Leticia James could be in for a little bit of a rough ride.
One Pam Bondi, Stake of No Prisoners,
the new incoming Attorney General of the United States of America for Donald Trump.
In her confirmation hearings today moments ago made this Uber clear.
You need to go after the bad guys.
Prosecutors that did bad things don't deserve to be prosecutors anymore,
and she's going to make sure that she gets to the bottom of all of it.
So, wow, watch out, Letitia James.
We're going to get into all of that.
Plus, well, whoopey's trying to save her job, apparently.
Suddenly, she's sounding like a libertarian.
Suddenly, she's getting in a fight with Joy Behar saying,
well, it's just absolutely fine that Carrie Underwood sings at Trump's inauguration.
Joy Behar, on the other hand, doubling down on her TDS saying,
no, no, no, no, no, no, how can you do that?
You say you love your country.
You know the trail.
We're going to get into that little squabble that there.
having at the view, I do think it has something to do with Whoopi Goldberg being very worried about
her future, just like Tish James should be worried about her future. You know, did you notice everyone's
on board? Suddenly all the tech CEOs, they're going to be at the inauguration, from Zuckerberg to Bezos to,
of course, Elon Musk. And then you got the head of Coca-Cola, given a big award to Donald Trump,
like a glass coke bottle, fancy schmancy trophy thing.
Listen, everyone is on board.
Everyone's on board.
It's pretty amazing.
Mr. Beast is considering buying TikTok.
We're going to get into that story.
And here's the best news of all.
Apparently there's a deal for the hostages right now on the table.
That is what Donald Trump is sending out via truth social.
We'll get into all of it.
Welcome to this show.
It is good to have you here.
And wow, watch out for Pam Bondi.
Pam Bondy is coming in and let me tell you, she is a tough cookie.
She means business.
This is the Attorney General from Florida now taking over as the Attorney General of the United States of America.
And she's all about making sure that she holds people responsible.
People like, oh, I don't know this.
And lastly, I congratulate the President-elect Donald Trump.
And if possible, we will work with his administration.
But we will not compromise our values or our integrity or our principles.
We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result.
And my office has been preparing for several months because we've been here before.
We faced this challenge before.
And we use the rule of law to fight back.
and we are prepared to fight back once again.
Good, good, good, honey, because you better be prepared because guess what?
You're not exactly, as they would say, in very good standing right now.
Let's listen to Pam Bondi moments ago speaking there on Capitol Hill.
Right now for our country, on so many fronts I could continue to discuss many others.
And the FBI's role in that?
And the FBI plays a vital role in counter terrorism.
Which you will or will not shut down.
I will look at each agency.
have no intention of shutting anything down right now.
Senator, I am not in that office yet.
And if confirmed, I will look at each individual agency
and how it should be managed but counterterrorism
right now in our world is vital.
You have said that Department of Justice prosecutors
will be prosecuted in the Trump administration.
What Department of Justice prosecutors
will be prosecuted?
and why?
I said that on TV.
I said prosecutors will be prosecuted to finish the quote, if bad.
Investigators will be investigated.
You know, we all take an oath, Senator, to uphold the law.
None of us are above the law.
Let me give you a really good example of a bad lawyer within the Justice Department,
a guy named Klein Smith, who altered a FISA warrant,
one of the most important things we can do in this case.
country. So will everyone be held to an equal, equal, fair system of justice if I am the next
attorney general, absolutely, and no one is above the law? Under what circumstances will you
prosecute journalists for what they write? I believe in the freedom of speech. Only if anyone
commits a crime. It's pretty basic, Senator, with anything. With
with any victim. And this is, this goes back to my entire career for 18 years as a prosecutor,
and then eight years as Florida's attorney general. You find the facts of the case.
You apply the law in good faith, and you treat everyone fairly.
Couldn't have said it better myself. So yes, yes, yes. In other words,
Letitia James, in my estimation, did something that was really pretty darn illegal.
