Starting point is 00:00:00 And we're live. We have a huge, huge show for you today. You know, I have been all over that whole Russia, Russia, Russia thing forever, like back in the day, back in 2016. And finally, we're starting to hear more come out. It's in part because you got my friend Dan Bongino in there who's salt of the earth, and he's like a dog with a bone. He's not going to let any of this go. He spoke out over the weekend with my former colleague and dear friend Maria Bartoloma. I want to bring some excerpts of that interview to you alongside Cash Patel. So Bongino and Cash together at the FBI, it doesn't get any better than that. I kind of wonder if Comey's going to find himself in prison, as Tulsi Gabbard would like to
Starting point is 00:00:41 see. We are going to reveal some new details surrounding the Russia Gate cover up, along with, oh, AOC is suddenly getting really very, very nervous, very, very nervous. She's firing off letters to the DOJ, wondering about whether or not she's going to get arrested. she should be but we'll see leticia james has been dealt a new blow wait till you hear about this and Donald trump's going in for the kill and then Biden we find out I'm so sorry to hear this of course that he has prostate cancer and it's rather advanced but there are a lot of questions now about how much the White House actually knew way back when we're talking a couple years ago so we'll get
Starting point is 00:01:22 into that welcome to the program everyone I am Trish Riegan this is the Trish Rican show we are live We're live, so make sure you subscribe, share, like, comment. I'm watching it all. Ladies and gentlemen, in real time. And Dan Bongino, Cash Patel, they are exposing all kinds of lies. And I'll tell you, Dan has no use, no use whatsoever for the former head of the FBI, who, by the way, was being taken in. Let me show you the video there from his home over the weekend for questioning,
Starting point is 00:01:54 questioning by Secret Service. Secret Service, which Dan Bonino used to be part of. I wanted to hear what Dan had to say about... I didn't even understand why. Why did they do that? I mean, why put the FBI in its reputation at risk? It was just to win an election? Why?
Starting point is 00:02:12 Because they're weak. Because they're weak. I hate weak people. I can't stand it. They didn't have... We're on TV, so I already said BS once. But they didn't have the guts, the courage, or the character. to do the right thing. They did the easy thing. Donald Trump became a convenient political football.
Starting point is 00:02:32 They used. They thought they could leverage. They thought they'd get, they thought with the media on their side that they'd get away with it. Yeah. Well, you know what? They're not getting away with it. They're not getting away with it because there are people like Maria. There are people like myself. There are people like Dan before he went over the other side, right, who was doing his podcast every day, who are not willing to let them get away with it, ladies and gentlemen. And so now this new thing from Comey, this little social media post, which she thought was so clever and so cute, 86-47, that's coming under new scrutiny.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Even though he's trying to say, oh, you know, I didn't know, I didn't know anybody. Come on, buddy, you were the former head of the FBI, gosh. Okay, here's Koch saying we're well aware of the recent tweet. We're in communication with Secret Service, Director Kern. primary jurisdiction is with the Secret Service on these matters, and we, the FBI, will support them. And you had Dan, who you just saw totally blasting. Dan Bongino blasting James Comey over the 86-47. Instagram post brought shame to the FBI again.
Starting point is 00:03:36 This got picked up, of course, by the New York Post, and that's what you're looking at. But the actual tweet he put out was former FBI Director James Comey brought shame to the FBI badge. Yet again this past week, the director and I spent an enormous. an amount of time trying to clean up the messes left behind by the former director, Comey, and his latest actions are no exception, no exception, because the seashells, which you've seen, are clearly, well, we know what they are because, you know, we're not little kids. We were not born yesterday, even though he wants to try and pass it off as some kind of, oh, I didn't know. I posted earlier a picture of some seashells. I thought there were just shells, right? Whatever,
Starting point is 00:04:13 when I was taking a walk on the beach, I didn't realize some folks associated those numbers with violence and never occurred to me, but I oppose violence of any kind, so I took it down. You moron. I knew exactly what that meant. A child knows what that meant. If you're the FBI director and you don't know what that meant, that meant assassination. And it says it loud and clear. Now, he wasn't very competent, but he was competent enough to know what that meant.
Starting point is 00:04:44 And he did it for a reason. and he was hit so hard. Because people like me, and they like what's happening with our country. Our country has become respected again and all this. And he's calling for the assassination of the president. Obviously, he apologized and said he doesn't. Well, he apologized because he was...
Starting point is 00:05:01 Look, he's a very bad... What do you want to see happen? What do you want to see happen? I don't want to take a position on it because that's going to be up to Pam and all of the great people. But I will say this. I think it's a terrible thing.
Starting point is 00:05:13 And when you add his history to that, if he had a clean history, he doesn't. He's a dirty cop. He's a dirty cop. And if he had a clean history, I could understand if there was a leniency. But I'm going to let them make that decision. Dirty comp, according to the President of the United States. And you know what, a dirty cop, according to Cash Patel and Dan Bongino.
Starting point is 00:05:42 And I think Tulsi, who, by the way, got tired and feathered by the same crew of people trying to suggest that she's somehow a Russian spy. This is a woman who's a veteran. I mean, just because she dared to go up against Hillary Clinton, and it looked like she might actually have a shot against Hillary Clinton, so they had to go after her. She's got no use for any of them either. She wants to see Comey in jail.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Tulsi Gabbard's the Director of National Intelligence. Are you buying that the former FBI director didn't know what 86 Trump meant? Absolutely not, Jesse. That is a ridiculous and insane statement. to make, certainly within this context, but especially coming from a guy who's the former director of the FBI, a guy who spent most of his career prosecuting mobsters and gangsters, people who know and execute other humans and use this exact lingo of 86. Comie himself admitted in his follow-on message that he knew that this was a political statement. Well, the only reason he knew that, Jesse,
Starting point is 00:06:43 was because a little over a month ago, a bunch of anti-Trump, anti-Elon Musk protesters were proliferating the use of this 86-47 slogan, which was a veiled call to action to murder the sitting president of the United States. So for Comey to think that we, the American people, are so stupid as to think that he has a former FBI director, former prosecutor, and someone who clearly pays attention to what's going on would believe his lie that he, he didn't know what this actually was calling for, the dangerousness of this, Jesse, cannot be underestimated. Does he think we're stupid? And I wonder, that's a question that you should come up in the questioning with Secret Service.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Again, this is James Comey, being escorted out of his home because he needs to go and actually debriefed on all of this. I expect that we're going to learn a whole lot more in the coming days as we need to. Look, Comey has landed himself in a whole bunch of trouble, not just because of this social media post, but as we're about to learn, because of the scandal that came around the Russian so-called dossier, the dossier that somehow enabled them to bypass any kind of normalcy and laws and get a FISA warrant. Remember how Comey managed to do that one and then leaked it to the press? James Comey led this whole operation, on top of which he was leading an operation,
Starting point is 00:08:18 according to George Papadopoulos, whom we had on the show, with a whole bunch of honeypot schemes, so that they could try and get information on various Republican campaigns, including Ben Carson's and, of course, Donald Trump's. This is all the brainchild of one James Comey, who then has the audacity to come out and send stupid things like this out into the atmosphere. At a time when I suspect he's kind of jealous, because Donald's, Trump is overseas getting deal after deal after deal done. The market's on a tear.
Starting point is 00:08:48 And somehow he's going to try and disintegrate it all with this? I mean, you don't do this. He's overseas, for goodness sakes. There's a certain amount of vulnerability when you have a president to the United States overseas. And yet Comey chooses that. I mean, really bad taste, really disgusting taste, but perhaps something more, which is what leads us to what Dan Bongino
Starting point is 00:09:12 and Cash Patel were saying, do not forget, these are two people that were all over the Russia Gate issue. Kosh led it, right? For the House, he was leading that investigation. While Dan Bongino, much like myself, was reporting on it every single solitary day saying, what the heck is going on? I'll tell you, I read that dossier. And I'm like, how would anybody ever think that this was a piece of government paper, Intel
Starting point is 00:09:41 document? I mean, this reads like it's straight out of the National Enquirer. This reads to me like opposition research. And this is what our Intel department should have known, but they didn't want to know that. They didn't want to believe that. They actually wanted to believe that this was serious stuff, and that Donald Trump was somehow a threat and bought and paid for by the Russians,
Starting point is 00:10:03 which led us down that wild goose chase spending years and taxpayer money and doing a lot of damage to the Trump reputation in the media. So now you've got Dan Bongino and Cash Patel together dynamic duo at the FBI that are coming out ready, willing and able to expose all of the lies. In fact, they've been going through all of the documents bit by bit and they found some stuff. Let's watch what Kosh says on this. Look, I can speak to the folks that were in our seats, our predecessors, and they intentionally failed the American public by putting on the biggest DC-Deceive. game we've ever seen. They said the FBI was the most storied institution for law enforcement, and it was, and it will be, again, very soon. But when the likes of Comey and McCabe and Strach and
Starting point is 00:10:54 company came in here with the James Bakers of the world and intentionally lied to a federal court only to rig a presidential election by lying to the American public and using taxpayer dollars likely illegally to fund this entire operation and then withhold a sculpatory information from a federal court that I used to appear warf to manhunt terrorists, that's what broke the FBI. And then when they were caught, they lied about it. And you and a few others like Dan and others were brave enough to cover it six, seven, eight years ago. And we're still talking about it today because as Congress is working rigorously with us,
Starting point is 00:11:28 the Crossfire Hurricane documents are coming fast and hard. And they're being sent there, unredacted, so we can have full accountability. And that's how you restore what the trust that was lost to the, American public when it comes to the FBI. Guys, I just want to state that this is so important. It is incredibly important. We were lied to. We didn't get the information. And now the Trump administration has declassified everything associated with
Starting point is 00:11:57 Crossfire Hurricane. And we're going to find out some stuff. A whole lot of stuff. I mean, we've already found out quite a bit of stuff. I mean, you think about the 51X spooks, including the former deputy director, the CIA, Shame on him. Mike Morel. Trying to print a bunch of lies. Did print a bunch of lies. Oh, that laptop. That's not actually anything other than misinformation bought and paid for by the Russians and fed to you by Rudy Giuliani. Remember that one? Or, oh, the Wuhan virus. That couldn't possibly have come from the Wuhan lab where we were actually giving money for gain of function research.
