It's Jackson, Claude and every show the fast five things you need to know.
We'll start your day off, swirly.
It's the toast.
I sound amazing.
Welcome back to The Toast and happy Monday.
Monday.
Monday.
Wicked Witch.
Yes.
It's getting increasingly harder to do like heart hands, like letters with my, because of my coxidinia.
I mean, no, what's this thing called?
Oh, I don't have a diagnosis for it yet.
but like my thumb issue.
Like I can't do my hand gestures.
I could never join a gang.
But maybe you being like the first person to have this thumb issue,
they will name it after you.
The turditis.
It's such a turditis.
I think it is.
I think it is turditis because it sounds serious but not like life threatening.
Yeah, I feel that I don't really want to get into like my thumb
because it will open up a wound that like nobody thinks this is serious.
I'm living with literally a disability.
Like I'm ready for my handicap placard.
Like I live with this kind of crazy thing that I don't,
I don't even want to talk about it because nobody thinks it's serious.
Everyone in the family is like, oh, Tertie and her like crazy ailments.
Like, you guys have no idea what it's like.
Try to be in disabled for a day.
Try it.
You feel like Yolanda.
Like nobody's listening to you.
Okay, but like see even that comparison is disrespectful because that bitch had Munchausen syndrome.
Oh, you think?
No, she had Lyme.
Do I think Yolanda had Munchausen syndrome?
Yes.
No, no.
Do you think she had Lyme?
At one point in time, yes, she had Lyme.
But when she was on the show talking about her.
ailments you thought you think confirmed Munchausen, not real. Oh wait. Is this like up for debate?
1,000 percent. Yeah, I think it was never settled. Like I think we just I think I like, like, yeah,
I also think it's happening with Bella Hadid now too. She's like chronically ill. And it's like,
I think a lot of the Hadid members like are malnourished. I think that maybe a yes, at one point they all
happened to have gotten Lyme disease. Um, yeah, I'm pretty sure it's Munchausen. Like Lisa Rinnah
has been vindicated 1,000 percent. Very.
interesting. We were all thinking it when Lisa Rina said it.
I don't remember what I was thinking.
She was really being extreme, like going to Seoul for all these, in a tube, and getting her
implants taken out. I don't remember what I thought. And I didn't even know what Munchausen
was when Lisa Rina said it. So I couldn't have been thinking it because she taught me the term.
She was so brave for saying it, honestly. It was just like when Megan King Edmund said
Brooks is faking cancer. Right. It's like, it was just like the first person, I don't know who
was. But it's not like we were all thinking Brooks is faking cancer. No, no. It was like the first
person who said, like, Jussie Smellel.
was faking his hate crime.
Like, to be that first person, I could never.
I'm such like a cow and a herd, you know?
Like, I'm just a group thinker.
I'm like, yeah, whatever the group is doing.
To be the first person to say, and sometimes people are wrong.
So like, you know, you never want.
And then to be wrong about someone faking cancer or someone faking a hate crime,
like you're the worst person on earth.
Oh my God, of course.
But it's not like with Brooks or even with Jussie.
You say now, like everyone was like, oh, this is weird.
No, at the time nobody thought Jesse was lying.
Like now some people say like, yeah.
like but nobody wanted to say it.
No, no, no, no.
Why would we ever think he was lying?
Who was thinking that?
I wasn't.
Why would we ever think?
And then when like the narrative started to be like,
Juicy Soleil is lying about his hate crime,
and I'm like, can you get hate crimes in this country without someone coming for your
neck?
Next thing you know, he fully made it up.
So yeah, to be that first person is an incredibly brave thing to do.
Well, I'm not going to be any sort of person that is questioning your ailment.
I've seen it firsthand.
Oh, my ailment.
Not to rub it in.
Are there rumors about me?
But I've seen it first hand.
Emphasis on the singular hand, because I only have one functioning one.
No, there aren't rumors about you, but you said, like, you don't feel.
I don't feel, like, genuinely understood.
And I don't think that, like, the group, and when I say the group, I mean, like, our family really gets the severity of it, except for Ben.
And he, and he, like, all the time.
He's like, you have to get an MRI.
I'm like, if something, like, if there's an ailment that requires, and I did the EMG,
if there's an ailment that requires me to get an MRI, I'm out.
Once you did the EMG, though, and, like, you've got to the EMG, and, like, you
really looked at everything and like it there's nothing wrong it's just a very like inconvenient truth
you know but i i no longer like worry about it i'm just sad for you that that's how you're going
through life thank you happy monday everyone happy monday i hope everybody had a great weekend we had an
action-packed weekend like obviously i'm only thinking about the last 24 hours where olivia finally
got here oh my god the last 12 hours so fun but like let's cut all the way back like the last time we were
here we hadn't filmed our award-winning vlog yet on friday after the show we took margot shopping it was a
blog patron experience there people are freaking out like they are saying it's one of our best blogs ever
it is i watch it and i was like feeling joyful watching it is if i wasn't the one there it was just a
really fun watching people are asking for a part two like say less bestie i saw a comment today that was
like part two five grand budget calm down i'm with you and the thing is if the vlogs continue to be
successful, yes, we can increase the budget because, you know, the vlogs are paid to play.
You have to watch it. It's a subscription. So like, yeah, go subscribe to patreon.com slash
a toast and maybe we'll increase the budget. I don't want to say what our budget was.
Because it's part of the narrative. And we're very transparent about the budget.
A thousand percent. And that is also sort of the fun, like us deciding like what we're going to
spend, like what's in budget. So, yeah, we can't increase the budget. She can't increase the
budget. We called her out on like the oscillation of card.
cardboard cogi.
Yeah,
sometimes it's on,
sometimes it's off.
Cardboard cardi
oscillates.
Would cardboard cogi do this?
Would cardboard cogi have
this?
If you guys can't see
I'm wearing a burkin.
Now, fun fact, I didn't pay
for this burkin.
Bend it.
So,
so cardboard co.
G would.
Well, actually, I guess I did
pay for that burkin
in blood, sweat, and tears
because it was my push present.
In sweat equity.
Yeah, so I guess...
I'm wearing a push present as well.
Oh, just two pushers.
Just two pusher.
She's a pusher.
She pushes people.
Just been pushing.
Just been pushing.
So the vlog is up.
Patreon.com slash the toast.
We didn't even mean to match.
We're matching clothes.
We're so brown.
Actually, the first outfit I put on was literally your outfit.
I was wearing brown sick pants and like a cream sweater and it just like didn't.
I don't know.
Sounds fine.
You weren't feeling it.
It didn't look good.
The length of the sweater versus the height of the pants.
You know that ratio?
It's a very fine.
I know that ratio.
It's a very fine line to walk.
