You know, I think I'm really glad I don't work in network television anymore.
I just have to say, I mean, it's one after another from ABC to NBC and now CBS.
We led with this yesterday and we're leading with it again today.
You know why?
60 minutes now is getting the redo.
So first it was the evening news anchor out.
That was the headline around this time yesterday and now we're learning, oh my gosh,
they're going to like have to reinvent 60 minutes.
I mean, is anybody ever going to watch that show?
I don't know.
I mean, you know, they're struggling as it is, and the product has gotten worse and worse and worse.
But, you know, Barry Weiss knows that.
That's why she was brought in by Larry Ellison's son, David, to try and remake the joint.
We have all of it today.
Plus, plus, oh gosh, darn it.
James Comer, he means business.
And you know what?
They are declaring all of those pardons, those auto pardons, null and void.
You heard me.
null and void. Did you hear me way over there in the cheap sheets? Seats.
Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, all of you.
I mean, the only one who might get covered might be Hunter because that seems to be the only
one that Joe Biden signed for himself. We're on it today. Welcome to the program, everyone.
Thank you for being here. I am Trish Rigan. This is the Trish Rigan Show live.
And we are so thrilled to, again, be right up there in YouTube's top 100. That's thanks
to you guys and your commitment to this show. So please spread the word, make a comment in the
live chat below if you're watching this in replay. And, you know, I read them all. So be careful.
Anyway, great to have you here. We begin on CBS as we learn that there are mass layoffs expected.
As soon as next week, they're in that newsroom, 60 minutes apparently due for a reboot.
I could have told you that a while back. CBS new broadcaster, well, she's new the new boss, I should
say. I guess she is one of their broadcasters now. Barry Weiss, Barry Weiss is out there making her
changes and making her footprint, if you would know, Barry Weiss is, I wouldn't exactly call her
conservative guys because she, she actually just, in fairness to her, well, I mean, maybe she's
a bit conservative. Anybody's conservative these days, given all that we have seen out of the media,
but she is what I would call fair. Okay. So they brought in somebody who's,
fair. She left the New York Times because, you know, she had the audacity to really be fair. And
let's face it, nobody at the New York Times was or is for that matter, fair, right? Nobody at the
New York Times even knew the first thing about fairness. I think she got rid of the fairness and
standards person there at CBS. Um, rightly so. Rightly so. So now she's about to probably get rid of
some people in 60 minutes. And, um, I'm guessing.
that maybe first on the list is the guy who told off all of his bosses and said,
how dare you do this merger, right?
With Skydance.
And oh my gosh, boo-hoo.
I lost my friend Bill Owens, who was the producer who resigned in protest there after
they had to say sorry to Donald Trump for re-editing and re-editing and re-editing.
You admit, that guy deserved.
Whoever edited Kamala Harris's interview, that's what I would call Emmy Award winning for different
reasons, all right? But that's talent, right? Making her word salad sound like anything. So they,
they were supposed to apologize. They had to pay this massive fee. He couldn't stand it. So he
resigned. He resigned. And then Scott Pelly went on the air and said, hey, you know, I'm really
unhappy with all this. So that seems kind of interesting to me. Now they're going to, you know,
have some reshuffling of the deck. They're going to get Nora likely probably in some kind of
different position. Maybe she goes over to the evening news since they lost John Dickerson. Maybe she
goes over to morning since they're about to lose, oh, the bestie, the bestie of one Oprah. I mean,
how did she get that job anyway? I don't think it was pure talent. Anyway, Gail King, who has done nothing
for the ratings, but apparently cost them a pretty penny. We talked about this a little bit yesterday.
she is likely on the chopping block as well, $13 to $15 million a year.
I mean, my goodness gracious, right?
That's a lot of money for somebody like Gail King.
If you can bring in the ratings, so be it.
If you can't, then I think you're going to have a problem.
And now you look at 60 minutes in the hot seat, star anchors allegedly,
probably getting the acts.
I mean, I don't know if any of them are that expensive,
but if they are, they might have something to worry about in Scott Belly.
I mean, given that you kind of came out and blasted all your bosses live on television,
I'm guessing, you know, you may not have a lot of friends in the new management team.
Just saying, you know, I mean, hey, you're probably due for retirement anyway, so does it really matter?
No.
No, just go retire happily ever after and we'll remember you well.