Starting point is 00:12:34 I mean, the lies were prolific and constant. And this was one of them. We need to know exactly what happened. To Cassius' point, if you want to restore the integrity of the FBI, you need to actually have truth back in the FBI. And again, as my friend Maria said, why, why, why would you do it? Why would you risk the entire reputation of the FBI? And the answer is pretty simple as Dan Bongino said, these guys were weak and I could go further, but I won't.
Starting point is 00:13:07 I'll let him say it. I don't even understand why. Why did they do that? I mean, why put the FBI in its reputation at risk? It was just to win an election? Why? Because they're weak. Because they're weak.
Starting point is 00:13:22 I hate weak people. I can't stand it. They didn't have, we're on TV, so I already said BS once. But they didn't have the guts, the courage, or the character to do the right thing. They did the easy thing. Donald Trump became a convenient political, football. They used. They thought they could leverage. They thought they'd get, they thought with the media on their side that they'd get away with it. And they did for a while. Well, you see Donald
Starting point is 00:13:51 Trump's back in office. At one point, he sued Clinton and her cronies because he wanted the discovery. Unfortunately, the lawsuit didn't get to first base, but the goal on that case was to get the discovery because he wanted the information. He wanted to be able to prove out what they were doing the likes of James Comey and Peter Strzok or Lisa Page, whatever, I get them confused. You know, the Star Cross lovers there. McCabe, the rest of them. And unfortunately, we might run into things with Statues of Limitations. I'm telling you, like, just because, you know, we're going to be perfectly honest here,
Starting point is 00:14:27 I don't know if we're going to be able to see the proper consequences because of the five-year statute of limitations. But you know what? at least history will be corrected. The record will be set straight. And we need to have this information for the sanctity of our institutions going forward. And I'm just telling you right now, as much as we know about Crossfire Hurricane,
Starting point is 00:14:51 he and I just found out more last week. And we're continuing to work with Congress to put those documents out. That's how vindictive and vicious the former leadership structure here was. Not only did they bastardize the FISA process in line of American public, They withheld and hid documentation and put it in rooms where people weren't supposed to look and it's a good thing we're here now to clean it up and you're about to see a wave of transparency.
Starting point is 00:15:14 What do you mean? Just give us about a week or two. Do you hear that? A wave of transparency in about a week or two. So they have newfound materials and we're about to hear this. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a big deal and I know that we don't like having to sit by and wait for a week or two but they're also saying we want to make sure that we do this right. And we want to make sure the right people are held accountable,
Starting point is 00:15:45 even if you can't do it with that darn statute of limitations, at least make sure that we are exposing this to the public, and so you want it all out there. I was the lead Russia Gate investigator for the House Intelligence Committee, and I've been on both your shows in a prior life talking about it, and I'm telling you in the American public that we have now found material and information and people who wanted to hide it from the world since we got in these seats. And we, as the deputy said, we are trying to do it in a fashion where not only are we informing
Starting point is 00:16:17 the American public or what happened, but we can have accountability for it. That's what we need. Okay, we need accountability. We need to know what happened. I don't care that it was that many years ago. I spent a good chunk of my time and career covering that and reading the Mueller report, cover to cover and waiting for more out of Durham. And it was like, for goodness sakes, why were there so many stall tactics? What was Comey up to? Really? What was that all about?
Starting point is 00:16:45 And then Christopher Ray even. I'm not going to give him a pass either. You got to ask, what were they really trying to do? And you combine it with the fact that Colmy's putting his little 8647 thing out there. Tulsi's got no use for it. She wants to see the guy in jail. I think everybody does. The FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official. You would work through the White House counsel and there'd be discussions and approvals and who would be. I want to just flag that we're going back to the flashback a couple of years ago. He's being interviewed at the 92nd Street Y by an MSNBC reporter and he's bragging about how he caught General Flynn. This is sort of similar to how he went after George Papadopoulos who has been on this show and they
Starting point is 00:17:30 got George somehow in a lie because he thought, oh, the FBI wants to talk to me. Of course, I'll talk to the FBI, no problem. And they're like, well, where were you on such and such a day? And he's like, who knows where I was on such and such a day? And of course, he was naive and didn't have a lawyer there. And thus, they got him on these technicalities of lying to the FBI. But if he had had this sort of proper infrastructure around him, that wouldn't happen, you're the FBI, James Comey. Why are you trying to go after everybody and catch them in these little, these little lies by not even offering them, not even saying, hey, you might want an attorney in the room. If you listen to this again, he's proud of the fact that he never, ever, ever had offered an
Starting point is 00:18:13 attorney to the likes of one General Flynn, was just proud that he was able to get him because, oh, General Flynn was naive. The whole Trump administration was naive. They were just trying to do the right thing, God forbid. He would work through the White House counsel, and there'd be discussions and approvals and who would be there. and I thought it's early enough, let's just send a couple guys over. And so we placed a call to Flynn, said, hey, we're sending a couple guys over,
Starting point is 00:18:42 hope you'll talk to them. He said, sure. Nobody else was there. They interviewed him in a conference room at the White House Situation Room, and he lied to them. And that's what he's now played guilty to. What did he think they were coming over there for? I don't think he knew. I know we didn't tell him just so we got a cup sending over a couple of agents I want to ask you some questions
Starting point is 00:19:04 kind of a bad guy he's sort of a bad dude right and I think he probably knew a lot of this would be coming out I kind of wonder if the 8647 was a decoy move like to distract because this way oh if they go after him for that he can play the victim card because you know what's going to come out all kinds of stuff is going to come out. And we're going to find out just exactly how vindictive he was. And this was exactly what he was afraid of, which is exactly why he was on MSNBC several months before the election saying, you got to vote for Biden, you got to vote for Biden, who at the time may have actually been suffering from prostate cancer. We're going to get to that in just a little bit. But he was out there, you know, singing the song, doing the dance, you got to do this, or else.
Starting point is 00:19:55 When you think about a second Trump administration, what do you think the implications would be for the FBI? Oh, serious. For the Justice Department and the FBI, because Trump is coming for those institutions. He knows their power, and I think he has regrets that he didn't work hard enough to corrupt them last time. So he's coming for them, and that's a danger for all Americans. He's going to put people in positions in those organizations. He didn't have All-Stars the last time. He'll have the bottom of the barrel this time, but people who will want to do his will, and that should worry every American. This election matters because of a reason like that. People have to participate.
Starting point is 00:20:31 You cannot sit on the sideline. I don't care how you feel about Joe Biden. You must vote for him because the consequences on the other side are too severe. You're because I'm going to wind up in jail. They're severe for you, buddy. I don't know if they're so severe for the country. I think the country's actually finding that the Trump administration's doing pretty well. We'll get to some of the poll numbers a little bit later in the show.
Starting point is 00:20:54 But people are happy. You know why inflation's coming down? The market's back on a tear. things are good. But Comey for you, things are really S-H-I, you know what, E. Okay, they're really bad. And I wonder if your little plant there, their seashells had something to do with a distraction because you knew.
Starting point is 00:21:18 You knew that Cash Patel and Dan Bonjino were reviewing the files associated with Crossfire Hurricane, which was your baby. and they're finding all kinds of corruption and all kinds of problems. But regardless of that, Tulsi wants you in jail for the seashells. Do you believe Comey should be in jail? I do. I'm very concerned for the president's life. We've already seen assassination attempts.
Starting point is 00:21:48 I'm very concerned for his life. We, the American people, cannot take this lightly. Whatever your politics, we cannot allow people to get by without being held account. for this kind of public call to assassinate the President of the United States. When we have two assassination attempts on the president's life, when we have people who look to guys like Comey, who've been celebrated by MSNBC and the Democrat elite and CNN as the beacon of integrity, the law and order guy, the guy who would tell the truth no matter what the consequences. This is the guy who's issuing a hit on President Trump, the president that the American people
Starting point is 00:22:26 voted for. So it's guys like Comey and others who call the president the modern day Nazi, people who are in great positions of influence who are saying that President Trump poses an existential threat to our country. These are people who hate democracy and hate the American people because they cannot stand that the people overwhelmingly chose to elect Donald Trump and send him back to the White House. So they are seeking other means to get their way and to try to remove him from that position. Let's just say, James Comey knew exactly what he was doing. He knew exactly what 86 men. Who doesn't know what 86 men? I mean, go back to my restaurant working days as a waitress, high school summers up in Kenny Bunkport, Maine. I was talking with one of the viewers just the other day about that in the chat because they were like, oh, I used to work in Maine too. Well, you know, we learned the term 86, the baked lobster pretty fast, right? When you were out, it was gone. Fini. It's also been known as sort of a mob phrase for you take them eight miles out of town and you bury him six feet under. What kind of head of the FBI doesn't know that?
Starting point is 00:23:36 That's a bunch of baloney. So you just have to question what his motive was. Is this sort of like AOC? They're trying to tempt the administration into doing something so that they, I mean, be very cautious with this guy. He's bad news. He's always been bad news. And his intentions are not honorable to Tulsi's point, trying to hold the FBI. FBI up on this, you know, shining hill. No, no, no, this guy, bad dude, bad one. And Dan Bonino
Starting point is 00:24:04 knows it. Dan Bonino knows it, which is why he's saying they were weak, they were bad, they were terrible people, they really were. But, you know, I'll tell you something about Dan because I've known him a long time. He's a really good guy. Like one of the best people in this industry that's on television or hosts a podcast or anything. Like just one of the most honorable really straight shooters I've ever known in the business. And I have a tremendous amount of respect for him as a broadcaster and as a friend. And when Dan Bongino says what I'm about to show you, I realize, you know, some people are like, wait, how can that be? But this is Dan. This is Dan talking. And he was asked by Maria about what went down in Butler, Pennsylvania, as well as the other
Starting point is 00:24:52 assassination attempt on the president's life in Florida. And I want you to do. hear what he says because he's not sugarcoat in anything and he's not going to lead you down some primrose pass he's seen the files now and here's his response are we going to be surprised at what you learned you know what maria um cash is not kidding we've been personally briefed extensively on every single detail nugget tendril of this case one is actively in court right now so add respect for the case. It's probably more appropriate that I'd stay quiet on that. However, I'm not going to tell people what they want to hear. I'm going to tell you the truth. And whether you like it or not is up to you. If there was a big explosive there there, right, given my history
Starting point is 00:25:40 as a Secret Service agent and my personal friendship as a director does with the president, give me one logical, sensible reason we would not have. If you can think of one, there isn't. There isn't, in some of these cases, the there you're looking for is not there. And I know people, I get it. I understand. It's not there. If it was there, we would have told you. So, I believe him.
