This guy really needs to quit while he's ahead. That would be my piece of advice to one Zohran Mamdami, who's trying to, I don't know, take over the country. He's certainly taken over the financial center of the world, and that would be New York City. Boy, oh, boy, oh, boy. You know what, I'm going to tell you, guys, I'm going to go on a limb here, but this is sort of the day.

This is the moment in time, I suspect, that we will look back on and say, this is when the Democrat Party just lost it. Lost it all. Zohran Memdami is out with a hit list. I really don't know what else to call it other than a hit list because you see he's got this whole tax the rich anger scheme that he's really tapping into threatening everybody. Okay, I'm going to taxing it. He's got 30,000 people on this list. And it's a searchable list. So you can go into the database and you can search it and you can find someone. name and someone's address, which I got to tell you, I think is pretty much illegal. We'll get

into all the reasons why, but he's going to go down in infamy. I mean, not just this, but you get the city run grocery stores for goodness sakes and a whole slew of other things. Okay, so the other day, I showed you this. He said, if you own a second home in New York City worth more than $5 million, check your mailbox when you're back in the five boroughs because you've got mail. See, he's thinking he's a little clever there. Today, we sent notification letters to property owners, letting them know our new pietta ter tax is coming soon. The best city in the world deserves the best parks, library schools in the world, apparently the best groceries too. That's only possible when we all pay our fair share. Oh, interestingly, do you know that the

Iran, I don't know, do they even have an embassy? I guess they do sort of kind of, even though we don't have normalized relationship, a normalized relationship with them. They're actually, I guess, on Fifth Avenue opposite the Museum of Modern Art. So I'm just, curious is Iran, which right now has immunity from taxes with that building, are they going have to pay too? Or is Mamdami going to let them off the hook and just make sure everybody else does? Here's the article in the New York Post here today. Mandami's enemies of the people, pieter tax list is no joke. So the editorial board is like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, this is kind of serious. I mean, they're reacting the same as I am because this is so hate-inspired. This is so

class warfare, this is just really messed up. I mean, this guy, he's a really, really bad guy. They're writing here that the city department of finance released an enemy's list of property owners who might be covered by the new non-resident Pietatertaire tax, a kind of one-stop class warfare shopping list for Antifa radicals looking for targets. I mean, let's not forget, you had a CEO that was gunned down in New York City, okay? Not too long ago. a CEO that was gunned down and now Mamdami is out there putting out, I mean, I don't know what to call it other than, yeah, kind of a hit list because that's certainly what it seems like to me. He's telling all these Antifa radicals, hey, you can come find them there. And some of the people that are on this list don't even deserve to be on this list. I mean, this really is a form of doxing people and I think it's illegal, which I'm going to get to. This is effectively a Rolodex of the Rich and you've got a city with a CEO who, who was just gunned down right on a sidewalk. You got the Ugandan mayor who just became a citizen like yesterday

or seven years ago, to be exact. And now he's trying to publish a list of everyone that he thinks is wealthy enough to be paying more of their fair share. I mean, again, not even legal. They write, mind you, publicizing the list serves no good purpose, according to the New York Post editorial board. The city is mailing all of these owners asking them to clarify if they don't qualify for the new tax.

So this publicity isn't about informing them. It's actually about scaring them. And that's what they want to do. Don't forget the whole DSA platform, Democrat Socialists of America, is designed to basically use these scare tactics to get the quote-unquote rich to do what they want. So now people are saying, well,

is this going to lead to violence? Because that's kind of how it feels, right? Here's the headline in Fox News this morning. Mamdami sparks fears of violence after doxing wealthy New York City property owners. And they're saying it's not even just the wealthy because, let's face it. And I know, you know, if you live in the middle of the country, this sounds weird. I get it. But property values have gone up so, so, so, so much in New York City that, you know,

