Starting point is 00:00:01 And we're live. Welcome to the big show. We've got Ilhan Omar offering to leave the country. I guess she's going back to Somalia. Wouldn't that be nice? Tucker Carlson becoming totally unhinged, like even for him, and oil skyrocketing at this moment. We're going to get into all of it. Quick shout out to my other company besides the Trish Regan Show. I have the 76 research portfolios. Go check them out because I know it's tricky right now in the markets right now. Hopefully we can lend a helping hand with this wonderful research. We've been doing very, very well. I don't want to tutor our horn too much, but, you know, hey, if you can't take a victory lap now and then, what can you do? I'll tell you, Ilhan Omar, she never ceases to amaze me. Amaze me. She may just be kicked out of the country, and it seems like she's now willing to go. So I guess we should count our blessings. Ilhan Omar saying, you know what? it may be time. I mean, they're looking into, of course, the DOJ has been looking into her
Starting point is 00:01:04 citizenship along with DHS, and that seems to be weighing on her. On top of which you've got the Health Ethics Committee looking into whether or not there was a money laundering operation going on with the sudden escalation in net worth. And you also have the Treasury Department, which is investigating the Minnesota fraudsters looking into whether or not there was a connection between her husband's company that, what shall we call it, the venture capital firm that isn't, right? Whether there's a connection between that and their sudden escalation in wealth vis-a-vis feeding our future.
Starting point is 00:01:43 I want to go to this soundbite. Here she is appearing over the weekend and saying that she's kind of come to terms with this. I mean, I guess she's willing to pull a Rosie O'Donnell. Great. I mean, I have no worry. I don't know how they take away my citizenship and, like, deport me. But it's, but I don't even know, like, why that's, like, such a scary threat. Like, I'm not the eight-year-old who escaped war anymore.
Starting point is 00:02:08 I'm grown. My kids are grown. Like, I can go live wherever I want. Oh, great. Okay. Somalia, it is. Ilhan Omar is saying, hey, you can't intimidate me. I can go live wherever I want.
Starting point is 00:02:23 So do it. I mean, you may not have a choice. You may not have a choice in light of what we've learned from the DOJ. I want to go to Harmeet Dillon, who was on my friend Benny's show recently, and she just laid it out there. I mean, she said, point blank, there is an investigation going on into Ilhan Omar's citizenship. We now have Ilhan Omar saying, ha ha, so what? Investigate me all you want.
Starting point is 00:02:48 I can go live wherever I want. You know, my life's over here, my kids are grown. Maybe I've made enough money that I'm. have been sending back to Timbuktu? Well, that's the allegation. Anyway, Harmeet, watch. Look, Elon Omar has some legal issues regarding her citizenship. I'll just leave it at that.
Starting point is 00:03:04 I think that they've been well covered in the press. It's a truism of immigration law that if you commit fraud in the course of obtaining your citizenship, if you lie about being a, oh, that you weren't a Nazi guard at a concentration camp, you can be denaturalized. If you lie about your marriage status on which your citizenship depends, or your familiar status, or what have you, if you fake any of those documents or you lie, that's a grounds for denaturalization. And so I think it's been credibly alleged that there are serious questions about the circumstances of the paperwork around that naturalization. I'll just leave it at that. I'm not working on that issue.
Starting point is 00:03:49 That's not part of what the Civil Rights Division does. but I think we need to police that seriously. It is a precious privilege to be granted citizenship as a naturalized citizen in this country. And I don't think it should be taken away lightly, but it's just a basic concept of law that if you commit fraud in the course of obtaining a benefit, you're not entitled to it.
Starting point is 00:04:10 Okay, well, apparently she's getting the message loud and clear because she's now saying, okay, well, I'll just go. So maybe we take her up on that, right? I mean, she may not have a choice, and by the way, you may not get out that easy, because if, in fact, it's proven that she did something illegal, vis-a-vis feeding our future, I mean, if she was feeding her future, then, yeah, she's actually going to go to jail, and then she'll get deported. She will go to jail in the United States of America, as would her husband, again,
Starting point is 00:04:43 assuming this is all proven out, and then she would likely be deported. Harmeet's getting at something that is very important, which is, a couple grounds for denaturalization of a citizen under 18 U.S.C. 1001 false statements to the federal government, and then 8 U.S.C. 1451, procurement a citizenship by concealment or misrepresentation. So if there was anything that was misrepresented when she first came to the country and sought asylum, then that would be the issue. I mean, don't forget her dad. Well, this is kind of like an opposition paper because there's Somalia land, which really doesn't like Somalia very much, and they don't like Ilhan Omar very much. So you have to take it all with the way.
