Starting point is 00:00:00 We got the craziest coming out of the woodwork, and some of them are going to find themselves in, how shall we say, new legal trouble. Yeah, possibly even jail. Oh, Zohran Memdami, I'm looking at you. Zohran Memdami, the communist mayor of New York City coming out and offering up his new idea. He wants to somehow violate federal law, putting him in the crosshairs of this administration, putting him at risk of heading straight to the slammer. or, dare I say even worse, heading us towards a trajectory of, I don't know, civil war? The Supreme Court says one thing and you intend to do another? That's not going to work, buddy boy.
Starting point is 00:00:39 No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Mammie revealing his intention to violate the Supreme Court order handed down yesterday. The Supreme Court, as you know, we covered it right here on the Trish Rigan show, said, you know what? TPS is going to be decided by the president. It has always been an executive order. It is going to stay in executive order back in 19. 1990, Bush, because of the El Salvador war, civil war that was going on, had the opportunity to say, we're going to bring in all these El Salvadorians, and I have the opportunity to do this as President of the United States.
Starting point is 00:01:11 This is in my domain. He was authorized by Congress to do so, and that became how we got the presidential opportunity to do this. Okay? So that means as well. The president has every ability to say no can do, and that was what the Supreme Court handed down. So the Supreme Court has the ultimate power. So what the heck is Mamdami doing and saying when he's out there with this kind of thing? No matter where you were born, no matter how far you had to travel to get here, I want to be clear, you are a New Yorker. So hear me when I say this, the people of New York City are going to show up for you. As we face down a Supreme Court ruling that just opened the door to fear, instability, and the threat of deportation for so many.
Starting point is 00:01:58 New York City will do everything in our power to fight back. No, really? Everything in your power, just exactly what would that be? Again, big deal. All the Haitian migrants that are here, and there's somewhere north of 300,000 of them, all the Syrian migrants that are here, somewhere under 10,000, they are all affected by this.
Starting point is 00:02:19 This is the biggest group being affected. Of course, there are somewhere around 1.3 million people, here with this temporary protected status and basically the administration is saying we don't actually think that some of them are so deserving of the temporary status because we feel strongly that they can go back to their country Syria for example well the war situation is over there I mean I was in uh you know where I was I was actually in in Switzerland last winter and there was a guy from Syria who was waiting on our table very nice man who was there in this restaurant he was so happy he was so happy because he said I finally get to go back to Syria and all he wanted to do was
Starting point is 00:02:54 go back to Syria and things could calm down and he could go back. Well, that's what happens. You know, when things calm down, you can go back. And so that is why the administration is taking on, okay, the end of temporary protected status for certain groups. But Mamdami is not having it. Zohran Mamdami, who came here from Uganda himself and just like yesterday became a citizen. Now suddenly the mayor of New York City wants to start some kind of, oh, dare I say, insurrection. We have seen a cruelty that has become normalized. And to have people, who frankly taught the world about freedom, have their own freedom be put in jeopardy
Starting point is 00:03:29 by the actions of a Supreme Court and a federal administration. It is not only cruel, it's something that we will not ever accept. And so we stand here as New Yorkers proud of standing in solidarity and proud to do everything that we can to keep people in their homes
Starting point is 00:03:42 and to keep people together. Hmm. Oh, by the way, did you see the little pride, rainbow, big sign he has it right over his, right over his shoulder. Okay, that's a significant little signaling, if you would. But you hear he's saying, we're going to do whatever we have to do to keep everybody here. Okay, let's just like, let's play this one out.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Because I think if we go back historically and we think about Alabama, right? And George Wallace, wasn't he trying to defy the federal government? Wasn't he trying to say, no, we're not going to integrate our schools. We're not going to have this integration. We don't believe in this. And he was trying to say that he there as government. of Alabama could do something entirely different, but guess what? You can't because the feds have the ability to enforce all of this and they used a variety of different laws. In this particular
Starting point is 00:04:36 case, I'm just going to tell you, plain and simple, guess who's responsible for the borders? Yeah, the feds, okay? Period. Full stop. And so is Ron Mandami and others like him are not going to be able to get to first base on any of this. Of course, they they're not going to stop from trying, right? And I think that's where we're then getting into this conflict of the feds versus the state, which I want to get into. But keep in mind amid all of this, if the administration decides that it's no longer that challenging to be back in Haiti
Starting point is 00:05:12 or to be back in Syria, that's up to the administration. I think we know where they're coming out on this one. Let's go to Stephen Miller speaking with reporters. They're like shocked, absolutely positively shocked here. Take a listen. For Haitians, absolutely. Yes. I mean, yes, Haitians live in Haiti. It's not a position that Haitians should be Haiti. I mean, it would be crazy for us to say that Haitians couldn't live in Haiti. It's their country.
