And we are live. This is a very perplexing story, shall we say, to say the least. Stink is Lane Maxwell. Wow. Now, in the news, big time, as all of this Jeffrey Epstein stuff comes to a head, it is great to have you all here. We've got a very big show today. I'm Trish Regan. And it looks as though Epstein's ex is suggesting she'll come forward and testify before Congress. She's threatening to reveal names. She's threatening to reveal the entire list.
you know, we'll see if she makes it, right? Because I think, I think Jeffrey tried that once before.
It didn't work so well. Anyway, it is very clear that this is very much a focus, I think, from everyone, everyone right now.
Again, we are live right now. We are live, and it's great to have you all here.
And I appreciate you subscribing. I appreciate you. I'm just letting the team know that we want to make sure that we get out of tweet to let everybody know we are here live.
It's great to have so many of you here.
Do me a favor.
Make sure you hit the bell so that you know exactly when I'm going live.
It would be great.
Anyway, we've got all that going on.
We're going to dig into it because, you know, my buddy, Dan Bongino, like, he's completely
getting the shaft here.
It completely stinks for him because he's such a good guy and he doesn't deserve any of this.
Pam Bondia doesn't look like she's too willing to step down, nor is the president willing
to toss her.
So what does that actually mean?
The president weighing in on all of this today.
We're going to get to that.
Plus, we get all these auto-pan partners, which you know.
now coming into focus. And Fauci, you may be in trouble, buddy boy, because it turns out that they
were all auto-panned, everything, well, except for one. That would be Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden himself.
That's the only one he signed off on. So that's a big deal. We get Tom Holman going nuclear on these
sanctuary cities and nuclear, actually, on some heckler in the crowd. I want to show you some of
that video. Meanwhile, Rosie O'Donnell, could she be kicked out of the country for good? She's already
left, right? She's over there in Ireland. Lucky Ireland. And
Donald Trump said over the weekend that he might consider revoking her citizenship.
So we'll get into all of that.
But we begin on this very important story right now because Gislaim Maxwell, Gislein, however you say it,
she's there in a maximum security, forgive me, a non-maximum security prison.
And Epstein's ex, Gislein, is now apparently, reportedly, willing to talk, offering to come in and testify before Congress.
What do you know?
And offering to cough up that so-called list of people that may have engaged in some
a really bad and criminal behavior.
So is she the missing link in all this?
You know, one of the things that has frustrated me about this story is that nobody's actually
talking about Gisling.
Like they're all talking about Jeffrey Epstein, but I'm like, wait a second, we still
have somebody alive who knows a lot of information.
So why are we not getting anything from her?
unless, of course, she knows what's going to happen if she starts singing like a canary,
dare we say, and that gets into something I do want to talk about, and whether or not he was indeed
a spy for intelligence agencies. So there's a big story in the Daily Mail today saying that
she is willing, she's communicating, and she's willing to come forward and testify before Congress.
Even just suggesting this or planting a story like this is actually very risky for her.
I mean, think about if you're to believe into the idea that her dad was a spy, possibly for Israel or the CIA, it's been suggested even the KJB.
Who knows, right?
But he may have been selling intelligence.
If she's from that family business line, if you believe that, I kind of do myself, and we can talk about that some more.
But this is a risky thing for her to come out and even communicate because what's going to happen?
Well, you know, she saw what happened to her dad.
she saw what happened to her ex-boyfriend and her business partner apparently.
And she's got to be looking at this and saying, wait a second, is this going to happen to me too?
Apparently they never offered her a plea deal.
And so now she's like, okay, well, you know, I can put some of this stuff to bed.
So will she actually be brought before Congress to testify?
Of course, Democrats would love it.
And they may be even the ones planting this story at this moment in time.
But she's also trying to use whatever leverage she has to try and get out of this 20-year sentence.
because don't forget, this woman is sitting in jail, and she's been sitting in jail,
and she is arguing that she shouldn't be in jail because given what happened with that sentence
that was delivered courtesy of Alex Acosta, who was the Attorney General of Florida,
back when Jeffrey Epstein was first brought in, given that sentence, which was very, very light,
he wasn't to have been prosecuted, nor should anyone who have been associated with him have been prosecuted.
There was some kind of, like, blanket statement in there.
her lawyers are trying to say, hey, hey, the fact that this thing was already out there in
Florida means you can't and shouldn't have prosecuted her again.
And so they've been going back and forth to the government saying, hey, you know, this is
not fair, this is not right, weigh in on this, way in on this, and oddly, like, nobody's
weighing in on this.
She wants an appeal.
She's trying to appeal her case.
And so as she looks towards that appeal, what is her leverage?
her leverage is that list and so if she's you know she she wants out like and i i suspect if she is in fact
an intelligence off and maybe even jeffrey jeffreys handler if that's what she was then she should know
better than to say hey i'm going to sing like a canary unless you do this because that may have been
perhaps what led to her down her her her ex-boyfriend's downfall her dad's downfall etc but let me walk you
through what's going on. So she's got a case and she's been asking for this appeal because
she's saying, you know what, like they shouldn't have brought this forward against me
because it had already been decided that you couldn't come back and sue again after what had
been decided in Florida. It was something that actually Jeffrey Epstein was looking to appeal on as well.
I told you, I spoke with a source, well, I'll just tell you, the doctor for Jeffrey Epstein.
and the day before he was gone, he was talking to his doctor, saying,
hey, I think I'm going to get out of here, and his whole idea was he was going to appeal
based on what had happened in Florida, and they couldn't come back at him twice.
He got a very lenient sentence in Florida, and there's been a lot of speculation,
including today online, about that, why would Alex Acosta, who went on to become Trump's labor
secretary, why would he have given him such a lenient sentence?
And according to The Daily Beast, the reporting at the time,
was because somehow somebody called him up and said, hey, this guy's one of us.
In other words, he's working for our intelligence agencies, so go easy on him.
That story has not been confirmed, and it's the Daily Beast.
So I say take it with a grain of salt.
But that's the thinking.
Somehow they let them off easy, which was really strange, and then they were like, okay, you can't go back.
Well, this team, the legal team, for one, Gislein Maxwell, as she sits in prison, I think down in Tennessee,
They're saying, hey, you shouldn't have done this.
And so they keep asking for a response.
And so far, no cigar.
So they're writing here, quote,
only because the United States did so in the Second Circuit and not elsewhere,
her motion to dismiss the indictment was denied.
Her trial proceeded, and now she's out there serving a 20-year sentence.
Quote, in light of the disparity in how the circuit courts interpret the enforceability of a promise made by the United States,
this is the motion to dismiss, they are saying, hey, wait a second, you need to take this up
because there's an inconsistency in the law here, by which the same promise by the United States
means different things in different places and should be addressed by the court.
So the Trump administration has a chance to say, okay, yay or nay, and they've been punting
on this one over and over and over again.
So according to a letter that Sauer, who is,
is working for the Trump administration sent.
This is the attorney.
