23 radicals. Getting busted by the FBI.
with one 19-year-old just getting arrested moments ago.
Plus, oh, you know, the view had this one coming to them,
and they just needed that dose of reality.
They were basically silenced by the likes of J.D. Vance talking,
what do you know?
Oh, I don't know facts to these ladies in their imaginary world.
It was really something to see.
Plus, Europe right now, guys, Europe really on the brink of nothingness.
the Franco-German alliance for aircraft is just crumbling as we speak.
It's basically over and I don't know what they're going to do because guess what?
You know who is bye-bye.
Arriva d'arci.
Arvoa.
Avida zane.
And the rest of it, welcome to the program, everyone.
I'm Trish Riggins.
The view is in not, well, they might be in trouble.
I mean, Jimmy Kimmel's in trouble.
We're going to tell you about that one too.
But the view really kind of, I think, just proved how worthless they are as a show, as a, as a, what, entity of ABC news.
You've got to be kidding me.
It was like one thing after another today.
I know you don't like that show.
I know you don't want that show.
So, you know, you can feel my pain for a little bit.
We've got to see a couple of these clips together because I just think it's important to kind of understand what this administration is up against, what this country, frankly, is up against.
When you think about all these young radicals getting arrested there by the FBI and what they're proving out in that horrific attempt to try and take out a lot of people and cause a lot of devastation on the White House's UFC fight night, I mean, it kind of makes sense because when I see how the view is trying to reinterpret the world and then they're met with facts and they can't quite accept those facts, I think that these all things are really linked.
I mean, they're really linked.
The rhetoric that you have coming out of the mainstream media.
And yes, this is mainstream, okay?
It's broadcast TV, ladies and gentlemen.
And this is what we get there.
Okay, let's go to our first clip of J.D. Vance trying to level these ladies.
But they're just piling on them one after another.
He can't even get a word in.
Watch.
What did black people do to this administration
that has allowed it to really stigmatize
folks of color. And you know how hard it is. You have you have folks to color in your family.
Sure. So when you see, you know, things, the Emmett Till stuff coming down or them doing all kinds of
removal of information of black heroes. How do you, how do you, how does that sit with you?
Well, what do you, what exactly are you talking about what because you just, I know, I'm talking about
I can tell you all the same.
No, no, I want to know what she's, I want to respond to your actual.
So in, in a lot of the, uh, museums, museums, just, there's so many, I just, you know, where they're taking down the actual history that happened in this country.
Slavery happened.
Uh, all kinds of stuff happened.
And it seems that it has been very easy for this administration to remove that.
And also to denigrate black folks who have worked their behinds off to get this American dream.
How do you, I mean, you know that.
Let me, you know what I'm talking about.
That was actually a very helpful intervention because I think the story you're talking about is where, you know,
allegedly the administration is holding back the appointments of people based on skin color.
I've seen this story.
of things. I'm talking about black history getting erased from public spaces.
Okay. So they're alleging that black history is being erased. She brought up Emmett Till. If you can figure out that question. I mean, I think the question was basically, you know, why don't you respect black people, etc. But for the record, Emmett Till in his memorial, you know what? The memorial still stands. The memorial is alive and well. And so if you ask me, once again, we go, Whoopi Goldberg effectively spreading fake news.
So there's a Greenwood statute. It was put up in 2022. Of course, you know, because we're suddenly
rediscovering all this stuff that can try and divide us as opposed to, you know, triumphing what this
nation overcame. And the successes of black Americans, I mean, look, don't get me wrong. I mean,
this is a horrible story. And this kid was basically killed by a couple of thugs because he apparently
whistled at a white woman who was 21 years old. He was like 14, 15 years old. And so they decided to
erect this statue of him in Greenwood, Mississippi. It was, you know, basically placed near this area where
I guess this kid had been abducted back in 1955. But I just want to confirm with you that this
statue is still there. In fact, not only is the statue there, but in 23, President Biden decided
to designate the Emmett Till and Mamet Till Mobley National Monument,
which is three sites in Illinois and in Mississippi,
about 5.7 acres.
And this is actually a National Park designation.
It's not a single statute.
And that's there too.
So what exactly was what we'll be talking about?
Fake news.
Okay, fake news, because there was a story about a year ago saying
the National Monument honoring this kid might be taken down.
Might be, might be, might be, okay?
This is all like theoretical stuff.
So I guess that was her question.
I couldn't really tell.
Could you?
I mean, it was like run on stream of consciousness without any real direction.
You know what?
I have new respect for J.D. Vance.
I've got to tell you, I have way more respect for him today than I did yesterday.
I mean, I've always respected the guy.
Of course, he's our vice president.
But anybody who had to sit through this with these ladies and the nonsense getting thrown at you,
let's go back to J.D.
A host of things.
I'm talking about black history,
erased from public spaces. Black voter districts are being dismantled. Black leaders are being
sidelined from our ranks. Where do Americans of color fit in this vision? Because it doesn't seem like
we fit. I think, Sonny, my view, let me. And if I may, sense of... You see another one's coming in.
Anna Navarro was like, and if I may say so. It's like he can't answer anything because they're all pounding
on him, okay? Just for the record, too.
They're not erasing anyone.
We went through that.
Okay, the statue's still there.
Yes, they're getting rid of some of the DEI ideology because guess what?
It's illegal, illegal, illegal, illegal.
It's actually a violation of the Civil Rights Act.
Imagine that.
You know, Harvard had to learn that one the hard way.
I'm sorry.
You know what?
Like, it's a new day and age and in a real meritocracy, you're not looking at things like skin color.
And they equate that with being erased.
Are you kidding me?
Since October of last year, there's been something like 6,66.
refugees allowed into the country.
All but three were white South Africans.
So, first of all, you can't hear me, can you?
Let me go back and check.
I hope you can hear me now.
Can you guys hear me okay?
I'm going to check.
You know, sometimes we have little audio issues
as I tinker with this studio
and I try to play around with it.
Hopefully you can hear me.
You can hear me, right?
Can you?
I think you can.
All right.
Tell me.
Thumbs up.
Thumbs up.
Thumbs up, give it a like if you can hear me.
And I know you don't want to hear these ladies, but again, it's kind of important to,
it's kind of important to understand how whacked out all of this is.
So you know that DEI is illegal.
It's actually what's going to take down ABC.
All right, don't forget, the FCC's case is actually based not on any kind of bias or anything.
It's based on their DEI nonsense that they got going on at Disney and at ABC.
So Jimmy Kim will watch out.
They're coming for you, too, especially after the latest joke, which we're going to get to.
But back to J.D.
And if I may, since October of last year, there's been something like 6,668 refugees allowed into the country.
All but three were white South Africans.
So, first of all, I'm very skeptical of that number because we have a lot of different immigration pathways in the United States of America.
But let me just address whoopies point.
