Well, AOC, Letitia James, Gavin Newsom, I think you all better just wake up and smell the coffee. Because Donald Trump isn't messing around. And if you guys decide to get in the way, well, there's this little thing called the Constitution, which does allow for the federal government to have control over things like immigration, which means you guys are going to be in a whole lot of trouble. Hit the bell. so you know when I am live, but I'm watching this going, is this woman crazy? I mean, I know she's crazy. AOC, we know she's crazy, but it's like she's just looking, looking for a problem. And one of the most simple things that we can do is just not comply. This today, the Trump administration, and also last night, the Trump administration. Okay, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. not going to comply. She's not going to comply because she does not think that it is fair to punish people

that are here illegally. Okay, that's not going to go over so well. We're going to get into all of it, but I'll tell you why, because he just came out with Big Edict. The Department of Justice is ordering its prosecutors to probe local efforts, meaning state and local efforts to obstruct immigration enforcement. Why? Because guess what? This is one area where the United States of America federally speaking has total jurisdiction over the states. So the states can't just do whatever they want. Say, oh, well, we're a sanctuary state. We don't have to comply with this.

We can hide everybody. Tom Homan said, look, you can't. And if it means going into schools and churches, so be it. Here he is speaking on Fox saying these roundups of criminals, illegal migrants, they have begun. No, it started. All these teams are out there as of today. We gave them the direction to prioritize public safety threats that we're looking for.

So we've been working on the target list. There was some discussion about Chicago because a Pacific operational plan was released. So we had to look at and reevaluate. Does this raise after safety concerns? And it does. But we've addressed that, and teams are all the effective today. Boom. Okay.

So Leticia James is not too happy. Of course, she says she's going to fight it. I will not fear Donald Trump. I have steel in my backbone. And the reality is I will not allow this person, Donald Trump, who unfortunately is a broken man, to get in the way of progress and to separate us. Okay. So you see where she's going with this? It's very clear where she's going with this.

She already telegraphed that, in fact, just a short time ago. Here's Leticia James. the election saying they were preparing for exactly what you're seeing. And lastly, I congratulate the president-elect Donald Trump. And if possible, we will work with his administration. But we will not compromise our values or our integrity or our principles. We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result. And my office has been preparing for several months because we've been here before.

We face this challenge before. And we use the rule of law to fight back. And we are prepared to fight back once again. Because as the Attorney General of this great state is my job to protect and defend the rights of New Yorkers and the rule of law. and I will not shrink from that responsibility. Okay, you may run into a few problems along the way. She's going to run into problems. And by the way, Gavin Newsom and his AG, take a look at Rob Bonta out in California,

echoing a similar, similar sentiment. Good on. That's right. We've been preparing for weeks and months. Our ability to move quickly with our briefs and our filing and many states working together is proof positive of that. The president did make a promise on birthright citizenship and revoking it, and I'm here to promise too, and I'm keeping it, that I will see you in court when you break the law and violate the U.S. Constitution. That promise applies here, and it applies to any other action that he takes.

We're looking closely at his other executive orders, including trying to use the military for civil immigration enforcement activities on American soil. We're looking at some of the other executive orders, how they impact our transgender communities. And so we expect this not to be the first overreach and unlawful and unconstitutional action by the president. And every time and any time he violates the law, it violates the U.S. Constitution. We will see him in court and we will stop him.

Okay. California Attorney General Rob Bonta, thanks so much for being on the show. Okay, Robbie. And Letitia, I hate to break it to you guys, but there is this thing called the Constitution. And there is Article 1, Section 9, clause one, which gives the federal government control over migration and importation. I will read it to you.

