And we're live, and this is a pretty major development.
Donald Trump's not having it.
Alina Haba is not having it.
Take a listen.
That woman was out of control.
She was shoving federal agents.
She was out of control.
The days of that crap are over in this country.
We're going to have law and order.
I'll tell you, the days of that really are over, really and truly.
And so La Monica McGuiver is not going to know what hit her.
she could find herself in prison for up to seven years.
We're going to go through the penalties of what something like this actually might mean
for one Monica La Gehber, who, by the way, is showing absolutely no remorse.
No remorse at all.
I've got some clips from CNN, of course, where she went.
And even the CNN anchors, come on now.
Like, now that you've had time to think about it, no, no remorse.
You know, that is the most extreme version of the left.
that's when you start to get into Antifa when they somehow think that violence is justified.
Unbelievable.
Okay, AOC flipping out, right, because she figures she's next.
I got news for her unless she actually decides to trespass.
She probably isn't, but, you know, it's me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, she wants all the attention.
So we'll talk a little bit about that.
Beyonce and Oprah are in a little bit of trouble.
Donald Trump's coming out and saying he wants an investigation because he believes there's some funny business,
maybe some money laundering going on between the Kamala.
campaign and those massive payouts to the likes of Oprah,
Wimfrey's production company and one Beyonce, Letitia.
James is getting dealt a new blow.
Roger Stone is all over her.
And the Biden cover-up has taken on a few new levels with the view now commenting.
We're going to get into all of it.
Welcome to the program.
Make sure you subscribe, everyone.
It is wonderful to have you here.
We are live, so I see everything in real time.
Good to see the regular crowd here.
We've got charges being filed against the Democrat lawmaker represented from New Jersey.
Alina Haba, the new district attorney there, is charging her with some pretty significant things,
including assault on a federal officer because of this.
I'll give me a break.
Did you see her?
She was out of control.
Monica's in the red.
Okay, so the whole thing's pretty unbelievable.
The DHS Department of Homeland Security says they have footage of her actually
body slamming these ice agents.
I'm going to show you a little bit more footage that we've accumulated,
but I want to go back to the full soundbite of Donald Trump speaking out against this
kind of behavior saying, you know what, the woke stuff is over.
This crap starts now.
Excuse my French, he said it.
The President of the United States, cue the tape.
That woman was out of control.
She was shoving federal agents.
She was out of control.
The days of that crap are over in this country.
We're going to have law and order.
You bet we are.
We're going to have law and order,
which means you can't show up at the Delancey ICE detention center unannounced
and decide you're going to trespass onto the premises.
Regardless of the fact that you're a representative, newly elected from New Jersey.
I mean, this can't happen.
It can't.
It can't.
So Alina Haba coming out with an official letter, you know,
one of the points that she makes in this letter is that she gave representatives,
and McGuver opportunity, ample opportunity to express remorse, to say, you know, maybe this wasn't
appropriate, we should have had a scheduled time, et cetera. There's no remorse from Lomaniacke
McGa. She is instead doubling down trying to insist somehow that this is her job. It's your
job to go out and promote violence. So guess what? She's facing a penalty, ladies and gentlemen,
of up to seven years in prison, along with fines, anywhere between 100K and 250K. Uh-huh.
So she's violated Title 18, United States Code Section 111, and she's being charged with the assault
of law enforcement there, impeding law enforcement, and interfering with law enforcement.
So, La Monica, we may have to be visiting you in some kind of detention facility pretty darn soon,
given the fines that this carries and the penalties it carries.
I want to go back to what I was telling you earlier, which is that this woman has no remorse.
She doesn't seem to understand why it is that she was wrong.
I should point out that Alina actually dropped the charges against the Newark, New Jersey mayor,
because he expressed some remorse.
He was willing to work with them.
She didn't get that from La Monica McIver.
So I guess you got to actually make an example of the lady because, as Donald Trump said,
we're not going to put up with the crap anymore.
Thank you very much.
here is LaMonica with all her crap.
I think the charges are absurd.
You know, it's ridiculous.
I was there to do my job along with my other colleagues.
We have done this before.
This is our obligation to do.
It's in our job description to have oversight over a facility.
And the entire situation was escalated by ice.
They caused the confrontation.
Homeland came and, you know, caused this chaos that we see.
It was a very tense situation.
but it could have been, you know, easily, it could have easily not happened.
Do you see that?
I mean, it could have easily not happened if she had not escalated things.
But again, Monica McIver feels that it is her responsibility as a lawmaker to do this kind of stuff.
So having time and space to think about what happened on that day and reflect on it,
would you have done anything differently?
No, I would not have. Once again, we showed up there to do a job, Kate. We were there for oversight
visit. We have done this before. You know, me, Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman and Congressman
Bob Menendez was just at a facility just a couple of weeks ago, not too far from this location
where we had an oversight visit. And we were a little bit delayed, but not, you know, confronted
or was in the middle of a chaos to do so. I think, number one, we have an obligation to do so. We have to
show up and do our jobs. And at the end of the day, the reason why we were there is because we wanted
to make sure this facility was up to par, that it was clean, that it was safe, and that the detainees
there were, you know, given due process, that they were able to use the phone, that they were
able to speak to their legal representation, which we found out was not happening. But that was our
reason. So despite, you know, what Republicans are saying, like, you know, about us, you know,
trying to break people out of jail, that's untrue. We were not there to do that. We were there to
conduct an oversight visit, which after all of this, the chaos, Kate, they gave us a tour.
You know, we were all of this, we broken, we assaulted people, all of these things that,
you know, Haba is saying.
Well, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
You're broken, you assaulted people.
Glad we got that one on record.
And then they gave you a tour because I guess they're just nice.
And Republicans are saying, but they gave us a tour and allowed us to go in and tour the
facility and speak to detainees.
