I'm going to tell you it's a glorious day. It is a glorious day for the United States of America. It is a glorious day for the world. It is a glorious day for one Donald J. Trump. My gosh, doing the unthinkable here. The absolute unthinkable. I see so many people all over social media saying yes. And this is why I voted for him. Absolutely a thousand percent. The reason why I voted for him. We're going to get into all of it today. We've got Lettisha James looking like she's going to be.
have to resign. I mean, the walls are closing in, and this is a criminal indictment we're talking about.
She is losing friends fast, other than the socialist trying to be the next mayor of New York.
Excuse me, I mean communist. Mamdami, Mamdami, Mamdami. Meanwhile, Dan Bondino, Cash Patel,
they're not messing around. They're looking for criminal indictments now on some of the people
involved in the spying on U.S. senators. And these U.S. senators are furious. Wait to you see what
Lindsey Graham is saying about it all. Wow, we got peace. We got peace in the world, as I said,
a glorious day for the entire world, thanks to one man. This is the historic dawn of a new Middle East.
He's very good about sharing the wealth. Listen, we got so much to talk about. Not only that,
we've got Memphis, Tennessee, where they're welcoming the National Guard. Imagine that totally
different than what we see in Chicago. Welcome to the Trish Rican Show. Make sure you subscribe,
share it, like, make a comment on watching in real time. Latisha James is going down as we speak.
You know, of course, the indictment came last week. And now the expectation is this woman may
actually have to resign because guess what? It's a little bit difficult to be the attorney general
when you are facing such pressure. I mean, look what they did to the judge out in Wisconsin,
right? That judge had to resign because it didn't really make sense when she was facing what she was
facing for her to continue on as a judge in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin made that decision.
Anyway, Letitia, she's clinging on for dear life, even participating in a rally today for one
communist Mam Dami, the comrade who wants to become the next mayor of New York.
Meanwhile, new documents, new documents suggesting that this may be even worse than you thought.
So showing perhaps a pattern, if you would, a pattern of alleged problematic behavior when it comes
two mortgages. And this is going to be key. This is going to be key in the entire investigation,
because, you know, you have to prove intent in something like this. And you have to prove criminal
intent in something like this. And she's going to say, oh, no, it was just a clerical error.
That was on one house. But you see, now there's another house where in one body of documents,
she said that it was an income property. And yet on her mortgage loan application,
she talked about it being a secondary residence. So obviously, you're going to pay
less of a rate, less of a higher rate if it's a property that you own versus an income property.
So she managed somehow to save herself like eight-tenths of a percent, eight-tenths of a percent.
The Daily Mayor first to report these documents, just bombshell records.
And I want to go to an unlikely suspect here.
This is Michael Cohen, the former attorney of one Donald Trump.
You know, I'm not a big Michael Cohen fan.
But he's making the point that I've made that, you know, you start to add all these things up.
And it's looking as though this case is getting easier.
and easier to prove.
In fact, in his words, he said a first year law school student could do it.
Let's watch.
He does want to see accountability.
There's no doubt about that.
Do I believe, for example, that James will be held accountable?
Absolutely.
I said it on your show last time.
Do I think James Comey will be held accountable?
Absolutely.
And I know everybody attacks Lindsay Halligan.
Oh, she's a former beauty queen and she doesn't have prosecutorial experience.
it doesn't matter.
She has the power of government.
You see, remember something.
But she doesn't even seem to have the backing of career prosecutors who are still working
alongside her.
Is it not a little concerning to you?
No.
That they don't want to appear with her, put their names next to this stuff?
Not in the slightest.
The documents will speak for themselves, and I'm certain that they have the documents
that they need.
I said it on a different show, in a different program, that I believe a first-year law student
can actually take these cases.
to full trial and be successful.
Just think about Tish James for a second.
When you guys had asked me why I believe Tish James is next
and why I believe she'll be held accountable.
She's the chief law enforcement agent here in the state of New York.
And what did she do?
She went after Trump for what?
For misstatements to a bank and banking fraud.
Well, isn't that exactly what they're trying to?
charging her now with the same exact.
Not really. Not really.
Isn't it exactly the same facts?
I'm sorry? She had evidence.
I mean, there's a full case, right?
Also, for a reason.
This is MSNBC, by the way.
Well, and they will have a case against her once Lindsay Halligan brings it to a trial.
That's the point I'm trying to make.
Again, Republicans are screaming, yay, go Trump accountability.
Democrats, of course, we're all screaming, oh, this is political retribution.
and this is a political revenge tour.
I understand that.
But this is exactly, she opened up a Pandora's box,
if you think about it, about bringing cases against people for business fraud and for banking fraud.
You know, she really did.
She did open a Pandora's box.
And, you know, the difference here is we're talking about a criminal case against one Lettisha James
versus a civil case that she was trying to bring against Donald Trump
because her goal was to bankrupt him.
Well, the burden of proof is a little bit higher in the criminal case, but again, if they can prove the
intent, and when you look at sort of the past behavior, and I cite again the latest and greatest
mortgage document that has come our way, courtesy of Daily Mail, first to report this,
this second home rider, where she talks about it being a second home rather than, this is important,
okay, this is an important distinction, rather than a primary home, rather than a business property.
And now there are words, she had two homes in Virginia, one of which she filed, and she claims it was a clerical error.
Her power of attorney just screwed up.
That was the one where she said, it will be my primary residence.
And then she's got another Virginia home that she says is her secondary residence.
And it turns out neither one is either primary nor secondary.
Okay, they were both income properties, it appears.
But you know what, don't take my word for a daily caller, went to Virginia.
Remember that you guys?
They went and they knocked on the doors and...
Hi there.
I'm a reporter with the daily caller.
Goodbye.
You're trespassing.
I'm sorry.
My kids are out here.
I understand.
We mean no trouble.
We're just curious who the occupants of the home are because there's...
It's not Letitia.
Well, there are connections.
There are connections to New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Are you related to Letitia James?
Do you know her?
Your trust.
Go with the house.
Do you know Letitia James?
Okay.
Thank you, ma'am.
Thank you, ma'am.
Thank you, ma'am.
You have a good one.
Be well.
Be well.
Okay, so they'll go on and they go to the second house.
A driveway.
This looks like the one that was the primary home.
Okay, who lives here?
Who lives here, ma'am?
Okay.
Okay.
So again, she's got two homes in the state of Virginia, one, which was said to be her primary home.
She says it's just a clerical error.
So then the second one, she calls her secondary home.
But yet in another set of documents refers to it as an income property.
So which is it, Letitia?
It appears that you may be guilty of bank fraud.
And this is a criminal indictment carrying with it up to 30 years in prison.
Now, some of you guys over the weekend were saying, do you really think you could get 30?
years. And I'm going to be fully honest with you. No, I don't think she could get 30 years. I think that
they would go easy on her. But I do agree, actually, with what Michael's saying, and that they can get
a conviction in this case. She'll appeal it, et cetera. But I don't think it's going to be that hard because
I think you're going to be able to prove the intent via the document that I just showed you. In other words,
there are now multiple. Oh, and we're not even talking about New York where she claims four levels in
her property instead of five, thereby securing a better mortgage rate, nor have we gone back to, what,
1989 when she filed for a mortgage with her dad and said that she was his wife.
Again, you're looking at a pattern of behavior, ladies and gentlemen, which suggests an intent.
And so that's what they're going to have to prove.
And they're going to call witnesses, et cetera.
But I put something up on the screen that she had put back up on Twitter,
or she did put originally on Twitter back in February of 2024 when she was so proud
of getting that, what, $500 million penalty against the now president of the United
States, who was then running, and she said, quote, when powerful people cheat to get better loans,
it comes at the expense of hardworking people.
Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank and get a mortgage.
And if they did, our government would throw the book at them.
There simply cannot be different rules for different people.
Oh, except for you, Letitia James.
Apparently you get to do whatever the H-E-W-L-U-please because you are one Letitia James,
who gets to, you know, appear in the parades in New York as the attorney.