The length of a top is so important.
Like too long.
What is she hiding?
No.
Like too long you need a... Too short?
Please.
Too long you need a certain pair of pants.
Too short, you need a certain pair of pants.
And so the length of the top versus the length of the pants were not a match.
It's such a delicate balance.
So then I just wore a different brown ensemble still matching with my swirley.
And then we both came downstairs in our Birkins and our iced coffees.
We're literally...
We're literally...
We're literally...
We're literally...
I really have to know.
Yeah.
Just like for the thumbnail.
Okay.
Even though we don't like do thumbnails like that.
You know what I mean?
For the screenshot.
Matching. Sisters.
Oh my god. Oh, God.
Okay.
Sisters matching.
Sisters matching.
So Olivia got here last night, which was so exciting.
Friday we did our vlog with our other sister, Miss Margo.
He was also here all weekend.
So pachron.com slash the toast.
We will be doing a part two in August because it was an amazing, incredible ride.
And there's more work to be done.
Like, we definitely, like, storyboard-wise.
There are gaps in her wardrobe that we need to film.
This was clearly episode one of like a multi-episode series.
So an installment.
An installment.
I think it's actually like a mini series.
Like the Queen's Gambit.
Like we've never done a mini series on the toes before, but I think this is a mini series.
Because I have multiple seasons, you know, after proving to be successful.
No, different subjects.
We're kind of like queer eye, where we go and I handle the more emotional elements and you handle the fashion.
You're tan.
I'm so Karamo.
You think I'm, is tan?
Fashion.
Fashion.
Yeah.
You're so tan.
But I'm also like JVN.
Hair?
No, that's Karamo.
You think?
Carromo was like, emotional, social, like a very unnecessary piece.
Yeah, it's like everyone had a very distinct job.
Hair, clothes, outfit, food, home building, feelings.
Like that's not.
But the thing is when you do change everything about your physical appearance,
you do also need to work on the inside as well to make sure you're all aligned.
100%.
You can't just have like a new house, a new face, a new wardrobe, a new life.
And then like on the same, like not have done any self-work.
Because you didn't have all those ugly things.
before and was like for no reason well on the inside yeah yeah so I actually think I was the
caramo you were I feel like you were the Bobby like the strong steady force well the Bobby is like
the person who does all the work and gets no air time so that is me because I paid for everything
and I wasn't on camera at all because we only had two microphones so I had to film the whole time and
I wasn't allowed to speak so actually yes I am the Bobby yeah silenced yeah neither of us were the
Anthony no it was
I wish Anthony was there.
I was starving.
We didn't eat the entire time.
We actually did a huge meal right before.
We actually did.
And we complained the entire time that we were too full.
We did have such a...
Margot was running late.
We had sat down at St. Ambrose.
It's in the vlog.
Yeah, I don't want to spoil it.
You don't want to spoil what she got.
But I did get spaghetti.
It was so good.
We were really full the whole time.
Yeah.
Kind of uncomfortable.
Yeah.
And yeah, it was really great.
So phatron.com slash the toast.
That's what we did on Friday.
We had such a great family weekend.
Lots of time outside.
She literally spent the whole weekend outside.
Swimming.
and kind of like the most amazing celebrity thing happened to me.
When you think about being a celebrity, of which we are,
like no matter how many times people tell us we're not.
Like we are.
You think about the various perks.
So that's why I'm not an influencer because I'm a celebrity.
Exactly.
That is what you were trying to say.
Absolutely.
But you didn't want to put down influencers.
There's nothing wrong with being an influencer.
We are just not.
We're literally celebrity podcasters.
Like I'm not even kidding when I say that.
I'm not.
But over the weekend, like.
And sales associates.
And sales associates.
And yeah.
So when you think about the various perks of being a celebrity, you think, you know, free clothes.
Yeah, like free restaurant, like reservations.
And of course, there's that.
But, like, something happened to me that was, like, just, like, the genuine definition of a perk.
And it only happened to me because I'm a celebrity.
I forget if it was, like, Saturday.
And we just, like, had, like, two more hours to kill with food.
And, like, he was getting, like, kind of restless.
So, like, let's just go.
We went to, like, one of these, like, kids type of gym play things.
And we got there.
And I was like, you know what?
This is good.
Like, we had to get out of the house.
We're pulling up.
We're, like, kind of like, kind of like,
so excited and the door is locked and there's a big sign that says close for a private event
from like two to five or whatever and I see inside there's like a huge birthday party somebody like
rented it out for their kids birthday party and I was so fucking annoyed like we had just gotten in the car
and I just was so defeated staring at the sign and me and Ben are like reading it and we're like
we're like we're like we have to go we turn around we turn around to leave and as I'm turning
around the door opens and there was a swirly and she was like it's my niece's birthday party
you can come in like use the facilities they were only using like the front and there's a bunch
kids. She was like, come in, use it. Do you want something to eat? I was like, me and Ben
were like, is it crazy of us to like take a sandwich? We didn't take any food. And we just like saw
ourselves in, went all the way to the back because we were using it. It was like a grown up,
not grown up, like six year old. And you went to the little baby swing area.
Genuinely, like, first of all, save the day because I don't know what we would have done.
And like so celebrity. She didn't say that she was a swirley. But like, why else would
she let these like two randos in? Oh. So she was just, I mean, she looked like a swirley.
And she was like, you guys can come. Oh, that's. But she didn't say like, turdy.
I guess maybe I am assuming
kind of like I did it with the woman at Chanel.
You did.
I didn't even tell you guys this.
You went to Chanel.
Nightmare scenario.
I told you guys,
Ben got me a really nice gift,
but obviously I had to return it.
And so we went to the store.
We like made a whole day of it.
And the sales associate helping us was so great.
And she was like, you look so familiar.
And I don't like, I want to do the whole rig of a roll.
Pretend I'm not a celebrity podcaster.
Right, right.
So I'm like, it's probably from Instagram.
Yeah.
And she was like, yeah?
I'm like, girl with no job?
And she was like, oh no, I helped you hear a last summer.
And I was like, oh, yeah, you helped me hear last summer.
I was humiliated, like genuinely humiliated.
And that's the last time I'll assume.
I know.
People have such a hard time getting there and they also feel awkward.
So I'd just be like, yeah, like, whatever.
It's me.
It's me.
Yeah, that happened.
Like, I treat it differently every time because sometimes people are like, you look so
familiar.
And people have a hard time placing us because we're like much more beautiful and thin in person.
Yes.
And so, like, a couple times I've been like, oh.
I have a podcast.
Like I'll just sort of cut to the chase.
Yeah, right.
One time I was in the doctor's office.
And the girl who was like so swirly was like, you look so familiar.