Look, first of all, you ask the question, and maybe you don't believe.
this coming for me, but I think everybody is welcome in our political coalition.
Frankly, even if you didn't vote for us, everybody is welcome in our country so long as
you're an American citizen with the duties and the legal obligations and rights to be here.
But let me just give you an example of this.
Okay, so you say that we're anti-minority or anti-blatt.
No, I didn't say that I asked.
See?
Okay, okay, fine.
Be fair, fair.
Don't start any stuff with me, man.
Don't get me a job.
She's like, I didn't ask that.
You have my question wrong. I didn't ask that, but wait a second, you did. Okay, whoopee, you did. I realize,
you know, there's a lot going on in the head of yours. And you can't actually follow a line of logic from
A to B to C to D. I realize it's A to Z and back to B. I realize this woman does not think in any
kind of linear way. I don't know how she has this job. Honest to goodness, I do not know. Oh, was this
DEI? I wonder. All right. Well, let's give her a little fact check, shall we?
What did black people do to this administration that has allowed it to really stigmatize folks of color?
You say that we're anti-minority or anti-black?
No, I didn't say that I asked, see?
Okay, okay, fine, be fair.
What a black people do to this administration that has allowed it to really stick
stigmatize folks of color.
Okay. You heard the question. I heard the question. J.D. heard the question. J.D. heard the question. He's too nice.
Okay. Like, he is just way too nice. We're going to get Marco on there, guys.
Because you know, Marco would have shredded them. Like, really shredded them. I know he's coming back with facts and he's trying to do his best.
But he would have been like, okay, no, you stop talking because I have to answer this question.
And your question, go back and play the tape was basically what I just said.
said. And now you're trying to reinterpret your question. By the way, he went on to answer it.
And he didn't even answer what he thought her question was. Like, it's like just being made up
on the flight. I got to tell you, yes, he presented them with facts. Yes, he shredded them. Yes,
they were stunned. But the producer and me, the television producer and me would really have
preferred to see a little bit more combativeness in that he did not. He did not.
He did not need to take any of the crapola, all right?
And I actually, I was talking to some of my friends.
I'm like, did you see any of this?
Because they were sending me some clips.
And I was like, yeah, but, you know, I think JD, first of all, one, it's beneath him
to go on that.
I think we all agree on that.
You don't need to go on that show.
Forget it.
They're just, they're there to kind of make their own case.
And unless you're going to fight back hard, like, you know, the president would have done.
And by the way, I know Mark Rubeo would have done.
I don't know is it's necessarily worth your time.
I think he's trying to better educate the public, but you know what this probably did?
If I'm A.B.C. I'm actually kind of worried right now.
If I am the new management at Disney, I'm a little bit worried right now because they embarrassed
themselves so badly with their lack of knowledge about everything. Everything.
I mean, it was just like one fact check after another. I keep having them.
I mean, I can't play the whole show because none of us want to sit through that.
But I think that it suffice it to say, these ladies have an agenda.
and you don't need to be part of that agenda ever.
And I think this agenda should be called out,
but you've got to go in really, really armed.
In other words, she brought up the thing on the 195 kid and the statue, et cetera,
and then it, like, got thrown into the air,
and he was never able to come back and say, well, that's not true.
That statue still exists, and he even tried to help her out,
like, and help the viewers out so that people could understand
who it was that she was even talking about,
because I guarantee you, like, that's not just a household name
that you rattle off the tip of your,
your tongue. So there's a lot here that, you know, he could have should have, would have done.
He needs to get out there a little bit more and get this experience, being combative.
He also took back his cat lady comment, which I don't know, I thought was kind of funny at the time.
And I think you don't need to apologize to these people. Forget it. Don't apologize to them.
You kill him with facts, kindly, with facts. Okay, to another JD clip.
I misinterpreted your question, but let me. I misinterpreted your question, but let me
Let me answer your actual question there.
What I'm saying, I think, okay, look at Washington, D.C.
One of the most democratic and one of the blackest, by a share of population, blackest cities in the United States of America,
has seen a radical decrease in violent crimes and sexual assaults and in murders.
We have tried to take the crime issue seriously, in part because we believe everybody,
whether you're black or white or rich or poor, deserves to live in a safe neighborhood.
Why does the crime, where does the crime step in?
I'm I this is not about time this is about their jobs right this is about this is about
you're you what you're saying is we got to do more on the economy black history is
sony from public history is not erased from public space is true you have to get to Iran when we get
back yeah but I'm telling you we celebrate black history we celebrate all American history in this
administration you guys might be skeptical of this but I promise you I have to I have to go to
Right, Anna, God, please, we have more with Vice President, J.D. Van, when we come back.
They are awful.
They are just absolutely positively awful.
And yeah, he told him it hasn't been erased.
And by the way, you know, so long as we're on the topic, if you really want to get into it, guess which party freed the slaves in America?
Guess which party put in Lincoln?
Guess which party wanted to make sure that we had a real.
meritocracy, inequality. It was not the Democrats, okay? For the record, not the Democrats. Unbelievable.
I mean, it just makes my blood boil. I mean, and then there was the immigration stuff.
Okay, so, you know, you heard, oh, you know, we're not bringing in enough diversity. And how is it that we,
why did we do that to Venezuela? Why did we take out Maduro? Why? You know, why, why, why, why?
I'm sorry, ladies, you have a bad actor.
who's bad for his people, who's bad for America, and who is courted in the Chinese, the Iranians, and the Russians right here, about two and a half hours from Miami, and you think it's worth keeping him there?
Given what he's done to his people, I mean, you are some sick, sick individuals if you think that is an administration, a regime that we should be welcoming, especially when they're sending all those people upwards towards the US of A with our open borders, and we suddenly are dealing.
return to Agua. Are you kidding me in Colorado? I don't think so. So they got busted on this one.
Who used to work and be my colleague that have tried to find evidence of that. There is no evidence
that Maduro was releasing people from insane asylylums or jails like Fidel Castro did do.
This was made up and we just can't, you know, accept it without pushing back.
Anna, we know that there were people who were released from prisons who were encouraged to come into the United States.
It wasn't like it wasn't the Mariel, Mr. Vice President. And it wasn't where it was,
like a purposeful really, open up the jails, open up the insane asylums,
and let people flood Florida.
I listen to that in Miami.
If you go, it may not be like Mariel,
but if you go back to the caravans that were happening in 22, 23,
we know that those things were funded.
They were in some ways supported by the government.
So I don't know how you define support or not support,
but if people are encouraged to come into our country
after having spent time in prison by their own governments,
I think.
Yeah.
Again, for the record.
J.D. Vance is right.
Maduro released criminals into the United States.
The Tren de Aruguay gang originated in a Venezuelan prison.
Thousands of Venezuelan criminals actually encountered or were encountered at the U.S. border.
We also had the Tokaron prison raid.