She decided that she wanted to go after someone and then fabricated a whole bunch of nonsense
to fit the crime so that she could then try and bankrupt him.
That's exactly what happened.
I mean, for Leticia James and the judge, Arthur, to be deciding on the valuation of Mar-a-Lago,
to be deciding whether or not Deutsche Bank should be lending him money at whatever rate
because they believe that something is worth less than what Deutsche Bank,
the bank that's lending the money in there for his skin in the game,
and the owner Donald Trump, believe it to be worth.
I mean, this is wild, okay?
The woman is whacked.
And the court knows it, which is why when they reacted to her,
They were like, you are so far out over your skis.
We know this in the appeals court.
They said this, and I'm getting sick and tired of waiting for them to actually throw this thing out.
A bunch of pansies there that just don't have the guts to do what they need to do.
I guess they're waiting until January 20th.
But let me tell you, this is not a case.
It doesn't belong there.
And they know it.
There's no victim.
May it please the court, Judith Failed for the New York Attorney General's office.
All of the defendants repeatedly violated...
Ms. Vail, can you identify any previous case
which the Attorney General sued under Executive Law 6312
to upset a private business transaction
that was between equally sophisticated partners
where the supposed victim had the ability
and legal obligation to discover
the allegedly misrepresented matters
by conducting its own due diligence,
where the supposed wrongdoer advised the supposed victim
through written disclaimers to conduct its own due diligence
and to draw its own conclusions
where the alleged misrepresentation
almost entirely concerned inherently subjective valuations
of properties and businesses.
Yes.
And where the victim never complained about any fraud
of the transactional losses from it.
Because I've gone through the cases which you've cited
and all of them always involved the consumer protection aspect.
It involved protection of the market.
Several responses.
And I want to add to his question and little to no impact on the public marketplace.
In other words, there were no victims.
Okay.
How do you bring a case like that to the tune of nearly $500 million when there are no victims?
You can't.
So Letitia James, guess what?
Honey, you're going down.
You're going down and Pam's going to take you and listen.
I'm just happy to be here for the ride and to watch it all because this is what needs to happen, okay?
and I'm not a vindictive person.
Trump's not a vindictive person.
Pam Bondi's not a vindictive person.
Nobody's vindictive here.
People just want to make sure
that we have a system that's set up fairly.
And when you have bad prosecutors doing bad things,
you know what, that can't be tolerated
because it actually pollutes the entire system
and it makes it so much harder for the good people.
And there are plenty of good people out there
that want to do good things that want to be involved in politics,
but who the heck would want to be part of it
knowing that the likes of Letitia James can come after you because, well, she just can.
Here's Pam Bondi speaking on Fox a while back. I think this was an honest.
When Republicans take back the White House, you know what's going to happen?
The Department of Justice, the prosecutors will be prosecuted, the bad ones.
The investigators will be investigated because the deep state, last term for President Trump,
they were hiding in the shadows.
But now they have a spotlight on them.
and they can all be investigated.
The question is whether or not actions are...
Yeah, they can be investigated, and they will be investigated.
And that's what's about to go down.
So Letitia James, yeah, you're in a little bit of trouble.
Just a little bit of trouble, I would say,
because you can't actually do these sorts of illegal things.
You can't actually just decide to go after someone
just because, just because,
you don't like him.
How much steel, as you like to say, you have in your backbones?
I will not fear Donald Trump.
I have steel in my backbone.
And the reality is I will not allow this person, Donald Trump,
who unfortunately is a broken man to get in the way of progress and to separate us.
You keep going with that, all right?
You're the one who's guilty here, not him.
you, Letitia, and you, you belong, frankly, in my estimation, in prison for what happened.
To think that you wanted to go and try and round up his properties, to seize his assets.
It's what she said she was going to do.
Remember how she just went around and told ABC News she was going to go to Trump Tower and seize his assets?
Listen, I mean, you know, Mike David said pretty well.
said it pretty well when he said, you know, honey, you're going to find your sweet.