So, you know, I would not have done anything.
different because once again the people that I represent expect for me to do my job and that is
exactly what I plan on doing and that is what I was doing that day at Delaney Hall.
La Monica, you know, I just like saying that. They expected you to do your job by going and
start in a fight. Again, I want to point out that DHS says they have actual footage of La Monica
body slamming an ice agent. I mean, again, how is this okay? It's not okay. As a
Alina Haba outlines and again going back to violating the code.
Title 18, U.S. Code section 111, A1.
You can't do that.
You know what?
It doesn't matter if you're a U.S. representative from Congress.
Really?
La Monica.
Or whether you're just a regular old American.
You can't do it, okay?
And this is why, this is why, ladies and gentlemen, she is being charged.
Of course, some people aren't very happy about it.
Some people like the usual suspects.
Jasmine Crockett, who gosh darn it.
Leslie, if you're watching in Texas, why?
Why did Texas ever put this woman in?
She's something else.
Jasmine Crockett has a statement out in support of Representative LaMonnaica McGuire.
Shocker.
Let me be very clear.
This is what the weaponization of government looks like.
No, this is not.
what the weaponization of government looks like.
This is what you call law and order.
In other words, you can't go in there
and trespass onto a facility without any kind of warning.
You just don't show up.
And when ICE tells you, hey, back up, you're supposed to back up.
But of course, this is Jasmine Crockett.
You know Jasmine, right?
So I had to go around the country and educate people
about what immigrants do for this country
or the fact that we are a country of immigrants.
country of immigrants. Right, right. The fact is, ain't none of y'all trying to go and farm right now.
Okay, so I'm lying. Raise your hands. You're not. You're not picking cotton. You can't pay us enough to
find a plantation. Just so we know where Jasmine's coming from, right, just to jog your memory.
Okay, so Jasmine's saying absolutely not. This is weaponization of government that they cannot go after
a representative of the U.S. government, that this is about justice, for example, that this was a
political stunt. Oh, I think it was a political stunt, all right. I think it was a political stunt
by the left. And I think La Manica, who chooses not to have any remorse, is making it more and
more into a political stunt, which is why you now have the president of the United States of America
saying, no way, Jose.
That woman was out of control. She was shoving federal agents. She was out of control. The days
of that crap are over in this country.
We're going to have law and order.
Yeah.
We're going to have law and order,
which means representatives from the U.S. Congress
are going to get charged when they do things
like they violate Title 18,
U.S. States Code Section 1-1-1-A1 for assault,
impeding law enforcement
and interfering with law enforcement,
regardless of what the Jasmine Crockets
of the world,
happen to say about this. I want to go to my good friend Craig Jarrett, who is a former attorney
and a legal scholar, and he's now on Fox. He's written a lot of books on the Trump administration
and the weaponization of the left and get his take on things. Let's listen in. Here he is on
Fox and Friends this morning. It's the first time President Trump's DOJ has criminally charged
a sitting lawmaker doing his term pointing to this video. They say shows her shoving past
DHS ages earlier this month.
I want to take her being a congresswoman off the table and just the laws that were broken here
and what they're saying that they're going to charge it with.
It's 18 U.S. Code 111, assaulting, resisting, impeding certain officers' employees.
That's forcefully assault, resist, opposes, impetus, or interferes with.
Does she meet that?
Well, the Fed say it does.
the body cam footage that they have that others haven't seen,
they say shows Representative McGiver committing assault under the statute.
We've all seen some of the other video.
There's a lot of shoving going on.
But Lawrence, understand that assault doesn't exclusively require physical contact.
It can include intimidation or threats that create a reasonable apprehension of harm
to a law enforcement officer.
So, you know, her words are equally as important as her physical acts.
And, of course, she's presumed innocent.
She'll get her day in court.
But if her defense is, as she now claims, that, oh, I was just exercising legislative oversight,
that's not going to work because lofty status as a member of Congress confers no special exemption for criminal acts.
You know, she and her fellow Democrats could have made an appointment to inspect the detention.
facility. That's the normal orderly process. But instead, Homeland Security says they stormed through
a gate, try to get past security. That's when the melee occurred as officers. Stop them.
Democrats spent the last four years telling us Lawrence that nobody's above the law.
Well, Representative McGuire may find out that they were right about that.
So, yeah, ha. Remember that? No one's above the law. I think Leticia James kind of coined that phrase.
Well, guess what? You know what? No one is above it. And that is something that McIver is about to find out.
And everyone else is sitting there defending her in Congress, which is why you have one person, Letitia James, getting just a tad bit nervous, right?
Did you guys notice how she's been speaking out, getting a little bit crazy, a little bit out over her skis lately on this?
Quick mention, shout out for our sponsors.
You know, we're fully independent here on the Trish Regan show.
This is how we like it, baby.
No more networks, no more middle management.
And we are proud to tell you about gold because gold has gone up, up and away ever since I've been telling you about it.
By the way, I've been telling you about it long before we ever had a sponsor because I just actually happen to like investing in gold and do so personally myself.
Trish loves gold.
Remember that up to $15,000 right now with American Heart for Gold.
If you go to Trish Love's Gold in free silver for qualifying offers, just call them at 1-844-4-49-5, 1-1-1-1-5.
or text Trish to 65532.
A lot of reasons to like gold right now, I'll tell you.
But AOC is starting to get nervous.
AOC came out in front of this, don't forget.
A couple of days ago, shortly after this whole incident happened
when McIver and Menendez and the Newark mayor there
in the Delancey Center Prison Area, prison, I should say,
ICE detention center, AOC came out and said this.
If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress.
It's the Department of Homeland Security.
It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Christie Kno.
You lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem.
Ah, okay, we're going to have a problem, are we?