Starting point is 00:05:42 Of course, Haitian should live in Haiti. There's no viable asylum, or use a technical term here, cat claim or withholding claim. For any Haitian, seeking relief from going back to Haiti, to their homeland. The fact that there might be pockets of Haiti with there's higher crime rates, guess what? There's pockets of Chicago with crime rates just as high, right? There's pockets of cities like St. Louis with crime just as high. Pockets of Los Angeles, crime just as high. It has never been the case that having communities that have high crime rates is a basis for asylum. Never has been, never will be. Never has been, never will be. Okay. So he's saying, listen, And we're not going to get to a stage where we just say we're going to open it up to the entire world because, you know, maybe things aren't so great down in Mexico.
Starting point is 00:06:28 Maybe things aren't so great down in Haiti right now. We just have to be realistic about what is actually something that we can be capable of doing. And, you know, this is the dose of realism that I think all of these people so desperately need and they're so unwilling to acknowledge. Now, ask yourself why that is, okay? why is it that some people like Zohran Mamdami and others are saying we want to bring in everybody from the third world everybody come on come all we'll give you all kinds of stuff you know we're going to give you everything why would they do that we've talked about this before I mean hey you have only to look to Zohran Mamdami is now newborn location of residents
Starting point is 00:07:09 being New York as a place where they were actually trying to get 800,000 800,000 non-citizens on the voter rolls. Remember until the court shut that down and it went all the way to the appellate court? Because it's illegal. You can't actually do that. You would actually have to change the Constitution because, no, as a non-citizen, you cannot vote in a New York, a state election. But you got them out in California doing the same thing,
Starting point is 00:07:35 letting everybody vote in the school board elections, even though you're not a citizen. So don't kid yourself. There's a method to the madness. In other words, you bring them all in. In they come one by one, you give them free stuff. If you want the free stuff to continue, you have to continue voting for the team that's given you all the freebies and then, well, you know, communist style freebies.
Starting point is 00:08:02 And then a certain team gets to stay in power, on top of which you get the census issue, right? And we've talked about that. Because the more you can add to your population in some of these blue states, well, then, the more you can get representation. And they're all after representation, more and more representation so that they can have more people like them controlling Congress. Well, the American people have kind of had it. And that's what's happened here, right? I think that's a big part of why we saw Donald Trump win this round. And I think it's happening overseas. We've talked at length about what's going on with George Maloney. People are kind of unhappy with her after
Starting point is 00:08:42 her allowing 500,000 migrants into Italy, despite campaigning for exactly the opposite. You've got Spain, where there's quite an uprising going on in Spain. Young professionals saying Spain first, and they're sick and tired of their communist, Pedrito, little little Pedro Sanchez, bringing in all the worst of the worst. And then you look over at Germany, same thing going on there. I mean, heck, Freddie Merz, Fred, from Alibusi, right? okay yeah i just like to remind everybody so frederick is now suddenly boasting that they've been able to clamp down on immigration the same team that was bringing in the syrians and everybody from the middle east you know
Starting point is 00:09:25 by the dozen to the point now where you've got a country that is 30 percent migrant 70 percent german well the people have had it there was an article actually in newsweek today talking about the rise of the alt-right in germany it's basically all the people then they haven't seen that right since the 1930s Well, it's all the people that are saying, hey, enough is enough is enough. You've got to care about Germany first and Germans first. And the same situation plays out in Sweden. And it plays out in France. And it plays out, as you well know, we just lost another prime minister.
Starting point is 00:09:55 Pork here, right down the drain. And the next one's going to, okay? Like, none of them can figure it out because they're all saying we've got to bring in more and more people. Well, it's not going to happen here in the U.S. I want to go to Tom Homan today, who's making it abundantly clear. okay Zahraimdami you want to bring in all of these people you want to offer them a sanctuary well then we'll do what we have to do okay this is where we are guys and this is on the verge of a pretty serious conflict yes Mamdami may go to jail for something like this if you're
Starting point is 00:10:30 to find the feds like that that could be the outcome unless we actually find ourselves in a situation where you have multiple, multiple cities a la Michelle Wu in Boston, a la Brandon Johnson in Chicago, or Karen Bass, should she win, out in L.A. I mean, you got liberal nut jobs that are willing to take on the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. government. Here we go to Tom Homan. We had a record historic year with D.P. deportations, but now we got 10,000 more agents on board, or it should be on board by the end of the next month, wait to next year. I believe that both you and Justice Sotomayor and Justice Jackson on...