General is an honor guest over Labor Day.
But by the way, nobody was excited to see her.
She's dancing alongside the porta potty's, which I find quite fitting,
in more ways than one, because this lady is full of,
you know what, okay?
You know exactly where I'm going, but we're going to keep it clean.
Keeping it clean for the kids.
Letitia Jans and all her glory dancing.
And you know, no one, George.
Your Donny General, Miss Jane!
Woohoo! No, no, no, no. No one cares. Miss James, Miss James, Tish James, I think they're saying, Ed Martin calling for her resignation. He's the guy who's like overseeing basically a look in a look see into what exactly the DOJ was doing. He's been calling for this ever since it came out. She had some funny business going on. He even went and visited her brandstone. Remember kind of looking like a lumbo there and said, well, I'm just looking. And some woman in the neighborhood was going crazy. What are you doing here? Is this a kind of intimidation?
I don't know.
What do you think?
Head of the DOJ anti-weaponization group calling on the New York Attorney General to step down.
And now you've got her own party that's saying, whoa, because like the polling's not good.
And, you know, Mam Donnie, that's who she's identifying with and that's who she's stumping with today.
So none of this is actually really good for the Democrat Party.
Leticia James charged with bank fraud making false statements to financial institutions and faces up to 30 years in federal.
prison. So again, wouldn't you think it would be sort of logical that she would step down,
given the distractions that she's got going on? Oh, she's just going to leave that to Abby,
right? Abby Lowell, the high-priced attorney, the Hunter Biden used too, that, well, taxpayers are
paying something to. I think they got about a million bucks for Abby Lowell out of the state
in New York until somebody put their foot down and said she's not going to get access to the
additional $10 million in taxpayer funds because this is her own personal screw-up. This is her own
personal mess.
Ed Martin writing, this is in August, her resignation from office would give the people of New York
and America more peace than proceeding.
I would take this as an act of good faith.
In other words, an act of good faith.
If you step down, that would be a logical thing to do under the circumstances,
considering, for example, even what they did in the state of Wisconsin, right, where that
woman, remember the woman who was like given a backdoor?
to the guy who was accused of some pretty heinous stuff and treating his spouse or girlfriend pretty,
pretty badly, right? And what did she do? She gave him the backdoor way out. It is really
pretty insane that she would stay on. And bad for the Democrat Party, really, really bad for the
Democrat Party, which is already struggling, let's face it. So Abilol is like, how dare you?
Quote, despite the lack of evidence or law, you will take whatever actions you,
have been directed to take to make good on President Trump and Attorney General Bondi's
call for revenge for that reason alone. So they're saying this is revenge and revenge only.
Just four days into your role, no search for facts or questions a lot. Instead, you twice
called for Ms. James to resign. DOJ has firm policies against using investigations and against
using prosecutorial power for achieving political ends. Woo! I'm sorry? Like, who are you talking about
there? What about Biden's DOJ? What about what Leticia James did? How about the fact that you
She hadn't seen anything, not one bit of paperwork, but she was out on the campaign trail
saying she was going to get Trump every single day.
That was her promise.
That was her motive.
That was her entire reason for being.
And now you're going to turn around and act all high and mighty and say, oh, well, you know,
you guys can't do this.
I mean, I'm sorry, but I'll go back to what Michael said.
You know, look, she's the one that opened Pandora's Box.
Just like, for example, you guys opening Pandora's Box by doing what?
Declaring that Donald Trump.
couldn't possibly be the president because he was just installed by the Russians.
Obama had the intelligence.
The entire CIA, the entire State Department, everybody knew that that was a bunch of nonsense.
That the Russians, well, they may have interfered on the edges with a few Facebook accounts.
We know that, too, all right?
They were putting information.
Both sides.
To both sides, because they didn't care who won.
They just wanted us to be divided.
And what did Biden do?
What did Obama do?
They took that and ran with it.
And so who needed Vladimir Putin dividing us?
When you had Obama calling in a meeting for Susan Rice and all the big wigs there,
I think Ben Rhodes was in that one too.
We're going to get to Benrudes because he has a few things to say.
He refuses to give Donald Trump the credit he deserves, of course, on this guy's a peace deal.
You know, a special person that he is.
I think they all are furious that Iran is not somehow more involved.
Iran.
That's Iran's fault, okay?
The world's moving on without Iran.
The Middle East is going to have peace without Iran.
Anyway, all these people got pulled in right before they left the White House and they got instructions to basically take the ball and run with it and to say that, you know, Vladimir Putin put all this into place.
They used opposition research, courtesy of Hillary Clinton's campaign.
I mean, it's wild.
And now they're like, oh, how dare you?
How dare you go back at us?
Well, you better believe Donald Trump's going back at them and then some because you know what?
You can't actually live in a world politically speaking.
where it's tit for tat nonstop.
He tried to play a nice guy.
He tried to move on and just work on the economy and do this, that, and the other.
And instead, you guys went after him.
Comey went after him.
The Democrats went after him.
And when that wasn't enough with Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, they turned J6 into something
that really, frankly, it wasn't.
And I'm not condoning it.
Don't get me wrong.
But I am telling you this.
We did not need Alexander Pelosi's footage being played in a loop on CNN as though it was
theirs or on a loop on ABC as though it was theirs with all the stagecraft that went into that.
I mean, that was one big television prime time special, okay?
So they took a narrative and they twisted it and they ran with it.
Why?
Oh, so that they could do a few other things.
And I'll tell you, Marsha Blatburn is not happy about it.
Ron Johnson's not happy about it.
Lindsay Graham's not happy about it.
No one is happy about it.
I'm certainly not happy about it.
And I didn't even get spied upon.
Of course, who knows?
Maybe I did.
Letitia James responding to all of these charges against her as calls grow now,
not just in Republican circles, but in backrooms among the Democrat Party because they know.
They know Leticia James, Mamdani, AOC, their bad news for the party.
Watcher.
This is nothing more than a continuation of the president's desperate weaponization of our justice system.
he is forcing federal law enforcement agencies to do his bidding,
all because I did my job as the New York State Attorney General.
Yeah, right.
These charges are baseless, and the president's own public statements make clear
that his only goal is political retribution at any cost.
You know, I seem to recall a Leticia James that was quite litigious, right?
And she went after him with everything she possibly had, and she had a judge that was all too willing and able and ready to cooperate, which led us to, what?
Her trying to take over Trump Tower?
Believe me, she wanted to. She was desperate to.
Four days after a judge ordered Donald Trump to pay $355 million for a decade of fraud.
New York Attorney General Letitia James says she's prepared to do everything she can to make sure the former president pays his fine,
including she told us, seizing the buildings that bear his name.
If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment,
then we will seek, you know, judgment enforcement mechanisms in court.
And we will ask the judge to seize his assets.
I wonder who's going to seize yours.
I mean, you get those two properties there in Virginia.
We're talking about the Brooklyn Brownstone.
Oh, you know, it's not quite Trump Tower, but maybe it's something.
She doesn't have the money, you guys.
She doesn't have money to pay for her high-priced attorney.
So her high-priced attorney has now gone to the legal aid fund, hat in hand.
And, of course, I'm sure there's some billionaires,
the willing, ready, and able to line up and give her more money to fight this.
But again, don't forget the damage that she's doing to her party.
She's coming undone, shall we say.
I'll be interested to see what she says at Kamdanis rally in New York today.
But meanwhile, you know, just a couple months ago, as all of this started to come forward,
believe me, she was unhinged. She was so unhinged that she was misquoting scripture. And forgive me
for not mentioning this before because we have played this sound. And you guys are very astute. And you know
this verse. And you know what she was saying. And you know she got it wrong. And it's actually kind of
funny because this woman is so, well, dare I say, pathetic in so many ways. And now she's quoting
scripture and she's not all that religious anyway, but she's quoting the scripture wrong.
And she's basically, as someone in the comments said, cursing herself, so to speak.