I won't say it. I'll let him in prison. Watch.
Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General. I dare you.
I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term.
Because listen here, sweetheart, we're not messing around this time. And we will put your fat ass in prison
for conspiracy against rights.
And I promise you that.
So thank you.
Think long and hard because you know where you're going straight to the slammer.
And I'm telling you, look, again, I'm not vindictive.
Trump's not vindictive.
Pam's not vindictive.
Nobody is.
But you can't allow what happened to ever happen again, ladies and gentlemen, okay?
Mark Zuckerberg coming out and saying he had the Biden administration breathing down his back
intimidating his employees. Now, whether you want to believe Mark or not, right, a whole other story
because I think Mark's out for Mark. And as a shareholder in Meta, let me just say, we want the CEO
understanding which way the wind blows. But I would, I would say this. For sure they did that.
For sure they did that. I ran into it myself with them because I dared to share a story on the
Hunter Biden laptop after Biden had already been elected. Unbelievable. I mean, the world has been
through hell and back. And so now you see everybody coming to the table. And we're going to
to talk about that because you got Coca-Cola, you get the tech pros, you get everybody suddenly on board
excited about the good stuff that can happen. And believe me, there's going to be tons and tons and tons of
good stuff, which is one of the reasons why I really, really, really want you to go take a look at Investing MAGA.
This is my guide at 76 Research. Go to 76 Research.com. If you want to sign up for the 76
report, it's just a dollar a month, you can swing it. Trust me. You'll make money by
investing money. And I hope that in some way I can help you do that because we have some
tremendous portfolios there, an income builder portfolio, an American resilience portfolio,
which is all about growth, and we have an inflation protection portfolio. But if you just want
the overall picture of, you know, and a few names here and there, of where things are heading,
you want to go to the 76 report.com, sign up with code word dollar, D-O-L-L-A-R. You can see I'm excited
about Letitia head into the slimmer. Anyway, invest in maga.com. Invest in maga.com is a guide that we put
together that's totally free. So I encourage you to go there and sign up. You see Rob's picture
on the screen. Rob Horton is a long time, very dear friend of mine, a brilliant guy who's been
investing billions of dollars for decades on Wall Street. And now we got them. We got him at 76
research. So I'm thrilled to have started this venture with him. And I hope that you can be part of it,
because there are good things common. I'm telling you, right? Hey, Trump is back, and this is a different
kind of Trump. You think about all the stuff he had to go through before, and I'm not saying that
he's not going to have to go through a certain element of that, but I think things have really changed.
I mean, in other words, Americans, they know what it can be like when you vote somebody in who doesn't
know what they're doing. They know what the inflation scenario is going to look like. They don't want to go back to
those days. I mean, those are very, very scoring days. And so he has the wind at his back, as we'd like
to say, the Irish, right? May the wind always be at your back. And America's with him. So his stock is
sky high. And there is an expectation that he can get a lot done. And he will get a lot done.
Again, I'm going to get to the hostages and what he's saying on that in just a short time.
But even with all the optimism, look, I'm still a realist and I'm a big believer in diversification,
which is one of the reasons why I do invest in gold, and I encourage you to take a look at gold.
These are our friends that are an American heart for gold, one of the sponsors of the Trish Regan show.
We thank them for that.
They help make all this possible for free for you every single day.
If you're interested in investing in gold, these are the guys you need to call.
$15,000 in free silver is what their offer is right now.
With qualifying offers, buying gold, you can get a lot of money.
up to $15,000 in free silver.
Just call 1844-495-1-1-1-15, or you can text Trish.
My name, T-R-I-S-H to 655-3-2 today on your cell phone.
Just text Trish to 655-3-2 or go to Trish lovesgold.com.
I do love it.
In fact, I was talking to my husband last night, and he looked at me and he's like,
so what happens if God,
forbid, China were to just invade Taiwan. And I'm like, oh, I don't think that's, well, what if,
what if? And I'm like, well, you're really going to want gold then. And he said, well, we don't
have enough then. So I watch it. Every time it goes down, I try and get a little bit of more.