you may have a studio apartment and it's $800,000 or a million bucks for that little apartment. you may have a two-bedroom that your family lives out in Queens, and that's a million bucks because it's crazy, right? They haven't been building enough. And by the way, they're definitely not going to be building enough now because no builder with half a brain would ever build in Mamdami's New York City. It's going to be really painful for the city overall. But I'm just going to say, like, legally they're going to go after them. So there's a few things here. I've been spending some time researching this, something called practical obscurity that's used in legal circles. In fact, The Supreme Court has used this, actually, because there's a difference between, say,

hey, you know, you got a bunch of papers on your desk and they're all spread out all over the place, and that's a, you know, a list of so-and-so and so-and-so and so-and-so that may have to pay tax versus, say, a searchable database, a searchable database where somebody's basically with no privacy. Like at a total loss of privacy, the Supreme Court has recognized this concept in some privacy context sometimes referred to, as I said,

as practical obscurity. Compiling dispersed public records into an easily searchable format can materially change the privacy interests at stake, even if each individual record is public. So even if all of these records can be public, and you can access something like this in what I believe it's called the Acris database that real estate agents often use when they're

looking at real estate and you can see how much somebody's paying in taxes on their property, but it's totally different because that's everybody. This is just all the people basically on his hit list, right? This is all his enemies. It's anybody who's got a valuation on their property of a million bucks or maybe doesn't live there as much as he thinks they ought to live there. You also have the negligence rule. So if someone, for example, becomes a victim,

of one of these Antifa crazies, and it could happen. I mean, it's one of the reasons why Griffin, right, is moving out of there, going to Miami and Ken Griffin in his hedge fund, because he's not going to take this from the guy who buys, by the way, singled him out in a commercial to raise money for himself, singled him out, stood outside his apartment building and was like, hey, hey, hey, I'm going after you, for goodness sake. So if somebody is stocked, if somebody is robbed, if somebody is extorted,

if somebody is swatted, if somebody is assaulted, guess what, the city, New York City is going to be on the hook, and so is Mandami, because it was thanks to his irresponsibility, his negligence for putting out somebody's address like that and creating a target. You can't do this. You just can't do it. Equal protections, another words, why are these people getting singled up? Oh, well, we know why, because he sees them as rich. So if you're rich, we're going to single you out. We're going to put you on a list, searchable in the database, and we're coming for you. That's the idea here, right? That's the idea. And don't kid yourself. This is exactly what the ideas. I want to go to Megan Rumer.

She is the head of the DSA. This is the China back, Democrat, Socialists of America that went on to Fox over the weekend, Fox News Sunday. And she admitted, you know what? We're going to make your life freaking miserable until you do what we want. This is who these people are. Don't kid yourself for a second. Let's play the tape. Daily economy quotes you saying this at a DSA convention last year. We will win by making. conditions so intolerable for the ruling class that they would rather give in to our demands that continue to live with the disturbance we cause until we are able to fully seize power ourselves. Is that aimed at the Democrat Party? It's aimed at, it's aimed from the working class to the ruling class.

So the two-party duopoly, the two corporate parties, it is aimed at both of them, and it comes from the working class. Okay. So she said it right there. Right? I mean, she's saying, we're going to make your life so miserable until you don't have a choice. And this is what Mamdami is doing. He's part of that DSA. He's really, if you ask me, an Iranian plant, or, to be more specific, a Ugandan plant, who became a citizen for a reason. I mean, look at his father, the Columbia University professor, right, with his anti-America, anti-colonial, anti-imperialist. I mean, this is an agenda these people have, okay?

This is an agenda. And this list, this pitaternalist is part of his agenda. He wants to scare these people, just as Megan Romer, head of the DSA said, we're going to scare you and make your life miserable until you comply, okay? And that's where we are right now. So I get news for him. This is not, how shall we say, legal, as I said, you've got the practical obscurity, you've got negligence, right?

If someone gets hurt. And then you have something called equal protection. In other words, why is it that this particular group is getting singled out? And what happened to privacy claims? I mean, everybody has a right to privacy. And just because you have a more expensive property, it doesn't mean you lose that right to privacy. And so Democrats now, you know, if they know what's good for them,

they're going to turn and they're going to turn fast, because this is not a problem you want to have. Zohran Mamdami is, again, in my estimation, some kind of plant from overseas that's trying to do a lot of serious damage to the United States. And he kind of snuck in there because I guess he's got away with words. I mean, not to my taste, but, you know, I'm very discriminating. Van Jones, he's coming around. Van Jones on CNN, Rahm Emanuel.