He's saying, quote, we respectfully request
under Rule 30.4, the rules of this court,
a further extension of time, and including July 14,
2025, within which to file the government's response.
So tick, tick, tick, what is today, guys?
It's July 14th, OK?
So they still haven't given any kind of answer to her.
And they're writing, the Trump administration,
is writing, this extension is necessary because the attorneys with principal responsibility
for preparation for the government's response have been heavily engaged with the press of previously
assigned matters with approximate due dates. So they're saying, you know, like, our attorneys are
too busy, we can't get to this and this is the problem. But they've applied for extensions
twice. This is D. John Sauer. He is the pick for Solicitor General. And the fact that they've had
two extensions now, and so now they're coming up on today, the current deadline,
and she still is kind of nowhere.
It puts her in a position where she's like, all right, you know what?
I'm going to play hardball now.
And I'm going to play hardball.
And this means if you guys don't actually allow for this appeal to go forward,
then I am willing to come out and testify and talk.
And so now you've got like Democrats everywhere salivating.
They're like, yes, yes, this is exactly what we want.
Jamie Raskin waited on this on CNN over the weekend.
MSNBC, of course, is going crazy.
and they want this divide, if you would, in the MAGA party and in the MAGA base.
And it's happening.
It's happening in real time because people are like, wait a second, you promise this,
and now why aren't we getting it?
I have some theories as to why we're not getting it.
And I think that a lot of stuff may have, in fact, been destroyed if you believe,
which I'm sorry, I just do.
And this is just, Trish Regan's got a hunch, but I kind of feel like this was,
an intel gathering operation and it may have been with our blessing so to speak because I don't
believe that Israeli intelligence would be operating here in the United States allowing for
our citizens to be spied upon without our knowledge. Okay, so somebody, so this was, I think it's
got to have been some kind of cooperation situation. Now I know that Tucker Carlson came out
over the weekend at the big event that Charlie Kirk had for students down in Florida and Tampa,
Florida. And one of the things that he was saying was, for sure, an Israeli likely operation.
Now, I'm just going to say, it would be very, very weird for the Israelis to be running an
intel gathering operation and us not knowing when it is happening here, connections being
made in the U.S. So I don't think the U.S. government is as innocent as,
some might hope we are, and that may have something to do with none of this coming out in the way that
we expected and wanted it to. And so now, Gislein, right, who's sitting there in the not-so-high-security
prison, she's coming out and saying, well, I am going to go nuclear on all of you. And so
what I'll be interested to see is whether or not she makes it, right, to live another day,
so to speak, because the last time that happened, her boyfriend got, you know, well, I mean,
Dan Bongino wants us to believe that this was of his own doing. But I think everybody's really
having a hard time with that. That's just the reality of it, okay? And this is the situation
where if you don't have enough information out there and you consider the track record of the
deep state and the government, we're all looking at going, well, this doesn't add up, it doesn't
make sense. I mean, consider the Hunter Biden laptop that was not supposed to be Hunter
Roden's laptop. We had, for goodness sakes, the former head of the CIA, John Brennan, telling us that.
You had Mike Morel, who was the deputy director of the CIA telling us that. You had Anthony Blinken,
who became our Secretary of State, who had been a former deputy secretary of state,
Hunter Obama. Wow, like he was organizing that whole big letter. I mean, that is really just awful.
So they've lied to us so many times. You think about what happened with March 2020 and the virus that
was invented in the Wuhan lab, but couldn't possibly have been invented in the Wuhan lab.
And if you dared say that, oopsie daisy, you know, you're going to be in big, big trouble.
Hey, we're going to talk about Fauci coming up a little later in the show because his little
pardon could be null and void if it's so decided that Biden didn't really know what was going on.
We'll get to that in a second.
But you understand what I'm saying.
In other words, there's been so much lying that when they say, okay, this is not the case,
you know, because Lane Maxwell was not a spy, Jeffrey Epstein was.
not a spy, like, why would you ever think that? We're sitting there going, well, of course we
think that. And many, many people within the intelligence community have actually laughed
and looked at this whole thing and said, well, I know if it wasn't, if it wasn't actually
an Intel law, it sure is that looked like one, right? It definitely looked like one. So the former
Israeli prime minister is weighing in on this on Twitter, and he's trying to put to bed some of
these accusations that Jeffrey Epstein somehow worked for Israel or the Mossad and was running a blackmail
ring of compromise, so to speak. He said, I can tell you with absolute 100% certainty,
the accusation that Jeffrey Epstein somehow worked for Israel or the Mossad running a blackmail
ring is categorically and totally false. His conduct both the criminal and merely despicable
had nothing to do with Mossad or the state of Israel. Epstein never worked for the Mossad. Of course,
if you're the Mossad, like, you think you're going to own up to that? I mean,
come on.
Right?
Like that's not actually ever going to be admitted.
And this is what you might call an off the book's operation.
If it was an operation, which it certainly seems like it was an operation.
And nobody's living to talk about it.
And the whole thing is just being put to bed like that.
Like, why would you be putting this to bed unless you had something to hide?
And maybe you do have something to hide because maybe it would be pretty darn demoralizing
for the world to learn just how bad, in fact, our government might indeed,
be. And so she's got some leverage here and she's trying to use it. She's trying to use it. And
whether or not she succeeds in this, again, I would be surprised. I think she hasn't spoken out
enough or much in part because she's no fool. She's no dummy. She knows the danger that she's in
and she's not willing to go down that path. She saw what happened to her dad if you believe that
He was a spy for Israel and various other places, including possibly us.
Again, this is all speculation, but they've written books on it, okay?
So, like, it's maybe more than speculation.
There's certainly a lot of information that's never been actually confirmed about her father.
She was the youngest of nine children, apparently his favorite, continuing on in the family business,
first in media, and apparently he had all these intel connections.
And it's thought that maybe she even hand-plucked, if you would, one Jeffrey Epstein,
who was nothing but a math teacher at Dalton,
a fancy private school, interesting, high school, and younger school, actually, a math teacher there in New York City.
And she plucks him out after he had kind of been down on his luck as a trader on Wall Street.
And suddenly, by the way, introduced by the guy who started Victoria's Secret Limited Brands, Wexler, who was allegedly very close to a lot of intelligence ops as well.
So somehow she gets introduced to him, befriends him, so to speak.
I mean, you've got to ask the question, was she like the handler?
I mean, if you believe that, and again, like, I'm admitting my own biases, I have a hard time with what they're trying to tell us to, you know, don't look here, don't look here, don't look here, don't look here. It almost makes you want to look there more, right? I mean, this was so badly, badly, badly rolled out. And a lot of people, and I get it, are seeking justice here. Not, not, you know, they want justice for the victims, obviously, and they want some kind of accountability. If people were doing bad stuff, like we should know about it.
one, in terms of the list, so to speak, and two, in terms of what our government may have known or not known.
And that's not right either.
And I just get the sense that we may not see what we want because I think a lot of it got put to bed already.
I was joking about born identity, right?