Starting point is 00:05:20 grain of salt, but they put up a picture of her dad basically saying that he was part of the problem and that he had been instrumental in actually suppressing the people there in Somalia. And so therefore, he couldn't have gotten asylum in America. And we know that, right? Again, because if you go back to what Hermit is saying on the law, if you've committed war crimes, if you participated in persecution in any way, then you are actually going to be ineligible. And if it's discovered after the fact that you've had anything to do with this,
Starting point is 00:05:50 you would be ineligible. Now, why does that affect Ilhan Omar? Because she's the dad, right? So if the dad, if the dad is not conveyed his citizenship in an ethical way, if he had lied under his application, then conversely, she's no longer a citizen. So even though he's deceased, et cetera, that's one way that it would all backfire. And then the other way, as you can see, would be what people have alleged regarding the marriage. And we've talked about that at length. I encourage you to look at some of my chapters and some of the shows because she married two guys named Ahmed. Well, we don't really know if she married the first one because it was just a religious ceremony,
Starting point is 00:06:33 but the second one, she's like legally married. And the second one, for whatever reason, that thing didn't work out. That's the one that people have alleged might actually be a family relation. One would hope not. But, you know, she really hasn't come clean on that. And that's one of the things that Harmeet, again, is mentioning is under investigation. So it would also be a problem, of course, if she gave that guy, forget about the brother thing. Assume he's not, all right?
Starting point is 00:06:57 Let's go with the benefit of the doubt. He's not the brother. But if she perhaps gave him some benefit of becoming a U.S. citizen while still technically married to the other guy, I mean, she did have, I think, a kid with him while she was with the second guy. I realize this gets confusing. I'm sorry. Her life is a little messy, shall we say. But that would actually call into question whether or not she could be a fully naturalized
Starting point is 00:07:24 U.S. citizen as well. So it doesn't even have to be the brother. And look, everybody's looking into it. The House Ethics Committee is looking into the companies and the sudden escalation and wealth. You've got DHS, DOJ, all looking into the citizenship. On top of which, you got another representative from Minnesota introducing the scam act, and he's hellbent on getting her out of the country if she had anything to do with feeding
Starting point is 00:07:44 our future and the scam that went. down. Tom Emmer. We have to see if Democrats, common sense Democrats still exist in the Senate. Literally what this is, Alicia, is we're expanding and clarifying existing law to include anyone who comes to this country and defrauds the generosity of Americans and our government. And in this case, you know, the feeding our future scandal is one of the many in Minnesota, but that's the largest pandemic fraud case in the country. It was $250 million. over 90 people were charged and Alicia, 85 of them are from the Somali community. If you come to this country, and I understand that in Somalia, you got to lie, cheat, and
Starting point is 00:08:25 steal just to survive, but if you come to this country and you continue to lie, cheat, and steal, you should not be allowed to maintain your citizenship. You should be denaturalized and shipped back to where you came from. And by the way, that would include marriage fraud. Bump-da! Okay, do you hear that little zinger at the end? That would include marriage fraud. So you can see, like, the pressure is on, and it makes sense. And now she's like, well, F you people, I'm out of here.
Starting point is 00:08:52 You know, my kids are already raised. I've already made my money, apparently, because, you know, the net worth is $30 million. And so I can say, Sayanara, see you all later. Again, I want to go back to Representative Emmer and his scam act. Listen to this. And part of this is because I've got a representative in Minnesota, Ilhan Omar, who likes to go on. national programs and play the victim yet the same a representative goes to the
Starting point is 00:09:18 University of Minnesota campus in in in by reality encourages violence against Jewish students and she says hey we're citizens there's nothing you can do about it well guess what there is something that we should be able to do about it you should not be allowed to come to this country take advantage of the generosity of Americans and the American government and get away with it if you commit fraud you should be denaturalized and ship back And it helps if you're willing to go along with it, Ilhan. We are impressed that you are taking the high road here and seem to say that it would be perfectly fine for you to leave the country because you may not have a choice.
Starting point is 00:09:57 Again, numerous investigations, guys. One of them had already started under the Biden administration and that was concerned about whether she was paying the hubby, the new hubby. Hubby number three, too much, too much money. You see, he was getting some ridiculous, insane amount. I think it was $2.8 million, $2.8 million to run her campaign, which is ridiculous, okay, just positively ridiculous. Nobody makes that much money running campaigns. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:10:23 So that's one concern. And if Ilhan Omar is out there effectively paying herself vis-a-vis the hubby, that would actually be in direct violation of what you can do, right? She's taking campaign funds, if you would, campaign funds, and she's using them for herself. So a big problem there. Then you've got the private venture capital firm. Is a private equity firm or venture capital firm? I think venture capital firm that is clearly not a venture capital firm.
Starting point is 00:10:51 I mean, look at that. Partnerships. He's talking about partnership opportunities. I don't know. Is that like a partnership into, who dare I say, feeding our future? Right? That would be one heck of a partnership, right? I mean, the whole district was involved, it seems.