Starting point is 00:26:10 Okay, but, you know, I've known him for a long time, and I know how he thinks, and I know how honest a guy he is. And so he's saying he looked at those files, and you, got a couple of crackpots, okay, in Butler, Pennsylvania, and then down in Florida, a couple of crackpots, and he doesn't think that there's a huge smoking gun. It's not like you can point to somebody deliberately doing this. The other thing that was really important was Dan and Cash also came out on Epstein. Now, this one actually surprised me, because I've got to tell you, I got my own sources on this one, including Epstein's doctor, who spoke to him just a day before. But now, again, if Cash and Dan are correct in what they're about to say, I'll elaborate further on what
Starting point is 00:27:00 may have been going down. But listen to their take on what happened with Jeffrey Epstein. Just remember, these guys have no incentive to kind of tell us something that's not actually true, right? Again, Dan, I know him. I'm telling you, he's not going to lie to you. Watch. You said Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. People don't believe it. Well, I mean, listen, they have a right to their opinion, but as someone who has worked, as a public defender, as a prosecutor who's been in that prison system, who's been in the Metropolitan Detention Center, who's been in segregated housing, you know a suicide when you see one, and that's what that was.
Starting point is 00:27:42 They killed himself. Again, you want me to get, I've seen the whole file. He killed himself. I know it's hard work. So they have no reason to say that, right? Unless that's what they believe. And Dan's seen the file. Cash has seen the file and that is what they believe.
Starting point is 00:28:03 I've told you before, I spoke with the doctor who had talked to him within 24 hours before the episode happened. The doctor didn't actually believe that it was so synced because he said, well, I talked to him. He seemed like in great spirit. So I don't really know how that happened after he seemed like he was in such good spirits. But one of the other things that the doctor did say to me was that he was just such an enormous personality, charming, loaded with all kinds of charm. Would charm the heck out of anyone, anywhere. And you wonder how much Epstein may have been covering up for other things, right, with that charm.
Starting point is 00:28:37 Again, it's hard for me to doubt Dan. I don't know cash as well, but I've known Dan a lot of years. he is Salt of the Earth. Some of you guys know Drew, who's produced on this show before, and Drew's very close, has been close with him for many, many years down in Florida. And again, you know, he'd say the same thing. Dan's not going to lie about something. So that's quite a statement coming from the two of them. But what's also worth remembering is that because these guys don't lie, and even though Dan may have thought this, that, and the other on his show, he's coming out and saying, look, I saw the files, and this is the way it is. But he's also saying,
Starting point is 00:29:15 and I saw the files, and this is the way it is, when it comes to one James Comey and Rushagate. So there's some there there on that. And that's an important thing to remember. And when you consider the timing of what James Comey was just trying to pull, I think that that is relevant. I think that that ties in with something here. because James Comey was trying to distract knowing that Crossfire Hurricane is coming out in what did he tell us? A week or two.
Starting point is 00:29:53 So we're going to be all over this. All over this, ladies and gentlemen, listen, I've been covering this story a long time. And I was one of the few out there on Fox saying this doesn't make any sense. Like my friend Maria, like Dan Bongino. And this is Dan even before he was at Fox. So we need to get to the bottom of that. Another interesting development that came out of this. We did hear Dan Bongino and Cash Patel slamming the northern border.
Starting point is 00:30:26 We know as well. They're actually going to be moving 1,500 agents out of the Hoover Building in D.C., scattering them all over the country into the field. All those FBI agents are, well, you're going to be kidding me. I've got to leave D.C. You're going to have to leave D.C. for a bit. They want to retrofit the building. Apparently, there's like, deborfering them.
Starting point is 00:30:42 free falling off the building. They have to have nets, et cetera. And so they deserve a better building. They want a better building. And in the meantime, these guys get out and see the rest of America, if you would. But let me go to this. Cash Patel talking about the northern border. We talk about the southern border so much and there have been improvements made on the southern border. But how is it that fentanyl, this, that, and the other human trafficking is still happening? And he's pointing to Canada. And he's not saying it needs to be a 51st state or anything, but he is saying they got to clean up their act, they got to do their part. Why haven't they done it? Watch.
Starting point is 00:31:17 In the first two, three months that we've been in the seat under Donald Trump's administration, he has sealed the border. He has stopped border crossings. So where's all the fentanyl coming from still? Where's the trafficking coming from still? Where are all the narco-traffickers going to keep bringing this stuff into the country? The northern border. Our adversaries have partnered up with the CCP and others, Russia, Iran, on a variety of different criminal enterprises,
Starting point is 00:31:43 and they're going and they're sailing around to Vancouver and coming in by air. And the sheer tyranny of distance of the northern border and the lack of cooperation from federal authorities and prior administrations to actually firm up that northern border is what's causing a continuation of violent crime. Now, we're focused on it,
Starting point is 00:32:00 and we're calling our state and local law enforcement partners up there, but you know who has to get to step in is Canada because they're making it up there and shipping it down here. And I don't care about getting into this debate about making someone the 51st state or not. But they are our partner in the north and say what you want about Mexico, but they helped us seal the southern border. The facts speak for themselves. The border that's open. I'll give you a statistic that I gave to Congress that
Starting point is 00:32:23 nobody was paying attention to. Over 300 known or suspected terrorists crossed into this country last year illegally. Known or suspected terrorists, not illegals. Not just illegals. Known or suspected terrorists. 85% of them came in through the northern border. This year, 100 known. No one or suspected terrorists also came in. He went on to say through the northern border years ago, and I mean a lot of years ago, because my girls are now 15, and I want to think I was pregnant with them
Starting point is 00:32:55 and actually decided not to do the story at the time because it wasn't really, you know, one that I wanted to get involved with under the circumstances of being pregnant with twins. I was looking into a story of drugs being routed through China through another than none other. other than the northern border of Canada. Because there was a lot of evidence, and this was 15 years ago, that this was happening then.
Starting point is 00:33:20 And it's only swelled in proportion because it's a huge business, right? Amazing too when you think about it. Remember the Opium Wars? China used to get so mad at us. Well, not us, but the Europeans. We had a little bit of involvement. Primarily it was the French and the German and the English and they actually had a phenomenal opium trade going where they would actually
Starting point is 00:33:42 buzz all this stuff up through the, interestingly, southern border in China. And despite pleas and calls from the Ming Dynasty, they'd say, no, we don't want this happening. It would continue to move up into China. And it is still a sore, sore spot in China to these days because over a third of the population became addicted to this stuff. And as a result, there were a whole bunch of concessions that had to be put in place, resulting out of the opium war. So it's a funny way of history repeating itself. And believe me, China is well aware of this. We may not think about it much, but China does. And so they can't come
Starting point is 00:34:21 up through the bottom. I guess they're coming up through the top, right? Through the northern border. And Cash is saying, that has to stop. You better believe it has to stop. Of course, AOC doesn't want to have it stop, which is why AOC is now in newfound trouble. Wait till you hear the latest. She's freaking out, though. I've got to tell you, she's scared. She's firing off letters to the DOJ. am I going to be arrested? Am I going to be arrested? I think she wants to get arrested. I think it's like Comey. Let me send this one out there and see what happens. They all want a little bit of attention, maybe, a bunch of spoiled children that don't get enough attention so they're lashing out. We're going to get to that story. But first, we are fully independent on the Trish Rican show,
Starting point is 00:34:59 and we love it that way. Thank you for all your support and your subscriptions. We are killing it. We are upwards of, are we, gosh, are we approaching $780,000? I mean, it feels like I just said some 50 the other day right guys we're doing great thank you for all you do and thank you to our wonderful sponsors including american heart for gold if you're interested in investing in gold i think gold's back up again today it's just crazy it's been your all-time highs for a whole lot of reasons that we have talked about in the past in fact last week i had the CEO of the company on and he got all into it sure enough 32 36 we're off the high of 3 400-ish but it's up another 1.5 percent today gold that is and part of that is because well, you know, if dollars start to depreciate and gold is priced in dollars, then gold would
Starting point is 00:35:45 theoretically go up, which is why it's a great inflation hedge. The other thing going on is the Moody's credit rating downgrade, which we'll get to as well. And that perhaps is also lending some help and support towards gold prices today. You can get up to $15,000 and free silver with American Heart for Gold. All you have to do is go to Trish lovesgold.com. Easy to remember or text Trish to 65532, call them at 1844-495-1-115. The AOC is getting a little bit nervous. I think she's actually kind of frightened. Either that or it is just me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me.