If you've ever seen that series, you know, when they'd close up shop, you'd have some operation in Timbuktu,
and suddenly they'd get a close down the op, and everything goes away, right?
Everything goes away.
Everything gets shredded.
everything goes mysteriously disappears, people mysteriously disappear, and it's all made to look very,
very, you know, very legit, except, except. So now you get a big giant mess, okay, you get a big giant mess,
not just in terms of how it might look if it seems as though the U.S. knew this was going on,
but you also just have a mess in terms of politically speaking for MAGA itself. And this is one of my
concerns. I mean, Donald Trump weighing in on Dan Bonino saying he's going to quit, I can tell you,
Dan has no interest in carrying anyone's water and doesn't want to be lied to and may actually feel
like he got a really raw deal. And you know what he did? He did because he was out there having to
promote a point of view that was obviously very different than anything he had told us previously,
especially on his podcast. And, you know, did he believe it? I have a hard time thinking that Dan
would tell us something that he didn't believe. But it was also like he was. He was,
sort of set up in a way, right? He was sort of set up. Don't forget, he and Cash Patel went on with
my good friend and former colleague Maria Barnaromo to say, there's no there there. And people
were like, wait, what? What? Let's go back in time. Remember this? Are we going to be surprised
at what you learned? You know what, Maria? Cash is not kidding. We've been personally briefed
extensively on every single detail, nugget, tendril of this case.
One is actively in court right now, so out of respect for the case, it's probably more
appropriate that I'd stay quiet on that.
However, I'm not going to tell people what they want to hear.
I'm going to tell you the truth, and whether you like it or not is up to you.
If there was a big explosive, they're there, right?
Given my history as a Secret Service agent and my personal friendship, as the director does
with the president, give me one.
one logical, sensible reason we would not have.
If you can think of one, there isn't.
There isn't, in some of these cases that there you're looking for, is not there.
And I know people, I get it, I understand.
It's not there.
If it was there, we would have told you.
Okay.
Again, I'm just going to, I'm just going to say, like, if it's a good off,
you're not even going to be able to, you're not even
going to be able to convince Dan Bongino otherwise. If this was done well, there will be a lot
of questions, but they're also going to have something that looks pretty convincing, at least to
some folks in the intelligence community. But anyway, Dan went on the limb. He didn't look that
comfortable during that whole interview. He said all that. And now he's kind of like, wait a second,
you're not going to release anything? Like, you're not even going to tell us who was on the list.
You're just going to make this whole thing go away?
Wait, there is no list.
And that actually has him at the point where I think he's uncomfortable enough
that he feels he has to say, it's her or it's me.
And so this came to a head.
As you know, on Friday, we talked about it on Friday.
We talked about it on Saturday.
It came to a head.
And Dan was at the point where, you know, the point of no return.
He's like, it's her or me.
And I had said on Saturday, I really hope that Donald Trump can continue.
convince him to stay because he's a huge asset to the administration. I'm not sure Dan is completely
ready, willing, and able to stay at this point, but Donald Trump feels otherwise. Here's Donald
Trump speaking just a short time ago saying he talked to Dan. Dan's in the office today. Things
are improving.
...toe him today, Dan Vonjino, very good guy. I've done him a long time. I've done his show many,
many times. And he sounded terrific, actually. No, I think he's in good shape.
So he thinks he's going to stay.
Again, you know, we'll see.
Like, this is not over.
Trump also putting this statement out over the weekend
and trying to say, like, I don't understand what's going on.
Like, basically, you guys are all fighting and this is not good,
what's going on with my boys.
And in some cases, my gals, they're all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi,
who is doing, he said, a fantastic job.
And why are you guys so focused on this?
And I would get back to this.
Like I think that people feel a little bit betrayed, right?
I think Dan Bongino feels a little bit betrayed.
So much so that they had this big fight.
Apparently Pam Bondi and Dan Bondino in front of Donald Trump,
in front of Susie Wiles, his chief of staff, on Wednesday of last week.
And Pam started accusing him of leaking various things,
including this story, actually, that was in,
News Nation, where, in other words, it was communicated that if Cash and Dan had their way,
everything would be coming out. Well, duh. I mean, like anybody who knows Dan, I don't know Cash
as well, but I've known Dan a long time. And like, trust me, Dan wants everything to come out.
What reporter doesn't, for goodness sakes? I mean, Anna Polina Luna also last week was weighing in
on this thing. And she's running that whole op, right, where they're going to be declassifying stuff.
she's like the American people deserve to know the truth about Epstein,
regardless of who it impacts.
And so there's all this evidence out there, and we ought to be able to see it.
She's making that point.
And rightly so, guys, rightly so.
In other words, the more you cover up,
the more the government really doesn't trust you.
But remember, if in fact it's what we think,
if in fact there's U.S. involvement,
or at least, you know, U.S. looking the other way,
you think, how's that going to look? Right. How's that going to look? And so what possibly might be going on
is an effort to kind of make this whole thing go away, sweep it under the rug, and hope that, you know,
we can move on to bigger and better stuff. My only concern is that, you know, this, this runs the risk
of really hurting the MAGA movement because people are so angry. And part of that anger stems from
Bondi having promised so much, remember? I mean, she, she, she, she, she, she, she, she, she, she,
all the influencers in there? And she's like, here, I get phase one, which was like nothing.
It was basically a bunch of public information that everybody had already seen.
Phase one of the Epstein files, here you go. There's going to be a phase two. She promised that.
And she kept saying, I'm going to get the documents. And then she's like, I got the documents and
we're just reviewing them. She was really angry, she said, because she had been promised all these
documents and at first didn't get them.
So she handed the influencers
a bunch of stuff that was kind of
a nothing burger.
And then went on to Fox
to try and save her reputation telling
Hannity she's going to get more stuff.
We all did. And the FBI
handed over a couple hundred pages
of documents. But you know, Sean,
I gave them a deadline of Friday
at 8 a.m. to get us everything.
And a source had told me
where the documents were being kept.
Southern District of New York, shock.
We got them all by hopefully all of them, Friday at 8 a.m., thousands of pages of documents.
I have the FBI going through them, and Cash is also, now that we have cash here, it's a game changer, of course,
and Cash is going to, Director Patel, is going to get us a detailed report as to why the FBI withheld all of those documents.
Okay.
Okay.
So, but, all right.
Well, we never really got that detailed.
In fact, it sounds like the FBI would just love to release everything.
But Pam doesn't want them to.
Somebody doesn't want them to, right?
I mean, she told us she had the goods.
And now she wants us to believe there's no list.
At least about 120 pages of documents.
And I started asking for these documents right when I came into office.
And before Cash Patel was in there.
So I ended up getting about 120 pages.
We carefully redacted them, of course, to be sure, the 254 women who are victims of their personal information was redacted and out of there to protect them.
So I'm going through it and I kept saying there has to be more.
There has to be more.
I'm assured that's it.
Cash, asked the same questions.
Assured there's no more.
Last, I found out, you know, this week that a source told me, New York.