I was like, the toast.
And she was like, she's like, you're Margo sister.
Oh my God.
You're getting nepo sister.
Your Margo sister.
I went to camp with her.
Screaming.
No, it's humiliating.
But then when you don't, it's just like you have to sit there so painful,
watch people like put the pieces together.
So I tried to help.
One time I didn't do it, right?
I didn't.
And literally she goes over every friend.
she has in Florida.
Do you know this person?
Do you know this person?
No, no.
How did you go to this?
Where you're there?
No, no.
And then literally like halfway through, was in a meeting.
Halfway through.
She was like, I see you on TikTok.
Yeah.
Well, there we have it.
Yeah, there's kind of like no good way to handle it.
And I will not be doing that again.
Like, that was genuinely humiliating.
I was like my Instagram.
No.
No.
Not at all.
So, yeah, just like somebody,
podcast or things. No big deal.
NBD. So yeah, it was a fun weekend. We're so excited Trout's here. We have to get her
maybe like a trout, queer eye. Oh, she will never. Trout for queer eye. Trout for queer.
She'll never. I mean, I'm in Dyn. Literally, my dream blog is Olivia let me do to do her makeup.
And just put, I just put lipstick on. No, no. She is so fucking particular about her makeup.
And she did her, she has had the same makeup tutorial. Don't ask her for an updated one. You don't need it.
The video from 10 years ago still works. She did it for our Patreon like five years ago when we were in Utah.
She has the, like genuinely the craziest method.
She uses the same three products from bare minerals.
They're 100 years old.
The method she carries everything still in a zip lock bag.
If you've ever wanted to watch the craziest makeup tutorial of your life, it is also on Patreon.
It's just search like Olivia's makeup tutorial.
It has not changed.
I would love to get my hands on that face.
She has literally the perfect lips.
Like I could do so much with Olivia's face.
I think we should strive for that, like this month.
I would love that.
She could use all my products.
Like we have the same skin tone.
No, all she says to do is sit and like we film her.
Of course.
I love that.
She would love it.
She would love it.
She will hate it.
Hate it.
But maybe she will let it.
She just needs to let it happen.
She will let it.
She will let it.
And I do feel like now might be a good time to tell everyone, like what we kind of haven't told them.
Yes, which is that there will be a small summer break here at the toast, which has been planned all summer.
There was actually supposed to be a break in June.
But my travel plans change.
And so we just moved everything around.
And we...
And who doesn't love it?
We thought it would perfect just do a summer hiatus.
Like a small summer break.
We always take a little summer.
version of a summer break. And this
month, this summer, there will... So we have this week of shows. So we have next
week of shows. And then we are on break until Labor Day, which is when we'll be traveling
back home. So we'll get settled. We both need some time to just like adjust. And I also
want to just spend some time in the Hamptons like with Voo. Like, yeah, just like have actual
vacation. So just want to warn everyone. We still have two more weeks left of shows. Like,
don't fret. And there will of course be Patreon. So we'll still be working. Yeah.
And I'm trying to let you guys know most of the episodes, the latter half of the
month so you'll have episodes when we're not doing this and we'll like do pop culture catchups but
starting august 17th no shows until we are back on september 8th and the good guys are so
releasing biweekly so you have that the redheads are releasing we are recording today i spent my
weekend reading the book and it's a great book okay and i think it's like a book that people should
see it like and you see a lot of books and when i told people i was reading this book there i've seen it
you know good reads always recommends the same things everyone's reading the same
books, but then when you read the books, everyone's reading, it's like, why is everyone
reading this?
Right.
And in reading this book, I don't know how it's going to end.
I have like 10% that I'm going to finish today.
I'm just like, I really enjoy this book and it's a good one.
And like, if you're looking for which of the like books that are everyone's buzzing about,
should I actually read?
I'm kind of loving this one.
Wow.
And it was a statue.
And it's like not, it's nothing crazy.
But it's just like the way it starts versus like where we're at now, it just like keeps
changing into like, I'm almost having this experience where it's like the person you thought
who's the main character.
is kind of not the main character.
It's very interesting, like, journey to go on.
Very interesting, what?
Cojourner Fred to go on.
And if you're looking for, like, a summer read that, like, people are talking about
or a book club book that will impress, the shampoo effect.
I'm curious to hear how the other girls feel about it.
But, like, I'm...
Okay, for them all to be.
Like, I hate it at.
I don't think there's anything really hateable.
I can't believe you love a Satchie choice so much.
Yeah, Satchie always has a solid choice.
And she always, like, has us reading what people are reading.
What's popular.
She keeps you young.
And that's, like, good for the book club.
Of course.
You know, because then people want to read when it's snitch's choice because it's a lower lift.
And I think it's really quality books.
So I would recommend it to you as well, Ms. Journey.
Top quality literature, would you say?
Top quality literature.
And did you hear that?
I would recommend it to you, journey.
I mean, I still have not, since I told you guys about my Sackarber books, I haven't read one more page.
And it's just like the 20 pages I read are now like forgotten.
Forgotten.
It's just like not.
It's not a reading summer for me, you know?
I understand.
Sometimes it is.
Sometimes it ain't.
Well, we're recording today.
So we'll see you guys on Thursday.
The Thursday, but until then, without further...
I'm open to...
I'm open to starting, like, I guess.
I guess.
Without further, a do-da-d-do-do.
Why you're staring at my feet?
I just, like, look down for a second.
Okay.
If that's allowed, permission to look down for a second.
Are you feeling insecure because you're wearing your toes out?
No, I wear my toes out almost every day.
You do?
Yeah.
I don't anymore.
I get so much hate for my toes.
What's wrong with them?
They, like, are crooked.
Are they?
Well, I have, like, one bad toe.
my fourth toe on the left foot just sort of like hugs the third and you can't really see like the nail because it goes behind the third. Do you see it? I think I see. But I see other people's feet and I think on the spectrum of feet I'm very, very above average because I don't think there's anything wrong with my feet. I'm just like not looking that close, you know. I don't know. Sometimes you could see like someone's big toe like the nail is really small but like the toe is really big. That's spooky. For me it's like people would only ever see like my my toes.
Like not from the top, but like maybe from the, like, I don't know.
Or sometimes I used to post pictures like this and like with my bare feet.
Well, you can't post bare feet.
I'm like sandals.
Like open toe and bare feet are two different things.
I just like used to get a lot of hate for my toes.
So I've been.
You've been shamed into submission.
Okay.
I love that for you.
But I'm glad to see that you're feeling confident and you're little.
I mean, why are you acting like I shouldn't feel confident?
In your doubts?
I actually, I have normal feet.
Like I'm not going to show my arms all the time.
certainly not like bearing midriff, but my toes, yeah, call me crazy.