Starting point is 00:11:09 The majority of people, like overwhelmingly the number of people, more than 80% of the people, they just sent the 79th person to jail the other day. They're all coming from Ilhan's district and the hubby's out there with his partnership program. Woo! Okay, he also has lied pretty significantly on this thing, trying to suggest that he has, in the past, managed $60 billion. I don't think he has $60 billion in assets under management. That would make him one of the biggest venture capital funds in the entire country, On top of which, this guy can't even pay his taxes.
Starting point is 00:11:40 Forbes discovered he was behind $403,000 in taxes. So he's got some serious problems, not to mention the previous fraud allegations, which we've been through at length. Again, I encourage you to watch some of the past shows or perhaps the past segments because we've talked about this in great detail, this winery that isn't, the cannabis firm that had multiple, multiple allegations. Well, cannabis and wine. of a fraud.
Starting point is 00:12:10 So he's not really much of a winner. I mean, really and truly, you know, investors were saying, hey, you know, you promised us this and you never made good at it. They're saying that this is somehow fraud. I would just say that Ilhan, if you want to leave, be our guest. You know that nobody wants you in the Democrat Party. We did that show on Friday. James Carville, whatever you want to think of him.
Starting point is 00:12:34 He's over her. He's like, honey, please just get out. Start your own party. Maybe she should start her own party back in Somalia. Now there we go. Now we're talking, right? The other thing you could ask yourself is she kind of a traitor to this country because of a recent vote that just went down.
Starting point is 00:12:53 Don't forget, she was trying to strip the president of his war powers, right? The executive power that he has for that first strike, if there's an imminent threat against the United States, he reserves the right to strike. and you had Ilhan and the usual suspects out last week trying to say, no, this is not going to happen. We're just going to watch it very quickly because I know it's hard. It's hard to watch her.
Starting point is 00:13:15 Is unilaterally dragging this nation into an illegal and unjustified war with Iran? Okay. As someone who's... It's not an illegal, nor is it unjustified, if you've seen some of the intelligence that the president saw, okay? It's not an illegal war, certainly. No one's even said it's a war at this point, right? still strikes, strikes that are going to go on for it looks like about a month.
Starting point is 00:13:40 And yet you have Ilhan Omar on the side of the other guy, which is a little weird. And she's not the only one. I mean, take a look at this guys. This is pretty disturbing. 53 Democrats coming out on Friday. Refusing, refusing to reaffirm the fact that Iran is a state sponsor of terrorism. And it's sort of shocking to me. But again, if you look at these names, you get your usual suspects.
Starting point is 00:14:04 Ilhan included. But as Iran's regime is trying to kill our troops in the Middle East, 53 Democrats voted against it. That is a stark contrast to just three years ago when under President Joe Biden, the very same resolution passed 420 to 1. All right. So yeah, that is quite a contrast. And it was the same resolution.
Starting point is 00:14:30 It shouldn't be that hard. I mean, Iran is a state sponsor. chair. Like, why would you fight that? Unless, again, we get some traders among us and you're rooting for the other side. I think it's worth taking a look at some of these names on here. Just let them scroll. Thank you to Fox for putting this together. As I said, you've got your usual suspects with the squad all out there. Ilhan Omar certainly leading the charge, it seems. So a lot of questions. I'm looking at some of your commentary. Chuck, I agree. Her age has been very much under question. And the idea that someone,
Starting point is 00:15:04 somehow she may have been older when she came here, that's been floated for sure. And the concern is, well, you can't actually find her documentation because it was war-torn in Somalia, so they can't get birth records, et cetera. And so we've kind of looked the other way on some of this stuff, but no more, because as her meet confirmed, the DOJ is looking into this, not her department, but another. And then Tom Homan in the past has also confirmed that they are looking into her citizenship as well. It appears that Nancy Mace was trying to subpoena some documentation recently. I played some sound from you on Friday. She said she couldn't get it and she was very discouraged by that. But my sources are saying that's in part because it has been elevated to DOJ DHS and that's
Starting point is 00:15:49 one of the reasons. So this is for real. She is very much being investigated for possible fraud within the citizenship situation, whether it was when she first came here, whether she on any of that, whether the father lied on any of that, and of course whether there was any lying or funny business going on with the second marriage. And as I explained to you, I know people have made these allegations about the brother, et cetera, it doesn't even have to be the brother. It can be as simple as, gee, I, you know, thought I was going to marry this guy because it was advantageous for whatever reasons. If there was any finances that were transacted in, like in other words, if he paid her for that, that would be of concern. It could have also
Starting point is 00:16:31 just been a possible thing that just blew up, right? Maybe it was a scam that kind of blew up. We don't know. Did she abandon it midway? But I think that this is what they're trying to figure out and look into. And I think we very seriously have to think about, you know, are you with us? Or are you against us? Because if we got traitors amongst us, that's a very serious thing. You wonder why the president wasn't going to go out and say, okay, let me go ask 500 plus members of Congress, whether or not I have the permission, their permission, to, strike Iran when we had intelligence that we had an opportunity to do this. And we wanted to take that opportunity. If we're going to wait around for Congress to okay it, for goodness sakes,
Starting point is 00:17:13 or if you're going to wait around for the likes of Tucker Carlson to okay it, forget about it. Tucker Carlson is imploding in real time, ladies and gentlemen, I mean, off the rails. And even for Tucker, this is getting wild. I mean, I don't quite know what to say. The poor guy. Israel, which is one of the single ugliest countries in the world, nothing of beauty has been built there since 1948. Excuse me. So, 1948 is kind of an important year because that's when Israel really came into being. Don't forget. And by the way, that was like us. Like we helped create that.