Well, I guess they're sort of laying a finger, if you would, on one McIver,
because she's just been charged with assault.
a federal officer, which carries up to seven years in prison and fines of $100,000 to $250,000.
Now, I actually think that this is kind of normal in that, you know what, if you're doing something
where you're allegedly body slamming another human being, in this case a federal officer,
then, yeah, you're going to have an issue. You are going to have an issue. Indeed. And you know what?
that's exactly what just went down.
She's all mad about Tom Holman, but listen, the reality is this.
AOC, you can't break the lot.
Even if you're a representative for the United States of America,
this was put to the DHS press person the other day on Fox.
My good friend David Asman asking the question, listen to Trish's response.
If AOC goes down there and pulls the same kind of stunt that we've seen on Friday and today,
are you going to arrest her as well?
she trespasses and if she assaults law enforcement officers as we saw earlier I think that that's certainly
on the table yeah of course it is okay like this isn't rocket science and as for what you think
about homeman I'm sorry homer's just doing his job he's been doing his job since well you were a baby
first of all you can't intimidate me come out give me a break you know I was enforcing him I was
wearing a green uniform borbitral agent for five years before she was
she was even born. I had more than three decades enforcing immigration law before she came
a member of Congress. I worked for six presidents. I've seen policies. I've seen hundreds of
policies. Some work, some didn't. But you can't deny the success of the Trump administration
when it comes to border security. Again, the most secure board in history of this nation.
And I said from day one, and she knows this. You can not support ICE. Shame on you. You can support
sanctuary cities. Shame on you. But you can't cross the line. You can't knowingly impede
ICE law enforcement officers,
that is a felony. You can't
harbor and conceal, knowingly harboring and conceal
it will go alien from ICE. That is a
felony. And you certainly can't
commit criminal trespass.
And as far as in New York, her
district, this administration
has done more to protect her districts, and she has
the number of criminal aliens we took
out the streets of New York made her community
much safer. She ought to be thanking
the members of this administration. The men and women
of ICE who protect this country and make her
community safer. So, you know,
politics over public safety.
It's just ridiculous.
She ought to love her community more than she hates Trump
because we're doing a lot to protect her community.
Well said.
Of course, her community is actually seeing crime rise
since she got there by some 70%
according to a new study out of the New York Post
that was published just yesterday.
I mean, I think it's important to remember
you've got to love your community more than you hate Trump.
But she thinks that she's doing the right thing, of course.
She's saying, well, she's got to protect her constituents,
which is why she's putting out little pamphlets like this.
Yeah, this one.
If you see ICE in public, make sure you verify them, you document them,
you share information with everyone.
She wants to make sure it's in Spanish as well.
But you can't really do that because that is impeding.
Forgive me, that is impeding law enforcement.
And so she's starting to get nervous.
You saw a little clip.
Do you want to see it?
I know we saw it yesterday.
but this is the NPR interview where she basically comes out and says,
I want to know, am I in trouble for this?
Because if I am, you know, all hell's going to break loose.
She put out a letter to the DOJ, Pam Bondi saying,
am I going to get arrested too?
Look, I think we go back to what Tricia McLaughlin said with the DHS.
If you take it so far as to actually impede law enforcement,
physically impede law enforcement, you're going to have problems.
I think she ought to be arrested for all the literature she's putting out.
I get that you have free speech, et cetera, but she is a member of Congress, and we do have laws.
And this is one where the federal government has made a big stink out of the fact that they
have the supremacy over state laws in this matter. So here she is, pleading her case to NPR
just about eight weeks ago. You had a recent dispute, if that's the right word, with Tom Homan,
the president's Homeland Security czar, so-called. You held an online forum, a know-your-re
rights for him that he didn't like. What were you doing? What was your goal as you saw it?
My job is to educate and act as a liaison of critical information to my constituents. And I was
informing all of my constituents of their constitutional protections. And in particular,
their constitutional protections against illegal search and seizure in the United States.
was upset, I suppose, because he felt that you were giving advice to people who are here illegally.
Were you?
I was giving advice to all of my constituents.
Yeah.
He said he was going to report you or even that he did reach out to the Department of Justice.
Have you heard from the Department of Justice?
I have not, and I intend on reaching out to the Department of Justice to inquire.
Really?
What would your question be for the Department of Justice?
Well, there is a member of the Trump administration who is threatened.
and seeks to open an inquiry and are you going to do it?
What would you learn?
The reporter's like, and what does that get you?
Well, it gets me some knowledge of whether or not they're actually going to come and arrest me or not.
Remember, here's the letter.
But here's the thing.
So far, so good for AOC, I think she's quite nervous.
There's a part of me that actually thinks she wants to get arrested.
Like maybe she's a little bit jealous of Monica.
La Monica.
I forget.
La Monica.
La Monica McIver.
I think she's a little jealous because she hasn't.
said anything yet on Twitter, other than what she said the other day. You know, you come after one,
you're coming after all of us, basically. She was asked just yesterday whether or not she had heard
on anything on her arrest, and she told that reporter after he said, hey, have they told you yet,
had they responded? And she said, no, they haven't responded. I've asked them. They have not
responded. So they're keeping her in this guessing game. But all I'm going to say is, you know what?
AOC, if you do something like what I'm about to show you, then yes, you would deserve
arrest and you're a moron if you think otherwise.
We should let viewers know there will likely be more arrests coming.
We actually have body camera footage of some of these members of Congress assaulting our ICE
enforcement officers, including body slamming a female ICE officer.
So we will be showing that to viewers very shortly.
You see a video of members of Congress body slamming ICE officials?
That's correct.
sir, it's disgusting.
Okay, and so if you have that video,
are you suggesting that members of Congress
will be arrested who were there yesterday?
This is an ongoing investigation
and that is definitely on the table.
Who has the video?
I said we will be releasing that very shortly.
Okay. Let's talk about...
