And we're live. Welcome to the Trish Wegan show, everyone. I am Trish. Good to have you here. As always, we're beginning with a lot of breaking news. We get stuff on Letitia James. We've got to get to Donald Trump sounding off on her and making it very clear. Pam Bondi's waiting in the wings. We're going to talk about that. Plus, it looks as though the Epstein stuff is getting closer and closer and closer. We're watching this because the expectation now is imminent that we will be getting more news on that. Pam Bondi articulating that this morning as well as 28. arrest being made just this morning by the FBI. We're going to go to Kosh Patel, who's speaking on that momentarily. But we begin, we begin on Leticia James. Leticia James getting called out by one president of the United States, Donald Trump, and he's making it very clear. He has no respect for her. He does not like her. He thinks she is, quote, a bad person. And by the way, Pam Bond, he's waiting in the wings, and she's all ready to take her. take action. It's a little tricky, right? He can't tell her necessarily to take action because the DOJ is supposed to be independent. So watch what he says. I want you to hear this. His latest comment there on

Letitia James and the mortgage fraud allegations being leveled against her that were brought to none other than Pam Bondi and the DOJ by William Pulte because she is being accused of using and taking advantage of federal taxpayers to get a more advantageous mortgage rate by lying on our mortgage application. Donald Trump commenting on this a short time ago. Let's listen in. I can say unrelated to that. She's a disaster for New York. She's a horrible, horrible human being. And I think she's a total crook. There's no question about it. But that's just my opinion. Pam's going to have to do what she wants. She's a very bad person. She's a very, very bad person who campaigned solely on I'm going to get Donald Trump over and over again.

She's a sick person, but that has nothing to do with what Pam does. Pam is going to do what's right. She always does. I've known her a long time. You see, that's an interesting sort of segue that he makes. He's making the point that, you know what Pam's going to do, what Pam's going to do, because she's independent and she's going to do the right thing. Well, obviously, the right thing is to investigate these allegations.

you've got William Palti coming forward with allegations of mortgage fraud. In a funny sort of twist of fate, right? She's lying about her dwelling. She's lying about where she lived. And it's so much worse than anything she accused Donald Trump of doing, which, by the way, he's now racked up a bill of some $500-plus million for because the judge hasn't thrown out of court yet. She's accusing him of all those things, right?

Inflating his property's worth, et cetera, in order to get a better rate on a more. But that was done privately in her case. She's manipulating forms so that she can get a better rate on a mortgage. Wow, right? So Pam Bondi now has an obligation to look into this. Granted, she's busy. She's out on the Epstein stuff.

I want to get to that momentarily. But here she is speaking on Letitia James recently on Fox, as she just learned of these allegations. Here we go. James tried to prosecute the now president, Trump, in his second term. I just want to read a couple of things. Criminal referral,

then a response from James' office here in New York. James from both property is listed above. This deals with real estate now, going back decades, really. It appears to have falsified records known to beat certain lending requirements and receive favorable loan terms, all right? Her office responded by saying

the A.G. James is focused every single day in protecting New Yorkers. Specialist administration weaponizes the federal government against the rule of law and the Constitution. She will not be intimidated by bullies no matter who they are. The issue here is what property she owned and whether or not she owned it, whether or not she was married, and whether or not her father was involved in all this, without going into

the weeds of the details. This stems from a case in 1983 and the year 2000. That's a minimum of 25 years. Someone had to do some digging to find this. Am I right about that? Yeah, Bill, the most I know about the case I just learned from you. I saw it on breaking news this morning. This case was sent to us from Bill Pulte.

We have not seen it. I inquired right before I walked out here, no one in my office has read it yet. We haven't looked at it. Of course, we'll be reviewing it. You just told me more than I've heard about it so far. Okay, so she's not exactly inspiring confidence, right, with a comment like that. But if you go back to what Donald Trump just said, that might have been a little subtle way. Of course, a reporter asked about it and he dug in, but that might have been a subtle way of saying,

hey, Pam, you know, get off your tush, get moving. And here's what I would say. I don't think she has a choice. She has to investigate it. I mean, it's a big enough deal for the head of the FHA to say, hey, you know, you might want to look into these allegations. It's a big enough deal that the New York Bar Association is having to look at whether or not they should be rescinding Lettisha James' law license

because not of what she did against Donald Trump, which if you ask me, that in and of itself was all the reason in the world, to go after her and her law license because if you have an overly aggressive AG, that's obviously not good for the entire system, right? The judges in the appellate court said as much. They're like, where's your victim, lady? Nobody in this case was actually hurt. In fact, Deutsche Bank said they did the deal all over again.

