little avoidant because, like, well, they know how much sugar they need,
and then how much do I do of this?
Well, it swaps in in a one-to-one ratio.
So whether you're doing it in a coffee, a tea,
or like a big baking recipe,
it's all the same.
One cup of sugar, one cup of trivia alulose,
plus...
Which usually isn't true for sugar substitutes.
You all of a sudden have to do math
and get the calculator out.
Correct.
Who wants to do that when your hands are full of flour?
So if you're looking for a better way
to enjoy sweetenets with zero calories per serving,
you really need to try the new trivia alias
plus stevia sweetener and monkfruit sweetener.
It's available online and nationwide at Kroger, Target,
and your favorite local grocery retailer.
So that's Truvia Allulose Plus Stevia Sweetener and Monk Fruit Sweetener, available nationwide and online at Kroger Target and your favorite grocery store retailer.
Thank you, Turdy, Allulose, plus Stevia Sweetener and Monk Fruit Turtner.
You're welcome.
Today's episode is also brought to you by Starbucks and the Frappuccino drinks.
So Starbucks Frappuccino drinks are bottled.
You know them.
You love them.
You recognize the bottle.
You recognize that pargy taste.
It's the perfect delicious blend of indulgence and coffee.
It'll put your day on the right track.
They offer a delicious taste and creamy flavor that's perfect.
It's a perfect sweet treat.
to start your day with.
The Frappuccino itself is sweet.
It's a moment of joy in an otherwise busy day.
They're iconic.
We've been around since I was a kid.
Adults love them.
They're so good.
If you're throwing a kid's birthday party,
not to be like annoying,
but I did throw like kind of a major rager
for my baby's first party.
And I didn't know what to,
because we were in the middle of the park.
I didn't know what to serve the adults.
And someone recommended doing like a big cooler of ice
and these Starbucks Rappuccino drinks,
such a hit.
Because I couldn't do like a whole coffee station
I was in the middle of the park.
It was such a hit.
Highly recommend for a kid's birthday.
Also just good to have.
have on hand at home, at work, in the car. It's a great little sweet treat in the middle of the day,
a nice little pick me up. You can find the bottled Starbucks for Apocino drinks wherever you buy
your gas or groceries. Just treat yourself a little bit. You won't regret it. Today's episode
is also brought to you by Nero, Gum and Mints. So Nero just dropped a limited edition,
watermelon, energy, and Focus G-Focus, and Focus. It's giving main character summer energy.
It is the flavor of the season. You guys know Nero. We talk about them a lot. It is
gum and mints that are packed with natural caffeine, L-theonine for Com Focus, B-12 and B-6.
And this one is a watermelon flavor, so it tastes like a pool day and a long weekend.
If you're in your summer maxing era saying yes to everything, beach, bar, 11 p.m. dinner reservation.
You want to stay energized for all of it.
Leave the dumb gum behind and smart gum only this summer.
I love neuro.
It's such a good idea.
Like it's such a great way to get caffeine.
It's really well made.
Zero sugar, aspartame-free, gluten-free, and vegan.
Every chew is a smart choice for your body.
And then the watermelon flavor is a limited edition.
So once it's gone, it's gone.
So make sure to stock up for the summer now.
They also offer caffeine-free options for all-day wellness support, like the Chew Smarter and Caffeine-Free Memory and Focus Gum.
It's made with American Ginseng. It supports mental clarity, minus the jitters.
And then they also have a sleep smarter.
So the neuro sleep and rechargements offer melatonin and camomile to help you unwind and rest without pills or sugary gummy.
So this is just a great alternative.
We're big fans of Neuro.
And for a limited time, you can get 20% off your first order at Neurogum.com.
By using code toast.
That's T-O-A-S-T.

You can also find Nero at CDS, Walmart, and Amazon.
Today's episode is brought to you by Skims.
Skims is the loungeware undergarment brand that you need in your life.
So whether you're shopping for everyday basics,
underwear, new bras, because, like, you know,
at this stage we're getting new bras more frequently than we did when we were young.
Pajamas, loungeware, lingerie.
I love everything basics.
I love skims.
So they have a new collection, which is the,
everyday cotton collection. I think a lot of people are really into cotton right now. It's a great
breathable fabric, especially for summer. So if you are looking for new undies, new bras, new tops,
in cotton, definitely check out the cotton jersey collection from Skim. So the Skims' Cotton jersey
foldover pant is a really popular, all the cool girls are wearing like foldover pants. It is
the early 2000s again, and Skims is like making really good ones. And the material is really
premium cotton jersey. They also have the cotton jersey in a rib tank, all your favorite essentials,
your favorite basics. You're probably shopping skims already for like new things for the summer,
undies, basics, like restocking on stuff. So definitely check out the cotton jersey collection.

Jertlose.
Our first story, Nicolandria, Alandria Carthin, and Nick Van Steenberg,
break up one year after meeting on Love Island, USA.
So a rep for Nickelandria confirmed to People magazine exclusively
that they decided to part ways just over a year after they departed the Fiji Villa together.
The source said, quote,
the distance between them and their busy schedules made it challenging to maintain their fraud.
I mean connection.
They still remain close friends.
They share a deep love and respect for each other and will always support one another whenever possible.
Okay.
I mean, obviously, like, the show has ended.
And I'm not talking about Love Island.
I'm talking about their relationship.
I think it's been very interesting to see people's reactions.
Because, like, we're just coming off a season of Love Island.
We're like, we were told we had the worst takes, right?
And we were the people last season saying, like, why are you guys voting for Nick and O'Anriya?
Why are you guys voting for Amaya?
Like they're both fake couples.
And we got so much hate.
We have said from the moment they were still in the villa, not even that they left the villa.
We've been saying this is a fake relationship.
We got so much hate for it.
