This is pretty serious. I mean, I know that you've heard the term worse than Watergate. I'm going to say it again. This is worse than Watergate. This is probably the most egregious example of an overreach of power, exactly what we all fear, right? This dystopian situation where the government is then spying on everybody. We are now learning through this Arctic Frost investigation that it's getting worse and worse and worse and worse. I mean, for goodness sake, they were spying on 400 members of MAGA. I mean, yesterday it was 160. Today it's 400. It wasn't going to be 3,000 tomorrow for goodness sakes. Meanwhile, the phone companies, they acquiesced. They said, okay, sure, whatever you want.

They rolled over and they played dead. They didn't care to say, hey, maybe we should challenge these subpoenas. They are of, after all, U.S. senators. They were going after Marshall Blackburn, Ted Cruz, you name it. I'm going to cover all of this with you here today. Plus, oh, La Monica, we get some bad news for you. You see, apparently the judge thinks your argument might be a little bit weak, you know, because you have a really strong right hook.

Allegedly, allegedly, allegedly. I guess the jury is going to have to decide when they see that rather infamous tape. Welcome to the program, everyone. It is good to have you here. We are so proud to say the Trish Regan show is now what the channel is like up in the 1.1 million range. So we get a lot of subs, fantastic, fantastic news. And we've been pretty consistent in terms of making that top 100 list on YouTube's top podcasts, not just political, but top podcasts overall.

You know, we're up against the entertainment folks, so I'm pretty proud of that. Welcome to the show. Wow, Arctic Frost, this investigation just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger. And I'll tell you, the president's not one bit happy. He's overseas trying to do deals with China. Good news coming out of the meeting there with President Xi. Good news coming out of Japan. Good news coming out of South Korea just yesterday.

But pretty bad news over here in that we learned that 400 members of MAGA were actually targeted by our own government. I mean, imagine, this is like this stuff, a dystopian novels. I mean, whoa. What were you doing, Joe Biden? What was Jack Smith doing? What was the whole team doing? Here, take a look.

This is the evolution, the evolution of the Arctic Frost. Take a look at this one, baby. How do you like this? You get Merrick Garland. You got Lisa Monaco. You've got the whole lot of them, if you would, a whole lot of them. You know, Christopher Ray, the architect of it. Smith, all trying to go after, all trying to go after President Donald J. Trump, President

John J. Trump, because they wanted to get him. They put out 170, 197 subpoenas, 430 Republican entities and individuals, nine members of Congress, 92 Republican organizations and individuals. And by the way, headline for you, you notice how it's only one side? One side only, ladies and gentlemen. One side only. I mean, I'm telling you, they're going to have to answer a lot of questions, as they should, as they should. I'm just blown away. As is, by the way, the president, here's the thing he put out the other day. These thugs should all be investigating and put into prison.

A disgrace to humanity deranged Jack Smith is a criminal. And then he had another winner last night. We got former FBI agent, someone Walter Jadera, he claims is a dirty cop. And that, you know, he goes on to list them all, Lisa Monaco, Andrew Wiseman. J. Bray, I mean, some of these are names I hadn't heard of before Normizing and his fake charity, whatever that is Christopher Ray. We know him well. Merrick Garling, you know him well. Going on and on about the people that dreamt up this so-called J6 witch hunt, which they then used, of course, to go after the Republican Party, as we knew they would. I said that was the danger here,

that they were going to try and take the ball and run with it in a really aggressive, disturbed way. Let's go straight to Chuck Grassley, who's speaking on the topic here and saying, whoa, this is like unbelievable. You had phone companies involved, phone companies that just said, okay, we're going to roll over and play dead. What the heck? He's got the tail of two phone companies here. Wait to hear what AT&T did. Wait to hear what Verizon did.

