Starting point is 00:00:01 So you know, I never trusted this woman, never, ever, ever, not since she kind of, well, went back on her word to the Italians themselves. Georgia Maloney promising them that she was going to cut down on migrants and immigration. And then instead, what she did, she accepted 500,000 migrants into Italy. So that's sort of signal number one. And then there have been a whole variety of things. I mean, me as an American, you know what I'm most upset about that? We couldn't get our troops to be able to refuel in Siegel. Donella, except wait a second, maybe we could because that's the latest lie that she's been caught in.
Starting point is 00:00:37 And now, humiliated, embarrassed because of what Donald Trump said about her, begging for that photo, she's running off into the arms of Macron. Okay, that's like I know you're desperate, right? When Emmanuel Macron is your savior, George Maloney, I don't know, I think the jig might be up for you. The funny thing is, and I'll explain this, this is actually in a weird way, playing straight into Donald Trump and the United States of America's hands. Welcome to the program. Good to have you here.
Starting point is 00:01:07 Make sure you subscribe, share, like, make a comment, all that stuff. I am back on home turf in my studio. Great to have you guys with me all week long. But I'll tell you, Georgia Maloney is a phony. Okay? Phony, baloney. I know a lot of people have been saying Maloney, baloney. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:01:24 It's a good one. All right? I can't help myself. There's like a 10-year-old boy in there somewhere. Anyway, Maloney Baloney is clearly a phony as well. And now, given that she's been caught in so many lies and she's in so much trouble with her own people who are like, wait a second, you told us you weren't allowing the US to use the basis, but now it's coming out that maybe it did. It's not entirely clear. She's kind of staying quiet on that. She's sending out her deputies saying, oh, there's been a
Starting point is 00:01:49 misunderstanding. But I don't know. I heard what Mark Root said, and I'll play it for you heard it too. All right. But here she is over the weekend, cozing up with one, Emmanuel Macron. It's a step up from the one that slaps them around. Anyway, I'm being silly. This is all, you know, just business. And Georgia Maloney wants to strengthen this relationship that she has with Macron and with France. And Macron in France actually want to strengthen it just a bit with Georgian, Italy, because you see, they're not on such good terms with the Germans right now. They had a whole military pact that they were working on, but nobody could decide on anything. The Germans had their priorities, and France had its priorities, and those priorities were not aligned.
Starting point is 00:02:36 I mean, you'd think the priority would be, hey, we're going to save ourselves from big, bad Russia, right? No, no, no. They can't agree on anything. So they ditch the Germans, and now they're like, okay, well, George is looking kind of nice over here. Let's invite her to the Riviera for the weekend. So there she was, the 36 Franco-Italian Summit, but it's the biggest one. Okay, this is the biggest one that they have ever had together, the most important one, the highest level bilateral meeting, really since George has been there.
Starting point is 00:03:02 So it's coming as we are on the deadline here for NATO. Don't forget, that's like a week and change away. And that's going to be happening in Turkey. And all of these people are getting kind of nervous because they're going to have to confront Donald Trump one-on-one. Georgia Maloney is going to have to have a direct meeting with Donald Trump. And per the Italian media, she's kind of nervous about it. I mean, well, I would be too. So maybe she's trying to get some pointers from Emmanuel,
Starting point is 00:03:32 not exactly the first place I'd be going. Anyway, the political context, as I said, is kind of important to understand in light of what's happening with Turkey or about to happen with Turkey, and in light of how angry, angry the Italian public is with one Georgia Maloney. So they had this big falling out. We reported on it here on the show, right? And it, you know, it was, he was furious with her. And he called into the Italian press and to the Italian Corioreore de Cera and said, listen, I'm shocked. I really don't know who she is anymore. And this was after she made the comments about how the Pope was right and he was wrong, et cetera. She also said she wasn't going to let him use the bases. And he went on my former colleague Maria Barna Ramos show,
Starting point is 00:04:16 who is Italian-American herself. And she's like, well, hey, you know, what about Italy? What's happened to our relationship with Italy? And he's like, I, you know, I can't believe this woman. So he was done with George and Maloney going into the G7. And then at G7, she apparently wanted a picture with him and got one. And then afterwards, and so it seemed, oh, you know, everything's okay again. Well, no, no, no. Afterwards, you know, I think he really ticked him off that whole Sigonella base thing. He called in to an Italian cable station and he said, well, you know, I had to give her a picture because she was begging me for one.
Starting point is 00:04:50 You know, I felt kind of bad for her. She really seemed like she wanted this, et cetera. And she lost it. The next thing, you know, like within minutes, she's out with her whole spiel on camera immediately to her phone saying, you know, some things deserve an immediate response. This is something that I need to respond to immediately. Italy will never beg.