You can get up to 15,000, as I said, with American Heart for Gold, Trish lovesgold.com today.
So look, I mean, there's a lot of good stuff ahead. Everybody's on board. Everybody's excited,
except for, of course, these various prosecutors out there that were, in my estimation,
doing some really dumb stuff.
And then let's add the judges in, too, because don't forget what Cash Patel was saying
just the other day.
He was saying, hey, we're going to look at these judges.
Judge Mershon, for example.
He is sentencing so that, you know, Joy Behar over on the view,
gets to say convicted felon as much as she wants.
They now have a convicted felon going into the White House.
he sentenced the president of the United States, newly elected president of the United States,
in a case where they never were even able to define the crime.
In fact, there was no crime.
There was no crime that at least the prosecutor in New York could prosecute.
Alvin Bragg couldn't prosecute that.
Jack Smith could have, but he chose not to because he didn't have a case.
And yet this Judge Mershanna, whose daughter benefited significantly financially,
because this was her job, she would send out emails and try and make money for the campaigns
of which she kept a percentage off of each and every variation in the trials.
I mean, that's a little too much church and state, right?
You need a little bit more of a Chinese wall in that household, anyway, Cash Patel,
who's about to become the head of the FBI.
So you get Pam Bondi going in his AG, you get cash going in his head of the FBI.
And I'm just telling you, things are getting kind of rough for Letitia,
for Alvin Bragg, for Fannie Willis, for Judge Arthur N. Gorin, or however you say his name,
and then this Judge Juan Mershant.
I mean, this is so unprecedented. It's just amazing to you. He would say that.
It's shockingly unconstitutional, Trace. It's great to be with you.
And I'm here to announce on your show a measure that I'm working with Congress that should be Congress's bread and butter.
And I'm calling for the subpoenas to be issued to Judge Mershant's daughter's company who made
$15 plus million from the illicit information pouring out of her father's courtroom.
I want to know the bank records because money doesn't lie. I want to know how deep it is
and how much of it went to the family and how much of it is going to the family after this false
conviction. And then we need to investigate the FEC actual violations that this judge and his family
conducted because he should never have been overseeing this trial to begin with because of the
illicit campaign money that was flowing through there. And the unconstitutional due process violations
are only the beginning. So America's calling you.
calling for accountability of our judicial system, and Congress is the only lever that has it.
And I'm hoping for one or two brave members of Congress that I'm talking to to issue those subpoenas ASAP.
May it please the court, Judith Bail from the New York...
It's happening. It's happening. It's happening. Okay? It's just so good.
Yeah, in terms of the investing, Florida Sunshine asking if I can put that up on the screen.
This is 76 Research, my financial company, and you can see some of our holdings there have just been flying.
I'm just expecting and anticipating more, more good things to come.
Florida Sunshine, you can actually get this for a dollar a month with code word dollar,
D-O-L-L-A-R, and after the first two months it goes to $9.95.
You can cancel it any time.
So, hey, you don't even have to be out of dollar.
How do you like that?
And then if you just want to, like, be really, really basic,
I mean, obviously you get the Invest in MAGA guide too,
but the Invest in MAGA guide is totally free.
And you see that URL that is investin MAGA.com.
invest in maga.com because we put together a whole look at what is going to benefit,
what sectors, what companies, et cetera. It's all free. So go sign up for all of that.
It is good to see so many familiar faces and names. I shouldn't say faces because I actually
don't get to see all of your faces here. One day, one day, right? We're going to make that happen.
Another quick shout out to one of our great sponsors is we have a lot of news to get to today,
but I want to get through thanking our great sponsors first, balance of nature.
Leslie, I just saw you on the screen.
I know Leslie takes this.
She told me she's taking it for years.
So she's one of these testimonials besides myself.
And look, these numbers don't lie, right?
Plenty of people saying the exact same thing.
The numbers are just staggering.