I think that was back in 22, was that it?
You had gang leaders there from TDA?
and all those members and top honchos were allowed to escape.
So yes, the Trump administration designated TDA as a terrorist organization,
giving them thereby a lot of power to go in and deal with Maduro.
But I'll tell you, everybody was trying to deal with Maduro.
I happen to know this story inside and out.
I've been around it forever.
I mean, one of the first countries I traded in sovereign debt markets at Goldman Sachs in the year 1999.
was Venezuela, okay, when Chavez first came into power. And I can tell you, we had a real problem
there. And it kept metastasizing and get worse and worse. And you know how many times we tried to
take it? We tried to take out Chavez twice. We tried to get rid of Maduro. We tried to put
Juan Guaido in. Didn't happen. So guess what? Every administration on both sides of the aisle
was trying to do this. Tell Sonny, would you? Okay, so Tocolon, the prison in the northwest part of
Venezuela, 23, I think I was right, 2023, I said, Maduro sent these 11,000, 11,000 troops to
retake that prison, but somehow he allowed for all those gang leaders to get out. And the top one,
he was like, Niño Guerrero, he was one of the senior members, he got tipped off about the
raid, he was allowed to get out. So, long, long answer, or short answer, however you want to
see it, is, hey, Sonny, Maduro was allowing the best.
bad guys out of the prison saying, go on. You can go to America. Not to mention every other country
down there was like, oh, we get all these bad people, but can't we just send them to America and
make it America's problem? I mean, after all, they do have an open border courtesy of Biden and
Kamala Harris. And that is what happened. That is what they did. And so now, here we are
having to deal with the Cleanup Act. And by the way, this administration has done a heck of a job
with the cleanup act. But think about what's going on.
about the rhetoric that you're hearing on that show,
about the rhetoric that you're hearing from some of the lefties over on,
what was it called, the Ms. Network now?
I mean, they had to get rid of some of these lefties
because they were so bad.
Joy Reed comes to mind.
I mean, the kind of rhetoric was so hateful out of these places.
It was so wrong.
And then when you look at the horrible things that are happening, right?
When you think about the 23 individuals,
those radicals that are getting busted by art,
very talented FBI.
Kudos to Cash Patel.
I mean, this would have been awful, right?
And they busted them on the 10th.
They found out about this through signal messages.
We're going to go through this because it's unbelievable how they did it all.
But this was one of the big problems.
And then on top of it, you get all these media nut jobs like Jimmy Kimmel,
almost encouraging it.
So if you get a 19-year-old that's out there, it's on the fence,
You have him listening to Jimmy Kimmel, I don't know his any 19-year-old listens to Jimmy Kimmel.
I don't know if anybody listens to Jimmy Kimmel, actually.
It's part of Jimmy Kimmel's problem.
But if you hear this kind of rhetoric from the view or from Kimmel, you really start to, I guess, allow for that hate to creep in.
And what's tragic about it is none of that hate is real.
When they're spinning stuff and giving you made-up facts and it's not real, I mean, granted,
They're allowed to have their opinion.
They're allowed to be wrong, right?
We have a First Amendment.
However, I hate to remind them.
They're over at ABC.
And what do you think ABC is?
Network television controlled by the FCC and the 1934 Communications Act.
More on that coming up.
But first, a quick shout out to one of our good, wonderful new sponsors here on the show.
I'll tell you, I can never get enough insurance.
You know why?
I run scared.
I, you know, life is a funny way of sneaking up on you, doesn't it?
I mean, I have three kids now.
a wonderful husband. You want to protect your family. You want to protect your loved ones. And
I don't care if it's whole life or term life, whatever you can do to make sure that you have
life insurance. You've got to be making sure that you're doing that. You know, you think you've
got all the time in the world. You think you can get everything in order. You think about those
important conversations and then something happens, okay? Something happens and it's too late.
So don't put this off. You know, don't, don't put this. I've seen it. I told you about the
kids I went to high school with the twin boys whose father died of a heart attack.
just before high school started, it was a private high school. The family wound up getting a scholarship
at last minute, which was great, but they just literally had nothing. The mother had absolutely nothing
because he didn't have life insurance. Imagine that. So it's why I want to tell you about ethos,
or ethos, I guess if we use the proper pronunciation, ethos.com, eth-h-h-h-com forward slash Trish,
T-R-I-S-H. It's an online platform that makes life insurance simple, fast, and a lot less
intimidating. You know what? It's 100% online, which is kind of nice. You can get the quote
in seconds. You can apply in minutes and you can even get same day coverage. And here's the
part that people really appreciate. You know what? There's no medical exam. You just answer a few
health questions online. You can get up to $3 million in coverage. Some policies are as low as
$30 a month. So it's not about being pessimistic. You know I'm not. You know I'm the world's
optimist. I'm always an optimist, but it is about being responsible. Back to my realism, right? Realism.
Trust but verify. It's also about making sure that the people that you love most in your life
are so well taken care of in the event something happens and you never know what's going to happen.
So, please, make sure you take 10 minutes today. That's all it's going to take to get covered,
to get covered with life insurance through ethos. Get your free quote at ethos.com slash t-R-I-S-H.
You know how to spell my name. That's E-T-H-H-O-S dot com slash T-R-I-S-H.
I'll also put it in the show notes for you.
Jimmy Kimmel's getting a little bit of bad news.
It seems that life is catching up with Jimmy Kimmel.
I kind of wondered if he was trying to outdo the ladies on the view
because J.D. Vance went on that show today and he was getting a lot of attention.
The view was getting a lot of attention.
So Jimmy's like, well, I got some sharp elbows too.
He decided to make a stupid joke.
Another stupid joke.
I mean, this guy just can't help himself.
He's got like 40 writers, and all they do is come up with stupid jokes.
kind of amazing. I mean, that's almost a talent in and of itself. Think about it. I mean, you keep striking out like that. You strike out so badly, your ratings are going down. You're costing your network money. And then you sit there and say, well, they can't fire me. They can't fire me. I'm Jimmy Kimmel. You know, I'm Jimmy Kimmel. And I'm here to stay because I am the opposition. You know, your show's really not supposed to be a political show. It's really not. And if you is going to be a political show, why not just take aim at both sides? Why does it always have to be one side all the time?
Well, at this moment, ABC once again is seeing a chorus of people that are saying,
take that guy off the air, get rid of them, get rid of them, get rid of them, get rid of them.
And they're doing this because he made a really stupid joke about Ivanka and her dad.
And, well, I'll read it to you. Here we go.
He said that the UFC announcer had mistakenly billed Melania as First Lady Ivanka to viewers on the UFC Freedom 250 the night before,
and it happened to be on his 80th birthday.
And so Kimmel cut to the clip and said, the first lady Ivanka, what?
And then he quipped, I guess somebody's birthday wish came true.
