And we are live. We're live and we're waiting right now on a government shutdown that could happen in just a few hours. I mean, they could avert a crisis. They've been given an opportunity to try and do so. But, you know, this is the Chuck Schumer we're talking about and Adam Schiff and a whole bunch of others that don't kind of see the value in averting a government shutdown. But I'll tell you, you know, you know who knows how to play this game. You know exactly. who knows how to play this game? And that would be one Donald Trump, of course. Welcome to the program, everyone.

I'm Trish Rican. By the time you're watching this, you know what? Maybe they'll have come up with a deal. But I'm not so sure. I think he's preparing as though we're moving forward. We are going to be looking at mass firings. Donald Trump saying, just moments ago, he is preparing mass firings, mass firings,

getting rid of a lot of things that, well, maybe we didn't need anyway. Here he is in the Oval Office, being asked about the government shutdown that is happening just hours away from now. Let's see whether or not they can work out a deal, but I'll tell you, we know who has the upper hand, watch. What you're doing? Thank you very much, Linda. Okay, any questions, please?

Mr. President, as we inch closer to a government shutdown this morning, you said you might do a lot of layoffs. If Doge is already reducing the federal workforce, why is it necessary to link more federal jobs cut to a shutdown? Well, the Democrats want to shut it down, so when you shut it down, you have to do layoffs. So we'd be laying off a lot of people that are going to be very affected. And the Democrats, they're going to be Democrats. As you know, this country, no country can afford to pay for illegal immigration,

health care for everybody that comes into the country, and that's what they're insisting. And obviously, I have an obligation to not accept that. That would affect everybody. You know, when I see what we're doing with AI and all the plans that are opening up in the country, 17 trillion dollars is coming and if you compare that to Biden Biden had a in four years less than a trillion we have 17 trillion more than that much I think it's going to be much more than that David by the end of this year I think it's going to be far up and that's a record it's a record it's a record in eight months it's a record by a lot and so we're doing

well as a country so the last thing we want to do is shut it down but a lot of good can come down from shut down's getting rid of a lot of things that we didn't want and they'd be Democrat things, but they want open borders. They want men playing in women's sports. They want transgender for everybody. They never set up, and they don't learn. We won an election in the landslide. They just don't learn.

So we have no choice. I have to do that for the country. Yes. Unbelievable. Okay, they really don't ever learn. It's very, very true. He also said something a little earlier to this effect, saying, look, again, we don't want to do this,

but, hey, we may not have a choice. about the state of the Democrat Party when they have a 33% of favorability rating on average in recent months, and they're willing to shut down the government over health care. If they are shutting it down, we're not shutting it down. We don't want it to shut down because we have the greatest period of time ever. I told you, we have $17 trillion being invested. So the last person that wants to shut down is us now. With that being said, we can do things during the shutdown that are irreversible,

that are bad for them and irreversible by them, like cutting very very much. numbers of people out, cutting things that they like, cutting programs that they like. And you all know, you all know Russell vote. He's become very popular recently because he can trim the budget to a level that you couldn't do any other way. So they're taking a risk by having a shutdown because because of the shutdown, we can do things medically and other ways, including benefits. We can cut large numbers of people out. We don't want to do that, but we don't want fraud, waste, and abuse, and, you know, we're cutting that. But they want to have illegal aliens come into our country and get massive health care at the cost to everybody else, and we don't

have it. And that's, I would say, the number one reason that they want to strike is to get illegal immigrants' health care. And, you know, Gavin Newsom wants that, too, in California, and it's destroying California. We can't have that. We're not going to let it happen. I mean, it did, right? They just couldn't afford it. So you're talking about, overreaching. trillion dollars that they want. And they're like, oh, no, no, no, that's not what it's about. It's about giving the money to the states for the health care. Well, what do the states do? Because the federal government actually legally cannot give money to illegals here in this country. So they give it to the states, right? And then the states are free to do whatever the heck they want

to do with it. And so you have places like New York and California basically offering all of this health care. And that's a dollar. No, no, no, we're going to stop that. We're going to stop that. So he had an opportunity to speak just yesterday with Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries. They came to the White House. They apparently all sat down. And shortly after they left, he tweeted this last night. Okay, it's funny. It's AI.

I'm telling you, you've got to have a sense of humor about this stuff. He certainly does. Watch. Look, guys, there's no way to sugarcoat it. Nobody likes Democrats anymore. We have no voters left because of all of our woke trans. Not even black people want to vote for us anymore. Even Latinos hate us.

So we need new voters. And if we give all these illegal aliens free health care, we might be able to get them on our side so they can vote for us. They can't even speak English. So they won't realize we're just a bunch of woke pieces of shit, you know, at least for a while until they learn English and they realize they hate us too. Oh my God. It's funny, right?

I'm sorry, I'm like dying, laughing. Okay, so people are really, really mad about that. I guess they're mad because, you know, look, this president is like way smarter than anyone when it comes to memes, when it comes to AI, when it comes to capturing the imagination, if you were to the people. And so he sent that out. And by the way, that got the message out pretty loud and clear, if you would. The New York Times reports that the meeting yields no progress with a shutdown just a day away. You know, the Democrats are not going to be happy about this. Again, I just want to clarify. So the trillion dollars that they want for health care spending is basically money that would go to states. So they're saying, oh, this is not true. This is not money that would go to illegals, but it would go to the states who would then in turn be able to offer it to people who are here illegally in the country. And, you know what?

