Starting point is 00:00:01 Some serious breaking news to report for you today here on the Trish Regan show. This administration isn't messing around. Pam Bondi's not messing around. Pam Bondi in her very first press conference announcing charges against some key people in New York, including one Kathy Holtzul and including one, Letitia James. It's happening, you guys. Here we are. Welcome to the program, everyone.
Starting point is 00:00:27 Good to have you here. Pam Bondi, not messing around. first news conference out and what is she doing she's filing charges leticia watch out we're here today because we have filed charges against the state of new york we have filed charges against kathy hokel we have filed charges against leticia james and mark schroeder who is with dmv this is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms, like the mom standing right behind me, who you're going to hear from in a moment. New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today. Wow. By the way,
Starting point is 00:01:17 it is of note that those are angel moms behind her. In other words, people who have lost their children as a result of illegals that are here in this country committing crimes. We know of nearly 700,000 that are here in this country, 50,000 of whom are believed to have committed murder, 20,000 of whom ICE believes have committed sexual assault. And we're not even talking about, you know, you're here illegally, therefore, you're already in violation of the law. These are the people that they know are a problem, 650,000. some on thousand, Pam Bondi saying, you know what? Enough is enough. Enough is enough. You guys are encouraging this. You are putting Americans in harm way by doing so. In fact, let's just go to the
Starting point is 00:02:06 record. I mean, Leticia James said this herself. Did she not in a tweet where she was going on about how we have our laws in New York and how we're going to protect our people in New York? She's actually standing in violation of federal laws because I'll tell you one thing. If there's one thing that the federal government has the opportunity to do. It is to go after. Yes, it is to go after people who are here illegally because guess what? The feds are in charge of our border and the feds are in charge of who's in this country and it doesn't get to be a decision made by the states. It doesn't get to be a decision made by the likes of one Letitia James, even though she, she clearly thinks differently, right? not only does this administration's new policy put people at risk, but it is plainly unconstitutional.
Starting point is 00:03:00 No, you know what? It's not because, hey, we just showed you the Constitution. Maybe she's just not that good a lawyer, not that bright. She's very political article one. Section 8, Clause 4 of the Constitution. Guess what? You can go to Commerce Clause, too, if you want, okay, lady? I'm not a trained legal scholar, but this is pretty basic stuff. The U.S. government has the ability to control its borders and who is here. And New York's Attorney General Letitia James does not have that right, nor does the governor of New York. They can't make up their own rules as far as that goes. Hey, you'll want to know why Governor Abbott down in Texas was struggling when they were taken down the wall and he couldn't do anything about it. He's trying to put it
Starting point is 00:03:38 back up because guess what? The feds are in charge of it. Biden was in charge of it. Donald Trump is now in charge and Pam Bondi is his attorney general. And she's, As I said, not messing around. Let's go back to the news conference. You hear her saying, guess what? We're coming for you. This is serious. We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York.
Starting point is 00:04:02 We have filed charges against Kathy Hockel. We have filed charges against Latisha James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV. This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms, like the mom standing right behind me, who you're going to hear from in a moment. New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today. Truly amazing. I mean, what, he's been in office three weeks.
Starting point is 00:04:39 She's been there, what, maybe a week? And she's already coming out swinging. But this is a team that's actually ready to do what it needs to do. I mean, this is a very different administration than you saw the first time around. He's been there, done that. He's been there, done that, and he's coming back ready and equipped, clearly, with what he needs in order to get the job done. This came up recently, one of his former attorneys, Mike Davis, speaking with our friend,
Starting point is 00:05:07 Benny Johnson, saying, you know what, Tish James, you're going to be in trouble. And sure enough, she's in trouble. Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General. I dare you. I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term, because listen here, sweetheart, we're not messing around this time, and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights. And I promise you that. So think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump's constitutional rights or any other Americans constitutional rights. It's not going to happen. And you know what? It is other Americans constitutional rights. When you say you have 650,000 people that are known criminals living in this country, and what are you doing in New York? You're giving them 59 million. That was the latest and greatest, right, that we discovered. FEMA apparently, caught in a check. Those people,
Starting point is 00:06:03 four people, were fired as a result of it, doge exposing that $59 million going to New York City luxury hotels so that they could continue to pay migrant spills. That puts you, very much at odds with what the feds are trying to do here. And then on top of that, you think about all the states out there that are leaking, leaking, leaking, leaking, telling people, oh, there's going to be a raid here, there's going to be a raid there. Look, this is something that Tom Homan keeps bringing up. He's accusing now the FBI of leaking, and he has made it very clear. He's working with Pam Bondi to address these leakers because they are standing in the way of the federal government doing its job. Leticia James has proven what a menace she is to society. But think about
Starting point is 00:06:49 the innocent people in New York, the angel mom standing behind Pam Bondi, whose children would be alive today. If it weren't for the criminals coming into the country, this is something that Steve Bannon touched on yesterday saying that, frankly, the existential threat to this administration right now is indeed Letitia James, and they need to get that under-controgram. They need to charge her. She is in violation of the law. The existential threat to President Trump's administration, and I mean Doge, Elon Moss, Secretary Treasury Bessent, Russ Votes, Stephen Miller, all of his people. The existential threat is right here in this city. It is the queen of lawfare. It's Latisha James. Right now,
Starting point is 00:07:34 Sauris has a DA that's running unopposed. He can call a grand jury at any time. He can and he can set up criminal charges on the most bogus efforts. Letitia James runs this deal. She's got a pliant media right here, pliant left-wing media. She's got a jury pool of only left-wing radicals in the upper west side of this city. And she's got the judges.
Starting point is 00:07:56 She's got all of it. And I'm calling on. I'm calling on right now the Attorney General Pam Bonnie to begin an immediate criminal investigation to Leticia James, Alvin Bragg, all of it for what they did to President Trump. President Trump on his true social day laid it out once again.
Starting point is 00:08:14 The existential threat to his administration is this queen of lawfare, Letitia James, and how she and how she has absolutely total control. And Doge and Elon Musk and Scott Besson and all of them ought to be worried about this out of control city. Thank you very much. I'll tell you. Bannon's right. Pam Bondi's doing her job, by the way. She's out there coming out swinging very first press.
Starting point is 00:08:39 conference, as I said. But, you know, consider all that's been happening. Consider how there's been these warnings, right? A couple of ice raids were supposed to happen, but yet they didn't. They didn't because people were getting tipped off. And Tom Homan's like, enough is enough. You know, you can't do that. That's actually the thing that's going to land you back in jail yourselves. I mean, he thinks it's coming from the FBI. Take a listen here. What is our? Tom Holman. Tom, Tom, where are these leaks coming from? Well, look, we think it's come from inside. And we know the first leak of a war is under current investigation. We think we identify that person under investigation right now. The California League, Secretary of Noam,
Starting point is 00:09:23 she's correct. Some of the information we're receiving tends to lead toward the FBI. But I talked to Deputy Turner General all this weekend. They've opened up a criminal investigation, and they have promised that not only this person and lose their job and lose her pension, they're going to go to jail. They're going to criminal prosecute. So we're all over it. They're all over it.
Starting point is 00:09:46 You hear that, Letitia? I think she's actually in jeopardy. Pam Bondy making it very clear she was going to go after the leakers as well. We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York. We have filed charges against Kathy Hokel. We have filed charges against Latisha James and Mark Schroeder, who is with D. EMV. So listen, it is a whole new ballgame and these people aren't messing around. Meanwhile,
Starting point is 00:10:13 Letitia has a whole bunch of other things that she ought to be really, really concerned about right now because there are growing allegations about her and her financial dealings, real estate dealings, and even campaign dealings. Okay, here's Roger Stone. Now, it's Roger Stone, but he's a New York Attorney General. Tish James. is in deep, bad word. Deep, you know what? Campaign finance fraud, personal financial fraud, and the cover up, the sexual assault will take her down. Cover up of, whoa, okay. And then you get this one. Also from Roger, careful examination of New York Attorney General Letitius James Financial Disclosure shows that she inflated the value of her assets in order to get mortgages on various
Starting point is 00:10:56 commercial properties, exactly what she falsely accused Donald Trump of doing. All right. Can't make it up. Donald Trump, meanwhile, coming out some 24 hours ago, saying New York is the most corrupt state in the union. That is why so many businesses are leaving. This is why so many businesses don't want to have anything to do with this. So many judges and politicians are working to help fix New York to stop the kind of lawfare that was launched against me from falsely valuing Mar-a-law. Go at $18 million when it's worth perhaps many multiples of that. of course you consider what just went down yesterday, which was the release of news that there is a property next door to Mar-a-Lago that's on the market, just the dirt, nothing on it, no house, nothing, for $200 million.
