Come and Die Live, my last night in London. I'll share some observations with you on this lovely city. coming up a little bit later in the show. But first, we got a CNN star in the lead to become the next press secretary for the United States of America, for the Trump administration, and you know who I'm talking about.

I mean, this guy is phenomenal. Phenomenal. I can't say enough good stuff about Scott Jennings because, wow, whoa, wow, wow. I laugh all the time. I'm like, wait a second. It's like eight versus Scott, or six versus Scott,

or sometimes 12 versus Scott when you turn on CNN on any given night. And, you know, the show that he's on, you know, they don't have many ratings over there on CNN, like, at all. But it's actually the show that does better than the other shows. And I have a feeling it's because he's there. And he's just such an outstanding advocate for this administration and for this president. I mean, case in point just last night, as everybody was talking about Natalie Harp, it's a wonderful young woman who's very devoted to her job, very devoted to the president,

really credits the president and his health care policies for her being alive today. And she's a very loyal employee, and he likes her very much because of that. But you get this idiot, John Ossev, who started to say some snarky things and disgusting things and insinuated something he really shouldn't have by saying, oh, you know, the president just once again in his plane and travel around the world with Natalie. And she happens to be an attractive, beautiful young woman. I mean, it's just not, it's not a nice thing to say, right? Like, let's just be honest.

If you ever thought the Democrat Party was supposed to be the party of women, I got news for you. They are not. They are not. Not when they say disgusting stuff like that or insinuate stuff like that just because she happens to be attractive and good at her job. Tell me, I mean, gosh, I'm so sick of hearing how they're about women. Anyway, Scott gets this, he knows this and he came out swinging in full force. Yet again, cementing my thought that this is the guy for the gig. So you said every White House has something like a...

Who was Joe Biden's female that hung around all the time? Well, some would say Anita would spend a lot of time with him. And are you estimating they were there for a reason? No, but I would not. You just said it happens all the time. No, I'm saying there's always a staffer that's close to the principal, that wants to be close to the principal. And so all that also said is they spent a lot of time together.

You took it for, you took it there. You made the statement about Republican women. He took it there. He never said that. Here's a deal. He's been in the Senate since 21. He's had dozens of female staffers ranging from intern. all the way up to senior staff positions.

What if I walked out here tonight and read a list of their names and said, here's such and such, here's her title. And boy, it sure is interesting that she hangs out with John Ossov so much. I wonder why, oh, she looks pretty nice. I wonder why he did that. What if I did that? You would be outraged. You know why?

Because it's ridiculous. Osoff would not respond the way that the president respond, nor the White House. They actually gave it more credibility, the way that they responded. So you're okay with it is. No, I'm saying it was a statement of fact. But I'm saying my point, my problem with you is that the outrage that you have on this particular issue versus an issue that really an issue that really deserves the attention of the entire nation, which is the health and safety of our service members.

We have not that are all that topic tonight. But I'm just telling you, I'm saying we have not raised that topic. You have a choice. You have a choice to be outraged. You're selecting away. You're pivoting away from a clear, I'm not. I'm saying you're a female staffer who climbed to the high. levels of politics. If someone insinuated that you had only done that because of sexual relations

with a politician, you would be outraged and I'd be outraged for you. No, I would be outraged if the White House responded the way they did. That's why I would be outwaging you. No, but by name calling, they didn't defend her. That wasn't a defense of her. Yes, they did. They didn't say, you know what, she's qualified. She's, she's spent her time. She's gone to college. She's got degrees. They didn't say that. They started calling us up names. So that's not, that's not how you defend women. He deserves that's not. He's right. And you know what the name is? Pee Wee Herman. He kind of looks like him, right? By the way, had you ever even heard of John Ossif before this? He's like, woo, I'm like a big deal now.

No, you're still not. And you know what? By the way, you've actually hurt yourself and you've hurt your party because you have shown yet again who you are, what you are, and the Democrats are not the party of women. I mean, you cannot be a young attractive woman, apparently, and work with the president of the United States. five Canadians will hear the words you have cancer. It's without getting some kind of inference from these jerks. I think I called him a twerp. He's like a little twerp. A bewee-herman twerp. Like John Awesome. Anyway, I digress because the point is, Scott's going to get this gig. I'm pretty sure. I mean, the word on the street and through my sources is, one, he would like the job, and two, the job is his if he would want it. So you put one in one or two and two together, and you're going to come up with Scott Jennings. Now, Alina Haba has also been talked about. In fact, she was just with the president. I believe it was, is it last night or just within the last 48 hours at one of his events. And Scott Jennings was having dinner with Susie Wiles.