Trump is saying, look, they tried this in California. it was an absolute disaster. The reality is we just don't have the money for it. We just, you know, hey, we want to be nice to everybody. But this is not something new. I mean, the Democrats were talking about this forever. Yesterday, I played to remember the State of the Union from 1995. It's actually on my shorts feed as well, because Bill Clinton was saying back in 1995, things that would make him sound like a fascist today. He's like, we can't afford this. You know, we can't have everybody come in here. I remember Diane Feinstein. I used to run that clip, right? She would say back, this is like some 25 years.

ago, God rest her soul, she would say, we can't be the welfare state for Mexico. I mean, this, this is, this is all new. EpiW, thank you. I'm glad that you like the sweater. I try to be stylish. It's getting chilly in this part of the world where I am right now. We have fall and, yeah, I'm working the turtleneck. Anyway, it is a reality that this is not going over well politically because people are saying, hey, why are you so concerned about everybody, everybody, except for say me, right? Why do you concern about all the people here legally, you're concerned about the very small portion of the trans population? Like, you want them to be able to compete in women's sports, but you don't seem to care about actual girls. Like, it just getting kind of weird. Like,

I mean, call me crazy. Like, I never thought I was that conservative. I think I'm pretty, you know, fiscally conservative. I believe in a small, limited government. And I don't really care what you do. But just don't try and shove it down my throat. And all of a sudden, they're trying to shove it down our throats. And everybody's like, no, I'm not here for that. So what are you looking at? And the opinion in the Democrat Party, it is good a favorability of just 30%, 54% unfavorable rating.

I mean, this gels with what Harry Anten was saying to the shocked CNN anchor just a couple of weeks ago. In terms of the polling, and you want to know why it comes down to one big thing and it's immigration. So when you look at the shutdown happening, I think a lot of Americans are going to say, fine. If this is happening because we're going to save a trillion dollars on not having, not having immigrants get free health care that are here illegally, that shouldn't be here to begin with, maybe that's politically more viable than what the Democrats are saying, which is come on, come all, we'll give you a free hotel.

You get to stay at the Roosevelt. That's like five stars. Back in the day it was, you get maid service, daily maid service. And you get like 300 and some odd bucks a week in your little credit card that you can go and use for your ethnically appropriate food. Oh, and the cell phone, at least I forget. I mean, for goodness sakes, right? Americans are like, sorry, enough.

And he's not wrong, by the way. When he talks about AI and AI taking over a whole lot of jobs, it's no joke. Here's Harry Anton on the GOP just killing it in the polls. This particular point, the Democrats are the New Orleans Saints of political parties. What are we talking about? Trust the Dems or GOP more on the economy. Who leads on the economy? Republicans by 7.

Immigration, Republicans by 13. How about crime, a big issue for Donald Trump and the Republicans? Look at that. Lead by 22 points. So the bottom line is this. At this particular point, the ball may be on the ground, but the Democrats have not picked up the ball and running with it. If anything, at this particular point,

it's the Republicans who are running with the ball on the top issues, the economy, immigration, and crime. Give some context on this. Compare this when Republicans last took the House. Yeah, let's compare it back to 2022. I think this kind of gives away the game right here. The GOP is more trusted than the Dems on the economy. It was 12 points in 2022.

Slight, slight decline in that leap, but still seven points. How about immigration? It was Republicans by three back in 2022. Look at this. The Republican leads actually gone up by 10 points. What are you doing, Democrats? My goodness gracious. And on crime, the Republicans were up by 13.

And now they're up by 22. The lead, again, expanding by nearly double digits. So whatever Democrats are doing, it ain't working, Kate. It ain't working Republicans have the lead on all three issues. What's the reason that you are? finding so far that's driving this. Yeah, I mean, look, it's all about the Senate of the electorate, right? You win with independence, you win overall. And what do we see right here among independents? Republicans still have a point lead on the economy. They got a 10-point lead on

immigration. They got a 21-point lead on crime. The bottom line is when you look at these numbers, Democrats should call their offices, because at this particular point, even if Republicans, or even if the public doesn't like what Donald Trump is doing, they ain't necessarily liking what Democrats are doing. And it ain't just a referendum on one party. You actually have to go out and beat that party at this particular point. Democrats are not able to Republicans. No, they're not going to do it.

He's alluding to, of course, what's coming in the midterms? And it gets back to, you know, what are they thinking? And again, as we look at these layoffs that are going to be imminent. I mean, layoffs coming. Massive. I'm going to put this on the screen for you right now. Massive layoffs coming in government. And Donald Trump's point is we don't have to bring anybody back, you know?

we wanted to do this anyway. Doge was trying, really, really trying. And then it was like bogged down the courts and this, that, and the other. Well, guess what? They're going to get a shot at doing it. And he's going to take every opportunity to do so. Look, I think that fundamentally what you have going on here is the average American person really isn't that different than they've ever been, right?

Like, I get it. You have woke academia and you have this wokeness that's crept into some parts of society and youth. And that's why I'm having Donnie. is running in New York City. But bottom line, Americans are pretty simple. You know, they want to work hard. They want to keep pretty much all their earnings, right? Like, is that a crime? And they want to be able to set up some kind of future for their kids. And yet, apparently it is a crime, according to some people, like, you know, the socialist running in New York City or this former fired MSNBC broadcaster,

who's looking at these shutdowns in smaller government and freaking out and saying, we've got a fundamental problem here because they just don't see the world the way we do. And I'm like, wow, I guess we really don't. Watch. Is that if you go back before the 20th century, there were no income taxes, there were no regulations on business, you could earn as much money as you want, leave 100% of it to your children with no taxes. That's the world they want back. And to get it back, they need society to change. They need people to be less modern. They need people to want fewer things. So you're less modern, which means, you know, You don't know what gender you are.