So many people taking balance of nature every single day.
It's actually pretty astonishing when you look at it.
And I was looking through some of these numbers.
And I like numbers, right?
a financial reporter than I am. More than a thousand success stories reported each month,
hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide, millions of orders delivered each year,
and billions, yes, billions of fruits and veggie supplements. That's what I take,
consumed by people who have decided that they want to start living better. So there's only,
perhaps one number missing. That might be you. If that's you, you can change that today because
you can get 35% off, 35% off, another good number. If you use my name, Trish,
as your code at balance of nature.com.
You can call them at 1,800, 246,8, 751.
That's 1,800 246.78, 751.
You can use my discount code Trish.
By the way, you help the show, you help me,
and you're helping yourself when you do this.
It's 35% off plus free shipping today.
So lots and lots and lots of good stuff.
You know, as much as everybody's excited about things,
there's still a group of ladies over on that television show that I think is going to have to get canceled very soon,
and I'm expecting this year will be the year, and that's the view.
So, you know, they're having this big go-around about Carrie Underwood.
Carrie Underwood's going to be singing at the inauguration, which is phenomenal.
Like, I've always loved her.
I've always loved her.
I think this is great that she's singing at the inauguration.
Too many artists would be like, oh, no, I'm not going to do that because it's Donald Trump.
I can't sing because it's Donald Trump.
Marin Morris, we talked about this yesterday.
You can go see that clip.
We posted it last night.
If you don't know who she is, because a lot of you didn't.
But she was climbing the country chart.
She had that good song named Rich.
And then there was one called My Church.
So she was doing really, really well in country.
But she had to get out of country because of Trump.
There were too many Trump supporters, too many MAGA types in the country music world.
Well, Carrie Underwood stated.
country. She's done some crossover too, but you know, she's never made this big stink about it.
She's actually never really, you know, gotten into politics before. But the Trump White House
asked her if she would come and sing an inauguration and guess what she said? Yes, she would be
honored. I love our country and I'm honored to be asked to sing at the inauguration and to be a
small part of this historic event was her comment. Well, Joy Behar is having a complete meltdown
on the view about this.
Let's take a listen.
I hope we're moving beyond the era of politics
where we want to cancel people's livelihoods
because we don't like their politics.
And whether it was the Dixie Chicks for criticizing George Bush
didn't agree with it then.
And Carrie Underwood, if you have a problem,
you register your complaint by not downloading
her songs and not going to her shows.
Right.
But I also think from a business standpoint,
it's not a bad decision for Carrie Underwood.
75 million people voted for Trump.
Artists tend to skew left-leaning.
So she's overnight going to become an icon of MAGA,
the American right. She's probably going to make a lot of money off of it. So I get why she did it.
I see. I'll tell you right now, I wouldn't do it, even though I can't sing. No, I would not. I would not.
I would not normalize him. And she says, I love our country. How do you love your country and
support and normalize somebody who was a convicted felon who really wants to destroy the country,
in my opinion? I don't understand how you say you love your country at the same time as you normalize
this convicted felon, which I can say now every day. A lot of my family voted for Trump.
love the country and vote for him. I think that people make these decisions for a lottery.
Okay, fine. You know, you do what you do. So now, Whoopi's about to get in on this, but I just
want to weigh in on this for one second. So Joy Behar, clearly having a severe case of TDS,
delighted that she can say, she had to send a thank you note to Judge Marchon, that she can
say convicted felon, and she's like, how can you carry Underwood, you know, your country, this,
that, and the other. I mean, for goodness sakes, have some respect.
Would you have some respect for the office of the presidency of the United States of America, Joy Behar?
You're an American still, aren't you, right?
I mean, did I tell you guys the story about my grandmother?
She was a lifelong Democrat, and we had a home growing up.
I was a lucky kid in Kenny Bunkport, Kenny Bunk Beach, which was on the peninsula that was just off of the peninsula
that the Bush's had theirs.
So, you know, they had the whole peninsula.