Now, he would be working for Susie, right? And if you're Susie, you want somebody who's going to come out there gangbusters every single day. I'm not saying that Alina wouldn't do that. But gosh, I mean, Scott is like he takes them all on, right? He's got like eight against him on any given night. And that is basically what holding those press conferences would be, because you've got like the onslaught of 200 members of the media coming at you one after another and you have to be able to fire back at all of them and be very consistent with the party line

in defense of this president let me go to another example here he is dealing with the morons on cnn god bless him boy i bet you know what this be good for him you can get out of that gig either that or drive a much higher price tag anyway he's on cnn and he's having to deal with these idiots It's about Iran. And one of them in particular is especially annoying. Also another little twerp. And maybe like 10 years old. No, I'm kidding.

He's, he might be 20. And he's trying to get under Scott's skin about the war in Iran. Listen to this. Again, I just want to make my point here. He's got it covered on every angle, whether it's Natalie, whether it's around, whether it's the economy, watch. I mean, honestly, they have been at war with us. for 47 years. We all know that Scott Jennings is more than happy to defend a war with a country that starts with the letters IRA that we are currently failing that is going to put us trillions and

trillions of dollars more in debt. I was only a few years old while you were in the administration defending prior endless wars. Now this war is failing. Eight weeks is endless to you? Okay, you said it was going to six weeks. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I debated you on TV four to six weeks ago and you said we were weeks away from it. Now you're making condescending remarks because you can't defend the fact that this war is not going your way. Wait, one more time. Not going your way. We name one political

concession. Name one political concession. Honestly, I'm not going to have this guy's everybody. Hang tight. Honestly. No, everybody calm down.

Okay. We're having a debate. You can respond to the points that he's making. Can you name a political concession that we've got? We're flashback to the war the skinheads had in my studio.

I would be madified. We, I would be mattified. We can respond. We have a very simple. We have a very simple goal. To keep terrorists. and a terrorist regime from having a nuclear weapon that can threaten the United States,

our interests in the region, our allies in Europe, anybody else in the world. So you can't answer the question. I would get mad too. We're going to leave it there, guys. Next for us. You know, again, he, I mean, he got a little flustered there. I think he was getting a little annoyed

with this kid flinging his hands into Scott's face and he's like, get your effing hand out of my face. But you kind of need that, right? You need a little bit of bravado. You need somebody who's willing to kind of, level these twerps. It's kind of a theme today. We get a lot of twerps out there. Anyway, I think that he would do phenomenally well at this, really, really, really well. So we saw him, you know, talking about Natalie. We saw him talking about Iran. And then, you know, how about just talking about, in general,

socialism and how much it is really costing the Democrat Party overall. And boy, were they dumb to put El-Said, Abdul al-Said in as their nominee and men? Michigan, right? I do think Democrats have made a huge mistake with Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, but I think all these races are going to be close. I think the Republicans do have good candidates, and I think the Republicans are going to have plenty of resources, and I think they've got a story to tell just Friday. We learned that for the first time in 60 years, prescription drug prices are falling. Every single politician, everybody here's ever worked for us said they were going to do it. Trump and the Republicans finally did it. There is a story to tell, and there is a bright line contrast

to be had in this election. It's not good enough just to call them social. You have to say what you've done and you have to say what the impact of their policies would be, but I think we've got enough candidate quality and talent to do that. You know, I've got to tell you, he's really good. Like that was a really special pivot. So he not just, he wasn't just talking about El Saeed and how miserably El Saeed is doing in the polls, but he then turned it, right? Because remember, guys, remember, you cannot be a party that is just against something.

You can't just be against Mamdami and El Saeed is popular and, you know, appealing as that is, don't get me wrong. You've got to be for something. And in this case, he took that negativity surrounding El Saeed and he spun it forward and he said, look at what we have done for health care. And that is, look at how we have brought prescription drug prices down. And so he's feeding them a different narrative. And this is incredibly important.

And this is what he knows. and this is, by the way, what Susie Wiles knows. In other words, you need to basically manage the media. And, you know, you can go around and fire to fire to fire and put all these fires, but you can also kind of nudge them in a certain direction. And you want to point them into the positive stuff. Well, still, yeah, hey, you know, giving them a little bit of color

and a little bit of flair as this president so aptly does every single day. I wanted to look at a statistic, though, that our friends over at Media Research Center had sent along. And this I found really fascinating. And I'm just going to pull it up for you right now because when I think about how the media reported, how the media reported nonstop on inflation being what it was under this president.