The joke was, of course, referencing this long record of comments about her looks and her physique,
Ivanka's attractiveness.
And it's just really poor taste, right?
Like, it's just beyond poor taste.
I don't know what the word is for, well, we won't use such explicit language here today.
but, you know, it's really, you know, he's just down in the gutter, he's in the sewer, and it's
unnecessary.
Like, you really don't need to do that.
And if I were him, I might try and just be a little bit more thoughtful about what I'm saying.
Don't forget, it comes on the heels of what he said that Melania was so upset about,
joking about how she might be a widow, and then he didn't even have the decency to take that
joke down or to, you know, apologize or anything, after there was an attempt on the president's
life there at the Washington Correspondence dinner.
Last month, I mean, there was that, and then there was, well, the Charlie Kirk situation, right?
And that was just awful. People were demanding he was going to be off the air.
So now, today, more calls for Jimmy Kimmel to come off the air.
They have ensued.
It's months after he, of course, made the remark about MAGA in the wake of Charlie's death,
the Daily Mail reporting this.
Melania saw the April sketch as hateful and violent, understandably.
She released a statement about it.
you remember all that? And he was like, oh, no, no, is it just a joke about, you know,
your May December? Time gap there, you know, between your ages. I mean, it was really,
really unnecessary in light of what ensued. And again, the decent thing to have done would have
been to apologize, but he didn't. And so I think this is kind of catching up with him.
I mean, I think about what's happening at the view and all the misinformation, disinformation
that they're spouting regularly with no counterbalance. I mean, they had JD.
on, but it was, what, five against one? Really? That's appropriate? I mean, I guess in cable,
you know, you can have shows like the five and you put poor Jessica on there with her vocal fry
trying to, you know, fire back at Jesse and Greg, and it's not really working, right? But that's fine.
It's entertainment and, you know, so be it. But, you know, this is actually produced by the news
division. And so they just have one side echoed all the time, all the time, all the time. And there's a
difference. I keep saying this between cable and network. Okay, I've worked at both. And now I'm over here.
And there's a difference with all of this as well. Heck, you know, I don't have to deal with a
prompter and I don't have to deal with management. I don't have to deal with, you know,
managing a team of 40 people. It's actually really fun and refreshing and all those good things.
But I have a certain leeway over here that you don't have at network television. You just don't
have. And you have a leeway at cable that you don't have.
at network, which is why I keep citing the 1934 Communications Act and reminding these guys,
you know what, you're in trouble, but I'll tell you this, you know what?
Brandon Carr, who's now head of the FCC and he's now messing around.
He tells us all about the 1934 Communications Act, but he doesn't even need to use that.
You know why?
Because Disney did it to themselves with their DEI, their DEI, which is against the law.
Yeah.
So in their hiring practices, they allegedly would only hire people of certain color.
And if you didn't fit whatever color they were looking for that month, you didn't get the gig.
That's the concern.
Now, I've heard this anecdotally from friends that have worked at Disney and friends that have worked at ABC,
and so what the feds are trying to do right now is prove all this out.
And as a result of this case against ABC, that the FCB.
brought, guess what? All eight owned and operated ABC affiliates have had to
reapply for their television license. And they may not get it. They may not get it
because you got people like those at the view and then you get this little joker
over here. The criticism, the Daily Mail did point out, has not just been confined to
the Trump family. You've had conservatives like reality star turned L.A. mayoral
candidate, Spencer Pratt being a butt of the jokes, and then the new Homeland Security head,
Mark Quinn Mullen, also facing regular mockery. You see, there is a theme, though.
Kamala Harris doesn't get this. Joe Biden didn't get this. It's only the people on the right that are gay.
I don't see him going after Ilhan Omar. And by the way, I'm telling you, you want to have a joke
that was just written for you? All he had to do is play it. World War 11? World War 11? World
War 11, you know what I'm talking about. Heck, I could be a comedy writer at this point. I mean,
I look at some of the things that the left does and the left says and it's just, you know,
it's just made for TV, made for television, baby. I mean, Ilhan Omar, she's the gift that keeps given.
And World War 11 was a perfect, perfect example of it. Oh, you know what? We actually have the joke.
Do you want to see the jokes? Anybody want to see the one? I know you don't really want to see it,
but again, it's important to understand all that's out there
and hear from the other side
because you need to know why you're so mad at them.
And why Jimmy Kimmel has jumped the shark.
Here we go.
This is why most 80th birthday parties happen at noon.
He did wake up for the big upset of the night
when Justin Gagee beat Ilya and AdWords or something like that
brought his mother in to meet the first family.
What a moment for Carolina Keachee, an amazing woman getting to meet President Trump and the First Lady Ivanka.
The First Lady Ivanka?
I guess somebody's birthday wish came true.
Okay.
Think about his grotesque, twisted, perverted sense of humor.
think about what we get inundated from the view with daily.
Think about, I don't know, the likes of what we heard from Robert De Niro the other night,
about how you can't love your country anymore,
because if you do, you're like an abused spouse,
and then you consider what we have just learned about the FBI bust, all right?
Ladies and gentlemen, 23 people connected with this.
Let's go to the Fox report from this morning.
Officials telling Fox, a network of nearly two dozen potential plotters were identified with at least five people in custody right now.
The suspects allegedly traveled to Fredericksburg, Virginia to make final preparations for the attack.
And the alleged plan allegedly included explosive-packed drones hitting buildings,
near the event, forcing a mass evacuation, and then steering crowds, get this, toward a pre-staged
sniper team. A second wave was then planned to storm the White House gate. The FBI first learned
of the threat on June 10th and worked with law enforcement across multiple states to stop it. FBI
Director Cash Patel saying, quote, we are built to detect, respond to, and bring to justice those who
threaten the lives of American citizens, particularly during large gatherings like the historic
UFC 250 fight. That's exactly what we did here. Over 4,300 people were in attendance for
UFC 250, which included 1,200 service members. Luckily, nobody was harmed during the FBI's
takedown. The event went off without a hitch. Amazing job by the FBI. Here's Cash Patel putting
this one out this morning on June 10th. FBI and our law enforcement
partners became aware of a potential threat to the UFC America 250 events.
So they knew all the way back on June 10th.
I'm amazed they didn't cancel it.
Like they had this thing locked up.
It's really great to see them in action.
They became aware of this event in Washington, D.C.
that was being targeted involving individuals outside the National Capital Region.
And thanks to the rapid action of this FBI, our partners and the Department of Justice in a multi-state operation,
multiple individuals are now in custody and allegedly planned attacks.
were stopped cold. Incredible to see. He went on to say that while the result represented the best
of investigative work, it was also nothing out of the ordinary for this law enforcement team.
We are built to detect, respond to, and bring to justice those who threaten the lives of
American citizens, particularly during large gatherings like this historic UFC 250 fight.