Starting point is 00:17:54 So it's sort of like we are one with Israel because it was our creation. We helped put that all together following World War II. So for him to say something like that, by the way, it's a darn. and beautiful place, like incredibly beautiful place with amazing beaches, et cetera. I mean, and you think about it, right? The Jews in Israel took that country, which was just a desert, and they turned it into an insanely powerful, incredibly rich nation. You had the Palestinians over there in Gaza.
Starting point is 00:18:27 They'd been sitting on a lot of that land forever. Like, they didn't do squat with it, right? And so there's a lot of jealousy that's been bred in, but that is a very weird comment for him, even for him to make. But I think he's acting out. He's like that little spoiled child that's like, ooh, you know, let me see if I can get a little bit more attention from daddy. And daddy's like, you know, you're done.
Starting point is 00:18:48 You've been cut off. There's no more allowance for you. Tucker Carlson has officially been exiled from MAGA, and that is courtesy of the president of the United States after Tucker Carlson decided it would be kind of fun and maybe, you know, for an attention seeker, him who's not really a journalist, but it's like whichever way the wind or, you know, I'm just going to say it, the money blows, you got Tucker following that direction. And so this recently
Starting point is 00:19:14 came out as we first struck Israel that he was calling this evil, et cetera. He reported it, of course, to ABC News, where he had to have a little bit of sympathy for this, and now suddenly he's a darling of the left. Watch. Tucker Carlson, who has long opposed the idea of another war in the Middle East, what he thought of this. And his answer, he told me that president's decision is, quote, absolutely disgusting and evil. This is Tucker Carlson, who was at the White House just last week, said that the decision to go to war with Iran is absolutely disgusting and evil. Now, that's just one person, a prominent one in Trump's movement. But this is a momentous and potentially defining or maybe redefining move for President Trump.
Starting point is 00:20:06 He got into politics. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Trust me, it's not redefining for Donald Trump. It's redefining for Tucker Carlson, who just said, F you to all the MAGA people that may have liked him. I could have told you. I really could have. You know, I used to work with the guy.
Starting point is 00:20:21 He is whichever way the wind blows, whatever's going to rate, whatever's going to click. There's no, like, inner core. There's no nothing, in my opinion. But, you know, don't trust me. Just go back to the archives. I want to show you an even longer clip. Well, it's not that long, just like 30 seconds.
Starting point is 00:20:37 We showed part of this the other day when this first all came about. But I think it's worth hearing it in its entirety. There was a great show called Red Eye on the air a few years back. I used to go on it now and then. And it was a bunch of comedians, which was a lot of fun because, you know, I'd always be the straight person. Well, they had Tucker on it as a straight person one night. And hear what he had to say about Iran. And just remember that when you consider what he's saying.
Starting point is 00:20:59 saying these days. Tucker, aren't we the only country allowed to make preemptive strikes? Who the hell does Iran think it is? Actually, I know you're sort of kidding, but I agree with that. I think we are the only country with the moral authority. Rather, we are. That's absolutely right, the only country with the moral authority sufficient to do that, the only country that doesn't seek hegemony in the world.
Starting point is 00:21:18 I do think, I'm sure I'm the lone voice in saying this, I think Iran deserves to be annihilated, I think they're lunatics, I think they're evil. I do think we ought to assess what would happen to the price of energy. Were we to do that? I don't think that's a small factor. It could tank our economy. Okay, but he did say they deserve to be annihilated. And by the way, yeah, oil's going up for every $10 increase in a barrel of oil,
Starting point is 00:21:40 just know it's about 24 cents at the gas pump. So we still get some room to go here. We're even not back at some of the higher oil prices we saw earlier under, say, one, Joe Biden. So we'll get to oil in a second. But that's not a reason to do that because I'm sorry, like if they're going to take you out and you've got a chance to take them out first, you're not going to take that opportunity? The president coming out today saying, boy, oh boy, they were trying to do some pretty bad stuff.
Starting point is 00:22:05 They wanted to basically take out the whole Middle East. Anyway, let me go back to the president's response to Tucker. He basically said Tucker has lost his way. And by the way, the ABC reporter is still all over. This is like the biggest story that the ABC reporter has ever had in his life. Tucker has lost his way. Trump told me, I knew that a long time ago, and he's not MAGA. MAGA is saving our country.