Like people, like calling us such haters.
Meanwhile, now everyone's reaction.
If you read the comments on any public hate, because of course, the second this was announced,
I got tagged in one million TikToks, Instagram.
I love that everybody thought of us.
But all the comments were like, duh, PR relationship is over.
And it's like, well, now everyone's saying it.
No, now everyone's saying, and June Mwob, like, posted some old DM she got about how Nick was with a girl at Coachella holding hands.
And that this person, like, ran into Nick and Alandria and they were, like, being really rude to each other.
They, like, can't stand to be around each other, which actually, like, maybe they were in a relationship.
No, but it's like, you're posting that now?
Yeah, no, like, you're brave now.
Like, why?
It's not brave now.
Why not say when it's unpopular?
And, like, and that just makes you feel it better because I just know next year, like, people are going to be talking about Carl and Anaya, the way we've been talking about them.
I'm like, the voting public of Love Island, and this is just further proof,
Like they're wrong about everything.
And I feel so good that everyone hated our takes, you know?
Yes, I feel that way as well.
Because we have been saying since day motherfuckin' one.
Yeah.
And the real couples from that season were Ace and Shelley.
And we never really wrote for them because like Ace was sort of problematic.
But they were a cute real couple.
The fact that they didn't make Final Four is insane.
Insane.
And then Iris and T.J., which turned into Iris and Pepe.
But the Islanders, another bunch of morons, voted T.J.
Even though they had a strong connection.
just for some more fake relationships.
Yeah.
No, like once again, I feel good
about what I contributed to Love Island last season and this season.
But even this statement, like, is not a romantic relationship.
And I feel like Nicolandria, they don't outright lie
because they just talk about their connection.
There is this clip of them saying we're dating.
And so, yeah, like, if the two of them go to dinner,
I guess that's considered a date, they don't say, like, you know,
they don't kiss.
They don't actually pretend to be in love.
They really operate, like, business partners.
So the statement, the distance between them
and their busy schedules made it challenging.
to maintain their connection.
You're still saying connection.
That's so true.
One year later.
It's a very manipulative statement.
They still remain close friends.
Yes, they've always been friends.
That's the whole thing.
Business partners.
They share a deep love and respect for each other.
Of course.
I share deep love and respect for my business partner.
And we'll always support one another whenever possible.
Yes, they've been supporting each other for a year.
There's nothing about that that's an actual relationship breakup.
Yeah, that's actually an amazing point.
Also, contextualizing this, thinking about the interview that they just did, where she's
recent.
Yeah.
That clip where she's.
she's talking about being loved out loud.
And it's like you're being loved out loud.
You won't even call him your boyfriend
in the breakup statement.
And also it's a fake relationship.
Like, no way.
And we didn't see love out loud.
We didn't see that.
No, they were never together.
We saw him loving Sierra out loud.
We saw him.
And now, by the way, there are so many tweets
that are going about so much discourse.
We saw him throwing Sierra under the bus.
Backing it up and then running it forward again.
But the people who are now talking about Sierra
are the people who like rode over her with a truck last season.
And then, so after that, then we saw him being a friend to you out loud.
That's what we saw.
I didn't see love out.
I never saw love.
I actually saw you guys making out and agreeing that there's no connection between you.
And then I saw the last few episodes where you guys understand that the fans have been rooting for
Nicalandria and you guys want to give them what they want.
And you like each other and your friends and his connection.
His connection's not there.
Like you're done being embarrassed by Taylor.
Oh, and Taylor and Clark were the other real connection.
They're still together.
That didn't make the finals because everyone like can't get over themselves.
The fact that he like chose her over Orlandra.
Right.
Which is what you're supposed to do, test your connection.
It's like test your connection.
your connection, but don't. Yeah. Explore, but don't. Right. Yeah, they're like, they are still together.
Yeah. So that's what I saw. I saw friendship and business out loud. Yes, I never saw Love Out Loud.
And the fact that that interview came out, what, like two weeks ago and they break up. And I didn't
even read the statement because like seriously, who cares? Like, they're broken up. But you're so
right about the choice of words. Yeah. That there's not a lie in there. And even so for the last
episodes they talked a lot about like their connection you know that seeing it at first and not
necessarily like lying like I'm in love with you and they don't kiss or anything they don't kiss
talk no but even in public like they don't kiss no they hold hands and they take pictures I saw a funny
like tweet or something that she had her birthday recently I think was at her like new apartment
and a lot of her family and friends were there and like he's on the end of every photo so he can be
cropped out of in a year in a day right very easily there's really not much to say when you've been right
you know.
Except, of course.
I told you so.
Her ending one year out with no friends from the villa,
when she was an OG villager, she had close friends.
She ran that villa.
Like her, Shelly and Sierra.
Yeah.
It's not a good look for her.
I agree.
When all along I thought Nicolandria was like, you know, Nick is the problem.
I think he's a user.
I actually think he's disgusting.
I agreed.
We can't even talk about him without talking about Sierra.
Like he's actually legit a bad person for that.
So, yeah, we've always focused on him.
She's just a queen.
She is a queen.
And she handled herself amazingly in the villa.
And she's so beautiful and she's so mature and, like, wants a real relationship.
And so she ended up in this business partnership, whatever.
Like, that's good, too.
But now, like, when the dust has settled, you're right, like, there's something suspicious about the fact that all the girls are on vacation right now without her.
And these are girls that they weren't even friends with them in the villa.
But now they're friends with Clark.
There are multiple pockets of friend groups.