And then you compare and contrast what it actually was under the previous president. I'm talking about Biden's economy, which was just a dumpster fire if I ever saw one. And media research center put this out, and I thought this was really critical. So here you see Scott, of course, talking about drug prices and how those are coming down. Look at what Media Research Center just put out.

If you look at midterm, runaway inflation they had under Biden, I mean, Biden was awful, 8.6%. And then you compare and contrast what this president's had, which is 3.6%. I mean, that is a very different story. And yet what do you hear from the media nonstop? Inflation, inflation, inflation, inflation, and you hear about the war. And da-da-da-da-da-da. And actually, it was all. also looking at this gas prices and, you know, everything is local, right? So don't get me wrong

if you're paying through the nose in California. I feel for you, but, well, you live in California and you've got these people that decide to put on every possible tax they can think of onto energy prices. But overall, gas prices actually aren't tremendously higher now than they were even last year. So that is actually, I mean, there's a lot of exaggeration that goes on. And it's because the media is this echo chamber and they want to, you know, turn out one particular story that is always against Trump. And so what he's saying is, look, you know, you can go after the bad guys, the quote-unquote jihadist, as the president is now calling them, but you've also got to, and he didn't explain it in this way. I'm explaining it to you. You got to actually have the goods on

what actually is happening. And so I think he'd do a really good job standing up there at the podium and being, okay, you know, whatever. Yeah, 8.6%. Did you know, it's only 3.6%. I mean, great, it's 3.6. You know, wouldn't we love it to be done? You actually don't want it to go down because then you're fighting deflation, which is a whole harder thing, right? Because why would you buy anything today if you knew it was going to be less next month or less next year? And that's when you get into a deflationary environment. So you actually, believe it or not, don't want that. You want a little bit of modest inflation, which is kind of what keeps the economy going. I know it's kind of crazy to say. But yeah, you need a little bit. And this is what we've got. We got a little bit. So this is

the Goldilocks. You know, you're actually in a Goldilocks environment. So I think he could do a good job. I think he's smart and I think he could really represent in terms of the economy, some of the statistics really well. Now, you know, this is nothing against Alina who's absolutely beautiful and a sunny personality and very talented, you know, in terms of defending the president. But she had some mistakes along the way, dare I say, I know. She's got a lot of fans out there, of which I'm one. But in terms of her legal representation of the president, not necessarily perfect. I've often thought she'd be a better PR person, spokesperson, than a legal representative. But if it's between the two, all things being equal, granted she's prettier, but I think Scott

is really going to be a winner at this job. I just think he's going to get this press really, really and truly knocked into shape. And, you know, he's got some tall shoes to fill. Caroline Levitt was pretty darn good at her job. She may be going to Fox, by the way. That's, again, the word on the street. But, you know, Caroline was extremely, extremely good. And the president knows that, right?

The president knows that. In fact, he's talked about it at length. He was just asked about it by a reporter over on Fox, actually, Alexis something, who asked him, you know, what do you think about these shoes that have to be filled? And he agreed, like, these are some really, really big shoes that need to be filled. And I think, and in saying that he kind of was joking around, I was like, oh, but could you do it, et cetera, you're pretty good. Look, he knows who he wants.

And Susie knows who they want. And right now, I'm just going to tell you who I think, well, I know who I want, but I think all things being equal, this guy's in the lead, and it's his job to turn down. So let's start a pressure campaign, shall we, for Scott. Hey, Scott, you need to do this for the good of the country. I know you guys are like, Trish, would you ever consider it? Here's the short answer. No.

And the long answer, no. But the long answer is really just that I love what I do. I love what I do. I have a family and I love the flexibility of my job. and I am actually, surprisingly, I know I seem like I'm actually for everything this administration does, but I'm not always, right? And I love having that autonomy because I can always call them out and kind of steer them in a different direction in my own little way. And I have that ability to do that being over here. So I know a lot of you, and I thank you for that. It's a wonderful compliment,

but I am not as talented in all seriousness at doing something like that as I am in doing what I do. Now, he said that, too. He said, look, I haven't agreed with the president and on everything. You have that flexibility, though, over on CNN or on your radio show. Once you're there in the White House, you've got to sing that party line. So whatever the president is doing, whatever the administration is doing, you've got to back it up. You got to back it up. And Caroline was outstanding at that.