That's her version of, okay, you're so antique if you actually think that there's just two genders. I mean, come on, for goodness sakes. So, yeah, there's a lot going on right now. But bottom line, at this moment in time, as we approach the midnight hour, literally, we may be looking at thousands and thousands and thousands of layoffs within government. And a lot of those jobs just not coming back. And it's something that CNN's having a really hard time with the media in general is having a really hard time with. I mean, this CNN host, she totally flipped over that, you know,

sombrero hat trick I just showed you, the AI clip. This was hysterical. Donald Trump putting in this, you know, again, if you're just joining us right now, it's worse seeing again because it's hysterical. I'm sorry. Look, guys, there's no way to sugarcoat it. Nobody likes Democrats anymore. We have no voters left because of all of our woke trans, but not even black people want to vote for us anymore. Even Latinos. haters. So we need new voters. And if we give all these illegal aliens free health care, we might be able to get them on our side. That was freaking her out, just totally, totally freaking her out. I want to go to her. We heard from the president late tonight on his view, I guess, is how I would put it on how the negotiations that the white owls went today. I want to get your reaction to what the president posted. Look guys, there's no way to sugarcoat it. Nobody likes Democrats anymore. We have no voters left because of all of our woke trans bullshund. Not even black people want to vote for us anymore. Even Latinos hate us. Is that appropriate in your view? Look, I think sometimes the president plays with the press like a little boy and a flashlight and a dog. And he's shining the flashlight here and he's shining it there. What he's saying is this offer from the

the Democrats is ridiculous, one and a half trillion dollars on top of funding that they already agreed to, that they're, what they're asking for is completely ridiculous, it's disingenuous, and then for the Democrats to set there and blame Republicans for the plight of rural hospitals is just so wrong. The problems with rural hospitals would be their policy, not ours. But couldn't the president just say, these demands are ridiculous and not post a video with Hakeem Jeffries wearing a sombrero and, you know, putting that voice over. Okay, but you know it wouldn't be as fun that way, right? And in this modern day, there is no one that understands social media better than one Donald Trump. So the sombrero,

you know, I'm sorry, it was a nice touch. Have a sense of humor lady. Schumer talking about people of color and immigrants. I think he said that several times already. And then for them to come and not to make any really serious offer, why didn't they just say, look, let's just talk about these extra COVID-era subsidies, these extra subsidies that are costing some $35 billion a year. Let's make those just for the people really need them. Let's go back to the original ACA and make this for people under 400%. They didn't bring a serious offer there.

Look, in my estimation, Chuck Schumer wants the government to shut down to settle a political score. Ooh, okay, because he wants to make it look like it's all Donald Trump's fault. Well, I'm afraid it's going to look like it's all your fault. Yeah, Chuckie, because again, like, let's go back to what they're really talking about. They're saying, oh, all these rural hospitals. And they're saying, it's not our problem, California, that you choose to spend all your money in really stupid ways.

And we don't really actually want to have much responsibility in that. If you choose to just spend your money in such stupid ways that leave you in debt, then that is your own problem. So again, they're asking for this continuation. Remember during COVID, they spent all this money in trillions and trillions of dollars, you had the money printing from the Fed. You had Nancy and Chuck add it with trillions of dollars with their own version of a printing press and giveaways here, there and everywhere, including for health care. And then you had, of course, Joe Biden decided to do a third

stimulus check. So you had all this money flowing, right? Well, those things expired. And so they're going to go kicking and screaming, saying, no, no, we need to renew these trillion dollars worth of health care spending things. And what has happened is they put a lot of that money into the states allowing for people to come and they would encourage people like, I mean, the memo was out. Just look at the numbers, right? Come on, come on. Free health care, free this, free that. I mean, hey, well, not a bad deal, right? Well, those times are changing. That is ending. And the president has no intention of continuing that. And so CNN is going to kind of just have to manage through it, right? I realize that they're flipping out, but they're going to keep flipping

out. That's just the reality of where we are right now, in part, because Americans do actually want to keep more of what they earn, right? I mean, it's part of what makes us special. It's not necessarily our wealth or power. It's our principles and our people. And part of our principles and our people include the foundation that we all sort of began with, which is that, you know what? You believe in the American dream. You work hard. You prosper. Good things happen. And this is what our founders wanted. This is part of the whole great American experiment, if you would. You know, you unleash freedom, this freedom to prosper, you unleash opportunity here in this country. It happened in a way that, honestly, you go back 250 years because we're celebrating a big birthday this year.

The world had never seen. Like, nothing like this existed. And from the very beginning, everyday folks had a shot at climbing up the ladder, right? And you think about every moment in American history from our revolution to the greatest inventions, to landing on the moon to some of Elon's work on Mars. I mean, it's really incredible. It's all because somebody had an idea and they began by taking one small step. Well, this is not the FCC over here, but you know, I let everybody know I run a clean show, so I tried to. Um, anyway, he's a good guy. You know, I used to work with him at Fox. Uh, Pete Hegseth now, our secretary of war. And, you know, I'll tell you this has been a big part of his agenda. He wrote a book on it. He was always very into this. This is a whole, you know, what's happened to the military? The military that I used to be part of, he would say, because it's gotten so woke and so crazy. And you just can't have a situation like that. I mean, he brought up some things today. For example, he wants to have better fitness standards. He wants to go back to the old standards. Apparently, we've been kind of lenient on the standards. I didn't realize this.

And the soldiers have been getting fat. I mean, hey, when you're not, you know, we're going to be, you you have transgender's recruiting for the military, for the Navy on TikTok. I think you've reached kind of a turning point of no return. Here is the view, okay? I want to go to one of those view ladies who hates Pete is so woke, she can't see straight. I question whether she really believes this or whether she just is, you know, out there for the fame and notoriety. I don't really know, but this is this woman who was supposed to be a lawyer.

but somehow wound up on television, Sunny, something. Let's listen to her. She tries to tear apart Pete, but I mean, if you're like me, you're sitting there going, well, why do we have fat soldiers? I mean, is it that hard? Fuddled by why he did that. The optics were terrible, meaning all of our top military brass are all in one place, and we spent $6 million to get them there.