She could be friends with, like, she should be friends with Shelly because that was her best friend in the villa.
but she's not because Sierra
She's Shelly and Sierra really good friends
So like Shelly chose Sierra
She's not friends with like the Iris
Hannah
Hannah cohort
Andrina is always around
Andrina and Clark
There are a lot of different friend groups
And they all like make content together
They're going on vacation together
It's so cute. Yeah
Weird
So that's what I'm saying
Like in this audit
It's not reflecting well on her
When this entire time I thought like
He was bringing her down
She's so above him
And she is so above him
but like now, I don't know,
the whole thing has sort of like sullied her good name.
And at the end of the day,
Nicolandria at its core was just genuine dishonesty.
And that's never a good look.
Fraud.
Fraud.
People have gone to prison for worse.
I mean, for less.
Yeah.
And if I were like running Nicolandria Incorporated.org.
HQ.
TM.
I would say right after the next season of Love Islanders,
we should break up.
That's what I would say.
Right.
It's a little obvious, honestly.
They should have waited another six months.
Or like right before the season aired
so that like people would be on to the next thing.
It wasn't a, it was obviously a choice, like the timing,
and I think it was actually a bad time to choose.
Yeah, but now the streets are saying that she's been hooking up with Travis Scott.
That's what Dumas said.
And it's like, Dumasco keep pissing me off.
Like isn't the whole point of what you do to like share these titillating things that you get that might shock the public?
When it's still titillating?
So like, yeah, sharing that they were meet to each other at Coachella.
Like now, well, we know they broke up.
Thanks for that.
But that would have been helpful to know at Coachella.
Yeah.
So, like, sorry.
Her and her, like, last minute.
He could have used the backup here.
Yeah, right.
It's just, it's not brave to, like, go along with, like,
Nicolandria stands.
Now they broke up being like, yeah, I also heard it was fake.
It's like, you're supposed to be like the hint person.
Yeah.
It's, like, lame as fuck, honestly.
Yeah.
And then she reported today, which she probably just got today now that everyone's talking
about Nicolandra, that Alangria is hooking up with Travis Scott.
For months, allegedly.
So, like, I just feel that.
Which is maybe why they're finally breaking up so that, for,
Because maybe it's like getting close to coming out.
If she steps out with Travis Scott, that's better for like her stock.
Yeah.
And maybe she wants that.
Mm-hmm.
Because I think for.
Not O'Landra being Stormy's stepmom.
I mean, think about the dinner.
Like Stormy's graduation.
With Timothy.
Travis, Elandria, Kylie, and Timothy at Stormy's graduation dinner.
Obsessed.
See.
And you know Kylie loves Love Island.
And by this is what we have wanted for O'Landria.
Yeah.
She probably loves Alandria.
This, when we've talked about Nicolandria at a glance over the,
the last year.
Like, this is what we've wanted for O'Landra.
She is on another level.
She can start dating much more eligible, famous, wealthy men.
So, like, this is exactly what we wanted for her.
But I don't know.
I'm just not feeling good about it.
About Travis Scott?
No, about the whole thing in general.
Like, I wanted them to break up and I wanted her to date Travis Scott.
Like, everything that I wanted to happen is happening.
But it just happened in a really, like, dishonest way.
The way I thought I would feel about her when they broke up is not how I feel about her.
I thought I would feel like, yes, she's free.
Yeah.
But instead I feel like, well, you're both liars.
Yeah.
And the fact that she doesn't have like friendships from the show
It's a red flag
Well on her
And she's just always doing everything alone
Yeah
Everyone's doing everything together
Yeah
Yeah
And I feel like people are starting to
To turn
Which I don't need a turn on her anything
But at what point
Does the cost of Nicolandria
Come home to roost
You know what I mean?
1000%
Like this is so serious to me
Like
Greek. This is so serious. And like any other fake love
Island couple that goes really far or wins just because one of them is
really like that happens every season. Am I and Brian? Like break up two
weeks later. We don't care. Yeah like everybody else. The show's over. We don't care. Yeah.
They took it so serious. So far. They really thought they were like doing something.
Yeah. And they were by the way until a point. Because like while I was onto them,
I'm more media literate than the average person. A couple weeks later were like the distance.
It was too hard. We're better off his friends. The people who believed them would have stayed believing.
And, like, would have just rest in peace, had a quiet ceremony.
It's true.
They gave everyone too much time to doubt them.
And in that year, in that year, we're seeing just, like, public appearances, not couple
content.
No, not love.
No.
Like, they were on the cover of Glamour magazine together.
Like, if I'm the editor of Glamour, like, I'm in there.
It's like, I got duped.
I feel like overall, Nicolandria, like, was a test for people.
I passed.
You passed.
The toes passed with flying colors.
And if I'm a person who failed, like, who even for one second, believe,
that they were real.
Like, I'm taking a hard look in the mirror.
Because, like I said, this is serious for me.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And we can only hope to, like, learn from this.
I don't need to learn anything, neither to you, of course.
But I hope others do, definitely.
Yeah.
And I'll be curious to see the couples at the reunion because so far,
Carl and Naya, like, are tracking.
At least Carl and Iia kiss, you know, and, like, they are in a sort of couple.
But it is, like, the same thing where she,
the fans are obsessive.
To Casa, chose someone else.
Right.
She stayed, chose him.
Then people became obsessed with their relationship.
The producers, like, produced their way into Carnaya.
Uh-huh.
And let's see what happens next.
Though I do think there is a little bit more romance between those two.
Me too.
I mean, there is.
They kiss and they, like, make out at night and stuff.
I read.
Nickelandria is just, like, paper work.
Separate beds.
Yeah.
So that's the end of Nicolendra.
I will miss it.
I won't.
I will miss talking about them.
I will miss being right.
I'll miss talking about them.
Yeah.
And he's just.
He's spooky.
I'm like, I'll never get over it.
I know.
Like, he'll never make it right.
Yeah, I know.
To this day, has never spoken to Sierra.
I would love to talk to Sierra.
Yeah.