Starting point is 00:36:20 I want attention, I want attention, I want attention. But she sounds a little bit scared. So there was this episode that happened on Friday that I wanted to tell you about. There was a reporter, an independent journalist, who approached AOC and said, Congresswoman, can you tell us, are you under investigation by DOJ? Have they told you yet? Have they responded? Have they responded? And she said, I mean, they haven't responded. I asked them. They haven't responded to me. But, you know, once again, I'm fully using my First Amendment to inform people of their constitutional rights. They say a lot of things, but I've written a formal
Starting point is 00:36:59 letter and they won't respond. And then she went on to say, I'll tell you, it'll be a dark day, basically. I'm paraphrasing if Donald Trump and his administration dare to arrest me for just telling people about their rights. Part of this has to do with what happened a couple of Fridays ago. I guess it would be, well, not a couple Fridays ago, but, you know, the Friday before last, in Newark, New Jersey, out of the Delancey facility, where you had some representatives from Congress joining some protesters, and they were told not to trespass and not to cross onto the property by ICE, but that didn't stop them. And all of a sudden, before you, you know it, you've got the newer New Jersey mayor being arrested and calls for some of the
Starting point is 00:37:40 representatives, including one, La Monica, McGiver, and Menendez, I believe he's a relation of Robert Menendez, who's now in jail. Yeah, really. Anyway, they were out there trespassing, and this happened. world. Has heard it well. The Meregore conversion of the world. The incredible system of Pago of Shopify facilitates the site web, in the
Starting point is 00:38:12 social and in any place. That is music for your ears. No, you'll do more whirts. Your negotiation will be a super-exito with Shopify. Empea. You know, La Monica is the one in the red. I know I just love saying it. Like, it's not Monica. It's La Monica. The Monica, the one and only. MTG is calling for her, Marjorie Taylor Green, to be expelled from Congress because of what she was doing there leading these protests, including body slamming, allegedly, one of the female ICE agents and some other ICE agents.
Starting point is 00:39:22 This was also caught on camera, and this is the issue that has AOC so upset. If you're listening on the Spotify podcast, I applaud you for that. I encourage you guys to go over to Spotify. You can listen to the audio version or actually get the video version there too, absolutely free. And it would be great, actually, if you could also maybe do a little five stars while you're there. But we're looking at video of LaMonica actually bumping into some of these ice agents and things are getting really, really, really heated. I want to explain that for our audio listeners.
Starting point is 00:40:01 And it was kind of a sad scene. So you can see LaMonica again pushing herself up against the ICE agent. This is not a good look for a representative of U.S. Congress. Some of you have suggested this is an insurrection of sorts. This administration is trying to restrict Congress from doing their bare duties and the responsibilities that the people have elected us to do. What we just witnessed was just disgusting. I am very upset.
Starting point is 00:40:50 I am very angry and I am very hurt that they could be able to do something like that to us. These are people who are supposed to be officers who are supposed to protect us, and they have done none of that. If they can treat three members of Congress like that, just imagine how they can treat people on the street each and every day, both undocumented and people who are citizens here in this country. It makes absolutely no sense to arrest the mayor of the largest city of this state who did nothing wrong. He went inside of the gate and told them that he was waiting for us to come out because we were conducting an oversight visit.
Starting point is 00:41:33 They asked him to leave. He left out of the gate. Instead of the ICE officials that were here who were supposed to be here to lead us on a tour, they then came out to have a huddle. about how the mayor was inside and that he should be arrested still because he was inside. They then came back out after the mayor was out here with you all, some of you out here. They then left us still. We're waiting for a visit to come back out here and arrest the mayor who had already left off of their property from behind the gate. Okay, but their complaint from ICE's standpoint is that he was trespassing.
Starting point is 00:42:10 Now they could have asked for an appointment to go there and they could have been a school but that's not what they chose to do. Instead, they chose to descend onto the property to try and push their way into the ICE detention facility. And obviously, we're looking for seeking this kind of public attention, which is exactly kind of the theme of the show, whether it be Comey seeking his public attention or AOC seeking her public attention, or La Manette and Menendez and the Newark mayor seeking their public attention, it's as though they're trying to goad the administration into arresting them. I mean, listen, I don't think it's that hard.
Starting point is 00:42:51 You're trespassing, for goodness sakes. Look at what they did at J6. I saw what you said, peace in my mind. If J-Sex protesters were arrested for trespassing, then why wouldn't these people be arrested as well? And listen, for the DHS, the Department of Homeland Security, this is on the table. And AOC, when she gets out there and says things like,
Starting point is 00:43:13 If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress. It's the Department of Homeland Security. It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Christie Kno. You lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem. Yeah, when she says things like that, people start saying, well, what does she mean by that? What do we're going to have a problem? Is this sort of state versus federal law saga, Trishman, McLaughlin from DHS said, listen, if AOC decides to get involved in one of these protests,
Starting point is 00:43:44 she's not immune from anything just because she is AOC, just like La Monica and Menendez, and the mayor of Newark, New Jersey are not immune. Watch. If AOC goes down there and pulls the same kind of stunt that we've seen in Friday and today, are you going to arrest her as well? She trespasses and if she assaults law enforcement officers, as we saw earlier, I think that that's certainly on the table. Yeah, certainly on the table. You better believe it's on the table.
Starting point is 00:44:14 Like, this is not that hard to understand, is it? You know, there's an attorney that spoke recently, Andy McCarthy, on Fox News, and he's not necessarily a big Trump person, so I think it's kind of interesting when he weighs in on this. I'm not an attorney by a background financial person, but not an attorney. And I will just say, my basic knowledge, right, of the Constitution and the law suggest that you don't go trespassing onto federal property when you're being specifically told not to. And if you continue to trespass, well, then heck, they are going to arrest you.
Starting point is 00:44:45 And it shouldn't be that hard to figure out. But Andy McCarthy, let's let him say it. So they broke out in song on Monday a few days prior to that, though. The video was a lot rougher. Another showdown outside that ICE detention center in New Jersey. Protesters, including Democratic lawmakers, members of the clergy there, protest the facility now a couple days in the making. Andy McCarthy is with us to tell us who's right, who's wrong, and all this and where it goes from here. Andy, good morning to you, and thank you for your time.
Starting point is 00:45:12 Yeah, AOC says Tom Holman, Secretary Nome, you're the problem here. Here we go. Watch. If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress. It's the Department of Homeland Security. It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Kristy Nome. You lay a finger on them. We are going to have a problem. Okay, so legally, who's in the right here?
Starting point is 00:45:35 Do the lawmakers have the authority to go into this facility or do they not? No, they absolutely don't have the authority to go in without the approval of the executive branch. The enforcement of the federal immigration laws is a federal responsibility. Congress has oversight of it, but members of Congress who are not acting as Congress, they're acting as individuals. They don't have any more right to obstruct the operations. and certainly to create situations that endanger, and in some cases reportedly have resulted in assaults on federal officials, they don't have any power to do that.
Starting point is 00:46:14 Boom, okay, boom. This is all pretty obvious stuff, but nonetheless, not really, for one, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is trying to basically advise people, and she says this is within her freedom of speech, that they can resist arrest should ICE actually approach them. Let's go to some of her comments that she's been making because this is what is coming under fire. Tom Homan doesn't really appreciate when Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is telling them to resist arrest and therefore put in jeopardy the lives of his ICE officers as they try and do their jobs. principle number one in what you can do is that when one of these things comes to your backyard
Starting point is 00:47:04 you can I just want to stop first of all you may have to turn up the volume a little bit because this is her social media feed one of these things comes to your backyard one of these things these ice officers are just things I mean you hear her degradation of law officers trying to do their job calling them things will continue. And what that happens over millions of people is that you generate enough friction that they cannot go as fast as they want to go. Okay? So I'm going to give you some examples that have already been working.
Starting point is 00:47:44 Let's start with immigration and ICE. When people say, what can we do? In my community, we are a heavily immigrant community. ICE raids deeply affect and disrupt our community. So, number one, if you live in a community with a lot of immigrants, know your rights. That's one tangible thing you can do that I want you to do. And that means know your rights if you are a U.S. citizen as well. Okay?
Starting point is 00:48:21 Here's one way that we're going to create some friction in this system. Tom Holman, who's directing a lot of these ICE operations nationally, et cetera. He went on TV, practically crying. This dude was whining his ass off because ICE went into the city of Chicago, and Chicago had prepared for them, community organizers, activists, and their mayor and local elected officials who were solid on this issue, they educated the city on their legal rights. Because what ICE tries to do is that they rely on people not knowing their rights
Starting point is 00:49:02 in order to enter buildings, in order to search workplaces, etc. So when you know your rights, you are able to tell them no, and they do walk away. What you can do is protect people around you. and also make sure that you are slowing down this system. The slower they operate, the less they can break. All right. So she wants to slow it down. Remember what happened in Chicago, like a month prior to her issuing that?
Starting point is 00:49:37 The Chicago raid, I guess, didn't actually happen in the way that it was expected because it got leaked because there are people out there leaking what ICE is going to do. that's kind of a problem. On top of that, she sent out this little pamphlet. Let's see if we got it. Oh, she and Ilhan Omar. They're both doing this. If you see ICE in public, make sure you demand documentation. Make sure you demand their verification. You've had a recent dispute, if that's the right word with... Forgive me. This is also, you can see in Spanish, in addition, make sure you share this information with your networks of people so that you can try to impede In the words of Tom Homan, the actual arrest.
Starting point is 00:50:19 So he's getting a little annoyed, understandably, naturally, because this, once again, is not an area for dispute. Go back to the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution. It actually specifically deals with this. States have a different view on immigration, and they want to welcome people and say, sure, we can give you a license, this, that, and the other. They actually can't do that because,
Starting point is 00:50:41 according to the Supremacy Clause, the federal government has the right to actually interject themselves in between the state and these migrants. And so the states are now finding themselves in a more vulnerable position. The DOJ has already called out, for example, New York and Illinois. So AOC, a couple of months ago, started like rattling horns and rattling cages and saying she thought she was going to be arrested by the DOJ. She may indeed. Here she is with NPR trying to justify this and say, this is simply her freedom of speech. She's got to. to stand up for her constituents. I mean, forget the fact that her constituents are not actually
Starting point is 00:51:22 the illegals because the illegals still can't vote in New York, even though AOC would like to see it differently. Here we go. You had a recent dispute, if that's the right word, with Tom Homan, the president's Homeland Security czar, so-called. You held an online forum, a Know Your Rights for him that he didn't like. What were you doing? What was your goal as you saw it? My job is to educate and act as a liaison of critical information to my constituents. And I was informing all of my constituents of their constitutional protections. And in particular, their constitutional protections against illegal search and seizure in the United States. Holman was upset, I suppose, because he felt that you were giving advice to people who are here illegally.