So to me, the fact that she was so aggressively going after him and trying to bankrupt him because he was Donald Trump is all the reason in the world to be looking at taking. away her law license, to be looking at investigating her for an egregious overreach of power. But it's a little bit more simple than that. Because it looks like she did some funny, funny stuff, right? Some really funny stuff. I mean, they're talking about even the dad, for goodness sakes.

I mean, what exactly was going on with that, right? Listing the father as a husband, possibly. And then, you know, she's trying to say, oh, no, nothing to see here. Her team is like, this is just a misunderstanding. In fact, that's what they told Pam Bondi immediately. Well, this is just a misunderstanding. And I guess the niece lives in one of the dwellings and this and that. And, oh, after the fact, they changed it.

So it really wasn't where she was her primary residence. But I've also read that according to the documentation and the timing in the documentation, apparently she filed first saying that she did live in Norfolk, Virginia, and the documentation like the dates don't add up. So you're doing this, what, for a couple points on your mortgage rate, Letitia, and you're going after Donald Trump the way you did? Four days after a judge ordered Donald Trump to pay $355 million for a decade of fraud. New York Attorney General Leticia James says she's prepared to do everything she can to make sure the former president pays his fine, including she told us, seizing the buildings that bear his name.

If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek, you know, judgment enforcement mechanisms in court. And we will ask the judge to seize his assets. Oh, that's what she was just dying to do. Remember that? She just couldn't wait. She was rubbing her hands together. Oh my gosh, I can't wait to get my hands on Trump Tower and turn that over to the state of New York. Look, $500 million is that. heck of a lot of money. It's a half a billion dollars. It's honestly the most insane thing I've ever seen and terrifying because what it tells you is that if an attorney general from the state of who knows where, Tim Buck 2 decides that they want to ruin your life and bankrupt you,

they kind of can, right? And don't you need to have a system in place that protects innocent Americans against this kind of overly litigious behavior. I mean, you know this was entirely, entirely a result of him being Donald Trump. That's why she wanted to go after him. Well, now the tables are turned. And I'm sorry, Latisha James, you know what? Maybe they're going after you because you're Latisha James. Maybe they're going after you because you were so vicious and awful with what you did with Donald Trump. Maybe they wouldn't have found these documents from the 1990s and 1983. But you know what? You guys didn't have the same. kind of mercy. When you were going back to allegations of accusing him of being a sexual predator, you know, the cat lady woman, I mean, you went back a lot of years, right, to get all of that.

So they're going back in time too. I believe 1983 and then into the 1990s. But if you lied, you lied. It's pretty darn simple. She says she didn't lie. Oh, nothing to see here, nothing to see. This is just a bunch of noise because he's trying to go after me, because I'm going after him, et cetera. Here's Letitia defending herself. I will respond to these baseless allegations at the appropriate time and in the appropriate way, but I am 100% confident, confident, that it will not result in any criminal indictment or action against me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, not so sure about that. I will say this, you know, she's losing it.

There's this new video, and I've showed some of you already, but it's actually hysterical to see. It shows you how scared she is frightened because, you know what? Chickens are coming home to roost. She doesn't like it. She's filed another lawsuit. That's how much she doesn't like it, right? Saying, I need my HHS funding. I don't think it's going to work.

I think actually the Supreme Court is going to rule in the favor of the executive branch, saying, hey, this is federal taxpayer money, and you need to give us some indication of what you're doing with the federal taxpayer money. Here we go. And you want me to sit in my... But you elected me to stand up. You elected me to use the law. You elected me.

to go to court, continue to challenge this administration. You elected me to stand up for the least of God's children. You elected me to continue fighting on. And I will fight. I will fight. I will fight. I will fight. I mean, it's like she's taking her accused from Al Sharpton, who's in the back going, yeah, honey, yeah, honey, yeah, honey, listen, you keep fighting, Leticia. But I think that you've lost this battle. I know you've lost this battle. Where there's smoke, there's fire. These are serious allegations and they're going to continue pursuing them. Pam Bondi does have a lot on her plate, but she's going to continue going after you. Because you, Letitia, should not have a reason to exist as the Attorney General of such a significant state.