I do feel that she's healed.
Like, it took a long time, but she talks about it like in vague ways.
I follow her on TikTok.
She's just a really good influencer too.
She has amazing content.
She does good makeup, good outfits.
I was just looking at her content.
I follow her, so I see a lot of it, a lot of the time, but not all of it.
And, like, the videos that she makes, like, by the scene.
On the beach, she's doing her makeup.
That's, like, her thing.
You guys have to watch these videos.
Like, some people just have the content bug.
Yeah.
And we just, we all moved on from that too quickly.
Like, his biggest crime is not even the fraudulent relationship.
It's what he did to that girl.
Yeah, of course.
No, it's that.
You could be in a fraudulent relationship.
I don't care.
Of course.
We all have bills to pay.
Yeah.
Okay, so you're friends and you just want to, like, you know, make some money.
Sturm up.
Yeah.
Sierra.
Yeah.
Are you ready for our next story?
Hmm.
Where to go?
Where to go?
Oh, she's lost.
Real House House House of Salt Lake City's Whitney Rose.
Drop on flies.
And husband Justin Rose break up after 16 years of marriage.
Are you going to be okay?
I'm okay.
I know how much Justin Rose means to you because he looks like Hannah Brown.
Hannah Brown, I love you.
I know you're watching.
Yeah.
Um, yes, no, I'll be okay.
This is just like, I feel like when couples, like, go through such hard times and like,
don't break up.
Then I'm genuinely shocked when they eventually break up.
And I feel like the last few seasons, they've had, like, really hard, like, financial issues and changes in their marriage with, like, her being the breadwinner and the whole dynamic that they, like, got married and they changed when she became a housewife, as it normally does.
But I just thought they were so solid.
Like, this is, if you had to guess, like, the next couple that would split in Salt Lake City, I just wouldn't think it would be them.
Actually, like, just because there are a lot of good marriages in Salt Lake City, like, I think that Meredith and Seth do have a good marriage.
I think that Lisa and John do.
I actually might have said Whitney Rose, just because they have, like, a free.
freaky, like, backstory.
Like, they have a big age gap.
And she is so different.
That happens a lot that you just become different.
That's true.
Like, you just change as a person when you become a housewife and, yes, financially independent.
And like, famous.
Yeah.
It changes who you are, I think, a lot of the times, like, at your core.
And sometimes you change into a person that your husband hates or you change into a person
who hates their husband.
So, yeah.
And I feel like she actually has changed so much.
That's a good assessment.
So the news is that the two have separated after 16 years of marriage.
They have not spoken out publicly about what led to their breakup.
However, their ups and downs, including job losses, his job loss,
failed business ventures and financial troubles after he put all of his money into their business,
have been thoroughly chronicled during the last six seasons.
Even though, like, when you're having financial issues,
kind of the worst thing you can do is get divorced because it's so expensive.
You have to split everything.
It's like, we only have $1.
Like, now we have to split it.
So, like, I just think it's a good financial decision.
That's very true.
It's really bad for your finances to get divorce.
Even for wealthy people, you become temporarily poor.
Yeah.
Okay, I have to catch up on Salt Lake City because I want to watch the next season.
Like a lot's happening.
Like between it.
And I also like want to know like why now again.
You know, we talk about this a lot with like couples who have been through a lot who have kids.
And it's like what changed?
What was like the final straw?
Because it does feel like something had to have happened.
Their financial issues started like many years ago.
Agreed with me that like divorce isn't going to make it any bad.
better. So like why are they getting
divorce? Who wanted the divorce? Who do you think wanted it?
Yeah. Me too.
Just a guy. Yeah. Always sad.
Yeah. And I think also
maybe it's because how like the franchise is still new but I do think that if you've
been on Housewives for a long time and your marriage has survived like drama and
rumors like you're pretty set like especially if you're an older woman. That's why I think
Whitney's like also kind of young. She's still like you know.
39. She's still a butterfly. She's still cocooning and changing and
Butterflies are really like the metaphor of this
A thousand percent
It's a butterfly summer
But like I think with a lot of the older housewives
Once they make it through like five six seasons
With their husbands and they're tested
Like it actually ends up being good for marriage
If you make it through
Yeah
And so I don't think that one they've been test
Like well they obviously like were tested and failed
And two like she's really young
I think if you're like really sure of who you are
I remember when Melissa Gorga came on the podcast
She was talking about how like
She was a housewife like she did not make any money
And she was like really happy being
And then she became like really independent
It was like going out to events.
And I think that like a lot of times like that can happen and it test your relationship and like you fail or you succeed.
And like Teresa, not Teresa.
Melissa and Joe like succeeded.
Because if you watch early episodes, he's like toxic, get in the kitchen.
And she's like, wait, but I want.
Like, like, male chauvinist.
And then like the format of their relationship like changes.
And gender roles.
And it's like you're home with the kids because I got to go out.
And there's definitely growing pains.
A thousand percent.
And you see that and it's like painful.
But it doesn't mean that it has to end.
Like you could reform.
format yourself.
Right.
And then, of course,
like Joe Gorga got himself famous.
Like,
it all worked out well for them,
but I think maybe that's kind of what happened here.
Because most of Gorga was also young.
So, like,
she was,
like,
still figuring out who she was as a mom and a woman.
And then this thing happens
and you're famous in Jersey.
Like, they really blew up.
But, like,
Justin Rose, like, seems very...
I don't know what Justin Rose seems like.
Except for there was a weird scene, right,
with Lisa Barlow.
What?
Like, he, like,
they got into a fight.
I hate when the men get in fights.
It's, like, so seriously, girly.
And he's,
like spoke nasty to her.
Like she like came at him like ranting about his
wife but like the husbands of Salt Lake City
do not get involved and he sort of like
he started like barked at her.
