Starting point is 00:00:00 And we're live and it's good to be with you from a foreign country. I am traveling in Ireland for work and wanted to make sure that we were still on no matter what. So thank you for being here, everyone. Make sure you subscribe, sure, like. We've got a very big show going on because some very big things have been revealed. We kind of suspected a lot of this, but we've never had the hard evidence until now. And I'll tell you one thing, Tulsi Gabbard means business and she's furious and she is quite willing to take this as far as it needs to be taken, the DOJ likely to begin a criminal investigation into Barack Obama and some of his cronies. She is demanding justice, and it could be really, really bad for one, President Obama.
Starting point is 00:00:42 I'm telling you, this is the kind of stuff that you see in Banana Republics. This is not the kind of stuff that you see in the United States of America. And yet, for whatever reason, Barack Obama felt like he could get away with it. And here's the good news. Donald Trump was reelected. Kelsey Gabbard is head of the DNI, and it's all coming out 114 pages. I read the whole thing on my way over. Didn't sleep a wink.
Starting point is 00:01:03 Somebody was snoring rather badly next to me, that poor woman. Anyway, the good news is she kept me up, she kept me awake, and I read through all of this. We're going to get to that story. Plus DHS coming out absolutely swinging furious at these sanctuary city mayors. Here's Tom Holman. Secretary said it, Rodney said, The sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals. Hard stop.
Starting point is 00:01:28 Yeah, hard stop. You got it? So you heard from Tom Hohen. You're going to hear from Christy Knoem. And by the way, if I were the mayor of Chicago, if I were the mayor of Los Angeles, if I were the mayor of Boston, I would actually be listening to this really clearly right now.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Meanwhile, Adam Schiff, oh, he's in the Schiff house, so to speak. My gosh, what is the? with these people and their mortgages. Trying to save a few points here and there so you declare Maryland as your primary place of residence, allegedly, as opposed to California? Well, do I even have to say allegedly? I'll tell you what. I've seen the documentation.
Starting point is 00:02:06 Donald Trump put it out on social media and Adam Schiff is having a meltdown because this is serious. This actually carries with it up to 30 years in jail. You see lying on a mortgage application trying to defraud taxpayers that would ultimately be footing the bill. That comes with some serious penalties. Why they think they can get away with things, I just don't know. Oh, and we're finding out the real reason why Stephen Colbert was canceled. There's a whole group of people that want Letitia James now to sue CBS over canceling Stephen Colbert. I'm sorry, the guy was just bad and he lost money. Okay, he lost a lot of money. And guess what?
Starting point is 00:02:43 If you're in business and you're a capitalist, you can't lose money. begin today. Welcome to the program on Tulsi Gabbard, who's taking no prisoner. She's going totally nuclear. We saw some of her sound over the weekend. I was here with you on Saturday. Well, now she's calling for Barack Obama's arrest. She considers this, and her words, to be treason. And Tulsi is not messing around. I know the Democrats are going to try and say, oh, she's trying to spin this, because they want to take the heat off of Trump, this, that, and the other. No, no, no, no, no, no. Do not forget what went down in 2016. I haven't forgotten. And the idea that they would get out there and try and tell you something.
Starting point is 00:03:21 entirely different. Remember how they told us over and over and over again that it was Russian interference and that is why Donald Trump won the election. That was never the reason why. That was all manufactured and now we have the proof. It all began with a meeting in December in President Obama's office with all the hits, runs and errors in terms of people, you know, the big cast of characters, all there ready, willing and able to oblige him. and the end result was this kind of nonsense and chatter lying to the American people watched. Trump then actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election and he was put in the office because of Russians interferes.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Trump knows he's an illegitimate president. The president-elect, although legally elected, is not legitimate. I don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president. You said you believe that Russia's interference altered the outcome of the election. I do. We have a precedent. Who, if in fact it is proven, has been assisted by the Russians and may in fact not be a legitimate president? The one thing that Trump is fearful of when it comes to his being president is that finally we will see how illegitimate his victory actually was.
Starting point is 00:04:38 I have an objection. I object to the 15 votes from the state of North Carolina. I object because people are horrified. He's an illegitimate president. Do you believe Trump is a legitimate president? What I believe is that there's no question that the outcome of this election was affected, by the Russian interference. There absolutely is a cloud of illegitimacy.
Starting point is 00:04:56 So that legitimacy is in question, yes. So that was a very tainted election. And in that sense, it's illegitimate. Okay, I had to show you that, because I think I need to take you back down memory lane, as we understand how serious this is and how they promoted these talking points as though they were gospel when they were all wrong
Starting point is 00:05:12 and they were concocted by Obama's cronies. And this is what Tulsi has found out. I want her to say this in her words. Again, I've read through the report and we'll get through all of it here together on the show today. But I think it's critical for you to hear from Tulsi Gabbard first, who is calling for Obama's arrest. Here she is speaking actually in a special edition of Hannity over the weekend. Important to every single one of us as Americans. This is not a partisan issue.
Starting point is 00:05:38 It has to do with the integrity and the strength of our Democratic Republic. And it lays out this over 100 documents that you're referencing that I've released, declassified and released, spells out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people in our country, directly leading at the helm, President Obama and his senior most national security cabinet, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, and Susan Rice and others, essentially making a very intentional decision to create this manufactured politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting the will of the American people who in November of 2016 delivered a historic victory to President Trump
Starting point is 00:06:29 defeating Hillary Clinton. And President Obama and his team, their goal was to essentially not accept the decision of the American people and to use this manufactured politicized intelligence as a means to enact what would become essentially a year's long coup against President Trump. You have gone into great detail over these years of what the effects
Starting point is 00:06:54 of this document and this decision have resulted in. Obviously, a years-long Mueller investigation that cost taxpayers almost $40 million to congressional impeachments, endless smears and attacks against not only President Trump,
Starting point is 00:07:09 but his family. He had senior members of his team who were investigated, some arrested, and jailed. We had heightened and increased tensions between the United States and Russia. The list goes on and on about the consequences of President Obama and his senior cabinet members, politicizing intelligence once again, and I say these words very clearly, to enact what was essentially a years-long coup, subverting the will of the American people
Starting point is 00:07:38 in that election in November. Now, you reference this president's daily brief document. subverting the will of the American people. Trying to gaslight us and tell us we didn't really elect Donald Trump. That was all the Russians. This is bad, you guys. And there will be, in my estimation, charges brought. This has all been referred to the DOJ.
Starting point is 00:08:09 Watch Tulsi as she answers exactly that question. Will we see arrests? She wants them. So do we can, as voters, can we feel confident that we will actually see charges? Do you think out of this? I'm not a lawyer. We're referring all of this to the Department of Justice. I know that Attorney General Pam Bondi is committed to bringing about justice to those who have broken the law. And in this case, again, what these documents detail to me, in my view, cannot be explained as
Starting point is 00:08:45 anything but a treasonous conspiracy. This is not so different from what we saw under George W. Bush, when we saw that manufactured intelligence claiming there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq that kicked off a war that changed our country, that changed the lives of so many people like myself who went and served in those wars, the implications of manufactured intelligence are real. I would even say that what we are seeing here has an even greater impact than what we've seen in the past because it speaks again to the foundation of our Constitution and our Democratic Republic, which is why accountability is so critical. Yeah, it is. It is. It is so critical. In other words, you should never be weaponizing or manipulating intelligence for any kind of purpose, whether it's because you want to go into war, whether it's because you want a particular outcome in an election or because you want to underwerect. mind of presidency. You see, this is exactly what James Comey was so fearful of Clapper Brennan, the rest of them. They were so fearful that Donald Trump would get into office and uncover the 114 pages
Starting point is 00:09:55 of Crossfire Hurricane documents that were just released, that this is why they were so determined he had to be beaten at all costs. Well, Tulsi's got the goods, you guys, and you know what? It can't happen. It should never happen. I don't care what side of the aisle you're on. And don't forget, she's a former Democrat, for goodness sakes. Watch. a Democrat or Republican issue. This is an issue with such significant impact that it should concern every American because it has to do with the fabric and integrity of our Democratic Republic. That we had a situation here where in the months leading up to the 2016 election, the intelligence community assessed, and this is what the documents detail, the intelligence community assessed,
Starting point is 00:10:38 essentially Russia doesn't have the tools, the capability or the intent. to try to change the outcome of the U.S. presidential election. Donald Trump pulls off a historic victory against Hillary Clinton in November of 2016. Even in the days after that election, the intelligence community continued their consistent assessment that reflected the same thing in the months leading up to the election. All of a sudden, in the early days of December, there was a president's daily brief that was drafted. This is put together by the different elements of the intelligence community that reflected that same assessment. Russia did not try to hack the election, in essence.