Starting point is 00:22:24 Maga is making our country great again. MAGA is America first, and Tucker is none of those things. And he said, Tucker's really not smart enough to understand that. Look, Tucker is smart enough to understand I might be able to get clicks. Tucker is smart enough to say to himself, gee, you know, I might get paid to MC a big conference for a Middle Eastern power. Like, that's what Tucker is smart enough to do. But Tucker is not smart enough, I agree to know what is right for the country. And for the country right now, the president, I'm going to trust the president over Tucker Carlson any day of the week, frankly, because I happen to really like the president. I happen to think he's very, very smart.
Starting point is 00:23:08 And I think he saw intelligence that Tucker Carlson has not seen. Anyway, Tucker's still doubling down. Oh, but Trump, I love you. I love you. I love America. Yeah, right. Again, I'm always rooting for the United States and its president, no matter who it is, in the case of this president, I know him really well for many years, and I will always like him. I don't care what he says about me. I will always have affection for him. But I also think... He will always have affection for him.
Starting point is 00:23:39 He actually has never liked President Trump. He never liked him when he was at Fox. And that was in part because you see, Trump would get more attention than Tucker Carlson. And if you're a little bit me, me, me, me, me, me, right? You just want everybody to look at you all the time, and you just do things for attention. And, you know, I actually, we used to be represented by the same agent at one point. My agent didn't stay with him because I think he couldn't just, he just couldn't stand him.
Starting point is 00:24:06 And he actually said to me, you know, I've never met anybody who needed so much attention. So much attention. Okay. So, you know, take everything he's saying with a grain of salt, knowing that this is an attention seeker. And remember, don't forget what he said. about Donald Trump back when he got fired from Fox because of some of that dominion stuff, he said, and I quote, we are very, very close to being able to ignore Trump most nights. This was in January 2021, January 4th, quote, I truly can't wait.
Starting point is 00:24:48 I hate him passionately, he added in a text message to others. at Fox. So, okay, you hate him. You always have hated him. You just jumped on the train because you figured out, well, ratings are there. What are you going to do? He's coming apart at the seams right now because he's realizing that he's actually going to lose some of his audience. You know how he's going to lose his audience? Because his audience is not going to go with him. When push comes to shove, his audience loves America and loves this president. And they are not going to budge. You just look at that CNN poll that came out the other day. Remember, Harry Anton telling us he was the most popular president. He is the most popular. This is after the
Starting point is 00:25:30 strikes. And then 96 percentile, forgive me, that's the wrong graphic. That's the wrong. Well, he's actually, he's had tremendous success endorsing GOP primary wins. It was a 98% approval rating amongst the MAGA base. So if the MAGA base is watching Tucker Carlson and 98% of them are all in on Donald Trump and you get Tucker doing this, like What's that about? I kind of wonder, like, does he want to lose his audience? Or maybe he wants to pick off a few people from the left. You know, he can go get Don Lemon's audience, maybe a little from Rachel Maddo,
Starting point is 00:26:04 and say, hey, now I got all these peeps too, except you're going to lose your core because I don't think anybody buys any of this. And the point I just keep going back to is, what have I got? All I've got is me, okay? All I've got is my opinion, in my authenticity, and my honesty and my truth. that's all I can offer you. And if I'm swayed because somebody's dangling a few dollars in front of me or a few extra clicks,
Starting point is 00:26:37 I'm sacrificing the core of who I am for one fleeting moment. And if there are anchors or hosts or podcast influencers out there willing to do that, I would just say, like, who were they to begin with? Like, if you don't actually stand for anything, then why the heck am I listening to you? Right? Like, why bother? It doesn't, you know, it doesn't add up. Thank you, Susan, for the generosity.
Starting point is 00:27:11 It just doesn't add up. I mean, I go back to this. He hated him. I knew he hated him. When we worked there together, he couldn't stand having to cover him every night. He just wanted to do his little monologues on who knows what. He didn't want to have to talk about Trump. It's why he hated him so much.