York, S.D and Y, they're sitting on
thousands of pages
of documents regarding Epstein.
Thousands, thousands.
And of course, you've seen the very strong
letter. We will get everything.
We will have it in our
possession. We will redact it, of
course, to protect
grand jury information and
confidential witnesses, but the American
people have a right to know. And Donald
Trump is the most transparent
president. Okay. So, if she
believes that, that the American people have the right
know what happened? Like, how did it change? I mean, and why on earth did she keep telling us
she had it all? Like, what was that about? A whole bunch of false promises.
DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen?
It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump.
I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being
reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these ages.
So have you seen anything there?
You said, oh my gosh?
Not yet.
Hmm, not yet.
All right, not yet.
And yet she had it all, right?
She had it all.
And she was going to bring it all forward.
It was just a moment of time.
We were supposed to wait.
Here she is speaking with reporters.
No, no, the FBI, yeah, the FBI, they're reviewing.
There are tens of thousands of this.
videos of Epstein with children or child.
And there are hundreds of victims.
And no one victim will ever get released.
It's just the volume, and that's what they're going through right now.
The FBI is diligently going through that.
I haven't seen that statement, but I'll call him later and find out.
Okay, so it sounds kind of like she wanted to blame the FBI.
Like the FBI is going through this.
We can't release this because of the FBI.
And then, you know, Dan and Cash are sitting there.
Certainly Dan.
And they're saying, but wait a second.
Well, why can't we release some of this stuff?
So that's the question.
Like, why can't you?
And then we learn, oh, because there is nothing?
There's nothing to release at all.
And that's where I think you're getting into the sticking point
because to say that there's no list and to try and shut it all down,
that's where we're kind of having a problem.
Now, don't get me wrong.
I think that there's going to be serious consequences,
political consequences for MAGA if this all gets swept under the rug.
And that's actually my concern right now because I think that this can kind of take on a life of
its own.
And suddenly when you have big-time MAGA influencers agreeing with the mainstream media,
then we're kind of in trouble, okay?
Now it's like, oh, okay.
And they're, well, Tucker said this and Laura Lumer said this.
And the danger here now is what happens?
if they do trying to continue, because it's bigger than Pam, okay?
Like, Pam, you know, look, Pam, we've said this before, you know,
maybe she's not the best at the gig.
And maybe Pam shouldn't be in that job.
I think that job should be somebody who is a brilliant attorney
and a phenomenal, phenomenal manager.
I don't think Pam is, you know, I think she likes going on TV.
I didn't disagree with my former colleague,
although we just overlapped for a very brief time at Fox.
Megan Kelly, who spoke about this over the weekend.
I don't love that it's taking on a life of its own
in a way that is going to put enormous pressure on the president
because ultimately the decision is going to be his, right?
And that's going to be extremely tricky,
but Megan's not wrong when she's like,
what the heck is Pam Bondi doing the job?
The problem is, I think that this problem,
The problem, vis-a-vis whatever happened with Epstein, is bigger than just Pam Bondi.
I mean, gosh darn, it may be bigger than Trump.
Anyway, I want to play you an excerpt from what Megan had said there on stage at Turning Point USA.
Here we go.
I blame Pam Bondi.
I'll tell you why.
Okay?
I have nothing.
Yes, incompetence.
Yes.
She is the reason that things are unraveling around this story right now,
that virtually all of the Republican Party cares deeply about.
Who have you seen?
Pam Bondi.
She has never missed an opportunity to go on television
and dangle sweet nothings that might be coming your way.
Try to lead you to believe that she's got it.
It's on her desk.
It's coming tomorrow.
You're going to see something on Epstein.
And it was a tease.
So you either believe that Pam Bondi was telling the truth then
or that she's telling the truth now.
but both cannot be true.
She was either lying when she was...
Yeah.
All right.
So what's going on, Pam?
Really?
Again, I just say that we've got to be a little bit cautious here
because look at how they're just coming out of the woodwork.
You got Jamie Raskin going on MSNBC saying,
okay, you know what?
I want to get this list, or at least the part with,
and then they're making accusations about Trump,
which I do not believe to be true
and don't have anything to do with this.
But you know what?
They're going to feed that conspiracy.
So here we go.
here's Jamie Raskin, a congressman speaking on his favorite network.
That point, this is a matter of public interest.
All of this would have come out during that last trial, but it didn't come out.
And all of it should come out.
I sent a letter to the Attorney General saying all of these files should be released,
certainly the ones that mentioned Donald Trump, they should be released.
How can Donald Trump get away with campaigning for the release of these files,
and the whole Republican Party be demanding it?
and Pam Bondi say that there's a client list sitting on her desk,
and then all of a sudden they want to wave a magic wand and make it all go away.
So look, I think this is a serious matter.
It's not just about the division on the right.
It's a serious matter that we should know.
So you see where they're going to take it.
Incidentally, Pam has responded to that saying, you know what?
I misspoke.
I didn't mean a list per se.
I meant the files.
Well, that was a heck of a miss speaking thing to say, right?
because it just ignited everything.
Here she was just the other day saying, you know, there actually was no list.
And we're all like, really?
And by the way, Maxwell's still in prison.
Maybe not for long.
Go ahead.
Sure, sure.
First, to back up on that, in February, I did an interview on Fox,
and it's been getting a lot of attention because I said,
I was asked a question about the client list,
and my response was,
It's sitting on my desk to be reviewed, meaning the file along with the JFK, MLK files as well.
That's what I meant by that.
To him being an agent, I have no knowledge about that.
We can get back to you on that.
And the minute missing from the video, we released the video showing definitively the video was not conclusive,
but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide.
And what was on that, there was a minute that was off the counter.
And what we learned from Bureau of Prisons was every year, every night.
They redo that video.
It's old from like 1999.
So every night the video is reset.
And every night should have the same minute missing.
So we're looking for that video to release that as well showing that.
Guys, I mean, Bonji,
you don't totally got a wrong deal, right? He had a great show. Who the heck needs that? Then you're
going to go out and cover for this mess. And it is a mess. All right? Because again, like, you heard her.
She wasn't even able to talk about whether or not Epstein was part of an Intel community. That was an
interesting answer. She said, well, we'll have to get back to you on that. I'm not aware of anything.