I don't care if it is a significant state or if it's not a significant state. You know what? You cannot do that. It is just so wrong. Remember Mike Nyfong, the DA down in Carolina's Duke University, the lacrosse story? I got stuck covering that thing for about six weeks. I don't know how I knew, but I just knew. I knew from the very beginning from day one when I got onto that story that there was something off.

I just didn't believe what this crystal so-and-so was saying about these boys on the lacrosse team. I just knew it in my heart. Mike Nifong, on the other hand, had a grudge to, an axe to grind, I should say, and a grudge against Duke University. He didn't get in. He never quite got over that. an election coming up and he thought what better way than to go out and race bait as he did and ruin a bunch of kids' lives in the process. Well he eventually was disbarred. That is what we

need for Letitia James. She needs to be disbarred. America First, the legal representation group that was run by Stephen Miller up until recently has requested the New York Bar Association. look into Letitia's record because this is an ethics complaint. If these allegations turn out to be true, she really shouldn't be the Attorney General of New York. Don Vacke, I know that you're saying in the comments and I saw that yesterday as well, that you know what, she can still be the Attorney General and isn't that scary, right? You don't actually have to be a registered member of the Bar in the State of New York to be the Attorney General. But I'll tell you this, it'll be a big coming down, and I'll tell you one more thing.

This is a criminal indictment now, potentially against her. This is a criminal case vis-a-vis possible mortgage fraud. So these allegations are a lot to focus on. And I think she's going to have a very, very tough future. And yeah, I agree with Donald Trump. I think she's a really bad person. A really, really bad person. Okay.

I want to get over to some more breaking news. We've been waiting on the Epstein files, and it looks like we may be getting a little bit closer. Pam Bondi coming out and saying some things this morning. This is in part in reaction

to something that James Comer, Representative Comer, said yesterday on a podcast where he told our friend Benny, you know what, I'm getting kind of sick of this. I don't even know if they have the files anymore. I'm kind of worried that maybe things are being shredded as we speak. Let's listen in. I hope James has the Epstein files because I don't think the Department of Justice has them, or at least the Attorney General does not have them or she would have turned them over. The President ordered them released. The Attorney General ordered them released. We all know they have not been released.

And one of my biggest fears that I had, and I expressed this with, was Cash Patel and a lot of people, Stephen Miller, and a lot of people going into the new administration. I'm like, you know, I hope they're not shredding documents right now. This was a few weeks before the transition. I said, I hope they're not shredding document. But you all need to go on that first day and try to get all this stuff released because, you know, my fear is from what I've dealt with in investigations and in communication with this deep state apparatus is there probably in their shredding documents as we speak. So hopefully someone has a copy of that. And, you know, I hope we find out because our task force has done everything led by Anna Polina Luna.

You at her on your show many times. I mean, she's relentless, she's persistent, she's pretty frustrated right now that these files haven't been released, even though the president and the Attorney General have ordered them released. So that's the fear, right, that the deep stage or powers that be have too much influence right now and are too frightened of what may come out in these documents. James O'Keefe, who is a journalist who has broken a lot of stories, a lot of stories. He has been all over this. He is talking about releasing some things today. And he's been concerned, in fact, for his own safety. He's like, look, just so you know, I'm a perfectly happy person.

Like, if anything happens to me, you know, you should raise an eyebrow or two. So we're waiting on whatever it is that James O'Keefe is going to be coming forward. with and we'll bring that to you. I think that because of all of this now, the DOJ is feeling some pressure. On the one hand, you have Comer saying, hey, hey, hey, where is this stuff? You've got Anapalina Luna, he's absolutely right. My sources tell me she's frustrated as well. That's the congresswoman who has been demanding some kind of action on this front. And then you have, now James O'Keefe allegedly coming forward today with more information. So again, we'll bring you that as soon as it happens, but Pam Bondi, feeling some pressure here to move. And this came up in a

sort of gaggle with the press earlier this morning. And she was asked specifically, you know, do you have them? Here we go. Yeah, the FBI, they're reviewing, there are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein. And there are hundreds of victims. And no one victim will ever get released. It's just the volume and that's what they're going through right now. The FBI is diligently going through that. I haven't seen that statement, but I'll call him later and find out. Okay, so she says they need to wait. They need to be careful.