Anyway, she's sort of the new young bludge, 41 years old, which means she is like a little baby compared to the
team at 60 minutes. I mean, I think Leslie Stahl's around 87 and Leslie Stahl is still, you know,
alive and kicking. And, you know, she's the one that said to Donald Trump, well, we can't
verify any of this stuff that you're saying, you know, on the Hunter Biden laptop. We're told
it's, it's just Russian misinformation. And, you know, remember that whole scene when he's fighting
with her. I do think that maybe Barry has a little bit of a soft spot for Leslie Stahl. But nonetheless,
there's going to be lots of people who are going to see a different sort of portfolio for themselves
in the future. Here's like the whole cast. One of the weird things about this network, and I'm telling
you this is a thing of the past, because in this environment today, who are you guys tuning in
for? I think it's me, right? And I appreciate it, and I love it, and thank you for that. But it's so
personality driven, whereas this old network news style is not driven by personality at all.
It's driven entirely by the network. So CBS News says, 60 Minutes says, and it's all about the
brand. And look at how small those faces are. When they take a group photo of all their hosts and
their anchors, you can barely even see them. I mean, I'm seeing Leslie's legs better than I'm seeing
anybody's face in that shot. Right. So that's part of the problem. You need to actually have some
personality. You need to actually brand your individuals because they're all that matter. The
CBS News brand. I'm sorry. Ben, they're done that. Right? Like, like, everybody's like,
okay, it kind of came and went. And people are tuning into individuals now. It's the individuals
that actually even power the networks. I mean, Rachel Maddo, love her, hate her, I really,
she's not my type. What can I say? Not my type. Anyway, Rachel Maddo, however, is the brand.
right of MSNBC. So a lot of times people may not even know that they're watching MSNBC.
They know that they watch Rachel or they watch Joe and Mika in the morning or they watch,
well, they used to watch Tucker Carlson on Fox and hopefully me, you know, catch me in the
commercial break. I know, I know, I know. I was on the red-headed stepchild network,
Fox Business Network on opposite Tucker Carlson at 8 p.m. lovely timing, right? But anyway,
I would say that you tune into Jesse, maybe you tune into Fox.
Fox probably has a better shot of being a brand that people love and adore more than the
likes of CBS or ABC or NBC.
So they're going to redo it.
There's some talk that maybe the producer could be out of 60 minutes, but let's face it,
they kind of need her because the other guy, he up and quit, right?
And she apparently has acknowledged that they get some challenges there.
So good for her.
and I think that Barry's willing to give people the time a day.
But here it is, per the New York Post, everyone, for what it's worth.
Among Weiss's rumored targets, according to insiders, is Scott Pelly.
That's not that hard to figure out.
Just saying, I mean, given that he was the one that went on television and blasted
the fact that his network was trying to do a deal with Skydance.
The anchor slammed, they reference it.
CBS is then owned Paramount in an on-air tirade the summer
for inking a $16 million settlement with President Trump over allegations.
at 60 minutes deceptively edited a calama camela camela camela forgive me she'd be very offended right
remember when we went through the whole thing it's kamala you couldn't say camela or kamala it's
camilla okay the kamala harris interview bill whittaker might be at risk he's actually a very nice guy
i was a little surprised by this i don't know how much of it was bill that did that interviewing
You know, don't forget, you get a lot of producers behind the scenes that may have been involved as well.
But he's kind of just sort of, you know, there.
Kind of like everybody at CBS.
They're just kind of there.
Like, they don't really catch your imagination.
They don't really spark your interests.
They're just there.
And they're like furniture.
Okay?
So, like, Bill Whitaker, he's part of the furniture.
Fine.
I mean, I think they get a few people with some pizzazz.
Sharon Lofonzie happens to be very good.
She's from Mississippi originally, and she lives in Texas, so you know she's got to be good, right?
There's some personality there somewhere.
And they have, you know, a few others, but don't forget, in this kind of medium, you're not allowed to be you.
You know, you have to live within the confines of the CBS News 60 Minutes script,
or within the confines of the CBS Evening News Minute 10 script.
And so that's, again, part of the problem that's, you know, plaguing all of these industries.
And what they would be smart to do is make a real push in to do.
streaming. And I think that's what Barry's going to try and push for. Okay. So she is trying to make sure
that they keep their news integrity by being less biased, but simultaneously, I'm just going to say it.
Do you really want to sit around and watch the very perfectly non-biased news? Maybe you actually
want some personality. Maybe the better idea is to bring in the Scott Jennings, who apparently
she's looking at, versus say, oh, what's the guy? You know, the one that coined, it's the economy stupid.