That's exactly what we did here. I want to thank our great agents and partners, et cetera.
And then he says, look, if you get any tips, you want to report anything, you call 1-800-200.
call FBI or go to tips.fbi.gov. I mean, amazing to see that and just to show you some of the
evidence that they came up with. Here we are looking at some of the things that they have released.
These are the signal chats. And it says, as indicated in the screen shots below, the conspirators
exchanged aerial photos and maps of locations in and around Washington, D.C., including the
White House, and discussed where snipers should be placed and where the drones should be launched.
So you can see them here.
Signal was supposed to be, you know, so difficult to penetrate.
But apparently they got in there and they got in there big.
And you're seeing things like, you know, Whiskey 6 and Viper and Fulcrum.
They've got these different names.
One of these people, the 19-year-old, was turned in, actually, thankfully by his parents
because it turned out the mother noticed something was not right in this kid.
His last name is proper out in Tennessee, I believe.
No, forgive me. I think this was Ohio. So, Prompers' mother was concerned about her son. So she called
the Knox County Sheriff's Office and the Danville Police Department. They were dispatched to the
address there. In reference to a disturbance, she had found apparently this ammunition, et cetera.
And again, 19 years old, he lived at home with his parents. His father stated that he had recently
met some random people online and had been planning recons with these individuals. The father said he was
planning to leave this upcoming weekend, which would have been, of course, June 13th.
to meet up with these online individuals.
Apparently their goal was, as you heard the Fox reporter explain,
have this drone attack which would serve as a decoy horrifically,
sending all the people in one direction,
and then they were going to shoot.
This is a big deal, and it's sad that we're in an environment like this for sure.
Here is the vice president, speaking on Fox and Friends,
before we went over to ABC this morning.
But this is very scary.
about this, what, about 30 minutes ago, an hour ago in the middle of our show,
why do you think they're telling us this? Because I know there are a lot, there's a lot
going on behind the scenes with the FBI. We don't always find out. Why do you think they're
telling us this now? What's your reaction? Well, I think they're telling us because the scale
of the plane attack is so significant. And I think it's important for us to be as transparent
as we can be about these ongoing investigations. We want to tell the American people what's
going on, of course. But I actually just heard about it this morning myself. And so
this is a very, very dark stuff. And unfortunately, we're talking about this a little bit off
camera, but this is what happens when people turn the rhetoric up so loud that disagreeing with
somebody is a cause for violence. That's the place that we've come to, unfortunately, with too
much of our political rhetoric. We've got to tell everybody to tone it down. And I hate to say this,
but it's true. You see more political violence and violent rhetoric coming from the left than the
right these days. Everybody has a role to cut this stuff out. But I think a lot of my Democratic
colleagues in Washington have got to look themselves in the mirror and say, why is so much of
political violence coming from our side of the spectrum, maybe they can do something different.
Yeah, it would be nice. It would be nice. But, you know, they don't want to do something different.
You've seen what they've done. I mean, Robert De Niro, case in point, with his stupid, idiotic commentary
on his rival UFC event, which was just a disaster.
The phrase, we all love our country stuck in my throat.
Because our country isn't so lovable right now.
I hate to say it, but loving our country is starting to sound like an abused spouse saying they love their abuser.
I can't love a country that starts stupid and inhumane wars.
You hear that, right?
You can't love your country right now because it's like you're an abused spouse, loving your abuser.
I mean, this is the brain rot that they're teaching these kids.
This is, you know, from school all the way to Hollywood to, of course, the media.
And when I say school, Hollywood, the media.
Our next soundbite is from none other than the Princeton University economics professor,
Paul Krugman, who I've interviewed actually many times.
And he's always been singing the same note, the same darn note.
It's always anti-Republican, anti-Republican, anti-Republican.
And here he is.
Apparently anti-Republican wasn't enough.
He had to up the ante.
Up the ante and compare half the country, all of MAGA, to Nazis.
and you wonder where the 19-year-old is getting it from.
Okay, let's go.
Defang Trump as much as possible and make sure that neither he nor anybody who follows in his footsteps has power after the next two elections.
But beyond that, we really need to do a thorough purging of the United States.
We need a demogification, and that is, you know, I'm not going over the top by using a word
is very similar to the denazification that we pursued successfully after World War II in Germany.
And we need something, it's not just the Maga ideology, but the whole structure.
I'm sorry.
What's wrong with putting America first?
Like, what am I missing here?
Why is that become so akin to, well, according to Kugman, Nazism?
I mean, and then you look and you see what's actually happening and you get some 19-year-old that's being radicalized online and he's trying to take out a whole bunch of people.
Antifa.
Remember Antifa?
Antifa actually thinks that they can justify violence because Trump is that bad.
And this is where this entire party is going.
They hate our country and you got to look.
No further than this one.
The one place where we thought we would never experience this is the U.S. goddamn states.
You're so proud of yourself for saying that.
Well, that in World War 11.
We were sleeping through the rest of them.
Oh, and then there's this guy who's running for the House of Representatives
who is such an extremist and sponsored, frankly, by China,
who wants to destroy the country by dismantle.
the court and guess whose show he went on to perpetuate this nonsense.
Hassan Piker bought and paid for by China as well.
I'm pretty darn sure.
And he's freaking out right about now because they're doing an investigation into the
whole Cuba trip he went on.
Anyway, listen to this guy.
Just so you know how crazy it is, the Democrat Socialists of America.
If you see that signage, they're sponsored by China.
And this guy, this guy's running for Congress in Michigan, and he wants to pack the court.
Listen, John Lewis, voting, rights, a Vasmint Act.
That's right.
Dude, we could have prevented the Supreme Court.
This just happened.
Yeah.
We're allowing the Supreme Court to dictate our livelihoods and our future
when Congress needs to step up and act.
That is the problem of all of us.
We don't have people with courage in these type of positions of power to really push.
We got to expand the court.
I'm assuming that message is bought and paid for, brought to you by China.
Yeah, you better believe it is.
if you could understand any of it.
Could you?
I'm not going to.
I was like, is this English?
Got to work on our diction, buddy boy.
Diction.
Anyway, Hassan Piker, like I said, is getting pretty nervous because he admitted.
He admitted that Neville Singman headquartered over there in China doing the bidding of the CCP is behind all of them.
Ultimately, the target is probably Singham and his operation from PSL to answer coalition to co-pink, like anything that he has ever financed.
And it's not new.
It's been, it's been around for a while.
But it's obviously, it's held through regardless because like it's ridiculous, right?
It's like totally
ridiculous to
to try and, you know,
to try and stop like the political advocacy
of an American citizen.
But here's the problem.
If you're the American citizen
that's being paid by bad actors
to push a narrative
that would be bad for America,
at what point does that go beyond freedom of speech
and just makes you a flag?
out, you know, spy for the other side. I mean, you're pushing their narrative? How is that okay?