Watch. I've recently been informed by Verizon that at least 11 members with Verizon accounts were affected. That includes a hard line for Senator Cruz's office. and a staffer's cell phone for former Senator Leffler. AT&T informed me they challenged the legal basis for Jack Smith's efforts and Smith back down. Ooh, did you hear that? Jack Smith actually got challenged by one of the phone companies. and he backed down

because he didn't have a whole lot of legal ground if he asked me to stand on to begin with. I mean, this is something that Senator Kennedy brought up in a recent hearing with Pam Bondi. He's like, what the heck was going on? And she said, well, typically, Senator, you go and get a subpoena. And he's like, but why would the phone company

just take that at face value? Don't they have some accountability here? And he was warning or he's like, be careful because the phone companies are going to try and squash you. You know, like a mass fatiguanian. potato. That's a Trish Reganism, but it could very easily have been said by Kennedy because he's fond of these things. But the phone company and the general counsel for the phone company are companies, if there were more than one involved, could say, you know, this is serious as an aneurysm, this is serious as four auto tax and a stroke. This is a sitting United States senator. So general counsel would likely advise the, you know,

CEO, you need to file a motion to quash. Senator, typically phone companies follow a subpoena from a United States attorney. No, they do, but they don't have to. They could challenge it, Senator. Yeah. Or maybe they should have gone to Amazon and buy some testicles online. Instead of just saying, sure, I'll just show you the phone records of a sitting United States senator on the basis of an administrative subpoena.

You get it? Okay. Because you need a Sina, you need a court order. You need a something like a national security letter. You need a foreign intelligence surveillance act, if I so warrant or order. And if you don't have any of that stuff, you really can't move forward with this. Now, the phone companies, they do. They do have the, you know, ability to say, hey, wait a second. This is like Senator Cruz from Texas. Like maybe, maybe we should slow down or maybe we should notify the office. And as we learned, some did, some did not. Well, you kind of needed to. You kind of needed to because, hey, there's the laws, dare I say laws, the wiretapping act, the computer fraud and abuse act, you get state privacy and eavesdropping laws. I mean, you got a lot of laws. And Jack Smith,

all in the name of J6 thought that he could break every law. And you had some phone companies that were willing to go along with it. Well, I'll tell you, this is going to become a big, big fiasco. Like bigger than the La Manaca fiasco. And when I mean big, I mean big, okay? You get what I mean. Here's Ted Cruz saying, you know what? This is basically Biden's Watergate. To me, it's worse. It's actually worse. And it's huge. Like I said, big, big, big. Arctic Frost is Joe Biden's Watergate. Merrick Garland. was a fundamentally corrupt Attorney General. Merrick Garland was a fundamentally corrupt

Attorney General. Jack Smith was a fundamentally corrupt prosecutor. This was a political enemies list from the beginning. 197 subpoenas for 430 Republican entities and individuals. That is an absolute an egregious abuse of power. Agreed.

Agreed. Okay? An absolute egregious abuse of power. What the heck were you people doing? Just investigating the entire Republican Party. Every organization that was involved with the Republican Party, for goodness sakes, you can't do it. And by the way, oh, Donald Trump sending this one out last night.

Well said, well said, sir, MAGA never forget or it will happen again. I mean, it's absolutely true. That's the concern, right? Are they just going to turn around and do it again? Because, God forbid, anybody that had any association whatsoever with the GOP, which is controlled by Donald Trump and MAGA, oh, God forbid, you ever have any political influence or power again. Guys, this is messed up stuff.

This is so unbelievably messed up. Do I have the bank records? Do I have the bank records? Let me bring those out to you because this is a big deal too. I want to pull these up because they were actually going after all kinds of people. Take a look. Guys, this was compiled, okay, by the Senate Judiciary Committee staff. And if you look down this, check it out.

So people that they wanted to go after, like the Save America Pack, the Save America Pack, all this stuff, Trump Make America Great Again. Then individuals, unbelievable Jeffrey Clark here, John Eastman, all these people, Michael Roman, Mark Meadows, Brad Pascal. I saw Jenna Ellis on here a few times. And what were they doing? they were going after their banks. They were going after their banks.