Carvel, okay? I want to see Carvel versus Jennings. Like, that might actually be entertaining
television that we would watch in a streaming version of the CBS property. Now, I know she gets
this and I'm just thinking like a producer here. I need, I want, I crave personality if I'm
going to tune in and watch it. And right now, you guys don't have any. I'm sorry, but, you know,
everybody's trying to be little misperfect like Nora O'Donnell, who may actually wind up back
in the evening news slot or in the morning shot slot. Nothing against.
her, but do we know the real Nora? She's actually like a bubbly, fun person, but that does not
come through. It doesn't come through because you get this very formal, prompter-driven,
producer-driven shop. And that's all got to change. I would see better things on cable any day of the
week than I see on network television. I mean, for goodness sakes, go over to ABC. I mean, David,
who reads the teleprompter over there. He's like trying to be the James Bond of news. Again, super
nice guy. I actually like him, but I've been disappointed with some of the coverage,
shall we just say, of our president, among all of my old news colleagues. But, you know,
it's almost like more important what his hair looks like than what the news is. I'm just saying,
all right? You know, I don't know what they're going to do. I think they've got an upward battle to
fight. And until they kind of figure out that that game has already been played, they're going to
continue to struggle. I want to turn to a more serious story right now, this really horrible news
coming to us from the FBI. The FBI has uncovered. I'm going to change the lower third because
we're going to get to the Illinois governor. The Illinois governor, by the way, is sort of making light of
it. But Bondi plot uncovered by FBI is where I wanted to go because Pam Bondi, the head of
the DOJ apparently had a hit on on her by somebody on TikTok.
And a lot of Democrats are trying to downplay this.
Like, I'm sorry.
Like, look, you know, I was one of the first people to put Charlie Kirk on the
year 10 years ago.
He was a regular guest on my show.
I was a colleague of his.
I think at some point he joined Fox.
And then he and I were both at Salem together.
I can't tell you how devastated I was by all of that.
But let's face it.
Okay, this is the reality.
Multiple attempts on our now president.
life. We lost Charlie. And there's now, you know, a plot that was uncovered by the FBI on Bondi. I'm
sorry, but like, you guys have to come to grips with what's going on. And for whatever reason,
you know, the J.B. Pritzker's of the world and the MSNBC correspondence of the world seem to think
that there's absolutely no threat against Republicans. I'm here to tell you you are so dead wrong.
But here's the news. Let's go to it.
Right. Breaking news. Top of a new hour here. And another threat of political violence in America,
the FBI making an arrest in a chilling murder-for-hire plot targeting Attorney General Pam Bondi.
We are learning brand new details at this hour. Welcome back as America reports heads into hour two.
I'm Sandra Smith in New York.
Scary stuff, Sandra. I'm John Roberts. In Washington, the 29-year-old Minnesota man is accused of putting out a $45,000 hit on the Attorney General.
It all started on TikTok when a post with the bouts started going viral before setting off a swift federal.
investigation. And the suspect's rap sheet is long and his online activity reveals ties to anarchist
symbolism and anti-government literature. Our justice correspondent David Spunt live here in Washington.
What else are we learning, David, about the suspect? Well, John, he is charged with threatening
Attorney General Bondi in a TikTok post. According to authorities in this abidavit that we just saw a
couple of hours ago unsealed recently, he allegedly offered a $45,000 bounty in the post. There's a photo,
and this was on TikTok, a photo of the Attorney General with a sniper red dot, and it reads,
wanted Pam Bondi reward $45,000 dead or alive, preferably dead.
That's a quote.
He is in custody.
Additionally, his TikTok page had anarchist symbols, according to the affidavit filed.
The affidavit reads, quote, additionally, the suspect user's TikTok page had a link to an anarchist
FAQ book pinned to his page.
According to open source research, as well as based on your...
refiance, training and experience.
Anarchism is a political philosophy and movement that seeks to abolish all institutions that
perpetuate authority, coercion, or hierarchy, primarily targeting the state and capitalism.
Now, FBI agents, John and Sandra, from Detroit, Michigan received a tip from someone who was on TikTok,
notice the post in their feed then reported this post.
The FBI worked with Google, Comcast, and TikTok to find this guy.
Google helped with IP logins, IP locations.
they also were able to find his email.
According to the affidavit, he has a multi-state criminal history, as you mentioned,
including a 22 felony stalking and domestic assault misdemeanor charge.
We reached out to the Justice Department.
So far, we're being told, no comment.
Okay.
Well, you know, these things are tough, right?
If you're Pam Bondi, you don't necessarily want this blasted everywhere
because the worry in these sorts of situations is the threat of copycat attacks, etc.
A lot of people, I know a lot of people who are conservatives that have had threats against them.
And I can tell you, the most sort of traditional course is not to make a big stink about it
because you don't actually want to invite more potential copycats.
So I'm sure that she has no comment.
I'm sure that it's disturbing to find this out.
I think because she is such a public figure, you have to come forward with this news.
But what gets me is how the mainstream media and how the Illinois governor seem to think that
this sort of radicalism that's out there and a lot of is bred through an organization known as
Antifa.
Yes, Antifa.