That didn't make a lot of sense to me. Really? I mean, because companies all the time have big meetings. And if you're the CEO, you might bring in all your top lieutenants, And you don't care how much it costs, right? You bring everybody in because you need that FaceTime. You need that retreat. They do them all the time.

It's like, you know, out of like the corporate handbook. So, you know, Sunny, I realize apparently you don't work in a real corporation. ABC, owned by Disney, probably the only retreats you've gone to have been all about DEI. This was like the anti-D-EI retreat. Watch. A lot of sense to me that he was saying that he was going to toughen physical standards and review the anti-hasing policy. by sort of implementing a hazing policy. And then also he said he was going to...

Implementing one? Oh, because now we have standards? We're just going to be, you know, going back to basics? Return to the highest male standard for combat positions because the troops were fat. I just... I don't understand how that was supposed to be an uplifting message for our military. They was referring to Colonel Sanders.

Yeah. It was just... It was really a bizarre thing. He started talking about woke DEI policies, by the way. Okay, like, it shouldn't be a bizarre thing. Let me be really, really, really specific on this for just a moment. Like, I'm not in the military, but, you know, my father was, my father-in-law was, and I have enormous respect for people in the military.

Here's what I'm going to tell you. If one of my children, if my son decided he was going to be in the military, you know what I want? people that are just as strong as him. I mean, he's too little right now. His sisters can sock it to him. But if that day were to come, wouldn't you want to be surrounded by the strongest people possible? Why would you want like the weakest people possible?

I mean, this is, this is sort of, you know, I'm sorry. This is why the Navy SEALs, right? They go through such vigorous testing because you have to be strong in order to be a soldier and to be in combat. You need to have standards. Otherwise, you run the risk of lowering everything. It's like my orchestra example that I love to give you guys, right? He's trying out for the New York Phil.

One thing that's still great about that, they put a screen up because they don't want to know if you're male or female or black or Asian or white or Hispanic. They just want to hear how well you play the violin because guess what? You're playing the violin in the big concert. If you're playing out of tune, you're going to drag everyone down with you. That's the same as the military. I mean, they'd like to get rid of those screens. They keep talking about it and they already did it. Effectively, this is like, this is a good analogy.

They did that in the military. And Pete's saying enough. No, no, no, no, we're going to bring it back to baseline. There are no gender quotas in the military. By the way, he fired more than a dozen military leaders, many of them people of color and women. He fired the chairman of the Joint Chief of Staffs, General Charles Brown Jr., who is African-American.

He fired the first woman to command the Navy, Admiral Lisa Franquette. Don't she love how she reads all her notes? She's literally reading her notes because she doesn't know that. Like, she doesn't actually know that, despite doing a television show every day. Let's continue on. I just, I don't understand the sort of hypocrisy

of firing these people, having all these people meet together and then denigrating them. Did you see? Did you look at it? They look like, they're looking at him like he has two heads. No, they weren't.

They're like, hello. Alleluia. Thank God. Like the military is back, baby. America's back. Listen, I'm sorry. But you know what? there are just certain differences, shall we say, without getting too graphic between a man and a woman.

And with those differences come various hormones, which either adds to strength or lessen strength. And the amazing thing about these Democrats, I mean, that's really amazing thing. And I can't wait to show you this clip is that they want to have it both ways. So let me show you. Sandra Hirono from Hawaii, a Democrat, gets up on her little pulpit there the other day. and she starts asking Cash Patel about why does he have all these standards? He's putting in. It's like, Sonny, why must we have these standards?

This is the same crew of people that are telling you. Oh, it's fine for men to play women's sports. Just think about that, okay, as I play you this next soundbite. Move on to my, you know, you've been asked some questions about changes to your hiring standard, and including college. She too doesn't know what the heck she's doing. She's trying to read from her notes at some staffer. Some, you know, 28-year-old staffer wrote for her.

Degrees and possibly the age. But, you know, one question I had is... Okay, spit it out. Spit it out. Ms. Heron. Come on, I know. You are not requiring applicants to be able to do a certain kind of pull-ups, which a lot of women cannot because of physiological differences.

Are you requiring... Look at Cash's face. these kinds of pull-ups? We are requiring a physical program at BFTC at Quantico because FBI agents carrying guns in the field have to chase down bad guys and do really hard work. The physical fitness standards of those agents are being appropriately assessed. So are requiring these kinds of pull-ups? We are requiring everybody to pass the 1811 standards at BFTC. If you want to chase down a bad guy and put him in handcuffs, you better be able to do a pull-up.

The reason I ask is that there are concerns about whether or not being able to do these kinds of harsh prolapses really require. I mean, she goes on and on, all right? And it's like, lady, like, how do we take you seriously? How do we take you seriously, given that you and your entire party are sitting there telling us, well, you know, women should be able to compete against men? What's the big deal? And now she's like, oh, there's differences. Just like, you know, Sonny's all mad that now they're going to have actual standards in the military. Yeah, okay?

because in the real world, when it's life or death, okay, you need standards. You must have standards. We are about standards. Thank you very much. And by the way, you want to talk standards? Donald Trump has standards and he doesn't like what he's seen in the city of Chicago. He does not like what he's seeing in L.A. He does not like what he's seeing in many, many cities across the country.

And so he's serious. He has standards, and he wants to make sure that he's able to reduce crime. He wants to reduce the murder rate, which is just horrible. You look at some of these places like Baltimore. It's just really striking. We've gone through all the numbers, Washington, D.C., for goodness sakes, and those were awful. Basically, every place in the world was safer than Washington, D.C. You could head to any part of Latin America, notorious places.