Dan Scavino, right? You see that there? One, two, three, four, maybe the sixth, seventh line down. And they were going after JPMorgan Chase. And they were going after TD Bank. And they were basically demanding to see the bank records of all of these people, too. I mean, holy moly, okay? What were they doing?

What were they doing? Okay, let's go to John Solomon, good reporter over Justin News. He knows what they were doing. I know what they were doing. short answer is they were trying to map the entire MAGA movement and they were trying to shut it off to choke it financially, politically, socially, and make sure it never existed again in the future.

This is wild. The committee gets up and running in 2022, they go out and get this massive dragnet of phone records, 30 million. You don't need 30 million phone calls to figure out what was going on January 6th. What were they doing? They were mapping the MAGA movement with every piece of data they could.

It was basically creating an enemies list. That's what the J6 committee was doing in this project. And think about the scope and scale of what they've now done. 30 million lines of phone records trying to figure out everybody who talked to the Trump White House. 92 groups, including Charlie Kirk's TPS, USA and everybody else in the conservative movement. By the way, we now know way more groups. Members of Congress in the Senate, one member of the Congress in the House. They were mapping an enemies list.

This was an investigation purportedly to solve what happened at the capital that instead was trying to figure out who are the movers and shakers in the MAGA movement that we can stop in 2024. I'm angry. Really, really disgusted. And I'm angry. And I can't believe that this could be allowed to happen. I mean, it's just wild to me. It's disgusting. It's everything that we stand against. And yet this happened. Let's go to Marsha Blackburn. Marshall Blackburn was one of those senators who had her phone records tapped. And this is gross and unthinkable and never should have happened.

Here we go. We still don't know the predicate for the subpoena, but they did go into a court and they got a subpoena. Now, by all appearances, the spying was politically motivated. The lawmakers who were spied on, all are Republicans. each one of us support President Trump, and we had valid questions about the outcomes of the 2020 election. What we also know is that no Americans should be spied on by their government

because of their political beliefs, whether they're a Democrat, a Republican, or an independent. This should not happen. It seems obvious, right? This should not happen, and yet it did happen. And it happened to an enormous extent. They went after phone records. Okay, we're not allowed to use the word wiretapping. It's got to be called tolling.

They told the phones of the likes of Marshall Blackburn and Ted Cruz and six other U.S. senators, along with a member of Congress. I mean, Marsha explains it right here. I want you to listen to this. Just understand if they can do it. to her. Believe me, they can do it to you. This month, we discovered one of the worst abuses of government power in our nation's history. The FBI, under President Biden, spied on eight U.S. senators. I was one of those eight. Now, what we have learned so far as this. The agency,

the FBI, tracked whom we were calling on our cell phones, where we were physically located when we made or received the calls and how long each call lasted. Whoa. How long each call lasted? Like, what is the point of this? Right? What is the point of this? The point was to shut down Trump.

And if they could choke off Trump and anybody and everybody associated with Donald Trump and they could make it so that these people could never. earn a living, couldn't get a bank account, then they could choke off an entire movement, a movement that, by the way, the country loved and wanted and reelected. Boy, were they scared because they knew it was all coming out, now, didn't they? I mean, you had this Timothy T-Bald over at the FBI, like self-approving his own stuff. He somehow felt like he was king. There you go.

And Grassley's pointed to this because all the metadata that we have seen in his Microsoft Word document says, okay, I'm going to go ahead and do this. and my subject that I want to go after criminally is Donald Trump, and we're going to put all this stuff together, and I'm going to a-okay it. And then what did they do? They took the phone records over to Jack Smith. Guys, like, this is really scary and it's really serious, and yet you got the likes of the idiot over on ABC.

I'm sorry, this woman is just plain old dumb, okay? Plain old dumb. Actually, maybe she's not. Maybe it's just that she's so freaking smart because she's cashed in a multimillion dollar paycheck that she clearly does not deserve because just me, she's not watchable. I'm talking about one Whoopi Goldberg over on the view who had the audacity to say this, clearly she doesn't understand irony.