I don't know anything about that. But that was an interesting answer. I suspect that, in fact,
he absolutely positively was. I mean, how could he, I mean, it certainly looked like it, right? And I'm
going to use what other people have said. Like, you know, if this was not an Intel op, it sure as heck
looked like one, for sure. You think about Ghislane Maxwell herself, right? And now she's looking
possibly to appeal this 20-year sentence. I just want to point out, you know, she was her father's
favorite. Her father is believed to have been connected to Israeli intelligence, U.S. intelligence,
possibly even having done some work for the KGBs. So she came from this sort of family line of
business. He was very instrumental in getting her, or Israel, I should say, it's believed,
this so-called promise software, which built in a backdoor for the U.S. and Israel, allegedly,
to allow for this software to follow various people of interest.
it gave them, allegedly, this backdoor entry so that they knew what everybody else was looking at
and what they were seeing. And if this software was that fantastic, is that the software that was
actually on his home base, on his island, in the BVI? That's a worthwhile, like, nothing's
getting answered. Like, what happened to all the tapes and the cameras? Why don't we know anything
about that. So if Gislane comes forward now, that would be a pretty big deal. Again, they're saying,
you know what, she wasn't a spy. He definitely wasn't a spy. Actually, they haven't said that she wasn't
a spy, but he definitely wasn't. And it just doesn't really add up. I keep going back to this idea
that Jeffrey Epstein sort of came from nowhere and suddenly became Uber wealthy. And we can't even
fully document like where the source of the wealth was. Well, why not go through all the
financial records. Why not have somebody do that? Like that investigation should happen. And, you know,
maybe the investigation needs to happen just so that the public has some kind of peace of mind.
If there's no there, then do the full-on investigation, okay, do the money tracing, figure out who
was paying him and why. But if you're not going to do that, we're going to be stuck here left
with all of these questions. And my concern is what those questions do now to MAGA as a whole.
because it leaves, I think, a very splintered faction where, you know, some people are like,
okay, well, who cares? That's what the president has said, like, why we're going to, like,
waste all our time on this guy. Other people are saying, well, it's not just this guy.
It's what possibly the government was doing or other governments were doing. It's the victims that
were involved, and we want to make sure that people are held accountable. But it's obviously a
complex thing because what you may find out is information that they really, really, really
don't want you to have. I'm sorry, but this missing minute thing is bonkers. Like we've talked about
this. It's somehow they reset the cameras. It's missing. There's too many convenient things, right?
You know, like they move him to a private cell. So there's nobody else around. And then somehow
the guys are taking a nap, the security guards, when this is all happening. And then people are
thinking that maybe this video was actually tampered with as well, some of the metadata. And some of you
guys have even emailed me information about this as well, but this is from Wired, but there's all
these ambiguities about the video. It's all so freaking bizarre. And then on top of which, you know,
you get this lousy roll out where they're like, we've got it, we're going to release it.
Oh yeah, we need a little more time. The Epstein list. It's on my desk, Pam says, and then
apparently there is no list. So I don't think anybody was born yesterday and nobody
appreciate being lied to. And Dan Bongino, if he was actually being encouraged to do some of the
lying, I guarantee he doesn't want any part of it. And he's going to say, who the heck needs this?
Thank you very much. Let me go back to doing my podcast every day where, you know, I can speak my mind
as opposed to having to carry the company water. But again, I point out with some caution that
the left is going to use this for all its worth. We heard evidence of that, not just from MSNBC,
you're asking, but also over on CNN.
The MAGA base has felt so strongly about Jeffrey Epstein since his crimes came to light.
And this has been sort of a rallying cry on the right.
There's been some of it, by the way, well documented his crimes, others that kind of turn over
into the conspiracy space, thinking that prominent left-wingers are going to get wrapped up
in this sort of network that he was associated with.
But this is the first time I can really remember that Trump is sidestepping his base and not
doing what they're very vocally asking him to do.
And so as there's these calls now by some on the right for Pam Bondi to step aside or to resign and be fired, the thing I would say is if Donald Trump wants all of the information the government has on Jeffrey Epstein to be released, he can make that available.
He can direct the attorney general to release it.
He can move to whether it may be law enforcement sensitive to declassify that and make it public.
So the fact that he's not, I think, raises a lot of questions.
And this is an issue.
This White House is not going to be able to.
to make go away overnight.
You know, this would be a convenient time.
Another White House would be able to say, hey, we're, the Department of Justice is independent.
We don't tell them what to do.
But that is not how this DOJ and this White House operate.
So folks are going to expect Donald Trump to weigh in on this.
Well, that's the thing.
I mean, it's very easy for the Laura Loomers of the world or whomever to blame this on Pam Bondi.
Hmm.
He's not wrong.
She's not wrong.
In other words, at some point, this is going to escalate.
and it's no longer going to be Pam's fault.
It's going to be somebody else's fault, and it's going to be the big guy's fault, right?
Like that's just, and that's the danger here, I think, for MAGA,
because I think a lot of people wouldn't be able quite, you know, like they'll forgive them a lot,
but they're having a hard time with this.
And I'm seeing this in your comments, guys, I'm seeing this in your comments and your reactions
and some of you have reached out to me.
I'm seeing this just anecdotally in people that I've talked to.
This is going to be a hard one.
And it's something that, do you ever watch Scott Adams?
he's got like a show he does, really kind of neat over on Rumble.
I want to play you a clip from Scott Adams where he's saying, look, I get it.
But, and he's making the point I'm making,
that this is starting to get kind of risky in terms of the overall movement as well.
Here, listen.
So would you agree that if the normal court system and the way we deal with crime
is that we want full disclosure and we want the public to, you know,
except for very special cases.
We want the public to know everybody who's accused.
We want to know who the accusers are, who the victims are.
We want to know the names of the lawyers, the judge.
We want to know it all.
And that that's a reasonable standard for justice.
Would you agree?
That if Epstein is a criminal situation,
and the way we handle criminal situations
is we want maximum disclosure,
it's worked before, there's no reason this would be different. Would you agree? That's a perfectly
reasonable take, and that's what most of you have settled on. And now I'm going to flip you
to my point of view. That's the wrong frame. It is a criminal situation, and everything you think
about it fits that criminal situation frame. But here's the frame I put on it.
It's a commander-in-chief decision.
Commander-in-chief.
Okay.
So if it's a commander-in-chief decision,
that's why I'm just saying,
we're playing with fire here.
And MAGA is going to really be at risk of,
not saying that we don't deserve all this,
but this is going to be a tricky one, right, to navigate.
Like, how do you, and maybe the answer,
I'm speaking out loud,
I'm thinking out loud, you know, I think as I talk, you're on the show, looking at all your comments.
Thank you so much for winging, because, you know, how do you get out of this?
Maybe you get out of this by at least providing some transparency, whatever transparency you can
without completely just blowing open what I think might be there, which is that if he was working for foreign intelligence services, we knew about it.
And we didn't do anything about it because guess what?
We were in on the act.
That's my personal belief.
And that's going to be demoralizing and horrible.
And, you know, even Donald Trump perhaps doesn't want all of that to come forward.
But is there somewhere in between where at least we can feel like some justice is being done?
And the perpetrators and the people that, you know, I mean, you got victims here.
who engaged in this behavior?
We need to know a little more about that.
And maybe, maybe Maxwell will be the key.
I mean, if she makes it that far, right?
I mean, she's saying she's going to talk.
She's willing to talk, apparently.
I think that this story may have gotten planted by some Dems
who definitely want her to talk,
or at least frighten some people.
I don't know.
I don't know.
if somebody put this story out, and if she's really willing to speak,
then that kind of is the whole game changer.
If she'll tell the truth.
If she'll tell the truth, and she will talk about who's on the list
and what actually really went down.