I mean, you're welcome to have their narrative. Just don't get paid for it. Don't go on junkets to
Cuba sponsored by China because you get lots of people. Apparently, I mean, I never watched
this guy, but occasionally I'll come across the soundbiden. I know that he matters for some people.
So again, in the interest of showing you everything, you need to see it.
I want to make sure you know who these players and people are, but gosh, you know,
apparently young people tune into him and they watch this junk.
And then they get radicalized.
And the next thing you know, the FBI is looking at signal messages
where they're trying to think about how they're going to take out all these people.
It's sick, twisted stuff.
But Donald Trump is stopping it.
We stopped it.
and we're continuing to stop it. Can you imagine what a different world it would be right now
if he hadn't won? If Kamala Harris had won. She was out today at some junket that the Europeans
were holding for climate change in Vienna saying, I would never get in a war. I would never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, have
launched any kind of strike on Iran. And I'm like, okay, lady, what, you're going to give them the nuclear
weapon? That's your answer? If you know that Iran is on the verge of having a nuclear weapon
because Joey Biden and you decided to do squat for four years, you wouldn't prevent that
from happening? That's good to know, Kamala. That is good to know because guess what? Ladies
and gentlemen, oil price is sinking. It is coming down in real time like you wouldn't believe.
And we got more news. The Trump-Iran deal is allowing Tehran to.
sell oil immediately. Okay? So I know those of us that don't like Iran and don't trust Iran.
We're like, you know, we don't want them getting anything, but here's the good news. You know what?
Oil is coming down, down, down, down, down. And there's like no end in sight because now
Iran doesn't have the sanctions on it. It's able to sell oil. It's opening up the straight
and take a look at that. If you would, I was looking at oil today down in the 70s, $75 and 73 cents a barrel.
Nice one, okay?
Down 6.2%.
That's what I'm talking about.
Maybe he promised this would happen.
He promised it was to happen.
And guess what else?
Gas prices down below four bucks, you know, a gallon for the first time and I don't know how long.
Since this whole thing started and what you're actually going to find is this thing is going to go down even lower than we first got into this.
Why?
Because you're bringing that much more supply online.
The sanctions are going away, meaning Iran can sell its oil freely, openly, openly, driving.
driving down the price on top of which you've got the US of A.
We're looking at video coming into us.
This was actually from yesterday.
We've got the G7 actually winding up.
And, boy, Trump's stunning them with all his news
about how he's planning to scale back, shall we say,
on the NATO stuff.
And then also how he's expecting, yes, indeed,
that they will honor their trade obligations,
including the Turnberry deal that was struck last year.
So while they are in Avian France,
you've got all the Europeans that are in a state of show.
shock. It's being hosted, of course, by Macron and Brigitte. And he goes in there, you know,
fresh off his birthday bash with the UFC thing, shows up the next morning in Avion, France,
and then starts telling them all exactly how it's going to go down. One, he expects that they
will honor the $600 billion commitment that the German car companies promised they would be
investing in U.S. factories, okay? And they better do it. You better believe that you've got to do it.
So this was what he's communicating to them. And they're all kind of saying, okay, pretty please,
pretty please, you know, will you reconsider this or reconsider that? They're terrified. He's going to
put 25% tariffs on the German automakers, not just the German, all European automakers.
This would affect every European automaker. I mean, primarily German, right? You also have, I mean,
it was a Volvo, was now owned by China. It was formerly a Swedish company, but,
I'm trying to think now you've got Italy with its, you know, it's already suffering enough with its
EV, EV Ferrari, right?
It doesn't need the pain of 25% tariffs on top of it all.
And so this is a big deal.
And Ursula, who I think you may have seen it.
Fuel, so goes everything.
Fuel is dropping.
Forgive me.
We'll go back to that in just a second because I want you to see what the president is saying
on oil.
But Ursula, who you may see in some of these pictures right there, and is the president of the
EU is begging him to make sure that he doesn't have these 25% tariffs.
because this is just really, really, really debilitating for them.
It would just crush their economy.
It would crush Germany at a time when Germany is trying to take the lead with NATO
and really step in and deliver more on the defense.
I don't know whether Germany can do it.
Right now, Germany is struggling with this guy.
You see Macron there who's basically out.
I mean, they're all out.
German guy, Fred Martz is going to be out too.
Fuel, so goes everything.
Fuel is dropping.
Oh, gosh.
I really, we really want to get to that sound by.
I'm going to get to that in a second.
But just keep in mind, Fred Mertz, German Chancellor, super unpopular,
George Mollone, I mean, she's struggling like you wouldn't believe.
The generale now is offering a real fight there for the conservative wing in the party,
and he may just get it.
So, Georgia Maloney looks like she's on her way out.
We know Macron is leaving Starmor.
I mean, if he gets to last another week, I'll be surprised.
And so all of these Europeans are folding, and it's at a critical time.
Again, the German-French alliance into aircraft carriers has just disintegrated.
It's on its last legs.
It's about to collapse.
This is not a pretty picture.
And Trump goes in there, and he's like, hey, guess what?
I got a deal.
I got a deal with Iran.
And, you know, you guys were a bunch of jerks because you didn't help us out when we needed you.
And I'm not going to forget that.
But you can thank me, and you can thank the United States of America for the lower oil prices you're looking at right now.
And all of America can thank him for the lower oil prices.
Now we go to the soundbite.
Here is the president of the United States a couple hours ago talking about gas prices in America
and how they're coming down, down, down, down.
Fuel so goes everything.
Fuel is dropping.
It's now in the 70s per barrel.
And I think we'll get it down.
When I say I was in Iowa and we had great victories in Iowa.
And when I left, I noticed in a gas station, $1.85 a gallon.
That's where we were.
It's a little bit higher generally, but I saw two stations, $1.85, $1.91.
And, you know, we're going to get around those levels.
Very honored.
Actually, Todd, I think you're going to see a lower prices that we had even before we did this.
Now, I knew there'd be an increase.
I said, we have a choice.
We don't have to do anything.
than two years or one year or two months because Iran would have had a, if we didn't hit that
with the B2 bombers, Iran would have had a nuclear weapon within two weeks from that date because
they were ready to go. And if they had a nuclear weapon, it would have been used already.
It also would have been used had I not terminated the Obama deal, the Iran nuclear deal,
as we call it. Which is why I find it kind of amusing that Kamala Harris is out there in
Vienna telling the climate change people, she never, ever would have struck Iran.
And I'm like, great.
So we would have had a nuclear Iran that was completely holding the entire world hostage.
That would have been a real problem.
You know, it's easy for her to say that now.
It's so easy for her to say that.
But here's what I'm talking about.
I like the looks of that.
Down 6% and still going down, down, down, down, down.
As the Europeans panic.
Again, there is a sea change here.
Okay?