Anyway, here she is in all her glory.
I don't know about you.
It's that stone of hope that inspires me each and every day.
And listen, faith and fear can never share the same space.
And so I'm covered by the blood.
And I'm not afraid of Donald Trump.
You can come after me.
But no enemy, nothing formed again to me will perish.
Nothing formed against me.
Nothing formed against me.
Nothing formed against me.
So she doesn't quite have it right.
I mean, I don't know.
Was it written in the prompter wrong?
I wonder.
But she is really and truly just, you know,
I think a caricature in some ways,
a caricature of herself
and a caricature of the last however many years.
Roberto, thank you so much. I appreciate the generosity. And thank you so much. I haven't seen a lot of compliments on here, too. I guess you guys like the hair today. Thank you for that too. But really, she was and is a caricature because she kind of sums up the insanity, right, of the last however many years. I mean, the last however many years going back to 2016, I realized she didn't bring these charges until much later. But the charges themselves were pretty wild because, and again, I think there's some real contrast that you can draw between what,
is being alleged about her and what was alleged about Donald Trump.
I mean, she's kind of, and he's kind of, Pam Bondi anyway, and Lindsay Halligan,
they're sort of taking a version of what Letitia was trying to allege about Donald Trump,
and they're kind of throwing it on its head and throwing it back in her face.
And it's more significant, it's more severe.
One, again, because it's criminal.
And two, because you've got a paper trail there versus Donald Trump.
It was sort of a different kind of deal where he was saying, hey, you know, I think my property,
Di Mara Lago is worth this. And he had all kinds of disclosures. Don't forget, all over the records.
Remember, in which he was saying, okay, you know, this is what I think effectively, and it was up to the
bank to try and prove it all out. So very different than actually firmly stating that your property
is going to be used for something that it's not, which is what is being alleged in the criminal case
against one Letitia James. And so I don't like the idea of the state coming in.
between what me and my bank are thinking a particular property is worth. I mean, think about it
like your house, right? Suppose you're getting a refinancing deal on your house and you say my
house, I think it's worth this and then it's up to the bank, right? They have somebody that comes
out to your house and does a property valuation on it and they say, yep, we think it's worth this
and therefore you can refinance it for this. Well, it's not perfectly akin, but it's a little bit
relevant in terms of the analogy. Yes, Donald Trump said Marlago is worth this and then you
get Leticia James coming in and said, no, no, no, it's only worth 18 million.
And because he said it was worth that, which was, I think, in the hundreds of millions.
And he's probably right.
Again, until it's actually sold, you don't really know.
It's sort of depending on, you know, what the bank actually thinks it's worth, whether they're
willing to do the loan.
Apparently, they were so willing to do it, they would have done it again, they said.
So you had a victimless crime, right?
Totally victimless crime with a bank and an individual, Donald Trump, that would have done the
deal over and over and over again.
But in Leticia James case, she'd say, no, it's only.
worth 18 million. How on earth she's in charge of that or you're going to have the state
interfere with that is really wild. So now the Democrats are look, whoa, we have a liability
on our hands. We have a liability because she's a pain and then you know what. And she's really
kind of created an environment that's going to make it more and more difficult for other
Democrats. You've got Mamdani, for example, Leticia James and Mamdami are like pairing up,
why she's going to do his rally.
This is happening today.
Actually, maybe, you know what?
I can show you a clip from it because this happened just a short time ago,
and it's worth seeing because she's out there for the first time speaking in a less
formal environment, not just disputing what she believes to be her side of the case.
But let me go to this because just who you want to see, right?
Leticia James and one comrade Mamdani, but it's worth knowing what they're saying
and how she's framing this because this is brand new,
just came in literally this minute, this minute, guys,
and I want you to have it hot, fresh off the presses.
Here is Letitia and Mamdani.
But he got his political career starting here.
He was a student at Bronx Science.
Yeah, science.
Wait a minute.
But he was the vice president of the Bronx Science student body.
So that qualifies him.
In addition to that, Zoran, he had a brief hip-hop career.
Yes.
And although, and although I may, Jemani and I may disagree, but hip-hop started in the Bronx.
15, 22nd, 2nd, 2nd Avenue.
In my district.
Now, I won't say that in Brooklyn, but
And so he is born and raised.
I have been born and raised in Brooklyn, but I know the power of the Bronx.
That's right.
And I know that all of us need to be standing in purpose today and in support of my good friend.
The communist, who by the way was not born in the Bronx.
Just to be super duper clear, he wasn't.
And in fact, I believe he only became a U.S. citizen.
what, some seven years ago.
So she's lying again.
She claimed he was born and raised in the Bronx.
She didn't want to get into the false paperwork on the mortgages,
the alleged mortgage fraud that she has now been criminally indicted for, it seems.
But again, this may just still be coming in because a lot of this is happening in real time.
I'll tell you, Letitia James is certainly up against it.
Again, going back to some of those polls,
it was already reported in City Journal about a month ago that she was,
struggling because if you look at the Sienna College poll, the Sienna New York Times,
or rather Sienna College Research poll, what you saw was that she was underwater.
She was holding up a little bit better at the time compared to Kathy Hokel, but she was doing
worse than Schumer and she was definitely facing challenges, especially once you go outside
New York City.
And by the way, New York City increasingly is looking like it could become more and more
Trump territory.
Listen, you get Cameron Mandami in there and people will be begging for Trump to be there.
Seriously, because it's going to be an economic.
I'm like, disaster.
I'm looking at the tape coming out of Memphis, and I'm going to show you shortly.
And, wow, people are just thrilled because they're like, for the first time, our kids can go out in the yard and play.
We can, like, walk to the store.
We're not worried.
I mean, the crime rate, right, has been awful in Memphis.
By the way, that is a Republican state.
So don't tell me that he's only going after blue states.
Thank you very much.
Anyway, this is the city journal reporting that she's been underwater.
She's not doing very well, especially for somebody who's in a nation.
gee, she should have been doing a little bit better, as I just showed you, she's out there stomping for
the comrade Mam Dami. And I'll tell you, she's not winning a lot of friends. Heck, you had Anderson
Cooper the other night saying, you know, it's really not a great look. The fact that she was out there
as rabidly as she was when she hadn't seen any of the documentation. After all, she was campaigning
on going after Donald Trump. And now she's mad that he's going after her. I mean, those in glass houses,
she's not throw stones, right? And Lindsey Graham said, hey, you guys, you guys,
guys got this one coming. Here's some new tape from him on NBC over the weekend. Interesting to
watch because if you listen to the reporter there on NBC, she's supposed to try and be a little
less bias. You know, now that they're severing the cord with MSNBC, but she keeps saying,
what about Trump? What about Trump? What about Trump? What about Trump? Well, you know, maybe it is
payback. Maybe you need mutual self-assured destruction in order to make sure that this kind of stuff
doesn't keep happening over and over and over again. Watch Senator Graham. Do you think that crosses a
line between the Justice Department being independent from the executive branch? I think our
Justice Department, in the hands of Biden, crossed every line there is to cross. I think within
three days of announcing he was going to run for president in 2024. He did that in 2020.
But what about Trump? He had 91 indictments. What about? Yeah. Now, I think the grand jury is going to take
care of this, but you didn't care any about this. You didn't care that Lettisa James made up
charges that no one's ever faced. But Senator Biden never publicly called for Trump to be indicted.
He had 90, Biden, Biden regretted that they didn't do it before the election. Jack Smith
surveil my phone records that made other senators. Jack Smith introduced his brief against Trump
October the 24th before the 2024 election, violating every protocol.
just to politicize the election.
So this may bother you that people are being held accountable.
It doesn't bother me one damn bit.
Boom.
Okay.
Accountability does actually matter right now.
As I said, mutual assured destruction.
We've got to stop this because it can't happen to anybody else again.
And you've got to know where the lay of the land is, right?
You guys try this?
Oh, we can do that too.