Medellin, Bogota, you know, parts of Peru, Lima, I mean, anywhere. And it was like safer than Washington, D.C. He's like, enough is enough, right? We got to have some standards, people. And in keeping with the need for those standards, he actually came out with an idea. I swear, like, I think he and I think alike, because I've said this for years, actually. Why not? You know, one of the problems with police sometimes is I don't think that they, and I love,

I love the police, but sometimes I don't think they have the same training, right, is the military. Military, really, really, really well trained. So, you know, in places like New York or Chicago where you have challenges, I've said often before, privately in conversation, I don't know if I've said on this on the show, I may have. We've got a big library. We'll have to go back and look, but I've talked about, you know, the training needs to be there, right, for the police, similar to what we have for the military.

And we need like that military standard in a lot of cities where you have a lot of crime. And he actually said the exact same thing today. Cat crazy, good to see you here. I'm going to get to your super chat in just a moment. Thank you. I'm going to read all the super chats before the end of this show as we wait for the shutdown to happen or not. Anyway, take a look at this. Trump is telling top brass that U.S. cities should be training grounds for military.

And so you've got, you know, of course in New York Times, everybody's flipping out. They're freaking out because he said something to this effect. I mean, I think it goes back to kind of what I was suggesting to you guys. guys just now that you know what? You have an awesome military. We need our police with standards that are more akin to the military. But of course, you know, you know where the New York Times goes, oh, the militarization of the country. Of course, that's what they said after he just said this. Let me play you his clip so you digest it for yourself. Very important mission. And I told Pete, we should use some of these dangerous cities as training

grounds for our military, national guard, but military, because we're going into Chicago version. That's a big city with an incompetent governor. Stupid governor. Stupid. They threw him out of his family business. He was so stupid. I know the family. He's talking about somebody who definitely wouldn't qualify for Pete Hegsus military standards

won Jay Pritzker. So Pritzker, his family runs the Hyatt Hotel Company. And Trump is alleging that Pritzker was. good enough to work in the hotel business. So they sent him into politics. And Pritzker's like, don't you come near Illinois? Don't you come near Chicago? He's a, oh, baby, we're going in.

We're going in. I'm going to send the National Guard. You can't stop me. By the way, remember that case? What was ruled? He was able to go in to California, despite all the protesting from Gavin Newsome or otherwise known his nickname is Gavin Newscom.

I think that one might stick. He becomes governor. Got money. Not money that he made, but he ran for governor. He won, and now he criticizes us all the time. Last week, they had 11 people murdered, 44 people shot. The week before that, they had five people murdered, 28 people shot. Every weekend, they lose five, six.

If they lose five, they're considering it a great week. They shouldn't lose any. No, I mean, he's right. Again, this is about standards, okay? Why have our standards been reduced to literally nothing? I mean, you've got to be kidding me. You guys can't accept that you've got to do pull-ups. If you're going to work as an FBI field agent,

you guys can't accept that you can't be overweight if you're on the combat lines as a military member. Super crazy, thank you for the super chat. Much appreciated. Didn't Horano just admit that there is, in fact, a difference between men and women? That's what I was saying. Exactly.

That's what they all, deep down, they know it. But there are such political animals that they are trying to seize the opportunity and the funny thing. And this is what's sort of amazing about it. They're so dense and they're so sort of myopic that they don't actually understand that nobody agrees with them, which is why when we go back to their poll numbers and you hear the CNN guy say, they are in the toilet. They are.

Because nobody agrees with anything that they're doing. And the whole country is saying, yeah, we need better. We need more. We need to be safe, for goodness sakes. Yes, we need to keep more of what we earn. We can't keep shelling it out to every Tom, Dick, Harry, and Susan that wants to come in over the border. It's not going to work. Here is, let me show you, the Chicago mayor who's trying to take a new spin, right? Like, he's like, oh, Donald Trump is going to send the National Guard into Chicago. Because why? Oh, he won't comply with ICE, mind you. He won't actually comply. He said that.

He's like, I don't care what the Constitution says. Brandon Johnson, he's the mayor of Chicago. Well, now he's got a new turn on it. Somehow, this is. is all about him being, trumping against black people? Excuse me. Isn't it black people that would, that are living in some of the, you talking to the south side of Chicago is very dangerous area? Wouldn't they actually benefit the most from having actual law and order? Brendan Johnson, you got to admit you have done your city no favors, nor was that Lori

Lightfoot, you know, who came in behind you. As you well know, the city is facing significant budget deficit and spending hundreds of millions of dollars on migrant support. How do you justify these expenditures as a taxpayer concerned about other pressing needs that you just listed right there about the concerns? Well, we are addressing those pressing needs, and the reason why we responded to this global crisis of the migrant mission was because the federal government failed to do its part. Governor Abbott spent over $220 million to ship people across America. Instead of working with Congress to actually pass substantive immigration reform policy, they wanted to create division.

But we're not going to allow that to happen in the city of Chicago. Much like we fought for civil rights 60 years ago, we're going to continue to make sure that whether you are black, brown, Asian, white, young, old, working people deserve to be prioritized in this misnomer that there's division, you know, and consternation within communities solely based on this issue. It's just wrong. He's working to eliminate black history. He is trying to eliminate black existence from this country, but he's also attacking the LGBTQ plus community. I wouldn't say he's trying to eliminate black existence. What we're going to bring people together in this country to make sure we build the safest, most affordable big city in America.