I'm drawing my toes.
And that's hot confidence.
Now without further a do-da-do, do, do.
Here are the fast-sized stories that you do need to know.
And the fast-ey stories that you need to know are brought to you by Nori.
If you're heading to Target this week, there's one new launch that you should keep an eye out for.
It's a brand new Nori cloud.
So we're in the Hamptons.
We're wearing like lots of linen, lots of silk.
And we need steamers.
It's not just a Hamptons thing, although I feel like my wardrobe this summer is very, very steamer-friendly.
Well, if you ever own a handheld steamer, you probably know the struggle.
They leak, they spit water all over your clothes, they somehow make getting ready even more stressful.
And that's why Nori created the cloud.
Like handheld steamers, seamers in general, are just so problematic.
And whether you buy cheap ones or expensive ones, like they're all garbage.
And Nori is a company that just set out to make a good perfect steamer.
And let me tell you they did it.
So you may know Nori from their viral handheld steam iron, which is called the Nori Press.
It was such a hit at Target that Target actually embedded the brand to expand into entirely new category.
and that's what led to the creation of the Nori cloud.
So instead of just making another handheld steamer,
they redesign the entire experience from the ground up.
It heats up in 25 seconds.
It delivers 20 minutes of continuous steam.
It features anti-spit technology,
so it will prevent leaks, sputtering, and water spots
that make traditional steaming so frustrating.
It's very lightweight, super compact.
It's beautifully designed.
It's easy to travel with.
And it's the kind of target purchase
that makes your entire morning routine better.
It's loved by celebrities, Oprah's favorite things,
Rachel Zoe, and there are small female-founded company
full of toasters on a mission to make clothing,
care faster, easier, and a whole lot more beautiful.
So, visit your local target store or visit nori.com, N-O-R-I-D-C-O, and use Codeo-T-O-R-I-T-E-R-I-R-I-D-O-R-E-R-E-R-E-R-E-R-E-R-E-E-R-E-E-R-E-E-R-E-E-E-E-L-E.

Oh!
Our first story, Ariana Grande pulls out of West End debut as she's taking a step back from the limelight after weight loss concerns.
Good.
So Ariana Grande is pulling out of her debut on the West End,
and she will be stepping away from the line light.
On Sunday, her rep reveal that the singer who is on her Eternal Sunshine Tour
is taking a break from the spotlight amid endless public scrutiny.
Don't blame us.
Quote, Ariana will be taking a step back from visibility after she completes her tour.
She looks forward to finishing the tour and ending it on a high note,
both healthily and happily, and then taking a much-deserved break from public-facing work and appearances,
which has led to endless ongoing public scrutiny.
I think a lot of this is on the heels of a music video she released on Friday.
Yes, her new album came out on Friday.
day and then the music video for pedal came out as well and we've obviously been seeing like all
these videos of her on tour and it's like all really concerning but to see this like extremely
high definition close up video of her where she's like wearing kind of revealing outfits so you see
I think it was even like people like it was just shocking like the the the video when she's
wearing that black dress and it's like very um like low cut it's so upsetting and so everyone like people
We're like, well, if you want to help someone with an anorexia, like, you should do this.
I don't know what the right thing to do is, but, like, she looks awful.
She looks sick and, like, she needs help.
So whether that's, you know, taking time off, I don't know what we're supposed to say to help, but, like, it's bad.
So, like, fix it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Did you see also, like, TMZ, like, shutting down a rumor that Ethan Slater and Lily Jay are getting back together?
Like, in what fucking world she would never?
No.
I don't know.
I'm reading shampoo effect.
And they have a storyline like that?
Sort of.
It's just about, like.
I'm sorry.
She can never.
And I know you're like supposed to do what you're supposed to do for your kids.
Yeah.
Like it's just.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
I don't think she would.
I don't know where that rumor came from.
And you know what?
She's really gotten through like most of the hard part without him.
So it's like if she's made it till now, she's fine.
She's literally fine.
She's so much better off.
She's so fine.
Yeah.
Like it's really bad with Ari.
Like it is.
And I don't know what like the right thing for us to respond is.
Like I obviously don't want to make her feel bad.
but I also don't like,
we can't all act like this is normal
because it's like harmful.
And it's harmful to like,
for young girls,
a thousand percent.
Like so,
and she does need,
I also don't want to like perpetuate whatever she's feeling that are making her do this.
By consuming all of this and like making her feel like she's on this hamster wheel.
Now she has this album.
So then there's the next tour and like I just sort of like want to give space and hold space.
Yeah.
I haven't been really engaging with.
I have not been engaging with the tour.
I obviously didn't go.
I didn't watch a music video.
I just saw like the backlash and screenshots.
So I agree.
Like I don't want to encourage this type of behavior and culture.
So I'm not really like involved here except that like I see something and I'm saying something.
Yeah.
You look scary.
Yeah.
Bad.
Really bad.
Very, very scary.
And I think, you know, she always is very thin.
Yeah.
And she's been very thin for a while.
This seems to be like a new.
because I'm even looking at pictures of her from the Wicked premiere,
but we used to say she was so thin.
And she looks like,
better,
healthy compared to...
No, she still looks really bad.
Like...
To how she looks now.
But she also,
as much as like she shows off her collarbones or whatever,
she does hide a lot.
You know,
she doesn't like wear like the skimpyest things.
I feel like she doesn't show so much skin.
This was the most we've seen in so long.
And like,
that's why it was so...
That's why it's so jarring.
It was really upsetting.
And then the concept for the music video
that I didn't watch,
but I've seen like screenshots is like how she's not good.
enough and she's doing this audition and they like don't like her and there's like notes at the bottom
that said could lose a few pounds like no one is I know the industry is toxic and fat phobic and everybody
needs to lose 10 pounds but no one that's not real that and also it's like you have to think about like
how many people and of course like a celebrity pop star like no one can tell Ari what to do she's in
charge but like how many people surround her even for this music video not one person was like
maybe you should put on a different dress like something yeah and it's I do think she has like yes
people around her, you know.
Of course.
And, like, people who like her butt, most, most celebrities do.
Like, butt munchers, yeah.
But she's also surrounded by family.
So I don't, like, I'm sure they're...
Where is Frankie?
Her mom is always right there.
Yeah.
I'm sure she's, like, not happy.
I think when someone's, like, so, like, knee-deep-in-deme disorder, like, you literally
can't tell them shit.
Especially when that person is, like, on top of the world, you know, what can you
tell them?
Yeah, if it's like your teenage daughter, you can, like, put her in a facility.
Like, no one can really tell Arne to do anything that she doesn't want to do.
Yikes, it's really bad.
So even though, like, the public scrutiny is the reason for the break from public life.