Unbelievable, right?
By the way, the video that they have released,
again, it's not apparently as violent
is what they believe that they actually have.
The video that we've already seen is pretty, you know, aggressive stuff.
If we go back to that for a moment, if you're listening on Spotify, we're looking at La Monica.
She's in the red.
She's pushing herself up.
You see that against the ICE agent there.
She keeps pushing her body into that person trying to break through.
Like, why are you trying to do that?
Why are you so aggressively trying to break through law enforcement just to break into this
facility. It's really, frankly, pretty bizarre. So having time and space. Really, really bizarre.
And of course, she feels no remorse whatsoever. No remorse, as we just saw in the CNN clip earlier.
So AOC is getting a little nervous, but, you know, I don't know why you go and stick your neck out in front of this one.
I don't think it's going to get you very far in my estimation. I will say this. Tom Homan is coming out more and more, speaking out more, speaking out more.
and more. In fact, this warning said, listen, the self-deportation thing is a good thing. We need more
people to be self-deporting. So watch him here. Because if they don't, they're going to face serious
consequences. What we started doing, we're enforcing two laws that we haven't enforced for a long time.
Number one, failing to register. If you don't fail a register, after 90 days of being there,
we're going to prosecute your criminally. Then we're going to deport you.
And if you hinder your arrest, if you don't open the door, if you don't answer our questions,
if you don't assist in travel documents, your home nation after being ordered deported by the immigration judge,
we're going to prosecute you for that, which is 8 U.S.C. known 1253.
So we'll prosecute you, we'll put you in prison when you get out, we'll deport you.
We're not playing games.
There are going to be consequences.
Leave on your own.
If you leave on your own and work with us, you can get your affairs in order.
It makes sense for them and their families.
and leave yourself an opportunity to come back to this country as a visitor or as a student
or if you have a U.S. citizen child, you can petition for you as a parent of your citizen.
There are other avenues come to this country the right way.
But if we have to formally deport you, we've got to go find you, and we've got to put you on a plane and formally deport you,
there are consequences.
There are bars from five years to 20 years you can't come back.
Some of the bars are forever.
So leave on your own.
and give yourself some opportunity in the future to be part of the greatest country on Earth.
Makes sense.
Right.
In other words, if you don't self-deport and they find you,
and it sounds like they will find you,
then you can never come back.
Or it's going to take 30 years.
So why not actually do the right thing?
Work with law enforcement.
I think they're giving out $1,000 bonuses.
They just had the first plane shipping out yesterday,
and then it's a win-win for everyone.
Wow.
Or else, right?
Or else and he means business.
Believe me, Tom Holman means business.
Again, we are fully independent.
We like it so please subscribe, share, like.

Donald Trump wants an investigation, ladies and gentlemen,
into some of those sketchy payments that went to Oprah or perhaps Beyonce during the Kamala Harris campaign.
Oh my gosh, Hollywood is freaking out over this one.
Remember when we found out that Oprah was making like,
according to the New York Times,
$2.5 million for her production company
off of that little stint that they did on YouTube
that gets less viewers than we're getting right now.
It was like a total bomb.
Anyway, she was making the big bucks out of it.
Donald Trump decided to take issue with this,
and he put out on true social today,
how much did Kamala Harris pay Bruce Springsteen?
He doesn't like Bruce right now, nor Taylor Swift, for that matter.
She's no longer hot, remember?
during her campaign for president.
Why did he accept that money if he is such a fan of hers?
Isn't that a major and illegal campaign contribution?
What about Beyonce?
And how much went to Oprah and Tobano?
I am going to call for a major investigation into this matter.
Candidates aren't allowed to pay for endorsements,
which is what Kamala did under the guise of paying for entertainment.
In addition, this was a very expensive and desperate effort
to artificially build up her sparse craft.
It's not legal.
For these unpatriotic, quote, entertainers, this was just a corrupt and unlawful way to capitalize on a broken system.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
He goes on.
He was not done.
Let's read the rest of his true social he put out.
According to new reports, Beyonce was paid $11 million to walk onto a stage.
Wow.
So that's incredible, if that's true.
$11 million that Kamala Harris paid to Beyonce?
I had heard like $165,000, but allegedly now he's saying $11 million, which would be like
kind of insane, quickly to endorse Kamala Harris and walk off to loud booing for never having
performed, not even one song.
Remember the Democrats and Kamala illegally paid her millions of dollars for doing nothing
other than giving Kamala a full-throated endorsement.
This is an illegal election scam at the highest level.
It is an illegal campaign contribution.
Bruce Springs, during Oprah, Bono, and perhaps many others have a lot of explaining
to do. Do you remember that? Now again, this 11 million number, that's huge. I had not heard that
before. I heard $165,000, which was kind of a lot, you know, for a makeup artist and an outfit.
Like, really? To go to Houston, Texas. But anyway, he's alleging she got 11 million and he's got
a lot of questions as to whether or not that violated FEC rules and whether there was any kind of
funky accounting going on in the background. Remember, she went out there and this happened.
We are so happy to be standing here on this stage as proud country, Texas women,
supporting and celebrating the one and only Vice President Kamala Harris.
A woman who's been pushing for what this country really needs right now.
Unity.
It's impossible not to feel the energy in this room, the positivity, the community,
the humanity.
We are at the precipice of an incredible shift, the brink of history.
I'm not here as a celebrity.
I'm not here as a politician.
I'm here as a mother.
That's all the booing. I just have to say one thing.
I'm not here as a celebrity. I'm not here as a politician.
I'm here as a mother trying to earn my paycheck, ladies and gentlemen,
if the $11 million is true. Wow, that would be
an obscene amount of money. And again, as Donald Trump pointed out, she didn't sing one song.
You know what? The crowds were pretty upset. Remember the booing? This is what I wanted to show you.