I mean, even she was stunned at that. You heard her say, well, I don't think he's trying to get rid of black existence. Thank you very much. Anyway, I mean, I will say this. Donald Trump has no use for any of these mayors that are alive. allowing such horrific crime levels because is government's job not like first and foremost to protect you and your property? Like what do we have a government for? Oh, so he could suck up all this money so somebody can get a degree in gender studies? No, that's not what we have a government

for. We have a government to protect us and to protect our property. Look, go back to like libertarian ideals, right? You don't need much from the government, but you need them to be able, for goodness sakes to keep you safe and they can't do it. They can't do it in Chicago. They can't do it in L.A. And now they want to take your money? That's what this shutdown is about. And they want to be able to put it into their pet projects for health care that may have

nothing to do with the actual citizens that were born in America or immigrated legally to America. I have nothing again. Believe me, I'm a big believer in the American dream for everyone who comes here. the right way. Okay, but this is getting a little crazy. When you have numbers like what we saw over the last four years, I go back to the sombrero thing. I mean, that was actually pretty pretty good, right, in addition to being quite funny because it's all about, okay, the Democrats said, hey, you know, we just bring one, bring on, suddenly they can start voting. We'll get a

fine way for them to start voting. And then what do you have? You have a situation where, well, we're going to keep them dependent. It's like Venezuela. Do you know that in Venezuela? Like, they figure out who voted what way in your apartment building and you actually risk losing your apartment if you don't vote for the communist dictatorship establishment. It's one of the ways that they actually manipulate the voting. Seriously. So they like give them handouts. Like, you're not going to get your food.

You're not going to get your rations. I've shown the video actually on my old Fox show. I used to show you guys when we were covering Venezuela because I'd get this video in from friends and they would literally give you a ration of food. And that's what it's about. It's about keeping people down on the farm. Okay, let them eat cake a little here, a little there. And then we have our tippy, tippy top, and then we have the people at the bottom.

And they pretend, they pretend, of course, that it's all for one and one for all and that they're doing a good thing. But you know what? We all see through it. Josh Hawley, oh my goodness, this is the most epic, epic sound. I think that he is just such a superstar now. This is the best I've ever heard him. It's actually really hilarious. But he's questioning this liberal, okay?

You're hearing today and he's like, he's like trying to figure out. This guy wrote some piece of literature about how we need. more money for all these various things, including all these various groups and all these various people. These are the groups that he wants to like have administer things. I want you to stay with me through this whole clip because you are going to die. I promise you. This was a new one for me. I had never heard this before. Josh Hawley hadn't heard it before. And clearly the guy who wrote the report didn't even know what the heck he was talking about. Okay, Josh Holly, mark my words, for the win here. He's going places. Watch.

Recognize the law enforcement is a part of the ecosystem the entire time. This is so typical of what the Democrats do now after your policies have transparently failed and led to the deaths of millions of Americans. Now you say you've never heard of defunding the police. Your own report recommends it on page after page after page. Let me ask about something else you say. Here's what you say we ought to invest in. Instead of funding the police, here's what we ought to invest in. We do need to invest in programs that acknowledge the need for safe space.

initiatives led by lesbian, gay, bisexual, two-spirit, trans, and gender non-conforming people. Okay, remember that. Like, we knew most of the words there, right? But what about two-spirit? What is a two-spirit person? Anybody? Anybody? What's two-spirit? Well, look, I don't know exactly. You guys are pulling some interesting quote. This is from your report. If you look at the report, the focus is on investing in violence intervention, outreach workers, victim services. You say that you shouldn't invest in the police, but we ought to invest in two-spirit community programs that acknowledge

two-spirited. What is that? We're not going to discriminate against. Your words, buddy. It's any nonprofit that wants to help us prevent violence in our community. What is two-spirit? You say, don't fund the police, but do fund programs that create safe spaces for two-spirit people. What is, I just want to know. I don't know what that is. I have no idea what that is. Well, honestly, I'm not completely aware of the language or the spirit of how that was written. But what I'm telling you is that what we advocate for? What is a two-spirit individual? I mean, really, I'm saying, this is your policymaker's playbook. You are the witness called by the Democrats on this committee, so I assume you reflect their views. You don't want to fund the police. You want to fund safe spaces

for two-spirit individuals. What is a two-spirit person? I feel like I'm looking at a two-face individual because you talk about reducing violence. Oh, no, sir. You're looking at somebody who's reading your own words, and I'd like to hear an answer. Here's the answer. The answer is you don't have any solutions. You want to invest in gobbledy gook and take away money from police officers who actually keep our community safe. And when you're called on the record, you deny it. I'm just looking at your comments, you guys. I liked that. I like the one about the half dog, half hamster. What's a two spirit? I mean, unbelievable, right? It is gobbly gook. And they want cat crazy with that one. What is two spirit? It's the one with the half hamster, half dog.

Sorry. I mean, Josh did an amazing job with that. And I didn't see him looking at his notes a lot, right? Because he actually read it and then he put up there on the board. That was fantastic. You heard what the report says it. So now I'm going to have to go look that up. Like, I want to know what a two-spirit person is. Last I knew, you know, we were sort of spiritually. We have like one spirit. Whatever. Unbelievable. So this just shows you again. Like they are so, out there in left field. They, they don't know which way is up. They don't know if it's sunny outside or it's dark outside. They're questioning everything. They don't know their own gender. I mean, they've got issues. And I'm just going to say, like, you know, I'm a nice person. And, you know,

I understand that it can be a real mental illness for some people. And I'm not trying to make light of that in any way. But what I am saying is we got to get a little, like, more normal. We don't need to try and create mental illnesses. I mean, if somebody has a problem, then, you know, you try and help them, right? But it seems like everybody was going straight in this B line towards, well, you know, it must be because you're really the wrong gender. I mean, that's bad. And I think that there's going to be a lot of fallout from that for years to come, for years to come. We're already seeing it. Donald Trump won again, baby. They said he never would be able to do it. You heard Joe Biden, I played you the graphic just yesterday in 2022,

saying to all of those reporters in the international community, when they asked, well, you know, foreign leaders are wondering, is he coming back? And he was like, well, we're going to try not to with constitutional means, but we'll try not to. And boy, did they ever. They did, right? I mean, you think about Comey, go all the way back to Russia, Russia, Russia,

to the point where he had Jimmy, I almost said Kimmel, Jimmy Carter, Jimmy Carter, I mean, Jimmy Kimmel said it too, but Jimmy Carter is saying he didn't believe he was a legitimate president. That was crazy stuff. And then you fast forward. to everything that they did, whether it be via, oh, Letitia James, who's in a lot of trouble, whether it be James Comey, whether it be John Brennan, who's like begging for a supper right now on MSNBC, like, oh, I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. Oh, I don't know.