Starting point is 00:11:26 We'll get to that in a second. That's actually Alito who had to put some of those liberal justices in their place, but you heard Tom Holman, he's bringing 10,000 more in. I mean, he'll bring in as many as he has to bring in, and he's going to be up against the likes of Zahem Dami or Michelle Wu, who broke down in tears yesterday as the announcement came out. She is the mayor of Boston, you guys, the mayor of Boston who cares more about everybody coming in from Haiti and everybody coming in from Syria than she seems to do about the Bostonians that live there watch. Same breaths as we've been preparing for the worst.
Starting point is 00:12:00 And so we stand here today grieving, still feeling that sense of shock. But having done everything that we could possibly do to do. date to be as ready as possible to face what we are about to face. This is no moment to sugarcoat anything. We have a community of neighbors, of family members, of a workforce that holds up our entire city and country's economy. And today, Donald Trump's enablers on the Supreme Court handed down a decision that disregards established law, basic human dignity, and fundamental American values.
Starting point is 00:12:48 They all go back to that. Human dignity are values. Well, don't we have any, like, dignity for the people that live here? Remember how they were dealing with the TDA gangs out in Colorado? Remember what a problem that was? There was like no respect, no dignity offered to the Americans that were living in the apartment buildings that they were taking. over. And now ICE is going in and say, okay, we're getting them all. And somehow ICE is the bad guy because ICE is protecting the people that live in this country? This is such upside down logic, but I think it's all because they're using anything they can to define a position that is different than Trump. So they throw all logic, all common sense. I'm going to use the word decency to,
Starting point is 00:13:42 all decency, right? Right out the window. because it is in their interest, in their political interest, to just attack Trump. And so they attack, they attack, they attack. Sometimes they don't even know what they're attacking. I mean, think about that. How many times do you come across these clips, I've got a good one, I want to show you, these clips where you have some idiots out there, you know, resist, resist, resist. But they don't even understand, comprehend what it is that they're resisting.
Starting point is 00:14:13 They don't understand what fascism is. They don't understand any of this. They just want to stand up to be against Donald Trump. That's all they really and truly seem to care about. There is a situation in Maine where a Maine wire reporter, I guess Maine Wire is a big, I'm actually next door in New Hampshire, so I should know Mainwire a little bit better, but they're a pretty big journalist organization there in the state of Maine. And it's fascinating because they actually confronts.
Starting point is 00:14:43 some people that were there in Belfast, Maine. So not Belfast, Northern Ireland, but Belfast, Maine. One of the funny things, and if you're a New Englander, you know this. One of the funniest things about places like in Maine is that there's like all kinds, there's China, Maine, there's Rome, Maine, there's Paris, Maine, there's London, Maine, and there's Belfast, Maine, okay? So like, Maine gets around. Anyway, this reporter there from this particular publication, and I'm just looking to make sure
Starting point is 00:15:13 I have it for you. I do. I want to play this because he confronted these folks and it was just epic. It really kind of, I think, speaks volumes about how they just don't know. They just don't know who they're up against. And again, we're going to just try and pull this one in for you. I think we have it. I think we have it. This is called multitasking. While I continue to look for that, because I think it's such a great example of how people don't even understand, people don't even know what it is they're fighting anymore. It's so frustrating when I see this. I do want to go back to this idea, though, of this kind of civil war that seems to be brewing because it's suddenly getting kind of weirdly real.
Starting point is 00:15:53 And, you know, Mamdami, I think, is going to lead the charge. And he's got his troops. He's got Michelle Wu in Boston. He's got Brandon Johnson in Chicago. He's got Karen Bass in L.A. And, you know, there's more where that came from, shall we say, a whole lot more, Mr. Mamdami. We have seen a cruelty that has become normalized. And to have people who frankly taught the world about freedom,
Starting point is 00:16:19 have their own freedom be put in jeopardy by the actions of a Supreme Court and a federal administration, it is not only cruel, it's something that we will not ever accept. And so we stand here as New Yorkers proud of standing in solidarity and proud to do everything that we can to keep people in their homes and to keep people together. And again, back to this idea that, you know, we have to do. What's right? What's right for who? Again, the law stands to protect the people of this country, not the people from everywhere
Starting point is 00:16:49 else in the world. But, you know, don't tell that to the senator from Massachusetts. Mr. Ed Markey take it away with his bleeding heart. This decision will place in grave risk, the lives of people. And Trump wants to send TPS holders back to unsafe conditions. And it's the far-right extremist. sitting on the Supreme Court, who has just let him sever this critical lifeline for Haitians and for TPS holders from all around the world.