Yes, it was not a pretty scene. Meanwhile, Oprah Winfrey did this big, big thing where she invited
everybody on. She had like Julia Roberts there and a few other names that, you know, aren't such
big names anymore. Oh, Merrill Streep was one of them. And they all got together for this
YouTube event that kind of went nowhere and nobody actually watched. But apparently Harpo Productions,
which is the production company for Oprah Winfrey got paid for it,
even though she said, no, she didn't make a dime.
She didn't make a dime.
Here is a rogue reporter approaching one Oprah Winfrey
as she gets into her Range Rover asking about how much she was paid.
Hey, Oprah, good morning.
How are you, darling?
You're looking very good.
How do you think the election went?
Not talking about the election, thank you very much.
Oh, is it true that they paid you a million dollars for the endorsement for Kamala?
Not true.
Not true, okay.
I was paid nothing ever.
Hmm.
Except the New York Times says she was paid $2.5 million.
Yeah.
They did this big expose on how Kamala Harris spent an obscene amount of money,
$1.5 billion in 15 weeks, and a lot of it was on these entertainers.
Somehow, like $2.5 million going to the Oprah Winfrey Production Company?
Wow.
Here you read, one particular Harris payment has john.
attention in the aftermath of the election. This is according to FEC filings. They found a million
bucks that was paid to Oprah Winfrey's production firm, Harper Productions. In an Instagram post,
Ms. Winfrey said, nope, nope, no, that that was just all for live streamed town hall production stuff.
That was the set, the lights, the cameras, the microphones, the crew, producers, even the chairs.
I'm sorry, but you know what? If I have Kamala Harris coming on my show, not that I would,
but if I did, am I charging her campaign?
for the set and the mics and like, no, because she's running for the presidency of the United States.
Like, that's kind of a no-no.
If I have President Trump on my show, am I charging him or his campaign?
No.
That's like not actually what you do.
This blew me away that she was making money off the campaign for her production company,
but it's worse because even the New York Times is calling this one out.
They're saying it wasn't just a million.
Let me go to the paragraph in question.
They're saying they spoke with sources, and they say it ran closer to $2.5 million.
Wow.
So you wonder why Donald Trump is saying we need an investigation into this.
I mean, if you're paying all these crazy amounts of money, and I don't know what the figure was on Beyonce, she's saying $165.
He's saying 11 mil.
My gosh, somebody ought to look into this for sure, because there's some funny business going on.
wonder why Hollywood loved Kamala so much. They didn't love Kamala. They love the paycheck she was
bringing with them, right? That's what was going on. New troubles for Latisha James, everyone.
Gosh, this woman, you know, she just is so wrong in so many different ways. I like can't even
begin. She's incredibly stupid and she's incredibly sort of self-inflated in her ego because she's
somehow thought it was worth going after Donald Trump for alleged mortgage fraud.
And she got this judge to go along with her, right, to the tune of, what, $500 million,
half a billion dollars that he now owes for a case that never should have come and will be kicked
out of the appellate court.
But, you know, like we say, those in glass houses should not throw stones because she is being
hit with very similar, but far worse charges all on her own.
I want to get to those and how she may have to sell her assets just to cover her legal bills.
But before I do, Roger Stone is at it again.
Roger Stone put out a big piece on how Letitia ignored the duties of her job in favor of going after Donald Trump.
So Donald Trump put this out as well, and he wrote about her a sick and horrible woman who also happens to be grossly,
competent. Now, the reason this Roger Stone piece is kind of a big deal is because it would lead
credence to the concern that she is not able to do her job. She is so blinded by TDS that she can't
actually get anything done. And in this case, it was kind of important because there was apparently
whistleblower evidence of corporate corruption related to suppressing life-saving gene therapy
drugs for sickle cell disease patients. And according to Roger Stone, this was published in Gateway Pundit,
Letitia James was alerted, actually, oddly by Luigi Manjone about a conspiracy involving
pharmaceutical companies, but she chose to prioritize her legal case against Donald Trump instead
of investigating the claims.
Stone is saying that, you know, what this demonstrates, that James had a certain kind of negligence
towards people, including black people who tend to suffer more from sickle cell, and it
contributes to her being, quote, one of the most corrupt elected officials in American
history. This is just another layer of trouble, if you would, for one Letitia James, who is being
investigated. It has been confirmed by the FBI, Cash Patel, confirming that investigation. As I told
you, the grand jury has already begun sending out subpoenas in the case of one attorney general,
Letitia James, for alleged mortgage fraud. And this carries with it up to 30 years in prison.
So this is like a really big freaking deal. This is bigger than this.
the La Monica stuff, 18, USC 1014, false statements to obtain a federally insured loan, false statements
to the government, she's going to be in a lot of trouble as a result of this, ladies and gentlemen.
Those FHA loans that she got, don't forget, for that house in Norfolk, Virginia.
In 2023, she signed this mortgage document, and she said that it was going to be her primary
residence.
Well, you can't do that.
And so, therefore, that was a lie.
and if you lie on an FHA loan application, it's a primary saying it's a primary residence
when it's actually a secondary.
That is a federal offense.
And the FHA does require that the property owner live there in the property at least during
the first 60 days after closing, but, you know, that didn't happen.
Here is the mortgage documentation that she signed claiming that this was her principal residence.
If you see, again, if you're listening on the Spotify podcast, yeah, yeah, yeah,
please do that guys I'd love it if you just go over there and you don't have to listen just
subscribe and give me five stars okay really helps the algorithm anyway I'm on Spotify as well
but go over there and you can see if you're listening to the audio version of this what we're
showing is a version of the the actual document that she signed and in it you see circled and
read that this was her principal residence this little house in Norfolk Virginia okay so if
this house is your principal residence then you need to
to live there. You can't be the Attorney General in the state of New York. You would actually
need to live there. And if you're not living there, then that is what you would call, well,
I'm just going to say it, lying on a federal loan application. And that carries with it
up to 30 years in prison. I will respond to these baseless allegations at the appropriate time
and in the appropriate way. But I am 100% confident, confident that it will not be not. I'm not
result in any criminal indictment or action against me and that it is nothing more than a revenge
tour and that Donald Trump just ultimately got to the Jays and I was next.