Starting point is 00:05:08 I will never beg. Italy will never be caught begging. Except while the president stands by it, he doubled down over the weekend, et cetera. You know the job. I just want to give you the backdrop to understand what's going on as this meeting came about, the BBC writing over the weekend that Maloney and Trump have had a fallout that's proving very, very hard to fix. And I don't know how much she really wants to fix it. I think she's been kind of caught with her pants down, so to speak, over this whole Sigonella thing. And that's a
Starting point is 00:05:37 problem for her. So she's trying to come up with something, right? She needs some military might for NATO, and yet this woman's not willing to pay her 5%. So where is she heading with this? apparently into some kind of agreement with McCrone. Okay. Surprising because historically she hasn't really been much of a McCone fan, as some of this video suggests, right? Like the eye rolling, and granted they get her in kind of a funny spot, but she's never been really one to dote on McCrone,
Starting point is 00:06:14 and now all of a sudden McCrone is the man of the hour. McCrone, who, by the way, is, you see that you're, you're going to see hearts in a second. You say, okay, so these are memes that are going around. They also have some memes of George Maloney now, a single woman and, you know, getting her hair cut and book in a vacation solo. And, of course, turning to McCrone, which, again, is sort of surprising for everyone because she was sort of the antithesis of McCrone. If he was the socialist, snotty Frenchman, she was the common sense Italian woman who understood the problem with open, borders who understood the problem with, you know, having an economy that is not functioning the way it should because of too much regulation, because of too many debts to all of its people
Starting point is 00:07:04 via its social welfare programs, and thus understood how incredibly important it is to reduce the number of people coming in. So she seemed like she was Europe's big hope, not exactly the kind of person that you'd see, you know, hanging out with McCrone at the Riviera over the weekend. So people in Italy, they've sort of had it up to here. Again, they elected her for a reason. I was over there last year. There was all this optimism, so much excitement. And they thought, you know, she can really solve things. And not only can she solve things for us, she'll be able to help us have a better relationship with the U.S. Maybe she can actually help all of Europe have a better relationship with the U.S.
Starting point is 00:07:48 But she failed, and she failed big time, when she told the President of the United States, nope, you cannot stop in Sigonella. This is in Sicily. You cannot refuel there because this is an issue for parliament, and it turns out that's not entirely true. Not entirely true. Mark Ruta, who runs NATO, he's like the,
Starting point is 00:08:10 is he German, I think, or Swedish, maybe German? Anyway, he's the guy who's like in charge. of it all, Ruta, and he went on to Fox last week, and this created kind of an uproar, you see, because he set it flat out. Apparently, 500 planes were allowed to actually fly off of bases there in Italy, which would be in direct contrast to what Georgia told her people. Oh, kind of like the immigration thing, right? We're not going to allow any migrants. Oh, 500,000 in. This woman is all over the place to be. simplistic, phony, phony, baloney, maloney.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Okay, and that's how we can remember it. Italy, 500 US planes took off from a US basis in Italy to support Epic Fury. So this is massive. When you look at the whole of Europe, it's between 4 and 5,000, a country like Romania, its capital, Bucharest. Okay, so that would be massive. Now, she hasn't addressed. this head on at all. She hasn't said anything. She sent out her head of defense to say, oh, actually, he's mistaken those agreements. They were already in place, et cetera. No, Georgia, that's not what
Starting point is 00:09:27 you told the people of Italy. You told the people of Italy that the U.S. was not allowed to use any basis. You see how she's trying to play every single card? George Maloney's problem is Donald Trump is that much smarter and he's playing that many more cards and she's running to play catch up. So she was caught in an awkward situation. He said she was begging for her picture. She wants, you know, to basically have a better relationship with him. He's not going to allow for it because of the bases. And then the NATO guy rats her out and says to the whole world, hey, it turns out Georgia was allowing the bases. So apparently she was allowing it. She just wasn't telling Trump or wasn't telling the public. I don't know what that was about. What I think really went down
Starting point is 00:10:13 was that, yes, she was allowing some bases, perhaps not the Sigonello one. That's the one that became the big sticking point. But she was trying to get the good PR that she was getting from Bloomberg and Reuters and the F.T. and everybody. Oh, even the Wall Street Journal is in on this. Oh, Georgia Maloney, she's so great. She's standing up to Donald Trump. So she was trying to cash in, I should say, on that, well, simultaneously doing something else entirely behind this. the scenes, which is again why you cannot trust her. And I don't think we do. So she's running damage
Starting point is 00:10:50 control. And I want to show you her latest way of running that damage control. She went and spoke over, this actually may have been today. And the memes are like constant now because she said, you know, Donald Trump and I were not Temptation Island. The reality show. Okay. She's going on, you know. Montseamo Combe Temptation Island. We are not like Temptation Island, okay? So she's trying to say,
Starting point is 00:11:21 gosh, I don't really understand why the media is so infatuated with us. Oh, I can tell you why they're infatuated with you because you're lying and you got caught lying. And the media loves that, okay? Here's the translation, according to Clash Report. I was genuinely surprised, George Maloney said,
Starting point is 00:11:35 and when I said I was surprised, I was being completely sincere. I've obviously read the various interpretations that have been circulating, some involving alleged viral videos in which my behavior may have appeared somewhat assertive, regardless of the finger-pointing issue. Oh, yes, she was caught on tape pointing her finger at him. But I think that was just, you know, Italians, they talk with their hands a little bit. That's all it is, okay? And it's a little handsy, and she's, you know, it's just her being animated. I didn't actually think much of that. But the media, especially her fans,
Starting point is 00:12:06 are trying to say that she was pointing her finger at Trump. I didn't see it that or read it that way. She also said, I've also read theories suggesting that this may have been an attempt to divert attention away from the progress of negotiations with Iran and instead shift focus onto difficulties within NATO. Oh, that's interesting. Is that what he was trying to do? I don't think so. I actually think he's just really ticked off with Georgia Maloney, like really ticked off with her and feels a little betrayed by her. You know, this has happened to him before with some notable conservative, allegedly conservative women, right? and then he's like done
Starting point is 00:12:41 I mean she could come back we'll see I mean not for me but maybe for him if it's politically expedient for him to make her part of the inner circle again but look he's not going to forget what she did she goes on to say as you've seen in recent hours the issue here we go
Starting point is 00:12:58 we're going to go back to some of the sound let's listen for a second to we've got B-roll no forgive me we're going to go back to Mark Ruto let's listen to him Italy 500 US planes took off from US bases in Italy to support Epic Fury. So this is massive.