Starting point is 00:17:23 We have a moral duty to protect TPS holders and provide this vulnerable group with protections and a permanent pathway to citizenship in our country. We have a moral duty. What about the moral duty to the American people? people. I guess they don't see it that way because if you're a too wrong communist, your moral duty is to take everybody's money, probably for yourself. But in the meantime, redistribute it how you see fit because somehow the government is going to be a better allocator of capital than the individuals making the decision. Oh, we know how that works out. Just look at what's going
Starting point is 00:18:05 on in Minnesota, okay, with Ilhan Omar, who I suspect I suspect I feel. I feel. fully suspect is probably entrapped in some bad stuff with her bad husband who's already hubby number three, who's already had multiple allegations of fraud leveled at him with his various cannabis companies, all cash businesses I'd add. So I think there's more to come from there, $250 million of your money up in smoke, okay? So this is what the commies do. They take from you for themselves. And the people that they pretend they want to protect, that they just dish out little breadcrumbs along the way to,
Starting point is 00:18:46 they're left with nothing. I mean, we saw it, of course, in Venezuela, Venezuela, which is really struggling right now, obviously a disaster there, and we feel very bad for the people of Venezuela. Estimates now, 50,000 missing. I've seen on some estimates they anticipate there could be 100,000 dead. It's awful, but when I think back of how that place was governed under Nicholas Maduro, and the absolute disaster that communism brought on
Starting point is 00:19:12 where people went from having the highest standard of living some 20 some odd years ago to the lowest because they had Mamdami policies. Okay, so this is the direction that we seem to be heading in, but I don't think it's going to work. And the reason I don't think it's going to work is because you have Donald Trump who's stepping up to this and he's been waiting for the opportunity.
Starting point is 00:19:36 He's really, really, he's like, you know, I wanted the chance to step in and do something about this, and now he's got his shot. But Mamdami in the meantime may just find himself in jail with La Monica. Yes, she's back in the news, guys. You know this lady, right? Yes, La Monica McGarver, the lady in red caught punching people. You see there? Oh, shoving and punching people. It's a heck of a right hook on this lady.
Starting point is 00:20:06 Wait for it, wait for it, wait for it, wait for it. It's coming. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I think we got, yeah. Oh, there we go. Boom, boom, boom. And then we get a slow-mo retake of this. This is La Monica McGarver.
Starting point is 00:20:17 She's actually back in court this week. She's got three judges in a three-judge panel there in the third district court. Forgive me. She's out in Delaware as they tried to make some decisions on this lady. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Her defense is that this is freedom of speech. Freedom of speech. Look at that. Whoa, the right hook.
Starting point is 00:20:38 There's your freedom of speech, guys. I don't think they're buying it. The judges seemed kind of perplexed by her defense. Here's the article coming up in Politico. Judges wrestle with Representative La Monica McIvers claims of immunity and being targeted by the Trump administration. It's kind of like when the Haitian said, okay, we're being targeted. That was the defense.
Starting point is 00:20:58 It's like, no, you're really not. Like, this is nothing to do with race, et cetera. In this case, she's also sent, well, it's really, race, it's because I'm a black woman, it's because I'm a Democrat, but I should have immunity because I'm a member of Congress. And immunity, I mean immunity, so you can get out there and do this? I don't think anybody gets immunity for that, okay? I think if you're going to actually start punching people, you're probably going to be in really big trouble. And if you're punching federal officers, you're looking at 17 years in the slumber. Like I said, you know, you guys can
Starting point is 00:21:32 hang out there together. Mammie, La Monica, all in prison. federal prison together. He may be smart enough to try and do things a better way. This woman, woo, I mean, it's like a, it's like those carnival cruise ship memes and, you know, they're not even memes. The video actually happens that I keep seeing on Twitter, on X, you know, one lady to the other. I mean, this woman, she's a special breed, okay? She's a really special breed and she thinks that this is perfectly totally okay, but I'm here to tell her it's not. And the three judges are about to tell her that. Okay, you get two Democrats and one Republican and they're all like, oh, like they're not into this. So she's facing now 17 years. It's a three count federal
Starting point is 00:22:19 indictment. She had a chance, by the way. Don't forget. This whole whole thing could have gone away. The mayor of Newark, New Jersey, it all went away for him. Remember Baccarat? Like, you know, he apologized to Alina and all of a sudden the whole thing went away. But this woman, she was standing her ground and she's like, I have every right to do this. You don't have a right to give somebody the right hook that's a federal officer. So now she's facing the three count federal indictment, assaulting, resisting, impeding, and interfering with federal officers. So maximum, the people are saying she's going to get eight years. That's the word on the street. Okay. They're thinking eight years, but maximum up to 17 years if convicted, she's pleading not guilty because she's saying this is
Starting point is 00:22:56 politically motivated. Trump is just out to get me. That's not going to work. Okay. Honeyboney? speech or debate clause. So speech and debate clause. How is that? Your power of speech. I'm sorry. I saw what you saw guys. And you know what? There's brand new video out. The body cam footage. I don't know as I've showed you this before, but I want to show you now. So here's the body cam footage. It is La Manacama Giver. Whoa. Getting into it. You see with the ice officer. Okay, it picks back up with her and she's throwing her hands around. her mouth around. Wow. I mean, like, La Monica, forget about it. They're federal officers just because you happen to be a member of Congress because some people were stupid enough to elect you.