The migration or importation of such persons as any of the states now existing shall think proper to admit shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the year 1808. While this clause originally referred to the transatlantic slave trade, it demonstrates that Congress does have the power to regulate the movement of persons after 1808. The one thing that the U.S. can do from a federal level is control its borders and control who is here. We can also control our treaties and our foreign relations. So, you know, the Commerce Clause as well gives the federal government tremendous power here. I mean, if you can't, as a federal government, control who's coming in, who's here?

if California says, well, we want to bring these people in, well, let California go be its own country, okay? Otherwise, you're in violation. You're in violation of the Constitution. You're in violation of the law. And it's almost as though these people are trying to set us up for some kind of constitutional crisis. I mean, AOC out there trying to say,

well, you don't have to pay any attention to this because it's Trump. Excuse me? Here she is, the full sound bite. And, and, and, what? One of the most simple things that we can do is just not comply. This today, the Trump administration, and also last night, the Trump administration signed a bunch of illegal executive orders. For example, Donald Trump tried to sign an executive order to end birthright citizenship in this country, which is part of the Constitution.

It is day one already trying to shred the foundation. the foundational documents of American society and try to end birthright citizenship, which basically, as we know, if you are born in the United States, you are a United States citizen. That remains, that is the law, that is the Constitution. And he just tried to sign a piece of paper saying, trying to say no. We don't have to listen to him. It's illegal. We don't have to treat this seriously. It's a joke. And that's not to say that what they're trying to, trying to do isn't serious. It is serious. But we should not consent in advance. Whoa. Okay. So actually, you're going to have to take that one to court, and the courts will

have to decide on that one. But as for everything else, guess what? We do have these powers that are vested in the federal government. I'll give you another example. The Supreme Court has already ruled, actually, back in 1889, that the federal government has the power to regulate immigration. This case was confirmed. confirmed in Chey Chanping versus US in 1887, and again, Arizona versus United States in 2012. So here's the deal. You guys are going to have to get on board with all of it or else. Well, you know, Mike Davis, when he told Benny this, he wasn't kidding.

He was talking about Leticia James. It applies to Letitia. It applies to the AG out in California. It applies to members of Congress like AOC. They just think you can ignore everything. You're going to find your fat, you know, what's in the slammer. Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General. I dare you. I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second

term, because listen here, sweetheart, we're not messing around this time, and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights, and I promise you that. So think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump's constitutional rights or any other American's constitutional rights. It's not going to happen again. Boom. Good morning people on the show, Mike. Boom, boom, boom.

Justice Department again, directing prosecutors to go after state and local officials who are getting in the way of this immigration enforcement because they are effectively getting in the way of the law. They're getting in the way of the Constitution. And you consider what we're up against right now. New video coming to us. This one, courtesy of the New York Times, of illegals that are trying to cross over the border wall.

You can see it's a group of migrants that were trying to come into the country. They were trying to cross over to the border wall. Apparently one woman fell and may have been hurt, and somehow this is going to be Trump's fault. You know it, you know it. You know where they're going. Again, they're pointing out one woman fell and injured herself. So somehow this is Trump's fault. Just as this is Trump's fault, let me take you to see it at Juarez in May,

Mexico, where, guess what, migrants are pretty upset because they cannot get right now those appointments with immigration in order to come into the country. You can see a woman crying. You can expect a lot of this kind of video coming forward. Again, migrants furious because the apps have been shut down that would have allowed them to have these appointments to come into the country. Meanwhile, they have shut down the border there in El Paso, Texas. It happened just moments after Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th president of the United States.

In other words, things are changing. Things are changing really rapidly. In New York right now, apparently migrants are worried. They're leaving New York City shelters as Trump ice raids are set to begin. We know that some were also set to begin in Chicago, but word of the plan leaked out. Consequently, they're pivoting a bit. But as you heard home and say, they're at the top of the show. the raids have begun.

They are starting to arrest people. By the way, this should not surprise anyone. I mean, you can't actually be here illegally. You certainly can't have committed a crime and be here illegally. This isn't like asking for the moon, for goodness sakes. And you'd think it was the way they're going on and on and on and on. Don't, whatever you do, vote for this guy. And yeah, it's here. This moment is here. And they're all just going to have to get used to it because you should not. You should not actually be putting people in positions of power just because of the color of their skin. So this is all going to change, not just in government, but actually in these institutions as well. If only it could change in Philadelphia. Did you see this one?

The newly elected mayor there in Philadelphia? My lord. Can't even spell. I'm embarrassing, right? I mean, you know, I mean, what is that telling you about Philly? You know, it reminded me of this. College man, I won't need my high school diploma anymore. I am smart.