Starting point is 00:11:45 And so how is Letitia coming up with $18 million? I mean, it seems grossly, grossly irresponsible. But if you listen to what some are saying on, oh, I think this website is called white-collar crime, Lettisha's got a host of problems, according to them. they're accusing her of a lot, for example. Perhaps some fraudulent activity is it relates to her campaign. Letitia James and Working Families Party, luxury travel and creative accounting according to this site that,
Starting point is 00:12:15 you know, there was this amazing, uncanny knack or ability to somehow be doing business on Martha's Vineyard in August during, you know, like prime time, the most expensive time to go to Martha's Vineyard is August. And somehow, Letitia's can. campaign is there and they're renting a house, office space, office space, rent in hotel rooms, more office space, I guess. At the same time, you get the working families party doing this, and then, you know, they're going through this and they're saying, gee, you know, like, why are you having these luxury stays, Letitia? That doesn't really add up. Martha's Vineyard House rental,
Starting point is 00:12:53 house stay for the working party. I mean, look at this, $2,000, $725, right in the middle of August, again, $1,878, hotel stay. You know, it adds up. So people are asking questions about that, if you would. And then the other thing, as you heard from the tweet that was retweeted, I should point out, by none other than Donald Trump. Look at who is at the top of that letterhead. This is the tweet that came from Roger Stone saying that if you look at these records, she was actually doing some funny business as far as her own real estate was concerned. And what he's referring to is actually this right here, where somehow, she has declared property value, and then she's got a couple of mortgages on a property. He's like,
Starting point is 00:13:35 wait a second, if the declared property value is only between 100 and 150K, this is some kind of vacation property that she was supposed to be renting out, leave in Virginia, and he's like, how is it that you would have so much more in mortgages? Why would it be double in mortgages? That doesn't make any sense unless you were somehow inflating the assets. And then he also pointed this out, that according to her calendar year disclosures, the property's value surged by 42% between 21 and 22. And that doesn't really make sense, given that, well, the city is telling a very different story. They actually showed a decrease in the property's value down nearly 8%. So, which is it, Letitia? Were you just trying to increase the value in order to get a better deal on mortgages?
Starting point is 00:14:20 Look like you had a little more collateral? I mean, you know, she did it. She probably did. I still go back to this. Donald Trump had absolutely every right to value more. however he saw fit, and I would just say the responsibility or the onus is on the bank that's making the loan to determine whether it's really worth that sense. That would be their collateral. By the way, I'm still waiting for the darn judges in this one. This is in the Court of Appeals for New York, and everybody's so damn slow. They're not doing what they ought to do, but they know the answer, right?
Starting point is 00:14:52 We know the answer because you can go back to September. I mean, they wouldn't even let Judith Vale, who was the attorney for Letitia James. because you see, Letitia's does a politician. She doesn't argue in the appellate court. She couldn't even get a word out. They cut her right off. You know what? This case has no merit.
Starting point is 00:15:08 There was no victim. May it please the court, Judith Vail, for the New York Attorney General's office. All of the defendants repeatedly violated... Ms. Vail, can you identify any previous case which the Attorney General sued under Executive Law, 632, to upset a private business transaction that was between equally sophisticated partners,
Starting point is 00:15:29 with the supposed victim had the ability and legal obligation to discover the allegedly misrepresented matters by conducting its own due diligence, where the supposed wrongdoer advised the supposed victim through written disclaimers to conduct its own due diligence and to draw its own conclusions, where the alleged misrepresentation almost entirely concerned inherently subjective valuations of properties and businesses. Yes. And where the victim never complained about any fraud of the transactional losses from it. Because I've gone through the cases which you've cited, and all of them always involved the consumer protection aspect.
Starting point is 00:16:10 It involved protection of the market. And I want to add to his question, and little to no impact on the public marketplace. In other words, there wasn't a victim. Leticia James completely made something up to go after somebody that she did not want to, become the President of the United States. That was really pretty darn clear. And the appellate judges, they know it. In the Court of Appeals, they're like, wait, what is this? This sounds like a private case. What is this doing in the hands of Letitia James? It was using... I'm sorry, but what's being described sounds an awful lot like a potential
Starting point is 00:16:45 commercial dispute between private actors. Well, to go back to the first question about whether there's other examples of this, there are other examples of this. In the first American case, the Attorney General brought a 6312 case where the transaction at issue was between a very big bank, Wells Fargo, and a professional appraisal firm. But it wasn't the concern there that the public would ultimately be negatively impacted and affected by what those corporate actors were doing? And that concern is here as well, because when you have hidden risks getting injected into the market, that hurts the market and honest participants in the market.
Starting point is 00:17:24 And the legislature also decided, contrary to what defendants think, that making sure that business in New York stays honest is the way to attract and keep business in New York. So to that point, the executive law 6312, I just want to read a section of it. Well, not exactly, but was enacted to promote and protect honesty and integrity. It's the same question I asked the other side in commercial marketplaces in New York by stopping fraudulent and illegal businesses. To accomplish this purpose, the statute authorizes the Attorney General to bring civil enforcement proceedings on behalf of the people, whenever any person shall engage in repeated fraudulent or illegal acts or otherwise demonstrate persistent fraudulent or illegality in the carrying on conducting or transacting of business. I don't read harm or threat of harm in that, but the other side is saying, that that is to be read into the statute. Are there any cases where the language harm or threat
Starting point is 00:18:31 to harm limits the scope of the Attorney General? No, Your Honor, not as to liability and not in cases like this where what the Attorney General is seeking is injunctive relief and disgorgement. Okay. So we're still waiting. Okay, we're still waiting on the Court of Appeals to slap her down there. It should have happened a while ago. I guess you get a bunch of scaredy cats, but bottom line, at least you got Pam Bondi, who again is coming forward now with charges against New York's governor, Kathy Hochel. She's got charges against Letitia James, charges against the head of the DMV because why they are in the way of the feds doing their job, they are not protecting the citizens that live there in New York.
Starting point is 00:19:23 You can't have 650,000 known criminals in the country. 50,000 of whom are believed to have committed homicide and 20,000 sexual assault. I mean, that doesn't work, okay? And Donald Trump ran on cleaning up the border and getting people that are here criminally out. And that's exactly what he's doing. She, meanwhile, Letitia James is doubling down on all her politics. He's called me venomous. We will fight back to your attempt to bring Trumpism to New York City.
Starting point is 00:20:01 He's called me disgraceful. A respect that they start. He's called me radical. Listen, yes. We know he's crazy. He's called me a racist. We've got to stand up to an administration, which is too male, too pale, and too stale. Too pale and too stale.
Starting point is 00:20:54 Two male, too pale, and too stale. Thank you. Okay. You know what? I know you don't want to see that, but you have to see that because you need to understand the context around this woman. You need to understand what a political animal she is and how she used and abused the law. Lawfare, as you might call it. She used and abused it to try and get rid of Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:21:18 Same thing going down with Alvin Brack. Same thing going on with Fannie Willis. She was not as successful because of her own indiscretions along the way. These people, however, they are what you. you would call political animals. And now it's being challenged. And now she could be threatened with jail time herself for actually getting in the way of what the federal government is trying to do.
Starting point is 00:21:46 Think about that. I mean, this kind of is sort of a big deal. And I got to tell you, any which way you slice it, you know how this comes out? If it goes all the way to Supreme Court, and it may indeed. It comes out that Donald Trump has every, right to control the borders. The federal government has this right. So Letitia James, you can pretend all you want, you can live in your vacuum with your tweets saying, oh, New York can do what it wants to do. No, New York cannot do what it wants to do. Not in this
Starting point is 00:22:14 case. This is the responsibility of the federal government. Leticia, a lot of people don't want to live in New York anymore. A lot of businesses don't want to be in New York anymore because they see what you've done, Letitia, and it makes them a little bit uncomfortable, understandably uncomfortable, because they say, well, if she can do that to Donald Trump, who's to say that she wouldn't do it to me? Who's to say that she wouldn't just go after all of her political enemies? Because it's expedient for her, or maybe she's doing somebody a favor. You have businesses moving out, left and right, out of New York City. The latest and greatest coming today.