She really, really was. I mean, I don't think I've ever seen anyone better. I think Scott could be just as good. You know, maybe, hey, you know, maybe we'll see. Maybe he could be better. know. I'd love to see him take a stab at it, but I think that Caroline was truly one of the best I've ever seen at that job. She was no nonsense. She was very matter of fact. She knew her stuff, and she made it really, really clear, you know, that she was all business. And this is this young

woman, mother of two now. And so she's looking at her life and saying, okay, do I want to stay here for the next couple of years? Do I want to move on? She's only 28 years old. I mean, that's amazing, right? She's 28 years old. She's the youngest press secretary ever. She's got two kids. now at home, little ones, well, there might be a little bit more flexibility in a TV gig. Just saying, gosh, especially, especially if you could do a specific hour on television. I know the best hour I ever had, 2 o'clock, 2 o'clock, you know why? I was effectively kind of off work at 3. I mean, I could kind of do the rest of the thing from home after 3 and I could go see my kids

after school. And so I was there in the morning and I was there in the afternoon. Two and five Canadians will hear the words you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters. Two o'clock, Caroline. That's my recommendation to you. Go get yourself a gig at Fox News at 2 p.m. It is a wonderful time slot from a lifestyle point of view. Or go do, you know, your own thing, right, on YouTube. I don't think she would, only given her age, given how young she is. And, you know, you kind of almost have to have been there, done that to see bright lights, big city and really know that it's not all that's cracked up to be, shall we say, in another conversation for another time. but I'm much happy over here. But I think if I were 28 years old, and I had just been at the White House, and I had Fox News dangling some kind of offer, hopefully it's a good one out there in front of me.

That would be very compelling and very hard to turn down. So I would imagine that she's probably in a serious conversation with Fox, and Fox is hopefully offering her her own show. They may not, though. They may not because, again, she's young, and they may figure, well, you know, let's season her a little bit and get the audience used to her. Don't forget the president actually also said in his true social post that she was going to continue on as an advisor. So it makes a little

sticky if you're an anchor, you know, on Fox. She's going to continue on as an advisor and she is going to still be a very important person in the MAGA movement. That almost indicated, especially the advisor part that she might be going in as a contributor. My advice, if it's worth anything, hold out for an actual gig. Get a good time slot. And do a show. I've seen her, like at various times, especially when she first showed up on the scene and she was there as press, you know, press person. But one night, I can't remember what it was. Maybe it was when one of the, maybe it was the plane situation. You remember when you had the helicopter that ran into a passenger plane and she was giving all the information? It was like she was

the anchor. She was like getting the information in. She was delivering it. And I was like, oh, this girl is good. This girl is good. So if I were a producer, at a few, I have a producer, Fox right now, I'd be hiring her. Right. And so they, they're smart over there. They're not dumb. You know, they, they are the number one conservative network for a reason. So these smart people are most likely looking very seriously at her. And it's certainly what I'm hearing through the grapevine. So Caroline Levitt, off to Fox and the CNN star, Scott Jennings, looking like he is going to take her gig. So all's well that ends well, right?

All's well that ends well. I think that this would be a very, very good setup. Good for the country, good for the Trump administration, good for Scott, and good for Caroline. So big round of applause for all of them. We just heard Scott talking about El-Said, right? Abdul Al-Said out in Michigan is like sinking his party. I mean, sink and sink and sink and sink. And almost as much as Mamdami's sink in New York City.

I mean, these guys are not doing so well. Mike Rogers is in the lead for the first time this century. It looks like Michigan is going to elect a Republican. I mean, even CNN is stunned at this. Check out Harry Anton as he delivers this news. Well, I was interested because I couldn't think of another example where you actually had a Democratic candidate who was down at least four points, four points in a Senate poll in Michigan.

And it turns out for this entire century, Abdulazid is the only one in a poll that meets CNN standards for publication. This is extremely, extremely, extremely unusual. Abdul Assaid breaking records in the ways that you don't want to. In fact, he is the first Democrat down by this much, as I said, essentially, since 1994. Yeah, 19004. I saw somebody saying yesterday, because we put this up on the shorts feed, and someone was like, whoa, that makes me feel old.

Nineteen hundred and ninety-four. But, you know, it actually is kind of a big deal. So Michigan now looks like it's going right. I mean, I look at those numbers, and I'm like, how can 49% even before this dude, right? Like, this guy is not a good guy, especially given what he's saying, given what he's discussing. Oh, the Medicare for all little bit.

Yeah, that's what he wants. He wants to take away your health care, for goodness sakes. Democrats are really going out on left field like I've never seen. Listen. What Medicare for All does is it does away with the private insurance market, right? It now has one single payer. That's why we call it single payer, right? one insurance, and that is the government of the United States.