Starting point is 00:11:21 That PDB, that document was polled hours before it was supposed to be published for the president to see that following morning. That document was never published until we released it yesterday. One day later, President Obama calls a meeting of his National Security Council, his top officials, to be held on what they called a sensitive topic. And the results of that meeting, which we released yesterday in these over 100 documents that talk about in detail how President Obama and his team, he directed a manufactured piece of intelligence
Starting point is 00:12:00 that detailed not if, but how Russia tried to influence the outcome of the United States election that President Trump won in November of 20, 2016. This document was then used as the foundation for everything that came next. It was essentially a years-long coup that was launched against President Trump before he even had the opportunity to take his oath of office and be sworn in as President the United States. So, as you know, there was a Mueller investigation that went on for years. Cost taxpayers nearly $40 million. There were two congressional impeachments. President Trump and almost every member of his family were smeared. and attacked face lawsuits, depositions. High-level officials were investigated. Some were arrested and put in jail. The list goes on and on about the ramifications of this,
Starting point is 00:12:51 but foundational to it all was the fact that we had in President Obama and his leadership team people who did not want to accept the will of the American people in electing Donald Trump in 2016 and therefore cooked up this treasonous conspiracy to again try to effectively, and they did effectively launch a years-long coup against the sitting present in the United States. Okay, like, guys, this is exactly what we suspected.
Starting point is 00:13:25 It's exactly what we knew. And I know a lot of you were like, oh, nothing's going to happen, nothing's going to happen, nothing's going to happen. I think something's going to happen. I mean, you can't do this. We're looking at the documentation right now, and let me just walk you through some of this documentation, okay?
Starting point is 00:13:39 It's really bad. So if you look at, for example, what came out, They had this meeting September 5th, 2016, so this would have been before the election. And basically, they had all this intelligence that suggested, yes, Russia was trying to mess with us, but Russia was not doing anything different than it normally does. And by the way, we do with them and everyone else. Like, this is how the game is played, okay? Hello!
Starting point is 00:13:59 So Russia was trying to basically, they didn't care who won. They just wanted to divide and conquer, right? So they were trying to sort of stir the pot, so to speak. And they were trying to use normal intelligence ops and pressure, etc., in order to have people divided on one side or the other. And so this is what the assessment was by Obama and his team, an FBI official asked for a change in a draft of a potential ICA Intelligence Community Association on cyber threats. And they wrote on September 5th, 2016, the way it currently reads, it would indicate that we have a definitive information, it would indicate that we have definitive information
Starting point is 00:14:39 that Russia does intend to disrupt our elections, and we are uncomfortable. This is the FBI, okay? We are uncomfortable making that assessment at this point. And then an unnamed official from the agency added, I sort of understood the emphasis to be on Russia probably not having the capability to influence the election. In other words, they weren't going to be ultimately able to break into the machines or do anything crazy like that. Then there was this December 7, 2016, Clapper's Office preparation.
Starting point is 00:15:09 that they had this sort of memo that was going to go out to everyone. Now, take a look at this. What they're saying here in the Clapper memo is that we assess that foreign advisories did not use cyber attacks on election structure to alter the U.S., to alter the U.S. presidential election outcome this year. And they go on to say, we have no evidence of cyber manipulation of election infrastructure intended to alter results. okay so that's sort of them again saying there's really nothing there guys and all of a sudden the
Starting point is 00:15:45 next day on december 8th you have officials that had texts that read that they had prepared russian and criminal actors did not impact recent u.s election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure now the wording was scheduled apparently to be entered into a public report but all of a sudden there was this confidential briefing that Barack Obama called on December 9th. Okay, so one day later. And Comey's FBI, on the afternoon the 8th, when they were going to release this thing saying, hey, you know, nothing malicious happened, they all of a sudden withdrew and they said, no, we're not going to sign off on that. So that's a little weird, right? They said, FBI is going to be drafting a dissent this afternoon,
Starting point is 00:16:32 a bureau official's writing to them at 3.48 p.m. on the 8th, please remove our seal and annotate. of co-authorship. And then an hour later, you get an official from Clapper's office axing this notification for, quote, the time being, based on some new guidance that they're getting, we're going to push back. We're going to push back on the notification and the PDB, and it will not run tomorrow and is not likely to run next week. In other words, it would never run at all. It would never run because you see it was not in their interest. Here is the meeting that then took place. This would have been on December 9th and just take a look. And this is all, again, declassified by Tulsi. And if you look at the list here, I mean, it's like a who's who.
Starting point is 00:17:18 You get Susan Rice, who, by the way, after this meeting drafted herself an email, sent herself an email saying over and over again, the president made it really clear he didn't want any kind of intelligence abuses. We were to use it totally like buy the book stuff. It's like, lady, come on. Is that a C-YA move or what okay going down the list you get john carey you got victoria newland why she's there i don't know but you know victoria with her ukraine stuff you got loretta lynch from justice you've got look at this avril haines you've got lisa monaco there from the white house you got ben roads remember with his little echo chamber you just throw something out into the echo chamber and let it just reverberate you know ricochet off the walls and everybody all these reporters will start
Starting point is 00:18:02 telling themselves the same thing you had the fbi's andrew mccabe you've got james clapper from I've got CIA's John Brennan, John Brennan, who was the one who helped concoct that ridiculous letter saying the Hunter Biden laptop was nothing but about a bunch of misinformation from the Russians. I mean, these people are bad. Like, this is bad. Bad. Forgive me. I'm in kind of cramped quarters here.
Starting point is 00:18:26 Bad, bad, bad stuff. Okay? So the intelligence community is prepared to produce an assessment per the president's request. They then, right? this is like right after this meeting that pulls together the information we have on the tools that Moscow used and the actions it took to influence the 2016 election, an explanation of why Moscow directed these activities and how Moscow's approach has changed over time, going back to 2008 and 2012 as reference points. So going back to that meeting that took place in Obama's office.
Starting point is 00:19:00 Okay, here we are December 9th, right before Donald Trump comes into power. So December, December 9th, 2016, he's about to come in in January of 2017, and what does he do? He instructs the entire intelligence community, all of them, to basically go and search Russia, Russia, Russia, so as to do what? Undermine Donald Trump's presidency, even though he knew and his entire intelligence community knew that it wasn't true. They did it anyway. I mean, that's sick, twisted stuff.
Starting point is 00:19:35 We know politics is a lousy business, but my gosh, this is just an abomination. And you know why they were freaked out about Tulsi coming in and Donald Trump coming back in? Because all of this was going to come out. And they knew damn well they were going to be in a hell of a lot of trouble, these scumbags. They are total scumbags, okay? And what they tried to do, gaslight America and tell you, no, you really didn't elect him. They should be ashamed. And Hillary Clinton, don't kid yourself.
Starting point is 00:20:02 she's part of it as well. Hillary Clinton. Remember her on the view? Oh yeah, I do trying to justify why she didn't win the election that she should have clearly won. No, sorry, Hillary, everyone hated you. They still do. Here's Hillary on that horrible show that should be gone by now. There is no denying that the Russians interfered in the election. Whether or not they had willing or unwitting help from the Trump team, they interfered, and they did so to help him and hurt me, and they did so to destabilize our democracy, and they have not stopped.