Everybody's getting the picture here because, you know, you're never going to win with this guy. You're going to lose all day long because he's a loser. They're all losers. All the commies are, by the way, they can't make money themselves so they want to steal it from you. Let's be real. But first, to Van Jones and Ram Emanuel, who can't stand the guy. Tired, tired, tired of a set of people on the very far left in the Democratic Party, my party, telling us that in order for us to be progressives, we now have to believe ideas and support ideas

that are completely nuts. You've got a set of defunding, decriminalizing open borders. We have run that play and gotten our butts kicked. We don't need to do it a second time to see if it turns out, if the movie turns out any different. Yeah. Okay, you got your butts kicked. And you're going to keep on getting them kicked because do you see the latest poll numbers?

I did. Meet the press, NBC reporting what Fox came out with in a Fox News poll. Some version of ironically enough this year. And Republicans think that their one chance is the image of the Democratic Party. We've been seeing it in the primary season. Socialists winning Democratic primaries, candidates from the, far left. And look at this here. Among Democrats, this is that Fox poll, a majority have a favorable view of socialism, step outside the Democratic Party. It's a totally different world. Look at

independence, socialism, deeply unpopular there. So is that a vulnerability for Democrats that would keep them from capitalizing on Trump's obvious weaknesses here? Look more specifically at the two chambers. So you're not going to win. You see with this? So I get it. They're kind of freaking out. they've realized the powers that be that they've got a problem. But, you know, it's their own fault. It is their own fault because they could never come up with any kind of policy that was differentiating. I mean, Donald Trump basically took everything they had, right?

They used to be the party that was all about borders. They used to be all about the working class. And he's like, I'll take that, and I'll take that, and I'll take that. And what are they left with? A whole bunch of losers, as Stephen Miller so well articulated. You know, he has a way with words. He really scares the Dems for some reason. Really scares them.

Anyway, Stephen Miller pointing out on Hannity's program last night that they're left with all the circus clowns. And you can't really win with the circus clowns. I'm sorry. The people you mentioned, the names you mentioned, AOC, Bernie, the squad, Omar. These are people who even 10 or 15 years ago, but would have been relegated to the outer extreme fringes of the Democrat Party. They're now the center of the party.

They're the heart of the party. They're the soul of the party. So the Democrats have become a party of freaks, weirdos, losers, and crazies. But you can't laugh it off because it's deadly serious. When you give these people power, everything you know and love in this world falls apart. You have chaos, corruption, decay, violence, poverty. Blum bum. Boy, that sounds like fun, right?

Look, I mean, we've been through this before, right? It's happened all over the world. If it was going to work, somebody would have been successful with it. Because every now and then, someone comes up with this brilliant idea. And what happens? Giant power grab. Giant power grab. Total oppression.

Poverty. Murder. I mean, you know, from Venezuela to Cuba to, you know, those are the most recent examples I can think of. But you go back to the Soviet Union. You go back to Vietnam. For goodness sakes, it just doesn't work. China figured it out. I mean, they're a communist regime, except they have capitalism, right?

This is like full-blown communism that we're talking about. It's like even worse if there could be such a thing. Even worse than China. Wow. Can't believe I said that. But yeah. Because Mamdami wants to take it all. They want to take everything you got.

I mean, it's really, it's almost comical except it's sad. It is sad and it's concerning that this is the point at which we have come to. I will say this, though. Don't underestimate America. CNN. Figure this one out the hard way. they reported on the newest polls, which show Democrats actually at the lowest level they have ever been at. I mean, we're at historic lows, guys.