Starting point is 00:23:02 Take a look at this, you guys. New York City Stock Exchange launching an exchange in Texas. They're going to Texas. This is amazing, right? I mean, all kinds of firms have moved out of New York, and they've moved to Florida or they've moved to Texas. But the New York Stock Exchange, like, this has been around for hundreds and hundreds of years. It's the heart of capitalism right there. in downtown lower Manhattan.
Starting point is 00:23:27 Think about it. Wall Street, Wall Street wants to move to Texas. Because of people like Leticia James, again, this is why it's so important that the government step in the federal government to protect who we are as a nation. Leticia James, she's willing to do whatever works for Letitia for political reasons as opposed to caring about what the actual capitalist structure of this great nation is. You know, Kevin O'Leary, you know him from Shark Tank, he talked about this recently. He said, look, who wants to do business in New York if you're always living under the threat of the Attorney General Latisha James?
Starting point is 00:24:08 And so I think once again, now you've got the Commerce Clause coming into being, right? Because it can't be that way. It just can't. More importantly, the message about the American brand, you think about America, the reason this is the number one economy on earth is that we have laws and we have due process and we have property rights. It attracts foreign capital from all around the world.
Starting point is 00:24:32 All of that is being shaken to the core here. The concept of seizing assets in 30 days on a bond number that's never been issued, no insurance bond companies ever issued anything near this, so there was no chance it was going to happen. And only giving 30 days notice and time, that's a really bad message. And I think New Yorkers should think, well, past Trump,
Starting point is 00:24:58 whether he's president or not, or whether this Attorney General has gone in four years or not, it's irrelevant. This is case-setting against the American brand. The most stable country on earth, anywhere, to put capital to work over a long period of time, particularly in real estate, is the United States of America.
Starting point is 00:25:17 This is an assault on what we believe to be. be core. And I find it extraordinary. I think it's very troubling. It has absolutely nothing to do with Donald Trump at this point, in my view. And it is completely bipartisan. This is an attack on America. And I don't know how you can look at it any other way. And as an investor, and I know plenty of investors are completely disturbed by this. But I mean, no one is going to put any money to work in New York in these amounts until this thing settles down. The whole world is watching and everybody's waiting for one thing we haven't got yet. Adult supervision. Where is it? Where are the adults in this crazy narrative? Certainly there's got to be adult supervision at some point.
Starting point is 00:26:09 And I understand, you know, the war going on here and all the political, yada yada, wuff, wuff, but we need an adult in the room now. This is the United States of America. under siege. Wow. So Kevin O'Leary from Shark Tank and speaking on Fox, that would have been probably sometime last summer before the election, demanding that an adult come into the room. And the good news is, yeah, you've got some adults in charge now, and they're saying enough is enough.
Starting point is 00:26:40 But in the meantime, like the damage is being done. Again, New York Stock Exchange, they're saying today, look, the New York Stock Exchange has $3.7 trillion. and Texas represents the most value of anything on the New York Stock Exchange. And so we are going there. Now, just to be clear, they're still going to have their operation in New York. They had NYSC Chicago. They're taking it out of Chicago and they're moving that directly to Texas.
Starting point is 00:27:04 Why? Because, well, Chicago's a mess too. Let's be honest. And so they're looking around and they're like, where is their freedom? Where are we going to actually see capitalism protected? Texas. In Florida, probably too, but Texas. So all this money is moving out of New York, and it's because of lunatics, and I mean it, political
Starting point is 00:27:27 animals that are quasi-lunitics, all right, I'll just say it, Leticia James is one crazy broad. They're moving their money out in New York because it's too dangerous to have it to continue forward. I mean, there's so many things that can be said about this. She is dangerous to society, Kathy Hocel, dangerous to her society, not just from pure physical danger. Look at all the poor people having to deal with this in New York right now, not just the pure physical danger, but also the financial damage that they are causing. So major, major news out today, the administration saying they are moving forward, filing charges against Kathy Hocel, the governor of New York, against Letitia James, the Attorney General of New York and against the DMV in New York where
Starting point is 00:28:22 apparently you can get a license in New York as an illegal. Go figure, right? There's a few states like that. And that's going to change. Big time. Big, big, big time. We're going to get to some of the media reaction to this. John Borrelli, thank you so much. I wanted to thank Steve Herschman as well. Let me see. Let me check out your comments there, guys. Thank you again for all your your generosity and being here every single day. Guys, make sure you subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff. I'll get to some of the comments as we move forward. But I do want to give a shout out from one of our sponsors here on the show,
Starting point is 00:28:56 American Heart for Gold, before we get to media reaction, American Heart for Gold, listen, I mean, with all the craziness going on, and all the inflation that's happening, we've got more inflation numbers today, and, you know, some of the left wants to blame Trump for that. I'm like, guys, good luck. I mean, I'm sorry, but these are Biden's numbers. I mean, he's been there three weeks, okay? Three weeks. I'm not going to blame inflation on him at this point.
Starting point is 00:29:20 I will tell you this. In inflation is going to be hard to fight. It's one of the reasons why I like gold. Gold is in my portfolio. You can do it too if you, and actually get up to $15,000 with a free silver. Kind of nice, right? Just text Trish. My name is 65532 or go to Trish lovesgold.com.
Starting point is 00:29:36 Trish lovesgold.com today. 1844-495-1-1-1-1-5 is their number. But wow, we've got all kinds of craziness happen. and you know what? It's going to be okay. Like, we're going to come out on the other side perfectly fine. But for some reason, this media can't accept it. And it may be because they were all getting paid off, right? We just found out about Politico, we found out about the New York Times. Think about that. Health and Human Services. Given them nearly $30 million and you wonder why Fauci got such positive coverage there in the New York Times? I mean, this is all coming out.
Starting point is 00:30:14 And I think CNN's a little bit worried. So they're so worried over at CNN that Anderson Cooper got totally decimated, totally humiliated. He had literally no comeback. You're not going to believe their new comeback. I mean, these people, like, they got nothing. They got nothing. So they're resorting to name calling of the worst kind. Here, well, let me give a preview.
Starting point is 00:30:34 FEMA money for migrants, that's okay now? No, I'm not saying it's okay. Don't put words to my mouth. So would you stop that? Would you stop that process? Don't be a dick. The portray, what I'm saying is the portrayal. Okay. So that was John Sununu. Former, forgive me, Chris Sununu, former governor of my home state, live free or die in New Hampshire.
Starting point is 00:30:53 And I'll tell you, you know what? I realize, you know, he kind of isn't much of a Trump fan or hasn't been over the years at various times. But I will tell you this, he's from New Hampshire, which means no matter what, he likes a small budget. He does not like government to have a huge budget to spend money here, there and everywhere. I mean, even Democrats in New Hampshire, I'm just going to tell you, most of them, other than the maceholes that have been moving up in recent years, sorry. Sorry, Massachusetts. But, you know, they're coming there for lower taxes. Zero percent income tax, zero percent sales tax, and then they want to change everything around. I digress. The point being in New Hampshire, we work with a very small budget, right? We balance our budget every year. So he's talking to
Starting point is 00:31:34 Sununu, who's like, this is fantastic. We're getting everything exposed, and that's exactly how it should be. And Anderson comes back with this. Let's watch the entire exchange because it's worth it. Mr. Nunu, was it strange to see you? It was surreal, but I got to tell you, I know what you're not showing here. Musk gave seven specific examples off the top of his head of where the corruption and fraud were. I know you didn't play the clips. He was talking about a contractor that had a three-month contract.