You know, I'm in the UK right now, and the telegraph paper had a big headline this morning about how, like, people actually can't get health care here and they're being left to die. I'm sorry. I'm not about to sign up for the government running my health care. I'm not about to sign up for the government having say over whether I get to stay alive or not. But we were talking about Natalie Harp earlier, and one of the reasons she loves this president so much is because of one of the policies that he put forward that enabled her actually to live

because she said they were like basically leaving me for dead telling me how to plan the last days of my life. And if I hadn't gotten this experimental treatment, because of the Trump administration, I wouldn't be here today. So this guy wants to have Uncle Sam come in and decide whether or not you get to live or die. And I don't think that's a good recipe for anything or anyone. You know, Moderna stock way up today because it's got some new, treatment that it's got for skin cancer. When you think about all the innovation, all the tremendous innovation that comes out of American drug companies, American pharmaceutical companies, and it's because we have this

free market capitalism. And I know it's not perfect, right? Because you want everybody to live and have the most access to health care, period. But the answer is not to have the government to it. I mean, you want El-Said and Ilhan Omar deciding all this? I mean, this would be like health care to nowhere. already know all these long-term care facilities, right, that Dr. Oz has been investigating out in California that were just cash in the checks, kaching, kaching, kaching, kaching. You want more of that?

Or what about the kaching, kaching, kaching, kiching on daycare? Like we saw in Minnesota, this is what happens when big government takes over. You cannot have big government in health care. We need smaller, smaller, smaller government. So, El Saeed, you are sinking yourself and you are sink in your party. And Scott Jennings, again, this is why this guy is so good. I just have to play this again, it's real short, but this is what he knows. This is why he should be the next press secretary for the Trump administration. I do think Democrats have made a huge mistake with Abdul-El-Sayed in Michigan, but I think all these races are going to be close. I think the Republicans do have good candidates, and I think the Republicans are going to have plenty of

coming up with innovative ways to solve this health care crisis. So good stuff, good stuff, good stuff all around. But again, I got to give like a full on alert before I go to this next soundbite because I did play it for you guys recently. And I was looking at the comments after. I read all the comments, by the way. So always feel free to make a comment, whether you're live here and I'm just catching them in real time or after. And I do read all of the comments after. And someone was like, whoa, Trish, you got to be careful. You got to give me like, you know, five alarm fire alert before you play any sound from Hillary Clinton. So I'm giving you the alert,

but Clinton knows, everyone knows, boy, did Michigan make a mistake. You're not going to convince Republican voters in Michigan. And the real fight will be how do we make sure that people who voted for Haley feel comfortable voting for Abdul El-Said, and how do we get independence to feel comfortable? And you can see that it's not just about,

Michigan, but the Republican messaging is communist, socialist. It's going to be a very effective attack. And so people on the left... Of course it's going to be effective. Of course it's going to be effective. It already is effective. I mean, nobody actually wants communism. Nobody actually wants socialism.

Where the United States of America for a reason. But then you layer on this whole, like, Islamic thing, right? where the president is now calling them jihadists. And he had this idea, courtesy of a friend recently. He said it. And then the next thing you know, he's out there with that true social post, putting this one out there.

Ilhan Omar in Minnesota, nice big mosque. El Saeed in Michigan, another nice big mosque. Oh, Rashida Tili in Michigan, nice big mosque. I mean, we don't really, you know, I'm in London right now. I'm just going to tell you something. I'm like the only one with my hair, like out and about. maybe it's because it's August and it's London and I've learned that like the entire Middle East comes here in in August but it's actually it's almost really really strange I really feel like a minority here and it's you know it's neither here nor there you know people are people but I think as we look at the United States of America and we consider what's been going on you've got a reporter that actually went out and did a really interesting story out in the Midwest because you could walk in in a

and as long as you can vouch, as long as there's someone there that can vouch for these people that are in the burqas and because you don't have any identification, they can then go and vote. And the president is making a big issue of that, obviously, vis-a-vis save America, et cetera. But now he's like glommed on to this jihadist thing. And I actually think, believe it or not, that's going to be very, very appealing, dare I say, as well. Or a lot of voters who worry that we're losing our way and that we're losing our culture and they don't want to turn into Europe where everybody is dressed, especially women, a certain way, especially in big metropolitan areas.