Starting point is 00:13:18 When you look at all of Europe canons between 4 and 5,000, a country like Romania, its capital, Bucharest, they had to cut down on commercial air flights and airplanes because they had to use the airport for the tanker facilities. Italy, 500 US planes took off from the US bases in Italy. to support Epic Fury. So this is massive. When you look at the whole of Europe, it's between 4,000 and 5,000, a country like Romania, its capital, Bucharest,
Starting point is 00:13:50 they had to cut down on commercial air flights and airplanes because they had to use the airport for the tanker facility. So all this is taking place. You see how that works? Yeah, there's a heat wave going on. The camera gets kind of overheated. Very hot. Anyway, that is Mark Rudeau saying some funny things and worth hearing, but I would just go back to this.
Starting point is 00:14:18 You know, look, she's saying, you know, this isn't Temptation Island. I don't understand why everybody's making such a big deal of this. And what we're telling you, Georgia, is yes, it is kind of a big deal because you got caught in a lie to your own people. Now, for Donald Trump, what is his goal here? Donald Trump wants to make sure that NATO is actually paying their fair share. And they haven't been doing that. And that's been a little bit frustrating. So if he drives her into the arms of Macron, maybe that's not such a bad thing,
Starting point is 00:14:57 given Macron's so-called status within NATO. Because they've got to find a way to actually shield themselves now from Donald Trump. and from the willingness of the U.S. to leave them with a big, big bill to pay. So they're trying to figure this out. And trust me, Macron is very weary right now and very concerned about what the U.S. may or may not do. He knows that we want them to pay 5%. And he's worried to a certain extent that we might even ding them. I mean, why else has he taken all his gold out of the New York?
Starting point is 00:15:36 fed and repatriating it. He's taking all his gold, like all of it out of London and the U.S. He's hoarding it back in France. So I think that it speaks to his level of distrust. And so for her to go and hang out with him in the Riviera shows they're now looking at this and they're saying, okay, we got to actually figure this out. In the meantime, the backdrop of Germany saying, okay, we'll take over, we'll help, we'll help. I mean, we'll see how that turns out in light of German-French alliance that they were forging militarily not being exactly the panacea that some people had hoped for. We'll see, I think one of the, frankly, Europe's biggest problem is that you have all these little countries that can never get along. And no one's willing to, quote-unquote, pay their fair share.
Starting point is 00:16:27 And so as a result, you're just probably going to have a bit of bedlam for the foreseeable future. like until they get their Alexander Hamilton of Europe and create a United States of Europe that is actually one currency with one government. I mean, you have Brussels, right? But then you have all these other countries with all their different factions. And so it's what I call a total mess.
Starting point is 00:16:52 A total mess with probably not a great future. They're either going to all break up or at some point you're going to get someone who comes in and says, all right, we've got to all lead this thing together. We've got to be united. We need a model that's more aligned with what the United States of America has done as opposed to this messed up situation that we have right now with Brussels, et cetera. But again, Donald Trump's goal is to get them to pay their money, right? So they've got to find a way to come up with this now together. And if they're
Starting point is 00:17:26 looking at the threat of the United States, not being involved, then maybe. Maybe that's what actually gets them to the finish line. In other words, again, when we talk about the method to the madness and his negotiating style, sometimes he's actually swinging for the fences when you may least think so. And sometimes I even kind of wonder if he knows. Like it's just all instinct, right? All right. Well, let's get Georgia upset.
Starting point is 00:17:54 George is all upset. So now she's going to go hang out with McCrone. And Emmanuel, he's all upset. He's so upset he's taking all his gold back. And all of them are going to figure out together that they do have to protect themselves. If they consider the boogeyman to be Russia and Vladimir Putin, then if we're not going to help them, they better figure out how to help themselves. And then that in turn alleviates the fiscal challenge we have of trying to support these folks.
Starting point is 00:18:24 They're going to have to grow up and join the rest of society. I mean, heck, I'll tell you this. I'm looking at the headlines coming out of Europe right now, the UK, France, Italy, etc. They've got a massive heat wave. It's kind of getting a little hot here too, right? But you look at the massive heat wave that's going on in Europe and nobody has air conditioning. So I looked up these statistics and it's fascinating. Somewhere around 85 to 90% of U.S. households have air conditioning.