Starting point is 00:23:52 You just didn't have worn red that day, right? You didn't need to do that. So yeah, you got yourself arrested and rightly so. And then to say that you have a freedom of speech and that you have immunity because you are a member of Congress. No, that's not how it works. It just doesn't work that way. Again, 17 years is what she is facing. I want to go to her. She's now actually, remember, like it was the next day,
Starting point is 00:24:17 or maybe it was actually that day. We can tell whether or not she had the red jacket on, right? This is some sound from May 2025, where she was out there saying, this is my freedom of speech. And it's like, God has a funny way of intervening. You hear the train from the, Probably the Amtrak train going right fire there in Newark, New Jersey hunking every time she tried to get a word out.
Starting point is 00:24:39 It's classic. How this administration is trying to restrict Congress from doing their bare duties and the responsibilities that the people have elected us to do. What we just witnessed was just disgusting. I am very upset. I am very angry and I am very hurt that they could be able to do something like that to us. These are people who are supposed to be officers who are supposed to protect us. and they have done none of that. If they can treat three members of Congress like that,
Starting point is 00:25:08 just imagine how they can treat people on the street each and every day, both undocumented and people who are citizens here in this country. It makes absolutely no sense to arrest the mayor of the largest city of this state who did nothing wrong. He went inside of the gate and told them that he was waiting for us to come out because we were. It's like, no.
Starting point is 00:25:39 La Monica, take the hint. That's like a hint from God. That's a hint from heaven. You're in trouble. They're trying to shut you up while they still can. Okay? So again, La Monica thinks that somehow she is entitled to do this, that this is all her freedom of speech.
Starting point is 00:25:54 And that is her story, and she's sticking to it. So the judges don't really know what to do. They're like, we don't get it. We don't think you were really targeted. And in fact, if you look at the right through, the reporters that were in there in the appeals court that day, they're saying, look, They're struggling here because this is what you would call an extraordinary prosecution fair,
Starting point is 00:26:12 but at the same time, you can't do what she did. That's not freedom of speech. There were 90 minutes of argument three times longer than expected. The judges heard from her. And basically, you know, one was a Trump appointee. The two were Democrat appointees and they all were very skeptical over whether Ms. McGuiver is really shielded by from these charges. because again, there's no freedom of speech here.
Starting point is 00:26:39 I want to go, this is an article that was in political. Judge Stefano's Bivas was nominated by President Donald Trump in 2017. He actually asked if a lawmaker would be protected if that lawmaker decided to grope a girl. Don't remember, don't forget, she's like smashing her fist, right, into that, so it's a kind of violence. Same as if you grope somebody would be a kind of violence inside an immigration detention facility.
Starting point is 00:27:04 And he repeatedly suggested, they write, that adopting the same kind of approach as the trial court judge, that the minute or so of chaos outside the gates of Delaney Hall could be separated from MacGyver's official duties, I think what they're trying to get at is whether you're punching, whether you're groping, whether anything, like, we can't excuse behavior like that. There is no excuse for the behavior. And so she is accused, in this case, of slamming a federal agent with her forearm, forcefully grabbing him and using her forearms to strike another agent.