Let me go to the president speaking about these, quote, unquote, jihadists as he's now referring to them as. They're playing for making life easier. Well, the one thing is we have jihadists being elected all over the place. We have this, whether it's communism, jihadism. It's a lot of friends of my called up. He said, you know, really, you should use the word jihadist because that's what's happening. I'm not sure that anybody, if you take a look at what happens in other countries, I think that's not going to be necessarily the way we want to live.

When you look at the radicalism and the craziness of the candidates and the stupidity of what they're suggesting, let's get rid of the Supreme Court, let's get rid of the presidency, let's get rid of the Senate. They want to get, you know, sometimes I'd like to get rid of the Senate too, but I don't say it and I wouldn't do it, but, you know, they want to get rid of the Senate. They want to get rid of, ideally, the House, but. But they're thinking about maybe keeping the house, you know. Isn't that nice?

These are people that have been not successful. They're people that have been, in many cases, failures. They come from other failed countries. And they come here and they tell us how to run our country. They come from places like I won't mention because I don't want to get myself into a controversy, but they come from countries that are not great. They come from, let's say, as an example, Somalia, they come in and then they tell us how to, how our constitution, how our declaration of independence, how it works.

It doesn't work that way. And they're not smart. They have no aptitude. They have nothing going. And they're telling us how to run our country. And I just don't think it's going to happen. I think that they start off. Now, I may be wrong, but, you know, they start off with a big disadvantage.

People don't want to have rats. So, you know, he's kind of. say him what he's about to tweet or put out on true social anyway. And I think that this is going to resonate. Okay, I think it's going to resonate. But it's not just like voting against people. Again, remembering why Scott would actually be really good in this gig at the White House. It's what you're voting for.

And so you want to vote for a president who can handle the economy. You want to vote for somebody who's going to help reduce health care costs by still keeping us the capitalists great society that we are. You want to vote for somebody who's going to keep this country safe and to keep those borders locked down. What you don't want to vote for is somebody who's going to gouge you just because you own a home. And the Democrats are really imploding in real time. And I have only to look at New York City to know that. You look at what happened just now with Mamdami. And it's like one disaster after another. The New York City Council meeting was going on yesterday and oh like you know look guys it's hard to feel that sorry for you given that you put

them in but ma'm dami decided to put in this pieter tax well in doing so he actually just decided to publish a list of something like 20,000 homeowners something like 900,000 addresses and now he wants these homeowners to prove and they're going to have to like hire lawyers and pay money to prove that this is their full-time address he basically said yeah Yeah, you know, if you get a valuation of like a million bucks, I'm putting you on my list. And it was a whole bunch of names and a whole bunch of addresses. You know, Antifa have at it. A lot of people have accused him of doxing.

I think this is exactly what it is. I think it's actually illegal. I don't think that you can segregate these homeowners out the way he did so. But I've said that over and over again. It's one thing for me to say it. Take a look at New York City Democrats saying it in this explosive meeting. what. So how the administration published more than 900,000 names and addresses showed me that this is how the administration feels about homeowners in this great city, that this is something

that we need to be ashamed of, a hit list of the haves and the have-nots, a scarlet letter. They should show up and answer basic questions about the rollout. Somehow today the administration couldn't find its way within the same building to city hall to answer questions about it. I find that to be totally unacceptable. I think New Yorkers are entitled to ask a very simple question. What are they hiding? So residents taking issue with the city posting a public list of names and addresses

that, quote, may be subject to this tax. People very upset about that. Understandably so. The Washington Post writing this, note to future mayors, naming and shaming nearly a million homeowners in your city, not good use of political capital. Okay, but I don't think he cares. Right, that's the point. By the way, he's like off on vacation.

He's not even there to answer any of these questions. And none of his staff went there to answer any of these questions because it's a giant F you. Okay, you guys get it? You were the ones who put him in there. And he's like, F all of you. I'm off on vacation. You can all duke it out with yourselves.

Yeah. The Washington Post is right. maybe not a good idea to do this, but I don't think he cares. He's swinging for the fences. He doesn't care if he ever gets elected again. In fact, I don't think he cares at all about that because I think he's got bigger designs. He wants to destroy the city as fast as he can. If he gets another year to do it, so be it. I have my own suspicions about him. I mean, what kind of mayor of New York is looking to have some kind of meeting with Iran when we're at war with Iran? Tell me. I mean, buddy boy you got to focus on your potholes for goodness sakes but he doesn't care about the potholes or picking up

the garbage no he wants to just expose people that have worked hard for a living and have managed to own their own apartment in new york city all these people you know we're not talking about super wealthy that are on that list by the way i mean some of them are for sure but a lot of them are just hardworking everyday New Yorkers that maybe even voted for him. So again, it's kind of hard to feel that bad. But I'm just saying, you know what? You get what you pay for. And in this case, you guys paid for a nut job communist, frankly, Iran sympathizer named Zahran Mamdami. That's from Uganda and just became a citizen like a second ago, well, seven years ago. I actually think the citizenship thing should be up for grabs because I don't think he was ever disclosing of

some of his past antics like having expressed support for Hamas in some of his rap songs, or his association with the DSA and communism, which actually is a form on that immigration form that you have to fill out that. There's like a checkbox. I mean, have you ever been associated with this stuff? He didn't answer these things fairly or accurately. And so I would say that's fair game. You could probably go back on him.