So maybe, maybe the answer is you just don't do it.
To begin with you, and one of the interesting things is that Biden kind of
kept it under wraps. He didn't necessarily shout it from the mountaintops that he was going to do this.
Where is Donald Trump? By the way, he talks and he talks and he talks. And any reporter asks him a question
and he answers it actually quite truthfully. And so they say, hey, what do you think about Letitia James?
And he says, well, it doesn't look good for her. I think she probably committed mortgage fraud.
I think Adam Schiff might have committed mortgage fraud too. Doesn't look good for them.
I mean, I don't have anything to do with it, but it doesn't look good for them.
Biden hit under a rock. Nobody actually ever talked to him, so you couldn't ask him any question.
and so you didn't get quite the level of transparency that you're getting.
You're getting lots of transparency.
So you know exactly where Donald Trump is going next.
Bolton, I'm looking at you.
Adam Schiff, I'm looking at you.
But I'm also looking at Letitia James and I'm also looking at Jack Smith
and I'm also looking about at the FBI agents that allegedly spied on all these senators.
Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, coming out with.
with this blockbuster story that nobody else is covering. I'm like, this is kind of important,
okay? This actually is bigger than Watergate. And where are you all? Why aren't you covering this?
Why aren't you talking about the fact that you had, oh, we can't use wiretapped. You see the New York
Times gets really mad at that. I have to be careful. PBS gets really mad about that. They're like,
how dare all those Republicans talk about wiretapping? It's not wiretapping. And then they
try and say that the entire story is false because we say wiretapping. So let's be very
very judicious with our words and just say they intercepted the communications of at least
eight sitting U.S. senators. They were intercepting the communications of 92 groups, including
my friend Charlie Kirk's turning point, which by the way is running a Super Bowl special opposite
bad bunny that's going to knock it out of the park. You see, you can't actually do that. I mean,
not without a whole lot of warrants or subpoenas or FISA warrants. I mean, I don't think they had anything.
If you listen again to Lindsay, this is his point. What the heck were they up to, right? What were they doing?
Lindsay Graham is livid. You've got Grassley that's livid. You've got Kennedy that's livid. You got Marshall Blackburn that's livid. You've got Ron Johnson that's livid. And now they're demanding answers.
So Jack Smith investigators need to pay big for January 6 phone records probe warns Senator Graham. You bet they need to pay big.
Here he is on Fox talking. He said, quote, when Jack Smith was looking at my phone records,
And that of other senators, I think he broke the law.
And I think that he needs to be held accountable.
And I think those who brought this about need to pay and pay big.
Again, you can call a retribution, you can call it payback,
or you can call it just justice so that you make sure that this kind of,
you know what, doesn't happen again.
You know, I want to watch them again.
Here is Lindsey Graham, again, on NBC, speaking with the NBC host,
and put it about Trump, put it about Trump, put it about Trump.
He's like, no, no, no, listen, what you guys did, and not her in particular, but the Democrats,
and I don't know if she identifies as a Democrat, but I'm guessing, I'm guessing she does,
given what I've seen of her in the past.
Here's Lindsay, here's Lindsay saying, you know what, there's going to be H-E-2-L to pay,
as there should be.
Do you think that crosses a line between the Justice Department being independent from the executive branch?
I think our Justice Department in the hands of Biden crossed every line there is to cross.
I think within three days of announcing he was going to run for president in 2024.
He did that in 2020.
But what about Trump?
He had 91 indictments.
What about that?
No, I think the grand jury is going to take care of this.
But you didn't care any about this.
You didn't care that Lettisa James made up charges that no one's ever faced.
But Senator Biden made up charges.
No one ever faced.
indicted. He had 90. Biden, Biden regretted that they didn't do it before the election. Jack
Smith surveil my phone records that made other senators. Jack Smith introduced his brief against Trump
October the 24th before the 2024 election, violating every protocol just to politicize the election.
So this may bother you that people are being held accountable. It doesn't bother me one damn bit.
I'm curious, does it bother you? I mean, I think that you don't really have.
have a choice here. Again, you can't play Mr. Nice Guy. Because when you play Mr. Nice Guy, what do they do?
They turn it on its head. I mean, I couldn't, I couldn't believe it. I remember hearing,
there's multiple things I can't believe, but I remember hearing right before the November 2020
election. Hillary Clinton went on a podcast with her former PR person or one of her flacks.
And she said, listen, if it's close, you hang on. My advice to buy is you hang on, you hang on for
dear life. In other words, she was already willing and able to contest anything. She was encouraging
Biden to contest everything if it was even close. And they're doing this, what, in the name of
quote-unquote democracy? And then, you know, when he tries to contest something like Georgia,
whoa, now we have the right to go and look at their phone records? Come on. Like, what kind of warrant
did you guys get? And who gave you a warrant for something like that? Jack Smith? I know,
Cash and Dan have fired all of the agents, which is very good.
They're firing all of the agents that are involved in this.
But what I want to know is how did they get the right to do this?
Like what exactly went down?
That they were able to use what, certain warrants?
Here's the memo.
Here are in the names.
I have to like lean in kind of close because it's very small print.
But Mike Kelly, Lindsay Graham, Bill Haggerty, Josh Holly, Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville,
Ron Johnson, Cynthia Loomis, who she's mad. She's looking at what she has in terms of rights as an
individual. Like, forget the fact that she's a senator. She's wondering about, well, how did they
infringe on her personal civil liberties and Sandra Marsha Blackburn? I mean, what the heck, guys,
all in the name of quote unquote democracy. You guys were doing this. Unbelievable stuff.
Bondi and Holly talking about it. No one reported on this. And I hate to sound like a broken record,
but I'm not, like, I'm a dog with a bone, right?
On this one, I am just blown away.
And I think it sets a very, very bad precedent because, you know, we found out,
thanks to whistleblowers about co-intel that was done in the Herbert Hoover days, right?
Right up and through to like 19, late 1960s.
And they were spying on all kinds of Americans, including Martin Luther King.
Like, you can't, you can't do that.
Like, you really and truly can't do that, right?
And yet somehow they did this all.
in the name of justice, you got to be kidding me, and no one's reporting on it other than to say,
we're wrong because we called it wiretapping?
Manor of things and the current president, I've also heard them said, and I just wrote it down
because I wanted to be sure I heard it correctly. I've heard them say that Joe Biden never targeted
his political enemies. Joe Biden never directed his attorney general to target his political
opponents. Huh, that's interesting, because I could have sworn that yesterday we learned that the FBI
tap my phone. Let's look at it. We've got a list. Tap my phone, tap Lindsey Graham's phone,
tapped Marsha Blackburn's phone, tapped five other phones of United States senators.
Gee, it sure looks like targeting political opponents to me, and yet I haven't heard a word from
that side of the dais about any concern whatsoever. We've got nothing but concerns today,
but no concern at all for a Justice Department that is tapping the phones of sitting United States senators
because who knows why? They don't like them. They're members of the opposition party.
They're Republicans, they're conservatives. You've seen this document, Attorney General Bonnie.
What was going on here? Who ordered this? Who ordered the tapping of the phones of United States senators?
Senator Holly, I cannot discuss the details of that right now for very good reason.
You're going to do a thorough investigation into this, I trust.
Is that correct?
We will be looking at all aspects of this,
and I have talked to Director Patel at length about this.
And you're going to figure out who was involved in this.
Who signed off on?
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
I want to get to one of the comments because one of you guys are suggesting that
perhaps Bondi didn't want to comment because it's that much worse than we think.
You know, I don't know.
I do think it's worse than Watergate.
David, I agree with you.
I think that Bondi can't comment too much just yet because she's learning about it,
sort of in real time as we all are.
And the big question is, what exactly did they have in terms of authorization to be able to do this?
Because phone companies shouldn't be giving away these records.
They just shouldn't.
I mean, you've got the Wiretap Act, you've got the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act,
you've got state privacy laws and eavesdropping acts.
I mean, you've got to have proven something.