Starting point is 00:27:25 And now, here he is. saying, okay, well, I have an opportunity to sew some chaos. Maybe, maybe, and I don't know this. I do think that he did some rather, rather sketchy speaking appearances that one could question. Wasn't he going to go buy an apartment in the Middle East recently? Did he ever get that? In other words, if you're doing these speaking appearances, you're being paid for those speaking appearances, the money's coming from somewhere, and then you have to also ask yourself about those clicks. And we all know about the China Bob. factories and whether or not they're putting money on some of these clicks. It makes sense, right? If you
Starting point is 00:28:02 want to kind of divide MAGA, you go with a guy who actually seemed, but I say seemed, because nothing is as it appears apparently, seemed to actually care about the well-being of MAGA voters, except he doesn't. And so now he's just spiraling and spiraling and spiraling to the point where he's really gone full-on crazy. I want you to hear the full crazy soundbite. One thing I noticed I can't contain myself and have to express it, but when you say that the Israelis are destroying Beirut, which is having been to a lot of places in the world, one of the prettiest places on the globe, Beirut is just a marvel, it's beautiful. It reminds me, and it's being destroyed by Israel, which is one of the single ugliest countries
Starting point is 00:28:42 in the world. Nothing of beauty has been built there since 1948. Sorry, I've been everywhere in that country, and it's true. That the nature of this emerging empire is destructive, and it always seems like beautiful things wind up being destroyed. I mean, wow. Wow. Wow. Okay. And by the way, it got worse from there. The latest and greatest, I don't even think we're going to play this for you because it's so gross that it offends me as an American, all right? And so, like, I have to draw the line somewhere and I don't want to just keep feeding his little need for attention because,
Starting point is 00:29:19 then we're given in effectively. But I, and I won't belabor this point and I won't belabor Tucker. and I just, you know, the other crazies out there like Candace and the rest of them, I would just say, think about what they're doing, question what they're doing, and know that these are people that felt very differently not too long ago. And they're on record feeling very, very differently, not too long ago. So what is it that's making them change their mind right now? Just know that, right? As a viewer, as a listener, he says, oh, Tucker Carlson just said,
Starting point is 00:29:50 this is somebody, Congressman Randy Fine, actually, out of Florida, Republican, great congressman out of Florida. He too wants Ilhan Omar deported fast. He's saying, look, you know, this is what he just said, that unconditional surrender, which is what the president's asking for, unconditional surrender of Iran, is that so that American troops can have their way, I won't say the word that he used, with their women and girls. I mean, really disgusting commentary, and that is so, so far from the truth. And what a nutty insane dispensual. thing to say. I mean, I think you and Ilhan are just made for each other. Maybe the two of you can just go off to Timbuktu in the Middle East together. Just not bad looking. I mean,
Starting point is 00:30:41 you'd have to leave the wife and the dogs and everything, but, you know, apparently the dogs, unless they're demons, really kind of beat you up at night. So why not? Make a fresh start of it. Wish you well. I mean, disgusting stuff to say. And then, yeah, Congressman Fine is like the guy's totally bat. Crazy. Yep. Laura Lumer, who some people thought were crazy. I like Laura. I've always liked Laura. I mean, yeah, Laura's, Laura's a personality, a force in herself, right? But she is pretty consistent. And she's been calling Tucker out, and he's all freaked out about that. Now he just released a whole short about her trying to say that, oh, I've known Trump since. before you were born.
Starting point is 00:31:29 And she says, you know what, that doesn't mean anything. Because at the end of the day, you're a disloyal. She used the B word, a bee like his dogs, owned by Muslims. All right. So like I said, I think Laura's a pretty straight shooter. What do you think? Why is he doing this? I'm curious. I'm curious to know.
Starting point is 00:31:56 Oil prices, yes, they are moving up, which is the down. side of all of this, of course. Donald Trump's saying, listen, it's kind of a small price to pay because in the end, they'll come right back down. And he's right on that. What's going on is that you have effectively the near closure of the Strait of Hormuz that really hasn't happened historically. You've seen basically the whole pace of oil moving through the Strait of Hormuz, which is located right next to Iran. It's just not going anywhere, right? You've got a snail's pace is these ships, these cargo ships try and get through. And so what's happened is places like Kuwait say, hey, we can't keep pushing all this oil out because we have no place to put it, right? We can't
Starting point is 00:32:37 even store it. So we can't keep pumping if we can't get it to its intended customer. Well, the Strader-Hamuz accounts for 20% of the world's supply. We got tons of oil. Right back here in the US of A, we got tons of natural gas. Like, that's all good. We just secured Venezuela. That's very good news, but it's bad news for China and it's bad news for India because they need that oil that's coming from the Strait of Hermuz. Also, oil is a global, global commodity. So when you have the restriction of supply that's going through the Strait of Hermuz, what does it mean? Yes, it puts pressure on oil prices. But we've talked about this. And my point is we can kind of handle a little bit of pressure in the near term provided, you know, this isn't going to go on for years and years and
Starting point is 00:33:23 years and the new reality is $110, $150 oil. But I think that in the near term, we can manage the $100 price check. I want to go to a guest on CNN earlier today talking about this watch. I do want to ask you to related about oil, U.S. oil hitting $100 for the first time since July of 2022. Obviously, that is going to have major implications, not just for the world, but certainly people, Americans right here at home. What's the significance of that? So, I mean, it is fairly significant. I mean, President Obama had once stated that he could see his poll numbers rise and fall based on the price of oil. So it's definitely got domestic political impact, but in a more practical sense for Americans, right? We get very little
Starting point is 00:34:10 Gulf oil coming to the U.S. The impact directly of that oil that's not really coming out, about 20 million barrels a day really goes to markets in the east, over to India and China in that direction, right? But there's an overall market effect in terms of the price of oil, which we're seeing now at Brent crude there at about 108 a barrel, is what we're seeing your WTI crewed about 108 a barrel. In speaking to some of the shipbrokers who are responsible for moving all around the world, they're saying that this could spike somewhere between 100 to 150. We've got about 7 to 14 days or so before the straits of war moves really turns into a crisis.