They need to protect the victims. Okay, we get that, right? I get it, but I also hear a homer, and it's like, time is money here. Time is money. And you know how they're trying to stall. Think about what happened in the field office for the FBI in the state of New York. Pam Bondi asked for the files. Remember that?

She's like, hey, I want the files. And they wouldn't release them to her? Well, that resulted in the guy who was in charge of the field office, you know, getting the heave-ho, albeit with his retirement. But you can't have a situation where people within the intelligence communities are actually protecting the bad guys here. And so the sooner we come out with all of that information, right? the sooner, the better. We do know, we do know right now, ladies and gentlemen, we have gotten

word that they have arrested some 208 people believed to have had some not necessarily involvement with the Epstein situation, but some tangential involvement in that they were child predators. I want to go to Pam Bondi. This press conference happening just moments ago. Let's listen in. Here she is talking about. about exactly that. Let me see if I can pull it up. Here we go. Our children, if you harm our children.

Forgive me, this is Cash Patel. Let's listen in. Our children, if you harm our children, you will be given no sanctuary. There is no place we will not come to hunt you down. There is no place we will not look for you. And there is no cage we will not put you in should you do harm to our children.

The prioritization of this administration in General Bondi has made it abundantly clear, you will be hunted down and you will be prosecuted. And that is a refreshing thing to hear for the men and women who do this work tirelessly. And it's also an acknowledgement of the safety that we look forward to bringing America. Wow. Okay, so that's a big deal. Arrest.

Pam commenting on this as well. Let's listen in to her. Yeah, the FBI, they're reviewing their attention. Forgive me, we saw that already. I think we have some Pam Bondi talking about all of this. She was there with Cash Patel, just making it very very. clear, I'll paraphrase for you, that she will find you and she will arrest you. So, again, all of this is some momentum.

I think they are feeling the pressure as a result of James O'Keefe and his operation that's expected to come forward with things. There are still a lot of questions, though, about who exactly was involved with all of this? What exactly was it? I have my own sort of two sense on this, and some of you have heard it. I believe that probably dislayne the Maxwell, the girlfriend of Epstein, who's actually trying to get out, I guess, for good behavior and is trying to get judges to review her case. She's in prison for some 20 years. She was likely the mastermind behind it all.

Her father had been involved. It is believed with intelligence communities. He had a very special software that she was then able to commandeer and use. She found Jeffrey Epstein, who he himself had a rather, a questionable background. He was a high school math teacher at a fancy schmancy school in New York City, Dalton actually, private school in New York City. And she must have known he had kind of a thing, right, for the young ladies, and by young, I mean very young, underage, right? And his high school math teacher, he then went on to work as a floor trader and somehow she recruits him.

And then all this happens. He becomes amazingly wealthy, somehow, she's the one with the intelligence connections, right? So if you believe this, and look, my sources suggest it's probably true. I've got a source who actually was his medical doctor who talked to him within 24 hours before he passed away by what? What do you think? I think I know what I think. I know what the doctor thinks. He was perfectly fine. He said he was in good spirits. He thought he was going to get out. He was going to start ratting people out. He starts saying, I'm going to rat you out. Because Lane Maxwell knows not to do that.

She saw what happened to Daddy. She saw what happened to Jeffrey. I'm just saying. So the question is, who are they going to rat out? Who was he going to rat out? Who might be in those documents? We know what Pam Bondi thought before she became head of the DOJ. We just have to go back to an old handy file.

Here we go. Well, we know he was on the plane, not only on the plane a couple times, multiple times he traveled internationally. I'm just going to add for our audio listeners right now, she's referring to one Bill Clinton. That is for audio listeners. These are allegations that she's making about possibly Bill Clinton having a heavy involvement in this.