So maybe that's the middle ground here.
You bring her in for testimony.
The other person I would like to see Braun in for testimony would be Alex Acosta.
In other words, what did he know to make the decision
that Jeffrey Epstein should not get a really bad punishment that one normally would have gotten
in the state of Florida for what he was being accused of doing.
Why did they do that?
And is there any there to the Daily Beast report at the time that he was told,
oh, you know, this guy's one of us, he's one of our intel ops, he belongs to us,
don't do anything too crazy, give him a decent enough sentence so he can go on his way.
We need to ask a cost of that.
Again, former labor secretary, bring him in.
Bring Maxwell in.
I mean, let's learn what we can learn.
Again, because I think that the MAGA movement is not going to sit by and allow this to happen.
I think it's going to be very hard for people to move on here.
Because we're all about transparency and we're all about what's fair and what's writing.
you think about Deep State and what they did do.
And if they cover this one up, are they going to do more stuff in the future?
That's the reality of where we are right now.
As for Bongino, look, I don't know what he's going to stay on.
I really don't.
I think he's kind of had it, and he doesn't want to be part of this.
And I get it.
I get it.
We'll see if the president is able to keep him.
He's a good egg.
But there's a lot going on in this particular.
moment in time. Also a lot going on with the Autopin scandal. This thing's heating up. And as I told
you, you know what? Fouchy, you might be in trouble because those pardons could be null and void.
Biden doing a big New York Times article trying to say, you know, he was involved in this. He made
the decisions. You know, they just decided to speed things up with technology. Well, I think that
there's going to be some serious questions raised because it is.
believed that he actually didn't know everything that was going on.
When he did actually want to do a pardon, he did his son, interestingly.
But everybody else?
Everybody else went right through the system.
You're talking 8,000 plus at the end there.
I mean, that was most anybody's ever done.
It was outrageous.
Absolutely outrageous.
You want to talk about people lying.
For goodness sakes, he told us over and over and over and over again.
Every interview he could, every chance he could get.
Oh, I'm not going to pardon myself.
son, except that's the only one he legitimately really did do. Here's Donald Trump speaking
moments ago on the autos pen scandal from the White House. I mean, you're talking about the
auto pen. Look, the auto pen, I think, is maybe one of the biggest scandals that we've had in
50 to 100 years. This is a tremendous scandal. And I know the people on the other side of the
Osset desk, that resolute desk, unfortunately he used it before me. But you know, we're
We have our choice of seven desks.
They're all beautiful, but I chose the Resolute, and so did he, unfortunately.
But the people on the other side of the Resolute Desk, I know them.
Lisa, the whole group, and they're no good.
They're sick people.
And I guarantee he knew nothing about what he was signing.
I guarantee it.
So that's what's going to come up.
Did he really knew anything about what he was signing?
Was he in the right frame of mind?
I mean, don't forget, it's hard to get to the bottom of.
We do know that they didn't want to prosecute him, remember?
Because they didn't think he was in the right frame of mind.
They said, you can't put this guy up in front of a jury.
They'll just think he's a sad old man who can't remember anything.
They were willing to prosecute Donald Trump for having taken, quote-unquote, classified documents.
Remember all of that.
But nope, not Biden.
And then when we tried to figure out what's going on, I mean, why is it, for example,
that he has such an advanced stage of cancer
for a simple test that should have been tested
and the doctor should have tested him for.
For goodness' sake, he's the President of the United States.
Why would you not give the President
at the very best medical care in the world?
And then the doctor
just completely shut down,
took the fifth.
He's a worried guy.
Were you ever told to lie about the President's health?
The advice of counsel,
Mr. Expeckney declined to answer.
Did you ever believe the President
was unfit to execute his duties?
as president.
On the advice of counsel, I must respectfully decline to answer.
Are you declining to answer the question put to you solely on the ground that you believe
the answer will incriminate you?
On the advice of counsel, I must respectfully decline to answer based upon the physician's patient
privilege and inter-reliance on my right on the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution.
So he's not talking much.
Okay, so this scandal's getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
And if it turns out that Biden didn't know who he was signing off on, then
can the Trump administration call those null and void? Many believe so, which would put one Anthony
Fauci in a really, really bad spot because it has now come out that guess what? Anthony Fauci's
pardon was done by the auto pen. So if the auto pen is null and void because the president didn't
know what he was signing, even though he's trying to suggest he did, I'd like to see if he knows all
8,000 names on there, right? If you read them off to him, does he even know.
know who they are. Probably not. He only knew one guy. And for that guy, he signed himself.
Looks different. It looks authentic. In fact, if you look at the last name, it almost looks like
the president was having a hard time smelling his last name there. Is this White House of the
opinion that the only pardon that would count is one that the president signed himself?
It's very interesting. Very interesting props. If you want to bring them to my office later,
so I can take a closer look.
I would like to do that.
The president is making a good point
when he discusses the usage of the auto pen.
Who was running the country for the past four years?
Perhaps those documents were signed with the auto pen,
something that I believe the Department of Justice
is looking into, as you saw, Ed Martin,
made an announcement at the Department of Justice this morning
to launch an investigation
because the American people deserve answers.
Is there any concern that this president
who won the election on a promise
fix the economy and close the border, that focusing and scrutinizing these Biden pardons is looking
into the past instead of looking forward. I think in comparison to the amount of time this president
has spent on securing the border, on fixing our economy, I just read out for you an entire list
of accomplishment, economic accomplishments, look at the border numbers, look at the time and effort
he's divulged into solving the global conflicts abroad. It pales in comparison, but it's still, nevertheless,
is a very important issue. And it was a huge issue that sent the president back to this White House.
The Americans saw with their own eyes a mentally incompetent president, and they want answers for that.
And the president believes they should have.
And something that just crossed Caroline, how mad do you think President Trump is going to be when he finds out that Elon Musk said,
I'm sorry, but I just can't stand it anymore.
This massive outrageous, port-filled congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination.
So, you know, I would say this, though, as much as this president has promised,
transparency and getting to the bottom of the Autopin scandal is very much part of that, it gets back
to still concern that we're not getting enough transparency when it comes to the conflict at hand,
right? The entire rollout of this Epstein thing, like what is it that the FBI really believes
in terms of Epstein? That is still going to haunt this administration. And I don't think there's
like an easy path for them at this point because for whatever reason they're making a decision.
decision not to do this. They are making a decision. They wanted to do this and suddenly it's getting
shut down and you got to ask yourself why. And how do they salvage themselves and not allow for
the vultures on the left to come in and completely break up the party right before midterms,
interestingly enough, right? That would be really bad. I get some stuff I want to show you.
We can go back to Gisley Maxwell in a moment, but I want to show you something from Tom Homan
because he just called out this heckler down there in Tampa, Florida.
It was absolutely hysterical before we do that.
Reminder, we're fully independent here on the Trish Rican show.
We love it that way.
Independence is a good thing.