Starting point is 00:20:38 I mean, there's been enough public testimony before Congress now by very distinguished, experienced intelligence professionals who all say the same thing. This is a clear and present danger to our country. And I think it's important, and I would say this, if the roles were reversed,
Starting point is 00:20:58 If I had won the Electoral College and I were in the White House and the intelligence services, I've served with them, I've worked with them, I've read their analysis, both on the Senate Armed Services Committee and as Secretary of State, you know, they don't always get it right, but these are patriotic, hardworking, dedicated men and women. And if they had come to me and told me, you know, we believe that this election was interfered with, we believe that it was influenced, and we believe that it was influenced, and we believe they are still trying to get into our systems, I would have stopped at nothing. I would have stood up and in front of the country said, even if it advantaged me, I am not going to rest until we know
Starting point is 00:21:39 exactly what happened and make sure it never happened. You know, the Republicans, the Republican Party bill. Oh, Scott Colin, I saw your comment. The view is a horrible show. I agree with you. It is a horrible show. And by the way, we're going to talk about Stephen Colbert later because Stephen Colbert is getting canceled because he's losing so much money. I'd like to know how much money that stupid show loses. Okay. And you know what? It's not all about ratings because Stephen had decent ratings too. And they have okay enough ratings. But who the heck wants to advertise on that? And I guarantee it it costs them plenty to run that thing. So Hillary Clinton's promoting her narrative. Of course, it's unchallenged by the view. Nobody actually thinks it may be. I remember at the time,
Starting point is 00:22:20 I'm sitting there going, for goodness sakes, people, come on. You mean to tell me that a few Facebook accounts are actually influencing an election, that is absolutely positively bogus. And I'm sorry, but you know what, Hillary Clinton, you didn't have a good digital media strategy. You just never did. Biden, you don't even know how to be on X or Twitter. And Kamala, Harris, for goodness sakes, you can't even do a 60 minutes interview. So I'm sorry. You guys have to come up with better candidates. And then maybe you're going to have a fighting chance. But you can't actually rig the system with your intelligence ops and have an entire system that was working against him. It's like he got in there and he couldn't hit the ground running because they were all trying
Starting point is 00:23:02 to take him down with this mandate that was put in place by Barack Obama and all of his cronies. And this is what we need them to be held accountable for. It is disgusting. It is wrong. It is so anti-American in every sense of the word. but Barack Obama, like, I guess he just never cared. He doesn't care about the freedoms and integrity of our system. Now, does he?
Starting point is 00:23:32 Nor do his cronies. I'm angry. I knew that this existed. I'm relieved that we now have the proof and the 114 pages. I encourage you to read. I'll be bringing more excerpts to you throughout the week because this is an important story away. and an important story, and we can't let it go away, all right?
Starting point is 00:23:54 I see. I know some people feel defeated and peace in my mind, one of our very frequent viewers on this show, whom I've just grown to really love so many of you guys, Don Baca as well, and I know you're frustrated, and I know you think nothing's going to come of this, but I'll tell you, they will go down in history. If nothing else, let the record show,
Starting point is 00:24:14 as we are on the front lines of history here, that these are corrupt individuals that try to do everything. thing they could to hurt us and hurt this country and hurt our system and it was wrong. And we won't stand for it. I'll tell you, they better get themselves a whole new party because none of these people deserve to be elected. They all deserve to be in jail, frankly, for behavior like this. Tulsi's calling it treason. Yeah, I get it. When you are able to seep into the minds of the people in the media with crap. I'm sorry. You know I don't use that kind of language, but crap like this.
Starting point is 00:24:55 You're done. Done. Trump didn't actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election and he was put in the office because of the Russians interfares. Trump knows he's an illegitimate president. The president or elected, although legally elected, is not legitimate. I don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president. You said you believe, that Russia's interference alter the outcome of the election. I do. We have a precedent, who if, in fact, it has proven, has been assisted by the Russians.
Starting point is 00:25:26 You're lying SOBs. You deserve everything you get. And now the head of your party is AOC and her communist friend, Mam Dami. You know what? You deserve it all. And they're never going to win. They're never going to see the light of day because Americans are too damn smart for all it. Yeah, I'm mad. I'm really mad. And I don't want this going away. And we're going to stay on
Starting point is 00:25:50 this story. And we are going to have a pressure campaign to make sure that none of this ever happens again. Right? Right. You see, I'm in Ireland and I'm getting my Irish up. I'm going to need a whiskey when it's all said and done. You guys are asking where I am. I'm actually in Killarney, which is a beautiful little town, but it's very, very rainy, very rainy. And the other day, I got some feedback from all of you. You didn't like the curtains closed because it looked like we had like a seance going on in here. It was really, really, really, really dark. So I decided to open them up.
Starting point is 00:26:31 There's not a lot of sun coming through, but, you know, you get to see the clouds. It's kind of hard. You see a little bit green there. It's very, very green. We can talk a little bit about that coming up more in the show. But I just going to tell you, this is a doozy. And you know what? there's other stuff going on in this moment in time.
Starting point is 00:26:46 DHS is shaming the media because the media is right in bed right with the Dems. Hey, who else was perpetuating that Russia-Russia narrative other than the Democrat media establishment? Well, now they're perpetuating a narrative that somehow ICE and DHS are bad, even though what is their job? Their job is to enforce federal law because the federal government is in charge of who's in the country and who's not in the country. And if you're in the country illegally and, God forbidding, you've committed a crime on top of it. Guess what? They're going to find you because sanctuary cities are in total violation of federal law.
Starting point is 00:27:18 Tom Holman making it crystal clear. Watch. Secretary said it, Rodney said it, sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals. Hard stop. Hard stop. You hear that? We don't need to be sanctuaries for criminals. Interestingly, a version of this story is going on right here. in Ireland as I speak, I'll tell you about it. But the reality is we have become a global, global world, right? A lot of people wanted that to happen. Borderless societies, suddenly 20 million are flooding our borders in from Mexico, coming in from all over the world.
Starting point is 00:28:01 And what do you know? A lot of them don't have the best intentions for the United States of America. A lot of them may be criminals. And a lot of them have committed crimes here in the U.S. The estimates are massive. They've got somewhere around 600,000, 700,000 people in this country illegally that have committed crimes. And we're talking, in many cases, serious crimes. So Tom Homan's like, enough, media, you've got to knock it off because you're shaming DHS, you're shaming ICE officers who are upstanding citizens with families of their own,
Starting point is 00:28:26 trying to keep everybody safe. And this is how you act. Here's Tom. And I want to say one more thing. I'm sick and tired of reading in the media every day how ICE is not doing what the Trump administration has promised, that we're not arresting. criminals that most of the people we arrested are not criminals. I look at the numbers every day. The numbers I looked at the other day, 130,000 arrests and 90,000 criminals. Do the math, that's
Starting point is 00:28:51 70%. And who are the others? Others are those who have final orders who had due process a great taxpayer expense. A federal judge ordered them removed, so ICE's job is to remove them. Who are the rest of the people? National security threats. Under Secretary-known leadership, they've arrested several hundred Iranian nationals. National security threats. They may not have a criminal conviction, but they need to be detained. They need to be arrested and taken off the streets of this country. Then I read another story about how most people in ICE detention aren't criminals. Now the story is how bad were criminals they have to be? I saw a story the other day. Only 1% of the illegal aliens removed were murderers. Are you kidding me? Being in the
Starting point is 00:29:33 country illegally is not illegal anymore, you've got committed to murder to be deported? If you look at ICE detention, I'll say it again. Look at the attention. Who's in detention? I look at the numbers this morning. A majority of criminals of criminal history. Who are the rest? Final order cases.
Starting point is 00:29:47 Who are judge ordered removed. The others are expedited removal. By federal statute demands they be detained. So where the media out there, let's try telling the truth about the men and women of ice. And the men and women of the border patrol, I wore that uniform. I was an ICE agent. These are the finest men and women in this country That put their lives on the line every day for this country
Starting point is 00:30:10 I buried Borebiterer agents I buried ice agents Luckily thank God we're not burying one today Gosh enough Enough enough enough is right right I mean you look at how blatantly irresponsible they are in the media You've seen it on the view And you've seen it on CNN
Starting point is 00:30:29 I mean this was a travesty the other night They're talking about how they're rounding up innocent people His point is, no, they're not innocent. They're either national security threats or they've committed a crime. I mean, forget the fact that they're here illegally, which is, you know, one thing in and of itself. On top of that, they have committed a crime, in many cases, violent crimes. And on top of that, the others are national security threats. And yet you think it was, you know, leave it to beaver folks that somehow are getting arrested.
Starting point is 00:30:55 If you watch any of the mainstream media, including the likes of CNN, this is a terrible show. We don't know if they were looking for someone. We don't know if they arrested anybody. but clearly whoever they were looking for there was no one but there but kids. I think this is the challenge I have with even talking about this. We are normalizing a government agency disappearing people. We are normalizing. We're talking about it, I guess, no big deal that they are kidnapping people and transporting them to concentration camps, both domestic and foreign.
Starting point is 00:31:24 That is not. I think that's kind of insulting to, you know, Jewish call a car. It is not insulting to Jewish people. I'm not insulting that you could even fix your mouth to defend. Are there disgusting behavior? It's not a death. It doesn't matter. It's a concentration.
Starting point is 00:31:38 We don't need to watch too much of it, but you get the point. You know, to actually suggest that these are somehow concentration camps is just an insult to history. It's an insult to anyone who fought in World War II. It is an insult to our allies who fought in World War II. It is an insult to the millions of Jews that were massacred by Adolf Hitler in concentration camps. And I find that gnatiating that they have that on TV. have that on TV and that that exists and, you know, good for Scott, you know, bless him because he's the only sane person on that program or on that network. Christy Noam doubling down on
Starting point is 00:32:13 this. Guys, this is serious. You cannot just disobey DHS and you cannot put our ICE officers at risk. We've seen violence against our officers go up over 830% just in recent days because of the rhetoric out of politicians and the rhetoric out of individuals who are letting this victimization and go on and on against the public. So I would call on everybody today to recognize what can happen, how in one moment someone's life can change, their whole family can change. And it is happening every day across this country.