You signed the 51X spook letter about Hunter Biden's laptop when you knew darn well, Mr. Brennan, that that laptop was being investigated by the FBI, and yet you and Anthony Blinken and Mike Morel and the whole question, crowd, right? Get together. And then you place it so nicely in Politico, which by the way, it was getting tons of government funding on the back end for all the good work they were doing, USAID. Uh-huh. We know how this works. Okay. We know exactly how it works. And we don't want it working like that anymore, which is why if this government shutdown happens and thousands of government workers lose their jobs, okay, we feel bad for them. But you know what? Necessary workers only.

This is why Doge was brought in. As for the rest of it with your gobbly gook as Josh Hawley so eloquently described it, we're over it. It's done. There's a new moment in time happening. I want to turn now to a very serious story. New intel coming in on that Charlie Kirk investigation into his assassination. It's hard to report on this. You guys know. I think we were together live on the air as it happened. I knew Charlie. I was one of the first people to put him on TV some 10 years ago. this kid is good. I can't believe what has happened. I'm heartbroken by all of it on so many different levels, right? Just so many different levels. But I'm going to tell you, Charlie was amazing. He got through to young people in ways that, you know, we, as the conservative movement, I don't think,

thought was even possible because it had just been, you know, the youth had been commandeered, right, by these total leftists. And you think about academia and what these kids are being taught, et cetera. and Charlie came in with a plan to start changing this, and he was a missionary. He was an amazing guy. He was brilliant. I'm telling you brilliant. He was great on TV. He's super tall, good looking, had it all going for him, all going for him.

So when I report on this, it's hard. It's personal. And I think when you look at the FBI investigating this right now, it's very personal for them because they all knew Charlie very well, and they respected him and loved him. And, you know, at one point, I don't even know. if this is public. I don't think Dan would mind me saying, but I think that Charlie was even going to take over Dan Montgeno's show. You know, when Dan went into the FBI, it was something that was talked about. I just, I think the world of him. There's new intel coming into us, some of which

I had started to share with you last week, but I want to bring to you again. The FBI is now probing this militant group, a militant group that was hiding out in Salt Lake City. Some believed in the Mountains of Salt Lake City. It was known as, I'll give the exact name here, armed queers, militant armed queers group. And it was basically trying to get people to subscribe to this antifa-like kind of philosophy, that if trans people were not being fully accepted, then others deserved to die. It was a radicalization of people. And this, of course, happened right in area where Twigs, Lance Twigs was from, Lance Twigs was the roommate and romantic interest of Tyler Robinson who gunned down Charlie Kirk. Now, no charges have been brought against Twigs.

This is a daily mail report. I just want to give you some of my own intel on this and speaking with people that have knowledge on it. Twigs is cooperative, but he's not out of the woods. No way out of the woods. And so he's very much looked at. still is a person of interest despite his cooperation. I never totally bought those texts, by the way. I thought that was really weird. Anyway, the FBI insider that spoke to the Daily Mail, and I have some intel on this,

and that I have brought it up with some people. But, you know, there's other folks that are pretty out there, including our friend Anapolino Luna, the representative from Congress who has been making this connection because she has done a lot of research into a Chinese-funded communist group that is run by a guy, is funded by a guy who actually lives in China, but is an American citizen,

and a lot of money has been poured in to propaganda. I guess I should say allegedly because he denies it, but the New York Times did a massive, massive story on this, even the Daily Beast, right? Did the Daily Beast's super left wing? They did a massive story on it as well. And it turns out there are connections. I'm going to get to that in a second.

Between that Chinese-funded, communist operation and funding for this particular group. This woman, Imira Phanean, she's the daughter of Iranian immigrants, and she is the one that started armed queers. Her social media account, she took down right away after Kirk's assassination, as well as any images that were posted online, as well as her Venmo history, as well as anybody that was associated with that group immediately scrubbed all of their social media history. And that's actually partly why the FBI is so interested, right? They're like, what is going on? There were also some weird things that happened. Remember when I told you about

somebody writing a song about how Charlie Kirk was going to die on that day? And that song account came out of the Salt Lake City area. And then somebody wrote a song about how his death would not be enough for them. So there are just a few things that, you know, I mean, are kind of adding up in very peculiar ways. And one of the concerns is that somebody was radicalized and did something on behalf, right, of this armed queers group, which I'm going to get to their funding is believed to have been funded in part by this Chinese American. He's actually American, but he lives in China. So this is something that was recovered by credit to the Daily Mail. I'm assuming they got this from FBI context. This is in Salt Lake City. You can see they were proudly posting about their

armed queers at rifle practice. They said, our member's skills develop in holistic ways, focusing not only on becoming effective organizers in the struggle, but also gaining essential self-defense knowledge, above all we believe, building these skills through a foundation of strong commandments and united support. So armed queers, again, in that area. This is Representative Anapolina's tweet. She pointed out, again, that this woman who started this organization, armed careers of Salt Lake City, is actually part of this PSI,