Make sure that you help support our sponsors and continue our independence here
by going and checking out balance in nature.
You know, I'm really, really, really, really suddenly very in touch and in tune with ingredientsless.
Maybe I credit, you know what, I do credit RFK Jr. with this.
because I don't think I ever was so laser-focused.
The poor kids, they don't get any fruit loops anymore.
Maybe they will in the future because, you know, Ferraro, which is bottom.
The Italian company, and they don't like any of those bad ingredients,
so maybe they're going to redo fruit loops.
But I took all the fruit loops away.
Kids are like, my son's like, hey, hey, what are you doing?
You know, I love my fruit loops.
But they have that red dye in them.
And I bring it up only because balance in nature,
some terrific vitamin products that they have on their website,
there's none of that stuff.
Like all those things, all those synthetic, junky things,
the red dye, et cetera. You don't have to worry about that with them. And it's important to know that
even in your vitamins, right? You want to make sure that they're clean. Go check it out. Balance
Nature.com. You get 35% off if you use my name. So use the name Trish, T-R-I-S-H, 35% off. You
get free shipping and money-back guarantee. So it doesn't work. You don't like it. No harm,
no foul. Tom Homan down in Tampa at Charlie's event, their turning point totally nuking this
heckler. I wanted to show you this one, because this is what we call in the business. Some pretty
sound. I mean, it gets a little, um, well, not so classy at the end. It's okay. It's funny. It's funny.
Okay.
Pardon me? Hey, hey, that's okay. That's okay. I got a question. No, no, no. I got a question for you.
Why don't you come up here and hand me that picture?
Bring, you, L.S.A. He's got the crowd. Here we go.
like this or other country.
Whoa.
This guy,
this guy wouldn't notice
like the surface nation.
This guy ain't got the
bulls to be a nice officer.
He hasn't got the bulls.
Okay.
This guy lives in his mother's
basement.
The only thing that surprised me
you don't have purple hair
and a nose ring.
Get out of here, you loser.
And, hey,
and you're such a
ass.
Meet me offstage in 13 minutes.
in 50 seconds. I guarantee you he sits down the pee.
Okay, I told you. Got a little green at the end. But anyway, you know, Tom doesn't mess around.
He was kind of fired up. The kids were fired up. I'm not sure how that guy got in there,
but I'm sure he saw his way out pretty quickly. Tom making it very clear. He backs the president's
policy. They're not going to allow for amnesty, even for people who came here, right, to support
farmers, workers, et cetera, him saying this just this past week.
I can tell you one thing, though, one thing I'm reading in the media,
that's not true, there will be no amnesty.
Yeah, no amnesty, absolutely none.
You know, it's coming at a time when a lot of these sanctuary city mayors are running
a very real risk of being arrested.
The president has already said vis-à-vis Mamdani, who's running for mayor of New York
City.
Actually, Cuomo just announced a campaign as well today.
So, you know, we'll see where Memdani gets.
but Memdani's running there for New York City Mayor,
and he has made it very clear that he intends to not cooperate with ICE at all,
that he would stand directly in the way of that.
The president responded by saying, well, then we would arrest him.
So it seems to me that the same logic would apply right here.
...division.
Look, we are a welcoming city ordinance.
Our local police department will not ever cooperate.
with ICE, whatever their constitutional authority is.
Yeah, well, if you're not going to cooperate with ICE,
despite the fact that they do have constitutional authority,
then you may very well find yourself under arrest.
Donald Trump certainly communicated that quite recently when asked the question.
Mr. President, your beloved New York City,
your beloved New York City may well be led by a communist soon,
Zohan Mandami, who in,
his nomination speech said he will defy ice and will not allow ICE to arrest criminal aliens
in New York City. Your message to communist Zohan Mundami. Well, then we'll have to arrest him.
Yeah, we'll have to arrest him, he said. Okay? We will have to arrest him. So when you consider
Brandon Johnson saying that one last week, you consider what's already been said from the president,
you consider where Tom Homan is on all of this. I would not be surprised if we start seeing
some of these arrests. You consider what happened.
happened already in New Jersey with the Congresswoman. Oh, you know, you know, I got to say it.
Like once a show of it, La Monica, La Monica McIver getting herself indicted. Now having to file a non-guilty
plea. She says she's not guilty because guess what? This lady's getting charged with violating
Title 18 U.S. Code Section 111 for assaulting impeding and interfering with law enforcement.
And when you look back at that video, it really seems, it really seems that she was actually assaulting.
And that takes it to another level, right?
It's one thing if you're Karen Bass and you're saying we're not going to cooperate or if you're
Brandon Johnson in Chicago and you're not going to cooperate, that's one thing.
But if you're doing what La Monica McGuire was doing and you're like showing up and then physically
trying to push your way through as she was, you may have a whole other problem.
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable. Unbelievable. And I think that that's going to, you know, she could very well find herself in a whole lot of trouble. And the other guys too and the other gals, right? All over the country. If you're going to stand in the way of federal law, it just doesn't work that way. Go back to Alabama. 1962, 63 and George Wallace, you know, that's why you had to come in. And they did this in California recently, where they nationalized the National Guard. California's National Guard getting nationalized because you can, you
cannot have all of these people making things up themselves. It just doesn't work.
My only question to you, I'd say a question back to you is, which laws in the United States
should be enforced and which ones shouldn't? I mean, my job, here's the deal, guys. My job
is not to pick and choose which laws we enforce and which ones we don't. We have laws in this
country, and they matter. If you want the law changed, go to Congress. Once the last time you
went to Capitol Hill and told your senator or representative to change it? That's what they need to do.
This is the perfect time for Congress to make a decision on how.
they want people in this country to be able to have an opportunity to come here legally and to fix
this. We as law enforcement officers and as a national security department and agency, my job
is to uphold the law. And that's what I will continue. Period, right? Period. End of story. So they're
saying no amnesty. As for all of these crazy, crazy, crazy people all over the country that think that
they can take things into their own hands. As for Brandon Johnson, who thinks the Constitution doesn't
apply to him, well, good luck. You know what? The Constitution does apply. It applies to everyone.
And both sides, right? This is why Donald Trump is getting himself in trouble when he says he wants
Rosie O'Donnell kicked out of the country for good. I mean, she's already out of the country.
She left on her own, quite willingly. Poor Ireland. Poor Ireland got her. Quick mention for one
of our great sponsors here. New sponsor on this show. I wanted to give a heads up for all of you.
I love this because, you know, we're looking at Bitcoin. What was it? 120K and plus?
today. It's just amazing. It's just been what a wild ride. You know, what if you could actually get
Bitcoin via your credit card? I was looking at my Amex points the other day and, well, let me just
say my Amex points don't go as far as they used to. And I'm looking at Bitcoin. It's 120. I'm like,
ooh, this feels high because, you know, when I saw it at 104, it kind of was like, oh, it's getting
high. It's getting high. Well, what if you could get a portion back of everything you spent in Bitcoin?
That's what this new card does and it doesn't charge you any annual fee, anything like that.