And the bar should be high, very, very high, because otherwise you can weaponize the government.
the government against ordinary Americans and apparently the other political party.
I mean, that's what's why.
That's why this is bigger than Watergate because they wanted to take down anyone associated
with Trump.
And so they determined, okay, Trump is a liability.
Trump is a problem.
Trump is going to cause democracy to fold.
He's going to try and take over the government.
And so we're going to use anything and everything we can against the other side,
which is why they then were able to, at least in their eyes, justify going to,
forward and I can't say tapping. Oh, Josh Hawley, they're really mad at you because you said
wiretapping, interfering with the private communications of sitting U.S. senators. I mean, that's
pretty wild. Again, it takes a lot in order to do that. There are certain measures that you would
have to follow. You need a court order. You need a subpoena. You need an NSL U.S. Patriot Act National
Security letter. I'm guessing that's what they got, right? Is that what they got? A national
security letter because Donald Trump and all of his accomplices, half the country, were somehow
a threat to democracy or a FISA order. So maybe, you know, that's how they went after him
the first time, right? They were able to go after Carter Page with the FISA warrant because
they had that fictitional intel, courtesy of, oh, Hillary Clinton's law firm, Perkins Coy,
that went out and hired Fusion GPS.
Fusion GPS was an investigative political research team
that went out and hired Christopher Steele,
who then went out and hired a bunch of other people,
including people that we believed at the time
to be actual Russian spies.
Like you can't make it up.
It's like this wild game of like around and around and around
and a circle we go and here we are where we get back to,
well, one side doesn't like it.
so they're going to therefore weaponize the government and use it against the other side in order
to get them kicked off Twitter.
Get them kicked off every social media platform imaginable.
Get anybody who reports upon it or on it off of these social media platforms.
It's wild.
I mean, they were actually going after people's bank accounts, right?
Certain people couldn't get a bank account for goodness sakes.
Yours truly got more calls from her bank that she's had for some 20 years than I have ever had.
in my entire life and miraculously, I'll tell you what, guys, after November of 24, I stopped
getting the calls. Suddenly, I'm no longer popular. I don't know what happened. Or actually, I think I do.
Which is really alarming. Okay? That's just like pure anecdotal. I don't know why I kept getting so
calls, so many calls. I don't know why I was so popular. They were asking me about everything.
and then all of a sudden it all stopped.
And where were the phone companies?
Why were they doing this?
Why were the banks acquiescing?
Why were the phone companies acquiescing?
What were they threatening them with?
I mean, it's something that Senator John Kennedy had a lot of questions about.
But the phone company and the general counsel for the phone company are companies,
if there were more than one involved, could say, you know,
this is serious as an aneurist.
This is serious as four heart attacks and a stroke.
This is a sitting United States Senator.
So General Counsel would likely advise the CEO,
you need to file a motion to quash.
Senator, typically phone companies follow a subpoena from a United States attorney.
No, they do, but they don't have to.
They could challenge it, Senator.
Yeah.
Or maybe they should have gone to Amazon and buy some testicles online.
Instead of just saying, sure, I'll just show you the phone records of a sitting United States senator on the basis of an administrative subpoena.
Look, I mean, it's typically what they do.
Pan Bondi's not wrong.
I would just say, was this a really flimsy subpoena?
And how is it that our government was able to get these subpoenas?
What judge was willing to roll over?
Why don't we have a higher standard, right?
You just say, oh, we think they're a threat to democracy?
I mean, what if we did that?
What if we said, we think every Democrat is a threat to democracy?
We think AOC, we think Bernie Sanders, we think Hakeem Jeffries,
because you can't figure out the shutdown.
We think Chuck Schumer.
Oh, they're all threats to democracy.
So we're going to go now and we're going to intercept the phone communications of all those people.
No, you can't do that.
Okay, you can't actually do that, guys, because that would be wrong.
Like, it's like they have no actual moral high ground.
And they just kept going back to, but it's Trump, but it's Trump, but it's Trump.
I mean, it's amazing to me.
And mind you, they're going to continue to do that because I'm already hearing this.
I'm already hearing this being echoed in some of the talking points from the left.
It's crazy to me, but, you know, they've already started to say he's going to steal the election, right?
We're already starting to hear that.
I want to play you some examples.
Here's one on that lovely, awful show, The View.
This is, this is, this is in order to make the case.
because in their minds, in all of their minds,
they now believe they have carte blanche to do whatever they want to.
That's right.
Yes.
That's what the feeling is.
And if they stop us from voting, that's the one thing people hear that?
I mean, it's the one.
You hear that.
She said, and if they stop us from voting, this is just last week.
It's the one thing that makes us very different from lots of other countries.
Our votes, they do count.
I do know that they count.
If we can...
If we're a lot to vote.
Well, I think people will figure out how to vote because I don't...
One thing I believe I know about Americans is they don't want to be told what to do.
They don't want to be...
Kee-D applause.
This is what they're showing in the comments.
By the way, they actually have to pay someone to hold up a sign to say to the audience, applaud.
You can suggest some stuff, but they don't want you saying you got to go over here and do this.
They don't want that.
They don't want a dictatorship.
And I think people want...
Okay.
Yeah, okay, they start the music because it's ABC now and she's getting into dictatorship and she's just so flat out wrong and that's a problem.
Look, I mean, you look at what's going on in Chicago.
They're trying to use this right now.
They're trying to use this as an example of how Donald Trump is just going to take over everything.
Watch.
On the streets, even before the National Guard has made it to the streets of Illinois, you've got the Border Patrol.
I was in Cicero yesterday, 90% Latino population.
And I watched as they'd only pick people off the streets, but,
family members would come up to me and ask me where their family members were.
I watched you with Rachel the other night here on MSNBC,
and you were talking about how CBP has basically used the justification of the 100-mile border rule
to allow the deployment here.
And they're saying the border of Lake Michigan, the coast of Lake Michigan is the border.
Lake Michigan, many people reach out to me and said Lake Michigan doesn't even touch Canada.
Are you thinking about suing to stop the deployment of the border patrol here as well?
Look, I think it's important to recognize that the Trump administration
doesn't seem to respect any laws in the United States.
They just do what they want to do,
and they'll keep doing it unless someone stops them.
Here in Illinois, we're stopping.
We're doing everything that we can to push back.
And yeah, they've got armed,
we're talking about automatic weapons and camouflaged,
and they're not soldiers, right?
These are ICE and Customs and Border Patrol agents
that are roaming the streets of Chicago in downtown Chicago.
Why?
It's a show.
It's a show of force.
And why does Donald Trump want to do that?
I've said this before, and I think it's important for people to hear it.
He wants to militarize major cities across the United States, especially blue cities in blue states.
Okay.
You see what's happening.
Oh, and it's all about blue cities and blue states.
Well, I have a counter to that.
Just go look at Memphis, Tennessee.
But this is what they're trying to do.
So they're now, once again, just like they use J6 to say, oh, my gosh, Donald Trump's going to take over the country.
He's going to take over democracy.
wow, we got to go out and get the phone records and intercept them and do the tolling, right?
That's the metadata.
Remember when Ed Snowden exposed all that?
They were collecting metadata on everybody.
They were collecting metadata all on behalf of preserving democracy and OJ6 and Jack Smith continued that.
The FBI started it.
So you got to get Christopher Ray in there.
You got to get you got to get Merrick Garland in there.
You got to get Jack Smith in there.
you can do a whole lot of things right now.
It's important.
It's important, actually, because, again, you can't actually have an environment like that.
I mean, they are trying to use this again now, vis-a-vis what's going on in Chicago,
but I got news for them because, you know, you just look in some other places like Memphis
where people are recognizing the benefit of having National Guard, and I think it completely
blows up that argument that, oh, Donald Trump is only after blue states.
I'm sorry.
It just so happens that a lot of blue states have a whole lot of crime, right?
Because for whatever reason, some of these blue state governors and these blue state mayors have not
been able to govern their respective areas as well as some red states.