We had a whole bunch of houses on ours.
But one day, George Bush, senior, was going by on his boat.
He was actually picking one of my neighbors up, believe it or not, on his boat.
So he's pulling up to my neighbor's dock, and he goes by, and he's out there,
and he's waving.
And my grandmother, who could barely stand because she had a really bad leg,
and really didn't like George Bush, right?
Okay, she was a complete total Democrat through and through.
She could barely stand, and she got up out of that chair, and she put a big smile, and she had a huge wave.
And I get chills just thinking about this story right now, because I said, Graham, but he's a Republican.
And she looks at me, and I was a kid, and I'll never forget this, and she said, Trish, he's the president.
It brings tears to my eyes, just thinking about it.
He's the president, and we always honor our presidents, because presidents matter much more than
parties.
And so I think about that, and I think about the craziness that we have been through as a country
over the last four years and how you have the likes of that other joy on MSNBC saying,
don't go to Thanksgiving, don't go to Christmas.
You know, those people, they supported Trump.
you can't be friends with them, the way that these rabid lefties have tried to actually take out,
take out half the population, 75 million people that voted for Donald Trump.
And I think about my grandmother and how, you know, those weren't the values I was raised with.
Those weren't the values I don't think most people were raised with.
And I think that we've gotten to a point in this country where we need to make sure that,
sure that we are so far away from the Joy Behar's of the world saying disgusting stuff like that.
And we need to think more about people like my grandmother, Margaret Cunningham, who would stand up
for a president because he is the president. So Carrie Underwood is doing the right thing,
ladies and gentlemen. I don't know what her politics are. I'm guessing she's conservative. She's a country
girl, right? But regardless, it doesn't matter, left or right. You have a chance to sing at the
inauguration for the president of the United States of America period.
It doesn't matter what party he is.
Have some respect for your country.
Joy, Behar, and the rest of you that are trying to still cancel half the nation out because of your ridiculous TDS.
Unbelievable.
But I'll tell you this.
Whoopi Goldberg seen the handwriting on the wall.
Suddenly, she's getting all libertarian on us.
Really?
I mean, I think the reality here is that Whoopi Goldberg knows her job is on the line.
After all, the new head of the FCC, Brendan Carr, he sent Bob Agger.
That would be the CEO of Disney, her boss, because Disney owns ABC News, ABC, which produces the view, a letter saying, you know, it's really bad.
this lack of trust that Americans have in news now.
So she's got a little bit of a precarious situation,
and so she decided to weigh in all this, you know, the Carrie Underwood thing,
and typically what would you think she would say?
You'd think she'd say exactly the same kind of disgusting rhetoric that Joy Behar said.
But no, suddenly she's all for freedom.
This is very interesting.
I mean, look, I'll take it, right?
But I also see through it.
I know what this is.
Let's listen and watch.
Like we're moving beyond the era of politics
where we want to cancel people's livelihoods
because we don't.
I'm going to fast forward this too,
through to where Joy says her nasty stuff
and whoop he jumps in.
I love our country.
How do you love your country and support
and normalize somebody who was a convicted fellow
who really wants to destroy the country, in my opinion?
I don't understand how you say you love your country at the same time as you normalize this convicted felon, which I can say now every day.
A lot of my family voted for Trump. They love the country and vote for him. I think that people make these decisions for a lottery.
Fine. Okay, fine. You know, you do what you do. Listen, it's like, you know, people do what they do for whatever reasons. It's like Joe and Mika. They do what they felt that's what they needed to do. And I got to stand behind them.
Yeah. You know, and I stand behind her. If she's, if, no, no, not or not.
Because if I believe I have the right to make up my mind to go perform someplace, I believe they have the same right.
Of course.
And so I have to, yeah, I have to support.
That doesn't mean I'm particularly interested in what I won't be watching, you know, but that's me.
Doesn't that surprise you?
Just a little bit?
I mean, why she's suddenly singing a different tune?
I know why she's singing a different tune because her job is on the line, okay?