Okay, so this is an organization that stands for anti-fascism and anti-capitalism and pro-communism,
I guess.
They're out there and they think that it's like okay at times to engage.
in something that would be perceived as violent.
Well, not perceived as, but actually violent.
And this guy, this loser, I'm sorry, but how the heck did he become governor of Illinois?
I mean, his family must really have deep pockets.
Well, we know they do.
It's the Hyatt family.
Okay, they started the Hyatt hotels.
J.B. Pritzker telling an MSNBC host, there's no Antifa.
There's like no movement against Trump whatsoever.
Like she's been going with this for days, by the way.
Here we go.
Saying that the Democrats are Antifa, you know, and again, no one's really defined what that is.
It's just some mythical thing out there that he thinks anybody that's opposed to him belongs to.
Really?
Mythical, mythical idea?
Just a boogeyman?
I mean, we don't have to go through it all today, but you know that a lot of my reporting I've done
has cited some of the organizations that have been funding, some of the groups that are alleged
to be sort of encouraging this discord online, encouraging people to go down a rabbit hole,
such as the rabbit hole that Tyler Robinson allegedly went down, which led him to commit
allegedly that heinous act that wound up taking Charlie Kirk's life. You understand, like,
this is actually serious stuff. And when they blow it off and just pretend it's a boogeyman,
I mean, for goodness sakes, the president of the United States of America, while running as the Republican candidate, was nearly taken out by an, you know, who knows?
I'm telling you this.
That kid in Butler County, he was radicalized.
Who's doing the radicalization, but the Antifa movement?
So don't sit there and tell me this is nothing.
And it's some boogeyman, like created in conservatives heads.
I mean, this is all they want to do.
They want to keep gaslighting us.
over and over and over again.
And what do they keep saying?
It's Trump that's the problem.
I mean, did you see AOC just yesterday?
This was unbelievable.
She's out there insisting that they're the smart ones.
They're not crazy.
It's just us trying to say that she's crazy.
And I'm like, no, sorry.
In this case, AOC, you really are.
You really are.
You really all are.
Okay, and you don't understand what this country is,
or how it was founded, or why we have,
have the success that we have. I mean, I can tell you, don't understand it because I just look at
your campaign spending. And boy, you're going to bomb again, aren't you? Because you guys suck because
you have no message, because you have no candidates. And all you do is say, Trump, but Trump,
but Trump, watch it. It's just one week from critical elections for governor in Virginia and New
Jersey. And in both states, Democrats are putting big money, big money behind what they hope will be
a winning message because they've seen it win before. Two words. Donald Trump. Our very own
David Wright crunch the numbers. And what he found is since the beginning of September,
the party has spent more than $14 million on ads that mentioned Donald Trump. It's the second
biggest issue in terms of how Democrats are spending their ad money. Here's a taste of how
gubernatorial candidates Abigail Spamberger and Mikey Cheryl are tying their opponents to the
president.
With Trump and Sears, rural clinics close.
Hundreds of thousands lose coverage.
Costs go up for everyone.
The bill, as you know now, there's so many great things.
No.
Winston-Earl Sears.
So far right, she's wrong for Virginia.
100% mega.
That's what Donald Trump calls Jack Chittarelli,
because Chittarelli wants to be the Trump of Trenton.
I support the president wholeheartedly, and my job is to help him.
Panel is back, David Tallian?
Well, interesting, I think, in the spam.
Can I just stop and say 100% MAGA.
That's what Trump calls Joe Chitorelli.
I mean, I think a lot of people might see that and be like, hey, you know what?
He's for me.
Like, that's bad.
Okay, that's bad.
Because if you're with Trump, you're bad.
I'm sorry, you guys tried that game already.
It didn't work.
Trump won, electoral college and the popular vote.
But you can keep trying that.
Yes, it ties Winston-Rles-Hier's to Trump, but it also keeps the affordability message front
and center about not.
delivering on a promise to lower cost.
So it's not just a purely anti-Trump play.
I think we're seeing more of that in New Jersey than we are.
But forgive me, I would argue that it's connected.
I think this is what you're saying.
Totally connected.
Because the president promised to deal with the.
Yeah.
Okay.
Look, here's the reality.
And this is what the lefties in the media or the Pritzker guy in Illinois,
they just don't seem to get.
Like, Americans elected Donald Trump for a reason.
And guess why?
He's carrying through.
He's bringing forward a smaller government.
He is reducing inflation.
You see gas prices going down nationwide under three bucks a gallon.
Who knew?
You're starting to see more economic activity.
You're seeing tariffs, which have actually, instead of being the boogeyman they all thought
they were going to be, have actually been beneficial.
We're going to go to the success he's seeing in Japan momentarily.