It's kind of crazy. You know, I kind of agree with him. Instead of investigating a man who is no longer in office, I would like y'all to find out why the U.S. military is striking vessels without verifying who's in them. Yeah. I want the government shut down to figure out what's going to. going on because it's getting ready to be the longest one it is. Do you notice how she can't even actually deliver that to camera?

She has to look down at all her notes that were written for her by a producer. I want to know this. I want to know that. I want to know this. I don't want to know what it was going on with Arctic Frost. I don't really care what was going on with Arctic Frost because, you know, that's bad from my team. Let me just give you a little idea about teams, okay?

Because when it comes to the United, United States of America, one nation undergone. indivisible, with liberty and justice for all, right? When it comes to the United States of America, there are no teams, Whoopi Goldberg. We are all on one team. And if one team means that a group of people can go out there and spy on the other, then we don't have much about United States of America. Now, do we? So this has to get fixed for the sake of every single solitary American,

whether you're left, right, center, I don't care. You can't live in a world where one side. when they're in power can choose to spy upon. Look at your phone records, figure out where the heck you are, and by the way, cut off your bank accounts, debank you literally just because of your politics. I'm over it. I'm disgusted by it. Enough.

All right? Enough. And then you've got these morons like La Monica. La Monica McIver and all her glory out there, dressed in red trying to throw a few punches around because she thinks she can. because she thinks the rule of law does not apply to her, but guess what, ladies and gentlemen, I got news for you. The judge does not agree. And one of the Monica McGuiver is going to find her big fat, you know what, sitting in the slammer pretty soon.

She's facing up to 17 years. 17 years because she thinks it's perfectly fine to shove her weight around and she had plenty to shove out in New Jersey. Watch it. And? And. Do you see that? We're going to see it again. Boom.

Did you see that right hook? Okay? I hope you did because that's actually an important part of all of this. Let's go back. Take a peek. Boom. Unbelievable. Okay, so her whole idea was that she was going to avoid somehow prison because she was

going to say that this was a political motivation. She was a target and the judge is not buying it. This means that she's going to trial now. Okay. Judge questions whether New Jersey representative of La Monica McGuire was illegally targeted by the Trump administration. She's trying to allege it. She was legally targeted. And everybody's like, no, no, no. You're the one that did the punching, honey. Okay, you didn't have to go out and punch. And the judge is sitting there going, but, you know, all these other

people, they didn't get charged. But then again, they weren't caught on camera with the right hook. It's not that hard. Oh, shh, woe is me. What is me? You know, I'm just a up-and-coming, young, black politician, female. So therefore, what, you deserve a special set of rules? I mean, I guess if you're running the country, you'd be spying on everyone, right? Because you think, once again, that the rule of law does not apply to you, LaMonica, just like Jack Smith, and the entire team involved in the Biden administration, did not think that the rule of law applied to them. Rules for thee, but not for me.

So she thinks she's perfectly within, you know, her good graces to go out there and do what she's doing. And then she's trying to actually point to new body cam footage that came out, showing that the approval was given from the high ups, right? Rachel Maddo's acting like, this is something. It's not. In fact, if anything, it just shows me they get a chain of command, and that's a normal thing, and that's a good thing.

The chain of command said, hey, if she's out of control, you go ahead and you arrest her. If Bacara, the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, is going to continue to be out of control with his protesting and not actually go to his scheduled appointment time, which he didn't bother to get, then yes, you have the ability to go and arrest him. Here, this is what they're actually thinking is something and it's nothing. Well, thanks to body cam footage released by a federal court just this afternoon,

we now know that the mayor of Newark was right when he said that that arrest did not arise organically from anything that happened on the ground at that ice facility. He said at the time that his arrest appeared to have been ordered specifically, by top Trump officials in Washington. Well, now today we can see with our own eyes that that appears to be true. So what? I got it.