They're all losing.
We are winning. George Maloney likely out. Keir Starmor, any day now.
Fredmer, Friedrich, you know, but we think I love Lucy.
Freddie. Fred.
Over in Germany, he's on his last legs, and it looks like the right is going to take over in Germany as well.
He's trying to say, oh, isn't this great? You know, we're having less immigration.
There's 70% German now, 30% migrant.
And now he's had to totally change his tune and say, well,
I'm working to actually secure our border.
It is a mess.
It is a total mess.
You've got Northern Ireland that I think got to just join with Mother Ireland and call it a day with the UK.
They'd have a much better scenario.
And so they're nervous.
They're panicking.
Trump's also leaving early.
Uh-huh.
Uh-huh.
We're going to get to that in a second.
But first, shout out to our friends over it, Balance of Nature.
Balance of Nature.
Do you guys know that I don't like my peas?
I don't mind broccoli.
I don't mind Brussels sprouts.
I don't even mind carrots, but my peas, forget about it.
Anyway, what's great about this company is they take all the nutrients,
including from those peas, and they actually vacuum pack all these nutrients,
and they put it into this powder that you can sprinkle onto your food,
or you can put into a drink any which way you want to take it,
thereby delivering you that phytonutrition that you need to stay healthy,
to keep your head clear and to kind of keep that energy up, right?
Drink your water, get lots of exercise, and take your fruits and veggies.
It sounds like your mom.
You can get 10% off too.
That would be my mom.
I was always taught to look for a deal.
I really was.
And they actually have a wonderful sale going on right now.
The whole health system bundles fruits and veggies and fiber and spice,
giving you 47 whole food ingredients and their phytonutrients in one simple routine.
They even have brand new, freeze-dried snacks, perfect for the kids.
It go through a similar process so you can snack and still feel good.
I got two athletes, my little guy, to be an athlete soon.
So this is great stuff for everyone.
Save over 30% when you subscribe at balance of nature.com
and use my code Trish, because then I get credit,
which is very helpful to the show.
We love these guys.
They've been a sponsor forever.
So I get the credit, and most importantly,
you get an extra 10% off.
All right, back to Europe.
Europe, just hit the panic button
because Donald Trump is like, see ya, I'm out of here.
And this is kind of symbolic in more ways and why,
oh, here's the big photo op.
You know, they take their little picture there.
You have the seven key countries, the European leaders plus Japan.
And I remember reporting from this in Germany, actually, when it was G8.
That was back when, oh, Russia was there.
But, you know, they kicked Russia out.
It's now just the G7.
They brought in some other people for good measure.
You see Modi there, for example.
They were invited.
They got an invitation, a seat at the table, but they are not part of the G7.
No, the G7 is a very exclusive club.
G7 gets to hang out in Avion, France, not bad, up there in the French Alps.
Well, Donald Trump is leaving.
And he's leaving early and he's like, see ya, you know what?
It's been nice.
But I'm going to let Marco take over the rest of the conversations.
He came in for a nice little victory lap, right?
Hey, you guys see what happened in Iran?
Did you see oil prices today?
Did you see?
I told you, I told you, I told you.
So he's there to say hi to everyone, celebrate his birthday.
Brigitte trying to look a little taller there next to the present.
You see how she just jumped up on that little step?
And now she's, maybe her husband is like, honey, you know, you've already smacked me.
I don't really need you being taller than me in the photo op.
Come back down, and there she did.
She came right back down.
Anyway, again, this is the big photo opportunity that they have.
So you'll see this all over the newspapers tomorrow.
The point is he's out of there.
He's not even sticking around to actually sign in Geneva on Friday the agreement with Iran.
They're sending JD for that one.
Marco Rubio, though, is sticking around.
He's going to actually talk to some of these countries.
and let's just say
Marco's taking no prisoners.
He's going to sit down with the Europeans
and he's negotiating for one team
and one team only.
It's not the globalists.
I'm here on behalf of the United States of America.
I look forward to meeting with them.
I don't know what reception I would get from them.
I think it should be happy that I'm going.
Well, we don't have to go.
Well, again, I'm not there to make them happy.
I get along with all of them on a personal level.
work with those governments very carefully, but the people I'm interested in making happy are the people
of the United States. That's who I work for. I don't work for France or Germany or Japan. These are all
good people. We're going to have great meetings. But I work for them. Gosh, I want to get him on the view.
It's going to be great. Yeah, he doesn't work for anybody but us. Think about that. Okay, that's an
important symbolic thing to say because I think you've had a little too much effort being put in to
making everybody else happy. This goes all the way back to the Barack Obama years. I almost call
him Barama. How do you like that? The Barama years. Barack Obama, he wanted to get along with
the world. He wanted to, you know, be everybody's friend. He wanted to make the Europeans happy.
I don't know. Maybe he wanted to make sure he was getting the $500,000 speeches after the fact
over in Germany somewhere. I don't know. I don't understand his motivations. I don't
to understand any of these people that are trying to look out for, okay, the people of Sudan,
let's bring everybody in from Sudan into Ireland, Northern Ireland, like that's ever going to go,
well, I don't understand it. We have made very aggressive efforts here in the United States
to limit the number of people that we are bringing in. 7,500 was what they said we could do for refugees,
and yes, most of them have gum from South Africa. The Afrikaners have been labeled by this administration
as a group of people that would be additive to our society
in terms of their education levels, their professions, et cetera,
and yet simultaneously are, in fact, being very, very badly,
you know, hurt in their own country.
I mean, this is a kind of genocide they're going on,
and so there has been a strategic interest being placed,
and let's bring these people in.
We're doing our part to bring in a refugee population,
but it's a refugee population that's going to be advantage,
to our economy. And that's sort of the key thing. If you're thinking about what puts America first,
who are the people that you need? Think about that. And then go out and find them, okay, because everybody
wants to come here. But you ought to have some say in it. And same with Europe. You know,
there's people that want to come to Europe. If you think you need more people and you've got to grow
your population, because for whatever reason you've been preaching and telling everybody not to have
a family, like, and so their birth rates are way down. All right. Well, then, like, just have some
saying who's coming there for goodness sakes. Just don't take every Tom Dick and Harry,
as you heard me say, every Muhammad Muhammad and Muhammad. I mean, that's the number one birth
name, right, in London right now, or in Brussels. Unbelievable. So the Europeans have now met their
match. They got Marco Rubio that they're negotiating with, and he's like, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope,
nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, and they got to whittaker over at NATO. And he's like, nope,
we're slashing this budget. You got to pay your 5% or else, and it's coming at a tricky time
because the French-German alliance that's supposed to be into, you know,
creating new weaponry for aircraft is basically kaput.
That news out today.
More on that in a second.
But first, you know, Europe's also struggling because it's put so much focus in energy on Ukraine.
It has become a real drain militarily, a drain financially.