This is why she's suddenly willing to defend Mika and Joe, who by the way, all the way,
also have their jobs on the line. That's the reality, okay? Because the rest of the world is moving
forward. You guys are stuck like dinosaurs and your TDS on steroids as everybody else moves forward,
right? Consider this. Carrie Underwood's moving forward. You got Coca-Cola moving forward. This was great.
Margo Martin, who works for the president, tweeted this out. Tonight, President Trump received the first
ever presidential commemorative inaugural Diet Coke bottle from the chairman and CEO of Coca-Cola
Company James Quincy. I love it, okay? Like Coke is on board. Everybody is joining the party.
Jeff Bezos going down with his wife down to Mar-a-Lago for dinner. You got Mark Zuckerberg
donating a million bucks to the inauguration. You got all those tech pros showing up at the
inauguration, from Elon, of course, to Jeff, to Mark.
They're all going to be at Trump's inauguration.
They're going to be seated together, okay?
This is amazing, you guys.
And Bezos is suddenly optimistic.
I'm telling you, the train is left the station.
Joy Behar, you better get on it.
And the rest of your nuts at MSNBC and CNN, you better get on it.
Because this is what is happening.
is serious about this regulatory agenda and I think he's gonna I think he has a good
chance of succeeding what about the idea that he thinks that the press is the
enemy well I I think he I'm gonna try to talk him out of that idea I don't
think the press is the enemy and I don't think you know he he's also I
you've probably grown in the last years he has to like it's you know this is
not the case the press is not
the enemy. I hope you're right. I hope I'm right too. Like Jeff, he's a little naive. You know,
you know, he makes all those billions of dollars, but he's still a little bit naive because we all
know just exactly what the press has done and what the press will continue to do. So I don't
think we really need to be all that naive about it. I mean, they were actually calling him,
effectively the second coming of Hitler and, you know, the rest of the stuff that went along with
And I'm trying to see if I, oh, yeah, you know, Mika and Joe back in 2022.
Bill Trump supporters.
They go, yeah, you guys are going crazy.
He's doing, what are you so surprised about?
He's doing exactly what he said he's going to do.
Well, and I think that the dangerous, you know, edges here are that he's trying to undermine the media, trying to make up his own facts.
And it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsens, he could.
have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think.
And that is the, that is our job.
Yeah, if you look at the issues.
Right.
You got that?
That's our job.
That's our job.
We're supposed to control what people think.
We control the messaging, not him.
Anyway, I don't think that Jeff Bezos is really going to be able to find a media that's more hospitable to Donald Trump.
I don't think that that's in the cards.
But I do think that there are a lot of people in business
that are very thankful for having somebody who actually has a clue now in the White House.
And so consequently, you're seeing everybody come to the table,
joining this new opportunity in this,
what I think is going to be tremendous new world,
which is why, again, I encourage you guys,
if you haven't already, to go to invest in MAGA,
investin MAGA.com.
It is our free guide, totally free.
free. You don't have to pay a dime, but I just think it's really important. I care about you. I care
about your future. I want to make sure that you are able to participate in this great rally because
I do believe there's so many good things happening. From the technology standpoint to the innovation,
to less regulation, to the chance for Americans maybe to have a little bit more money in their
pockets because of less inflation and because of hopefully less onerous taxation, all of this stuff
is really good. So go to invest in maga.com, our guide that we put together for you. But it's exciting.
It's exciting to see all this optimism all of a sudden. Mr. Beast is making a play for
TikTok in all seriousness. So this is unbelievable. You know, a few people have been talking about
maybe getting TikTok. That's what we have seen. I do believe that this came up with Elon Musk potentially.
buying TikTok.
And then it came up with none other than Mr. Beasts.
So Mr. Bees tweeted out.
Okay, fine.
I'll buy TikTok so it doesn't get banned.
And then he said, unironically,
I've had so many billionaires reach out to me since I tweeted this.
So let's see if we can pull this one off.