Starting point is 00:18:55 In Europe, it's like 10% have air conditioning. So they're really worried, right? And I'm like, why don't people have air conditioning for goodness sakes? You are a mature economy. You're part of the Western world. Like what is going on? You know, they've had their heads up there. You know what's because for so long they've looked at this and they've said, well,
Starting point is 00:19:19 we don't want to consume that much energy. And if we have air conditioners, that means we're consuming more oil. We're consuming more natural gas. And that's a big no-no in the whole, you know. ESG world. Guys, ESG is over. Didn't you get the memo? BlackRock did away with it, okay?
Starting point is 00:19:38 It's done. It's over. DEI. ESG. These are relics of the past. Welcome to modern day. And in modern day, you've got to be a little bit of a realist here. And realism would say, you need an air conditioning system when you're dealing with
Starting point is 00:19:57 105 degree temperatures. You can't will it away with all your windmills. You got to focus on the here and now. So look, they're struggling with all kinds of things. They don't trust us. France is like, give me, give me, give me. I want all my gold back. They've taken it, all of it.
Starting point is 00:20:15 They took it right out of the New York Fed. I mean, they liquidated it and then repurchased it in their local central bank. They want it all for themselves. What's that about? You should go listen. We aired the interview over the weekend. Dr. Kirk Elliott, wonderful, wonderful guy over at K.E. Kirk Elliott, precious metals, you can go to Trish Love's gold and silver and learn more about investing
Starting point is 00:20:38 in either of these precious metals. I think gold is down a little bit today. He was saying that he kind of likes it in this environment more so because it's more of an opportunity long term. Go listen to the interview. It's on my channel and it's all about how France is fleeing with its gold and the reasons why they're doing this. In the meantime, if you're interested in investing in gold, I really encourage you to go
Starting point is 00:20:59 take a look at Trish Loves Gold and Silver. Don't forget Silver, right? Because that's a different play. It's a play on some of the tech opportunity and AI, et cetera, right now. Trish loves gold and silver.com. Spain is the other big. Okay, so we got a big problem with Georgia. We got a problem with Germany. We got a problem with France. This guy, little Pedrito, you've heard me call him that. I think he's actually relatively tall, but I think of Spain is little. So, you know, therefore he's kind of little. and his ideas are very, very little. Pedro Sanchez, you know who he is. I mean, this is the guy that he's like trying to quote the Pope all the time,
Starting point is 00:21:38 and he thinks the war is illegal and this, that, and the other. In bed with China, effectively, at least his predecessor was. His predecessor actually was getting paid on the back end from China to rig up the whole country with Huawei. So that means China has a back entry into NATO, So to me, that's reason number one, you get rid of Spain. I know everybody's like, well, we just should leave NATO. And maybe that's what's common.
Starting point is 00:22:06 But if we can't leave NATO, I'll tell you one thing, we've got to get rid of Spain. Or we got to help ensure that they get new management over there, which may be coming sooner than you think, because little Pedrito is getting, as you know what, kicked by, dare I say, the right. Yeah, they always call them right wing. like, oh, it's so scary, the right wing in Spain. It's a party that puts, oh, imagine this, Spain first. And it's filled with young professionals that are over what has happened.
Starting point is 00:22:38 He got, like, wiped out in the Andalusia elections. Andalusia is actually a very vital area for us because we have two big bases there, Rota and Morone. And we actually want and have taken good care of those bases over the last several decades. and I'll just tell you this, he's not allowing us any access to us. He says the war is illegal, and he says he's going to remember who was involved and who supported us in this war because, oh, well, oh, dare I say, he's got Iran and China in his back pocket. I mean, so bad that I showed you guys the video of this, do you remember the missiles?
Starting point is 00:23:14 The missiles that Iran fired off into Israel? They actually were thanking little Pedro Sanchez and Spain for calling the war illegal. I mean, it was a total propaganda thing, but the point is they're looking to Spain for all their propaganda. I should also point out that there's a media organization, like a, let's call it a cable channel. It may just actually be online. I'm not entirely familiar with it, but I know that it's been there for a while, and it's backed by the Ayatollah. It's all this funding from Iran, and it's in Spanish. So all the Spaniards are watching this Iranian television channel that's giving them Spanish news.
Starting point is 00:23:54 You don't think that's clouded just a little bit by the Ayatollah's point of view as opposed to anyone else's. Anyway, Pedro's probably on his way out. And if George is smart, she's going to figure out a way to basically reduce Pedro's role in things. I can tell you what we're doing right now. And Pete Hegseth made this very clear, Department of War Chief. He said a couple weeks ago in Brussels, hey, guess what? We are going to reduce the amount of money that we are spending on NATO by however much you guys are reducing it. If you're not even given the 2%, then why are we going to give even 2% to you?
Starting point is 00:24:29 I mean, we want the basis, though. This is where it gets challenging. So I would just say, maybe you need to look a little bit south. Maybe Morocco, right? I mean, don't forget the straight of Gibraltar, that's kind of a very important passage, because that leads you over to everything that you want to get it in the Middle East. And while the UK has Gibraltar, that straight is kind of important.
Starting point is 00:24:51 I'm like, little pedrito trying to like, hook up arms with Iran and say, hey, we're going to charge a fair going through the Strait of Gibraltar like they're doing through the Strait of Hormuz. Apparently, we're back on with the negotiations there. It's hard to keep up. Over the weekend, it was definitely off. We were firing. They were firing. It was not good. But, you know, things are moving forward. Marco Rubio said recently, you can't really trust any of them because they're all religious lunatics. I would agree with that, okay? We got a bunch of religious lunatics. It's unfurricular.