Starting point is 00:52:21 Were you? I was giving advice to all of my constituents. Yeah. He said he was going to report you or even that he did reach out to the Department of Justice. Have you heard from the Department of Justice? I have not, and I intend on reaching out to the Department of Justice to inquire. Really? What would your question be for the Department of Justice?
Starting point is 00:52:43 Well, there is a member of the Trump administration. who is threatening and seeks to open an inquiry and are you going to do it what would you learn what do you hope to learn from that exchange I think it's important to know where this administration stands and if they intend on using political intimidation to silence their critics oh my gosh you see so my theory holds right that she's seeking attention she's trying to get attention which is why she's firing off this letter this one went to Pam Bondi this is in late February, and she continues to cite this, actually, as recently as Friday, frustrated that she has not heard anything back. Let me see if I can make it a little bit bigger for you guys.
Starting point is 00:53:29 She said educating the public about their rights, especially in a time of rising uncertainty is a key part of my responsibility as an elected official, a government that uses threats of DOJ investigations to suppress free speech is a threat to all. So she's all upset because she's doing something that honestly, guys, you know, she just shouldn't, right? We know that she has no jurisdiction here and yet she does it anyway. And now she's being asked, are you going to be arrested? I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, because she has sent these letters and she hasn't heard anything just yet. Which is why when we go back to her soundbite where she's getting a little crazy here, I think it's a deliberate attempt to goad one Tom Homan, right?
Starting point is 00:54:14 This is deliberate from AOC. If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress. It's the Department of Homeland Security. It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Christie Kno. You lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem. I don't think he's that intimidated by this. What do you think? In fact, if I recall, he kind of made some funny remarks about basically she wasn't even born
Starting point is 00:54:43 when he was first working in this field and he's worked for six different presidents oh we actually happen to have it so I'll play it for you first of all you can't intimidate me come on give me a break you know I was enforcing him I was wearing a green uniform board a general agent for five years before she was even born I had more than three decades enforcing immigration law before she came a member of Congress I've worked for six presidents I've seen policies I've seen hundreds of policies some work some didn't but you can't deny the success of the Trump administration when comes to border security, again, the most secure
Starting point is 00:55:16 board in history of this nation. And I said from day one, and she knows this. You can not support ICE. Shame on you. You can support sanctuary cities. Shame on you. But you can't cross the line. You can't knowingly impede ICE law enforcement officers. That is a felony. You can't harbor and conceal. Knowingly harboringly and conceal, it will go alien from ICE. That is a felony. And you certainly can't commit criminal trespass. You know, and as far as in New York, district. This administration has done more to protect her district and she has the number of criminal aliens we took off the streets of New York made her community much safer. She ought to be thanking the members of this administration. The men and women are ICE who protect this country and make her
Starting point is 00:55:57 community safer. So, you know, it's politics over public safety. It's just ridiculous. She ought to love her community more than she hates Trump because we're doing a lot to protect her community. Yeah, you'd think that she would love her community. But, you know, know what, I'm going to show you some statistics that kind of proof she doesn't care two bits about her community. The crime levels, they have skyrocketed since Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez came into power there because she's more about grandstanding and trying to somehow prove a point on all this, which I'm telling yes, she's never going to be able to do because of the U.S. Constitution and the Supremacy Clause and the Commerce Clause and Naturalization Clause, you name it.
Starting point is 00:56:42 You can take this thing all the way the Supreme Court and I suspect it will go and she will lose. She is wrong, but it doesn't stop her from grandstanding all in an attempt to make Trump look bad. Here she is my favorite. I apologize if I've shown you this before, but it is just so darn good. This is Tom Homan. And this is him from a couple years ago. I want to say this is like 2019 and he's up against AOC in this moment. Congress and even if you've seen it before you've got to see it again because it is that compelling
Starting point is 00:57:16 it is that compelling you guys he basically just slams her right to her face and remember he's a good guy he's been doing this a long time back in the days when the Democrats actually stood for borders as well take a peek this memo you're not the author but you signed the memo yes a zero a zero tolerance memo. So you provided the official recommendation to Secretary Nielsen for the United States to pursue family separation. I gave Secretary Nielsen numerous recommendations on how to secure the border and save lives. But it says here that you gave her numerous options, but the recommendation was option
Starting point is 00:57:59 three, family separation. What I am saying, this is not the only paper where we given the Secretary numerous options to secure the border and save lives. and so the recommendation of the many that you recommended you recommended family separation i recommend a zero tolerance which includes family separation the same as is we ever you a citizen parent gets arrested window with a child zero tolerance was interpreted as the policy that separated children from their
Starting point is 00:58:29 if i get arrested for DUI and i have a young child in a car i'm going to be separated when i also police officer in new york and i arrested a father for domestic violence i separated that father from his family With all to respect, legal assailies are not charged with any crime. When you're under the country, legally is violation 8 United States Code 1325. Seeking asylum is legal. If you want to seek asylum and go through the port of entry, do it the legal way. The Attorney General of the United States has made that clear.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Okay. Right? I mean, it's pretty darn good. It's really good. And then there was that other moment when he was on with Jayapal, Representative Jayapal. and she was like, Mr. Holman, Mr. Holman, she kept slamming her gavel. And he's like, hang on, you work for me. I'm like, this is our borders are. This is the guy in charge now. Look, she's not doing her job as a representative. She's not actually keeping her people safe or keeping them prosperous, right? She lost the
Starting point is 00:59:26 opportunity to get the Amazon jobs. Those were like six-figure jobs, good jobs that would have come to Queens. She didn't want that because, you know, hey, she's a socialist. And why would you have any company there that might employ people. We don't want companies and employ people. No, the government's supposed to do it all. Little handouts. She's AOC meets Marie Antoinette. So take a look. Her district is a disaster, ladies and gentlemen, just a disaster. New York posted this really comprehensive look, looking at the increase in crime since she has come in. Total increase of 70%. I mean, this is unbelievable, really, really disgusting. I mean, it's worse. New York City, right? New York City has a 31% increase in crime. AOC's district has a 70% increasing crime.
Starting point is 01:00:13 This is the stuff she doesn't want you to know about. Again, going back to the study done by the New York Post, 110th precinct in Queens, which covers parts of the infamous market of sweethearts. I guess that's like the Red Light District. Human trafficking prostitution mecca of Roosevelt Avenue saw 100% surge. The highest increase of any New York City. precinct in that period. So they get a real, this is the defund the police socialist lawmaker and she's got a 70% rise in crime. Not surprising, but I think the people are getting a little frustrated. Here, look at this one. This is a picture that the New York Post took in that 115th precinct where residents are complaining about gangs like MS-13 having marked their neighborhoods.
Starting point is 01:00:59 And you're looking at a storefront there where you see right there on the store, 13 scribbled onto the store in spray paint. So this is not good. I mean, people are pretty simple. They want results. They want a strong economy. They want low inflation. And they want security, which is why Donald Trump is succeeding.
Starting point is 01:01:20 Just take a look at the new poll numbers. These are amazing, you guys, coming out. I want to go to CNN because this Harry Anton guy, he cracks me up. He gets so excited about it. And it's amazing. This is the reality of the situation on the ground in America right now. Let's cue the tape. I think it's time for a bit of a reality check, right?
Starting point is 01:01:40 We were going to late April. Donald Trump's approval rating. His net approval seemed to be falling. He seemed to be adios amigos. People were writing his political obituary. He is rising from the dead. Look at this. Hello, Trump's net approval rating among voters.
Starting point is 01:01:53 This is the Reuters, Ipsos polling. Look at this. In late April, he was eight points underwater. But look at where he was in the most recent poll among voters. He's up seven points to a minus one point net favorability rate. This is not the picture that I think a lot of people were thinking that we would be painting in late April. I think a lot of people expected his approval rate to keep dropping, but at least a coin of order to zip-shouse. It's in fact rising.
Starting point is 01:02:15 Put this then in a larger perspective, Harry. Yeah, okay. So, you know, this is just one poll, right? But let's take a look across an aggregate of polls. What are we seeing here? And I want to compare both to where Donald Trump is now versus where he was in late April, as well as where he was at this point in term number one. What you see is at minus six points. He is a little bit worse off than he is in the Ipsos Reuters polling,
Starting point is 01:02:36 but he is considerably better than he was in late April when he was nine points underwater. And more than that, look at this, he's nearly 10 points better than he was than he was back in May 16th of 2017 in his first term. So what we see is Donald Trump's not just doing better than he was doing in late April of 2025. He's doing considerably better than he was doing at this point in term number one, about 10 points better than he was doing at this point in term number one. You know, in a vacuum minus six isn't good, but in Trump, be in terms, you know, against himself. It's actually a pretty good position for him to be in politically
Starting point is 01:03:08 compared to himself. Exactly right. This is considerably higher than he has traditionally been. So the big question here is why, Harry? Why, you know, why you'd have bottom out? Why might it be rising? Okay. Why? Well, take a look at the chance of a recession. It's actually falling. The chance of recession is falling. In late April, it was 60 percent, according to J.P. Morgan, look at where it is now. It's less than 50 percent. How about Goldman Sachs? You see the same thing. 45% now falling to 35%. The bottom line is it is the economy, the economy, the economy is the chance of a recession has fallen as the trade wars have kind of collapsed a little bit, at least with China Trump trying to make a deal. We do see that I do think that the voters are responding
Starting point is 01:03:46 to this and therefore we're seeing Trump's approval rating going on. The terrorists from really hurting him. I mean, I say this all the time. And it's in part because, yes, I've been an economic reporter my entire career. And so I tend to look at all these political issues through the lens of economics. And what it means, not just on a macro level, but on a very micro individual level for families all across America. And what are they seeing right now? The price of eggs is coming down. They're seeing the price of gas is starting to come down. They're starting to see more normalcy for the economy. And that goes a long way. So by reducing inflation, you're making people's lives a whole lot better. There's something that we used to
Starting point is 01:04:27 look at at Bloomberg was called the misery. index, right? And the misery index during the Biden years was off the charts. And so that misery index is actually turning into an opportunity kind of index, right? This optimism that he's bringing in part because of the success that he just had overseas, which by the way, he's going to tell, right? He's pretty proud of what he was doing over there. I think everybody's excited about the opportunities that lay ahead. I'll say, I did that, and everyone will say, but somebody's going to be cut a ribbon and said, well, we're going to be finished long before that. Somebody's going to be taking the credit for this.