But first, consider that they're spending all this money, trying to make Maga the bad guy,
and what do you see in the newest polls?
I mean, this had CNN, like, on its heels.
You watch one of the anchors as the poll guy, Harry,
is starting to explain all this.
He does a really good job.
And you see the look on the anchor.
He's going to cut his back to the camera.
He's like, I can't believe this.
I can't believe this.
Believe it, baby.
It hasn't.
If anything, it's been helped a little bit.
Take a look here, the shift in net popularity versus pre-shutdown.
When we're looking at the Republican Party,
overall. That brand actually up two points. That's within the margin of error, but clearly it hasn't
dropped. Come over to this side of the screen. Look at the net approval ratings for Republicans in Congress.
It's actually up five points since pre-shutdown. So what we're seeing here is the Republican
brand in Congress has actually improved somewhat compared to it were pre-shutdown, despite the
fact that Republicans control. And that's the math that John Thune and Mike Johnson are looking at
is, hey, why should we give an electorally speaking when our brand has actually improved a little bit?
Now, we say their position is getting better with whom?
Yeah, okay, with whom?
So I think it's two groups that it's so important to keep an eye on.
All right.
Changing the Republican Congress's net approval.
Okay, I'm going to jump in and just say, uh-huh, independence.
Versus pre-shutdown.
It's rallying the base for sure.
Look at this, the net approval rating up 12 points versus pre-shutdown.
But it's not just with the base.
It's also with the middle of the electorate.
Look at this among independents.
It's up eight points as well.
So we've got a situation here where Republican,
with the shutdown are actually rallying their base,
but it's also something that's not hurting them
with the folks in the middle.
If anything, it's helping them with folks in the middle.
And this is the type of math that if you're Republicans,
you like to see, right?
Because something could rally the base
but alienate those in the middle,
or something could rally those in the middle,
but alienate the base.
But the truth is we're not seeing that.
What we're seeing is the Republican brand
has actually gotten better among independents,
and it's also gotten better among Republicans as well,
that Republican brand when it comes to those in Congress.
So again, what's the electoral reason?
that Republicans would give in at this point.
And Democrats.
Yeah ha!
Okay, so here they are spending all this crazy money
trying to make Mag of the Boogie Man,
mag is bad, Trump is bad, and you know what?
People are like, I'm sorry, I kind of like it.
Like things are actually improving.
Maybe my daughter can actually race against other girls
on the track team.
Like this is like basic stuff.
I'm sorry, Democrats, I can't believe you missed it all.
And I would just say now you're starting to get a little bit dangerous,
because you're trying to once again gaslight conservatives.
But you know what?
Hey, you know what?
You do you.
You do you.
Because we'll just keep winning and winning and winning and winning.
And I guess you're just too, you know, I like a fair fight.
I'd like them to try and engage with something that would be a little bit normal, but they can't.
They're like incompetent and beyond incompetent.
They've got Mamdami, comrade Mamdami, who's about to take over New York City with AOC by his side.
I mean, what has the world?
come to. Turns out he lied about that story about his aunt. Did you hear that one? He was like,
oh, you know, right after 9-11, my aunt was afraid to ride the subway with her job in New York
City. And then it turns out his aunt never lived in New York City. Whoa, wow. I mean,
he's like as bad as Biden, Biden, who graduated top of his class from law school. Yeah.
Except he was like in the bottom three, whatever.
Anyway, guess what?
All those auto pen pardons?
They're no good.
Not according to the House Oversight Committee,
which just came out with its brand new report.
And by the way, the doctor that was involved in the cover-up of all that,
he might actually be in serious trouble.
He could lose his license, according to Comer.
But anyway, going to the report,
the Biden-O-Pen presidency decline, delusion, and deception in the White House,
the biggest political scandal in American history, because it's like, who the heck was signing these?
Oh, it was, uh, Zines?
Was he the guy?
He was just like a-oking.
I mean, there was an email in the New York Times that we know about where he apparently
signed off on all this stuff.
Let me tell you.
Anthony Brunel, he was the chief of staff to one Dr. Jill Biden.
He had a heck of a lot of power because, you know, she controlled access to Joe.
and Bernal had a lot of access to Jill and thus access to whatever people were deciding to do.
On top of which, this auto pen thing was really bizarre.
I mean, nobody's ever done that before in history.
You don't just like blank, you know, check a whole slew of people, people that haven't even come under indictment for anything.
I mean, think of how bizarre and crazy that is.
Comer was on who runs the House
Investigator, the House
Committee that came out with the report
here on the Oversight Committee, forgive me.
He actually went on with her from Benny Johnson
and I want to share with you a clip
from the show earlier today where he laid this out.