Starting point is 00:27:38 Remember the right hook. I would actually say it was a fist. So the allegations are of physical violence, and they actually don't think they've ever, ever had a situation quite like this because there have been no allegations of physical violence that have come from members of Congress before. Okay? And the trespassing allegations in charges against Bekara,
Starting point is 00:28:02 the mayor of new jersey they were dropped right they worked it all out but this lady thinks that you know i keep joking about poor carnival chris is you know it's in the videos right she thinks she's back on carnival i guess so here's the problem you can't do it and her lawyer's trying to say oh you know she wouldn't even get a foul in a nick spurs game i guess you know she was going after kately clark she wouldn't get a foul because apparently none of them do oh you saw that right the the player that went after her that punched poor Caitlin Clark in the throat got a lousy stinking $1,000 fine. I mean, she should be thrown right out of that league, right? But the WMBA is scared of its own shadow. I don't think anything would happen to anybody, right, in these WMBA events. So that's perhaps
Starting point is 00:28:48 a bad comparison. La Monica, however, you're going down and you're probably going to get those 17 years. And I'm just going to say, you know what, you deserve it. Now, this is a great example. okay she's out there saying she gets immunity because she's a member of congress you don't get immunity you don't have that you violated the law and as for ma'am domi while i don't necessarily think he has quite the right hook of a monica mcguiver if he continues to violate the law meaning if he does not allow ICE officers to do their jobs, then that makes him no different, say, than George Wallace. And then the question becomes,
Starting point is 00:29:33 how much more forward do they take it? Do they want to take it? It seems like we got a lot of leftist extremists out there, leftist extremists that actually want to overthrow the government. I mean, that's what they tell us anyway. And they're getting everybody all worked up. I promised you some video from Maine. I mean, this is really quite.
Starting point is 00:29:53 something to see because out in Belfast, Maine, again, not Belfast, Northern Ireland, but Belfast, Maine. And I always need to remind everybody that Maine is a special place where they have all kinds of great little towns like China and Paris and Rome, except you're in Maine. Anyway, these protesters were out there and they didn't seem to understand even what they were protesting. So this is the danger here. You get all the Mamdamis and the Lomonicas of the world and AOC and OEC and others. trying to push for a narrative with a bunch of people that don't quite even understand
Starting point is 00:30:28 what it is that these people are trying to push. Take a peek. You understand what an upside-down flag is about reference? Yes, it means we're in distress. No, it does not be in distress. It does not be in distress. That is horrific. And you're wearing an anti-Nazi pen on you, but are you a grand platinum supporter? Yes.
Starting point is 00:30:49 So how can you wear an anti-Nazi button and be a grand plan? and be a grand planner. Who do you support? What do you support? What do you like Trump? He's a decent president. You like Stephen Miller? I don't know Stephen Miller, no.
Starting point is 00:31:02 So you don't know what you're talking about? What do you mean I don't know what I'm talking about? They're fascists. How am I a fascist? I said they're fascist. So explain that to me. So often- So who are you still being before?
Starting point is 00:31:13 You haven't asked for my permission. It's a one-party state here in Maine. One-party rules apply in Maine. We can film you. He's on a public street. So when you say, when you say he's a fashion, What does that mean?
Starting point is 00:31:23 He's a fascist. What does that mean? He's a dictator. He's a dictator. Okay, so explain, you know, assume I'm stupid. Explain to me what a fascist is. Why don't you tell me since you're the one time? I'm not the one calling President Trump a fascist.
Starting point is 00:31:36 I didn't call him a fascist. Did I just fall into the quiet zone? You did call. You did, you did. So what does that mean that he's a fascist? She's their title to your opinion. How did it? No, fascist.
Starting point is 00:31:49 Yes. The government. Remark. Centralization, yes, because I don't memorize this. Okay. Marked by centralization of authority under a dictator. A capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violence suppression of the opposition,
Starting point is 00:32:05 and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism. I think we check all the freaking boxes. So you're saying Donald Trump's a dictator? Yes, he is. You don't vote? I vote. So how can you have a dictatorship when you have a democracy? The same way, a lot of other fascist democracies.
Starting point is 00:32:26 So what group do you belong to? What group do I belong? Yes, what group? You obviously belong to a freaking group. You're out here with your goddamn cameras. Why is it a goddamn camera? It's okay. Why is it a goddamn camera?
Starting point is 00:32:39 We're from the main wire, yes. And what is that? You guys got wires? We're the largest media help at the state of the wire. They're out here and trigger us. Well, we're not out of these things. Yes, you are. You're flying American flag upside down.