Starting point is 00:32:01 He was paid for 20 years. He was talking about welfare benefits that were being paid to someone that was technically 150 years old. He was talking about line items from the truth that had no justification. There's no one, like he doesn't present any actual evidence. Well, he's standing there in the Oval Office. Do you expect him to come in with 10,000 pages? And I have to be clear, to complain about this administration about transparency, when this president takes open questions on a daily basis,
Starting point is 00:32:24 yet Joe Biden didn't show up for a press conference six months, is insane. These guys are being extremely transparent. They don't have to sit there and take the questions, but they do. It's all on the website. It's all out there. It's not transparency to say things that have no factual background. I mean, to say we're cutting, you know, we've found a billion dollars or a trillion dollars in waste with no specifics. That's just talk. That's not transparency.
Starting point is 00:32:48 It's 23 days in here, guys. 23 days. You were talking about $2.3 billion that was saved last year. These guys are saving $2.3 billion a day. Right. But it's incredible. That's what they're saying. But where's the proof?
Starting point is 00:33:01 You're not going to be satisfied until he shows up with 10,000 pages. I think he's going to know. But he's giving very specific things. But he's not actually giving any evidence of that. It's all going to come because what they also said was, if we have to go to Congress, we'll go to Congress. Right, but we'll show where it is. Some of the details that have come out, like the, you know,
Starting point is 00:33:19 $59 million spent on luxury hotels, it's actually not the- Think about the FEMA money that was abused for migrants? That was female money for migrants? That's okay now? No, I'm not saying it's okay. Don't put words to my mouth. So would you stop that?
Starting point is 00:33:33 Would you stop that process? Don't be a dick. What I'm saying is the portrayal, by him. Oh, Anderson. Like, really, that's all you got. That's all you got. On CNN, on cable TV. I'm like, can we even play that on YouTube? I hope we can. Okay. All right. This is, this is, I mean, I cannot believe that an anchor that has been there for that many years and should really have more at his fingertips than name calling like that, resorted to that. Because you know what? They got nothing. They're going to sit there and say, well, where's the proof? Where's the proof? And they're like, well, here you go. Here are the line items.
Starting point is 00:34:12 Okay, we get tens of thousands of dollars going to transcomics in Peru. We've got two million dollars for transgender operations in Guatemala. We've got tens of thousands of dollars going to a trans opera in Colombia and then the DEI musical that's happening over there in Ireland. And then, oh, one and a half million dollars going to Serbia for DEI initiatives. My gosh. And, and And Jasmine Crockett out of Texas, right? This woman's a hoot. She's like, well, it doesn't matter, right? Like, it doesn't matter. A million here, a million there. Who really cares? Like, none of this is adding up to anything. This is the mentality, right? Good luck with that. Good luck with that. When you got Americans scraping by, Miss Jasmine Crockett, I could say something I won't. I understand that we want everything to be perfect. And if we could get all ways fraud and abuse out, that would be fantastic.
Starting point is 00:35:06 but let me talk about the big numbers. The big numbers are on that side. When we look at, say, our entire workforce, our federal workforce, as we're trying to somehow fire all of them, they don't even make up a total of 5%. It's even less than that when we look at our budget. But let's talk about defense. That just happens to be the same side of the ledger that Mr. Musk gets the vast majority of his money from. In fact, at the same time that they were unlawfully, and we will stay in court,
Starting point is 00:35:36 because on this side we believe in law and order we believe in I mean a number of us are actually lawyers but nevertheless we understand the constitution we believe in that as well and so there's things such as you know empowerment right because as Mr. Whitson said he said we need to return the power of the purse to Congress it never left according to the Constitution that's where it's at now I know that people are confused right now because for whatever reason we had a guy that went in and and you talk about people invading our data. Listen, people said that they were upset about TikTok, but I'm upset about the guy that runs Twitter, who for sure is doing nefarious things, because I don't understand if you are trying to conduct audits and figure out where the waste, fraud, and abuse is. I don't know why you would go to some tech guy.
Starting point is 00:36:29 You don't know why they go to a tech guy? I mean, the guy who's actually the wealthiest men in the world right now and who, by the way, NASA goes to, when they want to try and do something in space. You don't know why they go to the tech guy with the WizKid engineers that can run their algorithms and try and figure out what this giant government's been doing? You don't know why they go to the tech guy who's actually built businesses from scratch. Wow, Jasmine, you need to go back to school, okay?
Starting point is 00:37:00 Like maybe second grade and understand a few things about how the world works. Elon Musk. Love him, hate him. I mean, the guy's absolutely brilliant. The guy had a vision in more ways than one. For goodness sakes, we wouldn't even have everybody talking about green energy if it wasn't for Elon. I'm thinking the irony of that.
Starting point is 00:37:19 He's the guy that came up with the electronic vehicles. Uh-huh. He gets no thanks from the left, of course. Not about that. Not about anything. I mean, actually, I'm pretty thankful to the guy for exposing all of this. Because we know that the government has a lot of money and spends a lot of money. Well, we don't know exactly where it's going, and now all of a sudden they're coming forward with receipts, and they don't like it.
Starting point is 00:37:42 In fact, you heard what Anderson Cooper had to say, did you not? Female money for migrants? That's okay now? No, I'm not saying it's okay. Don't put words to my mouth. So would you stop that? Would you stop that process? Don't be a dick. The portray, what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:37:56 Whoa. Today you harkened back. And I want to just point out somebody else, like they're adopting the language, right? This is their new. I mean, this is where they're going, okay, because they get nothing. So name calling, gross, name calling. Today you hearken back to that moment with this one in the Doge subcommittee hearing. I want to play this.
Starting point is 00:38:17 Now, I find it ironic, of course, that our chairwoman, Congresswoman Green, is in charge of running this committee. Now, in the last Congress, Chairwoman Green literally showed a dick pick in our oversight congressional hearing. So I thought I'd bring one as well. Now, this, of course, we know is President Elon Musk. He's also the world's richest man. He was the biggest political donor in the last election. He has billions of dollars in conflicts of interest. But-um-boom.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Okay. You get the picture. They got nothing. If they're not name-calling like that, they're out there singing kumbaya with this really pathetic. I mean, you just have to see it because I'll tell you, you know what? If this is the strategy between those lousy name-calling bits and this, which I'm about to show you,
Starting point is 00:39:09 then, well, we got at least the next 20 years here. Okay, so they don't exactly sing in tune. Now do they? Now do they? But, you know, they're trying. They get nothing. Like, they really, really, really have nothing. This is what they're resorting to.
Starting point is 00:39:47 Some really, really bad name calling and even worse singing. I'm sorry, you know that I say that as a classically trained singer myself, who has a very sensitive year, and it's very tough on me, when I've got Democrats singing stupid songs completely out of tune. But it shows you, you know what? The American public, they asked for this, and by the way, they're getting it, which is why Donald Trump's approach. approval rating right now stands at 53%, which is why when people say, is he following through
Starting point is 00:40:17 with what he promised you would do? 70% of the country says yes. In other words, when you vote for someone, you kind of think they're going to be able to do something, right? We needed a new chief executive, if you would, of this mothership. We needed somebody who could actually prioritize things like spending. Heck, he's going even further. He's even prioritizing, putting in a sovereign wealth fund. Because he wants to be. make money. He wants to make money. Think about that. Like, he's like, not only are we're going to save by cutting all these expenses, but, you know, we're the United States of America. Hello, ladies and gentlemen. We ought to be able to ka-ching, make a buck or two on all
Starting point is 00:40:55 these contracts we've got going on all over the world. We're going to start a sovereign wealth fund. Guess what? I got Scott Besson, who's one of the smartest, brightest asset managers on the planet. This is an executive order. This charges your secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besson, Your Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnik, to begin a process that will hopefully result in the creation of an American sovereign wealth fund. It's a very exciting event. We're going to have a sovereign wealth fund, which we've never had. We have a lot of things that create wealth, and you're seeing that over the last two weeks. I think we've created more wealth.