Starting point is 00:32:45 It is. Okay? It is. And their job is to enforce the law. Congress makes the laws. Okay, Congress, if you want different laws, it's up to you. You can go out and change them.
Starting point is 00:32:57 But the laws are the laws, which means Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, the law is the law, is the law. And I wouldn't be surprised is some of these mayors that are in direct defiance of the Constitution of the United States of America find themselves getting wound up arrested and in jail. Put them in the slumber for goodness sakes. I'm sorry, when a Chicago mayor is saying stuff like this, he deserves whatever he gets. This is Brandon Johnson saying he's going to ignore the Constitution in Chicago.
Starting point is 00:33:31 and division. Look, we are a welcoming city ordinance. Our local police department will not ever cooperate with ice. Forgive me. Whatever their constitutional authority is. I mean, what kind of chaos is this? What are they trying to do? Are they trying to invite some kind of Civil War? You're going to stand in defiance of federal law? I'm sorry, Brandon, you can't do that. I mean, hopefully the voters just get you the H-E-Double L out of there as fast as they can because I don't think they're so into this either. I saw what they had to say to you. Here's a meeting with the mayor and his residence just a couple weeks ago in Chicago, and they let him have it. Watch.
Starting point is 00:34:30 Look, we are a welcoming city ordinance. You saw that. You know why they're letting them have it. I'm going to show you. You all sit up there and said, you were not allowed Trump to come in here and get these illegals. Yeah, you can smile. We're in a billion dollar deficit.
Starting point is 00:34:49 And you spent half of our money, half of that, only illegals. You campaigned, you campaigned and doubled down that you would not raise property tax. You wanted to raise our taxes, 300 million. They shut it down. Now we're back here for 150 million. Okay. See, this is what we asking now. Since you want to crash out, some of y'all say y'all wanted to go to jail for it. Trump, Tom Holman, make a example of this. Right here first. Please come here first.
Starting point is 00:35:24 I'll spend our tax dollars to go, Michael Rob Reedy. You said to take Trump to court. To protect these illegals. That's cool because we're about to make all of y'all all of them is famous. Y'all think this task's going to rat? I think not. Look, Chicago real. We're not playing. They've had it.
Starting point is 00:35:45 And you know what? They're not wrong. Do have had it. Because you get a lot of people living in the country that deserve a whole lot more than what they're getting. And yet for some reason, the decision was made to use their hardworking dollars and their tax revenue anything that might be going to them to actually provide for people who came her illegally. And they're doing this with a straight face.
Starting point is 00:36:07 I'm sorry. Brennan, I don't think you're going to keep getting elected. I'm going to go on a limb. I think they're kind of over you. And I do think there's a real shot. You might wind up with some orange clothes as one of your constituents suggests. Here's this warning to Brandon Johnson.
Starting point is 00:36:22 You got Cash Patel and Pam Bundy that you're going to have to deal with sooner than later. then it's going to be an audit. Next, it's going to be an investigation. Then it's going to be an indictment. Holding up the orange shirt, right? Then there's going to be an investigation. Then there's going to be an indictment.
Starting point is 00:36:45 Because in other words, you cannot just flagrantly flaunt yourself in the face of federal law. Like, I just don't know what they're trying to do and what the end game is here. I mean, you want to become your own little country, Chicago? That's not going to work. It's really not. And guess what? Trump won. And he's got the house and he's got the Senate.
Starting point is 00:37:07 Oh, I'm telling you. Buddy boy, it's game over. You don't have a leg to stand on. I mean, if you want to go and change the laws, go run for Congress. See how that one goes. That's a winning issue, right? I want to give a shout out to one of our great sponsors here on the show. Some of you have gone and gotten this balance in nature,
Starting point is 00:37:27 which is just terrific. You know, everybody's talking about being healthy again. I can tell you, I'm in Ireland and everything is super healthy. I'm like, I love it. I love it. They list all the ingredients on the menu and they tell you, I have a couple kids with allergies, so it's actually kind of a big deal, one with gluten, one with nuts. So as a result of that, I really appreciate the transparency in the menu. Well, wouldn't that be nice if we had more transparency in our food products back home? This is what Kennedy's campaigning for. And I'll tell you, he's getting a lot of success. I mean, they're talking about putting sugar cane instead of corn syrup in Coca-Cola. Wow, right?
Starting point is 00:38:03 Well, guess what? Balance of Nature has been doing it all along. They've always had good stuff. They've never used all those fillers and those preservatives and the amulsifiers and all that junk that actually your body can have a reaction to and plenty of people do. In all seriousness. You know, you can do genetic tests for this and they'll tell you whether you have any kind of vulnerabilities for some of these bad ingredients that are in things.
Starting point is 00:38:24 Well, balance of nature doesn't put any of those. bad ingredients and so it's a great way to make sure that you're fortifying yourself and getting your vitamins and you know it's handy especially if you're traveling like me and you want to make sure that you're staying very healthy and i i eat well here but you know you got to take your vitamins and clearly i'm not getting my vitamin d just just take a look behind me it has not been sunny here not one day yet not one single day i'm hoping that that changes but we just have a lot of rain anyway balance in nature i take this you can take this too you can help support you the show and help support me bringing this program to you free every day.
Starting point is 00:39:00 Just go to balance of nature.com. You get 35% off with code word Trish. Make sure you use the code word. That's what helps me, helps the show. And of course, helps you because you're going to get the 35% off. And you're going to get the free shipping and you're going to get the free money back guarantee. So it's a win, win, win, balance of nature.com code word Trish.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Ooh, Adam Schiff had kind of a tough weekend. You see, Adam Schiff, Shifty Schiff, you know. The leading star of the so-called Schiff show. Remember when that was going on? Yeah, back to Russia, Russia, Russia, right? Adam Schiff seems to have pulled a Letitia. It's my euphemism now for alleged mortgage fraud. Because when you get a mortgage, you have to declare whether it's your primary residence
Starting point is 00:39:49 or your vacation house. If it's your primary residence, you often get a much better mortgage because the thinking from the bank is, oh, well, they'll pay off their primary mortgage always. The vacation house, you know, they can kind of say, here are the keys and walk away at some point when the going gets tough. But generally with the primary residence, you're going to keep paying. And so the bank gives you a better discount. So if you're Adam Schiff and you're the representative from California,
Starting point is 00:40:14 what are you doing out there telling the world that somehow Maryland is your primary residence? What are you doing putting it on your application for the mortgage? That's what he actually did. and guess who tweeted it out over the weekend. Uh-huh, you better believe it on true social. Adam, what are you going to do? Shifty shift, he writes, is in big trouble. He falsified loan documents. He once said my son would go to prison on a scam that shift, along with crooked Democrats, illegally manufactured in order to stage an actual coup, the coup that we led the show with, right? My son did nothing wrong, knew nothing about the fictitional story.
Starting point is 00:40:54 It was an American tragedy. He writes, now Shifty should pay the price of prison for a real crime, not one made up by the corrupt accusers. Wow, okay? So this is what he's put out. This comes on the heels of what he also put out over the weekend, which was that he had always suspected Adam Shifty Shift of being a scam artist. And now he learned that Fannie Mae's Financial Crimes Division had concluded that Adam Schiff had engaged in a sustained pattern of possible mortgage fraud.
Starting point is 00:41:29 Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in Maryland, as I told you, in order to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must live in California because he was a congressman from California. I always knew Adam Schiff was a crook. He wrote, the fraud began with the refinancing of his mortgage in Maryland on a property in February of 2009, and it continued through multiple transactions. and this is something else, guys, because I want to show you one more piece of evidence that Donald Trump put out there. And it's bad. It's so bad that I'm telling you, a shifty shift is getting nervous. Wait till you see his reaction.