Really quickly here, we have actually that New York Times article
that says specifically that Jeff Zinz
replied all and says,
I approve of the pardons.
Well, that's not in the Constitution, brother.
So does this mean that Dr. Fauci? This is specifically about the Fauci pardon, the ream of pardons that were rolled out.
But the Fauci pardon, so you are saying declaratively and that we will stand up in court and stand up in any trial before any court in the land, including the Supreme Court, that Dr. Fauci's pardon is null and void.
Yes. Yes. I mean, look, at the end of the day, you have to have a formal process.
for the autopin.
And they're trying to say, well, some of these were approved verbally.
Some of these we had a memo.
There's emails from the Biden Department of Justice, the Merrick Garland Department of Justice,
to the Biden inner circle saying, you need to be careful using the auto pin so much on legal documents.
And then there are other emails.
Was the president even aware that this particular person was pardoned?
And I mean, so his own Department of Justice is concerned that, number one, there's excessive, unauthorized use of the autopin.
And number two, that the President of the United States has no clue who's being pardoned by his unnamed staffers that are, that are, you know, using the auto pen.
And when Donald Trump says it was the autopin presidency, what we saw in the last three months,
From the time of the debate, the disastrous debate when Joe Biden had to drop out until the moment of the transfer of power from Biden to Trump, that would be a pretty accurate statement that it was the auto pen presidency.
Wow.
Okay.
So if you have an auto pen presidency, you really don't have anybody in charge.
You don't have a president of the United States of America.
You just have certain factions that are able to get whatever pet project they won through.
in this case, in thousands of
autopin pardons?
Let me just
like point to the elephant
in the room. The real fear
the real fear is
were these pardons for sale?
Were there some kickbacks? I mean, just exactly
what went on. And, you know, you can't live in a world
where you just get on a list because you pay a price
or you know someone
and then you get this like automatic pardon.
I mean, it's actually really and truly bizarre.
and why was there a doctor there who was not actually telling us the severity of Biden's decline?
I mean, it's pretty obvious the mental decline.
For goodness sakes, I mean, remember when they were going to prosecute him for the FBI,
the FBI had found the documents that were next to his Corvette in his garage,
and he had taken these, knowingly taken these, and they were classified,
and sure, they went after Donald Trump with all they had, and then they made.
the conclusion, it was Robert Hur, right, who said, well, you know, he's not going to be able to
stand up in front of a jury and actually deliver any kind of sensible message. Why? Because,
because he was that deteriorated by that point. And so they never moved forward with charges
because he was so gonzow. Okay? So I don't know. You can sit there and try and tell us
KJP or Jake Tapper back in the day that he had it going on. But like the rest of the world saw
what was what, so what was going along with the doctor, for goodness sakes. Why would you have a
White House doctor that's not admitting the truth to anyone? Okay, right? Kevin O'Connor was his name.
And you know what? I showed you guys. I showed you all the testimony. He kept taking the fifth
and the fifth and the fifth and we don't need to watch it again, but you can see he's citing his
client doctor privileged relationship. And while I have the utmost respect for that, like at some point,
What about the nation? Like, doesn't the nation matter? I mean, I'm all about, you know, your privacy
with your doctor, but I'm sorry, you're the president of the United States of America. And if you're
declining mentally, or if you are at risk for a kind of cancer that I'm sorry, you're like,
okay, I'm too old to get checked for this. But you know what? You're the president of the United
States of America. You should be checked for it. And so if he's like not checking him,
he's obviously a total tool, right?
He's obviously not very good at his job.
And why do we have a doctor like that,
treating the President of the United States of America?
And if he is checking him and then he's lying about it,
well, then that's a whole other can of worms.
So this guy is now in serious trouble.
And James Comer came out today,
and he is urging the D.C. Board of Medicine
to investigate Kevin O'Connor and say,
what the heck were you doing?
Because he believes that he was involved
somehow in this so-called coordinated decline,
or cover-up, rather, not the decline,
but the cover up of the actual decline.
He's recommended the ex-White House doctor be disciplined,
according to the New York Post, sanctioned,
or even lose his medical license as a result.
This is really, I mean, this is sort of wild stuff.
We've never been quite in this territory before.
It is what you call uncharted territory.
And all I can say is like America's relieved.
America's relieved to actually have somebody who's competent back in charge.
You should see what he's doing in Japan.
It's actually amazing.
I'm going to get to it in a second.
But as we talk about health, health and wellness, it's a good opportunity for me to give a shout
out to our wonderful friends at balance in nature.
You can get 35% off right now with code word Trish.
One of the things I like about this supplement is when I turn over to the back of the bottle,
I actually can read the ingredients.
Okay?