Starting point is 00:41:33 Other people have created de-wealth, the people my predecessors. We're creating a lot of wealth. Scott, maybe you'd like to say something about it, and I'd ask also Howard to say something about it. Yes, sir, this is very exciting. We're going to stand this thing up. Within the next 12 months, we're going to monetize the asset side of the U.S. balance sheet for the American people. We're going to put the assets to work, and I think it's going to be very exciting. we're going to study best practices that's done around the world. It'll be a combination of liquid assets,
Starting point is 00:42:14 assets that we have in this country as we work to bring them out for the American people. The extraordinary size and scale of the U.S. government and the business it does with companies should create value for American citizens. Boom, okay. Like, they want to create value. I mean, think of how different. that is, right? Quick shout out for my research company where we are trying to create value for you every day as shareholders. Go check out the model portfolios at 76 Research. 76 Research.com. We

Use code word dollar, D-O-L-L-A-R. Sign up for that today at 76 Research.com. Because you know what? This is a team that, actually is thinking about this stuff in such innovative ways and it scares the living daylights out of all the people out there. On CNN at the New York Times, they never understood capitalism for goodness sakes to begin with, although they seem to understand it when it came to them. Politico, raking in $8.4 million, a huge uptick. What do you know? And all those political pro subscriptions, $10,000 a pop happening in none other than 2024, you kind of wonder, don't you?
Starting point is 00:43:38 kind of wonder how it is that the media was always singing the same tune and it got so hysterical all of a sudden. It's really hysterical. And what he's doing, we need to do. I mean, for goodness sakes, consider what was going down, even in New York City, right? Fifty-nine million it has been discovered, thanks to Doge that was going to luxury hotels to pay for migrants. Gee, that's kind of concerning, especially when just a few weeks ago we found out that FEMA was kicking hurricane survivors out of temporary housing and snowstorms and freezing temperatures because they were out of money. Majorcas told us back when Biden was still in office, they didn't have any money for people in North Carolina, people in Florida. Nope, they were out. We are meeting the immediate needs with the money that we have.
Starting point is 00:44:30 We are expecting another hurricane hitting. We do not have the funds. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the same. season. Right. So they have to kick people out. Listen, Trump is furious. He's like, that's not happening. That's not happening. By the way, Majorcas said that. We saw the proof, right? Like, people weren't getting what they needed from FEMA. They gave out $750. Kamala acting like, oh, $750 is a really big, big deal. $750? I mean, they were getting over $300 a week in New York City to have ethnically special food if you were coming here. I mean, you can't make it up, right? If you were coming here
Starting point is 00:45:11 illegally, not only did you get a hotel room with maid service, you got ethnically special food and a little credit card that got renewed every single week. It's bizarre. It's bizarre. The mayor of New York's like, we can't afford this for goodness sakes. And then Karin-John Pierre had the audacity to tell us this was fake news. After Majorcas said that, after we were reporting on all of this money that was going take a look. FEMA, giving out money every day, right? All over the country, millions and millions of dollars. And then Corrine Jean-Pierre and the Biden White House saying, don't say that, don't report that. That's fake news. Great question. Combating misinformation and disinformation is always, always critically important. It is. You heard the laydown that I gave at the top. The reason I did
Starting point is 00:45:57 that at the top is because we wanted to make clear that things are available to, to, to, to, the public folks who are impacted and that misinformation, disinformation is indeed dangerous. It gets in the way in what we're trying to do here. It does. And there's been a lot of falsehoods. And let me just fact check a couple of things because it's really important. It is, again, it is wrong, it is dangerous. And I also called out there are important people, people who have power, privilege, who are spreading these falsehoods. And they need to stop. They need to stop doing that. So, disaster.
Starting point is 00:46:37 I mean, political, we're paying you, right? Like, you can't have a headline like that, New York Times to get, or New York City to give $100, nearly $5 million from FEMA for asylum seekers. I mean, how do you think that makes the people feel that are dealing with all that they've had to deal with that are right here in the U.S. of A? I mean, it shows you that the Biden administration didn't prioritize, didn't prioritize them. Well, you know, maybe they're going to vote for Trump. There's actually a woman who worked for FEMA who had instructed her employees not to actually go to houses where there were Trump signs because she felt that those Trump supporters were problematic.
Starting point is 00:47:16 They were trying to cancel half the country in more ways than one, and those days are over. Again, as we get more news coming into us right now, it turns out that Pam Bondi filing charges against New York's governor, New York's Attorney General, and New York's head. of the DMV. And they're doing it because there's this little thing in New York called the Green Light Law that allows people that are here in the country illegally to get driver's licenses. Here she is. We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York. We have filed charges against Kathy Hockel. We have filed charges against Latisha James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV. This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps. to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms, like the mom standing right behind me,
Starting point is 00:48:10 who you're going to hear from in a moment. New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops. It stops today. Yeah. So guess what? They're all in trouble. They are in violation of the law.
Starting point is 00:48:29 You can't have something like the green light law in New York. York right now. That actually flies in the face of federal regulations and federal laws, and this is one where they are on firm ground with the Constitution of the United States. In New York, they have this green light law that basically allows residents regardless of their immigration status to apply for a driver's license, which means if you are somebody who is here illegally, doesn't matter. No, you get a driver's license in the state of New York. And that, for the federal government, is a problem. And guess what this also means?
Starting point is 00:49:08 It means that the federal government can go in there and find all these driver's license. And can find all these people actually more easily than you would think. I mean, this is going to be brutal for people who are here illegally. Donald Trump definitely prioritizing the criminals over others. And let me tell you, like,
Starting point is 00:49:30 You know, you're here illegally, you got a problem. You have a problem with this administration. It's why you have seen the border numbers come down so significantly. Because people are like, wait a second, maybe I can't go there anymore. Maybe I'm not going to get the free food and the free hotel. Elon Musk doing a lot, right? Doing a lot to expose this. And he says it's important because you need transparency.
Starting point is 00:49:55 He brought his son, a little ex, who's like becoming a little superstar right on social media to the White House. Introduced him again to the president. The president's becoming kind of like an uncle to him. But here's Little X and Elon talking about this. It created quite a stir. I want you to see it first because Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar were just, well, you know, back to name calling. And now they're going after a little kid, this little tyke. Not okay, okay? But here's Elon first. Oh, we thought we had Elon. Here we go. Well, my gosh, look at the kid. He's so cute. That's X.
Starting point is 00:50:34 And Donald Trump, I'm just going to tell you, he loves kids. He absolutely loves kids. So X has like, you know, a standing invite at the White House. Here's Elon with his son. If there's not a good feedback loop from the people to the government. And if you have rule of the bureaucrat, if the bureaucracy is in charge, then what meaning does democracy actually have? If the people cannot vote and have there will be decided by their elected representatives
Starting point is 00:51:04 in the form of the president and the Senate and the House, then we don't live in a democracy. We live in a bureaucracy. So it's incredibly important that we close that feedback loop. We fix that feedback loop and that the public's elected representatives, the president, the House and the Senate decide what happened. He's an adorable kid. AJ, thank you for your job.
Starting point is 00:51:28 generosity. I'm going to get to everybody's comments. I so appreciate all you being here. Make sure that you subscribe to the channel. Hit the bell, hit the alert. That is Elon Musk with his son. And you know what? The ladies on the view are so bad that they went there. Okay? Unacceptable. I mean, if there's anything that ought to get them fired, it should be this. Yesterday, Elon Musk took his son X to a press conference. I did not name the child. And I don't want to hear any more mess about our names, okay? Okay? Anywho, he took a little X.
Starting point is 00:52:12 Funny. And little Instagram. He doesn't know an Instagram. He doesn't own Instagram. He just took a little X with him to a press conference in the Oval Office to defend himself against critics who say he should not have the power to gut the federal agency. Excuse me, first of all, does Joy Beharden not know the difference between X, formerly known as Twitter and Instagram? That was unnecessary, really, really, really unnecessary. But again, it goes back to what I'm
Starting point is 00:52:51 saying, like they get nothing. And when you get nothing, you resort to name calling, you know, the D word, and you resort to going after someone's kids. That's how bad this is. That's how scared they are. Listen, I think it's unacceptable. I would say this. You know, Donald Trump, I'm going to tell you, he loves kids. And it's funny because I think about even, you know, J.D. Vance and his kids, did you guys see this at the inauguration? I mean, this was such a great video. It's so cute, right? So you see, he's like playing with his dad's hair. Like, let me tell you, the producers are like, oh, no, what's going to happen to the hair? It's going to be all over here, there, and everywhere. But he's being a kid, right? And Donald Trump's like loving it. He's talking to one of the other kids.