Like, sure, great.
Whatever, take a break from public life.
However you need to justify it.
Doing another Broadway show, like, those are so, the dancing and the sleeplessness
and the late nights, that's not what she needs.
Agreed.
Sad.
Scary.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It does seem like it's reaching, like, a bit of a pitch, though.
I felt like, you know, for the last few months, like, only the brave people have been saying it.
And there are people in the comments being like, you know, like, she's always been the
skinny like really um no we're like we don't comment on women's bodies like which i do which is like
a decent rule to abide by most of the time but there are there are exceptions this is an exception
yeah insane yeah so i just hope that like she's okay and then she gets help me too um our next
story barbie too is like in the works but it's stalled as david zaslav won't approve bigger salaries for
Ryan Gosling and Margo Robbie.
So when a movie makes more than $1.4 billion at the box office and earns eight Academy Award nominations,
the studio is going to want to make a sequel.
Such is the case with Barbie, but time is running out for the studio to put Margo Robbie back in pink.
In a New York, in a new report, the New York Times reveals that Warner Brothers Discovery CEO David Zazlob has...
I was thinking, I'm like, why is this the second time this weekend that I've heard the name David Zazlav?
He's apparently buying a summer camp, but like people are kind of, everyone in the New England area is talking.
talking about it because it's like one of those camps oh he's bought he is buying a summer camp yeah
i was like why have i heard the name david zazlov before why is he buying it i don't know like for fun
um giving schitz creek no i think it's like a beloved camp that's like on its last on its balls yeah
and so like bring in your local billionaire president of warner brothers to save it i love it he might live in
the area or something like that's like shits creek yeah and then if you know Warner Brothers goes
it all fails he's the director of the camp and that's a show i would watch on Warner Brothers
discovery. Full circle. Okay, so sorry, he's also in addition to the camp owner. He will not give them
raises. Um, Ryan Gosling is angling to races paid a $20 million and he is pushing back. I mean,
businessman got a business and actor going to act. Like, yeah. Yeah. I would also try to get a raise.
Dollars and cents wise, like if it does, even though I don't know how I had a $1.4 billion
right. You know, generated budget, why you can't afford 20 million for Ryan Gosling, but
We can't afford 20 million for Ryan Gosling.
Like, I really don't feel that we need a Barbie 2.
I didn't think we needed a Barbie 1, but not everyone agreed with me on that.
We definitively, though, do not need a Barbie 2.
I'm so not, it's not going to be like what Barbie 1 was.
They're trying to recreate.
I get it.
Like, this is a business, so it'll do well.
How did Barbie 1 end?
Okay.
Aside from, like, the speeches and then the old lady, which was like so cute.
The old lady, yeah.
Plot-wise.
Where is Barbie?
I think she returned to Barbie land.
but brought equality with her or something.
But in Barbie land,
I don't think equality,
lack of equality was the issue with anything.
Like Barbie has more power in Barbie land.
She had more rights.
She had more rights.
Ken didn't have rights.
No, the problem with Barbie land was that like it wasn't, like, realistic?
What was the problem with Barbie land?
Because, like, he's just Ken, right?
Right, and he's obsessed with Barbie.
And, like, Barbie's a queen.
And everything's like, it's world war just living in it.
What was the problem with Barbie land?
yes shot
it sounds like sort of like in the Barbie movie what was wrong
it sounds like a woman's dream in the Barbie movie what was wrong with Barbie land
question mark you know it was like women presidents and like
yeah but then she maybe she went to the real world and realized like things are
it seems perfect but it is it one of the central ideas of the film is that society
can have blind spots even one that appears idyllic so the kens have no real identity
or agency okay okay so this is like a males rights movie it's a mirror image of an
unequal society Barbie land is a
presented as a perfect feminist utopia as much as an inversion of traditional gender dynamics.
Is that good though?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it is unequal in the other way.
It's the matriarchy.
But when Ken discovers patriarchy in the real world, he overcorrects it and imports it back to Barbie land, creating a kendom.
Barbie herself is living in artificial scripted existence.
So her existential crisis, thinking about death, getting flat feet, reveals that she never had to ask who was beyond a sterile.
I just want to say like these are made up problems.
Her journey is about becoming an individual rather than living an out, a predetermined role.
It's giving words
In the end, Barbie regains control
They begin giving the Ken's more rights and opportunities
Recognize it that they too deserve agency and purpose
It's not portrayed as instant equality
But as the beginning of a more balanced society
So the film's message isn't that Barbie line was bad
It's that it was incomplete
Barbie needed a real identity beyond perfection
And the Ken's needed identities beyond Barbie
I just feel like none of that really made any sense
Yeah
Like that's very thin
So I don't know what the plot's going to be for like Barbie too
because it sounds like they fix the problem.
Yeah.
We need to sort of just like get away from that.
And I think that Margot Robbie, like, it was amazing.
It was big and it was like, it was a moment.
But I don't really think that she needs to like do it again.
No.
She hasn't suffered since.
She's done like a million movies since.
Big ones.
They would really need to switch up the plot because like the gender dynamics.
I'm all set.
Me too.
I'm all set.
And like the collabs.
We got ice cream this weekend.
and Ben wanted the other one.
What?
We all got ice cream this weekend.
And Zach was holding two, and he was like, does anyone want this?
Zach was willing two ice creams.
And then Ben was eating.
Ben got like this huge milkshake.
Okay.
Sorry, I didn't know what you were talking about, but now I do.
We're all set.
So we all, we went to get ice cream and everybody got like normal ice cream.
They had hard ice cream.
Yeah, I was skinny.
I got the soft.
We got small.
I got hard ice cream, but it's extra small.
Ben got this like probably 3,000 calorie.
It wasn't even a milkshake.
It came in a milkshake.
cup but it was layered with like hot fudge peanut butter Reese's pieces ice cream like it was insane first
of all I had three bites it was magical like of course delicious thing and we got an extra
soft serve we were like playing we were like messing with him for like being fat and like we were being
skinny I didn't even mess with him at all we got an extra soft surf pistachio that like Zach was holding
it wasn't like particularly great and Zach wanted to throw it away and so he was like
does anybody want this I'm going to throw it away and Ben's like we could see Ben was thinking
about it and I looked at him and I was like I think you're all set like like
Let me say Ben was so offended.
He could knock it over.
Jackie said that.
He said, I'm all set.
What did you?
I meant that, like, you have the best ice cream ever.
Your hands are full.
Why do you want this melting green thing that nobody wanted?
Like, you are all set.
You are the definition of all set.
Jackie in the car right home.
He was like, I'm all set.
What does that mean?
He's all set.
He was the definition of all set.
He thought I was like bad chaming him, but I really wasn't.