Starting point is 00:42:03 It doesn't even make sense. He's like so clearly trying to cover as you know what. Again, another C-Y-A move. Here we go. So here's the actual documentation. And if you look closely at it, I'm going to have to peer into the camera, forgive me. Wow. Look at that number two. He highlighted it that the mortgage property in question is a principal residence. But it wasn't his principal residence. What the heck? I mean, what a small, like,
Starting point is 00:42:37 just to save a few bucks you're going to, granted, you know, I'm an investor. I encourage you guys to invest 76 research code or a dollar. Please tell me you've done that. If you haven't done that, make sure you do we'll talk about it a little bit later because if you haven't you've left a lot of money on the table i'm only charging you a dollar you can cancel any time after two months it goes to nine dollars and 95 cents but it's a good thing to do i look at this and i'm like okay i get i get right that fifty dollars a month or whatever it is it adds up over time but you don't commit fraud in order to save the 50 bucks buddy boy you don't like there's like right and wrong in life and what shocks me is how many leading lawmakers clearly don't understand the right from the wrong.
Starting point is 00:43:24 So Adam Schiff, he's up a creek without a paddle. He's in a whole lot of trouble because guess what? This carries 30 years in the slammer up to 30 years. This is like defrauding the government effectively because guess what? This stuff is all backed by FHA. I mean, totally different than what Letitia was suggesting Donald Trump did. and she suggested that he was lying on square footage at Mar-a-Lago and that he inflated the valuation of Mar-a-Lago in order to get a better mortgage rate with Deutsche Bank, completely different
Starting point is 00:43:56 because there was no taxpayer money or guarantees involved. In this case, you get taxpayer guarantees involved. It's a whole different ballgame. And so if you actually say that something's your primary residence when it's not, this could carry a serious implication. So he decided Adam Schiff to come out over the weekend and do a little video. And one of my team members, David, sent it to me. And I said to him, David, what is this?
Starting point is 00:44:23 What is he talking about? Is he talking about Ukraine? Like, what on earth is Adam Schiff talking about? It's like, Trish, he's talking about all the things that Trump sent out over the weekend. And I'm like, he doesn't even like, he's not referencing it. He's being Uber, Uber, Uber, careful. You know why? He could incriminate himself.
Starting point is 00:44:40 This guy's in big goals. trouble. And isn't it nice? Adam Schiff, let's watch him. Freaking out. So I literally just got off the plane and of course read all the clips about what just took place
Starting point is 00:44:55 in the Oval Office. I can't think of a more shameful display by President of the United States in my lifetime. And when I... Okay, so he's also talking about what went down with Brennan and Clapper
Starting point is 00:45:09 and Comey and all that stuff too. He's furious. He's furious. all of it, plus he's furious that he's going to get possibly sent to the slammer over his alleged mortgage fraud. Here we go. Think about all that the greatest generation did, the values that had fought for when I think of what the country has stood for since, how we have defended democracy around the world, how we have come to the aid of our allies and friends. To see that all so shamefully betrayed is just heartbreaking. What will it take to? What will it take to?
Starting point is 00:45:43 to awake the conscience of this country. Is this now what America is? We are reduced to some kind of an extortionary protectionist racket, where a leader of a country whose citizens have fought and died valiantly standing up to a crumbling dictator is so abused, where we stand for nothing but using our might to extort the weak, or the vulnerable, is this where we are right now?
Starting point is 00:46:16 Because this is what we witnessed in the Oval Office today. Decades of hard work and sacrifice by our parents and grandparents all to be betrayed in such a tawdry fashion. If the President of the United States won't defend American allies and friends and interests, then the Congress needs to step up and do our damn job. Nobody knows what you're talking about, Adam. I think you might have had some kind of veiled reference there to all the stuff that came out that Tulsi just declassified. That basically, you know, you could have inverted that.
Starting point is 00:46:58 And if you were actually speaking against Obama, I would understand it because the fact that they used the Oval Office to actually weaponize intelligence against Donald Trump and thus against the American people. That's pretty gross and that's pretty disgusting. But then somehow you're also upset because you're in trouble. over your darn mortgage because you tried to save a lousy 50 bucks a month or whatever it was on your interest rate, you fool. Yeah, you're going to go down for that. You know, these people are beyond stupid. And you would think, I'm just saying, you would think. If you're in a rather public position, you might be extra careful. But not Adam Schiff, not any of these people, not Comey, not Brennan. Like, they think they can get away with anything because their team,
Starting point is 00:47:43 has been in charge. Well, guess what? There's a new sheriff in town. There is a new team in charge. And you guys are going to have a problem. Because you can't try and scam the U.S. taxpayer out of $50, $10 or $0.50 anymore. Latisha, she tried the same thing, for goodness sakes. Leticia James also pulling an Adam Schiff. And believe me, this one's fresh. This is 23 we're talking about where she put herself down in the power of attorney of having a residence in Virginia that was her primary residence. Oh, well, she was the Attorney General in the state of New York. Unbelievable to me, these people, what they'll try to get away with. Well, Letitia's going down too, and she knows it, which is why she's starting to freak out more and more
Starting point is 00:48:28 and more. I think her last appearance had her really channeling. Rev. Sharpton, does he give like consulting lessons on the side? Oh, is that what? Kamala paid $500? thousand dollars for or just an interview on MSNBC with the rev i don't know but they like it letitia james getting all kind of reverendee on us she's freaking out because she is going to be met with a really bad fate if not because of the alleged fraud if not because the second court of appeals in the state of new york is going to throw away her case possibly disbar her, but because she's also going to get voted out of office. I got the numbers. New Yorkers are done with her. Watch. You can come out, but you elected me to stand up. Continue to challenge
Starting point is 00:49:36 this administration. You elected me to stand up for the least of God's children. You elected me to continue fighting on, and I will fight on. You keep fighting, honey bunny, because it's not going to get you anywhere. Nope, I'm looking at the numbers, you guys. Take a look. Attorney General Letitia James in the most recent polling, she's not doing so well. Her favorables compared to the, I don't know, and the unfavorables. Overwhelmingly, the unfavorables and the don't knows suggest that Leticia James is going to be voted out of office there as AG. So that's a little tough love for her, but can you blame them? I mean, even the media is starting to turn. on her New York Magazine had a title story called Letitia James campaign on the ropes.
Starting point is 00:50:31 And then there was another one recently in the New York Times basically saying this is all of her own doing. I mean, when you're losing New York Magazine, when you're losing the New York Times, Leticia James, you've just lost. Because you see, people don't want you taking the $10 million of taxpayer money to have to go and fight your own personal case. It's your own personal mistake and your own personal business. when you buy a home and you decide to say via your power of attorney, oh, you say it's a mistake,
Starting point is 00:50:59 a mistake, nothing to see here, but she's the one that said that it was her primary residence. And did she benefit from a lower mortgage rate? This is another big question. I'm still, though, and I got to tell you guys, in all honesty, I'm really annoyed that we have not heard back from the Court of Appeals, and I find that super suspicious because I've showed you over and over again excerpts from that. I went through the entire tape and listened to Judith Vales. She was representing Letitia James in the appellate court and her side of things.
Starting point is 00:51:29 I heard what the judges. Five of them had to say. And they were pretty overwhelming in their total disgust for that case being brought against when Donald Trump, not to mention the $500 million plus that just grows every single day, right, with interest that he allegedly owes in this big fine. It'll all get eventually kicked out of court. But it bothers me that it hasn't happened already. And don't sit there and tell me that they're busy and that the docket is full because
Starting point is 00:51:51 this is a big one. And I suspect somebody is using this as some kind of collateral to hang out over his head. But even in that case, you know, if it eventually winds up in the Supreme Court, they're not going to have a leg to stand on. Not with Letitia James. Too many mistakes. Too rabid a prosecutor. And she does not deserve to have that job. Period. Full stop. But now they're calling on Latisha James to possibly investigate and sue CBS. Because CBS decided to get rid of Stephen Colbert. I mean, this is wild to me. You know, I get that they're communists over there in some parts of the country. But they think that you should have a show that doesn't make any money, continue to be in operation. That's a new one. Yeah. So they've got all these unions. The Writers Guild is asking New York Attorney General Letitia James to investigate
Starting point is 00:52:49 the Colbert cancellation, they want criminal prosecution. No, not criminal, forgive me. They just want an investigation. They're alleging that there was somehow some kind of Trump bribe that CBS did. The CBS was like, I want Colbert gone. Trust me, if he wanted anybody gone, it would have been 60 minutes. Okay, I think 60 minutes was a little bit higher on his radar scale than one Colbert. but Letitia James is now reportedly going to try and look into this one.
Starting point is 00:53:23 You know, Colbert, Stephen Colbert, he hated Trump a lot and he had that late-night show and he didn't really do that well. I mean, I guess his ratings were okay, probably not as good as Gutfelds, but he cost a fortune. So he was getting paid a ton of money, his staff was getting paid a ton of money, and they had to have that live studio audience for which they had bookers and entertainers. I actually went to it years ago. Like many, many, many, many, actually, that was Letterman. What am I saying?