The key allegation, again, it sounds like you don't want to address them here, but I'm just going to
put it out so people understand that a property that was owned in Virginia in a mortgage that
you signed, if I'm not mistaken, for that property, that,
that they say you falsely represented yourself as a resident of Virginia
and that that was essentially amounts to mortgage fraud since you're a resident of New York.
What is your response to that?
It's baseless. Everybody knows I'm a resident of New York, specifically Brooklyn.
And again, we will respond at the appropriate time in the appropriate way to these baseless allegations.
And some media outlets like the Daily News over the week.
and has indicated as much.
That's all you want to say.
That's all that I'm going to say.
Okay, well, she said that it's not going to result in anything,
and I would just remind her that it has actually resulted in a grand jury issuing subpoenas
there in the eastern district of Virginia,
and it has resulted in an FBI investigation confirmed by Cash Patel
less than 24 hours ago.
And, of course, she's saying there's no.
way. I mean, everybody knows that I live in New York. So again, Letitia, why the heck did you
say this was your primary residence in Virginia? Okay, girl? Like, this doesn't add up. Oh,
we haven't even gotten into the Brownstone, right, that has five levels, but you get a special
federal loan. If you say you have four, so she said she had four. And then there was the
daddy thing, right? She's suddenly daddy's wife in an old mortgage that they applied for years ago.
I mean, there's a history of trouble there, ladies and gentlemen.
And I guess what strikes me as most amazing here is that it's kind of poetic.
I mean, here she is in real trouble because she took advantage of taxpayer-backed money
to get herself a better mortgage rate when her entire case was predicated upon Donald Trump
trying to do the same thing, but she's too stupid to understand that it was a private transaction
between a bank and an individual.
And therefore, you didn't have taxpayers that were on the hook like they were with her.
You just had Deutsche Bank that was on the hook.
So when this went to the appellate court, the judge highlighted this loud and clear.
I want you to listen.
It was using...
I'm sorry, but what's being described sounds an awful lot like a potential commercial dispute
between private actors.
Well, to go back to the first question about whether there's other examples of this, there are other examples of this. In the first American case, the Attorney General brought a 6312 case where the transaction at issue was between a very big bank, Wells Fargo, and a professional appraisal firm. But it wasn't the concern there that the public would ultimately be negatively impact and affected by what those corporate actors were doing? And that's that concern is here as well, because when you have,
risks getting injected.
She's trying to somehow say that this one transaction, by the way, which everybody got paid
back for, and Deutsche Bank said they do it again, that this one transaction is somehow the
same as the federal transaction.
You see, the initial case that Letitia brought against Donald Trump was so fundamentally
flawed, and it kind of makes you wonder.
Like, maybe she knew exactly what she was doing when she signed on in 23 and told them it
was her principal residence when she was the Attorney General of the state of New York.
Maybe she knew that.
And so she was looking for these mortgage fraud things, maybe because she had actually done
them herself.
But there's the thing, poor Letitia, Tissue baby's out of money because you know what?
New York is not having it.
You get the GOP in New York saying, no way.
We're not going to allow you to use the $10 million slush fund from taxpayers to fight
your own personal stuff. I mean, this is a personal mortgage for a house all the way over in
Virginia. This is your problem, girl, right? Why are we going to take on this? And so if she doesn't
have the money, if she doesn't have the money to pay her high-priced Hunter Biden, Abby Lull,
attorney, then, gosh, darn it, might she have to sell some assets? Tish James, are you going to have
to actually sell your assets like that house in Virginia?
in order to cover your legal costs?
Four days after a judge ordered Donald Trump to pay $355 million for a decade of fraud.
New York Attorney General Letitia James says she's prepared to do everything she can
to make sure the former president pays his fine, including she told us,
seizing the buildings that bear his name.
If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek, you know, judgment
enforcement mechanisms in court.
And we will ask the judge to seize his assets.
Well, now they may just have to seize yours, Letitia.
Kind of funny how that works.
I'm telling you, this woman's got huge problems ahead,
just huge, huge problems.
And so I would just say they're all justified,
absolutely every single one of them,
because we don't need attorney generals like Letitia James in this country
that are making life an enormous hell
that are trying to bankrupt people,
because they don't agree with their political positions.
You know darn well, and I don't need to play the clips again,
but too pale, too male, too stale.
Remember that little chant that she had going?
She hated Donald Trump from the beginning.
She was looking for something to get him with from the beginning.
She campaigned on it, even though she said she didn't.
We got all the tape.
There's this little thing called the Internet Tissue, baby.
And it's found you.

exactly what did they know? When did they know it? I mean, we all saw what we saw. We knew who
was declining fast. But did they actually know that he was suffering from prostate cancer? That's a
big new question. And in fact, it came up as recently as today because New York Post is reporting on
how Donald Trump is saying, hey, you know what? Were they actually telling the truth? Do we know if they
were telling the truth. I'm not so sure they were, and that would be dangerous for our country.
So the Biden team, again, in more trouble, they were pondering this on the view this morning,
and one whoopee Goldberg just doesn't seem to understand, like, but Biden didn't do anything wrong,
she's saying, like, you know, there was nothing wrong with anything he did, so why do we have to
be concerned about this?
And because it was a four-lane highway.
Oopsie. I want to show you that, too. That was Biden actually.
saying he had cancer. Should we do that? Well, we'll go to Whoopie and we'll go back.