Starting point is 00:34:40 Lloyd's of London, others in the insurance business, right, are people insuring ships. They're not in many cases because of the current geopolitical situation. So the United States is actually building an insurance mechanism to help ensure those boats to transit the straits. And they're talking about U.S. military escorts going in and out. In speaking to folks with the level of risk, it's assumed that the most risk takers in the industry are really the Greek shipping owners and the Chinese need the oil. So the suspicion is if the Greeks and the Chinese the ship owners get together, they could probably put together movement of somewhere between four and five million barrels a day coming out of there,
Starting point is 00:35:12 but that's only 25% of the total volume. That also is notwithstanding any potential drone attacks or things of that nature coming out of there. So once the oil storage tanks are full and gets backed up. They have to shut down production on the back end. It takes a long time to sort of turn that back on. So the ripple effects will last for a little bit. Yeah. Okay. That's a fair, it's a fair analysis. But it's one that the president has also conceded is, in fact, temporary and hurtful in the near term, but long term, this is actually really good for oil prices and stability here in the U.S. I'm going to quote his true social post that you see on the screen there. It says short-term oil prices, which will drop rapidly
Starting point is 00:35:54 when the destruction of the Iran nuclear threat is over is a very small price to pay USA and world for USA and world safety and peace. Only fools would think differently. Mm-hmm. Fools being Tucker Carlson, Ilhan Omar. We've got a few of those out there. All right, so that's the reality of it. I've explained this before to you guys. If you're curious about oil. We got a great note coming out at 76 research. I want you to take a look at that. Plus, our portfolio has been doing so well. We just put out that note recently with, you know, a little bit of a pat on our back because it's not easy to beat the S&P, but we've been doing so pretty handily and nicely. So go check that out. I know some of you guys do invest in some of those
Starting point is 00:36:40 portfolios, and you thank me because we are killing it. Hopefully we can help navigate this sort of treacherous investing world for you where, you know, you're not always getting the truth. You're not getting the truth from the media, you're not getting the truth from the investing sort of research houses that are all pushing their own agendas. And I can tell you from my partner, Rob Horton, over there at 76 and I, it's just exactly what we believe with no taint of, okay, we're trying to put anybody in this, that, the other. We have no incentive to do so. We only want to see you make money with our research. So go check out that research at 76research.com. Oh, I've got a great story to tell you about today. I'm so excited for you.
Starting point is 00:37:20 this one. And it's funny because my mom, my mom is the one that tipped me off. I'll explain that. But the Iranian soccer team is getting asylum one way or another. The president has made it very, very clear. He wants these Iranian women that just played the other night over there in Australia against my little cousin, by the way, because my little cousin's a superstar, a superstar soccer player. She's half American, half Korean, she grew up here. And the Korean team was playing the Iranian team. And so she was there that night when they refused to sing their national anthem. And, you know, she saw them eye to eye. And, you know, she's like any natural human, you know, you're concerned. Like these are people that are standing up. They're refusing
Starting point is 00:38:08 to sing their national anthem because they don't like their country. They're making a statement. They want to be heard. And now they're asking for asylum. And the president of the United States says, yes, yes, asylum for them. He sent that out on true social. Somebody had posted this saying, you know, the story is absolutely insane. Senior Iranian regime propagandish threatened to have members of the Iranian women's football team killed because they didn't sing the national anthem at a game in Australia this week. You know that would happen, by the way, you know it. The women were then basically held under armed guards in Australia by Iranian officials to prevent them from escaping. And they were even seen making SOS signals on their team bus. The Australian
Starting point is 00:38:56 government inexplicably dragged their feet on saving them right up until the last possible moment. Five girls just escaped and claimed asylum. The rest face a flight home tomorrow to almost certain persecution. This is the same Australian government which wants to import literal ISIS members from Syrian prison camps that they've spent the past month trying to get ISIS brides back on planes to Australia, but they had to be dragged, kicking and screaming to protect five women fleeing Islamists persecution. So Donald Trump is like, no way, Jose, that's not happening on my watch, just amazing what he's doing. He said, if Australia doesn't do it, they get asylum right here in the US of A. Because, you know,
Starting point is 00:39:45 we're like that, right? We're good. We are the good guys. Take a look at these poor women getting carted off there in the Australia, you know, the World Cup that's going on. Again, Korea, the team my cousin plays on. She's enormously successful, the youngest, as I may have told you, to ever play in the World Cup. Anyway, there in Australia, people were screaming, save our girls. Watch. Save our girls. Save our girls.