Starting point is 00:32:53 So we're just asking questions. I hope you're out of yourself. You triggered me in all kinds of ways. Get out of my face. Away. Good luck with your Nazi guy that you're going to have all for us. Yeah, good luck in your life. If you don't love America, why don't you leave?
Starting point is 00:33:09 Because you can't. What do you mean you can't leave? I can get you a plane ticket in 20 minutes. They won't let you in. Who won't let you in? You are so stupid. You're welcome. Thank you for noticing.
Starting point is 00:33:18 Thank you for notice. I'm, and you know what, I'm a lot of things, but stupid ain't one of them. I mean, wow, you can't leave. You can't leave this country. No, he's like, I'll get you a plane ticket. I mean, all these people that hate this country so much, you might as well leave, all right? And by the way, newsflash, yeah, you can leave.
Starting point is 00:33:39 I mean, granted, you may have to pay a lot of taxes. I always joke about this. You know, you can check in, but you really can't check out in the sense that if you have anything, the government, Uncle Sam, takes half of it on the way out. So, you know, I say, these, these migrants. You know, maybe you're better off stay in someplace else. Anyway, I digress.
Starting point is 00:33:53 The point being that these people don't understand what it is that they're even out there fighting for, right? They don't, or fighting against. This woman says Donald Trump's a Nazi. I'm sorry, the last time I checked, it's Grant Platner that has the tattoo, all right? Like, come on, enough, enough. They don't understand. But they're buying into something and they're like excited, right?
Starting point is 00:34:16 You guys are laughing about the old hippies. Yeah, I mean, it's like they're reliving. the whole thing. Yes, I saw the flag too, Flavius. I got a kick out of the flag. It's always the flag. That's why Mamdami, whenever he gives his little speech, he's got the flag right over the left shoulder, okay? You got to send it. You got to send the signal. You got to send it. So this is great. I love that reporter. I'm going to have to start looking for his stuff. AOC, though, says, you know, they're on to something. This is a movement. She's going to embrace this, and they're going to get more and more and more people like this. And I would just say, are people really that stupid?
Starting point is 00:34:46 voters in general are looking for a change and they're seeing that progress is not happening in the ways that meets the challenges that they're facing and and so you're going to see i think people voting for new leadership there was so much um fear around that when i was elected and none of it wore out to be true So she thinks that this is her big opportunity. And, you know, she's linked up with Mr. Mamdami. That last June, a year ago tomorrow, was not an anomaly. No, he said, we're going to build on this, okay? We're going to take over the country with Allah's help. So Donald Trump, he's no fool. He's sensing an opportunity.
Starting point is 00:35:39 If you would, look at what he put out. Last night, the conference. communists are finally making their move. I've been waiting and I've been preparing for this for a long time. It's easy to be a communist, he says. All you have to do is say, I'll give you everything. But that means you're taking it away from others that have earned it. Over thousands of years, that ideology has not worked.
Starting point is 00:36:03 Not worked. Not once. The game is on. Enjoy watching, right? Enjoy the show. And it's turning into a big show. He took off the gloves and went totally nuclear on these communists that are trying to destroy our way of life. Listen to the president.
Starting point is 00:36:24 You saw with the communists elected in New York City recently, the communists, they're not social Democrats. They want to completely destroy the traditional American way of life. Communism is very easy to sell. It destroys everything, but it's very easy. I'd be, I'll be honest, I think I'd be the greatest communist in history. I'd give free rent. Ladies and gentlemen, from now on, you don't have to pay any rent. From now on, anybody wants a house, don't worry about it, just pick the house you want.
Starting point is 00:36:58 Everybody gets free food. Everything is free from this point forward. Everyone's going to vote for me. The problem is, after two or three years, the country is a disaster area. The country fails. do. It always does. So easy to sell. That first year, boy, you're the most popular. It's happening right now in New York and California. But you'll start living in squalor. You'll live in squalor. There will be no food. There will be no housing. There will be no military. There will be no law and
Starting point is 00:37:30 order. There will be no nothing. You'll be a third world inhabitant in every way and everyone will suffer or die. You'll suffer or die. This is what happens. For thousands of years it's been happening by different names. Thousands of years. I'm telling you, I'd be the greatest communist in history. It would be so easy. You wouldn't have to work. You could stay home.
Starting point is 00:37:53 The problem is a couple of years go by, the whole place collapses. Always does. Always has. But I'm sorry to say, but assassinations of those who oppose them is a very important element of their ideology. Assassinations are a big deal for them. They're animals. They're animals.