And you probably should. But this is messed up. I mean, he's actually out there trying to do some real darn damage. Financial capital of the world. And he's trying to take it down. You got to be careful who you elect. You've got to be really cautious. This is why Michigan is smart to turn their back on El-Said.

This is why Minnesota should have turned its back. It's too late now. You get all the Somalians, you know, voting for Ilhan Omar. That's why we need treasury in there doing its work to figure out whether there's terrorist financing activity going on,

etc. I have my own suspicions given that, you know, her net war suddenly went to $30 million and back. She's like worth nothing. Then it's 30 mil. And now she's worth nothing again. Go figure. Something fishy is going on there.

And something fishy is going on with Mam Dami who doesn't even bother to show up. just kind of is like, I'm going to sit back and watch this all implode, and this will be just fun watching the wealthy have to defend themselves. Well, they're not the wealthy. There's a lot of plenty of working class people in there. And by the way, even if it is the wealthy, so what? You shouldn't be doing that. You know what's going to happen? I mean, this is pretty simple. Think about it. You know exactly what's going to happen. And it's already happening. Everybody's selling their house. Nobody wants to live in New York City anymore. Thank God I got out.

when I did, what was that, 2018-ish, 2017, I can't even remember, but it was a glorious day, right? Like, I'm like, bye-bye, here you got the keys. You know, we had our forever apartment there. We bought a beautiful apartment on Fifth Avenue, overlook in the park. It was fantastic. I did everything to my own specifications because I thought, well, I'm never going to flip this. And then, you know, before you knew it, my dad was right. He said, Trish, you're going to need something bigger.

I mean, it seemed big, right? It was a New York City pre-war apartment. We had a dining room. That was a big deal. We even had a library, but I had three little kids, and, you know, they were climbing the walls. And every day, they'd be looking out the window at that beautiful park. And they'd be like, Saturday morning in the middle of winter. Mom, mom, mommy, mommy, can you please take us outside?

And I'm like, when we moved outside the city and we actually had a yard, kids would be like, can we go outside? And we'd say, sure, go for it on Saturday morning. And they were like, really? And we were like, yeah. But you're not going to come? No. because you can go yourself. And that was like, wow.

I mean, huge liberation for us and for them, right? But I never thought I was going to sell New York City. And boy, like, I look back on that now and we needed to because we just needed more space and I needed like normalcy, right? Like living in a city is tough with little kids. But I'm also going to tell you I am so relieved because I don't know as I could get out of that apartment at a decent trade right now. Because nobody wants to live there.

Nobody is going to invest there. So all the tax revenue that you collect off of those people because they're part of the economy, all the tax revenue that you collect off of property taxes, it's all going, bye-bye. And you know what? He doesn't care. He doesn't care because he just wants to destroy New York City. I don't think this guy has anything else in mind, which is why he doesn't even have the decency to show up for this big, you know, whatever shindig that they were happening having in New York right now. I got to tell you about Canada. So Canada's getting a lifeline. Turns out the president's not going through with that big tariff of 50% just yet. They get a few more days. Looks like they might even work out something on the pipeline. But I'll tell you, this is the bigger headache for one Carney right about now. Alberta, Canada is thinking about seceding.

Oh, yeah. Look at this line out in Edmonton. going up. Just going on and on. Two hour long line. Thousands of people waiting in line to sign this independence petition. So they want to leave Canada. They are going to be voting for real.

They just voted to schedule a vote on October 19th of this year on this referendum question. The wording is effectively, let me make sure I'm precise on the shit. Albertan, the province of Canada. or should the government of Alberta commence the legal process required under the Canadian Constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada so they want out, out, out, out, out, out in Alberta.