Starting point is 00:53:44 You see him with his grandchildren all the time. I mean, my own experience, my kids have met him. He's wonderful, wonderful with kids. He likes kids. And you know what? Let's talk about putting families back together. Let's celebrate families. Let's celebrate children. Because by the way, this is all for them. Kamala, who unfortunately for her, didn't have the incredible experience of being a mother. to her own children. I get she had a stepchild. And the stepchild was much older, though, when she came into her life. And it's something, but it's not quite the same, right, as raising a little tyke from the very beginning. Trump knows what that's like. And he's got a ton of grandchildren. And you've got kids everywhere. This little guy running around the White House, and he's fine with it. Like, he doesn't,
Starting point is 00:54:32 you know, the kid could have had a temper tantrum, anything. He's fine with it. It's really amazing. The mother, maybe not so much. So Grimes was married to Elon Musk, a Canadian singer, and, well, you know, she saw her son out there. If there's not a good feedback loop from the people to the government. Seeing her son look so adorable, well, apparently some people on X commented on it. And they were like, oh my gosh, like, he's such a good kid. He behaves so well. And she's like, what is he doing, bringing my son? I think this is the ex-wife. I think they were married. What is? What is he doing bringing my son to the White House? He, quote, should not be in public like this. So you see her, there's a picture of Grimes. She has another name, but this is her performing name Grimes.
Starting point is 00:55:21 And she's kind of upset. She's got three kids, by the way, with Elon Musk. And for some reason, X is like always in tow. And she's, you know, she's being a mom, she's getting kind of nervous here. She said, he should not be in public like this. I did not see this. Actually, she didn't see it until she actually saw him on X. And she said, thank you for alerting me. She said this to someone on X, because they were talking about how polite the child was and how good he was. She said, I'm glad he was polite, sigh. I mean, it's an incredible experience for her son, but you can also understand. I get it. Right. Like, she's a mom. She's like, oh my gosh, like he could have done anything. He's on national television. Her sentiments came in response, it says, in People magazine to an ex user writing under
Starting point is 00:56:00 one of her posts. Little X was very polite today. You raised him well. He was so cute when he told DJT, please forgive me. Oh, dear, he needed to use the restroom. I didn't realize that either. So, you know, she's a mom. She's like, oh my gosh, I can tell you as a mom I've had my kids on. And the most nervous I've ever been on live television is when my kids have come on. Okay, because you don't know what's going to happen. You really don't know. But I kind of admire Elon for giving his son this experience because it's something he'll never forget. forget. And it's bringing something that's obviously quite mysterious into this child's life at a really young age. So I understand how the mom feels. I know it's nerve-wracking, but it's pretty
Starting point is 00:56:49 damn cool. And you got a president who's cool with it. Think of that for a second, okay? Like, can you imagine? Can you imagine any other president being so cool with that? You get kids everywhere. I mean, again, here's the other great example of J.D. Vance's kids, young families. Like, let's celebrate this because isn't this for them, for the future, speaking of the future, think about your future. Make sure you go to my company, 76 research, 76 research.com, use code word dollar so you can get the 76 report where we guide you through all the things that are happening in the markets right now. I mean, wow, did you see, JD's speech, for example, on AI.
Starting point is 00:57:37 Rob and I are big believers in this transitioning that's happening. And I get it. It's totally scary. And we're all sort of sitting there holding our breath, watching what's happening and worried. I get it about what's happening. But it is happening. The train has left the station. And so in some ways, you want to be able, don't you?
Starting point is 00:57:53 You want to be able to participate in whatever the upside is going to be. And I would say, like there was just this amazing, let me see if I can find it for you, this amazing clip of just. J.D. speaking in Paris just yesterday there on the importance and significance of AI and how America's going to lead the way. And I want to compare and contrast it with Kamala talking about the same issue, which, you know, she'll say... The United States of America is the leader in AI, and our administration plans to keep it that way. The U.S. possesses all components across the full AI stack, including advanced semiconductor design, frontier algorithms, and, of course, transformational applications. Now, the computing power this stack requires is integral to advancing AI technology, and to safeguard
Starting point is 00:58:41 America's advantage, the Trump administration will ensure that the most powerful AI systems are built in the U.S. with American-designed and manufactured chips. AI is kind of a fancy thing. It's first of all two letters. It means artificial intelligence. But ultimately what it is, is it's about machine learning. And so the machine is taught. And part of the issue here is what information is going into the machine that will then determine,
Starting point is 00:59:16 and we can predict then if we think about what information is going in, what then will be produced in terms of decisions and opinions that may be made through that process. We dodged a bullet. Did we not? You know, anytime you're getting nervous about things, just go back and watch that clip because it's very clear that she wasn't ready for the job. She wasn't smart enough for the job. I mean, she's very political, but I don't even think she's that bright, politically speaking.
Starting point is 00:59:49 Look at how she bombed. Remember, in the Democrat debate, because she decided she was going to take on one Joe Biden and try and push him into a corner. And what did you see? Her poll number sank immediately after. She couldn't get to first base in New Hampshire. She was coming in like dead last. So she had to pull out.
Starting point is 01:00:09 She's someone who's just not that smart, politically speaking, economically speaking, legally speaking, like forget about it. Now she wants to be governor of California. You know, California is going to get what it deserves. Can I just say that? Whatever it deserves. Wow. We got lots of news, right?
Starting point is 01:00:29 Tulsi. Tulsi's in. Tulsi's in. She, I was kind of worried about her because I was watching Polymarket and, you know, like the odds were not looking as good for Tulsi. She's in. The only one I think that voted against her was McConnell. Tulsi's confirmed. So that's kind of a big deal. You get Donald Trump talking about basically trying to end this war with Ukraine. We've got to get to all of that. But first, quick shout out for another sponsor, balance in nature, balance and nature.com. You know, I take balance in nature every day. These are my fruits and veggies, my vitamins that I take from balance in nature. Use code word if you go over there because you're going to get 35% off, plus you're going to get free shipping, plus there's a money back guarantee. And listen, I love the stuff. Like I'm very lucky this winter,
Starting point is 01:01:10 so far so good. I keep knocking on wood, but I am feeling great. I get my exercise, I drink my water. You see that all the time here on the set. And I take my vitamins. So balance of nature is what I take. You can take it to you can get 35% off. So it's a really great deal. And you know what you're helping the show when you do that. So balance and nature.com, use code word Trish. I mean, wow, when I look at everything that's happening right now, I get really excited. So, again, Tulsi Gabbard, confirmed today. We think RFK Jr., he's coming next. You've got, I mean, he's getting everyone he wants, Cash Patel.
Starting point is 01:01:45 That seems to be happening. And meanwhile, you've got not just everything getting exposed with Doge, but you've got really positive signs ahead. Donald Trump's saying that he and Putin have begun discussions to end the war in Ukraine. You see this Trump saying that he and Putin have agreed to at least start talking. You know, sometimes that's part of the game, right? You get to actually start talking. And I think there's a real desire on behalf of this president to indeed end the war in Ukraine. Unlike, you know, I don't know what was going on before. You've heard me say, I really feel like it was a failure in diplomacy, a massive failure in diplomacy, because they could have avoided this.
Starting point is 01:02:26 I mean, if they wanted to, I don't think they really wanted to. I think that they really wanted to. thought they were going to somehow ruin Russia by engaging them in this warfare in Ukraine, and Ukraine went along with it. And it didn't work out that way. I mean, they sanctioned Russia, and they thought that somehow that was going to really, really knock the wind out of them, and they wouldn't have any financial success. Well, what's happened? All these brick countries have been like, oh, okay, well, if the U.S. is just going to suddenly take our money away, maybe we're not going to buy treasury bonds anymore. Maybe we're going to go move to gold or to Bitcoin or something else. Like we'll create our own little thing. So they've gotten smarter and smarter.
Starting point is 01:03:07 And I think you have a team that really and truly doesn't sort of understand, doesn't accept where we are right now. They didn't understand it. This team does, right? This team is all over crypto. They're all over AI. They're all about the feature. But the last team, not so much. So you heard Pete Hagseth, my former colleague at Fox, coming out today and actually making a very interesting statement saying that, you know, it's very unlikely that Ukraine is going to be part of NATO. So that's what Russia wants to make sure that it doesn't become part of NATO. I mean, think about it, right? You know, we got Mexico on our border. China suddenly took over Mexico.