I was just jealous.
You don't want this melting green thing.
You don't.
It's not better than what you have.
And he, like, ordered something on the menu.
Like, nobody does that in an ice cream place.
Like, everybody makes their own shit.
No, he ordered, like, straight up, like a...
And no substitutes or anything.
Just like, I'll have the blank.
I forgot what it was called.
And, oh, my God, it was so good.
We need to go back.
I need to have one.
Yeah, we can go back, though, is fun.
We haven't gotten enough ice cream this summer, don't you find?
We haven't gotten a lot of ice cream in summer,
but we got a lot of pie and a lot of cookies.
Yeah.
A lot of muffins.
Clearly, I haven't suffered.
A lot of crumcakes, banana bread.
Yeah, a lot of pastries.
Yeah, baked goods.
But no, not.
Not a lot of ice cream.
Grows and treats, yeah.
Our next story is some beautiful news.
Am I God beauty?
Beauty.
Dolores Katania's son, Frank Jr.
has gotten married in an elegant wine country wedding in Portugal.
Seriously, like hearts are breaking all over New Jersey.
Yes, they are.
He is so hot.
Yes.
He's 27 years old.
Frank Katania Jr.
has gotten married to Nicole Perico.
Wearing a Mazzana suit.
Wearing Malzone's tuxitos.
It's actually unclear.
if he was wearing Malzone's
tuxedos. So
he actually wore a custom Michael Andrews
bespoke NYC tuxedo.
Leveled up for the wedding. He did. So isn't
it interesting though that he's like taken this
very traditional route like a 27 year old
really handsome like jersey? He's definitely could have been like a player.
He's like a little famous like I could see him
being such an asshole. No he's so grounded.
No he's so grounded. That's Dolores. Like yeah.
Do you see Dolores's dress?
I did. People are like conversing about it because it's literally a wedding
dress. Not only is it white, but it's like so bridal.
I imagine, you know, that was approved or...
I don't really think it's an issue. Like, I mean, nobody thinks Dolores is the bride.
Right, right. It's just crazy. This girl is so like gorgeous and I'm sure confident and like
wear whatever you want, whatever makes you feel good. Like, seriously. No, totally.
She looked great. Yeah. So did Frank Jr. I didn't see pictures of senior, but I'm assuming he was there.
I'm sure he was there.
I'm surprised he didn't invite his friend Dana.
And then it's like, what?
Yeah.
You guys know that Dana Holsberg has become best friends with?
Frank Catania.
I don't know if you guys do that.
Teda Webbman.
I don't know what do people call her these days.
She's Dana Webbman now.
She's Dana Webbman now.
Yeah, she's very good friends with Mary Katania.
Senior.
Confusingly.
And it also is just a reminder.
Like, I'm sure this wasn't filmed.
And perhaps at one point, like it would have been like a major storyline on Real Housewives in New Jersey.
Like, what is up with the Real Housewives of New Jersey?
I think that they're off pause.
It actually could have.
have been filmed if the Norris is a part of it.
We got confirmation that Margaret Joseph's is and we're turning.
She's on golden years.
Golden girls?
What's that she will be on Golden Life?
She will be on Golden Life, which I actually think is a great move for her.
Are they filming?
Which women were at the wedding?
We don't know if they're filming, but I think that they might be because like...
It should be.
This is a great storyline.
Yeah.
Franketania Jr. gets married.
Like, that's insane.
It's a first...
And it looks like a beautiful wedding in Portugal.
It does.
It does.
Like, seeing the Jersey Housewives in Portugal, that would be funny.
Yeah.
I think it's possible.
And there's also so much going on with Teresa.
You see that Melania's best friend passed away.
No.
They've all been posting about this girl, Victoria, like this young girl who died.
And then of course, Melania was also arrested.
And they're saying that the target of her domestic violence was Louis or Louis son,
because they have the same initials.
LR.
So we kind of need cameras up.
I think that they might be.
Just I don't, like, I just feel like if Margaret knew confirmed she's not filming,
it's because other people are filming.
Right, right.
Like contracts went out.
Yes.
Yeah, yeah.
and they used to film in the summer Jersey Shore
because it's such a good franchise it is and like the Jersey Shore is
Central to the show the Shorehouses and like Melissa oh yeah they do so I feel like
they would be filming yeah it's just funny like which ones got put on like hiatus like when other
you know what I mean like Jersey wasn't that bad yeah they were at a standstill with like some of the
women not wanting to film with each other but that actually makes good TV like the fact that
they refused to put New York on hiatus but it's like seriously so turn
Whereas, like, New Jersey, like, it wasn't that bad.
And they have, like, so many beloved characters that people would watch them, like, kind of do anything.
Yeah.
It's like, why that one?
I don't know.
It's funny when they decide to, like, throw in the towel.
But there's good stuff here.
Are you ready for our fourth story?
No.

I am ready for our fourth story because it's a story that's brought to you by Outshine.

Does anyone feel like August is the Sunday of summer?
It's the perfect time.
I do.
Let's talk about that after.
It's a perfect time to hit reset before the autumn rush.
And for us, that always starts with our wardrobe.
Quince proves that you don't need a crowded closet to look incredible.
You just need the right pieces.
So Quinn specializes in effortless high-quality essentials,
like ultra-soft organic cotton, premium Mongolian cashmere sweaters,
all beautifully tailored, built to last, and transition seamlessly for mornings to dinner.
So, Quinn's offers premium stretch denim.
I've really had quality items, whether it's like, you know, layering pieces for fall,
wool coats, they actually make amazing home stuff, and they do it all with really premium
materials.
They price everything 50 to 80 percent less than similar brands.
Because they work directly with ethical factories, they cut out the middleman and
pass the savings onto the customer, you end up paying just for quality, not a crazy brand
markup.
It's also not just apparel.
bring that same everyday elevation to everything they offer, like hotel quality bedding, bath.
They offer kitchen staples, essentials and thoughtfully designed furniture.
If you're becoming like a kind of crazy person when it comes to materials for baby clothes,
which I was in that era as well.
And Taylor Stricker actually recommended Quince.
They have so much like 100% organic cotton stuff for babies, which is actually really hard to find.
So, and it's a good price too.
Upgrade your every day.
Download the Quince app for exclusive app offers or go to quince.com slash toast.

Thank you slash Tirt.
You're welcome.
Do you want to talk about August being the Sunday of summer?
Do we want to talk about that?
No, I don't think so.
Because I just want to say like there's a story there and I have literally zero beef
with the people involved.
But like there was beef at a time.
There was beef at a time.
This is like maybe 10 years ago.
Like actually, when did we start to?
It was like it's an eight years old.