And there's a variety of reasons for this, I'm just going to say, because, you know, look, Alberta is a very successful. It's like the Texas of Canada. it's it's a really important part of the canadian economy because that's where all the energy comes from I mean think about the the oil sands which I've traveled to up in alberta Canada it's really cold really really really cold but this is like the money hotspot of Canada in fact it contributes really the most economically it is heavily based in oil and natural gas those strategic resources and it's really the vast majority of Canada's proven oil reserves all come straight from Alberta, right? So the people

in Alberta are like, wait a second, why are we having to shoulder the burden, if you would, the economic burden, and it's kind of a conservative stronghold, if you would. The reason you see in this particular picture, Scott Besson on there, and this is, this was a tweet that actually got put out by Eric, who's down in Florida, wonderful Twitter account. I know I'm not giving you much to go on there because I'm blanking completely, which forgive me. Forgive me, Eric, because... Two and five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. I highly recommend you follow it. And he put Besson on there because Besson, you see, has been positive on this idea. If you have an independent Alberta, it would be something that might be actually really good for us, especially as we are trading with Canada and we're dealing with all these tariffs, et cetera. So they are a very large part of Canada's overall GDP. In fact, energy, if you would, I think accounts for somewhere between 20 and 25 percent of Canada's overall GDP. So it's a very vital part of the economy.

And it's been a little difficult because they're dealing with all the libs that are everywhere else. You know, you get the libs in Montreal and you get the libs in Quebec. And it's another calling it Weggs it. it's a western Canada exit Western Canada's like bye-bye see you see you know how did this country get in this messed up spot you know I'm going to argue that they've had some very poor leadership

poor leadership like this guy who's unfortunately no longer the leader there in Canada that's Justin Trudeau you're looking at who is dancing around with a plunger in his yeah a toilet plunger right over his head in a hardware store, I guess, in Canada, with his new girlfriend, Katie Perry. She clearly doesn't have much taste in men. But anyway, the two of them with the toilet plunger dancing around.

And I would argue that Canada kind of had it coming. Okay? Canada, again, be careful, be careful, just like New York City. who you vote into office because you're going to be dealing with situations like, well, like we're seeing right now in Alberta when you have these kinds of problems. So Alberta is sitting there saying,

well, why are we shouldering the burden for the rest of Canada right now? So you get a couple of movements that have been happening. There's the Alberta Prosperity Project. There's Stay Free Alberta. Somebody was out today from, I don't know if it was Carney or somebody else within the Carney administration

is suggesting that this is, a foreign influence campaign. That's what's going on. And who knows, maybe there is some foreign influence. I don't know, but I would say this. I don't even think you have to rely on foreign influence. I think you've got people who are human beings saying, wait a second, why are we supporting the rest of Canada?

And we'd have a heck of a lot more money for ourselves if we didn't have to deal with all the crazy libs everywhere else. I can't tell you how many people actually watch this show from Canada or on this channel. And I hear all the time, you know, Please, you know, when you talk about Canadians, don't paint us all with one brush because I'm from Alberta, in Alberta, Canada. It's clearly very, very different. So current polling, this is as of mid-August, is showing definitely a clear majority of the people they're favoring overall in Canada,

favoring that Alberta remains, but you do have a number of people and a growing number of people finding that, you know, it makes sense to leave. And that's certainly symbolic in many ways. the secession movement is underway and I don't think it's going to stop. And I think given that you have this sort of disparity in the wealth between Alberta and the rest of Canada and this feeling that Canada is going in this bad direction similar to Europe, right? You think about what I just told you about how Europe is really not feeling like Europe anymore and you're not really hearing a whole lot of English in London right about now. And, you know, people are losing their culture and their way in so much of Europe.

I mean, maybe other than Poland. Poland seems to be the one standout that's hanging on, but they've had to be really tough. And Poland has had to have some sharp elbows and has had to deal with a lot of onslaught of sort of negativity and accusations of racism, et cetera, because they're not willing to fold over and play dead and turn into Sweden or the UK or anything else. And so all these other countries now throughout Europe are dealing with this headache. And Canada, you know, I don't know, hey, you know, we were talking about. about buying Canada. Maybe we just buy Alberta. Right? Right? Alberta, I'm sure we could work something out. There we go. You know, mission accomplished,

right? Just like we're apparently taking over the straight of her moves. The president putting this one out. De-mined and open for business there over. And I think that one is maybe not as easy a situation as Alberta would be. But, you know, we're kind of, we're on the acquisition trail between the possibility of Alberta, between the Strait of Hormuz, and of course, Greenland, we haven't even touched Greenland. Maybe I'll have to talk about Greenland tomorrow or Friday. There is a small chance that we may not be live on the air tomorrow because I am traveling again and again.