Starting point is 01:05:05 You remember, press. This guy did it. This guy did it, right? And he's loving what we're seeing in the stock market. I'm going to point out you're seeing a little bit of downside right now as we speak going into the last moments of trading, but not much. In fact, the S&P is pretty much flat. Nasdaq down just about a 10th percent.
Starting point is 01:05:24 Dow impositive territory. And I should point out you guys, look, we are positive for the year. We're positive for the year. Stocks have been on a tear, especially since the Liberation Day stuff, and he knows it. He knows it, and he's excited about it. Amazing what a rising market will do. Oh, it's going to get a lot higher. In fact, I told people five weeks ago, it's a great time to buy. I got criticized for that. Now they don't criticize me anymore. People should have listened, but it's going to go a lot higher. We've never had anything like this happen. It's an explosion of investment and jobs and great companies are coming in. Right, all that money
Starting point is 01:06:04 that's coming into the U.S. because if the rule is, hey, you're going to get hit with a tariff unless you're manufacturing onshore. A lot of companies are going to say, maybe I ought to be out of manufacturing onshore. You had a whole bunch of deals happening there in the Middle East that he scored. He's taking credit for. Don't forget. He said repeatedly, right? Back right after Liberation Day, he told everybody to buy. Leticia James is going after him for insider trading. for that one because once again she just fundamentally doesn't understand things especially when it comes to business i mean insider trading is when you don't actually share information with the public in that case he's sharing it with everyone just like he did there on stage in Saudi Arabia just like
Starting point is 01:06:41 he did the other day in the oval office it's the biggest bill of his kind ever in the history of this country and speaker johnson and leader thune i've done an incredible job i mean i'll let you know we have to get a vote but we have we have a lot of support for that bill. And if that happens on top of all of these trade deals that we're doing, this country will hit a point that you better go out and buy stock now. Let me tell you, this country will be like a rocket chip that goes straight up. This is going to be numbers that nobody's ever seen before. That's a very important element of all of this. You know, if we get that, if you don't, and the Democrats are fighting it only because they want to fight.
Starting point is 01:07:26 They have Trump derangement syndrome. You know, it was somebody else they wouldn't fight. You know, I should point out that that bill is making progress. It made its way out of the house. So some of the diehards, Chip Reed and others that were protesting that bill, that's actually made it out of the house. And so more good things possibly to come there. So he's very, very bullish on the economy.
Starting point is 01:07:47 Of course, I'm bullish. You know that. I've been saying that all along. You want to be invested in this. If you're not subscribed to my own research company, I started with a dear friend who spent 20 some odd years running billions of dollars on Wall Street. Please do that today. It's just a dollar a month.
Starting point is 01:08:01 You can cancel any time introductory rate of a dollar a month there at 76research.com. Just looking at some of our portfolios. We have obviously tremendous success. I encourage you guys to take a look at those portfolios. You get 10 to 15 names in each one. Something like the income builder might be good if you're somebody who wants to find some dividend stocks and one day retire, of course, and be able to live off of some of that investment income. So 76 research.com, you can sign up there, just use code word dollar to get that introductory rate.
Starting point is 01:08:31 So much happening right now. I want to stay on this theme of the economy, though, because there's a commentator on Fox News who's there basically because she's a Democrat and probably comes pretty cheap. And she has a role on a show called The Five, which you may have seen before. and she kind of says things that don't always add up. And she said another little thing that didn't quite add up the other day. I'm kind of like, why do they bother with this? Like, why do they have to have these token Dems that they put on?
Starting point is 01:09:07 I guess they want to have some commotion and be able to allow somebody else to win the fight, namely a Republican, but it kind of feels like a waste of airtime. Nonetheless, she said something which doesn't totally make sense. And I'm going to explain why. Here she is chiding Jesse Waters. Jesse's saying, look, things are doing great. You know, he's overseas. He's getting all these deals.
Starting point is 01:09:30 Isn't this awesome? And then she comes back with something about Moody's, which we'll get into. Watch. 47's riding high in the polls after delivering a Middle East master class, Jessica, bringing home trillions in new U.S. investments from the Gulf States. And yeah, he still found time to clap back at Bruce Springsteen's overseas meltdown, where the boss called him corrupt. and treasonous, Trump's saying Bruce is, quote,
Starting point is 01:09:55 just a pushy, obnoxious jerk who fervently supported crooked Joe Biden. This dried out prune of a rocker, his skin is all atrified, ought to keep his mouth shut until he gets back into the country. And as he battles aging rockers, Trump's giving a lesson in humility on his mid-east tour. I'm just thinking we have a president of the United States doing the selling. Do you think Biden would be doing it? I don't think so.
Starting point is 01:10:25 But it's so important. I think I have to be a cheerleader for our country. That's why our country is doing so well. You know the sad part? Whoever's an ex-president, let's just say whoever. Whoever's the next president is going to say, what a great job they did. Look, I built all these plants. I built all these factories.
Starting point is 01:10:45 Can you imagine I'll be sitting home? Who the hell knows where I'll be and I'll say, I did that. All right, Jessica, masterclass, it's not really in dispute. So my question to you is, how big of a masterclass was this? Not in dispute at all. Approval rating bump, that's real life. I live and die by the polls, but that is directly related to him cleaning up his own tariffs mess. So that's moving from the 145% tariff on China to just 30% where, you know, you saw the CEO from Walmart, I presume.
Starting point is 01:11:20 saying that the prices are going to go up. So we'll wait for that. And while we were in the commercial break, Moody's downgraded our credit for the first time in the agency's history. So all good news all around, Masterclass. Okay, so that was taken as a bit of a dig, right, to Jesse Waters. But the problem for poor Jessica,
Starting point is 01:11:37 aside from the vocal for I, I can't even do it. I can't even mind because I don't want to destroy my vocal cords. Anyway, aside from that for poor Jessica, is that she's not that familiar with markets and the economy. And so what she doesn't seem to comprehend is that Moody's was looking to do this for ages. And these things are not taken lightly. They take a lot of time in order to do. And so this is a direct result, frankly, ladies and gentlemen, of the money printing that we saw during the Biden years.
Starting point is 01:12:05 Maybe they chose not to do it during Biden's administration because they perhaps like James Comey, wanted to make sure that he got elected again. I don't know. But in other words, this was a long time coming. It was very much in the making because we were spending so much money. We were printing so much money and you had such tremendous inflation and nobody really saw a way out. This is something that was well articulated by our brilliant Treasury Secretary, Scott Besant, on weekend TV over the weekend. Let's listen in.
Starting point is 01:12:33 I think that Moody's is a lagging indicator. I think that's what everyone thinks of credit agencies. Larry Summers and I don't agree on everything, but he said that when they downgraded the U.S. in 2011. So it's a lagging indicator. And just like Sean Duffy said with our air traffic control system, we didn't get here in the in the past hundred days. It's the Biden administration and the spending that we have seen over the past four years. We inherited 6.7% deficit to GDP, the highest when we weren't in a recession, not in the war. And we are determined to bring the spending down and grow the economy. And that's what he's doing. In fact, if you go back and you listen to his hearing when he was there explaining to Congress why he was even willing to take the job as Treasury Secretary, I mean, he was running a big asset management firm. Who the heck needs that, right? It was because of the insane amount of money that we were spending and his belief that our system was becoming increasingly fragile and we had to intervene and we had to do something and he wanted to be the guy to do that. So Jessica, this is what Jesse should have told. you. Like, what you're saying really doesn't make any sense because that is entirely a result of the very poor economic policy that we saw out of the Biden administration for four solid years. Again, reminder, 76 research, go there because we've got all kinds of good stuff going on,
Starting point is 01:14:02 including, gosh, I think I just saw something on Donald Trump saying that Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a ceasefire arrangement. So again, more breaking news that is very, very good for the world, courtesy of one Donald Trump. He's not so happy these days with ABC and that plane situation. You know the plane situation, right? The plane that Qatar wants to give him and he's willing to take it because he's like, hey, why should I charge taxpayers all this money for a plane that they're willing to give me? Well, ABC's not so happy about it. So ABC got an earful from the president over the weekend who wrote why doesn't chairman
Starting point is 01:14:46 Bob Iger, that Bob Iger is head of ABC News by being head of Disney, do something about ABC fake news, especially since I just want a $16 million suit based on the fake and defamatory reporting of little George Slopidopoulos. He was given warnings, but just couldn't resist and couldn't be restrained by management. I see they are added again and I again give these sleeves bags. Fair warning, the wonderful country of Qatar has agreed to invest more than $1.4 trillion. Wow, in the United States of America deserves much better than misleading fake news. Everyone, including their lawyers, has been told that ABC must not say that Qatar is giving me a free Boeing 747
Starting point is 01:15:35 airplane because they are not. Instead, and as fake news, ABC fully knows and understands the highly respected country of Qatar is donating the plane to the United States Air Force Defense Department, and not to me, he writes in all caps. And by doing so, they are saving our country and the American taxpayer hundreds of millions of dollars. ABC fake news is one of the worst. So he came out swinging. Let's go back just a couple of days ago, the ABC reporter pushing him in this exchange on
Starting point is 01:16:07 the plane. Has Cutter asked for anything in exchange for that $400 million luxury jumbo jet? And how can the American people be so sure that they will not in the future? Well, I think what happens with the plane is that, you know, we're very disappointed that it's taking Boeing so long to build a new Air Force one. You know, we have an Air Force one that's 40 years old. And if you take a look at that compared to the new plane of the equivalent, you know, stature at the time, it's not even the same ballgame.