Very Kentod stupid woman.
Yeah yeah and especially because he's like
seemed so jovial and like
kind-hearted and it was just a little
awkward even though like she started
she asked for it. Right it doesn't matter
like ranting. Doesn't matter. You're just supposed to stand there.
You're just supposed to stand there.
You give the men of Bravo. Do you see Andy went
Instagram a fish with his boyfriend.
Like they posted such
a cute picture. And I do feel, and you know what,
somebody tagged me in a clip. You know, Hoda,
she, like, started that, like, media
company or whatever. She, like, does a show in the back of a car.
It's, like, sponsored by Toyota. But
they were talking, she had Andy on. And
somebody tagged me in this clip where he was talking about how he loves
his job so much, but he went through an era where, like,
he got, like, a lot of data. They do, Bravo, like,
Q score tests and focus groups, whatever.
And they got a bunch of feedback that it seems like,
Andy on Watch What Happens Live, was, like, checked out and just, like,
over it. And Andy was like, that was such a reality
check for me. Like, I have the best job in the world. And you know, he does feel like he's done a little
bit of a, yeah, I was shocked that he shared that. But he was like, yeah, the data, like, people
where the feedback was that, like, I felt kind of checked out. You need the toast. Literally.
And he was like, the second I heard that, like, it just, it hit me sideways. And I realized, like,
I have the best job in the world. I don't know, like, what I'm complaining about. And he's been, like,
totally recommitted to it ever since. I'm in shock. How did I not see that? Because it's on this, like,
random sponsored show that Hoda does in the back of a call. And he's on. And he's on this, like,
I feel like I'll find the clip
I feel personally attacked
And it was that about you
They ran like actual focus groups
So he says but literally we said that
We're not the only people who said that
Like it's so obvious
He's sort of cutting people off shoving them out the door
I guess so
But like it could have just been like
You know the streets are saying and it's us
No no he said we are the streets
He said Bravo gave him like formal
Data research
From the streets of the toast
We are the streets by the way
Literally
Yeah
So
Rittany Rose
Whitney Rose
and Justin Rose
Goodbye
Are you ready for our next story?
Aaron Destner is setting the record
straight on Gracie Abrams song,
Death Wish.
He said it's definitely not about Taylor Swift.
So weird that he's addressing this,
but as we discussed earlier this week,
Gracie Abrams has a song on her new album,
Death Wish,
that has some people,
mostly me and Liz Woods,
wondering if it's about Taylored.
Yeah, I'm not putting my tinfoil hat on for this.
I don't believe that it is.
Yes. And like there was other things. You know, she performed it in 2025 and she said it was out on what's about.
Boyfriend. But he addressed the rumors and nastiness. He said the record straight. He said the studio version predates the live recording by several months. We wrote it actually the week that we recorded. That's so true. I told you things in other songs from Secret of Us Deluxe. In the wake of,
daughter from hell coming out, people were like, wait, what about the original version?
This is the original version.
Regarding speculation that it's about tailored, he said, yeah, definitely not.
It was written at a time when Gracie was writing about a friend's ex being in a bad
relationship.
Okay.
He is sort of like parroting her.
I just want to say, like, I can understand.
I can accept that it's not about Taylor.
But writing about your friend's ex, like, it's just so, and it's such like a strong song.
Like, I don't have that strong of feelings about my friend's ex.
I don't know.
Actually, Megan Maroney's like number one hit that like the first ever song she wrote is about her
friend's boyfriend. What song? He don't make you wonder.
That's not like that's the only part that I know. It's complimentary by the way.
It's not Tennessee orange. And it's her, because it's her friend that just got married.
So she like, I saw that her wedding speech like went viral that like, you know, I guess grace is young.
So like her friendships are like. Yeah. And you know, like young girls are always like taken up for their friends.
And she's looking for like inspiration everywhere. Yes, of course. Because she's a songwriter. You can't like
only bleed out for yourself. Like sometimes you just seek inspiration. He said so it was for that about
that kind of person, I think. I wouldn't even actually know who the person.
person is.
I'm kind of like Aaron Dessner being the one to set the record straight.
Shout out to Hannah Daly at Billboard for asking the scary questions.
Just like, did you see that clip from our competitors at Popcast, the New York Times?
What did those fuckers say?
They asked Olivia Rodriguez about like the Taylor Swift beef.
She gets asked about it actually quite a bit.
To ask like face to face on a podcast like is crazy?
I thought that was like so brave and scary.
And she always gives like the same.
Yeah.
Sort of packaged, not believe.
Do you see that New York Magazine wrote an article that literally said exactly what you said about Livia Rodriguez dating someone in finance?
Yes, I did.
And I felt very validated that that was their thought as well.
And I think the person who wrote it is like a proud communist.
She's a socialist and she was like, but I get it.
Like we basically, we all got out of getting a dick down by finance bros.
Like it was basically what we said.
She was like coming out of from like another angle.
Complementary.
Like as a socialist, like.
Yeah.
But we're saying the same thing.
Yeah.
And like we agree.
Yeah.
You know what I mean?
World peace.
Yeah.
Like I think Olivia Rodriguez might spawn world peace.
One thousand percent.
We can come together.
Like.
And like.
Be together.
Be one.
Yeah.
She gets asked about the Taylor thing quite a bit.
We never get anything.
Like everything she says is so generic.
Yeah.
And it doesn't color what I think at all because it's just like PR.
But like it's crazy to ask her that to her face.
I know.
Because like obviously when you sit down with a celebrity,
maybe if you, we don't interview people like a lot.