I'm telling you, this is not flying. This is not playing in Peoria, as they say. So they're at historic lows, and they have been for months now. And look at the anchor's face as Harry Enten. I kind of get a kick out of him because he's pretty good. He's just like, okay, here are the numbers. And then he gives a little spin on it. He's like, and these numbers aren't good.

definitely not and the anchor that he's speaking i think it's john burman the look on his face is absolutely priceless i got a kick out of it but here you know don't don't ignore the fact of what we're talking about here which is the reality of this is not working for them which is good but nonetheless still scary the same because occasionally some of these crazy some of these losers actually sneak through a la a.o c a la mam doning and if we're to believe ted cruz who's a pretty good predictor in political circles He actually thinks AOC's going to be running for president. She may be the Democrat nominee for president. And guess who's going to be the next senator from New York?

Replacing Chuck Schumer. That would be one Zahran Mamdami from Uganda. Listen to this poll. And watch Berman. Minds of the American public are weak, weak, weak to quote the great Tony Blair. I mean, just look at this. Just look at these net approval ratings of Democrats in Congress. In late February, at the beginning of the war,

minus 41 points, minus 39, minus 39. And so you're just looking at these numbers right here, and you go to yourself, no wonder, no wonder what's going on at this point that Democrats simply put, cannot take the ball and run with it and actually in the polls be trusted more and run, because the Democrats in Congress simply put

are not well-like. In fact, these are the three lowest on record in terms of percentage points for the approval for Democrats in Congress. So it all put together a picture. Donald Trump and Republicans not be like, but Democrats in Congress are really hated. A lot of this is D-On-D crime, and they're Democrats.

Really hate it. I mean, really, really, really hated. But of course, it all makes sense. I mean, they're trying to take everything from you. And I've said this, I'm going to say it again. So here's the reason why the Democrats are struggling so badly. They decided to abandon all agendas. They decided to just be the party of being anti-Trump.

And you cannot run on that. that, okay? People want to go to the polls and they want to vote for something. I mean, Mamdami, disgusting, anti-American Ugandan that he is, I mean, at least the guy got people to the polls to vote for something. We may not like what he was voting or getting them to the polls to vote for. We may not like that. But he understood he's politically savvy enough with all that, you know, deep state China training that he got from someplace somewhere. He understood that he needed to get people to the polls to vote for something. So that is the Democrats' problem, in a nutshell. I mean, they just sat there and they thought that they could criticize Trump all day long and

offer no alternative. Well, he went out there and said, hey, I want to make sure that I got factory jobs here in the USA. I want to make sure that our streets are safe. I want to make sure that we got good schools. I want to make sure that we get the boys out of girls' sports for you. I mean, it was like common sense stuff, right? Like, do a gut check on those issues and tell me how you feel, right? Just a solid gut check. And for some reason, the left didn't bother to address any issues and instead just say, well, we hate Trump and you got to be against Trump. And Trump is this and Trump is that. And they never stood for anything. So then who comes out of the left wing? And I mean literally the left wing? None other than they ma'am. Don.

Zamami. Zohran Mamdami. Okay, that's who comes out, promising the moon and the stars and the sky and the sun and everything else. He's promising the world because he thinks you're stupid enough to fall for it. Apparently, a lot of people in New York are. But not just, I mean, it's New York State, right? You go around. He's got his backup singers, winning everything. All the backup singers that think that America's responsible for 9-11. It's America's fault. Imagine that. You got a guy. I mean, this is just awful. You got a guy who's going to be standing up there at the 9-11 Memorial, who kind of hates Israel, kind of hates America. I mean, let's be honest.

I don't even need to say kind of, okay? I'm just covering my bases there. A bad dude who hates America, who hates Israel, and thinks that somehow we deserved it, he's going to be the one. Listen, it came up in a press conference here with him. Let me see if I have this soundbite to you. The reporter said to him, hey, you know, how do you feel about all those 9-11 families not being too happy that you're there?

And this is the song and dance he gave them. I will proudly honor the families, the survivors, the first responders, forever impacted by that horrific terror attack by standing alongside them at this year's 9-11 commemoration, reaffirming that we will never forget the solemn day felt by all of us who call this city home and frankly by all of us who call this country home. Yeah, they're going to love that, not. In fact, big article in the New York Post today about some families that are begging him not to be there under the circumstances.