organization, okay? And that's what I'm going to get to in a second because the PSL organization is something that's run by or funded, I should say, not run, but funded reportedly by this Neville Singhman and the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party. So she's asking why did armed queers SLC delete their Instagram after Charlie was murdered? Why is Neville Singman associated with a radical extremist group like this that, you know, could possibly have ties to Charlie's assassination. It's a good question. And, you know, if we are to assume all of their innocence, it may be partly why they took down all of their social media posts because they knew that they would be subjects of interest. If we're to not assume as much innocence, then, again, we think they'd be smart

enough to have done it ahead of time, but it could be that this was part of the radicalization process. Maybe they didn't know that the kid would go through with it, but there are, in fact, a lot of questions, and I think there are fair questions to be asking right now. Again, I say this as somebody who really, you know, who was also a colleague of Charlie's because the same company that sold his show, you know, when I do those balance of nature ads, sold my show. And we both had podcasts and, you know, we were both in the media business and we're both conservative and it just breaks my heart. Again, I think Anna's asking some real questions, some important questions. I want to get to what this organization is. So this party for socialism

and liberation is quite actually the Communist Party here in America, communism, Marxism. This is like from their Wiki page, okay? International People's Party, it's far left and they're proud of it. And they've been bankrolling a lot of organizations on the side. So it's it turns out that this woman's organization actually got some money. Apparently, I don't know. I mean, this woman, I don't have her picture in Cuba, but she took her whole armed queers group to Cuba, and that was funded in part by the Chinese communist thing, PSL. All right. So this is all kind of intertwining. And so I think it's important to look at. I know the FBI is looking at it. And that's now been confirmed both by Anna and of course the Daily Mail and I can sort of hear what I hear,

you know, rumblings in the background. This is the guy, Neville Singman. He actually married activist Jody Evans in 2016. She's the founder of Code Pink. You know, they're quite a liberal group. They used to actually protest against China because of the situation with the Uyghurs there. And ever since she married him, that kind of ended, right? So they don't do any of those protests against China. They're actually very, very pro China. He again, insists he's completely innocent. Well, Anapalina Luna is trying to haul his, you know what, into Congress. And so she's subpoenaed him, but they're not getting anywhere because he's not coming back to this country, right? Like, he has no interest because he will have to answer for some of these questions.

But this is sort of the scary stuff, you know, this gobbly gook that Josh Hawley was talking about earlier is not such gobbly gook when it starts taking a very sort of scary. path and I don't know how else to describe this but this was truly, truly awful, right? What happened to Charlie and every time I think about it, I kind of tear up. It's been a pretty emotional time and look, we're doing great here on the channel. I thank you for all that you guys are doing. Again, I want to get to some of these messages, but first, again, bringing you up to speed at this moment, we're looking at the countdown clock here and I promise I won't do that to you, but we are looking at that shutdown likely happening,

and Donald Trump is taking advantage of it. So this is a bad game of chicken, and what makes it really interesting as a game of chicken is in this particular game of chicken, like once you blink, right, once Schumer says, I blink and midnight strikes, tonight at midnight, guess what? Trump is firing all these people,

so they're not going to come back. So Doge gets to do what Doge wanted to do. And as a result of that, as a result of that, I think the Democrats are going to be in really worse shape, really, really, really worse shape. I've seen things all over Twitter and TikTok today with people saying, oh my gosh, like what's happened to my party? Why doesn't my party care about me anymore? Why do they care about, you know, every Tom Dick and Harry or Jose Juan and, I'm running out of Spanish names, sorry, right? It was like, what's going on? Why don't they care about me, like, and my safety and my health care. And we don't have the money. Like, where does it come from?

I realize, you know, people think there's like a printing press. It has to come from somewhere. You can't just keep bringing people in and having them, you know, live high off the hog and, like, think that, you know, no one's actually going to have to pay for this. One of my kids is reading Animal Farm right now in school. I'm like, oh, there's a lot that we can, we can gleam from this, which is, you know, at the time when it came out very much an indictment on communism, Marxism, Leninism, you name it. So let's see. I mean, I think a small, limited government would do us all a lot of good. And to Leslie's point earlier, you know what, they get rid of all the fat. And maybe this is what it takes for us to pare down into something very, very different.

Cat Crazy, thank you again for your generosity. I'm seeing a few people here who want to get into the specifics about what's going to go. We can talk about that. We can talk about that because there is kind of a big, long list. I would say, you know, the most important stuff, you're still going to keep going. People are still going to keep getting their Social Security checks, all of that. So it's not as scary as they try and make it out to be, and the left is certainly trying to do this. But I would say, who the heck, you know what? wants any of this. We don't want to have to do this. This is not the direction that anyone would want to see the country necessarily go in. But I think Donald Trump is the kind that's saying, hey, let me take this lemon situation. Let me make a

lemonade out of the lemons right now, you know, because we've been handed a bad scenario. They want to do something that's not going to happen. We're not going to spend a trillion dollars more on health care for people who are not here legally. And before everybody fights with me, I know you guys won't. But before somebody fights with you, here's what you need to know. Okay, the trillion dollars. Yes, Hakeem Jeffries is right. Legally speaking, the federal government can't give any of that money to people who are not here legally in the country, but you know what they do? They dish it out to all of the states and all of the blue states say, come one, come all, and you've got places like California that want to give

free health care for all illegals. And suddenly, you're in a bad situation, economically speaking, right, as a nation, because we can't afford it. In California, they're looking, they're teetering on bankruptcy. We're going to say Chicago can't afford anything. You'd think they'd take the federal help with the National Guard, you know, they can't even afford to pay their police. They got 160 of them on detail for Brandon Johnson and his wife. He was asked recently, would you be willing to give up a few? And he started going off again about how it's not about police protection. It's about housing.

It's about this. They're all a bunch of socialists. Enough. Okay? Socialism doesn't work. Go live in Venezuela and you'll find out. Yeah. All right?