We'll go back to that one.
There has always been a mass trust of trust issue because politicians,
media, nobody does what they're supposed to do. Now, I say, for me, listen, he's 83.
So he's a little stumbling, he's a little rumbly. I can't point to anything that he's done
as president, that he did.
No.
But I'm saying, I want, not you, but I want somebody to tell me, well, when did you know it was bad?
If you knew, why did you wait?
Can I get in for a second?
He said that it was after he moderated the debate.
Yes, but that's not, I'm sorry, baby.
That's not what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about if you're telling me that hundreds of people knew that he was not able to do his job, then where the hell was that?
Everybody.
Where the hell was he?
You know, he only worked from, what, 10 to 4 each day?
He had a very limited schedule.
He definitely didn't talk to the press,
not like this administration,
which is just extraordinarily transparent.
I mean, they're hard to keep up with, right?
The news is constant because they're always talking to people.
But Joe did talk to people at one point,
and I think this is partly what Donald Trump is getting at as well.
In other words, who knew what?
When did they know it? Because if you listen to this clip of Joe Biden back in Massachusetts in July of 2022, sure sounds like he had cancer. Now his team said this was just the melanomas that he had talked about before. But in light of what we know now, gosh. And because it was a four-lane highway that was accessible, my mother drove us and rather than us to be able to walk. And guess what? The first frost, you know what was happening.
You had to put on their windshield wipers to get literally the oil slick off the window.
That's why I had so damn many other people I grew up have cancer.
And why can't for the longest time, Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation.
Again, his team said, nothing to see here, that that was insignificant.
He was just referring, it was a gaff, and he was referring to his skin cancer that he had had.
But at the time, people were like, whoa.
And now people were like, whoa, right?
I mean, whoopey doesn't think he did anything wrong.
He ran a fine presidency.
I would beg to differ, of course.
And Sunny Houston wants you to know that there's nothing wrong with the book that Jake
Tapper from CNN put out that, you know, it's good that he's coming out and criticizing
the media right about now.
Even, of course, there's this little reality that he was the media.
I showed you guys this, right?
The Jake Tapper uncovered startling evidence that Biden's decline.
was Klein was covered up by none other than Jake Tapper.
I mean, CNN just covered the whole thing up,
and Jake was part of that.
But Sonny doesn't want to give him any blame, no way.
Jake is my former colleague.
I know him well.
He's a friend.
He's a terrific journalist.
He said that 99% of what is reported in the book
was discovered after the election.
So I think we can put that part to bed about journalists
holding on information so that they could make money off their book.
What I do think that,
that we should be very, very concerned about,
are the people that were in the Trump administration
that did hold on to information
about how Trump was conducting the presidency
so that they could make money off of their book.
Oh, cue the clapping, cue the clapping.
That is actually, like, bought and paid for clapping.
They have somebody that tells everybody
they have a little sign that they hold up
to the studio audience, clap now.
I so need to get rid of that show.
They could save a lot of money.
Bob Iger, you could save a whole lot of money.
Anyway, you know, she's pointing out,
and she's not wrong.
You had like John Bolton doing the book tour thing, right, after having served the Trump administration.
It's like, buddy, I mean, now you tell us, Johnny, come on.
Anyway, you know, I would say that Jake is especially guilty on this front because I had to sit there and watch him over and over and over again.
Defend Biden and defend Biden's competence.
You know when he did it with Lara, this one really, really bugged me.
You got to see it.
time he comes on stage or they turn to him. I'm like, Joe, can you get it out? Let's get the words
out, Joe. You kind of feel bad for him. How do you think it makes little kids with stutters feel
when they see you make a comment like that? First and foremost, I had no idea that Joe Biden ever
suffered from a stutter. I think what we see on stage with Joe Biden, Jake, is very clearly a cognitive
decline. That's what I'm referring to. It makes me uncomfortable to watch the money on stage.
It's so amazing. It's so amazing to me that...
And try and figure out an answer.
A cognitive decline.
Well, when you're trying to tell me that what I was suggesting was a stuttering...
I think that you were mocking his stutter.
Yeah, I think you were mocking his stutter.
And I think you have absolutely no standing to diagnose somebody's cognitive decline.
I would think that somebody in the Trump family would be more sensitive to people who do not have medical licenses, diagnosing politicians from afar.
Plenty of people have diagnosed your father from afar.
And I'm sure it offends you, your father-in-law from afar, I'm sure it defends you.
You don't have any standing to say.
I'm not diagnosing him.
What I'm saying, Jake, is that we can clearly see that Joe Biden is struggling.
I have one last question for you, Laura.
You can't.
And it's very concerning to a lot of people that this could be the leader of the free world.
Okay.
That is all I'm saying.
I genuinely feel sorry for Joe Biden in it.
I appreciate it.
I'm sure.
Okay.
I rest my case.
What a guy.
What a smock.
He's after a buck.
Apparently they don't pay him well enough at CNN.
He thought he could make an extra few bucks on the side with this thing,
but it's blowing up in his face as it should.
Little Jake, with his very nasal voice,
he should have stayed in print.
But he's at one of those networks for the ugly people, right?
CNN.
I am getting caddy today.
I can't help it, but you know what?
I'm just disgusted by the whole thing.
I mean, here he is out there saying,
Oh, the big bad media, how dare they?
They covered this whole thing up, and it's like, shaky.
What do you think you did?
What do you think that was all about?
You were covering up for him until that final debate
when it just couldn't be covered up anymore,
and you couldn't say those things were cheap fakes,
and everybody saw it,
and then you had your buddies, David Plough,
and David Axelrod and Obama and Clooney,
Clooney, who's your new best friend, right?
Your book is all about Clooney.
Clooney's your biggest source.
You better try and stay in touch with Clooney.