And then he put this out just earlier today.
Just got out of a meeting with a bunch of billionaires.
TikTok, we mean business.
This is my lawyer right here.
We have an offer ready for you.
We want to buy the platform.
America deserves TikTok.
Give me a seat at the table.
Let me save this platform, TikTok.
That's Jimmy Donaldson.
Obviously huge, huge, huge, huge on YouTube.
My kids are talking about Mr. Beast.
Like, before I had ever heard of him,
I think the first time I'd heard of him,
I read an article in the New York Times of the Wall Street Journal
or something on this just empire that he had built.
And I'm like, Mr. Beast, yeah, that's that guy
that my kids are talking about all the time.
So if you don't know who Jimmy Donaldson is,
Mr. Beast, maybe now you will because he's looking to make a play. He did have the Beast Burger.
I don't know if that company did so well, but this is social media, which is his expertise.
So maybe this could be a little bit different. We'll see whether or not he gets to first base on this.
Remember, there's a lot of competition. Kevin O'Leary, Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank is also trying to put a group of
investors together to buy this one. He was on the other night on Fox saying how much he wanted to do this,
and he really thought that they could lead this thing forward.
And then he was again on Fox talking about it.
Let's listen in.
In the end, TikTok is Trump's deal, all right?
He's not giving it to anybody else.
It's his deal.
He's going to use it for all kinds of leverage.
I get it.
It's a negotiating tool against China.
I get it.
But he is the consummate dealmaker.
He's not going to let this drift into someone else's hands.
That's my personal take.
I asked him myself just 24 hours ago,
Are you going to support bringing this thing and keeping it alive?
Because I got, you know, a lot of businesses running on it, and he will.
Let's see what happens next.
We're kind of coming down to a deadline.
It's like Sunday.
I like 200,000 people on TikTok.
I'm going to lose them all.
Oh, well.
Oh, well.
We'll see what happens.
I actually think that Trump will save this in some way, shape, or form.
But, again, lots of different suitors out there.
Elon is certainly in the mix.
guess China has gone to Elon and asked if he would be interested in this. So we shall see.

He really, really is. I want to share with you this wonderful news now. Again, we don't want to
count our chickens before they hatch, but he says there's a deal on the table now. Donald
Trump promising that there is a deal for the hostages. Let me share this with you. He said today,
quote, January 15th, we have a deal for the hostages in the Middle East. They will be released shortly.
thank you. Wow. All right. And if you go back to a little over a month ago, he did say everyone's
talking about the hostages who are being held so violently inhumanely and against the will
in the entire world in the Middle East, but it's all talk and no action. Please let this truth
serve to represent that if the hostages are not released prior to January 20th, 2025, the date
that I proudly assume office as president of the United States, there will be all.
hell to pay in the Middle East. And for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities
against humanity, those responsible will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in the long
and storied history of the United States of America. Release the hostages now. And today he tweets
or truths that we have a deal for those hostages in the Middle East. They will be released shortly.
So that's some wonderful news, some really wonderful news.
And I anticipate there will be so much more wonderful news ahead.
And I'm excited to be here with you for all of it.

really important. We're generally here around the same time, but you never know, right? I see. I know.
Leslie, Biden's trying to take a credit, the credit for it, but you know what? I actually think that
this has everything to do with Donald Trump, because they know, they know exactly what would happen.
He promised what would happen if he got in there on January 20th and those hostages have not been
released. So, I consider it a victory for him.
already and I think there's going to be many, many, many, many more.
Yeah, it is.
Tim Bowman, a big difference from the guy that we
have had for the last four years.
Okay, let's forget about all that.
Forget about it.
David Lorenzo, thank you so much.
I appreciate it.
We were going to forget about the last four years.
You know what?
It went by and a blip.
Here's the good news, guys.
You know what the good news is?
Everybody is going to take Trump so much more seriously,
so much more seriously because they've been there.
done that. They know how bad it could be. And so in some ways, he's coming in way more powerful than