Starting point is 01:03:48 I don't think we'd be too happy about it. And yet this was what was used all along. and so eventually brought us not just to the brink of war, but in a war. I say us and I say us loosely in that we were paying for it. We were paying for it, some $200 million that they're talking about, and they don't even know where all the money is. They really don't. So this team is saying, wait a second, let's be more strategic about where we're going and what we are doing, and he does not, this president doesn't think it's incredibly strategic of us to be engaging in this fight with Russia. You know, I want to get to more.
Starting point is 01:04:23 more from Pam Bondi, all of this just coming in moments ago. She did her first press conference. Ladies and gentlemen, the new Attorney General of the United States of America, Pam Bondi is not messing around. And she is making it very clear that there's a law of the land. And you're not going to sit there and be completely in denial of it or worse, you know, flagrantly flaunt that the law doesn't matter in your state with your green light law here to you. And if you don't comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable. We did it to Illinois. Strike one. Strike two is New York. And if you are a state not complying with federal law, you're next. Get ready. And the great men and women of law enforcement are
Starting point is 01:05:12 standing behind me today. We have FBI, DEA, ATF agents. They put their lives on the line every single day to protect us. And what New York has, they have green light laws, meaning they're giving a green light to any illegal alien in New York where law enforcement officers cannot check their identity if they pull them over. Law enforcement officers do not have access to their background. And if these great men and women pull over someone and don't have access to their background, they have no idea who they're dealing with.
Starting point is 01:05:51 and it puts their lives on the line every single day. Violent criminals, gang members, drug traffickers, human smugglers will no longer terrorize the American people. And that is why we are here today. You will be held accountable if you do not follow federal law. It's over, it ends, and we're coming after you. Wow. It's over, it ends, and we're coming after you.
Starting point is 01:06:18 Leticia. Not like that, Leticia, your whole argument there about Elon Musk and he's getting access to everybody's information and the terrifying aspect of, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, could Elon get our Social Security? By the way, he doesn't need your Social Security numbers. He's actually, believe it or not, trying to do the right thing. And if you know him or you've read anything about him, what you find is like he's actually been motivated throughout his entire career by doing the right thing. He thought EVs were the right thing.
Starting point is 01:06:49 He wanted to get to Mars. That's the right thing. He created, bought, I should say. He bought X because it seemed like the right thing so that you could actually have freedom of speech. And so this is all about trying to do the right thing in this moment. Yet don't tell Leticia James that. Leticia James, one, says it's perfectly fine to have your own set of laws. and two, that somehow it's the federal government's fault.
Starting point is 01:07:20 Like, she's suing the federal government. I mean, this is messy stuff. I want to show you first her attacking the president's policy. Not only does this administration's new policy put people at risk, but it is plainly unconstitutional. The president does not get to decide which laws to enforce and for whom. When Congress- So she says they've got their own laws in New York.
Starting point is 01:07:41 No, again. No, Letitia. And as for Elon Musk, Letitia, I'm sorry, the federal government is backing him every step of the way. Wait to hear what Pam Bondi's response is to this from Latifian. In the past week, Elon Musk and his so-called Department of Government Efficiency have accessed the personal private information of tens of millions of Americans. And sensitive data are about public and private entities, social security numbers, addresses, tax returns,
Starting point is 01:08:17 and more. It's like she rehearsed it. You can tell she's reading from a teleprompter. She's not very good at that. He did this. He did that. He did this. And more. Well, guess what? Pam's like, forget about it. We're backing them.
Starting point is 01:08:33 All the way, Letish. And if you don't comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable. We did it to Illinois. Strike one. Strike two is New York. And if you are a state not complying with federal law, you're next. Get ready. And the great men and women of law enforcement are standing behind me today.
Starting point is 01:08:52 We have FBI DEA, ATF agents. They put their lives on the line every single day to protect us. And what New York has? They have green light laws, meaning they're giving a green light to any illegal alien in New York where law enforcement officers cannot check their identity if they pull them over. I mean, so ICE can't check their identity? I don't think that makes a whole lot of sense. Again, Pam's on the side of Elon on this one.
Starting point is 01:09:29 Pam's on the side of the Constitution on this one. Here's you. I have a second off-topic question in this regard to the judiciary. Today, Elon Musk, who has enormous influence in the Trump administration, posted on X, quote, there needs to be an immediate wave of judicial impeachments, not just one. As the Attorney General of the United States, how do you respond to that? Shouldn't the process work out in the courts before we talk about judicial impeachments? I mean, these are just TROs now at this time. Shouldn't these just play out?
Starting point is 01:09:55 Yeah, I haven't seen Elon Musk tweet. He is a friend of mine. He is a great man. I think he's very frustrated with what's happening in our federal government. You know, at USAID alone, they're giving out billions of dollars, billions of dollars that should not be distributed. We're going to back him up. You know, we work our whole lives in this country, and we all pay taxes in this country. And for people to find out that $2 million is going to Guatemala for sex changes is outrageous. And we're going to back up Elon Musk every way we can. That includes lawsuits against these people who are doing that, and we will be successful.
Starting point is 01:10:39 That's not going to happen now. We're going to look at every way. everything. We're going to follow the law right now. We're going to follow the process. These are federal judges with lifetime appointments, but they will be struck down ultimately by the Supreme Court of the United States if the appellate courts don't follow the law as well. Woo! Okay? Like she means business. USA to lose in its letters. You saw this one, right? Just phenomenal. Like they're getting rid of the building. They're getting rid of all the pet projects. I don't know what Politico's going to do. How it's going to stay in. business. It counts on 8.2 million. Forgive me. I said 8.4 million. Earlier, 8.2 million dollars
Starting point is 01:11:18 coming in the door. Look how much money they spend during 2024. I mean, you wonder why the mainstream media was saying all it was saying. You look at the BBC, for example, 8% of its income coming from USAID. Are you kidding me? David Sachs, our new cryptos are talking about this on his podcast all right. Okay. So we knew the U.S. government runs a $2 trillion deficit every year. We're in debt almost $40 trillion. And we also knew that any time anyone tries to cut anything in Washington, the whole city screams bloody murder. Okay. So the question is just why. Well, now we know. The money is all going to them. It's like round tripping to them. New York Times. Crazy. Getting paid. Politico. Getting paid. Bill Crystal, perennial war monger. Getting paid.
Starting point is 01:12:08 Ukraine getting paid, like 11 out of 12 publications, Ukraine, getting paid. Incredible. Victor Orban, who's the Prime Minister of Hungary, was saying that he's very popular in Hungary. His political opposition funded by USAID. In Poland, the left-wing political opposition funded by USAID, and on and on and on it goes. BBC. BBC, you wonder why everyone in the UK, so, yeah, yeah. I couldn't believe the BBC is getting paid.
Starting point is 01:12:34 Every left-wing organization in the world seems to be getting paid. getting paid by this slush fund at USAID, which disburses about $50 billion a year. That's a billion dollars a week. It's actually a lot of money. I bet it's a lot of money. Okay, that's a lot of money. And I kept saying, like, why is the media in concert all the time? Like, why are they attacking him on, never on policy, never on policy, always on these
Starting point is 01:13:01 personal attacks. And, hey, you know what? It comes down to their bottom line. The media was state media. It was bought and paid for. You know, Politico with all the $10,000 subscriptions, they'll say, oh, no, well, it was, you know, really, you needed political pro if you were in the government. You did not need political pro for goodness sakes, for 10K a pop. That was what you call, you know, pay to play.