Starting point is 00:25:24 I would say this, guys, we need the pipelines. We need the pipelines fast because we don't want to be dependent on Iran or the Strait of Homoos for anything. And you know what else? I don't want Spain as part of this NATO deal if they've got the back end door through Huawei, through China, to learn all the intel they need to learn about NATO. I mean, that's reason enough, right, for us to call it quits, or at least for somebody to kick Spain out, kick them out fast. Um, we're, we're, We're going to watch this religiously over the next week and a half or so because we are coming up on that very important meeting in Turkey. And that's where the final say is going to basically be had.
Starting point is 00:26:09 I mean, not final, final, but we are expecting that they are going to commit to the 5% as they did before. So we're going to be looking at the receipts. We've got our accountants in there. We're going to say, have you actually paid? And if you haven't paid, we're going to go right down the list and we're going to take a red pen and we're going to say slash slash slash slash slash so the handwriting is on the wall and if you're that worried about Putin well the boogeyman's going to take you all over pretty darn soon if you guys don't pull it together um a lot going on here as well right the Supreme court came out today
Starting point is 00:26:43 with a decision that I know a lot of people are not very happy with me included because the Supreme court has decided that it doesn't matter when a particular state gets your ballot as long it's been as it's been postmarked by right before the election that they have an obligation to count it. The problem with that becomes, well, what if it shows up like a year later? And what if it was like a race that was super, super close and was just down to a handful of votes? I mean, you can see there's a lot of what ifs there. But I will tell you this, we did get a big win last week. The New York Times didn't like this very much.
Starting point is 00:27:21 You see, the Supreme Court of the United States of America made the decision that, gosh darn it, temporary, protected, status is temporary. Imagine that. I mean, it's like the Democrats need a dictionary or something. They don't understand the meaning of the English language anymore. So rulings allow president to expel some migrants and turn away others. You better believe they do. DHS is now deporting hundreds of thousands of hands.
Starting point is 00:27:48 as a result of this. There are somewhere around 1.3 million people here with temporary protected status. They are all now subject to possible deportation because that temporary status is indeed temporary. Markwyn-Mullen headed DHS talking about this on Fox. I want to play you the clip. He said that we're even like being so generous as to offer people money to help with their return to their home countries. Listen. Well, temporary protective status in its name itself is exactly what it was designed for. It was in every permanent status. It was temporary status. And the court ruled correctly on this in a six three decision. These individuals, some of these guys have been here 15 to 20 to 30 years. I understand that, but they had an opportunity during that time that they wanted to try to change their
Starting point is 00:28:33 status. They could. They chose not to. Now the temporary protective status is over. They have to go home. Now, they don't have to go to the country that they came from. If they're not feeling safe, they can go someplace else, but they cannot stay here. Your TPS, temporary, Temporary protective status is over. So we will help assist you in leaving, if you would like. We'll buy you an airline ticket. We'll give you $2,600 to reestablish yourself someplace else if you don't want to go back to the country he came from. But you have to leave.
Starting point is 00:29:00 And we're going to assist you in doing so. And if you choose not to, then we'll pick you up and force you to leave. Wow. Okay, those are some pretty strong words. Really strong. We're going to pick you up and we're going to force you to leave. if you don't leave on your own, they're talking about possibly 20% of Springfield, Ohio, being deported.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Because there was a very large population of TPS, migrants there from Haiti, and they're all going by-bye. Because like Europe, you know, we can't actually subsidize the world. We just can't. And I think that that's one of the reasons people voted for Donald. Trump, let's be really clear on that. And so if you think about what the job of the president is, it is to ensure that the law of the land is, in fact, enforced.
Starting point is 00:29:57 So Congress made a law regarding our borders. Congress said, you can come in at the president's discretion. This is back in 1990, temporarily, again at the president's discretion, because George Bush, actually in 1990, said, okay, you get a civil war going on in El Salvador. We're going to take some of these El Salvadorians in in a temporary way, temporary protected status. And somehow under Biden, that turned into forever? And now you're the bad guy if you say, no, it turns out that things are actually back to normal in a lot of these places, as normal as they'll ever get, right, in Haiti.
Starting point is 00:30:39 And so you've got to go home now. I mean, in Syria, you no longer have Bashar al-Assad putting chemical weapons on his people, so you can go home now. And people say, well, no, no, I want to stay. It's like, sorry, you had temporary protected status. So what is it that folks don't understand? I'll tell you one more thing. I think it's lovely that we are so generous.
Starting point is 00:31:03 Think about it. We are willing to buy them a plane ticket home. We are willing to give them $2,600 to resettle wherever. What about all the groups, the NGOs, those liberal USAID, Obama, Kamala, Biden-affiliated NGOs that brought everyone here? Maybe they should pay the $2,600. Really? I mean, like, why should we taxpayers have to pay it? I'd be charging those places.
Starting point is 00:31:32 I'd figure out who brought them here in the first place. Put them out of business. Each and every one of them. I don't care if we have to bankrupt them. You get the $2,600 from them, not from us. it from them. Think about it. Meanwhile, Tom Homan, he said they're just getting started. They got big numbers to deport. We had a record historic year with deportations, but now we got 10,000 more agents on board, or it should be on board by the end of next month. Wait to next year.