You know, I mentioned sort of this idea that he was some kind of deep state actor from our enemies. And this is important to know. So in 2023, this is before he was running for office, he was already out and blasting Israel every chance he got. Again, reminder, we don't want this guy at the 9-11 Memorial. Here we are. I was somebody who began my journey in organizing and in politics by co-founding my school's first students for justice and Palestine. The struggle for Palestinian liberation was at the core of my politics and continues to be. And so I struggled to find a home in New York City that could bring that politics in a sense

of coherence with the politics I felt around the future of New York City. And here was this organization that endorsed BDS. This is who is now representing New York City. city, ladies and gentlemen, this is who you got. Okay? So again, I want to blame the voters, and I do blame them to a certain extent, because you needed more New Yorkers to come out against this turd, but they didn't. And I think there's a lot of reasons for that. I think that a lot of people got brainwashed into crazy stuff, but just remember, again, we're coming up on 9-11. This is the city of 9-11. You got him saying he's going to stand there. This is a guy who hates Israel, and this is a guy who let me show you. I think I have some video this here. He was actually out at a mock.

campaigning at a mosque, okay, when he wanted to run for mayor. And this is important to see because watch what the mosque talks about. There's a translation there on the screen for you. And you see the mosque leader talking about how you got to kill the infidel. And there's Mamdami, sitting there lapping it all up. Yeah, he's a bad dude. Here we go. Take a peek at this. And it's together that I am thankful to be here today, and I'm I'm thankful to have the opportunity to lead our city.

Salaam ala. Okay, it says I ask Allah to send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. It goes on to say, and I want to make me among those who await you, follow you, and support you against your enemies. He's there for this. And among those who are martyred before you among the ranks of your loyal ones, the translation goes on through your hands, comes the relief for the believers and the killing of the infidels by your sword.

This is the mayor of New York who's campaigning at the mosque and sitting there, happy as a clam. You can see them up in front as they're saying this. Lovely. Okay, lovely. So yeah, I understand. The families don't want them there. And they shouldn't want them there.

And you know what? New York doesn't need them there. And the Democrat Party doesn't need them there. I mean, for goodness sakes, the guy's a nut job who's coming up with these grocery stores is 30% off. Oh, that's going to work out well. Yeah, really well. They tried it in Kansas City, actually, quite recently. Wait until you see what happened there.

Anyway, quick shout out to the markets right now. We're looking at chip stocks under some pressure, some pressure a little bit today. But nonetheless, you're seeing a recovery. We started off the day kind of in choppy territory, but I'm looking at the S&P up four-tenths of a percent. Dow Jones Industrial average, a nice little gain there up one and a quarter percent. NASDAQ just turned positive. gold is down a little bit, but off some of the lows we saw earlier in this session. I mean, look, I actually bought some this morning.

So every time gold goes down a little bit, I try to add to my portfolio because I actually really like gold for the long term. You guys know that. So Mamdami wants you to have a communist grocery store. Oh, he's really proud of this one. Check him out with all the fruits and vegetables right behind him. We know that for many New Yorkers, 30% at the grocery store means something very different.

Since 2019, food prices have soared at grocery stores around the country by roughly 30%, in fact. Talk to shoppers around the city, and you'll often hear the same frustration. wages have not kept up. Making matters even worse, some corporations have built out technology that allows for something called surveillance pricing, collecting personal data to charge some people more than others for the same carton of eggs, for the same gallon of milk. All of this leaves too many New Yorkers feeling like groceries are out of reach. And that is frankly unacceptable, which is why city government is stepping in to make people's lives more affordable.

Today, I am proud to announce a collection of essential staples that will be predictably 30% cheaper at all five of our city-run grocery stores. Do we really have to do this? I mean, like, it's almost painful for me. Like, I don't want to sit here and have to do another econ 101 lesson, but gosh, darn it. Buddy, boy, you are really dense, okay? I realize you were so busy in your African colonial studies. there at Bowden College because you couldn't get into Columbia, even though you checked the African-American box,

clever, right, from Uganda? And even though your dad was a professor, which meant you were a shoe in, they still didn't want you. So he went to Bowden, or Bowden. Bowden's just, you know, amassed for a whole bunch of reasons, including the fact that they educated this guy. And this guy is coming out clearly with no knowledge of economics whatsoever. So what happens?