So we had a conversation on the show about how like August, like is obviously great because
like it's summer, but it does give Sunday.
Yeah.
It's like the Sunday of the year.
Yeah.
And then I think we like took that conversation to Instagram and like made a little graphic.
I think we like made a little graphic.
Yeah.
Like a relatable statement.
And we got like some hate comments from people who work at Barstool, notably the CEO at
the time.
Like not Dave.
Not no.
No, no.
Erica.
The CEO.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But when you say the CEO of Barstool.
Oh, sorry.
No, she was a CEO for a while.
And, like, backstories, like, we also knew her personally.
She was, like, a friend of Olivia's.
Like, I actually had met her, like, a couple of times before this.
And she accused us of copying, like, stealing this concept from Chicks in the Office,
which was at the time a serious XM exclusive show.
So, like, you couldn't even listen to it if you wanted to.
So, like, the fact that she thought we had stolen it, like, when we actually didn't
even have access, we didn't have cars?
Like, when would we have listened to the show?
And she was, like, leaving hate comments being like,
this feels original, doesn't it?
At Chicks in the Office.
And you're just to say, it's.
We have zero beef with chicks in the office.
They're lovely talented women.
Like, not Erica starting with us.
Like, for what?
And also, August being the Sunday of the year is not an...
Maybe they probably said it too.
Like, no, it's an original thought.
It was original for us, but like, if you Google it, other people have, like, come to...
It's sort of saying, like, January is the Monday.
Yeah, like, anyone...
A couple of people could come to the same conclusion.
Anyone could think of that.
Hold on.
I'm looking through.
And, like, we also had, like, worked with her.
Like, I think the girls came on.
our show they came on the breath yeah yeah they had it was like such a nice relationship and
i don't know why she had to like start stuff yeah she was so aggressive for that like and we were
literally like 21 like and she was 40 like leave us alone and it's just like we can all have like a
parallel thought like it's not even a good thought it's like oh fine you want to claim it it's
it's not even that funny i'm like a shame to have said it like but you said it again today
it was in the copy for quince which only proves my point somebody over there thought of it too
or some over there was like trying to start stuff with us and then you wanted us like bring
is that. Like, sending love and light to
Frantamaria, like zero, zero problems with them. It was like,
Erica. Like, why are you starting with us? You're
like an adult. Yeah. Yeah.
Are you ready for our next story?
I am. Which is this
year's, next year's, Met Gallo theme.
Oh, it's very controversial.
John Galliano is the subject of the
next costume institute show.
So next year's
Met Gallo theme for Met
2027 will be John Gagliano
Horizons. So
John Gagliano is widely considered one of
fashion's greatest since his 1984 graduation collection.
He worked at Javon Shea, Christian Dior.
Then he had like a massive fall from grace after he was filmed saying like a really
anti-Semitic things at a Paris cafe.
Like really bad.
Really bad.
Like about gas chambers.
Like dark.
Like he said, I love Hitler.
He was talking to some people.
He said you would have been fucking gasped.
You.
And then he like went to rehab.
He apologized.
He was very junk.
He said he didn't even remember saying those things.
He has, like, met with Jewish leaders throughout the years who have forgiven him
and who have found his apologies to be honest.
Oh, I didn't know that.
Yes.
And then he went and worked for Mason Margella and, like, rehabbed his, like, reputation
in the fashion world.
It's not, like, so, like, when somebody wears, like, a John Galliano, there's still,
like, a couple of comments about it.
Like, it's not, like, people have completely forgotten.
Yeah.
So when I saw the video, like, it's a very shocking video.
Yeah.
It's not like, oh, he said, like, something a couple.
When you see it again, you're.
you're like reminded of how bad it was,
but he has like
done the work since to be like...
Somebody should dress up as a gas chamber.
Like that's a...
To be for...
To be like on theme.
That is part of like his legacy.
So yes, it's um,
it's kind of a crazy theme
considering like the Met Gala and Vogue
is like typically very woke.
No, I mean,
when you think about how like many people
boycotted last year because Jeff Bezos
paid for this philanthropic event,
he paid for it.
I'm curious to see how many people are going to boycott this one.
I'm sure zero people will.
If I'm like a frequent
Mechalla goer, I understand not everybody can boycott
sometimes it's like the one year are going to be invited.
Like I get it.
Like I do, I do.
Even like your morals have to take a back seat.
But if I'm like a frequent goer, like I don't think I personally.
Like I'm obviously, you know, I don't think I would go.
Yeah, apparently Anna met with like a bunch of like Jewish trustees
and like Jewish leaders and like sort of like asked for their blessing.
Right.
To do him.
And I feel like I'm of two minds because John Galliano specifically.
And after read, I didn't really follow the story.
when it happened and now reading from a bunch of like big Jews who like had spoken to him and really like felt let me pull it up for you.
I'll give you names.
Name them.
Name them.
Name them.
Name the Jews.
I know the Jews who did it.
Well, of course there's like Jonathan Greenblatt at the ADL.
Oh, you know, he was a good one.
You think so?
I do.
You think he speaks for you?
I do actually.
That's enough for you?
No, it's not enough.
but sometimes he's like he's he I always find sometimes find him like saying unpopular things like
so he's not always just saying stuff you know he's not just an agreeable like yeah yeah sometimes sometimes
yeah that but is this one of those times who knows okay but this is what he also said which I do
sort of agree with he said ADL accepted John Galliano's apology long ago and believes he has
genuinely reckoned with his past anti-Semitism party but timing matters anti-semitism is surging most
recently and last week scabbing and Jewish New Yorkers
are feeling unheard by their city's leaders.
As the decision is made, now it's on the
Met and partners, not with token gestures
around one exhibit, but with real action
against anti-Semitism in the museum and across
the fashion world they help shape.
It's actually extremely factual.
I just want to make a prediction. I don't know if
Polymarket has a market for this, but like, I have
a sneaky suspicion,
a certain elected official will be in attendance
celebrating hard. Yeah, he didn't go
this past year. Right, because everyone was like
Bezos, whatever. So it's like we're taking political
were boycotting. So I agree with him. It's like, yeah, maybe at the time, it's just like not the time.
Yes. And then there's also a rabbi, who is this person, Rabbi Jacobs, I believe, who had said,
I need to hear from my rabbi. He felt Galliano's sincerity when he apologized. He was open. He looked
right at us and spoke in a clear way, not as if he had memorized talking points.
So, like, he has been forgiven for that, but I just, like, so it's not about Galliano. For me,
It's about one, the fact that, like, that Vogue and the Met Ball is, like, so often, yeah.
Anti-hate.
Even though, like, I feel like they give less fucks recently.
Like, because if they were so averse to controversy, they wouldn't have worked with Nicole Lauren Sanchez.