Yeah, but here we are in Memphis, Tennessee, where guess what?
You've got a pretty high crime rate.
It actually tops the nation in terms of violent crime.
There you have it, Memphis, Tennessee.
So under that logic, right?
under that logic that we've heard from the Democrats repeatedly,
then he would ignore Memphis, Tennessee,
but that's not actually what's going on.
A couple weeks ago, he started sending in National Guard,
National Guard right there in Memphis,
because it shouldn't top the country in violent crime.
He wants to address that head-on,
and so what if it's a red state?
You haven't heard much about it because it is a red state.
And guess what?
Law enforcement there is like, come on in.
We welcome you.
We welcome your presence and the people like that.
All I want to say is Trump, you're doing your big thing, man.
We got the kids back outside on, we got the kids back outside on their bikes.
Appreciate them for helping cleaning up Memphis.
Hey, MPD.
Well, I don't even know what to say about y'all.
You ain't got to worry about no, bop, bop, bough, you ain't got to worry about no ducking.
You ain't got to worry about them fiends doing all it.
All of that old shit.
Make Memphis great again, got them.
Hey, it's a good thing.
Yeah, I mean, it is a good thing.
thing. If you have a shot at actually increasing the safety of any particular city or neighborhood,
why wouldn't you take that? In fact, if you really wanted to twist it on its head, maybe the blue
states should be saying, hey, hey, what about us? What about us? We need some money. We need some National
Guard. We need better safer streets. Instead, they make it all about being anti-Trump. How dare he come here?
I want to show you another Memphis residence just welcoming this. Here's a woman. She's sitting
outside on her porch, and she's like, look, I'm not political. I don't really talk about politics.
I don't really care about politics, but I got to tell you, this is a good thing because all of a sudden the kids are out playing again.
You know, you can walk your dog.
I mean, you haven't been able to do this in years in Memphis.
Some of y'all might get mad at me.
And at this point, I don't give it any.
I'm not into politics.
I'm not into all that extra stuff that people be losing their life over.
I ain't inside it.
You hear me?
What else?
But I will say thank you to Trump for bringing these national guards.
doing what they're doing down here in Memphis right now.
You know, for the first time in five years,
I've been in my home for five years.
And for the first time, my kids have been able to play in the backyard
and be able to do it comfortably.
I haven't heard a gunshot in two weeks.
Wow.
I have to see any strange.
I mean, so it's amazing, right?
Like, people are coming out over and over again,
but you haven't heard much about Memphis.
All you hear about is Chicago.
It's like the tale of two cities, right?
In Chicago, Brandon Johnson wants to fight him at every turn.
Here he is on CNN.
This is a fundamental attack on our democracy.
It's not about immigration.
It's not about safety.
It's about authoritarianism.
And we're going to push back and we're going to defend Chicago
and all American cities against this tyrant.
Okay, but let me just go to the issue,
like at the Chicago apartment of building overnight last week.
This is, according to DHS, 37 undocumented immigrants
were arrested in that operation. The building was targeted because it was known to be frequented
by Trin de Aragua gang members. I mean, how do you respond to people who say these sorts of
efforts are making the country safer? Look, I'm working hard every single day to build the safest,
most affordable big city in America. Just this past summer, we have the fewest amount of homicides
since 1965. Homicides are down. By the way, that's like super contested. Even the data coming out
Memphis. All of this data is super contested, I should argue, and point out, because DC, same thing.
There has been some alleged massaging of some of the numbers in order to make things a look
a little bit better because they knew they were under fire, but we'll let him continue.
Shootings are down, shooting victims are down, a lot of work to be done, but we are building a safe,
affordable bixie in America. But I don't know if there's anybody in America that believes that
armed masked men
showing up with black hawk
helicopters sticking guns
in the faces of black women
zip tying black children
putting immigrants in one van
putting black folks in another van
this is not what built safety
they would they would
differ with that the Trump administration
they would point out that the trend of the
Tragua was
it is a notorious gang
it was in an apartment building in
Chicago and unfortunately
when you're going in and you're raiding the building, it means you're bringing everybody out,
and they were going after the bad guys, the bad guys with TDA who were believed to have
committed crimes and were here illegally. So when you actually look at what the people of Chicago
are saying, it's a miraculous thing. Like, they're saying, thank you, thank you. We actually
want to feel safe, right, in our own neighborhood. This is why Brandon Johnson himself enjoys just a
6% approval rating, which is worse than the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party's down around
30% approval rating. I mean, you think that's bad, right? Just take a look at Brandon Johnson's
approval rating. So things are changing and they're going to keep changing. It's like the train
has just left the station and it's happening whether you like it or not. I mean, you're going to
have, I hope, a new environment, a new America where kids feel safe. I mean, hopefully we have a
new world where people feel safe thanks to the peace deal.
I want to go to Egypt and Israel because this is a huge deal.
And the fact that some Dems are so bitter about it is so freaking telling.
But before I do, quick word from one of our sponsors, balance in nature.

excited. Look, Donald Trump is excited, and I got to hand it to him. He is spreading the well.
He is saying, this is a wonderful day because everyone, everyone in the Middle East came together.
I'll tell you, he's the only guy who could have gotten that done.
Well, we had a lot of great success and a lot of great countries that wanted this to happen.
You know, countries that you wouldn't think.
Qatar was fantastic.
Saudi Arabia was fantastic.
UAE was fantastic.
Jordan, the King Abdullah, he just couldn't have been nicer.
I call him general, but president.
You can call them whatever you want.
But LCC, strong, tough, like an unbelievable guy.
They all wanted to see this happen.
That's the amazing thing.
Everybody came together at this point.
If you go back six months or seven months, you would have said a thing like this is impossible.
I mean, we have 35 different countries over there.
They're just about all with their leaders, not just, you know, sending somebody over.
and they all wanted this to happen.
And I think I had a big impact,
but I can have a big impact
if they don't want it to happen.
It's not going to happen.
They all wanted this to happen,
and it's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
I mean, I watch your coverage,
and I really appreciate it.
You're a real professional.
Not because it's good or bad.
You're just really professional.
Be great of other people could do what you do
because, you know, they put negative spins.
But even if you look at the spin
that the other, I would call them,
the fake news has been putting on it.
everybody's been positive.
It's sort of a miracle, actually.
It's really, really, really wonderful.
You know, he was willing to go about this in a whole different way,
and I think that's a big part of it.
He is not somebody who's going to sit there and read buckets and buckets of information
that's been printed out by a bunch of staffers at the State Department.
He is someone who trusts his own instinct,
who trusts his own conversations with individuals far above
trusting all of the research from the State Department.
And so it's a point of contention.
They've never liked that, right?
The CIA hands on this, State Department hands on this.
They're like, here, go read it.
He's like, no, thank you.
I'll just go watch TV by like five TVs.
He's got, you know, maybe a lot of people don't know this.
Off of the Oval Office, there's this small corridor.
There's a small room where some presidents have in the past chosen to work.
He actually uses a little bit of a storage room.
But if you go further down, there's a room that kind of looks like a dining room.
Like there's a, it's like a dining room table that's there.
And he sits on one end with his computer and he looks up and he's got TV after TV after TV.
So he knows what's going on in the world.
In real time, in a way that, well, I don't think a lot of presidents ever have done before.
I don't think you've ever seen presidents watching that much TV and then calling people up and saying,
tell me more, explain more, explain more.
And then using his own judgment to come away with something.
So he basically turned all the policy that we've been using historically on its head.
And he said, how can I get a deal done here?
Which meant he had to go to everyone.
He had to get everyone on board.
And that is exactly what he did.
He built a coalition.
And by the way, he's going to keep building.
He's going to keep on building because he's got big plans for the peace board as he's calling it.
You know who else?
I want to go to some sound from Ben Shapiro, who is very steep.
in Middle East policy, a host of the Benchapiro show.
He was appearing on Fox and Friends.