Starting point is 01:16:35 You look at some of the Arab countries and the planes they have parked alongside of the United States of America plane. It's like from a different planet. And it's close to 40 years old. It might be more than 40 years old now. And when I first came in, I signed an order to get it built. I took it over from the Obama administration. They had originally agreed I got the price down much lower. And then when the election didn't exactly work out the way that it should have, a lot of work was not done on the plane because a lot of people didn't know.
Starting point is 01:17:13 They made change orders that was so stupid, so ridiculous. And it ended up being a total mess, a real mess. And when I came back, I said, by the way, what's going on with the Boeing's that are coming in? Well, sir, they're way behind. And they are. They're way behind. They were way behind. another mess that I inherited from Biden.
Starting point is 01:17:32 And it's going to be a while before we get them. And I think Qatar, who has really, we've helped them a lot over the years in terms of security and safety. I feel they, I think they end very, very nicely, and I have a lot of respect for the leadership and for the leader, Qatar. And I think they very nice. They knew about it because they buy Boeing. They buy a lot of Boeing. And they knew about it. And they said we would like to do something.
Starting point is 01:18:00 And if we can get a 747 as a contribution to our Defense Department to use during a couple of years while they're building the other ones, I think that was a very nice gesture. Now, I could be a stupid person to say, oh, no, we don't want a free plane. We give free things out. We'll take one too. And it helps us out because, again, we're talking about we have 40-year-old aircraft. the money we spend, the maintenance we spend on those planes to keep them tippy top is astronomical. You wouldn't even believe it.
Starting point is 01:18:34 So I think it's a great gesture from Qatar. I appreciate it very much. I would never be one to turn down that kind of an offer. I mean, I could be a stupid person, say, no, we don't want a free, very expensive airplane. But I thought it was a great gesture. And I think it was a gesture because of the fact that we have helped and continue. to. We will continue to. All of those countries, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and others. We keep them safe. If it wasn't for us, they probably wouldn't exist right now. And I think this was just a gesture of good faith.
Starting point is 01:19:12 And he wants to do the deal. Okay? Bottom line. And yet reporters are saying, well, this is a conflict. This is a conflict. He's like, how is it a conflict? It's for the Department of Defense. This came up. his interview with Brett Berry. He got a little bit testy with the Fox News reporter because the Fox News reporter brought it up again. He's like, why do you keep bringing this thing up? Listen. But a lot of the coverage back home was about this donation of the Cutter Boeing Jet. And I've heard you talk about it. You know, until you bring this up now, I haven't heard about it for three days. I know, but I mean, I'm just telling you back home. I mean, we can talk about it again. You're ready? Briefly. I know, no. I heard all the answers. Well, no, but your audience has to hear the answers.
Starting point is 01:19:54 They're giving it to the Defense Department. I mean, to be very simple. Yeah. They're giving it to the United States Air Force slash defense department of the United States. They're not giving it to me. I made a good deal. We need a plane for a couple of years before we get the other ones because Boeing is very late. Boeing is sadly. Did you talk to the CEO while you were?
Starting point is 01:20:12 I did. I said, let's get, you know, in the meantime, I got them 160 planes to build. I said, how about the two that you're supposed to build for our country? Now, they are different. They're extremely complex and I'm not going to go into it, but they're not like a normal plane. It's not like building a 747 normal. We could put people on the moon before the Boeing Air Force One is done. People knew I was angry at Boeing.
Starting point is 01:20:35 A lot of people know. These people know, they're very smart down here. And they suggested if we can do anything at all to help. Because we have 40-year-old planes right now. You know, our Air Force One is actually two planes. It's 24747. That's the only thing people know that. 40 years.
Starting point is 01:20:52 It's four decades old, the current Air Force. They're 40 years old. They're more than that. I think they're 42 now. I've been saying 40 for two years. We shouldn't have a 42-year-old plane. And you know what? There's nothing unsafe about it.
Starting point is 01:21:04 In many cases, they're just as safe or more safe. They're heavier. You know, they throw out a lot more for the environmentalists out there to turn them. They throw out a little more than a modern engine would throw out. But they're, you know, they're good, but they're 42 years old. And when we landed, I saw the other day when we landed, I was parked right next. we parked right next to the 747 of Qatar. And we parked next to us another 747, two or three of them,
Starting point is 01:21:34 which the Arab world has. And when you look at a new 747 and you look at a plane that's 42 years old, not even the same plane, the other ones are bigger and sleeker and sharper. And it doesn't look right. We have a problem with Boeing. Now, again, it's a very complex plane. It's a much different plane than a normal plane would be.
Starting point is 01:21:54 And they're doing a great job. They're coming back, and they're coming back strong. But I'm angry about them for the two players. They should be able to knock them off in no time, and they're not able to do that. And he said, great gentleman, Tamim, he said, I would like to help if you want. I said, how can you help?
Starting point is 01:22:13 Well, we happen to have a plane. And I said, well, what are you wondering? He said, you have been. And he doesn't mean me, although I have been good. He means our country has defended them. has done great things for them. They might not be there. Look, right next or in, and he is right next to.
Starting point is 01:22:30 He's not like an hour away. Like, I flew an hour to one. I flew an hour to here. But that one, you don't have to fly. All you have to do is walk right across the border if you want to. I mean, it's literally touching, right? Right next to him. And he said, your country has been very good to us.
Starting point is 01:22:47 I would love to do something to help with this situation you have with Air Force One. I said, that's nice. What do you suggest? And he suggested this. And I said, you know what? That's very nice. That's very nice. I appreciate it.
Starting point is 01:23:02 What would be the price? He said, there is no price. I said, hmm, that's nice. Now, this plane's not for me. This goes to the United States Air Force. This is important, guys. This is important because this is the distinction that ABC and other reporters are getting wrong.
Starting point is 01:23:20 Listen. Whoever is president. And at some point, it'll be like Ronald Reagan, it'll be decommissioned. You know, it's 11 years old. So it stays until it's decommissioned. Yeah, it'll be decommissioned because they won't want to. Plus, they'll have the other two planes by that time, and there'll be brand new planes, etc. But I just want to say, it was a radical left story that a lot of people, including you.
Starting point is 01:23:42 I asked the prime minister about it specifically. And he said, you know, he didn't understand the reaction back home. And, you know, he made that clear. I think it was insulted, actually. He made a gift to help somebody that has helped them. It was so nice as a gesture. And, you know, the people here to show you how it's crazy, they'd like me to pay a billion dollars.
Starting point is 01:24:08 I'd rather pay a billion and get 10 fighter jets instead of giving a billion when it's not necessary. The goal is to save the U.S. taxpayer money, but somehow the media is not okay with that. Look, he makes a compelling argument. And that's why he's so frustrated with Bob Eiger and ABC News because they're just sort of failing to see the forest for the trees. And they keep saying that somehow it's going to be his plane, his place. His place is like, no, it's not my plane. The plane belongs to the Department of Defense.
Starting point is 01:24:40 It came up again. This is last week with Hannity. And, you know, he can't get little Georgie out of his mind. on Steffa. I call him George Slopidopoulos. The George Slopadopoulos show on ABC. ABC's really bad. I call him little Georgie, so we both have our own little neckday for it. But he's a bad guy. But he's a bad guy. We had to pay me $16 million, so that's good. My favorite was the interview with the guy. You didn't pick David Muro, Stephanopoulos. I don't even know who you are. I had no idea.
Starting point is 01:25:10 I don't know if the media knows how to deal with all the access they finally have, which they haven't had in a long time. I had no idea who he was, but he got a little nasty, so I explained that I just don't know who you are. Who are you? They actually gave me a choice of anybody at ABC, and I picked this guy, Moran, because I never heard. George Slopidopoulos, little George, or as I like to say, Georgie Poo, little Georgie Poo. He's like, little, little, little Georgie Poo. Anyway, the Terry Moran one, that was. unbelievable and actually extraordinarily funny. So before we get to what's going on with Biden,
Starting point is 01:25:50 which we have to talk about, just a little levity for you. It wasn't a member of a gang, and then they looked, and on his knuckles, he had MS-13. There's a dispute. Well, wait a minute. Wait a minute.
Starting point is 01:26:02 He had MS-13 on his knuckles tattoos. He had some tattoos that are interpreted that way, but let's move on. Wait a minute. Hey, Terry, Terry. He did not have the letter MS-13. It says MS-13. That was Photoshop.
Starting point is 01:26:16 So let me just... That was Photoshop. Terry, you can't do that. Hey, they're giving you the big break of a lifetime. You know, you're doing the interview. I picked you because, frankly, I never heard of you, but that's okay. But I picked you, Terry, but you're not being very nice. He had MS-13 tattoos.
Starting point is 01:26:30 We'll agree to disagree. I want to move on to something else. Terry. Do you want me to show you the picture? I saw the picture. Oh, and you think it was Photoshop. Here we go. Here we go.
Starting point is 01:26:39 Don't Photoshop it. Go look at his hand. He had MS-13. He did have tattoos that can be interpreted. way I'm not an expert on them I want to turn to Ukraine no no no he had ms as clear as you can be not interpreted this is why people no longer believe well the news because when he was photographed in El Salvador they aren't there but let's just go they aren't there when he's in oh they were they were there now right
Starting point is 01:27:06 no but they're in your picture Terry Ukraine sir he's got MS-13 on his knuckles all right okay we'll take a look at it's you You do such a disservice. We'll take a look at that service. Why don't you just say it? Yes, he does. And, you know, go on to something else. It's contested.
Starting point is 01:27:22 I just had to show you that again. Unbelievable. So he's really getting annoyed about ABC. Let's just say like ABC all around has been such a disaster. He did get the $16 million in settlement for his library because of Slopidopolis. And now ABC is really stuck on the plane thing. And he's like, it's not for me. It's for the people.