Starting point is 00:32:08 What about next year? They're going to be doing a lot of deportations now, guys, all right? And the left is really upset about this. So upset. I mean, Mamdome, for goodness sakes, with his liberal rainbow flag. By the way, isn't he Muslim? Just saying, he's courting whoever he can, right? Courting whoever he can to be part of the cause. And then he'll turn on them because it's actually not aligned with his faith at all. But anyway, Mam Dami out there saying, this is just the most inhumane thing he's ever seen.
Starting point is 00:32:39 I don't care if it's inhumane. It's the law. It's now the Supreme Court's law. So what are you trying to do? Start an insurrection, buddy boy? We have seen a cruelty that has become normalized. And to have people who frankly taught the world about freedom, have their own freedom be put in jeopardy by the actions of a Supreme Court and a federal administration,
Starting point is 00:32:58 it is not only cruel, it's something that we will not ever accept. And so we stand here as New Yorkers proud of standing in solidarity and proud to do everything that we can to keep people in their homes and to keep people together. He's got a 1-800 number. You can call that, and he's going to help you out. That seems to me to be a little bit like an insurrection. I mean, if you're not going to follow the law of the land, now granted, we've talked about this before, right?
Starting point is 00:33:25 There's a difference between, say, Mamdami, trying to legally, I mean, I don't know how he does, though. I mean, at this point, the Supreme Court has made the decision, right? So I guess you can still continue to be that sanctuary city, but at some point, if you are blocking the feds or not allow, the feds to do their jobs. It's one thing to say, okay, I'm not going to cooperate. But if you actually impede law enforcement, then you're becoming really a huge, I mean like this lady, the queen of impediment. Now, this situation is a little bit different because in La Monica, McGevers case,
Starting point is 00:34:08 in La Monica's case, she's actually physically out there impeding and then, you know, she's got a good right hook that she's thrown on someone as well, assaulting a federal officer. She says this is her freedom of speech with the judge isn't buying it. You've got three judges that are looking at her case right now in the third district court of Delaware. And I don't think she's going to get off easy. I think she could be looking at sometime. I don't know if she'll get the whole 17 years, that's actually what she's up against. But if you look at the readout from those hearings last week, those judges are like, we don't get it. Like how are you trying to say that this is your freedom of speech? That is one week argument granted. No one before has really been caught in such a
Starting point is 00:34:44 situation. I mean, we don't really have Congress people going around doing this every day, um, you know, like pushing their way through. And I mean, this is like taking it to next level, right? This is not exactly what Mamdami is doing. He's saying, we're going to fight this out legally. I would just say, I think you've already exhausted all opportunities given the Supreme Court's recent ruling. But, you know, this is another way of going about it. And this way of going about it is going to land you in jail. All right? Jail. 17 years. She said they're going after her because she's black and because she's a Democrat. Again, I think the Supreme Court, by the way, has shown multiple times it has no tolerance for that argument. One of the arguments for the Haitians
Starting point is 00:35:29 staying here was that if we sent him home that somehow was racially motivated, as opposed to us saying, no, you're here temporarily. It has nothing to do with race. You're here temporarily. and temporarily we gave you status, now we're taking it away. This lady said, I think I should be able to do this. And they're going after me because I'm a black liberal. As opposed to, wait a second, they're going after you because you violated the law lady. Look at her. And that is impeding law enforcement in a physical way.
Starting point is 00:36:04 So again, more drastic than what Mamdami is talking about. but when you look at Mamdami collectively together with Brandon Johnson and Karen Bass and all of these people together and they say we're going to fight this. Well, exactly how are you going to fight this? You're going to try and gin up a bunch of La Monicas to go out there with their right hooks and literally stand in the way of law enforcement?
Starting point is 00:36:25 Well, I can tell you what the answer is going to be to that. I mean, unless you're actually staging some kind of coup where you're going to, you know, defect. New York City defects from the rest of the, The rest of the country, wow, that would be something. You might actually have a civil war over that one. You really and truly might. But, you know, we're in a funny time right now with liberals that are so, you know,
Starting point is 00:36:52 I was talking about this over the weekend with someone, you know, there's wedge issues and then there's wedge issues, right? The wedge issue now has become Donald Trump. It's no longer whether you're pro-life or whether you're pro-choice. you are, it's now Trump or no Trump. They've simplified everything. They used to have a few wedge issues, taxes, abortion. Now it's just Trump, do you hate Trump? Because you have to hate Trump. And if you hate Trump, then therefore that is the wedge issue. It's kind of nuts. And so they all double down on this anti-Trump stuff. And now they get themselves in quite a little situation there in the Democrat Party
Starting point is 00:37:30 where they're looking at a total communist takeover of their party. And it's like, guys, you did it to yourselves, for goodness sakes. With all your I hate Trump, and then you get everybody all jazzed up. I mean, La Monica's swinging her fists around and everything. Everybody's jazzed up. And they're filled with this anger. And they're looking for something else. Nothing that can be part of establishment anymore. They want anti-establishment. They want to go total anarchy. They want to court the likes of total commies. So the good news for us is that I have a I think when push comes to shove, most Democrats are not actually going to go for this. Maybe some pockets of Brooklyn with all their little hipsters.