So I know everybody thinks I'm really smart and all that, but when it comes to chemistry,
actually I'm dealing with this because one of my kids is in a chemistry class and it's harder for her
than I thought it would be, but then again, she's her mother's daughter. What can we say? Chemistry did not
come that easily to me. And so when I look over and I flip over and I see all the products and all the
things listed, it kind of, you know, always gives me pause on these supplement bottles. But one of the
things I love about balance of nature is you can understand it. So they've got 31 ingredients. It's sort of
what you see is what you get, right? So that makes me really happy to be able to endorse them as a product.
31 ingredients, they like freeze dry it and they, you know, pack it up and they're able to deliver
those nutrients directly to you. So it is a wonderful product. You don't have to take my word for it.
You can go on the website, balance of nature.com. Look at all the testimonials there. People love this stuff.
I've met so many of you that have taken it for years, actually. But if you don't take it and you're new to
the show, you can help the show a little bit and help yourself by going to balance and nature.com.
Get 35% off with my code word Trish, T-R-I-S-H. You know how to spell the name.
and you get free shipping and you also get a money back guarantee.
All good stuff.
All really good stuff.
As we talk about the mental decline, my goodness, this doctor who is probably going to lose
his license as a result of the alleged cover up of the whole mental decline for Joe Biden.
I got a kick out of this one today.
There's brand new video just released, just released of the guy who was the campaign manager
for one Joe Biden.
Okay.
So this guy got paid a ton of money, ton of money. He got $4 million, which, like, to run a campaign,
you know, I think it's a big deal to run a campaign. And I actually have no problem on paying people
what they're worth. But in this case, it's like, wait a second, you got paid $4 million and he lost.
And then Kamala lost, right? Like the whole thing was like big loss. So I think a lot of people
were like, hmm, and he was going to get an additional $4 million bonus. This is a little bit unusual
and unorthodox. Again, I as a free market capitalist, don't necessarily have a problem.
with it if you deliver, right? You should get a bonus. Well, he was going to get a four million
dollar bonus if Biden won again. But here they are asking about it in the testimony. And I had to
show you this because I was on the floor laughing this morning. I'm like, oh my goodness,
oh dear, this poor guy, he's as bad as Biden himself. No wonder they couldn't get to first base.
That's my view. Just to be clear, would the amount of pay you received for your role on the
campaign, would that have changed depending on how far into the race President Biden made it?
Okay, wait for it. They want to know. You're going to get a change in your money.
If Biden won and, oh, gosh.
My sense is that...
Is he okay?
That...
Seriously?
He...
Oh, my gosh.
Is he channeling Biden?
How many seconds are we in?
We still don't have an answer?
The tape's not frozen, guys.
I didn't touch it.
In my view, the money was...
The money was what?
He's hard to hear right now.
That the guarantee.
It came out.
The money was a guarantee.
Okay, I'm pausing it now.
There we go.
The money was a guarantee.
That took a minute and six seconds to spit out.
Goodness gracious. Oh, and it...
We had a negotiation and...
I know, he's going for it.
We had a negotiation and that was the agreement.
It was like some serious brain fog going on.
So now he's being asked, did you receive a bonus?
Watch what happens.
The way the campaign went.
Was that a possibility?
How the campaign went.
Were there any circumstances in which you would have received a bonus?
Yes.
It was.
What were those circumstances?
That Joe Biden would have been reelected
President of his sentence.
Oh, gosh.
I knew it's painful, guys.
I know it's painful.
I just don't understand it.
Is it maybe he thinks he can get off, you know,
like Hur could say about him.
He's just some feebly fumbling old man
who can't actually remember a darn thing.
I don't know.
He remembers everything.
I don't understand this.
Like, why do you have to sit there?
and say, I'm not going to do it because I can't have dead air like that.
Right? That's what we call in the business. Dead air. Gosh darn it. So one person on the campaign
was paid 300,000. That's like the next person down was a woman. Oh, you want to talk about equal
pay issues. Okay. You know, the Biden campaign paying the gal 300 grand. And the guy's getting
$4 million plus an extra $4 million should Biden win. Of course, you know, maybe he deserved it in all
honesty, if you could have delivered a Biden win, you might have deserved a hundred times that
because there was no way Biden was going to win. Just saying. Okay, let's go to Japan right now.
We're boy, oh, boy, oh boy, the president of the United States got a heck of a greeting. Did you see
this one? My favorite song. Hmm, I just wanted to keep going and going and going. Anyway,
wonderful song. Here's the president of the United States talking about, you know, first of all,
what he's doing over there, which, well, Joe Biden certainly could.
get through. We've gone to about nine stops. You think, you think Biden could have done this?