It's a drain for us, for sure, financially.
And we're like, yeah, we're really not interested in doing it anymore.
Donald Trump has signaled that over and over and over again to both Zelensky and by the way Putin, he came out today and said,
hey Putin, you better take a deal, you've got to take a deal.
But first, I want to show you a hot mic moment.
It all got caught on tape.
Zelensky and Macron having a little conversation about how it is that they need to deal with Donald Trump.
Apparently Macron did not have a very good meeting. Watch.
Everything.
Yeah?
When did you write?
At night.
And how long do you stay here?
Yeah, interesting that I will be tomorrow here because I have to root
18 to Brazil.
Yeah, so first, do you have bilateral being organized?
Is President Tom?
Okay, it's hard to hear this, unfortunately.
He said if you want to meet.
He said he wanted to meet.
He said he wanted to meet.
Is this is a Mlasky talking?
Okay, I will have a discussion on Sunday and probably
Okay, I will have run on...
So, here we will join the whole lot of the day.
Yeah.
We have a G7 plus a clean discussion.
But if he wants to meet on Sunday, that's not making any sense to me because he's out of there.
He's leaving.
He's leaving him high and dry.
He really doesn't want to spend a whole lot more time, shall we say, on this entire effort,
undertaken and encouraged by, of course, the Europeans. He really is kind of over all of this right now.
And he's told Zelensky and Putin now for months, for goodness sakes, people get a handle on this,
do the right thing. Stop, stop, stop killing each other because it's just, you're losing thousands of lives
and it's the wrong thing to do. So he did have apparently a conversation with,
Putin and I want to share with you a little excerpt from that because he is asking for 24 hours
of peace from both or rather I should say 24 hours after the Iran war ended he's asking Putin for
peace between Ukraine and Russia let's listen in very good conversation yesterday with
President Zelenskyy and President Putin and I see maybe we can do something there I really
do. I think they're both open to it. So now that this is finished, we're going to be focusing
on that. See, we can get that one done. 25,000 people a month are dying, mostly, mostly soldiers.
And that shouldn't happen. But 22,000 people a month are dying. He said that shouldn't happen.
Mostly soldiers. I know it's a little bit hard to hear because the audio coming in from G7,
could use some work. Could use some work. Anyway, he's making the point there that he has,
has told Putin, you know what, you've got to end this thing. You've got to end it. So I don't know.
Do the Europeans even want to end it? I wonder because they're all about, okay, we need more
money, we need more money. Well, we're like, okay, great, we're not going to give it to you.
So you need more money. You tell it to the hand and you go find a way to do that.
Europe's freaking out because they know that they can't exist without the help of the U.S.
We're trying to say, now's the time. Okay. Come on, guys. You got to do something.
something. So a new article out in Bloomberg today saying NATO seeks to make up shortfall of U.S. military
cuts in Europe. Don't forget. I told you about this the other day. This news, well, we kind of had a
heads up on it, right? So if you were watching the Trish Rican show, you knew about this before it broke
in the New York Times on Friday. But it did break in the New York Times on Friday. We were cutting
30% of the jets. I already told you, we're cutting the troops, we're cut in the jets, we're cutting
the subs. We're taking our toys and we're going home, okay? So that's been made a
clearly, and they've telegraphed this sort of repeatedly, but the Europeans, I guess,
were refusing to believe it. Well, now they're saying, oh, no, we can handle it. We're going to
handle it. We're going to make up the shortfall. All right, good luck. I mean, you've got to get
Georgia Maloney on board to pay her 5%. You've got to get Germany to pay its 5%. These people are
not even at three. Okay, so here's the article saying NATO officials say,
Europe can absolutely absorb deep American military cuts to the alliance with comparable equipment
and expanded data sharing. Yeah, right. I mean, you keep telling yourself that.
I mean, I want them to, so I think that we can help consult and give some kind of assistance in terms of
strategic know-how, but come on. I mean, they get a lot of ground to make up. They really, you know,
they should be doing 10% for goodness sakes, 10% of their budget to defense. It says the U.S. is planning
to reduce its strategic bombers pledge to NATO, which Europe does not possess and has no plans to build.
European defense ministers have begun discussing how the continent can prosecute a war without
full U.S. backing with officials expecting the reductions to come soon.
NATO officials on Tuesday sought to project confidence that Europe could absorb deep military
cuts to the alliance even as the continent lacks some of those weapons that Washington is
planning to withdraw and has no clear path to replacing them. Okay, they don't. And so I get it.
They're trying to sound like they know what's going on, but they got a bit of a problem here.
And that is that some of the, even the sort of basic little alliances they were working.
on and dependent on are ending because nobody can get along.
You know, the French and the German.
Well, there's a history there, okay?
I think a very big history.
And let's just say, it doesn't surprise me that this is not working out well.
It does not surprise me one single bit.
Here we go.
The Franco-German defense engine basically is over national interest.
rivalry, different priorities, and tank alliances. So, you know, France wants light tanks because
they got to use them in Africa and Germany wants the big heavy tanks that they're going to use
in Russia. And you've got one of the tank CEOs now coming out and saying, hey, you know what,
France is going to pull out. So I'm looking at this and I'm like, guys, you know, you've got to
get your act together because we're not kidding. We are dead serious.
It's possible they think that we're going to come in with some 11th hour thing.
I think they're begging Trump.
Please, please don't leave.
Please don't leave.
But he's out of there.
He is out of there.
So the French and the Germans, it's up to you guys.
You're going to have to figure this out.
Kier-Starmor, you're going to have to stop borrowing subs from, or what, the aircraft carriers from Germany.
You're going to actually have to have your own.
Georgia, we applaud you for sending your Navy.
I think that's like one ship to the Strait of Hormuz, but, you know, you might.
need a few more. So guys, I'm going to tell you, you're going to have to cut the social benefits.
You really are. You're going to have to stop. You cannot just pay people for not working.
You cannot have such a grotesquely large retirement plan. Like, you got to have companies assume
some of that, individuals assume some of that. What else? I mean, it goes on and on. You can't have maybe
the same kind of health care plans. You might need a little free market capitalism in there.
You might want to think, like the big boys ever in the United States of America, you might want
to get some of our economists over there or read a book by Milton Friedman to figure out how
you're going to do this. But, you know, for starters, I could tell you, I think you've been
very spoiled and you've been very spoiled for too long. So now it's time to wake up.
Time to smell the coffee, time to go to work, time to do the hard stuff.
And you might have to put some of your personal differences, France, Germany, aside.
Because you guys are probably better, stronger together than apart.
Where is Alexander Hamilton when you need them?
Right?
We need somebody.
They need a Bessent type that can go over in this day, okay, you know, all you EU countries,
you're going to be the United States of Europe.
Model it after us, maybe.
Or just break up and call it a day.
Because this isn't going well.