Starting point is 00:53:47 So back when it was Letterman and that was still, you know, a CBS show, we're going way back. I mean, this is like 1999 and I was an analyst at Goldman Sachs and they were trying to entertain us and keep us happy because we were working all the time. And so somehow they got us tickets to this thing. And I just remember thinking, wow, there's a lot of work that goes into the studio audience for this show. That was Letterman. But similar type thing goes on with Colbert. And I want you to see this because he's kind of evolved. shall we say, over the years, evolved right into obliteration.
Starting point is 00:54:19 Donald Trump has been sworn in as president of the United States. I know, I know, I know, listen, listen, we're just as confused as you are. Joe Biden did it. I sat down and just started crying with relief. And Evie said you never have to talk about him again. And then I cried with joy. After a bizarre and vicious campaign fueled by a desperate need not to go to jail, Donald Trump has won the 2024 election. Next year will be our last season.
Starting point is 00:54:53 The network will be ending the late show in May. Sweet justice, right? Sweet Justin. I'm teasing. You know, the reality is everyone's like, oh, it's because, it's because he didn't like Trump. Well, there's a lot of people there at CBS that don't like Trump. don't think that he would be necessarily specifically sing singled out in that kind of way i don't think he's actually important enough he actually didn't have much of an online presence which was one of his
Starting point is 00:55:22 problems in fact you know i'd actually show you more clips from colbert full disclosure but his team would never let me i would get hit with copyright strikes whenever i showed colbert i think i'm able to show that montage because somebody else made it i think the maze account on Twitter, but it would be like, boom, boom, boom, they would get you for copyright. And it's like, guys, come on. It's 2025. You know, if you guys want to like cut and clip from my show, I totally let you. You're allowed to do that all you want. I'm not going to stand in the way of that. Again, with this idea that there's this freedom of speech, but Stephen Colbert wouldn't let anybody touch his stuff. I mean, even if you were on his side, you weren't allowed to
Starting point is 00:56:05 touch his stuff. Well, nowadays, if it can't go viral, then who cares? You're kind of irrelevant and his show is irrelevant and it was losing money and because it was losing so money they there's so much money i mean we're talking tens of millions somewhere around 20 to 30 or i've even seen some estimates as high as is 40 i mean they were losing a lot of money on this program and so the riders guild of america east and west they're all upset and they're going to letisha james tishie baby can you help us can you help us can you help us because we want an investigation to understand why this was canceled. And the members, they're basically writers on the Colbert program and they're upset. Well, here's the deal, guys. Guess what? You're a little union jobs as writers in these comedy things where,
Starting point is 00:56:51 by the way, he's not even coming up with his own darn jokes and everything is so scripted. That's over. Hello. We're up over 900,000. We're here on the Tushrigan show and we're growing and growing and every day. And why? Because it's real. It's authentic. And there's no scripts. And there's no telepromp. and there's nobody writing what I'm supposed to say or telling me what I'm supposed to say or scripting a joke for me, thank you very much. If I'm funny, it's all me. All totally me. So the guild is all upset.
Starting point is 00:57:23 The writers are out of a job. They had a good gig going. They were costing, however, CBS, all kinds of money. And so they got canceled. Yep, they got canceled. And, you know, I would just say that they don't say. seem to understand the writers in the union that when you have a show that does not perform, this is embarrassing for him, frankly.
Starting point is 00:57:45 I mean, for goodness sakes, you couldn't make a go of it, Stephen? What kind of operation are you running? I mean, really? Losing tens of millions of dollars a year, buddy boy? What kind of operation are you running? And then your writers, and perhaps Letitia James, think you ought to stay in business, even though you're losing tens of millions of dollars? I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:58:06 They had something like a $100 million budget. and then they're losing 30. That's not how you stay in business. Meanwhile, you look at all the stuff that's happening right here on YouTube, right? And there's people that are way funnier and way more interesting. And they don't have to pay their staff of union expensive writers that expect to fly first class and this, that and the other in their union contract. Times have changed.
Starting point is 00:58:32 And guess what? Colbert, buddy, you didn't keep up with it. And you allowed your show to descend in default. financial chaos. So I don't think you're going to have a leg to stand down, but you know, it's never stopped Letitia. Latisha James, who might actually be able to get a little bit more PR out of this one. I'm sure she's circling the wagons. I can sue CBS. Won't this be fun? I want to find out exactly why they got rid of this guy. I think it's going to be even more embarrassing for him because they're going to see how badly mismanaged his show was. I'll tell you one thing. He's not the only one.
Starting point is 00:59:06 Jimmy Kimmel over there at ABC, I have a feeling you might be next, because you're costing a pretty penny too. Nobody watches. Nobody watches anymore. I mean, I think that Fox's experiment with Gutfeld has proved it all out. You don't need to have the big expensive union-based network show anymore. You can actually do a much more powerful show that's actually funny for a whole lot less money. So Jimmy, bye-bye, bye-bye. We're not going to miss you.
Starting point is 00:59:36 Stephen Colbert, we're definitely not going to miss you. Who's that other guy? He actually grew up in my cousin's hometown in New Hampshire. He used to be on 60 Minutes. Forgive me, what am I saying 60 Minutes? He used to be on Saturday Night Live. Oh, gosh. What's his name, guys?
Starting point is 00:59:54 My aunt caught him once drinking underage in her basement. He got a whole lot of trouble, a whole lot of trouble. And he's a really mean little dude because he went. after me pretty hard back in March 2020. And I'm like, but buddy, like you're from New Hampshire. There's not that many of us. Come on. Gosh, do you know who I'm talking about? He's another one who has like a late night show. This shows you how irrelevant these people are, right? Yeah, he had some show. He used to be on Saturday Night Live, and now he's on another network, and I'm betting that this guy's going to go to. Bye, bye, bye, bye. We don't need any of you anymore.
Starting point is 01:00:32 By the way, everybody's watching TV over here. I told you this. I was at the airport and was recognized twice, not, not because I used to work at any of those networks, but because it's people that are watching the YouTube show. And they're like, hey, Trish, you know, where are you going? I said, I'm going to be over in Ireland. And they're like, you're still going to do the show, right? I've seen you. I remember when you were in New Hampshire and you were doing the show. I remember last year when you were in Ireland, you were doing the show. Somebody mentioned to me when I was in Italy. Do you guys remember last summer? I was in Italy and I sent the kids out for ice cream for dilato and I gave him a few euros and said,
Starting point is 01:01:08 don't come back for an hour. I'm going to be live. And they were banging on the door. I'm like, okay, stop the presses. Those are the kids. Anyway, it's very real. It's very authentic here. And that's what's thank you. No, is it Jimmy Fallon? It's not Jimmy Fallon. That's the ABC guy, Donna. There's another one. There's another one that I can't think of. He's from Bedford, New Hampshire, originally. Seth, that's it. Seth Myers. I was going to say, the kind of skinny little face. Seth Myers, who's so not funny. Again, another one who has all his jokes written for him.
Starting point is 01:01:39 We don't need these people anymore. We need more creativity. I mean, the Atlantic. As soon as this story came out, they were all over it. They're trying to suggest it somehow. This is just CBS acquiescing to one Donald Trump. They rallied to his side. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 01:01:53 What are we going to do without Stephen Colbert in the business? I don't know, guys. I think you're going to be just fine. I think there's plenty of people ready, able, and willing to replace him right here on YouTube, actually, Paramond, Skydant, executives have demonstrated that they aren't interested in defending CBS's journalism or its editorial independence to the detriment, not of the network's historical reputation, not only to the reputation,
Starting point is 01:02:14 but also to the excellent journalists still working there. I'm sorry, Colbert's not a journalist. Okay. I know you want to go off on all that, but they didn't cancel 60 minutes yet. I mean, they probably will, or they'll totally revamp it. Interestingly enough, Skydance, if it comes in, it actually has a guy that used to run NBC that it wants running CBS and revamping the entire thing. Jeff, maybe Jeff Scull, anyway, Jeff Zucker is part of that team that would be coming in as well. And, you know, Jeff Zucker used to run NBC and also CNN and drove both places kind of into the ground. So we'll see if he's able to salvage CBS. I doubt it.
Starting point is 01:02:55 But in the case of the Atlantic, they're trying to make more of this than it is. They're trying to say that this is journalism. I'm sorry, the guy's not a journalist. He's a comedian and a bad one at that. So sure, okay, maybe Leticia James takes this one on because she'll get a little bit more attention and we can all get a good laugh out of it. You know, she hasn't been in the news very much lately.