That's true, but money is green and they need money.
Yeah.
They do need money.
And then it also just sort of, like, condones and, like, you know, sweeps away anti-Semitism is just, like, not a real, like, like, hate.
that we are against.
No, the best point is the time.
Like, yeah, I am a person who can.
I mean, Haley Joel Osmond, like, I genuinely forget him.
Like, I actually really can, like, move on past people's transgressions when they've made
meaningful apologies.
But the timing is poor.
Yeah.
Extremely poor.
That's really the best point.
Yeah.
So.
Although, like, I've seen Galdiano looks and, like, they slay the house down.
They do.
And, like, talking about fashion and the history of fashion and the legends, like, it's very real.
Yeah.
No, it's true.
I'm not a standstill.
It's just like unfortunate and the time just feels like it's just condoning anti-Semitism
and just sort of like moving on, glazing over it.
Yeah. There feels like a glaze.
Yeah.
I would love a donut.
Yeah.
No, I need savory first.
You're so weird.
I need to start my day with something savory.
I did.
I had a bagel.
And I haven't started my day yet because I didn't get my breakfast.
And because you need to get the story.
Oh, of course not.
No.
Our fifth story is actually some major news.
And something that we were discussing last week that I'm so excited to like sort of follow up with
about. Spider-Man, brand new day. I thought you were seriously going to start again about
Julianne Ransick. And I was like, I can't do this story. Why would you think that? I don't know,
because the way you free you literally. I could have been talking about like we do hundreds of
stories. No, I thought you were doing like another Jerry O'Connell. No, I was just saying because,
you know, we did another podcast. Yeah, we were talking a lot about Spider-Man. On the other
podcast we did last week. So I thought it would be like fun to say we did another podcast on what are the odds,
the polymarket podcast. Spider-Man, mind-blowing debut at $355 million. The second biggest opening
weekend in box office
Hirstry.
What's the first?
That's a great question.
I'll be the other Spider-Man.
It's crazy that it was like the biggest movie ever.
I don't know one person.
We knew that somewhere in our minds.
We knew that and that was $357 million.
You just reminded me.
I had bought us tickets to see The Odyssey tomorrow, but I can't go anymore.
So I'll have to get a refund.
And reschedule.
When you guys buy movie tickets, we're all going to fandango.com, right?
Or is that just me?
The Vandango app.
No, no, no.
I'm not crazy.
But like, where do people buy movie tickets?
I always go to Fandango.
You know what?
As a husband who loves the theater,
where does he buy his tickets?
I never buy them.
Yeah.
Because I'm never the one.
He definitely has the Fandango app.
Yeah, but like there's also AMC Stubbs.
He's definitely one of those members of like AMC elite or whatever.
Yeah, but I feel like if you go to like,
you just need to Fandango app.
That's like what I used to do in my heyday.
Yeah.
Fandango is like the place, right?
I'm not just like randomly going to Fandango.
I think it's still the place.
But yeah, great question.
When you get home assack.
I'll have to get a refund now.
I don't even know how to do that on Fandango.
Yeah.
but we'll have to go another day.
Sorry.
That's fine.
Something came up.
Odyssey recap coming later.
Yeah.
Like major for Spider-Man.
Like, sorry, I'm just like missing all this.
Like,
I know.
This just misses me.
It's crazy that it's like the biggest movie of the year.
And like not one person I know in a personal way went to go see it.
Yeah.
And see anyone on my Instagram posting it.
Like it's just such a different universe.
Like the comic book thing.
You know what?
But I guess like in a few years like this will be my world.
You know,
as if kids get older.
Oh, that's fun.
Because they like Spidey.
And at least I think that they're good movies.
Like I saw the Toby McGuire here.
and Dunce one.
Of course.
That was a quality flick.
It was a quality flick.
I still get chills from that guy
who played the Green Goblin.
Like that scene is very spooky
when they're like on top of the bridge.
And that's also like Joker.
You know,
that's Chris Bernoulin.
I think when we do get there,
like the work is quality.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think all the movies are given like proper.
They're really good.
Like people like them.
So I do think like Spider-Man is in my future.
Yeah.
Zendaya and Tom like
they just really like,
it's actually crazy they're currently
first of all in the highest grossing movie and they're like the stars
both of them they're also
at the same time in the Odyssey
it's just like crazy how famous they are and they're married
I think no they're engaged but
I feel like one day they will be like the absolute
biggest stars in the world like Brad and Angelina
and it'll be like when did that happen it's like right now
right now it's crazy yeah
yeah Brad and Angelina but like without all the drama
in love and like not crazy and like no drama
with the plane and Maddox bigger successes
because Brad doesn't have like an Oscar he's
an Oscar guy. He doesn't? I don't think so. I think he has one for producing. He doesn't really get
nominated. She like doesn't really act. No, she doesn't act anymore. But even when she, I guess she was in
like a couple like cult classics. Yeah, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Yes, he has two Oscars. So I just don't
think it's fair to compare like Zendaya's career to Angelina Jolie. So you're thinking that because
he only recently won his first one for once upon a time in Hollywood. And before that he had won one,
but as a producer, because he did 12 years of slave. I remember seeing him on stage with Lupido.
Okay. So he just won that. Like he's not an Oscar guy.
I guess Tom Holland probably hasn't won an Oscar either.
But he's three years old.
Like he'll get there.
It's not far off.
Yeah.
And like when you're doing The Odyssey and the biggest movies of the year like Spider-Man, like an Oscars in your future.
Yeah.
I don't know if Zendaya.
She's definitely been nominated.
Challenger's, yes, last year.
I did not like that movie.
Just hot take.
I don't know if anybody cares.
I didn't see it.
You would hate it.
Yeah.
What am I going to watch next?
Once I finish my book for The Redheads, I can get back to my watching.
And after off campus, like, where you're just.
kind of having a hangover.
Where do I go from there?
And I have to work within whatever apps we're already signed up.
Logged into on the rental TV.
I did get into Hulu.
So Hulu is now open for you if you wanted.
I found the password.
But it will log in automatically to my TV.
No, no, I can log you in.
But like, what if I want to log in your sleep?
I could see that happening.
I could just text you to log in.
But you might need to, like, give a code.
I might need to give.
Well, it would actually be Olivia's husband, not me, because.
I'm not logging in.
I'm just saying.
I'm not logging.
I got in code free.
Okay.
Just saying.
No.
What are the kids watching now?
What's viral?
We asked people this question the other day.
So it's like a little bit of a slow season.
Yeah, it's summer.
It's August.
Like, Earl Meets World comes out first week of September.
I feel like there was something I was going to watch.
I'll remember.
And I'll report back.
Well, those are the past five.