Starting point is 00:38:12 In many cases, they're not smart, but in some cases, they are. It's easy for them to get followers because they make promises that they know they can't keep. And the Democrats aren't fighting back. That's why they're dumb. They're not fighting back. They're afraid. I watch humor. He's afraid to fight.
Starting point is 00:38:31 I watch guys that are pretty normal. And guys that we oppose, they're afraid to fight. The Democrats have taken a tremendous turn left. And many of these people, I looked at some of the people that got elected the other night in New York, these are, these are, in many ways, stupid people, in some ways, intellectually, probably pretty smart. But they're people that want to destroy our country. They hate our country. They hate our people.
Starting point is 00:39:02 They hate the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party is in big trouble because this isn't stopping with New York. This is going all. It's too easy to get elected. given everything away. Too easy to get elected. Very dangerous, but you'll soon have nothing left. That's the problem. In many ways, they're allowing them to just go their own way, do your own. We don't want to take a chance on saying anything bad because we're afraid we're going to lose our jobs if we do. They're afraid they're going to lose their election if they even think about saying anything bad about this new breed of sick people. It was a really, really good speech that he gave.
Starting point is 00:39:43 there in Washington, D.C., just a couple of hours ago. And, you know, he's right. It's very easy to say, I'm going to give you this and I'm going to give you that. It's a lot harder to say, hey, we've got to roll up our sleeves and do the hard work to make sure that we have a real future in this country for all of us. But he's doing the hard work. And the Mamdommies of the world, the AOCs of the world, just want to sort of gin up this hate, if you would, us versus them,
Starting point is 00:40:09 and try and take things away from other people. And I'll just say this, you know, I think when push comes to shove, the American people know what's up. We're not going to be fooled. CNN showcasing a brand new poll today. And you know some of the people on CNN don't like to have to admit this stuff, right? But they're saying it because they have to because this is the news. He is transformative in every way. Let's go to Harry Anton there, the pollster guy on CNN.
Starting point is 00:40:39 Take a listen to this. So, Harry, just how is border security in terms of polling playing right now? You know, President Trump has been the most transformative president when it comes to border security. And when it comes to border security, particularly, it's paying off for him in the polls. So just take a look here. Okay, net approval rating on border security at this point in a presidency. Look at where Joe Biden was. In June of 2022, he was way underwater.
Starting point is 00:41:05 Look at this, 23 points underwater. Look at where President Trump is right now. He's actually above water. He is on the positive side of the ledger at plus two points. So he's 25 points more popular than Joe Biden was at this point in his presidency. And the American people, when it comes to President Trump, actually like the job that he's doing when it comes to border security in particular. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:28 Right? So that's an important thing to keep in mind. And this is why the Democrats are going to do it to themselves. Listen, the Democrats have taken a very weird, very, very. very left turn. As Stephen Miller articulated, I think this is on Fox the other night. Listen. That's the communication challenge that we all have together, Sean, which is to explain to the
Starting point is 00:41:51 American people that Democrats you grew up with, the Democrats that your mom and dad grew up with, the Democrats that your grandma and grandpa grew up with do not exist anymore at all, not at any level of government. A vote for any Democrat anywhere for any office is empowering a party. that wants to strip this country to the bone, to take away our security, our defense, our way of life. You know, just tonight, Sean, I saw a Democrat member of Congress online
Starting point is 00:42:20 defending the Antifa terrorists in Texas who were just jailed for shooting an ICE officer. They actually shot an ICE officer. They were charged with terrorism and a Democrat congresswoman was defending the Antifa terrorists. You know, this is why it's getting sick. so weird, when you start defending the, really, in my book, indefensible, just for political reasons, just because you hate Trump, I mean, this is just, this is messed up, okay?
Starting point is 00:42:53 When you're La Monica McGiver and you think you can punch an ICE officer because you have dehumanized that person because they work in your eyes for Trump, we're like turning the corner into like very weird, very dangerous territory. And so I realize it's a little bit hyperbole, right, when we say, oh, gosh, you know, you're going to have the civil war on our doorstep. But at the same time, the more this kind of nonsense continues, the more people try to defy the law, the more you're heading into this really dangerous trajectory. So it's all the more important, I think, that we remember, keep the eyes on the prize, right? We want, you know, 250 years. We want a country with leaders and lawmakers that love this country, that love the American people.
Starting point is 00:43:39 want prosperity for everyone. And that means embracing all the great things that have put us where we are here today. The capitalist underpinning of this country. It is unique to us. Thank you to our founding fathers for setting up a system that's unlike any other, unlike any other in the world. I want to remind you, great to have you guys here.