Starting point is 01:03:15 Perhaps this will keep her. Thank you so much. Le Miranda, appreciate the generosity. You guys are asking if I'm running into Rosie O'Donnell here. I've been looking for her. You know, nobody really knows her here. Isn't that interesting? She's definitely like under the radio.
Starting point is 01:03:29 are, forgive me. I don't have commercial breaks anymore. So the reality is sometimes like the gulps of water that I would take when I was on set in in normal TV land, you guys see all that too. So there's no commercial. I just go and go and go and go and go. And so, you know, occasionally I have to get a gulp of water in there. You know, I'm a little dehydrated. I've been traveling for the last several days. I would say this. Rosie O'Donnell is not really doing Ireland any favors, but nobody really seems to notice that she's here. She's a far bigger deal, shall we say, in the U.S. than she's ever been here in Ireland. But I just want to say that, you know, the truth about Colbert is he was losing money. And in any kind of business,
Starting point is 01:04:19 you cannot continue to operate if you're losing money. It just, it's again, why we love our sponsors here on the show and why I'm thankful for your constant, you know, I'm here every single day I'm live and you guys have been subscribing and sharing and getting the word out and all of that's really important because you know you're not going to I mean I do sort of do this as a labor of love but you know it's also a business and I'm a red blood American capitalist I don't believe that you should be running Colbert if he's losing 30 million dollars a year period and a story and that's all going to come out and we're going to find out the real reason it just kind of sucked as a businessman maybe the ratings were okay enough but if the show
Starting point is 01:05:00 show can't make money, then what are you doing? Thank you very much. I mean, and this is what we're saying throughout the entire media industry. So there's a lot more firings in my estimation to come. We've talked a lot about CNN. I do think that you're going to see a lot of those anchors be either in a situation where they're getting their salaries cut or they're going to have to diversify and maybe take on podcasts outside of the network. Should the network allow them to do that in order to kind of amplify their revenue somehow? Because CNN is not going to be able to pay them. And this is already been articulated throughout the media in this particular Washington Free Beacon story. You also see it, for example, Warner Brothers being the parent company, has already warned that
Starting point is 01:05:40 it's siphoning off its cable businesses into what is being called global networks. And then they're going to have more promising assets be siphoned off into something different. So they're going to have this breakup. It's happening sometime mid next year. And consequently, you know, the dying business. is dying and it's kind of slowly going away and it means that you're going to keep people there because it still prints money let's face it in other words the cable providers still pay CNN or MSNBC or any of these companies fox a little bit of money for each household they have and not a
Starting point is 01:06:17 little bit of money it's actually a decent amount of money it's decent enough that they can't actually pull the cord themselves and say to heck with it we're going to get rid of these engagements and all of these contracts and we're going to go on our own and just do everything we can within the streaming atmosphere. They don't have the luxury of doing that because it's still a decent enough business. But what's going to happen is they're going to cut expenses, cut expenses, cut expenses. And this is what you're seeing. I've told you guys about this reporter who is not a very good reporter, but nonetheless you got some little tidbit about the CNN employees are actually having to, this is great. These CNN employees are going to have to actually start submitting expenses.
Starting point is 01:06:55 I should say receipts when they submit their expenses. Who the heck works in a business where you don't have to submit receipts? I've never even heard of such a thing, honestly. And I've worked at a lot of news networks, you know, not CNN, fortunately. But who knew at CNN? You don't even have to turn in the receipts. Woo-hoo. Well, no wonder they're failing.
Starting point is 01:07:21 No wonder these businesses are so tried. But of course, they put garbage on the air all the time and they try to tell you one thing when, in fact, it's another. And they continue putting these idiots. This one in particular wants you to believe the egg prices are actually going up under Donald Trump when she's so dead wrong. Watch. I do think the panic over this report today is unwarranted. But I do think data is worth watching every month. But it's not.
Starting point is 01:07:48 It seems like a lot of panic for no reason. You're getting matched reports every month. It's not panic when we were promised on August 15th of last year that the price of eggs, that the price of bacon and the price of apple. Actually, eggs, eggs year over year, sorry, year over year. Oh, last year? Yeah, or up 27%. They're down.
Starting point is 01:08:07 I'm sorry. Because they took office, they're down. But if year over year, year over year. You promise when you took office, they would go down. Hold on. Let's not fight about statistics here. She's right. Year over year.
Starting point is 01:08:17 They are up significantly. Let's not fight over statistics. let's not fight over facts. I mean, facts don't matter here on CNN. What do we care? Oh, year over year, they're up. Forget about the fact that they've gone down ever since Donald Trump got into office. That might be kind of relevant because, you know, if you look at year over year, then you have to actually include Biden's egg prices. Check this out. I mean, this is the chart that's actually relevant. And I just find this to be such a wonderful example of how idiotic these people really are. And the idea that they're going to sit there and tell you with a straight face that it's
Starting point is 01:08:53 Donald Trump's fault that egg prices are still up 27 percent year over year when you'll look at that massive decline. That tells you everything you need to know, but they're dishonest. They're really, really, really dishonest people. I'm looking at the market right now, all of which is higher. You're still seeing the Dow, the S&P moving up, moving up, moving up. Look, we got a lot of good stuff going on. And this is why I think you're seeing Trump soar in the polls. It's why you're seeing Trump, you're seeing so many people excited about all the good stuff, right, that's happening right now. Oil price is actually moving up a little bit, too. I think there's an expectation that the economy is going to continually get better. And as the economy gets better, you're going to see more of a
Starting point is 01:09:34 booming energy sector right here in the U.S. of A. And isn't that great, right? I mean, if we can be more prosperous and we can bring poverty down, we've got, you know, an economy that's booming. And a lot of this is not just because of the policies that Trump is putting forward, but also because of the effects of those policies, right? So when he comes out and says, I'm going to drill, I'm going to drill baby drill, and I'm going to allow for shale and I'm going to allow for better technology within the energy industry. That's a pretty good thing. And I know everybody wants to say the energy industry is terrible and bad and this, that, and the other. And I'll just say this. Without the energy industry, we wouldn't be living the lifestyle that we have. You know, it's funny, because again,
Starting point is 01:10:17 I'm here in Ireland. During one of the sound bites, I had to like run over and press one of the buttons for the lights because I think if there's not a certain amount of motion in the room, it actually turns off all the lights and it's, you know, they're conservative everything here. They're very, very into conservation. I get it. But I would just say this. Without energy, without fossil fuels, without all this stuff, we don't really have the advantages that we have, right? Because all our clean water systems are powered by fossil fuels. Our food supply chains are powered by fossil fuels. Our drivers are obviously powered by fossil fuels. And so you get activists that want to just blame fossil fuels for everything under the sun. And I'm like, okay,
Starting point is 01:11:00 but it's not all bad guys. And you can't throw the baby out of the bathwater. So I'm a little tired of it. And if you're tired of it, you may want to look at this too, because there's some really good facts here at oilfax.com. This is brought to you by none other than the NASDAQ listed Prairie Operating Company. It's called the Prairie Operating Company. It's a kind of high growth, low-cost provider of safe, alternative, responsible American energy in the shale sector, which is just booming in terms of its technology. So go check out more at oilfax.com. I digress, nonetheless, my point being that egg prices are coming down. And Trump is so because he's doing good stuff.
Starting point is 01:11:41 He's doing what he promised he'd do. And even though there's been some noise on the Epstein stuff, which I warned you about, this is not good, this is not good. I know some people that were like, you know, into it in the beginning. I think that that story is dying a slow death because here's the reality.
Starting point is 01:11:56 The base likes him. The base is with him. We're not going anywhere. Just ask Harry Anton over at CNN. I mean, look, I think this one surprised me a bit because of all these complaints online, going after Trump and the Epstein Fasje, you might think his approval ratings were going down with Republicans. If anything, they're going up. Republicans who approve of Trump, look at our
Starting point is 01:12:17 CNN poll. The prior one, 86 percent, the one out this week, 88 percent with Republicans. How about Quinnipiac? The prior poll, 87 percent approved of Republicans, this week out, 90 percent with Republicans. If anything, Donald Trump's approval rating has gone up since this whole Epstein saga started. He is at the apex, or close there too, in terms of his popularity with Republican voters, Epstein files, complaints, or not. You just prove that not everything online is real. Yes. Who knew?
Starting point is 01:12:46 Who knew? Amazing. Twitter and X are not reality. Is there any reason that you can find that this hasn't taken hold and hurt him? Yeah. I mean, on X, all you hear about is the Epstein files. But how about out in the real public? Republicans who said the top issue was Epstein case, the answer is one.