I am smart. I am smart. I am smart. S-M-R-G. I mean S-M-A-R-R-T. And like everybody on Twitter, was all over this Philadelphia mayor, Mays Moore writes, DEI should be illegal, right?

That's like you to spell it. And Colin Rugg, who's got a great Twitter account, by the way, I encourage you to check him out. He actually posted this, and somebody wrote back, Philadelphia should just forego a mayoral debate next time. Just have a spell and be. If this is the standard limit the words to third grade level, otherwise we won't see round two, to which Colin writes,

whoever can spell eagles correctly becomes mayor, Not a bad idea. I mean, come on, right? Like, this is so bonkers. But the good news is, ladies and gentlemen, the really good news is we have an adult in the room. And he's going through. And he's like, you know what, if you're not on board with my policies, you're fired. You're fired, you're fired, you're fired.

If you're some DEI chief in government, guess what? You're definitely fired. I mean, can you imagine even the FAA? The FAA is hiring based on DEI. Do you think I want my pilot being hired just because of the color of his or her skin? No, thank you. Donald Trump purging White House staff right now, people who don't see eye to eye with MAGA. He's on a roll. He's getting rid of thousands right now. Major, major initiative here. He's telling everybody, guess what, New York Post, you're fired. You're fired. You're out of here.

You're talking about thousands of people who got rid of them on day one. In fact, just after the balls that evening after he was dancing so beautifully with Mulania, he fired four people right there on true social, including Jose Andres from the President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition, Mark Millie, Mark Millie, from the National Infrastructure Advisory Council. You had Brian Hook from the Wilson Center for Scholars and Keisha Land's Bottoms from the President's Export Council. Guess what? You're all fired. You know who else's getting? Their security clearances revoked, none other than those spies who lied. All of them. And I guess I would add, throw into that, the epitome of the us who is losing here is Europe. that the European Union and by and large, member states have misread the direction where events were going.

The causes that it is interested in, climate, human rights, some others, as well as the methods of diplomacy that it prefers, are simply being gradually kind of marginalized as something new, not necessarily something better, but something new moves into the center. Yeah. Okay, guys, glad you're at least recognizing where you went wrong

that all your various pet projects, like, just actually didn't hit home with everyday Americans. We know why, you know why? Because you were selling out America. You were selling out the working middle class. You pretended like you cared about them. You never did. You were just using them for votes. And then along comes Trump.

So all kinds of great things coming. One of the things that I loved, though, was this idea that we're going to rally and we're

going to be the ones leading the way on the eye front. And for all of those that say, oh, you know what? He just takes his orders from Elon. People are coming out of the woodwork. I mean, I live in a little tiny, very liberal, northeastern town or what I thought was really liberal.

And all of a sudden, people are coming up to me and saying, hey, Trish, I love your show. I'm so excited. You know, I feel like I can finally breathe again. And I'm like, you know, I feel the same way. We can finally breathe again. You finally have a voice to think what they did. I mean, you want to talk fascism. You want to talk authoritarian. Heck, that's what was going on when 51X spooks are telling you you're the crazy one for thinking that there might be anything wrong with Hunter Biden's laptop, all while the FBI was investigating it. And sure enough, he's one bad dude so bad that his own father had to pardon him, for goodness sake,

along with the rest of the damn family, in an unprecedented move. What the heck were these people doing, I'd like to know? And by the way, I think we could. I think we could still find out, you know why? If you could just get them to testify, they have to now at this point. If someone decides to open an investigation, they have to be able to testify. And by the way, they won't go to jail for it, but they have to tell the truth. You could also go after them civilly.

You could go after them at the state level, right? Latisha James isn't backing down because she says she can go after him at the state level. Well, guess what? You could go after the Biden family at the state level, too. So I don't think we've heard the end of that, and you get some smart people. Stephen Miller has been working hard for four years, believe me, trying to figure out what they'd be doing when this day would come, and here is this day.

And Donald Trump is full of optimism, wants to get stuff done, and it's working, ladies and gentlemen, it's working. He's getting stuff done, and everyone loves it, except for, of course, the ladies over on The View. You know that show that's about to be canceled. I'm not kidding. Like, this one's actually going to be canceled. I mean, Brendan Carr is now head of the FCC.