Maybe he'll let you help write a new screenplay or something,
because I don't think this journalism thing is really working out for you,
and certainly the TV thing is not really working out for you.
On the other hand, you've got Joe and Mika,
and they seem to be survivors.
Joe and Mika going down and kissing the ring right after the election,
because they know which way the wind blow.
They sure know which way the wind blows.
They know which way the wind blows so much that they decided to have an oncologist on their show yesterday morning to tell you.
This is really weird that we're finding out about this now.
Listen.
Doesn't it take some time for prostate cancer to develop to a point where it would spread to the bones?
Oh, he's had this for many years, maybe even a decade growing.
there and spreading. That's right. It's a little surprising. I look back at the records,
and there's no evidence that when he got his health status and the medical records were
released, that he had a prostate-specific antigen. Now, it is true that a lot of people recommend
not doing a prostate-specific antigen after 70, but President Biden's been in public life a very
long time. He was vice president and had a lot of exams under 70. So it's a little surprising
that they didn't do it. And maybe President Biden decided he didn't want the test. Many
men do decide they don't want a PSA. Maybe he did not want the test because the test might
have revealed something that he did not want revealed since he was trying to get a second term.
But don't forget, don't forget, these people were all part of the cover up as well, remember?
Start your tape right now because I'm about to tell you the truth.
And F you, if you can't handle the truth.
This version of Biden intellectually, analytically, is the best Biden ever.
Not a close second.
And I've known him for years.
The Brzezinski's have known him for 50 years.
If it weren't the truth, I wouldn't say it.
Well, you lie.
That's what we've learned from all of this, that all of these people are just willing to lie and to lie and to lie some more.
Which is why it's good to be over here on the other side.
I hope that if you haven't subscribed, you do subscribe because this is a very different kind of environment where we only tell the truth.
We have nothing to gain from lying.
We have no corporate nonsense that we have to appease nonstop.
we have only a desire to see you succeed.
And part of seeing you succeed, at least for me on a personal level,
is making sure that you invest,
because there's lots of good stuff going on.
We just talked about this the other day.
We talked about how Donald Trump is saying stocks are on fire, right?
He's promising deals up to deal.
To make his fellow the sky ever in the history of this country.
And Speaker Johnson and Leader Thune, I've done an incredible job.
I mean, I'll let you know we have to get a vote,
but we have a lot of support for that bill.
And if that happens on top of all of these trade deals that we're doing,
this country will hit a point that you better go out and buy stock now.
Let me tell you, this country will be like a rocket chip that goes straight up.
This is going to be numbers that nobody's ever seen before.
That's a very important element of all of this.
You know, if we get that.
If you don't, and the Democrats are fighting it.
Only because they want to fight.
They have Trump derangement syndrome.
You know, if there's somebody else, they wouldn't fight.
If you had a normal person,
they had some stiff sitting behind you, they'd be fine.
But they have Trump derangement syndrome.
You know, Senator Schumer has become a Palestinian.
Welcome, I don't know when they're gonna give him
the ceremony, whatever the ceremony may be.
It's terrible what's happened to the Democrats.
So very, very important element of everything,
of what we're doing.
Amazing what a rising market will do.
Oh, it's going to get a lot higher.
In fact, I told people five weeks ago,
it's a great time to buy.
I got criticized for that.
Now they don't criticize me anymore.
People should have listened.
But it's going to go a lot higher.
See, we've never had anything like this happen.
It's an explosion of investment and jobs and great companies are coming in.
I love it, right?
Okay, market's done a little bit today.
So what is Trish Rigan doing?
I'm buying.
I buy when it goes lower because the whole theory is you buy low, you sell high.
We actually have a really good piece coming out today on that Moody's downgrade that came out the other day.
Kind of late dated news in that, you know, and this is what annoyed me.
Jessica Tarlove was talking about this on the Five, and Jesse Waters was like, we did this yesterday
because I said to you guys, you know, they need a few less token Dems that are just such idiots.
It's obviously we were in jeopardy of being downgraded because of everything that the Biden
administration had done.
And, you know, we're dealing with the repercussions of that.
It's why Scott Bessent wanted to come in as Treasury Secretary.
But I still see everything that's happening is fundamentally good.
And it's why I'm such a big believer long term in this economy and in these markets and in Trump
MAGA agenda.
If you are as well, I think you are.

Again, I have another piece coming out with Rob later today, so go check that out.
The other thing that we've got to talk about at some point, and I'm looking at Don in the chats.
I'm looking, it's just lower, you're right.
It's just a little bit lower today.
I'm just, I'm looking at Don because I know he's going to hate what I'm going to say.
But the other thing I just wanted to remind you of is, and we've written on this extensively,
is Bitcoin.
Bitcoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin.
It's a little bit high right now, but watch it in case it goes.
lower because I'm a huge fan of this. And I think that this generation, a lot of people are not in it
and they're going to want to be in it for the future. So it's one of the things we write about again
at 76 research. All our portfolios have done tremendously well. You can get the portfolios at
76 portfolios.com about 10 to 15 stocks in each one. In addition to Bitcoin, you know I like gold.
No brainer there. Trish loves gold.com. That's where you go for up to $15,000 in free
silver. Gosh, thank you, Tony. I got a lovely super chat bonus there from Tony because I really do
have what I would call the most generous, generous, generous, generous viewers on the planet.
We had one a little bit earlier in the show as well talking about how the U.S. is just growing,
growing, growing. Oh, and Jeff, thank you for that. He's saying nobody's above the law. I agree with
that as well. And Jeff, this is what Latisha James is going to figure out. This is what.
one La Manica, McGiver, is going to figure out.
So lots of things happening and I love every minute of it.
Listen, come back here live tomorrow.
We're going to be back again with much, much more news and more coverage.
I will see you then.
Thank you for tuning in.
Make sure you subscribe.