We're taking them right now. All right. Let me just, let me just call. Okay. Nope, I'm going to take it right now. Okay. Okay. Okay, even though we stepped out, I'm going to, what I'm in the call.

We're over an hour. All right. Guys, listen, we're going to walk out the gate. I'm going to place the mayor in handcuffs. Okay, we are arresting the mayor right now. Okay, so that's their big thing. Then watch what he says. You hear that?

On the order of the Attorney General of the United States. So, so what? He's following orders. What does that have to do with you and your right hook, lady in red? Nothing. And there it is. Okay? So the judge is refusing to throw this out because, again,

So there's something there. I want to go back to that article here in Politico where we see the judge is questioning whether New Jersey Representative La Monica McIver was illegally targeted by the Trump administration. And his answer was no because, you know, when you look at the rest of them and you see what else was going down, you, honey pie, were no different than anyone else. A federal judge appeared skeptical of New Jersey Democrat representative La Monica McGuiver's attempts to get charges against her dismissed because they are quote-unquote according to her selective or vindictive. So this is a judge, by the way, who was Biden appointing. Okay, so he's not,

he's not a Trump guy, but he has a brain. And he asked, well, how could he reach this conclusion that the Trump administration was somehow targeting her specifically when, in fact, there were other representatives like Coleman and Menendez who were also there, but they were not prosecuted. In other words, had nothing to do with the fact that she's a Democrat and everything to do with it. She's throwing a wait around, literally. So they had a two-hour hearing. His name is Semper. Again, as I said, an appointment by Joe Biden. And he basically said, you don't make any sense. I told you, she needs more money. She needs some legal help. She needs to go get Letitias. attorney, Abby Loll. He charges a pretty penny because, you know, he represented Hunter Biden.

She argues that the charges that she assaulted two Homeland Security officers, according to an article in Politico, I'm reading to you, and impeded their work should be dismissed because of the Constitution's speech or debate clause, which grants members of Congress a form of immunity that is mostly impenetrable in investigations relating to the official duties of lawmakers. So she's like, I'm just doing my duty. I'm just out there doing my duty. And I have to get a little fisticuffs in there. She's not doing her duty. Give me a break.

That woman's not doing her job. She could have made an appointment like any other normal human being. Instead, she chose this. I can't believe this. You see it? Okay, but the one that you really need to see is coming up. That one. And then if you slow it down, boom.

Right? Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay? Like that. is a problem. And guess what's going to happen? The jury's going to watch that tape. The jury's going to come to its own conclusion. I imagine the jury's going to say, yeah, you kind of smack the guy and you can't do that. Yeah, I can't do that, especially as a member of Congress, if you think about it. The judge repeatedly came back to the fact, again, that Watson, Coleman and Mendez, they were all

there. None of them were charged. They were all in the same group, okay? And none of them wound up using their right hook. Okay. Monica, I'm sorry you dressed and read that day. You know, unfortunately for you, you did what you did. She's trying to campaign off of this,

trying to get money. Like, she matters nowhere in terms of the Democrat Party. Look at AOC. Unfortunately, AOC is like killing it on fundraising, nearly 10 million. La Monica has to date 147K to try and pay for her bad legal advice. Here's what she has overall.

O's seen nearly 12 million. La Monica's 669,000. So she is struggling, but you know what? I don't feel bad for the lady. I really don't. No. Not when I see behavior like that. When I see that, I am in full agreement with the judge. And so this means she's going to trial now. He's refusing to throw out this case. A Biden-appointed judge says, lady, You got nothing. And he's right. Listen, we got some good news coming out of Asia. I love seeing that.

Looks like some deals are getting done and things might be thawing a little bit. Let's hope with China, although there is an effort to get our arsenal up and running. You know what? What's expression, walk softly, but carry a big stick? You want to make sure that the United States has a really big stick, okay? And that is something that does. Donald Trump is committed to doing, so I don't have a problem with that. It is great to have you guys all here.