Starting point is 00:38:13 But the rest of the country is not Brooklyn with hipsters. The rest of the country still understands the value proposition of this great country. The rest of the country understands why we are the United States of America and what has made us so special and so great. So you guys keep trying. You're going to need a lot more La Manicas. the wokeism stuff just hasn't worked. The ESG stuff, it hasn't worked.
Starting point is 00:38:40 The DEI stuff, it hasn't worked. I mean, you have only to look at what's going on in pop culture to see how wokeism has failed. Supergirl bombs at the box office. Oh, yeah. Supergirl stinks, writes variety. Of course, then they try and blame it on the writers and say that really, you know, they're failing female leads
Starting point is 00:39:00 and why do they keep failing female leads? Rachel Zegler was failed, right? because she destroyed Snow White and somehow it was everybody else's fault. Typical liberals, never wanting to actually take responsibility for anything. Here's the New York Times writing, Supergirl falters at the box office testing DC studios reboot. Overall ticket sales for the weekend. They were up overall. But Supergirl, ooh, she came in pretty disappointingly at $38 million.
Starting point is 00:39:35 Well, they spent a fortune on this thing. I mean, I want to say that the total spend was upwards of $200 billion, forgive me, million dollars. Yes, because when you factor in, whoa, wow, look at this, $170 million production budget, a $120 million marketing budget. Well, that puts you at $290 right there. My gosh. And yet now it's on track for $80 to $120 million in losses. This is a huge setback.
Starting point is 00:40:05 Again, because people in Hollywood just don't get it. And when they start to realize they've got a setback coming, I mean, this is the New York Times writing. It's a bird, it's a plane, it's kerthud. Terrible ticket sales. 24% below pre-released analyst projections of 50 million that had already been considered disappointing. And then it got only somewhere around 30 million overseas,
Starting point is 00:40:33 just unbelievable stuff. Rotten Tomatoes, everybody hates it. But here's the interesting thing. The New York Times thinks it knows why. It thinks the reason Supergirl failed is because you can't have a female lead. Wrong! Here, we're going to humor them for just a second. This is what they wrote in their article.
Starting point is 00:40:58 Box office analysts on Sunday noted an uncomfortable truth. Female-led superhero movies had been rejected. almost uniformly. Huh. Because you see, the core fan base is largely male. Hmm. You know, I just want to say, so Supergirl failed, but Wonder Woman? Ooh, with Galgadoo?
Starting point is 00:41:25 That was like a big box office hit. That thing scored nearly a million bucks in ticket sales. I mean, people couldn't get enough of Wonder Woman. This one, on the other hand, they're not too far. fond of this one. What's her name? Allie something? I have to check this because I'd really never heard of her before. Apparently she has some HBO show and she's very, very woke. I think, guys, you know, it may have a little to do with the actress you choose. The actress who's telling everyone that she thinks her character is gay. And by the way, that was never even written into the script. Watch.
Starting point is 00:42:00 I have many queer friends. So honestly, I'm kind of on it. I'm honored. I'm honored. that that's happening. But I think because she doesn't live inside the binary of what we think a woman should be, that is what makes her so special and so exciting and so new. Okay. What is her name again? I have many queer friends. Does it say?
Starting point is 00:42:26 So honestly, I'm kind of honest. I'm honored. I guess they're suggesting that maybe her character's gay. I think because she doesn't live inside the binary of what we think. at all. But she starts teasing this idea that maybe her character is gay or queer or whatever. I mean, they're even changing that. All the names. Who knows what they consider politically correct now. But here's she's saying, yeah, my character may be queer. There's been a lot of discussion online about horror's queerness in the comics. Was that something
Starting point is 00:42:57 that you explored when you were preparing for the wrong? It wasn't, but in honor of Pride Month, as I'm getting all these questions, I don't know. I think that what makes this film so beautiful is that it's not centered around a man, it's not sent around love it, if anything. But we'll see. I don't really, I don't really know, but I don't know. I don't know. It's great. She'd probably go both ways. Hmm. So, again, just to point out, the critics are all saying, this movie is not succeeding because it had a female lead. And men don't want to watch female superheroes. I'm just thinking that maybe men and women don't want to
Starting point is 00:43:42 watch female superheroes that are going on and on about their wokeness. By the way, Supergirl is supposed to be 23 years old, okay? So it's not like, you know, she's just a little girl, like she could have been a little hotter, just saying there's that. And then there's, well, the whole nonsense about the character and the plot line. So maybe they are failing her. Maybe they need a good romance in there. I don't know, she reminds me a lot, though, of another failed actress, one that will go down in infamy for this. Do you remember little Rachel Zegler from New Jersey? I mean, you know, the original cartoon came out in 1937, and very evidently so. There is a big focus on her love story with a guy who literally stalks her.
Starting point is 00:44:28 Weird. Weird. Weird. So we didn't do that this time. So no, print. or a different kind of prince? We have a different approach to what I'm sure a lot of people will assume as a love story just because we cast a guy in the movie, Andrew Burnup, great dude. It's one of those things that I think everyone's going to have their assumptions about what it's actually going to be, but it's really not about the love story at all, which is really, really wonderful. And whether or not she finds love along the way, as anybody's guess, until 2024, all of Andrew's scenes could get cut. Who knows? It's Hollywood, baby.