Nobody trusts the view, the crazy things that they have said and continue to say. I want to point out the latest and greatest because Anna Navarro somehow thinks if you are black and you support President Trump, you're nothing but a trained seal. Again, like, I'm like, how is that not a totally racist thing to say? This is disgusting. They are all disgusting. But I show you this because you've got to know what's out there. You've got to know what the other side is saying.

Here we go. Them and there was so many other people. The thing that really I think was spotlighting Snoop is because of the things that Snoop Dogg said 10 days before the inaugural in 2017. And so look, if you opposed and stood up against Trump in 2017, but you were there now, if you spoke up against Trump, January 7th, 2021, but you were there now, applauding him like a trained seal. Donald Trump has not changed. You've changed. Yeah.

On this, if they get the first time I've agreed with her. I don't come for the artist. It's the same way I felt about Carrie Underwood. I think that people see it as part of American tradition to be part of this. They can issue statements if they want to clarify what their views are on Trump. I don't like coming for the artist. I think if you feel like people need to be boycotting Donald Trump, which I disagree with, I'd go to the politicians.

I mean, if Barack Obama can show for him, why shouldn't stay down? They should be there. Yeah, but you know what? They want to go for the artists there because let's face it. Who do you think has dominated Hollywood and pop culture? The left. The Democrats, they own that space and they don't like the idea that anybody might be venturing over into the Maga Land. No, no, no, no, that's not acceptable. It's not allowed. So Snoot Dog, you're in big trouble. Anna Navarro is going to call you a train seal. Joy Behar is out.

Karen Underwood furious that she would sing at the inauguration. She did a beautiful, beautiful job. Let's listen to this comment that she made. Well, we'll get that later, but let me just paraphrase. Joy Behar basically saying that you don't love your country if you're going to go sing at the inauguration for Donald Trump. You don't love your country. Come on. And now there's this whole movement. It's really kind of bizarre. I've been talking about this. I encourage you to go look at yesterday's segment on this because they're common for Carrie Underwood in a really weird way. I actually think that it's orchestrated. I think there's an attack that's being kind of leveled against her. I question the tech thing. How could you not get the tape recorder going? The music playing.

They got it going right after. So that was a little weird. So they kind of unsettled her. Maybe somebody knew that it was going to be hard for her to sing without the track. I think she did a beautiful job, absolutely beautiful job, and I think there was something extraordinary and super special about seeing everybody there singing together, albeit, you know, except for one Kamala Harris who couldn't seem to be bothered to join in with any of the singing. A beautiful job by Carrie Underwood. And what I thought was so incredible about that moment was seeing even Hillary Clinton, even Bill Clinton, even Joe Biden trying. I mean, Kamlo was the exception, but everybody joined in to help her out. It was so special. It was so extraordinary. She was so gracious. She was wonderful. She has a gorgeous voice. And you know what? We don't need all the hoopla and the auto tune and the fancy production. We don't need that. We're beyond that.

We're actually being transparent for a change, and there's something pretty damn symbolic about that. Go Carrie Underwood, really, really tremendous. So why is it that you're seeing articles like this, articles like this? I mean, come on. Carrie Underwood has a hissy fit. I don't get it, you know, in a kind of conservative publication. And then here's another one, Carrie Underwood's list of demands for Trump inauguration

performance revealed after she threw a hissy fit. Really? Like, what is that about, guys? I think it's about control. I think they do not want Carrie Underwood becoming a superstar with the MAGA movement. She's not allowed to make any money because they want to cancel her the way they've tried to cancel everyone else.

That's why you have Joy Behar saying she's not American for doing. this. That's why you have Anna Navarro saying Snoop Dog, you're next. We're canceling you. You're nothing but a trained seal. There's something pretty messed up about these people. And you know what? You ought to be able to do, as one of the hosts on that show said, as an artist, just be able to have your viewpoint and it not be something that affects your actual career because they have created a mafia in Hollywood that honestly, just has to be broken. So my hat goes off to carry Underwood. I have tremendous respect for her. I think we need to support her in a time like this. By the way, we're going to have some more