Starting point is 01:27:45 It's for the Department of Defense and he's just getting sick and tired of it. None of it is good, of course, for ABC News because the FCC is breathing down their back in an investigation into their DEI practices. And I wouldn't be surprised. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised, guys, if you actually saw a whole new thing happen with ABC News in which they really do decide to get rid of the company because it's not worth the headache. It is so not worth the headache in light of all that is going on. Big news to report right now.
Starting point is 01:28:21 This is just coming in. The CBS News president has just announced that she is stepping down. This is believed to be related to some kind of settlement deal that is happening possibly over 60 minutes. Don't forget 60 minutes got sued by the president for something like $20 billion because of their reporting. and in his estimation, very false reporting because of the way that they edited that interview. Remember with one Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris getting the benefit of clearly some people that wanted to make her sound very, very smart, smarter than she is. And so they managed to kind of massage an interview.
Starting point is 01:29:02 And in doing so, in the president's estimation, we're effectively trying to manipulate the election. So this news, as I said, just crossing right now, we've got the CBS News chief leaving the company amid expectations that CBS is getting closer to some kind of settlement deal with the president. Don't forget, they need to get approval from the FCC for that Skydance merger deal, and that's worth like billions and billions of dollars and may actually be the entire future of the company. Like, I don't know if they even survive, if they don't get that deal. And so Sherry Redstone is very much a proponent of having that deal.
Starting point is 01:29:43 And the one thing that seems to probably be in the way is the sort of stamp of approval from the FCC. The other thing that's in the way is this outstanding lawsuit from the President of the United States against 60 Minutes and CBS. And so we saw already that Bill Owens, who was over at 60 Minutes, he stepped down a couple of weeks, you'll recall. and he said it was because he felt that he could no longer be totally impartial in his job, and, you know, he's a journalist with capital J, etc. And now he has other people breathing down his back, probably one Sherry Redstone who wants to get the deal done. And his talent that he produced, Scott Pelly, went on to the air and announced all this,
Starting point is 01:30:22 leading me to actually believe that I would not be surprised if 60 minutes actually goes bye-bye altogether. After all, I don't think this show could succeed in the real world. on its own. I think the time is kind of come and gone for that genre of news that's very slow. Everybody speaks very slow. It's very heavily scripted. It's very heavily edited, obviously. Kamala, that one, right? That whole soundbite thing that was edited and re-edited and somehow made her sound like she knew what she was talking about, sort of, not really. But nonetheless, they may find themselves in a very vulnerable position. So this is the woman who was
Starting point is 01:31:03 running CBS News. Her name is Wendy McMahon. She is the second, if you would, high-profile departure now. They're at the company at Paramount Global, which owns CBS News and is, as I said, trying to settle that $20 billion lawsuit with Donald Trump. And it's really critical that that get settled so that they can move on and do this merger with Skydance. Skydance is a company owned by Larry Ellison's son, actually. The suit had alleged that the network deceitfully edited that 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris in order to make her sound better. The network said, no, no, no, this is just what we do every time. And he's like, well, you know, you wouldn't have afforded me the same opportunity. Don't forget, the resolution of the suit could help Paramount perhaps get closer to closing its
Starting point is 01:31:54 merger deal with Skydance, which requires approval from the FCC. Now, Wendy McMahon is said to have with Sherry Redstone, who runs Paramount, over the network's coverage of the war between Israel and Hamas. There was a very sort of anti-Israel bias that was becoming apparent on the air, and so that was something that was an issue for this particular woman. Then you had the CBS stuff. So just a whole series of things, if you would, coming up over and over and over again, leading perhaps to now her departure, suggesting that maybe a settlement deal with Donald Trump is getting closer and closer. Don't forget the $20 billion price tag on that one. So the CBS
Starting point is 01:32:38 News president stepping down. As they made Kamala look better, they of course don't forget also tried to make somebody else look better, and that would be one Joe Biden. Joe Biden, never getting criticized by the mainstream media despite some of the things that we obviously saw here. new news, sad news coming out, showing that he is an advanced stage of prostate cancer. I want to get to that story. But before I do, a reminder that Balance of Nature is the vitamin I take every single day. Fruits and veggies. They take two of them. Fruits and veggies. You can get your balance in nature at balance and nature.com. Use code Trish for 35% off. 1-800, 246, 8751 is their phone number. Again, use that code Trish so you get the 35% off, a money back guarantee, and free shipping.
Starting point is 01:33:29 They've got all kinds of stuff there, all natural ingredients, really, really good stuff. So take a look. Again, I take the fruits and veggies so that I get my multivitamin every day. They actually taste really good too, so gummies. You know, I like the gummies. Anyway, moving on to Biden. Very sad story out of Joe Biden today. He has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and it has reportedly spread to his bones.
Starting point is 01:33:56 So amid this news, there are a lot of questions as to why? what may have been known or not have been known by his inner circle. If you listen to this one commentator here on MSNBC this morning, they're suggesting that, you know, the writing or the handwriting should have been on the wall a while ago. Listen in. There. Doesn't it take some time for prostate cancer to develop to a point where it would spread to the bones? Oh, he's had this for many years, maybe even a decade, growing there, and spreading.
Starting point is 01:34:37 That's right. It's a little surprising. I look back at the records, and there's no evidence that when he got his health status and the medical records were released that he had a prostate-specific antigen. Now, it is true that a lot of people recommend not doing a prostate-specific antigen after 70, But President Biden's been in public life a very long time. He was vice president and had a lot of exams under 70. So it's a little surprising that they didn't do it.
Starting point is 01:35:10 And maybe President Biden decided he didn't want the test. Many men do decide they don't want a PSA. But this is, it is also aggressive. When we talk about aggressive, part of what we mean is that Gleason score, that score is from two, well, it's two up to ten. And he's at a nine. And that means that the cancer doesn't look normal. It looks very abnormal, which is probably why it's in the bone.
Starting point is 01:35:40 And as you point out, Joe, it's been around for a very long time in President Biden years, exactly how many we don't know, obviously. And it is a little surprising to many of us on colleges that he wasn't diagnosed earlier. So was he not diagnosed earlier? Did they try and hide this? Did he not actually get the exam? So that's a possibility as well, that he chose not to get the prostate exam
Starting point is 01:36:09 because he didn't want to know the answer, in which case, I mean, I just can't imagine living with that as his wife or as his child. I mean, how did his family not say, Dad, you need to get this exam? How did the people in the White House not say, Mr. President, you need this exam? How is it that we just started finding out?
Starting point is 01:36:32 Apparently, he had some symptoms in which he was urinating a lot, and that led to him finally going and getting this particular exam. But as I see some of you suggesting here, maybe he had it earlier, maybe he actually knew, maybe they actually tried to cover it up. We don't know the answer, but don't forget back in, I want to call it 2022. He did say something that was a bit peculiar. He was talking about how he had cancer. Remember that?
Starting point is 01:37:01 I'll play you the clip. And because it was a four-lane highway that was accessible, my mother drove us and rather than us to be able to walk. And guess what? The first frost, you know what was happening. It had to put on their windshield wipers to get literally the oil slick off the window. That's why I had so damn many other people I grew up have cancer. and why can't for the longest time, Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation.
Starting point is 01:37:31 So that's resurfaced today online because people are saying, okay, when he said he had cancer, what was that about? At the time, at the time his staff completely dismissed it. And that's what's so crazy. They just completely dismissed it is just another Biden gaffe. So he made that remark in July 22. And as a result of that, there were all these questions about his health. That, by the way, it was made while speaking in Massachusetts.
Starting point is 01:38:02 And so the White House came out and promptly clarified everything. And they said, no, no, no. President Biden was just referring to his past experiences with non-melanoma skin cancers, which had to be removed before he took office. And they emphasized that he was not announcing any kind of new or active cancer diagnosis at the time. but given everything that we're learning, given everything that we now know, given everything that Jake Tapper, if we can give him any credit, because, oh my gosh, like this guy, it's pot calling kettle, right? The fact that he's out there with a book, sort of funny, let me just say,
Starting point is 01:38:39 these guys over at Babli on B, I love them, I love them, I love them. They summed it up really well here. Jake Tapper, basically, you know, uncovered, startling evidence that Bunn's decline was covered up by Jake Tapper. And that's sort of effectively what was going on, right? Jake Tapper, who we've played the soundbite for you before, was attacking one Lara Trump after Lara said, you know, he's slowing down. And he's like, how dare you? How dare you insult him? Because he has a stutter. Oh, you're just such a mean, it was just something to see. I encourage you to go back and look at that either on my shortsfeeder in this feed of the shows because it was insane. So he was part of the cover-up, and now, of course, he's trying to absolve himself from that. But I wonder if this takes a little
Starting point is 01:39:30 bit of attention away from his book right now, because it's kind of hard to go after him pretty, pretty directly, knowing, of course, that the poor guy has cancer that has spread to his bones. Donald Trump and Melania Trump coming out and saying, they wished him a speedy recovery. I mean, obviously it's a terrible thing to have happen. But it does, I think, bring us back to those moments where we really wondered why it was that nobody could see what everybody else could see. It was the elephant in the room or the emperor has no clothes, right? I mean, he was challenged. And every time we'd run a soundbite or play something where he was challenged, we were being accused, those of us here in the conservative side of
Starting point is 01:40:12 things of running cheap fakes. And I'm like, this is not a cheap fake. Watch it yourself and tell me how that seems like somebody who's really able to do the job. So now I think there's going to be a whole slew of new questions about whether or not he can do the job in light of all of this. I mean, forgive me, whether he could have ever done the job. Why would you, why would you have ever allowed him to run again knowing how slow he was and possibly the threat. that he may have had cancer. I mean, it's just pretty, I'm going to use a word here, deplorable. Deplorable. I leave you with that. We're going to get to the Letitia News tomorrow because we're coming up on an hour 40 and that's a really long show for all of us. I appreciate Don Baca and David Lorenzo
Starting point is 01:41:00 and the whole crew being here right through the bitter end. Luke Walker, great, great, great to have you, David as well. I mean, amazing, but Babliambi has some funny, funny titles. Don't forget to go to 76 research when you can. I'll see you right back here live tomorrow.