Let's listen again. Well, we know he was on the plane, not only on the plane a couple of times, multiple times, he traveled internationally, internationally with Jeffrey Epstein. And he was on the plane called the Lolita Express. because it supposedly had a bed in there where Jeffrey Epstein had young girls. He has been a friend of his, a continuing friend of his for years and years. Contrast out with Donald Trump, who hasn't spoken to him in many years over a decade after he kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago for bad behavior. So that's the difference there.

And I think Americans see the two-tier justice system. But, you know, we don't know. They're saying Clinton has not been to his private island, but he has traveled. all over the world with Jeffrey Epstein. I want to know why AG Garland... So you can imagine then why James Comer is so worried about a possible cover-up. And you can understand why James O'Keefe is sitting here going, hey, hey, you know what, if anything happens to me, just know I'm perfectly happy and nothing should happen to me.

because when you start exposing people at that kind of level, you may be running into a very, very serious risk equation. So we're waiting on these documents again. And he said, bingo, right? Like, That's the way to look at life. If you've got your health, you've got your family, you've got everything, right? How could this woman be sitting there complaining? She's got plenty of money. She's got a husband, I guess, sort of.

I mean, unless you believe the Jennifer Aniston rumors or other rumors. And she has two children that are in good health. What does she have to complain about the former First Lady of the United States who is one miserable, you know, What? Watch. We don't articulate as black women are pain because it's almost like nobody ever gave us permission to do that. And does anyone care? Yeah, there's that. They care. If we knew, I think we would care.

If we knew. If we knew. Or, you know, yeah. And we have to ask ourselves, the men in our lives is, you know, why wait to be asked. You know, it seems like what we go through is pretty obvious. I mean, maybe we're not complaining, but we're actually living life out loud, you know. You know, she just wants to complain and complain and goes, oh, but I'm not complaining enough. You haven't heard me. And it's because I'm a black woman. I don't get heard. Oh, and her brother

there's like, well, you guys got to speak up. You got to tell us more about what's going on. No, we just do it. our thing and we're miserable doing it. I'm like, wow. Okay, so that by the way was the reason why. This is a continuation of her. She's got like a show once a week. So we're showing you a clip. But that's a continuation of her whole like, wo is me theme. Don't forget, what was it last week of the week before? She said, oh, I didn't go to, I didn't go to the inauguration because I just decided I needed to prioritize myself. To which, you know, my colleague over at 76 research, Rob, he saw that. You still haven't explained that one. You just had to take care of yourself too? I remember for that. She said she was on an extended vacation in Hawaii. You're on an extended vacation, a former president of the United States of America, who, by the way, like, I didn't love his policies. I think he was a disaster for our economy. I think the nation agreed with that.

That's why we shuttled in Reagan, thank goodness. But you're a Democrat. Your husband was president for eight years. You don't really have a choice on that one. I'm sorry. Like, this is kind of a duty. This is like, this is what you do, all right? You don't say, I'm away on an extent.

to vacation, I'm not going to show up for Jimmy Carter's funeral. Everybody else was there. Melania Trump was there. And yet, Michelle's like, you know, I just don't feel like it. I got to prioritize me today. Like, I'm the be all end all because I'm not happy enough. I'll tell you what, this lady hates her husband and she hates her life and she's glass half empty all the time. So Michelle, we can't help you. No one can help you. Your husband can't help you. Your kids can't help you.

No amount of money can help you. No, because you're fundamentally a miserable person. Now, if you actually had like a chemical imbalance, that's an entirely different thing, right? We need medical help and I urge you to get that help. But in this case, I think this is just one miserable person who looks at the world as though, you know, she's not getting her fair share. I mean, she's got her fair share financially, more than enough. But it's always like me, me, me, me, me, me, me. I'm just not happy.

Well, if you're not happy, no one's going to be able to do that for you other than you, Michelle. Okay, you're going to take some ownership here. Sort of telling everybody it's somebody else's fault. And, oh, now it's society's fault because, you know, as a black woman, we don't prioritize ourselves enough. She's really, like, jumped the shark. I don't know why she has a podcast. I don't know why she has anything.