Go to Gemini.com forward slash Trish.
Use that right there.
I'll put it in the show notes.
We'll make sure if you want to go back and check.
It'll be in the show notes, the link.
Gemini.com forward slash Trish for $200 in free Bitcoin.
You know, you have to, there's certain terms and restrictions that apply.
So make sure you read the fine print.
But I think after three months, you get the 200.
And then you get a certain portion back.
We've been telling you at 76 research, buy Bitcoin, buy Bitcoin, by Bitcoin.

Okay, turn into Rosie O'Donnell.
I told you.
Trump's threatening to kick her out.
Rosie, you're done, right?
You're over there in Ireland.
Let's make sure you're over there for good, is his view on this.
Apparently she said some things about him on some interview in Ireland and talked about,
oh, he doesn't like me because I'm the kind of person of his generation that wouldn't have liked him
when we were in high school or something.
So it goes that far back.
Oh, I don't know about that.
But she decided to spot off again.
And, well, he designed to spot off too.
So now he came out and said, you know what?
Why don't you just leave the country?
I'm going to take away your citizenship.
Technically, he can't do it.
He knows that too.
But I think, like, you know, maybe he felt like people needed a distraction from the Epstein stuff over the weekend.
He was asked about Rosie O'Donnell outside on the tarmac today.
Let's hear his comments.
973.
So Rosie O'Donnell, she went on Chris Cuomo so recently.
She blamed you for the fact that he's overweight, depressed, in front.
What do you say to that?
Do you think CDS is going to ever be a gestion by guys later?
I don't know about Rosie.
I watch Rosie.
Rosie's a mess.
She's a mess.
But she left our country, which is a good thing, not a bad thing.
She's a mess, and she's out of here, at least for now.
The podcast that they're referring to is actually Chris Cuomo,
you know, brother of Andrew that's going to be running again.
He announced it today.
Take a look at this.
She really does seem like she's not doing too well.
During his first go-round, it was very difficult,
and I got myself into some bad places.
You know, I was very, very very.
very depressed. I was overeating. I was over drinking. I was, you know, I was so depressed, Chris.
I can't, you know, it hurt my heart that America believed the lies about him. And then it broke
my heart to be in a business that creates and sells those lies for profit. You know, it,
it was very heavy to tell you the truth. Well, she says she's on the men now.
Apparently, you know, the Irish culture's helping. I'm sure it does. People are very friendly over there.
But Trump's like, I don't think we need you back. Here's what he said. Because of the fact that Rosie
O'Donnell is not in the best interest of our great country, I'm given serious consideration to taking
away her citizenship. She's a threat to humanity and should remain in the wonderful country of Ireland
if they want her. God bless America. So that was out on Truth over the weekend. I will tell you,
he knows he can't do that. He can't do that. But, you know, maybe it's a little bit fun to talk about.
it and it is a little bit of distraction from all the Epstein stuff going on right about
now but I don't know we'll see Ireland could she get citizenship over there I
wonder they're pretty tough on that they're very strict hey everybody's strict
except for us the president of Ireland was recently asked about Rosie moving
there I didn't even know who she was watch Ireland is known for very happy
fun loving people great out to many in this room right now that I've met
Why in the world would you let Rosie O'Donnell move to Ireland?
I think she's going to lower your happiness level.
It's true.
Thank you.
I like that question.
You know who she is?
Do you know who she is?
No, he doesn't know who he says.
You better up not knowing.
You're better up not knowing he says.
So that was well played.
But don't forget, this is a feud that goes way back.
Way, way back.
It got brought up when Fox tried to kind of take them down.
them down. They weren't so crazy about Donald Trump running back in 2016. And one of their hosts
asked some pretty pointed questions. He played it off pretty brilliantly, kind of with a laugh,
but it was wild. Remember? Let me take you back in time. Mr. Trump, one of the things people love about
you is you speak your mind and you don't use a politician's filter. However, that is not without its
downsides, in particular when it comes to women. You've called women you don't like fat pig, and
dogs, slabs, and disgusting animals.
Your Twitter account is several-
Your Twitter account?
And she goes on, but in other words, that was a moment, right?
That was a moment.
I would say it's possible Donald Trump was trying to distract
and maybe bring some levity to the situation
because you have a base of people right now
that are really, really, really angry.
Okay, and they're angry because they had expected some justice
in terms of the Epstein situation.
I'm going to tell you right now,
it's possible that if she indeed is to testify
that maybe that justice actually happens,
this is not an easy one for the Trump administration to negotiate.
And what I would say is,
I've never really, as long as I've covered him,
I've never seen the base so fired up against him
at this moment in time.
Granted, you know, they get mad from time to time,
and we all do, right?
But this is one that is sort of taking on a life of its own, and it's very risky, frankly, for the party and for Donald Trump right now.
And I think he has to pay attention to this base.
He understands this base, and they're not going to be satiated.
They're not going to be satiated until they really have better clarity.
And, you know, I don't know how you do this.
Maybe you just need to come out and say what it is.
Like maybe okay, he was an intel op or this, that, and the other.
some of this needs to get admitted. Maybe if this Maxwell woman comes forward and testifies
will get some greater clarity. But I don't think she's going to do it. Guys, like, this,
if this is as bad as we think it is, it's like case closed. Like, there's stuff that you're
not going to see. I don't know why Pam told us she had thousands and thousands of pages and tens of
thousands of hours of tape. But, like, as much as you want to scapegoat her, like, this is bigger.
Okay, this is bigger.
And so my frustration is, I don't know if we're really going to see things not,
you know, maybe not for 20, 30, 40 years.
This is one that maybe they got out over their skis on in a pretty massive way.
Because for you to go on television and tell us, you get this, you get that, and it's all
going to come out.
You even invite, like, why invite the influencers to the White House?
Why do that to them?
Like, do you think they're actually going to just carry your water for you, nonstop?
I mean, the one beauty about having such a free press as we do right now with independent creators
is that we don't have to carry anybody's water.
We can say exactly what we think when we want to say it, right?
And that's a very different kind of media than historically administrations have been used to.
And think about this.
This was there during other administrations, and for whatever reason, they never, ever, ever moved forward with it.
Doris correcting my pronunciation. Think Giggis, Galane, and there's no, there goes my French, right?
We'll work on that. I'll have to learn how to pronounce our name. We're going to go with Maxwell for
now, but thank you, Doris. I think that, I think my own suspicion, and I have nothing other than
just common sense to add this all up, is that it would look really, really, really bad. Thank you,
peace of my mind, I do carry my water in my Lefrier
mug. It would look really bad
for the United States of America
right about now if this
all comes out the way we think it might.
Okay? And that's
what they're hiding from and that's what they're
afraid of. But it was a
huge mistake to promise,
to keep going on television
and promise and say, I've got
this and I've got that. You know what?
Y' ought to know the landscape
before you get out there and do that
because it was only
everybody up for a bigger, bigger disaster.
Guys, make sure, do me a favor, make sure that you subscribe to the show.