Maybe if we did.
like you grow a set of balls because I would be like yeah fuck Taylor Swift like I would just be
like scared yeah like saying whatever she said but yeah no you're not and you're so right about that
I would be like yeah yeah no 100% and like people thought there was like a little bit of shade in what
she said but of course like you over she can't get away with saying anything but she just like she talked
a lot about how it was like you know great learning blah blah blah and how like she just like it's
important her to treat everyone like kindness and respect and so it's like well why you bring
that up it's giving like I was like she's like I was like she's like I was
She wasn't treated with kindness.
She's disrespectful.
Yeah.
It's giving.
No, but I'm going to lay off because, like, there's no good way to answer that question.
And, like, you don't want to be in, like, Taylor's Crosshairs.
So, like, just want to get through the question.
And I'm sure she knows every time she sits down for an interview, she's going to be asked it.
No, I think that's really, I think it's really inappropriate.
You did you do?
Like, I applaud your bravery.
But I think it's inappropriate.
Like, to ask about this, like, drama with this, like, big, scary artist that, like, there's, say there is real drama.
And there is.
What can she say?
What you really want her to like compromise her career by like actually telling you
what happened?
Right.
And the fact that you say she's asked about it every time, well then stop asking.
You have the answer.
You should be watching her previous interviews before you interview her again.
We never get new information.
So it's just bad journalism.
Like you know she's not going to.
Journalists ask the same question like when they all ask someone the same question,
that just means you haven't watched their like previous interviews.
I want like you asking new questions.
So while I commend the balls and I personally hadn't heard her talk about it before,
like I do think it's.
It's not right.
And it's like it's not going to engender them to want to be on your show when they're being asked like hard uncomfortable
questions.
Yeah, yeah.
And also she was sitting in the middle.
And like one of them was to her right and one of them was to her left.
But I think it's just like a really weird because she was like talking to both of them.
Like right left, right left like a tennis match.
I just thought it was weird.
Yeah.
Speaking of, I meant to tell you I drove past the movie theater in South Hampton yesterday and they
are playing the Odyssey in IMAX because we were saying that like we really want to see it.
But they say it's not worth seeing if it's not an IMAX.
And I was like, well, there's definitely not the IMAx in the Hamptons.
there is.
I'm just saying
like sure, let's go.
I just feel like,
low key, I'm not gonna like it.
Because like, like, I feel like we should
we should see it.
Like, for this show.
Like, what is it?
Like, we used to do Love Island like seven nights a week.
Wait, we can watch a three hour movie.
I'm like,
this is gonna be like dumb.
But like the Odyssey is like a fake story, right?
It's like a made up story.
Yeah.
It's about Greek gods though.
There is some, yeah.
Are all the characters Greek gods or like?
Or are they just Greeks?
And they're in the horace?
Like, I don't really go.
It's not Trojan horse.
There is Trojan horse.
Trojan horse is part of Odyssey.
I saw a clip on TikTok.
I'm sure.
1,000% they're all.
Yeah, I love Trojan horse.
Where they hide?
Yeah, my gosh, genius.
I saw, like, someone talking about it.
It's Trojan horse in Odyssey.
Oh, and I made Ben.
The Trojan horses...
Okay, I'm looking at two conflicting things.
AI says yes, but only briefly, Odysseus.
Odessius actually devised the trick.
So the wooden horses mentioned during the story, but the event takes place before the timeline
of the Odyssey.
Well, actually, what I saw was that somebody complaining that chronologically,
the horse shouldn't be here.
Well,
I don't want to see any spoilers.
Yeah, okay.
I do want to see it.
I just feel like I'm going to spend all this time watching it.
Like, I'm not going to understand it or like it.
Like, I do think it's maybe just like a little bit above my...
You're very smart.
And like you're smarter than the average.
Well, that's true because I didn't fall for Nicolandria.
Right.
So like, I think you'll get it.
It's a movie.
It's a movie.
Okay.
They wanted to appeal to the masses.
I think you're not giving yourself enough credit.
Okay.
Nor Christopher Nolan.
Okay.
Like this is
He's kind of cute, no?
I don't know him.
Yeah, I've been seeing him a lot
Like on press and stuff
Because like when they interview the cast
Like he's there too, you know?
And so like as a Landrieu are going to be going to the premiere with Travis Scott?
Probably.
Like I'm ready for that.
I just want to say.
What is life?
That's what it should have been all along.
Yeah.
She really got in her own way
because she should have been going on premieres and things of that nature with him long ago.
Yeah.
Trips to the Cape.
Exactly.
Lambakes.
Yeah.

It's a small upgrade that can make a significant difference in how your skin and hair feel.

And I just want to say, because Ben was afraid of switching to one because he's, like, obsessed
with our water pressure and he was afraid that, like, switching it out. It does not affect
your water pressure. I just think, like, I don't know if people are also obsessed with water
pressure like Ben is, but you're totally fun. Today's episode is also brought to you by Simple
Modern. Busy moms already know and trust Simple Modern for keeping their families hydrated.

no fights. And you're not spending an insane amount of money because like the days of spending $50 on a water bottle for me personally are over, especially when brands like Simple Modern exist. I love their adult stuff. They obviously have great kids stuff, but like all my water bottles are from Simple Modern. And like I have this like pretty like it looks like watercolor florals. And I brought it to Majong and somebody asked me actually if it was hand painted. Okay. That's how elevated their styles are. You can head to Simplemodern.com to make back to school shopping super easy with one less thing to worry about. They are also shopping now. They're full.

So if you think it's too early to start a prenatal, it's probably not. Actually, Obies recommend
starting six to 12 months before you even start trying.
So when you become pregnant, obviously pregnancy pulls heavily from your nutrient reserves.
And a lot of women don't even know that they start pregnancy low on those nutrients.
So really is better to build up before you need it.
Starting early makes it calm and proactive, not an urgent and stressful situation.
So parallel has prenatals that are designed for the not trying yet phase.
So they have something called a conception support pack, which is exactly for this time period in between.