And he's saying something quite similar to what I'm saying.
In other words, Donald Trump was able to kind of find the point, the deal-making point
with all of these different countries, which is something that Biden wasn't able to do.
Certainly Obama was not able to do.
And this is the leverage he was able to use to really bring something together.
Let's watch.
Well, I think the president ignored pretty much all the conventional wisdom.
all the State Department conventional wisdom that has failed for 80 years.
And that's why the president has a signally extraordinary record in the Middle East.
He understands that in the Middle East you actually have to force people to keep by their promises.
He understands that supporting our allies in the Middle East is much smarter than pretending at neutrality
between our allies and their enemies and our enemies as well.
The president refused to accept the idea of an Iranian-dominated Middle East.
And instead, he gave the Israelis what they needed to succeed militarily and diplomatically.
he worked with first while allies like Qatar and Turkey and actually made them promise that they
were going to push Hamas into the corner. That's the thing that changed between two years ago or a year ago.
And now President Trump is the added ingredient and Israeli military victory across the Middle East.
What worries you most about what we know about the series of events that has to take place to start rebuilding Gaza and get to the peace part?
Is it phase two that you're most worried about?
Absolutely. Phase one is an extraordinary achievement, like a Nobel Prizeworthy achievement by the
president of the United States, one of the great diplomatic achievements in my lifetime.
But phase two is going to require everybody again being on board. You couldn't have gotten, though,
it certainly couldn't gotten to phase two, right, without phase one, because this is a president who basically
just threw the sort of book of rules right out the window and said, no, no, I'm going to do this my way.
I mean, kind of like he's done with everything, right?
Which is why I keep going back to there's only one person that could have gotten this done.
Somebody sent me a text.
A rabbi who doesn't like Trump had sent out a note to temple saying, you know,
this is all because of this, that, and the other and sort of God and your prayers.
And the person said, no, it's because I voted for Donald Trump three times.
I thought that was great.
Anyway, here's Donald Trump talking about the board of peace that he's putting together in the
investment that's going to be needed. I mean, hey, you need some beachside condos in Gaza, right?
Better not say that. But anyway, he's going to find a way for everybody to make money and be happy.
Everybody wants to be on the Board of Peace. They said, would you be the Chairman? I say, I'm pretty busy, too.
But whatever we can do to have peace in the Middle East, it's worth it. But everybody wants to go on the
board of peace, so we're probably going to enlarge it. We're going to get it. The leaders, the top people,
the top leaders, they want to be on the Board of Peace, a beautiful term.
At first I wasn't sure, and then I realized how beautiful it is.
And for the people of Gaza, the focus now must be on restoring the basics of a good life.
We're going to have a lot of money coming into Gaza and a lot of rebuilding and building.
It's not so much rebuilding.
It's really building, cleaning up and building.
I'm pleased to announce that numerous countries of great wealth and power and dignity have come forward to me
just today and over the last week to say they want to help in the reconstruction
of Gaza, putting up whatever money is necessary.
And the money is, of course, it's a lot of money,
but it's not much compared to the value
or the wealth of these tremendous countries.
And they are ensuring stability and success
in the Middle East.
So when you think about it, it's a very, very small amount
of money is necessary, relatively speaking.
And as those commitments are made,
I'm going to let the world know who is doing it
because they really deserve great
credit for doing it and they're going to do something that's really monumental. This is a monumental
day. This is a monumental moment in the history of the world beyond the Middle East. We've all agreed
that supporting Gaza must be done to lift up the people themselves, but we don't want to fund
anything having to do with the bloodshed hatred or terror as has happened in the past. And for the
same reason. We're also agreed that Gaza's reconstruction requires that it be demilitarized
and that a new, honest, civilian police force must be allowed to create a safe condition
for the people in Gaza.
So this is, like, amazing, right?
Like, it really is amazing.
And I want to play one more bite, but then we've got to get to the Democrat reaction because
who, I mean, Barry, come on, show some class.
I mean, he's like, he's mad.
There's the tweet where he didn't thank Trump.
And now he's out with some new sound on some podcast I got to show you.
Kind of bitter, really and truly bitter because guess what?
Turns out the businessman who used to be the star of the apprentice, he's running circles
around you all day long, Barry.
Here's Donald Trump on the New Middle East.
This is not only the end of a war.
This is the end of the age of terror and death
and the beginning of the age of faith and hope and of God.
It's the start of a grand concord and lasting harmony for Israel
and all the nations of what will soon be a truly magnificent region.
I believe that so strongly.
And it will be, right?
So this is incredible.
It's incredible. Enjoy it.
Like the whole world should rejoice.
And yet, and yet, we got some people out there.
Some people that don't seem to like recognize the importance of this.
I mean, or at least Donald Trump's role in it.
I mean, there was Barack Obama tweeting when news of this came kind of begrudgingly
and congratulating the international community, but just leaving Donald Trump.
I'm completely out to which Don Jr. responded, hey, you know, you're welcome. Like, you're welcome.
But, you know, he's got a bit of a grudge on his shoulder, shall we say, about Donald Trump.
And I don't think that's ever going to end. In fact, he's the one that led us down this bad path with all the
things that they did with Russia, Russia, Russia, that all was a derivative of Barack Obama's initiative.
That's what Tulsi has exposed.
So Ben Rhodes was on, Ben Rhodes, remember he was like part of the NSC team.
He has some kind of NGO with Jake Sullivan now.
So the two of them are sitting there going, because like, this was Republican Party that did this.
This was Donald Trump that did this.
How unthinkable.
And they can't really give him full credit.
I want to go to Ben Rhodes speaking.
This is the guy, do you guys remember?
He said, oh, you just put something out there and you tell enough people and you allow it to be like
an echo chamber and then suddenly it's true. Oh yeah, like Russia, Russia, Russia. Here's Ben Rhodes talking
about the historic, amazing deal that Donald Trump, who's going to go down, this sticks as the
greatest president in history, got done. Rhodes reacts. I give Trump credit for essentially finally
applying some leverage on the Israeli government, on Bibi Nanyahu in particular, in a way that,
you know, frankly, we didn't even see President Biden do when he was in office. And I think
simultaneously, Qatar and Turkey were applying a lot of leverage on Hamas, and then that got us
into the ceasefire.
That's terrific.
It's great that the Israeli hossetas are reunited with their families, that aid is getting to Gaza.
I would not go as far as to say that this kind of validates a certain, you know, theory of
diplomacy because, frankly, it's just a ceasefire.
The problem has not been solved.
It's not really a ceasefire.
It's not a world peace deal.
How dare you say that, right?
because that was Obama who was supposed to get the World Peace Deal.
And he was going to go about it a very different way.
His preference was to really bring Iraq into this, forgive me, Iran right into the center.
But with the Abraham Accords that, of course, were the sort of brainchild of Jared Kushner,
what you had happened instead was you marginalized Iran.
And by taking out the nuclear capability that was really critical in this entire step process,
right?
because you took out the nuclear capability, thereby enabling the process to have some flexibility
and some freedom. Because if you hadn't done that, everybody would have been worried. Well,
we can't let our guard down because they're not going to let their guard down. So that was a
critical step. But again, this is huge. And here's Obama's reaction. I want to share with you.
Poor Barry has literally no class in his old age, not that he had any beforehand. His wife certainly
doesn't. We know that. I mean, the woman wouldn't even show up for Jimmy Carter's funeral.
Jimmy Carter, who they got to go out on a limb and call Donald Trump an illegitimate president.
You couldn't even show up for his lousy funeral, let alone the inauguration, right?
But she's got her issues. Plenty of them. And apparently he has his too. Watch.
Like, it feels like the, like I remember when you left. And that, you know, there is this sort of a vacuum.
and in terms of, like, my, obviously my responsibility to my audience is different.
But how do you sort of, you know, did you feel the weight of that responsibility?
Yeah.
I mean, what was unusual for me was, obviously, a lot of what I represented.
Yeah.