Starting point is 00:40:18 And Donald Trump is indeed going to save our girls. are girls. I'm getting like teary-eyed, as I say it. I mean, it's really pretty special, really pretty special. Here's the Iranian head coach. She said, personally, I would like to return to my country, but she said as soon as possible to be with my family and my compatriots, you know, but so many of her team players are terrified because they feel, and you know, by the way, she wasn't one of them out there who didn't stand or sing for the national anthem. They're playing the national anthem. Those women, they sat there totally stone-faced.
Starting point is 00:41:00 And it happened just after the strikes. I mean, I said to my family, gosh, you know, cousin Casey, like she's, I mean, talking about pressure. I mean, she's playing against the Iranian team like hours after we had just put the strikes down. And again, as I told you, the president has promised asylum. It's a big, big, big deal. Here's the team. Here's the Iranian soccer team. Here's my cousin, Casey.
Starting point is 00:41:26 Casey Fair. Here's my cousin and my uncle right after the game. So she's actually going to Brazil to be playing for the World Cup in Brazil for, for, forgive me. She was in Australia. She's going to Brazil, but she is playing for Korea, even though she's American. She's playing for the Korean team because she could get on it really fast as a young person. thus became a moment in history, right? The youngest player, I think she was 16 when she first went to play for the World Cup.
Starting point is 00:41:56 Trump is calling on Australia to give asylum to Iranian women's soccer team and then said, you know what, if they don't do it, we're going to do it. So it can't just kind of, you know, I'm going to tell you, he's a good guy. He's a good guy. And, you know, people, they don't quite comprehend the sort of humanity in him at times. And this is just the right move to do at a time like this. If you ask me, I want to go to some sound from CNN as they got the news. Poor CNN's like, wait a second, he's doing a nice thing.
Starting point is 00:42:29 Heck yeah. He's happy to do a nice thing. Here we go. President Trump posted on social media that he just spoke to the Australian Prime Minister about the Iranian women's soccer team. They are in Australia for a tournament. And last week, members of the team stood. silent during the Iranian national anthem. The president posted, quote, I just spoke to
Starting point is 00:42:53 Prime Minister Anthony Albanyes of Australia concerning the Iranian national women's soccer team. He's on it. Five have already been taken care of and the rest are on their way. Some, however, feel they must go back because they are worried about the safety of their families, including threats to those family members if they don't return. CNN's Christina McFarlane joins us now. Christina, what are you hearing about, obviously, the backstory, which it seems to be what I mentioned, which is the fact that they didn't stand for the national anthem and how this is playing out in Australia and beyond? Yeah, I mean, Dana, it's interesting that we've heard from President Trump already because we have not yet heard from the Australian Prime Minister on what is happening with this woman,
Starting point is 00:43:40 the fate of this woman. We know, of course, that after they took that stand in not singing the national anthem, on Iranian state. Think about that. Like the Australian Prime Minister, who's hosting them there in his country, is doing nothing. While the President of the United States says, it's happening, we will ensure their safety. So just remember that, okay? When they say all the things they want to say about him, just remember, he's one of the good guys.
Starting point is 00:44:11 And we're as Americans, always the good guys. We are. I mean, I'll call us out if we're doing something really crazy. You know that. But I got to say, when you've got intelligence suggesting this attack is imminent throughout the Middle East, and that's what they had, you got to move. It's so good to have you guys here. Make sure you subscribe, you share, you like, it's important.
Starting point is 00:44:33 If you haven't gone to 76 research yet, don't forget to do that because I do want to see you. The markets are recovering, I should say right now a little bit. Let's see where we ended the day. That's actually a lower third from a different time. but I think we did actually see the markets. It could have been bad. Like the futures market was really, really, really bad this morning. And then when I was watching markets today with trading, and you know, I'm a long-term investor, so I look for opportunities when things might be just a little bit down.
Starting point is 00:45:02 It actually did close up 200 points. Woo-hoo! Oil, reversing course. So I knew it. And I actually was at the gym this morning, and I told everyone, I said if it goes down a lot, you want to get in, because this is going to be temporary, I promise. And if you don't have money to get in right now, then just don't. look at it because it'll be over before it's done. And here we go. Dow Jones Industrial average ending the day up half a percent, the S&P up almost a percent, and the NASDAQ, up almost a percent and a half. There you go, baby. That's what I'm talking about. Go to 76 research. At least get the 76 report. Use my code word dollar, D-O-L-L-A-R victory for today's market anyway. I'll tell you, we'll get through this. We'll get through it just fine. I don't
Starting point is 00:45:42 know if Tucker will. Or Ilhan Omar. I think Ilhan Omar is going to be in Somal. you before you know it or Dubai wherever, you know, she has the most opportunity for whatever she may have squandered away. 30 mil, that's nothing to sneeze at. It's good to see you guys. I'll see you live tomorrow.