It's not a generic prenatal.
It includes nutrients that OBs are prioritizing before concept.
like co-Q-10 DHA, folate, coline.
It was founded by practicing OBGYN.
If you guys are pregnant swirley, you might know, they're prenatals because they have
amazing prenatals.
But I love that they come up with this thing because I'm always on prenatals.
Like before I got pregnant, I was on prenatals for like two years.
They're just like good for your hair.
And my doctor was like, yeah, it's really never too early.
I'm on them now.
I'm always taking them for a million different reasons.
So I love that they have this pre-conception support back.
It's so smart.
It functions basically as a really high-quality daily multivitamin.
If your timeline shifts, totally fine.
You're just still being supported by your body.
So if you are pregnant, if you are trying, if you are postpartum,
you definitely need to check out parallel.
Can't recommend it enough.

Our next story is kind of crazy.
I don't know if you've seen this.
Chelsea Handler laid out her strict rules for family vacation.
Okay.
I was so fucking confused.
I saw this like six-page statement.
Uh-huh, this slide.
I didn't know if it was a joke or who she was talking to.
Yeah, so I read all of it and I literally like have put together what I think this is about,
but I have no idea.
And she's talking about an actual vacation.
I don't know if she was making like euphemisms.
No, she's talking about an actual vacation.
I guess she takes a lot of vacations.
She brings her family on vacation.
She has five siblings and then all their kids and nephews like combined.
And they all go on vacation together to her various homes in L.A.
and Mayorka and the vineyard.
And she, I guess, wrote them a letter,
chiding them for their behavior on vacation.
It is very, very long, but I will read some of it
so you can understand the tone.
Out of nowhere, she posted this with the caption.
It's my family, it's family vacation season,
which means it's time to reread the rules.
If you want a vacation with me, these are the rules.
To all my nuggets, I want to start this email
by telling each of you, A, B, C, D, F, and F that I love you
for all different sorts of reasons and there is nothing any of you could ever do to get me to
unlove you. It can never happen. So it was with great love and hope that we can use this as an opportunity
to get better at being together. Our family is dysfunctional and that's what families are. What we need to
work on, however, is manners. There was a definite shortfall of manners on this trip, and I left this
trip feeling embarrassed and taken advantage of. Say hello to people who are working in the house,
who are delivering something or who work for me. You don't have to have conversations with
the housekeepers or workers, but you do need to acknowledge their existence out of decency
and respect. This goes for my home in L.A. or Mallorca, the vineyard, or wherever we happen to be
vacationing. She said, these are the points in bold. She said, I treat my employees like family,
and I expect you to do the same. You know, if someone's carrying boxes, help them, whether a boy or a girl,
open the door. It's a nice and decent thing to do to be conscientious of the others who are also
on the vacation with you. Girls, be kind and thoughtful to my guests. Do not roll your eyes
repeatedly or even ever.
Then she said, do not consume copious amounts of alcohol on multiple occasions.
Do not complain about food while you are eating it.
This happened at every meal.
You are not at home.
You are a guest.
Clean your plates after you eat.
Don't put them in the sink.
Don't leave them where you ate them.
Open the dishwasher and put them inside.
Do not litter on the grounds of someone else's house.
She talks about how they rented the house and how would the owner feel,
with beer cans everywhere.
How do you think these people would react to their property being littered with beer bottles?
think they would ever want to run to us again.
I understand that not everyone wants to, and this is just slide four.
I understand that not everyone wants to hang out with their family 24-7,
but I'm going to require that when you are with the family,
you are not on your phone or playing video games.
You have the entire day to do what you want.
You can make the time to be present with the family for an hour or two at night.
She goes on in detail about how they should behave,
what they have been doing,
how she loves treating them to these trips,
and it's a big financial burden for her.
and she pays the cleaners and she pays for this and that,
but she expects people to act at a certain level.
Now, oh, and by the way, the bottom of the pages says,
I'll have what she's having.
So I believe this is an excerpt from her book that came out in 2025
based on what I've tried to cobbled together to understand this.
Yeah, okay.
So I think that those are good rules.
I just don't know why she's telling this to us
and, like, blowing up her family spot, like genuinely,
like based on what she's told me,
like, your family is peace.
of shit.
Like that's like, why would you ever want to paint your family in that light?
Like, if that's actually what happened, like, good on you for sending that email.
Like these kids need to know.
Be nice, whatever.
But it's like, why the fuck are you telling me this?
Why is it in your book?
Why is it now on Instagram?
It is very, very odd.
And yet, if you're treating everyone to a trip and they're not acting graciously, they're
not saying please and thank you.
They're leaving dishes and garbage on the floor.
Then I guess it's mature of her to like write this email and be like if you want to
continue to go on these trips, like this is how it has to be.
But I don't know.
I would say like maybe don't take everyone on trips.
But then she said she now does like adults only trips so she can be with her siblings.
And then she does like trips for the kids.
No, like that's all good.
Like why are we talking about this?
Oh no.
Why is this now a topic on our podcast?
I don't know.
Chelsea Hillers family vacation dynamics.
And like just riding them.
You know like your family looks so bad.
Like you make them look like actual animals.
Yeah.
And I'm not doubting that any of this happened.
I'm like yeah, they need to start talking to you.
Like kids can, you know, be bad.
I didn't even know who these people are.
Now I know her siblings names and they have all these kids.
And like, if I'm their friend at school, I'm like, what did you do on your family vacation?
I didn't understand at all what I was reading.
And I did try.
Like, I took like five minutes, like a swipe and stuff.
And then I stopped caring.
And like, now that I think I know, um, okay.
And like maybe she's like saying it so like people will share it as like, okay, these are really good rules for family vacation.
And like they are.
But it's just like so harsh.