A lot of what Michelle and I had tried to project the values are thinking about America.
My successor seemed to represent the opposite.
He can't even say his name.
My successor seemed to represent the opposite.
What did you really represent, Barack?
Weren't you the guy who said, you, you didn't earn that.
You didn't make it because, I don't know,
you're going back to your socialist roots there.
You don't like big business?
You don't like capital?
You don't like all the things that have made the United States,
the best, most successful, most dominant country in the world?
Not seemed, didn't.
Yeah.
And so I think there was a lot of anger, a lot of sadness,
some fear among a big chunk of the country.
And one of the problems with the American political system is,
although we have political parties, we don't have a parliamentary system.
So basically the president, in my case, a Democrat, I leave office, and there's no obvious person who's now the shadow prime minister, the leader of the party for the Democrats, right?
And so there were a lot of terrific people who were doing good work.
But, you know, we have this weird situation where you don't have a designated person who's,
right speaking on behalf of the whole party so um i actually found myself drawn back in to
uh day-to-day politics or commentary more than i had wanted to be oh right because you
kind of had to run the country you had to run the country when biden was in there is that what
it was about look uh it's sort of very telling that on the day we get this
enormous peace deal, you've got Barry out there saying, well, you know, he didn't represent the
values that we represented, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. I'm sorry, like even Debbie Dingell.
Debbie Dingell, bless her, the Democrat, right? From New York, forgive me, no, she's not.
Well, anyway, Debbie Dingell, wherever she's from, went on with Maria this morning,
my friend over at Fox, and she said, look, you know, it's a win. Even Jake.
Sullivan calls it a win.
So is there any message you'd like to send to President Trump after the release of these hostages
today?
Look, I'll thank them.
The hostages are home.
Even Jake Sullivan said he helped do this.
Okay, so she's going to thank him.
That would have been the better answer, the more appropriate answer for Barry.
Look, I haven't watched the whole interview.
Perhaps it gets better.
But overall, you know, you see a sort of, um,
a malaise in the media.
They don't want to praise this.
They don't want to say anything good about him.
Christine Almabor got in a little bit of hot water
because she came out earlier today and said that most likely the hostages,
the Israeli hostages, were better treated than the Gaza hostages.
I mean, give me a break.
She actually, I mean, on what is she basing that?
Nothing.
Okay, nothing.
They just have their own personal biases, and yet they mask around as CNN.
We are a journalist with a capital J.
They won't admit that they have their own preconceived notion of everything.
So people were like, hey, hey, what are you talking about?
And so she just moments ago came out and apologized saying this.
I spoke about what a day of real joy this is for Israeli families
whose loved ones are finally being returned from two years of horrific Hamas captivity.
And for civilians in Gaza, who finally had recently had.
reprieve from two years of brutal and deadly war. I noted that for the hostages who are finally
home, it'll take a long time for them to recover mentally and physically, but I regret also saying
that they might have been treated better than many Gazans because Hamas used these hostages
as pawns and bargaining chipped. But that was insensitive and it was wrong, from speaking to many
former hostages and their families, like everyone, I've been horrified at what Hamas has subjected
them to over two long years. They've told me, as you've just heard, their stories of barely
being able to breathe in the tunnels, not being allowed to cry, being starved, and made to
dig their own graves. And of course, today, some of the hostages are coming back in body bags.
Yeah. Well, you know, most of the media just can't accept this. They just can't accept it.
They've got, you know, Obama who can't quite accept it with his.
his lousy tweet. They've got the New York Times, I'm showing you all of the things.
Trump pronounces end of Gaza war, but details remain unsolved. They can't give him any kind of
wind, despite the fact that Biden could get, could not get this win, despite the fact that
Barack Obama could not get this win. They say Trump takes a victory lap, but avoids questions
about what's next. I'm sorry, he just told you what's next. I played you the sound. You talked
about how we're going to have a peace board, and everybody wants to be involved in this, and there's
going to be a lot of money pouring in because they got to do a lot of building. It's really kind of
incredible. I'm going to cite a CNN anchor who actually did the right thing here and called out
Barack Obama for his lack of class. I mean, real lack of class. You had the CNN anchor Amapur
doing the predictable thing, right, and then having to apologize for it. And then you have a woman
who hosts a show every night that my friend Scott Jennings goes on.
He's actually a reason to watch CNN these days.
And she actually says, you know, Barack, he should have been a bigger person here.
Watch.
...about this post talking about the peace deal and the prospects of it.
And Don Jr. responded to it.
I'll finish it for you.
Thank you, Donald Trump.
Honestly, it's not unfair to say if President Obama's going to write a whole post about a peace deal,
maybe he should acknowledge the president that brokered it.
Yeah, I would think he should acknowledge the president that brokered it.
But we're talking about a petty man, a petty man who really just can't get over his dislike
for one, Barack, forgive me, Barack Obama, the petty man that can not get over his dislike
for one Donald Trump.
It's sort of amazing.
But it gets you back to everything that's happened.
and to get you back to where we began this show with Letitia James,
now facing a growing number of calls to resign.
She's getting a lot of that from the Republican Party.
She's getting a lot of that, even from some members internally within her party
who question whether or not she's going to be able to take them forward.
I want to show you a story that just came out right now, right here on the Daily Mail.
They're talking about the woman who was living, apparently,
in Letitia James' quote unquote primary residence.
Well, it wasn't Letitia living there.
It was her niece, the tenant living in the Virginia house.
They report at the center of the New York Attorney General
Latisha James' federal indictment is a fugitive from justice.
Oh, great.
So we're going to rely on her, I see, when we have to do all the intent documentation,
when we try and figure out just exactly why Letitia put this in as a primary resident.
and why the other house in Virginia was listed as a secondary residence.
I guess we have to go to this woman who is a fugitive.
James had reportedly allowed her grandniece, along with her three children,
to live in the three-bedroom property in Norfolk since 2020.
Now, in an embarrassing twist, they write, for Donald Trump's nemesis,
that would be one Letitia James,
Daily Mail has discovered that Thompson is officially listed as an Fondre
who's been sought out by authorities in North Carolina for failing to finish her probation.
So what is she like harboring a criminal?
You can't make it up.
It keeps getting worse and worse and worse and worse for Letitia James.
Leticia, it would make sense for you to resign right now.
I know you don't want to.
I know you're going to fight this with all you can.
But you're hurting your party.
You're hurting the state of New York.
And you're hurting the country in the public.
process. I mean, maybe the reality is you just never should have done what you did. And I think
that's where we come back. Ladies and gentlemen, today in this show, they never should have done
all that they did. And this is what's all coming out, whether it be Letitia, whether it be Fannie,
it's Alvin, Bragg, Jack Smith, you name it. What they did was unthinkable and they used certain
kinds of things like J6 to try and fit their narrative so that they could then weaponize the government.
and you can't weaponize the government.
That's what I'm going to keep getting back to over and over and over again.
They took away our freedom of speech.
They weaponized the government.
They were, quote, unquote, spying on U.S. senators in 92 different groups.
Unbelievable stuff.
Unbelievable stuff.
And all that spying led to is, you know, we've talked about problems for everyday Americans.
Everyday Americans.
You heard me talk earlier about how they went after.
for example, people that, you know, couldn't get bank accounts because they were, oh, I don't know,
conservatives. It's really kind of just awful, truly, truly awful.
On a real quick note, a reminder to go over to 76research.com.
That's my company that I started.
I just want to give a quick market check for you here today because the markets turned it around
after we got news that the president was looking to put 100% tariff.
Don't forget, right, onto China.
That came out last, was that, the days are getting mixed up here.
We've had so much news on Friday.
On Friday, we learned that the president was looking at possibly putting a 100% tariff onto China
because he doesn't like the way the trade negotiations are going.
Something happened.
Most likely China tried to acquiesce a little bit.
There was a little diplomacy going on behind closed doors, and the market has now since recovered.
If you're interested in investing, which I encourage you to do, go check out my company.