Let's just like go down that little path. one second. What happens if you got a communist round grocery store? It's run by the city. Oh, 30% off, 30% off, 30% off. Well, guess what? They put every bodega, small business owner, out of work, you know, in the city, basically within the sphere

of however many blocks are willing to go to that city run grocery store. I mean, you could get a card to Costco, but that would mean ma'am Tommy would be buying you a card to Costco, and I don't think he wants to do that because then he would be supporting private enterprise, and that's never the way he wants to go. So he's going to suddenly turn into

Costco. Oh, that's going to go just great, right? Because I'm sure that the city is really going to do a gangbuster job and making sure they get all their products, all their produce, all their eggs, all their poultry from point A to point B because that's really what they're good at, right? Not. In fact, governments, very good and very little. I mean, the reason we need government is to keep us safe and to protect us from people like Mendami. We need government to protect us from theft, from criminals. We need government to maintain law and order. We do not need government to be in the grocery store business, okay? I mean, you know, Mamdami, who knew? You know, maybe you could get a job at Sam's Club, rise up the ranks the old-fashioned way by working.

So he's going to start this city-run grocery store. He's promising 30% off. Well, I can tell you what's going to wind up happening because it's going to be poorly run. It's going to be completely inefficient. It's going to cost the taxpayers more money. And they're not going to have any food on the shelves. I mean, anybody who grew up in a communist system knows what that's like. I've got some good friends from Romania. Every time I go to their house, it's kind of funny. My friend, she just can't help herself. Like, there is a display. I mean, the entire table, the entire dining room table. And I'm like, it's just me. It's just me and the kids tonight. Like, what's going on? but there are like cupcakes and cakes and fruits and meatballs and lots of meats that they like in

Romania. I mean, like, it is a full-on feast. And I'm like, what is going on? Every single time, you know why? And she actually laughs about it. She's like, just because I couldn't have any of this growing up. But you got one loaf of bread, okay, for the family. Like, that was it.

Because, surprise, surprise, surprise. Government run grocery stores. What do you think happen? Okay, ladies and gentlemen, it's going to be a disaster. Oh, Kansas City found that out the hard way. Let's take a look at this report coming to us from the local affiliate in Kansas City that tried to do a Mamdami-style grocery store. It's clear this sunfresh at 31st in Prospect is struggling.

This is the first section people see when they come in. There's barely any produce. A lot of the coolers and shelves around the store look the same way, empty. So shoppers have been asking us, if the store isn't closing, then where is all the food? A rotten smell comes through the door and anywhere you turn, you'll see products that need to be restocked. No hot food or deli. There was a time this store was on life support. I can tell you today right now, it's damn near dead.

This is a new low. Even to people like Pat Clark who've watched the store go through its ups and downs. 30 days ago, hell, we looked like a grocery store again. The city owns the Limwood Shopping Center. A nonprofit operates the grocery store. Public and private investments are in the millions of dollars. for the Senate. Yeah.

So you spend millions of dollars for that. Okay? Again, you know what? If this was going to work, guys, it would have worked somewhere else because believe me, it's been tried over and over and over and over again. So the Democrat Party has a Memdami problem.

You know, America has a Memdami problem because it's all of our problem right now. You can't even just say, well, it's the Democrats, because frankly, these people, they're coming for every one. one. I mean, I think it's actually the best system. The best system in the world by far. The reason the United States is the success it is, is because of capitalism and because we do protect property.

I mean, these are the things that matter, really. And you've got a bunch of crazies that want to throw it out the window. And why? Because they can't do it themselves. Because they can't succeed themselves. Because they can't make money themselves. Because they just want to go to school forever themselves. And keep studying and studying and studying and studying.