And it also creates this dynamic of like, I pay for everything.
Yeah, I know.
These are my rules and all of you fall in line.
And that's just like a weird dynamic.
I agree.
Like when you are the wealthy one and you want to be gracious.
But if everyone is acting like an animal, like you sort of do have to throw in like,
yeah, bitch, I paid for this.
Yeah.
But if you're like holding it over everyone, it's like, this trip sucks.
Like putting it in your book and putting it on your Instagram.
Yeah.
No, this is weird.
I think it's weird that she put it on her Instagram.
I completely agree.
Yeah.
Completely.
Yeah.
And then our fifth and final story, a Julie Andrews documentary.
is coming to Disney plus.
You know what?
I was just thinking the other day.
And I know saying this out loud
is going to get me like, like shit.
Like, I never seen the sound of music.
I know.
Sure, you would love it.
I know.
And every time I'm looking for a movie
and it comes up, like Ben,
you know, I've never seen this.
Like, let's watch it.
He's like, no.
I do want to watch it.
We should watch it as a family
because like the kids will love it.
The kids will like it.
It's totally approved from it.
There are so many.
Oh, the hills are alive with the sound of muse.
For sure.
but also raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens.
Oh, Adelvice, right?
Adelvice, right?
Yeah, you need to watch that shit.
Doe, me?
Of course, doodier.
What song isn't from it?
Yeah.
I don't know she's in other stuff, but like the story is just reminded.
Mary Poppins.
She kind of needs a documentary.
I love that.
Yeah, Princess Diaries.
I don't know if everyone knows this.
I am being reminded myself that she voiced Lady Whistledown in Bridgerton.
I did not know that.
No, she's like a low-key queen status.
Legendary.
And I think that kids these days, myself included, like, don't even know the breadth of her work.
I find it interesting that, like, in everything that she's in, whether it's like 100 years ago or, like, Princess of Genovia, she looks exactly the same.
Like, you're telling me that in Sound of Music, she's what, like 17?
She looks 87.
Like, she's, like, eternally old.
Yeah.
But maybe that's just, like, because of the way people, like, looked then.
Yeah.
Also, it is like the pixie cut.
She's had the pixie cut, not just in old age.
She's had it forever.
Yeah.
I'd love to see her with, like, a loose wave, you know?
Beach, beach wave.
Yeah.
I think this is going to be great.
Totally.
I didn't know like Disney Plus was like doing documentaries.
Do you know what I mean?
Yeah.
It's the same documentarian who did Billy Elish's documentary.
And I very sadly missed that.
Also the September issue, which was very good.
That was the production company.
They also did.
You never saw September issue?
I don't think so.
Oh, so good.
I do think that it will be well executed.
Yeah.
And when I think of people who like need documentaries,
I never would have thought Julie Andrew.
Do I tell you guys I watched the Martin Short documentary?
You did.
I liked it.
I've thought about it a couple of times.
Like sometimes I watched a documentary and I never think about it again.
Yeah.
But now I just read it.
Do you want to like add it to your list of documents?
No.
No.
That you talk about.
But I also talk about Eddie Murphy's documentary a lot.
Not more than Martin Short.
And, okay.
Is there anything you want to add to the list?
No.
Okay.
The list will remain intact.
Yeah.
Just Lady Gaga five foot two.
Katie Perry part of me.
And Sean Mendes.
Well, no, that's the other list.
The bad one.
Documentaries that didn't need to be made.
Sean Mendes Wonder.
Here, do you have me to tell you?
And it's literally one.
Yeah, I don't need to be ready to have.
It's just one.
Hold on. Let me just search five foot two.
Oh, because we definitely have this.
Yeah, we do.
I know I do.
Five foot.
Did I do numbers?
You might have done five, like, quotation two.
I hope I didn't.
Five foot.
Just write Gaga.
Okay.
Joan Rivers, piece of work, of course.
It's under the five.
of Claudia's repeated the stories.
And then it's celebrity documentaries
Sean Mendez versus Lady Gaga.
It's perfect.
Like documentaries that needed to be made
and documentaries that did not need to be made.
Yes.
Sean Mendes Wonder,
like literally nobody needed that.
Nobody in the whole fucking world.
Even Sean Mendes' number one fan didn't need that.
But even Lady Gaga's number one hater
needed five foot two.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And like five foot two is,
can be swapped with.
Joan Rivers piece of work.
Oh, that's just.
Two perfect documentaries.
That is just in the hall of fame.
Yeah, and if you're looking for Joan Rivers piece of work,
like you can only watch it on YouTube and you have to buy it and I do own it.
It's in the Hall of Fame.
It is in the Hall of Fame.
It might be the number one documentary of all time.
I know.
I could literally quote it.
Like, it's so good.
Yeah.
Well, those are the fast-sized stories.
And I feel as though you definitely need to know the first one just to like remind everyone
that we were right.
Of course.
You needed to know the second one that Whitney Rose and Justin Rose.
Like things we were right about.
Yeah.
I was just like searching Nicolandria on Twitter
because I like want to know what the streets are setting.
And they're they're doubting, right?
Yes, there's definitely a lot of...
No one's like grieving the loss of this relationship.
Oh no, I saw like I saw someone.
Well, there are like the people who started
the whole Nicolandria fandom and like those fan edits during the season.
These were two people.
If you're not familiar, they were on the island.
Like I don't want to put this person on blast, but that's what that's what that.
I can't stop shaking.
I put so much love and effort into Nicolandria and this happens.
I think this is a satire.
They literally saved my life and I owe them so much.
much. I don't know how I can survive this.
That's sad. Are you sure? Absolutely.
That's funny. You never know.
I know. Especially because, like, people who
Nicolandria was like, who created out of thin air.
I thought that was real.
No, you're funny.