Starting point is 00:45:01 Do you ever watch the original Supergirl movie? I haven't. I haven't. Do you watch a lot of comic film? Okay, this is interesting. You see what she's saying? And her name, forgive me, it is Millie Alcock. So Millie is channeling Rachel, because don't forget, Rachel, like, hated Snow White, but she was doing the remake.
Starting point is 00:45:20 This girl's never even seen Supergirl, but she's doing the remake. Do you ever watch the original Supergirl movie? I haven't. I haven't. Do you watch a lot of comic book films? of comic books? Sometimes. Sometimes.
Starting point is 00:45:34 Have you gotten more into it through this experience and James Gunn kind of telling you about the ropes? Yeah, definitely. Yeah, my favorite, I'd say my favorite
Starting point is 00:45:41 like superhero film is the Incredibles? Yeah. That film is so, so good. Both of them. Amazing. And we'll get a third one soon too.
Starting point is 00:45:54 Hopefully, yeah. Okay. So she's never seen Supergirl in defense and neither of I, but then again, I'm not playing Supergirl. Her favorite was The Incredibles. Okay, good movie. So, I'm sorry, like, you're going to play Supergirl. You might as well go back and watch the original, which probably did a heck of a lot better than
Starting point is 00:46:14 yours did. So I don't think it's the woman thing. I think it might be the actress thing. I think it might be the woke thing, okay? I'm going to go out on a limb and say that. By the way, this lady was already preparing the audience for a flop. Go back and look at, well, first of all, her PR disaster. Somebody should have saved themselves from this actress. Millie. Millie really, really hurt the studio here because she went out and did a big tour and said, Supergirl actress, so she imploded with the ridicule of Christian Dad. She hated Christian Dad. She said, you know, this film is not meant for Christian Dads. They shouldn't go see it. So that was, you know, kind of a problem. And then she also, before it came out, as far back in Brightford had a field day with this.
Starting point is 00:47:01 The reporter over there, the reporter John Nolte just kept writing about this supergirl that was such a dud over and over again. He got a good story, fearing a flop, a Supergirl star, Millie Alcock, pre-blame sexist superhero fans. Bump, but, okay, that was back in April. Now, you saw what the New York Times wrote, right? Let's go back to it. The New York Times saying,
Starting point is 00:47:27 Like on cue. Still, box office analysts on Sunday noted an uncomfortable truth. Female-led superhero movies have been rejected almost uniformly for the past five years. Maybe because for the past five years, they've all been woke disasters. Because again, female superhero of all female superhero, Gal Godot commanded nearly a billion dollars in ticket sales, okay? and they only paid her 300 grand for that movie. Okay, so that was actually what you call a well-run ship, a tightly run enterprise.
Starting point is 00:48:02 They made money. They didn't lose money. Warner Brothers, WB, on the other hand, just getting hosed with this Allie lady who turned out to be a Rachel Zegler 2.0 disaster. It's like, guys, can you please learn? Will you ever, ever, ever, ever, ever learn? I don't think they will ever learn. Well, maybe they will. Maybe they'll be forced to learn at some point as their stock just goes,
Starting point is 00:48:30 Zoom. Well, WB also, let's face it, they now have the Ellison's in there, and so the Ellisons are going to make them learn. David Ellison, right, who has that big merger pending. That's going to be a big, maybe he's not going to make stupid movies like that that waste everybody's time and everybody's money. Maybe he'll actually make something that people want to see. And maybe they actually do like a love story.
Starting point is 00:48:52 Maybe they do actually like a hot girl as the superhero. Maybe you need a pretty hot girl who's involved with a really great looking guy and maybe you need a Cinderella ending that little girls actually want to go and see instead of Rachel Zegler and Millie, Alley, whatever name is, version of the world. Hey, it's good to have you guys here. Thank you so much for all you do. Don't forget. I want to give a shout out.
Starting point is 00:49:16 You know where I'm going because I have to tell you to have your fruits and vegetables, right? balance of nature has a great deal right now, an extra 10% off with Code Trish. Starting point is 00:49:40 I think it helps my energy level, frankly. You can get the whole health system. Use code word Trish. They're running a sale and then you get the extra 10% off. It helps the show. It helps you. And hey, who doesn't like a good sale, right? We did see a little bit of upside on Wall Street today, which made me very, very happy to see, you know, the NASDAQ really coming back in a big, big way. Did you guys see that?
Starting point is 00:50:14 I think ending the day upwards, up over 2%. So let's hope that. that kind of upside is indeed here to stay. I want to show you some of my model portfolios before I let you go, American Resilience, inflation protection, income builder. Great, great stocks over there, 10 to 15 in each one of those. Anyway, great to have you all here. Anybody going to go see Supergirl? Should I go see it? I mean, I don't know. I don't know if I want to waste the time, honestly. I mean, I don't think it's going to be very good. And, you know, I might just get a little annoyed after everything I've seen of this woman. Anyway, so good to have you here. Thank you for making comments. Let me know if you're
Starting point is 00:51:11 going to see Supergirl or not. And I will see you back here, live on the show tomorrow.