Starting point is 01:13:25 I'm sorry. Like, that's all this junk was. That's all it is. And then you had, here it is, $10,000 per year. They're getting $8.2 million across 236 subscriptions. people weren't even using these. It is unbelievable and disgusting to me. So guess what? It's changing. It's changing. And like, who would have thought? Like every time there's an election, you're like, okay, yeah, you know, this one's promising this, that, and the other. Like, it's really changing, guys. It's really,
Starting point is 01:13:55 really changing, and it's changing fast, and they're moving at lightning speed, and they're ready, and they're equipped, and they spent the last four years working on this. They got some really smart, legal people. Really, Stephen Miller, he's there, and there's another guy that just came in. He's like, Andover, Princeton, Harvard Law, brilliant young guy who's coming in that Donald Trump's really excited about. I mean, they have smart people that understand our Constitution, and they're going to go to battle. And you know what? So be it. So be it. You know, I think about, even this story about the teacher that just came home from Russia, that they just got out, and he was being held unfairly as a hostage there. And Donald Trump's working in these negotiations. Do you know that Trump
Starting point is 01:14:39 said to his mother, this man's mother, 96 years old, she went to that rally in Pennsylvania, that infamous rally where he was nearly taken down. And he said to her, she told him the story, and he said, if I become the president, one of the first things I'm going to do is get your son out. What did he do? He got her son out. I get chills thinking about that because so many politicians make so many promises and no one follows through. This is a president that is moving at lightning speed and he's like, what do I have to lose? And he's got Elon on his side, who by the way also moves, shall we say, at lightning speed. And Elon's like, hey, you know, I got nothing to lose either. I'm playing to win. So as all of these folks get
Starting point is 01:15:30 out there and they play to win, the Democrats are left on their heels saying, well, wait, what now? I'm telling you, you're not on the right side of history if you're sitting there saying, we need the $2 million for the chance drenger operations in Guatemala. We think it's okay to take that from the American people. That's wrong. And he's not done. Donald Trump coming out today, saying we're also going to get rid of the Department of Education. Who the heck needs the Department of Education? Look at how our kids are doing. They put this thing in in the 70s, and we've been going down hill ever since. Watch them. How soon do you want the Department of Education to be closed?
Starting point is 01:16:05 Oh, I'd like it to be closed immediately. Look, the Department of Education is a big con job. We're ranked, so they rank the top 40 countries in the world. We're ranked number 40th. But we're ranked number one in one department costs per pupil. So we spend more per pupil than any other country in the world, but we're ranked number 40. We've been between 38 and 40.
Starting point is 01:16:27 The last time I looked it was 38. And then I looked two days ago, it came out the new list. It came out at number 40. So we're ranked 40. Norway, Denmark, Sweden, I hate to say, at China, as big as it is, it's ranked in the top five. And that's our, that's a primary competitor. We're ranked number 40. So if we're ranked number 40, that means something's really wrong, right?
Starting point is 01:16:51 And I say send it back to Iowa, to Idaho, to Colorado. send it back to places that and there are a lot of Indiana. You have a great new governor, you have a great senator that Jim Banks just got elected, you got great people. I'll tell you what, Indiana is going to be
Starting point is 01:17:09 fantastic. We probably have 35, maybe 37 states that will do as well as Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden. They'll be just as good. Then you have then you have the ones that we all know about
Starting point is 01:17:26 it will be the same story but you know what even they will be good because you look at New York you give it to Westchester County you give it to Long Island you give it to Nassau County you give it to Suffol County same thing you go out to
Starting point is 01:17:38 and you give it to upstate New York so you have four or five sections you give it to Manhattan Manhattan's a little bit tougher for some reason I don't know why it would be tougher but it is you give to California and you go to various areas outside of Los Angeles
Starting point is 01:17:53 and you might have six or seven different subgroups. But generally, like if you go to Iowa, you give it to Iowa. You don't have subgroups, you have Iowa, and other places that do a good job. If they do a good job, they're going to do a great job in education. Those places will be every good, every bit as good as the various countries that do so well. All the time, it's the same countries that are doing well. And so he wants to change it. And Maxine Waters is losing it.
Starting point is 01:18:27 She actually showed up at the Department of Education the other day, completely unscheduled. And it's sort of ironic. She starts asking the security guard, who, by the way, deserves some kind of medal of honor, right, for having to put up with her. She starts asking him for the ID. I mean, isn't this the same Maxine Waters?
Starting point is 01:18:44 It says, you don't need an ID to vote. Don't need a threat to the federal agency that now exists. Shannon, let's try to see if we can hear anything going on. On your own behalf, who you told to come out of your block members? Do they know that we're here? Max, ask the question again. That's important.
Starting point is 01:18:58 Were you told, are you making this decision to stand in front of this door on your own behalf, on behalf of the Department of Education, or were you told to come out here and block members of Congress and write the desk? So everybody's free and what is that? We're doing our jobs. We're trying to save you. Show me your ID. Were you told to stand here, or did you decide to stand here and block members of Congress from entering Department of Education? This allows us access.
Starting point is 01:19:23 We're not getting the department. We're allowed in there. So a private security contractor is logging members of Congress. We're all members of Congress. Maybe he doesn't understand. A private security contractor is making the decision to block members of Congress from a public access entrance.
Starting point is 01:19:43 I don't think he knows... You have the authority as a private security contractor to block members of Congress. That has been knighted and granted to you. You have to at least let us go to the desk. Yeah. Who told you to do this? Open the door.
Starting point is 01:20:08 Wow. And then it got even worse. It got even worse because then Maxine suddenly got fired up. Look them in their eye. Come on. Hold your face up. Look at them. Let them see you.
Starting point is 01:20:21 This is him. Look at it. What's your name? Tell us your name. Give me that ID again. I'm giving you the idea. So what? I showed you the ID.
Starting point is 01:20:30 You do what? I showed you the ID. Could you let me see the ID again? No. No? Will someone else ask him for the ID? Will you ask him for it? He won't let me see it again.
Starting point is 01:20:43 You didn't see it. I haven't seen it. They didn't see it. It's really pretty priceless. I mean, the irony there, right? She needs an ID, but. Hey, you can vote. You don't need an ID. That would be racist to actually suggest that anybody needs an ID to vote. Quick reminder, 76 research, right? Go over there. Check that out, everybody. Because you know what?
Starting point is 01:21:11 There's a lot of good information. The MAGATrain has left the station. So I want you to invest in America, invest in yourself. Let us help you figure out how to navigate this space. We've got a pretty good track record. Take a look at the model portfolios, American resilience, inflation, protection, income builder portfolio. You see all of these stocks of 32%, 32%, 29%, 29%, really, really good stuff for the six months, ending 131.25. That would make us way ahead, of course, of the S&P 500. So do me that favor. Do yourself that favor. Go over to 76 research. Make sure you subscribe to this show. And by the way, before I forget, we talked about gold.
Starting point is 01:21:48 Again, I get a special offer, $15,000 worth of free silver. For those of you that go to Trish lovesgold.com, text Trish to 6553.3. 1-844-49-1-1-1-5, one of our great sponsors here on the Trish Riegan show. We thank them for making this program possible to come to you every single day here for free. And we love it, right? We love them. We love you. I love your enthusiasm.
Starting point is 01:22:13 And this is an exciting time. We really are on the front lines of history. Things are changing, things are changing fast. And guess what? The courts, they're with us. All right? You've got a conservative court. You got a conservative in as the Attorney General of the United States.
Starting point is 01:22:29 You got a conservative in the White House. All of this matters. I did promise, did I not, that I would go out to some of the chats, and I want to thank you all for being here. We have such a tremendous, loyal, really wonderful group. You know, I look at our numbers. I think I saw today we were at $580,000, and this is no advertising, guys. This is just like you, I say this a lot, I know, but I think it's relevant and important. to stress that because a lot of people, they advertise, they do this, that, and the other,
Starting point is 01:23:00 you know what? This is just Shish Regan doing a show every single day and you guys, you care enough about it. And I think that what you are responding to, dare I say, is the transparency of this. This is a very different kind of product. You know, when I worked at Fox, I had to run all my scripts through everybody. Everything had to get approved. This is a whole different ballgame. And it's exciting to have this opportunity now, to have this different ballgame. It's a really, really, really big deal. But anyway, Steve, thank you for your generosity. I just wanted to mention that and flag that, boy, these are going by so fast. Tina, who's here quite regularly now, it's good to see you again, our friend Don Baca and Leslie, of course, as well. So we've got a nice team of regulars,
Starting point is 01:23:43 I think, that are coming here sort of every day. And I want you to know how much I appreciate it. Please make sure if you haven't subscribed, do me that favor and hit the bell so that you know when it's happening. This is amazing and there's more amazing stuff to come. This country is going to be great again. Thank you for being here and I will see you back on the program tomorrow.