I don't know why anyone cares, but I think it's important. It's important to remember the craziness that's out there and the sense of entitlement that is out there. So in a new show, she's talking about how expensive it was to live in the White House, how rough it was, because, you know, they'd been campaigning for a couple of years. They didn't have much income. And now they expected them to pay them.

for things like their food, listen to her. And keep in the back of your head what Donald Trump has done, he said he's not taking a salary yet again. It's expensive to live in the White House. Many people don't know. I mean, much is not covered. You're paying for every food, every bit of food that you eat. You're not paying for housing and the staff in it,

but everything, even travel. If you're not traveling with the president, And if your kids are coming on a bright star, which is the first lady's plane, we had to pay for their travel to be on the plane. It is an expensive proposition, and you're running for two years and not earning an income. Gosh, that must have been rough. Really, really, really rough. I really feel for it.

You should have spoken up then. Instead of being passive-aggressive and deciding not to go to Jimmy Carter's funeral. My gosh. Again, just remember, guys, Donald Trump, who, if Leticia James gets her way, is going to owe over $500 million to the state of New York, I have a feeling she won't. But he's actually giving up his salary. He's not taking a salary as president of the United States. Think about that.

That's $400K that he's not getting. She wanted every single dime of that, believe me, and then some. So 400 times what, four years, 1.6. Second go-around. He just announced this actually on NBC on Meet the Press over the weekend. He's not taking pay again for four years. So you're talking about over $3 million. That he's giving back to the people. Whereas Michelle's just lamenting everything. Gosh, darn it, honey. We're so sorry that you had to be the first lady. That must have been really tough. And I get it. You hate your husband. You hate your life. You're miserable.

You think you can go on to some stupid podcast that nobody watches. Thank you very much. What do we have to like 730 some odd thousand? Remind her, everybody, make sure you subscribe, share, like, comment, all that good stuff. I mean, she's nowhere near that on her little YouTube channel. I'm not saying that she doesn't get there eventually. But you know what? I'm actually, I will say that.

I don't think she'll get there eventually. You know why? Because it's not interesting. Nobody can watch that for an hour of however long it is. and be sustained because it's just this woman who's got everything in the world complaining nonstop about how miserable she is and how miserable life is. I'm sorry, we need to have a little bit of more uplifting message than that or something with a little bit more teeth. You know, she may be taking lessons, shall we say, from one Megan Markle. Hey, guys, have you looked at the

market right now? We've got a market that is trading a little bit lower, I believe, still. No, higher, higher, higher, forgive me. I'm thinking gold. Gold was a little bit lower today, which is why I bought some. I actually bogged into the market a little bit more yesterday. I mean, it's amazing. It's amazing where we were and where we are now. Think about that very short period of time. We've got the Dow up about a percent right now, S&P and NASDAQ higher as well. And this is all within the span of what, like four weeks or something? It's crazy. You think about pre-liberation Day, and then you think about where we are right now. We know that Donald Trump is expected to announce something. It's not yet clear what that announcement may be.

Some have speculated that it might be related to trade, although I think he's saying, no, that's not the case. It's not going to be a trade-specific deal, although we do know, by the way, very, very good news. Scott Besson is going to be traveling to Switzerland where he is going to be meeting with the Chinese trade reps. And so, you know, as much as you may not like China, I get it, you know what, that's actually pretty good news

because we want to come to some kind of deal and some kind of sort of completion with China. We need to get something done just to have some clarity for businesses' sake. But, you know, he does say, Donald Trump is saying, that within the next few days, we're going to get something big, something, something, something big. So the question is, what is it? He gave us a clue. Let's listen in.

And, you know, I said before in our meeting with the new and very talented Prime Minister of Canada, that we have some very big announcement to make. It's not about trade. It's about something else, but it's going to be a truly earth-shattering and positive development for this country and for the people of this country.

And that'll take place sometime within the next few days. All right. Any speculation? What could it be? I think he's doing all kinds of things and he's moving at a fast and furious speed because he feels a constant, kind of pressure. He feels that this is his destiny in some ways to be there. And I wouldn't disagree

with that in light of what has happened, in light of what he went through in Pennsylvania. So he wants to get stuff done. He's a man on a mission.