Starting point is 01:13:05 One. And not one percent. One. One respondent, this is a great little finding that Ariel Edwards Levy, who of course is part of our polling unit found. Just one single Republican said that the nation's top problem is, in fact, the Epstein case. Not much of a surprise that, therefore, Donald Trump's approval rating has not suffered with Republicans because of the Epstein case. Because the bottom line is, most Americans say it's not high up on their priority list. There's this new CNN polling out today that says quite a bit.
Starting point is 01:13:34 Just 28% of Americans view the Democratic Party favorably. And the context of that is that is the lowest mark for Democrats in the history of CNN's polling going back to 1992. And for Democrats, they have a lot more work to do to win back favorability within their ranks within the party than Republicans do. Yeah, they do. And now it just got worse, given what Tulsi Gabbard has discovered. it's gotten worse. All while the market does better, we get crypto legislation through, we've got energy markets showing that, you know what, we can once again drill in the United States of America. It's all good. Just ask the founder of Home Depot.
Starting point is 01:14:22 One of the greatest guys, he's just the salt of the earth. You know, he started by digging ditches. That's how he got his start. This is a man who understands and respects capitalism and respects this country and respects Donald Trump. Watch. Look, let me tell you right now, I am sold on Trump. In fact, I'll say this. I think he's got a good shot at going down in history as one of our best presidents ever. That is a real turnaround because you didn't want to vote for him. I tell you the reason. I want to tell you, I'm a believer. What I'm seeing happening is absolutely nothing short of a great thing.
Starting point is 01:15:01 And there's a beat. People are walking with more bouncing. It's all around. I gave you quite a bit of grief. Huh? I gave you grief. You gave me grief? I gave you grief when it was a binary choice. You're still complaining about Trump, and it was a binary choice.
Starting point is 01:15:15 It's like, are you kidding me? Knowledge implies one thing. When you made a mistake, admit it. Okay. I think this guy is turning out to be a president. Right. One of the pilots on that miraculous trip to Iran, we wiped out, whatever the hell, we wiped out.
Starting point is 01:15:32 He said, you're the only guy in the presidency that would have been. done what you did. One of the pilots said that. Yeah. And you know what? He's probably right. Pretty great, right? I mean, and Ken, Ken knows his stuff. Look, there's a lot of reasons to be excited about everything that's going on right now for sure.
Starting point is 01:15:53 If you have not subscribed to this program, please make sure you do. We're up over 900. I'm kind of hoping while I'm in Ireland, we can get to a million. It's hard, though, guys. I've got to tell you. Maybe Don has some perspective on this. like it's gotten harder as we've gotten closer. I thought it would get easier, you know, because of the volume. But I almost think that like, you know, look, maybe they're holding out on me because
Starting point is 01:16:16 a million's a big deal. I mean, I think you get a plaque and everything. My son told me that. I'm going to get a gold plaque, a gold plaque. But they're making it kind of, so do what you can, anything you can to just put the word out and just remind people that I'm here live every single day. I just really think that we're on to something and we've created something and it's pretty cool. It's all happening at like a very exciting point in history.
Starting point is 01:16:45 And, you know, we're coming up on the 250th, 250th anniversary of America, which means I'm going to have to come out with more patriotic songs, right? This is a recording of me singing America the Beautiful. But you think of all the great things that we have been able to accomplish in 250 years. Why are we the envy of the world? We're the envy of the world because of capitalism. Because we recognize the strength in humanity and the weaknesses in humanity and the selfishness, frankly, in humanity as well. But we take all that together and we combine it to create something that no one else has been able to do.
Starting point is 01:17:30 here I am in Ireland right now. You know, everyday folks, they couldn't even buy land until the mid-1920s. You couldn't buy or own anything, right? Because the British were in charge. The monarchy was in charge if you had certain connections, if you were from a certain family, et cetera. But they didn't have the opportunity to do what we've been able to do now for nearly 250 years, thanks to the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution, for goodness sakes.
Starting point is 01:17:58 That is the brilliance of our founding. Founding fathers and what they were able to put in place has become the envy of the world. We are the economic engine of the world. We enjoy the highest standard of living and we do that all because of them and because of our Constitution. And so when the left wants to fly in the face of that or put a communist into the mayoral position in New York City or you get the Chicago mayor saying, you know, the heck with the Constitution, We don't need to abide by that. I take offense. That's wrong.
Starting point is 01:18:38 Very wrong. So happy birthday America. We're going to celebrate all year long. You can learn some interesting ways to celebrate. For me, it's singing. At Take One Small Step.com. AFP. We had a gentleman from AFP on the show just the other day talking about all this good stuff.
Starting point is 01:18:58 And they can give you some ideas. Sometimes it's just, you know, going and knocking on a neighbor. door and reminding them how lucky we are, right? But I'll tell you, when I look at my portfolio, I remember how lucky we are. I hope you're looking at your portfolio too. 76 research, my company, 76research.com. This was creative for all of you. We have no, there's no kickback for anything. You know, a lot of banks, et cetera, and they publish their research notes, let's just say they're on both sides of the equation. That's not happening here. All we want is for you to succeed. and for you to make money.
Starting point is 01:19:34 And sure enough, you have been, if you've been investing with us, we don't actually invest for you. I want to make that very, very clear. We just give you our thoughts and our research. It's myself and my colleague Rob Horton, who worked years and years and years on Wall Street, managing billions of dollars, and just take a look at this portfolio,
Starting point is 01:19:52 just all kinds of good stuff there for you. So go check it out. 76research.com, use code word dollar. And guys, if you have not, please make sure that you subscribe to this show. It is really, really important. As I said, as we're trying to get to that million subscriber mark. I'm really, you know, this is no marketing.
Starting point is 01:20:12 This is just you and me here every day. And, you know, some loyal folks here that have been tuning in from the very beginning. So thank you. Yeah, Joanne, you didn't know I could sing. I actually, here's a little tidbit about me. I wanted to be an opera singer. That's why I drink so much water. In all seriousness, yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:32 I mean, this is exactly what you want your teenage daughter wanting to do, right? Because I have never had a cigarette. I never did anything. Like, I would never drink. I would never do any of that stuff because I was walking around, forgive me, with my voice all the time. So I joke that this was like, my parents had it so good. They had it so easy because, you know, if your daughter wants to be an opera singer, like, she's like, my voice, my voice, my voice. She has to get enough sleep. She has to take care of herself. Anyway, drink a lot of water, all that good stuff. But that's what I actually originally wanted to do. do. And somehow along the way, wound up getting interested in finance. And then, you know, if you combine the opera background with the financial background, suddenly you wind up in the news media. And I got to say, sometimes this is looking pretty operatic to me, right? Given what we've just found out from Tulsi Gabbard, that's like operative. That's like Puccini level drama, okay? So yes, I do sing and I want to do more
Starting point is 01:21:31 of it. I've got to do more of it. Don Backa says, I strongly recommend planning a one million marathon stream when you reach 990,000. That's a great idea. And bring on some good guests. We can do that. Yeah, you know, we're trying to bring on guests here. You guys are funny. Somebody said this to me the other day. They were like, I really like your show because it's just all you and you like really tell us what you think and this, that and the other. And, you know, I like guests. Believe me, I like guess but, you know, then you're really dependent on the guests. And sometimes, you know, as long as you don't have a dozy, I guess you're fine. I know I can count on you and me to keep the conversation going, right? And then we take our little quick clips, but I will bring on some
Starting point is 01:22:16 guests because this is, I mean, I'd love to even bring some of you guys on because you have been here from the beginning and you've been such a part of this show. So thank you for everything you do. We are getting very close, very, very close to a million. and I can't believe it. I just can't believe it. This is the future. You're part of it. I'm part of it. And we're in it together. As I said, on the front lines of history, make sure you subscribe, share, like, hit the bell so you know when I'm live. I'm shooting for around 1230 U.S. time here in Ireland. I'm five hours ahead. So it's time to go get some dinner. I'm going to head out to one of the pubs, I think, in Killarney. I want to hear myself a little live Irish music. How about that?
Starting point is 01:22:58 Oh, and then there's a great song, right? Tor Laura. Do you guys know that? Great lullaby. I'm going to have to record that one, too, over in Killarney many years ago. Anyway, I will see you live again from Ireland tomorrow with much, much more. Can't wait. Until then, adios.
Starting point is 01:23:17 Or how do we say? I'm going to have to learn the word for bye in Irish. Thank you. I'll see you tomorrow.