I don't think so. You think so? I've been walking back and forth. Sir, we're going over here.
It's just a quarter of a mile. Walking would be fine, sir. Oh, thanks a lot, you know.
But we had a lot of stops today from early in the morning until now, but this is one that I was
thrilled because I see the list of people. This is really a hoosue, this list. I was reading it.
I don't get that impressed with things. I'd say, wow, that's really pretty pretty.
amazing. But I'm thrilled
that so many Japanese investors
recognize that people
from all over the planet are now
discovering that the United
States is hot, and
it's also a place where you can really do business.
It is hot, a place that you can
do business, and no, Mr. Trump,
Mr. President,
Donald J. Trump, there is no way that Biden
could do what you were doing, but, you know, hey,
we know that. That's why America didn't elect him.
By the way, Kamala couldn't do what you were doing.
By the way, none of these people had the business aptitude or sensibility to understand anything that you're doing.
Watch.
I have always had a great love of Japan and a great respect of Japan.
And I will say that this will be a relationship that will be stronger than ever before.
And I look forward to working with you.
And on behalf of our country, I want to just let you know any time you have any question, any doubt, anything you want, any favors you need, anything I can do to help.
Japan, we will be there. We are an ally at the strongest level, and it's a great honor to be with you,
especially so early in what will be, I think, one of the greatest prime ministers. I think you
will be one of the greatest, everything I know from Shenzhou and others, you will be one of the
great prime ministers. I'd also like to congratulate you in being the first woman prime minister.
That's a big deal. That's a big deal, and I want to congratulate you on that. I think that has to be
called out. And you're going to do a fantastic job, and we're going to have a fantastic relationship.
Thank you very much. You know, I just saw a piece of my mind's comment, and peace of my mind is saying,
I think these countries are just shocked that they can negotiate directly with the President of
the United States with Trump. And the answer to that is absolutely a thousand percent. You see,
Donald Trump loves negotiation and loves to run those things. So he's not a lot of
a micromanager, but when it comes to some of that, he kind of is. So it doesn't get passed off
to a bunch of, you know, peons in the State Department. No, no, no. This is like his baby. And,
you know, I got to tell you, we've written about this. Actually, my colleague at 76 research,
if you haven't gotten 76 research, please go over there, check it out.76 portfolios.com.
You can see we've had tremendous success and lots of winners in these portfolios, 10 to 15 stocks in
each, 76research.com. Try and sign up for at least the newsletter. You can see. You can see it.
can get it with code word dollar for a dollar a month. But Rob was just over in Japan earlier this
year and he wrote extensively on this for us at 76 research. And his conclusion was, and I'll just
share it with you. I encourage you, of course, to go to the website and you can actually read the
entire piece. But he was like, this is the country that we really need to be thinking of first and
foremost in terms of our relationships from a trade perspective, because they are very aligned with
the U.S., they have just a tremendous population, and they are an ally that we can do a whole lot of
stuff with, right? And that's kind of where we should be focusing our efforts. Rob's conclusion,
just from a market standpoint, like from a security standpoint, yes, it also makes a ton of sense.
So it's great news to see that we've got $550 billion borne in to the USA from Japan.
Watch.
Under the historic trade deal with the prime minister that is signed today and private sector agreements that were signed moments ago,
we'll be increasing our commerce very, very much further.
Japan's going to be investing $550 billion into the United States.
And it's an amazing thing.
and they're happy and they're going to love it.
It's going to be really good.
It's going to be great for everybody.
But building up an allied industrial base.
And, you know, one of the things that makes me so happy
is they'll be taking some of our product.
Japan has, I don't think I'm saying anything that's very secret.
They've been typically slightly closed as the country.
It wasn't not easy to come in, but they're taking some of our cars
and some of our, a lot of our different thing.
rice, which is actually a big deal, because, as you know, they wouldn't do that, and they're taking
corn, and they're taking the Ford 150.
We hear the big thing, some of our cars.
So it's really a great thing.
It's going to be great for them.
It's going to be great for them.
It's going to be great for us.
It's going to be great for them.
This is what we like, okay?
Mutually beneficial relationships when it comes to trade.
It's what we've been talking about over and over again at 76 research.
Again, I encourage you to go and get that.
It is so great to have you all back here in the house today.
Please make sure you subscribe, share, like we're here every single day.
We're live.
You have to hit the bell, though.
Hit the bell and then hit all alerts.
All alerts because that way, hopefully you're going to get the alert when I indeed am live.
I know some people were complaining last week that they didn't get it.
Anyway, thank you for all you do to make this show a success.
I will be back with you here again, tomorrow.
hopefully around this time. Live again, we got so much to discuss. Stay with me on the front
lines of history. See you tomorrow.
